Grateful, and Amazing Customer Service!. I have heard about chewy a couple of times, then I decided to download the app and try it! Only had it a couple of days, ordered some things yesterday for a few pets of mine. One was my mom’s and my pup. He had a back injury a week ago. So I needed to get a few things to help him along with his recovery. Unfortunately he had passed yesterday, I called Chewy to ask to cancel part of my order. A wonderful lady named Sophie answered, she helped me through the process. She was so caring and kind! She gave me a refund, as well as sent love to my household for our loss. She also asked me to donate the items I had canceled to a shelter to help other animals! I’m so grateful I could help other pets and animals that need things! I appreciate this app so much! It’s very convenient, awesome deals and prices. And has a very widespread selection of things for different animals. As well as very supportive and helpful customer service! They are always there when you need someone! I recommend the chewy app 100%! I will continue to use their app for the things I need for my animals, as well as share my experience with others and how blessed it was!

It works for me!!. I’ve been using Chewy for about two years now… I have two cats and a lot of times when I go to the grocery store they don’t have the type of food my cats like to eat and I end up buying food that they don’t like and then it’s wasted. I like the chewy offers. You can order one flavor of a wet cat food and get a whole package full of just one flavor that you pick out. And I also love the fact that there’s free shipping after $50 and you usually get your order within a couple of days. It’s nice and convenient for me because I am slightly disabled, and it isn’t easy for me to go out and carry huge bags of cat food and cases of cat food and what not from the store to my car. She delivers right to your porch and you can also order toys and colors and ID tags and all kinds of things. I only order from Chewy now. The only times I go to the grocery store as if I might run out of food and have to get a couple kids at the very end of the month but usually I order everything I need and it’s great. I love chewy. And I’ve also had packages stolen before and they replaced it without any fuss. Every single time I called them with a problem, which is only two times in three years. Their customer service is excellent. They are very understanding and very kind. And you rarely find that in customer service today.

Chewy is AMAZING!!!. If you have a pet, then you need to be using Chewy! I’m only disappointed in myself that it took me so long to use them because I thought it would be expensive getting all my litter, cat food, etc. delivered. Boy was I wrong! Not only are the prices comparable to what you would pay in the store, sometimes they have sales on toys, treats, etc. and it just makes everything easy and convenient! Aside from all the convenience and pricing, their #1 claim to fame is AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! It says a lot about a company when any time you hear about them or mention them to someone else, everyone has amazing compliments about the customer service. I have experienced this first hand on the rare occasions that I had issues, but hearing the same opinions from everyone I’ve ever spoken to shows that I wasn’t just lucky to get good customer service. It is actually a standard at Chewy and I’ve never heard of a bad experience from anyone.

There is NO better place to shop!. I’m a legitimate customer with nothing to gain by this review. Chewy is THE best option for anyone with cats or dogs in their family. Their product selection is vast, the prices are reasonable, their website is user friendly and informative, the shipments are received within days, and their customer service is superior to any company I’ve encountered in all of my 58 years. If you’re not satisfied with your order, for any reason, they will reimburse you immediately. Even better, they ask that you donate the product(s) to your favorite charity! No return hassles! If all of the above is not reason enough to become a loyal Chewy customer, then perhaps this will be: When our beloved dog died suddenly and without warning, we were devastated. I began crying when I called Chewy to ask if I could return all of his unopened food. They conveyed their sincere condolences and then asked if I wanted to talk with one of their grief counselors! Shortly thereafter I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a handwritten sympathy card from the owner of Chewy! This company is stellar!

Top customer service!. I have been on auto reorder with Chewy for many years. I very rarely have have had any issues with my products or foods I have received including my pet’s Medications. I have cats and small lap dogs and very large dogs that think they are lap dogs. Whenever I have called with a problem or questions they have always been completely helpful, professional and polite. They always solved it to complete satisfaction. They send surprise gifts and cards. I received a painting of one of my lap dogs She was as they all are my fur babies. This painting of her little face is so beautiful so perfectly done. Looks just like her picture I had on her profile. When I opened that I was not expecting something so beautiful and personal. It warmed my heart and brought me to tears all at the same time. My baby girl had passed away about two months before and I had not been able to fully say goodbye. Now I have the painting beside me we are still together. It’s so much more than any picture can possibly show. This Company Chewy is the best in so many ways. I’m so happy that I have been doing my ordering from them for all these years.

Great Prices & Customer Service. I’ve been a chewy shopper for many years now. They have the absolute best prices for all of the items they carry. I no longer even shop at local pet store & order everything from Chewy! The only downside is that if you spend under $50 you have to pay for $5 shipping, but if you plan ahead of time to order everything at once it is definitely worth it!! However, I have had very few issues with some of their items. For example, a dog food bag was busted opened. It looked exactly like razor blade damage from the warehouse perhaps. Another time the box was so damaged an item was literally hanging out when I received my package. I suggest they invest in sturdier boxes or stronger tape for perhaps cat litter, heavier items. Another time I ordered a wood decor for my fish tank and the piece of wood I received looked nothing like the picture, it was the most odd/ugly shaped wood decor I’ve ever seen. BUT!!!!! Chewy has EXCELLENT customer service. With every issue that I’ve had, Chewy replaced or refunded the item without hesitation. They even offer for you to donate the item instead of shipping it back to them. This is primarily why I love Chewy and will always be a customer!

Payment. Just had to change my payment to update an order I am placing, but also have been putting off changing my auto shipment for the first time too. My delivery isn’t till the end of the month, and I was procrastinating since I predicted it to be the average annoyance all apps can be when trying to update a payment method. But i didn’t want to wait to place this order I just did (I can tell my dogs are craving some Rachel ray wet food!), and so while I was putting in the new payment method there was a very simple additional button to add to auto shipment and was done in all of two clicks. Also always sends me notifications on how many more days I have to change my auto shipment which I love since I can’t remember every single time, and I’m trying new foods and new sizes for my pups and cats to know when is the best time in between orders to place the auto shipments. Still a new user, not going to lie I was skeptical at first for making an account, but extremely happy I did. Also food is bigger bags than grocery store so less trips, more options, can have toys and treats and medicine and etc delivered on auto ship too! Also cheaper than grocery store. Love this app thus far!!!

Stellar Customer Service. Chewy has the best customer service. Period. I love to shop, and so I’ve interacted with a lot of in person and online retailers, and there is something unique about Chewy. They are very interpersonal and they have a great management system, and more specifically they hire rockstar people. I’ve had several Chewy reps brighten my day, make me laugh, and every single Chewy rep. I’ve talked to has fixed my concern 100%. They care about animals and take pride in their business... oh and their prices are unbeatable. My dog food brand was removed from Chewy after the acquisition (sad face), but the company maintained all of the small business feel and support. So I continue to shop with them for allll of my other pet needs. I’ve purchased beds, fountains, flea and tick prevention, leashes, food, water additives, toys, filters, litter, grooming... everything comes right away and of high standard and if for some reason it does not, they fix it! It’s noteworthy that I’m not typically a review writer, however I literally could not be more satisfied. Chewy is a company I can count on.

Not happy. Went to get my dogs prescription filled, the box YOU SENT THE LAST MEDS IN says 6 refills remaining. Why should YOU need to contact my vet, to refill this? I should have bought the 12 months worth, instead of going through this crap. Now, I will have to pay for the vet to update this order. I’m not real happy about this. All of the local pharmacies can get this for my dog. So it’s not a problem getting it I’m updating my review. I have always had great experiences with Chewy. This one problem, will not change my thoughts. They are a GREAT company. I just wish that I would have known in advance. I would have ordered a full 12 months of Delta Mae’s prescription. I only ordered 6 months worth, so Chewy had to check with our vet, before filling it. It was a 12 month script. But, calling our vet, they need to do paperwork, so they charge me. I complained, they waived the charge. BUT, the next time, they will charge. They want me to buy the meds through them.

Glitches in app. Edit: Developers tell every reviewer who points out the app is buggy to delete and reinstall. I did this & not only am I experiencing the exact same issues, but it wouldn’t recognize my password to login & I had to reset it to retest the issues. If enough people are complaining about the same things, perhaps the app updates should be tested before release. My dogs and I love the convenience of Chewy but this app could use a little work. I can set up an autoship with my saved payment info via the app just fine, but if I want to order something on the fly, the app tells me to confirm my credit card number because I’m shipping my order to a new address. I am not, in fact, shipping to a new address. I’m shipping to the address on my account, where I have received dozens of orders, via the card on file that has been used to pay for every single one of those orders. So unless I happen to have my wallet nearby, I can’t place an order via the app without setting it up for autoship and then cancelling the autoship after the fact. What a PITA. Also, the app has taken to randomly asking me to sign into my account in the middle of a session. If I close the app and reopen, I’m logged in again. What a PITA. First world problems for sure, but get it together, developers.

Different responses to pet passing. First of all I do think Chewy has excellent customer service. They have never failed to respond to any issue that I have had in a timely, supportive, and satisfactory manner. But I was recently taken a bit aback when I read a Chewy review on Trustpilot. Apparently a pet parent sadly lost her 16 year old dog from illness. Upon returning his unused RX pet meds to Chewy, she said that Chewy sent her a flower bouquet in condolence. Conversely when I recently responded to Chewy’s inquiry about my satisfaction with a recent cat food order, I wrote them that the food actually arrived on the day my ill 17 year old cat passed away (August 17th). I thanked Chewy for giving her many years of delicious foods to enjoy, and that I would donate the food to a local shelter (which I have done). I was not asking for a refund at all but perhaps a note of condolence would have been appreciated since I am a loyal long term customer (while realizing that Chewy is very busy and cannot respond to every owner’s personal situation). The gulf between one customer receiving a bouquet and another receiving no acknowledgement at all is perplexing to me unless perhaps it was Chewy pharmacy staff that sent the flowers. Nonetheless, I still think Chewy normally has extraordinary customer service, and still deserves 5 stars.

So compassionate. I’ve been ordered my dogs medications from chewy for a little over a year now, she had a bad heart. I had my pills on auto ship and got the email on Friday that they were preparing my order to be shipped but unfortunately that day I had to put my little baby girl down because her heart got so bad. So I called when I got home to see if I could get it canceled I was pretty distraught and bawling but Randall took care of it for me to make sure I wasn’t charged. He also took the time to apologize about Meika and he was so sweet. Then yesterday I received flowers at my front porch and I assumed maybe from my husband or my mom but Randal from chewy sent them. I was so surprised a company would spend their money to do this. I just thought it was so nice of them and it shows they care about pets not just how much money they can earn. I have 1 dog and 2 cats that I usually just get there stuff at Walmart or pet smart but I will definitely be moving my business to chewy. Thank you so much

Absolutely love chewy. Chewy is absolutely amazing and has the best customer service out there. Their shipping is so fast. I bought something at 7pm on a weekday last night and it got shipped out at 8am this morning and I’m supposed to receive it tomorrow. Also One time I wasn’t happy with something I bought and I left a review on the item and chewy messaged me and offered a refund which I didn’t take because it wasn’t their fault. It was really awesome knowing they actually take the time and make sure their customers are happy with the products. Another time, just recently, I spent a lot of money on a bunch of stuff and the delivery driver takes it to the wrong address! (Totally not even chewys fault) So I called ontrac which it was shipped through and they said they couldn’t find the package so I had to call chewys customer service since I needed the food for my animals and see what can be done and they offered to send out another order the very next day. Free of charge. Which I am SO grateful for. I will always order from chewy. The app is great also, really easy to find what you’re looking for and they have everything you could need for your pets. Definitely a 10/10. Although I’ve got to add, the only bad thing is that they use ontrac to deliver packages and ontrac is literally the worst. My packages usually never show on time or don’t even get delivered to the right place when I go through them.

Customer Service. What makes an on-line company great! Not strictly how fast their website works or how easy it is to navigate, albeit those things are important. What separates a good company from a great one is their customer service and attitude when something goes wrong. I have been ordering from Chewy for years, as I have been buying on-line from many different websites. Chewy is in a class of its own. If I have accidentally chosen the wrong delivery address for an order. They reship and tell me to donate the original shipment. If I ordered the wrong item, the same response is given. “Donate it to a dog in need” and they send another at no charge. Recently, they were unable to get an item so instead, they offered me the equivalent, yet more expensive item, for the lower price of whatI originally tried to buy. When was the last time you called an online company on the phone and someone immediately picked up the phone and spoke? No auto wait here. Each customer service rep has been authorized to make decisions. One doesn’t get put on hold while they have to ask a supervisor if it’s OK to do it. And finally, it doesn’t matter what time I place an order. Day, night, middle of the night or weekend, the order arrives the next day. How do they do this? That is why one sees their boxes everywhere. A company that is such a pleasure to order from. Keep it up Chewy.! You are unique in the best of ways.

Happy helpful Employees. A few years ago my oldest cat was diagnosed with diabetes. Not knowing anything about diabetes in cats; I soon found out that I had to limit her carb intake. The fact that I have six other rescues in the house, I couldn’t give her wet food exclusively because of the major cost associated. I heard there were lower carb dry foods available. I soon found out from looking at all of the brands on the shelves at major pet stores that I needed an expert. I called Petsmart and asked for help with their brand for carb content and I was quickly told they didn’t give that information out over the phone. To say that I was frustrated is putting it mildly. I have since completely quit dealing with Petsmart as they also went up on each bag of food five dollars across-the-board. ! That is where Chewy stepped in. The first customer service representative I spoke to automatically said yes I can help you with that. They proceeded to look for carb content under 10% and soon found a brand. What had started out as a struggle became a quick success because of your dedicated employees. I can’t say enough good things about you guys, I hope that you will continue to provide us with quality pet items at good prices. Thanks again Chewy.

Truly above and beyond customer service!!. I had been using the service for a little while, but they really came in clutch for me today!! I usually set the auto ship order for like ten weeks or so because that’s plenty of time to cancel (or order early). I had forgotten when I set up this last one. I got an email that my order had shipped. Cue me freaking out because there was barely enough money on my card to cover this accidental order. I emailed customer service and got a response within the hour, explaining that she is going to be watching for the order status to change (can’t do anything while it’s being packed to ship), and that as soon as the system will let her, she’ll cancel the order and refund my card. She’s already contacted FedEx to let them know not to pick up that particular package from their warehouse. They have fantastic products, and they are quite the lifesaver for reptile supplies, but that immediate and extremely helpful customer service response has me so grateful that I’m almost in tears!!

Terrible Shipping.. I’ve been buying from chewy for over a year, I’ve been using their auto ship option. I haven’t changed my order since I started doing business with them, but they still have issues sourcing what I want. I have two issues with them that are deal breakers. The first one is the fact that if I have an auto ship setup and they still claim they are out of stock on something in my auto ship. I haven’t changed my auto ship so I don’t understand how they can’t order enough for my order as they know what I want in advance. The second issue is the fact that they are shipping items from any of their warehouses to fulfill my order. I don’t want my cat food being shipped from their Florida warehouse when I live in California. My orders the last five months have shown up late and the most recent order is still delayed for delivery. The items were shipped on the 14th of January and are expected delivery for the 26th of January. This causes me to go to the store and purchase for food for my cats. I switched over to chewy for convenience. If they can’t get their inventory and shipping in order and cause me to go to the store anyway. I will just cancel them out altogether and just buy from the store.

NOT HAPPY. Ordered ceramic cat bowls along with a 35lb bucket of litter and they thought it would be a good idea to package them in the SAME BOX. So lo and behold, the bowls arrive broken. I called and they said they would send a replacement. Never received. Called again and was told that the last person hit the wrong button and that’s why my stuff didn’t come. But now they’re hitting the right one and everything is swell, right? Well of course not! As I have a sick kitten here who doesn’t have bowls because the workers at chewy are apparently getting a chewy on the clock as these people can’t seem to tell their you know what from a hole in the wall. So now I call back for a THIRD TIME, wasting my entire time, to be told that it will be another two days for a grand total of 15 days… waiting on a set of bowls. I then requested a refund because by now I could have just gone to tj maxx or something, only to be told NO. Because the bowls are on the way. So… I asked confirmed with customer that I NOW HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL WHENEVER THE BOWLS DECIDE TO ARRIVE TO AND THEN RETURN THEM TO EVENTUALLY GET A REFUND????? And was told yes. Tsk tsk…. The state of affairs in customer service is scum right now. Across the board. I always thought chewy was decent but alas…

Chewy is simply the best asset you can have. I have been with Chewy for years, their amazing customer service and products will keep me a loyal customer for life. If you own a pet you NEED chewy. Not only do they give the best pricing they work hand in hand with many other large pet stores to price match if their price beats i the in person price. Additionally their customer service is the beat customer service you can have. They are quick to respond and help you out. There’s been a few times we receive an item that doesn’t fit, instead of going through the return process they will let you donate to a shelter! About a year ago the foster we donated the not firing jacket to even took adoption photos in the jacket to help get the dog adopted it was so cute. End of story to be direct I 100% recommend chewy to every pet parent. We buy most of our toys and clothes on chewy and get all of their medications and dog food auto shipped each month. We love you chewy!

Amazing. Truly amazing.. I normally don’t leave reviews for apps. But I need to for this one. I used chewy to order some flea pills and a recommendation for flea treat supplements came up. Said it was okay for animals 2+pounds. Dogs and cats. So I got them, there are no images of the “treats”. And they weren’t treats. They were enormous horse pills. So I left a review on the product through the app. Wasn’t mad. Just explained this isn’t what I needed and was expensive. That they should add an image of the product in the palm of a hand. Because none of my three animals can eat them. I received an email this morning that they appreciate my review. Sent me A FULL REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT. I didn’t even ask for a refill as this was my bad. Not theirs. And then asked me TO DONATE THE PRODUCT TO A LOCALSHELTER. And you have my business for life with that. That is the best customer service I didn’t ask for ever. But you won my favor with “hey here’s your money back, don’t toss it give it to someone who will use it. We don’t want it back we just want you satisfied “. I am satisfied. I am actually thrilled with this.

AMAZING customer service!. I cannot say enough good things about Chewy’s customer service. I had a nightmare of a time getting my cat’s insulin prescription filled over the last two weeks and even though NONE of the fault rested with Chewy, every single rep I spoke with (and there were a number of them over two weeks!) went above and beyond to work with me toward solutions. When the final major mishap happened (with FedEx) a Chewy customer service supervisor named Law took it upon himself to do everything in his power to make sure I got my cat’s insulin on a Saturday. You can tell that the people who work at Chewy are pet people and they ALL care so much about getting your fur babies taken care of. Truly I have never seen this type of customer service in my entire life. And I know this wasn’t an exception to the rule as I have had other little minor issues over the years (packages getting stuck in transit, recurring/autoship orders that I messed up the dates on, etc.) and I have always been impressed with how they handle these issues but this time just takes the cake they are INCREDIBLE!! I can’t recommend chewy enough. This type of customer service just doesn’t exist anymore- except at Chewy!

Sloppy packing. Great value for the money however if I have to scoop up my fish food from the bottom of the box every time I order something I’ll stick with Walmart! I ordered 48 cans of dog food and one thing of fish food. Whoever the person was that packed this order wasted a lot of my time money and fish food. It’s a little ridiculous. I mean this isn’t rocket science. Let’s put the 7 oz container of fish food on top of the 40 lbs of dog food next time. I won’t be using this services again. It’s not that hard to pack a box to ensure a customer who spent $60 doesn’t have his money wasted. Big disappointment!!!! Update: The day I wrote the email to Chewy they replied within 2 hours. They have refunded my money and have shipped me a completely new container of fish food. I take it all back what I said in my earlier review. Apparently Chewy’s customer service is pretty spectacular. While I am still upset how the packing was done, I realize it’s not Chewy’s fault and their willingness to make this right is outstanding. 5 stars!!!

Loyal customer for life. The Chewy app is easy to navigate and I have never ran into any glitches when using it. Prices are competitive and cheaper than what you would fine at most retail outlets. Quality of items are good as I haven’t had any issues. You can buy the same items anywhere, but this company is the standard of exemplary customer service. Order is shipped quite quickly and you get it within a few days. If you have an issue they address it without giving you any runaround. Also love how they respond to emails. Warms my heart when the customer service representatives write in animal puns. It’s like they have the best job with animals writing their emails for them. I can’t stress enough how important customer services is to me especially during this time where it feels like that isn’t the priority for most companies. I would highly recommend as they are the best company I’ve ever bought from and will continue for years to come. They are pawfect for our animal family!

Best customer service 100% of the time.. I have been a customer for a while now and I don’t know why I didn’t use Chewy sooner. I have only ever had 1 issue, and it was very minor, and it was handled immediately and very professionally and politely. I did write a review not very long ago on a product I ordered for my two cats, one who is very overweight and the other is good on his weight, it wasn’t meant to be against chewy but I wanted customer’s to know that if they have an overweight kitty using this cardboard scratcher that is on an angle it may not last long since my big cat got right up on it to scratch and the cardboard pieces that fit together to hold this angled scratcher collapsed. He does love the corrugated scratching piece that now just sits on the floor. I was looking through my emails not long after that and Chewy had responded to my review and they apologized that this product wasn’t up to standards, I thought that it was such above and beyond customer service, especially since it is my cat that is to heavy for this cat toy🤷‍♀️. I know through this difficult time we are dealing with right now and the shortage of cat food I have always been able to find something that I can give them, and they are picky, anyway I am so thankful for the delivery of my cats supplies:).

Great on all counts except shipping. I’ve been using Chewy for my dogs’ food for about a year because, due to our rural location, there are not a lot of stores around that carry quality options. Chewy has great selection, amazing customer service, and wonderful vets on staff. The only problem is shipping. I’ve run out of dog food 3-4 times and have been left scrambling to find suitable replacements that I can bring home same day. Once my package was listed by the carrier as “unknown address” (even though I’d received multiple other shipments), once my order got lost at the shipping facility, and now my order is stuck at “preparing to ship.” Generally things ship next day, but when they don’t it can take a week or more to get to you. I wish they’d used someone other than FedEx in my area. I understand FedEx offers great rates for large scale shipping, but the service is terrible. No great financial benefit in paying a few dollars less for shipping if I’ve got to go buy replacement bags of food.

Amazing. Chewy is incredible there phone operators are respectful always assisting you to there greatest abilities. Speaking about hospitality them all will make you feel right at home over the phone. Like they was in your home talking to you. These great people are very accommodating when it comes to there products. If they don’t have exactly what you wanted they will assist you to there product of what they do have for lower cost. Trust it will be worth your wild. Especially, for your family pet(s). I use CHEWY because I am not Rich with tons of money and even if I was, I would consider to still use chewy because I need affordable prices I would never want to feel ROBBED. WE NEED OUR POOCH TO....feel the love we spread & give to him when it comes to health & body, fun plus laughter, and comfy plus cozy. We found our place to do business with over two yrs going on three since we got our BABY BOY. We look to continue going all they way with CHEWY. THANK YOU! What’s not to love!?. What’s not to love about Chewy and the app? This is by far the best company we’ve EVER made purchases from for our animals. The app is easy to use and navigate. There are a million deals and incentives. Customer service is PHENOMENAL! As long as they don’t change and I always feel they care about and love my animals more than any stranger ever has- we’ll stay and give them any business we have. The access to veterinary Dr.’s is my favorite feature. There have been times when I’ve been worried about my pups for one reason or another… I’ve called and had telehealth visits and they tell me to either get them in right away to their vet- or- that everything’s going to be okay. They NEVER make me feel crazy for worrying about my fur babies and have had consistent customer care since day one! I never feel like I’m talking to a service rep… it always feels like I’m calling a friend… honestly Chewy is the best. The people who work for Chewy are a beautiful breed of human. I can’t say enough about them. We’ve been with them since the beginning and we have no plans of going anywhere. WE LOVE YOU CHEWY!

Too good to be true. Some of your “buy 4 get 1 free deals” aren’t showing up as a free one in my cart when I check out. Very frustrating when you’re like me and spend hours searching your “deals” only to go check out and the deal disappeared. But I go back to shopping and there it is again! This happened to me many times before I realized I wasn’t getting the deal and paid full price. It happened when I purchased 9 crates one time that were buy 3 get 1 free. I paid for all 9 without getting the special. I never would have purchased that many without that special. There’s no telling how much money chewy stole from me because I just assumed they’d take the amount off when they shipped. Nope. I really watch it now. Not getting ripped off again. Really disappointed in this part of chewy. As a breeder, my chewy bill is pretty steep. I still love most of what chewy does but this part is really bad and your quality control should be better.

Best Customer Service Ever!. I’ve been ordering toys, food, treats, and meds from Chewy for a couple years now. I have 2 Golden Retrievers and 2 cats. Their food is on Auto-ship which makes my life so much easier. The food is always on time and is a better price than what I paid in stores. Their prices for flee/tick meds is the best I’ve seen. Any time I’ve had a question about a product, my autoship order, or just general question their customer service department has always been the best!! Recently tried a new cat food and 1 of my cats had a bad reaction to it, nothing serious, and she’s doing fine on her old food. I left a review for the specific food so others are aware that some cats with sensitive stomachs could be effected. A couple weeks later I got a very caring email from CS team reaching out to check on my cats status. They provided other options to try and gave me refund on the food. I was expecting or asking for a refund but I certainly appreciated it. 10/10, two thumbs up, 5 stars for Chewy and their team members.

Pharmacy leaves much to be desired. I have used Chewy for my pet food for years and have no complaints. The pharmacy, on the other hand, leaves much to be desired. Even with the paper script mailed in for my dog’s heartworm meds it has been an endless process to get them shipped because the auto ship date has mysteriously changed to Nov 2022 and, even though I never got the meds for the 6 months prior to Nov, it isn’t possible for them to look at the Rx date of May 17, see that they haven’t been sent and send them with my stated approval. They keep telling me to reorder the meds, which I’ve done twice but still no meds. I finally did this without putting them on auto ship and I’m hoping with fingers crossed on both hands this will do it. FYI, not the first time this pharmacy has been horribly confusing and I’ve had to wait forever or get the drugs elsewhere. One time it was for a dog on Prozac that really needed it asap. I ended up using my grocery store after waiting a couple weeks. Get it together Chewy. My vet practice encourages everyone not to use you but I’ve held on for your prices!

More Than a Company. Our family cannot express what this company has done for us. We are simply floored at your genuine and heartfelt messages, incredible and unexpected generosity and your love and admiration for our family dog who passed. We always joked when we said we wish your company offered more than just pet products because we want to give you all our business, but then you drop this incredible message in our lap and we are in awe of how a company in this modern day can become so personal and customer-centric. You will always have our business, our respect and our love for how you all run your company. We truly feel as though you are losing our Abby as well and in that we find a connection to you that is much bigger than a customer-to-company relationship. Hopefully other corporations across all markets can take a lesson from you on what compassion and genuine care of customers really looks like. Again, we cannot express what you’ve done for us in this time, we are forever customers and are truly thankful.

Kind and compassionate staff and company!. I have been ordering prescription food from Chewy for just about a year. My 12 year old dog loved Royal Canin Renal Support “S”. He ate it for almost a year. He then decided he didn’t like it anymore. I ordered “A” for him. I called Chewy and told them I had an unopened bag of the “S” and asked if I could return it...as I just received the “A”. They said they would refund my money and asked that I donate it to a local charity in Oliver’s name. I did just that...Animal Samaritans in Palm Springs. Shortly thereafter, my sweet boy made the journey to Rainbow Bridge. I just cancelled my auto ships which made his passing so final. Ugh... I am writing this review having just read another one on your site. The reviewer had the same experience as I had. Too often people post when things go wrong...which is why I am posting when things go right. You’re a great company and I wish you continued success. Please don’t let the other on line companies push you away. I will always recommend Chewy. It is a wonderful feeling to do business with a company with a heart. Thank you for caring...

It’s good except how they handle payment. I really like chewy on everything except their unorganized financial situation leads to customers getting screwed. if you order more than one item they’ll charge your card the full cost AND put a hold on your account for each individual item’s cost too! So if you spend $63 they put a hold on your account for $126! They say the reason is because they’re shipping from multiple wear houses, and?? It shouldn’t be the customer’s problem that they’re unorganized!! Usually* the hold comes off once you get the items but you have to watch it because I’ve been double charged more than once by chewy. Regardless of if the hold comes off or not the customers should be the ones bearing the brunt chewy’s crappy financial choices. They’re unorganized and put holds on the client’s accounts instead of sorting it out internally! It doesn’t matter how much money you have in your account, you shouldn’t have to constantly watch your account to make sure they remove the hold on your account they shouldn’t have been allowed to do anyway. Once chewy figures out their internal issues and stops forcing the customers to be burdened with their money problems, I’ll start using them again.

OPEN DELIVERIES IMMEDIATELY. ***UPDATE: I have notified Chewy by email as suggested by the review response. But at what point does Chewy stop replying to requests to add to an order when products are missing. As I said, this has happened the last several times I’ve placed an order. Something needs to change in the fulfillment department. Hopefully they will send the missing item, but how many times does a customer have to go through this?? I’ve been using the Chewy app for quite a while. But lately it’s been a “no-go” for me. Several times I place an order, I haven’t received the total for what I purchased. If I order 2 of the same products, I only receive 1. And this has now happened multiple times. My bad decision not to open the package immediately when it was delivered. They have dropped the ball a lot lately in packaging/shipping the correct number of items ordered. It’s just easier to go to Walmart to pick up the correct number of non-perishable pet items than have to deal with calling customer service every time they mess up an order. The fulfillment department needs some improvement.

Literally the absolute best customer service!. I had heard Chewy’s customer service was legendary and actually started using them for that reason. Up until today, I had no need to find out first hand because I’ve never had any issues with them. However, through absolutely no fault of their own, I didn’t get the cat food I ordered with the last delivery. (I live in an apartment with a shared locker system. The food was delivered Sunday to the lockers. I travel for work and forgot to run to the lockers before I left. My roommate went on Tuesday but the lockers were down/broken that day. By Friday our wonderful apartment complex had taken the package out of the lockers and had FedEx pick it up to return to sender.) I emailed customer service early this morning (like at 7:30 am on a Saturday), and by the time that I got out of the shower at 8:30 they had responded to my email, shipped a new thing of cat food, issued a partial refund, and noted on my account to have FedEx start delivering to my door instead of the lockers. Literally blown away! The actual app is also easy to use, by the way, but even if it wasn’t I’d still use Chewy for all my pet related purchases. With that kind of customer service, they now have a customer for life!

Unorganized and inefficient. I cancelled my order today over the phone. This was my first (AND LAST) time ordering from Chewy. All I wanted was to order a bag of Hills Science cat food. It was a prescription. I gave Chewy my vet info. Chewy sent email stating they were waiting for my vet’s approval. My vet said they never received a fax from Chewy. I called Chewy, talked to Nadia. She called my vet & got the approval, and said my order was ok to ship. WRONG! The next day I receive another email from Chewy stating they were waiting for my vet’s approval. I called Chewy again, spoke to Nadia again. She said this happens with first-time orders (???) but she would put the order through AGAIN and everything would be fine. WRONG AGAIN!! Today I get the 4th email from Chewy stating that they were waiting to hear back from my vet. I called Chewy YET AGAIN, spoke to a different lady, she said she’d call my vet to get approval. I asked why this was necessary, she didn’t have an answer but apologized and offered me a measly 10% off on a future order. I’m now told that the order won’t ship until Monday! Ridiculous. I cancelled my order. I’ve never been so disappointed and frustrated over trying to order a simple bag of cat food. Chewy needs to have a more efficient ordering process. I’ve already told several friends and family members to avoid ordering from Chewy.

HUGE time saver with AMAZING customer service. With multiple pets (2 dogs, 2 cats & 120gal aquarium) Im elated to have found Chewy! Anyone with even 1 pet knows products can vary widely in price from place to place. I found myself spending one solid day every month just driving from place to place to get the best price on cat food, dog food, cat litter, fish food, waste bags, pet treats, toys, vitamins and a hundred other things. The most frustrating thing was when I would drive 10 miles out of the way to save a few bucks on a product only to find they were out of stock. After this becoming an all too often common occurrence and thinking about the value of the time I was spending to save a few bucks and the cost of gas I was using, I looked for a better way. I’m ELATED to have found Chewy!! Not only are they a one stop shop, but I don’t have to leave my home AND my products arrive the next day! I also have to rave about their customer service! Accommodating, kind, easy to reach and extremely helpful are all accurate descriptions of my interactions with their live help. There are many on-line services for pet products, Chewy just happens to be the best.

Are you kidding me?. First of all I love the connivence of chewy i live in rural area and have to drive an hour to get the pet foods/medicines I need, so having it delivered to my door is amazing. Second the prices a lot of times are lower than picking it up myself after driving an hour to the store, if they are not lower, they are at least the same as the lowest price. Almost Perfect: until it got worse. Chewy has a large variety of Items and I guarantee with their filtering system you’ll be able to find what you need for a fair price. Although the app as I found has had a bug which was logging me out with no apparent cause making me lose all the items previously in my cart. This was extremely upsetting bringing me to the brink of never using the chewy app again but I decided that the pros out weighed the cons and to continue using the app. I wouldn't have wrote a review if it hadn’t been for when I forgot my password and decided to reset it, I did not receive an email from chewy at all. I think you can agree this is a problem and if it’s fixed, Yes I can go on using this wonderful app for pet supplies. Just not the bugs. Edit: more bugs I have just gotten a message when I opened my cart that they could no longer supply the dog booties.. okay understandable, then a message that they only had enough inventory to supply 0 of the rest of my cart? What? The app removed everything from my cart for no reason because it had no problem adding them back to my cart manually. This is a huge problem. I find it horrible that twice I had to add all my items back to my cart because the app has so many bugs. It could be so amazing if it had not done this.

Extremely great full. I had been disappointed with chewy as a customer representative told me I was able to order freshpet fresh dog food then when I went to order I couldn’t because it was not available for shipping to my area. Obviously I was disappointed and upset because I was misinformed by a representative that said I could purchase the food so I wrote a review on chewy website. They then emailed me and said they were going to review and look into my claim I stated in my review. Then today I walked outside had a box from chewy that had an order of the freshpet food I wanted to purchase for my dog they had sent as an apology for the misinformation as well as to show they now ship to my area. It could not of come at a better time as my fiancé was just laid off of work and my dog is very sensitive eater she just ran out of food when this package arrived we were beyond shocked and so grateful I was in tears. We couldn’t be more appreciative and grateful for this. Chewy is a great company and i want them to be recognized for how amazing the customer service teams are!! I can’t say thank you enough I have called and thanked them personally but I want to place as many reviews as possible to share my story so they know how appreciative and grateful we truly are!!! We can’t thank them enough!! Thanks chewy!!!!

Compassionate caring company. I started using Chewy because my elderly cat needed prescription food and this was the only place to get it. The process for submitting my prescription was easy. In the meantime I also found other items cheaper on this site. It was free shipping and the auto ship feature was great. I got an email reminding me if my auto shipment as it got closer so I could change it if necessary. This was very useful as it was for food so I could move the date without penalty. Sadly my cat got very sick and did not recover, after a food shipment had already been sent. I didn't have time to cancel it and it arrived the day after he was put down. I called chewy to see if I could return the food, which they said wouldn't be any trouble. When asked the reason I said we no longer had the cat, and was barely able to even get that out. He was so kind. He said that I would be refunded and to donate the food to a shelter. I was shocked. It made me so happy that I could help other cats. A couple days later I received a bouquet of roses with a condolence note from the gentleman I spoke to and the entire Chewy family. Though it made me tear up all over again it made me realize, again, that this is a great company who really cares about pets and their owners. I plan on continuing business with them and sharing my experience with other pet owners.

Missing the previous version. I love Chewy, but these latest changes to the app are horrible. No barcode scanner for the search, so it’s a lot more difficult to price match stuff, and the brand links on products are disconnected, so if I’m looking at a product, and click the brand name, it doesn’t do anything, whereas it used to take you to the entire product list of stuff made by that brand, which was great when comparing dog foods for me, and the pet profile pictures are all off center now, so I open the app and see a zoomed in picture of my dog’s neck instead of his face, and I can’t adjust it at all. And all the product info is now in Tabs instead of all on one page, and all in all the whole app is just more difficult to use. Very disappointed. It makes me not want to use the app as much, and I know I won’t be buying as much stuff because I can’t find it as easily. And the recommendations under my pet profiles Never changes, never have I or never will I buy fancy feast for my cat and yet that’s always the first item they always list on recommendations, which just makes it annoying, because they clearly don’t make suggestions based on my purchase history.

Chewys the BEST. In early January I was hospitalized with life threatening respiratory failure. Several days after my hospitalization I had a large auto-ship order scheduled which I obviously missed. To further complicate, our 18 year old cat LuLu, who was on prescription food, passed away and Mo, our picky canine boy, had decided he no longer would eat canned food! Before we were able to cancel this large order it had arrived at out home. I called CHEWY to see if I could possibly return a portion of it as it was no longer needed and my call was answered by the amazing Margie. I have always found the customer service representatives to be extremely polite and helpful but Margie is the absolutely best ever! She needed great patience to be able hear my whispered voice but hung in there with me. Margie resolved my problem in the most generous way possible and our local shelter is very grateful for all the food passed on to them. I was a loyal CHEWY customer before and certainly will remain one. I encourage everyone to shop with a company who truly put their customers, pets and local rescue organizations first. Thank you Margie and CHEWY!

Totally AWESOME!!!. First let me say that when a company releases an app it's best that they take their time and make sure it will meet their consumers needs, well Chewy did just that!! I believe not only is the app straight to the point, easy to navigate, and well rounded, it has a great team of employees working to fulfill your order quickly. The prices are great, the shipping is fast, and the items meet my needs. Sure I can buy 40lb bags of cat litter from the big club stores, but drag it into the cart, drag it into my truck, drag it into the garage, seriously? I know when it's here and the delivery guy drops it in my garage. Why not order 160lbs of the good stuff instead of the dusty off brand and get free shipping, that's totally awesome. Plus the price difference is less then a $1.00!!!! I encourage you to use Chewy as well, they care about my pets. Chewy is now my go to online pet supplier, plus I love the post cards they send asking if my kitties enjoyed their toys! Those notes make me feel they care about my pets. Btw, they are NOT autogenerated, they are hand written.

Chewy is amazing!. If I could give chewy more than 5 stars for a rating I would. I have been using chewy for 3 or so months and have been loving it! I originally bought from chewy because I was having a lazy moment and didn’t want to fight with the Walmart crowd just to buy cat and dog food, after awhile I found myself shopping for more and more items. I love how you can switch your auto ship dates along with your auto ship items. The wide selection of pet foods and supplies is just wow, I also love the 1-2 day shipping they have. The customer service is amazing as well, I bought some doggy cologne and the first one came opened (lid wasn’t screwed on tightly) I notified chewy because I felt as if someone may have tampered with it & I wasn’t looking for a replacement or refund I just simply wanted their employees to maybe be told to check their liquid products to make sure everything is sealed properly, chewy then sent me a new bottle for free which was unexpected. Chewy for me feels like Christmas I get super excited when I see my package at the front door. I will be using chewy till all my pets cross over the rainbow bridge. Guinea pigs. I no longer will buy from chewy. Com A year ago I bought a guinea pig and after I became a avid U Tube watcher of all things guinea pig. I came across a rescue in Laguineapigrescue. And soon realized how much guinea pigs are a throwaway pet. People get them and after a few months or weeks they are dropped off at shelters or the rescue. I know chewy does a lot for cats and dogs. Please chewy stop selling exotics pets I know you own Petco or Petsmart I’m sorry I don’t know which one they are both the same in my mind. These little souls are being mistreated and abandon on a daily bases. We need to stop the guinea pig mills like puppy mills it’s wrong !!! It’s my Christmas wish that selling these exotics can be outlawed but in the world of the all mighty dollar it’s not probably going happen. Please chewy look at this one rescue organization and see how many guinea pigs are being brought in this your “merchandise “ please do adoptions like rabbits and please update information they are way off on how to care for these helpless guinea pigs ...all exotics. Please !!!!

Best Place for Pets. I absolutely love Chewy and I’ve had it since I adopted my first cat, Paisley almost 5 years ago. Since then I have gotten 4 more kitties and a dog. When our other cat, Piper passed away, they sent us a bouquet of sunflowers and a beautiful vase to put them in along with a condolence card. Any time I have had any issue with a product I have purchased, they have gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy and had everything that I need. I support this company so much and spend so much money on all of my pets through them. Chewy has a life-long customer right here. Best customer service all around and the company generally cares for their customers and our pets. They also have the fastest shipping ever! I can order something for my animals one day and it either arrives the very next day or the day after. Thank you for everything that you do with giving back to the community Chewy and thank you for always taking care of everyone who shops from your website. Even though there is no face to face interaction, the customer service is still there and the best I’ve ever had!

I can’t possibly say enough.. This online-pet-supply store is the bees knees. I have no other metaphors or ways to tell you how amazing they are. My doggo is a service animal and I’m a veteran with some reasons that dictate I’d benefit from having him. He’s my best friend and I hold him closer than any family member or friend I’ve ever had. We don’t go anywhere without one another (the creep even pokes his head inside the shower curtain once every 60 seconds...). This company Chewy has given us AMAZING prices and discounts on everything he deserves. I won’t feed him garbage... so we order Blue Wilderness dry food and soft treats (Denali and Bayou), and Nature’s Recipe Chicken in Broth (all of the above grain-free). I save SO MUCH MONEY ordering from Chewy. Not to mention not having to go and get anxiety from taking him into a PetSmart and dealing with humans that are louder than their pets. A side note: my mom and dad have had coonhounds for YEARS. When Chewy came around as a thing, my mom started using their services. When her hound Sophie died of old age... Chewy took notice after maybe a month of order changes. They asked her why the change and she informed them of Sophie’s death. They sent, the next DAY, flowers and a card. I mean COME ON. Need I say more? Rock on, Chewy. Rock on.

Sad to say goodbye. TLDR Change in mail carrier has now made it impossible to get the things I’ve ordered. I have been a major chewy supporter for a long time now but this last shipment of food changed it all. They used to ship to my area via FedEx and it would arrive within a few days. Apparently there was an update and now they ship to my area with OnTrac. I’ve never gotten anything from OnTrac in less than two weeks and this is no different. I have been waiting for my order for weeks now and have received 5 different delivery dates. It was picked up from my area and shipped to a different state for whatever insane reason! I have already had to go and purchase the cat food locally since I ran out waiting so long, still having no idea if it when my package will arrive. The Chewy customer service was great and gave me a refund for one of the two cases I purchased but stated that OnTrac will be the shipper going forward. They offered to put me on the FedEx preferred list which is great but it’s not a guarantee. Sadly with this shipping update I will have to find another place to purchase my pet supplies because waiting weeks for it to arrive with no idea when or if it will show up is just not going to work. If you don’t have issues with OnTrac then Chewy is the way to go but sadly for this long time customer, I will have to part ways. Good things never last I suppose.

Chewy. Absolutely have enjoyed buying things for my sweet fur baby at a very reasonable cost and items are delivered as promised!! Whenever I have called Customer Service for help, everyone has been very helpful and kind and they are always making sure that you have gotten the answers to your questions!! I was a Big Fan of Auto-Ship and if they were out of stock on a product they would let you know before shipment went out!! Absolutely, NO hidden costs or bad products!! Sadly, my fur baby passed away this past spring and when I called to cancel my auto-ship and the reason why, they were so compassionate about my feelings, as I couldn’t help but cry the entire conversation. A few days later, I received a very special sympathy card from them and they were a wonderful blessing in helping me with all the unopened products I had!! Highly recommend this company to everyone that has fur babies!!! Never had to worry about running out and having to spend extra money at the store!!

So compassionate. I’ve been ordered my dogs medications from chewy for a little over a year now, she had a bad heart. I had my pills on auto ship and got the email on Friday that they were preparing my order to be shipped but unfortunately that day I had to put my little baby girl down because her heart got so bad. So I called when I got home to see if I could get it canceled I was pretty distraught and bawling but Randall took care of it for me to make sure I wasn’t charged. He also took the time to apologize about Meika and he was so sweet. Then yesterday I received flowers at my front porch and I assumed maybe from my husband or my mom but Randal from chewy sent them. I was so surprised a company would spend their money to do this. I just thought it was so nice of them and it shows they care about pets not just how much money they can earn. I have 1 dog and 2 cats that I usually just get there stuff at Walmart or pet smart but I will definitely be moving my business to chewy. Thank you so much

A company that cares.. I can honestly say I’ve never left a review before but will give this company a recommendation anytime I can. I’ve used Chewy for around 3 years now, and anytime I called and needed assistance with anything or if anything was wrong with an order they were the easiest customer service call every single time. And here’s where the “a company that cares” comes into place. I had my first dog until this year (we had to put her down due to cancer) when I called Chewy to cancel my auto shipment and to send back her things I just received a few days prior to her passing the lady I spoke with was super understanding and as kind as possible as I’m bawling on the other end. A few days later I came home to a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a card sending their love for my loss. Of course I was shocked and felt so loved. Much to my surprise I came home a few weeks later of an airbrushed painting of my sweet girl. This company deserves 10 out of 5 stars, hands down.

I Freaking Love Chewy. I love how easy the auto ship thing is. When you remove something from auto shop, it doesn’t send you into a guilt trip asking why you are cancelling with a bunch of hoops to jump through. A couple months ago we had to put one of our dogs down after a battle with kidney and liver disease. I went to cancel her specialty food order and it was so easy. When I cancelled her supplements from another site they had all these questions about why I was canceling and it was just really tough to deal with. But now we have two puppies who are eating through kibble bags faster than you can blink. I realized two days ago that they were about to run out. I ordered from Chewy and they had a new bag for us the next day. I love this app and I love Chewy. March 2023 update: Still love the app. Always have what we need.

Greatest Customer Service Ever!!. Chewy’s customer service puts most other company’s customer service to shame. It is truly refreshing in a day and age where customer service is almost non-existent. We recently had to say goodbye to our 12 year old Boxer baby. It was completely unexpected. While she was in her senior years she was really doing so well, except for arthritis. In February, however, she took a very bad turn and within 48 hours she was gone. Unbeknownst to us, she had cancer. As we had just ordered a bunch of stuff that was no longer needed, I called to see what could be done as far as returns. The gentleman that I spoke with on the phone was amazing and they made everything so easy during an extremely different time. I am a customer for life. Thank you, Chewy for taking care of your customers so well!

Amazing employees, high quality pet items, low prices. I recently ordered from chewy since I got a coupon in the mail. I got SO much stuff for real cheap too. I got a bed for my cat and didn’t expect it to be very high quality since it was only like 8 or 10 dollars. THAT BED IS HIGH QUALITY and my cat Puppy loves it! I also got catnip laced bags and I only thought one came in a package and was surprised to see 2 per package! I got many other toys all of great quality. I’ve been referring this app to everyone. The employees were spectacular. I called them to confirm my order and they were super sweet. I didn’t receive it the day that it was expected, I called back and a lady named crystal answered the phone. She was super sweet and helpful. I asked to speak to a manager since she was just so nice and he was absolutely sweet too. I love this app and I highly suggest it to ANYONE with a pet. They don’t play around, they really treat ur pet well!

Phenomenal Company. I have been using chewy for several years and have never been disappointed with their products, website, or customer service. At one point, a brand of dog food that I bought decided to no longer sell their products through chewy. I decided to stay with chewy rather than try to hunt the product down in stores. They made the transition to a different dog food so easy! There is so much information about the different foods and a plethora of reviews. They even offered a good % off any other brand to make the switch less expensive! Another example of their great customer service- I frequently ordered a bag of dog food and a box of treats, that were packaged together. One time the bag of food ripped, so I emailed customer service, just to give them a courtesy heads up that this had happened (including pictures) since it had less packaging than usual and this had never happened before. Not only did they send a friendly acknowledgment that they had received my email, they also unexpectedly sent a new bag of food and had the sweet suggestion of donating the ripped bag to a local shelter. They also make it super easy to order prescription dog food. After discussing the dog food with your vet, you just order it online, then give them your vets info. They take care of the rest! Chewy is the BEST!

Customer Service is Above and Beyond. I ordered dog food and a number of other items for my dogs over the years and have been very happy with their customer service. More recently, I had a dog, Coco, that developed diabetes and then cancer. We had to put her down a few months ago. Chewy had supplied the special dog food, insulin and syringes she needed. They refunded the insulin and dog food that I no longer needed and asked that I donate it to a charity rather than return it, which I did. Then Chewy did something that blew me away. They sent me not only a condolence card but also roses with a vase. The card alone would have been nice enough. The roses and vase were over the top thoughtful. I thought I would not have another pet anytime soon but ended up taking in a friend’s cat that needed a home. I now order cat food and supplies from Chewy. I will be a loyal customer for as long as I have a pet.

Absolutely fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say about this app/ company. I have been and will continue to recommend to all my friends and family. The prices are usually half of what is in the local pet store, for the same -if not better-quality. Everything ships in a timely manner with consistent updates, usually one to three days, which is really impressive. The app is aesthetic and user friendly, and best of all… they have real customer service! Usually dealing with customer service is an automated menu fueled nightmare where you have to navigate through 57 different options and spend an hour on hold just to speak with someone who could answer the question in five minutes- what a welcome relief to get answered by a real person right away! Absolutely fantastic service, they resolved my issue right away, even though it was 2:30 in the morning. I asked to be transferred to the supervisor SPECIFICALLY to complement both my customer service agent, who was lovely, and the system as a whole. I ended up talking to them because I had made an admittedly suspicious purchase, which leads me to my next point- they clearly actually do screening to help prevent fraud. Clearly this is a company that cares about doing things the right way, and cares about their customers. I will definitely be continuing to support them in the future. I would highly recommend

Need more communication. I have been loyal to Chewy for a long time. I absolutely understand the issues with supply chains lately but when product becomes less available or shipments unreliable than the company needs to ensure communication with the customer. I rely on food arriving in the timelines I set for my auto ships. Lately many items don’t make shipments and come later but the latest for me was just receiving a note online when I checked that my order was back ordered. Was it due to lack of product? Was it back ordered due to lack of resources to box it up or ship? Is there an ETA? Finding the lack of information troubling and forcing me to work other options last minute which is not always easy. Please just communicate with us. We can understand uncertainty but need to know. Thank you for listening.

Thoughtful Kind Company. A little bit of a story…shortened. I had unexpected surgery a couple of weeks ago making me unable to drive. I reached out to Chewy to get my Rxs filled. Tyler in the Chewy Pharmacy reached out twice to my vet but my local veterinarian absolutely refuses to do business with these wonder life- saving (or at least flea infestation avoidance- saving) companies. In the end my vet not only wouldn’t send me what I needed to submit to Chewy Pharmacy they sent me a very scathing letter warning me against the criminal element trying to sell me fake medications over the internet. Needless to say I’m looking for a new vet. BUT WAIT- here’s the best part. A few days ago I got an unexpected box from Chewy with a get well card and a really nice mug with tea samples. What did I get from my local vet you ask? Squat!! Chewy has my loyalty for as long as I’m lucky enough to be a pet parent!!

Life Changing. I am the proud mother of 8 cats. I cannot even begin to elaborate on how much of a game changer the Chewy app is. No more carrying three 40lb boxes of litter from the store, now it’s dropped off on my door step in two days. No more processed dry food; grain-free, natural brands are available on demand. Auto-ship is a life saver for someone like me who works at night so its almost impossible for myself to make it into the grocery store. Not to mention they have a ton more brands available on Chewy than at a grocery store or other pet supply store. I save a ton of money using this service and I even have two auto-shipments set up to be delivered every 3 & 4 weeks. Also gives me some peace of mind to know my fur babies and I support a company that supports SO many shelter animals and other rescue places. It’s just all around, a truly amazing app. Download it. Set up that auto-shipment. You won’t be disappointed. (:

Easy to use.. I just downloaded this when I realized I ran out of food for my guinea pig, and I have no time this week to run out since I’ll be busy and there are no pet stores close by. The app downloaded pretty quickly, and it didn’t even take 5 minutes to find what I was looking for. In regular stores, it takes about 15 minutes for me to find the right food since they’re not usually in the same spot on the shelf or they don’t have the specific one I’m looking for. I can’t grab a makeshift because the last time I had to do it, one of my guineas passed away. Placing an order on this app was easy, and not only are you able to turn on auto ship for certain items so you won’t have to do the process all over again (if you’re a busy gal like me), they even give you a nice discount on your first order! I think I’ll be using this app from now on. 😉👌

Fabulous company. My sweet 14 year old labradoodle had to be euthanized this week. It was an extremely difficult decision. I was not able to stop shipment of both her pharmacy meds and her food and supplements. I contacted Chewy via email. I heard back right away and was so appreciative of them for crediting those supplies back to us. The best part, however, was the sweet, empathetic and personal letter that accompanied the e-mail Chewy sent back! Not only did it make me cry (because it was so caring), but they also asked me for a picture of my beloved girl that they might add to THEIR wall of fame! Because she went to dog heaven on a holiday, the pharmacy wasn’t able to respond that day but the main part of the company contacted them for me. The pharmacy got back to me the very next day, also with sincere condolences, and told me what to do with the medication. They also credited the money back to our account. On Wednesday I received flowers and a beautiful note. I will use Chewy for the rest of my pet owning life. And we still have a dog and a rabbit. In this day and age where companies pretend to provide customer service, Chewy actually does!! I will use Chewy for the rest of my pet owning life. Chewy has my loyalty for life!. I never leave reviews for apps, but I felt the need for this amazing company. They’re always on time, super speedy, and just all around a remarkable company. I switched food awhile back and it made my dog produce crystals because it was too strong her stomach. I had just ordered a new bag and we had to switch to a prescription, so I called the company to see if I could return the unopened bag. I wouldn’t normally, but I was a broke grad student at the time. Well, chewy refunded me no issues and then told me to donate the bag to my local shelter! I was not expecting it, but how amazing!! We’ve been loyal to them since, and they keep sending surprises. Lately I got a beautiful painting of my pup, and a nice handwritten card. I will always recommend them to anyone who owns a pet. Their customer service is far above every other company. I really can’t say enough good things!

Great online shopping, but no longer price competitive. It’s easy to order off the app. In the couple experiences I have had to contact them it wasn’t difficult to get a human on the phone nor did it take a long time and they have always been more than helpful. I used to have an issue with my pup’s Rx dog food and treats out of stock but that has improved significantly the last 4 months. Delivery is so so fast - if you forget to order Rx food and your at the end of what you have and like oh crap, it’s there within 3-4 days if you have your script and upload it. Only issues are that I started using Chewy because there was a price difference to the local retail pet store but no longer. Now their prices are identical to PetSmart. But PetSmart at least had rewards and Rakuten, Chewy has neither. And there are never ever coupons. So only issue is lack of deals and no longer shines with cheaper pricing. Now that the retail shop’s inventory is regular again, I’m likely just going to switch. Now the only bonus is the delivery.

Owner - pet sitting business. Believe me when I say I care for many, many pets. I recommend Chewy to most of my clients. Especially the ones who just can’t get out to shop or can’t handle lifting heavy items (or those who I tell what they need and they procrastinate on going get it, lol). Chewy eliminates the need to make time for running around & waste gas hunting for what is needed. The prices are the same or less then a pet store. You save on auto ship which being as busy as I am it’s nice to know I don’t have to worry about running out of food or litter. They send email reminders to let you know it’s shipping soon too or you can change the date anytime. I’m always checking out their deals to buy little toys for my pet clients. Their customer service is outstanding. You really can’t go wrong. You’ll soon become addicted to the ease of shopping for your furry family.

Could’ve had severe consequences. So I love the Chewy app, I really do! It’s not so much the app for the reason for the 4 stars but one of the callers I got into contact with about one of my packages that had yet to arrive. I believe his name was Joshua, well anyways I called about my dogs dry food (my dog has diabetes and his food is very very very special, expensive, & important), my dog can’t just eat wet food, not very good for him, and he told me that it had gotten damaged and that i would be getting a replacement, I called on a Tuesday. I waited the 2 days and didn’t receive anything. Concerned for my dog, I called again to get a update and it turns out this guy I had spoken to on Tuesday, didn’t reorder my dogs food. Now I have to wait an additional 2 days for something that should already be here. I’m sorry but what if I didn’t have his wet food and I needed that dry food ASAP? It could have killed him (he can’t really eat human food, it doesn’t go down well). The app is great not so much the phone services.

Great on all counts except shipping. I’ve been using Chewy for my dogs’ food for about a year because, due to our rural location, there are not a lot of stores around that carry quality options. Chewy has great selection, amazing customer service, and wonderful vets on staff. The only problem is shipping. I’ve run out of dog food 3-4 times and have been left scrambling to find suitable replacements that I can bring home same day. Once my package was listed by the carrier as “unknown address” (even though I’d received multiple other shipments), once my order got lost at the shipping facility, and now my order is stuck at “preparing to ship.” Generally things ship next day, but when they don’t it can take a week or more to get to you. I wish they’d used someone other than FedEx in my area. I understand FedEx offers great rates for large scale shipping, but the service is terrible. No great financial benefit in paying a few dollars less for shipping if I’ve got to go buy replacement bags of food.

Confused?. This is my first time using chewy. Ive had for over a month and i decided to buy some dog clippers and two blades. When I bought the items it was “being prepared” for over a week and so i emailed customer service. No answer. So i went ahead and just tried to cancel my pckage and just get the refund. I thought i did it successfully but i got no confirmation email or any at all. The package continued to say that is was getting ready to be delivered for a couple days so i left it alone but then it disappeared and shows that i never purchased anything and i never got the money back. Ive called the 24/7 customers service number and was on a wait for 40 minutes in three different occasions. I just want to know whats up? UPDATE: this app has the worst customer service I've ever experience. No one is ever available on the phone. Emails are never answered. I never got any refund or a package and it was $60 dollars spent. The little feedback they give on these reviews are trash and don’t actually help with anything. Im beginning to think this entire app is a scam and i do not recommend anyone downloading or purchasing anything from it.

Too good to be true. Some of your “buy 4 get 1 free deals” aren’t showing up as a free one in my cart when I check out. Very frustrating when you’re like me and spend hours searching your “deals” only to go check out and the deal disappeared. But I go back to shopping and there it is again! This happened to me many times before I realized I wasn’t getting the deal and paid full price. It happened when I purchased 9 crates one time that were buy 3 get 1 free. I paid for all 9 without getting the special. I never would have purchased that many without that special. There’s no telling how much money chewy stole from me because I just assumed they’d take the amount off when they shipped. Nope. I really watch it now. Not getting ripped off again. Really disappointed in this part of chewy. As a breeder, my chewy bill is pretty steep. I still love most of what chewy does but this part is really bad and your quality control should be better.

I love Chewy…. I had been buying from Chewy on a recurring order of medication for several months. After my dear Missy passed away, unexpectedly, I tried to catch the customer service dept before my order had shipped but I was too late, the order had shipped but the agent that I spoke with refunded my money and asked me to consider donating the medicine. After explaining the reason for having to end my subscription the agent was so sympathetic and I really appreciated it. Later that same day a bouquet of flowers was delivered to my home. I thought perhaps a friend or family member had sent them but when I read the card it had been sent from Chewy. It was the kindest expression of sympathy from any company I’ve ever done business with in my life! I will always turn to Chewy for any and all pet needs. I won’t have another pet anytime soon but in my late pets memories I will always send a donation in their honor from Chewy. Thank you, Chewy! Sincerely, Michael

Best Company ever WOW!!!!. On Dec 19 at about 7 pm I ordered dog food. Having never ordered it online, I thought I would give it a try. The next day Dec 20, at 3:30 Fedex dropped a box off at my front door. Not sure what it could be as I had not ordered anything lately except to dog food. And yes there it was, less than 24 hours since I placed my order the food was there. I was like you have to be joking, that is really fast shipping. WOW!!!! And they I read reviews from customers and how you helped them with orders for pets that have crossed the rainbow bridge. Amazing!!! And yet there is more, and so you credit their accounts for the money, however you ask the food if not needed to be donated to a shelter, WOW again!!! That is awesome that you did not want it sent back. And still more, you sent condolences and flowers to owners of the pets that passed. WOW!!! I will not only use this company for all my pet needs, but I highly recommend Chewy to all pet owners out there.

GREAT company with an app to match. I first started using chewy because I'd seen raves about them from people in multiple online pet forums, the kind of praise that seemed to good to be true but was coming up too often to ignore. I was so happy to find that it was all true - fast shipping, fair prices, OUTSTANDING customer service. The one time I had an issue with a late/missing order they sent a replacement right away overnight, as well as giving us a credit. When I needed to return a (large) autoshipment I'd neglected to cancel after my cat passed away, they credited me the full amount and told me to donate it to a local shelter in his memory. I can't say enough good about chewy - the kind of service they provide is rare these days and stop refreshing. App matches the service level pretty much too! Intuitive, lets me stay logged in over days or even weeks, doesn't crash, easy to navigate.

Thank you for 4 amazing years!. I just wanted to tell everyone on the team thank you. We started to order from you when we had 3 dogs and 2 needed special meds and foods. Being a wife, Mom of 6 and Realtor now. We served in the Army before that and moved a lot. I needed time and money back in my life. Your app and team gives me time, money and HELP when I needed it. Being human, if I clicked the wrong things for my order there was someone to help me. I don’t need to go to the Vet and get a prescription and mail it in. Your service does it all. I even changed vets to have one that works with your company. By the way we love Dr Comito at Polk City Vet. We loved the birthday cards that would come too. We would laugh and remember the craziness the pups did from the past year. Forrest passed away in 2021 and last month Sophie passed away. Thank you so much for all the help and memories. Fabulous company!!!. I have a medical miracle dog that has had 4 emergency surgeries to remove socks that he has eaten on many occasions. The socks have caused obstructions. It’s a true miracle that he’s still alive. With all the scar tissue in the abdomen area, he has had a horrible time digesting food. He either has constipation or diarrhea. Chewy has been so patient and kind to work with my Vet and myself to find the best dog food for his sensitive system. If something doesn’t work, Chewy is very pleasant, refunds my money and sends the next brand to try. I have never experienced customer service like this company before…..never! I wouldn’t have made it the 6 years of the horrible ups and downs with my dogs health, if it weren’t for Chewy’s understanding. I will NEVER purchase my pets food, toys or supplies anywhere else. Outstanding Customer Support & Compassion!!. We have used Chewy since May 2020 and they have never ceased to amaze me with the degree of customer service and how much they care for my fur babies!! From birthday cards for each pet to a surprise canvas painting of them! They have gone above and beyond ANY company would NORMALLY interact with their online client base!! As if what they have done already isn’t enough….this next action on their behalf was extraordinary!! Saturday 6/26 about 4:25 one of our beloved dogs crossed the rainbow bridge…..as I had created a profile for Scamp, I wanted to let them k ow that he had passed! 2 different emails of condolences were sent and in today’s age I was thoroughly impressed with the kind words!! Today, July 2, I received a gorgeous bouquet & vase of flowers from nine other than CHEWY!! To say I was surprised doesn’t describe my feelings at that moment!! Grateful for your sympathy and good service!. Maxx was a loving sweet 120lb Bull Mastiff that was never 3 feet from where I happen to be working or sitting. He was always on guard as I worked in my garden or in my flowers. He made me always feel safe inside or outside my house because he would let us know anytime someone came on the property. He was quick to welcome them once I told him it was okay and enjoyed being loved by everyone. He especially enjoyed my three grandchildren who have grown up sleeping on him, playing soccer with him and riding on the golf cart with him. He guarded his family and his grounds- a true Mastiff! He will be dearly missed. Your expression of sympathy at his passing and the handling of his last order was the most compassionate and most professional I have ever experienced. It has been refreshing to do business with a company that has made me feel appreciated as a customer. I wish you much success in the future.

It took awhile to get our last delivery inside from the elements. It wasn’t your fault. My husband finally got out of the hospital, but a total stranger saw me outside struggling with the big boxes and asked if he could help. I just asked him if he could just get the boxes on the front porch that would help. I didn’t know him, so I didn’t ask him to put them inside. It’s rough when you get older and you’re by yourself. I’m going to have to consider my options if my husband dies before me., but I will always depend on you guys because I will always have my pets. I can’t be without them. They are my life. I volunteer for our local shelter and I love giving the animals a chance at having a great forever home. I love you guys.

Chewy is where it’s at!. Y’all, I have never had a better experience online shopping or with pet shopping. No more driving to Pet Smart only to get there and find out they don’t have your dogs expensive grain-free, chicken-free dog food! Chewy is so much cheaper and offer the exact same products! Plus, Chewy’s customer service goes above and beyond. Fast and free shipping if you spend $50 or more (easy to to do with a German Shepherd) and I’ve never been dissatisfied with the products or the time it took to receive my pets supplies (I usually get it in two days!!!). Once, when I had a question about an order that wasn’t going through, I called and spoke to a wonderful rep who went absolutely above and beyond to resolve my issue. They even sent my pup a Christmas and birthday card! Literally, everyone who has a pet should use Chewy. If you’re not, you’re seriously missing out! Go Chewy!

Cats favorite website!. My 2 Ragdolls are rarely disappointed by the items I buy for them. Last night they reminded me that the catnip I had given them was stale, and they wanted fresh catnip now! They can be very demanding! My only issue with Chewy is you are often out of stock on products I’m interested in buying. They are not items that I need, but items I just want to get for my fur babies. However, this time you are out of one of my girls food! You should have a way of notifying customers when the product is back in stock so it can be ordered right away. I do enjoy browsing through the website, except I end up spending more than I had intended thanks to my Zoey who browses with me, and tries to tap the keyboard when she sees something she wants. I’m going to go broke if I keep indulging these girls 😸😽. They are worth every penny!

At about ten years of age, he developed food allergies and we were forced to switch to prescription foods. It was important for us to order and to receive his food in a timely manner, and local sources often would run out of inventory. When we started using Chewy's, our problems were resolved. Orders were handled quickly and arrived at our doorstep expediently. After 14.5 years we finally had to say goodbye to our Tiki. We had some final issues toward the end, and we want to thank La'Vonya on your staff for her thoughfulness and kindness in helping us resolve those concerns. Best company to buy from all around!!!. I have been a customer of Chewy for about three years now, started when I could no longer get my rabbits food from the store so I found this online business and gave it a shot, amazing. Orders have always come in perfect condition never anything missing or damaged. I now buy all my rabbits food toys and treats along with any thing for my cats from chewy including cat trees, toys, food, or treats. Their customer service was the most polite and understanding I have ever come across (my mistake on address changes cause me to need help nothing on their part). Emails showing every step your package takes daily and packages always take about two to three days and is for the most part always ahead of schedule. Just all around an amazing company that I suggest to all my family and friends who own pets. And I personally will be a continuing customer of for many years to come.

Most “There for you” company I’ve met. Chewy has been the best app for me to find the most affordable yet quality medication for my diabetic dog. At the vet, I would've spent $130 (my vet is more expensive than other vets I realize but I couldn’t get a prescription anywhere else). With chewy, it costed me $58 with free shipping. That’s crazy considering the extra insulation and ice packs to ensure the insulin is ok. From there, I bought all my dogs clothes, treats and my cats litter stuff from them. Everything being good, if not great quality and a couple bucks cheaper than what I could get at PetSmart. Sadly my pup passed away and chewy made things a little easier to cope by reimbursing me for the items I didn’t get to use or barely used after he passed. They also sent me flowers which was so sweet. My loved my dog so much and it’s nice to know there’s a company that understands that too. I highly recommend them.

Bedt company ever!. I have lived in US for 30 years and I can say it with confidence: Chewy is absolutely the best company I have ever seen, used and dealt with . They are reachable 24/7, always pick up right away, always professional and helpful. A few times my cats did not like the products, a few times the packaging was not perfect- just one quick phone call and issue is solved. Chewy gives you a credit , you can order new stuff and old stuff can be just donated to another pet, mo need tide day anything back or go through any kind of hassle. In addition to above their shippments arrive in no time- usually within 48 hours. Seriously, I have never seen a company that comes even remotely close to Chewy’s performance . Very convenient and just a pleasure to deal with. I always recommend them to my friends and even strangers. Our furry family members deserve and Chewy deserves all the business. Thank you, chewy. ROCHESTER AND CHEWY. We love Chewy! They are always so caring and very helpful if you need to call them with any questions. They always give good caring advice very knowledgeable on the products and they show they really care about our baby boy Rochester. Poor thing has been through so much even before we bought from this man he was only 4 months old we were told he had been beaten his entire mouth was black his gums teeth can’t imagine what could to a 4 month baby to make it like that. Now he has about 3 or 4 teeth his left back leg hurts think it’s displaced he limps. 1 thing out of 15 illnesses yorkies can get but he is a trooper. He does laps in circles in the house. Gift. When’s the last time a business sent you a wrapped present for no reason other than to wish you a nice day? I was recovering from Covid when I opened this little surprise package from Chewy. An extremely well done, hand painted portrait of my little girl, Tippi, smiled up at me! Talk about a day brightener! What a great company! I’ve been a satisfied customer of Chewy’s for a number of years now. I love the ease of ordering on line and getting things for my two pups, delivered to my door, especially their heavy boxes of dog food! With their Autoship service, I never have to worry about forgetting to place my order. Customer service makes me feels like family. This is an outstanding company! So, thank you Chewy. Service and caring above and beyond. This company is one of the best! As our dog started aging he needed lots of new meds- not just heart worm and flea and tick. We had always bought through our vet but it was getting very expensive. So I looked at Chewy- less than half the cost! And the costumer service - wow! I had some issues with our vet and they stepped in and helped me get my prescriptions set up and to me on time…always! I was new to all these meds and every time I called with questions the representative worked me through it or would transfer me to the pharmacy rep. Recently we had to say goodbye to our Weim of 14 yrs. I called to let chewy know to cancel our upcoming meds…I got a little emotional. The representative was so sympathetic….and 2 days later we found a beautiful bouquet of flowers on our porch from Chewy sending us condolences. ❤️❤️

The best company ever. I never had late orders, never was put in a waiting queue for calls, never doubted any of their products, never doubted anything bad for intentions, as I say this, a while ago my dog got some chews and she had a sensitive stomach and got sick from one (just getting a upset stomach) It was a review on a product that they seen, refunded my money and called me and gave me a few options to pick one to find one that will help her, a REVIEW, I never seen any companies do this. They care about our pets as if they were their own, on my dogs birthday they gave me a hand made painting of her which I kept for all these years (it is AMZING btw) , cards on all my animals birthday’s, never had prescription issues, I swear if I was ever to support a company anywhere this company has me 100% at their side. Every worker their is amazing and the ceo is amazing as well, thank you for being their for people and treating us all amazingly ❤️

really my favorite pet service to buy from. I literally never write reviews, but chewy deserves a review! I had to make a small return one time because i purchased the wrong item and the return option wasn’t available. But I spoke with a customer service representative, and they told me that they will give me a FULL refund, put the correct item in my cart, and they completely waived my shipping and gave me free shipping for my next purchase. not only that, but they told me that I could keep the incorrect item that I had previously bought (which was a win for me because it was basically a free gift at that point). They were very friendly and I got my order the next day after buying. depending on where you live, i would say, their shipping is very fast and you do not have to pay extra for fast shipping either. Truly, i love this service because of their customer service and shipping! Great Job Chewy!!

Terrible experience. Apparently you cannot use a credit card that has a different billing address as delivery address. There is no place on the app to enter the credit card billing address. I was emailed that my order was on hold until I called Chewy. I called them, was assured the order was processed. Then about 2 hours later I got an email stating that my order was canceled. I called and was told that I needed to use a credit card with the “correct” address. I advised the Chewy representative that I gave her the correct address, she just refused to take it. The representative stated that I would need to cancel my order and reorder with another credit card that has the same billing address as my delivery address. This was such a hassle. I canceled my order and ordered through someone else. I’m very disappointed. Update: chewy, thanks for your response, however I will not waste any more time to try to resolve this. Chewy can access my data without me and contact me directly to resolve. You call me, I won’t call you. I gave a good credit card with albeit a different billing address and I should not have had any problems and that’s the bottom line.

Best Company. I will always recommend chewy to anyone with a pet. I stumbled across them when my senior dog started having prostate issues and was constantly in diapers. With him being a large breed dog, diapers were super expensive and hard to come by in stores. I quickly learned how affordable chewy’s products are and I always recieved my order the next day. I live in the middle of no where Tennessee and always had my packages on time. When my pet passed away, chewy refunded my entire order and had me donate the order to a humane society. I could not believe their compassion! They did not stop at that, and even sent flowers and condolences to my home through a local flower shop. By far the best customer service or any company I have dealt with. We are soon welcoming a new pup to the household and I am excited to buy from them again.

Chewy is a game-changer!!!. Me and my mom don't drive and my dad works all the time. Chewy has been the best thing to make sure all of our fury family can get not only the essentials but all the fun stuff as well the selection of products for a wide range of animals Is outstanding the reviews and videos to go along with the product ensure you get what's right for you and the animals we have two dogs hermit crabs and kittens and I can get all there supplies on chewy for cheap can't wait to browse the fish and turtle section for our new additions to the family the autoship feature makes it really easy to never have to worry about running out of something and it is fully customizable for your pets needs but even without using autoship the delivery time is amazing and unmatched by any company I have ordered from in the past thank you to everyone on the chewy team for giving me the resource to give all my fur family what they deserve!!!

Good humans great company!!. Chewy is just incredible. My very first interaction with them was buying my cat a wheelchair. Sadly my cat passed away before I could ever use it. Having never purchased anything from them before, they encouraged me to donate the chair and they refunded me fully with zero hesitation! They also sent me a very sweet sympathy card. Recently, my elderly cat changed prescription foods. I called about returning the food he no longer eats (which is not cheap) and again I was encouraged to donate the food, simply because I told her I would have to figure out how to print a shipping label. She did not know that my home was hit by a tornado and my life was chaos, she just said not to worry about it. After her decision, I told her my circumstances and how much I appreciated that. And again I received a card from chewy with words of encouragement. Knowing that companies like Chewy exist gives me hope for this world. They are just plain good.

The ABSOLUTE BEST. I love Chewy’s for many reasons. One they carry pretty much anything you need. Two they take care of and contribute to multiple animal shelters. Three, they have THE BEST customer service EVER. I wish every company cared half as much as Chewys does. I have on occasion had minor issues with an order, they overnighted a new order which was above and beyond. I have also unfortunately lost some of my fur babies due to age. On the first occasion I mentioned that I needed to cancel my order and not only did they refund me, they told me to keep the food and the next day I received flowers. That was absolutely amazing and I was speechless, that a company would care so much. More recently in an email I mentioned to them that I lost my 18 year old fur baby. They sent me a HAND PAINTED PICTURE OF HER! I was so touched, absolutely an amazing company I love them so much and will always order from them and refer everyone to them. Thank you Chewy for being amazing.

Great products and AMAZING service!!!. As an owner of 2 guinea pigs, I have faced the problem of getting in-store guinea pig food from places like pet smart that is “supposedly” suitable for my piggies but then I find out it is very unhealthy for them. On top of that, the prices of most in store guinea pig food is EXTREMELY overpriced, and for terrible quality food! Eventually, I decided to try Chewy after hearing what people said about it, and I was SO thrilled to see that all of the food on here is cheap, easy to find on the app, and works perfectly for my guinea pigs specific diets. I did not know at the time of installing that you could make pet profiles, which makes the service on here even better! It allows me to find what each of my pigs need and to keep up with their medications while allowing me to easily contact my vet clinic in an emergency situation! Rock on Chewy, you are lifesavers!!!

I love this company!. I’m a rather new member but I did order cat food and litter recently. Even though it took about 10 days to get to me, Chewy kept me updated through email on where my order was and why it was taking longer to arrive. This is what I like in companies. I’m going to continue ordering from Chewy just based on that one experience! It is awesome that you get to create your pets profile and fill out all the info you know about your pet. Couple of things I’d like to see is if you could change the color your pets name and birthdate to something other than black. I have one cat who has some black on its coat and his name blends in with where his coat is on the picture. The other is you get to state any medications allergies or pre-existing condition, which is great but I wish you could add dietary needs. As my cats eat a grain-free food diet only. Other than those 2 things, I love this company and app! Keep up the great service, Chewy!

Pharmacy leaves much to be desired. I have used Chewy for my pet food for years and have no complaints. The pharmacy, on the other hand, leaves much to be desired. Even with the paper script mailed in for my dog’s heartworm meds it has been an endless process to get them shipped because the auto ship date has mysteriously changed to Nov 2022 and, even though I never got the meds for the 6 months prior to Nov, it isn’t possible for them to look at the Rx date of May 17, see that they haven’t been sent and send them with my stated approval. They keep telling me to reorder the meds, which I’ve done twice but still no meds. I finally did this without putting them on auto ship and I’m hoping with fingers crossed on both hands this will do it. FYI, not the first time this pharmacy has been horribly confusing and I’ve had to wait forever or get the drugs elsewhere. One time it was for a dog on Prozac that really needed it asap. I ended up using my grocery store after waiting a couple weeks. Get it together Chewy. My vet practice encourages everyone not to use you but I’ve held on for your prices!

Outstanding products and customer service. I have never seen any other company like chewy! Their products are always high quality, shipping arrives the very next day after you order, and oh my goodness their customer service I swear they are all perfect! I’d give 20 stars if i could! If you call them there isnt even an automated recording, you get a professional and friendly REAL PERSON on the other line (in just 2 or 3 rings, no wait!) Not only did they solve my issue (I wanted to replace the dog food flavor I ordered), I also actually had a very fun and pleasant conversation with both Philip and Jessica. It felt like talking to a friend who genuinely cares! I ended up receiving both orders, they ended up refunding me and made me keep the original and suggested I share it to a friend or a dog shelter. Can you believe it! I am so blown away by Chewy and my Gsd puppy Titan and I will always be a forever customer❤️❤️❤️

50/10 Stars. Yesterday (August 10th, 2018) I ordered a light bulb for my snake and hay for my guinea pig (yes that’s a weird combo and no the snake will not eat my pig LOL) I wasn’t expecting the order to get here until some time next week. About 40 minutes after I placed my order I got an email that said my package is getting ready to be shipped, so I’m like okay cool maybe it’ll be here a bit sooner. Well today I get home from work and my package is waiting for me!! I was so confused, but excited!! They ship so fast. And the quality of the products is amazing. I have a happy pig, happy snake, and a happy me!! This isn’t my first time ordering from chewy but it definitely won’t be my last either! I highly recommend them!! Amazing customer service too. There was one time where my package said it was delivered but it never was, they sent me a new package free of charge and then said if I get the other package at any point to just keep it or donate it to a shelter!!!
