Amazing game. I love this game! I used to play it and loved it when it first came out, but I deleted it cause it just wasn't getting as exciting after about a week of playing. It is very fun if you are going on a trip and have no wifi or are in the car. I just downloaded it and it is very fun and I like the feature where can name your magikarp either it wasn't their when I played it or i didn't see it but I do like it. But I would like to see a feature where your old Karp turned into a garydos and was a supporter or an old Karp maybe could be like a mentor for the new generation. And also some character customization cause it would just make the game more fun and interesting. Maybe even adding other regions with brand new Karla cause after a while people are going to beat the game then their will be no use in playing anymore. Thanks for listening to my opinion and I hope the creators take this to account if they got this far!!!!!

Awesome game!. It is very fun and addicting! Although people are complaining about “Pidgeys,” which are actually Pigeons, swooping up their Magicarp, I think that, though the risk might lead to reward, they would’ve been smart enough to think of the risk, the Pokémon is just another way to look at the real world, where it is a dog-eat-dog world. Another complaint I have been seeing is about the creepy “The Rings” girl who says, “Intruders... intruders...’ is actually a reference to the creepy ‘ghost’ woman with no walking animation in the Pokémon X and Y game. So, I like to think of it as them trying to relate to the games, which I think they did an amazing job at. What I’m saying is, is look into the story and don’t judge the game by its style or by the fact that its based off of a weak, frail little pokémon.

Funny, Creative the Whole Package. This game is cute and funny, just amazing. But I do have some minor problems that I would like to share with you. First off, I kind of had a problem trying to find the items (training sodas, etc.) when I finally figured out they were in the menu, I was genuinely surprised. So I guess that means maybe put items in a more obvious place, like where the decor and friendship items are? Another thing is, I have been playing this for a long time, I have only gotten 3 patterns. I have caught and trained 8 Magikarps but all of them are usually the same pattern. I don’t really know if that is intentional but it sometimes just gets me frustrated. Other than that though this is a really cute and funny game and you can tell the developers put a lot of thought into it

Great game full of charm. First off, yes, this IS a REAL POKEMON GAME made by the Pokemon company about the biggest Pokemon meme of all time (other than jelly donuts, sorry Brock.) The game is absolutely ridiculous and it rolls with it, the story is you are a trainer arriving in the town of Hoppy Town (yes that’s the name) where the mayor, mayor karp instructs you that times have changed and the towns Magikarp are starting to get lazy and sad. To help, he asks you to raise a Magikarp and defeat the league to bring the town to its former glory. The graphics are beautiful and charming, you can easily tell this is a Pokemon game from the graphics alone. Gameplay consists of feeding Magikarp food, and taking him to train. Each time you train you lose one out of three training points. Training and eating strengthens your Magikarp. You can then enter it in contests and compete to see who can jump the highest. The bad part of this is that its boring, it’s entirely automatic but it’s pretty satisfying to see your Magikarp grow. Overall, 4.5/5 fun and charming but pretty repetitive. I didn’t even mention all the other features like the solid humor or the various secrets, but what I can confirm is that you’ll have a great time with Magikarp Jump.

The Ultimate Time Burner. DO NOT put money into this game. You can burn through it in its entirety in about 4 weeks without even thinking about it. This game is exactly what you think it is. It’s you, your Magikarps, and tapping food. That’s it. After you “battle” other trainers, which is just watching a cutscene, you know their “level” and there’s no point in facing them again until you pass their level. Pokémon fans will love all the little references to the series, but if you’re not into it already, don’t try to understand this game. Spoiler: there’s no pot of coins at the end of the rainbow in this one. No post-game. Would’ve been nice to have incorporated something like friend rankings. Overall a disappointing ending ruins the game.

And the best game is… Magikarp Jump!. This is a great pass the time game because of its fun gameplay and cute Pokémon. Definitely one of the best downloads. There’s not too much to say in this review other than if you’re a Magikarp fan, meaning Magikarp is your favorite Pokémon, you will absolutely love this game. I especially love the different patterns of Magikarp you can collect. If your looking for an engaging time pass game, this is a must have. Download it already. Stop waiting. Warning though: Not trying to spoil any of the gameplay, but I barely saved my Golden pattern Magikarp from being snatched by a bird. Gold Feesh almost went and got a berry from a tree. Don’t ignore the cryptic warnings. RIP if your Magikarp wasn’t as lucky.

Magikarp given a new lease on life!. I’m always skeptical when it comes to mobile games because I know how they operate. However with Magikarp Jump I feel like there is enough fanservice to keep players interested without having to dive into their pockets to advance. Though it can be convenient to have the option, you really don’t need to pay a dime to enjoy this game. My favorite part was unlocking all of the Pokémon and decorations, which helped keep the game from being too stale and repetitive. For casual or hardcore Pokemon fans, try this one out!

Curiosity Pays Off. So, I downloaded this game while I was on a really long car ride back home. The name piqued my attention because Magikarp are ridiculous and I thought “Why not?”. I’ve been hooked (which is something you don’t want to happen to your Magikarp) and the game is so cute. It turns one of the weakest Pokémon into your favorite companion. Yeah you have to work on saving coins and wait for lives to refill. But I believe the game is meant to be enjoyed for a little bit while you’re waiting for your coffee, food, on a long trip. So don’t let the time waiting aspect scare you off. Also, very easy to play and would be a good game for kids.

Best game ever made. Before finding this game, I had faced a rough time in my life. I was depressed and didn’t want to do anything with my life anymore. But upon finding this gift from the gods, this game has saved me and my future. I started caring again, I got my life back together. It’s all thanks to this game, I have never felt this great in my entire life until I played Magikarp Jump. I owe my entire life to this game, I’m so glad that I found this and plan to continue playing this game for the rest of my now glorious life. Thank you Magikarp Jump, for everything.

The best game nobody wanted. Ever wanted an official Pokemon spinoff about training and competing with what's probably the most laughably pathetic and useless, yet virtually indestructible, Pokemon the world has ever seen? Probably not, because that's a strange thing for anyone to want (not that I haven't had stranger wishes). But here it is, and it's surprisingly amazing. I don't really have any complaints about the game. You only get three Training points, but you rack up experience quickly and the game is very generous with random freebies. Just be careful when training your champion, as with virtually every risk you take in the field, there is a chance for a hungry Pidgeotto, angry Voltorb, or other unforeseen threat to end your fishy friend's career--and life--prematurely. Yes, your Magikarp can die. Personally, though, I think it adds to the game, as it gets me to stop and think every time the game gives me a set of choices. This is a game I'd recommend to nearly anyone, because while it's clearly geared towards Pokemon fans I can see those unfamiliar with the series getting a kick out of it anyway.

Great game. I don’t even know how I found this game XD This is crazy. Magikarp can jump 100 meters in the air by simply using the useless attack splash. Lol. I like all the patterns, you can even evolve magikarp. Speaking of evolution, you should put the pattern your magikarp has on the gyarados: pink to teal, black to purple, purple to pink, brown to orange and so on. The league gets like to the point where you’re super far in but magikarp retires. But I don’t mind- you’ll get there eventually! I’m the biggest most hugest fan of Pokémon I literally stay up until 2:00 in the morning playing Pokémon. I really love Pokémon, this game is like in the same amount of how much I love it. Sword and shield are games I also want, but my dad won’t let me >:( I’m not gonna go too far into it, but the next Pokémon generation Pokémon past and future. There’s been this artist valoo art that made some Pokémon for it actually! Like I said- not too far into it so moving on. Love this game, totally recommend this game to all you Pokemon Trainers That know Magikarp deserves a chance!

OMG it’s funny and I love it. magikarp... the most majestic Pokémon out there incredibly intelligent known for being super powerful and super useful (jk jk) also I really think that karpy could’ve done better ;-; but no, I’m already incredibly bad at games and well I’m just an absolute insult to this wonderful game also also I know reviews are supposed to give u information on the game this is not 1 of them sadly, so don’t waste ur time reading it if u think that this is a waste of time witch it is so please just stop where u are and don’t read anymore if u don’t want to waste another 3 minutes of ur life. NOW bye I don’t know why I made this but whatever it was nice making this ( not really) I hope that u had an incredibly boring to death time reading this. Five jumps for developers!. Amazing game I’ve played this game for at least a total of 3 yrs I deleted it and got it back and I’ve been playing for about a week now and it’s amazing I do have a few ideas. 1 you should and a multiplayer choice like you could go against other players and get coins for rewards. 2 I also think there should be more Pokémon helpers like riolo or fidough. 3 developers thank you so much for reading, this is the last idea. There should more patterns for your magickarp like a stipe pattern or a dot pattern or a all white pattern thank you so very much for your time and I hope ou developers have a wonderful rest of your day. Lots of fun, but has one problem.... I really enjoy this game. The characters are charming and it really gave me this new love for Magikarp. I enjoy having other Pokémon in the mix and the funny take on Pokémon leagues. However, my main issue is the fact that when I open another app, with Magikarp in the background, or I close the app but keep it in the background, it instantly crashes when I come back on. I’m not sure if this was intentional or not but it sure was annoying. I understand if it was put in there to have the app refresh, but I don’t even see a reason why it needs to refresh every time I jump back into it. FIX THIS PLEASE

Horrible 'Random' Training. This game overall is very fun and addicting, it can get really repetitive however. The worst part about this game is the luck with training that I get. It 'randomly' generates what training event you are going to do since each event gives different "Jump Points". You unlock more events the further you level up. Well, I have 8 different training events unlocked and I get the very first one (Sandbag Slam) almost EVERY SINGLE TIME. I just did five training events in a row, and FOUR of them were Sandbag Slam! I'm level 42 in the game, so this event only awards about 11k - 25k JP which is almost NOTHING and it just feels like I can't even get anywhere! The developers really need to fix how "random" different events can be, because getting Sandbag Slam over and over again makes it impossible to level up my Magikarp!

I've been playing this for atleast a year if not more!. Great app and like any Pokémon game if you're strategic with stuff then you can reach the high levels somewhat easily. Big plus is that those strategic moves allowed me to buy what I needed and hopefully more without having to spend a dime of real money. That is a really big move on Pokemon's part. I'd also really like to introduce the idea of selling restores and training sodas for diamonds, maybe like a straight trade of 1 soda = 3-5 diamonds or something along those lines, I have more than I could ever use and have really no other use for them.

A relaxing and engaging game. I love playing this when I walk my dog, he wants to stop to smell something every couple of feet so I get very bored waiting! One of my favorite things about this game is that it doesn’t require me to look at it every second, which is great as most games these days are either borderline or outright stressful to play. I also very much enjoy the inclusion of music and sounds from the very first Pokémon games as it brought back some nice nostalgia for me! The Pokémon company has definitely mastered the art of creating and preserving a fan base- I’m about to be 31 and yet I’m still able to enjoy this relatively simple game that’s basically for young children. Also, it doesn’t eat up my battery like most games do! Overall, it has an element of repetition but there are so many regular added elements that it keeps my attention. Five stars from me!

Amazing game but dead content. This game an addicting semi-idle fun game. Definitely contains hours of entertainment. This game alone re-ignited my love for Pokémon! Despite my love for this game I'm sad to say that as of December this game hasn't had a single update for over 4 months (bug fixes excluded) and once you reach the final league (gym) there is literally no more content to the game. You can finish this game after raising approx 160 generations of magikarp. And afterwards? Well if your F2P you are just farming diamonds (this games payment currency) and an excruciatingly slow rate. I am currently in generation 377 and in the past 200 generations (approx 1-3 hours gameplay time per generation) I haven't been able to receive more than 100 diamonds. ( up until gen 160 you get 10 diamonds per lvl up). As of today I'm not touching this game until another substantial update. I'd like to reiterate that this game is amazing and fun, but if your playing for the long run and don't wish to pay $50+ to unlock all content: don't bother Peace and love Pokémon co :)

Awful. It’s amazing that a game can be this bad. After formally getting passed the beginning and getting into the groove of the game. I come across a tree with fruit on it, and the game asks me if I would like to have my Magikarp jump to get some fruit. I select yes because yeah sure why not, and a Pidgey flies by and takes me magikarp. I’m then presented with my character walking away sadly before a “Final Score” screen comes up saying “it was nice knowing your magikarp. That’s right. I got a Game Over screen for absent mindedly hitting “Yes”. It’s amazing too, because the game had never in anyway mentioned or hinted at this being a possibility. I didn’t even know you could lose your magikarp, let alone like that. So if you want to grind through a boring monetization-focused free-to-play game only to lose what little progress you’ve made over the course of several days, this game is for you.

Amazing!. This game is extremely fun, perfect for fans of Pokémon or not. Though there are micro transactions, they aren’t required and the game isn’t always nagging you to buy anything. I actually began to grow attached to my Magikarps, after training them to become the best they can be. With all the patterns to collect, and the ability to nickname every single one, each Magikarp you catch will be unique and special. It also doesn’t take long at all for the wait times for training to be over, only 20 minutes. Diamonds, the main currency for collectibles, are easy to obtain. The training isn’t hard at all, and is far from tedious. Who knew a game centered around the weakest Pokémon would be so fun?

One of the best games ever. I’m glad I thought of getting this, I thought it would be totally weird and just a crazy game then again I like that stuff. I think it can be funny at times but also it can be sad, within a hour of playing it I maxed out my first one and I was sad. I almost cried! But I’m glad you can see them in the back watching the other generations. I would recommend buying this if you like raising things and big decisions. Some can get your Magikarp killed some will help it. If you are thinking about getting this game then DO IT! I have no regrets and it is amazing and fun! I love it! 😄😂😜😉🙂😁😆😃

Great game 5 stars recommend it. (Ps, I’m sorry but if you don’t wanna read a essay don’t continue.) This is a great app to stall for time and overall fun. This app is a very addicting and awesome game I totally recommend this game for anybody who likes to play simple yet challenging games to stall for time because it’s fun for Pokémon lovers and just great for all players in general. If I could rate this a 10 Star I totally would. This game is great for stalling because it gives you that Pokémon feeling “I wanna be the very best”, and you just keep trying to beat all the leagues and keep trying to get most of the patterns. Charming and Timeless. Keep finding myself coming back to this charming little game. Each time I’m blown away by its creative quirks and adorable art and animations. I’m a huge fan of idle games and this is definitely one of, if not my most, favorite. It has very solid idle gameplay, if somewhat simple (though I think that’s to its benefit), and is made into something really great by sheer creativity and timeless charm. I keep on using the word charming to describe this game and I hope I haven’t come off as too repetitive, but I truly think that describes it incredibly effectively. I highly recommend this.

Cute and fun!. I really enjoy this game. Most games I play for a few days and then forget about, but I’ve been playing this game for a while and am having a lot of fun! I’m doing really well and have not needed or felt the need to make any purchases. There are so many different Magikarp you can collect, different things the Magikarp are good at to help you in (jumping) battles, and little side events that are funny and clever. I give 4 stars out of 5, because, spoilers(?), I was not expecting my Magikarp to get eaten by a Pidgeotto!!! I cried for a minute. I was so distraught from this aspect but have since gotten over the sad passing of my beloved Faffo. Lol. Would love for the app to make it a little more clear that you have a risk of losing your Magikarp. I truly thought he’d just miss the berry and lose some JP because he was sad about it. I’ve learned my lesson since then and continue to cautiously play the game and make progress! TLDR; I recommend this game to those who enjoy apps you can pick up for a short time and put down. No money spending, no pressure of PVP, lots of great Magikarp. Just be careful to not go too hard on them! 🎣

A masterpiece of gaming, art, and sadism.. This game is better than Leonardo Divinchi’s Mona Lisa. It tops game like team fortress 2 and counter strike global trade offensive but still isn’t as good as E.T. on the Atari. I wanted to know the full power of this game so I used it as the centerpiece of my pentagram and opened a portal to Magikarp hell. There we all joined in song and chanted, “Magikarp used splash, it wasn’t very effective,” for hours on end until they realized I wasn’t one of them and needed to be killed. I ran for my life knowing satan was on their side. One Magikarp stabbed me in my side with a poison coated knife. I screamed in agony as I jumped out of the portal. Now I’m hiding in the attic of a McDonald’s in Germany hoping they never find me. But overall this is a great game. 5 stars on yelp.

Fun, casual game. I have had this app for quite awhile and for casual game players this is a lot of fun! It’s not just a mindless clicker game but a bit of simple strategy for all ages and waiting. No ads as well (which I love!!!)! I’m not a patient person sometimes and I wish I could use ads or something to avoid having to pay, but 99.5% of the time it doesn’t make me frustrated and feeling like the only way to enjoy it is by buying gems and such! Which some of the few clicker games I have used do. And I also go to Reddit to join the r/MagikarpJump group to ask any questions, feedback, proposals, or wanting to share my achievements on! Not to mention sometimes they share tips, tricks, and advice that come in handy! What I also love is the hidden Easter eggs. I won’t spoil them but there are certain events you can trigger that go in your record book that are fun to find and give a helpful advantage sometimes. Not to mention the Poképals you can bring to your pond with customization options. Overall, I recommend giving it a try! :)

Who wouldn’t love Magikarp Jump!. When I first started off in the game I was a little confused on what to do, but the game was really self explanatory, first get a magikarp, feed it train it whatever, then finally battle other magikarp by jumping! Honestly I am very happy that magikarp got a game all to himself and me being a HUGE magikarp fan I totally LOVE the game! I’m at level 27 right now and it’s getting kinda hard because training is really the only thing that’s getting me to a higher level and making my magikarp stronger. The one thing I don’t like is how you can only train your magikarp 3 times until you have to wait 30 minutes for one training session to reload or you have to pay 25 diamonds to get a training drink, but overall that is my only complaint. For sure 5 Stars

The best game ever. I love this game I have a max level for magikarp of 27 and so far I have loved this game it’s just like why is it free it is no matter what one of the best games on the App Store no matter what if you want a good game buy this the only down side is Once you have a shiny (which I have) you have a chance on losing your shiny you have waited so long to get from the first wild encounter and I am always scared on the encounter called magikarp adrift that when I stay mayor karp might not save me and take me home and a pidgeot snagging goldy (my shiny magikarp) and losing her forever since gen five when I lost floppy fish (my magikarp) to a voltorb using explosion and the three other magikarp I lost one from another voltorb another from getting it to evolve and the final one from trying to get a berry from a berry tree and a pidgeot snaged it and I am scared for my shiny magikarp but again play it safe on wild encounters and if you are looking for a good game to get, get magikarp jump

BEST GAME EVER!!!!. I LOVE THIS GAME😍🥰😘! This is the BEST Pokémon game I’ve EVER got! 1: first game that EVER got me stop playing ROBLOX! 2: I have magic carp in Pokémon sword and ultra sun I thot were weak and bad BUT no I will now train them to be great Pokémon and be level 100 not evolving to show how amazing they can be! 3: I play this game till my I-pad dies. (I think I might need to charge my I-pad more!) 4: my brother was amazed to see how OP magic carp can if they are trained well. That’s not all! IF YOU THINK ABOUT GETING THIS GAME DO IT IT’S THE BEST GAME YOU’LLL GET!!!! And I will NEVER think magic carp are weak again! I think this game should be 100 stars ⭐️ not 5 but… there can only be 5 star ratings sadly😢. I mainly like it because it’s REALLY fun that they jump not battle and they’re so funny in different ways!!!!

Amazing game...but it could be better. The title explains it all, and I’m not saying it’s a bad game...but it has the potential to be even better! For one thing though, and this is most likely something that should already exist...could we please be able to name our character? The human character has no name at all. Also, could we perhaps get a store where we can buy clothing for our avatar? Maybe add a few more friend Pokémon like a few legendaries? Other than that though, it’s a very good game, and it’ll help if you need something to kill some time.

Okay. It was ok. I like the basic idea and all but I don’t like how you can lose your Magikarp. It would be amazing if you could battle the Pokémon that stole your Magikarp with the cheering Pokémon. It makes me really sad and stressed out that I’ll have to start all over again FOR THE FOURTH TIME. Also, it gets boring when your waiting for you to get coins, a league play and 3 training points. I wish there were mini games or something to keep a player occupied while their still hooked to the game. I like the game and how you can raise Magikarp though. I also want to customize the avatar and give them a name. I also would like it to be a little like a normal Pokémon game and for their to be a town or somewhere the player can go to and a place for the player to be able to join/connect with other players. You could add a feature where you could make a house and inventory for your Pokémon and stuff. It would also be cool if you saw characters from the game and anime This game has a lot of missing details I see in other games, but in general if you don’t overlook it it’s an okay game.

Amazing as my books. This game is really fun it makes you want to work toward something kind of like saving money you’re working toward getting something. When I played with my phone I had this app but I had to delete it because there was too many apps, I did not want to but I had to I was unhappy because I had to delete the app. Reason I like this app is because there’s also a surprise on which one you’ll get (which Magikarp you’ll get). Another reason I like this game is because there is a variety of Pokémon you can get the main one is Magikarp some of the other ones are Pikachu,Osowat, Charizard, and more. There is also a variety of decorations like plushy’s, signs, and a trophy. You can look at your past magikcarps watching their young ones. I really love this game that’s why rated five stars ha ha it’s just like my plushy Wana The Chihuahua I want to keep it forever or my mom I always want to live with her it’s like those things those special things I always want them with me forever but someday they might go, but I don’t want them to go My plushy might rot and my mom she’ll die😭😢. Love, your family friendly child. PS can you do me a favor I’d Love if you can help Fish in the lake, pick up litter so they can live, and just be a good person.

Great Game!. This game is really fun for people of all ages wether you play main series Pokémon games or not. It can take a while to beat a league because you start over every time you get a new magikarp. But at least you get +10% JP each time. It can also be emotional like when Marilyn (my two tone orange magikarp) got instant killed by an exploding voltorb that looked like a pokeball. I was so surprised when this happened 😱 because I was on gen 4 and nothing like that had ever happened to me before. But I guess you shouldn’t trust everything. Overall this is a very good game and you should download it.

THIS GAME IS FREAKING AWESOME. I love this game you can be a saver and try to get thousands or be a daredevil like in “out of nowhere” if you ask Magikarp to jump and snag a berry you ether get a sum of jump power if you’re unlucky your Magikarp gets snatched up by a now hated Pokémon (ahem pigeoto) and all that glitters you go a long way home for extra training then a glittering thing comes up if you like shiny things like a berracuda you can snag it this might result of 7 diamonds or a sad fished Magikarp and here’s a tip for you: tap the T.V 14 times when it glitches then stops then start training and then you get this event called: Be gone! A ghost lady comes up and orders you to leave and you need to leave if you don’t Nothing happens and you gain a extra level so..yeah you can only do that one time so I LOVE THIS GAME ADD A SECOND VERSION PlEaSE

Fun at first, but gets repetitive and lacks content. When i first got the game, being a longtime pokémon fan, i was very excited to play a game focused around none other than Magikarp. If this game had other characters and was not a “pokemon” game, it would not have done nearly as well and I definitely wouldn’t have gotten it. Now after playing for a week, it has started to become very repetitive. When your magikaro reaches a certain level, you have to abandon it and start from scratch with a new magikarp. This function is extremely boring, and the fact that training magikarp requires no actual skill rather than a few clicks is absolutely absurd. I could compare this game to duck life, and i would rather play duck life. This game has lots of potential to grow, and I hope to see my favorite characters in an interesting game style.

Game is so fun. So I came back to this game and I can’t stop playing it it’s so good and then it’s 2020 so like I don’t know what I’m gonna do it myself but I keep playing this game is so addicting and it’s really fun and I I think you guys should play now because there’s so much to do in this game but anyways what is this game is good 2018 I think it was released and it’s pretty good for a 2018 game and the cool thing apart about this game is the graphics are really nice not gonna lie the game feels so smooth there’s even more that I won’t talk about but there’s also a different magic cards that you could catch it’s so big that I can’t do much of it I’m currently just started because I wanted to see the game again and I really like it I hope you guys like it as well

Awesome!. I first this game a few years ago, and had lots of fond memories of it! It was very fun and addicting, and had lots to offer! And now, returning to the game after all this time, I can say without a doubt that it is just as good as I remember! This game is completely playable without spending any money on it, too! There’s lots of ways to earn the ingame currency without spending money on it! In-app purchases are optional, after all. You can progress without spending a single penny! There’s a lot to experience with this game, and I would easily recommend it to anyone, be it Pokèmon fan, or just casual player of mobile games! It’s a perfect fit for both!

Who said Magikarp is weak?. Ah, Magikarp. The weakest Pokémon out there. At least that’s what we thought until this game. This game as the title implies, is about jumping Magikarp. These Magikarp compete in... competitions to gain ranks in the game. And also to make people sad. But you get happy when people get sad, so who cares? Anyways, you train up your Magikarp to make it jump better and win against your opponents. Decorate your pond to make your Magikarp level up faster and to look snazzy. Now I gotta talk about my new worst enemy, random encounters (Rip in pepperonis, Karol. You will forever be remembered). They can be good or bad, but it’s nice when it’s good, as it is money, training points or a ton of food (there might be more that I haven’t discovered yet). They can also be Pidgyotoes that eat your Magikarp... still mad about that... anyways, they are bad, too. That’s about it. A request I have is being able to help out your Magikarp when it trains, like sliding in a direction or tapping really fast, but that’s it, really. Dear “okay first but”. Dear “okay first but” sure the random encounters where you lose your Pokémon ARE harsh but when you lose your Pokémon it shows how much you care for it❤️ for starters if your like noooooo!!!! When you lose your Magikarp it shows you really care for him/her💕 but if you are like ok so it’s just a magikarp it shows you don’t care at all 🖤💔 witch is HARSH for me how did you feel when you lost your Magikarp? (Talking to everyone not just ok first but) and yes it’s hard to start over but you learn a lot and it IS cute when the older Magikarp watch over their young. Ps don’t get mad the next time you start over 😁

OK at first but...... .....if your not planning on spending any money on micro transactions, after a while the level grind becomes VERY tedious. Currently I’m at Trainer Level 16, and my max Magikarp level is 26. You can usually win one more battle in the league per level up. Which basically means that you pick it up, eat all of your food, collect all of your coins, do your training and the random encounters, then do your battle and random encounters. Generally you will level up once during this play session, twice if you’re lucky. You’ll progress one battle farther, maybe two. So it basically takes you WAY longer to beat leagues than it should. Also, the random encounters where you can lose your Magikarp are pointless. I played it the safe route every time. Also, evolving your Magikarp to the totally awesome Gyarados should be a GOOD thing, not a bad thing. I’m not saying you should get to play the game with your evolved Magikarp, but taking it for no reason/reward and making you start over feels harsh. While there is some fun to be had here, the potential is so much more that it feels like an unfinished game. In short, the game feels like it should be very casual, but it’s actually a hardcore level grind.

Why this is probably one of the best Pokémon games ever. Well it’s a real relaxing game and a huge win the weakest Pokémon‘s in Pokémon Magikarp but then they made a tournament so it’s not useless which I gotta say it’s a great way of making sure Magikarp is loved and then there’s like even a video go with it so this game just make it 10 times better I love how you can also get different Pokémon buddies the Greninja Pikachu a lot others it’s a real relaxing game makes magic are finally useful and it’s like has different types of magical herbs and it’s just a real relaxing game

A Silly Yet Lovable Game. Fish Magikarp. Teach it to flop. Feed it. Battle it. And watch it splash into the sunset. It seems like the most stupid concept ever, but Game Freak pulled it off. Somehow, they made a fun mobile clicker that appeals to mobile gamers and Pokefans alike. I first read about this game in a “Go Gaming” thing from the Scholastic Book Fair, and was surprised that it existed. My curiosity got the best of me, and I downloaded it. My first Magikarp was able to beat the entire 1st league, and the cutscene of retirement was bittersweet and adorable. I try not to sacrifice my fishies to Pigeotto or break their Everstone, but accidents happen of course. The random encounters are hilarious, and the amount of ways your Magikarp can train is just awesome. This is the perfect Pokémon game for fans looking for something casual and funny. PS Don’t download Raid Shadow Legends. Most of those 5 stars are bots, and Plarium is literally a gambling company.

A Karp-tastic Adventure!. Magikarp Jump is probably one of the most exciting games in the Pokémon series. Me and my own Magikarp, Karpy, have been literally decimating those other useless karps that crossed our paths. I’ve been playing Magikarp Jump since 2020, and all my lovable Magikarps through the years have really put their stuff into my time playing. From when I first fished them up on my old rod, straight to retirement, they have really filled my hearts with all the love I need. So if you want a game with simple gameplay and flopping fish Pokémon, come try Magikarp Jump!

Five Jumps for Magikarp Jump!. Magikarp jump is like, the most incredible mobile Pokémon game I have ever played. I used to think it was a little dumb with no purpose but now I’m a big fan of this game. I’ve loved Pokémon since I played Pokémon Y, my first ever Pokémon game. I fell in love with the adorable Pocket Monsters and I will always love them. Magikarp Jump is a bit different from other Pokémon games, and sometimes seems a bit repetitive, but I love watching my Magikarp grow. It even makes me a little emotional when it dies, because it feels like losing a pet. Just a few minutes ago, my beautiful Standard Pattern Magikarp, Karpette, died at the talons of a hungry Pidgeotto. But then, when reeling in a new Magikarp, it took a bit longer than usual and I got exactly what I hoped for- a beautiful golden Magikarp. (I will never do anything that can possibly kill you, Goldikarp) But anyways, this game is super fun it would be better if you could play with your Magikarp in mini-games. But I do really love this game and all the amazing patterns Magikarp. It would be really cool if you could incorporate different patterns of Magikarp into actual games, such as Sword and Shield. That would be really cool! And maybe they could evolve into different patterns of Gyarados. That would be amazing!! Great designs, very satisfying to play. This game is like candy to play and look at. The great Nintendo polish that we’ve come to know and love is evident in almost every aspect of the game. I personally enjoy the familiar leveling system that has been simplified for the games purposes. All the designs get me itching to throw in the rod and catch a rare pattern (hopefully). Although the timer based system can become tiresome, I can understand the need for it. It’s amazing that there aren’t any adverts on this free game; they are starting to drive me insane everywhere else. TLDR: this game is fun, simple, easy to look at, and a great little pass time for Pokémon fans and tapper-app fans alike.

So Addicting. It’s really fun, especially when you train and get a lot of JP. This game is really simple, and while it is very simple, it’s fun is double times the simple-ness. That feeling when you’re in the league, the tense feeling you might lose, only to your surprise that you win against that Magikarp. That feeling lasts very long if you continue to do training and feed your Magikarp. The game is just one good feeling, and nobody should be left out on that feeling. This game fills me with so much determination to keep going on the league. It gets the best out of me, so install the game and witness a masterpiece. It’s just so freaking addicting. AWESOME🤩 BUT EMOTIONAL😢 BUT MORE AWESOME🤩.. This game is really fun, the Magikarp are SO CUTE. Whoever made this game was a genius and had an AWESOME idea. All of my sisters have played this game and loved it, and I love it, too. The first Pokémon game I ever played was Pokémon Let’s Go Evee, and I thought the Magikarp was completely USELESS until it evolves. But then I got THIS game, and I found how good a Magikarp is when it comes to JUMPING. So I liked the game immediately. Mayor Karp is really helpful. He gives your Magikarp massages, he tells you advice, and gives you better and better fishing rods. So thank you, Mayor Karp! There IS one thing that I don’t like about this game, and it’s that your Magikarp can DIE. And it’s really sad when it dies, because you get emotionally attached to it. How I loved Pokémon. I absolutely love this game! This is the most entertaining great game ever! I loved Pokémon since my bff got some interesting cards I thought it was just for collecting. I asked where she got it she said she got it from my classmate which is a boy and then she got me my first Pokémon card I loved these sometimes I win and get her cards then I started to go deeper I watched videos about Pokémon and I really wanted the Pokémon game in Nintendo switch but I can’t my mom doesn’t have enough money so I just played and downloaded some Pokémon apps and this was the second game I got I got addicted to it and kept on playing and that was my story about my love for Pokémon.

Latest update. With the latest update, the game doesn’t fit well on my iPad air 2. Essentially there are two black bands, one at the top of the screen and one down the bottom which block me from seeing how many coins I have. This is very annoying and I would much appreciate to see it fixed since I’m trying to grind out the last two leagues and it’s very discouraging when the app doesn’t work properly.

4th best game in history to me. AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. (The first game is Pokemon shuffle to me. You should download it on the AppStore. The second is Pokemon quest also download that and the third is minecraft which you most likely already have.) magikarp jump is so much fun with training, random encounters, league battles and so much more useful things. It teaches you the value of magikarp. My favourite Pokemon. Thing is can you make a gyrados jump or some other Pokemon like feebass or goldeen(even though in series most feebas, goldeen and gyrados don't jump) plus the animation is high quality and by far soooooooooooooooo cuteeeeeeeeeeee I'd really recommend this for Pokemon fans whose favourite Pokemon will turn from arceus to magikarp. And the to has a good song (in game) and just saying (cus in Pokemon journeys in Australia the magikarp song started playing when gohs magikarp literally flew to the stratosphere.) Pokemon journeys is now out on Australian Netflix. Overall greatest game ever!!!!!!! One little improvement is that when a magikarp retires can you let the league battles that it's done stay? Simply entertaining. After desperately scouting the internet for any sign of a good game, I finally came across this masterpiece! The energy system can be a bit annoying at times, but otherwise, this is one of the best games ever to grace my phone!

Something’s Missing. Magikarp Jump is a very good game, it have a very simple yet lovely art style and is quite charming. The concept of the game is also good, I love you put Magikarp in the Spot light in a good way because Magikarp is always know as the weak Pokémon. All the different Styles of Magikarp is also very fun, it gives you a bigger purpose to Catch all of the patens and colours. There is a lot more things about the game as well like all the Buddy Pokémon the decorations of you lake, and all the different training things you can do really fleshes out the game. I do acknowledge that the waiting to train is very annoying but this is a phone game and this is in many other popular phone games like Candy Crush so I don’t mind it that much. After all of this there is only one thing I find wrong with it, the fact that you can’t look at past Magikarp. I know that you can see some in the background but that’s only at random, I want like a Journal with all the past Magikarp and maybe why they retired.

Too slow. The game starts off fun and exciting but as soon as hit the second lots of ‘gyms’ it just becomes boring, I don’t want to spend all the time watching the same animations and random out comes with little reward to have to skip though all the battles I’ve already done to move on spot further and have the next guy beat me and then do it all over again...

Fun game for spare time. You don’t have to grind excessively at the start and it has enough sustenance to keep you drawn in for quite some time. Diamonds are quite hard to obtain and a lot of other Pokémon are almost held behind the paywall without the diamonds. On the other hand it is an extremely fun hame and worth the Download! :)

Ok but needs some work. This is a really fun game, I enjoyed playing it. It needs some more work though and and update because my Magikarp ,called Prakigam, was on level seventeen and the game glitched off and I had to start leveling her up again from level one. Also add more chance of getting a male Magikarp as I have only found one male in the seven generations of Magikarp and that one was my first.

Suggestion. Great fun simple cute little game to waste some time when you’re bored or waiting around in a queue. • Suggestion: I would LOVE to see this on my Apple Watch, even just the cookie clicker aspect.

Best IOS Pokemon game by FAR. I love this game so much, I love how funny it is when magikarp “gets taken away”, I love how sad it is when they retire. I love the constant grinding and adventure this game has to offer. Love this game with all my heart.

Review - Magikarp Jump. This game is a GREAT game, if you don’t mind spending a bunch of time on a mobile app then this game is good for you! It’s fun and in a weird way... challenging. The reason I rate it 4 stars is because while it is a great game, it would be my second choice for something to do if I was bored. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t dislike the game at ALL, it’s just not my first choice for something to do if I was bored.

This is quite fun. This game Magikarp jump is a good game with a little dark ways you can loose you Magikarp but aside from that they game is amazingly fun to play. The grinding aspect of the game takes awhile but makes it even better when you defeat the other trainer. Good game overall!. Never thought a game about Magikarp would be more appealing to me than FE Heroes. I mean, I’m playing through both and I’m already more invested in it. I was genuinely upset when MyKoiGuzma got ‘forcibly retired’ when he was snatched up by a Pidgeotto. There’s so many funny and quirky things to be found in this game and I never tire of it. I think I’m way too attached to my Magikarp though.

It’s fun when you’re bored I guess. When I first downloaded this it was my favourite thing! It was sooo fun! Magikarp jump is a fun game but the thing I kind of dislike is after you have done all your stuff like training, tap pikachu league once you have done all that stuff you wait like a hour to do it again. Good Game a little glitchy. This is a great game but I sometimes get kicked of the game. However I just go back on the game and it lets me pick up from where I left of but I have to do something’s again like fish I I get kicked after I catch a fish but I will get the same results. It is the same if I get kicked off during a battle. Over all great game but you shouldn’t have to wait that long for more training power and you shouldn’t get 3 training power you should be able to get up to 5 training power possibly more after you lv up. I love the random encounters and how easy is is to get gems so you don’t need to buy them but it does help to buy them. Great Game. I highly recommend it.

A pretty fun game. This is a really good game and the fact that it's about one of the most overlooked Pokemon makes it even better. I love how there are lots of weird and funny features like the Tv taking you to a magikarp song and the scene where you fish up a magikarp (probably). This is a really good game as even though it's a grinder game it doesn't really feel repetitive. I give it five stars as the only thing I think should be changed in the game is a better multiplayer feature such as you go into a battle like normal then you mash buttons so you can get a bigger JP boost then your opponent but aside from the lack of a multiplayer feature this game is still really fun just playing next to your friends, by yourself or every couple days. If your looking for a funny interesting game then you should download Magikarp Jump.

A little problem. This game is great! I love the style, and the goal of the game. I have found one small problem that makes the game very annoying. When I get my Magikarp’s jump power up, it gets the level up too. And so if I can’t beat a certain level, then I will raise it’s jump power up. But, when it gets to max level, then I can’t raise it’s jump power up any more, so if I can’t beat a level, it is over for my Magikarp and I have to retire. Then I get a whole new Magikarp and have to redo the whole league over again! Is this a glitch? Am I not doing this right? I’m stuck in this never ending loop and I can’t get out. HELP!

Pretty good, but bugs. Really love this game, it’s a pretty solid play. Takes time, but it’s just really enjoyable. I do wanna talk about an annoying bug though! Not sure if it’s specific to the Pokémon involved or not, but I’ll throw it out there. Up top on the grass by the pond, I have Pikachu, Meowth, Greninja, and Snorlax. But consistently, either Snorlax or Greninja will not show up. I have to go to the shop a bunch of times and come back to the pond screen to try and get the other of them to load I , and it’s massively annoying when I’m trying to use one of their powers. Please fix!

AMAZING GAME however…. So like you saw this game is truly amazing. It’s a lot of fun and I really reccomend it. However what I don’t like is that you can’t only stick with one Magikarp. I don’t like how there’s situations where either piggy can snatch it or it can retire early in game play. Also I think Mabey they should add like something else for you get to get diamonds like a mini game or something. However this is an amazing Pokémon game and it is rlly fun.

It’ll actually kill your magikarp if you mess up. It’s a really fun game, but it absolutely doesn’t like you taking risks. It’s very biased about things and requires you to be cautious of everything. Also you’ll be going through several, so don’t get attached. You have to get a new one every time it reaches max level. But seriously, WARNING, if you get the event to see if there’s treasure inside the pokeball, do not open it! It’ll be an electrode that’ll explode and kill them. I had gotten the rarest pattern and my bf wanted to see what would happen and now I’m really sad and disappointed. Idk if I feel like playing anymore...

Magikarp Jump. A very cute and fun game, my current magikarp’s name is Karpe Diem(I am a fan of puns) Honestly I only have one request and it is to remove the magikarp adrift event, I realize that people may like it but I lost a magikarp I had spent like an hour leveling up due to it and it made me really annoyed because you are not really given a way to avoid getting lost, you just guess and hope for the best. Magikarp jump is really fun I played it when it first came out and kept playing it ever since I think you should keep up the good work and here’s a little thing you should add to the game I mean it’s a very good game but if you add this it might actually surpass 5 stars you should add a little bit more events a little bit more trainings and more leagues you don’t have to but it will make it a even better game

Big problem w/ piplup & support Pokémon. I have a MAJOR issue with this app, and while I do like it a lot otherwise, this problem constantly happens and it annoys me a lot When u upgrade piplup, u get multiple training points. However, if you’ve upgraded it to give away 2 or 3 points and ur only missing 1 or 2 points in ur slot and u accidentally click on piplup (maybe to grab a berry?) it restores that much and u lose any other points u could’ve gained! Extremely irritating! When u have full points and u click piplup, nothing happens, so why is this the only problem? I can’t click on any berries near a support Pokémon, lest I run the risk of it thinking I clicked the support poke instead. This NEEDS to be fixed.

Starts off exciting but then it gets boring. The game started off exciting and fun to play but as you progress it starts to become extremely slow. The game becomes very laggy and each tournament takes substantially longer to beat with little reward for doing such. It takes forever to move through each tournament and honestly there’s nothing you really gain from it. Rewards are so slim and far away that there’s no point to keep going

This game is RELLY good play it. This game is amazing!. I’m not even a big fan of pokemon, and I’m already in love with this game! It keeps it nice and simple for you to play the game and stay relaxed, while it throws you surprising new twists. I love the patterns you can get for the fish, it really adds to the feel of the game. Although it gets a bit repetitive after a while, it still feels crazy fun to see your pond grow or even make a new fresh start by resetting. Definitely would rate this five out of five!

good game but..... game is pretty good, i’ve had fun playing it again after deleting it. I’m kind of disappointed that all my support pokemon won’t fit on the screen though....i was hoping to collect all of them, but with just popplio, slowpoke, and piplup underwater- only two will show up! i close it again and again trying to make slowpoke reappear but sometimes it takes 10 or more tries! and i only have 5 pokemon up top but they do the same thing :( at least it normally only takes one or two tries to get them back..... tl;dr good game but the support pokemon don’t work properly :(

Magikarp is the best now!. Ever sense I saw this game I new I'd be happy. It's so good and a great time killer! Also if you dislike magikarp I'd give them the game and it would be their life! Honestly though, it is kinda sad to have a magikarp retire. What makes the player kinda happier from the magikarp retirement though is you can see it still! I love that implement! This is a fun game but. A lot of people think this game is boring but at heart every game is boring try and name a game that you have never gotten bored in you can’t!!! I think people should look at this game in its core you have had fun playing it before so try and remember those fun times then you might have a better chance having fun. Something I think they should add is more ways to train Magikarp it’s a very slow and hard process so maybe add something new.

Get this game. Great game but some feedback. The game is very fun. I have played it for a while and it never becomes boring except that there is a lot of waiting. If you lose you have to wait or if you train a lot. It makes the game boring and sometimes I don’t play for weeks because I forget about it due to all the waiting. You can make yourself not have to wait by paying but that is a waste of money. If you could at least cut the waiting in half that would help a lot. Thanks for reading

I LOVE THIS GAME. i absolutely love this game!! its so fun and there are no in game purchases. there only frustrating thing is that once your magikarp levels up all the way you have to complete the league battles and can’t train anymore. other than that i am obsessed with this game and the character isn’t a boy or a girl which i absolutely love! you can feed your magikarp and train it then get to compete in league battles. so fun to play whenever your bored! 100% recommend! :D

Surprising Fun!. I personally have been a semi-fan of the Pokemon franchise ever sense I was little, but the gameplay from those games are thrown out the window and you’re given this! Growing a Magikarp to win in a jump contests with many ways to customize, play, and with multiple generations! The gameplay all though simplistic, is quite fun and entertaining when you get into it! I would personally recommend this and would urge Nintendo and Game Freak to do more!

Cool!. I've been having a lot of fun with this game! However, I am now very sad due too my second Magikarp being carried off by a Pidgeotto. RIP Spot. (Update) So I just had a nightmare about one of my other Magikarps dying and now have worsened trust issues. I’m alright now but I will never forget the time a pokemon game made me depressed for about a week or so. And I’m a freshman in high school, imagine if I was a ten year old child. But hey, I’ve been having a great time since then and find the game very cute and addictive. A must play for all Magikarp fans!

Great game, passes time. This game is a very simple, yet entertaining and addictive game. Once I started playing, I didn’t want to stop! It also makes me very happy that this game doesn’t require any sort of in app purchases in order to do good! That’s one of my favorite things about playing this game. This game passes time like crazy! Once you begin playing, hours feel like minutes. You have a lot of fun while playing and everything is very smooth while playing, too. Dream Come True. This game is all you could want in a game based purely off your favorite pokémon. With the goal of having the highest jumping magikarp I played this game for hours after downloading it. Even though not much is done I had a lot of fun leveling up my many magikarps. Although still mourning the death of my gen 2 magikarp Maggie I’m doing okay with my current gen 5 golden magikarp Karl. I would definitely recommend this to any other magikarp lovers out there. Also all my contacts end in Magikarp so that might say something.

Sometimes simple is good and this defines that. It is definitely an interesting idea but a lot of fun for it’s simplicity. My favorite part is looking back at the generations of the previous Magikarp you trained and how many patterns there are. Every time you are looking forward to what you will catch next. So freaking emotional but amazing!!!. I love love love this game!! It makes me so happy!! But the first Magikarp I ever got was named “Milo”. I showed him off saying he was my pet fish, then he got to his Max lvl. When I tell you I cried, I was bawling!!! Then,I learned that he would be in the back of the pond, so I met my next Magikarp, Max. In a day or so he got to his highest level so I thought: awww!! Double fish grandpa’s!(they where both male) but then…when I got Mika Milo wasn’t there…I almost started crying… Moral of the story:DONT GET ATTACHED

Sooooooooooo Epic!. This game is amazing I love how you have a home to decorate and you compete in flopping competitions and I love the graphics. I think it’s great that the use the most useless Pokémon ever and make it its own game. One thing when you evolve majikarp on “accident” you should be able to at least keep gyaradose in the home background instead of the old guy stealing it. Otherwise it is awesome you should make more games like this but with charizard,charmander,squirtle,bulbasar and so on. 👍🏻

Fun game, huge bug with backup data. Great little game, I enjoyed it enough to grind and get 30+ generations of magicarp in. Until I had to temporarily delete the game for storage but before doing so I backed up my data. A couple months later I redownload and it deleted all of my save data except halfway through my first generation magicarp. Completely dumbfounded here, ridiculous glitch. I’ll change my review rating if this gets fixed but until then I’m giving this a 2*. Having to re-do countless hours of tycoon/simulator game work really knocks you out of the experience.

The truth. This game is exactly what it says it is just a game about Magikarp. It’s always fun been playing it over a span of a couple years and still haven’t gotten bored with it but the best part is you don’t need in app purchases they reward you along the way so with some hard effort and good old fashioned training you can get everything you need without paying a penny and enjoy the best part of Pokémon that we all know and love, bonding with our Pokémon and becoming the best there ever was.🤘

Magikarp is charming. This game is perfect for anyone who likes fish tank sims but always wished there was more to them than just watching fish and decorating their tank. You can do those things in Magikarp Jump, but you’ll also be training the fish you catch to compete in a charmingly adorable league about which fish can jump highest. Magikarp come in a variety of colors, something I wish GameFreak would add to the main games, and collecting them all is just as enjoyable as collecting all the Pokémon in the main series.

it’s quite fun!. i wasnt very sure if i should get this app but i read the reviews and decided to get it, i’m happy that i got the app because how addicting this game is, I'm not kidding. i also LOVE the app (and that you can get mimikyu, gengar, and the gen 7 starters) i also love the graphics and the art style of it, i bet i wouldn't get close onto that type of art style either! i hope i can get all my friends to play so it can get more popular than ever!!

Very good game!. I really enjoy this game a lot! But my least favorite part about it is when you find something in the tree, a piggy comes and grabs your Magikarp. That really disappoints me a lot. My most favorite part is the food frenzy! It gives you twice as much food, because I hate waiting. But Seriously, this game is very good! It deserves 10/10 stars! The way a game should be. This game is one of the best app games I’ve ever played and it’s also one of the most honest. It makes no claims it can’t back up. It doesn’t pretend to be something it isn’t. It’s a game about raising the best Magikarp possible. It doesn’t ask for my money every, it didn’t ask for this review, and it doesn’t come to the table with expectations of the player. It’s a fun little game about Magikarps and I’m fine with that.

Surprisingly entertaining.. I didn’t really expect much from the game (which had nothing to do with it being Magikarp centric) but it’s actually quite endearing. I’d say the only real down side is that it gets quickly repetitive and has a lot of down time where all you do is eat berries. Young children who have shorter attention spans might stray away from the game sooner because of this. Even something like a small mini-game that didn’t necessarily have to give rewards would help the pacing a bit.

Magikarp Jump doesn't sound as exciting as it is, but it actually has many dramatic moments, some ending with a victorious day, others, with the loss of your magikarp. Fantastic game. Great time killer. This game can be played as a quick distraction in a waiting room, a mindless fun experience, and as something to keep your thumbs busy while watching the Pokemon anime. I found out about this when it first came out, but I didn't have a phone to play it on. Fast forward a few weeks, and I forgot about it until yesterday. If only my brain wasn't faulty, lol.

Really fun!. I love this game! Maybe it’s just me, but I’ve been extremely lucky with the different patterns and even fishing up shinys. Buuuut.... If I had one critique it would be this game is a but old now. I wish there was new things to do, and possibly even more patterns. I think this game could use another update or some sort of event. Do I think it’s gonna happen? Probably not. This game IS two years old now. But I seriously recommend making more of these types of mobile games.

Such a cute game. This game is very cute. all you do is raise magikarp and jump as high as you can but you’ll find yourself being so involved in your little fishies and it’s helped even more by the fact that you can see your old magikarp swimming around in the back of your pool. So much of the game is feeling good about the past and working for a better future, I’ve never felt so happy for a reward in a mobile game.

Disappointing Update. I really do enjoy this game, and I feel it is worth more than three stars, however after the latest update the game is no longer full screen. I have a 7+ and yesterday, my game was full screen - now this morning, it is not only not full screen but has also dropped resolution (you would think the resolution would increase?). It’s disappointing and takes me away from the enjoyment of the game. Would very much appreciate this being patched; the game loads like it will be normal and then drops to 2/3s of my screen once I tap to continue to the title screen.

Cute simple addicting. I love any type of Pokémon games. This Pokémon game is simple but very cute and addicting. They picked the simple type Pokémon, cute concept and different types of magic Karp to catch, you can decorate where it lives however you like and all items for your magic Karp are affordable. You don’t need to purchase coins/diamonds with real money to get ahead. The game is time consuming but not to the point you wait so long you get bored of it. I recommend you try this!

2 stars because I love Pokémon. But really, it deserves one star. I wanted to like this game, it's adorable and I love the different magikarp patterns, but...the fact that exploring the different mini encounters of the game can make you lose a Pokémon you spent hours and gems leveling? Unacceptable. The fact that your Pokémon friends give varying percentages of JP (if they give any at all)? Bad. The gems taper off prematurely to encourage cash transactions, it's a string of cutscenes that requires no skill or coordination, and there's next to no customization. The game starts off promising, but even as low as level 10 it feels half finished. Don't waste your time, Pokémon GO it's far better developed and doesn't kill your Pokémon.

Can’t open app for the last 2 weeks because of how sad it is. This app is really fun and gives you an easy way to work towards a goal, I loved it. But after 2 Magikarp dying I can’t even open the app anymore because it’s so sad. The amount of work and effort I put into the last one just for it to get eaten, I feel really traumatized by this. I feel like it would be better if there were a pay-to-Save-your-magikarp option after your magikarp died because then you have a choice about whether or not to save its life and it would be less traumatic.

I like this game. So to start out this game wasn’t made by NIANTIC (the creators of Pokémon go and the DS Pokémon games including the Nintendo switch let’s go evee let’s go pickachu) Although it could be interesting to see what version they would make. On the contrary I do like the game, the concept, the over all fact that it is fun. I recommend this game to Pokémon lovers and haters although don’t understand the haters. But that’s besides the point. And that’s why I give this game five stars also it isn’t overblown with adds sooo that is even more of a reason to get it.

OMG!!!. OMG!! I was looking for a Pokémon game because those are my favorite! After I found this game I guessed I would give it a try. After 5 minutes of playing it I thought it was the most weirdest game ever. But I kept on playing it! After an hour it was not the but one of the most funnest games ever!! The idea of Magikarp jumping high based on its origin is awesome 👏! The store is also 😎 cool! And Magikarp’s out of any Pokémon is awesome! I recommend you guys to get this game if you like Pokémon!

Love this game! But I have a really bad glitch. I’ve been playing this game and I adore it! But sadly I just got this glitch where my screen is completely covered in the food my magikarp is supposed to eat. If I try to eat it, it just doesn’t work. And my training points aren’t recovering when I click on piplup despite the little lightbulb above it’s head. And pikachu’s ability doesn’t work either! I really wish this could be fixed Incase it happens to anyone else :(

Not really pokémon. I thought this would be as cool as it was in the tv show but once I started it wasn’t. Your Magikarp for some reason has a level cap which isn’t in Pokémon(sure have to keep earning badges in order for them to obey but no level cap). And then the random encounters are super easy when first starting the game nothing happens and a majority of the time you earn extra JP(jump power). I don’t maybe it’s because I get attached to pokémon and want to train them all the way to lvl100 but honestly it’s not really pokémon. good game if you have 6 times during the day to level up your magikarp catch a new one after they max out and can’t finish the league but just not my cup of poketea.

I love the game!. So, I’m completely addicted to this game and can’t stop playing! It’s cool how you get different Magikarp (even though they don’t exist!) that you fish up. I always laugh and cry when it’s only a little away to beat the other Magikarp. The only part I don't like about the game is that when I do the great league, it’s 29 JP, then 60 JP on each level. It’s really annoying! I also like the little Easter eggs and secrets like evolving Magikarp, Voltorb frying Magikarp,(I got sad) etc! Thank you for this game!
