If you’re a bed-sharer don’t waste your money. This is definitely one of the better apps for general tracking of your baby’s life — feeding, diapers, pumps, sleep etc. The reports are nice and the interface is fairly easy. Huckleberry is designed as an app to improve baby sleep. It’s SweetSpot nap predictor is fairly accurate, and it definitely helps me recognize when my baby’s wake window is ending. I like the theory behind the app—you can submit your logs for analysis and a “sleep expert” will analyze them and provide tips. But the execution isn’t anything special. All of the information Huckleberry provides I can find in a Google search (in fact, I did already find it and was already trying those practices). Huckleberry is also focused on independent sleep. I’m sure that’s because society is focused on independent sleep, but it doesn’t jive with me. We are a social species. It’s actually not natural to sleep independently — especially as an infant. There’s a very specific biological reason that young babies want to contact nap. But let’s be real, how many of us actually enjoy sleeping alone even as adults? Huckleberry seems more concerned about convincing me to have my child sleep alone in a crib than helping me nurture actual good sleep for my baby. So for me, it’s a three stars. If you’re a parent who chooses to put their child alone in a crib all the time, this app will work for you. It doesn’t work for those of us who believe in responsible bedsharing

Great tool, helps us stay sane!. My cousin who became a FTM just a few months before me strongly recommended this app. I downloaded it a few days before birth and explored a little, but didn’t think much of it until I started breastfeeding and couldn’t keep track of time or which boob was next on very little to no sleep in the hospital. This app was so helpful with that. I started using the diaper changing feature as well. I didn’t track the baby’s sleep time religiously until he was a few weeks old then the sweet spot kicked in when he turned 2 months which has been scarily spot on! Temperature and medicine tracker came in handy when he got his first virus. I’ve also kept track his growth stats whenever we visited the doctor. All of these trackers in one app! I love it. Even my own dad who thought my cousin and I were crazy for obsessing with this app ended up liking it especially when he cares for my LO one day a week while we’re working. It has been a great tool not only for my LO, but for the whole family.

Almost perfect (IMHO). This app has been awesome for identifying my 5mo old’s sweet spots for sleep! I was following developmentally appropriate wake windows but there’s such a range that I think I was missing the mark. I would put my baby to sleep awake and she’d often cry and require several paci pops before ultimately falling asleep. I immediately saw a difference after using the recommended sweet spots and I can put her to bed awake, even at night without helping her. The only thing I wish the tracker had was the actual time listed on the main page for the start of sleep and feedings. More so for feedings as it would make it easier for me to know an approximate time to plan for especially if someone else is looking after my baby rather than doing the math with the provided “time since”. Also, for breastfeeding, rather than the last side, it would be easier to see the start side so you know which side to start off on for the next feeding. I use a different app for feeding because of these two items as the other app is a bit more convenient. All in all, I wanted help with sleep so it’s meeting my expectations, I would just love the convenience of using one app instead of two. Thanks!

Absolute lifesaver!!!. My partner and I found out my 5 month old cousin was in foster care a little over two months and decided to foster him. We are young and have no kids of our own, so this was a brave choice to say the least! The first several weeks were a blur of screaming, resisting sleep, spitting up, and refusing bottles. We were able to improve some of those issues simply with time and with a formula change, but I was just too tired to remember when he last ate or took a nap which made it very hard not to let him get too tired or hungry and grumpy. Especially since I didn’t really know how often he should be getting those things, and EVERYONE had something different to say. Then I thought “there must be an app for that”, and sure enough, I found huckleberry! Originally I was just looking for a place to track everything, but the sweet spot recommendations have changed EVERYTHING!! I didn’t follow them for awhile, thinking I’d try going on instinct, which was a mistake. As soon as I started using the recommended sleep times our baby napped like never before! He went from 20-40 minute cat naps to hour long, restful sleeps!! It’s also so helpful when I’m a zombie at 3am and can’t remember to save my life how long ago he ate. I cannot say enough good things about this app, especially for new parents!!!

Glitchy. I love the concept of the app. I’ve been using it for 3 weeks now and it was reliable at first, but now there are lots of annoying errors in the display and accuracy of the data. Example: when I hit the option to see the weekly data graphed, it automatically opens up to previous months where there isn’t any data, or even to the year prior, requiring me to have to scroll right for however long until the current data appears. Another example: Typically when you select an option from the list (feeding, solids, pumping session, etc), it shows you how long it’s been since the last session. Since yesterday, when I select the feeding option to nurse, the time since the last session is completely off. I’ve tried closing the app and reopening, but it still happened. A session I finished 10 minutes ago would say 25 minutes or 47 minutes or something weirdly inaccurate. Overall, the app is helpful, but these issues docked a couple stars because though minor, they are incredibly frustrating when you’re using the app around the clock. Update: the app randomly will remove all of my nursing sessions and I have to reset the filter (toggle the feeding option on and off) to get them back to being visible. Just seems like this app is very glitchy.

Lifesaver!!! Seriously the best!!. If you’re a new mom, DOWNLOAD THIS APP. If you had your baby three weeks or three months ago, DOWNLOAD THIS APP. I can’t even begin to describe how game-changing this app has been for me. The sweet spot times are SPOT ON. I’m able to plan my day better (nap time at 9:30? Perfect, we’re leaving for the grocery store then) and putting him down for a nap isn’t a struggle because he’s ready! I’ve paid for premium though unless you’re having issues with your baby sleeping, I don’t think you’ll need it. We currently co-sleep and I know it’ll be helpful when we’re ready to transition him to his crib. My only gripe (and it’s a small one) is that I’d like Apple Watch integration at some point. A lot of times I’ll sit down to feed my son and my phone is out of reach so I can’t start the timer (and I use the timer religiously because of his reflux) but I almost always have my watch on, so it’d be nice to be able to start the timer on my watch. Other than that, I LOVE THIS APP!

So thankful for this app!. I started using this app when my daughter was 6.5 months old, I spent months and months googling & researching sleep advice and tips. I applied everything I learned from all of my research but naps were SUCH a challenge! I was desperate so I tried the 14 day free trial for the sweet spots feature. I was skeptical at first but after tracking my daughters sleep for 3 days & following the recommended sleep times. My daughter went from waking after 20-30 minutes of sleeping to waking after 50 minutes AND putting herself back to sleep!! her naps lengthened from 30- 45 minutes to me having to wake her from 1.5 hour naps!! This app has truly relieved me of so much stress! I no longer have to watch the clock, I get a push notification letting me know when it’s 30 minutes away from my daughters sweet spot (my preference) I also can track my daughter sleep, bottle intake, solids, medication and so much more! As a mom I forget stuff fairly easily so this is a big plus for me! I’m truly in love with this app and have been recommending it left and right to other parents who struggle with baby sleep

You need this app if you like to sleep!. I found this app while trying desperately to figure out how to get my baby on a more consistent schedule. I had never heard of it before, but it had high ratings so I decided to try it out. My baby went from 8 hour sleep nights waking up every two hours to 10-12 hour sleep nights waking up every 3-4 hours (he’s only 3 months old so still needs to eat frequently). I took a picture today of the sleep graph for him after only 10 days of using this app. The first 3 days the patterns are all over the place, but day 4 and on look almost identical with high and consistent night and nap sleep! I also love that you can track feeding and pumping sessions! But mostly I love that you are given the option to be very detailed, like exactly how much pee, what breast you fed on last, how did the baby fall asleep and wake up, so you can predict patterns and follow them! I cannot rave enough about this app! When my baby goes to daycare in a week I’m glad his provider will also be able to use this app so we can jointly keep up this seamless routine!

With update, costs $60 to use free features. Short version: Nap prediction is no longer a free feature and the free version is now just a glorified notepad. Nap prediction is now $60 if you pay for a year in advance or $120 if you pay monthly. Long version: I used Huckleberry free and knew I could pay $15 for a month of Premium any time my kid was having sleep trouble. A month ago, the developers added on the intermediate “Huckleberry Plus” and said I had a free 30 day trial. I didn’t notice any new features worth exploring and ignored it. Today my free trial ended and NAP PREDICTION IS GONE. The free app is now a glorified notepad. I can pay $60 to get what I used to have or I can pound sand. Very shady move, in my opinion. I would gladly purchase this app for $5, but it feels like price gouging to pay $5 PER MONTH to use the same algorithm that was free yesterday and costs them nothing more! People have a right to earn their living, but this feels like I’m being swindled. Have not decided whether or not to keep the app.

Nap time has returned!! 🙌🏻. Thank the lawd for the good people at the Huckleberry Sleep app/Baby Sleep Science. My husband and I used their services via this app twice-at roughly 12 mos and 18 mos for our little guy, who had always been a decent night sleeper and TERRIBLE napper. That said, I wish I’d had the app earlier on, when I started to structure nap times around 7-8 months. I’m a SAHM and while I have a background in early childhood ed, I was not prepared for how much confusion and self-doubt could come along with ensuring proper sleep habits for my son. Huckleberry was a lifesaver-we charted sleep patterns for about 7-10 days each time, answered some really thorough and thought provoking questions and were rewarded with a detailed, cohesive plan for remediating our son’s disordered nap patterns. As I write this, my almost 19 month old is cozy and snoozing for his afternoon nap which now averages 2 hours a day. Sweet sweet rest time for mama! In short, I HIGHLY recommend this app for all parents!

Great for what it does. We started using this app when our daughter was about a day old (now 14.5 months). I love being able to track everything in one place - from feeding to pumping to diapering to medicines), which makes it easy for me and my husband to know what’s going on without having to remember everything or ask the other person. Things that could be improved: I wish we could track illnesses, as sometimes it’s hard to remember when some symptoms started/resolved, and I wish we could make random notes on the day in order to track something not related to feeding, diapers, sleep or solid foods. One thing that could be improved is that when you put in solids, you have to enter WHAT they ate before you can enter WHEN they ate it. The multiple screens are a bit cumbersome when wrangling a hungry toddler. Highly recommend to any new parent as a must have to get through the early Baby Brain stages, and well into the toddler ones too!

Love it at first but…. So far I like it because it help keep track with timing and for a mother who still has prego brain you can’t remember everything. But recently I notice I would document the feeding time and it doesn’t save or go through unless I close the app and refresh multiple of time which can be annoying. So hopefully someone can fix the problem soon! Other than that I would’ve given 5 star. Update: used to like this app but not anymore. App is still not working properly. It’s been already two month and no improvement. At first I thought it could be my old phone since I had lack of storage space so I couldn’t do any updates but now with a new phone it still doesn’t work well so I know it’s the app itself. Every time I try to log in my breast feeding time, the start time would reset which is quite bothersome because then I forget when I started because I was relying on the app. So now I don’t even bother using that feature. Also every input I do I have to double check bc it occasionally would not log in depending it’s mood 😒 I still have to close the app and open the app multiple time for it to “work”… so they need to fix this or else it’s a waste of money. Probably better off trying another app.

Awesome!. I love this app. I’ve been using it since day 3 or 4 to track nursing. We’re at 4 weeks now and I see patterns so it really helps me plan things out a bit! In the beginning it was also super helpful to make sure I didn’t keep nursing on one side. I also love that you can set an alert to remind you to feed at a specific time increment after the last one! It’s super helpful once you’ve noticed a pattern, that way you can get ahead of baby waking up and being upset from being hungry The only thing I wish they’d improve is the Apple Watch app, I wish it had the ability to track nursing times on it! When nursing I always have my watch but I don’t always have my phone right nearby so I have to set a stopwatch or something on my watch then go in to the app when I’m done (and can get to my phone) to log the feed. Not the biggest problem but it would be super nice for us nursing mommas!

Best app for tracking all things baby!. They have really thought about just about everything on this app! All of the functionality you could want (even has light/dark mode so the white isn’t too bright during night time feedings!) and the app is very intuitive. Only thing I would like is an option to add something miscellaneous to the schedule, like a bath. I have a hard time remembering which day I last gave her a bath lol so it would be nice to be able to add that in through a miscellaneous option. Right now I track it in the “Notes” section of the temperature option because I don’t take her temperature very often. Overall though if you need an app to track sleep, eating, etc. this is the one to use! My baby is too young for the sweet spot but once she gets a little older I’m excited to see how that works as well. She sleeps pretty good so I am not going to pay for premium at this point but if she starts struggling with getting sleep I may be willing to pay for it!

So helpful…even as second time parents. This app has helped my husband and I so much. Our first baby was a dream sleeper from the start. She ate and slept on a very regular schedule and automatically adjusted as she went and around daycare. She definitely ruined us for our second. Our second baby has thrown us for a loop. She didn’t eat regularly and ended up having a milk protein allergy. She can’t have casein or whey. Luckily she doesn’t have a soy allergy and we switched to that. The app helped us track her feedings so we knew how much she was taking in and how frequently and what her stools were like and her symptoms. It also helped us narrow in her sleep issues and figure out when she needed a nap as she didn’t give off all the regular cues and constantly fought sleep. At 4 months we started sleep training and the app has been immensely helpful in getting her on a schedule. There are only two things I wish were improved. I wish the live tracking had bottle feeding and not just nursing as an option. Second, I wish the activity had a custom option so I could add a button for track cranial band time. Our baby has Torticoils and is in PT but also needs a cranial band and we need to track wearing time u til we get up to 23 hours. As my husband and I rotate time while we work from home we need to be able to communicate without actually talking as we sometimes switch during meetings or nap time.

The app all moms need!. I cannot even begin to tell you how AMAZING this app is. I have a 10 month old who since 4 months old has had nights where he slept 8 & 9 hours 2 nights back to back only to be followed by 2 weeks of sleeping in 4 hour chunks. Lately, for the past 2 months he would usually wake up 1 time around 3, 4, or 5 am and then wake up for the day at 6 or 7 am. I was tired, exhausted and did NOT know what else to try. I had given up thinking I would finally have a baby that slept through the night and had myself given up on the fact that I would ever sleep 8 hours again. But then a friend recommended me Huckleberry, she said she was using it with her 10 month old baby and it was working wonders. Her baby was napping perfectly and she wasn’t having bad nights anymore. I thought I’d give it a try but I wasn’t too convinced since I had tried a lot of things before only to be disappointed. I’ve been using the app for 15 days now. He’s slept through the night 11 of those nights; the 4 nights he woke up we’re during the first week. I’ve also noticed a change in his naps for the better, he’s been napping for longer period of times. Before he would nap 45 minutes usually. Now he naps for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I HIGHLY recommend this app to all the moms who are having trouble with their babies/kids in the sleeping department.

Truly Amazing App. This app is so much more than I ever expected! I was just looking for something to help me keep track of feedings, sleep and diapers, but this goes way beyond! The calendar takes a little getting used to, and I personally filter out the diapers because the color is so similar to nursing, but once you get used to it, you can easily see your goals and all the progress that your baby is making. Plus, their premium membership is soooo worth the cost!!! The analysis and the step-by-step actions to take in improving my baby’s sleep are easy to understand and easy to implement. And with the ongoing subscription, you can get updated plans every so often. The app even tells you the “sweet spot” for the best time to put baby down to sleep for the least amount of crying and best naps. It’s really exactly what I needed! Thank you so much to Huckleberry for such a helpful tool!

It’s great, app format changes are annoying. Our baby is almost a toddler so many of the features we have either stopped using or never used in the first place. For sleep tracking though this app is amazing. I think there is pretty good information regarding wake windows from any baby sleep website so I don’t thing that the paid features are worth it. There are currently five tabs/buttons/whatever you want to call them to navigate the app and two of them have become “upgrade” here buttons over the past couple updates. The features they used to link to are elsewhere in the app, so you have to go searching for them. For example, one of those buttons used to link to their blog for age relevant posts. It was super helpful, now you have to go through a couple different buttons to get to the messages tab. It’s actually pretty irritating. I would assume the app is going to move to more and more paid features, from what I have read in the past many of their now pay features used to be free. Pros: intuitive, can track sleep/feeds/diapers/meds/etc, clean format, messaging that is actually helpful Cons: ever increasing free—>paid features, making their user interface less intuitive over time/more “pay us” I’m putting 4 stars because the app still is usable. I have a feeling in the future the app is going to become less and less friendly to non-paying users and at some point I will have to delete the app. I’m just hoping we are done with tracking naps by that time.

Amazing. Wish I knew of this sooner.. I read a few reviews of huckleberry and seriously laughed in anger. Boohoo, your baby only sleeps in 4 hour stretches! I have a 6 month old, who prior to downloading this app only slept in TWO hour stretches all day all night. Actually, day naps were 30-60 min on average. Then night sleep = up every 2 hrs. I had been tracking his sleep in a note pad in hopes of figuring out a pattern, then thought “there must be an app for that” enter: huckleberry. What a saving freaking grace. Since following the sweetspot feature we’ve figured out his optimal wake windows which has resulted in better day naps and night time sleep. Let’s knock on wood, but the last 3 nights have been magical. He would sleep 7 hrs the first stretch from bed time (645pm ish) and then up again 4 hours later. He’s up for the day around 5:50-6am, so we are working on a later morning rise, but overall OMG. I feel human again. Thank you.

Best app out there. This app is literally the best app! I don’t understand why this isn’t the number one app on the chart. Is should be. This app has everything and is so easy to use, track and edit if you need to. You can track while going through the app and it has graphics to see how your child is doing. Even has the weight chart! I love the medicine thing too so you can see when was the last time you gave your baby meds, along with bath time, tummy time and all these other stuff. It’s clean, simple, easy to navigate and see right away. My only wish is that they make it for the Apple Watch as well so I can tap my watch to see when was the last time I fed him so I don’t have to reach for my phone. That could be something they can work on the future like other apps has, but for now I’m super satisfied with this app and will only be using this. Good job!

Help for a sleep deprived mom!. I’ve tried numerous apps to track various data points since my son was born and I found this one to be the best. The developers made this so easy to use and the dashboard is very well designed. I love how I can customize what is displayed and even change the backdrop to a dark view. There is nothing worse that waking up throughout the night and staring at a bright white screen. The “sweet spot” feature has been a life saver for me! Trying to manage a toddler while taking care of my baby while sleep deprived left me with limited cognitive functioning. With the sweet spot, it took the guessing out of when naps times should be and helped me to remember to put my son down for naps. The last feature that stood out for me is the sleep averages. It took the data and visualizes it for me so it would be easier to compare my sons sleep each day. This app is packed with so many useful features and helped me survive the newborn phase.

Hugely helpful. We’ve relied on this app so much for the past 8 months. I love that me and my husband can both link to the app so we can be on the same page about naps. Sometimes he even checks it while he’s at work to see how our day is going. Following a general wake time schedule is very effective and having to count the hours on my fingers to figure out when she’s likely to be tired? I can’t even imagine how silly that would become. Instead I log the time she woke up and the app tells me exactly when she’s going to be tired. So insanely helpful to help me plan my next few hours or my day. We paid for the premium subscription and getting a customized sleep plan was so nice. It really helped us figure out sleep training and what to do. There’s so much advice out there it can be so confusing. Huckleberry gives you options but all their advice is based on science and a logical progression of things that work. The last year has been awful for my sleep but it felt much more manageable with the app. My daughter is just turning a year old this week and it’s amazing to look through our history on the app and see how far we’ve come. Thank you Huckleberry!

Perfect for Tracking!. We started using this in the hospital after our daughter was born and all of the nurses commented on how on top of it we seemed when we reported to them about bowel movements and feedings because we were using it! Recommended by a friend after she went through a bunch of apps she didn’t like. I love the ways to view it, the sleep helper, and that it gives you opportunity to grow your little one with the features. The only thing I would LOVE for the developers to create would be an app for apple/smart watches! I can’t tell you how many times I forgot to start a timer and had my watch on me but my phone was not in reach. Hopefully there is an update and it helps speed up the lagging that happens between screens. I’ve found myself frustrated with a crying baby trying to find out which boob I used last and waiting on the screen to catch up to me pressing a button.

Great App but SO slow. This is a really excellent app in terms of functionality, data tracking & the user interface design. I love that it lets you pick metric or imperial measurements at each entry so you can do what is most convenient in the moment rather than having to switch in settings or something. The timers occasionally bomb out - forgetting when they were started/that they were started and leaving you trying to remember times but that’s not the end of the world - it’s maybe 1/50 times you use the app. My biggest (and it is a big one) complaint is how unbelievably slow the app is. I do everything - close all other apps on my phone, restart my phone often, try to practice patience… but the response time on the buttons is ridiculous. Sometimes a full second or two after tapping on something for it to actually do/switch/open that. I know, one second doesn’t sound like a lot but when you consider how fast we move on our phones, it really is. The lag is very very frustrating - especially when you’re trying to log things quickly with a squirmy newborn in your arms! Definitely would love for them to find a solution to this - it would make it the perfect app and we would probably pay for the premium too!

Sanity saver. As parents of a colicky baby, it was so difficult for us to decipher why our little guy was crying, because it was pretty much all the time. When you're exhausted, it's impossible keeping track of when they ate last, when they slept last, when they pooped last. Enter Huckleberry, and it saved our sanity. My husband and I both have the app on our phones so we can log naps/feedings easily. The + screen shows you the last time your baby ate, napped, had a dirty diaper, and you can even log medicines or create your own. It helped us keep track of Tylenol doses after his vaccinations. The Sweet Spot feature is the best part. Our little guy doesn't have a schedule, but it predicts the time we should try to soothe him to sleep before he gets overtired (and fussy!) I would recommend this app to anyone! After using the app for a month, I also paid for a sleep analysis to get some tips before we started daycare, and they sent some very helpful information. It was worth the money! Thank you for developing this app!

Update Gone Wrong. Love this app and it has been so helpful in tracking our baby’s journey so far so we can see the forest through the trees (ie patterns in her sleep) and the wake windows recommendations are spookily spot on. I wanted to write to say the new updates feel sloppy and rudimentary in visual design - it feels like a regression to a 1.0 look. Biggest complaint is the diapers - great, now I can log pees and poops separately…but mixed diapers is gone and forces me to click more in logging both. What you should’ve done is just added a 2nd “small-medium-large” slider bar inside the mixed diaper instead of completely breaking them apart and getting rid of a mixed diaper all together. Then that would’ve been only 1 extra click. I don’t get why mixed was replaced by dry diapers. Instead of creating a more efficient mixed tab, it’s replaced with tracking when she’s NOT even doing something? Not helpful. I can feel her or pull her pants aside and visually know. I don’t need a timer and log for that like a daycare legally does.

Good tracker but…. It’s a good app to track your child’s routine, but with a recent update they added this “tip” pop up to the tracking list/home page. It pops up at the top of the tracking list and takes the place of my most used tracking topic, shifting all topics down on the screen. This is incredibly inconvenient. Because the first listed topic is my most tracked aspect, I click on it first thing upon opening the app to quickly track what I need. However, because the “tip” pops up in that spot, I accidentally click the tip. This loads whatever random topic is advertised in the “tip” at that moment— which is never a topic I actually track. This adds unnecessary extra time to this task. Tracking used to take me seconds and now takes me minutes when I accidentally select the “tip” because I have to wait for the “tip” topic page to load so that I can go back to the home page to select the topic I actually want to track. I have left feedback and opened support requests on this topic several times to no avail, so I am asking here. PLEASE GET RID OF THE TIP POP UP. It is the opposite of helpful.

App is not saving every entry. I’ve been using this app since the day my baby was born and it has been really convenient because I like to track how long he nursed on each breast, when he ate and how much, and I can keep track of diaper changes etc. I LOVE that the app tells you how long it’s been since the feeding or diaper change etc based off of the last entry in the app. HOWEVER, now when I make a new entry (I know for a fact that I save it..especially because I’ve been making a mental note to make sure that I am, and I can physically see that is IS indeed saved) but I’ll look at the app at a later time and it says my baby was last fed 8 hours ago (for example) but I know I’ve entered a few feedings within the app since that 8 hour mark. The app is not saving all of my entries (it saves most..and even SAYS it saves them but later when I go to check..they've disappeared) - this is frustrating because I rely on this for peace of mind when I know it’s been around 2-3 hours and it’s coming close to the time for me to wake my baby and feed him..but I look in the app and the “time sense last feed” is not accurate. I also use this to let our pediatrician know how many diaper changes etc he has. The app itself is very convenient and I love it..Just the past few days it has not been saving every entry. Maybe it’s a bug but hoping it’s resolved soon

Life saver. This app is incredible. It can be really hard to find a good sleep routine for a baby and everyone seems to have an opinion on what to do or not do and it ends up being very confusing. This app lets you identify your own goals and then sets a plan customized to your goals and preferences instead of forcing you to do something you don’t think will be right for your family. The app is very user friendly and I haven’t encountered any bugs. A friend told he about the app and she waited rather than paid for the advice because she wasn’t sure if it would be worth the money, and after I spoke to her and got the app, I paid for the quicker response and it was worth EVERY PENNY. Within days of using the tips we say improvement, with my six month old going from a horrible regression of 10 wakenings a night to two or three (which I customized as being ok for me, but I’m sure you can say no to that if that’s your preference). Love, love, LOVE HUCKLEBERRY!

Give it a try! The only app I’ve stuck with. I wish I found this app sooner, it would’ve helped SO much with the newborn days. I’ve been using it consistently for about 6 months now and it has been a lifesaver. I went through so many apps and this is the only one I keep using. I haven’t had to pay for the service but it is nice knowing that it’s there. Being able to track his feedings bottle or nursing and the nap suggestions literally changed our life and put us on a schedule. I will recommend this app all day long! Update- baby is 21m old now and we are still using this. Probably not necessary anymore since I’ve basically learned his awake times thanks to this app, but when he has an off day this app is right on point. I hate to hear it’s no longer going to be a free app- but it’s worth it. We will absolutely pay for it for any future kids!

Even the free version is top-notch. It’s very easy to avoid the in-app purchase with this one, to the extent that I’m worried this product will stop being free at some point. I would nonetheless pay for what I’m getting at the basic level. Not only is my 3-month-old sleeping better than ever, the peace of mind I get from knowing exactly when her next nap should be helps me organize my day. Definitely helps me to record and reflect, and make my own decisions about her sleep. Even if you don’t keep to the naps exactly on time, figuring out that you’re late helps you to recognize your baby’s signals and learn from them (at least, it did for me). I only wish it provided a forecast for the rest of the day’s sleep schedule, especially since it seems mostly to just follow a rule of standardized waking times. I’m not sure the nursing timer is any better than others you can find, but what really matters here, of course, is the sleep-related stuff. The rest of the tools (diaper and pumping logs, for example) are bonuses.

I’m not a first time mom but SOOOOO GLAD I DID!!! Incredibly easy to use!!. The Huckleberry app was AWESOME especially for those first 6 months when you’re so sleep deprived and trying to time naps and hoping to see any pattern emerge. The free version is GREAT! It has all the tools for tracking everything from which boob baby last nursed from and how long (if you want to get that specific you can), to noting pumping sessions, poops per day and most importantly sleep. I’m a second time mom so I almost didn’t bother downloading it thinking I didn’t really need it but I’m so glad I did. I found it incredibly helpful when you’re already so distracted and mommy brained to have a way to keep track of sleep and find sweet spots for naps and literally get to see it graphed out hour by hour. I can’t say enough good things about it. After a few months, I even ended up paying $15 for one time customized sleep analysis report where they gave surprisingly super helpful recommendations based on the month of tracking data I’d already been doing. The stuff they suggested was actually pretty insightful (and I say this even after having just done this whole newborn thing just 2 years earlier). This app definitely helped me get and stay on a great sleeping schedule all while totally respecting and accommodating any of my sleeping/co sleeping preferences at the time. I wish this app had been around for my first born but I now recommend it to all my friends.

Best tracker app!!. Before I leave this review, just wanted to say I have never even written a review for an app before. But I love this app. I’ve been using huckleberry since my baby girl was 1 month old. Before I started using huckleberry I tried almost every free sleep tracker app there is on the App Store to see which one was most helpful and when I was testing Huckleberry, it was definitely the most organized, aesthetically pleasing to look at, easy to use and I loved that I can easily see baby’s days side by side to compare and start noticing her sleep patterns! The breastfeeding and pumping timers are my favorite features that are easy to use and I love that you can adjust the times in case you forgot to start or stop on time. The only thing I wish there was for this app is a widget!! It would be great to see on my Home Screen how long baby has been awake, asleep, how long since last feeding etc. but I am still very happy with the app how it is😌 thank you huckleberry!

App does work wonder. I’ve searched other sleep apps before Huckleberry. I found Huckleberry to be pretty easy to navigate other than other apps. The page is clean and neat and easy to record things once you open the app. I hope there will be an option for Diaper section when you can choose to put on a clean diaper after the bath, this will be helpful. My baby is only 3 months old but she has been sleeping through the night pretty much starting at 2 months old! I only need to feed her once at night which is better than before. She even slept 8 hours straight two nights in a row even she doesn't sleep like that as always. But she is making some progress. Routine is so important that I have to stick with it on my own so I can give her a better routine. Huckleberry’s premium feature definitely worths it so I can start a sold foundation for my baby’s sleep in a long run. I love the app so far and wish they can give some more options to Sleep section as well when my child wakes up on her own without either “upset” or “wake up the child” these two options only. I am positive that I’ll stick with

Sanity Saver. I was struggling to keep track of sleeping and feeding for my twins. I always seemed to be caught off guard when they woke hungry, and figuring out when the best time to put them down for a nap was a nightmare. Writing things down in a dry erase board quickly became inefficient because we’d have to drag it from room to room, or forget to log because, well, there’s two babies and it’s hard. With an app, our log is always in our pockets. Now with the tap of a button I can start a sleep timer or log a bottle feeding or nursing session. The Sweet Spot feature is great, too, and is worth paying for in my opinion. My babies don’t give many signals that they’re tired until they’re overtired and cranky, and in combination with forgetting when they last woke up and missing subtle tired signs, I had some fussy babies. The app can send a notification to your phone that lets you know they might need a nap soon, which is great when you’re exhausted and have a brain fog or absorbed in trying to finish housework. I feel like this app removes a bit of that mental load of caring for babies. Well worth it.

Love this app!. I’ve been using this app for 3 weeks to help my baby’s sleep and I love it! She was 2.5 months when we started and now she’s 3 months and 1 week. My initial concern was getting her to nap regularly and the app really helped with that. The free version told me when the next time she would be tired. I don’t have to think or calculate what time is her next nap- I just look at the app now and it’s pretty much always accurate. I paid $15 for the customized sleep plan which I think is well worth it. I’ve learned so much about my baby’s sleep and why things work the way they work. My baby has been able to independently sleep on her own for naps and bedtimes about 80% of the time. She is still waking up twice a night to feed but by just sticking to the app, making sure she naps when she’s supposed to nap, and consistently having her fall asleep on her own, I’m hopeful that she will be able to sleep through the night in no time :) My most used app and the timer to track sleep is very easy to use.

Perfect!!. I love huckleberry for tracking all things baby. It’s great to monitor how much he is eating at each feeding and his sleep patterns. Love being able to go back over the previous days/weeks to see what he averages for eating and sleeping daily. Also wonderful as a system to track how much I’m pumping! The different ways to view this info- daily, weekly, listed, and as a summary, is so so so convenient. I often switch between the different views to see trends, have an easier summary to view, or be able to see his activity for the day at a quick glance. Huckleberry is wonderful because you’re able to track as much or as little as you want. The only thing I could request for improvement would be bottle options. You can pick breast milk, formula, other milks, and “other”. It would be nice to have a combo feeding option where I could specify his bottle is x oz formula and x oz breast milk. It honestly hasn’t been too big of an impact for me so I still give the app 5 stars!

This App Works For Us. My wife and I love this app. It’s user friendly, it’s intuitive while giving you a lot of access for free. It can track their sleep, feedings, how much you gave for their bottle, changing of diapers, their weight, height, even medication and when they took it. They also give you a quick look at how long ago that event took place which is super helpful when planning out naps or next dosages for vitamins or medicine. We tried the paid version trying both plus and premium. The difference is that premium gives you the sleep analysis which we thought was helpful. I think if you are struggling with sleep with your baby, then this might be a helpful tool to try out for the month and see how it goes. The sweet spot is worth it at the plus level and we will at least continue at that level. The suggested nap time is accurate for us. Even when he doesn’t appear to be tired, we put him to bed and he falls asleep. This is our first child (using this app between 2 and 4 months so far) but it sounds like it has already saved us some head ache over that.

Great tool, nice interface, horrible lag. Second-time mom here that used her trusty notes app to track all this good stuff for baby number 1. I couldn’t stand all the interfaces of the tracking apps I found a few years ago, so notes it was! Huckleberry gets major accolades from me on design and user interface. The data analysis is also something I clearly wasn’t doing from my notes app before! Ha! Really, really helpful and can’t wait to see the sweetspot sleep features in action as babe gets older. I did upgrade for a month purely so I could test out the home screen widget for quick access since I have been using it incessantly with a newborn—so far, worth it. I can see time since last sleep and feeding and start or stop a session right when I unlock my phone. There are tons of options for the home screen widget too if you prefer a different combo of info etc. My complaint: the app is sooo slow. The delay to load the app when I select from the home screen is rough, and worse is when I select any action in app—holy lag! At first I was tapping actions again thinking it didn’t register and then it was getting wonky because it would move ahead and click to something else. So frustrating. It’s the one thing that is making me question continuing the upgraded version…

Needs Apple Watch app and widgets. I started off using huckleberry primarily just for sleep tracking and the sweetspot feature which I love, it has taken the guess work out of wake windows and naps for me! I was using a different app to track everything else (feedings, diapers, bath, growth, meds etc) mostly bc I was using it before I downloaded huckleberry and so I just kept using it, but have recently switched to tracking everything all in huckleberry as I will be going back to work and I figured it’s just easier for my nanny to track everything in one app instead of two. Here’s where huckleberry loses stars for me: there’s no Apple Watch app or widget!!! With the other tracking app, there was both so it was really easy to log things quickly on the watch or if I just needed to see real quick how long it’s been since my baby’s last feeding, i had a widget set up on my Home Screen. I feel like these are major downsides for an app used by parents and especially an app used by parents of babies! Hoping these features come soon because i do like the app otherwise.

The ONLY baby app you need!. I would like to say a sincere thank you to the Huckleberry team. You have changed our life, and made the time with my infant more enjoyable bc he’s not nearly as fussy anymore! Perks of the app: - predict and track baby’s next optimal nap or nighttime sleep down the the precise minute - keep perfect track of baby’s wake windows and watch their sleep/wake patterns emerge in one nifty chart! - log and chart feeding sessions, pumping sessions, medication dosages/times, diaper outputs, and more! - chart/track as many above the features as you want (I only track sleep for now with my 7mo old) - can track more than one child If you are a parent, you should know that minding your child’s wake windows is the difference between a good day with your little (even a difficult temperament one like mine!) and a disastrous one. This extraordinary app, which I started using around the 3 month mark, not only started revealing my baby’s sleep/wake patterns, but also could help me predict the optimal nap time TO THE MINUTE. Not just sometimes, but I’d say about 95% of the time. This is absolutely incredible, and my extremely fussy baby suddenly became far more manageable. Because the app lets me know approximately when baby is due for sleep again, I know how much time I have to get everything I get done. My infant is now 7 months and we still live by this app! IT IS A MUST FOR YOUR BABY ARSENAL!!

Absolute Life Saver!. I don’t know what I would have done for the first year of my daughter’s life without this app. When we were breastfeeding, it was immensely helpful to track sides and lengths of nursing sessions. But the sleep tracking is AMAZING. Its insane that this is free because I would pay top dollar for this feature. It’s my most used app on my entire phone. I love being able to easily track wake windows, see her trends and habits so I know when to stretch them, and make note of how her sleep is going so I know when to adjust! And the sweet spot has always been absolutely on point and helps us get the baby down to nap or sleep when she’s tired but not overtired so we avoid the dreaded bedtime battle. This app has been my copilot for a year and I am SO grateful for it. I recommend it to any young mom trying to get a handle on baby sleep and feeding! When you’re a new parent and you’re sleep deprived, you’ll find yourself constantly saying - when did they wake up? When did we give her that last bottle? And you never need to wonder! Huckleberry’s got your back!

Better naps, longer sleep!. When my daughter hit 3 months old, it became so difficult to get her to sleep at night. She would fuss and cry for an hour or more before finally settling down. Previously I’d taken for granted her newborn ability to fall asleep anywhere at anytime, so this sudden sleep struggle took me off guard. After reading a few articles I realized that she needed a real nap routine, and I would have to help her fall asleep by noticing her cues before she became overtired. This is when I looked for a sleep tracking app and found Huckleberry. I’ve only ever used the free version, and it’s been a lifesaver! As long as I diligently time my baby’s sleeps, the app lets me know when to expect the “sweet spot” for her next nap. I’ve used the app for ten days now, and I can see a definite improvement in that it typically takes only a half an hour or so to put my baby to sleep. We do four naps a day, and she’s almost always in that perfect sleepy-but-not-overtired mode right when Huckleberry says to put her down for a nap or bedtime. If you’re a new mom looking for better sleep, give this app a try!

I LOVE this app!!. A new tiny human is super overwhelming, and sleep deprivation makes it extra hard to manage. What saved my sanity? THIS APP! Track whatever you want, get reminders for whatever you need, and have an easy way to reference back stats and trends for all those wellness checks with the pediatrician. Honestly, not having to remember the last time baby ate or how many diapers we’ve changed since when, is the kind of stress relief I needed. Is it a little tedious to track everything? Sometimes. But you’re already making new routines and habits so why the heck not add this to the list and take something big off your plate? It’s a solid app too. The folks at Huckleberry are always updating and improving and they have wonderful customer service. So much of the app is free too! Trust me though, it’s worth paying for the sleep analysis. They give wonderful advice that’s specific to your little one and your concerns. I have zero regrets and at 4 months plan to keep using!

My New-Momming Lifeline. My husband had this app recommended to him from a friend at church while I was in the throes of the newborn days. I was resistant to adding one more thing to keep track of, but the new year was just around the corner, so I made tracking on this app my resolution… I’m so glad I did! At a glance I can know if it’s a reasonable time for our son to eat, sleep, or have a diaper change. Its so reassuring to know if we’re hitting our nap goals & feeding numbers, the stats are fantastic to have on hand. It’s probably saved me from so many over-tired nap fights, hangry wake-ups, and blowouts. I can even track his medications, tummy time, and growth milestones. Cannot recommend it more. You can use the timer function if you’re on top of things, but if you can’t get a hand free or forget to log & are catching up later, you can add in time manually. It even has a dark mode (which is great because you’ll be using it over nights).

Love but I do have a request.... I love this app to track everything for my baby boy. I love that I can see when his next predicted nap should be or how long it’s been since he’s had a bottle or diaper change. As an exclusively pumping mama I love the ability to set reminders for when I need to pump again. It keeps me on track and on a schedule which helps with my milk output. I would like to request for some more attention be put into the pumping as aspect of this app though. Like for instance maybe put the pumping total or averages for the day on the day page. I like to try and see if at any point in the day I’ve pumped as much as I normally do, more, or less. If I have a day where I’m not hitting my average output then I know I need to fit in another pump or add a power pump. Sometimes us “pumpin mamas” get lost in the mix because everyone assumes the only two options are nursing or formula. I think this app would go from A to A+ if it had some attention put into the pumping section.

Great all-in-one app with a few caveats. Been using this app since my daughter was born and she’s about to turn 1 year old in a month. So easy to navigate and keep track of absolutely everything including feedings, temperate, diapers, medicine, pumping, and solids once you start those which helps if you encounter any food issues. Couple things I’d love to see in future and that’s the ability to add more custom foods or customize the what I call the “quick add” foods section as half of them are not ones I use. There seems to be a maximum number of the custom foods you can add and we make a bunch of dishes that would be a pain to enter individually according to its components. Just good for thought! 😋 There also seems to be a glitch lately where I start entering solids and then go the search a food and nothing comes up. If I close out and reopen the app, it works again. Kind of irritating but we work around it because everything else works so well. Also would be nice to be able to add a second user like two parents who could log things versus just one. Love that it has the ability to add more than one child though so looking forward to that in future! Absolutely will keep using it and highly recommend it overall!

Best tracking app! (For singles and multiples!). We absolutely love Huckleberry. We’ve been using it since day 1 with our twins. At 5 months, we’re currently only using it to track bottles, diapers, baths, pumps and sleep. The wake windows and sleep recommendations are amazing! The reminders to pump and being able to at a glance see when the last bottle was is sooo helpful to This type A mama. If we’re a little fussy, I check and see if that bottle was an hour ago or 2.5. I also keep that timeframe in mind for tummy time to reduce the spit up. Living in Colorado, we only do baths once a week or so currently so we don’t overly dry out these babies that aren’t getting dirty anyways. Highly, highly recommend. My husband is logged in on my account so we can both update in real time as we’re each taking care of a baby or he can see what I’ve updated when I’m napping and vice versa. Love Huckleberry!!!!!!!

My #1 recommendation to new parents. This will give you sleep.. I started using Huckleberry when my son was about 6 weeks old. It’s the best one I found for tracking things like food, diapers, sleep, etc., and I tried basically all of the free apps. But then when he hit 2 months and the app started giving me the suggestions for his wake and sleep windows...good god...our lives did a 180 in the best possible way. I’ve never utilized the premium features, only the free app. Within about two weeks of using it after her hit the age where it would make sleep time predictions (2 months), and sticking to the recommended wake windows, my son was sleeping through the night at about 9 or 10 weeks old, and since then he’s had two nights with one wakeup (he’s now 6.5 months). Was it the app? I think so. It seems to work like magic. I’m part of a mom group, and we all started using it. Every single person has had the same magical results. Give it about a week of logging everything and really stick to the suggestions and you’ll be amazed. Baby doesn’t seem tired but app says it’s nap time? Try taking baby to their sleep space and marvel at how they will fall asleep. It can read your baby’s mind and you won’t even care that it feels a little creepy and on-the-nose because your child will sleep. I love this app so much that I’ve put off writing my review because I wanted to make sure I conveyed how wonderful it is. I hope I have!

Game-changer!. In our sleep-deprived state my husband and I trialed some apps and landed on Huckleberry. It is such a game-changer. There was a little bit of a learning curve, mainly because when I’m tracking a feed I would want to view something else in the app and I was afraid hit the X thinking it would cancel out of the tracking session. But once I realized that they have safeguards in place to make sure you don’t accidentally delete something, I was in love! My favorite feature is that my husband and I both have it on our phone and we can seamlessly trade off childcare duties. If I wake up in the middle of the night, I can check when my baby last ate and troubleshoot a solution for why he might be fussy. It’s really an amazing app. I rated it 4 stars because there is a significant lag and I find I have to tap things more than once. This doesn’t always happen but it’s pretty frustrating, but definitely still worth it!

Can’t live without it. I was trying to manually log my 3mo sleep, BF, and poops in my NOTES then tried an excel doc (seriously what was I thinking) when I found this app, can not live without it!!!!! My daughter is 18 months and I still track everything by habit, and SweetSpot (worth every cent!) is correct almost to the minute. Obsessed, recommend to everyone I know. Would love if the solids favourites were MY favourites, not everyone elses, as I hardly feed my toddler 3/4 of those faves and I’m sick of typing “cheese” every day (lol). Also would love if there was an option to add a tantrum / mood / holiday / sickness as it would be interesting to see if there’s a pattern to it (lack of sleep, late snack etc) to hopefully avoid negative effects in future. I think the pee/poop feature has changed with the update but I did find it annoying that when I tried to log poops (who actually logs wees?) that the default was wee and I’d have to delete and re-enter correctly. Keep up the amazing work! Can’t wait to use from day 1 with baby 2!

Disappointed with new changes. After using the App for over a year now and absolutely loving it, I was so disappointed to see that Huckleberry are now charging customers for the ‘sweet spot’ function which is the main draw card to using the app over other baby tracking apps. It would have been nice for huckleberry to grandfather in existing customers so that they aren’t losing out on preexisting functions. Sadly I don’t think we will continue our use of this app without this functionality as the expectation to pay over $20 per month for something that was once free is simply ridiculous. I might have understood a small fee increase but to jump so exorbitantly is just being money hungry and taking advantage of parents and isn’t a company I want to be involved with.

Saves my sanity daily!. I rely on this app all day. I’m 66 and helping my daughter raise her baby, mum is 40, and working full time, some of it from home. It’s helps us both know exactly what’s happened with baby, it updates easily, and across devices. Why is baby crying? Check the app, she’s tired! Or hungry! How much sleep had she had? Ah… it’s nap time. At 66 I’ve forgotten a lot about babies, at 40 and a new mum, she’s just learning. We love this app.

Great tracking tool!. Came across this app by accident and so happy I did. It has help tremendously keeping track of babies feed / changes / sleep / medication/ activities etc. perfect when you’re sleep deprived only a took a day or so getting used to logging things and now i do it without even thinking. We used the free trial of sleep sweet spot and it was helpful but once baby got into a rhythm i didn’t feel we needed it maybe when baby’s a bit older.

Makes tracking easy!. My favourite thing about the Huckleberry app is that both my husband and I can login to the one account to keep track of when our bub sleeps, feeds, has nappy changes and now we’re tracking tummy time. The app helps us to easily spot trends which makes planning our day a lot easier as we know when bub needs to feed and sleep. The best part is that it’s completely free! There are premium features which require payment but we’ve found the free features to be incredibly helpful.

So glad we found this app!. I never review apps or products, but I felt like I had to say something about this! For those of you looking for something to help with questions like, “why is my baby only sleeping 25 min cycles?” Or “when is a good bed time to help them sleep longer overnight?” This app is for you! I spent a lot of time googling answers to my questions about over and under-tiredness and while this app doesn’t have text you can physically read per say, it gives you appropriate wake times for the age of your baby and calculates a “sweet spot” to help you get them into bed independently, HAPPY, calm and the all hailed “drowsy but awake”. For us, perfect wake times a key for good day and night sleeps. Yes, we still hit “regressions” -it’s not a miracle cure- but overall this app is a lifesaver that gives you some predictability back in your day. My husband and I both have the app and can update it and the support team is quick and helpful! Plus... it’s free! Worth a shot right?!

Love this App. I admit I was dubious about this app after trying a range of different ones. Was I proved wrong. This app knows exactly when my baby needs to sleep (better than I do most times). It is on my partner and my phones so we can both log things and he knows if he should be careful when he is coming home. It’s easy to use, clever and the paid sleep program gave me exactly the advice I needed. Highly recommend!

Couldn’t do it without it. Very easy to use and a colourful visual for the info I need to know daily. It’s been so useful keeping track on sleep, feeds, nappy changes and even medicine. Knowing straight away babies average feeds and wet nappies has been helpful when communicating with drs. I track her average daily nap lengths to make sure she doesn’t under/over sleep through the day etc… highly recommended over other apps I tried.

Best app. This has been a game changer for me as a first time mum. I was having so much trouble remembering when I fed or changed my little one due to sleep deprivation but just having it in one place has helped so much. My partner can log in on my account and log things for baby too which is great for consistency. We’re still in the middle of a sleep regression so it’s been good to see the patterns emerging through logging sleep too!

Life Changing. Words cannot describe how life changing, clever & amazing this app is. My partner & I have used this app for both of our Children (2 years ago it was free). We did not hesitate paying the subscription charge when introduced because we knew how important the app is to our young family ! A baby sleep consultant can cost $100’s but they can never take into account day to today live changes. The computer algorithm they use takes into account everything and the sweetspot one day may be different to the next depending on life’s hurdles. This app has also helped my partner through postnatal depression. To the founders, creators & software designers Thank you !

Love it, could do with a few more options. Love this to track feeding, nappies, sleep, growth and pumping volumes. It’s been really useful for our bub while we’re in hospital to keep track of fluid intake, nappy output and growth. It would be great if there was the option to track Mums fluid intake as I often forget how much I’ve had and it’s important to stay hydrated while breastfeeding. Would also be nice to be able to add in custom things such as a shower, also the ability to track first things like smiles etc.

Invest in yourself, run, don’t walk, it’s worth it. I’ve been using this app since my nearly 3y was born. Has always struggled to drift off and having a time to aim for has been a big help. The other tracking components when bub was an infant were fantastic too such as nappy changes and feeding schedule along with when bub is sick tracking temps and medicine administered just so useful when your in the thick of it but need to recall etc. worthwhile investment

Best think that could happen to me as a mom. This app has been my number one support tool in the parenting journey for the past 12 months. My baby is now 14 months old and I often remember how in the first months I was trying other apps and was only getting frustrated. Thank goodness I came across this app, it’s simply perfect. It’s like someone sat down in the mother’s head and noted down all her needs for recording baby’s daily routine. When sleep deprived we don’t remember what happened 10 hrs ago, yet alone last week and so on.. and there is always a need to refer back to this information. How many times did we go for a dr’s appointment and were able to answer all the questions about the sleep, feeding and pooping frequency. I cannot thank you enough for creating this magical tool, it has taken so much stress away from me thanks to the fact I know I always have all the information I need about my baby’s day (... week, month, year...). I cannot believe all this is free as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Has changed my life. This app has changed my life. As a clueless first time mum I was really struggling with nap time for my LO. I felt like I was always missing tired queues and he was always fighting nap time. It’s honestly been a game changer this app and my LO is sleeping heaps better. I only wish it was Apple Watch compatable - it would be so much easier at night to update my tracker from my watch in the nursery then when I got back in my own bed on my phone.

BUGGY. For the price you pay i’d expect pressing the timer button on the widget to be smooth and not lag. Not only that I’ve had the widget display the incorrect time last fed and slept twice now. These things have always bothered me but now what’s worse is the app won’t even open! It’s been like 30 mins and I am unable to stop baby’s sleep timer or start his feed timer (I’ve tried opening from the app and widget). I was using a free baby app before this that was a lot faster with a simpler design that I enjoyed. I switched over because Huckleberry differentiates day from night sleep but I really don’t think that alone has been worth the money.

Amazing app and great help. Like many I’ve tried other opps before and I wish I’d found this app earlier. So many useful features are free, so helpful and generous. But also highly recommend to try the premium feature. The advice is custom tailored and is so helpful. Helped me transition my baby from feeding to sleep to falling asleep on her own and now sleeping for longer. Much longer. Thank you so much. And the fact that you don’t have constant pop up windows to upgrade has not gone unnoticed.

Game changer if you can afford $$$. I began using this app after it had been recommended to me by another habitual user, at the time I was really struggling as a first time mum and really not knowing what I was doing regarding sleep for my daughter and not really understanding her awake windows, sleep cues and sleep requirements for her age. When downloaded the app I was amazing by how functional, easy and accurate it was. 4 days into using the app I was already picking up on my daughters cues better with the help of the sweet spot function that predicted the times she might be most ready for her nap. 4 months later I have a 9 month old sleeping 12 hours over night, and two great day naps and I feel like I definitely owe a great deal of credit to this app. It has been so helpful for my family and partner when minding my daughter also, I felt like I could say just check in with huckleberry and watch for her tired signs and your good to go. The only real negative I feel is the price point... for someone who only really wants the basic features such as logging data like medications, sleep and feeds with the handy sweet spot tool a ‘basics’ membership or one off payment would be much more reasonable, even with your discounts it is extremely pricey and as someone affected by financial hardship during covid I unfortunately can not justify the cost of this app. All in all it’s very good but very expensive

Great app but room for improvement. I’ve been using this app for my 8 week old for several weeks now and have found it really intuitive to use and am looking forward to finally being able to use the sweet spot functionality once he’s 2 month old. The one area of improvement I would flag would be that there is no Apple Watch or widget functionality, and it would be really helpful to have on my Apple Watch or just swipe to widget instead of having to open the app and click through for changing the side you’re feeding on or to stop/start a sleep or log a nappy when your hands are full. Another note, I have noticed that sometimes the app just closes itself so I have to go and reopen it when I’m mid-feed or change and navigate back to the screen on top of that, I notice it at least once a day.

Lifesaving app. This app is honestly a life saver! When you’re sleep deprived and have no idea what day it is let alone when your baby last fed this app is so helpful. With the press of a button this app times feeds and sleeps and will keep timing feeds and sleep even if you close the app, meaning you can browse Facebook or Instagram or even do your groceries online all while the app tracks your babies sleep or feeds. It also keeps track of the time in between feeds and sleeps. This app is my bible. If my baby is upset I check the app to see how long it has been since her last feed and sleep and generally that’s how I work out why she is upset, she’s usually due for a feed or sleep. Love, love, love this app.

Amazing app!. Has all the options to enter the data necessary to keep up with your bub! I use this app religiously and it helps me know how much sleep, food and nappies my little one has in a day and keep a routine. Also helped me when I had supply issues track how I was doing and know what ratio of breastmilk to formula he was getting when I had to mix feed. The graphs are so helpful to see changes and they seem to have thought of everything you might want to record!

FTM’s closest friend. I am so thankful I stumbled onto this app during my bub’s newborn stage. Not only has it help me sleep train him, but it has also trained me to better understand my child and his needs to help him get better sleep. When he has better sleep, I can actually get some sleep of my own and that’s something I don’t get enough of these days. My favourite part of this app is having your information/baby’s sleep habits sent to them and someone assessing them and getting back to you with a personalised overview of how you can improve on helping each other. So thank you Huckleberry!

The ultimate newborn companion. I’m a first-time Mum, and Huckleberry and been my trusty companion through the first three months so far. It’s so easy to track everything, and having that data at my fingertips has been a life-saver. Particularly remembering when bub last ate or how long they’ve been asleep for (the newborn sleep schedule means my brain is useless at retaining anything these days). I’ve also loved being able to see patterns emerge in the data. Highly recommend.

Great app, but not always spot on. It’s a great app suggesting wake window for little ones to fall asleep, however the sweetspot can be a hit and miss. One would thought the sweetspot would adjust automatically according to the nap duration you have logged and appropriate wake window for age but personally it has been a bumpy ride for bedtime - sometimes my little one is not tired at all at the suggested sweetspot and taking us 30min-1 hour to put them to sleep…hopefully it can be more accurate following the data we have logged. Also the sweetspot alert has turned itself off even though i have set a time alert in the app and hit save several times.

Making life with a newborn so much easier. Excellent app! We are first-time parents with a newborn and it’s been great that my husband and I can both track and see how our bubba is going - how many hours she’s sleeping, when was her last feed, how long has she been awake / when is she due her next nap, how many wet/dirty nappies, etc! Takes off the mental load of remembering these details and can be easily accessed by both parents at any time. I’ve been able to stick to a rhythm (feeding every 3-4 hours, wake times max 2 hours, etc) by logging in these details and checking the app. It’s been a life saver!

Sorcery!. This is some kind of witch craft because I couldn't put my 3 month old down awake until I started using the sweet spot. Perhaps it's a combo of this tool and a new attitude but I'm only on day 2 and if this keeps going I will certainly be paying for the sleep program! Update; I will continue to use the sweet spot however the paid sleep analysis provided was probably about 10% specific to my baby at best. It was really just generic tips that I'd already read else where with my baby's name chucked in there a few times. I was expecting a 5 week schedule based on the information I had recorded but it's just 5 weeks of tips that don't even need to be split into weeks. I'm disappointed I spent the money and would recommend the free version only.

Love it!. Even for a simplify of tracking Maeve’s daysleep is life saving. I enjoy the feature where it shows how long she has been awake for, it’s a great reminder of where we are for the current awake window. I’m yet to use the other features as she is a little older now, wish I had downloaded this application 9 months ago, it would have been worth the fee. Warning: An app like Huckleberry can be quite addicting to track your little ones activity.

Not sure it’s worth the price. Cons: User function not the best. For example, the free text field when logging a category such as sleep is atrocious! There is some type of weird overriding predictive text or your words are auto-deleted as you’re typing. You should also have the option to easily add how many times and what time your child woke up during the sleep. There are not enough activities, or the ability to add a custom option. For example, baby accompanied caregiver on errands, went to a restaurant, relaxing in cot/playroom. There should be a temperament category to specifically record when your child is, for example, relaxed, very active, cranky, exhausted, etc. Paying for the plus version, I’m not sure it’s worth the price. That being said, the sweet spot is quite spot on to our normal wake-sleep cycles, and did factor in when Bub had short naps and thus needed an earlier bed time.

Huckleberry app. This app is absolutely amazing, I use it multiple times a day for everything like; keeping track of baby’s sleep, nappies, medication, food, bottles, activities ect. It’s so good to not have to remember what time I did everything as it’s all on the app. Once I had to take baby to hospital and they asked me when he had moved his bowels last n when he had a wet nappy last, they loved that I could tell them the exact time, consistency, colour and amount! This app is so handy, i reccomend it to every new parents!!

7 hours sleep!. So with this baby being my forth, I found I was constantly loosing track of what baby was up to (home schooling lockdown keeping me busy 😂). I started to write notes in my phone until after 9 weeks, I thought should look into apps. I found this and thought try since ratings were good, so glad I did! After 6 days of tracking baby has now slept over 7hours for two nights! It’s sometimes is off with naps because he is tired before but it adjusts and still tells you optimum next sleep schedule and even with this has improved day naps and night sleep. Thank you!

Highly recommend. I initially downloaded the app to track feeds for my newborn (first time mum) as I was wondering if I was having trouble with breastfeeding. Tracking our feeds and pumping helped me to realise that I certainly did need help from a lactation consultant and ultimately found that due to a nasty birth I wasn’t able to produce enough milk to keep up with my growing baby. Without tracking with this app who knows how long I would have struggled through breastfeeding before realising my Bub wasn’t getting enough. I quickly found that I made use of tracking everything the app has to offer, nappies, sleeping etc. My daughter is 5 months old now and luckily does sleep really well however I wouldn’t hesitate to make use of the paid features to help with sleep if this ever changes.

So accurate, it’s SPOOKY!. What kind of sorcery is this?! I downloaded this app a few days ago for my 2-month-old to help establish a daytime nap routine, and I’m completely blown away. I used to struggle catching her sleep cues and I was always caught off guard when and where she fell asleep, but the app’s ‘sweet spot’ predicts when she’s ready for a nap almost down to the minute! She used to scream when I put her in the day bassinet and would never really sleep in there during the day, but now she goes down in there without a fuss for most of her naps because she’s actually READY for a sleep and not yet overtired. I highly recommend – every parent should have this!!! Thanks, Team Huckleberry :)

What witchcraft is this?!!. Okay. So I was a bit skeptical about this app. I mean, how could an app predict when my 4-month old would be ready for a nap?! Well... if Huckleberry tells me that my son’s nap “sweet spot” is 10:40am, you can bet your last dollar that he will be asleep at 10:40am (assuming that I’ve got him somewhere that he CAN sleep!) Just now, I’m out walking with him in his carrier and he was ratty and grizzly and carrying on. Then suddenly... silence... and what do you know? Bang on 10:40am. It’s freaking magic, I tell you!

I love Huckleberry, it’s like my second brain!. I absolutely love the huckleberry app and wish I used it right from the beginning. It saves us from having to remember our last feeding time, when he woke from his last nap etc and makes it easy for me and my partner to communicate about his routine without even having to talk about it all the time, we just look at the data in the app. We track feeding and sleeping and more recently have the premium version that is without doubt worth the extra money. There is so much information they share when we receive our personalised plan and our baby sleeping through the night is all thanks to Huckleberry.

Love this app!. We use huckleberry for feeds and naps with our almost three month old. It’s great for tracking which side I’m up to with nursing, giving a graph of trends to make our day a little more predictable and easier to follow our bubs habits. It’s also great for when we have bub looked after so her grandparents could log onto the app on their phone to see why she might be crying, when she has big feeds/little feeds to as to how much milk to give her etc.

Lifesaver. As a new mum I tried MANY different apps to track, each one promising something slightly different to the rest. Well let me tell you, the minute I found Huckleberry and start using it, I deleted all the other apps without hesitation. This app has been an absolute life saver to me. We are now 11 months in on our parenting journey and I still use the app constantly. I love that you can track everything- from feeding, solids, nappies, even medicine. And the sweetspot for sleep 👏👏 a miracle. When your tired mum (or dad) brain doesn’t have the capacity to think when the next sleep is due- a quick look at the app and you know. Honestly I am so glad I came across this, and will continue using it for my son. I love it! I would recommend to all new parents!! 10/10!

Amazing!. Best baby tracker app out! Plus it’s free! You can pay for extra services, but it’s only necessary if you’re unsure about routine as they can help you generate one. I love that you can look at an overview of the week to see patterns in babies sleep/feed/toilet cycle! The app also really helped me to remember to pump when I was still breast feeding. I couldn’t imagine being a new parent again without this app. It really saved me!

Feedback to the live activities on lock screen. It takes very long time to get to ‘sleep mode’ within the app when tapping on the live activity on Lock Screen view. Please improve this, as when baby wakes up I want to quickly open the app to stop the log but it just takes too long to open the actual app. This doesn’t seem to be the case for the nursing log for some reason. I use iPhone 12 and on the latest iOS 16.6.

Saved my sanity. This app is UNREAL!! Worth every penny to pay premium. I tried it with no real expectations as other apps I have tried have been so so. Huckleberry has literally saved my sanity.. providing you track every single nap/sleep your baby has, huckleberry will tell you the “sweet spot” of when you should put your baby down for the next nap. It has been spot on every single time. And because of this my baby is now getting sufficient sleep he needs and is generally all round happier baby. I would recommend this app over and over to anyone. It’s especially good for first time mums who may still be learning the sleepy cue like myself as they can easily be confused for hunger cues. It allows you to get your baby down for sleep before they become over tired and wired. You can also track poos/wee’s, acitivitys such as tummy time and play, bathing, pumping, feeds etc etc. it’s just incredible. I was able to show my Gp everything when I recently had to take Bub to the doctor. Baby brain makes you forget alot so this app keeps record of everything in the one place. 10/10 for me! Thank you huckleberry for helping me in my new parent journey! 👌🏼

Amazing. Huckleberry has really helped us with our little girl , We were following a popular sleep program which was working untill 4pm hit and then it was impossible to get our Bub to have a nap before bed. This app has made me realise I was pushing my little one to much to stretch the time between her naps - she is so much happier now and has all of her day naps (3) and sleeps (almost always) 7-7 The program I was following instilled fear into the parents if your child slept too much in the day they would stop sleeping at night - to a degree I believe this but not to the point of deprivation.

Missing data and need Apple Watch app. Since the latest upgrade I keep loosing data. Not consistently but I will enter a feed/change/pump etc and save it then at the end of the day I notice there’s missing data. Also lack of Apple Watch functionality is disappointing. So many parents have Apple watches. I hate getting my phone out in front of my little one being able to enter data from my watch would truely make the subscription worthwhile. Generally the app is good but Apple Watch app would make it excellent!

Perfect all-rounder for every parent. Our friend recommended this and we have not been disappointed. Tracks feeds, sleep, nappies, pumping, medicine - everything you need. If your partner signs into your account on their phone they’ll be able to live track what’s happening eg how long asleep or feeding for so is perfect for co-parenting. We used all the free features of the app. For sleep we recommend Little Ones app and for solids Solid Starts app.

Great for tracking sleep - incessant messages. Really appreciate this app as a simple tool for tracking how long my baby has been asleep, and how long awake between sleeps instead of just guessing. Really frustrating the number of messages you get promoting discounts on their paid memberships and particularly annoying that it automatically redirects your screen to the message inbox when there is a new message when you are just trying to start your timer.

SweetSpot nap predictor is AMAZING!!!. I love using the app for tracking my daughter’s sleep and the SweetSpot predictor completely takes the worry over awake windows and nap times away. I simply put her down 10 minutes before the predicated nap time and like magic she’s asleep within a few minutes. I wish I’d discovered this app for my first daughter. I was forever overthinking her awake windows and ending up with an overtired, cranky baby. I paid for the premium version and got really useful advice from a sleep consultant tailored specifically for my daughter. She is now sleeping 12 hours overnight at 4 1/2 months. Can’t recommend enough!

Best App ever. I don’t know what would I do without this app! When you have a little one time goes so fast and sometimes you are not aware when was the last time you change a nappy or when was the last time you baby ate. This app helps you to remember everything and allows you to have more control in your life. We also decided to pay for huckleberry plus and it’s the best thing we have done, it is very accurate and helped us to have more of a routine. Amazing app!

Lifesaver for new parents. Easy way to track feeding, sleep, nappy etc especially in the first few months. App is very easy to use. It’ll give you a summary of average hours spent nursing, average number of feeding, number of nappy change, average sleep, medicine administration etc. details can be added on each category plus, it colour coordinates the categories too..You can also download and log onto the app across multiple devices which makes it so convenient for multiple carers to know when the last feed or nappy change was.

Awesome all in one app helped my sanity. Started using this app a few days after bub was born...would forget to log sometimes or couldn’t be bothered. But I loved the chart view...seeing how we were progressing after a couple of days and keeping track of his bowel movements in those early days. Every few weeks I still look at the charts and see how far we’ve come! Seeing the blue graphs indicating his sleep increase over time has helped me mentally cope. Also the nap guide is amazingly accurate! If I put him down thirty minutes before then (because I thought it was nap time according to my clock), he would scream the house down...until the actual time the app says is his nap time and then he falls asleep. So I just wait for when the app says it’s time now. 😅 thanks Huckleberry team. You did well.

Brilliant app for parents. Free features are so useful for new parents to track & trend most things. Both parents can log baby’s doings data seamlessly. Presentation of the last weeks events is neatly displayed in intuitive visualisations to let you see trends (ie feed amounts or sleep etc). Forget pen and paper! Thanks huckleberry team! Brilliant app! Doctors & nurses have complimented us on how organized we are having so much information readily available to help diagnosing illness. Thanks again Huckleberry, we couldn’t have done it without you!

Best baby purchase ever!. I have no idea how parents are surviving without this app. It’s been the biggest help I’ve ever experienced in my life. Thank you so much huckleberrys ! I keep thinking a huckleberry wall clock or voice activated home device in sync with my phone app would be an amazing addition. I find myself checking the app on my phone a lot and I’ve noticed my 10 month old is starting to pick up on my screen habit. It would be great if there was a hands free way of entering data or checking times ect. I’m sure you’ve been hounded with similar advice. Thank you anyway for the gift of sleeping through the night a baby who can send herself off to sleep without assistance. X

Huge confidence booster for first time parents.. My first time postpartum brain could barely tell the time let alone answer ‘how long has it been since bubs last feed?’ or ‘how many wet nappies has she had?’. This app has been a lifesaver and we’re still using it to track sleep at 10weeks. The graphing feature is a great visual tool for ‘planning’ sleep schedules without having to crunch numbers and look at rigid timetables. The dual control feature is another excellent one, my partner and I can edit and tap sleep and feed times on and off remotely. Also no ads! This is an excellent and free app! 10/10

There is potential for this to be great. I paid for a subscription and then upgraded to a premium subscription and conscientiously tracked my data for a week. I was hoping to get some actual assistance for my ‘Premium Subscription’ since I’d paid for both levels of service from their app but the Huckleberry did not actually enable me to use any of the Premium services. I emailed three separate times, showing bank deductions from my account for their services, screenshots from the app showing I was not actually able to use this app and screenshots from settings in Apple ID showing that I am meant to have a premium subscription. Every email reply I received from Huckleberry simply shifted the blame to Apple for why I can’t use their Premium service. Meanwhile my baby doesn’t sleep and I’m still tracking and still waiting for Huckleberry to actually give me the service I paid for.

Great app. Awesome

My second brain. So helpful, wish I found it sooner!

Keeps crashing after 9 months of usages. Loved this app but it’s been crashing and bringing back to the sign in page. I’ll put in my info and a pop up will come with “downloading settings” and then it’ll go back to sign in. What’s going on??

Bad update. Ever since the update 2 days ago it keeps making me sign back in every time I open the app and sometimes won’t sign me in at all. Other than that this is an AMAZING help for sleep.

Helps with naps. It really helps me with my baby’s naps, reminding me when she slept last etc.

Best App. Since using huckleberry bedtimes and naps have become so much easier! The sweet spot has taken the guesswork out of when to nap and in turn the fussiness has eased as she doesn’t get overtired. This app has been an absolute game changer for our family.

Stopped working. I’ve been using this app for my son since he was born, 3months old now and the app logs me out after every time. Half the time it won’t let me log back in, the screen just shows “downloading settings” then nothing. Very disappointing.

Good app. For tracking sleep. We don’t use it for anything else because that would drive me crazy but I do like seeing my girls sleep averages, and how long it’s been since her nap. The sweet spot feature was cool during the free trial and pretty accurate, but it’s too expensive to continue with so we’re just using the free version of the app now.

App is now making me sign in each time and freezing. I loved this app when I first downloaded and was using it for all my baby’s feedings. Now all of a sudden it keeps asking me to sign on each time I open the app, then it “downloads settings” and freezes and takes me back to the first screen where it gives me a tour of the app. At this point the app is useless sadly. Can someone help?

Unreliable and sweet spot is meh. All of my data disappeared. I’m glad I was using other apps before and it happened only a week after I started exclusively using huckleberry so I didn’t loose too much information. But this is incredibly unreliable. Also sweet spot seems to just calculate 1h30-2hours after last wake up nothing much else. I can do that myself…

Girl Math Not Required. I love that I can rely on this app to do all the math for me and I'm never guessing what my baby needs. First time mom’s I would highly recommend, busy mom’s with a bunch of kids, would highly recommend!

Great app to log daily activities for babies. As a father, this app is great because I can quickly see what has happened and when. I can also easily add events / activities myself.

Great for all things newborn!. This has been such a helpful app to use for tracking my newborn’s schedule! I don’t have the premium version, but it works just as well for me!

Data Spontaneously Gone. Been using this app for 6 weeks and then the login just kicked me out. Did the forget password function and when logged in its all gone. Absolutely frustrating that this happened. Better to keep a notepad with information instead!

Great but can’t influence nap time much. Wish I could set a preferred amount of time for the nap scheduler because my kid doesn’t always nap for the 1.5 hr that the scheduler predicts and I find the timing is off sometimes. Othwise really helpful app for my first 8 months

Necessary!. I used this app for my first born back in 2019 and now with my second born in 2023 & it's been time on with sleep sweet spots and help me track when the last feed was. Amount of diapers in a day when the doctor asks. Tracking growth. It's a very useful app with anyone who has a child 18months and younger

A must have for new moms. This makes my life so much easier. Especially for feeding and sleep. I track sleep, food, changes and activities and it made getting my little on a schedule so easy.

Game changer. We had tried multiple other sleep programs and had read many many sleep books prior to trying out Huckleberry. Our son was not sleeping unless he was held or in motion. We were cosleeping out of desperation and as he grew and become more of a restless sleeper it began to feel unsafe. We gave Huckleberry a shot based on a friends recommendation. First the sweet spot predictions were leading to better naps and less fighting at bedtime. Then I caved and purchased the premium program. Within a month of following their recommendations, our son was sleeping in his crib and had completely let go of all of his old sleep props. The weekly, step by step instructions given for our specific situation were so easy to follow and it was the first and only sleep support I have found that helped us kick cosleeping. Thank you!

My review. I LOVE this app, I find it especially helpful to first time mothers keeping track of when we fed our babies , or gave them a bath , our daily activities with them and keeping track of their sleeping patterns make it so much easier to know how much they should be sleeping and when. And we are able to reflect making sure we are getting our babies all the care that they are supposed to.

Charging $150 for sweet spot. This used to be a great app, I used to recommend it to every expectant/new parent I’d meet and mommy groups I was in. I’ve used it for almost 2 years and was planning on using it for baby coming in Dec. the sweet spot indicator was free and that’s what made this app stand out from all the rest, and if you were struggling to get baby to sleep, they have dxx dob m the option to pay for a personalized plan which is great if you need it. The sweet spot took the guess work out of nap/bed time (wasn’t always correct but still close enough that I’d be able to read my baby and see if he needed to go down earlier or slightly later than what it was recommending). Now after almost 2 years of use they decided to start charging parents for the sweet spot indicator..$150 a year! Are they nuts? Oh but wait if you purchase it now, you can get it half off for $75 🙄 if it was $10 maybe I’d consider it. But I can literally just go online and figure out what baby’s wake window is based on age and then just calculate it myself, or I can also just read my baby’s cues for crying out loud. It really isn’t that hard to figure out, not enough at least to pay $150. I understand it costs money to make an app and keep it up but by offering the sweet spot for free, at least more parents went on it and many were probably willing to pay for the personalized plan. Now, I won’t be recommending it to anyone unless they make it free again because it’s literally no different than any other free sleep tracking app, except with other apps you won’t be constantly hassled to pay for their services!

Love!. I absolutely love this app for keeping track of baby’s needs!

Very good. Been using this since my son was born and it’s been six months. I use it to mainly track his feeds, diapers, and sleep. It’s been helpful because I don’t have to constantly time things, I just glance at the app to see when his wake window is ending and how long his last feed was etc… I recommend this app to all my friends having babies. The subscriptions are a bit difficult to decipher what you get imo but other than that it’s an excellent app.

Piece of crap. Used for 5 days and now when I try to log in, it goes to the sign in page. Lost all my data that I really need. AVOID THIS APP IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR NEWBORN!!!

Worth it!. I used Huckleberry initially for tracking sleep, diapers and feedings as an overwhelmed new mom so it helped initially for that. Then after 2 months, I upgraded to PLUS and it was 100% worth it!!! I don’t have to think about wake windows and the “sweetspot predictor” is extremely accurate. It’s helped me so much as a new mom; by using the sweetspot predictor it’s helped ensure I don’t have an overtired baby as often and makes it easier for me to plan my days accordingly. Love this app! I’m not sure if it’s compatible with the iPhone watch but I want to get a watch so I’m using my phone less when I’m around my baby and instead just use the app on the watch.

Great for sleep. Really helpful to track sleep and teach sleeping skills

Constantly losing data and glitching. I used to love this app. We used it with my older son. However, since my current child was born four months ago it’s been nothing but crashes and glitches. And customer support gets back to you DAYS after you report an issue. Unfortunately I have had enough and will go elsewhere.

Great App. Great App

Love this!. This app kept my type A brain sane during the early months of a new baby! Super easy to use. I do wish there was a more quickly accessible view of daily bottle totals but otherwise, love this app!

Love the Sweet Spot feature. We’ve been using this since our daughter was 2months old to help figure out and track nap times and sleep. We paid for the Sweet spot feature and love it

Good at first. My husband and I used this religiously for 10 months and loved it. However, it randomly stopped working one day, we lost all of our data and everything. Very disappointing.

Awesomely helpful. The free trial is excellent to get you started and we found once the trial expired the basic app worked great for us. All the sleep info you want and tracking options you need. The tips they send out are also super helpful and generally right on point/inline with what our munchkin has started doing. Highly recommend for any new mom/parent!

App itself is good, minor glitches. I’ve had the app for about three weeks now and I was really loving it ! The amount of features you get without subscribing to the paid version is amazing. Only issue I’ve had is that the app has started kicking me out periodically and won’t let me sign back in. Not sure what the issue was but I’ll have to try downloading it again later

Even more disappointed. I uninstalled the app to see if that would fix the previous issue’s and after reinstalling I now can’t sign in at all. Going to delete, I wouldn’t bother downloading this app just look into other options.

Indispensable. This app has been a godsend along our sleep journey. I’d go so far as to say the Sweet Spot feature is indispensable to me. I didn’t realize I was missing the mark on my girl’s sleep times and pushing her wake windows. Since using Sweet Spot (almost two months now), we’ve hardly had any difficult bedtime settlings (compared to how things were) because we are always on top of our daytime naps. My baby is 4 months now. We were really struggling, but we aren’t anymore. It’s been a blessing since the first day.

Essential for any first time parent. I use this app religiously! It helps me track my sons sleep/ nap pattern, eating, and diaper changes. It helped me set a routine and to track where I needed to make any adjustments for a better night sleep. I don’t know where I would be without this app!

Works well but. Works well. It would be nice if it worked with Siri, or iOS shortcuts so that I could set up a Siri shortcut to log events.

Not signing me in. This app was great but all of a sudden it’s signed me out and making it impossible to sign me back in. Even after successfully signing back in it logged me out 20 minutes later. This is so frustrating considering I literally pay for this app. Guess I’m not spending anymore on it. Such a shame.

Liked it until it logged me out. I like this app but it logged me out 4 times today and won’t let me back in. Really frustrating

super useful for new parents. Recommended by a friend and gave recommended to other friends!!!

Great for first time moms. Used it to track baby feeding and sleep patterns! Highly recommended

Great, useful app. Very useful, no ads, essential for our newborn.

So helpful. The sweet spot sleep windows are so helpful. Love this app from 1-2 months onwards.

Bugged out can’t sign in. Constantly logging me out and won’t let me back in without deleting app and redownloading

Amazing. Really amazing app. Ive been using it for the past 3months and the « sweet spot » really helped me with the naps. Its not a cookie cutter method like other apps i used in the past.

Needs improvement. App doesn’t update information frequently and notifications pop up at the most inappropriate times

The best app. I don’t know how would be my life without this amazing app

Great app. This is a great app for tracking all of your baby’s basic needs.

Broken app. We can’t log in anymore on the app, and it’s so slow and clunky. Love the features, but I feel like there’s a new bug every day. Instead of cramming more stuff into the app, they really should fix the bugs.

So helpful with naps and tips!. I’ve found this app so helpful especially for gauging his naps, and the tips they offer are so helpful!

Used to love this app, until they pulled a dirty trick. We’ve used huckleberry since our 19 month old son was born, almost exclusively for sleep tracking because of the wake window (“sweet spot” functionality.) Then, about two weeks ago, with zero warning, they auto start a trial of their subscription membership, which doesn’t have anything we need… until the trial membership times out, of course, and we find that they’ve taken the wake window functionality out of the free version of the app and it is now only available to subscribers. At this point, the base version is practically useless, especially considering how many ads you’ll get from them to buy their membership, sleep training programs, etc…. I understand wanting to monetize, but this particular money-grab feels a bit like extortion, given how much parents rely on established mechanisms for tracking sleep. I’ll be moving to a platform that at least has the grace to inform parents when they’re removing their base functionality instead of trying to sneak it out under the radar.

Nap saver. My rating is based off of the app in it’s entirety, before they removed some free features and made them paid for. I’ve used this app since my son was 3 months old - so for about 10 months, after being recommended it to help with nap times. The tracking options weren’t important to me, but I really needed him to sleep! Their sweetspot algorithm saved the day here, and he has been napping pretty consistently since I started following their scheduling. HOWEVER, I will now be discontinuing use of the app, as the features I use and needed are becoming part of the “Plus” options, which are paid for add-ons. I am frustrated as my son is coming up to dropping from 2 to 1 nap, and was hoping to rely on Huckleberry to help me through like it did with previous nap dropping, but I’m unwilling to pay for it now when I didn’t have to before. Instead I’ll read up on wake windows and make a schedule myself.

Lifesaver. This app was recommended to me by my lactation consultant in the hospital and it has been a lifesaver. I struggle to concentrate or keep track of things in general but this app has it all. Everything you need to keep track of a newborn and up through childhood. It’s been a Godsend especially since my baby is FTT so I’ve been able to track his bottles, diapers, ht/wt for my own sake but also show my pediatrician how he is eating, the average, the amount. I recommend this to every mom I meet. It’s free and you can have it on your app and the fathers app and they are synced. So you can both input food and sleep or whatever when one’s home or when you switch whose caring for the baby. We bought the extra thing in the app to help with naptimes and sleeping through the night and I feel like it was worth the money

A lifesaver!. We would be so lost without this app. It enables us to keep track of everything each of us do to care for our daughter, keeping us on the same page. Especially when you’re exhausted, it helps you make sure you’re not forgetting anything. The suggestions for when to feed, check diapers, and get ready for naps is so easy and invaluable. The summaries of care help us give our pediatrician effective updates, which is especially difficult in the early months when no one is sleeping and your memory is unreliable. My only comments on improvements would be an update to make settings changes stick better (I can’t seem to get the imperial/metric preferences to stick). The widget timer can also fall out of sync at times. Even with those small issues, this is a 5-star app for us.

Game changer. My husband and I cannot live without this amazing app. We struggled for the first two months when our son was born to remember when his last feed and diaper was, how long I breastfed each session, and had no clue about timing wake windows. This app made all of that so much easier and manageable - one thing less to worry about as tired parents. Now that we’ve had our second child, we are right back to using the app which is easily shared between us by using the same profile. I even whipped it out for the first breastfeeding session in the delivery room and have been tracking everything ever since! It’s been an incredible resource, and I recommend it to all my friends to make the transition to parenthood less crazy and overwhelming.

The only app you’ll need!!. I started using this app, around 3 months and it had been a life saver! My son has never napped for less than 40 mins, (unless it was a card ride nap, which messed things up). He takes two naps now, and has gone down for naps and bed time exactly when the sweet spot has predicted! It gave me so much relief not having to remember or count down how long he was awake for, and when he last ate! It allow me to have more connected time with my son. Before this app, I was in such a brain fog, trying to remember and count down probably every 15 mins when he was going to eat or sleep next! It was exhausting trying to remember on my own, and then getting upset with myself for forgetting so quickly! This app has saved my sanity as a FTM, with zero help! I recommend this app to anyone, especially FTMs!! Love this app!!!

Huckleberry Saved My Sanity!!. Huckleberry literally saved my sanity! I love this app so so much. I became a first time mom in March and my baby was a n i g h t m a r e about sleeping, especially naps. It took over an hour to get her down to sleep, and she wouldn’t stay asleep. I was at the end of my rope and a friend recommended this app to track sleep. Turns out I was just completely missing my baby’s sleep windows and she was an overtired mess. I’ve used the app for about two and a half months and our lives are SO much easier. I follow the app’s suggested “sweet spot” nap times and it takes five to ten minutes to get her to nap and naps are so much more consistent and longer. Do yourself a favor and download it! Love love this app! It also has a diaper and feeding tracker, but I don’t personally use those features. They do seem very helpful though, and if I had the app when I first brought baby home I would have for sure used those features.

Upgrading to plus is absolutely worth it. I use this app strictly for the sweet spot, which you need the plus subscription for. Even though this is the only thing I use on the app, it’s worth the $10 a month. Our LO was never consistent with naps and we would always get him down too late. With the sweet spot, it really is pretty accurate on the times for sleep (naps / bedtime). It’s nice because our boy often doesn’t take long naps and the sweet spot adjusts to that. So even though nap times are increasing in length of naps, he is still at least getting some sort of nap. Where as before we were more so just guessing, and most of the time he wasn’t getting down for nap or bedtime early enough resulting in a fussy fussy baby before he would go down.

Lifesaver!. I’m a new mom and those first few weeks of life are more than rough! This app helped me keep everything straight so my brain didn’t have to. When the pediatrician asks how many wet diapers are they having and you can’t even remember what you had for breakfast because you’re so sleep deprived this apps really helps. Also it grows with your kid! As your baby gets older there are other things to keep track of like play time and brushing teeth too. My baby is now 3 months old and it is helping me with naps and sleeping patterns which is great! My only critique would be to give an AppleWatch option so I can see quickly on my watch how long my baby has been down for a nap without having to have my phone on me all the time.

Great App!. I really love this app for tracking everything for my baby! I especially love the sweet spot nap time feature that begins with month 2 - it has ALWAYS been correct for us. Currently, you can add notes to each thing you log, but something I would love to see in a future update would be to upload photos. My baby unfortunately is suffering from what we think is a dairy allergy and I’ve been trying to take photos and keep track of what her diapers look like. It would be awesome to add a photo into the app instead of keeping them in my photo album on my phone and trying to find the right one each time we need to reference it, especially since you’re logging so many diapers each day. Other than that, this app does everything I want/need it to and I’m so happy we discovered it!

Does the job with some small but nagging UX problems. I use this app for data entry of feeding, diaper changes, & pumping. The app does its job in that regard, with some helpful visualizations. And I generally like the look & feel. But daily use of this app leads me to constantly bump into annoying UX problems throughout for the (small) portions I use. I would really enjoy using the app with some items below changed: 1. The save button is super small for the individual + menus. Why use a custom button that doesn’t seem to match the rest of the styling? 2. The “List” view is in different order depending on which screen you’re on…why? See the bottom of the “Week” view v. the “List view” 3. Is anyone getting value from the “Week” view viz? I don’t see what it can tell me 4. Oftentimes, the “List” view defaults to two weeks ago. I’ve wrongly edited feedings because of that 5. I understand why it’s nice to default to the + screen on re-open (even just background -> foreground). But take this as a vote against that. I really don’t like it. It makes me constantly confused to where I am in the app 6. I like the bottom viz on the Summary>Feed page. But could we: * Pre-select todays bar in the bar graph? * Make sure that data is refreshed (I think this may have improved recently)? * Let me have this be my default graph? I don’t use the avgs or other tables * Add a trend line to the bar graph? Thanks for hearing me out! -Another grumpy Dad

Worth the money. When my son first came home we had the papers to write down everything for his intake and output. It became to much of a hassle to continue doing it. When I found this app I started again and he was already two months old and it’s become a daily habit of making sure we use it. I really think it’s worth every penny and energy that’s conserved rather then having to do it in writing. There’s so much to the app that is doesn’t have to be just for newborns only. The only thing that needs a bit of working on is to take into account that some times babies don’t sleep the full nap frame set out, thus making the sweet spot a bit sooner. Example: if my son sleeps only a half hour for the nap and not the whole hour and 15 mins he will get tired sooner then the next sweet spot nap time frame is set up for.

Best Baby Tracking App Available. This app has all of the things that you need and none of the nonsense you don’t. It is quick and easy to track daily (or hourly) activities like nursing/bottle feeding, pumping, solids, sleeping, and diapers. You can track nursing and sleeping in real-time with timers or add/modify a session retroactively. I also like that you can track growth, medicines, and temperature when necessary. You can also see all of this information on a chart that helps you identify larger trends. And all of that is free! Almost more important is that it’s not overcrowded with excess junk. Some apps let you track minutia like outdoor playtime or try to build a social network into their interface. It might be cute at first, but it quickly gets annoying. This app is beautifully streamlined for its purpose. I am using this app as a second-time mom. It sure beats the pen and notepad I used for my twins the first time around. So far my newest baby has been a great sleeper, but if we ever have a problem it will be great to use the sleep consultant feature and have all of our data ready to share. I highly recommend this app for any newborn in general or child having sleep issues!

Life saver for exhausted mom. I tried huckleberry’s one month free trial for the “sweet spot” nap prediction and I was hooked. The nap predictions are literally never wrong. I’m a first time mom and I don’t know what I would’ve done without it. I thought that it would be easy enough to go through the list of baby needs when my baby was crying to figure out what she needed but being exhausted and stressed made it more difficult than I anticipated. I had a paper chart to write everything down but then had to keep up with printing off new ones and keeping it nearby. Being able to have it laid out on my phone in an easy to read way was wonderful. It even helps you keep up with pumping and can send you reminders when it’s time again. It’s absolutely worth the money in my opinion for how easy it’s made my life.

Great investment!. I finally gave in and paid for a monthly subscription and I am so glad I did! I’ve really enjoyed using the free version, logging my 6 month olds sleep and following the “sweet spot” suggestions for nap times. The paid subscription gave me such good, practical and down to earth advice! I feel like I have so many tools now as I begin to work with him on reducing his night time wakings and feedings as well as lengthening his daytime naps. I also like this app because it gives options for gentle approaches without making me feel like I’m crazy for not wanting to do the “cry it out” method. I actually feel excited for this journey! $14 is really nothing compared to what some sleep experts charge for their programs! It seems very worth it to me! Now... fingers crossed that I see some progress with my sons sleep!!!!

Almost perfect. This app makes tracking so simple. I do wish they would make the interface more user friendly. For example, when breastfeeding, I absolutely cannot see the number of minutes per side because the font is minuscule. Or even before we begin breastfeeding, I try to hit the Feeding button, and it takes me to setting up an alarm, not the timer itself, so I have to go back to the previous page (not so quick and easy one-handed while a hungry baby is searching for a nipple). Move things to more intuitive places, make fonts bigger. It would also help if I could tell the app when my baby should go down for a nap. Sometimes the nap times are spot on, but for his last nap of the day, the app always tells me it should be 20-30 minutes later than I know it needs to be. I love being able to see patterns over the last week or weeks to see his growth and development. I can’t imagine trying to parent without it!

PLEASE make an Apple Watch App!. It’s a good app for tracking baby’s sleep time (I personally do the free version but have heard good things about the paid sleep version), nursing sessions (including a timer for each side), diaper action, medicine, temperature, and so much more! I do like this app but it makes no sense to me that there is not an Apple Watch version! The timers would be easy to add to an app and the most helpful, as breastfeeding moms are stuck where they’re sitting once baby starts nursing. A watch app would be a convenient way to track without having to have your phone on you at all times! At least the ability to enter surface level entries (I.e. not getting into all of the detailed options or notes you can add on the phone app) would be soooo helpful to mamas! Please please do this! Thank you!!

Not the best design. I’ve been using huckleberry for 3 months and even paid for the premium features, and I regret going with this app. I hate the scrolling clocks and it’s very easy to delete the time you entered if you click the top of the screen while putting in the time. The breastfeeding and temperature interfaces are obnoxious—just let us type in a number. The Home Screen: a third of the screen real estate goes to a picture of a lady. Why???? Just make the widgets bigger. There should also be a way to add an activity or some enhanced illness features so I can track thinks like vomit. More than anything I want a voice feature or a one touch interface so I can quickly log the start of a feed or nap, with sleep deprivation it’s easy to forget when things start by the time you can pick up your phone again. Overall I just feel like the designers of this don’t actually have newborns.

A necessity for a newborn!!. I LOVE this app!!! Downloaded it the night my son was born in the hospital along with several other recording devices, this was the one that stuck. I am able to easily record which breast he feeds off, for how long, and adjust the time when I am not able to get to my phone right away. It makes it so easy to look back on how long a nap has been, when he ate last, which breast he ate off, etc. It even has a time for pumping. The only thing I would change is allowing moms to pause their pump and resume with the timer picking up where it left off. Instead it adds all the time that it was paused to your session. Overall, I am so pleased with this app, my baby is 6 weeks old and I am still using it to track EVERYTHING.

Life saving. I love this app even the free version. I never pay for the extras apps offer but I am with this one. I also never review apps but I needed to with this one it’s amazing! I love I can compare each day even with the free version and you just take the extra time and see which times a day that your baby sleeps that they aren’t grumpy with or you can do what I did and pay to have experts help you get a sleep schedule together for them. So with the payment part you need 3 days data and it takes up to 6 business days to get the schedule. I love all the options to help you track how your baby sleeps. I only wish they had a binky option too but they have a note section so I add it there and that’s good enough for me. This is an amazingly detailed app and I feel it would help any mom 😊

A necessity for any parent!. I’ve tried just about every baby app available as I am a first time mom and could use all the help I can get. This one is by far my favorite- it has completely changed the way my day works. I was terrible at watching the clock to keep track of nap lengths and wake windows so my baby was △⃒⃘lways either put in for a nap too early and wouldn’t fall asleep, or he was overtired. Huckleberry does all the work for me and also keeps his nap info in the same place as the “log log” (diaper tracking) and feeding log. The one thing I didn’t like was that it took me a couple of months to find this app!!!! If I have another kiddo I’ll be using it from day one for them!!! I’ve recommended it to every parent friend I have as well as my sisters with kids. I truly and honestly love the app!!!

Amazing! Changed my life with Twins. Huckleberry is one the MOST amazing apps. The tracking and analytics are top notch to help guide your littles for better sleep. It has helped change our routine and get more sleep in just two weeks. The review-consultation of your sleep day is tailored specifically for you and a real live person response to you with a plan. A detailed plan. Which we loved as a mom & dad. My twins are almost sleeping through the night, use to be 2-3 wake times. Now 1, which is amazing since we went from cow-sleeping to now their own rooms. The suggested bed time routine has help tremendously. They even took into account we have twins. Thank you Huckleberry! Looking forward to using it with our third on its way in the spring for Sleeping, Feedings, Activities.

Wasted $20. When you’re a parent desperate to get everyone’s sleep schedule on track, you do things like pay $20 for a sleep expert to “help” you—pronto. Yes, you could opt for the free version... if you’d like to wait 12 business days. But as I’m sure the brains behind the app suspected, desperate parents will pay $20 for a response in 2 business days. The “help” I was given was generic information I could have (and have) googled about typical baby/toddler sleep schedules and routines. The information we received was by no means life changing, and honestly not really helpful at all. Our little one’s sleep patterns are still so unpredictable and all over the place. We put our little one down at the scheduled time recommended by Huckleberry and we’re going on 90+ minutes of her playing, crying and not sleeping. But if I want to contact Huckleberry again for help they will just keep charging my card. I honestly can not recommend this app to anyone desperate for sleep or a semi regular schedule. I wanted so badly to love it and for this to be the answer, but... nope!

Great Functionality Delayed Upload. I would give this app 5 stars because it has helped me visualize my baby’s sleep, eating, and diaper schedule. It provided me instant relief that I didn’t have to figure out the routine on my own before I go back to work. I was able to identify patterns that helped improve his night sleep at 6 weeks old. My baby is already going to bed and waking up within a 30 minute window with just one night feed! I wouldn’t have been able to identify the factors that affected his night sleep (such as preventing naps over 2 hours and ensuring full feeds during the night) without the app. However, there is a significant delay between tapping an icon and the screen uploading. I often have to backtrack screens or wait to see the action will take, which is particularly frustrating during night feeds.

On point!. The wake windows have been on point for every stage baby has been in. I also purchased a sleep training program but found that the recommended wake windows were not as intuitive. I suppose it’s something to do with the fact that this app uses an algorithm in conjunction with the data you’re entering for your unique baby rather than just having a cookie cutter program. I also really like the sleep training program because it was based on my level of comfort. Again, more in alignment with our families unique needs and level of comfort vs a cookie cutter program. Whether you’re looking for just a baby tracker (free) or a sleep training program (paid version), Huckleberry is IT! Side note: you’re actually working with REAL PEOPLE on the back end. I submit questions and I always get a reply.

Helpful when sleep deprived : 5/5. My partner and I have been using Huckleberry since our baby was about 10 days old. It is so helpful for keeping track of feeds, diapers, baths, pumping sessions, naps, vitamin D doses etc. Days blend together and hours go by so quickly - time really lost meaning during the first few weeks and this app is easy to use and helps keep track of everything. I’m shocked it’s free. I am almost exclusively pumping - and this is super helpful to make sure I hit the 120 minute target each day to make enough breast milk. My partner and I also handoff baby duty in the middle of the night - and this helps with that communication. Finally our kiddo was having some scary GI issues - and this app helped us figure out it was related to spacing of certain feeds.

Sweet Spot súper helpful. Especially with multiple care takers. I was tracking all my baby’s data in a spreadsheet and calculating his wake times, map durations etc to figure out his bed time sweet spot. I was also doing it to try to understand his habits before he went with a nanny share at 4 mos. Logging all the time got cumbersome. A week before his nanny share started, I heard about huckleberry sweet spot from a friend. I tried it throughout the week and the predictions were pretty spot on. It was very helpful then to login on the nanny’s phone and show her how to log and use the predictions. This makes it easier for her especially juggling multiple little ones and easy for us to know how he is sleeping throughout the day and when to target his bed time when we pick him up. Huge fan overall

Best tracker, minor gaps. First time parents, tried all the tracker apps, this is the easiest to use, hands down. Other apps make it a chore to log. This app interface is intuitive and designed with efficiency in mind. I suggest it add average nap length to its analytics. We get average total time spent napping per day, but not average singular nap length. Also it could use an easy start/stop timer to easily log wake-ups during night sleep. Let’s face it, Babies rarely sleep through the night. Quantifying wake ups could be helpful to identifying trends. Lastly, add some widgets for iPhone and Watch! Seriously, parents of newborns could use every little bit of help we can get. Starting and stopping timers and quick logging via Apple Watch could bring this review to 5 stars. Regardless, thank you for your wonderful work and helping make this process easier!

Love it though there are 2 things. I love how easy this app is to use and understand and the sweet spot feature is incredible after you get a good 4-6 days of record in it is right on! My two things is I didn’t know it was a ‘trial’ for the sweet spot and was very disappointed when all of a sudden I had to pay for it and it being $10! I feel that was kinda cruel to do to a mama just trying to get help with an app. So no I wouldn’t pay for it. Second I’m getting frustrated just recently is I’m trying to go back to add a feeding I missed from middle of night because I was so tired and it goes through whole thing and says it’s saved but when you go back to look it’s not been added! Also on that note it would be nice if there were like reminders or alerts to let you know “hey think you forgot an entry or you left a timer running!” Though other thank theses things amazing app!

We swear by this app!. I wasn’t sure if my husband would want to use an app to track his sleep, but once he saw nearly immediate results, he swears by this app too. It has made such a difference for us first time parents. We started using it around two months old, and we’ve never looked back. It’s worth the subscription to have the SweetSpot feature. I wish you could have separate accounts for parents like a Mom and Dad account inputting to the same child’s profile (that way you can differentiate who is inputting what). It’s not a necessity, though; it would be a bonus feature. I’d also like the ability to add custom activities like a stroller walk or swing/bouncer time. Overall, if you want an app that tracks baby info and/or something that helps improve baby’s sleep, this is the app for you!

Saving my sanity, it has everything!. Huckleberry is incredible. It saves my partner’s and my sanity keeping track of everything our little one is up to from feeding to sleep to tummy time! This was especially crucial in those early weeks of exhaustion when we were having trouble with our newborn gaining weight. She’s 6 months now and we still heavily rely on huckleberry for feeding and sleep tracking. The app is super reliable and has so many handy features including analytics, easy stopwatch features for quick nap tracking and more. We love it and it keeps us aligned. I’ll be introducing it to our caregiver too when I go back to work. I haven’t used the paid features as we have a pretty good sleeper, but I’ve also heard good things. The upsells in the app can be a little aggressive but I understand they need to monetize!

3 months old and still loving this app!. I wasn’t sure having an app to track his daily activities would be very helpful and was worried my husband and I wouldn’t be good at using it but I was proven wrong! This app has been so helpful at illustrating his patterns and helps my husband and I to communicate as we trade off with baby. We can just check the app to see what was done recently as opposed to discussing it. This has proven helpful when I get home from work and we trade off so he can leave for his job right away. It also provides peace of mind for his pediatrician appointments so I can accurately info the doctor of his behavior rather than trying to remember and risk not being as accurate. Really easy to enter information in and love that my husband and I can be logged in on each of our phones to both utilize the app.

Can’t Imagine Life Without It. Through two kids, we’ve been using Huckleberry every step of the way, and I can’t imagine life without it. Huckleberry has been there every step of the way and helped guide us through the ups and downs of sleep with young kiddos. The SweetSpot is magical and takes the guesswork and arithmetic out of sleep windows. We have used the custom sleep plans for both of our kids and while they were very helpful for the first, they have become so much more customized and rich information that for second it’s like having a personal sleep coach by your side guiding you every step of the way. I feel like we get so much value out of this app, and I really appreciate how it just keeps getting better with every update. Thank you to the Huckleberry team for developing such a thoughtful, helpful, and intuitive app.

Can’t sign in?. We love this app and have been using it religiously. I went to update my baby’s sleep timer and suddenly it has me signed out. When I go to sign in using Facebook it acts as though it’s signing me in and then just returns to the default sign up/sign in page. I paid nearly $60 to be using this and it’s totally bugged out!!! Update: Huckleberry reached out to let me know they were having an issue with Google Firebase and it’s now resolved. I still wasn’t able to log in because it kept telling me I had an existing account? I reached back out to Huckleberry support and they just parroted back that the issue should be resolved. I still couldn’t sign in. But then I tried resetting my password and that worked so.. im glad I was able to get signed back in because we use this app every day all day but their support team wasn’t very helpful.

Constantly crashing even with updates. February: It doesn’t seem to matter how many times they update it, the app will always lag or crash now. If there’s a similar app out there I’d recommend that one over this! It’s so frustrating trying to use this when you’re already sleep deprived or holding baby and trying to multi task. January update: Still laggy even with the new version. The app ran fine for maybe 3 hours after the update & then went back to its laggy self. If you can find a similar or better app definitely try because this can be SO frustrating during late night feedings or diaper changes Over time the app has gotten extremely laggy! I have to completely close and reopen it just so it can run properly for a few minutes. I also find it annoying that you can’t customize to have the breast feeding show that you fed from the end of the session instead of the beginning.

Lost the one thing that made them unique. I used to use huckleberry all the time! I loved using their sweet spot because it was easier than trying to figure out when my baby would be tired next. It was especially useful when I was trying to go from 3 naps to 2. Now they’re charging $10/mo or $60/year for the privilege of using their algorithm. What??? I mean sure, it’s convenient, but why would I pay that much to figure out oh, my kid should be awake 3 hours, let’s do his nap then. It’s not rocket science. And that’s not all!! There’s also a premium tier that costs $15/mo or $119/year! At least with that tier you get a “personalized” sleep plan!! Now it’s not any different from any other app you can chart sleep, feeding, pooping, etc on. They lost the one thing that made them unique and are hiding it behind a paywall. I’ll be deleting it once my “trial” is done. (Won’t be the first time either- it’s so much work logging all of my kid’s sleep that I’ve deleted it before cause it just wasn’t worth the work!).

So helpful!. As a first time mom, this was incredibly helpful to me. I tend to be pretty forgetful, so it was great to be able to track all my sons feeds, diapers and naps/wake windows. As a breastfeeding mom, it was especially helpful to see how many hours it had been since my son’s last feed, how many diapers he had in a day, etc. I’ve even graduated to recording his bath days. Like I said, I’m forgetful, and my kiddo takes a bath every other day, so this helps me not lose track of the days! Record pump sessions, breastmilk volume stored, growth/measurements, feeds, play time, naps, diapers, and bottles/breastfeeds. I only have the free app, but premium would be great for those who’d like a better idea of sleep times. My kiddo luckily sleeps 12 hours a night already, so we don’t need the premium app, but if you’re looking for more nap/sleep help, look no further!

Helped my 2020 baby finally sleep!!. This app is incredibly effective and saved my sanity! When my baby was about two months old, he would have these horrible nighttime screaming fits and wouldn’t ever let me put him down. He’d sleep for only about 20 minutes at a time—usually only while nursing—and I never got a break! As this is my fifth child, I thought I could handle it with my usual parenting tricks, but not with this baby!! My cousin told me about this app because it helped her baby (also born in 2020). I started using it religiously to track his sleep habits, and once it started telling me his SweetSpot for sleep, I couldn’t believe it when he actually started to take hour-long naps!! Now he’s a year old, taking two naps a day and sleeping through the night. I still use this app to document all his sleep times—now I can’t live without it.

First time mom and love, love, love this app. This is hands down the best app for keeping track of baby’s schedule, especially first time moms like myself. I’m pretty sure this app has been open and running every hour since I brought my son home from the hospital (4 months). Zero downtime, glitches or even lagging so to the devs (thank you!) and designers, keep doing you! I even upgraded to the plus for the sweet spot nap reminders and holy cow, so accurate. Within a 5 minute window my son has fallen asleep consistently each time. Before I upgraded, every nap was a battle as I didn’t understand how overtiredness by even 20 min could ruin a whole day of sleep for us….hello first time mom flag waving over here. I’ve recommend this to all my mom friends, even for those seasoned moms this wasn’t around for the first time.

Would be 5 Star if can add to Alexa and Google Smart device apps. Would be 5 star if they add Huckleberry to Alexa and Google smart devices so parents with their hands full can use their voice to record necessary items such as feedings, diaper changes, sleep, activities, etc instead of having to remember to record later. Would be extremely helpful since most parents of newborns are sleep deprived and remembering to go back to record and what time those things happened are very difficult. We understand these data points are critical to fully leverage the tool and guidance and absolutely want to do that, but often times is very difficult and causes us to feel like we’re failing especially with multiple sleepless days and nights. A secondary option is Open API so people can create custom connections if they have the capability/would be willing to pay someone to do for them.

Perfect for First-Time Moms. This app is so helpful for first-time moms. You can track sleep, diapers, feeding, medicine, activities (like tummy time/baths/etc), and more. For duration (with things like sleep, feeding, activities), you can enter the minutes manually or use their built-in timer. Each category can also be tracked with great detail. For example, Sleep — you can mark not only when baby slept and how long, but also how it happened (in crib? Swing? Car? Your arms?) as well as whether you had wake them and if they were upset when you put them to bed. For Feeding — track either nursing or bottle. If nursing, track how many minutes on each side and which side was last. If bottle, track the time, duration, ounces or milliliters, and type (breast milk, formula, cow’s milk, etc.). For medicine — track in the app so you never forget when they last got their vitamin D drops, or when you last gave your sick child Tylenol. It also has older baby tracking features like solid foods and potty training, but my baby is too young for these yet so I haven’t used them. All of the above is FREE, but if you want to pay for the upgrade, it’s SO worth it. You get customized sleep help based on your baby’s patterns, with all kinds of useful tips. It’s been a big help for me as a first-time mom.

Used to be great now just glitches constantly. This app used to be amazing. The Sweet Spot was what really set it apart from other apps and I loved that me and my husband could both use it on our separate phones. That all changed this week. Like clockwork...they sent out an email that come June 1st the sweet spot will be part of the paid app which is INSANELY EXPENSIVE! Even with the 50% off discount it’s still $30. And let’s be real, there is nothing really custom about the sweet spot, they just use typical wake window times. Since the email came out, the app has been non stop glitching. I will start a sleep session only to go back in and see that all of a sudden it’s looks like she’s been sleeping for 6 hours because it just kept the night time sleep going, as if I never stopped it and started a nap hours later! I reached out 5 days ago to the support email and have heard NOTHING back. They really want to charge a ridiculous price for the app that doesn’t even work anymore and not have any customer support??? Yea no thanks!

Premium not worth it. Like most people, I got a lot of benefit from using the SweetSpot feature while tracking sleep. But when I subscribed to the premium plan, I was frustrated that I was charged monthly but couldn’t even get advice that often. If you’re struggling with sleep, you first have to take at least a few days to track your little one’s sleep. Then you have to wait seven business days (so really 9-10 days with the weekend) to get your recommendations. So now you’ve been sleep deprived for two weeks. Then your baby goes through a huge developmental change while you’re struggling to implement your new sleep plan, but guess what? You can’t ask for new recommendations for at least another 30 days. Then you’ll have to wait 10 days again for more help. I just didn’t think it was worth it to subscribe to the premium features. Especially since my first round of advice didn’t help much, and I ended up stuck.

Takes the guess work out of naps and tracks everything. Throw away those outdated tracking methods and feeding logs cuz this replaces them all! I tried many different baby tracking apps and huckleberry by far was the best. Easy to use interface and the best part is that its free! The main feature is the nap prediction, it takes about 3 days of logging to get it started but once it does it’s amazingly accurate. It takes abit of discipline to be consistent in logging everything but if you do it saves alot of headache and time guessing things like, when did the baby last sleep? what time did the baby feed? how long ago did we pump? It even has a summary section. Don’t expect the nap prediction to work for newborns or the first 3 months as it states as its too sporadic. We still use this app now that my child is 16 months because the information it tracks is so valuable.

Great for tracking, sleep analysis needs work. The sleep feedback isn’t particularly helpful. It takes upwards of 2 weeks to get a new analysis, and by then things have changed. The feedback on my challenges is typically that it is developmentally normal, but the recommendations don’t align with that. For example, it says 30 minute naps and 4-5+ wakings per night are normal (other sources suggest otherwise), but then the schedule tells me her naps should be 45 mins to 1.5 hours long, with no suggestions for how to make that happen other than things I said I already tried. The schedule also doesn’t update correctly; for example, on a 4 nap day, bedtime is between 7pm and 8pm ideally, but it’s telling me to add a 5th nap at 6:50pm. The tracking is super helpful, but after 5 months, the Premium subscription still isn’t, so I’ll be dropping down to Plus.

Helpful Tracking for Mom-Brain. This app has been incredibly helpful to me. I began using it when my baby was about three months old. I really needed help with nighttime nursing and sleeping… help tracking and understanding, as well as, help lengthening the periods of time between waking and nursing. Up until then I was simply responding ‘on demand’ to my baby. We were up every two hours, which was proving to be incredibly difficult as I returned to work. The app helped me understand my baby’s schedule and to create a gentle plan that has led to measurable improvement over the last month. I really needed help with the nighttime tracking because my brain was so foggy due to lack of sleep and hormones. The color coded visual schedule is so nice. I recommend it to my niece and sister-in-law (both brand new Mamas).

Great to keep track of naps and feeding. I’ve been using this app since 2018 for my first born and now am using for my second baby. It’s been such a big help with keeping track of their feedings and nap times. I am not paying for the premium upgrade but the free part is working great for me. It’s new features of reminding me when to pump breastfeed and start their naps has earned them 5 stars. I have tried other apps but i always come back to this one. I just wish they would create a section for pumping mothers to keep track of how much pumped and how much of that milk is stash in the freezer. I always highly recommend this app to my family and friends becoming new parents or needing help with putting their babies/toddlers on a schedule. My baby is 4 1/2 months and he’s been on schedule since 3 months . My toddler is almost 2 and has a good schedule going. Thank you !

Amazing. This app has literally saved us so much headache and more importantly, SLEEP! Being first time parents, google is your best friend, when is nap time? for how long? Is that normal? Etc…. The app has walked us through so much of the napping and night sleep process and has made it possible for our little one to sleep incredibly well! When he sleeps, we sleep and everyone is happy. And when your partner is getting some much needed shut eye and you don’t have to wake them up to ask when the baby has last been changed or fed because is all right there at your fingertips! Thank you Huckleberry team for helping us through those first difficult times and getting us through every hurdle along the way, this is a MUST HAVE for new parents
