Service. I love your product but it freezes up way too much so you cannot watch the races. Also I am hearing impaired and you have no close caption so I cannot hear what’s going on

Great Customer Service. I experienced a few glitches and kinks over my usage of FloGrappling, however the amount of content is superb, and above that, their customer service is very helpful and responsive. Customer relations goes a very long way in enhancing an experience.

Horrible organization and streaming. I was forced into getting a subscription to this app when Motocross moved mid season from MAVTV to Flo Racing. This may be the only app in history that is harder to find specific content on than RedBull TV. Holy crap. If you type motocross in the search box nothing comes up. You have to go to racing, events, replays and then scroll backwards through a few weeks worth of hillbilly racing to get to the last round of motocross. Then when you play it on a 1GB Wi-Fi connection that streams all day every day on every other service known to man…..it freezes. The only way to get it to work again it to force quit and start again. What a steaming pile of …. I’m not even going to watch the last two rounds of the motocross outdoor season as this app is so horrible I can’t bring myself to send them another month of fees.

Love the app… hate the commercials. I love that I can watch my hometown hockey games reliably, but the fact that the only way to watch is with a subscription and the subscription still has ads that come up during the middle of play is annoying or more accurately frustrating.

For now FloSports is a convoluted mess !!!. I mainly bought this app to watch the big bicycle races that aren’t on Peacock or other platforms, in this particular case the “Tour de Suisse” which I should be able to watch live each day as well as full replays and/or highlights of previous stages. The same applies to any other races and all other sports & disciplines It is easy to access each stage of the race daily to watch it live. But if I want to watch a full reply of previous stages, that option is nowhere to be found. With all the many sports, disciplines, etc, the search options should be better organized in a user-friendly way. The FloSports app has big potential, but it needs lots of improvements to earn 4 or even 5 stars from me.

Total scam. I sought out to get a pro subscription after finding out that livestreams weren’t free, so I happily paid 30 dollars to see my mother compete in world master bjj, only to find out that the pro subscription didn’t come through on the app but certainly did on my credit card. Any support I’ve contacted has not reached out to me to help get a refund as I’ve now missed my moms competition so I wish the absolute worst on whoever is behind this marketing practice. Thank you for wasting a piece of my life I’ll never get back :) hopefully I can still dispute this so long as my pending purchase doesn’t jump from 30 dollars to 148 as I’ve heard multiple accounts of that sort happening. Will update and hopefully not have to fight this further

Extremely disappointed. I got this app for the sole purpose of watching my nephew wrestle in the CIF State Championships. It’s not live nor even an option to watch thru the app. I have to go to the website and hope the video is there and usually it’s not. Extremely disappointed and will be sending an email hoping to get my money back. Once in a lifetime opportunity wasted by an app that has worked great in the past but not for his last HS wrestling tournament. Absolutely unacceptable

Pay $150 to see ads, and bonus! Can’t share your account with your spouse. If I’m paying $150 a year for this, I expect no ads. But to not even allow the account to be shared between you and your spouse? That’s cheap. Husband wants to watch the fights on the tv while you watch another with the app? Either the tv or the app stops working. This is ridiculous, I will not be renewing my subscription, and I will be going through my credit card for a chargeback.

Trash app. This app is trash. I hate it. It won’t stream half the things I click. Won’t replay videos. It won’t stream to my LG tv. I messaged support and No reply for days. I had this service years ago and it was so bad I cancelled my subscription. Because GCN is gone I got a yearly subscription. I regret wasting my money. Did I mention this thing is trash? Spend your money on discovery+. Or max. Americans don’t have any decent options. Why is watching bike racing so hard.

Great but needs one thing. I love Flo but I wish it was better at showing where the drivers running order better like DIRTVision does. When you are only showing a couple of guys racing having the running order displayed helps. You guys do it sometimes but it needs to be all the time. Other than that everything else is perfect and thank you for being around!

A Race Fan’s Dream. I got an email about a race, saw this app, and they wanted $150 for a yearly membership. The race coverage is fun - great commentary, camera angles, and the app is very very well designed for viewing updates and streaming content to other devices! Turns out my $150 was very very well spent as a race fan! Thank you!

Improvements noted. I was not impressed when I first got this app. But they have made improvements in the last weeks and it is definitely so much better. I added 2 more stars. They are also responsive to their customers.

New Schedule Update. The new schedule update is not awesome. You have to know when a tourney is to be able to find it. I liked the upcoming and completed aspects. I also think the new update is helpful but I wish the old option was still available.

Hit and miss game coverage and you pay for adverts. Some games are great: quality coverage and commentary. Others have no sound or are the raw cut for channels to cut as needed. It’s hot or miss what you’ll get. But my biggest issue, and I’ve told Customer Service this so many times, is the adverts. Why am I paying for adverts? Why are they interrupting the game? Stupid onscreen adverts that minimise gameplay and now full adverts that cut in. This could be so good.

ADS on PAID app!?! So many ads during gameplay :(. I subscribed to FloSports so I could watch my child’s college games but instead I’m watching 1-3 ads every 3 minutes. Unbelievable! I’ve missed gameplay because of ADS on a PAID app? The scoreboard on the app stinks, too. So far the score has been posted incorrectly multiple times throughout the game, no indication of balls and strikes and the inning count lags behind what is actually happening on the field. Because there is only one camera behind home plate it is impossible to see the actual scoreboard on the field or the foul posts on the sides. All in all a disappointment. FloSports should be ashamed but they have a captive audience so why should they care, right? They could provide better scorekeeping, keep ads to the beginning or end of the broadcast (or totally do away with them on their paid app) so as not to interfere with gameplay. But they don’t. I was excited to be able to watch the games when I couldn’t make it to the field but now I’m just frustrated and wishing I hadn’t given them a single dime. I don’t believe they care about sports. They do care about taking your money and screw you if you don’t like their poor service.

Deceptive indication of covered events. The app shows “Live” and “Replay” events on the menu screens but when I click to view I’m told that the event is not shown in my area. What?? Then don’t show it on the menu screen. Simple. They faked me out to get me to sign up yet don’t show the events they implied they would show, and won’t respond to my request for a refund. When I clicked on one “Live Replay” event it showed me a 5-min post-event summary. Another bait and switch. So disappointed in Flosports.

Before you buy…. Bought this streaming service for $30 and there was one 1 show that had sound and that was the live show. If you didn’t catch the live shoe and wanted to watch the rebroadcast show it may not have sound due to copyright laws. Doesn’t make any sense because they streamed the live show with sound but no other viewing of that show. You’re paying $30 a month why is there copywrite laws since I am paying. So we were unable to watch any of my sons show due to copywrite laws. So please look into that so you don’t lose $30.

Disrespect for Athletes and Customers. If you have the misfortune of “needing” to follow a team whose games are being shown on this trash service, be prepared for big disappointments: 1. The audio will probably be bad, often unlistenable. For example, you may get to hear another game’s commentary over top of that for the game you’re trying to watch, and all of that may only come out of your back surround speakers if you’re on an Apple TV connected to a real sound system. 2. The commentators will mispronounce every athlete name they can, demonstrating a consistent lack of preparation. 3. If watching softball, you may only do so from the outfield. 4. The score bug will never, ever be accurate. If by chance it is, that’s just the “broken clock” effect. 5. Even though you’re paying a ridiculously high and unwarranted subscription fee, you will be forced to watch long pre-roll ads before your content will play. And you’ll get to do that every time you switch between games. This service seems to go out of its way to disrespect the games its shows, the athletes playing them, and its paying customers. Subscribe only if you’re a complete sports addict.

NO SUPPORT. There’s no support with this app, and the app has poor quality videos, which buffer. I cancelled this after two races and paid for the entire year. Never emailed or contacted me after cancellation and a year later they charged me again. Had to call the bank and cancel my card and this company refused to refund me any money. I will not recommend this app to others and will share my story with others. I didn’t appreciate being charged for two years of service.

A+ for Customer Service. I had an exceptional tech representative that took the time to resolve streaming issue on multiple devices at the same time. It took numerous emails with different techs responding but I had Sandy to resolve the problem and she never gave up until it was fixed. Kudos to her and grateful for everything she did.

A total rip-off. I usually don’t write reviews but today I will, this app is a ripoff they take my money but they’re not streaming any game for my account, once I click the game I want to watch simply says “please subscribe to watch this game” I paid for my subscription less than a week ago, disappointed to say the least, I wrote an email to their customer support yesterday and they don’t even have the courtesy to reply to give you some bogus excuse at least, whatever.. obviously I’m mad because I didn’t pay for any subscription I donated that’s what it was A DONATION

Coverage. Love that you’re covering gravel and MTB racing - wish the ‘actual’ coverage and filming was better. Specifically, Better camera proximity and section coverage instead of helicopter footage where it’s difficult to make out what is what. Love what your doing but it’s a steep subscription fee for what is provided versus what is advertised and in comparison to GCN plus, while not covering or advertising MTB & Gravel racing, they’re much better and more affordable.

Good coverage, drops often, poor sound support, hate ads. Hate the fact that they have started showing ads on a paid subscription. Ad often as the feeds drop, having to sit through an ad when it starts feed is extremely frustrating. I will be lobbying ECHL to change providers next year.

Not intuitive. I love grappling and that they are the kings of showing great content. But it is not intuitive to find past matches. Furthermore, I hate that it auto starts the next video. I’m not a tech guy, so finding older cool content and easier navigation is high on my list. If they could improve that they’d jump to a 4 star and possibly 5!!

Amazing Customer Service!!. We’re a basketball family and use FloSports through the season. This year, I noticed my credit card was charged for the full year instead of just basketball season. I emailed Customer Service and within 24 hours the charge was corrected. FloSports really cares about their customers!

Replays are delayed. Good streaming quality overall but the replays are only available after the live games and some games have like 90 minute post games. I just want to be able to watch the full game replay directly after the game ends. Sitting here for hours to waiting for the replay because it’s still considered a live game even though it’s only showing the FloSports event has concluded screen

Amateurish Joke. Overpriced garbage riddled with technical difficulties. Reminds me of the home brew public access cable channels of the 1980’s. Wayne and Garth put on a better production from their basement than what these flo yahoos are able to cobble together on a good day. Interestingly enough, they have zero technical difficulties packing these productions to the hilt with commercials. Unfortunately the saddest difference between flo and public access is that in order to have the privilege of watching this train wreck unfold every evening, you need to pay through the wazoo.

Terrible coverage for the price. For $30 advertised as “PRO” access, basic features should be available. For example, we purchase so that we can watch softball. So the score and inning should be updated and accurate. This is almost NEVER the case. We have to keep the stats ourselves. During almost every broadcast there are technical issues and we lose some of the broadcast. When this happens, we cannot rewind back a few minutes to view what we missed. We just miss it. 3 years ago we couldn’t go to florida to watch our daughter play in person and FloSoftball was the only way to watch. We experienced all the issues I described and it was so frustrating. Our daughter graduated last year. So this year we purchased it and are watching and I am really disgusted to say that the only thing that’s changed is my daughter isn’t on the field. Very disappointed.

Video keeps shuddering. I’ve watched rugby on FloSports for a couple of years. This year the video shudders every 10 seconds and drops a couple of frames. You can watch it but it very irritating when you pay $100+ and the viewing experience is so unpleasant. NOTE. It is not the internet connection which I have changed to all three of my gigabit sources. It is present on iOS (phone and ipad) on wifi and 5G and Apple TV with Ethernet connection

Overpriced underfeatured, ad filled. 2 minutes after spending $30 to watch one softball game, I was forced to watch a car commercial. Other commercials randomly were played during the game causing me to miss plays. The app can’t find the university I wanted to watch in the search function and was generally a disappointment. 4 innings after a run was made, the score still wasn’t updated. No way to know the count, no display of the number of outs, no indication of what players are even in the game. If it is your only option, this app is better than nothing. If given a choice, I’d choose anything else over this.

Ok… but glitchy. Pay service with commercials. The USHL dropped hockey tv in favor of FloSports. This is an improvement as tge streams do appear to be more stable however there appear to be problems with dropped frames that make the service frustrating to use. As you watch a game you see and hear glitches lasting a fraction of a second to several seconds. In a chat dialogue with the service they blamed tge arena internet service for this. When I pressed them for details so I could check for accuracy tge chat session was disconnected. Needless to say I do not believe the explanation. Instead I believe FloSports has a capacity problem that could be solved with increased buffering. To their credit they appear to be trying to keep tge stream close to live, rather than producing the lags and outages of their predecessors. So I think it winds up being with the discounted price offered at tge front of the season. It is, however not worth the full price. Perhaps the service will improve. If this happens I will revise my review accordingly. One final point: you have no reason to interrupt the game with your own commercials. I’ve paid for tge service… and would pay more for flawless streaming with no commercials. Do better. FloSports, I’ll be watching…. For now.

Split screen racing. Flo nails the races for position with split screen. Wish the announcer could have fighter pilot technology , in that, what he is looking at would be what the camera is showing. Is that possible? Great job have brought sprint car action into many living rooms across the world. Thanks again

Jiu Jitsu Allies. I’m so glad I got to watch ADCC on flow. What a great tournament. After some time the stream would downgrade to 480 or lower, but upon restarting it everything cleared up back to 1080 or whatever they use. I’ll explore the app a little more but I really only watch jiu jitsu. I’d complain about the $30 a month but this so the only place to watch IBJJF and ADCC.

Not Worth the Purchase. Unless you are watching strictly the running events, don’t waste your money. I wanted to watch my nephew compete in pole vaulting, and they never cover the pole vaulting (or any field events) It is on in the background where you may catch a glimpse of someone pole vaulting now and then, but not usually. Again, maybe if you want to see the running events it’s worth it, but if you are looking to see any field events I wouldn’t waste my money. I bought one month and promptly canceled.

Trey Appleton JR. I really love this app and I wish nothing but the best for it as I hope it expands its sports coverage. That leads me to my point. It is all college and underground. And that’s great for ppl who are into lower levels of sports, but not me. I am definitely not downsizing this app at all. I js hope it can expand and get pro sports soon.

Fantastic coverage. This is by far the greatest streaming coverage of all sorts of sports but my favorite is the auto racing. I’m almost 75 and female and can’t go to the tracks as much tho I went to Lincoln Speedway last Saturday. I watch usually 2 a night if it’s a division I’m interested in. I’m also learning of new tracks and different drivers. I have 2 TVs and 2 tablets and an iPhone. Your service just can’t be beat. I’m ready for the AllStars right now. There are a few tracks here in Central PA that need to sign on with FloSports. Thankyou for great coverage.

Unreliable Trash. The only positive thing I can say about this service is that they somehow manage to get the rights to some good games. The stream is unreliable and will stop for up to 10 minutes at a time. The strikes, balls, outs, and even inning are frequently incorrect. There is no pitch count or velocity on the screen, and they can’t even update their graphics to show the batters’ stats when they put their name graphic on the screen. Do not waste your money. Hopefully, enough people refusing this service will push their games to anything else. Update: They are now covering a basketball game, and it makes me wish they had at least the standard mentioned previously about baseball. The filming would be better quality if they used an iPhone or Samsung phone. It has frequently frozen, and they should have taken a higher seat to give a better view when it does work. It is very reminiscent of watching 90s home videos. They don’t even bother to display the score during play, and when they have flashed the score, both scores and the time were wrong. I am happy spending $50 on food and drinks at a sports bar to prevent these people from getting the $30 they want for the stream (which is another point of absurdity). Hopefully they go out of business so that I can actually watch my team play

Account Issues. Hands down the best customer service experience I have had in years! Seems that everyone just wants to take your money and don’t care about the service you get but that wasn’t the case with FloSports . The were very quick to answer all my questions and resolved all my issues with my account. I recommend FloSports to everyone.

Unable to use it other than on my phone.. We paid for the monthly subscription and had Flosports open on my laptop connected to the TV. But I thought it would be quicker to sign up on my phone. Now I’m only able to watch softball on my phone and I can’t login on any other device. I’m sure this is just a setting or something simple but I’m giving this 2 Star’s until it’s fixed and then I will give it five stars.

App works fine, service is terrible.. Not only does Flosports/Flobikes lure you in by stating that their platform has most big cycling races, after you get a subscription and go to the feed, it’ll say it’s not available in your location. How can I justify continuing to pay $30 a month when I don’t even know for sure if I’ll have access to the r content I want to watch and they advertise as having? Despite their response, this app remains a 1/5 and so does the service. 0/5 actually. They very clearly attempt to deceive you before you purchase a subscription and continue to do so after by obfuscating what you can and can’t watch. Absolutely awful.

Glitchy and terrible with ads. Given how expensive this plan is, I can’t believe they have ads. Not only that, when the ads try to load every so many minutes, they often disrupt the stream afterwards causing issues with the event you are watching having to reload. A recent update broke streaming to my LG Smart TV so I can only watch on my little phone screen. I attempted tech support but it doesn’t seem to work either. Some of the events I want to watch are “not available in my region”. They should not advertise having those events to people that can’t watch them, false advertising of what the streaming service contains. Unfortunately there is no other option, if there were this crumby app would be out of business so fast.

FloFabulous. I have been with FloSports since the early days of FloWrestling and Every Aspect of Flo has Improved very much and very quickly. Everyone with Flo has done nothing but make it Absolutely FloFabulous ever since… I now have the capability to watch any sport I want anywhere I want and that is absolutely awesome. Thank You Flo

Buffering. Last evening during the dream qualifying heat races the picture kept on buffering all nite. The picture was terrible. Nothing like this happened during the million dollar show the million dollar show both# show were awesome. Thanks for listening. Thanks for the shows.

WORTHLESS APP. Don’t waste your money. There’s no customer service to help with issues. I’ve tried to cast on 6 different things with the volume turned up to the max on all of them. to hear the announcers which are silent most of the time and can’t hear them when they decide to say a couple of words. It was much better watching from the school website for free and the radio announcer was much more versed in actually reporting an accurate commentary. I guess he’s not here this year bc flobaseball is in and he is out. Sad and infuriating.

Terrible Platform. I have used many different platforms for streaming content and sports. And talk with a lot of people that use to watch their kids sports. I have never heard an app get such terrible feedback. This app locks up, won’t load, adds commercials mid play and is constantly having technical difficulties. For the money you pay it should be better. We have complained to Flo Sports many times with no support.

Customer Service Team. I enrolled in the incorrect subscription and the customer service team followed up within less than 24 hours and corrected the error. I appreciate the urgency and attention given to my issue. I joined to watch the AAU 2022 Junior Olympics.

Great coverage, the worse ad timing. It’s a great platform to watch sports and has great replays but the ads ruin everything. The ads pop up during live moments and replays and while the ball is in play, and the ad screen is twice the size of the sport your watching. It might be my bad luck timing, but it seems like every significant moment that happens during the broadcast, an ad pops up that’s so big you can’t even watch the program your paying the money to watch. This apps subscription is enough money to not need ads, let alone ads the ruin the whole viewing experience.

Rip off. Charges more than most streaming services but a family cant log in on different devices to watch. My daughter plays college sports and has games during the day on weekdays and my wife and I both cant log in while we are at work or doing anything. Only 1 log in allowed. For $150 you think a family could use the account at the same time. Definitely not getting

Terrible App Unable to Stream or Cast. This is a truly terrible app. It struggles to stream anything on the app and regularly cuts out and stops streaming. Then if you ever want to cast what you’re watching Chromecast or AirPlay you can forget about it. It can’t connect to a TV via AirPlay and get stuck buffering every 10-30 seconds on Chromecast. The fact that I paid money for this service and this is the app experience is frustrating and frankly unacceptable.

Great app. If you love sports of many varieties this is the app to buy! It is well worth the money. I’ve had it for 3 years now & I don’t regret it one bit! I will continue to keep FloSports for many years to come.

Are these guys Serious. I paid for a subscription here in Australia almost $60aud. Broken audio throughout the Berlin marathon and then when I went to watch some triathlons they are not permitted in my region. And to top it all off when I went to provide feedback , received an error message that no mail client set up within mail (I don’t use mail). This is the worst streaming platform I have come across

Struggles to stream. I signed up for Pro to watch the London marathon. We have 100/40 internet and have no issues streaming with any other app (Netflix, Foxtel, YouTube, Kayo etc). This laterally shows a buffering symbol every 30 seconds. It’s pretty much unwatchable. Not enough bandwidth to serve users on bigger events. Absolutely disappointed for $30usd fee for the month. Don’t subscribe if it’s for a big event. Without a doubt completely wasted money.

Fundamental issues. It’s hard to find any matches, the streaming of videos is often plagued with issues like having to watch the whole thing through without pausing or it goes back to the start, things of that nature. A simple layout change and a streaming update may fix it but until then it’s a really poor quality app.

Feedback. Awesome coverage, I get most value out of the highlights as being time poor this keeps me up to date😊

Garbage. This has got to be one of the worst apps on my phone. I got it to watch Wodapalooza and had to pay what turns out to be waaaayyyyy too much. The videos are almost impossible to find because the search doesn’t work properly and the videos aren’t named consistently. The coverage is worse than most of the other sanctional events which have free streaming. If you’re going to charge as much as you are you need to do A LOT better!

It’s Okay. The Flo team are doing god’s work, particularly referring to their ongoing work in the jiu-jitsu and submission grappling world, but after paying AUD $230, I didn’t think I would have to put up’s with ads in the app or on any of the streams. I was wrong. No monthly option also seems a little crazy too. Literally all streaming services offer this, and you would think they would net more subscribers, even for short periods, rather than have people not subscribe even for a month here and there.

Terrible purchase.. I won’t be returning anytime soon. Paid to watch the Berlin Marathon. Actual coverage was decent but paying this much for a subscription and then having zero commentary on the live stream I was extremely disappointed. The fact they also put half of the race up on YouTube for free made it feel like even more of a waste of money. Paid all that money to basically only access half of the race, and still get no commentary. Do not recommend.

Check country availability. We paid a monthly subscription only to find out it wasn’t available in our region. Have contacted FloSports 4 times now for a full refund and cancellation of the subscription and still haven’t heard back.

Stream issues. App seems to work reasonable well, would be better if they were clear on the live streaming policy and what countries can’t streaming live would have saved my $$$

Same streaming issues as 4 years ago. Absolute rubbish if you want to cast to your tv. Looking at old reviews it seems they have done nothing to fix a 4 year old issue. Go elsewhere if you can.

App not working. The app didn’t work for me. I couldn’t subscribe. Couldn’t watch anything. Very annoying.

Rip-Off. DOES NOT WORK!!! I downloaded this app in order to watch the Tokyo Marathon, then had to spend $150 on a VPN, ok I accepted that, BUT … the app does not allow one to cast to large screen. Ergo, One can get commentary but no picture!!! useless!!! No refund, no follow, no interest! Be out of business in no time the way you treat potential customers - UNSUBSCRIBE

Always has streaming issues. I’ve had the app for a couple of years now. There’s always streaming issues which are quite annoying. The site is quite primitive and it’s anybody’s a guess where a particular video is located. Hopefully, they will improve the interface and fix the streaming issues and make this a better app. It’s quite difficult to find anything on the site and it takes perseverance and determination to find what you’re looking for.

Search bar. Overall I think the app is great for watching events. I feel like there needs to be a search bar for individual matches like you have on the website. I’m referring to flograppling.

$42 to watch Wodapalooza and couldn’t watch any of it. Total rip off. Paid $42 Australian dollars because you have to subscribe for a whole month to just watch one event as I wanted to see wodapalooza. Due to the time difference in Australia couldn’t watch much live so was relying on replays. Well they didn’t put them up so couldn’t watch anything unless it was live and even then the coverage was pretty average. If you’re going to charge it needs to be much much better, not some backyard throw together job.

Watching marathons is Australia. In Australia, flotrack is currently the only legal way to watch marathon majors. Both the the 2023 London marathon and Berlin marathon have had issues that mean you can’t watch them. Hopefully, they get a competitor in the market as they have no incentive to care about the Australian market. Their customer service can’t offer refunds where it’s explicitly clear people are only using their service for these events. If you want to watch it live, don’t pay them $29 USD, just search for the event on YouTube on watch a bootleg copy there. You’ll get a better quality stream without the stress and time wasting paying an organisation that doesn’t support its customers.

Disappointed - feels like minimum required to charge the most possible. Flo sports has pretty good coverage of all sorts of sports, buts that’s about all it has going for it. First of, this is a premium subscription cost - its far from cheap ($30USD) Unfortunately, It just feels like the product just does enough to get away with it. And on top of this, it’s full of advertising! Not just light advertising - full screen ads that interrupt your games and minimise the play. As well as when scrolling through the app, it look like a free cheap mobile game covered in advertising. So for all this, do you get a great experience? No, not really. It’s very basic and missing functionality causes a poor experience. - streaming to your TV is clunky and can crash (to be fair this has improved a lot) - the app rarely remembers where you were in a replay and you have to find where you were up to after exiting every-time - the thumbnails are just a screenshots from LATE in the game and often spoil the score - very basic highlights/content creation if at all - really no new added functionality that I can recall since a year of using it For rugby fans - Compare this to Stan sports where for 19 USD you get: - a whole other movie and tv steaming service attached to it - no advertising - heaps of curated content including mini matches, highlights, rapid recaps, shorts, talk shows etc etc - no spoilers - their own commentary team - It’s still cheaper to get a VPN subscription AND use Stan sports. It seems the most developed thing about Flo is it’s business model, and you feel that as a user. If I didn’t have to use it for coverage in the US, I wouldn’t.

Early days but poor so far. Trying this after the demise of GCN. So far, I’m unimpressed. Poor functionality in the app, lack of comprehensive content, just all round display

Good content but. I have the app for grappling content. It’s perfect for this if not a little over priced. It would be great to see it be able to cast it (ie use a chrome cast etc ) onto a big screen, which would make it a reasonable competitor to other sports streaming options.

Not true for the sport, just want your money. Couldn’t find any vids to watch for free, like 2 mins at least if latest fights or even interviews. If I could watch some then I’d probably sign up , go figure.

Spoilers in Titles. App is expensive, plays the same ad 3x in the same break, hard to navigate, but above all, they put spoilers in the replay titles! For cycling GCN + a VPN is both cheaper and a better experience

Horrible!!!. What a crap app. Pay well over $200 a year and get plastered with ads. This app is no where near $200 a year. Oh, and if you want to pay to download your child’s games, like you could on HockeyTV, well, you won’t be able to. So, forget paying for this crap app. You will still get ads and not be able to do half of what you could with the previous app. And don’t bother reaching out to their support - they will not respond.

Horrible. Start of sprint it cuts away to 5 minutes of commercials, no fast forwarding. Switched over today to VPN ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE

Live scrolling. As a hockey official I wish I was able to scroll through the game live and not wait for the replay video to come out. With HockeyTV I was able to scroll through the game live and look at possible dangerous plays. Now with this I can’t. Please look at fixing this

No Access After Payment. Paid $225 CAD for the Pro subscription and could not access any content on FloSports. It kept saying I need to subscribe. I contacted the company. Zero help. Stopped responding to my requests after they sent a form response to change my password. I got a refund from Apple and will never deal with FloSports.

Keep Spoilers out of the replay titles. Flo advertises the ability to watch races on demand. They ruin the experience, however, by placing spoilers in the replay titles.

Good, except for the spoilers. Great coverage of the Tour de France; however, because of the time change I rarely stream it live. So I avoid all news and social media to stay away from any spoilers, only to have the results or significant events spoiled in the headlines of the other clips that are also posted on the Replays tab. Please separate your race replays and highlights from your post event interviews and headlines. If all I wanted was the results, I would just check a website and not pay for your service.

Women vs. men tv commentaries. Hi, The men’s coverage is more complete than the women’s. I know Josée is doing her best, but she can’t do everything on her own. For example, i’d like to know who forms the groups with the names appearing on screen regularly, I’d like to know when one of the leaders falls (Olivia Baril, who was 6th in the GC, fell but we never heard about it). Also, may be stay closer to the action when the leaders make significant moves instead of describing the scenery. May be Anna could join Josée. My two cents anyways.

Not good. I have never had a good experience with this app, I only used it to watch grappling competitions and every time I did there was always an issue, the payment didn’t work, the subscription isn’t working or they are trying to make me pay $150 a year when I already paid for a monthly subscription. No matter what I did I couldn’t watch anything and all they wanted me to do was pay more. Guess I’ll just be watching the matches for free the next day on YouTube. Will never use again.

Streams are horrible.. More times than not the streams are so delayed or don’t work at all. Wildly expensive for no guarantee to actually watch a full game uninterrupted.

Please don’t give this terrible app any more cycling races. Inserting ads that broadcasters don’t have, constantly fails to work, spoiler videos adjacent to the replays. Just overall terrible in all respects. A real shame that they have exclusive rights to many races - hopefully people will realize they’re not up to it.

Horrible app but no other choice. This app is terrible, pay for a subscription and ADS POP UP DURING THE TEAMS I WANT TO WATCH. And these teams pay thousands of dollars to get custom music, why can’t we listen to that while watching the routines played back? Does varsity really believe they should copyright music when they’re such an awful org? But we have no choice but to watch through this garbage. Just go to the event instead

Terrible service. Complete waste of money the technology doesn’t work this company uses voluntarily labour at the rink with terrible equipment yet we pay a premium price. Stay away!

Disappointing for such an expensive service. We paid for the full year membership and both games we wanted to watch this weekend either had no stream or it dropped and never came back.

Good when it works.. When the service is working it’s an enjoyable experience. Some teams have commentary which makes it fun. However out of 22 games so far 1/4 of the games have had some sort of technical difficulty. I’m sure glad I have to pay for this service to sometimes watch my son play. Unfortunately there is no other option. So if you don’t have too, I wouldn’t recommend buying this service if your a fan and want to watch. Not worth the money…….at all.

beating the winter blahs. I found this app to be particularly helpful when we can’t get to the race track and continue to do it we love at least we can watch it over the winter months when it’s not possible to race, and of course, unless prepared to travel.

So far horrible.. First game of the season and I missed 18 minutes due to technical difficulties. I hope they get this straightened out.

Freezes when casting. When chrome casting it consistently freezes after like 5 mins and never stops buffering until you restart the stream.

Poor app. The Flobikes subscription is way too expensive for what it offers. -Commercials even though we pay over 200$ CAD for the year, are you kidding me ? -Spoilers every time you try to watch a race on demand, you see the main race headlines on the thumbnails in the SAME section as the replays. If you could be more amateur you couldn’t. -Poor choice of commentators. GCN lets you choose over 10 languages per races, but Flo offers mostly English with the odd French commenting. -Audio quality is so bad, sound is often out of sync with the picture. -there use to be weekly shows (Flobikes weekly) but they cut that while keeping the high price tag… I could go on…. Please avoid at all cost.

Do not recommend. Don’t bother downloading the app. Half the games are not available in your area. Does not outline what areas are covered so you have to pay to find out. Customer service is a joke they just copy and paste their responses and tell you to contact Apple for any issues.

Daily technical issues, commercials. I pay good money to watch cycling events but mainly the Tour De France, but l’ve had it with these issues: 1- I pay so I do not expect to see commercials several times during the events. 2- On top of this, a commercial in the last kilometer of a race/stage is totally unacceptable. 3- Flo can’t seem to resolve their technical issues day after day where we miss tens of minutes of the race. « Sorry » doesn’t cut it for me. Keep your $ and watching the Tour de France on the Tour app instead of wasting it on this « amateur league » company.

Glitch!!. 2 out of the 6 games I’ve wanted to watch have been glitched out! Come on people a third? I’m paying $40 a month for nothing?? Super irritated.

WAY too expensive for what you get. Paid over $200 for the year to be able to watch my kids hockey. Can’t watch in more than one house at a time (so family in other areas can’t watch in real time). Plus, our team does the video taping. So we’re providing the content, recording the content and paying a ridiculous amount of $ to watch it. For, at most, 6 months of the year. Also, I don’t care if I can watch 2000 different games/events a year, I’m not watching any of them. And don’t get me started on the poor quality of the video. Buffers all the time, miss big parts of the game, can’t “go back” in live action, can’t zoom in with ease when reviewing plays later on, etc. It’s a frustrating experience, nowhere near worth the cost. And to top it off, not an ad-free experience either.

Ads. I don’t like the fact that you pay for a subscription and still get ads during videos.

App sucks. This app sucks, such a disappointment mavtv moved to floracing. Finding the recorded events your looking for is a pain in the rear. 👎🏽 live events don’t look very good and clear and seem to lag where on Mavtv they didn’t.

Just terrible. Platform is horrible. The American presenters barely know what they’re talking, they keep mispronouncing names, the desktop site won’t let me watch the race even though I’ve subscribed, and there are spoilers everywhere if you haven’t watched the race yet. I don’t know how someone looks at this and could possibly be proud of their work.

Overpriced. I only want to watch one of the sports but there’s no option to do that. I end up paying for 20 other sports that I never watch. FLO has a strangle hold on certain sports so no real choice other than to keep shelling out $. The content is pretty good and coverage can be decent. Women’s races are still very hit and miss and commentary can be either in another language or missing totally.

Claims to have stuff available in Canada, lies!. I read on Flo sports website that it’s app was the only place in Canada to watch England Rugby. I downloaded the app and was able to watch the first of the 3 game test in Australia. By the time the 2nd game was due to start I was blocked by geolocation issues saying it wasn’t available in my country (Canada). Happy to take my $40 though. Very frustrating and poor service

TERRIBLE- Streams are completely UNRELIABLE. My husband and I are avid rugby fans and are absolutely FED UP with FloSports. The streams NEVER start on time, that’s if they start at all, and if you’re lucky enough that you get to watch some of the game, you usually only get field audio or commentary NOT both. I honestly wish Flo would stop bidding on the broadcasting so someone else could stream this properly.

I don’t love it. I’d really be happy if they had a standalone app for Smart TVs as opposed to casting. I don’t like the advertisements. I’m paying for a streaming service, not ads. The ads have nothing to do with the sports on the service. How many years did Rock Auto pay for that cartoon to run anyway? They don’t have nearly as much content as GCN.

Technical Issues. Four games, four different arenas and all interupted by technical difficulties in the past two weeks. Two didn’t broadcast at all, one only half the game and the other was virtually unwatchable. Broadcast is not nearly reliable.

Battery Hog & Hot. While watching cycling, I find my iPhone gets hot and I seem to go through battery quickly. In fact, over the past 10 days, FloSports has accounted for 35% of my battery usage, and I have only be using it for about 5 days. This doesn’t happen with any of my other video streaming apps like Netflix, Prime, etc.

Horrible app buy. Spend 150 bucks us to watch snowcross and the live stream was horrible kept freezing nonstop and would cut out for a few races so missed out on like half of the races unbelievable for 150 bucks!

No longer casts to TV. New update has removed the cast to tv option. Very expensive and does not store more than a few days of your de France. Should definitely keep all of the previous episodes for replay and to catch up!!! Way too expensive for this level of service.

Some major flaws. First of all, buffering and stuttering issues should not be happening in 2023. Second, the main page frequently has news headlines spoiling the results of recent past events. I’m paying for an entertainment service. I don’t want to know the outcome before I have a chance to catch up on the event myself. Third, it doesn’t seem possible to scrub to the beginning of a live stream while it is in progress. This can be done in the browser, but not iOS or tvOS. Even a “watch stream from beginning” button would be helpful Finally, add AirPlay support so users can more easily move between devices.

Good but Pricey. This is a good channel for cycling fans but its too pricey

Inferior to GCN+ in every way. In Canada there are very few options for streaming cycling events. Flosports is overpriced and under featured. I don’t always have time to watch an entire race. Where are the racing highlights? Where are the final KMs? GCN+ offered all of these features and more for $70 CAD per year. Flobikes costs $240 CAD and I still have to watch ads. Just brutal. Bring back GCN+

High price. Why am l paying such a high price to watch the tour du France commercial free when commercials are popping up cause my picture to freeze?

Not good. Terrible app, chooses the worst cycling feeds, and charges way too much.

Ads are annoying. Trying to watch the Tour de France and every time a split screen ad comes up, it messes with the feed and makes the casting stop. Please stop with so many frequent ads if they’re gonna mess with the streaming!!

The worst over charged app ever. Zero star is actually what it should be rated! This is complete garbage compared to hockey tv, way more money for way less. No customer service, not email, not live chat, not messenger, they reply to nothing. Can’t have 2 people watching it at once. Oh and can’t watch the games after they were played. Constantly buffering. Just garbage everything about it. Wouldn’t have paid $2 nevermind $225 . If I would have know it was going to be complete waste of money and time. We all want hockey tv back.. this app SUCKS!

Thieves. Bought subscription through itunes but all the content was locked for me to watch. When I emailed them they said they are no longer accepting payments through itunes (even though my payment went through) and i would have to contact apple for a refund. What a circus this company is. 1 star way too generous

News Improvement. The layout of the site isn’t very intuitive and looks very general and basic. Also the have issues like technical difficult on events I want to watch. UCI Road World Championships are not available to watch as the have issues. What am I paying for if the system doesn’t work.

Waste of money. Terrible service. I have asked to cancel my pro membership each of the last two years and they still haven’t fixed the problem. Now FloSports says I do not have an account and I cannot use the service. However, they keep taking my money.

Not worth it. Only use it for marching and it is not worth the $30. There is no replay value because of copyright and the audio is bad most of the time. The app also has so many bugs it’s ridiculous

Maybe good for super fans BAD FOR EVERYONE ELSE. There is maybe a 50% chance you will get to see a given match- if you’re just looking to watch ANY match - fine. If you want to watch specific matches- good luck. Better to watch someone’s shaky cell video after the match than pay for a year’s subscription so you MIGHT get to see the match you want…

Disappointed. Previously had MAVTV and currently have Dirtvision and my husband and I could watch on separate devices when he’s at work…..Floracing only allows multiple devices if you are using the same Wi-Fi…..so the subscription is far less of a value to us than Dirtvision.

Trash. When Motocross finally left MAVTV I had hopes that this overpriced subscription would work… it doesn’t. You sign up and then deal with an app with a terrible layout and even worse streaming functionality. You’ll spend all your time trying to get the app to cooperate while you miss the entire thing you wanted to watch. Just save your money.

Horrible App. I buy this app for college soccer. Dodgy streams, completely disorganized, replays sometimes missing and very hard to find, cannot play on multiple devices, massively expensive and overpriced. I could go on. Don’t have much choice given my son plays for a Big East team - and Flo knows this. Hoping The Big East partners with ESPN asap. They know what they are doing.

Terrible Streaming app. How do you call yourself the streaming service for jiu jitsu when I can’t watch a single stream without it buffering every minute. Production during live events are mediocre at best. I honestly don’t want to pay for this garbage app but what other option do I have to watch grappling? Overpriced service for sure!

App needs improvement. Some of the best racing programming around for a great price, the app itself is not the best functionality and the casting works less than half the time (at least to Samsung tv). If that was fixed it would be 5 stars

Multitude of Problems. Flo, why do you insist on ruining the score by showing a preview image? I get that it’s all programmatic but just let me disable preview images then. I’m not even going to touch on the predatory pricing and billing model you’ve got because that’s been pointed out multiple times. You’ve got a live game experience that’s honestly not that bad but for anything that’s a replay, which is inevitable with international rugby, the whole thing breaks down. As a product designer myself I can tell you that you’ve got some real low hanging fruit that could greatly improve the app, invest in those improvements and you’d have much happier users.

Worst App. This is by far the most unnecessarily difficult App I have ever had the misfortune of having to deal with in order to watch my son play. It fights the user at EVERY turn. From account set-up/management all the way to casting and Airplay no step is easy if they could think of a way to make it complicated.

The Delays Are Rough. With how many subscribers and the amount of money Flo charges, their streaming should be better. When watching live sports, dealing with glitches is that much more aggravating. Too many times, there have been suspenseful moments, Flo stops to buffer, then jumps past what happened. I’ve missed a lot of great moments and have had to watch replays.

Sub par app. Unbelievable that when I open the app it’s already playing the cycling event I wanted to watch from the beginning so I have to shield my eyes while I navigate through the app. And when I open a live stream I can’t rewind it and watch from the start of the event. And the replay of the event? Be prepared to wait 3 or 4 hours after the conclusion for the replay to be published. Do better FloSports, this is basic stuff.

4th review. Don’t worry about trying to see throw downs or plays at second or first. These guys try and be tricky with changing the camera angles but they are one second behind so you don’t get to really see what happens. They need to just take a single camera angle behind home plate, and stop messing with itwaste of money

Awesome!. If you are a dirt race fan. This is the App for you. I love Flo racing! Plus you get Dirt on Dirt with the subscription. All late models. And Flo also has a little of all sports. There’s always something to watch

More needed. This app is great. Now they just need to make an Xbox app so I don’t have to use the browser to watch games and have to reload every 10 minutes.

Constantly experiencing technical difficulties. Flo Sports is awful. They constantly cut out with “technical difficulties” and I’ve watched 2 college baseball games on it so far this year and both times it has gone to an ad on the last batter of the game and then came back and said the game is concluded. Absolutely terrible. And we have to pay for this piece of garbage.

Do NOT GET FOR CYCLING. If you live in the USA you’ll be wasting your money. Cannot even watch replays of any significant races. And they don’t tell you that, you find out when you click onnit planning to to watch it and it says “NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR COUNTRY” They should say this up front, they show all the races as available, just not where. Totally scammed out of $150.

Best bang for the buck. Hands down best racing streaming service with a wide variety. That alone is worth the money but it has many other sports as well.

Why am I watching commercials??. I am paying $25 per month to have this and at that price I should not be watching commercials. Make the monthly price cheaper and I would be OK with it.

Too many ads for paying 150 $. As other reviewers have stated they play ads before your game starts. I got it for flo hockey and Echl and I end up missing part of the game. Paid 150 $ for the year there shouldn't be any ads. I guess ill just have to go back to listening to it.

Search stopped working and more. Since latest update searched stopped working. Example I type in ADCC and get a sorry nothing could be found message. Also as others mentioned streams constantly go down and commercials in the middle of just matches are a joke. I have yet to watch an event without some kind of issue.

Pay-To-Watch. Unfortunately, You have to pay $30 a month, which is a lot of money, and I understand that if you make people pay you get money, but you have to pay to even watch the replay! This is so unbelievable. Nothing good is ever freaking free. I like this app, but I am not going to pay $30 per month. Sorry.

Great but….. The only way to really watch wrestling. However, the subscription isn’t monthly, you pay for a years worth. If you download the app on the TV you end up having mirror it anyway making the app on the TV useless. For as much as it cost I would prefer to watch it on any device of mine without having to make sure all the other devices aren’t active.

US cycling fans, save your money. After being duped into paying for an entire year, when I thought I was paying for one month of cyclocross, I felt better when I saw spring classics on the schedule. Now it turns out that these races are only viewable in Canada. I’m very disappointed so I give you fair warning. I’ll never subscribe again, although it was not my intention to begin with! BTW The casting is horrible.

Watch the fine print. I feel like they do things to make it hard to cancel. I tried this for motocross/supercross and when I tried to cancel make sure you answer all the questions or you really haven’t canceled. I have tried to email with no response from them. Search doesn’t work at all. Try the search function and find out it does nothing. How hard can it be to make this work. For an app of any kind to not have the search work is ridiculous even after two year of having the app. Can’t wait to see hard hard it will be to cancel my subscription!

Poor play back and way too expensive. It would be zero stars if I could. Very disappointed that it continued to pause itself while I was watching. I watch f1 racing for way cheaper and get zero ads. Spoiler Alert!!. I don’t understand why they always put the end highlights in front of the full replays? It’s the most frustrating thing for anyone that actually wants to watch a reply without know what happens at the end. No warning and no way to avoid. So unless you are able to watch live, don’t waste your time.

$30 a month, with ads?. Got the stream I wanted but it came with ads. They shrink the stream, a commercial plays, takes over all the game audio while the game is in play. Then the game comes back. $30 a month man, really?

Terrible!!!. I hope you don’t pay your announcers! I wanted to watch a NCAAW Baseball tournament and the announcers were wrong about pitch counts, outs and who was batting 99% of the time! There was a dog whimpering in the background and the camera angles were terrible! I’m glad I don’t have to watch this network the whole season!! Oh, and maybe educate the announcers too. When a batter swings at the first pitch, I am pretty sure it is not a ball.

Ads?. I hadn’t used the app in a while since I get most coverage elsewhere while paying far less. I’ve stayed a subscriber since there are simply some events I can’t watch elsewhere. Yet, I’ve lately been bombarded with ads. No clue when that became a thing. From an easy Re-subscribe each year, this will be a non-renew. I don’t pay for ads

Good Coverage, Oversponsored. Love the coverage they do for Marching Bands. It’s a unique service you won’t find anywhere else. Makes it easy to justify the subscription cost. Just wish they’d treat their customers better. Automatic pre roll ads when you’re already paying a hefty fee is so frustrating.

Awful. Production value is atrocious. Platform is not user friendly. Flo has a monopoly on all wrestling Contant. They charge too much money for a subpar production value. It’s hard to navigate the webpage and often times the search bar never works for what you’re looking for you guys need to do better you’re doing the sport of wrestling no justice.

Worst Service. This company is a nightmare. Like other subscribers on the reviews. Forced to switch from MavTv. We had to file a dispute AND contact the BBB to get our issues resolved that took months. Duplicate charges and customer service that has no idea of their own pricing or policies. Not sure if it’s growing pains or they’re understaffed. If you don’t “need” this service to watch save yourself the headache.

NOT for Track and Field. A total waste of money. I wanted to watch our son’s college Track team events. All I could see live was one cameras view of other events I had no interest in. Might work for auto racing where everyone is watching the same thing. Definitely does NOT work for any sport where more than one thing is happening simultaneously. NOT A FAN! BOO!

Blurry video. Watching a lacrosse game. Video is blurry. Cannot read numbers on the jerseys. Goes out of focus often. I am assuming this is the videographer at the school. Paying for this service. Wish it was better.

Live Stream Doesn’t Work. I got this app to watch one specific event and after 20 minutes the live stream stopped working. I don’t get to see the event and I get no refund. This subscription was an absolute waste. There is also no customer service that I can contact - only an online form that I can submit.

Meh. Overpriced but what are you going to do ? Of course at the collegiate level you want to see friends and family play so you pay an amount equivalent of 3 months of Netflix to watch a game or two. Great business model based on supply and demand in small , uncovered sports markets. The company should wear ski masks when they ask for their fee.

Commercials. Starting to get too many commercials. We pay for streaming service, so we don’t have to watch commercials or commercial interruptions. I give four stars because of the race coverage that I do get.

Overcharged. Signed up for one month to watch my grandsons wrestling duel from his college and you charged me over $160. ??? I have not been able to get it taken off my credit card except to cancel my card and dispute it, what’s worst is that you have only had Appalachian State wrestling on one other duel, so I pd over $169. To watch your site 2 times!!! NOT A HAPPY SUBSCRIBERS !

What a joke. I purchase a month only thank god to watch cycling and every single major race says unavailable in my area. I live in south Florida. Probably one of the biggest cycling communities in the world and I can’t view races???? It’s false advertising and there should be a warning of what events you cannot view before purchasing. Then they don’t want to give me my money back. I give in zero stars if I could.

Annual subscription only???. $150 per year is the only subscription Flosports offers? Then customer services provides some kludgy cancelations then renew for monthly process. No thanks. Ridiculous subscription cost for apparently subpar quality based on others reviews. I wanted to Flosports to be great but could not even get started.

Fantastic. This is a fantastic app and service to provide quality streaming for college sports to families that could not otherwise watch games remotely. Thank you for providing this!

The ads ruin the rugby experience. On replays for rugby matches, they cut to ads during play with no warning and minimize the game to show a large ad during key moments. For $30 a month, I’d prefer no ads or far less intrusive ads. Unfortunately, they’re the only game in town for most rugby matches.

Ignore the fake reviews. Anyone who has actually used this would know this is one of the worst streaming apps. 1/2 the games have serious streaming issues and when it is working you have adds jump in and they shrink the footage down so small that you can’t see what’s happening. If I could watch the games on anything else I would.
