App isn’t working. I recently purchased this hoverboard and i love it, the only problem i’ve had was with the app. It says that you are able to change the color of the lights but when I’ve tried it doesn’t work, does anyone have any suggestions?

Works perfect!. I seem to read a lot of reviews were people are having trouble with connectivity. I am an adult man, good with electronics. I have no trouble connecting my device. I could imagine some children struggling with connectivity. The product works as it should. If human error is your problem stop complaining to the company. The instructions are quite clear. The only thing that it doesn’t do, is play Bluetooth music and run the app at the same time. If you want to play music close the app and connect Bluetooth. If you want to change your LED colors turn off your music and connect the app. If you still have Trouble you should move to a new hobby and leave electronics to the big boys.

Awsome. You can change the color of the board that's really cool and you can change the modeif you want to go not that fastlittle fast and really fast so I think it's really cool and I've seen a lot of people complaining but I think they just don't know how to work it it also shows how fast you're going and it shows your percentage of the board it's really easy and cool at first I thought it was bad but I didn't know how to Control the app.

When?. When will the E-Scooters be coming to the app because I downloaded thinking that it would already be on there other wise my scooter is great

One issue. I just wish when u connect to the board it would stay connected my daughter was maybe a yard away because she was wanting to check how fast she was going but the board wouldn’t stay connected so she gets off and parked it right in front of me while it was still on and it still would disconnect and reconnect every 60 seconds

Plz read. I was just wondering how do you change the color of the front lights on a hover 1 charger because I try to change them and it only gchanges the back ones

Good but there is a issue. I got the hover board and me and my dad liked it, but the beeping noise that happens when you go fast is rlly annoying and so I can’t go fast or the beeping noise goes off and you can’t turn the noise off in the app

Annoyed.. So disappointed. I got this app last night and was using the app fine with the hoverboard. I wasn't that great so I was going around my kitchen. Then it lurched a little so I stepped off. Then the hoverboard STARTED SPINNING super fast In a circle on the kitchen floor, leaving track marks for me to pick up once my mom turned it off (and stubbed her toe hard in the process). So the next day I tried again, in the hope of getting the lights to work. It kept saying it was disconnected and it never worked when I tried to reconnect it. It worked one time and it didn't last long. I also wish there was a way I could connect two hoverboards because my brother got one too and I thought I could connect two, but I can't. So sad and mad I wished it worked I really do. I mean if you are willing to try it go ahead because without all the horrible things it was fine..

Problem. So I have a problem that I am looking to fix, when I attempt to connect by board to my iPhone and connect it through Bluetooth, it just DOES NOTHING! I am not sure why, I did everything correct but if you may be able to redirect me to a website that will help me that would be very much appreciated. Password problems. I bought my Hover-1 eclipse yesterday and downloaded the app to see what it did. It would let me click on my board but when I pressed “select” it would have me enter a password I never made, and I cannot connect to the app without this password. Other than that the board was an amazing purchase and would highly suggest it.

Why this hoverboard is bad. I will say that the app was pretty cool, however the hoverboard was a huge letdown. I don’t recommend it for someone looking for a hoverboard. It was good the first 2-4 weeks but after that it just kept getting worse. The battery used to last around 2 hours when at full charge and now it only last around half an hour at full charge, on side of the hoverboard would stop working sometimes, the acceleration and traction aren’t that good, and it would just turn off sometimes when it’s not even at low charge. Don’t let the LED lights make you buy it now I know that doesn’t mean it’s better then other hoverboards, if your looking for a good hoverboard get the SWAGBOARD BEGINNER HOVERBOARD, T5 - RECERIFIED, everything bad about hover1 doesn’t happen with the hoverboard I just mentioned everything about the swagboard is amazing even though it doesn’t have LED lights this hoverboard is better then ones with led lights. Swagboard can actually take some damage and still me fine, with hover1 if you bump in to something with little force it will get absolutely destroyed. All hover board will get bad if you hit them too hard but hover1s durability is absolutely awful. I truly believe the people who gave this hoverboard a 5 star rating just got the hoverboard don’t buy this it’s a waste of money.

Connection Issues but Overall Good. The app works well, responds to any command immediately but it only does it the first time for me. I downloaded the app and connected to my hoverboard, that’s good. But the next day I tried connecting it again and it just wouldn’t work. It would say it would connect but not show any data, and I have to redownload the app every time I want to use it.

Upset. Every time I go to the app to go see how fast or the battery is keeps saying disconnected so every time I want to see it I have to remove it and then reinstall it and then it works it get really annoying too when I go out side and I try going fast but it beeps red and slows me down and I try to switch it to expert so I can go fast and it does not do that any more plus the same thing that happened to annoyed happened with me it went crazy and spun in circles and it was crazy it broke one of the vases in the living room and I got in trouble so I am not to happy with the app it is not that useful.

Unreliable. The app is terrible and most of the time does not connect to the board. I have a Hover-1 Max 2.0. The first time the app connected to the board I could see all of the information, including battery life. Since then, after many attempts, I have only been able to connect one other time. Even while it was connected, the light feature does not work. I cannot control the lights from the app at all, nor do the “headlights” work. The app has a lot of potential but just doesn’t work as it’s meant to.

The board works just fine. I love the board and it is good quality. Maybe I’m just stupid and didn’t know it had to be charged more or something but the board wouldn’t connect to the app. Again it might just have been a user error. But than that, the board is great.

App compatibility is no good. I was very excited when I purchased this hover board. And paid pretty good money for it compared to others. The Bluetooth speakers connect just fine with my phone, but I’ve tried and tried again to connect it to the app to control the lighting and every other function that said to be played with but it does nothing and won’t even connect. What a big disappointment. I plan on returning it to the store and not buying another one from this brand.

Hover-1 ALPHA SCOOTER. I just got the hover-1 e scooter and it works great, max speed 18 mph, it had lights underneath which is pretty cool u can connect you phone, it has a speaker to it that i like it a lot, it even has cruise control, now just waiting on the e scooter app I hope u guys will release it soon 👍

Broken App. We purchased a Superfly board and it works great. Kids love it and have a ton of fun. The app only worked immediately upon the first connection. After that the app says connected but we are always receiving a ‘disconnected’ message. Also, we were never able to change the color settings or the ‘beginner-expert’ settings. Connects to Bluetooth every time. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and the board connects right away but after we turn it off the connection doesn’t work. Super frustrating that to get a mediocre connection we have to uninstall and reinstall every time. **UPDATE** Took a look at the tech support on the HOVER-1 website and superfly does not have the ability to change colors. Still dissatisfied in the connectivity of the app...

Hover-1 All star. I’m very disappointed I bought my daughter one for her birthday at Walmart and at the time didn’t know all I had was 15 days to return it to the store if it did not work. Well it didn’t work my little one was devastated this makes the second one I’ve bought last one might’ve gotten used twice an quit charging!! You people really need a number of contact this is very aggravating having to submit a ticket never heard e such but until my problem is solved I’m not saying anything good about any hover board! Talk your kids into buying something else parents these are not worth wasting an throwing away your money plus a crying child!!

It works. Unlike the other reviews, this app actually works you can’t connect to Hoverboard cause it doesn’t work like that. well you can but they have to like disconnect one and then connect to the other one and disconnect that one to connect to the yours. Overall, I’ve been using this app for about a year now and it’s never fail only when I have Internet issues but 5 out of 5.👍

When will the E-scooter section of start to come out?. I’ve had the hover 1 pioneer electric scooter for a while now and it is probably the best scooter for the price. On Black Friday it usually goes to 150$ instead of 300$ and that’s when I recommend buying it, but I’ve been waiting on the E-scooter part of the app for a while now and I’m very curious of what it may be. Hover 1, if you can, can you tell me when it might come out. Thank you.

Want to give it more, should have given less.. I had the board for four days. It worked great, yet the first time outside it broke. It broke in two different sections. The foot pad started to come off, the rubber was peeling out of its place. Part of the frame behind the opposite foot pad broke off when I caught myself from falling. I was really disappointed, I really did enjoy the short time I had it. I did not have the confidence in the product to keep it any longer. I returned it, and got my money back. Maybe in a few years they make one that’s a bit more rugged, and not brake so easy.

Do not get!(The hoverboard and the app). The app: The app is terrible. It never connects an the only way to see the battery is to uninstall, reinstall, and resign-in. However, it’s really cool how you can change the colors. The hoverboard: Would not recommend. It is supposed to help beginners but it does the opposite. My brother got a hoverboard and his was way easier then this one. This one doesn’t let you turn without beeping like crazy. It also throws you forward while riding.

I love my hover 1 hover board and I wanted to try this app but... So a couple months ago I got a hover 1 hot pink HY-ASTR hover board and my friend told me about this app and I could see the battery percentage, Chang the color of the lights, and a lot more stuff. So I downloaded it and I couldn’t find my hoverboard on there. I was really bummed. Idk what to do and I rlly want to be able to see all of that stuff. Pls add more to this app. And I also tried looking up my hover board and it said it was an all star electric scooter. So I got the other app and I didn’t see it.

Connection. I personally love this board but my question is why can I not connect the app to my hover-1 helix it tells me to connect to Bluetooth which I did and then it still would end up telling me that I had to turn it off and back on again and to try again if anyone knows the answer can you please help?

Bluetooth connectivity issues HOVER-1superfly. I bought HOVER-1 superfly recently and having fun with it playing music and changing colors etc. The app will work fine when it connect very 1st time after downloading. The real issue with this app or device is when once the device is disconnected via turning off bluetooth on iphone or powering off HOVER-1 it wouldn’t connect again and user can’t do stuff on HOVER-1 through app. On top left corner of the app it say ‘connected’ but a toast message will keep saying it’s ‘Disconnected’ after every few seconds. It’s so frustrating not to able to use full features of HOVER-1 as mentioned every time. Provide a fix for this issue.

Disappointment. This app is disappointing, when I got my hoverboard I read the instructions for the app and everything worked great until it wouldn’t let my hoverboard change the color of anything. It also wouldn’t let me change the mode of beginner to intermediate to expert, this app is frustrating because it’s not what it says it is. The only thing that works is the Bluetooth and it’s the only reason why I still have this app.

The app doesn’t work. I got the app on my phone, I can’t even sign in. I tried multiple times and it won’t let me! It’s trash. The hoverboard itself is awesome and it is a smooth ride but other than that the app is trash! It needs updates. And when I was trying to sign in, it only had one date I could tap for my date of birth. It wouldn’t let me type my dob in. The app needs to be updated. I don’t like it. The fact I cant sign in is a problem. I don’t trust it AT ALL

The app is terrible. I just got a Superfly for Christmas, it is super fun to ride! It does spin out of control a lot and it will spin without me riding it so I can’t stop it. But Other than that it’s a good hoverboard! Problem is the app. I can use it once before having to delete it so that I can actually use it again. It won’t connect to my hoverboard after 1 use. Plus I can’t shut the hoverboard off through the app, and that would be very useful when it spins out of control!

Ppl stop complaining. Ppl need to stop complaining the app and board is just fine if you don’t know how to ride one don’t get a experienced one. And learn to step off it if your one of the people who don’t know how and complaining

Solid LED option doesn’t work since using this app. Just bought the Hover-1 Max and the kids enjoyed it all day. We got around to downloading the app later and we played with the light settings, but now the LED lights won’t stop blinking no matter what we do. Is this an issue with the app? Should I return the hoverboard while I still can? It may not seem to be a big deal, but it has become really annoying.

Don’t download HOVER-1 V2.0. This app works great. The HOVER-1 v2.0 is a scam version of this app do not download it. From the reviews I have read from that app they all say it is a scam. Nobody should even install it in the first place because the HOVER-1 box tells you what app to download and the exact name of it. Also on the box it says some HOVER-1 boards may not be compatible with the app on the box and in the app.

Hover-1 Beast App. I seen the disclaimer on the Hover web sight that Not App Enabled. Ok I went & made the purchase anyways. Downloaded the App to see if it would connect. Why not I want the board regardless. So I hit wax jumped on my board. I started thinking why can’t my board be connected? You get a sweet as$ board that can’t connect to a simple enough to use app like this one. Please explain why the beast can’t connect to this app? Simple failer with getting with the times! Oh my board great buy, will be a second soon after they become app enabled.

Won’t stay connected. Had a similar experience to another reviewer. Have the Superfly and it was very easy to connect, change settings, etc. Kids loved watching their speed. Next time, app would say connected but took like 5 minutes for it to actually “connect” and display info and controls. Day 2 and it won’t connect, even though it says it is connected.

The lights are annoying The pad is one color but one of the lights on the pad are not working. Hey so I have a hover board hover-1 Astro and the lights on the pad where you step on one of them aren’t working and start turning a different color than the then the whole pad

I love it but... I love the hover 1 I got for Christmas, it works amazing, goes fast, I haven’t had any problems with it except that when I try to connect it to the app to see its battery and change the headlights color. It just stays scamming forever and never finds the HOVER-1 to connect to it.

Cannot Connect to Hoverboard. Adult review: What a terrible application. As EVERYONE is mentioning, the BT connect ONE time when you first download it. Turn the hoverboard off and it fails to properly connect which means you cannot change the lighting or play music. You have to delete the app and re-download it to be able to connect only ONE time again. It makes it not even worth using. You would think this would get fixed with how many people have reported this problem. Such a waste, but the hoverboard is actually really fun.

Only hoverboards. So I’ve had my scooter for about 6 months now and then realized there was an app that came along with it, so I downloaded it then realized that the scooter compatibility would come out soon, and it hasn’t I’m not trying to sound inpatient, but I’ve been waiting for about 4 months since I got the app. If they could add the scooter in it would help a lot. The app seems fun, but I have no real experience with it since it just says “E-Scooters coming soon.”

Great. I had no problems with connection it is really awesome to get a hoverboard and be able to how far and fast you are going, it is also really helpful to be able to see what percent your board is at so you know when to charge it.

Worked okay.... I got my hover 1 all star about 3 weeks ago. It’s was working great! Then my hoverboard just started turning off at random times after it had just been charged making me fall. After it turns off it just won’t turn back on for about a minute. I thought it was something I could fix but I looked it up and nothing else is on there. I don't know how to fix it. It was great for the time it worked. Now I’m nervous to get on it because I think it’s just going to turn off and not work.

Won’t connect to Hover-1. The Bluetooth speakers on it work fine but it doesn’t seem to connect to the app it keeps asking to turn it on a try again and I have time and time again and it still doesn’t work. I have tried resetting it deleting the app and updating to the newest IOS and still won’t connect I made sure it was connected to Bluetooth and checked the settings as well. I also tried re calibrating it and still nothing. Please fix it or at least respond to this review

My hoverboard won’t connect to the App. Hey I am sorry for giving you this bad review. My father and I tried to connect my hoverboard with the app on both of our phones. It doesn’t work for us. I don’t know if it is because my hoverboard is bad or anything, but I do know that it’s been having problems with connectivity. It connects with the Bluetooth very well but not the app. Can you give us suggestions on what we can do.

Confused. Overall this app is good, but I was confused on how you are supposed to change the mode. I can click the mode button and change it to intermediate and beginner, but it stays in the selected mode (beginner/intermediate) for about one second and then changes back to expert. Is there a way to fix this? Other than that, no problems and great hoverboard 😊

Great but..... It’s great I just wish the paint was more scratch resistant. I got ten chrome H1 and the scratches really stand out because they are white. Also when the emergency beeper goes off there is no way to tell what’s wrong. It would be great if you could add an update to the app that identifies the problem.

Neat App. This app allows for added versatility for your Hoverboard, much like a bike computer, but it allows you to adjust the ability level. My daughter has played around with it and each setting is noticeably different from the others. My only gripe and the reason I didn’t award a 4, was that it would have been very helpful to know you had to be off the board in order to change the skill setting. Through trial and error, after deleting and reinstalling the app several times and some aggravation, this little detail was uncovered. Nice app. Otherwise very satisfied with it.

Help. I’ve had this hoverboard for a few years now and I just found out there was a app for it! I was really excited until I noticed that my model wasn’t on where you pick the hoverboard you own! please help!!!

App is broken!!. Please fix the app. The Hover boards work great, but the app will only connect the first time after deleting and reinstalling app. Once connected, it is able to adjust the difficulty level and see speed/mileage, but the colors WON’T CHANGE on our two hover boards (Superfly model). I don’t know if this is an issue with the app not having a new update for iOS 14, but it is frustrating to buy a product that does not do what is advertised. Please update app to work!

Compatibility?. I’m wondering if any model would work because I just bought the Liberty yesterday and it’s not connecting at all Also it was malfunctioning for a while, having green lights and whenever someone stands on it it starts beeping and wouldn’t move the light was never red. Whenever I tried calibrating it, it did nothing even if I hold it for 30 seconds. But that’s fixed now I’m just wondering if it’s compatible with this app

Dang it. I love the app, and customizations, I mean, who doesn’t want custom headlights? Or speeds? But I was really looking forward to using this app, it’s seems great, it looks great, but it’s not compatible with the Hover 1 Nova. I was disappointed, but the app is still good don’t get me wrong

The scooters. Listen idk if it’s new or not but I love the scooters that they made it’s so fun, but when I saw a little Bluetooth symbol on the panel and I questioned what it was and then it was this app and when I opened the app the scooters aren’t even on the app so the app for me is pretty useless but I’m keeping it so they add scooters soon, anyways the product is good but the app doesn’t even have scooters available

It won’t work for me. I set up the app with my email and everything but once I had to sign in I out all the information in and apparently it was wrong I tried it several times and it still didn’t work and when I do the I forgot my password to recover it came up as an error I’m not sure what is wrong but it’s very frustrating

FIX IT!!!!!!!. A lot of things wrong with this!!!!!!! First of all I want to emphasize all the bad reviews!!!! 1. I hate the public communication!!! Totally not appropriate for kids, moms could get this app for there kids thinking it was a fun safe app but a grown man could contact a kid!!! Also you can post pics! Not appropriate!!!! This should be rated at least 12+ years old!!! At least set it to where you can have a private account like seriously! The App keeps disconnecting. I don’t know why, but the app keeps disconnecting. It will not read speed or allow me to do anything. It works ok when I first downloaded it, but once I shut it off and come back it doesn’t read again. I have delete the app and start over every time to get the app to register anything

My hoverboard won’t work properly. Ever since I used this app my hoverboard did weird things and did not work like it did before it had more control over itself but now it slides more and is hard to control for my hoverboard

Addictive. Started with one, then two, and now riding the beast. Problem is the app only works with one. Can’t download two or more of the same app. Any ideas?

IT ALMOST KILLED ME. I was on my hoverboard then It was always tilting down so I am now always going slow then the next day I turned it on when it said “connected” so I stepped on and then got off then it started spinning faster and faster and faster! So I kept screaming HELP and so that woke up my mom, and then it stopped and so I turned it off plugged it in and I am NEVER yawing my hoverboard OR this app again! DONT DOWNLOAD!

Controlling issues. I overall like the app, it lets me connect with everything and things work great but, ever since i got the app the hover board won’t let me control it on my own and is almost taking over for me. How do I fix this issue?

The app has a lot of great features but…. I am currently riding my hover one blast edition, but when I went to set it up with the Bluetooth, I read my manual which said this was the blast model, but then I was not intrigued to see that there was not an option for the hover one model blast

HOVER-1 Superfly lights don’t change.. Please fix this issue because it doesn’t work. Won’t connect. My hoverboard connects for a little while probably about 10 seconds and then disconnects and I’ve tried reinstalling the app but nothing works. It can play music with Bluetooth but the app won’t stay connected. Is there any way to fix this?

I’m confused. I had bought an HY-RM-ULTRA a couple months ago, and i never knew there was a an app to download for it. i downloaded this app, and the hover board wasn’t on the app. So i’m just wondering what i should do. But overall the hover board is amazing, it works well inside as well as concrete.

App worked 1 day. My daughter got the Super Fly for Christmas. On Christmas Eve the app worked great. Since then it hasn’t worked at all. When it first acted up, it would connect, but not allow her to do anything in the app. Now it won’t even connect. You can’t do anything without the app....change the lights, adjust the speed.....please send through a fix!

Really like it but one thing. I really like the hover board but the app always gets out of sync with my hover board so I have to delete it and re download the app so it can work again

App crashes when trying to use lights. I like the look of the app, but on the two hoverboards we have and 2 different devices, whenever you tap the lights button to change the lights, the app crashes. This makes the app pretty much useless for kids, you can't control music or volume through the app, so it's really not very useful with the board so far other than tell me battery life.

Board great, app stinks. The app is great when it works. It worked a couple times, with some finagling, but generally it says it connects, but nothing shows in the app (speed, battery, lights, etc). I guess I can re-download it for it to work a time or two... something definitely needs upgraded. Come on Hover-1... do this. Please!

GREAT. All is great only thing is the app only works the first time you turn it on. and i’m trying to change the shell colors on my max 2.0 but i can’t finger out how to. otherwise it’s great.

agitated. this app seems pretty cool. it’s great for controlling my hoverboard. however the app will not let me sign up. i’ve tried signing up multiple times and all it does is tell there’s an “unknown error” which is really annoying because i would like to respond to peoples questions and ask some of my own. it would be nice to have an account but the app just won’t let me. and it’s not just my iphone either. i tried on my dads phone and the same thing happened on his. developers please help because i would really like to use the app. it seems like a great app but so far im annoyed.

Good, but it needs more.. I personally like the hoverboard, but the app needs to have some more compatibility with some more models. If you could make it compatible with he origin(which, by the way, is the one I have), that would be great because I can’t find any other apps for the origin.

Hover 1 maverick. I have a hover 1 maverick it doesn’t have Bluetooth and it’s not compatible with the app I’ve looked and tried to see if it has Bluetooth it doesn’t at all it doesn’t even have lights on the maverick and hover 1 x has its own app why can’t hover 1 maverick have a app since it’s different from all the other Hover 1’s Like its a lame hoverboard all you could do is ride it and it acts slow

I don’t know what to say. The app and board are absolutely amazing. It feels surreal to glide on one of these boards. I would recommend the H1 because that’s the board that worked good for me and it is an amazing product.

Great when it works. The hoverboard itself is fantastic, but this app is useless half the time. It constantly drops the connection to the board. Only way I’ve found to fix it is to delete the app and reinstall.

Doesn’t work!. One of the selling points of the two hoverboards I purchased as gift was the ability to set different modes through the app. However, the app will not connect or find either of the two boards. Both can connect via Bluetooth to play music through the speakers, but the app will not connect. That selling point is moot. Really disappointed with this. Will not recommend.

More compatible hoverboards. Hello, I just got a Chrome on the 27 of January and I found out that there is a app for the hoverboards. But when I went on there the Chrome wasn’t compatible. So I was wondering if there can be more hoverboards compatible.

Reply to you Emails. I’ve been waiting on a reply since February about a charge I paid for & still have yet to receive the Charger nor a email back. This is mind blowing to me because you take the money out the account soon as the order is place.!!! Then no email update or nothing. & no don’t pull the COVID card. I can order from China and it be to me in less then a weeks time

It’s been messing up ever since the upgrade💀. My only problem is that it keeps making this beeping noise on my HOVER-1 and it normally means that the battery is about to die but recently it was at 68% and it was still beeping. It used to not do this but ever since the update I’ve been having problem,

App disconnect. I have no problem with my superfly. However when I connect it to the app. It does not connect sometime I think the app needs a new update. Overall that’s the only problem with the app

my hover-1 superstar. i got my hover-1 superstar on sep13 & immediately when i got it i downloaded this app .. it connected easily with no problems .. still today i use the app to change my lights on my hoverboard .. track how fast im going & see where im headed .. the cool thing about the app is that u can see the battery life to tell u if it need to be charged or u can still ride it .. i will continue using this app

Long story short, don't connect to two at the same time.. I thought I could connect two at the same time, but it malfunctioned. The Bluetooth speaker still works, but the extra features do not. Long story short, the app doesn't work anymore. That is why I am eating it one star. But the speaker is perfect!

Umm idk. App works wonderfully but I’m not sure if the app did this or not but I was on my hover board and it jerked me off and then started going forward and left a bunch of scrapes on my hoverboard and it went forward and fell in a ditch full of water. 💀

Pretty well. It works well my dad just gone one for me and I love it it’s awesome I have an eclipse and the only bad thing is that when it off it shows a random persons location but when I rebooted it it went away

Bluetooth connectivity doesn’t work at all.. I got this app earlier today, and I chose my type of Hoverboard. Then I tried to connect it, but it did not work at all. I followed the instructions carefully, and still, it says “please turn on you hover-1 hoverboard”. So please try to fix the issue.

How to change the headlight color. I was wondering how to change the headlight color from the app, other than that I have the Titan HOVER-1 and this hover board is really good I do recommend buying this thank you!

Disappointed. I’m not sure why they would put inserts with the All Star 2.0 instructing you to download the app if it is not compatible. It specifically says in the directions that the All Star 2.0 works with the app, but the device is not listed when you try to connect via Bluetooth. I tried contacting Hover directly but it’s been almost a week and no response.

The app kept changing the modes. I bought the app and at 6:00PM it kept changing from expert to beginner I will appreciate the fix up of the glitch thanks for reading

Does it work with hover 1 helix. I’m only giving it all 5 bc ion know if it works with my hover 1 helix and it could jus be it’s not compatibile but it might work with another board but does it work with hover1 helix

Update. It seems like a great app but I just got a all star 2.0 and it won’t sinc up the Bluetooth works fine and the thing it self is great but it needs to be updated so the newest models will work with it.

Hover board app not working. Won’t work on my hover board but it only works on my friends. I will be calling you guys if you don’t fix this😡 I’m am sad and upset

The best control app for a hover board. When I use this app I play music mess around with the lights with my hover board it’s the best hover board because of this app thank you for this great app😁😁😁😁

Connectivity Issues. Bought my son a a super fly and was pleased to see all the additional functionality the app added. And it was great the first time we connected, unfortunately it was also the last time it would connect. We can still play music via Bluetooth, so I know it’s not an issue with the board, the app is the issue. Please fix this!

Connectivity to the boards????. I got the hover-1 Origin and I love it. When I figured out there was an app I wanted to get it so I did. I tried to pair it but I wouldn’t show up on Anay if the two apps, I don’t know if I is broken or can’t pair with the app but still a cool board and love riding it.

Chat option. There is a chat option in the app that I found out my daughter is on. There is no reason to have this feature especially when it’s a bunch of kids on there with no moderater.

H-100 Disconnect. For some reason my board connected once until turned off. Then would not reconnect when turned back on. Many attempts have been made to reconnect including restarting the board, recalibration, deleting and reinstalling the app, using other phones etc. nothing works. I’m considering returning my hover 1 board. This app needs serious updating!

Annoyed. So I got a HOVER-1 SuperFly for Christmas and then I got the app and connected to it and the next morning I tried to use the app and it said that it connected and but it said it was disconnected and every time I go to the app I have to delete it and re-download the app

Cool except.... It won’t let you change the headlights. It initially let me set them but now every time I press that button, the app crashes. So the lights are stuck on one color. Everything else seems to be working fine.

Amazing!. Amazing board!! The app is so cool and I always try to top my speed. However, I would Like to change the color of the lights yet, I don’t know how to do that. But, overall amazing app and board!

It only works at the very start. I signed in for the first time, it worked, than it wouldn’t connect through the app and it did just fine through Bluetooth, deleted it and tried again, worked until I turned the hoverboard off, until this is fixed this app barely works, edit your hoverboard and delete it.

No application documentation. Very inconsistent syncing. Often BT works for music but the gauges and other data refuse to work... except for when they do. iPhone 12, Radom sync issues. Want to know what the modes do? Me too, zero documentation, and the main manual directs you to the app, that then links back to the PDF. NOWHERE is the app functions documented. Seriously? Expect the app to remember your device? No, you gotta make an account for that. Hey Hover-1 should you really be asking minors to setup accounts? Enable the damm app catch. Seriously? What this app really needs is a way to turn off tilt beeping. When you use it in buggy/kart mode the superfluous board never shuts up.

Helix. So it doesn’t have the helix only has a helix plus so that was a real let down because I have a helix and it doesn’t connect and keep watching videos to see if the Bluetooth connection is the problem but it just doesn’t have the helix only the plus and I’ve tried both of the apps but they both don’t work
