Pretty good. This app is really good with its variety of different workouts for different levels but it doesn’t correctly tell you the amount of calories burned. However many the animated person does is the calculated calories burned not the amount that you had to do so if you go sightly faster or slower on any of the exercises the burned calories is most likely incorrect. For example, if you had to do 40 cobras and you did 40 but the animation did 50 the end result tells you that you burned more calories then you actually did making it really annoying for serious calorie counters. But overall good app for being free.

Awesome - easy and convenient. I love this 30 day work out. It has beginner levels for if you have never worked out or if you stopped for a while and need to build your endurance back up. It’s also easy to do anywhere as long as you have a small space to work out in like on the floor beside the bed. Plus it’s an app so as long as you have your phone you can work out. I love it and it’s great for me!

Why did you take away the three second countdown before timed exercises???. I love this app Bc I’ve actually been able to stick to a reasonable workout routine for the first time in years and I’ve been loving it. It’s a little cheesey graphics and and not the smoothest but I can look past it for a good workout that’ll motivate me. But with the recent update you took out both the verbal countdown before timed exercises as well as the indication that half the time has lapsed during it!!! I can’t understand why one would do that, but I personally do well working out pacing myself with these small timers in the app. Please bring them back!!

I love this App. Wow this is an awesome app. I had been looking for one like this for many years. I love how the exercises start slow and progressively get harder. I also love that you can do the exercises at your own pace. The best part of all is you don’t need to spend so much time exercising each day, but it still makes you sweat. Would definitely recommend to my friends. Thanks for an awesome app!

Recommend One Hundred Percent. I recommend this app because of what I see it doing in me. I have always wanted to get fit, and eat healthy, and stay healthy, but I have never been able to accomplish it for a long time period. Now, knowing that I will get the legs or abs that I want by the end of the week, I feel motivated and excited for the workout. Plus, the workouts are quick and the app is not hard to use whatsoever.

Amazing !!. This is so great it was truly helpful for me I just want to start being more neatly and active and this app just makes life easier and better. It includes various different work out all organized and there provides tutorials, levels of works out. The best part is that it has meal plans and they are amazing and they even have one for vegetarians and a shopping list overall this app is amazing and free I totally recommend if you want a better life style for yourself !

My Review. I love the app but the only thing i would change is when you’re going to replace the workout there should be a option where you can search for the workout you want. For example if there is a left and right workout and i change the left side it would be easier if i could search the workout for the right side instead of going in and out of the replace section to find it.

Honestly Worth It. This app here I have lost 5 pounds and gained muscle in my arms, abs and legs. I personally suggest starting off with arm workouts instead of all at once. Like I’m 26 days in on arms and 6 for abs but arms have helped with all tremendously. I have not bought anything on this app and I don’t plan too because the free version is legit perfect. Try it out and set an alarm everyday. U got this ❤️

Downloading this was the best decision ever. My mom recommended this to me, and it's amazing. The workouts are just right, and I'm starting to see small changes in my body. One thing that I would add is adding a soccer option. I have been playing soccer every day for about 3 hours and I want to track the calories that I'm burning. I've had to track it with the basketball option because the 2 sports burn calories at about the same rate. Other than that, it is an overall amazing app and is perfect for people who have a limited amount of time.

App is Glitched - Locked into Trying to Get Me To Pay. As the title of the review would suggest, as I try and start day 4 of my workout, every time I hit the “start” button, a promotional offer pops up instead. When I hit the X in the top left to decline, it brings me back to my workout screen and won’t let me start my workout. I have to believe that this is a problem with just my app, as after reading other’s reviews I can see that they are able to go seemingly for however long they want with the free version. I can still view how to do each individual workout, but without the tracking and customization functions, I’ll find myself looking for a new workout app soon if mine contours to act this way.

Professional Review. This app is great for either a woman or a man, as well as kids. You can choose one or multiple plans to work on and there are absolutely no bugs. There is also a meal plan and everything mentioned above is in the free version as well. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to work out during the quarantine or in any period of time in general. Thank you!

Inlove. I love that app is free and is easy to navigate.. i love that it gives you easy , med and hard choices.. and I love that you can pick and choose what parts of the body you work on.. I’ve always wanted to be more active but every time I got active I got unmotivated.. I love that it only takes like 10 mins too do the exercises of my choosing and I’m starting to feel great and feeling like I’m accomplishing things I hope the app doesn’t change .. keep up the good work I love it !!!

Excellent. As someone who used the paid version of this app, I can honestly say this gives the same results and it’s free. So far, I am at 24 days and I can see results in every aspect. Only critiques would be I would like a section dedicated for the chest work outs and a few more workouts for the biceps. I put in my own bicep workouts afterwards in order to get bicep results. Other than that, following this app will lead to results and definitely worth trying out since it’s free!

Helps with consistency. I’m not really good at working out every day, but this app features workouts that you can rate based on your level and preferences, and I love having a voice telling me what to do with breaks in between. I can also modify the workouts by adding my own dumbbells when I want to, but there’s no equipment needed which is nice. It’s helped me stay on a schedule and I feel great after.

Easy to Use and convenient. I love the fact that it gives you the option to select the difficulty and the different body part workout. I am a first time mom with a 6 month old and finding the time to workout is hard. This app gives you the workouts and describes how to do them and even has videos. I have been using the app at night once my baby goes to sleep and I love it. I don't feel lost. It's all there! I love the detail of every workout. I LOVE THIS APP!

Good but.... To begin, I am 15 years old, 5'5, and about 170 lbs. I’ve been wanting to lose weight and body fat for a while but not much seems to be working. Cut to today, I download this app and enter my weight and height. According to the BMI tab, I am SEVERELY obese. I take this in and realize it’s complete bull so I begin to experiment. I keep the same height in, but I change the weight to 75 lbs to see my result. According to the "BMI" if you are 5'5 and 75 lbs, then you are overweight but not "severely obese" like 170 lbs. Please fix this I think we all know that if one was 5'5 and 75 lbs they would be laying in a casket, not using this app.

Best workout app!!!. I downloaded this app a few days ago and have been using it everyday so far. It comes with meal plans, vegetarian and regular. You don’t have a time limit for the exercises, so you can go at your own pace. It tracks your weight and tells you if you’re under, over, or perfect weight. It also tells you how long it took for you to complete the exercises. There’s so much in this app that I love ❤️

I recommend this to my friends. My favorite part of the free app is that I can adjust the workout exercises to suite my particular needs and that I can repeat days over and over. I’m unable to get to the gym on a consistent routine basis. Sometimes this sets me back with my fitness goals. So I have to go back a few days to build back up my losses without injuring/killing myself. I also have some limitations so if I need to avoid lunges or squats one day, I can select a different exercise to avoid pain in my knees. I love that I can use an easy, intermediate, or advanced option, but if I need to replace an exercise I’m still offered three levels of replacements. So if an exercise is super easy, I have the option to change it to a more challenging one - or vice versa. The ads aren’t so annoying and do not interrupt the session at all. I’ve really enjoyed this app and haven’t found another free app that compares. So many more nice features I haven’t mentioned too. I recommend it to everyone starting to work out on their own.

suggestion. I love this app and it’s great. the only suggestion I have is when I did the exercises first time the sections changed color and it was easy to see which ones I did, but when I do same exercises next day, it doesn’t change color. and so if I don’t pay attention to which exercise I did, I loose track. thank you

My first amazing experience. I usually don’t right reviews but this game is amazing it’s super fun and gives you things like a diet exercises only for you and actually really cool and fun and free I usually delete exercise games after they get boring but this one is different and I would definitely recommend this app if you want to get motivated to exercise I don’t judge me if it’s not that long because this is my first time making a review

The best ever. When I found this app I was amazed I’m on day five can’t wait until 30 days I have been seeing a lot of results in my body and I’m only a 12 I really cannot wait until it’s finished it’s so challenging and I love challenge bring it on you should feel like it this is a five out of five is amazing I love you so much if you were trying to work out or try to just not go to the gym without money this is free and also when I went to the doctor I lost 2 pounds in the next one week which is amazing get this now it’s for free!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really great so far - would like one feature. Really enjoying this app - the workouts are leveled, done by body area, and progressively get more challenging as you go on. The animations, voice coach, and video links are really helpful for making sure I’m doing things correctly. There are ads in this unpaid version of the app, but the aren’t intrusive: a few throughout the main feed and one pop up at the end of a work out routine. The only thing I’d like added would be something like a “my current training plans” or something to group together the different plans I’m working through right now instead of keeping them all separate. Just a personal preference/nitpick so still giving the full five stars!

Paid Subscription has kinks. I used the free version of the app for 60 days - 2 rounds 30 day fitness challenge (1st round medium full body, 2nd round hard full body). I LOVED the app and the way that it motivated me to rekindle my love of working out. I loved it so much that I purchased the full version of the app with the hopes of unlocking more workouts. However, none of the things that the full version promised are in the app. When I open the app, the plan screen is blank. (Tried to upload a screenshot here but I couldn’t) There are no meal plans and it’s still the same 6 workouts (2 each level) available. I am disappointed because I’d hoped to amp up my workouts without going to the gym. I am disappointed, I’ve tried to reach out to the app developers with no avail. I don’t know what to do because at this point unless it can be fixed (I get what I paid for) I want my money back.

MUST DOWNLOAD. Amazing app. I tried a bunch of different apps and just couldn’t get into it. The workouts were either dull or too hard, and I just kept giving up. This app is perfect, starting from the workout plan itself: always interesting, new and unique, and even down the the small details: for example: there is an option to set up a reminder so you don’t forget to do the workout! Not to mention the food plan and user friendly qualities. Safe to say I see a big difference! I have muscles I never had, I look toned, in shape and I feel good. I whole heartedly recommend this app!

Great for old guys. I’m 53, spent 26 years in the military in great shape. Retired in 2009, then off to the corporate world, leading me to the worst shape in my life. Started this program in January, with ABS. added arms the next month, then legs. I get great results with no additional weights any core has never been stronger. Back and neck issues that have plagued me for years are much more manageable. Love the examples, add more variety in the future. The one negative is the voice skin changed. Please put it back, or clue me in on how to change it.

Amazing for Beginners. I NEVER write reviews and maybe it’s my post work out endorphins but I absolutely love this app! As someone who struggles to keep a workout routine or even find joy in working out I feel like this app is starting to change my perspective. The routines are challenging enough without making you run for the hills but keep you coming back as they don’t take that much time to get through. This app has really helped me start a routine around working out!

20 Pounds and Counting. This app has been instrumental in my getting rid of 20 pounds and becoming fit in the time of COVID-19. I started using it in January and I even took it with me to Africa. At this point, I am exercising at least 30 minutes per day. Some days, that means I do two of the 30-day workouts. And every 3 or 4 days, I am taking “Rest Days.” On those days, I do two stretch or yoga classes. I am thrilled with my new body! Thank you 30 Day Fitness!

So far so good I’ve messed around with the app and it is confusing at first but after you check everything out definitely worth downloading it only thing I will say is the premium should be free because some people don’t have money for the gym so the download apps like these and then realize if the want to good part of the app they have to spend money just saying but other than that I definitely recommend great experience!!

Actually effective!. I’m really happy with this app. I have done quite a few of the 30 day plans now, and I have noticed great results with each one. I really like that it’s free and not just a trial until you have to pay (although there’s a fair amount of ads). The plans are great, they get progressively more challenging over the month. It’s so cool I’m seeing actual changes in my body and I can do it all at home in less than 10 minutes a day. Great app!!

GAME CHANGER!!!. This app literally over two days..... I feel my body is starting to change already. I burn more calories than before and it’s really relaxing. And with the tips, it helps you really well. This is a really great... no, excellent app! I would most definitely recommend this app whatsoever because it can really change your life in a positive and strong way.

Best workout app!!. I’ve had this app for a year now and it really is the best workout app. I work and take care of my family so working out at home is the only way I can get my workouts in. This app has a variety to choose from depending on what area of your body you want to focus on and it’s easy to follow. After I started using this last year, paired with a food log app, I lost 25lbs! Recently I’ve added other workout apps to switch things up a bit but this one keeps coming back as the better choice. The ONLY thing in would change is I would like it to tell me what area of the body each exercise is targeting. P.s I LOVE the new update!!

I love this app!. I tried this app for a while and decided to work out three times a day. Then I just kinda stopped because it was too challenging. I deleted the app but I regret it because it was amazing. I’m glad they give you an option for the difficulty. I’m going to re-download it and try and challenge myself less. I find this app very encouraging and i swear the first day you start you’ll want to work out more and more. I love this app so five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ However I wish they would add more diet options to the meal plans. I’m lactose intolerant but not vegetarian. The standard and vegetarian both include dairy items. I’m sure people with this other diets or allergies can relate. Really good app though. Luv it!

Recommend and free!. Honestly this app is very convenient and effective. I am an intense dancer and this app allows me to get all kinds of workouts in during the day, at home, just to help cross-train and work on my muscles. It rlly pushes you hard! There are also many different levels of hardness and TYPES of workouts of what areas of the body you want to work out on, which is the main feature I love; So you can focus more on other areas your lacking on. There is also a daily meal plan. All these features are so helpful and can help reach anyone’s fitness goals.

Exactly what I was looking for. This app is amazing!!!! The workouts are great and not too long!! Easy to do everyday. Some workouts on other apps r WAY too long but these are the perfect length!! The hard plan is exactly what I was looking for!! The best part is, is that they aren’t crazy about getting it done everyday so if u miss one day they don’t send you a million notifications. It’s works. This app really works never give up just do it every single day. I do these workouts with my two daughters and we did all these workouts for six month straight and we lost a lot of weight and gain muscle. We still use this app like 6 month we still look good results. Everyone in my family enjoy the exercises my daughters one had 10 yr the other one is 13 yr all that I can say is WE CAN DO IT JUST DONT GIVE UP.

The perfect fitness app. I have been looking for the perfect workout app. An app which is free and has workouts designed for my level. This app has it all and in addition it has meals plans and a convenient grocery list. What makes me most happy about this app is that it is completely free. Barely have any time to work out. Heeeyy! I barely have time to sit down and schedule a workout but this apps has been helping a lot recently! I work and study full time and barely have time to anything else with this I can squeeze in a little workout every day and also have the reminds that are so helpful with this very light memory I have! I hope that is as helpful to you as it's been to me so far, not to mention I'm already feeling far much more fit.

Worked Well For a Bit, But Overall Too Inconsistent. I've had this app for about 2 months now. In the beginning, I was really enjoying it, but after having to continuously try new hardness modes after about halfway through, I'm getting irritated. The overall difficulty and time of the workout seems to stay the same or very gradually increase for about 10-15 days. This is what I need, as I base my workouts off of the time they take since I'm very busy and adjust difficulty with tips the app gives, like adding dumbbells. However, once I reach that 10-15 day mark, the difficulty and time span is DRAMATICALLY increasing. A workout listed as 10-16 minutes would go up to 19-28 (almost double the time) in a single day. I've tried Hard 1, Hard 2, Medium 1, and Medium 2 for the full body workout and this has happened every time. I am a full time college student and work out before I shower in the mornings, so when I budget 10-20 minutes for a workout, that is all I have, and suddenly increasing the workout by double the time leaves me scrambling with my schedule to find a way not to be late and work out. Overall, the app is okay and I like that you can customize the workouts, but after switching 4 different modes just to maintain the same time frame, I'm going to have to at least start to look for another app that can be more consistent.

Need a few fixes. This app is a bit frustrating. I thought I’d do a challenge and had a look at the first day corresponding to each difficulty and chose Medium 2. Well, that was a mistake: while it prompted me to do 6 push-ups on day 2, the goal was already 16 push-ups on day 11. Can anyone improve that quickly? I was too frustrated to drop it so I keep replacing exercises but I’m still upset. It’s automatic so once the workout had the same exercise twice in a row. My suggestion: when developing the challenges maybe it makes sense to let users see what’s in store for them, i.e. letting them view, say day 11, 20 and 30? On the plus side, the fitness plan part is pretty adequate, the demos of the exercises and ok though sometimes I didn’t get at what pace I had to do them (the burpee demonstration is super slow, for example).

Short exercise sessions to motivate beginners. I just downloaded this app and it is free for not intensive person. Lot of 30 days challenges exercise sessions with options to choose. I am a beginner and don’t like long boring sessions. All I need is a flat surface or mat to work with. Images, videos, voice instructions, timers, music all provided. 5-7 minutes sessions is all I need to do. I did a few of these sessions a day for a few days, I felt sore (FYI easy label). Will see if I get tone in 6 months, that is my goal.

I used to love this app. But since the newest update, it’s more annoying than helpful. For example, I just started a new week of workouts (it’s Sunday) and 4/5 of them are marked as “Done.” I haven’t done any workouts yet this week! Also, there used to be a feature for tracking running/walking routes that seems to have disappeared. Finally, it claims to sync with Apple Fitness, but when I manually input walking or running workouts, they do not count towards closing my rings for the day. I paid for the year so I’ll continue to use this app, but I’m looking for other options when the time comes.

Very good app. I’m using this app for my abs and legs and so far I love it, I honestly didn’t think it would be good for me but it shows short gifs and pictures to show you how to do it right and gives you advice as you do the workout. I usually don’t rate apps but i genuinely love this one. with this app you can workout your full body, arms, legs, and abs. overall 10/10 thank you so much to the developers of this app for helping me gain confidence by getting a summer body :)

It was going to post the difference of before and after but. I was really enjoying this app getting started on the 30 day trial n lose weight, I felt it would be a life changer but when I got to say 4 it won’t allow me to open it. It keeps displaying the ad to join n I press X but it keeps leading me back to the menu of it. It was great while it lasted. I wish it would’ve had stated that the 30 day n lose weight was only for a few days that I’d have to pay after couple days. I was left hanging.

Has a lot of options. This app is great. It’s helped me lose weight both times I’ve started. I love that you have options from easy to medium to hard. It really gives you the ability to set your own pace. Plus each option has a second option so you won’t have to work on just three workout routines. I also love that it includes the little videos to make sure you’re doing each workout correctly.

LOVE! BUT…. So I was LOVING this app sm. But then the worst thing happened. I got to day 5 of the workout plan I was using and apparently now I can’t finish my 30 days without paying for premium. It’s really disappointing. I’d like to be able to do at least a few 30 day workout plans for free. I don’t mind there being a premium feature but I don’t have the money to pay for something rn. Not to mention the subscription price is ridiculous. (In my opinion). So that’s why I give it 3 stars. Other then that it’s a really great app and I’m sad I’m missing out

Overall good. It gives you a variety of exercises to perform based on what you input you desire. You can adjust the reps you want to do at will. If you super-set, which is work fast and with less rest time, through the daily challenges within a month you are bound to see the change. I enjoy it personally, though the ads can be annoying, as with any application. Its simplistic in nature, and good if you just want a quick sweat.

Work out. This is a great app you get to work out and have fun when doing so I loved it so much at the end of the rate yourself. you could tell him how you feel about the work out and how you could set your own goals and achieve them. you get to make times for when you want it to remind you in the day to workout. which is amazing it is in a great app and I love it. I’m working on getting abs!!!! 😁❤️😄

My review for workout app. I have been using this app for a while, and I have many great things to say about it, like the plans, coaches, and really, just the encouragement....but....if you want to upgrade, you have to pay extra for a free app!!!! I just wish some app out there (free app) with plans, coaches, and encouragement with free upgrades could just exist! Cause like , for them if that happened, they will be the number 1 health and exercise app...so yes, this app is good but , just that one flaw. But overall , this a great app for anyone who needs help and encouragement with losing weight and getting fit, g’day.

Very Good App. So I recently made the decision that I’m simply too overweight. RE-downloaded this app (previously used it for about a week) and after about a week and a half I’ve gained 2 pounds and I’m building muscle. For anyone going to download this app and saw the reviews saying that you HAVE to pay just isn’t true. I never had to enter card information at all. When you download the app if you want personal or premium content you need to pay but the base 30 day challenge workouts is going great for me. 10/10 would recommend.

My thoughts. This app is good but the actual plans require payment to unlock, what use is a fitness app that won’t let you plan your workouts without paying first? I understand the developers wanting to make money but it seems really scummy. The variety of exercises is somewhat limited too, there are common gym exercises that require no extra equipment that are not listed here. It’s not the worst but far from perfect

Great App. It’s a good app although I would include an age option where you can enter your age so the exercises they put up for you can also be according to your age.That’s the only thing but I like how it’s a free app and it’s really good so well done on the creators.

No customer support. Even though I like the exercise routines presented by this app, I am really disappointed by the lack of customer support. I have had several issues/questions regarding the subscription and I have reached out via email and DM multiple times and have gotten no response at all. Currently I have paid for my yearly subscription but after changing phones I can’t restore my purchase.

This app is good. To be honest, I am not that type of person that works out daily, but this app is SO good and surprisingly you get it done every day it doesn't take it long out of your day it is a 5-10 minute workout and is so good, what helps me a lot is the reminder setting do you don't forget and get a routine in your head recommend for any age and I am happy with the end results of my body and feel confident with it!👍

Exercise limitation. The app is great, but it is limited in the different programs and splits people may do. I would suggest adding dumbbell, med ball, and other equipment exercises and having a system to clarify if the user has that equipment. I would also appreciate if their were workouts that refer to certain muscle functions such as push and pull.

Needs a timer and ability to fine tune. All the exercises can be done in a normal home or even an airport gate area if you don’t mind looking like an idiot. It really does improve strength and fitness, and some of the exercises are devilish. After each set the app tells you, “take a rest” with no guidance on the duration. It’s a pain to set a timer in another app and switch back and forth, and it’s really not clear if it’s supposed to be 10s to catch your breath or 2 min to recover. When a person is stronger than typical at one exercise but weaker in another we have the situation where I’m being asked to do too few push ups, but far too long a side plank. I need a way to tell the app that I can’t side plank for 100s, but that only 15 push-ups is a joke. And finally, 80 x 5 seconds of one-leg bridges is almost seven minutes of the same tedious exercise, and because of the time component I can’t do anything to get it over with faster. Even so, well worth downloading and doing.

Fantastic App ~ Well Designed!. I love this app! I love that it shows an animation of someone doing the exercise, that it counts down, and that it offers a period of rest, although I quite often skip that, which is another feature I like. I just discovered today that you can replace certain exercises in the routine. My ankle is hurting, so I didn’t want to be doing any jumping, and I saw a replace button where I was able to choose a different exercise that would work out the same area. Love that! The only feature I wish the app had was a repeat button, as I like to do three rounds of each daily challenge. It would be nice to have a setting where I could identify that and not have to re-click into the daily routine three times when I’m working out.

Used and abused. I paid last year, great, subscribe for another year, now it doesn’t recognize my account, but they took the money out of my account FASTER than lightening. Tried app support…hahaha, sends you to a website to join another fitness app, no support what so ever!!! Tried report a problem. Automated for only certain problems, no help what so ever… it now wants to take out another yearly subscription that’s already paid for!!! I guess I have to fight for my money back.

Good app. What I like about this app a lot more than other apps is that it doesn’t FORCE you to pay for a monthly or yearly membership and I can actually use it. It also seems to be a good quality app. I wish there were more apps like this one where you aren’t forced to buy a member ship just to use the app.

Fantastic app!!!. I have completed my first 30 day challenge and I love the way it makes me sweat. The app starts with 7 min workouts the first week and by the end of your 30 day you’re at 30-40mins workout. Love the idea of choosing the level (easy, medium, hard) of your workout depending on your fitness level. Thanks to the app, it makes me crave more exercise and keeping me encouraged to stay on my routine. Best part is these are all full body exercise and you can do it home WITHOUT any equipment. Win win for me as I hate gyms. Only advice I have is, to add some more exercises as I see all the exercises repeat very frequently. Overall 10/10. Thank you mastermind of this app!!

Review. I love this app! The workouts are just right. If you feel that they are too hard or too easy, you can adjust to be right for you. Also I you can set daily reminders or however many on a week or whatever day you want. It’ll remind you. You can set the times and dates. There are also many different workout you can do! Great app and can still be made better. It works good groups of muscles but it should get updated with exercises that work harder to strengthen muscles like your ankles, wrists etc. Should also include works out for shoulders and back, and continue to add more to keep working on groups. I enjoy the meal planner and grocery list and that is a great help for people. Just a few improvements is all keep up the great work

Amazing. I did an challenge medium level 2 and am on day 10 and can already see real results. To start I had a skinny figure with some stubborn fat, but now I have abs showing when I flex. The workouts are tiring and repetitive but they truly work and only take about 10 minutes to complete.

This is awesome. I love the layout, the music, the clear instruction (and explanation of each position), and the length of the workout. It’s quick and manageable and doesn’t require you to have a ton of equipment. You get to choose your skill level as well. I 100% recommend this app to anyone who wants to lose weight or gain muscle.

Avoid premium subscription free trial. If you don’t want to get charged 66$, avoid their free trial. As in case you forget to cancel the subscription, you will get charged for full year. My free subscription ended on 21 April. And i mailed them on the same day regarding this. But didn’t get any reply from them. This seems like a hack to charge for the entire year. I didn’t see any option of yearly vs monthly at the time of purchasing free trial. And it would have been okay to be charged just for a month. But they go ahead and charge for the entire year.

Great app for home workouts. Love this app for working out at home. It adjusts to your feedback and makes the workouts harder or easier as needed. Work out miracle. I’ve been wanting to start working out for a while now and I finally downloaded this app and so far after just two days of workouts I feel and look even better than before!

This app is great and motivates me to work out. They even provide you with videos so you can see other people do the workouts it tells you to do.

Love the app. Very happy with the app and with most workouts. I do like that is customizable but I think additional customizable options should be added. You should have an option that allows us to cut out specific workouts. For example, I have a shoulder injury and so I cannot work out arms or do exercises that impact my shoulders. A good app. On day 9 of full body workout. Challenging without feeling like I’m being murdered, which is good because I’m 42 and trying to ease myself back into fitness. Love love love. This app is so helpful when it comes to sticking to a routine. If you actually do what they are telling you for you let goals, you will definitely hit them. Amazing but has few issues. Although the app is excellent for being more fit, it won’t let you do workouts that actually help you on your goal. The only way you can receive those workouts is by getting premium. In fact, most workouts on the app are premium. Even though it has many flaws, it’s still a good app overall if you ignore those flaws.

I love this app so much it actually reminds me when or what time I need to do my work out and it even tells me how many more seconds I have it also gives me an example of what I’m going to be doing and how long so whenever I finish it will give me about a 20 second break after ever workout it’s awesome and I highly recommend this!

They mean no hidden charges. When they say there’s no hidden fees or charges they mean it I’ve been using this app for 2 weeks now and I haven’t been prompted to put in my credit card information. The workouts are effective and if your doing something wrong the app senses it and it will correct you. I really enjoy this app.

Dedication is key. You have to be consistent but the app is straightforward and easy to use! It’s definitely interactive and allows you to move at your own pace. Sometimes I do more than the recommended amount of reps by the app. It’s when I feel like pushing myself a little harder that day. But overall I haven’t found any bugs and the app is very resourceful.

AWESOME! Love it, but... The app is really great, I’m doing the free version and I still enjoy it. I love that you don’t charge anything to do the workouts like the other apps. But I have had an exercise routine prior to getting the app and the only problem I have run into is not being able to choose your rest days.. I always rest on Sunday, but the app has chosen it to be a different day, so on Sunday, my rest day, it gives me workout. And on the rest day it gives me, i have to create my own to stay with my schedule. It would be a nice update to consider letting users choose which day they would like for their rest day? Please fix. I understand that you have to pay for the month but at least make the exercise plan calendar free. Also the videos are great and easy!😀 I wish apps that had in app purchases would let you do the 30 days without paying and then once your done with the trial you have to pay for the next months you want to do. Or just have the app be $10 and no in app purchases.🥺 please consider.

Helps maintain. The reminders every morning and simple yet thorough moves are enough to make sure my body stays used to receiving a work out no matter what. If times are slow at work I can do it …. It’s just perfect all around. Just download it and use it! What have you got to lose except maybe some bad habits !

Amazing App. I have been using this app for the 30 days and it has been amazing I having been doing the hard mode 1 and it has really helped tone my legs and abs. If I could post a picture I would it’s an amazing app that I recommend if you are trying to look slimmer and more toned. I really didn’t expect this app to be this good but it is.

🤩. This app is good because you can actually proceed through the 30 days in all categories for free instead of being stopped at day two and told to pay a subscription to continue. This completely changed my fitness because I was able to easily track and keep up with the days all in one place.🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

There’s also a eating plan and shopping list to keep me on track and make meals similar if not exact. This is cheaper than the gym and I’m already feeling results on day 3
