Appointment with Dr. Duffy. Dr. Duffy, and his entire staff have always been so caring, and understanding when it comes to my wife’s, and my mental health. Community Behavioral Health 5 ⭐️. Excellent care provided by my psychiatrist via TeleHealth. She’s easy to talk to and is easy to get a hold of anytime. I highly recommend using their services couldn’t ask for better care from Marie, the receptionist, my new Therapist, Stacey Burk, and my Psychiatrist, Nisha Alosious.

Treatment. I would like to say that Dr. White and nurse practitioner. Amanda Barrett have been unbelievably supportive in my mental health, and I am grateful to have them as my providers! Anytime I have an issue I can call or my husband can call or the staff well let me know what the status is, if there is a hiccup in the road!

Great service!. I signed up for Life Stance because I thought I could use the app while traveling. Wrong! I have found some fantastic providers thru this app. I have always been satisfied with the level of care, compassion, and concern that I receive from the providers. I referred several people in Florida, Michigan, Georgia, and Illinois to Life Stance.

Convenient App. I find using this app super convenient and easy. Unlike other video platforms where it seems like you have to jump through hoops of fire to get into the virtual room, this one is fast. Just click on ur hosts info and a short minute later your there. :-)

Chemotherapy education. Komal Daves was extremely warm and professional. Compassion showed through in her demeanor. She was very knowledgeable and organized. She was patient with our questions and answered everything in detail for us, repeating when needed without making us feel we were a nuisance. The perfect person for the job. She was flexible and accommodating when we had difficulty with our initial appointment and rescheduled for an hour later to accommodate. She’s a keeper.

Works Good. 5 Stars.. After my therapy appointment, a notification appeared on my screen asking me to rate Vsee Clinic. I thought about it for a moment and said to myself, “I don’t remember one time I have had a problem with the app for the 9 months I’ve used it.” The app is meant to function as FaceTime for therapy appointments. In this regard, the app is perfect. It fulfills the simple requirements of a video call app and does so without any noticeable issues. I simply see no reason to rate it any less than 5 stars.

Does what it’s meant for. The app is good for contacting my psychiatrist and therapist on, the only thing I would change— and I believe this is an iPadOS thing— is that when I’m using stage manager and open another window, my camera-feed cuts out. Other then that, the app does what it’s set out to do!

John. I've been a patient with these folks for over a decade. They've been, one of the few, consistent in their approach to treatment. Kudos to my doctor and support staff for doing all they can to help with providing seamless patient care. As with all relationships, in medical care & treatment, there are changes happening all of the time, especially, when you bring pharmacies into the picture. Keep caring about your patients, as you do, and you will keep your patient's needs met.....thanks to all.

My opinion. It should be able to remember things like your address, city, and state. Especially when I’m on my phone. Also, I entered the wrong information and it still let me in, so I know it’s not verifying anything. Even if it’s just tracking, it should be able to pre fill.

Mixed feelings.. The initial start up is a bit challenging. I downloaded the app; l also receive a link in my email for the app for my appointments; But still most days, I have issues logging into my appointments. There are also slight glitches with the app during meeting calls. What I mean by glitches is that when I am on a call/meeting and I am conversing with the therapist. The app is still trying to call me while I am speaking with the person. I would then click on it for it to stop, but it will start right up again attempting to call me during my meeting sessions. That is an issue I do not understand why it happens. Hopefully these issues could be sorted out.

Very convenient. Ever since the pandemic this tool has become really convenient and has served as a lifeline to people like me who are busy living their lives . I can go into a private room and have a serious and private conversation in confidence with my doctor. If you sit and think about the time you save , it’s just an impressive tool and I’m sure dependability is tied to your connection, but I have had nothing but great experiences on this platform.

Mutinta Tembo. She is an amazing practitioner. I am in my 50’s and went through cancer treatment so I have seen many doctors and she is so great. Her manner is unlike most doctors I have seen because she is like us - a real person and does not act above you- for the problems I see her for that is important to me.

Convenient but has its issues.. I’ve had a great experience with my therapist. I don’t drive, so being able to have therapy from home is very helpful. The problem is, I always experience connectivity issues. Both my therapist and I have pretty good internet connections but, for some reason, the app starts acting up. The audio always starts cutting off and I can’t hear my therapist, which it’s kind of important. We have to restart the session a few times and connecting and disconnecting wastes valuable time.

Good Video Conference Platform. Never had a complaint for VSee. Always solid connection and any disconnects were because my phone overheated in the sun in the car, or I switched from Wifi to cellular coverage.

Not blind friendly!!. I tried and tried to use this app it will not allow me to choose yes or no when you get to the button that wants to know whether or not you’ve seen this doctor before after two months you think that will fix this problem since I know someone else also reviewed it for the same issue said maybe if they get enough complaints then actually fix it

My thoughts. I am 56 years old and have never in my life had a counselor that has help me. I have been through many catastrophic events in my life and for the FIRST time I actually have a therapist that get me and knows how to help me. I would love to say thank you for starting to change my life in a positive manner…..

This is a Fairly Good App. The app is fairly easy to use. I don’t have to be mailed a link prior to appointments, which I like. I can just look up the provider by last name. I don’t recommend many apps or write reviews on them, but I would recommend this one.

Could use fixing, but not horrible.. I haven’t had any issues connecting with my doctors. Calls are usually okay quality, but the app may not be user friendly. They should always confirm you are in the correct Doctors room, before asking you to enter ur info/the waiting room. It’s easy to enter the waiting room for the incorrect doctor/previous physician with no notification of incorrect info. But generally I like the app.

Amazing providers and clinicians. I am so impressed with the ease and quality of care I receive. Definitely recommend these services for people needing quality providers ho accommodate your schedule for your needs.

Easy to use. Easy to navigate and connects quickly. Sometimes I still have problems with the microphone but that could be on providers end as well.

Cynthia Angell - therapist TOPS. Cynthian is the best, most therapeutic, I have ever had. She has and continues to help and further my well being and I’m not easy! I am very pleased with VCC and the tele visits. Now that I finally learned the technology, very techno challenged. I have microvascular dementia. Kudos to your excellent staff who have been so patient and kind helping me, Sterling! One suggestion if it is even possible. I find getting into the waiting room takes too much time. I know that this is to protect our identities, and is certainly a good one. I guess it really more me. I am slow and make a lot of typos. I am very pleased with VCC otherwise.

Alyson Williams. I love Dr. Perpetua! She listens to what I need and what I think would be best and gives her input as to what she thinks would be best, and we always come to a good conclusion that works for both of us. She’s funny and makes me laugh! I feel safe in her care! But it

Keeps sending me to the wrong waiting room. I have missed two appointments now because VSee sent me to the wrong providers waiting room. I see 3 providers at this practice and twice now I’ve ended up in the wrong one. This caused me to miss a vitally important appointment and I was charged a no show fee. Well VSee can pay my no show fee this time! And I have to communicate with my provider by text message instead of face to face. Defeats the purpose of VSee if I don’t see my provider in real time.

5 star treatment every time. I appreciate everyone here. I feel heard. Everyone is very respectful and the doctor doesn’t push anything. He lets me take things slow and see how I feel with it. Very happy I found Life Stance. Always a pleasure with no pressure. Thankful.

Can you update to make more user friendly?. Hi I’ve used this app to help my 90+ year old parents attend video consultations with their doctors during the pandemic. All of these suggestions are to reduce inputs that would make the app more user friendly and the check in process less cumbersome. Could you make some updates?: 1) allow user to save as a favorite their medical waiting room/provider vs having to input info to find it each time; 2)allow us to save the patient info again maybe as a saved profile or favorite they can select; 3) can you integrate the consent button and next button. To make it one step/click at this point? Or can you make consent box larger. It can be hard to see if person has poor vision. I hope televisits continue post pandemic for non urgent care appts. It saves a lot of time and costs to not have to make a trip to a non urgent doctor visits. Making this app more user friendly would really aid the user/patient. Especially when they may not be feeling well so a simplified check in would be greatly appreciated. As well as older users would benefit as well. Thank you.

Review of Roma R. and the app. Roma has been in my opinion a perfect fit for me! She is a great listener and lets me finish telling her about my challenges and assures me that I am making sense. She is not judgement and gives me good advice with educational examples to support what she says to me. The app itself has been easy to navigate and I have had no issues getting to the sites waiting room.

Dr. Barton ends life long search for signs of intelligence in the universe. Dr. Barton is efficient, timely, has a quick mind and conveys that he cares about his patients. If you long for the time when physicians and patients developed an acquaintance and professional relationship, questions were answered respectfully and your concerns were heard, I recommend Dr. Barton. There was a time when I trusted most doctors to do their best. There was a time when physicians had the freedom to prioritize patients over long waits, prior approvals, and wasted time and money. Drs Lux Visit Telemed. I have been having great visits with Dr Lux. He has alot of patience and compassion. I just started seeing him and slowly but surely I know I am going to get back to where I’m supposed to be at. Considering I’ve had breast cancer no left breast, I’ve had open heart surgery and now have a titanium mechanical heart valve, just recently developed Brain and Lung cancer. He is teaching me this is thru no fault of my own. He is keeping comfortable and making me strong again. I want to live life to the fullest and I know with his help I can get there. so handy!. I’m SUCH a forgetful person so when it slips me I have an appointment one day and I’m out and about I love that I can whip my phone out and talk to my therapist in my car or wherever I need to. Also sometimes I’m too lazy to get up and charge my laptop (like today) so I can just sit in bed and have my session without moving😂 I guess I should also say that the app works great— which it does! The only thing I’ve noticed is that I won’t get my providers messages if they send me a chat on here, and I don’t know how to open a session when my provider is calling me. I click on the notification to join but then it makes me go into a different room from my provider? Idk, it’s weird, but we always figure it out lol Thankful for this app, though!!!!

Best Clinic Ever. I really love this app. Whenever I’m feeling down, overwhelmed, or even anxious with my emotions; my counselor always knows how to put my words into a bit of clearer response. Whenever I talk about it with my parents, I don’t think they fully get where I’m coming from.

Dr. Sabrina. Dr Sabrina really listens and is able to make you fell comfortable opening up with her. I love how she always tells me there are options and explains it in a way that I understand. We have the same end goal and I think that is the most important part is I feel we are on the same page, and I always feel better after talking to her. She has always been available for emergency needed appointments to refilling medicine when out of town etc. she is always on top of it!!

Patient Information to sign In. For the most part, my view experience is good however it is a nuisance to have to sign in with the same contact info every time to enter provider’s waiting room. Please consider retooling the sign-in information. It would be great if it could auto populate some of the requested info.

Great option for health appointments. With my busy schedule, it would be unmanageable to commit to an in-person appointment each time. With this option, I’m able to get my therapy appointments in without having to cancel. Thank you.

Works OK, Needs Better UI. Technically the app works fine and I have no issues seeing providers. The interface to join a session is clunky and doesn’t remember me, though, so I always have to manually type my address. The state field is especially bad because it’s a separate screen instead of a regular form field. None of it allows autofill. Overall it’s clunky and I’d rather not use it if I didn’t have to.

Amy Donahue. Amy is a phenomenal person and overall very effective and supportive therapist. Her ability to balance empathy while also pushing you to think outside your norm is huge and helps contribute to the success I’ve been seeing. It’s hard to find a therapist that truly makes you feel like you’re important and not just another “appointment” and Amy has a way of making you feel heard, comfortable and capable of accomplishing whatever it is your set on. I highly recommend her!

Therapy Session. The App works great, not sure if that is what the review is supposed to be about. Hopefully this is intended to give my Therapist the praise she deserves. Camelle Burlock is amazing and I would not have made the progress I’ve made without her. I am beyond blessed to have found someone who understands me and evaluates my situations with so much care and intelligence. To anyone who has put the idea of counseling or self care off for any reason and, I truly understand there can be many reasons we feel it is ok to ignore or put it off. Don’t put it off any longer, I am stronger today than I have ever been. I Understand myself more than I ever have and I am so lucky to have the ability to work with Camelle. This has truly been a blessing.

Therapy. I really enjoy having my therapy sessions on here, because of the ease and the amount of times I can set appointments up. My therapist, Cara, is amazing at helping me through each session to where I look forward to therapy. It’s a great app that’s also easy to sign into as well.

Always on point. Been using this app for years. It’s always on point and clear. Makes seeing my doctor and receiving care consistently possible.

works great - bugs fixed. this app has improved greatly over the past year and a half. I've been using it to video conference with my doctor during that time. Granted, a majority of anyone's issues are going to be related to their Wi-Fi and Internet quality, however, in the beginning there were app level issues that needed to be addressed That said as of today January 25, 2023, the app and video calls have been performing excellently.

Convenient Site. I’ve been using this site for nearly two years now. The site is clean and so easy to use. Never had a connection issue and it has made it very convenient to visit and communicate with my doctors.

Counseling. My therapist is awesome. Without our appointments I don’t think I would be able to keep on a healthy path. These video appointments are better than in person appointments because I can have my meeting anywhere I have to be.

Awesome. I’m so happy with the care I’ve been receiving so far, everyone is so nice and Dr. S is attentive and acknowledges all of my questions/concerns and includes my suggestions for my treatment regiments based off my person experiences and educates me on what’s best for me health wise but leaves the door open for my ideal approach. My follow up is scheduled for 3 months from now and I’m excited to assess my progress.

Not blind friendly. I have yet to have a virtual/video visit with my provider because of a glitch with the question about whether I have bee there before. I have tried to no avail on iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPad mini purchased 2 urs ago. No dive. The only way I can do it is to go get somebody’s tho can see to select that one darn radio button. Without it, no appt. nobody trying to use it or giving it lower ratings is the problem. I am fully Independant and the button does not work. I have been using apple’s voice over since my iPhone 4. Please fix that button? The clinic told me lots of other people also have that same issue. I hoped the last update would fictions it but it did not. I need to be seen or go to the emergency room in person. This is ridiculous.

Texasoncology. Dr. Rich is an excellent cancer doctor. I have kidney cancer and he has been wonderful through this whole experience. I'm glad I chose him to be my doctor. If you ever have cancer for your kidneys Dr. Richie is is the doctor you want to choose and he's at Texas Oncology at Fort Worth Texas

Awesome!. Deena Altman is an amazing counselor/ therapist. She is kind, she listens, she makes suggestions and always answers questions and gives information to help with solutions. She is always very complimentary and encouraging toward her patients. She has such a warm heart and is so interested in her patients. I only wish I had more time with her! I look forward to my appointments with her and I always feel so much better after our conversation. I sincerely hope she remains at Lifestance Health!!!!

Unprofessional. I scheduled a appointment for my daughter about a week ago and this morning near noon I got a email that it was canceled. I called them to ask what had happened, because I followed all of their instructions. They said they would reschedule it the same day it got canceled. Later that day I got an email saying that they were unable to do it.

Communication is easy. Appointments for lab results are easy and I don’t have to leave my house for televisit. Great and efficient way to talk to the doctor.

Virtual appointments. I absolutely LOVE this app. Being able to talk to my provider and have a doctors appointment regardless if I am sitting on the couch, cooking dinner or even at work. A place to solve your problems. I am so overjoyed to have found an office where everyone is helpful, friendly and caring. And most of all they do televisits.

Not working anymore. It used to be so easy to use but for the last couple of month it tells me it can’t find my provider so I have to use the email link they send me. Really frustrating.

Dr Dang. He is the most compassionate and understanding doctor in pain medicine that I have ever come to know. I hope I can stay under his care for a very long time. he is the best!

Hangs up if you minimize the app. The app worked OK for me but one thing I didn’t like is if you minimize the app (which is a common thing to do with apps) hangs up on you and you have to dial in all over again. That was unexpected and annoying. Other than that it worked fine
