Negative Reviews Are Just Inpatient. It took a second to get set up but it works perfectly fine. I was believing the negative reviews at first but then I waited more than TWENTY seconds and it works just as described. I’m excited to use it during my gym journey💪.

Just ok. Seems to mostly work ok, but manual data entry is almost impossible using the slider in the app, it’s way too coarse and jumpy. Just provide a text entry field, that would be much better.

Works well. I’ve owned my scales for 2 years. It works well and allows me to track my weight and metrics over time. I highly recommend.

Lost bluetooth connectivity on latest update. My iphone and the scale both show a bluetooth connection, but the data no longer updates in the app, similar to the experience of other reviewers. Also put in fresh batteries, but to no avail. I have also sent an email about this about 10 days ago, but no reply or update of the app. Disappointing, have had the scale for several years, was working well until now.

Pleasantly Surprised. After going to several phones, & not using the app from a few years, I discovered by accident that it still works beautifully plus had my data from 3 years ago, and several upgrades to the latest.

What a miserable user experience. You can’t delete a scale. You can’t add a new scale when a scale stops working. You can’t get a person on the phone to troubleshoot. The scale was free and I feel like I should be paid for the amount of time I’ve spent trying to use the crappy app.

Does not sync. I keeps trying to load a user number (I’m the only one that uses it) but never gets past the load screen. I think this App has serious issues. The scale works fine with the actual WW app, just not this scale App. I was hoping to keep my weight history after my WW membership expires next May.

The worst investment. The scale has never synched with the WW app on my phone via Bluetooth despite numerous efforts to troubleshoot. The scale has also blown through three sets of three AAA batteries in three weeks. I'm very frustrated about the money that I have wasted on this product.

No longer transfer info to application. Weight transfer but all other info no longer transfer from scale to application

It stopped working.. Blue tooth stopped. It automatically goes to manual entry. My blue tooth works fine because other devices work, except this weight scale

Annoying Check Mark. This is a 4 star app that earns 1 because of one annoying problem. When you launch the app it displays a floating check mark indicating your data was saved. Why? I KNOW it’s only 2 seconds but it was already displayed when I weighed myself… YESTERDAY! It’s lazy programming and that makes it annoying. Otherwise, the app is simple to use and makes sense.

Perfect!. Update: Still perfect. Still do not have any problem with the Bluetooth. No regrets. Received today. Had no problem connecting to Bluetooth. I’m a WW lifetime member and doing online tracking. This is perfect to keep track of my weight whether I do it every day or a weekly. Love the way it connects to my health app on my iPhone. Love it!!!!❤️❤️❤️

Why show Bone instead of Weight?!!. Given the fact that the percentage of bone RARELY changes, why display that on the dashboard instead of weight? It just doesn’t make sense. In addition, weight is far more important to the average user than BMI. Put weight first!

No support (less than 1 star). Not sure if the app even works! I can’t login and have emailed the designated support email address. 2 weeks later and still no response. Good thing I got this scale for free from WW! I’ve read all the reviews and tried all the troubleshooting tips but still not able to resolve without support.

App is horrible. This used to work great and sync with my phone now it doesn’t sync from the scale at all to my phone. If this product is still on the market I wouldn’t advice buying it. It’s a waste. You have to manually put everything in and hope it stays for next weigh in.

Unusable. Connect to scale button brings up “add data” that you add manually. Can’t delete old entries. It crashes the app if you try two at a time, and if you only do one it doesn’t actually delete. As it is it serves no purpose at all rendering the scale and the app unusable.

Conair Scale. Works great for me! Registers the weight and downloads the data to my WW app. Have used for several weeks to make sure it worked right after seeing the negative reviews. My experience has been great.

It goes to garbage. 2 weeks since app update broke the main functionality of the scale (measure weight and transfer back to app) and no official fix despite many reports on the app page. I understand software and updates can fail but after you can fix it quickly and show customers that you care or lose them forever . Bye 👋

Won’t connect. So frustrating and I’m very tech savvy. Just keeps erroring out and saying “select user slot, then “error: response could not be serialized, input data was nil or zero length”

Weight watchers scale app. I had an app when I purchased the scale. All of a sudden the app was off my phone and I tried installing this one. This is the worst app i have ever tried installing. Don’t waste your money on that scale because the app won’t work! Zero stars!!!!

Returned same day. Bluetooth does not work.. If you happen to see this review before buying the scale, save your time and money.

Bluetooth capability is a joke. This is an essence a regular scale. The Bluetooth feature only worked once, the very first time I set up the scale. It never connects and it doesn’t actually work. I have tried emailing them and reaching out but the company just ignored my emails and apparently doesn’t think it necessary to try to help me fix this Bluetooth issue. Save your money by buying a regular scale or don’t bother with this particular Bluetooth brand.

Terrible. So frustrating that I have a WW subscription and it won’t let me login in. Even if I say “forgot my password” it doesn’t send me a new link. Will only let me register a new account, and I don’t want to do that because then my data won’t be synced up with the WW app.

WW Conair scale. The app is just ok. I would like to be able to type in my weight. The slider does not allow for entering the exact weight. Also, I would like to decide if I want to update my WW app with this scale info throughout the week. There’s just nothing special about the app or the scale to make me want to use them.

Exported Data Inconsistent with actual reading. You can export your data to a csv file which is great but the weight measurement drops the left most digit (the hundreds number) and consistently reads .75 to .85 lbs less than the actual reading taken by the scale.

Scale. It does not show my Body Fat, Muscle Mass, or Water Weight as it says it will. But overall App was easy to use with scale.

Don’t recommend. I purchased the scale because it says it’s Bluetooth and will automatically track your weight. When I open the app, it says it’s synced but when I step on the scale it does nothing. I hit connect to scale and it wants me to manually track my weight. I liked the Bluetooth feature but also liked that it does BMI, fat, water, heart. The scale will connect to my WW app and track my weight automatically, but not with the scale app. Also, even though it tracks on the WW app, I still have to manually enter my weight into the scale app. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS SCALE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND

What happened. I’ve had this scale for years and suddenly the app lost all my data and now it won’t even connect to the scale at all. I’m really disappointed and don’t want to have to buy a new scale, but that’s literally what I bought this scale for.

Does not transfer weight info after recent update. The weight and other info shows on the scale bit it won't be transferred to the app. Tried many times but didnt work. Please address the issue. Before the update, the app had been great in general. Thanks!

App Doesn’t Work. I’ve downloaded, uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice and unable to get in the app to register the device. Very disappointing😟

Blank App. Can download the app but it opens to two button options, login and register. Both lead to a blank page where you can’t go further. So completely useless at this point. Surprised WW would put their name on this.

App has stopped recording weight from Conair scale. The app is no longer able to record the readings from the Conair scale. The Bluetooth connection shows success, the app tells me to step on the sclae, the scale takes the measurements but the app stays hung at the same screen. This used to work before. I don’t think the Conair scales development team does any real world testing. The app is now basically dysfunctional.

Error message when setting up!. Can’t het past a certain step. It said i need to select a number and it says it’s loading but never loads. Scale works with the WW app but not this app!

Perfect. The Bluetooth connection helps so much I can easily track my weight loss and I don’t have to manually do it like some people or saying this is a perfect scale it’s probably the best scale I’ve had and the app works perfectly thanks

WW Scale Conair Disappointment. The scale keeps asking for a slot number but there is no screen that allows me to do this. I need to be able to track bone and muscle but this doesn't allow graphs to generate. I joined WW because of there seemed to be an easy way to get the data I needed. I tried to call Conair and hung up after 35 minutes waiting for customer service.

Not sure what everyone is complaining about. App works perfectly for me and design seems correct. I use an iPhone.

Trash. Trash scale, if you are fit and trying to get fitter and gain muscle don’t bother with these scales the measurements are wild outliers compared to every other body index measurement I’ve taken this scale got me 10% higher body fat then I’ve ever been in my life while I’m on a cut, waste of money you’re better off eye balling it

After Update Error. After latest update app is only allowing manual entry of data. It’s not syncing to Bluetooth at all. 🫣

App no longer reads scale data. The app stopped working, it used to work fine, now it shows Bluetooth is connected but no data is transferred from the scale to my app. I hope the problem is solved quickly. I have reset the scale to factory conditions and re installed the app a couple of times but it didn’t solve the problem.

Faulty. Can’t even get it to connect. Super frustrating and not user friendly. Keep getting an error stating: “ Error Response could not be serialized, input data was nil or zero length.”

Used to be awesome. I never had any issues with the scale or the app until I lost my phone. Now I’m trying to log in on my new phone and trying to reset my password and the screen just freezes. No confirmation that the reset was requested or if it even recognizes that I’m trying to reset my password. Tried going online to reset it and there is no option. I don’t know what happened but it’s quite frustrating. The ability to track and log on my phone was the whole reason for my purchase.

Login buttons don’t work anymore.. The login buttons in the app no longer do anything. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app with the same results. Frustrating!

So far, not so good. I purchased this scale for the Bluetooth connection. It worked when I set it up, but the app did not sync with apple health (key saying it did and all setting were correct to share). Today it won’t connect to phone or app, still no sync to apple health. So - the only reason I purchased it fails. My old scale had all the same measurements so - wasted the money. I should have read the reviews and keep walking when I saw it.

App does not load. Purchased the scales after reading good reviews and was happy to pay a bit more for the app connectivity. I cannot even get the app to load. I was able to register but when I go to login it takes forever to do anything and eventually lands on a completely blank screen. I’m sure the scales are great but I will likely return them. If I’m going to have to resort to manually entering data to track I could have purchased a set at more than half the price.

Don’t forget your log in details.. Password reset button doesn’t work, customer service is of no help! For those that need help to recover their forgotten password create a new log in, log into the app, at the bottom click on ‘terms and conditions’ and in there there is a different password reset button! I managed to for mine. Yay!

Very dissatisfied. Have to agree with the other negative reviews. Purchased this in Canada and can’t get past the login procedure. Doesn’t recognize my email or user name. Therefore we can’t use any of the Bluetooth and auto sync features which is why we purchased this scale. The scale helped me lose weight as it took the weight of my money right out of my pocket! Conair and WW, thank you for nothing.

App does not work for Canada. Bought this scale in Canada. The app does not let you log in if you are a weight watchers Canada member. If you submit your email it says not found and if you try to say new it says it already exists. Surprised Weight Watchers puts their name to this and that they allow it to be sold in Canada. Called and emailed Conair customer service and never heard back either way. Very poor customer service and support.

What happened?. This app used to work great but now all of a sudden it won’t let me sign in.

Works first try for me. Not sure why so many people have struggled. Connected first try too k my measurements and synchronized data with Apple health.

Doesn’t Sync. Bluetooth is never able to find the scale. Useless for tracking and very frustrating when that’s why we spend so much on the scale to have this feature.

Lost old data except weight. With the new iOS update, the app logged me out and when I logged back in I lost all my history since 2015 except for weight. I’ve been using it to track improvements in my body fat % and muscles and now I have to start over. I contacted the developer but zero response, even though the UK website says there is an urgent update. Please update and fix!

Can’t Log In!. Agree with all the other Canadian users here, I cannot log in using my WW user name or password, and when I try to create a new account it tells me that the email is already used. I bought the scale at Walmart Canada like many others-why WW would allow their brand to be associated like this in Canada is ridiculous. If no Canadian users can register an account, why bother selling it here to us?!

Can’t reinstall the app/ lost data etc. I live in Canada but haven’t use the app since last December. App used to work fine for me until now. It doesn’t let me download my saved data so I tried deleting the app and install it again but nothing works. I probably lost about 2 years of progress. Very disappointed.

DO NOT BUY THIS SCALE. Bought this scale through Walmart Canada. When I go to log in it says the user does not exist, and when I go to create a new account it says the account is already taken. The app does not appear to be comparable with WW Canada, which is pretty inconvenient seeing I purchased it in Canada.

Money in the garbage. It will only work for one month after that it will log you off and you can never login again. If you buy this equipment you will throw your money in the garbage.

Lost all my data :(. I lost all my data since the last update. I have been tracking my progress since 4 months for every two days. I can’t believe this... please fix the issue!

Very Misleading!!!. Just bought this scale today for the same reason as many others to sync to my WW app. Little did I know as it doesn’t provide this info on the box that it will only sync with WW US and not Canada. Not quite sure why weight watchers would sell these scales in Walmart Canada when you can’t get the full benefit!!!! Disappointing!

Waste of an app. We bought the WW scale about 6 months ago tried the app it worked for a week then it doesn’t link, can’t re-set up profile or find previous profile and when I do get linked I can only get to select slot for profile and then it locks up, I have to reset the app, but what’s the point if it doesn’t work. Might as well delete and find another app and manually put the info it.

Does not work. The app says “step on scale” and does nothing, while the scale shows all the measurements. Eventually the scale turns off, the app says “error”, and no data is synced.

Needs fixing ASAP. I have had my scale for 2.5 months. The app worked great until this week and now I have nothing but issues. It wouldn’t sync, so I turned off WiFi & Bluetooth, still won’t sync. Turned them back on, still nothing. So I deleted and reinstalled the app, now I can’t even get it to login. I would have been better off with the cheaper scale and just manually inputting my data like I have to do now.

Help!. All was working great until I downloaded the new OS system update on my IPhone. Then, it stated the sync was not successful. I tried numerous times and before reading the other reviews, I logged out and tried to log back in. Nothing happened. So I removed the app and reinstalled it. Now, I can’t even get to the login screen. Just a blank blue screen!!!! This is terrible! Sort of defeats the purpose if I have to manually enter data in my WW app separately. Is there going to be a resolution soon????

App could be better. It’s been eight months since app was last updated. This app has a very nice home screen but that’s where it ends. I use this app to automatically sync with the WW app. If you weigh yourself, delete the weight, and weigh again, it will completely delete the weight from the WW’s app, it will not sync again! And, if I sync app again, it will delete the previous weight. Very frustrating!! The only way I can use this app is to deactivate it from the WW’s app. The other issue is that I had to buy a new Conair scale (which I love), and the app won’t let me delete the old one. I believe this app has a lot of potential, but I don’t think the developer is interested in improving it.

Stopped working. Scale stopped transferring data to app after the latest update I’m guessing

I’ve had this app for years and it’s always worked!. I haven’t used it for a number of months and SOMETHING happened with the software because now, like most everyone else, it won’t connect to the scale or sync to my WW acct. it’s worked flawlessly in the past and I’ve always loved it! Don’t give up hope everyone, once it is fixed, it should work great! But Connair... please get it together and fix the connectivity to the scale as well as the issue syncing to WW!! Otherwise this whole system is completely useless!

Will not connect. When I first bought the scale it connected right away to the app now it just frustrating and does not connect. I have done all the troubleshooting steps; replaced batteries, forced quit and restart app, delete and reload app, placed phone right next to the scale. The data on the scale is accurate and thorough but you buy a scale like this for connectivity. Do not buy this scale until this problem is fixed.

Connected with no issues. I received my scale and read a few reviews about how it didn’t connect to WW. I set it up per instructions in app and online and it was simple. Connection made on first try. I am looking forward to using this scale and app during my WW Journey!

2 Stars for the Scale / 0 🌟for App. Ive had problems connecting my scale to the app for a year now! The "support phone number" connects you to someone's voicemail. The "support email" offers no response or even automated message! You can't call, email, or write anyone for help.! the. troubleshooting steps are a joke! Do NOT GET THIS APP! Or at least forget about using it via bluetooth. I mean my scale itself works, but does not connect to the app any longer even after numerous uninstalls, new account login creations! like literally nothing! So i have to enter everything manually. Not a big deal, except that i picked this one because it was supposed to connect via BLUETOOTH to upload the data to the app. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Works great! Using daily. The app synced with the scale flawlessly. It showed me all of my measurements - just be patient while standing on the scale, it will tell you when to get off. I've even using it daily and prefer to keep the App open on my phone so all I have to do is press "connect to scale" before I step on. Great app overall!

Garbage. Have had the scale for a couple months because it works with the WW app. After updating the app, it no longer works. Won’t log in, which makes it impossible to sync. Not a work from support after reaching out. Will probably return the scale to Target as defective once I find the receipt. Glad I saved the box! Don’t buy Conair products if you expect them to work more than a couple months.

Login issue. The app has a bug that does not allow you to log in. I tried on two devices and deleted and reinstalled the app. I also attempted to sign in with my WW info as well as setting up a new user account. Once the login information is correctly inputted, it stalls on a blue screen. Force quitting the app at this point brings you back to a login screen. Returning the scale and trying a different brand.

Revising Previous Review. My original review: “I am a technologically savvy 26 year old and this app just doesn’t work. It will not let me either login or register; it just goes to a blank white screen. Why did I buy a $50+ scale when the $15 one does the same exact thing?! This needs a major update!” My new one: Now that the app finally works, I am loving my scale! I’m still leery of this app and am guessing it will stop working at some point based on other reviews and the update history (every 6 months to a year), but I am hopeful this will help on my weight loss journey.

Brand New - Won’t work. I LOVED my new scale the first time I used it. Since then? Won’t connect with my phone, so I’m manually entering weight. I finally tried the support option today and her ideas didn’t fix the problem. I ended our call when she suggested I need new batteries- ok then, guess I have to return the scale. I’m certainly not buying new batteries for a scale I’ve owned one week. I tried deleting the app & re-installing. Was prompted “do you want to keep the data?” I said “yes” When I re-installed the app, all my data from this past week — GONE. Frustrating 😪

Login and Register screens are blank. I just bought this scale and was excited to set it up. I download the app and hit Register...nothing but blank screen. I’m wondering if this is because the app doesn’t work with IOS 12? I hope this bug is fixed soon. I’m extremely disappointed. Scale works great but I bought this one specifically for the Bluetooth function and syncing with my WW app. I already had a scale that had all the same functionality besides Bluetooth.

It’s just ok. So basics yes it works. But beyond the absolute basic design it’s just a scale tracker. I’d like some features. Show me the target range for my age for water, body fat, etc. show me how many pounds I’ve lost not just what my current and previous weights are. I’d like to be able to export the data as well. Just some features would be nice. I do like that it automatically connects to weight watchers and updates my weight for me. That is a great feature. More of those things please.

Great until the last update. I LOVE my scale. It’s almost exactly the same as weight watchers. I have had my scale for several years. My biggest complaint is since the last update I have issues with the app connecting to the scale and to my WW account. The last update created glitches. Otherwise I would definitely give it 5 stars!

Like the App but would like to know about the badges you can unlock. I’m not having any issues connecting or getting things to sync with WW app at this time. We will see when the next big iOS update comes out if that changes. My curiosity is about the badges you can unlock. They are listed in the manual or give enough info in the description under the padlock symbol to know what they are. Is there a list anywhere to explain what each one stands for? I like to set goals for myself to achieve and knowing what these badges represent could help further someone’s determination to achieve them. I have unlocked a few of them already but they still look as though they are locked. The unlocked ones you can click on and they open up to show you the achievement but the locked ones don’t open or explain what is needed to earn it.

Can’t connect app to scale. I’ve spent an hour trying to connect to the scale. I’ve followed all the troubleshooting recommendations. I’ve removed the app and downloaded again. I’m a paying weight watchers customer and this is so frustrating!! I bought this scale specifically to be able to track in the weight watchers app. I’ve tried contacting Conair through the provided email and there’s no way to actually send the email. Calling is a joke. I got sent to a voicemail and never heard the name of the company just done guys name and called through the “call us” button in the app. I might take the scale back. I wouldn’t even give one star but I’m being required to pick something.

Will not connect and load data. Updated to new version after not using it for a couple of months. Not it is showing a spinning wheel forever then stops with a blue screen. Can only shut the app down and log in again with same result - spinning wheel and nothing else. Does not work. Waste of time. Stay away. Update: after trying several days the data suddenly synchronized. However, each time I start the app it tries to synchronize and it is a hit or miss every time. 9 out of 10 times it just sits a tries to synchronize and nothing happens. Also it messes with the Bluetooth connections so other devices can not connect with Bluetooth when you have used this app before you disable and re enable Bluetooth. All in all: their developers need to look seriously into connectivity both Bluetooth and WiFi none of these functions works stable.

App will not load...at all!. I bought this scale about 30 minutes ago. I unboxed, removed tab from battery and placed scale in my bathroom. The scale powered up with it’s nice blue lights. I downloaded the app and tried to register. All I got was a blank screen. I deleted the app and then reloaded app. I tried to register again, and got the same blank screen. The scale is going back to the store. The Bluetooth function is the main reason I was ok with spending $60 for a scale.

Error Message. I followed the steps to set up the app with the scale. It takes you through bday, gender, upload a photo & then height. An error message occurs at the height step & you can’t go any further. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I followed the steps again but I did NOT upload a photo. I was then able to complete the set up. The following day I went to my profile and tried to upload a photo. Afterwards you are required to save it. At this point an error message pops up. So I believe the step to upload a photo causes the app to send an error message.

Poor app forced connection to WW, mediocre scale lots. I rarely do reviews but this app is among the worst I have ever felt with. 1) Bluetooth is very buggy when connecting sometimes no issues others all kinds 2) 27 entries for the same day 3) Can’t delete by batch, each of those duplicated entries has to be deleted 1 at a time they you gave to wait for it to sync with what? Weight Watchers I guess, which I haven’t been a member of for well over year. Since in my opinion weight watchers is just grabbing money. 4) No bug fixes in over a year 5) As far as I’m concerned Conair scales can join the rubbish heap of worthless junk, and worthless money grubbing apps 6) often on the scale to get body composition reading I have to get my feet wet can you say safety hazard Trust me when I say as soon as I find a scale that does what this one does I’ll get rid of the garbage

Doesn’t connect Bluetooth. What a disappointment! I was really excited to get this scale so I could sync the data directly to the WW app. However, I have tried everyday for the past week to connect the scale via bluetooth to my phone/ app and it has worked without a problem ZERO times. I have repeatedly had to mess with it to get it to work. I have tried to troubleshoot by disconnecting bluetooth, connecting it again, resetting the scale, deleting and even installing the app again but nothing works. I’m better off going back to my $20 generic bluetooth scale. At least that scale works and syncs to the app on my phone every time. I’m going to try and return the WW scale and get my $65 back. Not worth the headache or the hassle.

App got potencial but still needs works..... I bought the scale about 4 days ago, at the begging it syncs just fine and presents the data. But as soon as you try to used again, she won't sync with the phone. She adds a new scale, but you still won't received the data into the phone. The app won't let you delete previous scales and the only way to make it work again is deleting the app and starting from screech. I hope for a quick fix-up so I won't need to return the scale.

Dashboard no longer shows weight graph. I’ve had no issues with this app for a few years, consistently connects to my scale and syncs without a hitch. However I’m confused why the latest update removes the weight graph from the dashboard, and is also not listed as an option in settings. Watching your weight is kinda the name of the app…

Bluetooth Scale. It works as directed on the box. No problems during set up, it was actually quite easy. Now all I need to do is track what goes in my mouth better to get some positive results!

Where is the Apple Watch widget?. Quick set up and clear reports. Connected well with scale. No operational issues other than measuring your weight is now more involved. (Start up the scale, start up the app etc). I am missing the Apple Watch widget that I can start up from the dock in a jiffy, so I don’t have to hold my phone when on the scale.

Can’t Even Log In. I downloaded the app to check it out prior to purchasing one of their scales. When I attempt to log in, I put in my credentials and tap “login”. NOTHING HAPPENS. Rebooted iPhone. No joy. So, I decided to go and try to reset my password with the app. Even THAT doesn’t work. Type in my email, tap “Reset Password” and it just sits there. My initial bad impression of your app just caused you a sale for one of your scales. Good job, Conair! 😂

Doesn’t work with new phone update.. ***UPDATE*** They finally updated the app for the new iOS system and it’s working again. It works great! It connects to my health app and my WW app and adds all my weight info in for me. The app worked great and connected to my scale and Weight Watchers account until I did the newest iOS update on my phone. It wouldn’t connect after that so I deleted the app and redownloaded it. But now I can’t even log in. Please fix this and get the app up to date with the phone updates!

Bought the scale… The app stinks. I just finished setting up the weight watchers Bluetooth body analysis scale by Conair. The set up on the Bluetooth scale works pretty well but trying to get the app to work not so....it’s ridiculous. Just like other reviews, at app entry stage 3 where you slide the ruler to get your height, you get a display “generic error can’t save image” message. Once you get that you’re dead in the water. Probably get more exercise and weight loss by cursing out the developer of this bug laden App.

Works fine. This scale I have had at least 10 years. I haven’t used it with the Bluetooth since i quit WW years ago. I just downloaded the app, completed the registration, synced the scale and it works fine. The app shows all of my data on my iPhone.

Won’t Connect to App and more. When I first got this scale and registered it to my phone app it was great! But when I had to replace my phone and then reinstalled it, it wouldn’t log back in. EVER! You would go to the screen where you are supposed to recover log in ID or password and all I’ve ever seen for months is a screen that says “Under Maintenance”. If you want and like to keep track of your data, this isn’t the deal that you want if you get logged out. Very disappointed. Very.

Can’t even set up. I did everything fine including the photo. I go on to height and when I try to go to next it says photo didn’t upload. So I try again including to take a new photo. I thought I was too ugly so tried my beautiful dog and even Yoda. Nothing. So I am stuck at height which won’t take because photo wouldn’t upload. There is now no possibility to skip a photo. Guess I’ll have to delete App and try again. What a pain!!!

Connection issues. I love the scale. It read my info just by pulling out the sticker in the battery compartment and hoping on. Yey! My issues is with the app. I was able to download and set up an account with my iPhone but then I just get dead air, more specifically a ultramarine blue screen. I deleted from my phone and reloaded and same problem? Happy to just use the scale but I like the data collection aspect of the app😐

Will not connect or load. I opened the app and clicked on log in and it went blank and is not showing any loading. I have repeatedly deleted and re installed the app and it is still showing blank page when I click on either log in or register. I even reset my scale to see if I could get the app to work but it still did nothing... please fix this

If I could give this app a zero I would..... Horrible is the only way I can explain this app... I have never wrote a review on anything in my life but I am so frustrated been trying to connect to my scale for the last 30 minutes to no avail at first I tried to put a picture which I guess created some type of error so I had to delete the app reinstall it just to get to the next section once I finally came up to the part where it connects via bluetooth it just refuses to work I’m done w this app it’s ridiculous!!!

Horrible purchase!. I am extremely disappointed and feel ripped off! I don’t usually write reviews but both the syncing the scale and the customer service number are not working! The scale connected when following directions the first time I weighed myself and has not worked since. The customer service number is fake and no one responds to emails! Avoid the cost and just track your own weight with a fifteen dollar scale! Feeling scammed!

Very more app. This app is very poor. The app has a hard time connecting to the scale via Bluetooth. When it finally connects, the will not sync data to be saved. I had to reinstall the app and now I am stuck at the sign in page with a blank blue screen of which I cannot bypass. Removing, restarting the phone does not seem to help. I cannot even sign into the app in order to use it. This is a very very poor app.

Works for Samsung but IphoneX. The app is working beautifully for my husband’s Samsung phone with no glitches. I can’t even register. As soon as I get to the height portion it gives me “generic error”. I can go no further. I’ve reloaded, restarted my phone, turned my Bluetooth off/on and recreated my account-nothing works!! So for me, it’s a $60 run of the mill scale. For my husband it works, hence the 2 stars. IphoneX buyers beware unless there’s a fix I don’t know about...🤷🏻‍♀️

Once worked now GARBAGE. This app used to work great when I bought the scale back in 2018. Now it doesn’t work at all. I enter my login and it just keeps spinning until the spinning icon goes away and I have a blank deep blue WW screen. I thought perhaps it doesn’t work because I quit WW back in Sept ‘19 and the app is trying to connect to my now inactive WW account. So I tried to create a new login profile and it still doesn’t work. I tried uninstalling the app then reinstalling it. Nothing. The app developers are total half-assers. This app is a complete waste of time and storage on your smartphone.

No Bluetooth Connection. I have used this app successfully for a while now. But today it will not connect and says No Bluetooth connection. I’ve changed the batteries in the scale and rebooted the phone. The Bluetooth is on and other devices connect successfully to the phone but not these scales any longer. I’ve checked settings on both but still no luck. Suggestions?

Loved the app and then it crashed. I LOVED this app because it helped with my WW journey but since it updated, it will not load or sync with my data. I loved being able to my progress with my weight, water, BMI etc. it was working really well! I tried deleting it and redownloading it on my phone and now I can’t even log into the app. I’m really disappointed that with so many negative reviews recently, nothing has been done to fix it.

No longer works after last update. We having been using this for several years. After the last update the App no longer connects to the scale via Bluetooth, and it does not prompt you to tap the scale to connect. I do not want to manually enter the data, so the whole purpose of the app and the scale is really gone. I will update this with better review if they fix the app.

Terrible!. I’ve been a paying WW customer for over a year, got this scale and app to help me on my journey. I have been trying to sync the app with the scale to be able to use the Bluetooth features of it syncing with my app and the weight watchers app.. for 3 days I can not connect.. I try calling the number given.. I get a weird voice mail.. terrible! emailed them from the contact link.. and finally got someone to email me back. They exchanged the scale for a new model.. but guess what.... STILL NOT CONNECTING!!!! I’ve tried connecting to scale with other devises , and still nothing! I’ve tried connecting with other Bluetooth devices with my phone, no issues.. so I know it’s not me or my device. What a waste. Wish I didn’t have to rate the app.. it would get NO STARS!

All was fine until I couldn’t use the app anymore. I had bought the scale last year and downloaded the app along with it. Everything worked fine until today when the app wouldn’t load. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but now I can’t log in. This is getting frustrating.

Nice features. Poor tracking.. In theory, this app is great!! I love that it accurately measures different percentages of body weight. (Ex. Bone, water, etc) However, after having used the app for a few months, all of my tracking disappeared. I can’t find any record of measurement history except for just my weight. I’ve been using it to keep track of my water percentage but now it’s all gone. I’ve also had trouble logging back in when it decides to log me out because of an update...or it’s Monday....or after 3pm.... I will probably be looking for a different scale soon.

App freezes, and won’t connect to Bluetooth,. I am a weight watchers member, and bought the scale for easier tracking. I downloaded the app, and attempted to log-in. Fail! Only shows the spinning circle forever before it goes to a blue screen. I’ve tried deleting, and reinstalling the app. I’ve tried turning my phone off and on again. Same results. I also tried connecting the scale to Bluetooth thinking that may have something to do with it. Nope! The scale won’t even show up in my available Bluetooth lists. Tried turning Bluetooth off and on also. Nothing. Looked in the troubleshooting for possible answers, nothing that worked. I guess I’ll attempt to send the scale back since it won’t do any of the functions it claimed to do.

I have no problems. I read the reviews for this app before downloading it but after trying it, I’ve had 0 problems. A very useful scale and app for weight loss
