No sounds. My daughter loves this app but after a few months the sound stopped working. So even though I paid for the yearly subscription last year she never watched it. She wanted to watch it this morning so I paid for the monthly subscription (yearly one was expired) thinking that by now there shouldn’t be any issues. Unfortunately still no sound. I have tried everything I can think of, including deleting app and reinstalling but still no sound.

No sound!!!. I have deleted and reinstalled 3 times, sound will not work!! :(

Rock Star in my Child's World!!. While we initially had to work around Apple's mute button/locking mechanism quirk to make the sound come out of our IPad, this program is super stellar in my child's world. He simply cannot get enough! It's so well produced and he's learning and having fun constantly and consistently. We highly recommend. It's five stars!!

No SOUND. I want a refund. Not a single sound. Nothing is wrong with my device. Others apps have sound may fine. 😡😡😡

NOT FREE. Everything requires a subscription. Instead of tricking people to download an app or banking on kids to make purchases on accident just be upfront with the costs.

Great children's app. It's a well built app that looks like it'll be fun and educational for my child.

Unable to cancel. Ridiculous that I’m unable to cancel the subscription to this.

$40/year?!?!. My daughter loves MGC on her Amazon Fire and on Netflix. I downloaded this app so that she could also watch it on my phone. BIG MISTAKE. Almost everything is locked and they want $6/month or $40/year for access. Needless to say the app is now deleted from my phone.

Not working. Nothing is downloading! I uninstalled and reinstalled and it only Worked for few days! Very frustrated!

Needs a timer. My child loves this so much and I’m glad. New found love of puzzles thru this app. Just wish there was a timer to set and control screen time.

Bad update. After update there some esp I can't watch it. My daughter love abc but when she block on it they come up an error.

Subscription problem!. I purchased the one year subscription, but it didn’t unlock the additional content. I see it in my list of subscriptions. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall the app on Apple TV and restore the purchase. Will not work. Bummer because my son loves the app.

Needs help!. I feel like my son would really love this app! But, unfortunately, I don't hear any sound! Something must be wrong with the app. Everything else on my phone has no problem with sound..only this app. Please help! Would love to try it out! I feel it has potential.

Free trial. It says free trial included with all subscriptions so I downloaded and gave payment information for when the trial ended and the subscription would start. Then it ended up charging me without the free trial.

Deletes downloaded content. I am changing my rating to 1 star because the developer has been absolutely no help in solving this problem. I sent emails with device info and blah blah blah. There is plenty of storage space and the iPad has the latest update. For this reason we have cancelled our subscription after 2 years of dealing with having to redownload videos constantly across all 3 devices he has access to. Very dissatisfied with the customer support from the developer.

I love this app BUT a major draw back. The app is wonderful but it won’t allow,people,to,lock the home button on iPhone or iPod. I want my two year old to be able to watch in the car but the moment she touches the screen, the volume controls pull up or the iPad home-screen comes up. It would be great if parents could lock it and only unlock with a quick double tap or double pressing of Home button.

Educational. Kids love it

No button to unsubscribe. Its easy to install. It says 7 day free trial but once you want to unsubscribe there is no link to do it easily. Up to now im still looking for a way to make sure i dont get charged. I had to uninstall it. I hope that will do the trick. If they charge me i will just have to dispute it.

Content is great, app working again. Update: I received another email saying this issue is solved now, so I decided to change my review to the 5 stars it deserves. Previous review: We love Mothergoose songs, and the content is great in this app, but I paid for a yearly subscription and because I canceled renewing my subscription in a year from now, the app can’t recognize I still have 9 months left of subscription and erased everything I had downloaded. So now I can’t restore my purchase even after checking again my subscription to renew, or erasing the app and turning off and on my phone. I did get a refund after going back and forth between Apple and the developer of the app. I also received an update of the developer saying they’re already trying to make this work properly in the app.

The best toddler and preschool app on the market. This app is great with just the free stuff, but it is phenomenal with the subscription. My two year old plays with this app almost exclusively. Warning - your whole household will be singing nursery rhymes all the time. But seriously, this is a very well done app, with lots of content that's easy for little kids to navigate. My six year old even likes it though he's a bit out of the targeted age range.

No sound on ipad. My daughter loves watching mothergoose club on her ipad. Its been weeks that the sound was lost. It works on other apps but not in mothergoose club. Please advise.

Finally!. My kids love Mother Goose Club, to date we've only been able to subscribe to their youtube channel, but it's so nice that they have a dedicated app now. High quality videos and games. I try to avoid giving the kids too much time with the iphone or ipad, but when they do get time I definitely prefer MGC to Disney, Dora, etc.

Mother goose problems. This app is not good. I would give it 2 stars. Did an update and now it won't work at all.

Sound problem. What’s wrong with the app? No sound?!

Potential Is There. I downloaded this app for my daughter for when she’s at the sitters with no wifi. I pay for the monthly subscription. I like the setup and the content however every night the downloads “undownload”. This means every morning I have to remember to download videos early enough to give them time to download. It seems like once they are downloaded they should stay until I delete them. Also, sometimes it acts as if I haven’t paid the monthly subscription so I have to delete the app and reinstall and then it can find my in app purchases. If the download issue was corrected I would give this 5 stars.

Can’t pay 💰. Looks fun but I do not know why you have to pay for it 🤷‍♀️thanks tho 🤷‍♀️

No volume. All my other apps have volume. I checked the volume made sure the volume button worked. Uninstalled same thing.

Finally got the app to work.. Update: Had to delete the app, reinstall it, and restore purchases to get the app working. Changed previous 1 star to 4 stars (won’t rate 5 stars due to the inconvenience of the issue I was having). ——— Previous review: Just purchased the monthly subscription but can’t download any content in the app. Each attempt to download is followed by this error message - “We’re sorry, something went wrong and this content isn’t available right now, please try again later.” I closed the app, and I even turned off/turned on the iPad. I feel like I’ve been scammed.

Mother Goose. The app worked once and has not worked since then. I deleted it and brought it back in and it still won’t download into my iPhone. I have to agree with the other review that I’ve probably been scammed out of $40.

No Volume. The entire app doesn’t have any volume on our end. Has anyone else experienced and resolved this?

Terrible update. My subscription get's paid every month as for August it's been paid and after the update my children can't watch certain videos. I'm paying 4 something for content my children can't watch fix it please.

Expensive. Such a shame that we can’t even access the trial without committing to spending $57, and there is no way I will remember to cancel this within a week. Too expensive, and not even offering any free content to let parents see if it might possibly be worth that crazy amount of money.

Educational. At first I was disappointed when I susbscribed for 1 year on this app because i discovered that all the videos has no sounds but quickly emailed their email support. They response are so quick that it it didn’t get for 24hours to wait. Thank you so much for making us satisfied. My daughter is so happy right now that she can hear and sing a long the nursery rhymes as well. Kuddos!

Can’t restore subscription. This app no longer works on Apple TV. Won’t let me restore my purchase. Has been this way for months. I sent an email and no response.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!. Do not download this app if you just want to trial. Apple will just steal your money and if you request a refund they will just send you an automated message saying you dont qualify. I downloaded the app to try it and i was charged the same day it was downloaded. The subscription was cancelled before the end of the 7 day free trial, but they refused to refund. Charged the most expensive subscrition after the free trail. The deadline to cancel the free 7 day tiral was today and I cancelled TODAY, yet I was still charged for the most expensive renewa (very odd as cheaper renewal options were available)l. Very deceptive and manipulative way to over charge for a useless App. I did not authorize the charge and when I reqeust a refund, I keep getting the automatic response that it doesn't meet the refund criteria. What happened to ethical billing practices? Oh wait there is not such thing!
