Don’t do it. The company will take your money, it will take months for you to get your items (if you get them at all), and it takes weeks for a refund to come back to you. I ordered three items around March 5th. I was under the impression I’d receive those items in 8-10 business days as I was told when I picked my delivery method. Meanwhile, two of the three items were delivery the second week of May. The third item is still MIA somewhere. When I contacted Customer Support they said they were out of that dress despite me having already paid for it. I asked when it would be back in stock and they said they hoped this week. Even if it came back in stock they said it would be two to three weeks for me to receive it. Two to three weeks longer for a dress that I was supposed to have received in mid March. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience.

Very disappointed. I’ve shopped with Rosegal for about a year now spent a lot of money on this company never had a problem. Two months ago as a matter fact September 25 my birthday I ordered myself some things which I never got it took me almost 3 months for any kind of help Rosegal offered me no solution except for the give me a quarter of my money back saying I had no insurance which they lost the item in China somewhere never evenGot to America horrible horrible company worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life very rude people negative attitudes I had a bunch of friends that were shopping at this company and they are stop shop in there now because they were such a horrible person to me more than one person all their customer service sucked

Cute clothes BUT.... I wasn’t aware of the 10-25 day timeframe for shipping until after I placed my order. I’ve ordered 6 items which I’m still waiting for that have all been shipped at different times so I have to wait to wear a complete outfit. There isn’t an option to expedite shipping at an additional cost either. I had a concern regarding my order and submitted an inquiry thru the app. I received a confirmation email that my inquiry had been received however I still haven’t received a reply. So that is a bit frustrating also. The company advertises on Instagram all of the time which is why I downloaded the app. This is my first time placing an order an unfortunately will be the last time. I’ll just have to find cute clothes elsewhere. Thanks anyway though! I’m still excited to get my items whenever they arrive.

Website not updated. I ordered a dress almost 3 weeks ago. It never told me that they were out of that specific dress. I ordered it and a week later noticed it was still processing. I contacted them and they told me the dress was on back order and They will get more in between 7 to 15 business days. Like I said it has been now three weeks and they still don’t have my address in stock. So I went and found a different dress and asked to exchange, before I ordered it I asked them to check to see if that one was in stock because it showed all the sizes were in stock and I did not want to wait another three weeks for the dress. The person informed me that once again this dress was out of stock. So I asked for my money back because I have to find a dress by a certain date for my anniversary. They really need to update their website and keep everybody informed of certain dresses that are out of stock.

Not worth it. I was excited to try Rosegal, as it’s been promoted as a plus size clothing app. The only thing I saw about returning was on the first page, it said returns within 30 days. Didn’t mention any exclusions. The biggest size available in the swimsuit I wanted was XL, kinda strange for a plus size app. So I get the swimsuit, and now I look at it and I see where the measurements were, that’s my fault for not reading the measurements. I see when it ships it comes from China and I think here we go it’s not going to work, bc their sizing is much different. So I get it within 30 days (doesn’t fit) and I try to contact them for returns, and of course they don’t do returns on swimwear. I scoured the app and finally found where that policy was hiding, under account information. The full return policy Should be on the front page, not one stating returns within 30 days if that’s not the whole truth. I gave it two stars because it did come and bc the measurements were there I just didn’t see them.

My orders. I understand it could take a while for my order, however they sent half of my order with no information about the other items I have not received. In addition to that my second shipment has been sorted but has been sitting in a warehouse. When I tried to question it I get the run around with a phone number that won’t dial or connect. My order was ordered on the 4th said it has been shipped out but has been sitting since the 7th. Here it is the 17th and no one has even reported any information except it takes time. So why alert me it is shipped out if you’re going to hold it in a warehouse? The service is horrible because no one can help me or talk to me. I’m understanding but when I ordered things just for it to sit in a warehouse, with no explanation; I do not like that

Stay away!. Do NOT SHOP HERE! They will lie to you about shipping timeframes and also lie about their resolutions. Customer service is scripted and they only show reviews that also look staged! Do your research online. They agreed to a resolution and later stated they would not keep their word! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Even after I post this review the app developer responds with bs... your customer service team lied and then refused to stick to their word! Your products are of poor quality and I will be pursuing this issue! It looks like there are plenty of dissatisfied customers who you all have practiced unfair business with and some of your reviews are clearly scripted! I have asked to speak with the legal department and I will get is continued scripted responses! Businesses such as these should not be able to victimize consumers and should be banned from doing business!

SCAM APP. This company advertises non-stock items... without ever informing you. They’ll take your money quick, but several weeks later your order is still "processing", and so you haven’t received a thing. Contacting them only produces their “sincere apologies”, but does absolutely nothing to fix the problem. It’s time to get the Attorney General's office involved, for the fraudulent practices of this scamming vehicle. By the way, scroll through the reviews, and your see literally hundreds of 1-star reviews, from people saying they were ripped-off. Also, read the Developer's responses to all of those complaints. It’s the same 3 scripted responses, used over and over and over again. This company is in China, and knows how to scam Americans, and take their money.

Customer service. Don’t bother bc they don’t answer your e mails I got a hold of someone on the im they said to e mail them .... they do not answer these it said with in 24 hrs .... I don’t think they know when 24 hrs is they had a Facebook coupon if you invited three friends and they excepted and download it and open the app get five dollars for each one I only got credit for one I got a hold of an instant message person who said to email the problem for which I did the coupon says it’ll be there with in 24 hours it was not me so the answer your email within 24 hours it’s been a week I was waiting on this coupon to order a dress I wanted and now the dress is gone up three dollarsSince I put it in my cart they sent me an email saying my cart was going to expire that’s why I contacted tried to contact them I don’t answer emails and customer service stinks so I gave two stars because I did order one dress fits pretty good little big but least I got it on it’s a pretty dress I got a lot of compliments so for my daughter materials a bit then though

Not what I expected but still nice. The shipping takes a little long and tracking didn’t work for the longest time but I did receive all my items. The material they were made out of is very lightweight and sheer and definitely a cheaper material but overall I thought it looked good. They run a little large. I wish I ordered a size down on all my items but 1. The customer service is non existent so you can’t exchange them unless you want to go through a painful, long and irritating process with automated messages and you covering overseas shipping. They offer a keep the item and receive 20% refund so if you don’t want to do all that to ship it back you can at least get some money back.

The only place I shop for clothes!. I’m very picky when it comes to picking out my clothes and don’t even like to shop at the mall because I can never find anything I like. I got advertised some dresses on Instagram and decided to download the app to look at the clothes. I was surprised to see how cheap everything was and how cute the clothes were so I decided to buy a few dresses and shirts seeing as you can return the clothes with your money back. I noticed that the shipping took pretty long so I was also surprised to find that expedited shipping was only $1.89 more. Then, I noticed the tracking wasn’t working so I got worried until after the 3rd day, it said delivered! The clothes were exactly as expected. I will say, you get what you pay for. The material is a little cheap and one of the dresses had a small hole in one of the pockets. BUT overall, I LOVE the clothes. The sizing for everything was perfect, the clothes were very cute, and everything was comfortable! I recommended this app to all my friends and family and have started buying all my clothes here!

Great place to find cute clothes that fit. ROSEGAL was originally just another clothing app for me. So I made my first purchase and hoped that the clothes would 1 actually come, and 2 would be like pictured. When they came the clothes were great! I ordered a few blouses and a dress and all came just as listed. One piece of clothing didn’t fit and customer service was quick and happy to help me return it! I recommend this app, they really try their best to make your experience great. All the sales they have, buy one get one, and whatnot happen often too so it’s great for a good deal too!

Excited. I’m constantly looking through this and making lists of what I’m wanting. A couple glitches here and there but overall excellent service and easy to find items! My go to app for timeless style. I recently discovered RoseGal while looking for something to wear to my husbands company Christmas party. The clothing is super stylish and the selection, no matter the size, is plentiful and full of variety! I love the fact that, most of the items, can be dressed up or down! Also, they offer a variety of Styles, not just trendy clothing. I thought I would have a hard time finding something dressy, but not too dressy. Once I opened the RoseGal app, problem solved!!! I found those classic looks that are timeless, and that’s what I was looking for. Trends are fun, but quality, timeless styles are my go to for a special occasion!

ROSEGAL is awesome.. I adore this app and the clothes on here. I’ve ordered a couple of times and the products are top quality. The app is easy to use and fast. Customer support is amazing. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’m very picky about clothes. These are beautiful well made and so comfy. Takes a little bit to get the order but it is in China. It’s so worth the wait. The only con I have is the tracking you can’t track like the US and that takes getting use too. But all in all love ROSEGAL.

Best app!. I really love this app and the people from the customer service are so awesome and patient. They have been able to contact right away and can always help me. I already ordered three dresses from them and they were beautiful. My third item didn’t in with my other two orders and I was worried so I contacted the customer service and they told me it was out of stock (it wasn’t when I ordered it) but they said I could wait, get a refund or change it for another one. I decided to wait and it was worth it because as soon as it was back on stock I got my dress. You have to be patient and understanding about the people who work for this company because they have to answer to everyone who uses this. Not everyone will be as lucky as me but I really do recommend this app. Thank you Rosegal for your amazing service. Will totally be buying more things! 💕

Sizing is ridiculously bad but they clothes are oh so cute!. I was so excited about the styles - they are so cute. I was very excited that their tops were cut for an hourglass figure, which typically is difficult to find. There was so many items I had planned to purchase. I usually wear an XL or 1X in plus size tops (38 DDD bust, 30” waistline and 40” hips). I was ordering everything in an XL and thought I’d better double check the size chart. Are you kidding me! Their size 2X is equivalent to US size 12. Furthermore, they don’t even offer larger sizes for anyone who could possible be larger then a size 12 - which would be the majority of the population! First I have to say, I don’t care what the # is for the size. If it fits, then it’s my size. They could call it fat lady size for all I care - I just want something that actually fits. But for them to advertise that a 2X is equal to a US size 12??? In what mind frame does this make any sense? I’m so glad I checked but at the same time I’m so sad that they don’t make these super cute styles in sizes that would actually fit most people!

Do not recommend.. I was super excited to purchase from Rosegal because they have some very cute things. I ordered two pieces of Lingerie. One came in fine, a few loose strings on the lace, but otherwise fine. The other item, however was absolutely AWFUL. It was a black nightie type of thing with a thing bottom and the top had two long tears going down half the length of it and the bottoms had one leg hole that was MUCH smaller than the other and also MUCH too small to fit a leg in. I can’t even return the items even though I can’t wear them because they don’t accept lingerie returns. I tried to leave a review and 1. The comment section says you can use 3000 characters but when you go to submit it you get a pop up that tells you to use no more than 140 characters and 2. I couldn’t even submit the review because it always says ‘failed’ when you push the button. I am extremely disappointed and I highly recommend not downloading. I’ve had better luck with Wish.

Worst customer service ever. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They took my money right away that was no problem. But getting my stuff to me? Lol it’s been over a month. And every time I try to contact them there is no phone number and if I talk to the chat they tell me to issue a ticket. I have issued many, and get no response even though they say they will answer within 24-48 hours. They gave me a tracking number for my package and according to the tracking, it’s been in California for 3 weeks. Rosegal said they would contact fedex and ask why it hasn’t shipped to me yet. Finally after a week I called fedex myself and they said rosegal has only made a label. No package yet. Liars!! This company is a scam and they refuse to give me my money back!! Don’t buy from them!!

Highly recommend. This app is awesome. I have purchased items from ROSEGAL and I was not disappointed. Being a young plus size girl I always find it hard to find stylish clothes that are true to size. Well this this app really changed my confidence. I used to shop plus size stores and the styles were always older women’s styles. My outfits made it look like I was shopping out of my grandmother’s closet. 😆 I absolutely love this app and glad I found it. I highly recommend ROSEGAL to all women that are looking for quality stylish clothes at a great price.

This app is amazing. I was having such are hard time finding clothes that fit and cover the appropriate areas since I’ve gained a lot of weight the last year. I was having such a hard time finding clothes that make me feel comfortable and enables me to hide my apron belly that causes many insecurities when I have to wear clothes that don’t cover but this app gives me so many options to choose from that doesn’t cost an arm and leg. I haven’t made a purchase yet but the moment I have the extra funds I’ll start building up my new and improved wardrobe. I have no complaints about this app currently. Thanks

Having.. I bought 5 dresses from this company. I got X Large, I usually don’t wear that large of a size. However I figured I would order size larger than I wear, they are to small. I have contacted the company and it seems like to me they are giving me a cat and mouse game. Do this do that they say, but then they do not tell you how to get the forms you need. I just wish they would send me what I need to do and not have all this run around. I really like one of the dresses. But it’s to small. And the others dresses are nice but just too small. So if you order from this company make sure you buy a couple of sizes bigger. Because it is hard to get them to answer their phone and to get the information you need to send them back.

Amazing. So a plus size girl and I absolutely love the styles and it’s amazing because they’re not tents or usual styles you see in the plus size department they’re fashionable clothes they are absolutely amazing the material is quality and the prices you definitely cannot beat for those girls that know that they are plus size girls and I mean anyone from a tenant up that they consider plus size these days this app is amazing and the clothes are pretty beautiful and just the right price to keep you in style

Go literally anywhere else. Had the absolute worst time with this. They'll send even just one item out if you select expedited shipping just so they can tell you it was sent within the expected time frame. Never mind any of your other order; that'll take a month or so to actually receive. When you go to get help from their customer service they just literally read from a script. There's no actual help, just what they read from their script and screenshot. Spoke to two different guys, Salazar and Ishmael. Salazar literally read from a script, disappeared for about 15-20 minutes (so long that the thing asked if I was still there), and would not actually ever stray from the script. Ishmael at least strayed from it a little when I was trying to get help. He didn't disappear for a long period of time. Either way I'd honestly try to get your things from another place. You'll just wait a month (or more according to some reviews) before you actually receive anything.

Near impossible to return. I had bought a few items and all but one had fit me. I could not figure out how to return it so I reached out to ROSEGAL but never heard back. This was about a month ago, so I should have heard by now. Great clothing, just hope you don’t need to return anything. Update, after leaving this review, they reached out to me and told me that since it has been over a month, I am unable to return my item. If I had taken a screen shot of the screen when I reached out to prove I had reached out within 30 days then they may have been able to return the item. I will not be shipping here again, as I don’t want to take the chance I have to return something and not be able to again.

Went through the refund process and everything. I’ve only ordered about 8 things through Rosegal and did run into some trouble with a certain dress. I followed the return information as follows and had an okay experience. It does take a day for the company to respond, but since I was sent the wrong item they gave me my money back and allowed me to keep the wrong item. I was quite worried ordering from Rosegal due to issues like this, but I am satisfied with the way they handled this return. Also everything so ordered fit to the sizing chart as well so I had no trouble in sizing. Though somethings maybe don’t look as good on me when they get here, I feel that is just apart of the risk of shopping online.

Great fashion for a great price!. I have been ordering from ROSEGAL for a while now and they have yet to disappoint!! Prices are great shipping is fast and the clothing is great! They have a variety of sizes and styles to cater to every size woman! I have purchased tops, bottoms, swimsuits and accessories and have gotten so many compliments when I wear them out! I have referred many friends and family to shop with Rosegal, their only complaint is that I didn’t tell them about it sooner!!! I will continue to purchase from them in the future!

Poorly updated, lousy customer service, misleading sales.. Items that are not available are still advertised. There is a tunic I wanted to get and saw it on Facebook thinking it was supposedly restocked, but after I pressed the shop button, there was not button to add to my cart. All I saw was it said Find Similar Items on the bottom—that was hella frustrating. They need to stop being misleading on advertising on items they don’t have. I look at the item prices, some of these don’t look like they were even worth $40 bucks and supposedly marked down to sale prices. This website is almost exactly like Shein, Zaful, and Romwe—same layout, and similar clothing—so be careful shopping on those websites too, but they have better discounts than this site. Their customer service is a bit better, but still not worth the hassle—just stick to legit brands or in-store retailers.

I love this company!. I always like to shop around and get the best deal on clothing. I used dress lily for a while but then discovered rosegal. They have the same, if not a larger selection than dress lily does and they ship WAY faster. I typically receive orders in two weeks or less!!! The quality of the clothing is pretty good, I can’t complain about anything I have received from them. This app is so easy to use. It’s very user friendly as different departments are categorized very well so you can find clothing for whoever you are shopping for with a click of a button. I definitely recommend it over using the website.

Buyers beware!!! Don’t bother wasting your money here!!!. I really wish I had read the reviews before I placed my order! I placed an order that was supposed to be expedited shipping only to receive 1/2 of order about 3 weeks later, the other half took over 5 weeks to be delivered. The quality of the materials was awful! The items I received looked nothing like the pictures on the site!!! The size/fit ridiculous- the items were so large it was laughable! I tried to cancel the remaining order after the first delivery but they wouldn’t let me. Then comes the most ridiculous return process. I reckon it’s their way of discouraging people from returning things. I personally don’t have any more time or patience to waste on this whole experience, so I’ll consider my money wasted and this shopping experience a lesson learnt! I was excited when I found this website but after my experience I feel am being extremely generous giving you a 1 star! Never shopping here again!

Unhappy. I ordered something for my wife and got it expedited shipping which says would be delivered within 3 to 7 business days in hopes it would get here by Christmas....my order is still processing and it’s been 10 days..they were pretty quick to take my money though. I contacted them via Facebook messenger on Monday the 17th to check why my order was still processing, they didn’t replied until the next day saying that they would check on my order for me if I would give them the order number. I replied right back and haven’t heard back from them yet. But yet at the top of messenger it says they usually reply in minutes. I’m very unhappy with the way this business is being ran, and if I don’t get my money back or if I don’t get my order then maybe this review will help people think twice about purchasing from this company.

I ordered three items. I ordered these items on sept 5th. And I was told on 15th it was in New Jersey. I’m still waiting for it to leave New Jersey. I contacted Rose gal. They proceeded to blame it on my address, the post office, or me having it. When I responded that post office didn’t have it, the address was correct, and they told me it’ll be another 7-10 days to find out where it is. If this site would’ve been legit I was planning buying more from them. Now I don’t care if the clothes show up tomorrow, I’m not buying another item from them. Buyer beware. If you want nice clothes, buy from bloom chic. I bought a jumpsuit from them. It’s super cute, very well made and they have plus sizes and it usually arrives in a week or two

Clothing and size very unhappy customer! 😢😢😢😢😢. Never order from this company please, I ordered my size and it was still too big and they are wanting me to pay to have it shipped back to exchange for a smaller size. I have also had a problem with receiving my order they keep telling me that almost everything I ordered is out of stock, so I called and replaced the items with something else and was told it would be shipped out immediately & now there telling me the same thing that it’s out of stock I will never order from them again! They do not match to the American size believe me! I will only order from company’s in the US. I even paid for priority mail and it’s still been a month and they will not give you any discounts.

Horrible Service. I regret ever doing business with this company. The return process is ridiculous. Most items shipped from China, poor quality and fit. After numerous emails and escalating my refund request the process took longer than a month. I was given a hard time because they post measurements but as well all know not everyones body is the same!!! I felt inadequate and in the wrong when all I wanted to do is return clothing that did not fit properly and of cheap quality. They had no problem charging my credit card and then an extra charge for an international transaction! But when it came time to return I was given the run around. Do not do business with them and save yourself a huge headache! Never again!!!

My opinion. So far I have only ordered 3 things and that was bathing suits they all fit me just fine I’m a plus size girl so I just read the comments and I got my size that I normally wear and they fit I wish they would let you mix and match tops and bottoms I don’t have very big breasts but I have a big booty and hips so I do need a bigger size but overall I am satisfied I paid extra for the faster shipping and they got here in time before my vacation I haven’t wore them just tried all of them on and I’m excited to be wearing them!!

Still waiting. I placed an order on April 29th 2020 and I still have not received my order try to talk to customer service online and all the can say is it will be here soon but ups says they are still waiting on the order so not sure what is going on this is my first time ordering from them and may possibly be my last. Update May 22 got my order and I am highly disappointed they sent me what I thought was pants but it’s more like the silky pj pants you buy from Walmart and there is no button or zippers and no cuts in the pants it’s and pictures I wish I could put up pictures but I can not figure out how to do it and their is no button to post pics so I guess all I can say is Beware of this place it’s not worth the price Update may 28th well I got the pants I ordered of course but I’m still waiting on my top that I ordered on April 28th 😡

Some great, some awful. I ordered 2 bras and 2 shirts. I made sure to use the size charts because you definitely need to pay attention! The bras were soooo wonky that I couldn’t wear them and unless you have two boobs in the 6 inch center of your chest they won’t fit anyone lol, could return them but I’ll probably just throw them away because they were only $5 each. But the shirts fit and look amazing on me!! I’m short and fat, so shopping for clothes is rarely fun. I wear a 1x normally and according to the website I needed to order 3x from them. I actually have trendy, cute clothes because of this website!! I’m about to order again, I finally am able to wear things besides fat old lady tops!!

Unhappy customer. I order six items and only received four of them. I waited a while to see if the company was going to send me an updated as to when the other two items were going to arrive and I never received a message. When I contacted customer service the first time they claim they would send me a message in my email when my items were shipped. More then two weeks went by and still no email! I contacted them a second time and told them I wanted a refund for the items I never received. They claim it takes 7 to 14 days for a refund! It didn’t take them that long to take the money off my card! This is bad business!

Worst costumer service. This app has the worst costumer service I’ve ever seen. In order to return items (that were too big and had low quality), you are required to exchange several messages on their website, pay for it to be mailed back to them and basically beg for your refund to go back on your credit card. I’m still trying to get my refund even though they received the items back 10 days ago! After I requested my refund on my credit card, they said it was fine. Now they keep telling me that I will have my refund on the wallet on the app. I don’t want it on their app, I will NEVER buy anything from their app again. And worst, after I sent a message last night pointing out that had said it was okay for me to have my refund on my credit card on a previous message, they DELETED the whole message history from their server. I would recommend to run from this app if you don’t want a headache.

Overall very satisfied. I love the Rosegal app! Easy to shop on. Shipping takes a bit, but I am East Coast USA. Still though I have had worse lead times on local vendors. Clothes are decent quality for the price and so are definitely better than others. My only complaint is the tops made out of material that has no stretch to it from my experience have very skinny arms. I have tried a few different ones with same results. Lesson learned!! Still plenty of options to choose from!! Happy I found Rosegal and do recommend to friends!

Disappointed as of late. Order several swimming suits as I do every year for the past three years about December ish. Usually no problem getting them by the time vacation coming in February yeah plan on longer then normal shipping times This year they split my shipment in two packages great no problem there. Only after two month only one showed up. Customer support was notified said wait until a date well passed vacation. Super disappointed but it was tolerated you know covid and all ((rolling eyes)). I am still waiting on a refund of swimming suits I have not received. They were better with results prior to the pandemic.

Horrific return policy/customer service rep. Never again will I order from this site. The return policy is so outrageous. I called to see if I can get a return / exchange order in process because the size was too big. The first rep I spoke to said I had to send an email along w the order number along with pictures of all the items I’m returning. Waste of time! And really I think it’s their way for us to not return the items and for folks to deal with it. Sorry not me. So I went and let them know this process was awful and there needs to be a better way. The rep then hung up on me thinking that was going to stop me but it didn’t, so I called back and got a nice gentleman. He said a picture was not needed just the explanation of the return and order number. Still though, this process is dumb. I been in the customer service field and never heard I had to email someone to return the item, what’s the point of having anyone on the phone line??What a disappointment. I never want to deal with these people ever again. I’ll stick with the Rainbow clothing store, at least I can return right at the store. If I could a zero to the first rep I spoke too I would because she does not deserve the 1.

Not bad over all. The app itself is very easy to use I just wish that the clothing sizing was easier to understand. The first time I ordered I ordered everything way to big and returning was a hassle. I needed up not doing it and just giving my sister in law all the stuff I bought. They have nice stuff but the plus size sizing is not easy to follow because it changes with every item. I just wish they had an easier return or exchange option other than us having to pay for shipping.

Horrible wait time for anything and everything. I can understand having to wait for an order. Not a problem. However, somewhere between me submitting my order and it being delivered, my address was messed up (I live in an apartment building). The day my order was meant to be delivered, I never received a call or anything asking about the address. I waited a day or two more and checked the status. There was a new message that popped up saying my order was being returned to sender. I contacted both the shipping company and rosegal. The shipping company told me they were actually not in charge of my order (contrary to what Rosegal had as the carrier for the order), and when I contacted Rosegal, I was simply told it would take an addition 7-10 days to find out where my order is now. I am still waiting on my order and the order was placed a month ago if not longer. 😖 responses to issues should be handled much quicker. When I finally get my order, I will not be ordering from them again.

Wish I can give no stars to this. I can’t track my item I don’t know where it’s at I don’t know if I’m ever going to get it I wasted money worthless never doing this again I rather try my odds on craigslist or a dumpster where is my item I ordered it on the third and haven’t heard anything other than it was sent to FedEx that’s the last thing and the only thing I’ve heard where is the updates the tracking number does not go to anything nothing no help no nothing just literally nothing I get it it’s coming from China but won’t I get some kind of update other than the one thing that keeps showing up over and over and over just say it sent to FedEx that keep popping up it’s popped up like 15 times and that’s the only thing that shows up like what the hell

Amazing!. I love ROSEGAL! They always have cute clothes, but if you find one you absolutely love, don’t wait bc they can sell out quickly! I’ve learned that the hard way but they never fail to have new and more cute clothing available. The clothes run a bit smaller than the sizes I’m used to which is why I order 2 sizes up, but the clothes are just as pictured! Customer service is amazing and will do everything they can to help if something isn’t right on your order. I would recommend ROSEGAL to anyone and everyone! The App is easy to use and very simple! All around love it!

I love rosegal!. I’ve had rosegal for a few years now…initially I was hesitant cause I wasn’t sure how legitimate it was but I’m glad I took a chance…they have such a huge selection in clothing you’re likely to find a lot of unique stuff for all different styles and sizes the prices are usually fair and there’s almost always coupons and their items usually send out by the next day and they deliver within a decent time frame. I highly recommend..

Swimsuits. The swimsuits are WAY too big when you order standard American sizes. I ordered two suits, paid extra for early shipping and they were enormous on me. I did find a family member who could wear them so I sold them to her. I ordered three more to replace those in a smaller size and they were too BIG. I contacted ROSEGAL and in small print they say you can’t return swimwear. I now have almost $80 tied up in three swimsuits I cannot wear. Great. Unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be a way to measure correctly because the swimsuits are not compatible. My suggestion... don’t order any swimwear unless you like to play roulette.

Still waiting on two ideas tht was to be delivered on the 7th July very very not please at all I dnt feel the ideas was quality all I want to do was return the ideas for a refund now I have clothes tht dnt work for me!!! Terrible business practices. I ordered an item through their site and noticed it’s been over 3 weeks and still nothing arrived. I called in to speak to guy that claim his name is “jam” refused to provide an company ID. His constant reply was its company policy. I asked what state they are in and he replied he can’t tell me because it’s company policy. I’m very suspicious now. I asked for a supervisor and his reply was they are all on vacation. I asked if the call is being recorded he said yes. I asked for him to create a claim number and he replied he can’ ***** company policy. Any thing I asked about the company he refused to answer. He couldn’t tell me when my items would arrive either. I than asked for a refund and he hung up on me. Now when I call back there’s no answer

Be The Change. I love the style of clothing! This aligns with my style 10000% !!! However, I will never be able to purchase anything from here. I am an xxs-s and that’s okay. I love that you have sizes for plus size women, it started a chain of much needed events in stores changing their sizes to fit others, not all, and some not enough. But it set fire to companies. But what makes a great company is one that HAS NO size restrictions. From the smallest sizes - to the largest sizes with an option to customize the size if need be. You want to change the world of fashion? Show that all sizes are beautiful, that all sizes are welcomed. Because as wonderful as you are and the things this company did for women is outstanding but you’re still in a way shaming those who are not a certain size, and that’s not okay. Prove to the fashion industry that a company can cater to everyone regardless of gender or size.

Great app and great clothing!. The ROSEGAL app is really amazing. When you first sign up you get $110 in savings (separated out) when you purchase your orders within a certain time frame before the coupons expire. The app allows you to browse through sales that are currently on and see the clothing that’s included in each sale. It also allows you to choose clothing based on regular sizes or plus size and then you can choose more categories within that such as tops, dresses, swim suits etc. You can also see your previous orders to make sure you don’t buy the same clothing twice (unless you want to, which I’ve done because I love some of the tops that much).

Great product!. I just looked at the size chart, went with the size that fit me (I’m a XL usually) but I’m plus size I was the large. Everything fit perfectly

Great place for clothes!. I recently decided to do a wardrobe refresh and got a few tops from Rosegal to start with. I was really impressed with the styles, cuts and quality of the clothes. Now most of my tops are from them. Even though some of the tops are a little big on me, they’re still very flattering and I’m happy. The clothes are well made and have a high end vibe to them but are way more affordable and you get lots of ways to save even more. I can honestly say Rosegal’s clothes have been a big part of a really positive change within myself. I’ve never seen myself look this way before. Thank you so much, Rosegal!

Poor service. Apps ok but difficult to use. They sell things that they don’t have in stock (it says it is in stock when you pay for it) for ‘deals’ then try to make you pay full price when you have to get a replacement for a shirt they didn’t have in stock. This problem took about 4 months to get settled and the customer service agent was no help and not friendly at all. Became so stressful that I have since deleted my account and will never buy from them again. I also openly warn anyone who asks about the service I had and caution them to be careful if they are purchasing anything. They also change their prices on products to benefit them at specific times then use the excuse that ‘it came from China so we work with the exchange’. Seems to be a bit sketchy business practices.

I got it through Rosegal!!. I have the most fun holiday hoodies from Rosegal! They are my go to for hoodies, especially the 3D print ones! Comfort and I love the bright colours! Everyone always asks me where I get such original clothes...I got it through Rosegal!!

Really Great! But…. It’s a great site for many clothing options and the prices are decent but like all American sites it tells you something is $9.99 but in Canada or anywhere else it’s actually $12.99 or whatever the exchange rate is for them, which seems unfair but it is what it is. Also they’re sizing is a little off so check your measurements but otherwise it’s really great! I definitely do and will recommend this App to everyone!!!

Great app for women’s ware. I’ve had this app for a while and have order quite a few times. Sizes usually match Canadian sizes, I always check the ratings first. They have plus sizes available as well. I find their return/customer service is great, it might take a day or two to hear back due to the time difference.

Terrible app. I was so excited to downloaded this app only to have it crash every single time I use it and empty my shopping cart. For that reason I am deleting it and will not be purchasing anything from this site.

What customer service?. I have had this app for quite some time and have used it often. I was trying to place an order, went to the step to enter a coupon code and there is no place to enter one. Only to use a coupon ‘robot’ which does not have the coupon I want to use. I have called the number close to a dozen times, you go straight into music, no explanation as to who you’ve called so you hope it’s the right number. The system hung up on me 7 times before I received a recording that they were not available to take my call and to leave a message. My order expires now in less than an hour… Less than impressed and they are about to loose out on a rather large order. Not happy

Refund. I ordered 5 minutes later cancelled and that was April 27th. I had to go and get all the information for the transit number to name of PayPal account it was paid into and still have to wait for them to decide if I should get MY Money back

CAD shopper. I find that there are some really nice clothing designs to choose from. The sizing is pretty close to the Canadian/ American standards. I do find the prices to be slightly high and the return policy kinda sucks. (Essentially if something doesn’t fit you have the option to pay out of pocket to return to a warehouse in the USA) Shipping time is decent being it comes from China. I would also like to see more cotton for pants versus that ugly stretchy elastase stuff. Overall I would shop with them again but definitely not a large purchase in case anything needs returned. (My last order only two of the 7 items were keepers so you can imagine the money lost)

COMPLETE DISSATISFACTION. I am completely dissatisfied and I am getting the run around. I have three orders one order has not shown up after like 9 weeks from being shipped in early October. The other orders placed in November support is telling me we’re delivered to my front door yet I haven’t received anything. No one will call me to discuss o get the run around in emails refusing to refund my money and also telling me their customer support manages and supervisors have no means of calling via a telephone. I am going to the better business bureau and seek legal advice because they have $470 of mine, I’ve received no product and they refuse to send me a refund so I’m completely upset that they claim their customer satisfaction is very important yet they continue to screw me over. Boycott this company they will continue to screw over people like me if we do t ban together.

Beautiful Clothing. I love when there’s an app available. There are some beautiful options on Rosegal, which is usually such a challenge for plus size. We like cute clothes too! Rosegal goes up to 5x on most shirts so big girls can look cute too. I would just recommend reading the sizing charts and knowing your measurements. Just like in any store, the size changes with the shirts/materials. I love this store for its options, but the shipping and customer service is seriously slow, so if you’re not in a rush and you’re certain about sizes, give it a try.

Great app great site. I love this app. Makes it easier to get what I want when I am somewhere that I have no access to a computer. It’s very easy to navigate and very easy to use. I feel it’s very secure. Would recommend this app. Also love Rosegal one of my favorite places to shop. Terrible customer service and false advertising. I’ve seen ads for rose gal for sometime now. Well decided to finally give them a try. Well I ordered two off shoulder tops well I received the shirts, color and print was correct but they were tshirts which was not what I ordered by the listing. Attempted to contact them and they were extremely rude said we will email you in 24 hours and nothing more. That was via their chat. So I called. Was put on hold by the automated system. I let that sit on hold for two hours! No one ever anserwed. Beware of these people. Also everything is spandex and very cheaply made considering how high it’s all priced.

Love Rosgal. At 258 lbs, it was extremely difficult to find cute clothes that fit right. Especially online. I hated shopping in store, too embarrassing, and it was exhausting. Rosgal helped me feel confident again, and enjoy dressing nice. So easy to shop and everything is great quality and true to size. Since finding Rosgal, I’ve lost 75 lbs. and I’m still able to find the cutest clothes!

Don’t waste your time. I ordered a shirt and a coat from this app, I followed the size guide and both are to tight. I also ordered a coat for my mother in law I got told that they were unavailable and asked if I wanted a refund I said yes I would. I then got a message letting me know they would be available for order the next week and if I would rather do that so I told them yes please. I showed a picture of the coat to my mother in law because it was a Christmas present. I checked a few weeks ago and it says refund on the status of my order I checked my bank account the money has not been refunded. I have sent a couple of messages and no reply. Terrible customer service

Affordable clothing. I’ve been using this app for over 2 years and I just love their clothes. Affordable and easy to maneuver through the app. Just make sure you have your right size. Sometimes they are not true to the size. Follow the size chart for reference. Also make sure you give them enough time to deliver, May take more the. 3 weeks to arrive. ROSE GAL = HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. Backordered items that were purchased — I was never contacted I had to beg for them! NEVER AGAIN Be careful this place is a joke. I have ordered from them and had nothing but problems. After paying for the order you get one item here ... one item there the backordered items are not promised you just have to wait see if they get more and getting the items canceled and refunded is impossible! I am so frustrated and just completely fed up with this joke of a place. It’s sad too because the clothes appear to be cute! Read the reviews on the app... I’m not the only Rosegal Customer with a terrible experience! They pass the issue off to this person and that person I constantly hear oh I’m sorry I can’t help with that but ill send the contact info for someone who can! Just create a ticket! BULL!! This is a complete scam. They send ya a little here and there in hopes to keep you on the hook. It’s simple! Just use a different company to purchase items from!

His it shipped of am I scamed. Ordered 1st give few days say 4th they get the order. I keep looking at tracking not much has change. I paid on the 1 it says been in fedex since the 5th so no tracking after that. I think this site just took my money and ran with it. I can not physically get in contact with someone. I work for my $ and places like this take it and have no issues in doing! No way its been with fedex 6 days not to get the package-shipped. It is looking like I would love to shopt with yall not so much now. I will never see the outfit or my $ should have known it was a rip off page my stupid. I will stick with in the states stores!

Great place to start shopping if you are MTF Trans. Arguably one of the most new user-friendly interfaces and greatest variety of plus-sized women's clothing I have seen thus far. The size charts were something I had to get used to and a lot of the stuff I was willing to drop money on were sold out unfortunately, but at least these prices are pretty cheap for a lot of the stuff and they have a pretty lucrative rewards system and plenty of chances for free coupons. Highly recommend.

Disappointed. Gave it a try but was still kind of unsure of buying clothing without being able to touch it see it or feel it. I browsed through many dresses I like and saved then for future purchase once I received my first item. I ordered a black dress with an embroidered design. Looked very nice in the picture. Once I received the dress the embroidered design looked like it was glued on and the dress looked uneven. There was also a large piece of the dress that the person who stitched it together missed. So the dress arrived with two pieces not sewn. Guess I wont be ordering what I have saved in my cart

I thought.... I’ve been seeing commercials all over social media about this company. Thought I’d give it a shot. I bought 3 things. 2 shirts and a dress. The shirts fit ok but the dress, even though it was labeled large was definitely NOT a large. When I asked about returns they said if I were to return it I wouldn’t get a full refund id lose out on part of it even though I reported my issue the same day I received the item. My other option was to get the exact same thing in hopes it’d fit but I’d still have to pay for shipping and such.... the clothes may be cute but if something doesn’t fit you’re kinda screwed 😓

Terrible customer service and return policy. I ordered a Christmas dress at the beginning of December with guaranteed Christmas Delivery.. I even paid extra to expedite the shipping because I had a party I wanted to wear it to. Christmas has come and gone and the dress still has not arrived. I contacted the online chat in order to cancel the order and resolve the issue before I leave town today. They wanted me to cancel my trip and stay home and wait for the dress. Or have a neighbor do it. In which I replied… The dress is in California and I live in Washington! They also said that I should get an email from them within 24 hours. This company is a joke

RoseGal. I love shopping here! This website offers so many unique clothes and decorations. They also have a lot of good deals and coupons so you can get stuff at a good price. My only complaint is that sometimes the actual size of the clothes ends up being different than the size online, but this has only happened a couple times. Over all, a very nice place to shop at!

A happy ROSEGAL!!. I love ROSEGAL!! Somethings aren’t my size so I size up and somethings I can size down. Ordering over the past year from here, I kinda got my system down. But if u have problems with sizing u can always send back. The people r very understanding. U can track ur package straight from the app, see reviews from other ladies who love their looks (or don’t), save outfits in ur cart, make wish lists and check out the flash sales. Chixondeeks. If you want to wait 2 months for your order, go through this company. If you want generic responses from automated systems, go through this company. You get my gist. No eta on packages sent out. Tracking information but no way to get to any tracking(always says not updated even 3 and a half weeks in) Sending a ticket is a waste of time. Just know that you’ll get your products, but the sizes won’t be true to their descriptions, their stitching or extra fabric may need to be altered and don’t even THINK the words return or refund. I have shirts I kept from them. But more than half I threw away/donated which is sad really.

Horrible Customer service. They allow you to purchase items out of stock. It showed the order was processing for over a week however it took my money out my account with no problem. I spoke to a customer service representative through the online chat since you can’t get anyone on the phone. I just wanted my refund since there is no way the items will get here before Christmas. They couldn’t even do that. They offered me z Points for my inconvenience so I can order something else from a company that I will never deal with again. I was really disappointed and the customer service is ridiculous. Do not use Rosegal. You’d be better off going anywhere else.

ROSEGAL. I love this store, I am such a loyal customer and I always invite my friends to shop here too. The only thing I dislike is when I order an item and it’s not in stock, it should say so before I pay for it, and let’s say there’s three left, I should be one of the people to get the item if I ordered it while it was still in stock. Also your operators tell me I have points or such and such discount, and I don’t know how to use it so I always end u paying everything! Now that’s annoying! “PARTIAL SHIPPING “!🤦🏻‍♀️Smh

Horrible. The clothing is thin and cheaply made. They make it next to impossible to contact them for returns. When you call them on the phone you are placed on hold and never speak to a person. When you contact them through their website or app they never respond. I have yet to hear back from them. I bought $200 worth of clothing, I haven’t received half of my order and have no ability to return some of the clothes that do not fit properly, because they make it impossible to get in contact with someone to make the return. It’s almost like they purposely make it impossible to return items in your order. There’s no option on their app or website for it. Don’t buy from here.

ROSEGAL. Since I have discovered this 💎, I have become confident walking out of the house (or even staying in)! I have lost weight and gained weight, yet ROSEGAL has my back no matter what! Plus I get complements just about every time and I feel great receiving them! There’s no style like anything else that you could find , and ROSEGAL has the BEST and QUICKEST customer care ! I’m a lifetime customer, not just saying!🤪

Not Worth It. While the app has great prices, it is not worth your time. The deals are nice and they have a lot of options; however, that is not important when you do not receive your order. I was supposed to have my order over a week ago (after choosing expedited shipping), and the only thing I know is that one of the four dresses has a shipping label made. It said my order would be shipped within five to eight business days and it has been 15. I have no idea what is going on with the other three dresses, and at this point i am just very irritated. That is why, i say this order is not worth it. Hopefully I can save someone some time.

Overall great. I love this app and it has amazing clothes. I literally just put in an order. The only two problems I have are that all the notifications are for women’s clothes and that when an item is sold out it doesn’t say when then next shipment is do. They aren’t serious problems but it would be nice if those two were taken care of. Other than that the app is amazing and I love the clothes.

Even during these difficult times of the pandemic my orders have came on a timely basis. Bugs are being worked out off the App. I would encourage you to give ROSEGAL try. *four stars is because there needs to be a better way to notify you when items are out stock & replacement are available.

Where’s my coat?. So I’ve had the Rosegal app downloaded for quit some time, and at first I was a little wary of ordering things off of it. So I ordered a bathing suit, and honestly it didn’t take that long to come in and it was very cute. This was several months ago and I was happy with my experience. So I attempted to order a coat, and let me just tell you, it has been a bad idea. I order my freaking coat a month ago and the progress still says processing. My the time I get the dang thing it won’t even be winter any more. And what’s more is that I have tried to email them twice and they won’t respond. I just want my dang coat! Please and thank you!!!!!!!!

Worst purchase EVER. I ordered a swimsuit and coverup on Feb. 6th for my upcoming honeymoon. I paid an extra $10 for expedited shipping which said it would take 5-7 days to receive. I finally received it 16 days later...AFTER my honeymoon. Unfortunately, as it states in their return policy, you cannot return swimwear. I tried to cancel my order once I realized I wouldn’t get it in time but they would not cancel my order bc the status was ‘shipped out’ even though according to tracking, the package was still in their warehouse. I tried everything on and the quality of the products were not as nice as I expected them to be. They seem VERY cheap. I just threw it all away. I didn’t want to even try to sell something so low grade.

GREAT!!!!. I made my first order of five items in the last few weeks. The items are exactly as described, well made and worth every penny. Shipping was very fast considering how far away they are. Sizing is dead on accurate. Their coupons are actually worthy as well. I’m very happy with them and I placed another order. It’s nice to know everything will fit. Also I washed everything when I got it and there were no raveling seams, no shrinkage and no color runs.

Surprisingly satisfying. I was unsure what to expect with the low prices, but I’ve been surprisingly satisfied. I have really enjoyed everything I’ve gotten. It has been decently made, comfortable and flattering. There is a huge selection! Plus, with the constant coupons deals, it never a costs you too much! My only suggestion is to make sure you know your measurements before shopping. And ALWAYS check the size guide. Every item is very differing sizes.

I downloaded the Rosegal App through a friend of mine this past summer and went crazy with beautiful cute summer clothes now that the weathers going off I have a feeling my budget is going to be affected again for winter clothes but that’s OK because they’re all cute and I can’t wait to order more. True to fit clothes at a fair price. I’m a big girl, so finding clothes that fit right is very difficult to come across. I purchased my first outfit back in July/august of this year. I was worried the clothing would be either too baggy or too tight. I was proven wrong! Every article of clothing I purchased from this app has fit in all the right places, which flatters my figure just right.

Oh I’m SO HAPPY. So, I decided to try this app out. Despite the recent negative reviews it has plenty of good things said about it. I ordered three things. I love them all. The sports bra is a little big BUT it will probably shrink somewhat in size once I wash it and dry it and even then I’m not to worried since while I am bigger I’m pretty much boobless in that area. I can finally wear clothes that don’t look like a picnic table and that’s what matters. I’m more than excited to buy more things in the future.

Only one thing and my order was coming to my apt but never arrived they told me that they can only re found me 18$ and I spent 20$ plus delivery how is that possible??? Why you guys stole my money that way? And that if I want my money back I would have to receive it from PayPal, why?! If I pay you guys with my card I expected it that you guys give me the re found in my card! You guys clearly don’t care about the customer satisfacción! Ad wasn’t too explanatory. I got an ad for this app and downloaded it. The advertisement didn’t say it was plus size outfits. I was also told a dress would be back in stock in a week, but to my surprise it’s been 2 months and it still isn't in stock. The app is well organized but you really need good keywords to find certain items. Clothes are pretty cute besides the fact they aren’t my sizing. Definitely a good app for plus size women to shop from if they are insecure shopping in-store. Everything looks quality too.

Amazing Plus-Size Selection. I normally don’t write reviews for apps but I went out of my way to write one for Rosegal because that’s just how awesome it is. FINALLY a clothing store that has the same styles in plus size as they do in regular sizes, just in a larger size. I’m sick of the clothing stores that have a tiny selection of plus size clothes that are uglier while the people who are “regular sized” get the cute clothes and a huge selection. Thank you Rosegal for being so inclusive!

“Processing”. I ordered clothes for the first time off this app. Paid for expedited shipping so I would have it in 5-7 business days. 5-7 business days later and it’s still processing.... I reached out to the online chat and was informed it is because they don’t have two of the items in stock. Which I understand.... but what I don’t understand is why they don’t know when they will be in stock and when I will get my order. Isn’t that part of running a good business? If it’s not in stock, it should say that next to the item. That way people aren’t paying for expedited shipping on items that cannot be shipped out in a reasonable timeframe.

Well, I’m still waiting. It’s been a month and a half, and my order still says it’s processing. Lovely. If I wait much longer, I’ll have to contact my bank to reverse the payment because it’s starting to look like the item I paid for is just going to sit in limbo forever. After I contacted them, all they could say is that it was “delayed”, which was about a week ago with no changes to status. Ladies, if you don’t mind waiting for something to show up and surprise you with the order you made ages ago, this is the site for you. If you expect to have prompt service? Go literally anywhere else.

Love, love, love ROSEGAL!. I normally don’t like shopping online because sizes are never right and don’t look like what they advertise, but with Rosegal it gave me a whole other confidence. They are true to size and very stylish. They have plus sizes that are super cute and fashionable. I love that they are quick to respond and are very attentive. Terrible customer service and company. I purchased items. When they didn’t show I contacted them and questioned it. They told me the items were delivered. After I investigated further, they put an incorrect address on the shipping label and then the post office destroyed the items because they weren’t able to be delivered. The post office told me that Rosegal doesn’t request for return service and the items had to be destroyed since they were undeliverable. Rosegal kept telling me they were in transit, even though I gave them all this information, and eventually said they wouldn’t replace or refund. Terrible experience.

Pretty sucky, still hasn’t arrived. Placed an order November 6, was told one item was out of stock, so I could exchange it for something else. I did. On December 1st I asked where it was supposed to be since the tracking information doesn’t update. Ever. They told me between December 5th and December 10th. It never showed. I asked again December 11th, they told me between December 12th and December 16th. Still. Don’t. Have it. I have received the other items in that same order and another order a month after my first and have received it. But not my first dress or a second dress.

Horrible Service and Horrible Product. First, I had an issue about not all my items not being delivered together. There was no email sent to me with the delay. The first agent I spoke to was rude, unprofessional and did not seem to care about my issue. Tried to speak to a sup but she said none were available. Didn’t hear back from a sup. Then when I decide to just try the leggings on without my complete outfit, the leggings were already torn. The 2nd agent I spoke to about this was not even paying attention to my messages and was doing something else like track the order when that’s not what I said at all!!! They do not care for your concerns because they already have your money. Horrible product and horrible service.

Love the clothes!. I’ve placed 7 orders so far and I have ordered PLUS SIZE jeans and tops that are very stylish and SUPER AFFORDABLE! My initial purchases were tested for quality and fit. The fabric may not always be the highest level of quality (however, it is nicely sufficient), but EVERYTHING is made very well and the fit is accurate regarding your body measurements. Do not order your normal size! You will be successful ordering accordingly to measurements listed in the size charts.

Love the styles. I love the styles available on this App! I love that I can find tons of skull clothing that fit my figure as well as dragon clothing as well! My style is hard to find, but Rosegal has it all! There are even items that are great for my mother as well! Always been soft, true fit, and delivered. Only complaint is that I wish faster shipping didn’t cost so much. Keep up the great work Rosegal!

Go elsewhere. I fell in love with a dress. Put the order in, they took the money out of my account and after 4 weeks of not receiving my dress I contacted them asking where my item was and they told me it was sold out and refunded me my money. I tried again to purchase another dress and after two weeks of not hearing anything and my status still in the “processing” stage I contacted them and they responded the first time with it will take about a week longer. Then they responded with sorry this item is sold out. Very unprofessional, I will not be ordering anything again. If you want your items I’d look for a different site to order from not this one

Loveee rosegal. I’ve ordered multiple swimsuits & tops for bigger women and love them! You really have to pay attention to the sizing, and read some reviews on “runs big, runs small, just right etc” even tho all items don’t fit everyone the same, they come close. The few times I’ve ever had a problem, even when it specified “not a returnable item” when I got it and it wasn’t sized right, rosegal makes it right!
