So far so good. I downloaded this app so that I could see exactly what it shows - how soon the buses would arrive. I was surprised to see it even does trains too. The only thing I am not sure of is updates on closings and/or rerouted trains/buses - like for construction or maintenance. I will update rating if it doesn't have this feature but otherwise the starting point is important and it does the job.

Easier than official app. This app saved me so much time and money. I tried using the official MTA app but deleted after comparing the two. This one gives you multiple options and incorporates walking directions.

Useful but annoying and slow. This thing shows to a crawl when it’s displaying all the buses and stuff, and for whatever reason even if you’ve turned them off they will reappear if you zoom out and back in. I like the app when it works but I feel like I’m always fighting with it.

Don’t understand one thing…. I’m traveling to NY for the first time and I’m terrified of using the subway thinking I’ll get lost or run into a crazy person. This app has lessen my fears a little bit but I still don’t understand if I get off in the next departures or is that just something for my FYI and I stay on board until it literally tells me to stay for X number of stops. That was confusing to me. But other than that, I’m really enjoying the app.

Bus numbers. *** Update: this issue was addressed within 24 hours. Thank you very much. This app would be absolutely amazing if I could read the numbers of the busses when I plan a trip. Unfortunately, it looks like the numbers are written in the same color as the highlight and you can’t see the numbers.

Life Changing. I now know when the next bus is coming to my nearest bus stop. No more getting frustrated with delays. If there is one, you can see the alternative routes and trip times. I love it.

Missing Major Stops. Developers - I’m using a fully functioning iPhone Pro 12 Max. Just downloaded your app yesterday and was impressed with the up-to-date notifications and overall UI. Especially with the recent Ida flash floods. But to miss major stops - Union Square? Grand Central? - or lacking trains at other major stops (only B / Q at Atlantic-Barclays Center) is just shameful. These stops are only recognized when mapping trips. But to go to them directly from train lines - nothing. The express 4 and 5 trains don’t have either 14th or 42nd! Same with the B and Q trains! Where is the entire N train? How does your team - or any of these lousy apps - expect folks to transfer trains properly without these stops on your app, let alone featuring all the trains? You want locals to fuel your subscriptions but you don’t have the basics done. Update/upgrade as quickly as you can.

Saved money. I was looking for a way to save money on travel and this app was very helpful. Every month I spend $269 on metro north and $35 on subway but this app found me a subway close to marble hill .. this saved me $$$. Instead of spending $300+ a month I am down to $110 with almost the same destination arrival time for my morning commute

Very misleading app. Most of the good reviews are fake as well. I downloaded this app to check its accuracy and it is obsolete. I live right on the corner where I always catch my bus to work and everywhere else, I turn on the app and checked for supposedly 4 different buses every about 15-20 minutes and not one bus passed by but then again it had the buses as running “right on schedule” and with estimated current locations after my bus stop. Really? Nice try. Deleting after this review

Glad I downloaded. This app was a lifesaver for my first trip to NYC. I found it super helpful as I was also traveling also by PATH and LIRR. I like that it didn’t just have stops but locations too (theaters, stadiums). Gives you multiple ways of getting from A to B and walking directions. I highly recommend!

Never lost in NY again.. My wife and I have never visited the city before, and might not have again If not for this App. No confusion and clear as day instructions. If your visiting the city and the subway is a fear, then use this app and relax!

Excellent resource for NYC metro users. The people behind this app have made adjustments to it since launch which has made this my go-to resource when I use the metro system. And the latest tweak to the iPhone widget is so useful for quick look at service disruptions. App is well organized & easy to use. Favorites tab is great to customize it even further for my specific travel needs.

The best NYC subway and bus app. This app is the best NYC subway and bus app. Better than any competitors even those offered by the MTA. It's feature rich and thoughtful in it's design. It seems the developers actually use this app and understand the use cases that people may experience and designed around that. Fantastic job, really!!

This app has been a lifesaver!. I’ve tried numerous transportation apps, and this is the only one with clear and consistent updates. Plus the layout and favorites screen is easy to read, especially if you have to pull out your phone in a crowd while you’re rushing for a bus! I would definitely recommend it. 👍

AMAZING. Recently, because of the NYC tax for crossing into the east side, I’ve needed to take buses and trains to a lot of my activités. This app has helped so much!!! There aren’t any ads, it’s organized, it tells you the EXACT time and location of the stop; it’s everything you need!!!

Why?. I have used this app successfully & absolutely loved the convenience BUT… suddenly the bus I use the most dies not come up as a choice. AND it advertises an app that’ll cost so much monthly. I’m a still working senior & depended on this so I can figure out a time frame. It was fantastic while it lasted!

Big help. When I head for the subway or a bus stop, this app tells me whether I should run to catch my ride that’s about to arrive, or relax because It’s a couple of minutes away and I can stroll to catch it. i’ve been riding the subway since the 1950s, so I don’t need the app to navigate, but it looks like it works pretty well for that, too.

trash. i’ve been living in new york city for all my life thats 17 years and i take the mta bus everywhere including school. sometimes this app shows when the bus is coming for ex. “9 mins” so i wait at the bus stop and 9 mins pass by and theres no frickin bus ??? OR A NO SERVICE BUS COMES... then it says to wait another 10 mins??? liKe what kind of app liesssss. I know MTA is trash but like at least provide accurate times of buses that are in SERVICE!!! im constantly LATE because of the inaccurate times this app informs me of.... blocked and reported and deleted . cutting all negativity from my life .

Would use again :)). I visited NYC for about three days with my family, and this app definitely saved our lives. Coming from California, we never take the train or bus to go places, so taking the subway would be a huge issue. But this app made traveling so much easier. We knew exactly which train to get on, what stops were being taken, and when we had to get off to either our destination or to transfer to another train. Of course, I can’t give it five stars because sometimes the times are inaccurate, but the times are usually off by a couple minutes. To get an accurate time, the signs in the subway do give better times of when a train is arriving (i.e. 1 minute, 5 minutes, etc.). Also, the service does cut off when the train is in motion, so the app doesn’t work and doesn’t show us our exact location, but once the train stops for the next flow of people, you are able to see exactly which station and street you’re on if the train itself doesn’t provide a sign or you cannot hear the conductor. If I ever go back to NYC, I will definitely be using this app again :)

Great for Tourists!. Stayed in NYC for a week and this really helped us experience and get around the subway transportation if it wasn’t for this i would be stuck in time square traffic all night!

Great app!. I used this app during a recent trip to NYC. Because of a leg injury suffered just before our trip, I needed to minimize walking while still enjoying all the city has to offer. This app allowed me to enter my starting point and destination, then gave me choices that included bus, subway, and walking options. So helpful! Easy to use, and was such a help in learning the transit systems. NYC also deserves credit for having bus stops clearly marked, and for maintaining immaculate buses.

Works well for Singular manner of travel. This app works well only if you want to use one manner of travel (subway, bus, etc) only. If your travel requires you to catch a bus to a nearby subway station- you will be stranded in NYC. Also, with multiple bus stops on various corners, this program is terrible at telling you WHERE the bus stop is located! We ended up missing busses numerous times. After the 2nd day, we simply stopped using it and switched to using another program (g**gle to be honest). Great idea for an app, definitely needs some tweaking for those of us not from the city!

I use this with CityMapper. The MTA app is more reliable with real-time info. But I use it with CityMapper because it integrates with CitiBike. Sometimes it’s faster and more efficient to bike than use the subway for short trips or to go crosstown in Manhattan.

UI could use some tweaks. Found it the most helpful in planning my trip but there are some affordances and UX that could be improved upon to make this even better. What it doesn’t take into account is the travel time between lines and real time delays fm trains that could mess up the travel sequence. I know, a lot to ask for but that would be super.

Saved tourists!. We just came into town to celebrate a birthday and wouldn’t have been able to get around without this app! It rerouted us when the subways were down for maintenance and gave us multiple options. I wish the app would keep your last searched trip’s information on the home screen instead of opening fresh every time (it got annoying having to constantly re-search our route when I just wanted to double-check the numbers), especially when you’re in a subway station with poor reception, but it was a minor inconvenience.

Like the MTA, this app needs work. Live tracking is not GPS tracking but an estimate of where the bus should be. Just this morning while waiting for the bus, live tracking had the bus pass the stop I was waiting at when there was no bus. Makes you wonder why they would add this feature

Inaccurate. I was excited to use a new app that has an easier navigation layout & no fees. But for over the past month its been inaccurately reporting the train time. I’ve been leaving my home too early or too late (15min in advance) and its been inaccurate. I’ll either have to wait extra or miss my train by a chunk of time; but it especially keeps merging the anticipated catch time to the later scheduled train. Not exactly what I was hoping for during the winter and the pandemic.

what is the point of this application?. Have had this for about a month & still can’t figure out how to use it to find out when the next train will arrive in whatever station I am at the time. Sometimes my station doesn’t even show up as a station that exists and is open, even though I am standing on the platform with a train about to arrive. I can find out when other trains are coming to other stations. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Highly recommend! This app is a must!. I don’t typically do reviews, however my husband & I visited NYC last weekend! We wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the city as much as we did without this app! What a life saver!! This app is a must if you want to see the city and not spend a lot of money on Taxis or Uber!!! We highly recommend!!

Good for bus, awful for trains. The train schedule isn’t accurate at all, but before I moved I used it to find out where my bus was and that was almost always accurate. The directions feature could use some work as well, but I appreciate how it shows how much the trip would cost. If they made this a bus only app I think that would be the most beneficial.

Good but Interface is poor. This app has a lot of potential. The best thing about it is it's reasonably accurate display of subway arrival times. But there are at least four things about the app that are annoying. 1) Certain multi line subway stops, like W. 4th St., only show the information for the blue lines, not the orange lines. 2). The subway arrival time display for each station often displays at the top of the screen where you can't see it without resuming your screen. 3) the app should remember the zoom state when switching between bus and subway. 4) you should be able to turn on or off bus/subway info in preferences so that the display is cleaner and tailored to ones main use.

Great Application, a must have. The amount of options to get to your destination by using the MTA system is amazing. I thought I knew how to get around and fast until I downloaded and started to use this app. I get at least 4 options on how to get to my destination and way faster. Great resource I can't be without. Highly recommended!

Tourist-nice to have but didn’t always work. Visiting from PA and wanted to take subway from 44th and Broadway to the 911 memorial. The app worked great on the way there. It was nice that it tells you exactly where to walk from your location to catch which subway and shows you the exact subway route. Coming back it directed us to a different route that ended up with no trains appearing. After asking locals for help they told us that those trains were not running accurately. We wasted our fair on those and went back to one we knew (the one we came on). We were scared, confused and not happy. We wasted some money but all together it was cheaper than a taxi. And it was a good experience to try.

Inaccurate Bus Time. Literally like every single day now the time the bus comes is so inaccurate, I transfer buses to get home everyday but most days the bus suddenly vanishes and it’s because the bis was already at the stop and drove away. It said 5 minutes till the bus was there.. if I knew I would taken another bus instead of waiting another 20 minutes for more

New to this but enjoy how useful it is. Nice App. I like how it shows you the times for buses near your house as well as the stations as well… as suppose to being close by to check the time. It benefits if one wants to plan way ahead. I also like that it tells you how much the trip will cost, some tourist probably loose alot of money buying metrocards, because they don't know how much it cost to go and come back- so its nice to have. In my case though i have lived here for years there are express buses that are higher price so its good to know which ones those are.

Location bug, Unable to group direction. Bug occurs where location dot disappears, tapping location button doesn’t fix, no way locate self. Causing app to be useless. When looking at a bus line, if there are multiple routes on the same line, I can’t look at “all northbound” or “all southbound” (like you can on Transit) I would have to look at each individually. Just not gonna do that. Bad UX

Inaccurate. I was waiting for the q38 to pick my friend and I up and when it said “0 minutes” the bus was supposed to pick me up but instead the bus went straight by me without stopping and there were multiple people also waiting at the bus stop. The map is horrible because it doesn’t tell me which direction I’m going in and if it would tell me to go right I’d have to go north or straight instead which makes it confusing, i constantly have to look down at my phone as well which is dangerous when I cross big streets because it’s not like google maps where it tells you what direction to go in out loud. Transit app is way better than this

Great app. I think the app is very accurate and the minutes to next train/ next bus are great. Sure it is not spot in always buy hey it’s NY. However I love the app and it is my go to to get around town she the most updated info. Love it

It’s OK. 40% of the time train times are wrong… it tells you one minute and the 3 minutes and then 10 minutes, just inaccurate. And please don’t tell me it’s train delay because it is not! Tells you E train is 3 minutes away and A train is 10 minutes away… ends up the A comes in 1 minute and no E for several minutes… get your act together. Easier and cheaper to simply look at the monitors at station! Always correct!!!

Great, but with a few flaws. I tried this app and ‘NYC Subway’. This is a far better app. I was visiting from out of town and had visited many years earlier. I like the NYC subway. It is easy to get around. But some things are confusing and this app just does not get it right. We were staying at a hotel near the 33rd street, green, #6 line. During most of the day, only the #6 train stops there, it this app’s map says that the 4 also stops there. It does, but only late at night. It took me a day to figure out this error in these maps. But the route directions to get from one place to another were fine most of the time. We wanted to go to Yankees stadium. The app sent us south on #6 to 14th street to change to the #4. We ended up going north on #6 to Grand Central Station, then switch trains there. That seemed far more logical. Still, I could not have found my way around the NYC subway without this app.

Separate subway and rails!!!. For some reason subway and railroads are on the same category when they are different modes of transportation with different prices. I can understand trains and subways being lump together, but you have to pay extra for railroad rides in nyc. Trains and subways you can use a metro card. Rails you have to pay either cash or card for the ticket. Whenever I have “subway/rails” excluded, it excludes ALL train rides. For obvious reasons, this gets super annoying. Even more so when google maps or Transit gives me a more faster route without the use of rails. Please fix this. Either lump trains and subways together or, better yet, separate subways and rails.

I Like this app. In my opinion the app is user friendly & easily navigated. I tap into the app when leaving a destination - it’s great to get immediate travel info. I even use the app while I’m in transit, this helps because if they’re delays I can see possible so I can connect to another train line to reach my destination. I really enjoy the ‘take me home’ button; I get an immediate estimate on when I’ll arrive home.

Glitchy. I used to love this app. Lately half the subways have their arrival times in “gray” meaning it’s the proposed schedule and not the accurate schedule. It’s such a bummer to race to the subway week after week only to have just missed a train or see it pulling off with out you when the timer says you have 3 minutes left. I truly hope to app developers can rectify this. This app saved me a lot of time/kept me safe over the years and now I’m seeing that this may be the end of an era :(

Wrong Information. This app never gives the accurate arrival time of the bus! It will state 10+ minutes for it to arrive, but I’ll see the bus coming done the block. Once I get on, the app still says the bus isn’t coming, even though I’m sitting on it, heading to my destination. It will also not let me know if the train stop isn’t available. Sometimes it will show the train arriving but when I get to the station, I’ll discover it is closed

App’s GPS tracker is extremely inaccurate!!!!. Every day for the past month I have been racing to get to the express bus stop because the app gps stated that the bus would arrive in a certain amount of minutes. I keep watching hung the gps in this app count down the arrival of the bus until it reaches ‘0’ minutes which means the bus is within feet of the stop….except no bus arrives. And I am now left waiting for an additional bus to arrive for another hour. Is it so hard to say that the bus for that time is not running today. Why does the app need to provide such blatant lies. Just say it’s not running. And when asking the drivers about their tracking—they say “oh don’t pay attention to that—the gps on this bus never works”. Why use the app for real time. I may as well stick to the generic time table and hope for the best. As I type this, it is 9:30 pm. I just got off of my shift as an RN and raced to catch a bus that was supposed to arrive 10 minutes ago. The app os now saying another bus will arrive in 50 minutes. So instead I have to wait alone at night as a woman for the next bus that May or may not come. This is not a one time occurrence. It’s now daily.

Subway. The app is great for directing you to the correct subway entrance and train number however it could be a little more informative on the direction you need to take the train, as the same trains run both directions and not being familiar with the city we got on the train going the wrong direction. The app still made it much easier.

Makes travel much easier. After trying a couple other apps, this became the only one I used during a week long trip to NYC. I didn’t find the filter options to do things like, minimize walking, for a few days and there were a couple times I had to change details to get it to display a previous option again. — I understand why, as a new path might be faster now than before, but an option to choose certain trains would be nice. However, everything else was great. I loved that it gave options, showed the wall distances, would let you specify a future time, etc. it made traveling around the city much easier. Big thanks to the creators of this app. — And as a plus, the “free” version displays very few apps, which was a pleasant surprise

It’s a difficult app to learn there’s no instructions on how to operate this app very confusing. There’s no information on how to operate this app you have to guess and I have been guessing for three weeks and still can’t get this right how about some instructions on how it’s done for those of us who are seniors and not tech wise

Great app. This is a great way to navigate the NYC Transit System. It allows you to plan trips by destination and desired time of arrival, and includes the time spent walking to the departure stop and from the destination stop to your final destination. The app gives you several alternatives from which to choose. As an out of towner who visits the city a few times a year, this app is invaluable.

Life Changer. Absolutely the best NYC subway map! We tried four separate apps and this one proved to be the easiest to read as well as the easiest to follow. It also shows your current train’s progression to the next stop. Which proved helpful one time when I boarded the wrong train. I was able to hop trains at the next stop and save valuable time. There were a couple of times when I noticed another train, that wasn’t listed, was heading the direction we were going, but that could be something beyond my limited experience. This app should be the NYC’s official subway info provider. It puts MY MTA to shame.

Don’t trust this application. This application so misleading, doesn’t show correct times for transportation, specially SIR train, on weekends train not running, but app says that it is with times when train will be at the station, disappointing

Feedback doesn’t work nor does transportation transfers. The app does not show transfers to another bus, which would take one to destinations, without many minutes of walking...even though bus Routes are exclusively requested. The app does not properly show subway to bus transfers either... even though both bus and train transportation is requested. For example: taking B 61B from Prichard Circle to 9th St. @ fifth Avenue and transferring to the B 67 To travel along fifth Avenue.

Good app. Very accurate timing. The only thing need to change is the fare is $2.90, not $2.75 anymore.

Best bus/train app I’ve ever had!!!. I downloaded multiple train and bus time apps to see which were easiest to use as well as accurate. I love this one because it’s so fast and easy to use!

Better than the MTA. i have been using this app over 4 months and it has been working great. Compared to NYC official MTA Subway which is soo bad i deleted after one use. I give 4 stars cause it seem the train gps movement is gone it doesn’t show it no more. Doesn’t matter to much but would be nice if i can see where is the train. Over all i’m satisfied.

It would be a five star app for me, but the schedules are horrible. The MTA should scrap their app and use this one - it’s head and shoulders better than MyMTA. Where this app fails miserably is with the schedules- even with GPS enabled buses. The MyMTA app is rarely wrong (!) and I have another third party app that I use for bus tracking that is on the money. If this app had accurate schedules and tracking, I would dump the other two

Bad train info. Gives the plan a trip feature but was completely wrong about weekend service. Added 10 stops to the trip because of it’s inaccuracy. No way we could get to our destination on time with the route provided in the app. Plus you have to download the subway map every single time you use which is not user- friendly.

App not functioning properly. I have been enjoying it till today that my search is not going through

Live tracking of busses needed on this app.. I use this in tandem with “NYC Bus Tracker & Map” as it gives me the live update of where whichever bus is exactly, and I use this to plan the various routes i can take with different busses.

Awesome, Easy to Use. In NYC for a few days and this app was super easy to use for getting around both on the subway and walking. With it, I was the team’s unofficial navigator and I looked like a genius (I am not!).

Not accurate. Checking bus is okay. I have a better app for that. When I tracking my bus, it disappears as if it has arrived at my stop while it is still like two stops away Train is not accurate at all. While I am tracking my train, it is due but another train arrives. Useless to track train.

Major improvements Wow! Love this app. I used to see real time for the bus but now I can check the subway lines and on top of it LIRR. Very accurate and a necessity for all NYC commuters!!

Love thee App. This app is great I've been using it endlessly since I installed and all inquiries and ETA's have been correct and on point this app is very useful if you can't or funny kno how to work it yet don't rate it till you do this transit app deserves 5🌟 ratings!!

Improvement suggestion. Bus arrival time & traveling Information may help us for better convenience . Thank

Great app!. It’s so easy to use and follow along. Some apps give you the craziest routes to follow, but this app not only gives you accurate options gives you the most convenience as well. I don’t advocate doing drugs but get this app. It’s DOPE!

Update as of 2019. This app need a update as of 2019 on your map tab it is saying 2016 it need to say is 2019 not 2019 on your live tracking map by 96 street 2 Ave line it need to say is Q and W trains due to a g.o right now update this app now plz. 👍

Case of the missing buses. It never fails that this system always gives out false hope that a bus is arriving, only to check back and the next bus is now 20 minutes. Truly unfortunate

Novice challenges. Trying to install this app on the fly while waiting for a bus resulted in many offers of Google ads and other irrelevant applications. Bus icons did not identified route number as they approached. the usual “intuitive“ selections confused me.

New York. App was accurate, reliable, and invaluable during our recent visit to NYC. Visiting London later this year and will download London app for that trip.

More convenient than google maps. This app has been absolutely phenomenal with more accurate transit timings and directions

Too busy. When you quickly need a refresher on where exactly the q train stops as it’s pulling into the station, there is no simple way to find that out on this app. Every screen is just inundated with information, user experience is visually frustrating and just stressful to attempt to navigate. There shouldn’t be a learning curve.

Love it !. Really quick response and easy to follow. Love the reverse feature and time options

Express bus SIM 15. So you raise fair to $7.00 a ride and a little rain and you already cancelled 2 buses for the commute home The MTA has some nerve. We could give you all the money you needed to balance your books and the very next day you would be in the red because you have no clue. More money for better service what a joke !!! You should all be ashamed.

Great Help. I recently downloaded this app to try to navigate through New York Citty easier. This app has been very helpful for me and I am happy I have it!!!

Better than the MTA app. Times are actually accurate!

Unreliable data. It works reasonably well, but can’t trust the data. Maybe its feed is delayed. Unfortunate. I expect at least the same level of current data as displayed on the platform screens.

Very useful. Great app for figuring out subway plans! As someone who’s going to university in Hoboken, this app was so helpful to find out how to get in and travel through the city!

Going to Lenox Hill Hospital. I live in Brooklyn near F train. Why the app does NOT give a route where you take the F train to 63rd & Lexington Ave station and cross the platform for the uptown Q train is beyond my comprehension. I would rather take this route than travel with the IRT 6 train. Yes, I know the 6 train stops right on the corner of Lenox Hill Hospital, but I like to walk and I don’t like the IRT line. Why not build into the app this choice.

This App Is Better Than The Transit App. I downloaded this app because of the shortcomings of the other Transit App. So far this app is allot more useful. I still use the other app sometimes.

Pretty good. So far I’ve been using this app for a week and it’s been dead on with time. Love knowing in advance when I need to break out in a sprint. 😂

😆. It either shows you where the bus or train is at or where it’s supposed to be. It’ll say “based on schedule” that’s where the bus or train is supposed to be but i don’t need the the schedule of where it’s gonna be, I NEED the exact spot at all times which this app fails to do.

good but missing parts of the line. I use stops on the M line that don’t show up in the app. For some reason the entire part which connects the M to the JMZ lines in Brooklyn and Manhattan don’t show up. (Central Ave, Knickerbocker Ave, etc) Another issue is that the feedback section within the app doesn’t work.

Love this app!. I love this app. I’m working in NYC for a few months and had never used the public transportation system before. This app has made it so easy to navigate the city and I am enjoying so much more with ease and confidence.

Could be more effective. Keeps defaulting to the locatywhere you are. Too difficult to put in and save another location so that you can plan ahead. Shuts off on my phone and restores default location rather than location one entered. Cumbersome.

Made life easier today. This app works right, door to door. Loved traveling with this app. 100%

Most updated app. All other apps either fail to provide updated subway map or give wrong arrival time. This app is the best at this point.

Horrible app. Difficult to use, not user friendly. Too much useless information when all I need to know is when the next train or bus will at arrive at my location. Deleted app and going back to use free third party apps! Makes sense this app would be as useful as the MTA equally unable to provide proper service to its customers.

Inaccurate Time Schedule. I loved this app when it’s well organized and even tells you what time you would get to your stop. However the time the buses get to their stop is way off which keeps making me late! Please update to be more accurate.

NEVER Accurate, EVER!!! Very frustrating.. I have opened the app to see the estimated arrival time - says bus arrives in 10 min. I have refreshed it - says it’s arriving later or earlier than it just reported. I have called a cab, only to see the bus pulling up after getting in a cab. This has happened consistently. HORRIBLE app!!!

Great real time info. For the consumer.. I feel like saying we’re in the 21st century. That being said I no longer have to ponder when the next bus / subway will arrive. Therefore I have less stress and some piece of mind. Finally money spent wisely. Thanks.

Where is the offline subway map. Where is the subway map? The app used to allow you to view the an offline subway map…it was a very useful feature… The app should be improving with updates not getting worse

Love this!!!. This is an awesome app. So glad someone was smart enough to come up with its Tells you precisely what time, how far & how long (to walk), when to expect trains/buses to come...and the EXACT best path to take to get you there. Just makes life simpler 👍🏼 Genius! Thanks

Gives every bit of detail. Just WoW (not world of warcraft though) live updates of every stop and train. Some time crashes when you tap very Fast. Otherwise best app for planning and traveling.

Be Warned: does not show train status change!. While overall this app works well, especially for buses, it does not properly show the status of subway. As I’m writing right now, the uptown 1 train skips my stop overnight. This app shows 1 train as normal.

Very Inaccurate. This app failed to alert me of any delays on the Q34 line and I ended waiting half an hour for a bus that never showed up!

Waiting forever. Been waiting for a 101, 102,103 a loooong tiime. The App has been useless. Said they were 2 and 3 mins behind. Never came. App kept changing the time. So I’m curious to know if the 103 that just arrived will speed up as it’s late or will it crawl at 5mph when it’s ahead of schedule. For what we pay the service should be better!

No way to cancel subscription.. There is no option to cancel the subscription that you didn’t mean to even get… tried the app out for my son that was visiting NYC. I’m fine with sacrificing $4.99 as I didn’t cancel before the ‘trial’ period passed but now I can’t even cancel. ZERO option to cancel. Ridiculous.

Time Saver. This app has made my commuting life so much easier and it’s so helpful when trying to cut back on time spent waiting for a train or bus

DO NO USE. Use other apps like city mapper or even Google Maps. This app caused me so much headache and made me walk miles and miles unnecessarily! This app recommends bus stops 7blocks away anf makes you walk another 7 blocks back when there is another bus on the same street you are on that takes you to the exact same place

Slow to Load, Times are Off. MTA site is slow to load and the times are off, I had the best bus tracker on my old phone that was on point which you got rid of so you can promote your site which makes no sense, this is the PITS that site is longer available, just like transit never Dependable.
