Jacked acct. Logged on this morning with no issues, just tried to log on and everything is gone. Server 225 Kratos. IGN Jaim. Warrior level in the R160’s. 3 days later still nothing. And now 5 days later and still nothing. Customer support is apparently non-existent. Got a reply 4-1-18 told to create a new acct and mail them back with server number and in game name. Done. No response back yet. Had to go in and delete the game, restart my phone, reinstall the game, and link it. To get my account restored. PS still waiting on a response.

Beautiful and long-lasting fun. I’ve been playing for over a month and this is about the time where, with other games, I get burned out. But now with blades & rings. This game is dope, the grind is done while the game is off in offline mode, so you come on and take care of the important quests. So far, an amazing experience.

Customer Service Does Not Care. It is no wonder this game suffers, they put a hard line that no matter what the issue a customer is having, even if it is caused by their programming they send out a generic response that they understand. If you really understood then there would be something done about it. I was in the game for a long while and had various issues and not once did they ever help. Think their motto is “tough sh.t”, needless to say don’t bother wasting your money on this game.

This game is amazing. I don't understand what people complain about. People get mad when someone steals their boss constantly, yeah it's a pvp zone for a reason. People complain that it's a pay to win, make friends with lots of people and you can be top 20 in almost everything without spending money. I will agree however that the servers die fast and that there should be new things added for the ones who don't spend money to have enjoyment. Please continue adding more new content and this rating will stay at a 5 star.

Bug probably. It’s been awhile since I have been able to accept my level gift rewards, I haven’t any gotten rewards since level 230 and now I am level 301 I don’t if its a bug besides this problem everything about the game is great. Hope you guys can respond and help me get my rewards. Thanks

Horrible. The game would be really good if it was from another company. This company is garbage. They break things every time they do an update and instead of fixing it, they leave it broken for a while and then just remove the event. People spend diamonds (which is the only way to be able to do ANYTHING in this game) on an event buying mats and they turn around and get rid of it instead of fixing it AND they don’t compensate you for it. Also they send out chests that tell you that you have to spend certain amount of diamonds to open (688 for example) but when you do it doesn’t open...... instead you actually have to spend almost 100 diamonds more to open even though the box clearly says spend 688. When you bring up anything to customer service they tell you to post a pic and they may or may not get to it lol..... they are extremely lazy. Again if this game was ran by another company it would be amazing. Don’t bother playing, so many better games out there.

Pay to play. I've played many of these games, and usually even in the p2p games you can still get needed items without paying. Well not here. Over the years these developers have gotten incredibly cheap. You want gear, buy it, you want weapons, buy it. You want anything that you could possibly need to be able to play the game, buy it. And we're are not talking small amounts either, everything is so overly priced is just pathetic. They have run off more than 3/4 of the players. People quit every day because they tired of farming for nothing. On average I kill 30 bosses a day, that's 2700 bosses a week (no small feat either) and get nothing. Only thing to ever drip from bosses are quills (you won learn to hate this word) quills are items for lvl 10 players and usually only needed for a week and then even they are done with them. But lvl 800 bosses drip them like they are going out of style ( and they did, a long time ago) say anything to customer support and you get pie typed letters that usually have nothing to do with your inquiry or a letter basically telling you "better luck next time" This game used to be something special, something all players loved to play but over time they have gotten too greedy and now give players nothing and make you pay for everything.

Ooooooooh. This game is really great the graphics are amazing and you can make the best goddesses ever from normal warrior to archer to a wizard and the ultimate one the dragon/human and many more. You can steal rings from gods, dwarfs goblins to get different powers. You can enchant your own awesome armor. But best of all there is a offline mode we’re if your offline you can still battle monster and go from level 20 to 200 in one night. This game is amazing.

Too many glitches and poor customer service. So many glitches after the last too updates. I get thrown out of the game multiple times amongst some of the problems. Every new game play they’ve released so far has been glitched Every time you send a ticket concerning a problem, the reply always sounds as if you’re some dumb potato. With the last update there’s two different starting times listed for an event. Sent a ticket asking them to please clarify which is the correct time. Got a reply stating: “UTC-4 American eastern time is server time. Please consider that too.” What in the world is that suppose to mean??? Not worth the time or money. And it does cost a good amount of money if you want to get anywhere with the game. Otherwise you’ll be bullied by stronger players who buy their way up.

I’d give a no star if I could.. I’ve submitted ticket after ticket for issues and the typical response is “Hope you know.” There is no customer service, game matching is way off, and the game is only interested in how much they can take out of your bank account. There is little to no customer support. You can spend thousands of dollars to win, or you can play for free forever and never do much. They don’t care about the gamer. They only care about their pockets and how much you give them. Apple should be ashamed for even having this game sponsored.

A suggestion. I absolutely adore this game, but there’s a fatal flaw. It would be great if you could trade items with people. As it stands now, you can only sell things in the market. This isn’t very helpful. To get anything, players have to have diamonds. Trading would be much better, and would allow the higher level players to help low leveled players. It’s just something to think about for the next update.

Why?. Why advertise the Gunner and the Summoner if players must top up money to even be able to play those classes or the new Shadow Assassin with a class change card? That doesn’t mean it’s available to start with right away and that’s false advertising. No one wants to play a game with all these cool classes if you have to pay for three of them at least. I want to play the game and invested a decent amount of money and time into the last character I played, but I stopped playing when I saw that I had to pay even more money just to change classes into a Summoner, Gunslinger or Assassin. I as a player want to play them without having to pay money. I am sure a lot of players wish for the same thing. I have been a fan and player since late 2017 when I first discovered this game and have since sunk at least 1k USD easily into this game. I dearly wish I could take that money back because I’m disappointed that many of the best features for free players who can’t put cash in are so ridiculously hard to get or unlock that they’re going to give up playing after a few weeks max because people drop money and now they’re impossibly farther than people who started at the same time as them. Please please please at the very least make Gunslinger, Summoner, and Assassin available to all players for free because I can almost guarantee more people would want to play if ALL classes were available from the start to pick from.

Don’t bother if you have Apple devices.. I’ve been playing for nearly two years and it’s been apparent that the game runs better on non-Apple devices (feedback I’ve gathered from those on my server). Lately the lag issues and excessive app crashes make things unplayable. It’s kind of difficult to be competitive when dealing with a few seconds of lag between my device and the game server. I get the same result whether I’m on 200 Mbps WiFi or LTE data. Naturally customer service always blames some sort of user error, but I’ve tried every possibility and ruled out issues on my end. ...that and all the same complaints I hear about from other Apple users. I keep getting told to wait for the next update, but it’ll be the same thing as always: new content/events added, old bugs and issues unfixed, and new bugs and issues with the new stuff that was just added. I’ve given this game a chance, I really have....but my time and money are feeling wasted on it. Time to move on.

Game is expensive but addictive. Hi so I’ve played for about 7 months I’m lvl R462 Mia46. Honestly I’m so addicted to this game that I can’t sleep. If you love growing from nothing to a god with tons of and tons and tons of different things to level and talent trees this game is for you. However the last event they stole our communities money by false advertisement. So this past “elf party” event they had a (Victor Genesis) labeled prize for 60 (candies) anyways you only get 1 candy per fire work you buy (each 80 diamonds) 62 diamonds is 1 dollar so do the math it’s expensive. Anyways when me and our worlds players opened the prize up guess what? It turned to (leader Genesis) a absolute rip off and I brought this to customer service 2 days ago and have not heard back from them and several of us want our money back or our Victor Genesis sent through the mail. That’s the least you can do. I love the game I recommend for anyone that has a lot of time on their hands to invest some time into this game however I will update this 1 star rating with a follow up on how they resolve this issue and if they truly care for their gaming community. Still guys give it a try but will wait and see if they stole our money or if it was an honest mistake. I’m currently on Dog server formally RatS1 along with rabbit S2 ect since new cs merge pls correct this mistake leader is a 4pc set it’s not a 10pc Victor. No one wants to spend 60 candies on leader......

Seriously. So I received a reply to my original review which said 90% of this game is in Chinese. Instead of acknowledging or giving helpful information to get me back into the game they said if I have further questions go to their Facebook page. Where to begin.... 1 I don’t want to be your Facebook friend or interact with you on Facebook. I don’t have facebook I don’t like Facebook the world would be a much better place without that crap platform. You can quote me right to the creator of Facebook. 2 I see that many people have issues with your app and they pretty much all get the same canned response from you which leads me to believe that you have no intentions of helping anyone.... 3. I see a ton of fake ratings on here. 4. I have opened a complaint with apple support since I have actually spent money on my account and it’s now unplayable. If you don’t get it together your company can and will be barred from the App Store soon. Have a nice day

Greedy and False advertisement. I am fed up with this game after playing from the start two years ago. They over charge for everything and even when they advertise something in an event where you have to spend a lot of money, they end the event early without any warning (which is ironic because they only ended half of the event where some stuff was being rewarded for completing quests daily which also cost money but you could still get some free stuff). In a nutshell, they are crooks. They end the free stuff earlier than the event advertises so you spend more money trying to get to the last rewards. When you write to customer service you only get a pre written generated response telling you “there is no issue and sorry for the inconvenience” and nobody cares about doing the right thing even according to their advertisement. Let’s put it this way, If I had the money I’d hire a lawyer because they really take people’s money without honoring their own guidelines and announcements. I used to enjoy playing, now I hate it so much I’m trying to find a way to get my money back for false advertisement and complete lack of empathy and customer service.

Hello. There were items I couldn’t see that I had and it was telling me to update the game but I didn’t see an update option for it and I ask someone in the game they told to delete the app or download it again so I did and I lost my account I don’t know how to get it back so i was seeing if there is anyway I can get my account cause my Facebook wouldn’t let me link my account or anything.

Disappointed. I have played for months and reached a high level and the moment I first played the game glitches have happened and the screen will either go purple or green. After the first Dragonborn update my game has gone completely useless. It’s not playable, more glitches, every time a new day starts I need to download the game over and over again. As if I deleted the app every time but didn’t. My armor that I originally had won’t show and I have T4 wings but only T1 wings show the whole time. Whenever the game needed an update everything went fine without any problems. Since the first Dragonborn update it requires and update and takes forever to the point the day is almost over and you can’t play. This game never use to take so much data but now it’s taken over all my data. I would never recommend this game to anyone.

It’s Meh. Not horrible but Meh. -Is this game P2W? Duh. Does it matter? No. Because you’re never going to outspend the guy who’s already at the top spending a lot of money and his time. They do have constant “events” to help get items/permanent buffs, even if you can’t get Every item without spending money, just maybe half. -Is Customer Support “terrible”? Not really actually, they have an In-game CS ticket system that employees consistent respond back to me within a day. -The game has surprising sorta-depth in the late game, however leveling slows down so it’s hard to reach it without spending months of time. Which I have done, just one day at a time, spend an hour in the game, then do other things with your life.

Greedy and uncaring. I've played this for quite a few years now and spent hard earned money on it as well. I was away for quite some time and have decided that I didn't want to put another dime into the game. So i asked for a full refund and let them know i was okay with being deleted from this game and even banned from this game as long as I received my full refund. They always come back with a non-caring statement of "Hi, if the order is complete and you have received the items, we cannot refund you. Please understand." I do not care about the items. Im wanting my money back so I can use the money on something that will benefit me better such as bills. Its not not like the amount of money I spent is going to severely hurt their bank account if they fully refunded me when they have people spending thousands on it in a week. I didn't want to have to post a review but this may be the only way I can get them to refund me.

Pay to win. C.S. Is a joke and game is a ripoff. Half of the events they have are broken and the other half you have to spend a minimum of $300-$500 per an event. God forbid you us B diamonds, because those packs are 99% guaranteed to not open. This game has become nothing more then a ripoff and if you contact C.S. They give you the standard answer of so sorry please spend more money. Of the last 7 event (all in one month) 5 of the events were broken and anyone that spent money was basically told it was the players fault. Of course C.S. Didn’t respond until event was over then stated that they needed proof. All of us that spent money were told “oh well, there will be another event soon spend more money on that one”. They have made no effort to even try to make it right with the players that spent money. If you point out to C.S. that it really is a game problem then C.S. Blocks the player’s ability to contact C.S. 37 games/blades and rings do NOT care as long as they get their money to the point they will double charge customers then ban them if they ask for a refund of what they player didn’t actually spend. Not to mention, they have nerfed every class except assassin and summoner in an effort to force people to spend $100 for a class change card. The 2 original classes (warrior and archer) have been nerfed the most making warrior the weakest class in the game.

Great game but... Hey!! This game is awesome but there’s some issues, I would be happy if everyone can have a name, like what in trying to say is that only one person should have one name, nobody else can have that name and that bugs me, takes me hours to find a name that’s not been used, again this game is great but that’s the only thing that bugs me cause almost all the names are taken so I would like more than one person have a name that someone else used.

Don’t bother. Don’t bother unless you like wasting money. Customer support is useless and unless you started at the very beginning you’re never going to get anywhere. Every cross server event will put you with top paying players well over 300 times your level that you’ll never win. But don’t worry, devs say it’s “normal” and that it won’t be addressed. Don’t bother using customer support either. It’ll get you nowhere other than angry and disappointed with how much you’ve wasted your time.

TOO MANY UPDATES. This game is somewhat fun, but I’ve only played it seven times in the two years I’ve had it, because of the CONSTANT updates. Every time I get on to play, I get all excited- but nope, I have to wait another 20 minutes to update after I just updated it. This game is very skippy and glitchy, too. When I tried to set my character up, it REALLY saddened me to find that there is like, one girl character you can choose from. I wish you could change the gender of your character. The big breasts and small amount of clothing is offensive and rude. Also, I am only on level ten because of the stupid updates I have to get every single time I want to play this.

Good idea; bad support; p2w. Game is good and fun to play until you run into 1 player whom spends. Then you become easy prey. The servers die off super fast once a clear spending leader is established. Spending = winning. No chance at beating heavy spenders with deep pockets. Even a minor spender vs non spender is extremely lopsided. Game could be fun for all but it’s a money grab instead. There are also flaws in the development. For example, they have options for free tunes every so many days. Well when you first click the free option if you incidentally double click, the button that is normally present to ‘use paid currency’ to procure runes, isn’t present but activates anyway. Takes your currency and then populated the intended free button. Support is also TERRIBLE! They do nothing to help players whom have in game issues. They negotiate everything to be your fault then suggest they will ‘look into the issue’ and never follow through. If you want a game to run idle...might be worth a look. If you want an experience...and want to spend money for entertainment...DO NOT LOOK HERE. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT OF THE PLAYER EXPERIENCE!

Horrible. Played the game for over 5 years straight with no real bug fixes and trash devs that refuse to respond to any real criticism. Just a pre made message saying the same trash everytime. Also if they mess up a payment and you tell them or want your money back. Not only will you not get your money but they will ban you from the game. Part of this I blame on the App Store because they won’t help you even if you show them they are doing this.

Trash Pay To Win. I have had numerous encounters with people exploiting bugs in Havens Arena and contacted in-game support many times I would send a very long 2,000+ word essay on bugs and exploits asking if they could fix it this is the response I received word for word "Hi dear, thanks for your comment. Please be assured that we will spare no effort to upgrade our game experience." If that doesn't tell you about the scum quality of this game or the fact you are looking at spending $5,000+ in cash to be with the top 50 people in the whole game don't play it top player is already at $30,000+ spent.

We Need 2 Or 3 Server In Our Server Is Poor Of People. 3 Stars we all play this game cause is fun and cause we like to be better then the others or have a least someone to talk. But since you guys keep creating more server and server less people are joining our server S443 Dust Power can you guys a least put 2 server together or if is possible and the connection is good 3 a least

No shame on apple. I read a review that said don’t bother playing the game on Apple he said his game crashed there was too much lag in there were some other problems but I have been playing the game for 2 years and I think it is just fine

Money down the drain. I’ve been a long time fan of this game, spent good chunks of my money on it too. I come back about a year later and my account doesn’t exist. I even had it linked but tried using the link and the app didn’t support the function. I am highly disappointed being that I was a player that not enjoyed the game but spent money as well.

If you have apple iOS don’t even try to play. This game has now officially made it unplayable for all apple IOS users. After months of playing this game with minimal issues besides a random crash once a day or so. It now is entirely unplayable. Every time you log in it will crash within 15 seconds. Great effing job morons. You’re about to lose half your customer base. Because by the time you fix this crap for all players, I will lose my competitive edge unless I spend boat loads of cash to catch up due to their errors. Screw this game.

Updated Review. After many complaints this game has yet to improve. It is still a pay to win game. Bullies are constant on this server even for a high level character. They have you buy diamonds for purchasing which is fine. But gotta love that they have you buy an item only for their to be a locked box included in that item for which you need to pay even more diamonds to open that up. So you basically are paying twice to get what you originally thought you were going to get. Trickery... Every time I have contacted customer support for an issue it is always my fault and I should have done a better job? Seriously? When you have ten players fighting these giants in an event and the same two players claim all the rewards, literally ALL, while the rest are running around and get nothing there is a problem. Is it just coincidence that it happens to be the people who spent the most money on the game? Doubtful Lots of crashes. More now that ever.

Most horrid experience ever !!. I rate it 1 stars fun to play but do not spend money !! There support is absolutely horrid !! I have been 3 days trying to get my diamonds added to my account and am going to have to have Apple refund !! There support can’t accept screen shots off a iPhone !! They send you to third party sites to upload screen shots tell u to copy and paste link then tell u they can’t accept them unless taken on a computer which I don’t have !! I have wasted countless time going up and down with them to accomplish nothing !! I pray none of u have to go thru this !!! If your a spender pick a different game !! This will end up more frustrating then fun !! Lol and don’t bother sending me the silly please open a support ticket cookie cutter answer I would rather cut off my right arm then deal with the horrid support !!

Not happy at the moment. Will change stats if problem is fixed.. Hi I have been playing Blades and rings for over a year now, just recently I was having to download updates and expansion packs daily which caused me to miss a lot of events. So I talked to some of the other people in the server and they told me to delete app and reinstall. So I did and now it only makes it to the login screen where it tells me it’s acquiring server list but never does. Now I’ve missed 4 days. I left a post on the Facebook page and another player said I probably got band. I’m not sure why that would have happened but I know I’ve spent quite a bit of money on this game and I’m alittle upset with what has happened. If someone could explain or help me out would be great. Not worth to play. This game is focus too much on spending. Even spending focus on more gambling,”. Treasury and rune is a joke. Spend 1000++ and get all junk. To complete each event cost you at least $200!! Not to mention grinding for gear... fk the boss hardly drop anything!! Seriously bnr just want to focus on getting player money! They don’t understand what gamer want... so what the point playing? Spending get junk, and grinding waste of time, since boss hardly drop anything... oh... not to mention player on server... mostly just dead sever, each player play with themself on multiple ghost account...

Terrible Service, Decent Game.. It’s a real shame the customer service is complete garbage with a game that is decent. Total money grab and pay to play. Even with paying to play the servers don’t recognize purchases. After several attempts at getting a resolution for a very small purchase, they just want to play games. If your an F2P player don’t waste your time. If your a P2P player be very cautious. I would spend your money on any of the other games out there in this same genre. Update: After disputing with Apple (very easy and quick) they charged me again! Keep your eyes out for these devs!!!!

No customer service. I bought some gems in the shop and it apparently lagged out , I checked my receipts on the App Store showing the transaction went through despite not receiving what I paid for. The ironic thing is that they had a list of banned people for receiving ,”malicious refunds” when clearly there is no customer service or any information to contact the creators on their website or in the game itself. It seems to me this game is a scam. Don’t waist your money on this poorly developed game .

Don’t waste ur time. First off I love the game! Great dynamics and lots to do! If I could change anything it would be..... #1 More spire bosses. #2 Spire bosses lv steps achieved by attendance and or lv and cp not pay to play. #3 I don't feel like drop rate skill on equipment even works, a better explanation would be awesome #4 I would pay 10$ to increase VIP lv, but not the price it is right now. #5 It is near impossible getting a solid team together for sp and trial. Maybe a 2 player option? #6 More events and maybe a double exp day! Mother's Day event was awesome keep up the good work!!!!! The game is great but.... The game play is fun and everything is earn able if you are willing to spend the time to do it. The one thing is it needs to be optimized my iPhone 5s can no longer run the game because of the amount of ram and processing power required to start up the game if you guys can somehow dampen the startup to where it’s not a all at once overload into a over time load.

Blades and rings. Well I am diablo that was from server s179 and in the beginning I loved the game played everyday even though it lagged and dropped I still love it but as of a few weeks ago I was put on a refund ban list and kicked from the game and after tons of messages and emails the developers have still not answered me so what I gather is after all the money I spent and time I put into my toon they just kick me for know reason I think is a scared move why not talk to me and let me get back into the game or something until I get some answers I am not happy with this game at all and don’t recommend to anyone at all. And how can’t I open a surport ticket if I am being banned for no reason other then spending money so until I get my toon back no I will not change my review I have made two tickets now and no answer with the problem not fixed yet

Terrible Game, Great Idea. Dungeon Matching - severely Broken, wait for hours to find players on your dungeon... hours... if they even show up. Server Boss - kill a boss 99 times for their loot to drop. Watch out though, as you get near the 99th life it is highly likely that another player will come kill you, making them the “loot owner” you have to respawn, run all the way back and hope that you can kill that player before they kill your boss that just spent 20 minutes beating down. If the boss does first, that player gets all of your loot. Pay to Play - this is a very obvious pay to play. $50 to play as a special character, events end early, no real point to playing this. - Delete-

Blades & Rings waste of time by Hondo. Been playing for about 6 months, started great and thought this was going to be a great game that I wouldn’t have to spend that much money on. Boy was I wrong. We all are to a point where you have to buy, beg, or steal equipment and gear. Drops started out great, but here we are going on a week plus of not getting a drop of anything of value. We all have a problem with buying equipment and gear because players are leaving the game for said above reasons. Our Server (S481) may have between 10 and 15 players. 8 of those players are in the same guild. As you can see not enough activity for the server to progress and grow. Registered a ticket with customer service about this and their word to me was “you need to play the game more”, my account of 3 characters stay logged on about 16 hours a day, so how much more can I play or grind for drops? This kind of thinking and attitude is spreading across our server (10-15 people) and across other servers as well. Will it change? I doubt it.

Customer service. I have played blades and rings sporadically over several years and recently I had gotten back into the game with little trouble. However when I logged in today my game launched in an Asian language that I am unable to read. I first tried to look for an obvious button for customer support but could not find one. Next I went here and found a review with a reply from the developers listing a support email. When I contacted the support email I was sent an automated message saying they were receiving too many inquiries and gave off a sense that I would not receive help. I am willing to edit my rating but so far my customer service experience has not been good.

Completely useless customer service. I have played this game for quite some time and have spent money as well. Lately customer service has become so incompetent and stupid that I’m about to quit this game. I have been trying to get them to fix a problem since December 23rd and they are refusing to believe me and rectify the problem when I spent good money to do the event. I used to enjoy playing this game but it has become more and more of a pay to win game and god forbid you have any issues because their customer service does nothing to help and gives lame excuses as to why they can’t do anything about it. Every time they do an update there are bugs and glitches that take forever to fix and they don’t offer any compensation for their mistakes. If I could have given zero stars I would have. Please please don’t waste your time on this game

The updates are horrible.. I play in English but I do speak Japanese but when the game updates it switched the game language from English to Japanese yes it is helping me to speak Japanese better but I don’t wanna play my games in Japanese it’s so confusing so I have deleted the game I haven’t updated the game in 2 months so that’s probably why but seriously I speak English/Japanese mostly English but if I get it back and it’s still Japanese than we gonna have a probably I got so high on that game and for what this hell no....!!!!!

Beware to all!. Be very careful dealing with the customer service in this game. They apparently outsource it to a bot-like person who speaks very little English. Concerns are rarely responded to and never addressed. Anything you may need to advance doesn’t actually drop, but it magically becomes available for purchase months later. Lastly - these people will straight up STEAL FROM YOU. If you try to petition it and even provide all the evidence of a purchase they will either ignore you or endlessly repeat requests for proof. If you are so bold to have Apple/google refund your purchase that the devs didn’t honor, you will get immediately banned. Consider yourself duly warned. Apple should be ashamed they let utter thieves like this on their marketplace.

Blades and rings connection problem. Hello, support team I’m kind of busy so I’ll get straight to the point, every time I open my blades and rings I get a notification about problem in my connection,but when I checked it there’s no problem at all. Annoying. It’s a good game don’t get me wrong, very entertaining and a good lvl system. But I would say the most annoying part of this game would be the constant updates that you have to do, sometimes there are two in one day so when I try to get on while I’m not on wifi I can’t play because it’s needs an update that takes hours to finish off of data

They’ll ban you. I used to love this game, I played it for almost a year. I spent money on diamonds that I didn’t receive so I contacted Apple who directed me to contact the in game customer service which I did. They kept going around in circles with me so I gave up and said it was a lost cause and just would spend any more money on the game. Later that day I received an email from Apple saying I was being refunded that money. Then a week after that happened(I was still playing the game) I suddenly get banned because of the refund.

lag. hey, I love the game ive been playing for weeks, but lately there has been heavy lag that started 3-4 days ago and hasn't stopped, its messing me up on time limited events (the timer doesn't lag which is weird) and there's a 5-10 second delay when pressing almost any button, Idk if its just me but if its not i really hope you get around to fixing it because I love the game and am really into it, but the lag is kinda killing the vibe and ruining it for me.

Read Prior To Download. I've been playing this game for exactly 30 days now and I am in love! I have not spent a cent on this game and on my server I am ranked top 20 for total CP(power). The in-game market allows you to sell precious items to other players to purchase things like VIP etc. Without having to break the bank, simply grinding. The graphics are stellar and so are most of the players. I would highly recommend this to anyone who can tolerate a new game with a few bugs but even more promise.

Support Is Non Existant. Decent game for what it is. Glitches include weekly events not completing. Double charges for top ups also seem to happen. Don’t bother asking for help, support is foreign and they could care less! Careful about adding money. Search for better game.

Bad game. They create a new server every 3 days so you can participate to a new server constest of who spend more money on the game. 2 week a later the server they just created die. This game is fun for couple days after you realise that you cant enjoy game because these not enough player on your server to do pvp event. Its more than a W2P its a pay for nothing game.

You banned my account. My account is ban because I reported an suspicious purchase which is dated back to June 24. After I went through the purchase history. They seem unusual to me that there was two of the same purchase on the same date. My account got banned shortly after the reported and it was just and $30 purchase it's just the tip of the iceberg compared to how much I've spent on the game can't believe it. Never would expected this kind of treatment, I'm the top paying player on server.

Pure disappointment and money lost.. I loved this game when it first came out and decided to start playing it again 3 days ago. I spent $30 on vip and a relic chest to get myself going and i haven’t been able to load the game since. It keeps telling me there’s an update in the store but there isn’t. I’ve deleted and reinstalled and nothings worked. I’ve been tried downloading it on my iPhone and iPad. Neither work. And there’s no way to actually contact support. App won’t open. Everytime I open I the game it says there is a new version but there is no update for it. I’ve restarted my phone multiple times and it’s still saying the same thing. If I lose my account or character I want to to reimburse for every single penny I put into this game!!

Summoner and Gunslinger. I love the game but, is there level you have to be to unlock the summoner/ gunslinger? I am not going to let this keep me from playing but, would really like play those classes.

It’s awful. At first this game was great. Tons to do and never a dull moment. With the last update the game keeps freezing but instead of fixing it they just shove more pay to win methods in our face. If any in game issues occur the customer service keeps egging you on so that after 60 days it’s not there problem anymore. It could be a great game but all they want is your money they don’t care about the player base.

Game unfuntionable. Game plays for a fair amount of time, then your no longer able to play or login again. Also constantly promoting players to spend money yet no problems resolved. Contacting there support is impossible if your unable to login. Never have I ever played a game that’s only about money and no fun

Do NOT download this game. I used to play this game and was a regular. Then I got an “acquiring server” error at log in for over a year. I submitted several help requests and am still unable to get into the game. I just downloaded and installed again... and I still have the same error. Do NOT, under any circumstance, download this game. Ever. There are better games with better support available.

The game is great. Ive been playing this game for 3 yrs have 20+ characters on 10 different servers and its never crashed on my iPhone

Server Issues. I can load my game fine but after a couple of seconds it kicks me out of it. I have a iPhone and I don’t know if it is because I have it, but the issue that I am complaining about won’t let me play the game which I enjoyed when it didn’t have these issues.

The game where the devs are the trolls. Awful game been playing for years now and every time I long in they have found a new way to take your money. The new thing is they offer different packs for in game cash but only the higher ones work. So they do an event and then wonk let u play in the event unless u spend a lot . Oh and a lot means a few thousand dollars each event and there’s one a week maybe more. So if u don’t like your time or your money this game is perfect for u.

Irritated. I don’t know if the server I was on or my account was changed to Japanese or Chinese (sorry can’t tell which). New update notice. It is November 28, 2017 and I am trying to play the game and I can’t it keeps asking me to update it but when I go to the App Store it doesn’t update and it’s really frustrating because this game is so fun to play on top of it being one of my favorites at the moment.. any suggestions on what I should do?

Hackers n thieves. They charge your cc while you sleep. Even if you have fingerprint mode on mobile devices they can bypass that too. Then they just send you the same reply over n over. Oh and they said that Apple let them rob my cc twice. So it's apples fault that I got robbed n not their problem. Had to cancel my cc before they clean me out.

BEWARE!! Run just run. Run as fast as possible from this. After spending tons of money on this game they banned me for refunding what i spent on an event that their customer support team admitted to being messed up and telling me that they would do nothing to fix it. Worst customer support ever. Any issue (and there’s a lot) with the game they reply with generic responses or try to make it out like you’re not doing it right. Edited: prime example with their response. They banned me so obviously I can’t send a ticket in game. When I sent one to their FB I got told to submit a customer support ticket in game. Hmm

New update changed language... The in game update i just installed changed my language settings and everything is being displayed in an asian script that i cannot read. In the process of trying to find the language setting back to english, I accidentally locked my interface and now i cannot interact with anything on the screen. Help!

Pay to win. Enjoy fighting world bosses in a game? Dont look here because you are forced to fight world bosses in pvp zones, yep you read that right, you getthe fun task of trying to kill a boss without some high level player killing you and stealing the boss from you. And like others have said, unless you want to spend alot of money, you will not get very far as a free player.

Crashing. 3.48.1 doesn’t work on my phone (iPhone 6) anymore after this update. I enjoyed this game a lot but I can’t play it anymore. I know that it’s not my phone because the previous update worked fine until I updated the game. Hope they fix it because I don’t want to stop playing this game.
