Waist of money. I download the game and was enjoying trying to build up a team but no matter what you do or how powerful u get ur team ull get beat by someone half the strength. And they have one armor “skeleton armor” thats impossible to get and totally one sided that u kill ur opponent and it resurrects two skeletons and u kill them and the opponent again and itll resurrect 2 more skeletons and repeat even though ur army is twice the strength. They do this to get you to spend more and more money and one week upl be doing good beating everyone and then the next week u cant beat anyone to get you to spend more. Sadly ive spent hundreds on this game and its just set up so you keep spending in hope that eventually youll be able to start winning but take it from me that wont happen cause they just want your money and with the skeleton armor no matter how weak the opponent is you loose. Ive contacted the support team about it and they dont do anything and if u email them again they just close ur ticket and ignore you. Its to bad cause if it wasnt about just getting ur money and setting it up to loose no matter how strong you are it would prob be a good game but if you dont wanna throw ur money away just to be frustrated and not get anywhere no matter how much you spend i wouldnt even bother with this game.

Pretty Good. All in all it’s a solid game with a lot to do and a lot to work on. The only problem I’ve ever had in the placements for the arena system. Don’t get me wrong it’s frustrating losing, but that’s not the issue. If you do manage to place in the top 3 out of 10. You immediately get thrown against people that are 100 times better than you and you stay there for a bit of time. The game doesn’t make it harder it makes it impossible. I don’t mind losing if I can work my way back up, but if I get punished for placing in the top 3. Why am I not going anywhere when the last 17 arenas I’ve been at the very bottom? With 0 wins out of 5 or I get 1 win out of 5 and the rest is impossible. It’s very frustrating that I can only place 1 out of 30 or 40 arenas and the rest that I don’t place is impossible for me to even scratch the surface. Rewrite the algorithm for the placement in arenas please.

Really unfortunate. Initially when I downloaded this game, it was on a whim. It looked fun, and don’t get me wrong... it was.. at first. With games like this there seems to be a pattern; the game is fair up until about mid-way in. After that, you can really start to see how greedy it’s creators actually are, and how little they care about their players. The unfortunate thing is though... that these devs, along with all others who share in this sense of greed, don’t seem to understand that behavior like this will only serve to spread poor reputation - which in the long run means that despite starting off strong, their creation will eventually end bitterly once people realize how low grade their games progression system really is. If only they understood that valuing their customers and putting effort into creating a game EVERYONE could enjoy would result in a widely loved, popular game with an indefinite lifespan that would ultimately bring in MORE income and funding then a game run by greed ever could. The best games in the world are where they are because they listen to what their players think, and care about their enjoyment. Maybe take a lesson from them and stop trying to fill your pockets with cash as fast as possible? You’re just screwing yourselves over in the end.

Unfair mapping. This game is pretty fun, however, I think there’s an issue with the players who end up on my map. Every time I enter the game, about 7-10 people have attacked my castle and I’ve lose like 110 ranking points but when I go and try to attack the other castles, they’re like 5-10 times stronger than me and I lose the battles plus even MORE ranking points. Plus, the people that attack my castle are at level 65 or something and I’m barely level 35. It’s also frustrating that when other players attack my castle, they take like 25 ranking points from me (even when they’re 10x stronger) and so much of my resources, but when I (maybe) find another castle to attack that I’m a LITTLE bit stronger than, I only get like 5 ranking points or none at all and not NEARLY as much resources as the other players take from me. It’s incredibly frustrating that all these players raid my castle but I can hardly find any castles to raid. It’s super annoying and makes me wanna stop playing and delete the game. Also I think the pricing in the Colosseum is weird.

Fallout Shelter Clone. Great game, I just wish I didn’t get rekt by all the pay to win plebs. As a game designer myself, I know there are ways to make money on a free to play game, pay to win has to be the sleaziest way of doing it. It reeks of laziness and poor business ethics, I will continue playing this game because I genuinely enjoy it and if you’re looking for a game that’s highly addictive and don’t mind grinding for days give this one a try. All things considered, it’s a great game concept, it’s easy to play, has a goofy storyline, it’s pay to win AF, and it’s highly addictive . . . if you’re into Fallout Shelter clones. Please studio nords or my com if you’re reading this consider reworking the pay to win system it’s just not fair or competitive. Yes it’s fun but I have 46 tournament tickets because I can’t win any of my tournaments against all the people that bought their legendary gear so why should I even bother with doing tournaments. Why can’t you just be happy with your $5 a month from premium players? At least let me buy those legendary item pieces with diamonds. So far the only thing in this game that seems fair is the portals and even then only the people that have been playing the longest and buying the best gear can truly benefit from that.

Just too much$$$$. Absolutely loved this game… I have been an avid player since it launched… there’s too many adds to buy …there’s too many events that you have to buy. It’s all you do is buy once you reach a certain point. Have seen soo many people get frustrated and leave because of the cost. I left my clan today of over 4 years of service simply because I just can’t afford to keep up. If your not willing to spend hundreds of dollars every month for an event then don’t download. The only way to grow after a certain point is to drop tons of money into a game that doesn’t reward you back. I’m ashamed to say I’ve spent thousands on this game and now that I’m not willing or able to spend that much to keep up there isn’t value in trying. It’s simply impossible to stay in a competitive arena without your purchases. Let this game be fun again… Love u Camelot, useless nut is the best!

They try to make harder players job to spent more. They release the Clan territory after 2 years and after first week, they start messing up with it. First of all, low tr level players are punished pretty bad. They cannot get fair coins compare to higher lvl players. I am talking about 1% of high lvl players. They just want you lvl up fast then spent real money to catch up with others. Second part they put some useful clan building such as hunter neighborhood. First of all, clans, admins have the control who will use it. It is totally fine but then they also put a cool down time on it. Most of players spend 3-4 hours of their time in a day to play the game and they have to wait to use this benefit. Especially local clans will have huge problem. Because people try to play this game after work and all clan members will try to play on the same time. Developers only think about money and not consider players need. If you are rich and want to spent your time, start this game, otherwise, find something else that provides better service.

Worst support team ever. I’m giving this game or bad review because the service that they provide with their support team is absolutely the worst experience of my life I’ve been ripped off $100 from this game and they don’t even have the time of day to go and look through their tickets in fact they told me to just go ask my credit card company to reimburse it. They didn’t even want to handle it themselves.I put in multiple tickets and they closed every single one of them asking me not to put in multiple tickets because it’s just going to extend the time so they have to take to look over my issues, basically threatened me to stop sending tickets because they won’t respond to them. So I decided that if they’re going to make me go out of my way to get my money back that I’m going to also go out of my way to let people know what they’re getting themselves into. Don’t make in app purchases unless you feel like taking the risk of not getting your money at all nor your product. Oh yeah not to mention the support system takes their sweet time getting to you I have spent over 24 hours to 48 hours waiting for a response on one of my tickets and keep in mind not even 1 million people play this game. I’m starting to see why.

Terrible customer support.. I purchased some wolf tokens using the diamonds, a total of 6k. I thought I would be able to purchase the artifact, but that wasn’t the case. It doesn’t explain that you have to purchase the other groups first before you can get the artifact. Once I made the purchase that’s when it told me I had to buy the others first. Had I known I would’ve continued to save them. I requested my diamonds back and for them to get the wolf token back no problem. I didn’t spend those wolf tokens. I’ve been saving those diamonds for quite sometime waiting to purchase a nice artifact. This is the only game I play on my phone practically everyday or even spend real money on. So if you would please refund my the diamonds. They stated, “We totally understand your frustration over this situation, however, reverting successful in-game transactions goes against our policies....As stated earlier, we cannot provide assistance on the matter.”. They provided no help, no options, just a copy and paste answer.

General, Events, and PVP. Firstly, the game is enjoyable and has a lot of potential to be great. There are however a few issues that I have been running into. These issues are annoying enough to make me want to delete the game. In the PVP arena, I believe that I have only had a hand full of matches that were fairly ranked since I’ve started playing. Currently I’m around 200k power rating and I’m being placed against opponents that are over 2.5 times mine. Which would not be so terrible if it didn’t take over 5 mins to complete one arena. The amount of time it take and the matchmaking is ridiculous. Now this winter event that is taking place currently. I’ve put thousands of gems and dozens of free spins with nothing really to show for it. Even had the same exact reward (like a poison spell) over and over again. I don’t just mean getting it the majority of the time. I’m talking about spinning three times and each spin was the same reward. In my opinion it’s horrible odds and infuriating, especially using gems. As a side note, the Angry Birds advertisement needs to be fixed. After watching it kicks me out of the game and locks me from watching another video to get the reward.

Money grabber. There is no shame with these developers, the game is free to play but the last 5 updates added in features that cost diamonds which is money in the game and although you are rewarded 1 diamond here and 4 there the majority of anything good costs thousands of diamonds pvp and pve match making is extremely flawed, where you don’t stand a chance unless you spend money. They have special events and awards but those all cost money, they try to hype it up but saying you might get a pet from a chest but the pet is totally useless and does nothing what so ever. The latest update is changing the way your game looks but yup more diamonds more money, and if you do pay your cash you are competing with thousands of others who have spent thousands...the game is fun to play, free to play to win you gotta pay...and the developers just give you cut and paste dry answers with any questions... all in all this game is nothing more than a costly wallet draining time losing distraction that’s not worth the effort or the time. Avoid at all costs or it will cost you.

Fair, Fun, Addicting and Hilarious. My experience with this game has been great. The prices are pretty fair and everyday you can earn rewards so it doesn’t seem impossible to craft items, rooms and your troops. It’s also pretty fair that if someone actually pays for items that they have an advantage over someone who doesn’t. I find it silly when people say it’s not fair. I have made a few purchases and they were worth it. Also very hilarious! I love how the developers didn’t take the characters to dark and serious but not too silly either as if I was playing a kids game. The social feed makes me laugh all the time, so I look forward to progressing through the game and seeing what they have to say. And even the subtle intricate faces and miscellaneous things the characters do are genius. I’ve been playing this for a few months but what made me write this review was the new “Spring Festival” Update. I was fighting the dragon’s warriors and saw two Pandas fighting in the air and could not stop laughing. Overall Hustle Castle is my favorite game.

They only want money!!. I have had this app for a while now and the times I’ve had problems, the developers acted very uninterested in fixing them. I spent $10 on in-app purchases because I enjoyed it so much at first and apparently once they find out you will spend money, they make it almost impossible to move on in the game without doing so. I have set up another game on a different device to see if this is actually the case and that game has moved forward faster and further than the one I spent money on. My castle is constantly up for attack so I can’t save any resources to upgrade it without purchasing diamonds. On the other device, it’s only vulnerable once in a great while. Also, the algorithm used for the tournaments is severely flawed. I have not been able to even place in a tournament in a long time. They fail to address the problem and continue to state that it is working just fine. Once again, on the other device, I have placed first in quite a few tournaments. I wish they would make an honest game where you weren’t forced to make a purchase after finding out you WILL spend money. Shame, I would’ve considered this one of the beat games on the market if they didn’t act like crooks.

The game is good but is frustrating at times. I’ve been playing this game daily and I’ve reached the point where I’ve needed to have a few million coins to upgrade. Getting the first million is no problem but once I reach two million it’s like I’m enemy number one. I’ll put my phone down for a few hours and find that I’ve been attacked 6-7 times and everyone steals 2-3 thousand gold putting me back into the hundreds. I’ve had to hoard daily resource chests and watch the daily ads to earn diamonds so I can afford upgrades since it’s extremely rare for me to earn enough to afford them on my own. The I’ve had to grind to get the premium memberships so I’m able to produce enough gold to afford it. It’s ridiculous on how much production is for regular players as compared to those who cough up the money to get it. It would be fine if it was double but ten times the amount?

Great game. This game is very fun to play. It has just the right amount of details and side missions without getting too lost in what this game was all about. I have been playing since NOV 18 and I am only a lvl 33. You will have to spend a big huge amount of money or you will have to spend a huge amount of time to go to the top of the leader boards. The equipment is general very random and has a good chance of getting better stuff if you are willing to spend money on buying diamonds to open chests to get them. If I had to make any adjustments, it would be to add some type of armor or weapon upgrade feature. Or if you end up getting over your level items, having a feature to drop the level of that item to your current level. I also have a problem with there not being any black people or other ethnic groups in the game. There is a black guy in the opening screen but not in the game. It would be a lot cooler if there were mixed races.

Not worth your time. Imagine a game with a great concept, then have it structured very badly, and you get this. It’s starts off smooth and fun, but by the end of the first couple of chapters, the grind sets in. And the pay to play really comes to the forefront. Want to grind to get rare items, sure, you can do that, but it won’t help. The game uses an adjusted development to try and keep you on equal footing with other players, BUT, if they pay, they get a decidedly unfair advantage. I played this for sometime, and ran into many in game play issues. Resources become more and more exponentially off balance the further you develop. Making game play harder, and money more important. I’m all for paying games to help the ones I enjoy, but this one is pointless. Nothing is permanent. Rare artifact? Useless the moment you level up the throne and move up to the next tier. Premium account? Not really a thing. It’s temporary at best. The one in game bug I had involving credits was resolved fairly quickly, and that is about the only good thing I can say about this game. Sorry folks, don’t bother with this one. Much better clones of this style of game are out there. Also, don’t be fooled by the rating... I’ve seen negative reviews vanish from this site.

Extremely slowly progressive game, typical pay to win. First the good points, the graphics and gameplay action is good. The potential for being a great game is there but not as of now. Now the bad points, typical pay to win. The upgrades are extremely slow and can last days unless you spend diamonds to build instantly which requires a lot of money, to get good items requires real money or a lot of diamonds and the items you do get are always for mages. In game fighting is set at 1x speed and can not be sped up unless you purchase premium biweekly or monthly package (in-game fighting speed should always be changeable in standard game play!). All resources very slow to gain and can also pay to increase. Customer support very unhelpful, won’t admit or help when reporting glitches. Unless you plan on playing this game for years or paying ridiculous amounts of money just to be strong enough to keep up with other players, really don’t recommend. Plenty of other games out there that benefit non paying players, more evenly.

Fun, but it’ll cost ya. I’m generally ok with pay to play if the game is honest and fair, but after playing for a couple months now it’s become clear to me that their AI is designed to restrict your castle and team’s abilities once you’ve gone about 7-10 days without paying for something. Overnight it will go from where you’re doing decent, even quite well, then the next day you get destroyed by everyone you come across, even PVE, PVP, and tournaments - all of it just gets to where you obviously cannot achieve anything unless you cough up even more money. Even purposefully allowing your team to get destroyed over and over to lower your ranking dramatically [which should cause the AI to adjust and put you up against more evenly-matched foes] has no effect at all. I mean zero. I’d say I’ve spent about $60 on this game and frankly that’s way more than enough for a “free to play” game so since I’ve learned it’s going to put the screws to me about 7-10 days after my last cash purchase in the game, I can not recommend this game to anyone no matter how much fun it is - which is sad because it’s a really fun game. Just keep your wallet open and your cash endlessly flowing if you want to continue to get anywhere - the AI will make sure you do. And that’s not acceptable.

Sick of dealing with it!!!. First off I’ve been playing this game for a yr now and I have been stuck in the same position forever! This is why. There is absolutely no reason a person with 3 million squad power should be attacking somebody with only 750 thousand squad power and taking 3 days worth of loot! Clearly I could never win revenge against this person! Every time I get so close to being able to upgrade something people in the millions come and attack me and take everything! And TONS of points but when I attack somebody in the 500 thousands sometimes I don’t even get any points? This game should have leagues were certain groups can only attack people in their squad power range! There’s no reason for any of this besides complete unfairness! And don’t even get me started on the tournaments.. Completely out of wack. Sometimes I get lucky enough to even able to go up against 1-2 people without others being WAY higher than me. I’m so sick of this game being money drivin. It seems the only way I’m going to progress is if I spend my real money and that’s just not going to happen. When I first started playing I bought premium and few diamonds and that’s IT! The game is just no longer fun to me anymore and stresses me out more than anything!

Fun game BUT...... I’m going to start this review out on a positive note and say that I have really enjoyed playing this game! I have been able to meet plenty of people that just want to have fun with the game as well which has been great. But that being said if you are going to play the game don’t go above throne room 7. The reason for this is because once you get passed that level you will and I mean will have to pay to play (at least if you want to stay competitive). I don’t mind spending the occasional 20 here and there on the game but I don’t want to spend 50 or more every week to have fun with the game. I also don’t like the way they set up the arena, when I am in there the next closest person to me is at least 150k more powerful than I am ps I am TR8 currently which is why I said stay at 7. Maybe if they can fix this then the game could be a bit more fun but until that time stay low power and just sit back and relax at 7.

Balance. The game is so off balance, you want to just move on. No point in playing if you reach a point where you are attacked by players many times your level, and they take 30% or more. It should be closer to fighting within the level your at. To much is given to players are willing spend. You have to have both non-paying and paying. It’s not going be paying players that draw in more players, it’s non-paying that will. And their going spread to other players if the game is worth the time.. spread little honey and you will attract more bees. You will make money, someone will always will pay. If you make the game enjoyable for non-paying players you find in time you get them to spend as well. Way is now, get only those eager to spend and not the true players. Wish there way to delete the account, for my castle will be farmed for resources regardless if I delete the game, and this game requires you spend money if you want to advance your people. This game is one you should avoid and for what you get if spend money it’s not worth it.

Slow going. First of all, it’s not as exciting as they make it out to be in the advertising, a bit boring compared to the advertising. Some of the side events aren’t even playable unless you spend money on it due to being under powered. The arena for example, with all your stats maxed out and the best weapons and armor you can find, a couple weeks into the game you’ll find yourself being the weakest person on the list unable to get through one round. Just happens you have to beat a certain number of players for the achievement, good luck beating one if your lucky because they’ll match you to players who spend money ( which is probably deliberate to inspire you to spend ). I’ve been playing for over a year and at this point it’s just unrewarding repetition. Clear the lands, watch a ton of advertisements, some of them lock up the game and cause you to restart. Game support is unresponsive regarding the issue. My advice on many of these games in the App Store, buy a console if you don’t have one already, play console games. Once in a while you may feel compelled to buy an add on but the console games are far less money and you won’t spend a year watching timers count down. A huge problem, pretty much every time you reach another realm it can take months to develop your fighters to a strength in which they can even start completing the fighting stages, then you whip through the realm and repeat the whole process. These negative factors make the game pretty boring.

the ads!. this game is ALMOST perfect. I’m really into the build and manage a neighborhood-type games, and usually the idea is good but in practice it’s clunky and relies too heavily on timed energy or in-app purchases. This game has enough going on that if you’re waiting on one task, you have a few more to do in the meantime. and it’s completely playable without spending any money. and it’s legitimately fun, I like the level of customization it provides. BUT!!! almost every time I watch an ad in exchange for a game gift (resources, unlocking one of the ad-fueled chests, etc) it’ll play the entire ad and then freeze and force me to restart, losing the reward, or just go back to the main screen like normal yet still not dole out the reward. it’s super annoying and is an unnecessary handicap! and I can’t access the chest unlocked with ads because they refuse to log! please fix this :(

Good in the beginning.... When starting the game it’s fun.. and it’s equal.. then as you get higher up it becomes almost distorted in the way that you can seemingly attack players that are equal or lower skill level and always seem to lose... its almost as if they want you to spend money so you can buy more or better equipment so you can beat the players you are already significantly ahead of skill level wise... and then still lose to the people who are higher then you.. been playing for about 3 months and loved it until I have gotten to this point.. when complaining about how it doesn’t seem right... they respond with.. we can’t give strategic information out.. so I decided to change all strategies and equipment and what do you know.. same outcome. Really enjoyed the game but obviously at this point it’s quite frustrating since I can’t beat the people above me who are most likely bots and also can’t beat the people who are below me unless I pay to get better equipment. Anyways anyone who plays this game I wish you luck! Try not to get to irritated with it! -Derek

Repetitive, misleading game trailer. Yeah, the interesting and fun looking games shown in the pop/up trailer which enticed me to play the game any in the game. Also, be prepared to spend enough for a brand new PlayStation to beat this thing. There is no way to getting ahead is to constantly buy weapons, super wizards, whatever. Wanna upgrade a room that is essential to move up in the game? That will take 4 days(real time). Just use some magic diamonds to speed it up! Not enough diamonds? Enough diamonds to get it built on time are “on a special deal! Only $4.99. Now just repeat this for infinity and you can be up there with the other clowns who spent an incredible amount of cash to play a game which is basically an infinite maintenance game like the sims or any other iteration skinned as theme park owners, pirates, taco stand entrepreneurs, zombie whatever’s blah blah blah.. Take the time and money and read a mind bending book(or 20), buy a guitar, learn it, save up for a car, learn to juggle, get a girl/boyfriend and have fun sex and fall in love, or, aim low and at the very least just buy a nice video game system and a few games instead of playing this crumby excuse for throwing time and money in the trash.

Can’t do anything. So, very quickly you start getting put in tournaments where you are wayyyy out numbered. For example my power is 800,000 I will be paired up with people who have a power of 5,000,000. They annihilate me without me even having a chance. Also, trying to upgrade anything is impossible. I even paid for the goblin helper in the hopes that I could hang on to some resources only to find out it didn’t matter. I have about 2.5 million gold and as soon as I sign off I get attacked and lose 3-500,000. So then I figure I can attack my enemies so that I can recoup my gold. Only to find out that my enemies that the game has selected have between 16-20,000,000 power. I can’t even touch them. The ones that I can defeat only have 50,000 in gold. You are constantly running behind in the game with no room to advance. Unless you simply pay for your upgrades, and plan on continuing to pay for each every upgrade you need. Also… allow me to mention that IF you stay on the game too long it will make your castle “vulnerable” and people will be able to steal even more from you.

Pay to play all the way. Good game at first, then you find yourself stuck big time unless you pay a lot. At first your against other new players and you can actually compete in the arena which is critical for rewards. But eventually you hit a massive roadblock where all the players have all legendary gear and you just get slaughtered over and over unless you spend big and I mean big on getting legendary gear. Also as you level up your throne room and castle level they keep raising the bar ie raid costs, event costs, upgrade times, and other aspects become unobtainable. I’ll be deleting the game after this as my entire clan is stuck loosing arena battles to people with all legendary gear and unable to improve due to horrific time and resource requirements. It really is not worth playing unless your ready to drop an easy hundred bucks maybe more. They bait you initially with special offers, but the gear you may buy becomes obsolete quickly along with other upgrades. You actually have to throw matches just to stay at a manageable level it’s pathetic. I give two stars for good initial gameplay but after a month or so it’s hands down the most money grubbing game I’ve played. I hope people read this and don’t play because I think they feed off new players enjoying the game until the end date where you realize you been ripped off hard. Boooooo.

P2W. I’d been playing for a week or so before deciding to nix this game from my library. Achievements, quests, and story line aside, this game has an awful amount of pay to win, arena is a most notable example considering its one of the few you’re able to experience early on, and probably for the reason of getting you to pay for those glamorous items these other players have, the devs have the hots for showing off what you can get for a quick buck in their pocket. For example, I began and ended during the Phoenix event, and finding that people who had a lower combat level than I have a seamless trait to destroy my entire team. It may have been poor strategizing but I couldn’t find but one instance of my having a lower power level being advantageous, or at least better suited to beat my opponent, and of course I’d outfit myself with items that had the best stats I could RNG from these loot crates/chests. Now for the advertisement, it’s poor and most of the time irrelevant. What inspired me to play this game was this bridge building game mode that I could find no resemblance of in the game, I found it intriguing yet unfounded and no trace of that game mode being present in the app itself. My advice, don’t invest in this game, there’ll always be someone whose spent more than you; don’t put time into this that could have been spent elsewhere, and elsewhere would be much more beneficial if not profitable than this.

Get your games straight. First and foremost I do enjoy the game I seriously do however the event were you get to spin and use the 100 snowflakes to spin and see what kind of prize you get is completely not worth it, it’s simply ment for you to think you have a chance to win something big and trust I have checked with my alliance members and none of them have posted any big wins that’s insane !! You have a great app why do push people away by making these stupid excuses for a great game?? Why!!!! We are loyal customer and you by far treating this like this nothing also the time it takes to get support from you is almost impossible seriously a reply to my iCloud would be nice. By the this reminds me of the 2accounts I have lost so far! YES YES YES 2 !!! 2 flipping accounts on this one device. What is the point of linking it with Game Center if it won’t remember you if the app was deleted by accident or cleared ? My account is still the same with Game Center so was my data not saved or was this just left behind I do make purchases with my games and I do want to buy some stuff here but how can feel secure that if I lose my app or phone again I will also get the investment I put into the game back well because I won’t that’s why. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER.

Growing to despise the game. At first I loved the game, but as time went on I learned that you can only progress so long until you have to start spending real money to continue growing stronger. You will be unable to go far in events, become a strong player, or even properly participate in the game without spending hundreds of dollars. If you enjoy spending your hard earned money on real things, this is not the game for you, avoid it before you get committed and tempted to waste cash. Besides being a pay to win game without saying so in the description (come on game developers, don’t scam people like that), it is also an overall frustrating experience. In the Arena you will be matched with people far stronger then you most of the time, you won’t get to the end of the gem bay without using all your diamonds, and you won’t be able to play for very long at a time because you don’t get many resources unless you, yes. Spend real money. I look forward to the day when we can play games without our financial situation being relevant to our success in the virtual world.

Fun to a point. Fun game, I really enjoy it. I am leader of a clan and that is where my major frustration comes in. If you find a player you would like to get in your clan, there is no way to contact them. Want to talk to one person in the clan, have to do it publicly in clan chat, as there is no other way to talk. Game needs to give players a mail system that allows us to privately talk to other players like other games do. I can’t ask people questions as by the time they come online, it may be lost in chat many messages above. If you could message them, they would be able to see it and respond more easily. Recruiting would be easier also, and warning players about to be kicked would stop any embarrassment at being called out publicly. Other than that, events are fun with good rewards, matchups are part of the strategy it seems,and sometimes it works other times you are pitted against monsters and there is no way to win.

Need money to win. This is the time of year when suicide rates are high. The stress from the holidays still linger, while the added stress of a new year makes it even worse. I am writing to you because of the fragile state that I am in, I am pleading for you to understand my plight! Suicide is an epidemic in the United States, there have been many this month in my town alone. What I don’t think gaming companies, like yours, understand is that people like me turn to you for help. We turn to our gaming systems to cope with the failures of real life, in order to find something that boosts our confidence and self worth. Playing this game has been making me depressed and feel inadequate lately. I have tried asking for your help with why the game is like this but I received a blanket statement response about the arena matches. And my questions were left unanswered. What my point is here is that you are ruining the point of these games. These games are supposed to pass the time with fun and a bit of challenge for thrill seekers. It isn’t supposed to leave you defeated and hopeless. I hope someone cares..

Hmmmm. This is a relatively fun game by itself good challenge. Decent story. However it is definitely a pay to play & pay to win type of game. At the beginning it seemed relatively easy to understand even children can play it, however when you start leveling the missions and players get progressively harder and they game almost forces you to pay money to get any kind of advantage. or to just be on equal footing. There is limited space in the castle so one cannot really build there dream castle in my opinion. If you have a child playing this game make sure you pay attention because if they have your credit card you may be getting some surprise charges to it LOL. But again the story is half decent and has some funny moments so that is why gave it a middle score. If I was not so much a pay to play and pay to win type game I would’ve given it a five. If you want a game similar to this I would recommend fall out shelter it is a older game but just as fun

Money pit. The last event they had was $20 for a pass for the *chance* to spend diamonds to win prizes. Diamonds also cost money. In the past buying the pass and grinding in the game 10-12 hours of game play per day would get you all of the items but not for this last event. Huuuge waste of money even putting the $20 in to unlock some rewards. Some of the rewards for this event was the chance to spend more money. I also had frequent issues in gem bay where my fighters would all make it to the next round and when I was taken out to the open queue my fighters were dead even though they were clearly not. When this was brought up the mods told me it was a glitch on my end and not a system error at all which also lost my points toward the event. Waste of time and money, they are losing players very quickly. Not to mention that there are tons of bots in the game and it is almost impossible to set up a good squad for arena anymore. I used to have a very good set up and would more often than not place top 3 now I’m lucky to win a battle or 2 per tournament.

Response to developers.. So I was asked for my input to make the game better. Ok. Let’s start with the problems. Any other game you play if you focus you can upgrade at a decent pace. Unlike here you get a building to level 4-5 and you’re taking anywhere from a day to two days to upgrade. For low level buildings? Seriously? So now you want for a player with a competitive nature to spend $10 for 1100 gems that will not satisfy an upgrade to a level 3-4 building. Option buy a $20 and get 2500 gems. Oh wait you want to have extra builders to upgrade faster well you have to buy that too. While you’re at it here are a dog and cat you can buy that do absolutely nothing. So now if you want to rush you “forcefully” have to spend money. Not to mention if you go into a tournament you’re not placed in your certain power level you’re fighting people with higher your level, higher your stats and higher hero’s. Just as fun as a hole in the head. You guys have algorithms that can pick up if a character is 4 stars and offer packs to upgrade them but you really have to ask a player “talk to us so we can improve the game” what a joke. This game has been out how long? (Deinstalled) I can buy a game from Xbox or PlayStation and get more excitement.

Tournaments are rigged. The game can be addictive and is enjoyable for a while, but like everyone else has mentioned, you eventually reach a wall where you absolutely have to spend money to compete or progress in the story. Arena tournaments are the most notorious for this. I’m almost always the weakest army in the tournament, sometimes getting matched up with other players who are three or four times my strength. Usually I have no chance which is no fun, and fun is the point of playing. I grind on this game so much. Been playing daily for over a year now and haven’t won a tournament or came even close to it after maybe the first week or so of playing. You need five star players to compete, and you can watch ads to get diamonds to upgrade your characters but the ads only give you 5 diamonds per ad with a limit of how many you can watch at a time. You can get more in the portal when it’s open but it’s unlikely you’ll get more than 100 before the portal shuts. You need 2,000 diamonds to get your character to 5 stars. That’s on top of the diamonds you’ve likely spent to get them from three stars to a four. Please update to where the tournaments are more even. Matching me with several players in a tournament that are over A MILLION squad points higher than my own is dumb and unfair. If as many people play this game as you all claim, the grouping certainly can’t come from a lack of online players. I know this company wants to make money, but gee-wiz. Cut us some slack.

From 0 to ALOT.... Hustle castle is fun and pretty easy at first, but after leveling up your throne room a few times the price of things SKYROCKET! This caught me very of guard, and is now really annoying. I have all my troops as level 20 fighting, but then I start getting better weapons and I can’t afford to upgrade my training room! And to upgrade it, I need to upgrade gold storage, which and 30,000 gold. The gold production in my castle is 👎👎👎. And guess what, I can afford to upgrade that either. Another problem I’ve noticed was that sometimes if I watch an ad, I don’t get any reward, and when I click on it all it says is “waiting for ad network to respond”. This mixes with another problem of the price of battles. After a bit, the apples needed to do a battle is in the thousands! This is just a few annoying problems, but it’s still a fun game.

Pay to play. It’s fun when you start but as you progress you’ll need to spend money to advance enough to complete. It’s definitely a pay to play scam game. They promise big prizes in their special events they require money buy-in’s to win anything decent but use terms like “you might get” to justify why you paid into an event but didn’t get the prizes they offered unless you spend more money to buy extra chest well beyond the quests they give you. When you ask questions to customer support they send you vague generic answers that don’t help at all. Their battle matching is terrible and you’ll end up in battles with teams 10x your strength in arena battles which slows progress down. The game is designed to excite you at the beginning but as you start to get further along it will just push you into needing to add more money to get you a little further. As you progress the game will take longer to get anywhere and will become frustrating. If you’re not ready to waste money on a game I recommend searching for a different game to play. This ones a money pit scam

Support is a joke. It’s all about $.. Support will often ignore your question and provide a cookie cutter unrelated answer and close the ticket. Ask for clarification? You get a cookie cutter response saying it was already answered and you get ignored. Watch ads, perform a transaction, but didn’t get what you were supposed to? Too bad. Want to participate in an event but it pairs you up against someone several tiers above you at twice the power level (260k more power) where it is impossible to defeat one of their people much less all 5 or 6? Too bad. But... you can spend money to buy diamonds to speed up the building of your barracks, trainer fighting room, leveling your fighter levels, building the three crafting buildings, speeding up the crafting of the 5 items for each of your people, and then you might be on equal ground where you have a chance of winning (until you get paired up against someone insurmountable again and have to shell out more if you want to participate in the “free” event). Don’t waste your time. That is how it is intended to work per the support who say they consulted with the developers who agree. They don’t care. Don’t give them your time or money.

Just a game, and a grind.. Would love to find a great game that makes you feel like your money AND time is well spent. Still haven’t. The game is a good building game, with some fun and strategy type things to do. You need to take a lot of time to advance slowly or you will quickly find yourself overmatched by slow grinders. Spending money may help it seem like less of a struggle. The mini games needed to get better items for better and stronger game play are literally not random. You shouldn’t have to draw 24 of 24 things to get a unique thing, if it’s slated to be random. Just state that, not hide that it isn’t random. Almost want to play longer than the 2 months I have played in hopes of a feeling of satisfaction when playing the game. That feeling only happens early on in the “hook” that the games tantalize you with. Once you hit the “grind” probably should stop. Lots of people playing though, so this may be your cup of tea. If you like sloooow tea.

Pay to play or find your fun elsewhere. As other reviewers have said, this is a pretty solid game to begin with... but as it progresses, you NEED to shell out money in order to stay competitive with online features (other players). The game consistently pits you against other players with similar levels, not similar power levels, which means you’ll soon find that tournaments, raiding other castles clan battles & additional features/levels are next to impossible to even attempt to be mediocre at, b/c you’ll be way outmatched by those who don’t mind the extra hit to their wallet (lucky them). So you’ll have to grind a lot, and I mean A LOT, to get the resources and rewards necessary to power up your team b/c your rewards are based off your performance. Low performance (i.e. low power score) = low rewards (i.e. staying with a low power score) Wish this game focused more on micro transactions being a way to enhance the game for those willing to pay more, rather than micro transactions as a prerequisite to enjoy the whole game.

Stay far away. So I started this game 32 days ago and invested about 700 dollars in that time to advance. I learned that this software developer lives by their name as “HUSTLE CASTLE” they hustle the consumer by force lost of matches. I have reported them to the better business bureau and I feel developers in this nature should not be allowed in iTunes and should be investigated upon for unfair and violation of privacy and said agreement and apple should be placing such apps in iTunes. As now I struggle to get my money back and have to go through legal matters steaming from playing this game. I’ve experienced a lot of bait tactics definitely in their tournament game play. I’ve even experienced a team battling me and losing against me and minutes later going against the same team that lost against me just to lose against them right after. It’s a software developer hustle to force the consumer out of money and is in violating if the consumers right of fair play. Stay away from this one... good game if you want to spend thousands to just be undercut by developer scandals

Fun… for a while.. Been playing for over two years now. The game is fun when you first start, but you will quickly get to the point where you have to spend money in order to be competitive. Even if you do spend money on diamonds or special offers, the arena matches will almost never be fair. Most of the time I am matched with one or two people below my rank, maybe one at the same rank as me and the rest of the players will have squad points well over a million higher than my own. This seems to be the case no matter how high my own squad points get. Most of the time the special offers and diamonds you can spend money on are no where near worth the price. They are asking $30, $50… sometimes even close to $100 for in game gear or diamonds. It’s ridiculous. If they made it so you could get a competitive boost here and there for under $5 I would actually probably pay the money from time to time to make the game fun again. As it is, I will maybe log in, poke around for a few minutes and see if the portal is open (that’s really the only fun part at this point) and then log off for a few weeks.

In app purchases. I really enjoy this game and decided I would purchase a rather large amount of diamonds to progress with my castle. I never received my diamonds and my credit card was charged. I immediately contacted the app to create a ticket for my issue and because there was only a generic ROBO type response, I created a second ticket for the same issue. One ticket was closed due to the fact I had created 2 tickets ( in a rather timely manner) and not even a single response to any of my comments on the original ticket. If anyone else is having an issue with in app purchases, Apple was able to refund account and resolve my issue immediately. This is just bad customer service on part of the developers of the app. I followed all directions needed for them to resolve my issue and was even willing for them to just dump my diamonds into my app. Developers please fix whatever bug might do this to another customer and please make sure that issues are being resolved promptly !!

Unique “City Builder” Management Sim. There are a ton of stupid city building games in the vein of clash of clans that are all clones with little to offer the genre. Hustle Castle is something different for a change! Each production room of your castle needs to be manned by a villager that you either rescue or create through couples in the living room (G rated baby magic). Those villagers each have stats that can be modified with items, so there’s some strategy in determining who should be a warrior, treasurer, food producer, scientist, etc... It has goofy characters and art similar to Family Guy. I’ve played about a week and haven’t felt disappointed. There is a competitive pvp mode that I am sure paid players have an advantage, but you can jump right into joining a clan and get assistance with little things and learn the game. I cannot give 5 stars because there’s no such thing as a perfect game. But otherwise decent fun and unique take.

Recent update loot chests are horrible. Awesome game, I check in to collect and build resources multiple times a day in order to make sure I'm giving myself (f2p) the best chance I have against p2p, the devs have made this game manageable to play for free unlike some other games with in-app purchases. One downer though, RECENT UPDATE LOOT CHESTS ARE HORRIBLE. Chests from fighting off invasions used to give decent rewards such as mid-level cooking, alchemist, woodworking treasury, mining an sometimes fighter gear as well as coins and wood usually. I fought off 10 invasions earlier and 8 out of the 10 basic loot chests gave out only coins. The reason I do the invasions is to get uncommon gear through loot chests to be able to craft rare and eventually epic weapons/armor. If the devs are going to start being greedy with what they allow loot chests to provide I will cease to continue playing this game. P2p don't need even more of an advantage against f2p, they can already be much lower levels than you and come to your castle and defeat you. Other than that I do really enjoy this game and hope this issue can be resolved

Has lots of potential, but.... When I first started playing this game I would give it 5 stars. Which by the way is when they ask you to rate the game. Which is probably why this has so many good reviews. As I played more, my rating slowing dwindled because I realized how much time and money and I’m talking hundreds upon hundreds of dollars, it takes to get anywhere in this game. When gearing your warriors, the game is broken when trying to get legendary items. The only efficient way of getting them is by participating in this broken system they have called Arena. For everything other than than arena. This game utilizes a “squad” power which basically tells you how strong your team is. Everything from what I can see is based around it EXCEPT for the arena. its based on the average level of of your squad 0-100. So what happens is I get paired with teams who have 3 to 4 times my squad power who are the same lvl as I am, they hit me three times and I’m dead. Not fun at all and it’s a complete waste of time. If they based it around squad power instead, I would at least have a chance. The devs know this has been an issue since the inception of it but they refuse to do anything about it. They say they are working ok fixing it but don’t. If that’s the case give us alternative methods of obtaining legendary items efficiently and not force me to spend ridiculous amounts of money to obtain them. 2 stars for this game.

Love it but starting to resent it. This is a great game......up to a point. They get you hooked building your castle and spending so much time investing into developing your people and castle....it is a grind but one you enjoy. Then it gets to a point that unless you spend money....your progress grinds to a halt. But you feel compelled to buy resources because of your time investment. You’re constantly being invaded by people who have purchased those resources, and beaten. It becomes a game based on what you’re willing to spend vs your skill and strategy. You can easily become successful if you purchase the resources but if not....the grind no longer becomes fun and game becomes monotonous and boring because of lack of progress and the days it takes for building to be completed......but if you just purchase those diamonds to get things done faster it’s great! (Sigh) .......and that’s the part that makes me no longer want to play. Don’t like feeling manipulated.

Strong on PTW. This one is fun and entertaining, but could be better. Not even out of the "tutorial" stages yet, and I already can see how it is very strongly a pay-to-win type game. What's worse, it is one that requires a subscription for its premium benefits(so not a one-time purchase for premium benefits, but rather a monthly payment). Greedy developers. The subscription does NOT, however, give you all the good stuff. A subscription does not even give you any extra in-game currency(meaning diamonds). Furthermore, the matching system for this game is WAY out of wack. Not only does it almost always put me up against players WAY stronger than me, but even when other players seem to be weaker than, I still will often lose. The battles are extremely unpredictable. That was before. Now, they have created a whole new battle "Arena," where you go up against other players, to fight them for prizes. Only once again, I am put up against players with "squad power" all more than mine, and most of the players have more than twice my own "squad power." The battles are also, once again, extremely unpredictable. I find it impossible to beat ANYONE I'm put up against in the Arena. Several MAJOR adjustments are needed in this game.

Please read this suggestion!. I’ve looked through the reviews and it gets worse, you should really add an update on the arena. It’s good and all but it's annoying that most of the time you’ll get paired up with squads more stronger than you, one time I was in a tournament where almost every single player had a squad power of 100,000+ and you know what’s worse? I only had the squad power of 97,000+ I barely won any matches and most of the players had beaten me with ease, I have a suggestion where you could have choose how much squad power do you want your opponents to be, or if you could just check the amount of power the player (as in you) has and pair them with opponents of a fair amount. Like seriously! You’d almost have to pay to win in-order to win most tournaments and it’s frustrating to most newbies and players who’ve been playing for months. In the conclusion of this review/rating; PLEASE MAKE THE TOURNAMENTS FAIR!

Hustle is right. They will attempt to hustle you out of your money quick smart. Pay to win ruins what could be a long term game. But this pales into insignificance compared to the broken ad system - you can watch ads for chests, resources etc, but the ads load inconsistently, poorly, or not at all and leave you with a black screen and a force quit. Even when ads load, they take forever to register with the server and give you your rewards. Completely frustrating. Fallout Shelter is much better in every level - in fact, this game annoyed me so much it made me go back and play Fallout Shelter from scratch just to experience a good version of this sort of game. Additionally, the latest update won’t load past the splash screen... good times.

100% Pay to win. Been playing for well over a year now and just getting worse and worse. 100% designed for pay to win. Completely pointless fighting in the arena and now after the latest update, Gem bay is also now impossible. Unless you are prepared to spend up big time (and everything is so expensive) you have no chance in the arena. Every time I am matched against players hundreds if not millions of points higher than me. Impossible to win and utterly pointless to take part. Artefacts are a joke again unless you are prepared to pay for them as the artefacts I do buy with arena points are too high a level for my fighters to equip. This means you have to upgrade your throne room to allow you to upgrade your fighters to allow equipping them. But then as soon as you have done that, all the artefacts jump up again in required level meaning you can’t equip them either and everyone you fight in the arena has also jumped up even higher than what you faced before. Completely pointless and frustrating. Game is just a pointless waste of time and have deleted it. Don’t waste your time.

Pretty enjoyable. Good game for the fact that you can play for hours without running out of energy or anything. There are good actual good rewards for watching ads and you aren’t locked behind pay walls

Interested. Haven’t played much yet, but looks good so far. I wish there were a way to go straight to the next battle in the story line without having to go back to castle and through the quest menu each time. That being said, I am enjoying the game so far. Good ideas put in and well executed.

Great premise slow slow play. Looks it’s clever but so very slow to play and your always behind the 8ball not often properly equipped to fight anyone and that sorta begs the player to spend money to speed everything up. I think it would be far more popular and enjoyable if it moved a little quicker and you felt like you were ever getting anywhere

Awesome Fun at no cost. This game is great. In the year or so that I have been playing I play nearly every day and I haven’t spent any money at all on this game. I found a clan with cool people, I participate in the events and clan wars etc , and generally my fun is limited by the number of apples I have . I read many of the complaints about this game being unfair or expensive and my experience is the total opposite. I complete most of most events, yes it takes some time, but grinding it out makes the prizes super satisfying. some times I am completely outclassed in arena day after day, and then I have days where I am in top 3 regularly. I prefer the awesome satisfaction that comes from grinding it out. And yep there are glitches sometimes, sometimes ads don’t work and when that happens it’s generally sorted within a few mins. I am loving this game and my clan and intend to keep grinding it out . :)

Not a new player friendly game. Don’t trying to play if you’re new, I have been played 2month, was a good game at first week, i have spend around $200. As the game continues after 2week,you will realize everybody around you that played this game earlier than you will be impossible to defeat,(event item , legendary item that from event only)even for those free-to-play players. So new players don’t join this game,or join with empty pockets, do not spend a single dollar on this game, it’s not worth.

Fake ads ( do you really need them ), delete this game now. I’ve seen plenty of the same old ads about a man who gets some power number and every time he defeats an enemy he gets more and more power. But then you play the game and it’s totally different. Why do you do that, you most likely get less sales because of this and the interest of the game last until you download it. And people are voting 5 stars to this game and yet they don’t realise that what they wanted and got informed from ads was the thing that like and they got a game they didn’t want. I’m not writing this for the developers but more for the people. Also one more thing, I’ve never seen the developers read and reply so you guys never listen so recommend anyone who has read it this to never play this game! 🙏 for your own gaming sake

Money Hungry. I enjoyed getting into this game but as soon as I get past the lower level quests and battles they want you to pay for everything including the Boss Loot!!! Yep that’s right you have to pay $4.50 to get the gear the boss’s drop which as we all know will only last till the next Boss fight when you will have to fork out more for the next set. The game has a lot of potential but the creators are just too money hungry. Now I’m not a Scrooge if I like the game I’ll pay but only for permanent upgrades not ones that wear off after a few days and want you to pay again.

Totally rigged against you!. This game was great for awhile but lately I’ve found it literally impossible too progress any further due too being constantly attacked by other players with strengths 50x my own! This morning I opened it up ready too collect the last bit of money I needed too do an upgrade and BAM during the night I had been attacked 4 times by players with strengths of over 5,000,000 (I’m at 650,000) and lost nearly 3 million in gold and other supplies setting me back 2 weeks!! I’ve even payed from premium too protect resources but it still gets stolen.... I’m deleting my game and taking my money elsewhere...

Free to play if you put in the effort. Feel sorry for all the poor sods who rushed through the throne levels then do nothing but complain about the game being pay to win. Of course it’s going to be when your squad power at tr8+ is equivalent to what I was in tr6 because you rushed and put no effort into it. I have been playing for about 1 year now and comfortably get top 3 in approx 85% of my arenas. I am also completely free to play. I log in various times during the day to collect resources and save up the diamonds you occasionally get from clicking dweller emotions and from events. Love the game at the start and still love it now.

Ridiculous hoop jumping. I made a typo in my nickname when restarting the game because my data got wiped. Apparently there’s no way to change this other than restarting which they’re demanding info such as my isp and drivers license just to restart a game that’s <10 minutes of play time. Also they shouldn’t even have any of my personal info to verify any of that against so what’s the point? Game should just let you change your name or include a reset button.

Needs to be fixed. The game is fun at the start but as soon as you hit around level 20ish the people you go to play against are ridiculously higher then you and it makes it very unenjoyable to play as the tournaments that enter you’ll never win unless you pay money to get the better gear. Tournaments need to be fixed and have a good system where the people you play against are the same level so everyone has a chance of winning.

Great game. Great game I love the short tutorial I just think it should have reminders about missions daily. and an option to skip the tutorial I also think it should be easier to get diamonds in the game. I think you should be able to get them from missions 10 per mission. I was a little bit confused on how to move the rooms. I also had too many people for my castle and not enough items like weapons, Armour and accessories for my characters. And I believe you should be able to scrap rooms for 20 diamonds, 1,000 apples and 5,000 coins for a little room and double for a big room. Hopefully you read my comment overall great addictive game. P.S. I think you should have a next fight button when you battle someone in the campaign.

A joyous game- but one problem.... Hustle castle was a game that I ignored the ads of and tried avoiding the download but like all ads they find a way to make you give in and I’ve found it a really addictive game. I love the fact that you’re able to freely play, team up with other players in clans and feel like you’re really at the throne in medieval times. However... I’m wanting to upgrade the barracks to hold four soldiers though it is over my money limit and tells me to upgrade the treasury. I try to upgrade the treasury and it says upgrade throne room to level 6. In the throne room in order to upgrade I must upgrade the treasury putting the issue in a loop. I’m not sure if this is a coding mistake or what or if it’s my device but now I have to save up diamonds for the extra cost. Please let me know if this was a mistake or intentionally placed...

Pixel junky. Hmmmm great game but my only gripe is that it costs heaps, I’ve spent a few hundred dollars. (Diamonds are very expensive!!! Use them Wisely) matchmaking in tournaments is appalling you need at least 2.5 million power to get anywhere because everyone you play against is much stronger than you! By a lot so you will never win and the new update made enemies on the map invading your lands too strong to beat (fighting them is the best way to increase your gold, wood, mana and iron) however seriously what’s the point of having enemies that are 4 million strength when you are only 1.7million strength? It’s totally pointless. You really should match equal parties around the same value to make it fair, even revenge is stupid when someone is double your strength and they just stole half your resources. Grrrrrr come on Nord!!!!!! You make over $45k a day from this game! Leveling up your team takes days or hundreds of diamonds if you are impatient!!! Same with leveling up rooms in the castle, I think this is a bit silly. Merging gems, and inlaying good ones can cost 3 million gold! Which is way to expensive considering how hard they have made it to get gold. Hmmm, unless you want to spend mega bucks, wait for ages to get anything done, is not bother with this game. It’s too frustrating especially what I mentioned above about matchmaking. Ps: super tight with 5 star births as well! Even when mating 2 x 5 star people.

Hustle Castle. I absolutely love the game! The only downfall are the prices for everything! If you want to gain power you have to pay a fortune for it and I do mean a fortune. If you don’t pay to upgrade, it’s never enough, it could take quite a few years and become very frustrating. However no matter how much you play and pay, there are many other more powerful forces at play to make your gain very slow and frustrating with bots place to beat you at every turn. The events that take place monthly are expensive and overrated, it is hardly worth while buying the upgrade to the event, although most people do, hoping to gain something to help them along, which almost never happens

Can’t upgrade. You can’t upgrade the throne room to level five because you have to upgrade Barricks to level four but you can’t upgrade to barricks to level four because you have to have a level six throne room. Can you can you please fix this?

Such a well made game, but.... The Devs have done such a good job on this game. The artwork is fantastic, uses heaps of native functionality; haptic feedback, accelerometer etc. A very high level of polish sadly overshadowed by an awful monetisation system. I’d much rather pay a one off fee for premium, not MMO level monthly subscriptions. So much is gated behind these micro transactions it makes the game depressing to play. At least give me the option to pay for a year up front.

Stop your whinging. Everyone saying it’s pay to play needs to go and play with their barbie dream home. You don’t have to spend any money to be competitive. You just need to put in the time to get better gear. I am f2p player and am very competitive with the p2p players. Awesome game

Greedy Developers. I have been playing for 10 months. It’s another pay per win game. The game keeps putting you in higher levels in the tournaments which you can’t compete evenly in. Since gems were introduced as another money maker it is ridiculous to what teams you can be put against. To be amongst the top players you would have to spend $5,000+ easily. That value is a conservative estimate as it may be much more. Disappointed to say the least.

This game is broken.. I’ve been playing this game for a few months now, and it’s a pretty good time waster. However, it is 100% pay to win. If you’re not willing to fork over money (bare minimum for a premium account and the goblin, which I have done), you’re not going to get anywhere. Everything you need to build is too expensive and takes way too long. It can take days to save up to build a single room. The combat is completely broken. I’ve unlocked every map, so I usually have around 14 people to attack, and usually maybe attack one of them. Every single other person is hundreds of thousands of attack points above me, and I’ll waste all of my food trying to change them to someone I can attack. Because of this, you can’t build up money to buy things to make yourself better to be able to fight them. Such a good idea, a really fun game early on, but once you hit a certain point (level 25+), the game breaks and you basically can’t pay it unless you pay. The latest “sale” is giving a discount on some stuff from ~$1100 to $150 - that’s not a sale, that’s a rip off.

Really good but... The game itself and the set up are really good, but it’s 100% a pay to win game. If you’re happy to just cruise along, log in and update stuff here and there it’s ok but if you actually want to play the game at any kind of pace, you have to pay. It’s starts off really quick and really easy and crazy addictive but that quickly slows down a few levels in and the need for diamonds is an ever present burden. Would rate 5/5 if not for the diamond dependency.

Game is broken and developer doesn’t want to help. I have had an issue with this game where you need to watch ads to get bonuses throughout the game. You watch the ads and nothing happens afterwards. I have reached out to the developer, they have given troubleshooting steps to help resolve the issue. They don’t work. When you go back, the ticket has been closed. You open a new ticket and they close it off and refer you back to the troubleshooting steps...

Pure pay to win. Love the concept of this game. However as others have said, the only way to advance is to pay increasingly large amounts of money and the problem is that you can’t actually advance beyond a certain point unless you just keep on paying. Even that might be ok, but the entire game devolves into a boring AF grind... games are supposed to be entertaining and not a chore. I now work in the games industry and this is a great example of a nice concept that ultimately fails because everything about it is is a money grab. At no point does it reward loyal players. Do yourself a favour and buy a AAA game with hundreds of hours of unique environments, characters and game play. It will ultimately be cheaper than this game.

Hustle Castle Honest Review. Great game with great game mechanics however it is too slow in a sense as a direct result of the elongated construction and fighter level up time as you progress. The arena matchmaking is also tedious and often takes over ten minutes to finally find players even though they end up being much higher than you in terms of overall squad power. Great game hopefully they can fix these issues in the future ❤️

This game is so cool. This game has all the things you would want I have been playing for a week or two. AND I LOVE IT. If you like games like clash of clans you would love this game and if you don’t like clash of clans well you will still love it. I was looking at the another Review and they said you need to buy stuff to win and you don’t I have not used and money on this game and I have gone so far. I think you should play this game. Garbage PVP. The pvp is so broken in this game it’s a joke. The castle raiding system is so broken you are forced to attack unassailable castles just to reduce your match making rank just so you can be matched against players on your level. PvP arena is an instance where you are thrown in with 10 other players for a series of matches, good in theory but the game is riddled with players with no intention moving up through the bracket system that determines matching making. Meaning unless your team is top notch with legendary gear again you can’t compete. This would be fine if there where anything else to do in the game but there really isn’t.

Good game. This game is the best game I’ve ever played you have to download this and if you can’t I’ll feel so sad in my own way because you couldn’t get this magnificent game you guise will learn that it will be hard at some stages I’m sure talking about the people who have this game and please try get it!

Change my mind!. My partner and I have both been playing now for over 6 months. It is our main phone game and have happily paid for premium membership the entire time. Up until now we have loved everything about the game and all the new features, however the latest event ‘Way of the Eagle’ is way too heavily geared towards pay to win! We both decided to make our first gem purchase when this event started as we couldn’t quite reach the final items in the last event so thought we would get a head start. Only to realise that the rate you can progress is much much harder I’d say about 10x harder and to make any real progress would set us back about $300 in gems???? Please fix this...

Hustle. Hay don’t spend real money in game to advance as you will need to keep spending I have spent 8 to 10 hours a day in game and real money and am finding it hard to keep up with others seems like I don’t even get a review cos it dose not even come up in the reviews

Great game to play. I have to say the daily gem giveaways from ads are okay but I would love to see more easier way to get upgrades for rooms such as weapon chamber and fighters training room could be easy to upgrade from money beside that the game is charming and concept is good for someone who love the Middle Ages 😁

Pay to win. First day or two is ok up to level 10 or so. Then it becomes unplayable unless you pay for upgrades ($4-15 in the early stages) and more powerful items. It has a really refined interface and has great graphics. Just wish it were more playable without constant need to put money in. The multiplayer is a waste of time, every other player is super powerful so you always rank last and can’t earn enough to advance. Definitely need deep pockets to make this game “fun”.

Developer greed. I have enjoyed playing this game for over a year now but it is now getting to be more and more pay to win. With every special event, they require you to buy more diamonds with real money to have a realistic chance at getting the special items on offer. The latest offer is the same with some really broken chance algorithm as well. Friends have managed to get 4 snail artefacts out of 5 chests (when you can realistically only use 1 snail artefact in a battle so the other 3 are just a waste) and yet I bought 6 chests and got not a single snail artefact. I will be deleting this game soon if things are not fixed.

Pay per play. I loved this game (and the artwork!) at first and was willing to pay over $60 in total for “special” deals. But after about level 25 you need to pay to win. I found myself at a point where I could really only compete on the daily automated “raids” on the map, as all the competing players had way higher squads than me. I was still happy to do the slog to level-up my rooms and fighters UNTIL I went to logon this morning to find I had been banned! No response from support so they have just taken my money and kicked me loose. Save your time and $$ for a better game.

Def not pay to win.. Those who say this is pay to win have put no thought into how to develop their castle and are not paying attention to what changes when you level up. I have never spent a cent in the game and recently got another builder to keep up with my strong economy. My throne room is level 9 and I place in most of the tournaments I enter. No problems building a strong squad without spending money. Be smart, pay attention and you’ll destroy all comers. Great game.

Fun but expensive. I really enjoyed this game to start with. Going up the first levels reasonably quickly with no need to buy any extras. However the last couple months I have gotten absolutely nowhere. I bought all the cheapest gem packs and upgraded my throne room and bought some boss armour etc and finally started getting somewhere again and was so excited. But it lasted about a day before I could no longer attack anyone because they were all way above me again and I couldn’t progress any further in missions because my warriors weren’t strong enough. I have no spent about $400 on gems and armour and am again at a stand still. I have to wait and try and build my money and wood up the hard way, and just when I’m starting to get enough to upgrade something about 10 people attack my castle and I lose a million dollars and hundreds of thousands of wood and manor. It’s so disappointing when you work so hard and wait so long and get nowhere. Please make it not so much a pay to play, I have a real life to live as well, and unfortunately I couldn’t afford to pay as much as I have. Another suggestion is to make attacks on others the same level.

Great game - could use an extra feature. Love this game - it’s immersive and prompts new activities to stop you getting bored. The wait times on construction are annoying as you get to a higher level but that’s no different to any other similar game. Don’t waste gems on speed ups because you’ll need them later on!!! One thing I wish we had (unless I’ve missed it) is the ability to scroll through all the people in your castle in a list and sort them by skill. It’s annoying to flick through my people one by one to check their skill level. I am impressed however that in the week or so I’ve been playing there have been multiple apologetic emails from the developers trying to rectify issues with gifts - that makes me happy. You guys obviously care about your game and your users and are taking steps to make the game better for everyone 👌

Artwork best I have seen so far.. The game gets 5 star just based on the artwork with the characters and maps. Very well done. The game itself is fun, simple click and upgrade system. Have a castle, you build rooms which you can upgrade and add to. You have your characters that you can equip with armour and weapons. Currently havecharacters that act as range and then others as melee and then change them. The monetisation like any app is how they make their money back and for a game like this I can see why they might be a bit more aggressive in their strategy. Overall it’s been enjoyable.

Marking down because of last update. I do not like how the new daily requests work in the new update. Instead of getting a reward for every quest completed, you now only get one reward (granted it is a larger reward) for all quests completed. Difficult to achieve reward as some of the diary requests are impossible (like giving gifts to friends, none of my Facebook friends play hustle). Please rethink this approach.

Too much paid content. This is a great game, but far too many components of this game are pay-to-play. Please fix this. Its so hard to go into an arena and have a bunch of dwellars with all event gear and legendary talents. Please make it easier to play the game whithout having to spend too much money. Perhaps increase the amount of rewards one can obtain without money. And please for the love of god cut the prices on the red dragon and travelling merchant. This games' management have the wrong priorities. Please heed what i have said.

Tournaments are turning off players. Game is awesome, I don’t even mind waiting days for certain items so I don’t have to pay a cent on a free game. But ever since the update I’m versing players 6-15levels higher then me constantly in tournaments, and it’s already made lots of clans members stop playing, cause now instead of days for items we’d have to either spend money or wait weeks. Hope it gets fixed!!

Great strategy. For all those critiques that talk about this being a “pay to play” game, I say No! This is a long game strategy game. I have been addicted to this game for 18 months - longer than any other - because it adds difficulty and strategy constantly at each advanced level, and keeps your interest in the game. Your strategy changes. It isn’t about buying more diamonds. It is about playing smarter, and as a clan. So I say: Happy Hustling and enjoy this game for what it is!

I’d love to give more than 5 stars. Absolutely LOVE this game. I’ve been playing for about a year now, and it is amazing. The quests and battles are well balanced, and really add a lot to the experience. The game is always updating, and the devs really listen to what we want and have to say and I truely appreciate that. They also give us a lot of free supplies if we have any glitches, and there’s always events taking place. The progression in the game is very steady, and also has the option to pay for an advantage, which is not an unreasonable amount. I would like to see some more diversity, but overall, a great idle game. THANK YOU!

Do yourself a favor and give it a miss. To be fair lots of potential, but takes the monetization to a new level compared to COC, Royale, BB, etc. “Have” to watch ads to receive half he awards, everything is geared towards paying for stuff but to a whole new level, and lots of little things to trip you up, eg I just accidentally clicked and spent 2 weeks worth of diamonds - the currency you purchase with cash, because my finger slipped. Deleting now, it’s so much more frustrating than any of the other afore mentioned games, seriously do yourself a favor and skip this one! Developers are just too greedy here!

It’s a good game but... It’s a good game and I really enjoyed it at the beginning. Spent some money and got some diamonds. It’s all good. But once you reached to about level 27, you will be finding it’s really difficult to progress with the game, because it’s either take a long time to collect all the resources or take a long time to build items or upgrade. So, if you want to speed up with few dollars, then the in game purchases are very expensive and cost you too much. Seriously those diamonds costs over $100, you can only spend them to speed up the progress and save my time of waiting? I would rather get a PS5 game, and I should be able to get more out of it.

Was fun for short while before it gets stupid. Game was fun and playable for a while. After you hit lv25, all your enemies will 10 level above you and hundred thousands or even millions above you so yeah what’s the point of playing anymore? The game doesn’t even help you to progress, even if you spend money you will still be facing enemies not on the same level as you. Total waste of time, I downloaded the app from the puzzle ad and it doesn’t even have any puzzles lol

Love the game!. I am really enjoying playing this game. No you don’t have to spend money if you don’t want to. You just have to work harder to get further which is part of the enjoyment. A game with LOTS of surprises. I really like the the new version because it adds a randomly 3-5 seconds on the Gem bay tour when I click the start. It makes me to stop and think if I really should uninstall this game

Design for you to pay.. There is so many items that you cant have unless you pay and it makes you really weak compare to the ones ready to put some money in the game. Matchup are an absolute joke with people always twice your strenht with items you have to pay to get and makes it impossible to even win 1 fight in tournament. Emnemies in map are always way out of my league so cant win or they are super weak so i dont earn trophies or barely any loot. The 2 stars are because it has potential.... Unoriginal but fun. Total fallout shelter ripoff but it has its own art style that's cheeky and fun. Early game is a little slow to develop but it picks up a little. Recommended if you want an easier fallout shelter.

MONEY GRAB GAME. DO NOT DOWNLOAD.. They’ll hand out events that only paying players can join. You can save up as much diamonds you can but you’ll never be able to enter special events because they’ll require you to pay REAL MONEY instead of diamonds. USELESS!

How much do you value your time?. If the answer is very little this is the app for you. While the game is fun when you have something to do (battle, upgrade characters, etc) you also spend a lot of time waiting to upgrade rooms and therefor level up and the higher level you go the longer the upgrades take. I’m at 3 days on some upgrades. Can pay a bunch of money to speed that up but probably not the best investment to make.

Game wont load - wifi/ connectivity issue. Since last update game won’t load, unable to play… on data and on wifi. Nothing works. Same for iPhone and android…

Sexually suggestive ads including young teens. Sexually suggestive ads showing almost naked teen girls. Suspicious activities in the game. Ads selling diet pills.

It is what it is. This game has a bit of appeal for what you can do. It will occupy your time and can be a bit fun at times. The first intro to the game is completely misleading. When advertised it lead you to believe something completely different to what it actually ended up being. I gave it a chance regardless ( mainly out of boredom) The only way to get ahead seems to be paying. I refuse to pay since the algorithm seems to always pair you with players who are 3-5 times stronger than you. Even players of the same level who pay for the game outclass you to the point of frustration. You would think time, patience and strategy would eventually pay off..... but that is a fantasy. Nothing comes from you playing a smart game. Literally you get stuck waiting weeks to level up... and just when you think you can build your resources in peace while you wait? Boom a player who outmatches you sometimes up to 10 times swoops in and snatches away you’re resources( and it happens back to back). So all in all. This game is a great way to waste time, but not worth investing money or emotions into in the least.

Stole $50 off my credit card without my approval. I’ve been charged for purchases I did not make. $50 to be exact. When contacted they told me they can’t do anything about it. Not even an apology. By the way, this happened on Christmas Day. I’m short on bills now. Hopefully, Apple can solve this problem. BEWARE HUSTLE CASTLE ARE THEIVES!!!

Money pit. Good game but only if you wanna spend hundreds of dollars because that’s the only way you’ll go anywhere in this game.

Horrible customer support and very costly to play. Customer support for issues is horrible - they send the same canned response to every query (makes me wonder if they have a computer responding to all service requests) and do nothing to address issue. If you try to escalate, they send more of the same generic response or worded slightly differently. In my most recent issue (related to value received for price paid in an event) the final comment was “will pass your comments on to the developers” - and then they closed my ticket. No respect for a paying customer and no attempt to make at least a token gesture to placate me like other games do. It also costs money to progress in this game but there is very little value received for what you pay in their “special events” and the events are rigged to force you to pay above and beyond the “golden ticket” price in order to actually receive the advertised rewards. All in all, if you want to be treated fairly as receive value for money paid, STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAME!!!

Not load - Wi-Fi problems. After last update I can’t play in Wi-Fi with different phone and laptop. Internet provider already check and no problem here.

Don t waste money and time on this game. This game is design to take your money. I paid for a premium account, but I can no longer play the game sometimes it does not load at all. Other times is loads very very slowly. Then after one or 2 moves it reloads and I have to start again. . I lost over a week of my premium account.

Starting to become all about the money. With recent updates this developer is becoming more and more greedy. While the game and updates are overall good, they are targeted at high money players. I have been playing for over a year and a half and lead a clan with lower power players teaching them to play. Some have ended up being people that also spend. However, our clan cannot get the 2.8 million clan chest that contains ancient materials for more advanced players. Clan chests are irrelevant as a result for higher level players. Is the goal of this developer to chase more advanced players into clans with only more advanced\spending players? Seems to me this is counter intuitive. Clans like ours power your future spenders. Please update clan chests so that they reflect the contribution of lower power clans that drive this game. I and others are thinking about quitting. Heatmiser. Clan SYD.

Cheaters have ruined this game. Add me to the list of longtime players who have left this game due to a grossly unbalanced system. Retiring from this game due to an over abundance of cheaters, and devs who blatantly don’t care. Been playing since the beginning and while it used to be a lot of fun, the cheaters and greedy developers have turned this game into a total sh¡tshow. Devs don’t care about the cheaters and claim that they are playing within the rules of the game when reported, but that’s a bunch of malarkey. There is no way a player that is at least 1 million points weaker, who also isn’t equipped with any jewellery or gems, AND is using basic weapons that are well below their TR level can beat a player with maxed legendary event/arena gear & gems - a 2.5 mill TR10 winning fights against a 4.5 mill, while using grey or green TR6 or TR7 daggers, without jewellery or gems isn’t cheating? C’mon now! It shouldn’t be physically possible, but according to ‘Customer Support’ it is. It’s laughable! The arena is also in dire need of a revamp but the devs don’t seem to think anything is wrong in that department either. For example, TR9’s in the 6x85 are having to compete against opponents who are two TR levels above them. TR10 and TR11’s are dominating that bracket because of a broken system. They have access to upgrades and relics that the TR9’s don’t, which gives them a massive advantage right from the start. Add in the fact that they also get an automatic strength increase with each TR upgrade, and you get a blatantly unbalanced & unjust system. Do the devs care about this issue? Of course not. The higher the Training Room, the more money a player has to shell out. They like the unbalance because it forces a lot of players who don’t know any better to quickly level up in hopes of getting stronger so they can actually stand a chance of winning. The thing is, in order to get strong enough to start winning, you have to spend a boatload of real money, and that’s exactly what the devs want from you - and even then it isn’t a guarantee, because well, cheaters!!!! They only care about their bottom dollar and the cheaters help them with that. It’s a sad fact, and a despicable one at that. Save your money, save your sanity. Find a better game to play. Hustle Castle has been used & abused, and is ultimately worn out. Goodbye old friend! 👋

False advertising for this game. This game is being advertised over social media everywhere as a puzzle game but when you play it it’s a build your army and attack style game? What a joke, if that’s how you get people to download your app, I don’t care to play garbage.

I only added it because the ads that kept popping up in my Facebook made it look like a “save the dude” puzzle type game, I like puzzle games, but the second I opened it, it was directing me through this “super Mario” type warrior game, I tried giving it the benefit of the doubt and going through it’s necessary stage and first level or two, but the puzzles I wanted to play never showed up! If it’s gonna be a cartoon fighting game please advertise as such!

Pay to play. Game use to be a lot of fun and getting upgrades was reasonably easy if you play a lot. Game odds now are really poor for prizes. Most are crap if you have been playing for awhile. Match ups extremely poor with no chance of ever winning. I am a level 58 castle and only got there by spending money. Complaints about system problems are not resolved and you get the “I do not care” response. Decided to not put any more money into the game and reduce how often I play.

Further disappointment. Game devs have really hit a low point with these new updates. The 1 hour cool down after a player goes to a neighborhood for a 5 minute invasion. Raiding store prices x5 over night. Absolutely the worst updates I’ve ever seen. I will not give this game 1 penny until they fix this mess. It’s absolutely ridiculous and completely ruins clan territories. Orange gems used to be a big deal. Now they’re common and red gems are in. But a team 1 red gem and nothing else can take out a fully orange team with twice+ the power. You work on your team for years just to have a player with a big wallet beat you easily. The only good reviews are 3 years old. That should tell you something right there. Devs absolutely do not listen or respond to players without a copy and paste answer as you can blatantly see in the dev responses to these reviews. In over 2 years I’ve never gotten a competent answer to an in game issue. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME.

Tournament Function is bogus. I like it but the tournament function kinda sucks. I always get placed with people who’s squad power is WAY higher than mine!! Like i’m 400k and in a tournament w 800k people! Can’t win a single battle!

Over charged items. Honestly after spending 60+ dollars just to unlock 3 rare items only to find out that when I unlocked it only gave me to opportunity to buy them for another 21$ each honestly it’s way too expensive to begin with they would probably make more money if they made it more affordable for people to actually upgrade

Used to be good game. A year ago it was a fun game. Now the devs are greedy. Constant pay2win events with low level prizes no one wants or needs and bad drop rates on the good items. Don’t play this game.

Pay to win and customer support is a joke.... TAKE MY WARNING PLEASE!!! They definitely will bait you into playing for awhile. Don’t get me wrong it’s fun for a bit.. until you start losing to everyone, and I mean everyone. You have to buy their “special offers” to be able to keep up. And don’t get me started on trying to upgrade anything.. it will take days to simply upgrade anything, that’s if you wait days to be able to acquire resources, since you’re matched up with unreasonable opponents to try and pvp with others for extra resources. Plus, DO NOT LINK THE WRONG ACCOUNT TO FACEBOOK!!!! I have contacted them several times to unlink my beginner account so that I can link my account I play on my phone. You have to pretty much send them everything you would need for a birth certificate. It’s a joke. In all reality it’s not worth the hassle to try and get into it because two weeks down the road you’ll end up just uninstalling it.

Very Good Game, So Far.. I have played almost two hours so far, so I am actually not too far into this game yet. But thus far it is an amazing game! Very in depth, yet easy to get the hang of. It offers a lot of options and versatility, while being enjoyable and entertaining. I do see (from other reviews, however) that this game is pay to win further into the PvP aspect. Although I have yet to run into this issue, I sincerely hope that it’s not as bad as some say, when and if I do see that side of it. Regardless it’s a good time killer and interesting entertainment. Also the PvE side of the game is a lot of fun and interesting enough to be worth the download, with or without a “ptw” aspect to the PvP side of the game.

Good game needs fix’s. At first the game is fun and pretty balanced. It only took a little while to complete wretched land. Then once I progressed a little bit I played some tournaments. At first I got first and second place. Then once my power was about 39,000 and I did a tournament I was against other players with double my power. So at that point I decided to do some story quests and I finally got stuck in the volcano area. There for I decided to try and upgrade my fighter training area to level 4 and it was 150,000 coins. Eventually I just bought a pack to upgrade it. On fixes I think that their should be something to make your enemies in tournaments around +5000 your power or -5000 your power. I also think some things should be cheaper and training time a little shorter. Over all I would recommend it ,but needs change.

From 0 to ALOT.... Hustle castle is fun and pretty easy at first, but after leveling up your throne room a few times the price of things SKYROCKET! This caught me very of guard, and is now really annoying. I have all my troops as level 20 fighting, but then I start getting better weapons and I can’t afford to upgrade my training room! And to upgrade it, I need to upgrade gold storage, which and 30,000 gold. The gold production in my castle is 👎👎👎. And guess what, I can afford to upgrade that either. Another problem I’ve noticed was that sometimes if I watch an ad, I don’t get any reward, and when I click on it all it says is “waiting for ad network to respond”. This mixes with another problem of the price of battles. After a bit, the apples needed to do a battle is in the thousands! This is just a few annoying problems, but it’s still a fun game.

Fun but only if you pay. The actual game is very fun and the animation is great. It’s cool building up your team and upgrading their weapons armor and gear, and getting people to create babies is an interesting tool. However once you get past the first 3 areas, the game ramps up the difficulty so both single player progression as well as pvp fights are almost impossible without paying for gear or leveling your people past 3 stars. Leveling up your rooms can be very tedious with 12 to 24 hour wait times... unless you want to pay of course. I understand money isn’t an object for some people, and I have no problem watching ads for little bonuses but it isn’t right to pit PVP battles with someone who has more than twice the battle score. All 4 of my guys are level 30, and most battles last less than 20sec with me loosing.

BUGGY!!!!. I have to reinstall the game 3 times now playing for 2 months. Waiting on training and moving around castle, one peon got selected and I tried dropping him back with all of a sudden my two training 5 hours in LEFT TRAINING AT THE SAME TIME. When I finally got them back in they lost their training.... LOST HOURS OF TRAINING BECAUSE THE GAME IS BUGGY!!! Frustrating as hell and tournaments like everyone says is lackluster and rigged. Ads crash the game now and again. This game lets you speed up by ad watching. Not bad until it crashes your game. I’m just about at the point of uninstalling this game as it seems it’s in a beta version. So many other games that just aren’t as frustrating than this game and they seem to be a cookie cutter game as I’ve seen ads with almost identical layout. Game is honestly 2-3 stars. Anyone giving it 4 or 5 is full of it.

Key word: Hustle. Definitely have to pay real money to have an actual advantage in this game. It does start off fine but you quickly realize it’s just like any other game out there...have to spend money to get ahead. There are people have must have spent A LOT because you can no longer win matches or advance much without dropping serious cash. The upgrades take a very long time as well. We’re talking 9 days in some instances and I’m not even at a high level. It was fun but now just seems kind of lame. Another company solely interested in taking your money and not providing a fun, easy playing game. I miss the days when game developers actually cared about the games they developed. Oh well. On to the next one. If you want to spend real money then you should download...if not, keep scrolling.

Happy Birthday. With this games second birthday castle approaching I would like to take a moment and reflect on how it has grown. Back when I started my journey in March of 2018, I thought I would delete this game after an hour or two if gameplay, but was I sorely mistaken. I kept playing, having fun with the events, and leveling up my castle. I watched the great Aomine19 and Ginan rise to greatness and just as quickly fall. I kept up with the game and kept grinding away as Gejshsv, and today this is by far my favorite game! I play far too much, and have just recently gotten 14 million squad power. I would recommend this game to anyone with too much time on their hands, and I hope to see some new faces in tournaments and dungeon.

Disappointing, Play to Win, Bugs with ZERO Support. This game is not only a total rip off, but has terrible business ethics and zero support for players. When hard earned resources that have been saved for months disappear randomly, the support team has nothing to say except that the USER should be more careful. This game is definitely pay to win, and there is no regulation between players that pay versus players that don’t. This makes many parts of the game extremely difficult for those who don’t pay, or even those who don’t pay a lot. I have talked to players on the game who have spent upwards of $100 on the game, and are still overtaken by players paying even more. The system is set up where there is one leader and a clan and if that later becomes inactive for any reason it affects all 50 people in the clan. There’s no back up for this, and absolutely no support by the SUPPORT team.

Good game but..... This is a truly fun and addictive game but with the updates comes more difficulty. The dungeon almost seems as it is too difficult now to even get to fight a boss. I don’t understand why you would make it so difficult unless it is to persuade gamers to spend all the money they can on gear that doesn’t really help. Please adjust the difficulty in this game due to the fact that people don’t play games to spend their paychecks on them. Greed is what keeps people from wanting to play these games. If you are looking for a highly addictive gaming experience and are willing do drop all kinds of money on it as of right now this game is for you.

Fantastic game/mediocre support. I love this game, it was fun when I was free to play it and it’s still fun when I put a few dollars into it. The only gripe I have with the game is their support. I was triple charged for a purchase not long ago, received two sets of the desired one purchase(I was fine with it because I’d have likely bought the second one any way at some point) but the third charge, which didn’t yield anything in game, they are denying even after I supplied them receipts from App Store purchase history. Initially they acknowledged it while the third purchase was showing as pending but once it cleared and listed in purchase history they started to deny it. Again, really fun game free2play or pay2play. But if you don’t have the money to lose to billing glitches, don’t risk making purchases.

Not fun, you need to pay. This game is not very fun compared to other games. There’s not much sense that goes into the one activity available and again it’s not really fun. You win every single fight without pause until it is impossible to win period. Maybe it has the potential to be fun? If you were able to actually play it. But you hit a wall after about one day where you would need to spend about $30 in order to continue playing. Breakdown: you need 4 characters at a certain level. It costs 750 gems to upgrade 1 character. It costs like $10 to get 250 gems. Once you upgrade one you have the chance of getting more characters born at a higher level capacity. This process takes 9 hours and is not a guarantee. Just absolutely not fun by any definition. There is no reasonable way around paying including watching adds or putting in more time. Not worth downloading.

Don’t pay, you’ll get weaker.. Fun game but the Issue is the way players are matched up. I played this this game over a year ago. Once I started paying to power up, I keep getting grouped with players much much higher than me and can never compete so I gave up. After a year or so I thought I give it a try again. I found myself spending another $300-$400 and still not able to compete with people. I’ve ask clan members and they don’t even spend nearly as much as me and they are much more powerful because they are able to out rank people in the arena and reap the rewards and keep getting stronger. There needs to be some way to calculate how players match players up. Seems one they know you’re willing to pay, they keep making you pay to keep up with the Jones. Don’t bother paying if u decide to play.

Not free to play. I downloaded the game because of an interesting ad. It was not anything like the ad but I thought maybe it gets better if i keep playing! It did not! The game is not at all like the ad. Deceiving advertising! Besides that, it is not a free to play game. It is basically get better items, get more powerful game. Strategy and game plan are not that important. Basically do not advance too fast before you are ready and you are good! Spend money to get better items or even buy them and you rock it! Of course, you can get the same items people buy for free but with spending too much time and maybe after a few months! I understand games need to make money and the way to do it is by giving an edge to players who spend money. However, this game does not give an advantage to players who spend money. It gives disadvantage to people who does not! Once you activate premium, then the real competition starts. Premium gives you a normal play. Without it, you spend most of your time waiting for battles to finish! You don’t have auto-battle option and can only fast forward them if you have a premium account. Also, be ready to watch around 20-30 ads (30 seconds each). To conclude, if you are not going to spend money, this game is not for you. If you are going to spend money, there are better games to play!

Good until...... I loved the game at first, and even got 3 others to start playing as well. However, now we are all having the same problem. When tying in a tournament with other players who have obviously spent more money than I have based on their strength, the developers give them the prize and have been placing me at a lower prize tier. The obvious solution is to call it a tie for the place and award both the prize, however that is not the case. They put the players who have spent more ranked higher and knock others that have used better strategies over money out of the rankings for prizes. When contacted, they do not seek to resolve issues, but blow you off then close the ticket so you cannot discuss with them further. At this point, I would not recommend playing the game. I also noticed my tournament rankings drop when my premium expired.

Pretty good game. It’s a pretty good game. I feel like there certain things that can be done better. I feel like you should be able to play the game offline but you can’t do any of the pvp part of the game until you are back online. I also feel like you should be able to make money faster but that just apart of the game. I don’t really feel like it should be fixed but it would great to earn money a little faster. I also feel like the combat part of the game is cool but I would like to be able to speed up the fight without paying for the premium version of the game. Also I would like to be able to permanently buy the goblin assistant with in game currency or real money but you should be able to have the option to pay either way.

Unfair attacks by other players. Let me first say, I’m not whining about the fact that there are battle in the game. Not at all—it’s just a game. What I do want to point out as completely and totally unfair is that since my level reached the upper teens, I have been getting attacked and swiftly defeated by other players who are up to 20-40 levels above mine and from 200k to over 6.4 MILLION. I really wish someone would either fix this to make combat more fair or explain to me why the game allows players to basically obliterate and then steal all of your gold and other stuff like wood, mana, etc. It almost happens enough times a day to make it impossible to win without buying upgrades with real $$$. I quit playing the game a few years ago for similar reasons. I see nothing has really changed. If I leave it again, I won’t be coming back.

Quite a fun game, but has some issues. It is an average game, there is no big problem with it, however one bad thing about this game is that some waiting. Sometimes you have to wait because of a lack of resources. In this game you have to have a certain amount of food to be able attack , so for a while you have to wait until you get more food. Another problem is the offers the game offers you. The offers will give you a certain amount of time to buy some gear or something that will help you. Now this would seem normal most games do that, but this game is different. The stuff you can get are very overpriced. One of the offers was 10 dollars for some gear and more resources. I just think that is really not worth it. Even though these problems it is still a fun game

Very fun game, few issues. The game is very enjoyable and although there are some gear that you can pay to get, most gear is obtainable without spending a penny. You can easily continue to compete with those who have dropped money on this game and the grind to level up is a fun one. I just feel that the clan activities are very limited at the moment, I wish there more to do with clans, such as maybe donating resources to help to build a sort of clan building which provides bonuses to the clan members. I feel that once more activities become available to clans, this game will definitely be 5 stars. At the moment there just isn’t enough to do clan wise, but overall it’s still a great game worth playing.

Fun!. This is a lot more fun than fallout shelter. I really do enjoy playing this game. But I have to agree with someone else. Early on you can fight against people but later once someone has paid money and has better outfits, people etc then there's no way possible to win against them without paying yourself. UNLESS they make it possible where you get matched up with other non-playing players. Then it's fair. Overall the game is quite fun to kill time and enjoy. I have come across a bug though. I was playing all day yesterday fine, but today every time I'm in a battle whether I win or lose it gets stuck. Basically saying I am offline and I am not. I can pop up any other game, app etc on my phone and it is working fine. When I try to reload the game it won't even load. Hope this gets fixed.

Better than expected. I was relaxing one day and my brother yelled from his room which is down the hall saying to download this game. I didn’t know what to expect because I’ve never heard of it. So before I downloaded it I looked at the ads and the ads made it look very sexual. When I downloaded and got through the tutorial I can’t stop playing the game. It brings back the Clash of Clans feel. This game has a lot of potential just one bad thing is the pay to win among the players. They are annoying and you can never win a arena fight. Bring a ranking system to the arena fights and everyone will play a lot more arena fights. But my overall thoughts about the game are. It’s fun and relaxing to play. Needs more separation among the arena fights.

Entertaining at first, needs some changes. I really do enjoy playing this game, but there seriously needs to be some changes made to the length of time you have to wait for things to upgrade. Once you’re past level 20 it takes over a day, sometimes 2 entire days and there’s no way to make it faster other than buying a ridiculous amount of gems. Offer something at least. Also the arena tournament is absolutely useless after you’ve played it a few times, everyone is ridiculously stronger than you every single time (and I have pretty good fighters, I win everything else outside of he arena easily) so I now have over 30 tickets that I’m probably never going to use.

It’s fun, but it will drain your wallet. I used to have a lot of fun with this game, and it felt like the game where you *could* pay to win, but you didn’t have to. That’s changed, and now it feels like it’s constantly coming up with new ways to get you to spend money to advance in the game. If you get sucked into this game, expect to find yourself paying at least $50 a month just to keep up. There are a lot of long time players quitting now, and it’s pretty easy to see why. On top of events that cost $30 to get the good rewards you want, there’s now a referral program to try and bring in your friends so they too can spend their money. I won’t be doing that, and it’ll leave me behind the players who do. This is what you can expect if you download this game.

It’s a very fun. It is a very fun game, but I personally think and feel like 1 free builder is not enough. This games closest relative is fallout shelter. In fallout shelter there is no wait time on building creation and upgrades. Farther more, of this game is going for the Clash of Clans feel,Clash gives 2 free builders to start. If all players have 2 builders, then we wouldn’t be holding on to soooo.... many resources waiting for a time to use them. Finally I feel as if the arena is almost rigged. I say this because I am always one of the weakest. I have participated in 8 now and every time I get better so does my competition leaving me in a endless cycle with the only way out to spend money. Thank you for a over all great product.

Nothing Like the Advertisements. I’d Maybe give this 4 stars if it weren’t for the fact the only thing that enticed me to play this in the first place were the advertisements— which, the gameplay you see in the ads, isn’t even in the game! Still, very fun game. You are Heavily incentivized to sit through numerous ads multiple times a day. That part Blows, but I get it. Free game- need to make your money somewhere. I spent nothing other than time, and still had a fun time playing. I eventually deleted the game. Found I was spending too much time playing. Again, fun game. There are times you will be matched in arena play where you’re the weakest, but keep maxing your squad before leveling up your throne and you’ll soon find yourself back on top again. I’d recommend at least giving this game a try— could be 4 stars, but I hate the sleazy way they got me here.

Unbalanced and bad pulls for items.. Special events pulls for items are bad. I don’t mind spending a few bucks here or there to pick up items it supports the makers and updates of games like this. But once u spend money and play everyday to get something and in turn get noughting but crap. That’s when I call it quits. Loot boxes are what’s wrong with all games lately. Then to get to the unbalanced part all u have enemy’s u can battle to get more supplies every time I level up one my enemy’s level can go up by 3 or more as a level 26 now one of my enemy’s is at a level 30. Don’t even think about arena if ur under 28 u will never get anything higher then the basic prize. Yes as level 28 I have plenty of time into the game but as of now I’m done with it and will be deleting it from my phone. Im hopeing to warn people before they waste time unless ur willing to spend lots of real money u won’t get anything good or go anywhere on top.

Where’s the hustle in Hustle Castle?. At first, it’s an enjoyable game that has kingdom building aspects with a nice fighting function, and an aesthetically pleasing art style. However, in less than half a day of play time, it develops into a pay to advance/win game. After your throne advances to level 4, you’re stuck waiting a day and a half for build times just to advance your army. The ad watchers chest that gives you commons after 5 ads definitely isn’t worth it, and reducing the time by 30min by watching an ad doesn’t really help when your wait time is 16 hours. With the build timers, I won’t be able to advance in the game for a day and a half without spending money, so I doubt this is something I’ll play a lot, but it’ll be fun to come back to every few days and check up on. What could’ve been an amazing experience fell drastically short to a mediocre one.

Fun game but a lot of mistakes. I enjoy the game and concept but there are some major problems. The arena battling is awful, that’s probably the biggest thing everyone complains about cause it doesn’t make sense. Then the game keeps not letting me do things. For instance at one of the clan waypoints in the clan wars, It won’t allow me to enter because it says you must have a level 6 throne room. I have a level seven and am upgrading to a level eight currently!! Then during the pirate ship my daily quest never refreshed and eventually I stopped getting hammers from things altogether. If I raided pvp no hammers. When I won arena, no hammers. When I sent resources, no hammers. When I won the invasions, no hammers. I updated the game even then tried all these things again and nothing. So the game messes up and it’s hard to advance

Game Is Broken. I started a month ago and got hooked to it. Now, it’s broken... stuck. You’re offering prizes for completion of quests that I can’t even complete because of the enemy balance. Other players that you put on the map are almost all over-powered (I am at 400,000 and almost everyone else is at 3,000,000 to 15,000,000). The arena is severely broken. I’ve sat there for hours waiting for the tournament to start and nothing happens. It is still looking for challengers. And when I do finally play the tournaments, it is also not balanced. Most players are over powered. Out of 15 players in a tournament, I’m almost always in 14th or 15th because it’s me and a couple other players that are between 500,000 and 300,000 while everyone else is 3,000,000 to 15,000,000. Even with pay to play, I can’t win. That’s why it’s broken. Fix this or you’re going to lose me!

Great free to play game.. I have been playing for 5 months and nearly reached the top level for less than 10 dollars. Developers are generous with game currency (gems), earn 30-40 a day. I saved and spent and bought builders to accelerate. People complain about being outmatched against higher levels, but haven’t figured out how to work the system. Your rank goes up for winning and down for loosing, your pvp map generates opponents according to your rank. Kill everybody on your map at once = inflated rank = super tough opponents regenerate next time. You have to lose on purpose, to manage this. Easily done. I would say f2p players could reach end game in 6 months of normal play. To dominate it will take a lot more time, but doable.

Fun. But shady in app sales. So every once in a while this game gives you custom packages to buy. Some are straight forward like boss gear and certain settlers. But some make it seem like your buying a big bundle and you only end up getting one piece. They have a bundle called the jack of ALL trades. And as you scroll through what appears to be the contents of the bundle. It shows 4 different settlers all with corresponding gear for gold, mana cooking and wood cutting. And calling it the jack of all trades you would think you get all of them. But as you slide through what appears to be the complete list. The settler you are on at the time of purchase is the only 1 settler you get with gear. Everything else is forefit. So pay attention to the in app sales. Because they are misleading sometimes. Gonna dispute that one. And with the response I got from the dev. I have since lowered my rating of this game. Because the devs don’t give a sht. They just want your money.

I love this game 💕💕💕💕💕. I absolutely love it 😍 this game is very addictive and fun ! At first I played it for like about 5 minutes and I didn’t really like it but then my cousin also downloaded it too so I was like okay now we can play together and so I like it even more and now I absolutely love ❤️ it still . But of course every app or game has its down I have been noticing that my squad power is stronger but I’ve been losing and I really hate it ... idk if that’s how it supposed to be or if it’s a glitch but if it is please fix but I’m still gonna give it a five stars 🌟 thank you and good job 👏🏻 of entertaining me cuz I really idek what do do when i was bored. But now i know what to do again thanks 🙏 😊

Arena!. Please fix the balance of the arena. Really tired of being the lowest person in every single battle by at least 2-300 points. And since the last update the pvp on our world are way too high also. When my team was much lower there was a better balance and you could actually engage in battles with other players. Even spending apples to get another player doesn’t help. Thanks in advance. I love the game. Play it everyday. Would love it more if the balances were better. Also,with being last place in the arena every time and only getting 60 coins actually it’s more profitable to watch adds. I hope you understand the frustration. Thanks again.

Awesome but costs too much and frustration!. Ok. Awesome game. You start out upgrading your castle and crushing your enemies. Then you can take couple and breed more workers to build a larger squad and resource gatherers to get more powerful. However, you get to a point where the pvp match up is always putting you up against people more powerful than you. Now you have to pay a lot to get awesome armor and weapons to make you more powerful. You think your are going to crush enemies now.... NO. Now the the matchup puts you against event more powerful enemies. I dumped $150 in 2 weeks and I keep getting put against opponents with better armor and weapons than me. Which means, they even dumped more money to cherry pick all the good items.. It’s a vicious circle you won’t win. So I’m done playing only due to the fact I would have to pay thousands to actually enjoy the game.

Pay to win masquerading as free to play. This game is somewhat of a ripoff of fallout shelter with several enhancements that make gameplay more fun. The problem is that after about a week or so of play until you have a decent size production capacity of resources, the game becomes almost impossible. While before you were basically creaming everyone and easily gathering resources, all of a sudden it becomes impossible to win against even supposedly weaker enemies. It then becomes clear what the game is doing: it entices you with free and fun gameplay until you have enough resources worth stealing and unless you pay up, you essentially become a farm for paying members. This game is not made with the same generosity of spirit as fallout shelter and those who wish to commit to a game for the long term should stay away unless they are willing to cough up the GDP of Honduras.

Designed to stall you and waste your time... With hopes that you will try to swim against the flow using real cash, this game is a shameless gold digging waste of time. It could be fun if they didn’t set it up like that. This is how it goes, you start of making progress like normal. You can fight other castles for loot and grow faster, but the thing is. The game gives you trophies for defending, but no resources and the resources take days to build up. So what happens is you will no longer be able to make up the resource difference by attacking other people (since the game boosted your rank while you were away with the defensive trophies) and now you are stuck with opponents that are much stronger than you. So now you are forceful to either wait for your resources to build up (upgrades cost 3times what your room can hold, which means 3days of collection hoping you don’t get attacked which will cost you more than you can generate in 24hrs. Not to mention you might get attacked twice in one day, so basically you end up stuck. Just a farm resource for the people who spend real cash. Do they really think that people will consider a game fun if the game is set up to stall you until you pay the extortion fee? If you just want to burn cash on a waste of time, this is the game for you...not me though.

Beware: This game will cost you more higher you go.... I have really been enjoying the game, even though the pay to play aspect is pretty strong as other reviewers have said. However, I just leveled up my throne room again and discovered that once I did, items that you can purchase using things you can earn in the game simply by playing such as dark souls have drastically increased! These items are the exact same items and after upgrading, they began to cost significantly more. In one case, a solid catcher went from roughly 340 diamond to 1100. I understand creating a game to generate revenue and to offer items to buy, but this type of increase in cost is such a blatant money grab and attempt to continue to push players to start spending more and more that I am extremely frustrated. I will be thinking carefully about whether to continue to play.

Great game first 2 weeks, after that it goes quickly downhill!. This game started off amazing. After 2 weeks of playing, it is very clear if you are not paying tons of money you will have no chance of being successful. I could play tournaments up to level 55 (I played in over 50 of them, and only was able to get a 3rd place once) they will not let you win unless you pay a bunch of money for upgrades. Now that I am above level 55 for fighters, I cannot even play in the tournaments any more. I’ve sent in 2 tickets for help on this and the answer I have been given is too bad - programming of the game will not work for this feature at that level so you cannot be rewarded for it. Completely cut me off and no reason as to why. Pass on this game as the support staff could care less about you as a person and if you don’t pay big bucks they push you to the bottom of the totem pole.

Fun to play and free. Seeing the only other review I had to put out the opposite review. This game is fun and runs similar to then same concept as CoC. It takes time to build up your castle and warriors. If you are being beaten too much... intentionally forfeit PvP battles to lower your trophies. It keeps people from just wiping through and finishing the “campaign” if you will. I got board with CoC but playing with the clan I’m in makes it fun and constantly entertaining. I like how there is updates constantly based on things like Halloween, octoberfest, Christmas, etc. Kees it fresh :) I spend literally $5 a month max for auto farming and premium. That’s it!!! And that’s only because I work an avg of 60-70 hr work weeks and can’t check it regularly. Great game keep it up.

Keeps kicking me. Ok I love the game so much definitely a good game just gonna say that but here’s the problem I’m at level 14 and my name is um let me check... “Chale Da King” I’m in a clan named God’s Warriors. But enough of that ok when I come in the game it’s fine for like a couple minutes then kicks me out of the game and if I’m in the middle of moving a person to another room or upgrading something it won’t resets when I come in so I have to move them again or upgrade my building again “it doesn’t reset my castle” so it would be really helpful if you can please help me. Good and bad. Bad and awful When u are watching the battle 1x is literally like u put it on slow mo. It’s like u really have to freaking pay to win or to have good eq in this game like seriously plz change that. And I hope y’all can have better events. For example the summer events is like 1 in a million chance of getting the runes. I personally like the unicorn event better way better than any other event. I hope u can I’d more events like the unicorn event, this game is getting more and more ridiculous with the way they try to get the money. Good/ and awesome Well, in this game u can talk to a lot of people you don’t even know. Although there are a lot of idiots in the global chat. Global chat is still fun especially all the drama that happens, lol. And talking about the clan, I personally like clans because the members helps you grow. What the point of a clan of u don’t talk with each other? Like....anyways in the arena I get last place almost ever again time, lol. I hope you can include tips and tricks to get better placing a in arena. Yeah, I know i talked a lot sorry about that. Bad Santa Event (October 2019). I should prefice this review by saying I love this game. I’ve been playing it for well over a year, as it is fun, and keeps me entertained during commutes, or down times during work. I have participated in several of the events now and I have loved every single one of them, I’ve even purchased several of the packets for diamonds and extra rewards for the events so I could upgrade my units. During this month’s event I have become increasingly frustrated by the way cards are unlocked. I have gone several days now without being able to collect any of the cards from watching the advertisements every 2-hours. I have watched approximately 20-advertisements from the store tab in the event’s page, and have received 2 sets of cards, each containing 3 individual cards. That is a net loss of 54-cards for my campaign game. I have tried contacting the Studio Nord page, as well as the hustle castle page and I have not received as much as an acknowledgement of the issue. I’m leaving this comment in hopes one of you sees my plight and helps fix these issues in the game. My gamer tag in game is BlindHunter13. Regards,

I really like this game!. I honestly really love this game so far! It reminds me of everything I loved about Fallout Shelter, but I find that I love Hustle castle so much more than Fallout Shelter. Everything I hated about Fallout Shelter isn’t an issue in this game and I love it! If I could say anything that would help feature wise is to have the ability to view all the people in your castle. Unless there is a way to look at everyone and I’m just not seeing it. But that is really my only “complaint” and it really isn’t what I would consider a complaint. It’s really more of a suggestion than anything else. I just wanted to let you know how much I truly enjoy this game and I am so glad I found it!

Game is nice but continues to take my money.. I have tried to purchase the premium add on at least 4 different times and Apple withdraws the money out of my account but I don't get anything in the game. Contacted support showing screenshots and transaction ids and they literally said, we'll we didn't receive the money so there's nothing we can do. Then contacting apple which says because it is an In-app- Purchase, the only one that can provide service is the developers. My problem is that if you guys didn't get the money that shouldn't hinder the customer. If the customer can prove that they sent the payment through the host the problem is between the Dev and host (apple) not the customer. I wasted $27 and all i can get is a my apologies but because we didn't get the money you don't get the product even after numerous times. Smh sucky customer service. Sucky chain of command. And sucky compassion for the games prime players.

Need The Developers To See This. This is a fun gaming, especially if you’re involved in a clan. Unfortunately, in the clan that I take part of, the clan leader has (one of the people who can start clan wars) has become inactive. The only other person who can start clan wars is the deputy leader (he isn’t very active). I hope the developers see this and create a new rank such as “officer leader” or something like that, in order for not just my clan but other clans can take part of more clan wars. This new rank could be promoted by the clan leader or deputy leader. Clan wars is very fun to take part of, so this is the reason a feature like this could improve any clan. Loving it. Everyone that’s saying you have to pay to win just doesn’t want to spend the time grinding to get better. Obviously spending money will help and that’s how developers get their money in the first place, there’s no ads so that’s their only source of actual income yet it isn’t forced on you at all. The only thing I’d change is how long it takes to upgrade things. As you get bigger and better it takes longer to upgrade things which is normal for these games and I just wanna keep playing it!! I’m only level 17 so maybe in a couple weeks I’ll find myself thinking the same as others but as of now it’s a fun game

Great game and developers listen to you. I don’t know what you guys are doing with the arena. I know you tried fixing it but it’s still not leveling out with ppl of comparable stats. Im in the lower 300’s now and everyone is been playing against have been in the 700’s 500’s and 400’s. It’s not worth playing arenas. Another issue I think you may want to take a look at... If I’m trying to build a room and/or upgrade with my diamonds it won’t let any of us because we may not have the “storage capacity”. What’s the point of having the option to faster upgrades through diamonds if we need to make other upgrades first?! Isn’t that the point of using your diamonds lol?! Other than that it’s a GREAT game and fun to play.

More fun than Fallout Shelter. I must admit, this game is a blatant ripoff of Fallout Shelter mobile game. They didn’t even bother with changing the name of the inhabitants from “Dweller”. That being said, it does almost everything Shelter does well, and not only simplifies it, but also manages to build on it when it comes to combat. The squad building battles are fun and rewarding. Loot system is pretty good as well offering decent customization of your troops. The problem once again is the pay-to-win scheme that simply ruins games in my opinion and I don’t understand why we as gamers put up with it. The multiplayer in the later stages becomes a brick wall of difficulty unless you cough up the cash to build a decent team. Which can be very costly. Luckily there is enough single player game packed into Hustle Castle to make it enjoyable without paying a cent, but it just doesn’t last.

Game is fun.. however... As many others have said game starts fun you do progress but in tournaments I’m always the strongest there’s no fun if I’m always winning it’s very repetitive and the storyline is held back because your heroes are not strong enough making you hold off and keep needing to spend money. I get it I Understand that this is like any other business. However, they should seriously tone it down make it more fun not just for me but for everyone for us to keep wanting to return and consider paying them for the time they provided their gameplay content. Also if you read the reviews almost all complaints have a response from creators.. I mean if your gonna reply at least have the time and decency to resolve everyone by not using the same paragraph it’s like they copy and paste. Truly shows that they only care about the money and not the customer service

Terrible customer support.. I purchased some wolf tokens using the diamonds, a total of 6k. I thought I would be able to purchase the artifact, but that wasn’t the case. It doesn’t explain that you have to purchase the other groups first before you can get the artifact. Once I made the purchase that’s when it told me I had to buy the others first. Had I known I would’ve continued to save them. I requested my diamonds back and for them to get the wolf token back no problem. I didn’t spend those wolf tokens. I’ve been saving those diamonds for quite sometime waiting to purchase a nice artifact. This is the only game I play on my phone practically everyday or even spend real money on. So if you would please refund my the diamonds. They stated, “We totally understand your frustration over this situation, however, reverting successful in-game transactions goes against our policies....As stated earlier, we cannot provide assistance on the matter.”. They provided no help, no options, just a copy and paste answer.
