frozen- help center no help. I submitted a help ticket over a week ago. I got No response whatsoever. No offer for help. (Yes I did clean out the cache’) it is cute and seemed fun. They need to be helpful. It is frozen. I can’t play it. I love the concept (that’s why the 2 stars). If support helped in anyway it’d been 3 stars. There are other Peanuts gang games that aren’t glitchy out there. Here I am again, yet another support ticket with no response. On occasion, I do spend money on other games. Their lack of response to any tickets shows me I can’t trust my money getting lost. UPDATE: they did restore what I earned. Though it took 2 tickets. I will be changing from1 str to 3. I’m still leery of purchasing anything due to their glitches.

So many glitches so little time. The Magic Hats in level 430 is supposed to clear the stones to create a path for me to take out the Baron. I hit all of the hats, none of them cleared out the stones. Stuck, I tried to email you about it. Got a general reply telling me to make sure my game is to date. So I went ahead and uninstalled it without taking a screen shot of the powers (2 beach balls, 2 fireworks, 13 arrows, 23 of the +1 previews and coins (247). I would have had to restart all over again, however I was smart enough to link my Facebook account to it so I was able to pick up on the level where I left off, so I thought it would save everything else too. No such luck. Please give me back all of my powers and coins and fix level 430 because as of right now, it is impossible to beat it. Thank you!

Fun game but...... This obviously isnt a game that takes a rocket scientist to play and figure out. I enjoy playing just to pass time and shut my mind off for awhile. However lately I am finding that the bubble color switch randomly stops working. I may work for a game or two or three then it won’t in the next one. I have tried shutting it down and re-loading (which of coarse costs me a life) and some times it works and most the time is doesn’t. It’s just very random and may last several games in a row or just one. Very frustrating to the point I’m about to just delete it. I am hoping this review gets some attention and this issues gets fixed very quickly. Thanks

Cute but a little annoying. Love the art and the power ups being tied directly to the characters. However, don’t get this for kids as there is, like most free games, a CONSTANT up-sell mechanic between every level and on every screen that won’t be obvious to kids. The levels get very hard, very quickly and they purposely place various upgrade or “use coins” buttons in the same place as “play” buttons were on the previous screen. So it’s constantly switching places with the buttons that allow you to continue through. I’m a grown up, aware of all this nonsense, and I STILL accidentally hit the “use coins to keep playing” button instead of the tiny “x” to get to the “Try Again” screen. If it wasn’t so obvious that the goal Is to encourage buying lots of coins with real money, I’d say it was lazy design. But everything is otherwise so clean and well designed, I just get irritated at their goal of fooling kids.

Snoopy pop pooped. Fun game if it didn’t freeze or crash every other game. I’ve reported this to the developers and never got a response. I started playing and the game is stuck on the same level after I cleared it twice and it the third time still stuck. I’ve used 80 coins to play it twice and now I’m still stuck. Not happy. The game continues to freeze but the newest thing is if they give you 30 bubbles to play with every shot uses 3-5 of them. Then if you buy bubbles it does the same thing. The ones I’ve spent money on! The “free” aim or bubbles that you have to watch the ads for don’t always add either. I like the game but now you’re ripping me off. Fix it, refund my money or I’ll report to Apple that it’s turning into scam.

fun game but.... i recently just installed this game onto my phone and it was going well until level 16, where i seem to be perpetually stuck replaying that same level over and over again, no matter how many times i've beaten it. whenever i start the level, it doesn't actually show me the number amount of woodstock's i need to save and continue to remain 0 of 0, even after i have saved all woodstock birds. the level DOESNT and WONT end, it just continues onward as if i didn't clear the level, even though i HAVE cleared the objective! i am so frustrated because now i can't even play it anymore :/ otherwise i love the game but as it stands, its unplayable and so frustrating.

GREAT GAME TURNED SCAM. I’ve been playing this game since it came out in July and I loved it. So much that I would restart over while new levels were being loaded. Recently it has become a scam. Not due to harder levels because I’ve beat them all a few times but because now it’s “forcing” you to spend money. There’s no way to win. It’s RIGGED!!! For example the board will have 20 moves but it’ll give you 18 balls. Or you have 1 or 2 moves left and it’ll change your colors at the last minute. You end up using all of extras and all of your lives, than guess what? You have no choice but to purchase. Reading thru comments I see I’m not the only one. I don’t ever leave reviews but I had to on this one. This game was awesome until a few weeks ago. Hoping it is changed back to the way it was. Ive contacted customer service and the response is scripted of course. NO HELP!!! In the meantime,I’m deleting the game. 😔

I ALMOST LOVE IT. This game has a few problems but if they were fixed I would really love it. Some message windows flash on the screw for literally 1 second so I can’t read it. There’s one that says something about umbrellas and another about flowers. There’s no way to freeze it or catch them. Another is everything is WAY too expensive. Stop being greedy tightwads! Other games give out free boosters , you never do unless I watch a commercial. Even if I wanted to spend money I don’t because of the ridiculous prices. You are selling fake virtual items that cost you guys NOTHING. I was going to buy stuff until I saw the price. Most people are not rich. And there’s no way to win unless you use boosters so I just end up logging off.

Fun. I really enjoy this game. The graphics are great and I’m not constantly pounded with ads. I need to say something to the people who complain about losing coins/money: stop paying for extra stuff. Technology isn’t perfect. This game can be played and you can advance without paying a dime. I’ve played a certain level MANY times before figuring out what I was doing wrong. But I have always, eventually, found a solution. I have plenty of fun playing this and other ‘pop-style’ games without paying for anything extra. They’re GAMES for Pete’s sake. Chill!

Problems since update have been resolved!. Happy to report that they have fixed the game and I can play it again! Yay! Love the game as it has a unique platform with the ropes and swinging bubbles. Thanks for fixing it guys!!! I have really enjoyed this game and love everything Peanuts! But the past three times I have tried to play, it allows me to shoot one bubble then the app fails to respond to my touching anything. I have restarted multiple times, completely closed and reopened. Still will not let me past shooting one bubble. Miss the game! Please fix it! UPDATE: They fixed the issue. I can play again! Yay! I love this app and only get disappointed when I run out of lives. It is not your ordinary match type game, but has a lot of unique elements like swinging ropes and different Peanuts characters with different power ups. Thank you for fixing the app!

Randomly closes app mid-play. Another update. I gave this game another shot after the developer response. This game is not only a waste of time, but possibly money. Now, not only does the game freeze at random times which could potentially cost one money, the keeping the beat feature with Linus NEVER lets you get the third reward for winning three straight games, and the feature to get additional bubbles for watching a video has stopped working around level 92. I have wasted far too much time on this game, and it appears the developer is actually cheating since so many features aren't working and you have to start leveled over so often because the game freezes. lUpdate: I stopped playing this game months ago because I was wasting time playing it. I decided to reload it, only to find it STILL randomly crashes, pretty consistently every game or two. FIX THIS!!!. This game is a little easy to get carried away playing, but it randomly closes mid-play, and it seems to happen when I'm doing well. I don't know if that's a coincidence or. It, but it's obnoxious Because it costs me a life.

Good game............but.... Don’t get me wrong it’s a good game and as much as I like the Peanuts characters which is the only reason I downloaded it. After playing for a while you start to notice some sections where it’s impossible to beat cause the game will flat out stack the deck against you unless you spend coins to get extra throws. But what if you don’t have any coins? Well that’s where the game gets into your pocket and leaves you on a rigged level til you either pay to continue or just save your money and uninstall the game all together. As much as I would love to continue playing, unfortunately any walkthrough videos don’t exist for some levels. Such as level 139 in the ice cream shop, all of the videos I see are completely different level and with double the bubbles.

Addicting and cute!. Big fan of Snoopy since childhood these graphics are awesome and visually pleasing. I love right now how the developers are up to date with the holidays, had a Halloween theme for Halloween and now a theme for thanksgiving (excited to see what they will do for Christmas) also the game itself is fun and addicting and helps pass the time. Some levels are easy but not too easy that’s it’s boring and other levels are hard but not too hard that you get annoyed and stop playing the game. Only problem I have I guess is with the sound? I wish I can hear background music or sound effects but when I turn sound on i hear nothing? Idk maybe that’s an issue on my end but nonetheless I love this app!

Cannot log back in. I’ve been playing this game for a very long time. Recently, I got logged out and it now get a Facebook error when I try to log back in. I’m a huge Snoopy fan and hate to see this game go. However, looks like the developers have decided that it is time to let it go. I hope I am wrong and the servers come back up. Update: Support got back to me and they fixed the issue. Just have to be patient. I’m glad because the game is a lot of fun and makes me smile every time.

The cutest game ever. BUT.. This is a really cute game!! I love how when after you use Lucy’s power up she jump ropes away. I definitely recommend this game to any kids that are 4 or over. It is really fun and mid easy and not EXTREMELY hard so that’s good. But.. I beat one level and I did it perfectly. I got all of the birds and it still I saw two stars. Please creators of this game give me a response because this is a really confusing and I don’t know but if this happens to you guys that just saw and bought this game it probably is fixed so don’t worry!! Anyway I’m so sorry this is so long!!

Disappointed. I loved this game, until I reached a higher level and unless I purchase more bubbles, it's completely impossible to move on to the next level. I'm so glad that I didn't give this game a review when I first started playing! I have looked at the developer's responses to those who have the same complaint, which by the way, today was the first time I have read any of the reviews. All of the responses say the same thing. -You can win without spending money, each level is tested before released just to make sure that it can be beat without having to pay.- That is complete garbage. I have played for hours trying to win without spending money, and I just couldn't. I will say that I have never had an issue with the game crashing and losing what I had paid for, like a bunch of the other reviewers have said.....however, I have refused to spend a dime on this game, so maybe that's why I haven't crashed? I'm smelling a scam. I'm deleting this game. I'm so happy to see that I'm not the only one who has noticed that you have to pay to win the game.

Snoopy pop. Wonderful game , but please do away with the win birds together event , nobody really goes for that anymore, it also takes up too much time waiting for it to end , thank you. The fossil cleanse takes about 4-5 times to claim it , super annoying My fossil cleans hardly ever works The game will load but as soon as you start playing it freezes up , I’ve updated game and repowered my phone several times , it’s been doing this for last two days Game keeps getting worse , have updated on both iPhones and the game freezes before you get a chance to pop the first ball , very very dissatisfied and disappointed What good is the fossil clean if it doesn’t work , I’ve updated game and reset phone , still can’t get it to cleanse , kinda losing interest in the game , please correct this Ok the game is loading now , but with the fossil cleanse ,never know , it may or may not work, please address this or at least recognize my message

Punishing Economics. I like this game as it’s generally fun and visually appealing. However, changes to the game’s economy is making it punishing to the player. For example, if you don’t complete a level the first time, it costs 40 coins to continue on. If you don’t and you decide to try the level again for free, but you don’t complete it the second time, the number of coins to continue now goes up significantly. I’ve been playing one level for days and I’m up to 180 coins to pay to try to finish that level. Why? Greed. The company makes money selling coins, I understand but sheesh. In the old days arcade games didn’t keep raising the price to keep playing. It was always pay a quarter to continue and not “pay 180 quarters” to continue. And in games where you put in more coins you got more time and lives and whatever to keep you wanting to play and pay more. Here you pay a lot just to finish one stupid level. Why so greedy? To make up for all the lost customers? Punishing the players does not establish player loyalty. I’d buy coins to play many levels not to complete just one! P.S. Linus looks like he’s drunk and the peppermint patty power is most often worthless especially when how bubbles pop is inconsistent on different levels! Come on!

Waste of $10 - beware!. I rarely rate an app one star, but this game earns it! The developers lure you to the game with cute characters from the Peanuts cartoon. The graphics are good and the game is fun for about the first 50 levels. But then the game gets so difficult that it is almost impossible to clear a level without using power ups! You can get free power ups but they don’t help enough to get you through a level. Only the rocket power up really helps and it is rarely given out. So you have two options. You can either rage quit the level you are stuck on, or pay money to buy power ups. The worst part of the game, in my opinion, is the ads! You get ads before almost every level. I paid $10 to remove the ads because they were so annoying and the game seemed fun in the beginning. But as I said the levels get to be impossible to beat. I wasted $10 but I hope my review saves others from losing money as well.

Money trap. This is just like every other “in-app purchase” game. All they want to do is get you to spend $. I’d rather pay $1.99 for a game. They set it up so that you like the game, then make it impossible to go any farther until you spend money. I’m good. It’ll be deleted like all the other crap games. Which is sad, I like some of jam city games. Done with this one though. To the developer - yes, it’s a “free” game, but when you - the developer - set the game up so that you don’t get the colors you need to advance, that’s a money trap. It’s intentional & a lot of games do it, including this one. Sure, you can play the tournaments & other “ways to get items”, except, they’re set up the same exact way. They trap you on a level until you pay to get the color you need to advance. It’s not a free game when it’s set up to make you pay.

Be careful of purchasing ad free. I love this game don’t me wrong but it had too many ads, so I purchased the ad free options. There was a part of the game that you can get shells dropped and watch an ad in orders to get two extra balls to shoot. Once you purchase the ad free version you must have coins to activate the shell and are required to pay for them with 25 gold coins. If you don’t have any coins they make you pay for it with money. So playing the ad version is much better and now I am trying to revert back to the ad version and I am stuck. Also you dont get as much extra balls at the end of the levels of the game either that you would get with the ad version. It like as soon as you invest a little money in this game than they really want you to pay for everything. I am about to delete my account and start from scratch. If i knew this I would have never gave a dollar.

Don’t purchase anything. In app purchases don’t work, if you contact them you will not get your coins back even when they tell you they gave them back, it doesn’t happen. A lot of the things your can purchase to help clear levels don’t work right. Fun game but don’t waste your money with this app, just play for free. Edit: The comment below from the game, I DID contact them before writing this review. When they finally emailed me back 2 days later I was told I had to screen shot and prove that I even bought the coins I was asking for. I did send the proof and was told they were given back. Not true. I paid $10 for only 400 coins and 2 hours of unlimited life. I didn’t get the unlimited life at all and over 200 coins went missing. For that I was given free lives. I want the coins, you have to have them when you reach the higher levels that are impossible to beat. I purchase coins and support the games I enjoy playing, but I really hate to be cheated. And that’s what happened here, I was cheated out of money.

1Snoop. I love this game but I’m very frustrated. After you win a level, it gives information about the game but switches immediately to the next level before you can read it. (One Ex: information about using an umbrella? I see the umbrella and the words “use the umbrella....” and the screen switches). There’s also an “infinity” sign at the top of the game. It shows minutes and seconds counting down but the game hasn’t told me what the sign stands for, how I can use it, etc. I deleted the game after reaching over 100+ levels because I continued to get glimpses of things I could do, but couldn’t read them because of .2 of a second viewing. I gave 2 stars only because, other than the frustrating issues, I love the game.

Cute but not worth the energy. I love the idea of this game. It’s super cute and fun. But it’s become so problematic that I’ve deleted it. Numerous times I’ve gotten to a level with a chest but it won’t open the chest or let me play the level so I’m stuck til time runs out for the chest. I’ve tried the whole logging out and back in support recommended but it doesn’t work. Like many other users, the game shuts in the middle of playing levels. The final straw came when I used 40 tokens to continue a level but it sat on the loading screen for 5 minutes before closing. When I reopened, the 40 were gone even though I didn’t even get to continue the level. Support team takes days to respond to requests so they aren’t any help. If I could get all the time, energy and money back I wasted on this game then I would. Don’t waste yours!

Glitches Galore!!!!. Wow i like this game - i really do but cant tell you how many times i have played and a glitch prevented a win. While playing the game today i popped the balls by color and one colored ball stayed suspended in mid air!!! This meant the screen would not move until i used more balls (that i needed to win). it was a purple ball that i previously hit with other purple balls that should have cleared the purple ball from the screen but it didn't. It just sat there mid screen unattached to anything. Balls in this game constantly get stuck in odd ways. They will shoot past balls as if invisible and land some where without ever popping. The result is you use balls that you need to clear a GLITCH and subsequently lose games - i have read review after review of the many glitches this game has - somebody needs to fix the issues - you just have way too many for such a cool game

Charming and relaxing. The game mechanics is nothing new, though it leans heavily on puzzle solving over strategy and planning, and there is usually a single optimal solution for most stages that you need to figure out to advance. The Peanuts graphics and music make it a pleasant and charming experience, and stand out amongst the many similar games on the market. Sometimes I just like to stare at the background graphics with the relaxing music and let the time pass. It feels good. Animation is especially smooth, vivid, authentic, and lovely. Game is very polished. Highly recommended if you are a fan of the original comics and cartoons.

Favorite bubble game, very different then others. I love the extra obstacles you have to go through on this pop bubble game. I’ve played for years and this is the first time I’ve ever had the game freeze on me. It’s done it for 2 days and I’ve lost some progress. I’ve followed all the steps they have listed and still it freezes. Hope it will be dealt with soon. Love you Snoopy Pop!!! And after reinstalling all of my coins, super aims, the 3 bubble changer, my rockets and umbrellas have disappeared!! Did not change devices, I just had to delete and reinstall on the same phone because it kept freezing. This is the first problem I’ve had in the many years I have played. Otherwise, like I said this is the best, hands down, bubble game I’ve ever played. It’s so different because of the obstacles they put throughout the levels. I wish JAM would make a snoopy pop 2....that would be fabulous!!!

Overall, quite a fun game. I have hit some bugs, so some minor issues, but overall, a challenging game at times, and with enough features to keep the fun going. Cannot understand the complaints from people telling you that some levels are nothing but reasons to pay money... I have never paid a cent for any coins, hearts, or other bene’s, so all you really need is patience, some skill, at times, luck. My wife started playing after watching me, and she’s having fun too. For reference, I’m waiting for the next level/s after Rise and Shine to be created, and my wife is somewhere around level 250. Keep the fun coming!

Please Quit Changing The Game. I really like the game. I don’t spend real money to keep playing. I really hate that you took the ability to get extra bubbles away. I’m on level 612 . I think if you purchase extra bubbles & only use a few of the bubbles the rest of the bubbles should be added to your next game or put in a bank or something to be used when needed. Think about it, the extra bubbles were purchased with coins. If you the developer purchased something you would expect to get everything you purchased. It shouldn’t matter if you need 1 extra bubble or all 10. You purchased 10 & should get every single 1.

Great great great great GREAT game. At first I thought “oh, this is just a stupid clone of Panda Pop, a dirty looking game,” and when I was playing another game, an ad kept popping up with this game, and after I played the ad a few times, I decided to download the app. So I did that, I started playing without thinking highly of the game, and then I got addicted. I recommend this game to everybody, as the colors are great, the art is good, the gameplay is fun (and usually I don’t like these types of games), and also, just look at Snoopy’s happy little smile. Everyone has to play this game or they are missing out on lots of fun.

I really love this game, but.... I honestly really enjoy playing this game! I find myself constantly playing it, especially when I’ve got nothing to do. However, it’s a real bummer that the game keeps freezing. This issue didn’t start happening until I hit the levels in the 100’s. It first started happening to my mom as she was a little ahead of me, and then it started happening to me. At first it would just freeze after the first bubble was shot, but now it’s starting to do it in the middle of levels. And there is no way to stop this from happening, other than completely deleting the app and redownloading it which is a pain to do every time this issue comes up (which is fairly often). I really hope this will be fixed within the next update of the game as I would love to play this game without having to worry about this happening and having to constantly delete and redownload the game just to play on.

Love it!!. I love this game!! The themed neighborhoods tie into the Peanuts gang and the obstacles are very clever and challenging. Being able to get 10 extra balls by watching a video is a plus. Ready for more collections for the photo albums. Would love to see holiday-themed neighborhoods like the Great Pumpkin and Charlie Brown Christmas. I gave it 4 stars because it crashes at times; otherwise, it would get 5! Update: I am on level 485. Are the bubbles supposed to get stuck when hitting bubbles of the same color? Many times a bubble gets stuck and when the rest of the same-colored bubbles get hit, a single bubble is suspended and it takes two more of that color to get it to drop. Why does this happen? It wastes bubbles when the color should have been cleared to begin with. I still love the game, but I can’t get past this level because of it.

Scam!. Does anyone even play this game anymore? Hubby and I tried it once years ago and while it was fun, we caught the game cheating more than once. So we gave up. I installed it again a week ago and it seemed like the game had been improved. Cool! But now I’ve now gotten to a point where the game is back to cheating. Or trying to scam me out of money. I’ve been on two levels where you can’t advance the screen any higher without using a certain color ball, and the game won’t give me the matching ball. Throw after throw, dozens of throws and it will give me any other color ball but that one. Necessitating the use of the bonus ball color changer. I use it, then again, back to a point where I can’t play, wrong ball colors thrown. Of course, if I want to proceed I have to pay. I’m done. While this game is cute and fun, the money grab isn’t.

It’d Be Perfect if it Didn’t Crash. This game is the perfect balance of challenge and fun. My boyfriend doesn’t even like Peanuts, and he enjoys it. The game always gives you the colors you need, so you can detect a pattern of what direction you’re supposed to go in the puzzle; this is so much more enjoyable than those games that play against you and give you the color you need least to force you to loose. In this game, it forces you to think smart, so it is a challenge, while not being overly stressful. I also like the fact that it doesn’t appear to be trying to force you to buy power-ups with real money constantly. I LOVE this about the app. It might se silly, but it makes me happy to see Charles Shultz genuine heart for happiness, rather than commercialism, shine through. I am so impressed that they could create a game both 4 year olds AND 40 year olds can enjoy. So pleased to see another Peanuts product not tarnished. Mr. Shultz would be proud.

Disappointed. I love playing this game. I love it so much that I deleted it for a while because it consumed too much of my time. I recently put the game back on my device. I am very disappointed now. I now find that there are not enough bubbles given to clear a level. I looked up a cheat on the internet for one particular level that I absolutely could not pass. The player on the video was given 40 balls and it took every one of those to complete the level. I was given 24 I believe. I had to have 20 coins (you have to add 10 at a time) to clear the level. I refuse to pay $2 to pass every level. If you’re not a serious, addicted, rich gamer, don’t get the game. On a positive note, the graphics are amazing.

Snoopy Pop is cute and fun. Love the game. I’ve completed and passed every game on every level with no more levels to move onto. I was first place in the Linus rankings. Now, I’m number two which I’m not upset about but I’m wondering how the person in the number 1 slot is 8 levels ahead of me. How is that possible? There are no current updates with added levels so how is this person ahead and by 8 levels??? I just want to complete more levels and would like an update. Also, I wanted to say that you call Spike Snoopy’s cousin. He is in fact Snoopy’s brother. He is Snoopy’s one sibling that is mentioned the most and Snoopy goes to visit in the desert.

Favorite app but I can’t see all the bubbles after upgrading to an iPhone 15 pro max. I’ve been playing this game daily for years and love it. I recently got an iPhone 15 pro max and when I signed into the app, the game isn’t fitting the screen properly and I can’t see the bubbles on the edge of the screen. It’s like it’s magnified but my accessibility settings show that magnification isn’t on. This is the only app I’m experiencing this with. I also lost all of my power up’s and coins. Any help would be greatly appreciated because I really miss playing this game! Thanks!

Mind numbing time waste. I like the theme because of fond childhood memories of the Peanuts gang. Blatant ripoff (but better) of the Angry Birds Pop game. The levels are quite easy so far and if you don't make it to the end of the level with the amount of balls, no problem. Watch a video and get 10 more. And if you still don't make it, you might get another 10. Haven't needed more than 30 extra on any of the levels so far. Only thing is, the game might crash during the video so you'll have to start over. I think a pop up screen of the power-ups and their capabilities would help, being that I don't remember what each on does, is in order so you don't end up using one that in no way will help you. I have noticed that sometimes the ball selected to launch will sometimes change color to something else right before you launch it. Other than that...it is what it is. Time wasted with a mind numbing escape.

Lousy support... GREEDY!!! Only care about the money you spend!. Lousy Support!!! When I contacted them after I had to reinstall the game because it wouldn’t load, I lost the items I HAD PURCHASED! When I reached out to support concerning this they pretty much told me: too bad! The following is from their faq concerning items. I did not try to reinstall onto a new device, so I do not feel as though it was my error, but rather their GREED! Items The items in your inventory (lives, coins and boosters) are stored locally on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile phone). You are not able to transfer items (coins, boosters, etc.) across multiple devices. This is to prevent graphical errors and crashes/freezes. To ensure that you get your coins, lives or boosters on a specific device, you must use that same device when you first collect or buy any in-game items. For example, if you'd like to accept lives from a friend and want them to show up on your preferred mobile device, you'll need to accept the lives on that mobile device. Fix the glitch plz!. This game would get four stars maybe even five from me if they would fix the glitches! But when you can’t even switch the color of the balls for the glitches it gets pretty frustrating so you get two stars! Seriously this game has more glitches then a neglected poodle has mats!! And one more thing why is it that I’m the only one that didn’t get a response from y’all? Maybe because I won’t spend any money. I won’t spend any money because you don’t have great reviews from people who have!! But not having a response at all makes me think that all these responses that I’m reading are for all the people reading the responses and not to the person writing the review. IT JUST KEEPS GETTING WORSE. I actually LOVE this game....but there are too many issues with it. When I first started playing, it didn’t fit properly on my screen, therefore I wouldn’t be able to clear the screen. I would lose coins, which is obviously money. At different times, if I needed to buy more coins, but was in the middle of a level, I would purchase the coins and it would reload....and then get stuck. Most times when this happened, I would only have one bird to rescue, maybe two...but the game would crash and I would have to do the level over again. I was thrilled to see an update for the game, hoping it would fix some of these issues. WELL, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. After the update, my game will not even load. It is slow switching from level to level, which has always been an issue. I just cannot continue to justify playing when there are so many issues.

Glitch. I love this game and have enjoyed it so much. However, I am now on level 456 and once I get to a certain point in the game, it glitches and will no longer come down for me to continue playing the game even though there is more left to do. I randomly sent up a bubble and it gave me Linus and Sally. I threw a bubble up with them and it worked, but still didn’t come down to where I could see anything and try to finish out the game. So, I just threw the last 10 or so bubbles up hoping it would make it work, but it didn’t. I’ve tried it numerous times and it continues glitching at the same spot. I do have the updated version and would love to continue playing this game if you could get that glitch fixed that would be great! Thanks!

Very Frustrating.... I was on Level 558 and updated the app. It would let me throw 1 Balloon and then FREEZE. I tried 4 different times and swiped the app up to reset it and nothing has worked. I read on the City Jam website to swipe up and turn iPhone off then try again. When I did this it took me back to LEVEL 1...Very, very frustrating...It has been very slow for quite a while and after many updates and I am not liking it at all. I don’t have much time to play games on my phone but this is the only game I play when I do have any down time and now I’m back to the beginning...

Was fun, stopped playing because of the bees. It’s kind of repetitive and sometimes beating a board relies on random luck (because they change bubble colors from attempt to attempt) or can only be done using boosts. It was fun up until I got about 2/3 of the way through. Now they introduces bees. The boards are random, with no obvious way to win, change from try to try, and seem to require you to buy umbrellas. In other words, the game stops being freemium and requires you to pay to advance. No thanks. I’ll watch ads for umbrellas, but they don’t offer those. Also, bugs! Bubbles go up and get stuck and don’t pop. Random bubbles hang in space. Both bugs require you to waste many bubbles to fix. And then there are times when the game thinks you are done and only gives you blue bubbles but you don’t have blue left so instead of winning you spend 10 rounds throwing blue or waste beach balls. Or when you will obviously win so the game gives you 10 colors you don’t need rather than the one you do to get the last bird, again trying to get you to use a boost to win. If these aren’t bugs, they are purposeful to try to make you pay or waste. Kinda shady.

Agree with the current posters.... that the game used to be fun but the developers have updated the game so that they give you less balls at the start of the higher levels making it impossible to beat that level. I’ve contacted the support team several times and they say that all levels have been tested to ensure that it can be solved without having to make any purchases but I find that hard to believe based on my recent experience and from all the negative reviews they’ve received lately. I agree that they’re pushing you to make purchases. I would rather delete the app than be pushed to make a purchase for a game that I used to enjoy playing for free. My suggestion to the developers is to go back and increase the balls, and if you don’t want to do that, at least provide more ads to give players a chance to solving a level.

Snoopy pop. I enjoy playing despite the glitches. Though now my patience is wearing thin. I have not been able to play for days now because of “loading issues “. The cart race is going on so I am unable to compete for prizes. I already spent money which I have learnt you must do to compete to get better aim, bag-o-ball rotation, multicolored ball play, and rocket launcher to allegedly pop all balls. My game froze up after I used the rocket launcher and has yet to load so I can play again. I want to erase it now. What stops me is I just paid to play and Snoopy Pop got my money and the extra coins I just purchased. SAD SAD MAD MAD, I could watch news if I wanted to be frustrated 😡

Not fair. I love this game and have it on all my devices. This game keeps freezing and it forces me to just give up. Sometimes I’m about to win and it kicks me off! That’s not fair to the user! I also have lost a lot of money on this game because I will pay for coins and then they won’t load. I am left to let it try to load until it kicks off and I lose my coins my money & have start over. Right now since the update, it will not even let me on. It has said loading forever and nothing is happening. I haven’t even recently bought coins & I still can’t get on. Sometimes it will not let me switch between balls. I have to use the color given at every turn.

Love the game, hate the glitches. I really enjoy the game, but it has some major glitches that never get repaired or corrected. One being that it kicks you out at the most inopportune moments, like right as you’re about to pass a level, or receive a freebie reward. Always causing you to lose a life, the level and/or the reward. Funny how that never happens at any other moment. Level 472 freezes almost all the time, causing you to have to get out and refresh the app and lose a life for a board you didn’t get to play in full. And the game kills battery life on the phone waaaay too fast! It drains the battery way more than any other app or game I’ve played. Oh and apparently it doesn’t work with the iPhone 5, which would have been nice to be able to play on another device and not kill my main device. Please correct the glitches and I’ll update my review accordingly. Thanks!

Save your powerups. I am a big bubble pop and Snoopy fan so was very excited to see this game. I am now on the final "world" and feel confident in saying that some of the later levels are truly impossible to complete without using one or more of the various power ups. Even when every ball is played perfectly, there will be levels where the given balls are insufficient to complete the level. This makes the game quite a bit less satisfying. As a side point to the creator: either charge for the game or leave it free. Nothing is more irritating than being limited in lives unless I pay real money for them. I'd much rather buy a full version of the game with limitless lives. Deducting another star for your greed.

New update has too many ads!. I LOVED this game. Played for over 1.5 years. But your latest update has the app riddled with ads. The ads at the bottom of the playin screen make the game glitchy. I can’t spend half of my game time watching ads. Sadly I don’t play as much anymore due to this. Sad the game has been sold out.

Greedy developer. If I could give zero stars... I’d rather buy the game outright for a few bucks than have to buy an expensive resource pack just to avoid seeing ads. Ok, BUT... crashes too much. You have ads, you need to make a quid, I get it. But ads during gameplay ruin the action, and game crashes when ads load. This would be ok if ads loaded after each level, but during gameplay is just too much. Fix the crashes and only load ads after each level completed.

Error on level 260. I got to level 260, completed it and it came up saying i aced it but no stars were filled in and it wont show any levels after 260 and says i havent completed the level - whats going on ?????

Scrolling Issues Hindering Game. As a Peanuts fan - great game, however from level 26 the scrolling up to see more bubbles to pop/birds to free stops, meaning you're throwing blind and unable to finish the level. Hoping this will be fixed as it's a lovely little app with the look and sounds of a Peanuts show.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME!. I absolutely loved this game and had been playing it on and off for 4 years. Early on it was fine, but the last couple of years have been a nightmare. I end up deleting the app, then 6 months later I’d give it another go but the performance is always way worse and the amount of glitches/bugs increases. I paid for the ‘no ads’ option and still got ads. There are constant ads at the bottom of the game that block you from seeing the number of boosters/powers you have. A few points/suggestions for Jam City developers: I think the rating of 4.7/5.0 is “bogus” as most of the reviews are negative. Any positive reviews were close to its inception You need to listen to the feedback that is provided. Negative feedback is never a good thing but constructive criticism is a positive thing. The app crashed badly. Hello, this game was new to me and I really enjoyed playing it as I felt really successful whenever I beat the level. However when I tried to open the app again today, it would open and would remain on the loading screen forever and I tried to close it then open it and then restart my iPhone but the app wasn’t opening. I then deleted the app and reinstalled it and lost all my progress which I am devastated of. I would like it if you could link the game with game centre so the progress is saved.

Great game; bad experience. I loved this game but had to delete it due to the psychological, cognitive and emotionally overwhelming ads. Not only are ads shown at every single interaction in the game (except during a game), but they also depict images of a woman and her child living in poverty, which is not healthy for someone to be exposed to. I would gladly pay a fee to remove ads, but unfortunately that is no option. Very poor user experience and no consideration of the end-user.

Cash grab. I used to love this game. I just reinstalled it after not having it for quite awhile. I don’t remember being so unable to even come close to clearing a level without paying a bunch of money. I also can’t even see the entire game image on my updated iPhone 12. It looks like I’ve cleared everything on the screen, but it won’t scroll up because their are more bubbles off the edge of the screen that I can’t see. The only reason I even know is because I hit one on accident. It’s just not fun at all anymore.

Could use improvement but still love the app. There’s some bugs in this app. For example, one tab “Sally’s Lovely Quest” that will not exit out and will stay on my phone (for hours) until I completely cut my phone off and back on. You get prizes for each day you play but most of the prizes never shows up on your game. One time I got an umbrella thing, of course never got, and if I did would’ve known what to do with the thing. On the other hand is a fun little addictive game. I’m not spending any more money on it though until these bugs gets fixed.

Keeps freezing!!!. My game keeps freezing!!!!! Furthermore, it won’t let me swap out the color balls. It’ll give me a red ball, and it’ll show another color available. Normally, you can swap the colors, but I swear, more often than it, it WON’T let me swap colors!!! I’m so frustrated because this game has kept me engaged longer than any other, but now I’m debating on just deleting it. And it always happens when my I have infinite lives for a certain amount of hours. I thought maybe the app needed an update, but nope, it’s already up to date. I won one and didn’t use it for the game. Went to next level and it was taken away from me. Some of the harder levels you will get ten shots and that isn’t enough to even play . There will be at least 70 balls to hit with 10 shots. You can buy more shots. For 100 coins but you only have 10 coins next try again you are offered freebies for 125 coins now. Ridiculous!!!

Still Mostly Loving It. This game is super fun! I take off one star for not having enough opportunities to earn things like coins and power ups and one star for not being able to easily go back and play other levels. To start over to get higher scores (when I’m out of levels), I have to page all the way back each time. That’s very frustrating and I don’t see that issue with any other games like this.

This game is so much fun but unfortunately it comes along with tons of glitches that will cost you and levels achieved and items earned even if it takes you a long time to finally achieve them, it is a very good chance you will lose it due to a glitch. On a positive note, when I have complained just two times because I don’t want to be complaining all the time, they compensated me within a few days with coins in the game but I still lost those levels and items achieved. If you do not mind losing what you achieve sometimes, mind you it is not all the time, then you will enjoy this game!!

Lots of glitches. I really enjoy this game, but I have several complaints. When you are saving Beagle Scouts, the bubbles occasionally do not pop, but stick at an awkward angle. The game has freezing issues, but that is getting better. My big complaint right now is that, ever since the game updated itself, there is a bar across the top and bottom that shows how many stars are earned. This bar covers up the top of the playing screen. You cannot see the top two or three rows, nor can you see the Red Barron. It’s very frustrating.

Fun game, helpful customer service!. This game has been an addiction for me for months! I’m on level 587 and I love it. Sometimes I get stuck on a level but if I really feel like I can’t advance I can use a booster. There was a glitch in the app that made the ability to get boosters go away. The developers responded right away to my review telling me they were working on it. That’s how to do customer service, folks! My experience with this app has been very positive. Thank you for the fun app!

Bug!!. So, first let me say that I love this game! That said, there is a really annoying bug that has popped up! If you do not beat a level there is an option to watch a video ad to gain 10 more bubbles to continue. This ad offer appears, but now cannot be accessed!! You lose because you cannot watch the ad. Sometimes you are very close to winning the level and really only need 1 more bubble to win. Very aggravating not to be able to get that extra bubble!!! PLEASE FIX!!!!!! I really do love this game!

Level 142 is seriously messed up. I attempting to solve level 142. It only gives me 24 balls to begin with, which is next door to impossible to break through even the first two levels. When I checked the walk throughs via Google/YouTube, I discovered that they start out with quite a few more balls than I do... 39 to be exact! So I’m quite sure there’s a glitch that needs to be fixed! Oddly enough the aforementioned problem is only an issue on the iPhone app... when I switched over to the iPad, I got the full 41 balls. The issue describe above has affected a few other levels after 142, again only on the iPhone.

Fun game but it is rigged. I’m at level 140 — which is nothing compared to some of the other players. Some of the levels now start w 10-15 less balls than they did when the game started. Making it harder to beat so you have to use boosters and such. I’m going to run out of boosters at some point, but I’m not going to spend money on it. I guess at that point, I’ll just delete the game and find something else... It’s just disappointing that it seems their business strategy is to make it harder so you have to spend money... as if the ads I watch aren’t generating money

Bad Game. I hate this game got to level 96 and every time I try to play it the thing freezes. I have cut my phone off deleted the app reloaded it and it does the same thing. Have lost so much money on it buying more moves and get this far and can’t go any further. Thanks a lot. Wish I could get my money back. Thought it was going to be a fun game to play I hate this game. Let me get to level 142 played it for a week could not win got a video to watch on U tube on how to win every video I watched had 34 balls I had only 24 guess those people could win so could I spent money to

Recent Game stalling. I love this game!! I’ve been playing this for years with a few times (not often enough to say anything) that the game stalls, making me lose the progress made on that specific level. In the last week or so, it stalls quite often when I complete a level. The animation continues with Snoopy and the rescued birds jumping and cheering and even all the confetti falls to the floor but the game doesn’t continue to the map. I have to force close the app in order to continue, which is quite annoying to do and cross my fingers that I don’t lose my progress (so far, I have not lost any when this happens). Please fix this so I can continue helping Snoopy rescue the birds...thank you!

Very buggy. This game can be a lot of fun when it is running properly. However, it freezes up often which can cost the user money if they have purchased any extra items to play. This will not be reimbursed no matter how many times you complain, so beware. Looking back years and reading other players’ reviews/complaints, this has been going on for a long time and has not been corrected yet. Too bad, because I like this game. I just don’t like being robbed by a buggy game. I wish they would fix it, but they have not.

Would be 5⭐️s if it worked!. This WOULD be a great bubble pop game - if it didn’t crash all the time! The variety in the games is nice, but sometimes it crashes in the middle of a game, and I lose the progress, and the power ups I bought. Other times it crashes between levels, especially when it tries to play ads. The ads are very annoying, even without crashing - most run a whole half-minute and can’t be closed. But it’s worse when I’ve watched the ad, then the game crashes! I considered removing the ads but then it crashed in the middle of a game again. No point in paying for a game that crashes all the time. Please fix it!

Better game for the younger set. We have played Bubble witch and younger children get frustrated running out of ammo. With Snoopy the same frustration doesn’t seem to happen. Snoopy is like their old pal they know and rescuing the birds makes a big difference. I have to admit a few times I have enjoyed the game as well. I think the whole family will have fun when you join the Peanuts in this adventure.

Snoopy. So far I am enjoying above game (NO LONGER Panda). I hope there won’t come a time when I will be so stressed out loading Snoopy like what happened to Panda. I was already in Panda’s Level 1808 when it stopped loading no matter how many times I tried. Had no choice but to delete & download the app again. Numerous times - same thing. Too much waste of time. Worst scenario is not even a response from Jam City’s Customer Service. Panda - Check your reviews. A lot of complaints. You might want to do something about them!!

Fun game as long as you are patient. I enjoy playing this game but it is designed to get a player to spend money rather that play. Most games allow you to earn rewards and spend money for additional rewards. This game, while fun is so very tight with its rewards that you have to spend money to advance from one level to the next unless you do not mind playing the same level over, and over and over again. This game is built to cause to spend money.

Snoopy Pop. I’ve written you to no avail. I never even got a message. Unless You refund me the $ Ive spent on the game only to have the game lock up, causing me to lose everything, I’ll be deleting the game a notifying everyone I know NOT to trust you! I’m 63 & feel so taken advantage of! Tonight it happened again, losing me over 120 coins due to having o leave the game & return to start over. I RESENT spending my SS on this game, only to have you ignore all my please for help! PEOPLE, do NOT trust the developers of this game or any other they’re affiliated with!!! It’s a complete rip off & they NEVER try to make it right when you lose your $ ur yo their ineptitude!!!

Crashes right when you win level. I like the game but it’s very frustrating when you cleared the level and it crashes right when Snoopy celebrates the win and the balloons come up. I’ve had this happen 5-6 times now. The higher my levels go the more it keeps crashing. Most times it’s when I used a rocket or color ball. I conveniently don’t have anymore and I have to play the level 10-20 times before I beat it. I’m sick of the crashes. I deleted the game a long time ago because of all the crashes. It hasn’t gotten any better. If you don’t mind playing games that crash making you repeat the level again and again by all means have at it. I’m deleting it again.

It’s been a good run but…. Listen, I have enjoyed this game up until recently. I am at level 773 and have been playing this game for a very long time. I have spent a lot of money on it recently too. I’m all done. The app crashes, the new bee attacks which make it impossible to win unless you buy an umbrella for 75 coins…. I’ve had enough. It’s been a good run but I’m tired of all of it. It’s gone from a really fun distraction to a source of complete frustration. I’m all done and deleting the app. It’s become nothing but a money grab. It’s a real shame.

Snoopy Pop for IPad. I'm kinda upset right about now. I have this game on my phone and I Love it. I'm fixing to go out of town and will be using my IPad and during my down time will not have my phone but IPad. So I would love to be able to play this (my favorite) on my IPad. It's like my go to game. I'm 52 years old and I don't like many of the games in the App Store but I do this. When I try to download it says that it is not compatible with this IPad. Darn, what can Jam City do about this? I'm sure there are others out there that might want to play it on there IPad also. Thanks in advance for you assistance. Kim W. I am trying to play tonight. Once I used up my bubbles that you get at the beginning of the game usually the next screen you go to you have (usually) FREE or BUY. The FREE usually comes up a couple of times but the last couple of times I have played I haven't been able to finish a level only what I could with the 1st bubbles received at the beginning of the game. I usually do several levels at one setting, until I run out of lives. I hope you can understand what I'm talking about.

Only 20 levels?. I downloaded this game a few weeks ago and there were only 80 levels. I beat all the levels and that was it. I deleted the game. My friend just told me he’s on level 83 so I downloaded game again from App Store and I can only play 20 levels. This game is very inconsistent with how many levels one can play. I don’t understand why the developers of this game would release it with 100 levels which is how high my friend can go on this game. It’s too bad because it’s a fun game with really nice graphics.

Snoopy!. I love Snoopy and bubble shooter games, so it's a given that I love this game. However, the further you get the more it cheats. Suddenly shots you have been making all along seem impossible and the balls bounce off of each other. Also, there should be a way of earning power boosts as you play. In the beginning they were coming frequently as rewards for challenges. I am past level 105 and the only way to power up is to buy them with coins, which also are not frequently earned.

It crashes, freezes, rewards not delivered. I’m in level 1700+ and it always has the same issues. Even after communicating with them, which is also a hassle, continues with the same issue. YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR LEVEL AND YOUR BOOSTERS IF YOU ANSWER A CALL OR A TEXT! I have play this level for years, I use it to distress after a long day at work, but lately it seems to stress me more lol Your boosters will be lost after the app rebooted it self after you answer a phone call or use any app that uses sound/voice. For instance, maps or Siri. App can be better.

Playful and Endearing. I’m usually not one to mobile games that have the same repeated concept over different iterations of a widespread selection. However, I found this one interesting because it was a nice playful turn on the beloved childhood Peanuts characters. It’s charming, in a sense. It doesn’t take too long to load and the graphics have that original Peanuts look to it. I say this is one of my preferred bubble-popping apps.

I love Snoopy, but not this game.. Balls change color when you shoot. Game CRASHES CONSTANTLY! Usually crashes near the end of a game, just before you win... and then you lose a life! Don't spend money on this unstable app!!! Fun game but too many problems. They should have licensed the Peanuts to a company that knows how to build a good app. Response to developer: I did update... They didn't fix anything, just added Valentines design. Are you guys not even aware of the issue?!? Did you see how many reviews mention the crashing problem??? Here's a hint... Use an iPad and take your time playing a game... I noticed it's a time issue - if I finish fast, no crash. But, if I take my time trying to figure out my moves, it crashes near the end of the game.

Customer support abysmal. I am a long-time player of this game and am writing this because I have been stuck in Snoopy Pop limbo for almost a week. The reported turnaround response time for customer support is 48 hours, yet my issue has been going on for a week, and the last time someone from support contacted me was 5 days ago. I like this game, and I will change my rating if I can get someone to pay attention and fix this issue. This game crashes with no warning, and I’ve tolerated these bugs as being part of doing business. Freezing is another matter. I recommend no one play this game until Jam City fixes it.

Great game but has flaws. This is one of my favorite game to play. It does get frustrating however, sometimes it’ll freeze right when you are about to win. Some levels you don’t have a choice but to use boosters. When you aim the bubble somewhere, it on occasion will go somewhere else or won’t pop the bubble even though it’s the same color. Overall a really great game but it does get a little annoying repeating the same level you should’ve beat

Still fun, but didn’t adapt well on newer iOS devices. Still just as fun as before but since upgrading devices the game layout doesn’t adapt well to the notch at top of newer iOS devices or the iPhone 12mini. On the iPhone 12 mini, a significant bit of the playable area is outside of the screen making it difficult to see items and to tap the X to exit pop modals. The bottom bar covers the numbers on the different items like the rocket and beach ball, and the notch at top covers most of the score and badges.

Level Issues. I thought the game was great until I reached level 159. No matter how hard I try I could not pass this level. Then I realized my bag was only filling with three colors of bubbles. I investigated into it further and saw there was a screenshot shot of this level from another player. My level looked different than his and the pinwheels that should have showed up was not coming up on mine so there’s no way I could pass the level. I noticed other problems on other levels as well but I was still at least able to pass it. Game is full of bugs so I gave up and uninstalled it.

Fun. I am addicted to this game! I never spend real money to get coins or anything. I just keep playing that level until I win. I read the reviews that say you CANNOT win without spending money. It may take MANY tries but I finally beat it. You don’t need to spend money to win, just have patients. The problem I am having is with glitches. I am on level 351. When I shoot bubbles, sometimes they don’t pop anything and will just sit there. I end up wasting 1-4 shots a turn. Some levels are pretty difficult (like the one I’m on) and need every bubble! Please fix the glitches.

Finally heard from customer support. I've been stuck on level 240, which I've beat about 10 times already, the game will not let me proceed to the next level. It's been a fun game up until now. I've contacted support twice through the support feature on the app, have not heard back at all. Update: I heard from customer support today, finally! They told me that I've reached the highest level, more levels to come. This is why I couldn't proceed to the next level. So I now give this game five stars.

Freezing. I wrote a review about the game freezing numerous times and gave 3 stars. Now, I got a new iPhone and was excited to download it! Unfortunately I realized that the game does not fit on the screen and that makes it almost impossible to play since I can’t see the whole thing and when it offers to bay something, I can’t even see the “X” to close it out so... I’m stuck and unable to play. I uninstalled and installed it again but it didn’t help. Not really happy and getting ready to uninstall it again but permanently.

TOO MANY BUGS & UNCARING DEVELOPERS. I reached so many levels that wound up freezing me out of the game, cheating me out of lives, and now at level 109, the game went completely into a black screen so that my fame which, I was winning... I will now have lost a power & wasted a life! This BS has been a recurring theme throughout the more difficult levels of the game. BUG FIXES WOULD BE NICE! Because all I have right now...unless I end the game...IS A BLANK, BLACK SCREEN AT LEVEL 109!!!! Addendum: I have now deleted this game. I used to receive some FREE Bubbles but after writing the above...received NONE & NOTHING HAD BEEN FIXED. DON’T WASTE your time, energy and thought on this game. THIS GAME SIMPLY ISN’T WORTH IT & NEITHER ARE THIS APPS DEVELOPERS.

PLEASE READ!!!!. This game is absolutely amazing. The graphics are amazing especially for a mobile game. Plus I do not get as many adds as people say they do🤷‍♂️. Plus as a Charlie Brown fan this game is perfect with all the correct characters from the movies. Some down sides are that sometimes it will crash randomly and somethings you have to cheat your way to win. Other than that this game is amazing and fantastic. I definitely suggest this game to play

LOVE the game!. I love this game! Had a few times where it was running poorly but it resolved itself or I had help from service people. I just completed the last level available. They need to make more!!!! I was so obsessed with this game! Could have had more opportunities to get the firecracker and the beach ball thing though. I loved that they did the 30 second commercial thing for extra power ups to select before beginning the level.

Too many ads!. The game is fun. I would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for the fact it has too many ads. I get 2 ads in a row after I beat a level. 1 ad when I start a new level. 1 ad when I activate one of the helping tools. I understand having to watch an ad to get extra helping tools, but I seriously just played for 10 minutes and watched 10 ads. I’m considering deleting the game for this frustrating thing alone. I understand y’all make money off the ads, but clearly y’all are getting greedy because there has been an insane amount of ads lately.

Fun but inconsistent. I've been playing and greatly enjoying my time doing so. However when I get stumped on a level I will search for video walk throughs. I've noticed that the videos show either a completely different layout or different number of starting bubbles. And not just a small difference; the video examples will have nearly twenty more bubbles than my game. I've now been stuck on the same level for nearly a week, and the challenge is no longer fun. Especially when the guidance that is available isn't applicable.

Too many ads!. Used to be a fun, though at times frustrating game, but now it is just full of unskippable ads. Every level played, win or lose, results in another ad being displayed. Ads used to be optional for power ups, but now you’re stuck watching ads half the time. Edit: I don’t see the point of opening a support ticket. This isn’t a bug report. This is the developer’s choice to try to squeeze as much money out of the app as possible. Additionally, since my initial review, the ads have gotten worse with now banner ads appearing on the play field. Like another reviewer said, this isn’t a game, this is an ad app.

So much for a free app. I like the graphics, but don’t like the fact that you always need to buy more bubbles. Also, don’t like the fact that you go back to the beginning if you don’t complete a level. I could see repeating the same level but not going back to the beginning. Real not cool when you are on the last challenge and you have to start all over again.

App is pasting clipboard without permission.. The game is silly, fun, and works well as a quick time waster. HOWEVER, at least as of the latest update, the app is pasting recently copied text from the clipboard without permission on open. I’ve reached out to support about this and they keep saying it’s “something with clipboard settings” and telling me to reach out to Apple; so either they don’t understand how the clipboard paste notifications now work in iOS 14, or they’re trying to lie about it. I suspect they’re just low level support and don’t understand, but this is a privacy concern and should be addressed by someone in the company who knows what they’re talking about.

Love it 😍. I love this game. It takes away my stress and it is so fun. I did not know that this was a game until my cousin told me it was a fun game to play if you are bored during self quarantine with this coronavirus. So I bought the game and it does take away my stress and I am not bored anymore in self quarantine. I used to put a sock puppet on my hand, sit in the window, and pretend that the sock puppet was eating the cars passing by. But no. Now I sit in my bed and play Snoopy Pop. Thank you for the game Love, 11 year old tween

Random close of game. I am on level 416 of this game and it’s obvious that I like it, but with that being said, nothing pisses me off more than when the game shuts off and closes out mid way thru while playing. Or while trying to get the free extra balls or whatever. I had put the game down for probably a year and picked it up again just recently. Now I remember why I had stopped playing it. Can we get this glitch fixed already? I’d like to play it in peace just one time!!!

Love the game. The best bubble game until the last few days. Constantly freezing up…. Was only able to play it once in my 6 hours of free lives. Deleted app and reinstalled. Stayed at same level , but LOST all my coins and the other help items I had earned. Would be nice off this issue gets fixed soon. Don’t want to look for another game PLEASE FIX ISSUE!!

Buyer Beware. While I love playing this game - but I have lost count of the glitches when I buy any package. Just happened again when I was buying one - all it kept saying was loading but never did. However it did load took the 40 coins & shut the level down so I would need to start over. This has now happened once too often, unfortunately I will not be playing this game any longer.

Advertisement glitches. This game would get a fantastic 5/5 if everytime I watched an ad and actually got my extra bubbles that I need to win the game. Sometimes I’ll watch one and and it doesn’t give it to me so I watch another one because I’m such a forgiving person but after 4 ads and still no extra bubbles I draw the line. This has happened way to often and I feel like you guys there and Snoopy pop inc are swindling me and many others. This injustice needs to be fixed and I demand compensation for my countless amount of wasted minutes of my life watching ads for nothing in return while you guys are making money off of it.
