Zumiez doesn’t let me redeem points. I recentlyBought some things from the store however I forgot to link my account so I just took the receipt and try to redeeming through the app however it doesn’t work keeps getting error I know it’s not me I even tried on different phones but the app doesn’t recognize the total price on my receipt

It’s a good app but.... Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love this app but the only problem I have is that my points I earn by shopping at a Zumiez store are always on pending it has been a few weeks now from my 1st one and still no results to my points that’s the only negative thing besides that I love it

Some cool stuff if you can get to it!. I will admit that some of the items put on the app are really cool. On the down side I never receive any notification that new items are added and by the time I see them they are gone. Zumiez Stash has done a great job of keeping people engaged through the app by having special events that help you build points quickly but if you can’t spend them what is the point. A new and some what annoying issue I am having is a constant notification showing on my app icon that I can not remove. I’ve looked through every page, checked every item but the notification alert will not go away. Any idea?

Have been making purchases under 2 numbers. I have been making purchases under two different numbers but it’s all the same email and where I should have tons of points I have very few. I made another purchase and changed the and updated the phone number to the one I would normally use and I didn’t get credit for the purchase.

cool shop and stuff. zumiez is great. i’ve been shopping there for 5+ years now and the selection of brands, new brands being trends, etc, i’ve bought multiple boards and sets there. nothing there i haven’t bought really. only downside of the app is, nobody would have the app if they could just go to the website (unless the website doesn’t run well). the only problem i have is, you can only sign in using via email, which is standard but why not include the birthdate or your phone number? can’t sign in online or the app because i don’t know what email it’s under but i can’t make a new account because i have the same phone number. i feel like it’s common for credentials to be email or phone number not one or the other.

It's alright.. This app is like what I stated 'alright', although I do wish that this app would show stuff like all the items and clothes that they do sell instead of having the user click on the link that opens up a mini browser to the website and it's catalog.

Good brand, TERRIBLE app. Zumies is a good brand in terms of the store. If I were rating the actual store I would probably give at least 4 stars, but Zumies online is not representative of that at all. I forgot my password and had a link sent to my email which I seemingly didn’t receive (granted that could’ve been my email’s fault). However I had another link sent, and when I finally got to the page to reset my password, it told me the link had expired (that link was sent less than 5 minutes beforehand). Okay, that’s a tad bit ridiculous but I’ll request another email to reset my password. Then it tells me that I’ve made the maximum amount of password reset requests, and now I’m basically being told that there’s no way to log onto my account. In all fairness, I can’t rate the actual usability of the app because I can’t even use the app. What I can say though is that shopping through Zumies is NOT worth the frustration of just trying to log into my account.

Helpful and Straight forward. The process was so simple and it was very easy to get everything into the cart and pay without any complications. The categories were specific and helped me find my way around the site easier, i will be shopping here way more often.

Amazing. Love the stuff you guys put out, always sold out by the time I check the app but it’s still neat. One recommendation for the app is maybe by tapping the symbol at the bottom, it scrolls you automatically to the top, as I spend a long time scrolling and to have that quick refresh option would be nice. Regardless, I love the app and can’t wait to spend these points!

Sold out. Almost everything is like always sold out and there should be notifications telling you when new products get added so there is an equal chance for others to redeem their points

Best store best app. Cool to add up points and even cooler how fast they add up. Zumiez isn’t stingy with their points like some other companies I know. I’ll go in and get a few pairs of shorts and a couple t-shirts and gain 14K points. Plus the 5pts you get for just checking into the app daily. Easy. Cool rewards just gotta be fast to get em cause they sell out fast!

Love. As a Sk8er I truly love the environment created by this company. It’s never a dull moment shopping with them & as far as I’m concerned it’s like shopping with family. So of course I’d love the app which is always keeping me up to date with sales & rewards I’m for sure trying to get LoL. Other then that, the app is a cool in general.

Tried to Love It. I had tried again and again to use this app, and once I finally was able to, it sent me to a sign up page witch took each section a good 5 minutes to load. The rough part was when I found out that my added up 30 minutes of trying to sign up eventually got me to another web page, at which point I had found out how ABSOLUTELY low and earning less this app was. In order for me to earn 1 sticker page, I’d have to put away so much of the time, and by then I could have earned enough money via ANY OTHER APP

Log in problems. I had a good amount of points on my account, but for some reason now, every time I open the app it pulls up the sign up and login screen and when I try to login it keeps saying that I put the wrong thing. But it is the right email, and when I try to reset my password to see if that helps, the oops message appears.

Unable to Sign In. Ever since I downloaded Zumiez I wasn’t able to sign in because it says that I’ve typed in an invalid email all the time. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and it’s the same issue Please look into this ‼️. Also it does that even from typing one letter

I would Recommend. Ight, I’m ngl, it’s a bit hard to understand/navigate at the beginning but it’ll make sense eventually. You can use points on this app to buy things and they are really easy to earn. You can get points just for visiting zumiez. I like it a lot bc hey who doesn’t like free stuff? Issa good app if you shop here frequently. During quarantine, they put out some questionnaires to check up on their customers and even have points for completing it. Sometime this week they put out a number for the lgbt community to call and give feedback on about the skating community and share experiences, for pride month I’m assuming, which was really nice. They care abt their customers, and give back to the community. Employees are always very nice and pretty chill.

ZUMIEZ. ive tried several different emails and numbers that ive never used on zumiez and it keeps saying that i already have an account or that its invalid or that my number is already taken or my emil is already taken , i tried to go on forgot password for my email and it wouldnt send me the email, i tried to have an email get sent to me like 4 times and it never sent anything to me, im trying to get something returned and its really stressin me out.

Stash password?. Recently got signed out of my account and when I try to sign back in it asks me for an account password and a stash password. Don’t recall ever making a stash password and can’t seem to be able to change the stash password, only the account password can be changed. Have tried contacting customer support both on the phone and online chat but can’t get the problem resolved.

Can’t Use the App. I know my email & password, but wouldn’t let me sign in. Fine. Changed my password. Signed in fine on the website and signed in fine for Zumiez Stash on the website as well. Deleted app, redownloaded. Tried to sign in and doesn’t let me still. Everything is correct and up to date, but the app is saying I didn’t enter the correct information. Can’t use the app. Looks like several other users are having the same issue. I wanted to enter the Win Free Shoes for a Year but I guess I can’t now.

Basically just a wallet. The app itself is really only for stash points and redirecting you to the website to actually shop for most things. If I were able to browse and buy just about anything I want from the app I could see myself getting more use out of it. But to me it feels like the apps only functions are to store your points and send you to their website

Points pending. All of those complaining about points pending.... it literally tells you in the app when you go to redeem points and then go to add receipt that 30 days after receipt is claimed that points come out of pending status. Patience is key.

Greatly appreciated. I ordered a hoodie and it ended up not getting shipped to the right address so I simply emailed them and explained what might have happened. They had no problem double checking the address for me and shipping another one. The replacement hoodie arrived sooner than the original one was supposed too.

Still needs a bit more features. Still yet to have search bar so I can find the fire clothes you guys sell and it looks like they don’t even have their whole selection on there yet. One last thing they should add is a cart or add to cart feature as well

Website glitching. I’m having issues where I try to shop on the website but it gets pushed way to the ride side of my screen. It makes it very hard to navigate and use and because of it being pushed it doesn’t work as well as it used to. Now when I scroll or don’t even touch my screen it clicks on something and when I push the back button it moves everything around and it makes it very confusing. Please fix the site I was really looking to get some new pants but using it is almost impossible now!

Good but.... First off let me say that I LOVE this app it helps me get points for purchases and stuff it's just a really good app. However, for the past 3 days or so I have had to login to my zumiez account every time I open the app it's really annoying because it wasn't like this before. If you could fix it that would be great.

I cant add all my orders to the app. I bought a bunch of things that earned me a ton of stash points but I didnt get the stash app until recently. I found that I needed my receipt to add the stash points but I always throw away the receipt so I have all these orders on my online account but I can’t get the points onto the app.

It’s good but unfair. Why don’t we get points for entering receipts? And why is it so hard to get points. I think it should be easier, and it would be cool if we can buy all products from the zumiez website, rather than the reward options given to us

Love Zumiez, Hate their system.. I love shopping at Zumiez although they are expensive for what you’re getting. I’ve spent a LOT of money in zumiez, but the points you get in their reward system is bull. no legitimate awards for reasonable points, i’ve probably spent hundreds of dollars at zumiez but i don’t have near enough reward points to possibly get a T-SHIRT. most of the rewards are wallpapers and when it’s a tangible item it costs unnecessarily high amount of points. huge let down. vans family has a great system.

Doesn’t even work. I just spend $200 on the zumiez website and I have a receipt to prove it but somehow I received 0 stash points for it. I was supposed to get 20,000 points but none registered. I tried logging the receipt in the app but my receipt doesn’t have an invoice on it so it will not work.

Great App. Great app... lots of rewards and perks that you can get... I do have one thing that’s annoying, I have this notification from like 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t gone away... I’ve searched around for a way to get rid of it but I can’t find it. But overall great app

Frustrated. I’m starting to get a little irritated with the fact that I’m at the ‘Legend’ level but never see upcoming items, let alone get a notification when new stuff is available. I’ve un/reinstalled several times and I’m definitely on the latest update, (though this has been a problem for about a year). I’ve left feedback whenever a survey or something’s been put up in-app or online, but I guess either not many others have this issue or it just hasn’t been addressed for whatever reason. Tbh im just tired of seeing every single good thing sold out before I even know what’s dropping and just sitting on 120,000+ seemingly useless points that I’ve earned and saved from my years of choosing Zumiez to buy my decks, ,hardware, and clothes; and tires of feeling lied to about getting to see upcoming drops.

Only one problem. Only problem I’ve had is that they don’t add stash points. You’ll take surveys and other things where they say they’ll give you points, read emails and they’ll give you points, buts it’s only about half the time you actually receive the points they say you’ll get. Half the time you get nothing for spending time on surveys and half the time you get points. Nothing you can do about this but just be aware. I like the app I’m just salty about “earning points” I don’t get sometimes. Other than that it’s a fine app, I will keep using it.

Stash. I really like it but the only thing the app should get added would be if we could track our order in the app instead of the web i mean i dont care but it would be nice for the app to have your order right from the app uk

The login. Zumies is cool I go there all the time to get my pants n shirts it’s my fav store fr but when I try to make a new account some how it tried to say I made another account I clicked and it was a different email I never made it tried to say it was mine and I unstalled it and installed it and tried to sign up again it still doesn’t let me I love this store but they need to fix the sign up and log in stuff because that email is not mine

Gimmicky. Easy to acquire points, I have over 100k. All you can buy with points is screen savers and sticker/color sheets you can print from home. I enter every sweepstakes but no luck there. As far as exchanging points for an actual item you will not do with this app or stash points. As soon as they put an item up it says sold out. I’ve, on 4 occasions, logged in app and seconds later logged back in seeing a new item added but says sold out... I like Zumiez but stash points isn’t a perk. Most stores you can enter sweepstakes without purchasing anything and You can get any of the screen savers/printables online free without stash points or app...

Zumiez Experience!. I’ve always shopped in a Zumiez for my kicks, sweatshirts, shirts, bottoms, boards, and accessories. I’ve traveled to many states and never had issues with any employees! I have for love the broad network of companies, workers, and clothing. Sincerely, Dev🧟

It was a good app until... I had used this app before. It worked perfectly fine and I really enjoyed how easy it was to use the features. I stopped using it for a long time and decided to check it out today. I was signed out so I tried to sign in multiple times. I tried to change my password to no avail. Finally, I decided to make a new account. No matter how many times I tried, it would always say, “Error making your mobile account” So, I’m pretty frustrated.. I deleted the app and downloaded it to see if that worked. It was my last option and you can guess what happened :/

please fix.. the app use to work fine until, one day i clicked on the app and it took me to the log in screen. i put in my email and password and it said it was wrong even though i knew it was right. so something is wrong with the app right now i’m guessing. but they need to FIX THIS asap because i need to go school shopping. so FIX THIS PLEASE‼️

What happened to the app. Maybe i’m just not understanding how to use the interface but i can’t shop anymore using this app. Whatever happened to it i’m not loving this. at all. It shows me about 10 shirts and i can say whether or not i like them.. and i can’t find any categories, sections etc. I have no idea how to use this.

Unable to Reset Password. I’ve tried every password I have ever had to log back into my account that i was somehow logged out of and was continuously told that my password was incorrect. I’ve selected to reset my password several times within the app and never got a single email to reset it. I thought maybe i’d try to reset it through the website directly but even then I received an error pop up. Then i thought maybe i could just create a new account with a different email but it wouldn’t allow me since my phone number is already connected to another account (the one i seemingly cannot get into). This is too much trouble just to get logged in and its disappointing to me as now I don’t want to purchase anything with zumiez knowing I can’t earn points or use any of the points that were in my account that i’ve been locked out of for no reason. Both the app/website and account system needs an update.

App is still down. I’ve walked into Zumiez for the first time the other day and thought it was very cool, and the manager said I should hit up the app or website. I’ve gotten on the website and saw a lot of the brands I liked on my laptop, but on my phone with the app, I can’t access anything. It’d be really cool if it were up by now. I can only rate it as it is because I haven’t experienced the app yet, but if it’s anything like the store or website, then I’m sure I should keep my expectations up. But where it is now I’m kinda down because I can’t use the app, I hope that’ll change real soon.

Please fix. Zumiez can you please fix your app it literally logged me and some other people I now out and when ever we try to log back in it says “URLSessiontask failed with error :bad URL”. :(

Why can't I search for a product??. I tried buying a shirt on 3 different internet apps on my phone but everytime I click place my order, it loads and does not place the order. I tried downloading the app to order the shirt on there, but I can't find any way to search for the shirt and order it on the app either! So annoying. Why have an app if you can't search and buy stuff on it.

No search bar. I wish that there was a search bar like the website so I could buy my skate stuff on the app without having to go to the website so I don’t possibly get bombarded by pop up adds

Racist App (I’m dead serious). Attempted several times to make an account but the app would not accept my last name. After joking with a buddy about it hating hispanic names, we entered his last name as well (both of us are of mexican decent.) We then attemped a third friends name and alas, NONE of the three Mexican last names were accepted as “valid last name(s)” which is entirely baffling. Even more so when we changed the original last name to include a phallic pun in it and it was accepted. Please fix this entirely offensive oversight ASAP.

Bryce at Westroads is amazing!. He took the time to listen and help our intermediate skateboarder choose a board, trucks, wheels and bearings. He recommended a grip tape and built the board, letting our son help. That was appreciated more than anyone could know. We saw our son truly smile for the first time in weeks.

Great App! But.... I love the app, I love Zumiez, the only problem is that at least for me. I have to keep updating my correct birthday, the app either jumps to the 30th or the 1st of the next month, it doesn’t stick to my exact birthday which is the 31st. I’m not too sure if that’s a problem in the system or a problem anybody is having but it’s happening to me.

Account Difficulties. I went to the store and the cashier signed me up for rewards, when I got home I downloaded the app and tried logging in but it didn’t work. After multiple tries, I tried making a new account with my number (the same one the cashier used to sign me up) but it said my number has already been used. I tried to see if I could delete my account and erase all the data but I couldn’t find a website that helped me.

More options. I’ve had the Zumiez app for quite a while and for the entire duration of that time I have wanted the app to include a way to view the inventory of stores around you, or at least the common or trending items in stores. This would be deeply appreciated and loved by all.

Good way to get free things but..... After a little while I get logged out of my stash account on the app and when I use the log in details it says to change my password and when I put in my email to do so it denies the access credentials but on the website it lets me log in with no problem...I don’t know how to fix this

Needs to just have the store on the app. The app solely focuses on rewards and recommendations. Kinda frustrating when you just want to shop, and you have to use an extension to the website log in to see your wish list. Like dude just make it more along the lines of Pacsun so i have a wishlist and store all in the app.

Meh. I’ve never had an app want my money less than this app. I have to order something 3-4 times to make sure it goes through ONCE. And the whole store isn’t even available on the app just random stuff they choose. Stupid app i’d rather just use the website.

Can’t use app. I love the store Zumiez. But I would give this app 0 stars if possible. I cannot log on it keeps telling me my password is wrong and I have reset it three different times. I cannot access the app and redeem my points. And this has been tried three different times. Deleting the app and re-downloading it three separate times within a month. Fix the app.

Great store but.... I really love Zumiez but this app needs work. First, there should be a way to view the actual products that the store sells. Second, the way this app looks feels like one of those cheaply made, scam apps. I almost didn’t download it becuase I wasn’t sure if it was really by the zumiez store.

GREAT APP!!. I love this app you can get points and reedeem different prizes although there is no connection of points to the store wich is weird there is no way to like use pionts and get sales but that is ok it is still an AMAZING app

Broken Account Feature. Legit wont let you sign in no matter how many times you reset/forgot password. I have been a zumiez customer for many years and this is really disappointing. Finally got enough points on my last purchase for a reward and now it doesnt even work.

Version update. I just really love zumiez and the app kind of brings that happy go lucky feeling of zumiez everywhere you go. The colors are pretty soft and don’t contrast which makes it easy on the eyes and the points system is really cool.

Bug. Hey I just downloaded this app. I've been shopping at zumiez for years now and Im happy I got this app. One problem. It’s not letting me sign into my account I’ve made on the website and it keeps saying I have the wrong email and it’s a huge problem.

Spend points wisely. Make sure the stuff you redeem is worth it. I got the converse bracelet kit and quality wasn’t very good. I’m also waiting on a skateboard deck from a whole month ago with still no confirmation it got sent out. They got some cool stuff just spend your points WISELY!

Barely updates new stuff 😔😔. When I first got the app I thought, Hey I get too explore all the clothing brands and get too look at accessories But Nope, You only get to see at least a few clothes and then that’s it and it takes forever to earn points cause you gotta watch a bunch of videos and I wish you could just look at different brands like Rip n Dip or Spitfire but you can’t!!!😔😡😤😤

the best.. Zumiez is the best and the one I go to has such awesome associates, they remember me and they even know how I shop. They’ve completely caught onto my interest in In-House brands, as well as a few branded items. I’ll shop here till I’m dead.

Location services does not work at some stores. There is a reward to get 500 pts when you visit a zumies, but it never works when I go to the store near where I live. The sales associate says location doesnt work in some stores ...has to be the app because my location was turned on and I had service.

Broken. I have been using this app for a few weeks now, and then out of nowhere it logged me out which I thought was weird but fine and then I go to log in and it doesn't work so I put reset password and it just says oops server error

Annoyed. I am trying to update my phone number but it says, phone number already taken. Well it doesn’t even give me the chance to send a message to my phone to make sure it’s me. So idk how to put my points on my account

I try redeeming my points off my receipt in the app but it keeps having me go in circles, I manually type it in and it says im not signed in, but brings me back to the home page on the account 🙄🙄🙄🙄 Then i try doing it online, not the app buuuuut no it keeps re-directing me to the app.... i just wanna redeem my points so that i dont lose out on em because its too late please fix this.

Trouble logging in. Idk if it’s just me but when I try to log in it keeps saying put a valid email even know I’m writing the correct one and when I tried to create a new account when I put my name it says enter a valid name??

Won’t remember password. App is cool and all with rewards and points. It just stinks that it doesn’t remember your password. It gets annoying having to enter it every. Single. Time.

Zumiez. Fantastic app! This feature is great. My only complaint is that most of the bug items are sold out all the time and we can't get them. All together though this is a great app.

Bad. I just downloaded the app and I have bought stuff online from zumiez before. In store and online. And it keeps saying all the phone numbers I use are already taken and none of my emails are correct. When I get on my email it says new notifications from zumiez this app doesn’t even work 🤣

Zumiez stash is a must. If your a avid shopper at Zumiez, then zumiez stash is for you. You get points for the things you buy and then can redeem cool items like R/C cars, clothes, and even boards it’s. Great app overall

it aint bad. To be honest all i need is a searchbar thats all i really need brcause the fresh pics doesnt workout with me since you cant undo stuff when you already refreshed this would be a god tier spp if just had a searchbar like the website

Zumiez stays winning. Absolutely flawless the only issue is getting the points when you visit the store. Other than that it all works like a charm

Useless.. Plenty of points with nothing to spend it on. Everything immediately is always sold out from neckbeards who hover the monitor the moment anything drops from their basement with no jobs and living with their moms. Their Discord server is biased and enables incels to harass others. Zumiez is a joke. This program indeed is just a gimmick for fools to keep purchasing their overpriced clothing for literally nothing in return. Don’t waste your time.

Cool app, slightly glitchy. Overall cool app, fun to see new products and new contests or giveaways. I’ve had this app for quite some time... However, it always has a notification bubble that I can’t get to go away. Even after deleting and reinstalling.

The store is good, but the app is terrible. I created a account at the store, but when i sign up on the app, it tells me i have an account, so of course i put my email and password in, but it says please enter a valid email address. Tried it multiple times, and it still wont work. A waste of my time.

It keeps kicking me off. I mean I love Zumiez it’s my favorite store. But both the website and the app are both very glitchy. Every time I try to get on the app it kicks me off and the one time I was able to get on I tapped on an item and then it kicked me off.

App. I have nothing but trouble with the App. It almost always logs me out whenever I close it & even when I enter the correct password, it still doesn’t log me in. Even when I change it. Annoying beyond belief

Login Issue!!. I love zumiez but this issue is not letting buy stuff or even log in. Every time I try to login it says put in a valid email and password when i do put valid one. I have even tried to buy something and has logged me out once I click on complete purchase. App developers please change this!!

Ehhhhh zumies. So i am trying to order an Ethika set from zumies. The website is not storing my thing added to cart. It says I’ve reached the minimum for free ship but my cart stays at 0… got the app to try an alt way.. app is super weird. I know zumies is reputable but how can i get these items sold online? Confused will call them? If they have a number ..

Whack marketing tactic!!!. This app is a joke!!! I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING!?! Great job making people think that stupid points may actually gain you anything of value or legitimate interest. Other than a gang of promotional emails asking if I want to shop, my hundreds of thousands of points have been nothing but a waste of Hope, time, & energy!!! BUY!?! BUY!?! BUY!?! SHOP SALE??? Something went wrong. I was trying to see what’s new in the app until a error appeared saying “Oops! Invalid Access Credentials” So I go to try and log in and my password won’t work and then I go for three password reset and it says the same thing AGAIN!! I tried reinstalling the app but it happened again please help

It’s been weeks.. Hey, when is the issue of everyone not being able to log in going to be fixed? It’s been weeks, and most of us prefer the app since it’s quick to look at.

love it but... see i love zumiez with all my heart like love the clothes and the website takes a couple seconds to load and it’s kinda slow but it works but i found out they had an app so i downloaded it. when putting in my email to log in i was so confused cause i was typing in my email how i usually would and out caps where i usually do but you have to put it in all lower case and that’s just dumb. also i wanted to go to my favorites on there but you can’t do that and there is no search bar.

I can’t use my points. So I installed after getting some stuff for my board and I can’t use my points and when ever I try to it says to send a verification email so press it and all I get is a error page so pls fix it or tell me a way to use my points

it’s good but NOTHING is loading. i really want to look at the app and see everything i can get, but the home page will not load and it takes so long for everything. i tried uninstalling the app and reinstalled it but it’s still the same i don’t know what to do and it’s very frustrating.

Bold move of Zumiez to make the Pokémon x Santa Cruz drop accessible only on their app. Everyone I know who has tried to sign in hasn’t been able to, and those that have (like myself) are met with a barren, hardly usable app which provides little to no information on the event that most people are downloading and using the app for? Wild, and hurts my view of the company

Online and instore shopper. The sales representatives at the 3 locations I shop at are awesome. They’re super helpful, attentive and very friendly. I order online often and always receive the items quickly. Love the selections and cool style. # HAPPYCUSTOMER

My favorite store. I went there for the first time recently and the workers are absolutely amazing and all of the products are amazing I love it :)

It’s a great app but…. I wish u could search for what u want to buy as options to just finding something u like and buying it. I would really love it if there was a search bar.

It’s better.... I like that they finally made the app to where you can make purchases, but why don’t we have the option of having multiple items in a shopping cart? Or favorites on the app? It definitely still needs some work. No one wants to buy one item at a time.
