Too much time waiting to actually play.. The game play is fun, but you have to waste too much time waiting for advertisements to play. On top of that you ridiculously have to wait for theses stupid chests to open for ‘rewards’ in order to be able to progress in the game. New vehicles are added you have to ‘buy’ and then constantly ‘purchase’ upgrades to get the vehicle to a level that it is competitive. Then you have even more options you have to ‘purchase’ to be competitive. More wasted time. The offline mode tracks take too long to complete. At least track challenges usually end my runs, unlike the first version where ‘fuel level’ (actually time) was always my limiting factor. It’s not all bad though, if you have the patience of Jobe, the game play itself is actually fun. The physics of the mono wheel thing is all screwed up, if you’ve ridden a unicycle before it will drive you crazy. You can race against ‘friends’, but I don’t have a clue who my friends are I race against (well, you race against their ghost) Check it out, not a bad game, except mine has crashed at the moment and I can’t play it. It redirects me to the ‘store’ for an improved version, but no update is available. Oh well, it WAS fun.

Limited Fun. I have played Hill Climb for a while, starting with the first game and recently moving to the 2nd. I have had a tremendous time on both versions, however there is one subject I would like to mention. The online portion of Hill Climb 2 features chests that contain a number of currency’s and cosmetics as well as a number of boosters for each vehicle. These chests provide much needed money for purchasing upgrades as well as the boosters that give you an upper hand when racing opponents online. Of course they are behind a pay wall as they require you to wait various amounts of time to open them, if you don’t want to use currency that is. Generally it’s between 3 to 12 hours per chest, for a few (hopefully) good items. Other than that I thoroughly enjoy this game and just about everything it has to offer. I’m just a frustrated fan who doesn’t get that company’s need to make money for providing awesome product. Just selfish I guess.

It’s also the best racing games that I’ve seen. But one thing is that I don’t purchase like such premium features or plans so it means there are advertisements. Which doesn’t really bother me. And its pretty ok for them to monetize their apps or products. Also I did activate personal advertisement choice so there will be no more mature ads for my younger ones. But then one day playing the game it changed there are many mature ads. In my region there is and app called Bigo Live and the advertiser said something mature which I kinda think that this is inappropriate. So please fix those ads that are bugging. And it even says that it’s 4+ but it’s not specified like 13+ or so. That’s why please fix this thanks.

Was fun but those days are gone.... I honestly used to enjoy this game. They again and again make major changes that make it harder to progress in the game without paying monthly. I decided to pay for the monthly fee and to be honest you don’t get that much more than you get for free with the game except you don’t get all of the ads. I would recommend spending your time progressing in another game where you will have an opportunity to get to a higher level faster than this game. It’s too slow for too long and with the recent changes, they screwed all of the current players out of a ton of points and upgrades. Every upgrade requires money and also requires parts. If you want parts then you have to spend money. If you want a car, you have to spend money, if you want a new race track, you have to spend money. Too much spending money, it’s not worth it anymore. The makers aren’t even trying to make new tracks for the events. They make events based on the cars and parts people wouldn’t want like snowmobile or mono-wheel forcing you to pay for the parts you do want for the cars you want. Now another change is happening and cars are getting more expensive. STAY AWAY from this game. I am deleting it very soon because the makers don’t care about their players.

Hill Climb Racing 2. This is such an amazing app and is definitely addictive. I gave it a five star because it is a great way to spend your free time on your phone. They give you amazing challenges and also provides you money to get some amazing vehicles. Overall I would say it is a great game but two improvements the game could add is the money and the difficulty of the challenges. Upgrading the car is very difficult and takes a long time to upgrade it. However it is intelligent to do it that way because that encourages others to continue the game. Mostly the whole money part is kinda annoying because on some terms you have to pay eighteen dollars just to get a casual chest. That is kinda over the top and makes the people playing the game not want to play as long. Also, I would just increase the level of the game when the car is being updated so you still have the ability to get better. Overall it is an amazing game and I truly recommend it.

Generous 2 Star Rating. I have played this game daily for approximately 10 years. I’ve have spent a lot of money over the years building up the performance of my vehicles and have seen fist hand how this game has changed for the worse. I definitely don’t find it as fun when I first started playing. The reasons for the poor rating is simply listed below. 1) Throttling Vehicles Speed Performance. 2) Never getting daily briefcases for my Rally Car or above. 3) Game Manipulation of Races. 4) Never opening up a Briefcase for top performance parts. 5) Never getting a response from any of my countless complaints. 6) No opportunity to spent coins or collectibles for upgrades 7) Not allowing players to transfer parts from one vehicle to another. I can go on further, however, for the sake of keeping this list small. Lets see if your algorithms can figure this out. Why have I spent less money over the years ? That’s a rhetorical question. I have downgraded my membership and I refuse to spend one more penny on this game when your game just robbing customers by thinking we are all stupid to keep spending more money for less upgrades. From a five plus year player and over $?,???.?? Invested!. I can always pick up and play this game and it 90% of the time makes my heart race,adrenaline pump,hands sweat and more! All the reality is there! All the crazy and impossible stunts and strange landings are all one off happenings. Very rarely can you duplicate them which keeps it worth playing! I’ve had vehicles going so fast that if I can get air born I can clear 10 seconds of ground driving,”AWESOME IN EVERY WAY!” Every game has hiccups,that’s a fact! If you don’t take advantage of VIP you are definitely missing out. This game ,”HCR2” would become biblical if able to add 4 parts total for modifications instead of 3 . Keep it up guys! Improve when ya can and I’ll keep the pedal to the metal! 👍 just wondering when the next vehicle is going to arrive

Good game or cash grab?. Alright so, as an avid player of the first Hill Climb Racing, this second installment has some good and bad points. First, with the amount of coins you earn during play through versus the cost of the levels and vehicles, it seems like it was set up to be a blatant cash grab. The "multiplayer" is nice but it's really just a subpar pairing of ghosts slightly below your best level times to make it look like multiplayer. The addition of realtime moving obstacles in levels certainly adds to the difficulty but I would rather have the original level setup where I didn't have to hope and pray that the swinging log or moving lattice was in the right position when I arrived. Why not create a real multiplayer and relegate the multiplayer ghosts to adventure mode? For a sequel, this game really doesn't stand on its own two feet like the original does, it seems more like a downgraded child friendly Chinese version of its predecessor made to quietly line the pockets of Fingersoft. To be honest, it's fun on the crapper but a bit underwhelming when you already had a formula for such high potential to begin with, ESPECIALLY with the changes to gravity and physics depending on level. Oh, and the addition of the vehicle upgrades are great, I wish you would've expanded on them with something like an upgrade tree to go with them. All in all, just like many movies these days, the original was better.

Used to be one of the best mobile games.... But now they make all the vehicles breakdown and put stuff in the way everywhere to slow you down. I started to play for the fast paced racing, but now it’s just annoying with obstacles everywhere and traps for your vehicles to get stuck. The vehicles which breakdown are the least enjoyable to drive and the vehicles are very unbalanced in ability. I tend to use the rally car because it’s just better than all of the other vehicles; some of the vehicles are useless and you’ll spend a lot of time to upgrade them for basically to use only when forced to (team events). I don’t even know what to say about the moon lander, aside from: if you want me to use it, make it so I don’t have to play an extremely tedious, simplistic, repetitive game mode for hours to get it. In fact, all moon events are lame. They seem to find them enthralling, being you can’t just play the adventure moon mode like you can the others; you need tickets which replenish over time. I don’t think it’s special; in fact I find all moon events tedious and annoying. Just make it so you can play those modes the same and buy the vehicle like all of the other vehicles. One less star for this rating - I started with five stars, but nothing they’ve done aside from add special boost items to the game has improved the experience. Quite the opposite - 1 star.

Fantastic game with annoying but minor flaws. Not much to say. Fantastic game that I’ve been playing for many years now. The only two annoyances is the unbelievably unbalanced cup matchups. The devs also get defensive by saying it’s a “very complex system” for matchmaking. It’s more accurate to say they kinda gave up on trying to make it consistent. You’ll do a cup where you obliterate your opponents, then the next cup will have racers that disappear from your screen almost instantly when the race starts. It’s made worse by the plethora of obvious bot racers that do borderline impossible maneuvers flawlessly. The second annoyance is only just recently a thing. The game has been atrocious with performance of late. Super slow loading when opening the app, and will randomly freeze for multiple seconds when in the menus. I’m sure it’s being worked on, but still frustrating.

New league play. The new leagues are terrible. Fingersoft told us that it would balance out the matching better. Our team has been ranked between 400 and 600 for the past few months overall. When the new leagues started, we have been blown out every single match. The team that we are playing now is ranked 21 in division one, which is where we are, and we are ranked 460. And true to form since the new leagues started, we have less than 400 points and they have over 4000 points. We have been matched with the top 20 teams in our division since the new leagues began even though we are at the bottom of the division and have been since new league play started. It is terrible! There is no parity in matching for the team event.

The rotator weight fix. In my experience with the rotator maxed out on speed I feel that is goes into wheels mode wayyy to quick and can I suggest maybe a roll cage buff or entire upgrade please because one wrong move like if you were to go down in the upside down mode to fast just barley you would get DNF or otherwise and also for the weight problem can you add an anvil that looks like a small dual weight plate looking thing for an anvil and it may work just like any other anvil but because it only does wheelies in the upright mode all the time which is fast but a little annoying but all in all it’s a really good game and the reason why I gave it only 4 stars is the problem I am presenting to you so please read this game devs acknowledge this please and maybe add or buff the weight problem and roll cage and if you can’t do it which I have no doubts you can’t but still please consider it and Thankyou very much

A lot of fun, but too many wastes of time.. I’m not referring to waiting for chests to open. I’m referring the fact that too many of the vehicles are hot garbage, to the point that I don’t even bother trying to upgrade them. And now, we have a new track in Rustbucket Reef that is just horrible. I don’t really mind it in Adventure mode, but trying to actually race on that track is entirely too aggravating. If we could simply decline a race on a particular track, then I could just skip it, but that is not an option at this point. I have no choice but to race on a horrible track and damage my ranking before I can move on. Knowing it’s going to come back up in the rotation just makes it worse. Édit: Please, please, please give us the option to decline races. I literally never want to see the Rustbucket Reef track again, but I have no choice if I wish to do the challenges. It might seem like a minor annoyance, but it is causing me to consider deleting the app and looking for some other game.

Great Game, No Matchmaking. I’ve been playing Hill Climb for around 3 months now, and I played it a while back on a PC a year ago, so I hope I’m in a good position to review it. I love the feel of the game, and the simplicity of just driving. It’s super entertaining, and it has me hooked. I’m Platinum 2 on this account, although I play a lot of adventure. One thing I dislike is that shop bundles can give you cars you unlock much later. Maybe only offer cars in a specific range, or not give them the car at all. I know you need to make money, but my Dune Bug can outrace a Supercar with fuel boost and wings. Especially at Challenger 2. Another thing is that some trophy road cars seem like they shouldn’t be here. Things like the monowheel and snowmobile shouldn’t be a reward on the trophy road, simply because they aren’t trophy cars. Other than that, I like your game. I can’t find much things wrong with it, and I’ll be playing for a while. 👌

Competitive and fun. Pros: hands down the most competitive and entertaining phone and tablet game I have played. Although the cups and adventure can be fun if going for world records and seeing how you stack up against the best in the world it all in the team play for me. Very competitive although you don’t compete live. Limited team tickets mean I get up before work and play so they don’t expire. That says a lot for a “not” morning person. Cons: Takes the better part of 4 years to max your account if you don’t want to spend huge $$. adds will kill you if you don’t buy VIP. I don’t like spending monthly subscriptions on games but given the amount of entertainment and competitive play this provides for me it has been well worth it.

Addictive Racing/Minor Flaws. I’ve had HCR2 for over a year. I’ve even purchased a few packages on the game to get cars, tractors and space machines when they have come out. I enjoy playing the game and racing against three other racers. I just wished there was more content for a game that has been out so long. The same races get recycled day after day and become very monotonous. For awhile I lost interest until they finally brought out a new vehicle and some new maps to race. When they do bring out new vehicles through, it is extremely expensive to upgrade the vehicles as gem packages are very costly and so you must wait on the right packages to get gems included at a decent price. I would like to see the store offer multiple packages of vehicles and gems in different price ranges, not just one at a time. A few more maps could be released quicker to break up the same old recycling problem. But all in all, if you download HCR2, you’ll have hours and hours of fun racing and jumping and flipping. Just know, to max a vehicle, you’ll be spending money or taking literal years to upgrade completely.

Bruh. Love the game but it just doesn’t feel the same. In the old you one you get a whole bunch of money but in the new one you gotta wait for a chest to give you a whole of stuff which is cool ,but I feel like every body is just taking advantage of this mechanic.😒 I mean yeah you guys are still updating the old one and it’s always gonna be fun but when you lower your money earning drastically in the new one and have people ration out there diamonds and wait 3HOURS OR MORE for a chest to freaking open it’s going to make some people mad. I know it’s hard making money these days when a new fresh game mechanic works for a game company you gotta take advantage but dude I wanna keep playing without a wait limit in order to advance (and I know what your gonna say “just do adventure and grind a little bit how muh boi!?!?? When air time only give you 1-2coin a second in the air?!? I mean I’m patient my dude but not that patient!!!!!!! Anyways other than that its fine, i don’t expect you to make it exactly like the first but with better graphics, I just don’t want to grind for a crazy amount of time that I slowly lose interest in the game.

Not impressed. My main set of issues with this game are mostly mechanics of how the vehicles work. I get it, it’s a game, but motorcycles and mopeds aren't as wheelie happy as they are in this game. I can full throttle my motorcycle all day long after I take off and the front tire gets light but doesn’t leave the ground. Yet in this game if you don’t tap the throttle or the brake with regular taps your head smacks the ground. Once you’re moving and at full speed there isn’t a reason for the front wheel to ever come off the ground. The purpose for most of the events, for a vehicle to push a ball? Or and under water race (how many cars or trucks are driving under water in a bubble)? Or how about racing in space? Who is ever going to take an F1 or Indy race car anywhere but a smooth race course? Why would you have a race tractor with a bucket still on the front? Why would the owner of a drag truck ever take it off a drag strip? In what world do a tank or a moped or a mono wheel ever compete with any other race set up vehicle? There are more ridiculous comparisons I could make but what’s the point. It’s just a game right? For the team events the vehicles to use should entirely be up to me. I don’t own all of the vehicles and of those that I do own they aren’t fully upgraded, which takes so long with how many there are and I’m not paying real money to buy the stuff.

5 Star Game has me Hooked!. First of all, if you’re into racing, this is a great game. Before I continue, I must say this: if you have a problem with spending money, then this game, like many others, will be at least somewhat frustrating due to ads. However, ANY purchase removes all ads permanently. I was able to do this, and the game was instantly improved. In this game, like the first, there is a adventure mode (drive as far as you can). In the sequel, they have added a TON. First off, cups (racing against other players [prerecorded of the player’s last race at that particular track, not live]). Secondly, new public events in which you compete against other players in real time in different challenges. Third, teams, which allow you to form your own group of players and compete against other teams for rewards. There are multiple cars (new ones are added every once in a while) and tons of tuning parts that improve the performance of the cars. New tracks for cups and adventure are added (however, not nearly as often as they should). All in all, a 5 star game that has me hooked!

Not worth it. I’ve had this game for a few months now and it is not consistent at all. There is no way to determine where you will hit your head on tunnels, caves and such it’s always a gamble. With landing off of big jumps it’s a 50/50 you land good or stop dead in your tracks. I have noticed that when doing a wheelie also that I will hit random almost invisible bumps that kill all of my speed it is very frustrating and has cost me many races. Same with landing on hills. It’s easy to tell which vehicles in the game are over powered: the dune buggy, monster truck, sport bike, and the Lamborghini super car. The amount of forgiveness to those compared to other is downright dumb, every lobby I enter it’s always those that are on the top and no one else is able to touch them. By far the money system and mystery boxes are the worst. You get pennies for doing cup races and nickels for doing adventures. It takes forever to upgrade vehicles in this game compared to the first. Being able to trade diamonds for coins is nice but the conversions from diamonds to coins is not worth it. Lastly the mystery boxes, geez I could go on for hours. It’s just like CSR2 always getting parts for cars you don’t have and can’t afford, or parts you don’t need in general that just take up space. Over all this game needs a lot of work and the first hill climb will always be my favorite. Hopefully fingersoft will get it’s act together and fix the problems in this to make it better.

Great App! <33 But…. Hi! I love Hill Climb 2. It’s 1 of my favorite games. You get to change your avatar compete with others, and it has very cool cars not going to lie! I’ve been playing Hill Climb 2 forever, since probably 2015? It’s been very fun playing! There is a few problems that I want the Developer to add. Could you add updates? I’ve unlocked all the cars from 1 year ago, please add some cars and more Landscapes. I would appreciate this! Tysm! And ya’ll probably hate it from adds. Look this game doesn’t need internet access, just put on the airplane mode on and there won’t be adds I do it every day I play this game. So stop with the hate reviews and listen to the review. If you are a car fan buy this. As I said you get to do very fun epic things. Even I am 15 years old I still play this. :)) Also there are VIP’s. This is my personal opinion from this game, If you don’t agree keep it to your self. Developers please add the things I said or others and keep working hard! ily this game!! ✨✨ Epic game! Boss Difficulty and Overall Honest Rating. I’m not even going to sugar-coat it, the bosses are too difficult. They’re not even trying to give us a chance of even coming close to winning. It just wastes our time and forces us to pointlessly spend money (real and/or fake) on trying to upgrade our vehicles. You would have to upgrade one of your high leveled vehicles about five to ten times before coming just a little bit closer to beating the boss. Not only is it a waste of time and money, but also a waste of patience. Just make the bosses slow down, that’s it. On another note, I suggest having a function that lets the player know if someone has crossed the finish line before them. For example; a green check mark next to the person’s name on the right side of the screen. This will let the player know whether or not an opponent(s), that is out of view and far ahead, has crossed the finish line. Overall, I would give the game about a 3.9/5. Generally a decent game, but serious improvements are needed for the boss levels.

advancing costs too much and so the game has gotten boring. So in order to buy and or upgrade you cars it cost a fortune. Way way way more than you make racing. So the game quickly becomes a huge grind. It just got kinda boring. Then I created a team (guild league whatever you want to call it it’s a team in this game) and I thought that would make it better. Add some competition and a reason to grind. All the ones I joined were horribly inactive and it was lame. So now I have a team but there’s ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to communicate with anyone to recruit them. And the game, in 3 weeks, has not dropped a single person in my team. So I cannot compete in team events I have no one helping with team chest and I can’t do anything about it. So I try to join other teams. All active teams require a password to join and absolutely no way to contact the leaders to request a password. So I’m done I’m bored can’t fix it because the game is designed to not let me. Too bad too because it started out loads of fun.

Alright. I found it fun but after having to change my Apple ID to get off of a family plan I lost all my 100+ hours of playtime and I have given loads of information about my account through a help ticket with no luck so far. I tried signing with Facebook but I believe I failed to do so the first time as the instructions are unclear as to how. It does say recently they stopped signing through Facebook but I am getting asked to do so by the person with the help ticket. I have given my name, team, upgrades I have gotten on 2 cars, all the cars that I had owned, my current player ID (not my old one as I have lost it on my old account), the last time I was on the account, my rank, and more. Yet still I can’t get my old progress back and I have seen that is practically impossible to get to where I was without money these days as they have changed how it works and that it would take literal several months just to get half or less of what I got on my account because of adventure tokens and blueprints (I have never dealt with blueprints but it seems painful to get them). The game is geared towards late game players but making it nearly impossible to get there and then a lot more boring when you do finally make it there.

Very Fun & Stress Relieving!. This game is so much fun to play! Some things are better about Hill Climb Racing 1, such as a greater variety of adventure mode tracks, but some things are definitely better about this game, like the fact that you can play against real people and work with a team to get great rewards. I play this a lot when I’m feeling stressed and it helps me take my mind off things. It can be really easy at times, but there are also very challenging types of races, which is great! I would highly recommend. Only one suggestion, really. I find it very hard to get characters that look like me. Most of the easy to get characters are male, so as a female that plays the game it’s annoying having to wait and play a lot just to get a person that is the same gender as me. Also, the characters aren’t very diverse, or at least the common ones aren’t, so if the game creators could include more female and diverse characters that are more easily obtainable that would be amazing! I love how the game constantly gets updated so that just when you think you’re getting tired of the things to do in the game there’s a whole part of the game that changes that you get to learn to adjust to. I personally love the adventure mode update.

Scam. This game is a complete scam. It is very addicting and fun, I will admit, but the creators are just trying to get all of your money. The amount of money it costs to buy gems, coins, and "mystery boxes" is ridiculous. Not to mention you never know what parts you'll get in a mystery box & some cars get waaaay more parts than others even if you don't own them! The game is pretty unpredictable, you could bump into a hill one time and be fine, and the next time you do it, it kills you. They'll put you in a couple of really hard races with obviously other more advanced cars so that you will LOSE and it will feel like a challenge so you don't get bored, but really it's a trick. After a few of those races, they put you in really easy races with cars that aren't so advanced, that way you won't feel defeated and you will keep playing and playing. It could take days to save up coins to buy a new vehicle or to upgrade it or it's parts, yet even when you do this you will never feel truly satisfied with the game.

Great game!. I loved the first Hill Climb Racing. it was awesome. but then it got old; i was getting everything maxed out (hint: the hot rod is the best car). then i found this app, and loved it. it brings in so many more elements to hill climb racing and makes the game so much more enjoyable. i have like 20 other apps and this one is the one i play the most. but honestly, the bosses might be a little bit goo hard. i get it, the whole point of having a boss is because it’s, well, a boss. but it took me sooo long to just beat the sunday champion that it made me consider asking other ppl for help. one more thing, it’s also kind of clear which vehicles are the best. the dune buggy, monster truck, racer motorcycle, rally car, and the hill climber Mk 2. maybe if the devs could tone those vehicles down a little bit it would make the game a bit more fair for unexpecting players? other than that, the game is awesome. so i give it four stars out of five, just because of those two issues.

Nice game but needs a few changes. The reasons why I give this game a 5 star is because it stay to the original pretty well better than a few games I know, and the graphics look good and the new vehicles are good as well and the events are ok if you have the time to participate but there’s a few problems that kinda need to be fixed. The grind is not that bad in comparison to different games but for new people it’s hard because you got people who spent more time upgrading a car to the max and finding god like modifications to a car and starts destroying everyone in the race when you just got finished beating the beginner bots , making you get more in game currency using real money to upgrade you car to go faster. Causing this cycle go on and on until a lot a people start to quit making the “pros” go against each other spending a lot of money to be the fastest making the real pros become more intense leaving the game to be known as a game for pros the same thing happened to call of duty, fortnight, pubg , war thunder and more

Good, but needs some fixes. I really like this game but can’t ignore some big issues it has in its current state. The biggest is the matchmaking in the cup races. I can shatter my previous record by over an entire second with a perfect run and still end up dead last with 3rd place being several seconds ahead of me. This is really irritating, as I can’t make it past Challenger 2 since the penalty for coming in 4th is so heavily bad to your rating, and since even 3rd place seems to be consistently capable of being 1-3 seconds faster than me, it’s quite literally impossible to climb up the ranks without spending 100K in upgrades, getting first in one cup, the matchmaking readjusting, and repeating the vicious cycle. I mean, I get it’s supposed to be a challenge, it’s no fun if it isn’t, but in ya current state, it’s a little ridiculous. Another common issue is ads, not that there’s too many of them (it’s only $2 to get rid of them, not a big deal, Fingersoft’s gotta make money somehow.) just when I try to watch them for upgrades or extra parts in chests, I’m met with a black screen with “X” and “volume” buttons that don’t do anything. Whenever I run into this, I have to reboot the app and lose my chance at the upgrade or extra piece in the chest. Once these problems are fixed, it’s an easy 5 stars from me.

Besides all the other past mentioned faults,(not including adds,nor sponsored advertising,and not even to count the amount of vehicles that all need customization,and modifications,where as with costing an overall thirty million or so,earned,or bought coins,and nor are the various amounts of cup races,with their three to four courses within,where ever being an issue,for all these matters mentioned,as with being necessary,being all in order to have such an interesting race game,where being all race,yet no flat out courses,and for the hundreds of whiners,that have constantly whined over my mentioned facts don’t comprehend the sciences involved),yet where Hill Climb Racing 2,where as with truly being an issue of quality racing,is where it sticks within a race,where being a constant issue,being for so long of an issue,and with no correction within the updated versions! The monster truck continues with having no front wheel drive. The no front wheel drive,(only under a turbo boost),plus the metal block on the hood,where not holding down,as it should),alter the true physics within the gameplay.

3 years and still a blast.. This isn’t pay to win, it’s pay to have more fun and skins. I started before bosses rolled out, I hear they’re a pain at lower levels. The forest is nicely farmable with even a base Hill Climber Racers are picked based on which vehicle you’re using, possibly load outs, and how well you have done on that particular cup. Getting better ranks awards epic and champions chests quicker. There’s plenty more opportunities for free diamonds than when this game first rolled out. The only time I have bought any is for the lunar new year rally car skin. That purchase removed intermissions. Teams are fun but if you take a break expect to get kicked from most teams. Servers can be on the wonky side, and if the hill climb team screws something up, we are sometimes compensated with free legendary chests. Today my team is in division 4 for the first time. It’s hard to say what’s going on here, but I think it’s the fact that this is an aging game and people have lost interest.

Best game ever.. Hill climb 2 is the favorite game of my 3 boys and myself. We all play together. Love my boys competitive spirit as they try to beet Dad. The competition is the best part of the game, I particularly like racing with team members. Some upgrades are quite expensive and take a while to upgrade. It would be nice to get my final fuel boost for my rally car. This afternoon my 8 year old son said “Dad, it would be really great if they added an ATV quad runner to the vehicle lineup”. I think that is a great idea and would love to see one added soon. Overall I like the direction the game is going. I like that it’s regularly updated. I would like to see some more creativity in the weekly events. I would also like to be able to exchange scrap for coins or diamonds. Thank you for a great game, keep up the good work.

Why just why. So I made a review before but I decided to change it first off why did fingersoft decide to add parts. I’m literally in a Fully Maxed out Mk2 when a hill climber is literally beating me in races. The parts feature ruined the game for me you can add the best parts and you can can beat like maxed out vehicles. It just ruined the game completely. Secondly, why is the Dune Buggy, Legendary Super Car, monster truck, and Diesel Truck so fast when Like I said I’m in maxed out cars and I’m getting smoked by a dune buggy and etc. And why the hell did you add the Mono War and The stupid soccer challenge it’s really bad. First off Mono wars is just a bad challenge and the mono car is such a crappy vehicle. And The Soccer challenge. There’s no way to recover after the soccer ball goes behind you you ah e to end the round a start over. The game was so much better before Fingersoft added the items you can add to your car. I wish they took those at the game because it’s just dumb and too overpowered and you barely get any coins from chest and races. Lastly, I started the game and lost all my progress Fsr and why the hell an I getting partnered with Legendary Players while I’m still Plat 3 in I Hate Water. And OFC they are using the Legendary Super Car. Well this is the end of my review so if your reading this, You have completely ruined the game. 😤

Playing Since 2017. This game has had ups and downs but has been mostly fun, especially early on. But, the last couple years it has been getting frustrating to play. Most ads recently are pushing 1 minute and 20 seconds long and are very frequent because they’re needed to earn various rewards. They used to be 15 - 30 seconds so it wasn’t so bad if you had to watch 10-20 of them in a gaming session. They’ve expanded so much that it takes a very long time to wait for parts because they’re handed out randomly. I’ve played nearly every day for 5 of the 6 years and I’m still waiting on numerous parts that I don’t have. Most new tracks now are designed so they just put random things in the way for you to run into stuff or get trapped on things. It’s basically at the point now that I would not recommend it to anyone new if you’re a casual gamer because there’s just too much to do in the game now to keep up. If you plan on playing for hours a day and have a bunch of money you don’t know what to do with and want to pay for the VIP then this game is still pretty great. But as a casual gamer, I do still play but it feels more like an obligation where I feel I have to keep going so I don’t waste all the time I have invested rather than something I do for fun.

Fun game with some issues. Do you want to play a decent racing game? Well you’ve come to the right place! Hill Climb Racing 2 is a nice little sequel to an old phone classic game, allowing you to play adventure maps, events against others, competitive races online, and more. But then come the issues. This game makes it so annoyingly hard to make any money that buying new vehicles, parts/upgrades, or even just buying new adventure maps is a very strict luxury. The annoying money-making mechanics combined with the fact that everything is so absurdly expensive makes it even more frustrating. There’s also the ads. It’s understandable that there’s so many on a mobile game- as it’s the developers’ jobs to monetize and live off of it- but i’ve been playing a decent bit of time and i get so many unskippable ads after every race, track, or whatever else i do, that it’s sometimes commonplace to just shut the app after one occurrence or play offline. I won’t discuss issues with the buyable pass here since it’s such a common business practices nowadays. My overall conclusion to this game is that it’s decently fun and a good time waster, but has many very frustrating underlying issues that make me not want to play it anymore.

Good game...History repeated. It’s a little known fact that (not all of the time) the original movie, book, game, that started the series is known as the “Classic”. It’s what everyone compares the sequels to. Hill Climb Racing #1 is that classic. That game is so popular, that if you haven’t heard of it it’s almost as bad as not knowing what the Avengers are...That game was great! And like I said earlier the classic is what the sequels get compared to. So let’s get into it. Hill Climb Racing #2 is definitely good, but so feel like the first was a lot more intuitive. It’s definitely a good game but you tried to add too much to the game. The online raging feature is a great idea, but your whole “Friends” thing. 🤨 Why is there no chat, or way of communication? Your whole system involving friends is broken, you should have an in game friends engine hat doesn’t have to rely on social apps. Other than that you guys have a great game, keep what I said in mind and have a great day!

Fun and generous F2P that takes some skill. The racing gameplay is solid. Genuinely fun to “drive” the cars and there is a skill component that you just gradually learn as you play. The different tracks and different car handling keeps me coming back off and on over the last ~ 9 months. The matchmaking is pretty well perfect — sometimes it challenges you with opponents that you can just barely beat if you don’t mess up, other times it lets you blow them out of the water and really enjoy the car you’ve been improving. The new Event/Time Attack stuff is a much needed and fantastic addition for long-time players. It might be frustrating for new-comers, due to it pitting you against all active players, but don’t worry about it — just enjoy the rest of the game until you get some upgraded cars. Lastly, the F2P — it’s not a greedy game. You can access all of the gameplay and cars for free with very little grinding. Now that they’ve added car mods of varying rarity, it’s difficult to get the exact ones that you want for free, BUT, I don’t feel cheated by it. The mods are “nice to have,” IMO. Let me be clear, I hate what F2P has done for gaming. I’d rather play a demo and then dump 10 bucks once on good games, than play a bunch of “free” grindy, whale-luring, IAP crippled games. This is not one of those games. I’ve played it free up until a few weeks ago and finally paid $8 for the Rally car, mostly just to support a dev who makes a decent mobile game.

Fun game with some glitches. Fun game but it does have glitches. The two big ones I’ve run into are at the start of races the image can be lagged a bit and it is disorienting. The other glitch I’ve run into (which I think they are working on) is not getting the rewards for team matches. There are a lot of of ads which is okay for a free game. My only issue is I paid for the VIP AFTER entering challenge rank and lost out on all the rewards for the earlier ranks which seems like an oversight on the developer side. Also kind of makes it false advertising as it tells you rewards you can get, but if you are in challenger rank you can’t go back and get them. Aside from that it’s a fun game. Customization of cars is good, I like that some have different styles, and adventure mode is a good mix of challenging and fun. Definitely top marks for games play, but glitches take away one star.

This is just bad.. I probably sank 300 hours into the first Hill Climb, but instead of feeling like an enhanced sequel this feels kinda bad. It’s suffering from the same fate as Roller Coaster Tycoon. You can’t just use the name and make it something totally different. People will notice in the first minute or two that something is off and that’s exactly how this game feels. This just ain’t good. It’s very very hokey. I love the race setup which is a cool mode, and would have worked as an expansion of sorts to the original endless mode but, yeah. This just feels like some conglomerate bought out the original team and a bunch of board room suits made of bunch of changes to the fantastic original formula. One erk is that I don’t need to see a giant HUD and a giant brake and gas pedal. I think there should be an option to hide these. They are super distracting and kinda make the game feel like one of those pay to win kind of games. IDK. I’d lose the entire overlay and keep the information super simple and minimal if you want to display speed/fuel and that sort of thing. Just not these GIANT gauges and pedals. The cleaner, updated art style is nice, but yeah. This is a deleted app unless there’s something compelling I suddenly discover. When are these development teams going to realize that you can’t crap on a great original and just add a “2” and expect it to work? Hard pass.

Won’t Ever Get Anywhere. I’ve been playing this game for months. I’ve enjoyed it the whole way and the match making is balanced enough to keep winning 2nd or better. I have begun to stop playing and find other entertaining games is because you cannot ever earn enough in game currency to upgrade fast enough. There are so many things to purchase and so little you can gain that if you don’t buy the in game currency, you’ll never have anything worth while. I have 2 fully upgraded vehicles and that’s after months and months of grinding. There are many others and you can’t use them because the tracks are so hard that low grade vehicles can’t perform. The devs need to lower the cost for those who can’t or won’t pay to win. At least give us a little help on that. “Watch an ad,” you say. Well I have, over and over and over and it’s still not enough. And then you not only force a 30 second ad but now it’s a 30 second video ad plus a 15 second interactive ad we have to suffer. 45 seconds for ad time. Hope you’re making your money now because I see mass migration from this app to others. Beautiful game for sure. If you want to enjoy it though. Get out your debit card.

It rocks but...Bring back Daily!!. Game is awesome like always! :) but...You guys got rid of Daily friends challenge with the new update. The Weekley friends one is fun but it takes to long to reset and if some people are slower with certain vehicles they have to wait to long for a new race. The daily gave us all a chance for a new challenging friends race every day. PLEASE bring it back! Also... at some point try to find a way we can challenge a friend or 2 or more to a live friends race at our choosing. Also give out some prize like a good chest for winning a friends daily or weekley challenge maybe. One more thing.. come out with a new vehicle maybe once or twice a year. Keeps it interesting and people stay and don’t get bored especially those that have everything upgraded fully or close :) from talking to people on my team and other players Those requests will actually keep people playing more and sticking with the game which is good for Fingersoft $ and for the players. Great Game, one suggestion. To Fingersoft, if they read these. Although you guys took a step in the right direction when you added tasks in adventure mode, the rewards you're given are simply not enough. For me to complete the average task that I get, i have to invest at least 15 minutes into trying, getting far, dying, retrying, etc... For example, it took me 25 minutes to get 4300 meters on Winter, which is an average type task I have. However, the rewards I recieved were nowhere near worth the time I put into it. Basically this has resulted in me just ignoring adventure mode entirely, because, compared to cups--where i can spend 3 mins on, say, countryside cup with the promise of at least a common chest-- this rather well developed feature just ends up as a waste of my time. So one suggestion is maybe to include larger rewards for tasks that take longer to fulfill. Adventure is where Hill Climb Racing originates, so it's kinda sad to see it so pointless. Other than that, this game is amazing and wonderful job.

Hill Climb 2. I would give this game a 5 star rating, it is actually a 5 star quality game but when it comes to putting time into it especially when paying for virtual accessories it can be costly if you are not careful, it’s actually pretty ridiculous at times. When you purchase a certain package bundle for $20 and a few days later there is another bundle of the same thing for the same price, now who wants to buy the same thing for the same vehicle twice? I understand rarity items but come on! I purchased Daily VIP for $9.99, it’s almost worth it but it’s kind of a ripoff, you are suppose to get a prize every 24 hours but if you don’t claim them rite on time it’s pretty much a waste because the 24 hour cycle restarts when you claim the prize. Let’s just say you claim your prize every morning at 10:00, well one day you didn’t Claim your VIP Chest until 1:00 PM, now you have to wait 24 Hours, even if you didn’t claim it for 3 days, you are wasting money spent. Other than these ripoffs, it’s a fun game but most Virtual items are a waste of money anyways, fingersoft should appreciate their paying customers a little more.

Excellent Game, But Room For Improvement.. This game is absolutely one of the best ways to kill time, but it is somewhat lacking when it comes to achievements. There is simply not enough ways to flex to other people how absolutely goated you are at the game. But either than that it’s great! There are many vehicles to choose from depending on the map your playing. My personal favorite, the supercar, is fast and reliable and when fully maxed with the right mods, you can fly across almost any level with ease. This game implements a mix between skill base, and on level match making which challenges players with a higher skill level. This can also benefit the lower skilled players, so they can play with people on there level. The maps are always expanding, and new play styles as well! There are weekly and daily challenges which are excellent for earning rewards! In all this game is most definitely welcome in my library!

Total Cash Grab Version. It’s really sad that this beloved game by many has turned to a straight cash grab. To start with the positives, there is a bunch of content, cars, upgrades, courses, events, team play etc. these new features are really fun and will take up a lot of your time. Yes that is a lot of fun. To make this new content fun though you need to upgrade your vehicles as well as buy your vehicles. Now onto the negatives, it is literally impossible to get coins through normal game play. You can get $70k or $80k a day playing isn’t a couple hours. That is not nearly enough to continuously upgrade vehicles, open new courses, buy new vehicles. You are constantly getting hit by ad’s that entice you to buy coins or diamonds. You will not be very compatible in this game without buying currency. You can play for a week or two and get past a lot of the early content with the entry level vehicles and upgrades. Than you will just simply lose without extra currency. Very sad.

ADs system. To my dear dev, I’m writing this review to tell you something that has been bugging my mind for days. I love your game and the way it entertains me after a long day at work. What’s better than an awesome game? Playing with while listening to your favorite tracks. But here comes the problem. The ads. Personally, I have no complaints about ads in game since watching ads presumably means we, the user, supporting you guys, the dev, and that’s cool. But lately these apps are just like the mosquito that you can’t slap in the middle of the night. It shows up and when I press the “x”, it put me right to the app store. This is fine, since you can go back to the game with 1 press away. But my music is gone. I cannot turn it on again easily. I can’t play the music through swiping up and hit play, instead i have to go back to the main screen and re-play my music. Then go back playing the game. This is fine in the beginning, but repetitively doing so make me feel sick of opening Hill Climb Racing 2. I love your game but now I HAVE TO hate it. I tried to change my the kind of ad that shows up but it still works the same way. It’s weird that I have to write this at 2 a.m. I love you guys game yo be honest. I’ve been playing it since the release of the part 1. Can you guy do something about it? Your forever support. Scythes

Still Fun After A Year. I have been playing daily for almost a year. Never gets old. Level up progress is gradual but steady and enjoyable. You can always level up faster many spending dough, but if you are patient you will get there. The variety is good enough to give you some play options, but in a way all game modes, from Adventure to Racing to Events all feel substantial and necessary and add to the enjoyment of the game. You do not feel like any of them are arbitrary. Also each upgrade truest feels like it is improving the performance of your vehicle and almost every vehicle feels and handles differently than the next. This is also a game of skill and not just holding the throttle down to win. You have to learn the maps and handling characteristics of each vehicle and the upgrade parts to get the best results and all of it feels organic and is easy to learn just from use over time. The game is still fun after a year and is highly recommended.

Please fix the booster bug.. This is my quick fix game and I love it. But recently in the tournaments, activating the monowheel’s booster is glitchy. When depressing both pedals on my iPad Pro 12.7 it doesn’t respond automatically, there is a delay. Also, it shuts off randomly causing the vehicle to rotate unwillingly. It wouldn’t bee so bad if you didn’t only get 4 tickets a day. It really makes me not want to play. I feel like I’m wasting my tickets. I like the tournaments. They add novelty. But I would suggest doing away with the tickets and making each tournament shorter to prevent hackers from dominating. By the way, who gets 400 tournament points?! Even when I spend some of the diamonds I saved I cant even get close and I do pretty good in the events, averaging 8th place. The only way someone “MIGHT” get that many points is if they bought $100 worth of diamonds and spent every last one of them on that tournament. Sound fair to you???

This is a very good game but there are a few things that could make it better 1 is how in adventure mode you have to use tickets for the moon however every other adventure course you don’t it makes me play moon less because I like it but when I use tickets I have to wait 24 hours to get only 2 more I could spend 50 gems but that is to much and two there should be a moon cup at least one so you can actually use the moonlander for a cup because it slow but thrusters on moon would make people want it more and also I think thrusters should take less fuel to use they take SO much in the first hill climb racing they were actually good they made you fly in normal gravity and you could use them longer because of the short time of use in hill Climb Racing 2 it is only good to use on moon but then you have to use lots of coins to upgrade them so they good unless on moonlander which I think is a waste also there should be 1v1 or 2v2 races in teams or against friends like in other games such as clash Royale or clash of clans lastly I like the new double coin idea but if you put it in the vip subscription or premium pass more people might buy them if you read this thanks hope you consider what I said if you do u will give you 5 stars. 🦈

I love the game But more vehicles. Personally I recommend this game to everyone becaues it’s a really good game but I think it needs some more vehicles. Also you choose hiw much they cost. 1. Please, please, please, please, please bring back the Kiddie Express from the hill climb racing (Unlocked at Silver 2) 2. I think a Flying Car would be a nice edition but you do have a moonlander sooo (unlocked at lengendary or Diamond 3) 3. I think you should bring back the Hovercraft mainly because if you have a vehicle from snow maybe have one for water (unlocked at Platinum 2) 4. I think you should new vehicle based off you’re company name so like a Big Finger or Fingermobile (unlocked Silver 3) 5. I think electric car would be good and i think it should take long time for it run out of fuel (unlocked at Diamond 1) I hope liked this please add atleast one of these vehicles preferably the Kiddie Express and I hope you a good day!

This game is full of bugs!!!!. Game crashes at least every 3minutes, absolutely infuriating!!!!! Every time I’m close to achieving anything decent the game shuts downs and rips me off of the trophies and coins I had saved to even be able to compete

Best game ever. I have been playing this game for hours and hours and I have not got bored of it, there are so many different ways to play the game. You want to to have good grip and zoom off go ahead you want to go slow and the zoom off go ahead. This is definitely no doubt the best game I have ever played and for years to come.

Christmas & Bugs. The new Christmas update is sick. I got the snow mobile and it’s noice. I was waiting for the vent the whole day and then it finally started and it was too hard. Maybe a bit too hard. Also whenever I am in a race and I finish I tap to go on the next one and it always freezes and I get really frustrated because I always win but it freezes and I don’t get the coins (which are really hard to get in the game now) But otherwise I love the game I’m glued to it whenever I’m bored and keep it up.

Hill climb racing 2. It’s a pretty good game, I played the first one when it came out and comparing the two I’ve gotta say the maps in this one are too expensive for how little money you get each race. So that’s 2 problems right there and also can you make it so paint doesn’t have to be unlocked because I hate orange and yellow. I just want black or even chrome would be good. Also if there wasn’t “commercial breaks”. I don’t need a break and if I do I’m just gonna turn the game off. I don’t need to see ads that are on every social media app and 99% of games. But it’s still a pretty good game!

Pretty Good. The game is pretty good with a nice design, cool features, plenty of vehicles and fun game modes. However there are two things that need fixing, one being the games sound will randomly cut out usually being after an ad but sometimes while just normally playing the game. Another thing that needs fixing is sometimes after an ad the ad will go black and there is no way to exit the ad other than restarting the game. Other than those 2 things, the game is very well done and very fun and I hope to see further updates in the future!

Lost progress. Hell devs I love this game and it is very addictive but I have one problem I’ve spent months on this game and today my game froze so I double tapped home and got rid of the tab and went back on the game then all my progress was gone I had all the vehicles pretty much maxed out lots of money and gems so I feel like I’ve done all that work for nothing is there some way you can recover my acc and if not give me the stuff back because I’m pretty disappointed that I lost it also I tried logging in and out of Game Center and Facebook it don’t work please reply

Good, but the ads are a bit much. The game is great with lots of short-term and long-term goals to keep you interested. I am playing with free (non-premium) options and while I expect ads, they go get a bit much with sometimes having no option to get back to the game and a few quirks that make them more than just inconvenient.

Spare parts. Great game I use to play on my old device !! Spare parts need to be more accessible to be able to upgrade parts without putting what parts you have into the spare parts machine maybe a bulk lot in the team chests the higher the chest the more spare parts to reward teams that have good chests only thing wrong with the game

Brilliant game. I think this is a great game I don’t know what everybody saying it’s bad it does not need more cars I think it’s a great game PS I’m nine years old but I find this a great game and I always try to win all the seasons and I think that’s everybody should like it not be rude at it

I like this game because. I like vehicles and this game has it and I like racing and more like this game. The main thing of this game is to have fun and race and it’s not complicated for anyone to understand. So racing with bots and players choosing characters and having is one of the stuff i like

Fun. This game is really fun to play and I would highly recommend this app to you. In the game you can change the car around and you can make your character a girl or a boy. There are some cool vehicles to play with but you have to earn them. It is fun racing against people because sometimes it is a challenge.

Poor support. Forget the game, it's ok, not as good as the first hill climb racer and they can't seem to get their fixes right. The lack of support is lousy, I tried to restore purchases after reinstalling on a new device, I had just spent a good amount of money and had more than enough resources to equip the good vehicles. But restore purchase wouldn't work, so I asked for some help, no response for a long time, lots of emails, still no response until I started getting abusive. Nice work nerds. They eventually said they couldn't do anything, and I couldn't build up my coins because I had already earned the stage wins. So the game remembered everything but the real world money I spent. Don't spend a cent on this game unless you don't care if you get anything for it.

Hill Climb 2. This game is really fun and when they added the cogs, the stuff to buy parts, and that made the game a lot more experienced. They also added the race car which is seriously an amazing car. When they added the new track, backwater bog, the game got a lot harder. I like the fact that you can buy parts for cars in the store with gems, which are very easy to get. Overall, I have had so much fun playing this game I will play it for a lot longer to come.

PLEASE READ. I love this game, she’s pretty good n fun to play. But I’ve gotten to the point where it’s just bad now. The only way to really get money and new cars in buy online racers, at first I loved this idea. But now, I am racing against players leagues above me (trophies much higher then mine). This is extremely unfair, when people who have the best car in the game are racing me with a slow buggy, it’s literally impossible to win. This game would be much better in my opinion with balanced skill ranked racing, please this would make the dog a whole lot better!

Very nice. I say hill climb two is very nice I started when I first saw the game and I found there was lots of people also I found there was 22 vehicles in hill climb racing two when I saw the game it looks really nice and fun when I saw the game I downloaded on Friday and it was really good so I downloaded the game.

Love It. I am so addicted to this game and I am in it every day, the ads are alright, they don’t appear after every single run but maybe after ten or so. I’ve been playing it for a while now and will continue to do so! What I like about it is that it is also challenging, and that it isn’t TOO easy.

How good the game is.. Wonderful game. Absolutely wonderful game, it’s great primarily because it’s a lot easier to progress than most other games but it still keeps you extremely busy. Keep up the good work, I hope to see more updates soon.

Finally. I had this game 2 years ago and I was in legend league but I got bored of it and deleted it, when I re downloaded it I had to restart fully, but yet finally I’m back in action and back in legend league, oh how the adventure awaits , I love this game thank you so much

Why do I get less coins now. I’ve been playing this game since they first released it and at the start you would get like 7,500 coins in a bronze chest and like 20,000 in a gold chest but ever since the car parts like boosters and stuff came out I’ve noticed a drastic reduction in the amounts of coins you earn per chest... luckily I upgraded my formula before this happened. But anyway it would kinda cool if you would allow it if you could switch from just coins in a chest replacing the parts for more coins or just coins and parts giving the players a chance to upgrade their cars easier

Please Buy. This game is by far my all time favourite. It is so addictive and I don’t think there is one thing I’ll change to make it better! One thing is that after a few races, it comes up with a quick ad. Thank you so much team! :D

Please Fix This Bug. Hello, ive been playing hill climb racing for a long time and ive spent so much money on this app and i enjoy it a lot but it does not let me rank up, ive won 4 games in a row and it stays in the same point the whole time and does not let me rank. I find this game is very fun but the only problem is I lose to a boss. a boss called bling. Bling has a Big racing truck which is very very fast. Now I lose Makie she has A big hill climber from days and years ago Makie had tractor. This game is very bad and I do not like it it always let me lose and it always gives me things I don’t like it.

Ridiculous “boss level “. I love this game except for the ridiculous boss level. Why have you designed this abhorrent level with a car that always goes faster than any vehicle you put against it. It’s obvious it’s a computer generated level and rigged to be unbeatable. Why would you cause such irritation in an otherwise enjoyable game. I am asking PLEASE stop with the computer level

Awesome Game Devs.. but it crashes heaps. I love playing this game since I downloaded it. Only have it on mobile. Laugh heaps, especially when I smash badly. Only problem I have is the game crashes SO much, even after new updates. Doesn’t stop me playing, but it would be way less frustrating not losing progress when I’m on a really good run and then having to restart the game all over. I hope this is something that can be fixed.

Defeats the purpose of hill climb. So I reckon this game is really bad compared to the OG first of all the first IS hill climb “racing” but it doesn’t have racing in it, BUT I’m fine with that cos it has Hill climb. the second is more like Try not to flip over on small hills RACING. I reckon HCR2 should be called R cos all it is racing, not much hill climb. Second of all it may be some hills but HCR is hill climbing. The hills aren’t good enough like the OG and sorry if I’m wrong but I don’t think there is a single player version which I personally like. The old HCR has challenging hills with holes, bumps and many more. I have asked my friends for their opinion and they all said HCR1 is WAY better! I am not trying to like say hill climb racing 2 is like TRASH but I do believe that the OG is way better and Fingersoft should WORK ON BOTH VERSIONS. Like I think there hasn’t been a update for quite a while.

Needs basic improvements. The game is good but quickly gets boring. Improvement of cars is mostly pointless and may actually slow down your vehicle. So is some of that additional equipment such as speed boost on wheelies - no observable increase of speed apart from fire flames. What annoyed me the most and why I actually uninstalled the app is how rarely the tool chests contained special equipment for SUperJeep. This is the best vehicle which I enjoyed the most. I could get the full package for other cars before I get only a couple of items for sUperJeep. I think this is not a random bug.

Very addictive. Haven't stopped playing this since I installed it, it kills time like no other game. Probably the most visually stunning game I've played on my iPad, the attention to detail in graphics and sound is amazing, each vehicle sounds completely different. The playability is amazing as well, it must have been programmed by some talented guys. Just unlocked the rally car, it sounds like a beast. Ads don't interfere with gameplay and there's new challenge events every few days. Literally the only thing I've been playing for the last month plus.

Long Time Fan. Amazing amount of variables must go into providing the driving experience with grip, fuel amounts boost extras bells and whistles for aesthetics. Yes I have been a long time player restarting from scratch 5 times and always enjoying the ride. Many thanks to the creative team that have put the show together!! Love this game! Restore purchases. I’m confused to how this button works... I pressed it after buying the super Jeep bundle and it did nothing, just the button disappeared. I still have the super Jeep and no extra diamonds. “Mackie” is unbeatable! Re-edit of review on 21/5.. I love Hill Climb, as I said in my last review, I’m in the Legend League, and I’ve reached the “Mackie” boss level. It’s impossible to beat and clearly computerised. I’m not happy and with my Dune Buggy being the daily drive, I don’t have the amount of coins needed to upgrade. Right now, since yesterday I have upgraded to Max on all on the Dune Buggy, but I’m still struggling. Please make it a bit easier FingerSoft!

Maybe a bug?. Fun game, addictive, so I finished and got too legend status and doing the seasonal, I bought the premium pass, but I never got any of the things I should of won from all of the old races I’ve missed heaps of the things you get with the premium pass, champ outfit, the free cars and diamonds and coins I never got them but it works for seasonal races I do get all the items 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great game but 2 small issues. I love this game but there’s 2 things I need to tell you guys. 1: On Hill Climb 1 when you get air time you get tons of coins but on Hill Climb 2 you don’t get as many as you used to. 2: On many levels there are bridges and when I get off them I always come to a complete stop and everyone overtakes me and I get air. Please fix this it would’ve been 5 stars if this did not happen. P.S This game is one of my favs and I never get bored playing keep up the good work.

Great game but with a small catch. Don’t get me wrong this game is great but you have to be actually be quite good if you want to get anywhere in the game also buying car upgrades gets boring and unlocking cars takes to long also it’s hard to find your way through the game but this game is fun and very well made so that’s why I’m rating it 4 stars!

The Devs Know What They’re Doing.. I have played this game for… maybe 5 years(?) The game is great, loads of content and always stuff to do My main point is that the devs (developers) give the players what they want. We ask, they (sometimes, but it is hard to) deliver.

Love this game. This game is really cool because you can buy all different cars with the money you earn in the game and you can change the tires and the colours of the car. This is a great game because you can challenge people and friends from all across the world.

Needs more cars. Now I know I love hill climb and hill climb 2 but we need more than just like 22 cars in the game especially for platinum and diamond now I know that the original has been here for like a decade and hill climb 2 came out like 3 years ago but that’s no excuse for not giving us more 2 more cars in platinum and 3 more in diamond and also I really don’t like that chopper feels a little bit like it was de-buffed and I also can you make something called a tournament car or Event I mean I know moonlander is kinda like an event car but can you give it like a shiny thing under it and also put event or tournament oh and also one more thing why did you lower superbikes rank is it because diamond didn’t have too many cars in the rank or because it was way too crazy fast and could flip at anytime oh and also please don’t make any slower or faster or have more grip because I said that and yeah that’s basically it oh I’d also like you to update the game and add the things that I told you to add okay since I started playing your hill climb game 9 years ago and played the 2nd when it was released so I feel like I have a say in what you do in your games and please reply because I know you can see this fingersoft and sorry for making this way longer than this should’ve been.

Falsely banned. My brother has been playing this game for over two years now, and the other day his account got banned for “cheating”. There is no way for him to cheat since you would need parental permission to download any app or even go on the web. I requested an unban, but fingersoft never got back to me. The next day it said Permanently banned for violating the eula. He had played the game legitimately for over two years nearly getting every car in the game and then he got hit with this.

Really Great and Suggestion. This game is really great (for me)! I love all the vehicles that are available. One thing though, with the bus, maybe instead of having the three people inside with whatever outfits, when the player changes the outfit, it saves the outfit and puts it in the back of the bus. So basically, it changes to the players old outfit and that outfit is one of the people in the bus. And maybe once the outfit gets to the front, it just goes away. Apart from that, I really think anyone that is interested in racing, this is the game for you!! 👌🏼😎

no support. I would give 5 star if it wasn’t for their incompetence to provide support to the gamers. Over the last 8-10 months i’ve contacted support 5 times and not once have i received a response to my queries. I’ve played many games where this happens only for the app to eventually shut down. Maybe Fingersoft are winding up so they basically don’t care less? Regardless, i still play daily and will continue until the game goes broke then it’s a simple delete and look for something else to waste my time!

Great player service. Lost my account when going over phones and the game centre wasn’t linked. Found it easy to get my progress back thanks to great customer service system which allowed me to talk to a real person. Thanks.

You will spend more time skipping ads than playing the game .. The adds in this game are never ending and I am certain they are bombarding people with a constant stream of ads as a way of driving them to spend money to cut them out. But the price is nearly as expensive as getting Netflix’s so I don’t see the value at all. Doesn’t help that the ads are glitchy at best causing multiple crashes and just generally constantly interrupting game play. Game play is good but you send more time skipping adsl

Hill climb racing entertaining. This game is an excellent game to do when you don’t have anything else, it’s a game that you can play for long or short periods. Hill climb racing is a very good time in racing opponents on bumpy tracks. It is also like some other games which gives it a higher chance if people think it’s similar and want to play it. Due to these reasons, I rate Hill climb racing 2 a 4/5

Remove adds. Great game, spend hours playing it regularly but keeps glitching due to adds, happy to pay for app to remove adds so I can keep playing .. Not everyone has the latest and greatest device to keep up with content, so please add app to App Store for iMac !!! Just can't handle the constant app quitting and restarts !

Hillclimb racing. I have been able playing this game for 3 to 4 years now and it is a very good game. It is not pay to win nor full of ads. I have gotten to the highest rank without spending a penny in the game(maybe I’m just good but idk). Also the champions are easy to beat. If your new to the game, immediately get scooter then buggy then formula. The formula carried me to legendary and I’m still using it.

Terrible game. Fun for a little bit, just don’t upgrade your car or half of the lazily designed maps become completely unplayable. If you love games that punish you for “progress” then go ahead and download. Maybe by Hill climb 3 the developers can shake their dependence on a certain phetamine and develop a working game.

Pay to win. At first glance, you may think the game is fair with no flaws. Once you play enough, you’ll realize they took the good original game, and turned into a pay to win game. Just stick with the original game. This one pairs you with people way above your skill level. I’m diamond 2 and it pairs me with legendary drivers, who always beat me. It’s impossible to progress without spending money on upgrades.

I paid, still ADS ADS ADS ADS ADS ADS ADS!. The amount of ads to get anywhere in this game is infuriating. I even paid $5 to supposedly “get rid of ads” between sessions. But the reality is there’s still 100 other places that they manage to squeeze them in. NOTHING is free, expect that half of your screen time with this game will be watching 40second ads even after upgrading to the premium level. Ads to upgrade vehicle, ads to double your points, ads to open reward chests, ads INSIDE the reward chest. Worse still is some of the ads have seemingly no exit once they end and/or crash the game. If you choose to not watch the ads, you’ll go nowhere fast, it’s practically required if you want to progress in any timely fashion. Def a money hungry developer who did a good job making an addictive game.

Boss lvl is screwed up. I have played this game pretty much since release but mostly this past year. I’m giving five stars because it is a great game but the boss levels are screwed up this season. I am almost to grandmaster and have repeated the boss level for it 8 times. Each race the boss is either 1/2 a second up to 2 seconds!!! faster than my race record. Some of these races are 10 seconds long and he is finishing them 2! seconds faster than my record. I have a garage strength of 4544 and am legendary 47 so I’ve done plenty of these but I’ve never seen the boss beat the race record, at least on a consistent race by race basis. Please fix this! I really enjoy the game but cannot progress this season.

Fun game with frequent updates. The gameplay is fun and the controls are easy (even if I do tend to apply the brakes occasionally just by the way I hold my phone). I like the variety of tracks and vehicles and appreciate that each has its own unique qualities. They release new stuff pretty often and I always look forward to the cool content in each update. The physics are pretty good, but render my biggest gripe. None of the vehicles act even remotely as heavy as they should, so even the tank tends float and some of the lighter vehicles wheelie totally uncontrollably (I’m talking to you, Scooter and Monster Truck). Gravity seems to be roughly what it should be on Mars. Not like our strong Earth gravity. Speaking of which, a Jupiter track would be interesting—everything really heavy but the surface squishy like quicksand.

Hill Climb 2. Hey. Figured I’d give y’all a rating. I know how hard teams work to create new games while needing to make money for their work too, so I’ll give you 5 stars. I really enjoy the game so far. I wish it were a little easier to earn money on solo races but other than that no complaints really. I super enjoyed the first Hill Climb when I was younger, it was the perfect game. Hill Climb 2 is pretty cool too, you guys probably wanted to rejuvenate Hill Climb and make it more interactive and have in app purchase options. Not a bad move. You gave Hill Climb a cool new twist. ALSO, I just want to say I LOOOVE the art in the game! Who ever was in charge of creating and painting the backgrounds did a FANTASTIC job! 💚 your work did not go unnoticed!! ☺️

Hill Climb Racing 2 is a Broken, Greedy App - Don’t Waste Your Time!. This app is hobbled by advertisement videos, and they don’t even pay off when you do watch them! Watching video ads is required to access your “rewards” that say “FREE ______!” Nothing is the ever earned, and when you give up and watch them anyway, often the app will glitch out and make you watch another video to get the item you just “paid” for with your time! Support has been just as bad, with two requests for support being ignored, and the third was replied to but it answered the wrong question, but just an answer based on a quick skim of the subject line! Stay away, and don’t think this app will be even-keeled like HCR1 and be enjoyable without paying for extras. You’ll be watching ads constantly...when they actually work, which is about 40% of the time!

Fun and entertaining. I really love this game! It has amazing graphics and the whole concept is really nice. I love all of the vehicles and paints and how you can customize your character. I never get bored with it! I do have one suggestion: add a horse. Yes, I know it sounds weird, but I have it all figured out in my head. First, make a jump button next to the pedal for horse only. Then make different colors or breeds for horse instead of paint for a vehicle. Maybe for being able to customize the wheels for a vehicle, for the horse maybe have different saddles and colors. I don’t know, just a suggestion. It would just be SUPER cool to have a horse in it though. Anyway, love the game! Definitely would recommend it.

The game’s awesome, but…. I love this game, I have been playing it since months ago. I have the Supercar and I’m upgrading it, but it’s very difficult. The upgrades cost too much. I don’t want them to be cheaper, I want to get money easier. It would awesome to have more coins, like 25, 50, and 100, just like there are in Hill Climb Racing 1. That way getting money would be a lot easier, and we could enjoy the game a lot more. I also think that the price for the last chest in a event is too high: if you use all your tickets and get 10 for every time, you don’t even get to have the half of the price of the last chest! I really love this game, but I think it could be better.

Cash Grab. I would advise prospective new players (and parents) to look elsewhere for a new game. The designers of this game have gone all out to maximize profits at the expense of regular players. To keep up with the latest vehicles you have to buy chests. To stay competitive in the team challenges one has to spend a lot of money on chests to upgrades vehicles. The racing has been getting more and more challenging for the average player, and long time players are subject to trickery rather than racing. There is no sense of loyalty or gratitude within Fingersoft for the players that have supported them. Also cheating busy top teams has been rampant, with extra tickets - meaning extra turns. That should be eliminated entirely. With events this tough it would be fair to have practice rounds before tournaments begin. But there is no money in that.

Update Issues. I really enjoy playing this game when I have a sec to relax or just spend time playing. This is actually one of the very few games I have on my phone. That said there are 2 major 😡😡😡 issues with this last update... 1- Sounds: If you turn the sound OFF in the game the sound is not really turned off. When you watch video ads you Hear the Sound. That is bad as the sound is to be OFF. If you want to play the gamein a quiet place the video plays Loud.😡 On the phone if you put the phone on Silent by useing the switch next to the volume buttons you will also still hear the sound from the video ads. 😡 Do it like all other games & apps! When you have the app sound off then NO sound should play❗️❗️❗️ If the phone silent switch is switched to Silent then do it like all other games & apps! When you have the switch to Silent then NO sound should play❗️❗️❗️ 2- Game Stabilization:. When ever the game is open regardless if I am playing the game or it is in the background of open apps my screen randomly goes complety Blank Black and then comes back on again. In 7This is really annoying and bad as it makes playing the game really hard. As well with the app running in the background when I am using other apps they are also flashing. I can assure you that this did not happen untilin updated this app and only this app. Please Fix‼️‼️‼️

Poor customer support. My brother reached out to customer support because his son’s account got flagged for cheating (for a second time). Customer support asked my brother to verify if he was using cheat codes. My brother told him he was 6 and there is no way he knows how to do that. Customer support writes back with “this game is for ages 13+. We are permanently banning his account”. Seriously!? First of all Apple Store says ages 9+ so if you’re gonna stand by something, be consistent. Secondly, my nephew who is obsessed with this game and plays nonstop all the time clearly is capable of being so dang good, the game thinks he is cheating. Way to go Hill Climb - your poor attitude means you not only banned a kid who loved your game by falsely accusing him of cheating, you’re gonna lose my brother, his other son, me, my dad and my husband. Yes, we ALL PLAY as a family because we genuinely enjoy the game. Such a shame. We’ll happily find another game that doesn’t have such a terrible attitude.

Parents with young children playing. This is a relaxing game with just enough competition/challenge to be engaging for a long time. But the adverts leave much to be desired. 1) There is a hefty cost for choosing to go ad-free. 2) There are ads shown for games that encourage a derogatory and stereotypical representation of women and minorities that just doesn’t need to be perpetuated, especially in games seen or played by younger children. My child is young and can rationalize that Hill Climb Is a game. But I also don’t believe that he needs to be present to the commercials shown (and one ends up watching a hefty amount of war/sexualized/racially insensitive commercials to engage the game in a fee-free mode. I would give the game itself 4 stars, but have opted to delete and no longer play because of the extraneous content that I would prefer not be part of the playing experience.

I love this game but. So I am absolutely addicted to this game. I play a lot, I am leader of my team. I design custom tracks. I’ve had vip for 3 years. But right now, I have a friend who was marked for cheating. He has never cheated. He plays a ton like me. Good mix of cups, adventure mode, challenges, and team races. He is fast, faster than me, but has never cheated. So I can’t in good conscience give a 5-star review. I considered a 1 star review for this very reason. I doubt anyone will read this review and base their decision to download the game or not because of it. But if so, I would advise you not to play until they figure out this issue. Imagine playing the game an hour or more a day for 2 years. Now imagine for no reason at all you are marked for cheating and can no longer play. Knowing what you know now, would you want to waste your time on this stupid game?

Games a Joke. They ban accounts for no reason whatsoever other than ppl not wanting to pay for anything this app offers. My account was banned because it wouldn’t allow me to click the ‘I’m not a robot’ box that popped up outta nowhere. It asked me to submit my explanation as to why it accused me of cheating, so I did via email and the email that I received back from Tom Cooper (Fingersoft) has to be the most downright disrespectful email from what’s suppose to be a personal business I had ever received and not in any part of that email was I given a reason as to why my account was banned in the first place. Read all the EULA rules/agreement and I can honestly say I didn’t break any of them. So if you don’t wanna spend money on this I’d go somewhere else. Over 100 hours logged, almost 7,000 races all gone because some man sitting behind a desk who gets off on banning accounts

Amazingly Fun. Not sure why other reviewers are complaining about the ads. Games gotta make money somehow. I’ve seen a lot worse. Games one of the best to play in between life situations. Can easily spend a good 5 - 30 minutes a day playing. It doesn’t feel too grindy, and the updates makes it worth coming back for. I’m not a big fan of the challenges, but hey, the more the merrier. Graphics are great, level designs feel unique and interesting, and death feels like it is completely your fault. At a glance it seems like the fastest car always wins, but there’s a level of skill that’s not immediately evident in riding ramps and hills properly. If you loved the original, you will probably highly enjoy this one too.

Fun but needs improvement. Driving around and upgrading your cars is fun but there are certainly some issues in the game that if fixed could make it much much better 1. Leveling up your driving badge on adventure mode gives you nothing special. You’d think for such a milestone you would at least receive some gold and maybe some special clothes. You do receive a hat each time you level up your badge but that is a very underwhelming reward. This lackluster reward leads to a lack of motivation to try to level up the badge more, as you know you’ll gain very little by doing so 2. The difficulty of the cup races seem to correspond to the vehicle you use and how fast or good it is. This isn’t necessarily a bad system as it allows you to use multiple cars rather than just rely on a main one. However, it makes the cups exceptionally easy, as the race difficulty seems to adjust to the quality of your vehicle, meaning you don’t have to make any upgrades to win no matter what car you use. 3. Actually I guess it’s just those 2 things, but changing them could significantly improve the enjoyment of gameplay

First is better. Hi. I'm here to ask you to make real multiplayer. Everyone knows it's bots. I know because the same dang characters pop up. You just made the online mode just as an excuse to throw ads in so you can make money off the game. Everyone I know had hill climb 2 for 2 hours and got bored and deleted it while on the original they worked every day to get everything because it was fun, and you had a good time with the challenge. You came from and innocent game maker to a greedy, lazy, incompetent gold digger. People want reality not someone trying to squeeze money out of them. You also need more cars and parts, along with better maps. Please read my review and fix these things. I give it a generous five stars as motivation. Thank you.

They turned this game into a money grabber scam. This is a sad follow up to hill climb racing. The original was an incredibly fun game, this one is just way to heavy in the money grubbing scale. Purchases are not as they claim either. Don’t be fooled by the premium pass, it does not give you all previously earned premium content, it has an expiration that is hidden till after purchase and has to be renewed monthly. The VIP pass is very clear about being a monthly renewing thing but the premium passes are blatantly fraudulent and different from the pre purchase description. Emailing the company will only get double speaking replies claiming the premium pass is actually something called a season pass and has to be purchased each month after it expires. Don’t waste your time with this game, if you loved the first game, the amount of money grubbing nonsense will tarnish the leftover experience from the first game.

Change isn’t always for the better…. I’ve been playing this game for years now. In fact I played HCR1 before 2 ever even came out. Regardless, the last update introduced changes to the public weekly challenge which, in my opinion, are quite unfavorable to the player. Not only do you now need to spend the points on rewards (which means you need quite a lot more points to get all the rewards), but they have also increased the amount of gems required to purchase extra event tickets from 20 to 60. Unfortunately it seems that fingersoft has become quite money hungry, hoping to drain players gem reserves and lure them to buy more. I would like to see a return to the old event system or at least some tweaks to the new system that make it less “scammy”.

The actual game is fun but.... When you finish a race or group of races you have to watch a video(commercial break). The video crashes the game almost every single time. Sometime it crashes mid race and you lose any progress made. I honestly believe I spend more time reloading the app than actual game play. Update: Since the last update the crashing is way worse. I am rarely able to complete team races or events and you do not get the race ticket returned. I have been unable to assist my team several times because it crashes mid-race and am unable to post a score. On game events I probably finish a race or post a time in about 1 of the 4 daily tickets. As I said in my previous post, the game is/was fun but it has become too much aggravation to fool with. I am deleting the app and will not consider any apps by the same developers.

Request fix in update. Love the game, but could the text displaying “air time” or “backflip” be moved so that it doesn’t show up on top of the vehicle? This happens at the time when seeing the landing trajectory is critical. Most noticeably it is happening at the current “Downhill Event” challenge. I timed a screenshot to show how my vehicle is hidden but there’s not a way to attach pictures here. Perhaps this is a result of my iPhone SE screen size but I’ve noticed it happening on an iPhone 6 screen, too. Not sure if there is s thing that can be done, but just wanted to share some feedback if you can nudge that text layover off of the moving vehicle it would be very much appreciated by this user.

Ad after ad after ad after ad.... After having everything unlocked and every vehicle max upgrades in hill climb racing 1, the way this second one plays feels good and somewhat new, but Hill climb racing 1 didn't have a single ad now hill climb racing 2 has an ad after every single thing you do. These ads are so invasive and it honestly makes me not want to play this otherwise great game. Come on fingersoft give us a break with these consistent ads!!!!! Treat your customer base with respect not like we are cash cows that love watching ads!!! VIP update: It is clear to me that fingersoft wants nothing more than your money. They don't want to provide new and exciting content but rather updates that include a monthly VIP membership which is $10 every month.... I understand you guys need to generate an income but you can do it in a way other than loot boxes and lack luster VIP membership updates... Uninstalled and back to hill climb racing 1 for me. 🖕🏻🖕🏻🖕🏻

Actual review, not a bot or a kid.. This game is worse than the original. Sure the textures are a bit better but the physics are the same. The car selection is locked behind either a paywall or a MASSIVE time sink. You can no longer just earn money by driving. Exploration money and stunt money have been HEAVILY nerfed, so much so that the only meaningful income in the game comes from chests which either take massive amounts of time to open or real life money. Aka, everything that is wrong with mobile games. This game took no more development skill than the original, yet makes massively more money just from these small changes. Makes sense why they’d do it, financially. But is it a good game? God no. Don’t download this pay to win garbage. Play the first one, and never buy anything. Did I mention you will be forced to watch at least 10x more ads than the previous version? Do you need any more reasoning than that?

Multiplayer mode. Ok so I been playing since hill climb racing 1 till now and it’s came a long way but the multiplayer mode has gotta be better we shouldn’t have to send a link to our friends to play we should be able to search they’re names and be able to invite to our party to race or create a 1v1 mode to race our friends or a 2v2 race of clans going against each other or have 4 of our friends in a party just by searching our names and don’t have us play against the time version when they already raced and we’re not playing each other live playing each other live is just better but if you added that I’ll say this game will be pretty good or this my last one let’s see who can go the farthest in adventure mode but still keep the regular adventure mode that’s all please take my ideas into consideration

Fix it. I’ve played this game for two years now and spent a lot on it, here recently it’s gotten to were I have to start the game multiple times before it loads, it won’t count my times on anything unless I reload it a bunch of times, if I score 30k+ on an event it won’t take it, if I beat a friends challenge it won’t take it, but if I fail it takes it. If I try to post a km challenge by the time I make 1k km it’s saying offline, and that’s with me sitting right next to my router using only WiFi. And I know it’s the game because none of my other apps or games act this way. I’m to the point I’m done playing because I can’t play, it’s annoying waiting to build up 4 tickets and wasting all of them but one to get a decent time because it won’t accept anything I do and I have to rush before it goes offline. I refuse to spend anymore money on this game or give a 5 star review untill whatever this issue is is fixed.

To many adds. Ok, first of all I like this game a lot but there is some things I don’t like. First is the ADDS!! There is WAY TO MANY ADDS. Whenever I am done with a race an add pops up than another than another. Yea I know I can pay for the adds to be removed, but I also understand why they put so much so they can make money to update the game. I think there is to many adds. Second is the BOSSES. Yea some of you might think the bosses are easy but when your in the bronze league 3 the boss is HARD, unless you pay money you can beat it easily. I am in bronze 3 and this 1 boss going to silver 1 is hard because they move faster than you which isn’t fair. Another thing is the challenges, some of them seem unbeatable because they move faster than you. This game is PAY TO WIN. Now my game doesn’t work when ever I try launching the game it crashes and I have the iPad Pro and for some reason this game doesn’t work please fix it

Can’t log out of account. So when I logged into another Game Center account I needed to log out so I thought when I delete my account it will put me back to the start but it wouldn’t let me play the game but you would say “delete the game then” but I have restrictions so I can’t delete stuff so I made this rating because you need to change the delete account system to it makes you go back to the start and the Game Center you are on gives the account that Game Center has progress on I was legendary on that account and I’m mad I can’t go back into the game so make an update that if you delete you account it will put you back into the start Please read this:‼️

Disappointed. I played this game alot for the cartoon-like graphics and the fun of racing and using different vehicles to race. Each day setting a new vehicle upgrade goal and also to complete each task that's given to me. A few days ago when I went to go play the game as usual, my account was flagged for cheating, so I wasn't able to play. Cheating? How? There is no in game support, but a link to a web form that you have to figure out which category suites your contact request best. Once completed, an automated response is sent to your provided E-Mail. So now correspondence is done through E-Mail which is further Aggravating. I've played this game for years and never had an issue with anything, except for watching ads that don't always give the 'in game credit' they say they give. Usually watching the same one 2-3 times does the trick. I hope this gets worked out in a timely manner.

Fools game!. This game started ok with Hill Climb 1 and gets worse with every useless, unrealistic track additions and money sucking extras! You will never get any vehicle fully upgraded unless you hand over money. Have watched hundreds of their precious adds making them money but greed is getting the best of the developers and they won’t be happy until you start paying them directly from your bank account. When they made racing seasons reset only for money, that was the last straw! It’s one thing to add a feature and have to pay to get it but to have a feature for a long time then take it away makes this a fools game! Good riddance money suckers!

Have to pay money to progress. Game starts off fun but you quickly realize that you have to pay money to progress. There is no efficient way to make coins so you have to spend hours just to upgrade a single item. And each vehicle has 80 upgrades. So yes, it will take you a few weeks to max out a single car. But hey, at least you can play the trophy road and unlock new vehicles to keep the game from getting boring right? Nope, eventually you hit a boss that has a maxed out vehicle and it’s impossible to beat. I spent $35 on this game and I don’t even get close to beating him and I can’t unlock anymore vehicles or make anymore coins until I beat him. I’m basically stuck on this boss for the next 2-3 weeks unless I spend like $50. I decided to just ask Apple to refund my purchases and as soon as they do I’ll uninstall this money grab game.

Very good!. This game is really good. The cars have more detail than the cars in the first game. You can also customize your car with different paint jobs and tires. Their are also cool things to help you race and do adventure. Their are boost and magnets to collect more coins. It is easy to make money if you keep playing and opening chest. Their are gems but they are hard to get. You only need to use them to open chest faster or to trade it in for some coins. No gems are required to keep upgrading your car. They are always updated it with fun events to win cool prizes that are easy to get even if you don’t pay to refill your tickets. Lastly this game is not pay to win at all. Hurry up and download this game! 😂

Amazing game for people who like to mess around with the little things. Very fun and satisfying for people like me to play around with your avatar/ characters. I have been addicted to this game ever since hill climb racing 1, and I have to say there have been major change and upgrades as far as game quality and smoothness there literally no lag what so ever. 10/10 stars ⭐️ 🥇would recommend to literally anyone that likes cars and a challenge. On another note I would like to see more cars skins and way more avatar skins too, but also wish that us, the players, would get the handheld i teams for our outfits to be earned easier and or in the VIP chest. But other than that flawless and phenomenal game.

What Happened??. I have NO idea what happened in this update. I updated the game, and now my hill climb app is lagging and shutting down and glitching on the pedals. I was just playing adventure mode and I beat my record and was getting like 6,000 more coins and when i died, the app shut off and my new record isn’t there and neither are my coins. I was taking a screen recording of me playing because I was going to write a review on the glitching pedals that kept pressing when I wasn’t pressing them, and I caught it stopping then too. I’ve been playing the hill climb games since they came out, and this is probably the most disappointed i’ve been. Everything was GREAT yesterday, but when I updated the app today it started this?

Love this game!. I’ve been playing this game for a LONG time and I love it. It takes up most of my day lol I have a couple of suggestions that would make it better but if they weren’t incorporated I’d still give this game 5 stars. My suggestions are that it would be awesome if there was a clan aspect. I play a few other games that have clans and such and I’m just not into them. I believe this game would be awesome if you were able to have a clan, compete for total trophy count, level up the clan, and be able to have friends that you could race against and learn from. Like I said, this game is 5 stars to begin with but if a friends/clan aspect was introduced, I would give it 10 stars if I could! Maybe some feedback from the devs on this?

Good but.... I remember the first Hill Climb game and it brings back a lot of memories when I see it. I remember playing it a lot with my sister and having so much fun making fun of it like when it made weird noises or something. Number 2 is very good but when I first started playing 2 it had a bug. I didn’t know so at the time and I was getting ready to delete the app because of how boring it was. But then the next day it told me there was a bug but it’s all good now. So I kept the game until after a few minutes of playing it started getting really boring! I wish something more could be added to this game. But over all it is a very good game. If you’re looking for a game to play for hours when you’re bored this is not what you’re looking for because for me I don’t know for you but for me it got really boring after a while...

Not worth the time or money. It’s only fun at first. But as you get further along, the physics in the game seems to intentionally try to find any way to make your vehicle wreck when you’re driving a course for blue chests that has new parts. The game always gives you new parts for vehicles you haven’t even unlocked yet and have no intention of buying because the game only has like two, maybe three, vehicles that are any good. The game puts you in races against vehicles you haven’t unlocked yet and have no chance of beating. It’s a scam that’s not worth the time or money. Not to mention all the hackers that cheat on the “drive as far as you can” course. Just watch the videos of the people who cheated their way to the longest distances. No one is monitoring this game at all. It’s not worth the time to download. There are other games that are better. smh

Insane GLITCH!. I love this game, I have been playing it for at least a couple of years. All the sudden over the last week or two, it glitches! I am a technical person, so I have restarted everything at least three times, still glitching. When I’m racing, the image stops just for an instant, and then continues, and then stops, and then continues, and this goes on and on through the whole race. I am playing on my iPad Air, which I use for everything in my daily life pretty much at this point, and there are no other issues with it. Only hill climb two has an issue. Please fix it! I want to be able to play, but the glitch causes my anxiety level to rise quickly, so I stop playing.

Really fun game but …. I really liked this game for a while, it’s a lot of fun once you get the hang of it. But like many other games as you progress the upgrade vehicles/items become more & more expensive but the amount of coins you get stays the same. You get maybe 200 coins max per run & somewhere between 1-5K in the tool boxes but the cars start costing upwards of 70,80,90K to unlock & then well over 10k in coins to upgrade each of the vehicles levels over 5, and there are 4 different things you can upgrade on each vehicle. I mean I get it, I know they want to make money but it’s just frustrating after a while & then it comes to a point where you either have to buy things with real money or quit the game.

Fun. It’s a fun game, and the game play is almost perfect...ALMOST. The levels are far too long. The same goes for the first version of this game. It’s fun to play, but the levels are so long that they just wear you down, especially when you make it so far and then have to start all over again after crashing. These levels could be split in half, and they’d still be pretty long, but it would be more fun. My friend and I both deleted the first version of this game because we got bored with the super long levels. It was beyond frustrating and annoying. I love the vehicles, music, and most everything else about the game though. I’m afraid I’ll be deleting this one soon though because I’m about to the point again where the super long levels are becoming annoying..

Last game had something this doesn’t. Make the moon a real level, it was not only amazing but really fun. Also the change in physics made things change, adding some variety to the game. Also the last game had so much potential. There was so much to do you could never stop! There were twice as many vehicles and probably ten times as many levels. Also the money was fast so you could progress, but there was always more! One of my favorites from the last game was the race car. Better than the formula, and faster at that. Not only did it have potential, but vehicles were permanent, instead of “hey, do good and spend all your time on this game to get the moonlander!” All in all, good game, but it lost so much potential to where it has become a game for checking for a recent free toolbox.

Stressful!. I have used this app for over a year now. I really liked it until I found out that that getting 4th or 3rd in a race lowers your points toward a higher ranking. This made me frustrated because I have to start over if I get either of these places. Another thing with the races (cups) is that the other opponents are way faster and have better upgrades than me, so I don’t stand a chance. I don’t like this because there is absolutely nothing I can do to win besides start over (and wait for slower racers) This seems unfair to me. Besides those 2 things, this game is very fun and has a lot of potential. Please update soon!

Bugs and glitches ruin my day playn my game. I love this game, but I get this glitch where my gas pedal suddenly goes back up as if i weren’t pushing down when i was!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I would say that a couple new cars should be added, my suggestions are as follows, a ball that stays on the ground at all times but will overheat and explode if not handled carefully, a car with spring tires and a dump truck that can flip over until the back breaks and make a new tool attachment thing that I forgot the name of called the hang glider that acts like wings that don’t go away, and could you make the formula faster please, I bought it thinkn that I would zoom as fast as a bullet down the race area or track(depends) and my monster truck is 100•faster and put the air spin fan(it looks like one at least)back for the formula

Clans. I have been playing hill climb racing2 now for about a month. I think it is such a great game. Their is nothing I would fix in the game accept for 1 thing. Clans. I think it would be a great idea because me and my friends are really active on this game so clans would be a great idea. In the clans their should be race wars against other clans. Anybody can participate in these. And if somebody in your clan has the fastest time, your clan gets trophies or a chest. I would absolutely love if you consider the idea of adding clans,and I am sure other people would like it too. I am sure other people would be more active too and give this game more activity so thank you and have a good day.

A little tough touch. There have been so many crazy things added into the game sense I first started back when it first came out. This is my new favorite iOS game to play and I love this recent update! I just noticed that there are roll cages on two of the vehicles and I couldn't see when they would bust. A great addition to think about putting in with another update would be a way of showing the damage the roll cages (and gear roll cages for other cars) on the screen for a little heads up on just exactly how carful you have to be before that little thing to protect your head, breaks. It would be extremely nice to have that heads up. Thanks for reading and please take this into consideration!

Easy to win. Pros: Clean menu Not pay2win Gold is easy to obtain Cons: For the most part, the maps are the same Ads Thoughts: This game is fun to compete with your friends in. I like what the developers have done in terms of keeping every menu streamline and simple. I love the fact that this game is not pay2win. However, there is an ad after every couple of races and the maps are very repetitive. Very rarely do I see other obstacles other that hills. The maps that force you to do flips to move on to the next part of the course are a lot more fun than just running over bumps. My last point may not be valid, however it does not feel like I am playing against real players either. For example I may finish way ahead of everyone else and move on the next part of the race, the other players will instantly be there at the starting line as if they finished the last race when I did. Basically if you want to win every race all you have to do is hit bumps/whenever you’re in the air hit the ground with your car angled up so your back wheel hits the ground first. This will give you momentum to get ahead.

Would give it three stars but. The game overall is ok. I’ve noticed as people say that you stop out of no where when doing a wheelie. I clicked on interstate cup, now think about that. That’s a cup you unlock at platinum, and when I enter it, (note: I’m diamond one) I have to go against legendary rank that are literally unbeatable. I have a maxed out formula car. It’s just not worth it. There is a 50/50 chance of you getting put with lower rank cars. It’s just like forza Horizon 4 where you can’t afford car parts. The only thing you should buy is premium. NOT v.i.p . If your diamond you will get about 150,000 coins. Now that also comes with clothing for your character. The chests. I just can’t say. It is about 99% that your not going to get the parts for the exact car. They add parts like afterburner and thrusters. Thrusters make the game not fair. I’m not saying it’s that bad. It’s not good. Some how when I join a race I see platinums with tanks and snowmobiles, I don’t know how they get it. The other thing is, getting things that your character and colors for your car I opened a rare chest and got a blue color. I was hoping for a better one. Overall this game is not worth playing. Hill Climb 2. This game is so cool and I love there I commercials sometimes but who cares this is my favorite game now I love the people who made this game and it is the best game ever so I just wanted to say that and again I love this game so if you are looking at the reviews and you see mine trust me it is the best game so just get it. And never ever get rid of it because you will fall in love with it ok you really will believe me ok now if you are thinking about getting this app then get it is so fun there I lots of cars to unlock I have the first second third forth fifth and seventh ok and there is so much more now what are you waiting for get it right now.

I’ve lost interest in this game.. I’ve played this game for years, each times on different devices and accounts. A year ago, this game was great. Now I come back with a new account, and the new progression system for vehicles is really screwed up. I miss when you could pay for any car you wanted (when unlocked via campaign progression) with the in-game currency, but now the extremely great and useful vehicles are also unlocked via other challenges or monthly seasons. The scooter, dune buggy, bus, and racing truck can be really essential for beginners, but now they’re locked away under a curtain that I don’t bother to unlock anymore. It’s not a bad game because of this, but it is just a lot different now and I wish they fix this system.

Meh. Hillclimb one was a basic game that let you compete against your own personal best on every map. You can save up and buy any vehicle and then build up that vehicle and see how far you can push it. I've only just started playing Hill Climb 2 but already I see a problem with the race to the finish line. By adding the finish line and move the Game into a genre of racing games to compete with. There's another game that I won't mention by name, that does this racing to the finish line very well. He'll climb one never had to compete with this because it was a different type of game. Now with Hill Climb 2 being a race to the finish line, is competing with other typical racing games. I'm not sure that he'll climb to has the chops to compete in the racing game room. Stick to the physics generators, and the personal best "finish line".

A lot of grinding involved, but that’s ok. I get the problems of the game: the ads are annoying, the upgrades are expensive. But that doesn’t stop the core gameplay from being super fun. I may be giving this a higher review because I played the first since I was about five, but I do not agree with the reviews stating that everything is behind a paywall. It is entirely possible to max upgrade everything with no money spent. Automatically being the best wouldn’t be too fun for long, would it? With a GP of 3500, I say I’ve put a fair bit of effort into this game, and I enjoy the grind. Once again, the ads aren’t the best, but that’s easily fixed with a single purchase. I love this game for what it is: a long grind to the top, but a fun time doing so.

Really horrible business practices. I think the company itself is the worst thing about the game. I’ve been playing since the first game, and have continued playing this game until now. In that time i have seen the game get consistently worse and worse. Unlocking vehicles, maps, and upgrading cars all gets harder. For example the stupid adventure tokens system. Not great, especially when you don’t have any more maps to unlock you stop being able to stock up on more adventure tokens from the daily blue chests. What a horrible system. That’s only one example. Thankfully some things have been slightly better, the events have been decent recently and the muscle car is great. I can only hope it continues improving and stops getting worse! I’d improve my score if they allowed you to get adventure tokens from blue chests even when you have all the maps.
