great gas station, trash app. update after update it just never works- there's always a "temporary issue" after every update, so that's a permanent issue if it doesn't ever work- the $1.50 I'd save per fill up isn't worth the headache the app causes, but you're a 6 billion dollar company, hire a competent programmer

Horrible customer service when go locked out of account. I signed up for the app and it worked great for a short period of time. Then it said I had to log back in but it wouldn’t let me. I tried resetting my login information and it said it was sending me a message I never received it. So I tried emailing the company gave them my information and they said you don’t have an account. So I tried to create a new account it said you can’t because phone already being used. So I emailed the company again and realize it’s been two weeks and I’ve heard nothing. I tried calling the company I was next in line for 12 minutes and finally chose the option to leave a voicemail which rang and rang and rang and was never answered. The app worked great when it worked but absolutely zero support from customer service

Poor App!!. I was happy to see an app I can use that allows me not to have to pull out my credit card. So I installed it and used it one time and it was great. But then it stopped working. I was told my credit card wasn’t accepted. I submitted comments through the app twice, but got no response. I tried the app a 2nd time with a different pump and got the same result. I even tried it with the Apple Pay (I know works) option with the same results. Please provide a fix update to the app or let me know what I need to do to fix it!! Thanks!!

Can’t add payment. I am trying to add a company credit card on the account and it won’t accept it. Everything is out in correctly but it still says it’s wrong. I use the same card on the Exxon Mobil app and had no problem putting it in. The whole point in me getting this app was to use it for work so I don’t have to pay at a pump but can keep track of it through my phone. Not really a point to have the app anymore. And customer service was useless when it came to my issue.

Works great overall. I like the ease of paying on my phone and the e-receipt. However, a few times on some gas stations it would not take my payment from the app. Also, how about adding gas prices , so that it’ll be easier than searching on the web.

Setup Issues. Getting the app setup was a nightmare. The required verification codes aren’t sent requiring you to call the customer service number in the message that pops up. Calling that number yields no help at all, the people that answer the phone are clueless and tell you they don’t handle problems with the app that I have to call someone else. Spent almost 2 hours on the phone talking to numerous people before I could get an intelligent human that could verify my Sunoco credit card I was trying to enter in the app so could use the app to make purchases. It also requires verification of my email address that verification never arrives either even though my email address has been correctly entered in the app. I checked to make sure the email verification request wasn’t in my spam it’s not there either. It is not being sent even though the message says it was. I’m sorry I ever got involved in this nightmare that has consumed 2 hours of my value time just to save $10 on my next statement per the promo letter that arrived with my statement. Definitely not worth the time and frustration!! I would not recommend that anymore download this app if you value your time.

Yay! Update!. Finally after weeks of being down, app has been updated and is working. I just wish they would have said something that they were fixing/updating the app.

Convenient. Having the ability to make the transaction to purchase gas while I’m still inside, my vehicle is very convenient and safe the three cents off each gallon adds up also

Awesome For Uber Drivers. I drive for Uber and this app makes it really fast and easy to get gas. I also really like that I can get my receipts in the app (or have them emailed to me) so I can track my fuel spend for the year. It’s also really nice to NOT have to swipe my credit card at a bunch of random gas stations or worry about my card being flagged/deactivated for using it too much at gas stores. It's cool that I can also see what sales the locations are offering so I can save on a quick drink or snack!

Not worth the time. Have been trying to set up the app. After entering my information it tells me to call a number that pops up to verify my information. Call the number and the tell me they have to transfer me because they don’t deal either the app. The people on the other line are no help. I am still not able to use the app it is useless because I can’t get my information verified. Don’t waste your time.

iOS app. Tried to update my new card in the app. It said I needed to call customer service for some reason. I did that and they told me to add my new card after 24 hours because I had to validate myself. Now when I try to go in to add the new card, the circle status bar in the middle keeps spinning. I can’t even click on the “plus” to add the new card. I deleted the app, restarted, reinstalled... does the same thing. Been happening for four days straight. App is completely useless at this point until the fix is made.

Price of Gas..... I only have my Sunoco Card on the app, yet when I use the app to fuel up it insists on charging me the higher Credit Card Price!! I have to cancel the transaction and use the Sunoco Card. I’ve written them TWO times about this problem and they haven’t even had the courtesy to reply. Don’t use this app unless you want to pay a higher price for gas.

Disappointed. While I had no trouble using the app (it was actually very simple and responsive), I did not receive the usual 5 cents off per gallon that I get when I use my Sunoco rewards credit card. Instead, I was charged the credit price, which is 10 cents more than the cash price. I don't know if it's supposed to work that way (is it the cost of convenience?) or should I be getting the discounted price since I used my Sunoco card? It ended up costing me 15 cents MORE per gallon than if I had manually swiped my car at the pump. If that's how it works, I certainly won't be using the app anymore.

Nice and easy. When I’m driving for work or talking a trip I use this thing. Works great. I don’t have to get out of my car to fuel up, and I know where the good deals are. My boss gives me Sunoco gift cards whenever we’ve had a couple weeks of long trips to say thanks and I use them in here to pay for gas and snacks... definitely convenient

Worked only once. Downloading this app was a breeze and setting up my credit card for just as easy. I even made one fill-up with it afterwards and paid through the app. Unfortunately, it wouldn’t work when I needed to fill up again (at two different l stores in different cities); standing by the pump selecting the store was all I was able to do. App would enter a loading mode but wouldn’t prompt me to select a fuel type or even to submit the pump number, it would just continue to “load” nothing. It would be an awesome app if it actually delivered what it promises to. I travel extensively throughout Texas and keep seeing more and more Sunoco stations pop up; unfortunately, this app is no match to competitors with similar discounts.

Quick, Convenient, and Price as Advertised. Cheapest gas offered based on an app. Price was listed as advertised plus got an additional 3 cents off from using the app. I was also able to pay using the app which was super convenient. I could also view my receipt. Wasn’t crowded so was able to pump with no problem. Very happy experience overall.

Login in issues. Lately I am unable to sign in into the app after logged me out, I try to create a new account after and does not work. No customer support. My card was locked by the bank because several attempts at once. Gas stations are not up to date i drove to a gas station listed and it is not Sunoco any more. If they fix the sing in app works for me.

Thank you mobile pay!. Thought I was stranded an hour from home with no gas. Luckily because of Sunoco having the app to pay, I was able to get gas using my PayPal Key and get my family home. If I could give ten stars I would!

App is awful. This app is just plain awful. Have been trying for two years to add my Sunoco card that was deleted from my account. Have tried emailing, calling the app people and the credit card people. The app can’t find my account and citi bank can’t help. They both blame the other. They both claim to reset my account yet every time they say try again I get the same thing. Card not added. I’ve deleted the app and the account and tried all over again. But still nothing. I can add a major credit card. But that defeats the purpose of the 5 cent saving. I liked it when I could pull up and do it on my phone and got out and pumped the gas. Now I have to take out my credit card and I lose the extra 3 cents from the app.

Can’t even sign in. I’ve been trying for two weeks now just to sign onto this app with no luck. I get a “Please check your name and password” message every time. I literally just set this information up. Ok…I click on Forgot password. “Check your email”. …………Nothing. Yes I checked my junk folder. Ok I will try signing up with another email address. Nope. Phone number is tied to first email so I’m stuck. I’m going to just download and use Citgo’s app like my husband uses. Much less hassle.

Flawed App unresponsive. I’ve had this app for some time. This week I attempted to add a payment card to the app. Should be straightforward. However, my specific app totally blocks adding any payment card. Delete app and start over? Nope. It stores all your prior data. The manage payment section just has a permanent ‘in process’ circle and is unresponsive. Any attempt to contact app customer service is just a black hole so far. May be one of the worst apps I’ve ever used.

Poorly made. I set up my account and was excited to use it. The first time or two it was great but now every time I try to use it it doesn’t work. Now I try to add my card back to the app which I don’t know why it ever deleted it, it tells me the card wasn’t added and to call customer service which is a pain in the rear. You hold for 30-45 min and you finally reach someone and they put you on hold every two minutes or so. It’s not worth the hassle I will use my other cards mobile app that works every time.

Not able to use the app. The last couple of times I tried to use the app when filling up, a message appeared saying the app was currently unavailable . Please fix this as I always update the app. Thank you. Otherwise I enjoy the app and have been using Sunoco for decades!

Love this app!. It never fails and I’m so glad di be able to pay for my gas before I exit my car. Also being able to keep track of all my purchases via the app is so much better than having to keep paper receipts as well as sometimes having the machine fail to print one!

Don’t bother.. Got an offer promising extra rebates through December if I signed up with my Sunoco card. App wouldn’t accept it as a payment method and prompted me to call customer service. After an extended hold time, a hard to understand customer service rep tried to activate my card, but wanted “security information” such as the checking account number I use to pay the card. I didn’t have the information and that seemed suspicious anyhow. Not worth the time/effort- deleting app.

Sign In with Apple??. I was happy to see that the app now offers a “Sign In With Apple” option, but even after signing in successfully, tapping “Pay at pump” in the app pops up an “enter your password” prompt, then tells me that I don’t have a password because I’m using a Google or Facebook account (they need to add “Apple” to this message). So I’m stuck in an endless loop when all I want to do is give Sunoco money for my gas. I now go to Exxon.

It’s OK …. It took a while to get the app set up (several tries over several days; quite frustrating). When I finally did get it to work, it worked very smoothly! I like not having to pull my credit card out, though holding the phone while pumping is a tad awkward. I’ve used the app about 3-4 times so far, and have been quite pleased. And the discount is clearly noted on my receipt. I was a bit disappointed this evening, however; although the app worked great, for some reason I got NO discount! Not sure why that would be. Also - 3c is a rather measly discount. Couldn’t they give regular customers a 5c discount? I do love the immediate digital receipt and option to receive it by email. Very convenient. UPDATE (Feb 17, 2024): it would be VERY nice if you could compare prices from, say, a 50-mile radius before deciding to get your gas — rather than having to be near a station before it tells you the price. Could you please add this functionality? Or am I missing something?

What happened to the app?. Beware the app stop working . Used it for about a year now but now it doesn’t work. I have money downloaded on the app as well as a credit card on file. Having trouble finding help. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Complete Incompetence. After over two months of begging for help from Sunoco’s poor excuse for Customer Service... I have given up on ever getting my Sunoco Credit Card to successfully load into the app. I have found a competitor in my neighborhood with more gas stations, all equipped with app compatible pumps, and an app that actually works. After a 25 year plus relationship w Sunoco, I’ve decided its time to move on. Three parties, Sunoco, Citibank and Stupido... and no one can figure out how to make this work. Lord have Mercy.

App Failure. After being able to use the Go rewards for months, I now all of a sudden cannot use the app due to a “something went wrong error”. When contacting customer service they insist that my account is not linked when I’m clearly able to sign in but get a blank screen once signed in. Every little cent counts coming off with the high gas prices but disappointed that my issue still hasn’t been resolved.

App is broken. I have used the Sunoco Mobile App for over a year now, and about 2 weeks ago the app said it was “temporarily not working” and would be back soon. It has been 2 weeks now without the app working at all. I always pay for my gas with this app and I have not been able to for weeks. I have started using other apps and Sunoco has been losing my business. FIX IT!!

Variety of settings... Variety of settings to fit my needs. Easy receipts right on the app, with no need to bother with pumps that are out of paper, or lines inside the station to get your receipt. Pull up to the pump, use face recognition (which I could if not on my motorcycle with a helmet and eye protection) or a 4 digit passcode you make up, enter the pump number, fill up and go. Just don’t forget to replace your fuel cap and close the fuel filler door on your vehicle. You’re all set. Love it, especially when on my bike, since my phone is generally easily accessible without getting off of the bike.

Use the Apo. I love using my the Sunoco App because you can pay at the pump without fumbling with a credit card or going into the store. I feel as a woman this is so much safer. I Highly Recommend this.

The App is worth downloading. Numerous calls to customer service that you don’t get the discount price for fuel. In fact they charge you the highest prices possible as if your using a credit card and not the Sunoco card. First the said try a different gas station which I did, in-fact I tried a different state same thing. I use my card at the pump and it works fine. I must be the App because the Exxon Mobile app use the same bank as Sunoco credit card and it works fine.

Inconsistent app. For years this app only works sometimes. It makes you jump through hoops for discounts that may or may not appear on your bill, while at the pump using your card is 5 cents cheaper! Using the app at the pump is considered credit card despite the card being a Sunoco that is being charged!

Great Fuel. My Mercedes loves Sunoco!!! Great mileage with Sunoco! My biggest concern is that there seem to be less and less stations. In DE you can Hardly find one. However in Ashburn VA on Truro parish Dr there is a Sunoco looking gas station, all signage says it’s a Sunoco but they are selling Exxon gas. Their pumps has a very small sign on it that states Exxon. The management will not confirm when I asked it they were selling Exxon gas played like he didn’t understand English that I was speaking to him. It’s a fraud because everything is all painted and looks like Sunoco but they’re selling HORRIBLE Exxon fuel! How does Sunoco not do something about it? The pumps look like Sunoco pumps but the small sign on it says Exxon. Their store is 7 eleven which is mostly in Exxon stations now. Please look in this.

Not Working. When I first used this app. it worked fine. I was quite impressed. My card expired and I was tried to add my updated Sunoco card, but it will not allow me to. I called customer service and spoke to four different people and I still can not add my Sunoco card. Two stars for customer service for not being able to rectify this problem.

Most features don’t actually work. Constantly says “turn on location services “when the location services is already on.(as indicated by the arrow next to the charging percentage on my phone) Cannot view receipts ( always says you have no recent purchases when I have had several within the past week) No fuel discount. Aside from that it’s perfect. Yet another app to delete!

Not too happy. Went to use and it lost all my credit card info. Since I didn’t have the Sunoco card with me could utilize it. Should had made sure the app was working properly otherwise would have gone to a different gas station

Unusable app. When I attempt to open app, I get a message “something went wrong, can’t retrieve my data” and am unable to even open the app. You’d think a multi billion dollar oil company would have a top notch usable app, but I guess not.

Frustrating. I have a Sunoco Rewards credit card. I cannot add it to Apple Pay to enable paying with my phone. Ok. I download this app & attempt to link my Sunoco card. It won’t verify the card & tells me to call customer service. The number FROM THE APP sends me to Citibank & they have no idea how to help. They give me another number—which winds up still being Citibank. No help. I email customer service. No response. All I want to do is link my Sunoco credit card to the Sunoco app. Why is this so difficult?

Unhelpful error messages and no support. I have been unable to enter my Sunoco credit card as a payment information. Sunoco customer service blames Citibank and Citibamk says they have nothing to do with the app. On my fourth call, I did get someone from Sunoco to say that the card won't add because of a verification with the Citibamk back end. I signed on to my account to verify what they had and entered it exactly in the app and it still won't add the card. I have another private-label gas card issued by Citibank that works flawlessly with that gasoline company's app. The pay from-the-app feature of these apps is great in these times of the Pandemic. Fix it.

App doesn’t work. Every Time I try using the app at the local station, it says the pump is busy try another pump. After several tries it locks out your card. I’ve talked with the card services and the account is fine and they have to unlock it. Way too much trouble.

Useless. If your stations don’t accept your own app payment at the pump, what good is it?! I set up the app because I wanted to use it to pay at the pump without having to physically insert my credit card in the pump payment slot. With all the skimmer issues in our area, this seemed to be a great option. Despite the fact that this app is advertised right at their pump, my local station doesn’t accept it for payment at the pump. That would be fine if they accepted Apple Pay at the pump, but they don’t accept that either.

Best Gas station ever. I literally don't even have to step inside or speak to anybody or press any buttons on the gas pump, except the number that I am pressing for my gas. That's the only button that I press everything else is done on the app I pay on the app I have the receipt on the app I know how much I'm saving on the app it's great. It's amazing how I can control a gas pump with an app. That's kind of cool.

Broken. Seems like the app doesn’t work for previous users who registered their account with a different number than their iPhone. Keeps redirecting to a registration screen, but will error saying the phone number is already registered to another number. There is no field to enter a number and seems like it’s pulling it from the iPhone. Tried completely deleting the app and reinstalling but that didn’t fix it.

Big disappointment. Although I followed Sunoco’s advice (after leaving reviews), app still fails to scan rewards card # and won’t recognize manually entering the number so, although I was willing to change my review, app still gets a one star. I tried to add my AdvantEdge rewards card to my profile using app camera and manually entering card numbers. Both give a error message, “invalid”. Had hoped to contact app developer to assist but get another error message, can’t find server. Apparently Sunoco would prefer a one star rather then offer a fix. I had hoped to use the app but if I still have to carry a rewards card then what’s the point? No support and inability to add a rewards card. Read reviews and you will see others have had the same issues with the rewards card so there is a pattern.

Be careful. We were using this for the first time and we were at the #1 Pump. We removed the nozzle then started the App I Looked down at my phone and it said #2 Pump is ready! So we had to move car around to the other Pump. Key to remember is to not remove the nozzle until it tells you to.

Great option for buying gas. I like using this app to pay for gas. It doesn’t require me to get a credit card out and swipe it. It also keeps the history of my purchases within the app.

Love The App 😍. Love using the app. I can pay straight from my phone. Don’t have to used my physical card and it gives me locations available to my near my area or location. Great job keep up the good work!

Terrible app - extremely buggy.. 1. Asks for way too much information. Why do you need a birthday and an address ? Seems excessive. 2. That aside, having said that I can’t even get the app to work. It won’t register my account (despite already inputting info) - apparently my account is “locked for throttling” whatever that means and there is no way to contact support. Well done

Unusable. Every time I open the app, it directs me to a form to insert my information. It fails with notice that I already have an account. However, there’s no option to hit a screen with a login. When I try to fudge the first and last name to that of my dog’s - it still tells me that I have an existing account, and STILL no way to log in.

Sunoco App. Worked once never worked again. Was transferred to 4 different departments and everyone said they saw no problem with how I was setup in the system. Did everything I was told to do and I still am not able to get the 3 cent per gallon discount. Does work with Apple Pay but not my Sunoco card. Totally disappointed no one could solve the problem.

Bad App. Can’t load Sunoco card tried way to many time ask to call customer service but they are useless and clueless on issues with the APP

Sunoco app review. I gave it a five star however some of the Sunoco stations do not participate. This makes it frustrating when using the app for fuel

Not excepting payment. Loved the app at first now it will not update my card and except it to make payments when I pull up to the pump it says…something went wrong even after I updated the app

Horrible login. I have been on the phone with customer support twice trying to log in and add their Sunoco card. I have had to delete and reinstall the app twice and I still get the email doesn’t exist message when I try to log in with the email I signed up with. I’ll buy gas at other stations like shell and BP where their apps actually work.

Please fix the logout login issue.. I enjoy the convenience of this app. I prefer to use Apple Pay whenever I can. However this app logs me out and refuses to let me log back in. I don’t understand why. I’ve tried resetting and creating a new account only to deal with the same issue. The app is a great convenience and would have a 5 star rating if it weren’t for that problem.

Can’t enter personal info after logging in. Have tried half a dozen times to enter personal info after logging in and keep getting error saying that I’ve already entered the info. Problem is it won’t let me advance any further into the app. Have deleted the app and reloaded several times with zero luck.

App loading.. Just recently downloaded the app but it stays in boot mode where the car is just doing donuts on the screen. I’ve been a Sunoco customer for over 20yrs so the savings are great but can’t save any more if the app doesn’t work. I’ll keep trying.

Worth the App. Haven’t had any issues with it. Very convenient when on the go and when there’s a big line inside the store

Won’t work with Sunoco card. Will not allow my Sunoco card to be added to the app after phone upgrade. Prior to that it would not work at sporadic Sunoco stations. Contact the number it says to call. Received a person in India who I could barely understand and was unable to fix the problem after 30 minutes on the phone.

No points or rewards. Signed up but no points provided after gas purchase

Convenient & Safe!. I love being able to use this app to fuel instead of swiping my card with so much fraud these days! Fast, easy and fun way to get gas!

Can’t even login. It took almost 2 weeks to get it to work on my iPhone and now the same crap for my wife’s iPhone. So sick of this app. And it takes longer to use it than Apple Pay. Mine does give the 5 cents off so I usually wait but why can’t it just work as fast as Apple Pay?

Super easy & convenient!. Love how easy it is to pay with the app! No digging around in my wallet for a credit card plus I don’t have to enter a bunch of information at the pump. Thanks Sunoco!

App crashes. Would be nice if app actually worked. Link account get discount. Great. Do that then app is "not available check back later" so incentive can't be redeemed. Good business model.

Face ID and app are awesome. Love that I can just look at my phone and have access to gas in seconds. No more having to go to a register because of using debit card

Terrible app. Won’t recognize credit card at pump. Cannot delete and recreate app because previous info seems to be permanently stored somewhere is Sunoco servers and old stuff keeps coming up. Customer service tries but I need actual technical help which is not available. My Exxon card works perfectly for years but I live near a Sunoco station now. Awful awful app

Convenient. Easy to use. Have my Apple Pay linked and I can have the pump activated before I leave my truck by paying through the app.

Has Promise. One day it might be really worthwhile, but for now it’s more inconvenient than useful. It often takes forever to load and I’ll have to close and reopen the app multiple times before I can actually use it. Mostly I just give up in frustration.

Additional information. Every time I uninstall and reinstall the app and log into my account it tells me to put in additional information and when I do it tells me that an account has already been made in a matter what I do it won’t go away I’ve uninstalled it for a month and then decided to reinstall it to see if it was fixed and it wasn’t

Amazing!. Love using the pay at pump feature it’s super convenient and easy to use! Highly recommend this app to everyone who’s looking for more convenience and speed.

Can no longer login.. This app worked fine for a while. Now, even when I enter my email and password, the “Sign In” button doesn’t highlight so that I can press it and actually login. Very frustrating. It’s even funnier when I get an email from Sunoco saying they miss me because I haven’t logged in in a while. Fix your app and I’ll use it.

Not working!!😡. Won’t let me sign in, when I give my email and password it immediately go’s to the signup page and when I fill it in it tells me that my input data is incorrect for registering existing user. App still fubar, no problem signing in on the internet. Try again!

Can’t Use. I haven’t been able to get this app to use my Sunoco Credit Card, the “pay inside” Feature brings blank stares from every Sunoco I go to and they can’t scan it and make it work. App has been useless along with the effort and credit hit getting the card. Useless

Unhappy. I linked my store card to the mobile app my $.75 per gallon credit did not apply to the purchase the cashier would not refund the money I’m really not happy

Sunoco app. This makes the whole process so easy, along with a bit of savings if you link your bank account!!

Paying the card payment. I don’t like the fact I can’t pay my bill on the app, I have to log in to the website and EVERY TIME I TRY it says my information is incorrect. I like the app hate the website!!!! How hard is it to set the app up for credit card payments??? Worthless without it!!

Looks great. I haven’t tried to use it yet, but it seems like it will be awesome! The only thing that could make this app even better is adding the gas prices to the gas station list.

The one thing the app doesn’t tell you is that when you buy gas using the app they run your card as a credit, with the Sunoco in my area they charge two prices the higher per gallon cost for credit cash is about 6 cents cheaper and debit is same as cash. Even with the 3 cent savings it’s still cheaper to NOT use the app

Wastes your time AND your money. Installed and deleted. The process to connect your credit card is archaic and sketchy. BTW you have to complete the whole email verification before you can even try to connect a payment method. When you do the app makes you call them. They ask you what phone number you have on your account (I could've said anything) then they call you back and ask you to update your passcode with them! It took nearly an hour to get that far. Then I find out using the app means I get 3cents/gal off - INSTEAD OF THE 5 cents I GET NOW by swiping my card?!? I really wanted to like it. Touchless pay is my jam but… sorry, hard pass, guys.

Needs Widgets!. Great app so far. Needs on thing though . I have an iPhone and the app is tucked away in a folder, I could really use a widget to access the app quickly. 👍🏼

I give up. Tried to enter my Sunoco credit card to app- unable to do so. Multiple calls to customer service and dealing with many inept reps have only complicated things further. Have downloaded a competitor’s app successfully and hope to never have to deal with Sunoco again.

App down. I loved the app but recently it has not allowed me to use it. Once they fix the ability to use the app again it would go back to 5 stars

You Pay Higher Price Using This App. Sunoco charges more at the pump when you use credit card instead of debit card/cash. If you add your debit card to the app it treats it as credit card. So if it’s 10cents more to use credit card then after the discount of 3 cents I am paying an extra 7 cents to use the app. So I will go to Speedway where gas is the same price and you still get rewards.

Terrible set up. App is horrible! Can’t add Sunoco card as payment. App updates and loses all your information. Constantly have to update password. Don’t get a new phone it will be worse. Customer service is terrible, dose t recognize your Sunoco card number, can’t get a person on the line. Overall a terrible experience!

Convenient. Very easy and convenient I do have to go inside and pay for my gas anymore.

No savings. Normally paid with debit card, gas price $3.05. Paid this morning $3.06 using this app. If I would have used my debit card gas would have cost $3.05. It took just as long to use the app as it would have using the card, therefore there was no time savings. I am not concerned about the other rewards using the app. The gas price is my only reward.

Works great. The App works as advertised. Paying at the pump is effortless. A printed receipt as well as a copy in the app is included. Saving 03 cents is a plus.

Bad App !. I have gad a Horrible experience with thus Sunoco app , frm registering to verifying my email to using my rewards!! Every step of the way there is an issue , Sorry i cannot in good faith recommend this Sunoco APP TO Anyone!! Nightmare
