Over time tracking. My main complaint “and maybe it’s the way my employer has it set up?” Is that I have a bi weekly time card. Wish it would it keep track of ones hours weekly. So if you have overtime the first week of the cycle and don’t want or not suppose to do OT the second week you knew how many hours you had for that week at a glance instead of having to add up each day and subtract …. Also why can’t it show you your time in minutes instead of hundreds of an hour? An alarm function would be nice for that to. So you could have x minute warning to give one time to lock up or whatever before punching out

Does Not Work. I am basically a one-person HR department for a company that uses this app so staff members have access to their own information (payroll, time clock, pto/sick requests, etc). The frequency in which staff members come to see me because their app just DOES NOT WORK is astounding and the fact that the error message will tell them to see their HR department for help is just comical because I simply do not have access to their information!! They will put in their EEID & password and the app will say it’s incorrect when it IS correct. Staff members are consistently having to continue attempting to sign in until they’re locked out & have to reset their password the next day. It is ridiculous that they are hardly ever able to access their information when that is the whole point of them having the app. With the way the system is set up, I do not have access to their payroll information which is what they need a lot of the time so I end up having to just turn them away because there is nothing I can do for them. Everyone in management I work with (and across the company) also hate this app for the same reasons. I try my best to do what I can for my staff but this app makes it impossible.

Might be the single worst app ever created.. And I’m genuinely not exaggerating. I have to use this everyday and it takes about 20-25 minutes just to clock in and out. The servers are down roughly half the time. The login process is insanely poorly designed and usually has to be attempted multiple times because the app crashes or freezes halfway through. For an app that is just a sign in process and then one button press it’s literally the most poorly programmed app that mankind has yet to create. Or at least that I have witnessed. Also I have an iPhone 12 and insanely good reception at work just in case anyone thinks it might be my phone or anything other than the app developers fault

Doesn’t work right…. Have been waiting for an update and no change from the previous version. The app does not work as advertised here. Apps are supposed to be a replacement for using a website for getting things done for your account. This app only displays basic information and doesn’t allow me to Clock On or Clock Off or submit requests for TimeOff. Have been a part time employee for 9 months and have a bigger background in security than anyone who I work with. I know what apps are supposed to be and this one is not working for me. I still have to log in via the website and cannot use this app as advertised.

Can’t login. I’ve been employed with a company using UKG for 6 months. Every month I try to redownload this app and login but it doesn’t work. I can log in at work on their computer and but not on ANY of my personal devices, while the entire team can clock-in, taxes, everything from their phone. IT support said it was the apostrophe in my last name (O’Dell). But I can login just fine at work? Doesn’t make sense. Would really like this app to work so I can do taxes without being physically present at work to login, and so I don’t have to wast 5 minutes and be late everyday trying to clock in to work through a chrome browser on a windows tablet(bleh) Please someone look into this thanks.

App Rarely opens out works. I’ve been using this app just about everyday for work since May and it will allow me to sign in maybe half the time. I’m constantly having to ask my superior fix my time sheets because the app doesn’t want to work correctly. He’s annoyed and tired of changing it all the time, and I don’t blame him. I’m TIRED of seeing the same two messages when I try to log into the app - “No company servers available” and “we’re having trouble connecting to the sign in server”. This happens literally at least half the time I try to sign into the app in order for me to “Clock in” or “Clock Out” of work. It’s come to a point that I have to pray that my app will work properly. This shouldn’t be the case, especially if y’all had any competent coders and programmers. However, WHEN IT DOES WORK, I do like the UI of the app and how it’s organized. But again, the app rarely even works in the first place. It’s literally become a joke within our company because it’s known to be UNRELIABLE.

My time card not showing. I recently been hired at this job I been working for about 2 months I had download this since then my time card has not shown, and my calendar can the developer please take a look in to it. I done tried many solutions such as re-downloading the app, talk to my HR, and tried to login on another devices nothing has work, can the developer please take a look into this. It’s been going on for too long can someone please contact cause it’s hasn’t work, I done tried everything possible. This Is a recommended app, and developer should keep up with there update can someone please help.

Kinda Sorta works…. Honestly this app location is pretty decent. I don’t have a ton of bad things to even say. However! There are two burning red hot issues! The main components that make up the application, the literal bones either unresponsive or simply too slow to be beneficial. Firstly on initial loading of the app, it scans your biometrics, which works flawlessly. However the very next step where the page loads is problem! Because it doesn’t. You may have to close and open the app at minimum twice to get that initial page to load properly. And this is over the network or wifi. And across multiple networks and cellular device types. Me and my coworkers are barely able to log in and out as this is how we clock in and out for work. The second issue is quite similar. Once in the application loading your calendar can be a real pain. The delay between loading the calendar and the the load time after the entire calendar view and a specific day is almost unreal. In some and or most instances you’re never sure if the app has frozen or it’s just taking it’s good ole time loading. Other than these two issues this app has everything! Very fluid, you can find almost any and everything you should need to be and stay productive. If these two main issues would be addressed, I could see no reason this application wouldn’t be a 4.0 or better.

App can use rework for time off requests. So I like the app for being able to view my paycheck and have no problems logging in like the others have spoken about. But I will say the one thing that you guys should add is an option of “Other” when you submit time off requests. And then write a comment to specify. I say this, because I don’t want to use my PTO every time I request a day off when I rather submit “Other” and explain that I just want that day off to be one of the regular two days we have off in a seven day work week.

Missed punches. I just started to use this application and am having problems getting paid because the app says that I am successfully punched in and that it will take a few minutes to update. The next think I know is that I missed a couple of days of pay. I learned to refresh the page, but, now, I have little to no confidence in the program. I know they will pay me, but I have to wait until the next payday for compensation. It is totally frustrating. I haven’t gotten paid correctly since I’ve started. Thanks!

wouldn’t use this.. my company is using this app but it has proved to be nothing but an issue. every 180 i get kicked out and have to re-verify my information which in turn causes me to get locked out EVERY SINGLE time despite my information never changing and i have to contact my HR to have them reset my ultipro because it refuses to accept my security question answers which never change. now this time i can’t even get into my ultipro even after my HR has rest my account to even allow me to change the password from the temporary one they gave and i’m effectively wiped from the system due to this stupid app. now i have to jump through more hoops to get my self-serve employee portal ( ulti-pro) to work and that includes getting ahold of HR again AND either payroll or IT. that isn’t fair. as a graveyard dispatcher i do not have energy nor the time to jump these hoops but now have to deal it just so i can have access to my information including PTO,paystubs, and W-2 forms. i do not recommend this app. find a different app or if your company has the means develop your own.

Checking Hours. So far the app is like of nice you can see your details about your taxes and the breakdown of your paycheck when it comes to taxes and gross pay would be great if you could actually check your hours to make sure that everything is right or check and see if your missing hours but when you click the time button it takes you to a page that just says error and I even updated the app within the last 10 minute thinking that may be the problem but same thing when that’s fixed and you can actually check your hours (Time) it will be a great deal better in my opinion

Unreliable. The idea of this app was great. Consolidating multiple apps into a one-stop place for everything. Sadly, the app is extremely unreliable. It fails to load, fails to log you in at all, or certain components fail to work whilst the rest work just fine. The part I need on a daily basis, the ability to clock in/out, seems to be the most unreliable of them all. I don’t understand why a gaming app about flinging chickens at structures works flawlessly 99% of the time, but a “professional” service app, with very basic components works only about 50% of the time. One central app sounded great on paper. The reality has been a buggy unreliable headache. I’m hoping my employer sees the light and goes back to the old apps we used before. Apps that worked pretty consistently. I’d rather have to deal with the “inconvenience” of needing multiple apps than have to spend another year with this.

Almost hate it. My hospital just switched from nursegrid to this for scheduling and it is awful. It isnt user friendly AT ALL!!!! You can’t see other people’s schedule and you can’t link and share with external calendars like icalendar. I went to the help section on the app and website thinking maybe I just couldn’t figure these things out and both are TERRIBLE! They should just delete this section because it’s worthless. I couldn’t even find contact info to call or email about these things. Maybe it’s better for the payroll people, but I wish we had stayed with nursegrid. Wish I could give this negative stars!!!!

Not user friendly. On the App and on the website it makes you login and then click on Time Clock to open before you can even clock in. A LOT of days we have issues with the Time Clock page opening and we can’t even clock in or out. I’m not on this site 3-4 times a day for pleasure I’m on it to clock in and out. Access to the time clock should be first thing you see. It drives me crazy that you have to open an additional page to clock in or out. At lunch today it took 3 minutes to open the Time Clock page to be able to go to lunch. It’s frustrating and just a waste of time.

Not Sure who’s writing the other reviews. Just started work for a company that unitize this app and it’s absolutely atrocious. It’s taken me a week to merely get logged in, I haven’t even used the app itself for work, but based on this initial impression I am sure it’s going to be horrible. Once an employee has signed their work contract, which includes timesheets, email, and employee ID there should be no further barrier for them to login to the app. It’s not my contract supervisors responsibility to clock my hours or aid me in login an app. The process should work seamlessly, with little need for go between, or contacting HR to use an app. Other companies exist that are far better with less hassle and nonsense. For employers I would recommend looking at those to save money and increase productive. Time spent trying to login to a garbage app, use a garbage app, or talking with others to fix a problem with using a garbage app is productive and money lost.

Always has an issue. The UI is clunky and slow. It always asks for a password, and never has anything faster like a PIN for logging back in. It always takes at least 2 minutes just to clock in, even longer if the app is running in the background and gives the logged out message. Logging in from that screen only gives an endless loading screen, so I have to force-close and log in again. I get a lot of issues logging in, and everything acts as a setback to logging my hours. Passwords expire with no warning, so instead of letting me log in to clock in to work, then updating my password if it would expire in the next [unit of time], the app would rather me sit around and fiddle with making a new password for ten minutes and waste time that I don’t get paid for and makes me late for work. I most often use this app to punch in and out of work, and that’s all I need it to do. I shouldn’t have to log in multiple times to make one punch.

Terrible!. We were updated from ultipro. I can’t do anything with this app. This is how we put in for vacation and look at our timesheets and pay. It won’t let me do anything. I’m seriously looking for any help with this app. For now I’ll have to use the HR portal that I can only access at work. Probably going to delete this off my phone since it’s useless and taking up space. Update—the developer updated on their end. Now it works as it’s supposed to. Thank you!!!

Idiocy. This app can be very frustrating as far as location. You can be standing inside the building and not be in range but you can be driving out of the parking lot and be IN range. Also, it’ll say that you have successfully logged your punch in/out but when you refresh the punch doesn’t show. So it didn’t actually work. Then you have to punch 2-12 more times for it to actually show up upon refreshing. Everyone dislikes this app where I work and there are hundreds of companies under our parent company who use it. I wish they’d find another time keeping company.

Constant issues. This app is terrible. It never works, I have issues every single morning trying to clock into work. The desktop site is just as bad. Every morning I have to login both the app and the desktop to see which one will work first so I can clock in for work and not be late. I have to email my boss every morning to let him know I’m not clocking in late but that the site or the app does not work and he has to adjust my time every week. I don’t understand how a company like this, where their customers depend on their app to clock in the employees and track their hours cannot get an app or a desktop site to function especially during a time like this where many people are working from home and need to depend on these apps. I’ve had to use several different types of site or apps over the years to clock in for work and this one has been by far the WORST!

The worst time off management system. In PTO plans, it won’t show you how many hours you have left for the rest of the year, the total hours won’t include carried over hours, and it won’t show your pending requested hours. This made your planning a nightmare. Most people at our company use Excel to calculate this!!! When requesting time off for individual days, you have to submit a request for each day separately. Our old system allows you to submit a single request for individual days and/or a range of days. You cannot modify or cancel a pending request. You have to ask your approver (most likely your manager) to do it for you. In requests view, it shows the initiated date time, but doesn’t show you the day the request was for. You have to click into each one to see it. This is the worst time off management system I’ve ever used.

Poor and Inconsistent. If you have the ability to utilize a desktop, use that. The app is very inconsistent when it actually punches, and will be unavailable to load anything or login 70% of the time. In the past years I’ve used the app I have had no issues, but over the course of 8 months in my new role I have had mother but problems when signing in, clocking in and out, and simply trying to view certain items about my pay. Don’t rely on the app and don’t use if you’re able to, it creates more headaches than actually having a solution to an easy way to clock in and out and see your work info.

Celery thing is great except for its main function...Can’t punch clock in. Great concept with having everything at your fingertips with research from pay, who is in your organizational chart, accrued vacation & PTO, & hours worked. The only thing that is terrible about this app is the main function which is there is no way to clock in for work! I set this up at the range location where I would clock in. The app gives me a message that I am not in range and to move closer when I am in the office where I set this app up. Very disappointed in wasting space on my phone for a time clock that doesn’t do its main purpose. 😡😡😡 Please, fix it. Thanks.

Literally the worst app of all time.. Just read the reviews. Worst app ever, if you are part of developing this app, do us all a favor and quit your job, your obviously not qualified. We have had employees go home sick and contemplating quitting because of how stressful the logging in procedure is. I have to come to work 15 minutes early and make multiple attempts to log in, and sometimes still do not get in, nothing like being stressed out for the day before you even start your shift. If you are a company that is looking at a new company app for logging in payroll etc, do your employees a favor and pass this one up and choose a different one.

Always getting locked out.. I use to use the website which would make me change my password every 6 months and would never remember the change due to password specifications. Now I use the and and had my password saved with Face ID and now it says suddenly that my session has expired and cannot access my paystubs again. So tired of going to HR to get logged in. I hate that businesses use your service. I just want it to be easy to check my paystubs without jumping through hoops a couple times a year. 🤮

I wouldn’t recommend. Completely unprofessional, they don’t even have a direct contact or number just an email. Logging in is even worse. I log in one time then log out only to come back saying my password is incorrect, which is not even a possibility, I have all my passwords written down and saved on my phone. Every other team member in the company has completely different usernames, even though they gave us a format for the passwords to be the same. This app has great potential but it seems to me some people have problems and others don’t making this extremely inconsistent. For an app made to give employees an insight to paperwork and paychecks makes it in my opinion unreliable

one of the worst apps i’ve EVER used. not only is this a horrible program for scheduling but it's UI is so unintuitive and it makes you sign in every freaking time you open the app. it's clunky and hard to use and it doesn't make sense. also there's no ability to pick up shifts on this app because it only shows you days you are "already scheduled" as days you can pick up even though it's impossible to pick up a shift on a day you're ALREADY SCHEDULED. I cannot say enough horrible things about this godforsaken program and if my company continues to use it for a long time I'm gonna have to quit my job. UKG is ruining my life I just cannot continue to work with this awful app.

Make it more user friendly. When looking at the timecard view, employees do not see total hours being paid, only total hours worked. Their PTO is listed in days and the hours for those days are not included. The only way to see the breakdown of regular hours worked and PTO hours is to click 3 vertical dots on the bottom right and then click the word “Totals”. Those things don’t even look like links to new information. It’s very difficult for employees to feel confident in approving their time cards. Also when approving time cards, the default is always the current pay period and it is not obvious that you need to access the previous period first. The way to access the previous period is hard to find. The app should warn you that you are approving the current period which literally just started.

This app isn’t good. I have never had such a frustrating time using an app. When I face scan it just says there’s a server issue I try to sign in and it says the password I used isn’t accurate even tho I have a screen shot of the password. I try to reset it and it says the answers I provide aren’t correct even tho I also have a screenshot of those questions and the answers I provided. I’ve literally been through this process at least 3 times, and when I am able to access the app the interface is hideous, clunky and doesn’t even keep accurate information in real time. This app is in need of a major overhaul.

m UltiPro blems. Unless the company that required me to download this hadn’t unlocked all the features, this is fairly circular and limited. The embedded’ email’ function only links to your email account and, when I finally did get a notification, it came through my email, not the app; yet it was altered to look like it came from my own email account. The PTO was almost never correct and for a long time did not match what was on payroll page, nor the timesheet page. You never knew what to believe except that you’d better email yourself all pay stubs and screenshot everything else before you lose access and your account is locked, because your company refuses to give you paper copies. Just enough wiggle room for each company to blame the other if there’s a discrepancy. Beware of the how it keeps track of and displays time( but, again that might be the company not the app- although both PTO and earnings info on check stubs are carried out to 4 decimal places, the check stub info never shows anything past 10ths., while the PTO is posted in 100ths hours, 60 min blocks (time worked) ; tenths, 6 min blocks (decimals, display reasons); twelfths, 5 min blocks (rounding every 2.5min, so technically 24ths?)

Most brain dead login app ever. I don’t even use this app myself but my mom does for work and the amount of times I get locked out of this app while logging in for her is ridiculous. I am always typing in the information correctly, everything is perfect and still getting locked out. I know it’s not an issue on my end because I have talked with her management before and resolved the issue and specifically remember the new login each time and it still ends up getting locked after a while. I don’t even understand how a company can screw up their login system this badly. If I could give this app 0 stars I would because this is just ridiculous at this point.

App Loading. This is my first review. I had this app for 8 years never had issues. Just yesterday, I’ve noticed that it won’t load everything including calendar, time card, and time off. It will will say “it looks like something didn’t load right. Tap reload to refresh app.” Did that nothing. I’m not sure if it’s my phone or the update I did but I need to access everything before going back to the actual safari browser. I hope someone sees this. Thank

I don’t know why this app gets such good reviews. This app used to work well. When my company first started using it it worked. Now for the last several months the app is useless. My time is split with two entries per day. The app only show the first entry. It says 8hrs but only reveals 4 of them. If I add time in another entry it will show up but the second half of my day is still missing. Trying to take time off is a pain. Half the time I try to put in for a day off and the app does nothing. I have to go to a computer and log into the full website to schedule time off. The mobile site is also useless for scheduling time off. I reported this to my HR department and was told UltiPro knows about the issue. How hard can it be to fix when you had a working app and go live with a new app that breaks the most useful features and months later nothing is done about it? Please fix this app and please test your software before release, or at least go back to the working version.

Not remotely user-friendly. I’m not sure who are giving these glowing reviews. This app seems to have been designed as just a mobile website and not even accounting for how people log info with phones or generally go about using apps. I will grant that the app LOOKS modern and clean — which is great and I do appreciate. But sheesh, so SO clunky to use the time logging feature — which is the primary reason I downloaded. It’s so time consuming entering time, I am going back to using the browser version on my phone (when remote from my computer). And that decision itself should tell you how bad this app is, because the web version is also a clunker to use on the phone! Please, make a version or something that doesn’t take so many taps and clicks to do what you need it to do. Maybe snag some ideas from some competitors or something.

Has literally never worked. I’ve been using this service since I started my job at my current company last July. Not once has this app ever been able to sign in. Everything is always correct. But without fail, every single time, for 10 months now, I get this error: “We’re having trouble connecting to the sign in server. Please make sure your internet connection is working and try again”. Well, if my internet connection was the problem, then why am I able to leave this bad review using the same device at the same time I am getting the error? I’ve tried 3 times since I started typing this review until now when I am finished. Your app is worthless. Hire better developers. I always have to use my laptop to check pay stubs. Which is ridiculous in 2023.

Connection / never works. I never write reviews but this app is just horrible I just had to share to hopefully get this issues resolved. And after reading all the reviews it’s still the same issue! The app never connects, consistently can never connect to the server, or save punches! I just started a new company and they require us to use this app to clock in and out for work and lunch. But just like every review here I have to hope the app will connect on time or login correctly or even connect to the server! I have to login before my start time and keep it open in hopes it will be functional for me to clock in on time. And as far as lunch I spend majority of my lunches battling logging in or making sure my lunches save! Every week I have to email my manager to correct some punch whether something didn’t save or I couldn’t login to punch in on time! As a new hire that makes me look incompetent! Come on developers I know I’m not the only person experiencing this issue as it’s been addressed here in the reviews for over a year now! I write this because I’m forced to use this horrible app otherwise I would not be here! Please fix your app!

So so. I love the integration with payroll, benefits, company info all in one app. The scheduling portion is light compared to HotSchedules. The most disappointing aspect is that notifications don’t seem to work. Email and phone are correct in profile, but I get neither email nor phone notifications about schedule updates. And although I have notifications turned on in the app and enabled in my phone’s settings, I don’t receive push notifications. Also, doesn’t seem to integrate with Google or iPhone calendar. These all are pretty standard features of every other scheduling app I’ve used. Update: Another feature lacking is the ability to offer a shift to a particular individual (available in HotSchedules and Harri). Also, an internal messaging feature would be nice, to connect with managers and coworkers about shift offers, questions, etc. (Available in SlingShifts and Harri). Finally, another feature standard in other scheduling apps, and which would be helpful, is the ability to see pending pickup/swap requests and also have the ability to cancel pending requests.

Timesheets not visible in recent update 😡. An a manager, the app USED TO BE incredible! I could verify, correct, and approve timesheets within the app, versus having to be on my employer’s network and login into the site. The app was so much faster!! However, recent updates took away that ability. Now, when employee timesheets are clicked, a solid white screen comes up. HR opened a ticket with UltiPro and was told they were working on the problem — NOT FAST ENOUGH!! The app was such a time saver and the change in capabilities has crippled me. It’s not a user setting — it’s widespread in the application. I am frustrated to see there have been updates and “bug fixes” over the last couple of weeks, but this problem was not addressed. This is a key function. Crazy that you haven’t prioritized the problem for your customers. 🤔

HIGHLY IRRITATED.. This app is horrible. It won't launch on my iPhone 15, I have changed my web default browser from safari, to google, edge, you name it. The only support you receive is to contact your hr to reset password which isn't the problem. I can't help that my employers use this app for their employees but their is not point when I can't get past the login screen. 👎🏻 Unfortunately, when I have called my employers they state this isn't their first complaint and they can only tell us to use a desktop. The desktop version isn't even the same as the app so I can a can't see if my pay matches with the hours I've put in. Customers should have the option to speak to a representative for solutions. Never have I been so disappointed in an app.

Icons deceive the ease of the app. Deceiving, miss-leading is just simply the one thing I would say. The icons appear as if will be user friendly until you try to use the time and attendance nightmare. To have to scroll and scroll because the search function is specific enough. The main heartache is literally Editing your daily inputs by also scrolling and scrolling each time you have to enter a field of data. The worst because for most phones at a point while scrolling the screen jumps and you have to start over. I believe for date or time entry it should allow for manual entry. No copy and paste ease adds to the stress of this day entry each day multiple times a day. As most of the stress is with the UTA format I have to score this app as 1 star but I would give half of that. If they made this a easy as the linked learning/training add on I would give the app a full 5 star rating

Awful User Experience. As a department manager I cannot begin to describe how terrible this app is and the pain it creates. I manage a team of 31 people who use this app. I have multiple users, multiple times per week, who all report the inability to correctly use the time clock. They get screens that never load or error messages saying that our company doesn’t exist. I have confirmed with our IT department that everything is set up correctly, made sure all of my users have the most up-to-date version of the app, and even made everybody reset their passwords in an attempt to get this thing to work. It’s now at the point that my employees have to send me notes to correct their time cards almost every day. If it was up to me I would take our company of more than 400 users to a different solution. Update: New app name, same poor performance. Same Company not found messages, same unintuitive work flow. Our company had to tell all employees to use desktop computers to clock in and out because the app is so glitchy.

Give me a break…. I’ve been with my company for over 20 years. The entire time they used ADP for the payroll. Never had one problem with it. This year they decide to switch to this UKG. The app worked for 1.5 weeks and has now NOT worked for 1.5 weeks. Log in server issues prevent you from being able to use this app!! The issue for employees is that our company went from using time clocks from ADP to using this web/app based punch in/out system. Which you can no longer do in the app because the server just doesn’t seem to be able to be fixed. So now there is one of two time clocks in our entire facility that every employee has to use. It’s just a major inconvenience when you’ve been sold a bill of goods about how convenient your product is to use. This is the company that our payroll is entrusted to… scary

SUPER FRUSTRATING. I’m the office manager/HR director at our company. I spend valuable hours handling UKG problems with our employees * The the initial sign up to the app is confusing and in numerous cases the employees user name does not follow the guidelines * Changing passwords every 90 days is a nightmare. It is impossible to do on the app, when I called the support line I was told that it had to be done online. That is very inconvenient for our employees. * My employees were complaining about the support line; I decided to see what the problem was. I called for 4 hours! No answer was on hold for 20 minutes each time then disconnected. The phone was never answered. * I reached out to the support line via email with a log in problem. The answer I received was ticket resolved along with the blanket instructions on how to login. THOSE WERE ALREADY PROVIDED TO THE EMPLOYEE It has now become my job, along with my other responsibilities to provide our employees with their paystubs, update their direct deposit, and inform them of their PTO hours because they are not unable to access them through this app

Works pretty good. I use this to do some quick checks on my paycheck and time off. It would be sooo helpful if we could do time management and time punches from the app. We have to do daily time punches and add some line items in management. It is very cumbersome to have to use the desktop version for this. Everyone uses their phones and it’s easy to select the wrong thing with the micro text. So if it’s possible to utilize the app, I know a whole bunch of folks that would greatly appreciate it!

Please fix this one thing. As of the update for August 2023, I have noticed that when manually entering time, the scrolling feature is harder to use. The scrolling is choppy and when indicating the time you want to select, it is not at the very bottom, and I’m constantly selecting the wrong time. The color of the text is only very slightly different and it’s hard to see the difference in the time you are wanting to select vs the rest of the scroll. Aside from that, the app is very convenient and easy to use. It is feature rich and saves time having everything in one spot.

Expect errors and crashes daily. I’ve been using this app daily for about a year. The app is slow, and typically takes 2-5 attempts to sign in. This app has errors that can come at different steps in the log-in process, and it often won’t recognize password. It’s a running joke with the 50+ people I work with that ukg will never have an easy sign in. At this point I’m surprised if I can get signed in on the first try. Getting the same errors over and over for many months tells me that no one on the developer side is addressing the issues. ***update** Another day another unresponsive ukg. Ten minutes of trying to clock in, still can’t get past the first page. My wages are evaluated by criteria that includes punctuality. I’m Here working without being able to clock in and my annual review will show I was late today. The excuse that the app isn’t working can only be used so many times.

Be more like Hot Schedules. Maybe as an employer this system is great, I wouldn’t know, but as an employee..it’s awful. What’s the point of an app if it’s going to open into an unintuitive page on a web browser? It should be seamless to see my schedule, see what shifts are available to pick up, find coworkers contact info (if they choose to share it), message coworkers/managers and release shifts for others to pick up, but instead it’s clunky and confusing. My advice to employers: save yourself the headache, invest in Hot Schedules and find something else for payroll/bookkeeping. It’s just the cost of doing business. And you’ll have happier employees.

Works only on or employee platform. Will not work for multiple jobs. I use this for my position at one of my several on call jobs at hotels and parks in the Orlando area. These places all use Kronos for payroll timekeeping and you keep track with this app. My issue is it will not allow to interchange these 4 different places to track time, pay or sign documents or check schedules. I constantly have to stay on top with managers, as I cannot run more than 1 employer. Cannot load multiple apps for other jobs and have tried to erase one address to put another to see if that works…and it does not….this was when it was Kronos. Is there any possibility to list other employers and scroll to one you want to use. I know others with several on call positions in same dilemma.

Never had so many issues with something. This app and the whole website and everything about this company is so poorly organized. The amount of times I have to change my password or can’t log in because I’m not on the specific log in page is unbelievable. I don’t know why I have to go through 7 different login pages to find the right one. Then when I finally have it figured it out, I get repeat emails about stuff that I already completed but I convince myself there’s something more, and end up emailing someone to which I receive little help and they fix problems that aren’t problems. Like I email for one issue and they solve it by changing my password. That’s if they even respond in a timely manor. I wish they would just centralize it and make it easy for people.

It doesn’t even deserve one star!. One of the worst apps ever! Why any company would pick to use such a completely unusable app is beyond me. Me and about 12 employees that I work with have made an account with your app only to be logged out and not be able to get back into it. Not for forgetting passwords or usernames but because this able is completely unusable. Fix your app. It’s trash. If there was anyway I wouldn’t ever have to use the app I wouldn’t unfortunately I’ve got no choice. So for now I’m locked out of it with no way to track my hours or get my time of scheduled,etc. Do something to fix it. It’s so annoying! Everytime you try to get back into the ap it says contact ukg administrators????Yeahtherws a reason you don’t have a number or email address for issues because literally everyone forced to use your app would be bombarding you with emails asking you to fix the issues. I am going to my HR if it’s not fixed and so are my coworkers saying just how useless this app is.

Majority of the companies I’ve worked for have had their employees use this app. It is not the worst, but I personally hate when I have to download an app for work purposes. The chances it will work on your phone is a 50/50 coin toss however so good luck accessing those pay stubs!

Password!. Hi! I love the program and how it works but really disappointed in the fact whenever they do an update my Face ID doesn’t work and need to put in my password again. What is the point I say in that? I use my Face ID security login so I don’t have to remember my password. Nothing more secure than my Face ID! Please fix this! Almost never works. I’ve reinstalled so many times but this app almost always encounters and error when I try to sign in. When it works, it’s very useful but unfortunately, it doesn’t actually let me sign in very often.

Signing in. Constant issues signing in, I just got a notification that my paystub is ready but “cant contact sign in server” when signing in every other time

Remember me option. Please add the remember me option during the login process. I have to manually type in all information each time I need to login. Every other app I use has this feature yet somehow a massive company like yours does not have this some how? I haven’t had a lot of the other issues other users have experienced other than a couple times the past few months there were technical issues where I could not login that resolved itself the following day.

Latest update. Since the newest update I’m not able to see the PDF of my paystub. Is that something the employer sets or something removed in the latest update? Up until then I loved the program and found it very helpful.

Do not like this app. Our company said that we were moving into the 21st century with this app. I downloaded it signed in and for the first 2 weeks entered my start and end times flawlessly using the timesheet option. Then we were told to start using the time clock punch option and I’ve had nothing but problems, it punches me in but never punches me out. My second punch should be my punch out but it’s always another punch in instead! I’ve had to get my times corrected by the hr or my direct supervisor. Not impressed at all!

If I didn’t have to…. I wouldn’t use this app. My company switched over months ago and it has nothing more than a thorn in my backside. Fix it please ❤️. I’m having the same problem as the last 2 recent comments I saw. It rarely loads up for me but when it does it works fine. When I use the website it just tells me my password is incorrect all the time even tho I changed it and put the new one in which makes no sense what’s so ever 🙃.

The app is awful. The app is constantly having issues, or crashing. All the 5 star reviews for it are mostly bots, or people calling it horrible but still giving it 5 stars which is kind of sketch. A week won't go by without myself or multiple coworkers having issues with it, and some people I work with have been completely unable to use it since we switched to this system months ago. Save yourself a lot of time and headaches and stay away from this app.

What happened?. Up until this recent update I was able to print my check stub, now it will not allow me to... why? Thank you for acting so quickly to solve this issue. Once I received the email asking me to try printing again.... it was flawless! Simple as always and easy to find the option as well as simple to use. Again thank you!

I try logging in and it says user requires profile to login. Never works right. If I could give negative stars I would. Locked out of my account. Login fails every time!!!. My dad, who can barely use a smartphone, needs to use this app to make sure his hours are being clocked in and every time I have to reset his password on a different device so that he can log in. He uses a Samsung phone and I have to use my iPhone to reset his password because the app doesn’t let me reset from his phone. I’ve had to do this EVERY TIME because the app never logs in with the previous password. Fix these issues! Once I manage to log in the app is easy to navigate but the login process makes this app a headache to use.

The worst. No notifications about schedules being posted. No notifications about open/released shifts. No notifications when a shift is directly offered to you. NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH ANOTHER EMPLOYEE. Never loads completely when first opened. CANT LOOK AT YOUR SCHEDULE FROM DESKTOP VERSION, when you are forced to go to the desktop version to do something because the app doesn’t handle all your needs. HORRIBLE TERRIBLE USELESS WORST APP EVER!. This company is basically a phishing site. That’s why there is no contact to them directly. The Admins are able to access your account and change things without your knowledge. The emails you receive from them have no info or signatures and a no reply address. It’s unbearably unprofessional. Keep everything and track everything and get your coworkers with you then go to a lawyer. They give out our information. They change our timesheets and insurance information. What a terrible company, app, tech, everything! No support from the company. You can’t log in and can’t get any assistance. This is so horrible.

Trouble signing in. Having trouble signing in lately. It would say problem with connection to server please try again, with full cell signal, and on Wi-Fi. I would have to retry many of times until it works. This causes me to not punch in and out on time. And it’s been frustrating. Started in the middle of March 2023 for me, and been happening everyday since. Please fix this bug/issue.

Functions are fine, app loading is almost always a problem. Title summarizes it. The app and website are fine when they load but it can take up to 6 minutes just for the login page to load on the website or app. Doesn’t matter if I’m WiFi (500+ mgbs download) or LTE (download speeds range but always above 50). Very annoying considering this is the only two ways I can clock in or out.

Password recovery system is terrible. I use this program at work and (not by choice) and only use it about every 6 months so of course I forget the password. No problem right just answer the questions and get the password reset. Except the answers to the questions apparently don’t match up with the answers I put in. I know what city I was born in and the street i grew up on. I also remember my first pet and all the other questions but for some reason this terrible app says that I don’t. Terrible

Crashes with any shift that includes 12:00AM. Any attempt to either start or end a shift entry with 12:00AM causes app to freeze & need to be reloaded. Hasn’t been an issue for 3 years but my employer arbitrarily decided rather than put in 8p-8a or other such stretch they need to end/start on corresponding days. Regardless of fact that app automatically calculates differentials etc. If this issue could be addressed I’d be greatly appreciative to the developers.

no connectivity. the app itself is well designed, unfortunately signing in is another issue.. it constantly says "can not connect to host server, check internet connection and try again" its NOT my device as ive tried multiple devices with 100 percent connection on my end. and with seemingly every other website on the planet still working, it tells me that you guys have some real server issues on your end.. if they ever fix this... and it has been constant issue for yrs now...

great but needs fixed. I love this app, but with an app like this, when a problem occurs it shouldn’t take 5 days to fix. It won’t let me log in and it is having trouble signing me in. Useless, better to stick with the web browser. Most of the important aspects or features still requires the user to use the browsers, so what’s the point of making an incomplete app? Too much clutters, too much attention to features which are rarely or never used instead of focusing to those which are actually needed by the users. Terrible. Constant issue, cant log every month or 2 even putting in your password correctly wont work, then you have to wait for your employer to reset it for you, every other week your hours wont show up, or your monthly income doesnt show up, something important comes up like you need know your gross pay yearly or monthly and guess what you cant give them information because your ukg is down, if you get direct deposit then all your check stubs are on ukg so you cant show them

Definitely NOT ADP. Really upsetting that our company decided to move from ADP to this junk of UKG. It feels so outdated, even when logging in via a desktop, the pay statements look like the information is just thrown on a piece of paper. It doesn’t have to look identical to ADP but it would be nice if it was more modern. We don’t have access to the clock, likely because HR doesn’t give us that option, but I don’t know how much better it would be after reading all the reviews with people having issues punching their time on the app.

Lag and buggy. This app is laggy and buggy after upgrade from Ultipro. Every time I login, select anything will force me logout with session time out error. It starts working after I logged in the second time. The time punch history and time card never show up. It won’t connect to server. This app is a downgrade from Ultipro Update: recent update fixed the issue. Raise the review to 5* for the fix. Bravo the team

Has potential but lacks functionality. Looks like UKG blew their money on advertisements because the app barely works. Sometimes it doesn’t even load, when it does it says I have no internet or there’s an error. And when it does load it says I can’t punch in! In total, I only clock in or out less than 20% of the time because the app continuously fails. It’s been almost two years and it seems like everyday the app gets slower. Biggest mistake of my company was switching to UKG.

Below average. This app always has issues displaying each option on the main screen. Sometimes half the icons don’t load and I need to restart the app and sign in again. This has been an ongoing issue for 2 years. Additionally, our company had to extend open enrollment deadline because this software was simply not working for many of us earlier this week. Not very impressed, especially given the size of the company and their higher pricing.

Terrible.. Company I work for (one of the largest restaurant groups in the country) switched to UKG a few months ago. I cannot send messages to co-workers or managers, I can’t simply swap shifts or request time off in an intuitive way. When I do try to swap a shift, I often get an error message, or the other person I am swapping with doesn’t see the request one their end - making me have to text my managers directly for these type or requests. It’s just a mess. I regularly get an error message on my inbox page that says there is an error and I may not be able to see my messages. Terrible.

Was good but now not so much.. I got this app 2 years ago when I first started at my job, and up until the last 2-3 months the app worked wonderfully, had some bugs but none the less it did it’s job. Now, and as I’ve read I’m not the only one, the app won’t load past the main loading screen even if I let it sit there for 15-30 minutes it does the same thing, I tried re-installing the app and it did nothing. The app history shows it was updated recently but many people having the same issue, please fix and I’ll put in another review for 5 stars.

Needs improvement. I have to use this for my company so I have no choice it needs to improve a lot first off it doesn’t show when I punched in or out on as reviews it also don’t have we go by a point system it doesn’t even show when your points will expire or when you get points and it won’t even let me request a day off I’m going to have to go to my manager tomorrow at work to have him help get one if it ok with him. I do like where shows I work 40 hours one week and 36 the next I do like that the program needs to be little more organized in my opinion

Hot Garbage. Normally if I have an issue with an app i just delete it, unfortunately with this one i can’t. My job has our paystubs, hours, Vacation/sick pay all viewable with this app. However, it is such hot garbage. I can’t no matter how many time i try to, stay signed into this app. It requires me to log in every time the app closes. Even if I am able to log in half the time it times out or doesn’t actually log me in. I can be inside of a Wi-fi Pool and this app will not log in or load half the time. Why even give the option to stay signed in if you can’t let me stay signed in? Garbage and frustrating.

I punched in all credentials & security?s & was allowed to change password & also received email From coMpany email account I have to confirm my recent change in password but keeps saying no profile information. Any help on this ?

Unable to Login. When trying to login with an iPhone X Max, the UI is messed up so you can’t view the whole keyboard. This makes it impossible to log in. It’s a shame too because I’d really like to have this info on the go. Will be changing this rating once this issue gets fixed.

Unreliable. had two jobs that use this app now. The app we used before it at my first job was incredible reliable. I could always even see my checks early. UKG was a huge downgrade. Password issues all around our stores. Checks don’t appear early. App is pumped full of features that don’t work but even if they did you’d never use them. Service hotlines actively ignore messages. thank you UKG, thank you for making things difficult.

App change brings more bugs than it had before. I give the app two stars because it works as it should about 40% of the time.. I’m on brand new phone on company WiFi and most of the time I can’t select any thing because it says oops something went wrong so I must log out and re log in.. another problem is upon start up it always loads two log in pages and neither will actually log me in.. being a professional business app I’d really expect better still far from perfection..

Asks for Pw Resets without warning. Works fine 7/10 times but sometimes it take a while to take clock ins or outs and it resets your password without warning. This reset will take a few minutes to enter old and new passwords to specific security specifications; by this time you are late or hit your 5th hour and the company gets penalized and you get a talk with the manager. It’s an ok app, but I suggest always be ready to spend 5 min for anything that comes up with the app.

Works fine when it works. Often am unable to sign back in after punching out for lunch which is frustrating as I have to take time out of my day to approach my manager about correcting the punch times. Sometimes I’m unable to punch out which is another visit to the manager. I’ve legitimately wasted hours of my life since our company has begun using this. Other than being able to punch my time reliably, app works fine in everything else it aims to do.

Horrible. This app is horrible! My company (harbor freight) just switch to ulti pro and I got a new bank so I updated my card information but it won’t allow me to delete my old card info which means it won’t let me select 100 percent amount deposited into my new account because it still Shows my old account! AND a really big issue is that I cannot login to the desktop version for some reason. I log into the app fine but the desktop version it’s says there is a problem with the account! Anybody had that happen before?

Model my pay. Why did you do away with the Model My Pay feature? I had access to it up until a couple of weeks ago. I enjoyed being able to use it to figure out how much I would be getting for working X amount of overtime or looking to see what changes would happen to my net pay if I were to change positions in my company.

Waste of time. You know how some medicines were discovered by accident trying to create something else? This app should be called heart burn or stress pro. I have an app that creates and stores passwords. I tried copy/pasting a 50 character one, a 40 character one, 30, 25, then finally I straight up typed one in manually that met all listed criteria. Finally being able to hit OK, I tried signing in. Guess what, invalid. I kept trying until the system locked me out. I clicked on “forgot password”, chose “send email”. Guess what, an email never came. Gfy.

Not worth it. This app covers only a tiny subset of what can be done via the website. Our HR department continually makes requests to do something via UKG, all of which requires me to log into the website. None of which can be performed from the app. The only thing this is good for is to see your total paycheck. I couldn’t even see the correct 401(k) company contributions (hidden in the PDF form.) In my opinion, this is a waste of time. You are better off using the web site, since you have to go there anyway to do anything useful.

PTO is a joke. You would think to get PTO balance information you would find it under the Time Off tab but no this gives you inaccurate hours. To get the correct amount you have to go to PAY then click on your recent PAY STATEMENT once that opens you need to find the YEAR TO DATE and click on that and scroll down to the bottom and there you will find your PTO balance. Also, what’s the deal with these recent app reviews?? It looks like UKG is pulling in random users chat history and giving your app 5 star reviews. Very suspicious

it's just an obstacle. i wish companies would've waited for better apps to come out before deciding it was time to go paperless. i've been dealing with this app/website/service for 3 years now and it's worthless in my eyes. every single time it updates (or decides it wants to forget me) it won't let me log back in with my login information. i've reset my password a dozen times and still feel like i rarely have access to the app. i'm running out of passwords and i just wanna be able to see my information without waiting until my facility is open to call them and have them change the password, which im sure is annoying for them as well. just bad, has never given me an easy time, i've been waiting 3 years for it to get better but they have to just not care about that bug

It’s alright. It’s good to have your paystubs and W-2s handy when you can actually login to it. For some reason this is literally the only app I constantly have problems logging in with. I’ve called help desk so many times because of the connection issues with internet. Not sure what’s going on but it seems like a glitchy app or something. It should not be this complicated logging in to an app. It’s always giving me an error message that I can’t login because of the connection.

Decent app, indecent backend. While the increased functionality is cool with updates, the backend has pretty much never been reliable as long as I’ve been using this app. The problems are mainly surrounding login authentication and data requests/parsing. The login opens a webpage in app to authenticate and it’s quite buggy so that’s the likely source of issues there. App often fails to load features, downtime sometimes applies to certain things but sometimes it’s the whole app. App downtime happens relatively a lot for a SaS of this scale. Pls fix

The app is good,on pc it's bad. The app is great and all, but any time I log in on a computer I have to make a new password and create new security questions, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. That's massively annoying, especially considering the fact that you increased the minimum length to 15 characters!? I can't be making, and remembering new passwords once every few weeks like this. My phone used facial recognition and I'm in no problem, but the website version needs to get this fixed.

Horrible. I like that I can access my work information but half the things in the app don’t even work. For instance I am trying to change my phone number and address and when I click submit, it loads and goes back to the previous page which it should but never actually updates anything. All my old information is still there. This isn’t anything my job can help me with and the app makes it like impossible to contact any type of support. Like I don’t even know what to do right now

Terrible service. This application has not worked in months now, no one in our company is able to access there time, put in for PTO, and the major one, not able to access W-2. They told us just to access the website, however we are having the same problems on the website. This sevice is absolute trash! Company’s looking to us UKG, stay away if possible, if your company tells you UKG is the payroll service they use, just know it won’t ever work! Hopefully my company will be changing providers soon!

We need widgets!!. This app works perfectly fine, but what I would really appreciate is if there were widgets for various functions, specifically for the time clock, so I don’t have to open the app and go through so many clicks every time I want to clock in or out. Please make this a priority, it would make my workflow much more productive and intuitive! Thank you!!!!!

Not optimized for mobile. The app virtually has a sever connection issue every other month for the mobile app which prevents you from logging in. Usually works fine on desktop but is very annoying not being able to briefly check timesheets, announcements, etc via mobile. In addition when the app isn’t working for mobile it always takes weeks to fix. The app itself is easy to navigate and helpful so it’s not a total loss!

App does not work whatsoever. No form of contacting Ultipro for customer service or questions. Login information is wiped clean and the app denies access because it forgets what my password is. I have had to have my HR department reset my account twice in the past 2 weeks and have gone through 4 different passwords because it seems a password and all the process of forming account is for one sign in. Terrible app run by careless people who don’t have the common decency to leave a contact us page because they know their app is a dud and are hiding from their problems.

Is zero stars an option?. I never leave reviews like this but this app is absolute trash. I used to use ADP for any employee related tasks which worked great. A few months ago my company switched to UKG and anytime I have to get into the app for ANY REASON it’s a total pain. It’s a 10-20 minute ordeal almost every single time I have to approve my time card. It won’t load, it keeps redirecting back to login, they’ll make you go through the security steps over and over its just a complete joke. Tons of reviews saying the same thing FIX THE PROBLEMS.

Unintuitive trash app. First of all the app is very unintuitive. It takes way too long to find what I’m looking for. Then, the worst part, their regular security updates! The system requires me to re-enter my credentials but then won’t open the page. App needs to be restarted. My company needs to reset my account only so that I can log in and enter my vacation or whatever. Like, what’s the big deal here? Are you afraid that someone else logs into my account and tries to steal my vacation? 😂 A truely ridiculously poor app design.

Tech support nightmare. I’m able to bond with my coworkers over how much we hate that this app is a part of our lives. It has you constantly sign in, redirects you to other apps or webpages that make you sign in again or just give you a page of error information that makes sense to no one. The amount of time I spend explaining all the quirks to get this app created with load bearing duct tape to work is highly frustrating. But UKG sent some HR people cutting boards and ingredients to do a cooking webinar with their sales team so here we are. It doesn’t let you complete new user enrollment in the app and if a new user tries to log in using the app without enrolling on the web app first they get a generic error with no way at all to figure out they need to log in using a web browser. If you’re considering UKG for anything in your business I would make sure you’ve taken time to be aware of all the alternatives out there.

Make it stop. This app turns my phone off. I have never had this problem with any app I’ve ever used. I click in or out and when I log out the phone shuts down. I was hoping with this last update that would be corrected. Update, I now believe the problem was my old phone. Had an iPhone 6. Haven’t had any problems with this app since getting a new phone.

I’m missing icon on my app. This is need some fixing I don’t know what type of development is behind this but it ridiculous. I’m still missing my TIME CARD, and my Caleneder, what other user, automatically have it and I been using it for the past 3 weeks. When I go on my Time it take me to a login, after I login it’s a blank website like come on, how can this be useful at all, can someone please tell me why I’m not seeing some of my icon on my phone. I tried several method as in deleting the app, restarting my phone still no response, can someone please help with this.

Withholding money and bouncing peoples accounts!. People depend on their direct deposit to pay bills and buy food the morning of payday; they just ruined some stuff I was trying to pay, and they ruin peoples credit when they do that. Now, we are sitting here waiting for them to get paper checks to the company, so we can eat during this darn food shortage and not being able to stock much! I can see why Tesla and Pepsi sued them, for shorting peoples checks and ruining their finances! Do a little research, and you’ll see this is a bad company! You’ll reap what you sow, at least!!!!
