Great app but needs a few bugs worked. I ABSOLUTELY LOOOOOVE this app! I can design to my hearts desire without worry about coins or points to use! However, I really hope the search tool would find the items I type in. For instance, if I type in “puppy” nothing puppy shows up instead it’s everything else but an animal :( or some items are blank no matter if I’m on WiFi or not. Kinda frustrating when you have a idea but can’t put it together because you can’t find it. But I’ve learned to think of other words like pet or dog or fluffy to find it. Other than that, I’ll continue to use this app to expand my creativity. Thank you so much for this!! 🤗

The Best App Ever!. Bring out the creative YOU and redesign a room or a whole house. Upload your own space to design with all the latest colors, furnishings and accessories. Or use a DecorMatters template to bring out your true design sense. Articles and design tips offer great ideas and advice. Follow your favorite designers and maybe your design will be featured! There isn't a more creative and versatile app out there..truly awesome!!! And, unlike some of the reviewers, who obviously don't get it...you have to be at least a little creative, not all Apps can spoon feed you!

Wonderful app!!. Wonderful app!! Started playing this two weeks ago and I’m so In love. Most realistic interior design app that I have seen so far. You are not forced to have to spend any of your time playing a puzzle game to be able to progress into the levels. So many options to choose from allowing you to truly take pride into your designs. Another cool aspect is that other people actually vote for your rooms and you get free prizes! Only thing I wish could become more frequent are the challenges. I find myself constantly waiting for the next opportunity to play.

Best design app!. This is the ONLY real design app that allows you to actually design! No, you don’t have to play a matching game for an hour to purchase a couch. No, you don’t have to wait until a room becomes available, and no, you’re not just coloring a room either! With DM YOU are truly designing your space. You are the designer. You can choose from their many templates and challenges they have going on, or you can upload your own template! You can use the games endless supply of high quality furniture, or you can upload your own! You can upload your own art, flowers, outdoor views, windows, walls, wallpapers, fireplaces…you name it! You have that sort of freedom with this game. In fact, I hate to call it a game, because it’s so much more than that. My only complaint, is that I can spend all day on the app, so I have to try and control myself! Lol the yearly subscription is very affordable compared to many other games that charge an arm and a leg for monthly subscriptions. I can’t say enough about this one, and it only improves as the years go by!

It’s up in running!. This is a really good app. The good things are that they are really up to date with the newest room trends and they usually have new stuff very often also it’s nice to have a variety of different rooms to design and to see how you could do your own house in reality. It is an amazing app. I nearly forgot you can also post it with your app account and see what other players think of it since they can comment and like. This is a great app and I really recommend it

Can’t contain the excitement. I NEVER write reviews for ANYTHING. I have been raving about this app ever since I stumbled upon it several days ago. I was itching for something to “play” as far as interior design goes (it’s my absolute obsession and dream). Just like others have said, there are other design games but cost money and MAKE you put things in certain areas. This game truly gives you freedom. I love that I can look at my “works of art” and know that I designed each and every aspect of it with the exception of the 4 walls and some small details (which are usually easily covered except they incorporate such beautiful details you wouldn’t want to anyway). There are endless options and OMG I just found the option to put your OWN elements into it as well. I am so thankful I found this because it’s truly a hobby of mine. Although I’ve been staying up way too late messing with it, it is amazing. I’m very disappointed in the people who have given this less than great scores. They’re either not very technically savvy, or pompous. Just saying!

I LOVE THIS APP!!!!. This app is amazing on many levels. Not only is it incredibly detailed in design, but it allows you to place,form,and size the elements you want to use in your space. It has been everything I have been looking for in an interior design app. I originally downloaded the app to get a visual for my room I am redesigning but found myself creating more rooms for hours! It provides such a realistic look and you aren’t limited with money like a game and can actually blossom and design without limits. This is how every app should strive to be!

Why would you do this?. You had an amazing game... best decoration game ever in my opinion! And the thing that made it the best: it was almost completely free. Now you have to buy coins and participate in challenges and furniture costs money.... you should not have done this. Now it is WORTHLESS. I wish that you would go back to the free aspect, you had a love catalog of things from shops and I know for a fact you made some money from buyers through your link- and everyone that ever ended in a challenge or at the top of a page had a premium he render subscription. And that was at least 2,000 people paying like 5 bucks for month. I know your never going to go back to the older aspect... but just know you have lost a lot of users to this update... I’m so so sad that my favorite app has turned into a money sucking cash app. I am so so so so so so sorry for anyone who is thinking about getting this app because they see “Free! 🥴” in the video... it’s not.. you start off with 1000 coins and each price of decent furniture cost 100 coins... that means you can only put 10 prices of good furniture in the template.. developers I know you probably won’t read this but if you do then please respond with what you have planned for the future of the game and if it will become anymore than a cash cow.

Great BUT. It needs work. A lot of the options when looking to put something in your design of its white or glass a majority of the time has giant holes in it and you cant use it or the product doesn't show up at all. I also wish they had an easier way to rotate things because if its small all you do is end up resizing the thing over and over and over again. And maybe a hidden list of whats in your design so you can go through it and click it so you can move it (because if you have layers in your design its very hard to move small items/things in the back or even get to them without having to move everything around it).

Highly recommend. I love this app! I look forward to it every night at bedtime when I snuggle in my bed and I get time to myself. I love the challenges and the furniture is beautiful! I actually see this furniture everywhere I go in various stores and on television! Also, in the airports in some of the shops and in local furniture stores and offices! This is the real deal, I’m learning a lot about furniture brands and styles. One day soon I’m going to remodel my home and boy do I have some great ideas for decor!!! To the creators of this fine challenge, thank you!

TIMELESS FUN. I had used another design app. It scored your work and you had a limited selection of products, PLUS a budget! You could only do so much with their “way” of working. Then I found this app via Instagram and I’m absolutely hooked!!! My husband and I are getting our ducks in a row to retire within the next couple of years. We’re looking for a retirement home (not the nursing home type, the lakeside type)!! Plus, we will most likely remodel our home of 30 years, so our daughters can have it. This app gives ALL the information where I can purchase the items that I’m “playing” with! It’s a win win all the way around!! I would recommend it to home builders and real estate agents also. I just can’t get enough!

Good. I downloaded this app when I started working on ideas for redecorating my bedroom. I really can’t say enough about how helpful it has been! I can try out different color schemes and furniture arrangements. I found it quite intuitive to use and when I couldn’t figure out how to do something the instructions were easy to find and use. Perhaps best of all, working with this app is FUN! I actually let my 6 and 8 year old grandsons try it and I was blown away by how quickly they took to it! 

Great App...Still Needs Work. Of course this app is wonderful especially to us Polyvore addicts and it has a great feel, but there are some areas that really need tweaking like: the tools for clearing out backgrounds for sharper edges, saving your work without having to delete all previous versions, furniture and accessories having more than one direction and less background and above all, displaying a clean, sharp final output...right now it has a haze or blurriness to the overall board which is so distracting and unattractive. One last thing, I wish we could add animation slogans and figures, color blocking, a typing feature and a way to add on from furniture stores we are familiar with. Those are my points and I hope they will be incorporated in the future! Then it would really be a 5star app!!!

So much potential. The first design I did was tedious to put together and very frustrating. I kept with it though, and I'm improving my skills for using the tools provided. If you are used to design programs like Photoshop, you'll be frustrated too. You are very limited on what you can put in a room because you have to find pieces that are the right angle for the room. There are a few options to edit what you choose, but not enough to make it perfect. You can change the perspective, but it Doesn't let you change the shape so you can get the right shape/perspective. There should be some paint brush options so we can add shadows where things should be darker, to help make the rooms look so flat and fake. I also wish that there were more filter options so I could search by style of room to only choose from the theme I'm going for. It would save me a lot of time looking through items. I really hope they add these things in the future. I love seeing the creative things people come up with, and I love the idea of these challenges to make you design a room for a specific purpose. The graphic designer in me needs these editing changes to happen for me to give a 5 star rating. I can already see that this app is going to be very addicting and fun!!

AMAZING APP!!. This is app is amazing! All the other apps I have tried I either have to pay or I have to unlock stuff or there are just ads every 2 seconds but in this app there is none of that. If I want a chair or item from my house I just have to take a picture of it and I can put it wherever on the template, also you can take a picture of somewhere where you want to decorate and that will be the space where you can decorate in the app. With all the items there is a price and website where you can buy it if you really like the item and want to buy it for your house. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS APP!

Fun. I adore this app. It is one of my three top favorite entertainment apps. I consider myself an amateur interior designer. This app lets me indulge my fantasy of redesigning spaces. Even better, other app users vote/comment on all my designs. Likewise, I get to give feedback via votes to other designers regarding their work. And seeing other designers’ works provides me with inspiration regarding future designs. Can not recommend this app highly enough. And for those who fear in-app purchases: I have never made a single purchase. It is truly a free app of you need it to be.

No “In-game money” needed! Free creativity!. I freaking LOvE this app. It gives you complete freedom when designing a room unlike other games this style. And the best part is it takes no in-game money to buy any of the furniture and you can use the piece as many times as you want. On top of that, you can even add your own furniture from your home. The scenes also give you complete free range as to where you’d like to put furniture and objects there’s no limit to how much you put into a room or where to put any of it. As far as selection goes there are literally thousands of items to choose and each category even down to the plants I’ll spend a half an hour just picking out the plants for one room because there are so many options . I always felt as though the other design games were restricting my creativity. This game breaks down all those barriers and allows you to just completely enjoy yourself without any limitations. five stars all the way. Xoxoxo

I Love this APP. This APP is what I’ve been waiting for quite awhile! It is fun, challenging and never ending stimulating. The ability to interact with other players, on their designs is part of what separates this APP from others like .... wait there are no other APPs like this .... lol. You will not only have other players helping you with questions but the “help page” where you email your question, has the nicest real live people answering you and not some copy and paste answer. Seriously I nothing as of yet I don’t love!! This is an APP that will never leave you bored!

awesome way to distract yourself for a while!. I don’t know if anyone else remembers it but there once was a really fun website when I was in middle school that I was on all the time until it was shut down. I’ve been looking for an app where I can do that again for a long time now and, while it isn’t completely like that old website, I still feel super nostalgic when I’m on here!!!! 😭😭❤️ I also love the many things that make this so unique like the challenges, the inspiration section, voting for other artist’s works - I could go on! There’s so much to do on here. Well done 💕

Therapeutic. I don’t wanna be a professional designer. Yet I like to live in a fantasy where my house is warm, cozy, and uncluttered. I can do that here plus having anxiety and depression at times it’s a good way to just get lost and on wind in the evening I have a 12.9 iPad Pro and it’s perfect for designing on this app. I started designing rooms just on Facebook pages shortly after my mom died I didn’t know what else to do to escapeand I’ve been doing it ever since for 13 years now and when you get a nice compliment, a light on your room or being featured, it’s a definite boost. They have so many choices to pick from but you can also add your own items highly recommend.

AMAZING. This app is wonderful. I used it to decorate several rooms in my house, as well as my mom's living room. You can take a picture of a room and just decorate it using the app and the available selection of items, which has enough variety to give you an idea of how your room will look for any given style. It's really cool how you can increase/decrease the size of items and rotate them, etc., so it really looks like it's in your room. I used to be a pretty awful decorator, just picking out stuff I liked in stores and hoping it looked good. Now I really know how my "vision" will translate into real life, and can plan out my purchases better so they work with the big picture. I'm obsessed with this app.

Creativity abounds. This is by far the best app/game in existence for anyone who likes decor, furniture, and being creative. The competitive vein in designing for specific challenges keeps the site energetic. It would be better if designers could NOT win by using a screenshot and adding a few accessories, as opposed to taking the time to be creative. Even though there is this one hiccup with designers crazy about winning, I still give it a 5 star rating because of the huge inventory, fun challenges, and the built in ability to interact with other designers. I have made some great friendships though this game.

Designed for Fun!. What’s not to love about this app?! I’ve been using this app for over 2 years now and still haven’t grown tired of playing. Every challenge is unique and fun and even though most challenges have certain requirements it still gives you enough options to make it your own. The app is perfectly done as far as animations and the furniture looks identical to its real life versions and any piece you like has a direct link to the website so you can see and possibly buy the piece of furniture in real life.

Close but no cigar!. It’s nearly the dream design app...but they overlooked some tiny but SEVERELY ANNOYING technical flaws that impure gameplay. There is a pop up button when an item is selected recommending similar items & you cannot make it go away. I have an iPhone 8 & on my phone that button covers the perspective slider so I cannot ever use that function. It limits my selection of items to next to nothing because I cannot properly place them in the room. Also, don’t think about using anything white, silver, or pale. The app cannot tell the difference between the item and the background & automatically deletes major parts of it (or won’t delete an obscure shape of part of the background). I’ve spent hours trying to clean up images to make them look halfway decent & not obstruct the other items in the room, but eventually came to the conclusion that the majority of them are just not worth trying. Scaling could also be improved, many of the rugs cannot be enlarged to fit the entire room (at least not sideways the way I’ve had to position them because of the perspective slider) & several of the final touches won’t scale down enough to fit on the tables & look natural. Lastly, while I do enjoy the ability to design outside of the challenge & the free materials (they are the highlights of the game), like any interior design game I find the quantity of challenges lacking. Especially the more advanced ones with requirements.

Lost account. So I up dated my game as I’ve done many times but this time my game was gone! This means my coins, badges, saved rooms everything gone!! Mind you I have paid actual cash in this game... so I try to reach out after 5 hours or more they say ...did you save your game to Facebook? This has been there only response. So here I am on a very old acct..that I had actually forgotten about...but now I got NO COINS and this very greedy game want you to pay for everything ...even if you find it on the net yourself!! So I’m not spending more cash on this greedy app...and I cancelled the one I had since I can no longer use it..they’ve ruined this game by there greed...too bad they don’t use there money to fix problems for those using the iPad...lol

Real designer furniture, in-app purchases aren’t intrusive. You can purchase items in-app, but the beauty is that you aren’t constantly hit over the head to do. Much more fun/not annoying than other apps. The pieces represent real designers, real furniture. Very calming for me, although it could also be competitive (you get rated/reviews on your designs, there’s a leader board). Some challenges are tougher than others. You’ll notice some people are just trying to get by while others go all-out.

Good but stop with the annoying messages. This app almost made it to five stars, except for one problem. I love to decorate rooms with furniture and other unique pieces like art and plants. But for heaven’s sake, please make an option for me to disable the live chat. The questions your team asks me are annoying. I’ve gotten “Is there any reason you don’t want to publish your designs?” I still share my designs with my close friends on other websites, like social media. I just choose to keep my designs in the app private for right now. What I do in the app should be my business and no one else’s. This is the only issue so far.

Garbage UI. Impossible to navigate this app. Ostensibly, you can complete design challenges to earn coins and subsequently use the coins to unlock more design features. However, attempting to complete the first challenge dumps you in a loop where any attempts to either save, submit, share, or exit your design are blocked by the prompts to purchase a membership. You can't even return to the home page without force quitting the app or purchasing a membership. This poor design could be a bug (embarrassing and incompetent) or a feature (transparent in its bait and switch tactics). Either this app used to be much better or the old 5 star reviews have been solicited by the developer. Either way, don't even waste your time attempting to try the free version: it's so unusable as to not exist.

So fun to play with!. I have a relatively small place (San Francisco, you know), so it’s good to know what will look nice but also fit in before I really get into it and rush to buy it. This app helps me to know what I can do with my little lovely space so I Appreciate A Lot! More importantly, it gives me kinds of views of how my place can be like. I don’t have time just to browse around fashion magazines or spend hours online to learn how to make a place not only functional but also amazing. Luckily I have Decor. Now I can play with it try out different opportunities and avoid the risk of buying the wrong thing. Thank you, Decor, mu life is better now because of you.

Fun app, fairly easy to use.. I am enjoying a lot about this app. Wish there was a way to change background template with edit button. (Say wall color with a click of a button.) also would like to put in my own walls, windows and flooring from scratch. Especially with actual measures from a project. I’ve just started but that’s something I’m not finding ready to go and easy. Also wish there was a way to adjust area rug sizes and angles better. Where is there wallpaper.... I have yet to find that. I’m only using the free app options thus far so maybe that’s in a paid level but without knowing what’s exactly included in paid options I’m unwilling to try.

At Last!. I am an interior designer that is in love with all sorts of home decor and furniture. You name it, rustic, eclectic, industrial, traditional, modern, and so much more! I used to have Home Design, where you had to pay ridiculous amounts for one piece of decor or furniture, well, no, I’m not happy with that. So I deleted it and just stopped looking for another app. Then I found DecorMatters!! I honestly have found the Golden App when it comes to decor games! It’s stress-free and there’s nothing to pay for, it’s all free, and literally the only thing to compete for is the contests, which are your choice, do it or don’t. Thank you, DecorMatters.

cool app!. This app is so freaking cool! I had my eyes on a sofa from Pottery Barn for the longest time, but I wasn’t sure if it would match with my current living room. My wife and I were really frustrated because we did not want to spend that much money on something that we would end up hating. So, I went on the app store and did some searching. I came across DecorMatters and to my surprise, I was so happy and grateful. The augmented reality option makes my life SO much easier because I can finally be able to design my room just the way I like it without having to run back and forth from the furniture store lol!!! If you guys are looking for a good app, be sure to check out this one because it is totally worth it.

Freaking Awesome & Totally Free!!!. If you love to design rooms in your home this is the app for you! What I find really cool once you’re done decorating your room you can actually find out exactly how much money it will cost you to buy each product and you can actually purchase them from here as well how cool is that! I don’t even let you take a picture in your house of the room you want to decorate and then you can go for it so it’s not only an app for people who like to interior decorate. It’s also an app for people who want to decorate their own home! And the best thing of all is that it’s completely free completely free!There are absolutely no hidden fees!!!

Super Enjoyable Design Game. I’ve been playing Decormatters for over 3 years. The creators of this game continually make it better with the best decor items available. I’m not one who’s into playing games that cost money, but I’ve made an exception for this one. I highly recommend the yearly membership, it’s worth every penny. This game is my go to when I want to let my creative juices flow and relax. I’ve also made friends here with other players.💖This has been my favorite design game to play and I’m still having just as much fun as when I first started 3 yrs ago. I highly recommend if you like decorating and being creative. The other players definitely will lift you up with encouraging compliments on your designs. I say go for it!

Improving every day!. UPDATE! DecorMatters has made some vast improvements since my initial review and they continue to do so! I am officially addicted! You can now easily communicate with other users! There seem to be more quality items available for use! If you love design you have to check it out! I do have more changes on my wish list but I’m very pleased with the ones I’ve seen! Keep up the great work DM! Original review: This is a fun app but they need to make some improvements. A lot of the items cannot be used because they have backgrounds that can’t be edited. On the up side you can import items and edit them. It’s also hard to communicate with other users directly. The contests are repeatedly won by the same users over and over. Not nearly as user-friendly as Urstyle or trendMe and other design apps out there. I truly miss my Polyvore 😥 Also restricted to Apple users only. That being said, this is not a bad review, it is meant to be helpful to the admins to use for future improvements. The admin seems very receptive to their users and it is still a pretty fun app! I hope to revise this to a 4 or 5 star review in the future!

Decorating App. This app is by far the most reasonably priced one of all the apps I’ve tried. I LOVE that you don’t have to “compete” unless you want to, just decorate when & what I decide. The other users NEVER leave rude comments & you don’t have decorate everything white or off white either. I also love how some of the rooms you can decorate as many times as you want. The only suggestion I have would be to make the print larger on the item square so we can easily see how much these items would cost should we want to order the real item online.

Current Version 5.0. Ever since they updated 5.0, it kicks people out when commenting back to others. The editing tool is the worse. It’s not accurate at all. The staff doesn’t seem to care anymore. They don’t even communicate like they use to or read our suggestions. This is no longer a community based app. I’ll come back if they improve. It makes no sense to play a game and constantly get frustrated or kicked out. We’re suppose to enjoy it. Take care all!

It’s Okay.... I was super excited when I finally found an app like this. I discovered the app when I was scrolling through Pinterest as an ad and i was SO HAPPY to finally get an AR/picture design app. When I finally started using the app, I wish there was more templates for rooms because I have a basic white wall and carpet room but they do not have an option like that. You may be wondering why I didn’t want to just take a picture. I already have furniture in my room and I just wanted to design with a blank slate. So in the end, I didn’t really find use in the app besides playing ‘design’. I really wish I could’ve been able to ACTUALLY design my room.

YESSSSSSSSS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. FINALLY!!!!!!! This is the app I’ve always dreamed of. It is beautifully designed and easy to use. If you are looking for a simple, effective, working design app, this is the one for you. I have only had it for a few months, and I play it as much as possible, sometimes for hours every day. It has tens of thousands of furniture and accessory options, and doesn’t require you to put certain pieces of furniture in certain areas, you can do whatever you want. I have friends on this app, and am always excited when they post new designs. While you can play with strangers, there isn’t much you can do to interact with them, so it is very child friendly. I would recommend 9+ for this app, because there are links in the app that lead to websites where you can purchase furniture. I really love the challenges, because you can “compete” with other players in a friendly, non competitive way. The only problem I see with this app is the fact that you have to pay to use pictures of your own decor. Overall, this is an amazing app for kids and adults, and I totally recommend it to anyone searching for a good interior design app. 🤪😜😍😎♥️🤩

Best one out there!. I love the fact that there are so many options to choose from and I’ve noticed that almost every three days or so there are new furnishing added to the collections so you end up with even more endless options. There are a couple things I wish that could be fixed though. When trying to be selective of the color of the furniture the color slider to choose your color isn’t very exact. It doesn’t have options like “red” but “rust red” and when you aren’t selective of this filter after swiping down for a long time you are able to find truly red furnishings. Also the scaling of small objects, I sometimes work a big room and I’d like to put stuff on shelves in the very back wall but the size of these accessories can’t go further and end up being too big. Maybe if you added a toggle slider to adjust the size to the smallest it can get. I wish you would be able to paint walls too. Or add a specific wall paper or texture. And lastly, I think it’s best to make sure that all the furnishings have all the angles so one can use them without being stuck with just 2-3 angles that might not work for our design. Above anything else I adore this app and would never stop using it if new spaces are added every once in a while.

Best Interior Design App. I am so grateful to have found this app. The graphics are better than alternatives I have tried in the past and I love the social aspect of this app especially because everyone is so kind and supportive of each others designs! The only issue I have is that some of the furniture items have a false light gray blotch shadow underneath of the item and other (mostly white items) are broken when added to the template. Besides these minor issues I am so happy with this app and recommend it to anyone who loves interiors and furniture placement in a space🌞❤️

The app is free, however there is a fee you can pay if you want to upload many of your own items. There are challenges to compete with the other designers, and they are all so friendly. I have been using this app for almost 2 years and have made so many new friends from all over the world. Sometimes there are challenges where you can actually win a prize. This is definitely an app that never disappoints.

The app is further supported by the creators’ involvement in design challenges, helpful blogs, and rewarding outstanding designs. By far, the best decorating app available. This is also a great tool for those who suffer anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.

Too much bullying going on. I have been using this app for one year now. I have seen how people have gotten bullied and have at the end left. The bullies always remain and the DM team never does anything about it. It is beyond me that grown up people, mothers and grandmothers, engage in such behavior. What’s even more appalling is the lack of response by the DM team. They don’t have a zero tolerance against offensive comments (I’m talking about making fun of people’s appearance and being cussed at) and plain bullying. Several of us have tried to address this issue but it all falls on deaf ears. So join at your own peril, I can guarantee that the DM team will not come to the rescue.

So fun but could use better organizing. Finally! The interior design game I’ve been looking for! And free too!!! This game gives free will for designing a room without having to purchase coins or diamonds; or voting (for what seems like forever) on rooms for tickets to design your own room. The only (small) downfall in the organization of items for rooms. Looking through accent chairs will also pull up random mirrors or tables. Searching for specific items is almost pointless because you’ll get everything but what you’re looking for. Maybe I’m just too new to this game and haven’t figured the search part out yet; but still, searching for “bowl of fruit” (because this game gives you the chance to be that detailed and specific- one of the pluses of the game) should be a bit easier and not show pillows or wall decor. Another thing I really enjoy is that it’s a type of social media. Almost like instagram. You can comment and like and follow other “designers”, even give gifts that give coins. I haven’t figured out what the coins do for you yet. Anyways, this game is great and I really hope someone behind it can narrow down the search option and categorize the thousands upon thousands of items to design with. Maybe that’s the problem, too many items to begin with?

Love the app! A few things need fixed. I am in love with this app. Love all the choice and the fact that it's free, unlike another one I tried. It does have a few issues though. One issue I've encountered is that I worked really long and hard a room. I clicked the save button, message popped up that said saved, exited the app but came back to make sure my room was saved. I was so frustrated and upset that my room vanished, along with all the time and hard work I put in for it. That needs to be fixed. Another issue is the fact when you try to use the masking tool to take out unwanted areas, it is really not the easiest thing to use. Since there are really no instructions on how to use this tool, you have use trial and error. Sometime you get the results you want and many times you don't. One suggestion would be to employ a system similar to Microsoft Word's program where you use lines and various shapes by snapping lines. Also, there needs to be a help button with a few answers on how to use some of the tools and buttons. These a few of the most frustrating problems I've seen. I hope this helps. I do love the game, just wish there were less frustrating moments. Would love yo hear your response. Thank you.

Guilty pleasure. Obsessed is an understatement! I have always had an interest in design and moving into my new house this year really started getting my creative side flowing. Relaxing and great!!!. As a mom of four kids I often find myself hiding out in order to finish a decorating challenge because I find it so relaxing and stress relieving! I have been playing for quite some time and have enjoyed the more frequent limited time challenges.

Really Good. This app is awesome! There is only two problems; some items have a background behind it. For example, I tried putting a ceiling fan on the roof (white roof) of a bedroom, but the fan had a brown woody background. This meant that it was a white roof with a patch of brown, which ruined the room. The other problem is that some items (beds in particular) have some parts that are clear, and you see right through it. Otherwise, great app!!

This is an awesome app but there is two issues.... This is an amazing app and I love it so much! The only issue is that under some pieces of furniture there is a white ‘shadow’ and it gets kind of annoying if my floor is not white and the same issue with some lights it has white behind it and it makes the wall look white as well. Other than that the detail is awesome on other items! The second issue is that my MAIL app so it would be great if you could make it on the iMessage app or on gmail so that I could enter challenges, the challenges all look so amazing and I would love to do them! Addicted. I have always enjoyed decorating and changing one furniture into something else. I am enjoying this app so much that I love it because is something that gives me pleasure and entertainment. Cool creative app!. Really enjoy using this app. I started this to give me something to do besides social media and it has been a great go to for me. I think that I originally got this app for renovation assistance (as there was a bit of hype about it’s AR & ease of use) but quickly got hooked on the design challenges and the beautiful community it’s attracted! This amazing app. This app is so great I love creating new rooms and posting new designs. The only problem is that the furniture sometimes just has a picture with a background and it comes up with it. This came in so handy. Super helpful app. It's hard to picture major changes when you are used to things the way they are. This helps you see how the changes will really look and how things will fit before you make the real changes.

Love this app / game…. I stopped using social media and cut down on negative news/gossip news. This app allows me to relax my mind from daily stress and be creative. I also am learning a lot about interior design styles. Finally, I do think this app is a good executive function/frontal lobe brain exercise; it definitely works on organizing, planning, decision making, problem solving/critical thinking, budgeting, etc.

2 annoying problems. Hi there, this app is amazing! Unfortunately there’s two problems,1. Some of the furniture has a background of another photo but I did see an edit button is you scroll across.2. If I put a photo down that has no picture behind it, it doesn’t load on the screen properly and has holes all in it. Without a subscription, the app is frustrating and ability to use imagination is limited.. If you want to use your imagination and explore your own ideas, you're limited by how much you're able to spend. The fact that you can only use each item once is off putting and inhibits creative output. This app if for people who like to complete challenges and work with set goals or if you're in the right tax bracket, it could be a decent outlet for imaginative minds. I feel like I have to do homework to earn pocket money to spend on homework for tasks I don't even enjoy. The creators put the app out there as a place for Neyber's fans to go to, but Neybers was more relaxed, visually pleasing, creatively stimulating, and the being part of its community was a better experience. The library of items is excellent, far better than any other apps. The ability to preview and edit multiple items simultaneously before purchasing is great. Without a subscription, the app is frustrating and ability to use imagination is limited.

Loooove. In this app you get real life items so it’s kind of like being a digital interior designer. They get likes from others in the app which I think is very fair. This app has barely any ads actually I don’t think it has any. Overall this app is my favourite it’s so fun and easy to play.

Perfect. I love scrolling this app for inspiration. I am near the end of my kitchen remodel and used this app several times during the process. I figured out what type of pendant lights that I wanted and ordered directly through the app. Doesn't get easier than that.

It’s great. It’s a great app, I enjoy the challenges and the various options of room layouts that you can design. Only thing that is frustrating is when you find an item for example: a bed, couch, table etc. That they come with a background of the item being in another room layout, in which doesn’t fit the current layout you’re doing. Sometimes if the item is clear, it’s see through and pixelated so you can’t use it. Just bits and pieces need to be fixed on the app. Otherwise it’s great!

Really good app, DecroMatters. I absolutely loooovvvee this app. It is so perfect for designing because you can design with your own personal style, not like other generic home design apps. Great app!!. As someone whose love of decorating is more than a hobby it's a passion! Creating designs on the DecorMatters app can be just what I need. In hectic times it can be calming. Saving ideas for my dream home. The not too over the top extravagant things I would do if money where no object. Other times it can be a spark of inspiration. Designers Dream App. I play it every day, first thing in the morning. I m addicted. The app runs so fast which is crazy with the amount of content. I can t believe it s free honestly because the graphics are such high quality and the attention to detail is. I love how all the furniture is actually buyable and I ve become educated about actual brands and actual pieces from showrooms without having to visit one in person. You can follow trends even though you don t have the money to do so in real life. This app fills a void!!!

The Best Design App - Dont need to pay for Gem either. I’ve recently been playing design games and some are expensive having to pay out for furniture. You can design away in this game and you don’t have to pay out for a thing. You also get to enter competitions, no need to spend money at all, although there is a section where you can join up to pay out for extra designs “in my decor” but it’s not necessary. I loving it already!!!

Still loving this app!. I have had this app for well over a year now and I still love it. The app stays fresh with new design challenges! New furnishings, wall art, plants etc. are added frequently and often coincide with the season/holidays. Another awesome aspect of this app is you can play as often or as little as you like! I find it truly relaxing and I look forward to winding down at the end of the day with a few design projects before bed. :)

Wonderful. To be honest I love the fact that it’s free and you don’t have to purchase anything in game to get a better experience. It’s such an easy app to use and it’s actually really fun. I’ve always had a love of interior designing but never really got to move forward with that career, this really can help if you’re planning on changing your house up too! I haven’t had any issues with it YET and I don’t plan on having any issues soon. Ps- Have a nice day!

Best Home app ever!!!. I have tried a bunch of house designing apps but none of them worked. When I got this one I was surprised to see that it actually worked-and it worked well. I really love this and there are so many decoration and furniture ideas that are really nice. For leaving a room you created I just leave the app and get back on. It’s really cool and you get to see other people’s ideas and creations as well. If you like house decor apps like I do I would suggest getting this one.

Ideas you didn't even know you needed!. I love having access to this app. It is filled with the most beautiful ideas for every room. I totally get excited when searching for something new and unique to utilize in my own home! Especially great that you can isolate and explore specific rooms, i.e., kitchen, living room, den, etc. I recommend this app to Family and friend sinterested in home design. Love and awesomeness!

Great Freestyle Design App. Love this design app. No constraints on what you can do - YES no “requirements” - and it’s FREE. Unlike Home Design or DMR - which will cost you big. You can be as creative as you want and conjure up all kinds of beautiful designs. Huge catalog of great decor items and you can import your own too. DM offers challenges if you like those but you can freestyle too. Easy to learn the basics. I suggest you use with Magic Erase app to make transparent pngs. Highly recommend this app if you love design.

I used to do decorative painting design in résidences as well as commercial buildings. Also painted furniture . This is the closest app I have found that actually keeps my attention and makes me feel I am out in the commercial world again! (Too old for ladders now!!)So any thanks again!🩷🩷

Confused intelligent person. I consider myself to be an intelligent person, not because I am a braggart but because many people have told me as much. I am pretty tech savvy and am completely self-taught. Some even come to me for tech support. I noted all this babble to say that I absolutely could not figure this app out. How to add a rug to a room, how to add ANYTHING to a room. I was so excited to try this app because it appeared to be a legitimate free app and it looked like I could while away the hours while my hubs was at work in the evenings. Sadly, I will have to keep playing the other app until I can find something more user friendly. Not sure what I am missing with all the five star ratings. Like I said, I’m not stupid.

Awesome, but needs a little tweaking. I love this app, first. There are quite a few items to choose to decorate with. The challenges I like, they really get you thinking about space, color, etc. Second, I agree with some of the other reviewers that some more perspectives of furniture to fit the room templates might be a good idea, or a way to adjust them to fit the perspective of the room (I’m not sure if that is possible here). The white objects are sometimes lacking white space because of the selection, which kind of ruins the effect. I wouldn’t mind more challenges, those are fun. And more effects (like light, shadow). I think other ways of upping your crown level than just winning challenges would be great, like commenting on designs, liking designs, to raise that. Thank you for this app, it’s fun.

Great app. This is a great app!! I love how you can choose and mix and match every piece of furniture. Most home decorating apps give you a couple different options to choose from, but the options on this app are endless!! You can choose your own style, theme, color scheme, except for if you’re trying to stick to a guideline for a challenge or are required to have a certain type of item in the room, and even then, it isn’t strict.

DecorMatters. There are many challenges you can enter each day and tons of furniture choices. I absolutely love getting to design a room and then you submit it to have it voted/commented by others. I think it’s from other players? You also have a gallery of all the designs you did so you can look back at them if you want, which I thought was cool. Anyway, I’m only on day 2 of playing and I LOVE IT!

AMAZING!! LOVE IT!. I got this app in January and I love how it works! Especially because of my dream to be an interior designer! I found this app after searching for about a year for interior design apps. Everything before was just unusable. I love how realistic everything looks and how you can see which store the item is from! I also love all the challenges they have! I would definitely give more than 5 stars if I could!! Love it!!!!!!

Amazing!. It cost you no money, and has great features, like customizing your OWN rooms, you can take a picture and put things in it, try it out. Now other design games can cost you a lot of money, but this one is 100% completely free if you want! It’s great. It has amazing rooms to choose from and categorizes the decorations, or you could just search them. (Dining room,Tables, chairs, art/decor etc.) It's a very simple but fun amazing game. I recommend 11/10

Great Re-Decorating Tool!. I downloaded this app when I started working on ideas for redecorating my bedroom. I really can’t say enough about how helpful it has been! I can try out different color schemes and furniture arrangements. I found it quite intuitive to use and when I couldn’t figure out how to do something the instructions were easy to find and use. Perhaps best of all, working with this app is FUN! I actually let my 6 and 8 year old grandsons try it and I was blown away by how quickly they took to it! 

Good. Recently I got a new apartment and need to buy a lot of furnitures. But I do not know where to buy, which style would be best fit for me. Inadvertently I saw this application in the Apple store. There are a lot of projects created by interior designer and full information of the furniture can also be found on the page. This app gave me a great inspiration, and I think I know what I really need to buy now. The app is very easy to use and I recommend it.

Super. This is a really good app the good things are that they are really up to date with the newest room trends and they usually have new stuff very often also. It’s nice to have a variety of different rooms to design and to see how you could do your own house in reality. It was an amazing app. I nearly forgot you can also post it with your account and see what other players think of it - they can comment and even like. This is a great app and I really recommend it

I looooove it. This app is so much fun. It is awesome how DecorMatters partners with real companies so you can buy the furniture you like in real life. I love the competitive energy and the challenge of the app. Very realistic graphics and endless ways to express personal creativity and inspiration. I got this app because I thought it would help me design my bedroom (it actually gives me some ideas), but I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was a fun and interesting app.

Nice lol. This app is the most useful app for presenting houses and/or if you want to set up how you want your house to look. I also like this app because it helps improve your organization skills. It's almost like Instagram because you can chat with people it isn't like Instagram because you can't chat privately and you can show designs instead of posting pictures of yourself.

Best Home App Ever. I've got tons of ideas for our home, but have a very hard time deciding what I want to do in a space. For me being able to actually see a piece of furniture or picture on the wall helps me see how best decorate our home. I recently used it to see how our fireplace corner would look with a stone wall and different mantle. WOW! I just thought I loved the app before now I pray nothing with the app changes or I'll be up the creek for all of ideas.

Love this app!. What’s not to love about this app?! I’ve been using this app for over 1 year now and still haven’t grown tired of playing. Every challenge is unique and fun and even though most challenges have certain requirements it still gives you enough options to make it your own. The game is perfectly done as far as animations and the furniture looks identical to its real life versions and any piece you like has a direct link to the website so you can see and possibly buy the piece of furniture in real life.

love it absolute. This app is easy to use, contains multitudes of beautiful designs on just about anything you can search for home related, and you have the ability to store, categorize, and comment on designs you like, and create your own designs. Plus there are lots of great items, and people's comments can be a wealth of information. I did a ton of research on DM before our house kitchen/ bath/ laundry remodel. I fully recommend this app!

WOW. At first I thought it would be to difficult to use But Even tho it was hard at first it really only took a day for me to get hooked on it. This game is perfect for anyone who loves to decorate but like me, doesn’t have the time OR money. If you like the product in the game you can buy it in real life! It’s really fun and if you are trying to figure out what furniture you want in a room in your house this game allows you to see what certain furniture would look like in that room! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND

Great app, but could be WAY better.. First things first, I do love this app very much! What I dislike is that it’s so difficult for anyone to win challenges... it’s always the same people winning over & over & over again based on POPULARITY. I feel like that’s so unfair! They’re should be a way for everyone to have a chance at winning besides/likes & popularity. The next thing I dislike about the app is that most of the popular people on here add endless amounts of blank templates back to back to back & we get notifications for it every single time if we are following them. I don’t think we should get notifications every time someone we follow posts something; it gets super annoying after a while, especially if it’s JUST a black template.

Amazing. Amazing app! I like how finally I found an app where you didn’t have to solve a puzzle or something like that! It’s fun because there is a huge variety of items and you can find a lot of things different than others and become a professional designer! (Well at least on a phone) It is probably my favorite decorating app and I love it because I can make everything how I want!

Great way to collect design ideas for your home. For anyone that loves their home, the DecorMatters app is well organized, has lots of terrific ideas for decorating and decluttering, has a convenient user interface and is an all around joy to use. Although some of the products seem a tad overpriced, everything appears to be of good quality. The only downside to the app is spending too much time enjoying it.

Great App!. This app deserves 5 stars. Not only did I find a game that I like, I feel like I’m not wasting my time because at the same time I’m playing I’m getting ideas on how to arrange/decorate my new room. It has a variety of furniture & decor to choose from. The possibilities are endless. Only thing I’d ask is for more options on the backgrounds. For example different color walls on the bedrooms & different scenery’s too. Other than that it’s perfect 👍🏼

Review. Okay, so I have been searching a while to find an app like this where you design homes, but all the apps I downloaded didn’t have the content they showed in ads, or were pretty bad. Until my friend showed me this app. I was hooked and started playing it right away. It’s really enjoyable and easy to play, and it’s cool how it features real brands. I suggest getting this app. You won’t regret it!

Disappointing. This used to be my favorite game to play! I was able to store my effort-filled, unique finds in their own wishlist for quick access. Now everything is behind a paywall. I was at first annoyed that you put the “search” and “wishlist” features behind a paywall, but now you have eliminated all “free” items in-game. So now I can’t search for anything, save anything, or find free items. Maybe make it so you can earn a “membership” by earning it in-game rather than paying real money for it. I no longer look forward to playing this game.. The game in which I was always excited to play after a long day.

Designer jaynes. I love this app! I look forward to it every night at bedtime when I snuggle in my bed and I get time to myself. I love the challenges and the furniture is beautiful! I actually see this furniture everywhere I go in various stores and on television! Also, in the airports in some of the shops and in local furniture stores and offices!This is the real deal, I’m learning a lot about furniture brands and styles. One day soon I’m going to remodel my home and boy do I have some great ideas for decor!!! To the creators of this fine challenge, thank you!

Fun app. I really like this app to help me take what’s in my brain and get it out on something constructive! I was able to plan my living room in my new house and it ended up looking very similar to what I had designed. I also love that you can shop the items that you put in your room-that’s really fun. One recommendation is having more room options available. There weren’t a lot of rooms that looked like the room in my house I was trying to design.

Home Design Inspiration. As someone whose love of decorating is more than a hobby it's a passion! Creating designs on the DecorMatters app can be just what I need. In hectic times times it can be calming. Saving ideas for my dream home. The not too over the top extravagant things I would do if money where no object. Other times it can be a spark of inspiration. The beginning of getting the things I can do, done. Creating a new version of all the things I already have. adding new bits of style here and there to make a perfect new design.

I love this app. I play it every day, first thing in the morning. I’m addicted. The app runs so fast which is crazy with the amount of content. I can’t believe it’s free honestly because the graphics are such high quality and the attention to detail is. I love how all the furniture is actually buyable and I’ve become educated about actual brands and actual pieces from showrooms without having to visit one in person. You can follow trends even though you don’t have the money to do so in real life. This app fills a void!!!
