FaceID Not persisting. The app has FaceID capability but it expires continually, this app will is tedious to get into otherwise I would use it a lot more. If this is due to a setting on our AWS accounts guidance to what that is would be great.

Great App and architecture. Great App to access data in a Data Lake or data Warehouse on AWS and complete what is currently the more powerful and lowest cost solution for BI and more advanced data analytics.

Fingerprint login doesn’t work. Login details are not retained with fingerprint. Need to enter the complete login details every time, which makes the app useless to us.

I would use it more, if I could. The app constantly kills the user session and you need to re-login. And surprise-surprise — password managers are not supported. So every time I need the app I have to go through and 3-step login process. It’s so inconvenient that I gave up using the app.

Very Disappointed. Just downloaded the app after signing up on my laptop. It will not move pass the login screen and I know the username is correct because I just set it up! I’m on IPhone 11 Pro Max. This is very disappointing. I expected more from Amazon.

Amazon needs to invest. Amazon QuickSight is getting a little better but very slowly for a cloud app. The mobile app has limited functionality and is iPhone only...disappointed. Many other better options in the market today.

iPad resolution support. Can you please review the resolution issues for iPad? Thanks

Great upgrade. Face ID is super convenient. New drill down capability combined with anomaly detection let’s you get to the interesting bits fast. I’ll add more later but so far so good.

No Filters?. Dashboards with filters on website don’t show the filters on the App. Makes it very hard to use.

No iPad resolution?. This seems like a huge miss. Needs all iPad resolution support.

Looked promising but let me down. I've had the QuickSight app for the past 1 year. While it was able to get me what I needed, like looking at dashboards or metrics on the go, the latest update seemed to have broken it. The home page shows me the dashboards, but when I click on any of them, I'm seeing an error message saying I'm not authorized to view them. No changes in permissions. If they can resolve this, it would be delightful.

Version 2.0 update rocks!. Using QuickSight as part of our platform in the field was always important. Amazon has really stepped their game up with this release. The App works extremely well and being able to zoom into a visual and rotate the screen to see more details is great! Together with the SPICE backend (in memory data access) we can now analyse millions of records on a tablet in real-time. Keep up the great work!

Lack iPad support. Handy to have a native app to provide a clean interface but it does not support the iPad so is really quite useless. Handy for a phone but people are more likely to use this on an iPad.
