Technical issues. As much as I love redbubble and all it stands for (my go to sticker plug), it’s obvious that this app causes more frustration then happiness. I switch from my laptop to the app when browsing and shopping. So during the day when I’m procrastinating from doing assignments on my laptop, I’m browsing. I put some stickers in my cart and when I went to continue my purchase on the app- the cart was empty. But when I returned to my laptop the next day, the items were indeed, in my cart just as I had left them. I’m logged into my redbubble account on both the desktop website and the app. Yet what I do on one or the other is never able to be picked up later on. Aside from that it also crashes and freezes frequently. Which is agitating. I hope y’all can fix this because I do love the company- I just want less of hassle. I don’t recommend places to my family and friends if it’s a pain in my ... ya know? And this app is a major pain.

Warning to sellers. After a few days opening an account they suspended me. They have no obligation to tell you why (great way to better yourself lol) it literally could be ANYTHING because the whole company is run by these overly sensitive bots to look out for fraud. I posted 10 listings and apparently through another user had the same issue. You’re not suppose to add “too many” because bots think it’s spam lol. Even if you send them a request to reactive your account it takes 2 weeks and mayyybe consider adding you back. Lol don’t try to contact them any further because according to them you’ll make your situation worse! These people are clearly extremely sensitive probably only run by 10 live agents for only customers. If you’re a seller, good luck trying to get a hold of a live agent. Bottom line don’t waste your time and art with these sensitive Nacys. Go with Zazzle!

No issues yet. So far I have made one order of 4 stickers. The material the stickers are made of is a lot more sturdy than what I was expecting. I love the artwork though it’s a little grainy. It took 6 days to arrive after I clicked the purchase button. I do wish there was a filter when you search something so you could search by colors or make sure artworks with certain word(s) do not show. I agree with pretty much everyone else that there should be some sort of area within this app for creators, as it kinda seems redundant for the large majority of creators to have an app but nothing for them to do but buy others’ works. Lastly, I think there should be a team who quality checks all artworks posted. Some artworks make me question why they would even be available for purchase because they look like an 8 year old did them.

Speechless!. This app is terrific! It give you amazing stickers for the CHEAPEST prices ever! I have never been so happy with my purchases... I mostly use this app for stickers for my laptop. The prices are so reasonable, go to Michaels, compare these prices to their stickers! It is a massive gap. Sometimes 1-3 stickers there are $12! I can get a WHOLE PACK for less than $3 I am so happy with this app and it’s features. This app is definitely worth my money. Let me say this. When you purchase an item from Vineyard Vines, they give you a sticker to thank you for your purchase... right? I have never EVER owned a single piece of Vineyard Vine clothing or products. But I guarantee that if you go on RedBubble right now... you will find terrific Vineyard Vine stickers! Another examples is Vans. They give you a sticker when you get a product. If you haven’t owned Vans... you will get about 100 results for Vans stickers! I truly am so impressed by this app. Definitely a game changer.

Really disappointed as an artist. (Buyers pls read!). Downloaded the app for my I pad as that is where I create all of my art, only to find out there isn’t even an iPad format and there is absolutely no creator portal to work on the shop or upload product from the app. I chose Redbubble for ease of access as a disabled artist, being unable to print my art onto different items only for the app to be completely unaccessible. Considering the percentage this company takes from the artists work I hope they put some more thought into creating a more accessible environment for the artists and not just their buyers. To buyers downloading this app: Most artists are VASTLY undercharging for their art so if you are well off or can spare a few dollars, always try to find their social media and see if they have a tip jar or something akin to that. Selling art online is hard. Buying it easy.

Amazing!!. I love love love this app!! It fulfills all of my quirky fangirl needs and it has literally anything! I love the idea that it features artists and their creations. Also customer service is GREAT! (at least in my experience). If you need anything exchanged, first of all it’s free, and they respond immediately! I had to return something not because of any problems but simply because what I got didn’t fit quite right in some places (I like big fitting clothing (its like a wearable hug)). The return process was great and they were just amazing! I haven’t had anything but benefits form it, besides wanting to spend all my money😂! I love this app so so much!

definitely recommend!. i really love this app! its super fun to get nerdy art stuff on pretty much anything! though, recently i ran into a problem; i was sorting through my favorites and putting them in different lists to be more organized, when suddenly, they just stopped showing up. I tried a few things but still nothing. Its also weird because underneath the title “favorites” it says i still have 867 items saved here, but when i click on it to open it, nothing shows up. im not sure what happened or how to fix it, but i hope it can somehow be resolved, because i had a lot that i liked in there haha. All in all though, its a great app!

Quality has gone downhill. I’ve made several purchases from RedBubble for stickers to put on various things, and I was always happy with the quality. In my last order (a very large one, which I spent a lot of money on), I was appalled by the quality. About half of the stickers were blurry (almost like double vision) but I chalked it up to them being small. I put the larger ones on my water bottle. I had bought some duplicates to replace the same sticker that had faded over the course of a little less than a year. In the three to four weeks since, the new ones have faded so much that you can’t tell what the design is! It’s grossly apparent when looking at my water bottle which ones are from actual small businesses versus RedBubble— they’re all still vibrant, 2-3 YEARS later. My biggest complaint isn’t even about the quality: it’s that you can’t leave a review unless you’re “randomly selected.” Naturally, all the reviews on the app are great… doesn’t seem very random to me. TL; DR: I’m out $80+ and can’t even give honest feedback to warn others.

Needs more support for artists selling on mobile. I LOVE Redbubble. I've been using it for years as a customer to support artists I enjoy and I have purchased merchandise at least ten times from the site, whether it be stickers, shirts, posters, etc... The items are almost always very well made and long lasting, which makes them definitely worth the price. I've only recently started selling my own designs on the platform, which has been working well for me. However, I think there could be more compatibility with your shop and your mobile device. While you can view your shop and the designs you have uploaded, you can't view your payment / sales history and many of the other features available on desktop. The Redbubble app is very focused on customer shopping, but it would be great if I could manage my shop from my phone in the app itself or in another app solely for artists that are selling (similar to the Etsy app vs. Sell on Etsy app). Mixed Quality, Shady Website though. WARNING!!!! YOU CANNOT LEAVE REVIEWS ON THEIR PRODUCTS AND THE SAME 255 REVIEWS APPEAR FOR EVERY PRODUCT!! PROCEED WITH CAUTION SOME ITEMS ARE TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!! Being unable to review products is a problem when buying things from 3rd-party vendors you don’t know. I have received bad quality items and great quality items, but this app/website lacks integrity. You have no idea if what your buying is legit because the reviews aren’t about your specific product. I bought a black and white poster that looks like something a child would print using the copy and paste tool. It was garbage. I am leaving this review because I cannot review this direct product or rate the 3rd party vendor directly. The only way I can critique them is through the AppStore. This isn’t right and needs to be fixed. If you don’t want to waste your time, go somewhere else!!

Absolutely Fantastic. The customer support for the app is, by far, the best I’ve seen in any app. I rarely encounter any problems with the app and it provides me with all the things that I might want. Anything... you... want. With all the independent artists, it’s hard not to find what your looking for. If I were to pick one product to add to it, it would have to be key chains. Key chains are very mobile and you just add them on and their like little reminders or nostalgia starters, could work with a sticker or shirt but key chains, I believe, are more personal. With most people having some kind of key or place to put them. They are not really exposed out to the public. So if you want something that shows off something likely only to you. Also, pins would be a good choice. A smaller sticker alternative that doesn’t fall off when wet and can be attached to most bags and clothing. Very expressive. Overall, I would give this app a 10/10 with the liking of the emails they send me because I like they way they put them.

They have an Account-Banning Bot. Absolute garbage. Not just the app. Redbubble and their developers too. They have a bot that sifts through profiles and automatically bans them if the profile meets certain unknown criteria. I know several people who have had this happen to them; people who had Redbubble stores or people who were trying to start one up. Absolutely disgusting for an online company who wants to be and appear professional to implement something like that. What’s even worse is that the developers will not investigate the bans, nor will they respond to inquiries regarding the bans. They are a terrible company with bad internet mechanics and abhorrent ethics, useless customer service, and lower class products. Stay far away from these scummy people and their obsolete website, you can do much better on other websites who have competent and mature developers. Boycott Redbubble!

Extremely slow shipping, not great customer service. Ordered almost 2 weeks ago and no word on when I will receive my items despite their website claiming orders ship in 24 hours. If shipping is delayed, let your customers know when you know. You don’t just let them find out when they’ve waited weeks and it never comes. Also, I was double charged for an order. I called Redbubble and they asked me to send screenshots of the charges. I sent them and someone contacted me the next day asking if I wanted to cancel one of my orders. I had made another order for only $24 after I was double charged, not thinking anything of it and trusting that Redbubble would address the issue as they had promised. The total of the new order was not even relatively close to the 2 double charged I had screenshotted to customer service. That didn’t matter because the representative apparently wasn’t looking at the situation very closely and instead wanted to cancel one of my existing orders. I immediately responded and let him know the double charge had been credited back already and to please not cancel my orders. I never got a reply at all and I’m still waiting on both orders almost 2 weeks later. Not a good introduction to this company.

Still Waiting for Order. I’ve ordered from Red Bubble for years and before it got popularly used it had great service and timely deliveries. I ordered some stickers ten days ago and it keeps pushing back the arrival date whenever it doesn’t arrive by the time it says. It’s been pushed back THREE TIMES NOW. The stickers are a gift and now I won’t be able to give it to them on time IN ADDITION there is not a customer service number available on the app or anywhere else. How is that even allowed??? Update: They sent me a replacement order for free and even that has inconsistent tracking details. Redbubble says it’s here in my town’s Post office yet I called the post office and they stated it’s not here yet because they don’t have a receipt. That is two packages gone “lost” and I’m thoroughly upset. I received an email from a Senior Customer Service Representative and they stated, “Sadly we do not have control over the shipping. Once an order is placed, it is sent to a third-party printer to deal with it, including shipping,” and that is a huge issue. If packages keep being lost, as i saw some other reviews stated, then choose a different delivery service! This is absolutely horrible.

Absolutely worst app - will never order again because of it. This is the worst app I have ever used… after my order was placed. I was charged more AFTER the order was placed than what was represented on screen before placing the order for SOME items - tried to go back in and you cannot navigate easily on a placed order (ordered almost a dozen things). Tried to cancel and start over but YOU CAN ONLY GET A RB CREDIT IF YOU CANCEL EVEN 1 MIN LATER. Couldn’t go back to each item in the order without restarting the app - after 30 minutes I gave up. I’ll let this order go through for my own sanity but will never order again, especially since there is no phone number and no way to easily get help (why do you need me to manually type in my order number for each item within each order and my login email also when I’m already logged in?). This cool site my kids have found will NOT be used by our family again.

Love it, but major problems on my end. I love Redbubble! It’s great for gifts or just wanting fan merchandise. I was picking out some stuff to order and went to the cart to checkout, but it wasn’t loading. I closed all my other apps, powered down the iPad, but still nothing. I waited ten minutes for it to load and nothing, nada, zip. I decided to delete the app, log back in, and go from there. The problem is, when I re- downloaded it, and tried to log in, a black screen with a gray bar at the top would show up after I put the password in. I am pretty frustrated, mainly because now I cannot log in, or even sign up with a different account. I would really liked this fix, because I love the Redbubble concept, and the people on it. Also as a note, I’ve never had any pryer problems, no glitches or crashing, just this.

love redbubble, not the app. I love redbubble! have bought and sold stuff on it- all around great experiences. love the site and how it helps me as an artist sell my work. what I don't love is how the app keeps saying I have notifications but I can't find from what or remove them. my past orders is only showing one of them, and I know for sure off the top of my head there should be at least two. and a little more nitpicky, but I'd love to be able to click artists' bios to read them since they get cut off on mobile past a certain point as far as I can tell. but redbubble itself? absolutely great. I'd probably just use the website on my laptop if made to choose between it and the app.

Whole site is committing trademark infringement. I’ve had my account suspended claiming I was underage. I am not. They didn’t bother to follow up with me, they just let it be. Zero help when contacting them. Obviously nobody does any kind of work over at Redbubble nor knows how to do their job as they couldn’t even verify my age. How do you verify my age? Curious. My original account was suspended for claims copywrite infringement, but it was my photo as I am a photographer. I don’t know how that’s possible when its my property. They declined to help. The site is based off trademark infringement. Redbubble claims that because it’s a “middleman”, they cannot be held accountable. Look it up, Atari vs Redbubble. I spent hours of my time setting up my account and uploading my content, it took you a few min to suspend my account claiming I was underaged. I hope you go out of business. Maybe I should start contacting companies and businesses to let them know their trademarks are being sold for profit on your site. You dodged one lawsuit, how many more can you handle?

Worth it. I came across this app when looking for stickers to purchase for my hydro flask, I was super skeptical because I had never heard of it before, and there were many discounts going on. The prices just seemed too good to be true. But I’m not kidding you my stickers came today, after a week, and they’re incredible. They’re super thick and don’t lose their stick if you have to re-place them. This app is like an Etsy for modern artists. I’m in love and I plan on purchasing more from them. I already have three phone cases in my cart! I love being able to support all these artists who are doing what they love. 10/10 do recommend!

Let the buyer beware!!. The person who coined this phrase so very long ago, had no way of knowing that they had accurately described an online market place that would show up years after the person was gone. That is phrase that should be echoed from the highest mountains to the lowest valleys in regards to this app/shop. My first order will also be my last as several of the items I ordered never arrived. The status shows that they were delivered but they were not. The only option for resolving this is to fill out a form with your info, then you get an auto-reply they will get back to you if it’s outside the “window” of delivery. I was unaware the “window” of delivery was a record setting bay-window. There has been no contact, and no resolution. There is no option for orders missing pieces on the customer service side, they believe themselves to be incapable of mistakes and as such will not entertain the possibility that they made a mistake. I implore you to look elsewhere for the hood or services your trying to obtain. If even one person can be spared from the loss of their money over something they can’t control, the efforts will be worth the reward.

Major problems. First of all I would like to say that I am in love with the idea of buying people’s art and cute little designs and I think the idea of redbubble is really cool. The problem I have is with the app. When the app even loads at all, it is very slow and glitchy, and I usually have a minute or so before it crashes. I know it’s not a problem with my phone I got it just a month ago and my other apps have t been doing that either. I have read other reviews and from what I can see is that the app is just not quite ready and has a few major fixes needed. I really love this idea and I was so excited when I first got the app. I really wish it wasn’t as messed up because I would love to keep it on my phone, but I just can’t deal with the app.

Read if you consider buying but are nervous:. In my opinion (as I’ve been with this app for 3 years). It is one of the BEST. I’ve been seeing a lot of recent people’s comments but the app has been working fine for me. I’ve only bought around 30 stickers from the sight over a year ago I might add but I’ve been planning on saving to do more decorating in my room and this is by far my favorite place to find stickers from. Granted it is a little pricey (some stickers are like $7 a piece) but I’m totally willing to pay for the fact of, it never comes in bad condition and they are incredibly sticky so my stickers I bought years ago are still hanging up on paper perfectly. My advice is to try it, if your skeptical but only one or two cheap things and see how you like the outcome if you don’t like it don’t buy again if you do, then enjoy it and keep supporting the company and people who make the products :). Ps. Thank you to every single person who sells these products. Ps ps. Sorry for the long uncoordinated review!!!

Horrible company run by bots. Artists beware. I make a living selling my art online and this is by far the worst company I’ve ever worked with. They are run primarily by bots with a skeleton crew of live people. While I appreciate they patrol for fraud, this is done entirely by bots, and if an account gets flagged, it is automatically suspended without any context as to why. They reserve the right to NEVER tell you why the account was suspended. The only way to reverse it is to submit an appeal (without knowing what you are appealing) and they will get back to you within two weeks IF they decide to review the case at all (they are very open that they wont review most appeals). Any attempts to reach out and discuss the matter further is responded to with a sternly worded e-mail basically telling you if you bother them again they will just automatically ban your account forever. All of this happened to me just 3 days after opening an account to give them a try. It’s clear they don’t think they owe the artists anything. If this is the way they treat the actual source of their inventory, I can’t imagine how they treat customers buying your work. I personally would not want my name linked to this kind of dumpster fire of a client experience.

User/artist login?. The app is great right now. Searching is a little wonky at times. Some stuff is hard to find like you can't search for a certain artist, you can only search for keywords from titles and tags. It would also be really great if there was a way for at least artists to login and maybe be able to make some quick edits to their designs or enable/disable certain items products. Actually it would also be great if all users could login somehow so they could access the profiles of the artists they follow. It would be a lot easier to find a certain thing by a certain artist if users could login. I understand you guys may still be working on those aspects of the app, but Im just letting you know that this is my only real concern with the mobile app. Because it's very convenient to have access to a mobile app, but the app itself is quite inconvenient because of the things I stated. Also, what would be good too is if you were to click on a redbubble link from a different app or browser, it would open the page directly in the Redbubble app. That's just a little bonus. But yea, main concern is the stuff I mentioned in the first couple paragraphs.

PERFECTION !!!!!!. I am in love with this app!!! I don’t even know where to start! The first time I ordered a case, I was accidentally shipped the wrong one and they replaced it for free almost immediately! I then traded my phone (RIP iPhone 6s+) to an Lg after it broke and then got another iPhone during the upgrade and got an iPhone XR and struggled for weeks to find the perfect case and I found one! It’s perfect quality and fits snug as a glove and it’s from my favorite band, which is Queen! I loved it so much that I ordered a set of Queen lyrics stickers and proceeded to put them on my phone case and they are amazing quality! They stayed on through my nieces playing with my phone and they’re so easy to peel off and rearrange! Also, the quality of the packaging is amazing. The customer support is absolutely amazing. I spoke to someone about my phone mishap and they took amazing care of me and didn’t put me on hold for very long and everything was taken care of perfectly! I love the app and would rate it higher if possible but five stars is the limit unfortunately. Albeit the prices are high, but the quality is well worth the price!

Hoping for better creator support. The app is well-designed as a whole, and I enjoy the features it has currently. However, as a creator who is frequently away from their home computer, I would love the ability to access my account and various creator features on this app as well. I’m not asking for anything robust. But I think that it would be a step in the right direction to expand the User page to include a user’s portfolio if they have one. There doesn’t need to be an “upload work” area or anything (who wants to upload a poorly-compressed phone image to their portfolio? Not me) but better accessibility in terms of stats and such would be a godsend. I really don’t like using redbubble on my mobile browser, and the app doesn’t have enough features for me to use it as regularly as I use it on desktop. I really think the app would benefit from this.

BIG Return request issues.. Okay. They have a 90 day return policy, which is totally fine. But I tried to figure it out on both the app and the browser, and I ended up sending tons of return requests. Because I had gotten this really, really crappy poster, for $12 (it looks like it’s worth about 50cents, maybe $1) the pixels were outrageous, I held it up on my wall (leaned against something Incase I still decided to return it) and when I saw I could still see the posters blemishes from the furthest spot in my room, I sent a return request that same day I received it. And after a month of waiting, I went ahead and sent another one. And then another month went by and I sent another, and in that last month I sent like five, but I never got a response. I sent complaints to the help team, and it still never got resolved. Besides that, there are some really amazing ideas on here. But most of it isn’t good quality. (I ordered a $50 hoodie that I can’t wear because the sticker is almost gone on it, but I couldn’t have returned that cause the sticker started rubbing off after the fourth month. But since it’s really comfy and still looks decent, I don’t feel that it’s right to blame them for that one). Not to mention I would still really like to get my money back, because I still have the poster in the original container it was sent in, I have the order number and everything. I know it’s just $12 but there’s other things I’d like to buy

Cool stickers but.... I really like the variety of high quality stickers that you can get from the site, but I wish there was an option to filter. After downloading the app, it asks you to pick things you’re interested in, so I picked things like pop culture, animals, forests, etc., and it pulls up a bunch of theme-related products on the home page. I scrolled down a little and started to see a lot of NSFW stuff come up. I didn’t want to see that at all so I checked to see if there was anyway I could block a certain artist or product, but I couldn’t find one. I went to settings to see if I could filter my feed there, but all I could find was a “hide mature content” option that was already on, but obviously didn’t do anything. This is really a bummer as many of my friends recommend Redbubble to me for their cool stickers, which are in the app but lost amongst unfiltered and mature content. I’m surprised that blocking content or artists isn’t an option, as many other apps have the option. Also the NSFW content has little/nothing to do the themes I chose, which was weird to me. TL;DR - Quality content is lost in a sea of NSFW pictures that’s hard to ignore with a flawed filtering system and a lack of an option to block it. Would give 5 stars otherwise

Poor help/support page.. App usually works fine but today I made 2 separate orders and neither got a confirmation email/receipt. I tried to submit a help thing and nothing happened. The page just refreshed and then everything I typed was still there as if it didn’t go through. Trying to use their help page is basically useless. They don’t have solutions or FAQ for things people actually need help with. Even if you pick “you can’t find your problem, contact support”, the options they give you never match what you need help with usually, still leaving you confused as to what category to pick for help. I do not have social media to reach out to them in other ways so if their customer support doesn’t work, I’m screwed.

Bull-ship. I love this app and I am slowly transitioning away from store bought shirts that everybody has to Redbubble shirts that are so much more original. You can get whatever you want instead of just whatever you can find at a store. If they don’t have it, design it yourself. Unfortunately, the shipping costs are astronomical and that prevents me from buying here as often. I don’t know how shipping actually works for companies that aren’t worth billions of dollars so I don’t want to fault them if they’re just trying to stay afloat but I feel like there has to be something they can do. Even small shops on Etsy offer free shipping if you spend enough money. Redbubble, if you’re reading this, offer free shipping on orders over $100 and I’ll be filling that cart every payday.

It’s great, but I think it could be even better.. (If I could give a rating of 4.5, I would.) The app has many perks, including the vast array of items offered and the system design that shows you what you’re individually interested in; however, the app has been glitchy by lagging when I favorite things and even closing itself completely at times. On the other hand, I would also like to add that the items I have purchased on the site were superb quality, and the four-star review is in no way directed at the artists. Furthermore, I think it is amazing that this website is a space for people of differing backgrounds and views to create in harmony; the site truly has something for everyone. The developers of this app have done amazing work so far, and I can’t wait to see what changes await the future...hopefully, there’s a feature that allows customers to make personalized lists with the pieces they favorite!! (;

IPad app is crap. I downloaded this app on my iPad only to find that it will not display in landscape mode at all. Worse, the app window is the size and shape of my phone screen, leaving the majority of my iPad screen completely black. Essentially, the app is unusable on an iPad. I have used Redbubble on my computer for years and hoped that the app would expand my ability to work on the go. In general, Redbubble is a pretty good site. Probably the most significant disappointment I have is that while images can be placed on either the front OR the back of a shirt, users cannot place designs on both the front AND the back of a shirt. Only a single image can be placed on any given garment. It should be a fairly simple thing to add the ability to place multiple images on both the front and the back of shirts, greatly expanding the creative horizons for artists and designers.

Love the app but still needs a few fixes. Absolutely love the app. I play around with the 3D object renderer and ARKit for items like coffee mugs way more than I should. The suggestion algorithm works great to show me things the system thinks I’d like and I haven’t even set up an account where it would be able to get more information about me. Two fixes I’d like to see: 1) When I go to “view more products” and go into a category (such as home decor) and view a product, when I hit the top left back button I would like to return to the same category to look at more items within that category rather than being returned all the way to the original product where I hit “view more products” initially. This would ease my browsing experiencing when looking at different products for a particular artwork. 2) Some artworks should have the option to have the art displayed in a small area on the left chest for products such as shirts, hoodies, etc. Example artworks would be the NASA logo, JPL logo, Unity logo, etc. this would be nice because some of the art wouldn’t look right on a full 100% front graphic T-shirt/hoodie design. I also prefer shirts with small logos on the left chest area instead of full size graphic designs so I know for people like me it would increase our chances of actually buying a product. Again, great work on the development of the app though. Definitely some talented UI artists and engineers at RedBubble.

App for customers only. Great app for customers but no options for artists. I just filled out a RB survey last night strictly for artists that was asking questions about the app in regards to how well it works for artists for such functions as uploading artwork, etc. but I haven’t found a RB app for artists that includes such features. If such an app exists, it isn’t advertised anywhere as this is the only redbubble app I have ever found. This app does not provide any of those features, so why there was a survey geared strictly toward artists asking about working from a non-existent app, has me a little dumbfounded. Would be nice to have the convenience of using a mobile device rather than having to boot up and sit at a computer or laptop for hours working to tweak products, upload new designs or simply to check sales, messages, etc. If such an app exists, it would probably be a good idea to direct your artists to it, Redbubble.

creative. this app is not like any shopping app i’ve ever seen. they have the most unique and fun designs ever. you can literally search up ANYTHING and they will most likely have it. i have never bought so many stickers of memes in my life haha. they also have good sales (and i need it bc their stuff if expensive and i’m broke). i’ve ordered like 3 things from the app since i got it, and i was very satisfied. i bought 2 phone cases and they were sooo nicely done. definitely worth my money with the stickers too. also when you order, the shipping is fast and they give you a sticker of their logo with every order. it’s such a great app. best shopping app HANDS DOWN!

App is always buggy and shipping is a mess. I’m a longtime customer of Redbubble and I’ve been very disappointed as of late. I recently ordered some stickers and was given a particular delivery date range, only for customer support to tell me that range was essentially meaningless and I should wait an additional 5-7 days before contacting them again. I contacted them again after 7 days and needless to say I never received my order. They offered to reprint my order but after the initial issues and lack of communication, I wasn’t feeling very confident. Unfortunately they don’t provide tracking updates which I believe is due to the fact they have begun using 3rd party printers for their stickers. On top of this, when I attempt to login to the app I constantly receive errors and am unable to view order history or view any of the tabs without seeing the same error statement. I ended up asking to be refunded for my recent order, but I had to argue for them to add a refund for shipping too which was surprising to me. Overall, I really hope they change how they handle delivery for sticker orders, and if the shorter / earlier arrival date they provide is not realistic, I would much prefer they provide a more accurate estimated arrival date that is later and/or wider. I will probably not order from them again, especially gifts, as in this case the stickers were supposed to be.

i never got my stickers. About two months ago i ordered 4 stickers from this app because i really liked the art and i thought this app was pretty cool. A few weeks ago it dawned on me that my stickers never came in so I started checking the mailbox and i checked my order number and it said it was delivered already but i asked my whole family and no one saw the stickers anywhere. i tried to reach out to redbubble with this cute email “Hi redbubble! I ordered 4 stickers and my order history showed that they were delivered in march 14th but i never got them :( I was really excited because i don’t have a lot of money but I saved up to treat myself. Now i’m sitting here in quarantine a few weeks later stickerless. Its okay i’m not mad at you guys or anything it would just be really great if i could get my stickers that i payed $13 dollars for. I really like this app a lot and i think it’s really cool that artists can create and sell art but it was be even nicer if i could enjoy the art that i bought and admire it daily. my order number was ********if that helps. i checked my mailbox everyday and asked everyone in my house and no one has seen them so i’m pretty sure they didn’t make it to my mail box :( i hope that whoever is reading this is staying healthy and safe! thanks for all your hard work!!! :)” but the email won’t send and i can’t get it through to them!!! i just want my stickers :(

Fake company !Scam!. Yeah my intuition was right. Don’t bother wasting your time on this platform. After doing some deep digging not using the typical web browsers I finally found out the truth about this company. Should have known. First off. I don’t know one single person personally who has even heard of Redbubble. And no one who has ever made a purchase from the site. If you are an artist please do not put your artwork on this platform. Read the fine print! You are giving away the rights to your artwork. They won’t pay you either even if they do sell your artwork to customers. The reviews are obviously fake. Then there are countless YT creators telling you to make and sell merch on there when they don’t even do it themselves. The overall quality of a human today is sad and pitiful. I’m sure this true review will be erased. The truth always gets deleted. That’s how todays world is. I will copy this and post it everywhere I can.

Bugs. Again.. I love Redbubble and shop on here constantly. However, the app constantly has issues. Certain screens will freeze, such as the favorites list or my cart, which is a screen that really shouldn’t freeze up during use. The bugs make the app impossible to use and makes shopping annoying. It will empty out my cart, remove all of my favorites, and will often just refuse to load any content. I also realized that my favorites on the app don’t transfer to desktop, even though it’s the exact same account. Redbubble has many, many great artists and content, but please make this app function better. I love shopping on here, but having to fight just to add items to the cart really makes me want to stop all together.

The art is amazing, but the app is not the best.. I was really excited when I found this app because the art is super pretty and I can pick out what I want it on. Especially excited about the journals because I’m obsessed with journals. I ordered a couple of journals, some pencil pouches, and stickers. I received the journals in the mail first and was a bit confused on why my items didn’t come all together but I was fine with it. I just received my pencil pouches. And I’m still waiting for my stickers. It is a bit annoying that everything comes separately, the shipping is extremely slow. I’ve been waiting weeks. And the app does not give customers enough information about the whole shipping process. Fix the app and you’ll make a lot more people happy.

I’ve spent too much here. Help me.. Oh boy, Redbubble has been a blessing and a curse. They have literally anything you can think of for designs, and you can put that on anything you want, whether it be a shirt, phone case, bedding, posters, the list goes on. This has become my new place for buying literally anything fashionable. I’ve bought more clothes here in a month then anywhere else in a year. App works amazingly for shopping, previewing, and checking out. The app even has an AR mode for previewing life size items! Also, Apple Pay is supported, which is super nice. Just remember, everything on this app is made as they’re bought, and with the holiday season coming up, beware that it might take 3+ weeks for orders to ship.

Suggestions and Feedback. I’d give the app 4.5 stars but there isn’t that option. I love Redbubble. I find myself on the app everyday looking at new items and exploring new artist’s creations. I love that the app has artists from all over the world come together to sell their products. That said, I find that Redbubble items tend to be on the more expensive side like a travel mug being $22, clocks being $32, shower curtains being $62, etc. I feel like the items should be more affordable. Also I thought a cool feature to add to the app would be the a ability to see a clothing piece on you instead of the model. All in all I think the app is great for finding something unique and special. Thank you for all the artists who share their work! ❤️

Amazing. I never really write reviews. It takes a lot to capture my interest to write a review. But I have to say, this app is so great. The price is well worth it if you ask me. They have GREAT products, not cheap breakable ones that last for a month. They have a limitless number of designs it’s crazy. From tv series, to movies, to classical art, to basically any design you wish, they have it. you can get the designs you want on notebooks phone cases (personal favorite) clothing, clocks, stickers, canvas’s, cards etc. They also have amazing customer service. They are super helpful if you have any problems and will make sure you will get want you want. APP DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!! (Not a robot or getting paid to do this lol)

Unhelpful for creators. This app works great for customers! It is easy to find works you like and purchase them. But I can’t give it 5 stars because it is utterly useless for creators. I was so excited when I found this app because I assumed it would be more convenient for me to check on sales etc. without using my laptop. Sadly I was mistaken as there is no way to views your sales, update your artist bio, or even write a journal. I didn’t expect to design products or upload art; but having the option to view my page (without searching for my name) or check my profits would be nice. This app is amazing if you simply want to search for and purchase great art! But sadly at the moment it is strictly for the consumer and not for the creator.

Terrible.. Ordered a phone case, the print is very dark. Much darker than advertised. Can’t even see what it is unless I’m in a fully lit room or outside in daylight. Anyways, I tried multiple times to contact customer support, and I had nothing but issues. Broken links, spending 10 minutes filling out a page only for it to continue onto a blank page telling me nothing (I’m pretty sure none of them were submitted.) looked everywhere for a way to contact the artist to speak about options, couldn’t find a way anywhere. Needs to be way more user friendly, left me frustrated.

This app is amazing!. (I swear this is not like a robot or something) This app is literally the best. So I ordered 10 stickers for my hydro flask and when you order 10, you get 50% off! Or you could order 4 and get I think like 20-25% off, something like that. Well I ordered them I think May 20th and got them May 24th! It’s shipping is incredibly fast. The stickers are great quality and I would definitely buy some more (if I had any money hahah). On most of them, you are able to choose the size of the sticker but it does cost extra (obviously). All the stickers I got were a size small and they are the perfect size. (It tells you the measurements in the description of the sticker) Tip: if you look hard enough, you can get stickers for a really cheap price. Example: I got 3 “The Office” stickers for literally 50 cents each! (It was a 3 in 1 kinda thing) Meanwhile, my sister got only one of them for over two dollars! Anyways, I would definitely suggest buying stickers from this app because I am so obsessed with these stickers and it is truly a great app. I hope I helped!

Major technical problems. I love Redbubble, but this app has major issues. For one, it uses more resources than any other app on my phone. The latest update drains my battery and seems to have impacted battery wear (not sure how that’s possible, but it’s the only thing that changed when my battery capacity went from 97% capacity to 79% capacity over night the day I installed it), all the units are in centimeters (even though it is set to US currency and shipping), and it does not give you a total in your shopping cart. I have to add it up manually and even then you don’t have shipping or tax information. For some reason the website won’t let you change a pattern to the back of a dirt anymore or zoom in on a design (and they keep saying they are ‘tweaking’ the site, but I never see improvement) and the app won’t do those kind of things either. The only thing it’s good for is searching or browsing and the search isn’t great. The splash screen takes forever to go away (and personally I think it’s ugly). I had to uninstall it. It’s not worth it anymore.

From an artist perspective. I had an account with Redbubble as an artist. The site is filled with intellectual property right violations and they turn a blind to it. For an artist that creates originality and custom works of art; Redbubbles Algorithm willfully suppresses the work in favor for known IP violations because it makes money. Redbubble and it’s software development team maliciously commits digital larceny of artists works and loads them to other sites with out notifying the artist, and without consent or knowledge of the artist. Redbubble willingly and knowingly suppresses new artists work in favor of what they deem profitable regardless of the quality of artists graphic design. Be aware that of the multitude of sites Redbubble is the worst offender towards creators and by shopping with them artist, such as myself, are suppressed and ultimately our works are every day stolen and sold without permission and just compensation. I implore everyone to delete their accounts and boycott Redbubble. Support living artist not corporations.

Not IPad Compatible. I downloaded this on my phone, and noticed there is not a “creator section” for artists selling, which was super disappointing. I also looked for a separate app, like how Postmates uses Fleet for drivers but didn’t find one. Would love to see an update with more mobile support. Hoping that due to the stronger processing power of the IPad that I would be able to have more access, or at least a larger experience. When I opened the app it was the resolution of my phone screen with a large black stage around it. The only option to somewhat resolve this was a button in the bottom right that expanded the pixels instead of adjusting them. It also doesn’t orient to the direction of your screen (like when I use my IPad in an upright position, I am looking at the app sideways). As a Graphic Designer, it was disappointing to see the seamless integration between the brand and functionality of the UI in the mobile app on my phone to the poorly planned pixel resolution and screen boundaries. I was even more disappointed to double check the App Store and find that it is listed as “IPad Compatible”.

Love, love, love!. Redbubble is one of my all time favorite shopping apps! I use redbubble for stickers mostly, though I’ve bought a few other things such as shirts. It’s a very custom experience, I love that you can support the artists personally. I’ve never put out any art through redbubble, but from my understanding artists have their own accounts, get credit for their art and get to decide how they wish to distribute their art. I love being able to follow an artist because sometimes that art style or art topics are just something I love seeing! Not to mention that everything is very AFFORDABLE. I’m happy to say that on many occasions I’ve been able to get lots and lots of stickers all at once because the more you buy the higher the discount you get. Buying custom stickers in bulk is great, and I’ve never had a bad experience with redbubble. It’s wonderful and cares about the consumers and the artists.

Decent app with some issues. The app is decent for browsing, has a nice UI and is easy to use. I have had a lot of trouble logging into my account within the app for whatever reason, despite being able to quite easily when using the website using the same login details. It’s not a huge deal but is somewhat frustrating.

Actually Super Cool. basically you just support a whole bunch of super individual artists and their designs and my dad recently bought a bunch of graffiti design t-shirts from red bubble and he loves them and i love the stickers so overall it’s great :)

Really like the app, hope for additional feature. Really like the apps, ‘ve bought several stickers. Hope Redbubble would extend ability to use the AR capability to test the sticker when we have selected the sticker in detail.

Just one thing missing.... I like this app. It’s cool that I can just roam around looking at all the awesome artworks, and it’s even cooler that I can put it on t-shirts and phone cases and other stuff. There’s just one thing missing... As an artist, I would like to be able to upload some of my own works from my phone and onto the app itself, instead of having to go onto my computer (which doesn’t work very well), and upload them there instead. Ok . . .. I love looking at all the unique artsy fartsy stuff on here and I love how cheap it all is. But my only problem is that there are so many glitches and sometimes the screen stops and freezes at least every 30 seconds now!!! It’s so frustrating. It also looses all of my favourites I liked. really do like this app though and I highly recommend it to anyone if there were no freezes or glitches xx

Great app. Easy to use. Simple but effective way of viewing all the different products available.

App is completely broken. I enjoy redbubble as a service, and have used it many times before, however for a good couple of months now I can’t even get the app to open properly. Every time I open it I get the message “Oh, snap: something went wrong, please try again.” Clicking retry simply loads the message again. I thought it might’ve been a problem with my phone, being an older model, but I have since upgraded to a XR and it still displays the same error. From my memory it was a good app (except for only being able to access the site as a buyer and not a seller), but I literally can’t use this app anymore. Disappointing.

Teaser!. I do like the app for finding new works BUT it does seem to like showing me things I’ve already liked and as a Redbubble user of many years I’d have loved to have been able to organise my own albums ect like I can on the website. Would also be nice to be able to comment on works from the mobile app AND view an artists albums/full portfolio of works, currently the app only seems to show a sample of each artists work. But it’s better than nothing!

Issues with login. Usually a great app, but just got an iPhone 15 & have been unable to login through the app. Kept saying incorrect password even after I reset

Liked the old update. I personally preferred the ability to look at the designs and save them as the design itself not on a product. This new feature just makes it harder to judge the design or if it’s the product.

Redbubble is AMAZING. Redbubble supports talented artists and designers who really put a lot of hard work and effort into each item. Items are always delivered promptly, I’m always updated with the delivery unlike eBay and the service is always wonderful. The products I have received have always been high quality and the packaging is always well designed and the overall experience is fantastic. Highly recommend supporting this app as it ensures that artists are receiving the funds and not sweatshops over in China that are exploiting some poor child. Love the unique content available and knowing that it is designed by artists who have put a lot of creativity into their design process and it’s not simply a conveyor belt allows me to see they are not like eBay Australia. Definitely prefer this app over eBay Australia and I hope anyone disappointed and disillusioned by the eBay Australia app can find comfort in purchasing some of their items on RedBubble instead

Design with less swipes. It would be great if you could swipe left and go straight to the design, because as it stands, you typically have to swipe six times to get to the design on each T-shirt.

Good App But Needs More Functions. I quite enjoy the app but I have a few problems. 1. You can’t see the artists full portfolio 2. You can’t sort your favourites into albums, making it harder to find things if you have lots of favourites. 3. When you click on Stickers and then write something and click on the suggested it shows you everything not just stickers.

Would be 5 stars if it didn’t keep freezing. I love Redbubble and the app makes it much easier to quickly find things you love. The only problem I have is the app keeps freezing. Every time I do something (add an item to my cart, browse the items I’ve favourited, view an item, ect) the app freezes. If this could be fixed this app would be a solid 5 stars as I love everything else so much.⭐️

Idk. So I just ordered a phone case and I can’t see where my order is I can’t see where it’s coming from I just spent 50 bucks on a phone case if it doesn’t come I’ll be suing

Stickers received were junk. The sticker quality is terrible. The listing showed a sticker with a clearly printed image and was dye cut. What was received was not even close to what was listed. Colours were way off, the images so blurry you can’t tell what it is, sizes didn’t match the listings and they weren’t dye cut. On top of that they charge several dollars for posting a letter sized envelope which is 3 times the cost of the actual postage. Not sure how there products have so many good reviews.

Slow and Crashes Often. The overall interface design is not bad but in my experience it takes a few seconds to load each image I tap on and the app crashed on me several times while trying to complete my first order. In addition to seeing these issues fixed, I would also like it to be easier to customise search results (to include filtering out stuff I’m not looking for, e.g. “Kali (Goddess) but not Kali Uchis (singer).”

Excellent service. After mistakenly ordering the wrong size for an item I was refunded the entire amount and was able to reorder in under an hour. Full story below for those interested \/ \/ After I mistakenly ordered the wrong size case for an iPhone and realised too late, I proceeded to the exchange section which was very easy to locate and very simple to switch over. I received a reply within 5 minutes to let me know it was being looked into and that I can expect a reply within 24 hours to confirm and update. After only 1 hour, I received an email and it stated that it has already been confirmed so they sent me a refund of the exact amount to reorder the item in the right size and cancelled my order for me. Terrific service and highly recommend!

Won’t let me sign in. The App doesn’t sign me in, I’ve changed my password 5 times. It sometimes tells me that I no internet, even tho I use my wifi and mobile data.

The best service ever...never mind the fantastic artists!. I can’t tell you how good this service is. I always know how good a service is by how they fix (usually my) mistakes. I made a huge order with these guys and managed to completely stuff it up. It was fixed very quickly and with the most class and generosity ever. I’ve never had such a great experience with a company before. I’d highly recommend Red Bubble for their service and their artists. Fantastic.

Please make it easier to find artists. I’ve typed in specific usernames many times and the app makes it so difficult to find them! Doesn’t give any suggestions or similar usernames, if you make one mistake in the name ie use/not using a capital letter, there’s no results at all. Please make it easier! Otherwise, the artists are amazing and the products are good!

NOT WORTH THE HASSLES. Tried to set up an Artist Account under an already existing profile. There was NO PLACE for me to upload my phone number to verify my Artost Account. After uploading approximately 150 images ready to sell, I discover in an email from Redbubble that there is nothing they can do to fix that leaving me no alternative but to delete that account and try to start again under a fresh email. I verified my entire account (the new one) and started uploading photos. About appromately 10 photos in, I suddenly get locked out of the new account. Not sure why I investigate only to find that REDBUBBLE DISGUSTINGLY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT FOR NO VALID REASON and in order to have my new account reinstated i have to go through an Appeals process which could take weeks to fix. DISGUSTING. Never again will buy through Redbubble and never again will promote this site to people in my circles of influence. DISGRACEFUL.

Great idea, but t-shirts... Red Bubble is a great idea, but I wouldn’t bother with the T-Shirts. I got 2 ‘premium’ t-shirts for $50 each, but the print faded by about 40% in 1 wash. They also arrived smelling toxic so you have to wash them first. I provided feedback with no response and I wonder whether all of their 5 star t-shirt reviews are made up? (Often mentioning how good the print quality is). There was no way for me to review so where did they come from? I’d recommend they improve their t-shirt print quality if they’re gonna charge top dollar.

ITS FANTASTIC👏🏼. I really liked how many different styles you can get for example; find a sticker that you want and you can choose if you want it as a shirt, sweater, clock, phone case etc. Also it has a wide range of different topics so you can explore and find interesting things🤙🏼

Wonderful, but. It would be great if you could manage your profile from the app, upload works, and actually see your own stuff. Because I create all my art on my iPad, I can’t use the website, and the app works far better, and since I don’t have a laptop, I have to go to the library and use a computer there, so I, and many other people, would greatly appreciate if you could add this feature in the near future.

Oops something went wrong. Would be great if this app actually let me do anything. I’m unable to sign in because it ‘can’t connect to the server’ and constantly displays the pop up ‘oops something went wrong’ - not allowing me to search or browse artwork. Tried updating, definitely have internet access otherwise how could I give it 1 star and write a review? Done with this app.

Best App. 100% my favourite shopping app. Super quick delivery on all items purchased, never had an issue. Great quality, worth every cent.

MrsFfanofWeather. Suggestion To Whom It May Concern. The app is obviously made for use on a phone. It doesn’t work so well on an iPad. The size of it needs to be enlarged for iPad use. The experience of the actual app on an iPad is a bit disappointing. Which is a pity, because I Really love the experience of ordering stuff from Redbubble online via Safari. So please fix the app so it works on something as big as an iPad. Then I’ll consider re-downloading the app ⚛️☮️ 🔴 🌏

Bubble heaven. Love the new Search features - suggestions and history. This app just keeps on getting better

Would be good if I could actually do anything.... Even after the update I still can’t log in. It used to be just a “whoops couldn’t do it try again later”. Now the app tells me that my account “currently cannot be used with the app. Please log in on the web to manage your account information.” So the app is still entirely useless!!! I went to my account in a web browser, there is literally NOTHING in the settings or information about using the account within the app. Stupid. Get your collective nut together RB. Even after the recent update customer support chat was telling me that users can’t log in to their own accounts. WHAT IS EVEN THE POINT.

Useless Customer Service. The quality of the products are average (ordered t-shirts). The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I sent them several emails for updates and questions regarding my order. They gave me the runaround and failed to answer any of my questions and just refunded my order instead (apparently they have too much business and do not require mine 🤔🤦🏼‍♀️). Their customer service is worse than dealing with a Telco!!! Save yourself some time and look elsewhere for your purchases.

Great app but. Wonderful app but as an artist that travels a lot it would be amazing if we could access all the information we can on the computer, it would also be good to upload or edit works and collections

Stickers. I Just Love Stickers With a dying passion and this makes it easy for me to find Different and cool stickers! Wish I had found the app sooner!!!

I like the art, but.... It would be good if each time I logged in I saw random new stuff rather than repeats, including some I’ve favourited. I don’t really need to see it again if I already did that. Even better would be if the app used my favourites to suggest stuff I might like.

Can’t even open it. This used to be an ok app. Sometimes there were price differences which were annoying, and sometimes the search returns were odd. But now I can’t even open it. Just get the “oops something went wrong” even after deleting and reinstalling.

App doesn’t work half the time. I’ll go to use the app but nothing loads it just says “retry”

Fabulous quality prints/ posters. Got some Claude Monet paintings printed posters, size large. Fantastic quality for about $20 each, at an art gallery these would be probably $75 a piece. Great shipping and comes with a Solid tube so you can transport them later when you move etc

What 30% off??. They hooked me with an ad saying you would get 30% off if you download and order through the app... I can find no such thing. Debating ordering off Amazon instead.

Great stickers!. I ordered 12 stickers and they arrived in 6 days from when I ordered. They are all great quality and really pretty. I highly recommend this app!!

Discount troubles. Every time I go onto the app, a drop down purple bubble says “get your discount 20% thanks for downloading” which, great! But I press the x and it drops back down. Over and over and I can’t shop OR search anything. I would give 5 stars but I can’t have 5 seconds to explore, unless I’m actively scrolling.

Misleading. The 20% off your order when you download the app seemed enticing so I did that. But no where did it apply 20% off my order. Really lame. Also app needs some work!

Crashes immediately every time I open the app. App was working fine but once I tried to follow an artist it crashed, I reloaded the app multiple times and it just doesn’t open anymore without crashing immediately so that sucks, was gonna buy a tapestry

Pretty good other than 2 things. Works pretty well! Only issues are that it crashes sometimes, and you can’t choose which of your lists to save products to, it only goes to the general “Favourites” list

For some reason they list everything as the price you get if you get the discount for buying four or more items instead of the items ACTUAL price...n that’s a big ol no no from me not to mention the fact that it took over two months to get my items and no 20% off for first time use...Redbubble sucks

Artist app when, for the love of God?!. This app is only useful for buyers. If you are an artist, you literally have to do EVERYTHING on a browser, even if you only want a quick look at your activity feed. This is incredibly frustrating! I have been an artist for a year and I’ve been waiting for an app ever since. Just what is your excuse, Redbubble? Etsy has had a seller app for YEARS. Just give us something already.

Downloaded app but no coupon. It said to download the app for get 20% coupon. Nope, just a scam to download their app.

extremely buggy. would be a great app if it weren't such a mess and full of bugs. it spams error messages, deal prompts, any pop up basically. constantly randomly decides that i am no longer logged in while browsing, and then doesn't save things to favourites. you don't notice until everything randomly stops loading again. have to constantly restart the app over and over in the span of like 4 minutes, and go back and desperately search for the items you lost. easier to just use the website :/

Can’t Order. I tried about a month ago to order some stickers and I tried three different addresses and ever one of them said there was a problem with the zip code even though everything else is Canadian (obviously there’s going to be an issue with a ‘zip code’ because Canada uses postal codes). I tried to order some other stickers again just now and it has said that there is a problem with my zip code again. Please let me know what’s wrong!

Can’t sell in Canada without PayPal :(. Wish you could sell in Canada without having to use PayPal. I’ve heard horrible things about PayPal I wish I could just use my card.

Redbubble is the Worst Kind of People!. Will suspend artists for creating LGBTQIA+ artwork but won’t remove artwork about ince$t! I normally love shopping from Redbubble. I have some super cool shirts and stickers that I ordered off the site. Sadly one day I was browsing mental health matters graphics for what I might want to order next and under suggested items based on what I was searching was a horrible graphic that said ‘Ince$t now I’m Depressed’! I’m completely serious! I reported the artwork (which I had to do from my laptop and not on the app). However it got worse when because I had to search for that graphic it suggested others referring to ince$t! I tried to report them but there were just far too many. I posted a review of the website on Trustpilot and Redbubble’s so-called ‘solution’ was for me to report what I found inappropriate. One, moderating their content is not the users job. Two, they are an operating business and someone should have already been removing graphics like that off their website. Since then I have deleted the app and refused to shop there. There is a review on here from an artist about their support trans youth artwork got them suspended, so clearly they can moderate. According to Redbubble ince$t is ok but supporting trans youth is not. Got it Redbubble, you’re the worst kind of people. They are probably far right christofascists who expect a girl to give birth to her own brother.

Registration signup glitch. I’d love to sign up for this app, but it won’t let me create a password; the”text box” is a solid colour without being able to see the texted characters and the keyboard disappears if you try to type.

Such a scam..... I ordered masks from these punks, and they made me wait 1 1/2 months just to get these masks delivered and once I got them it turns out they did not even send me masks. They sent pillowcases. Once I tried to return them there was no direct line to return the items, no customer service and someone returned my email after a week saying I would get credit for their store. Useless as i will never shop there again. Anyone looking to buy anything from here, just dont. Not worth your money and time. And another thing, I tried to re-order, but they marked masks as unavailable. Unbelievable. I would give 0 stars if I could...

Great App For Buying, Need Computer For Selling.... The app is awesome, great UI, no complaints if you are buying things. But would really like some updates to make it possible to sell from the mobile app, to upload new designs etc. So far I have only been able to upload new artwork from a laptop, not the app...

Glitchy. I love the app, but it crashes. A lot. I had to hop on my laptop to finish shopping.

not bad just be weary. The products I purchased were alright. Some were clear and good quality, I would suggest watching out for poor quality designs however. Also it’s very weird and unprofessional in a way how you aren’t able to review your products purchased and the “reviews” that these sellers have are all copy and paste. Overall would honestly purchase from somewhere else just because you can’t judge weather the product is good or not from having inadequate reviews.

Smaller sticker. Hey! I absolutely love this app, great quality and everything arrived how it should :) But I would love if there were smaller options for things, as the smallest option is not very small…

Redbubble is THE WORST. They provide an illusion of a unified business of catalog, artists, and shipping. It is very much an illusion. You have no control over what you’ll receive, nor it’s quality. The one-size-fits-all product “preview” system has almost no bearing on what you’re paying for. One example from experience (I had several terrible experiences before I deleted the app)- I ordered a mug with graphic. Simple, right? Naw, the preview didn’t seem to function correctly. I contacted RB, and the seller to confirm I was going to get what I wanted. Both assured me I would. Which was a mug, with the graphic facing me when I drink from it. After overpaying and waiting several weeks for shipping, I received the mug, with the graphic opposite the handle 🫤

Redbubble👍🏼 Redbubble app👎🏼. I love redbubble and have actually always had a great experience ordering from them. It’s such a great concept and I hope more artists first - product second companies start popping up. I will say though, this app has some SERIOUS bugs. I’m sure they’ll get sorted out eventually but I would recommend ordering on their website from your computer.

Login Required?. Push notifications are all or nothing and they push advertisements all the time. No notifications for you, now. Hopefully creating a profile allows for making the distinction.

Horrible/Scam. Terrible glitchy service. Website said download app to get a discount code, did that and no code. Messaged customer service no help there, will delete it and never shop here! Looks like a scam just to take your money, false advertising!

Solid app!!. I was worried about the apps performance judging by their reviews but I've had no issues regarding lag, crashes or overall anything with the app. The one thing that I’d say that they should try to implement is a sorting option (price low-high/high-low, best selling, etc) which is on the website but not the app

Amazing customer service. The customer service on this app is insanely timely, polite, and very understanding! Even today I have two small issues with two orders and they were both resolved in less than an hour! The customer services reps I had emailing me (thank you so much Kevin and Natali) we're nothing short of an amazing example of superb customer service! The app itself is amazing, all sorts of designs and stickers for everyone regardless of what you're looking for!

Crash. This app used to work great. Fantastic to be able to save all my favorite designs to place large orders several times a year to save money on shipping. These days though, cannot ever seem to open app no matter how often it updates. Very disappointed.

Constant Notification. Love this app but I’ve had to remove it from my phone numerous times as it constantly has a red notification on the app icon when I do not have any notifications when I open the app. I’ve checked every possible section in the app and have logged into my account via computer to make sure I didn’t miss a notification section but it seems it’s just a glitch.

Well done, but missing some features.. Would be great if we could easily get to recent artworks. The "topics" system works great, but it's pretty much all the same popular artworks and artists that pops up. Would be great to be able to manage our own store too. I understand we can't really create new products and such, but I'd like to be able to read and answer comments and such...

Don’t waste your time or money. Do not waste your time or money on this app, if you’re an artist or creator- they will ruin your work. The quality of the products is awful, their printing is horrendous and you can only leave a review if they INVITE you to so they avoid anyone posting bad reviews. I’m super disappointed and wasted SOOO much money on what I wanted to be very special Christmas gifts that I now have to go buy something else and put myself in debt this holiday because of how horribly this app is run. Thanks to red bubble instead of having special personalized gifts that support artists, I have tears and no money and am now dreading the holidays.

TRANSPHOBIC. I’m an artist, and when I make a design that’s trans-related (like a trans pride flag that says “support trans youth”) without flagging it as “mature content”, they suspend my account. There is no way to get back a suspended artist account. I’ve tried and tried. I’ve wasted so many hours creating artist accounts after the first one was shut down, and every time, inevitably, if I put a design supporting trans people my account is suspended. They are always totally fine until then.

Love it but need help. Hello. This app is amazing and I 100% recommend it. I would give it 5 stars but I hoped if I gave you one it would get your attention. I have been trying to go into the app but it is saying “oh snap something went wrong. Please try again.” And I hit retry but the same thing shows up. 5 star shirts and 5 star customer service. I love supporting small artists and I love getting their art on tshirts. Especially the more creative and sometimes creepy shirts you won’t find anywhere else. Anytime I’ve ordered multiple shirts from Redbubble there’s been some form of small issue which normally I would use to rate something 4/5 but honestly the customer service is so fast and efficient that the minor mistakes don’t even bother me. They’ll have a corrected shirt on its way to you the second you bring up the issue. LOVE YOU PEEPS AT REDBUBBLE!!

Amazing!!. Redbubble is honestly amazing. There is so many cute things on there, I’m obsessed. The range of options for everything is amazing. It’s so unique and it gives changes to artist who want to express themselves. The app is very thought out and great. There is one thing I would like to say, that once you put things in your cart you can’t look at them in a bigger size or review them again. You have to re-look it up. You can still see it, but you can’t click on it again. It gets a little annoying but I think it’s a tiny fix. Overall I love it!!!!

Great app!. I love Redbubble, the app design is wonderful, it’s very user-friendly. But, I have had a problem with the search menu not loading properly unless I switch menus and go back. Loading can also be pretty slow. It’s not that big a deal, but I hope it’s fixed in future updates. Also, I’m not sure if this is the place to make a product suggestion, but I think think it’d be really cool if patches were available for purchase. Iron-on ones, especially, would be great for people wanting to add personality to their outfits while supporting artists. It’s a pretty popular fashion statement right now!

Tech Issues. I love RB, but this app... it ain’t cuttin’ it. I downloaded the app several months ago, but when I logged in with my email and password it showed me a black screen with a white bar across the top, as though it was having difficulty loading the next screen. I waited and waited and eventually closed the app to try again. I tried several times over the course of the next few days with no luck. I gave up, deleted the app, and went back to my laptop. Today, thinking that there would’ve been enough time for the developer to fix this technical issue, I redownloaded the app. Success? Sadly, no. I love shopping on RB, supporting other artists, and the website itself is easy to use and understand; it’s really a shame that the app isn’t at the same level of usability and efficiency as the desktop site.

First and last time ordering. I recently had the displeasure of dealing with Redbubble, and it has been an absolute disaster. I placed an order, eagerly awaited its arrival, only to find myself in a perpetual state of disappointment. My order never made it to me, and the frustration is beyond words. What's even more aggravating is the complete lack of customer service. It's like they've mastered the art of avoiding customers altogether. I reached out, desperate for some assistance, but alas, my cries for help fell on deaf ears. It's as if Redbubble operates in a parallel universe where customer satisfaction is a foreign concept. Save yourself the headache and avoid Redbubble at all costs. You're better off throwing your money into a black hole than expecting a seamless transaction from this sorry excuse for an online retailer.

Good but freezes. Love the shop and artists’ work but the app freezes quite a bit on me. It didn’t when I first downloaded it 2 weeks ago, but now that I’m browsing for my second purchase its seems glitchy. I find myself searching the website on my browser and then crossing my fingers the app will load when I type in what I decide on buying. Just kind of frustrating now that I’m trying to check-out and the page won’t load (have even tried restarting my phone and closing all other apps/tabs). Very cool and fun shop, hopefully the tech team will make improvements soon!

Horrible company. They closed my account for no reason at all. After multiple requests to find out why they cancelled my account all they said was that I violated one of their policies and they would shut down any accounts I open in the future. To this day I have no idea what policy I violated or why they decided to shut me down. I put in a lot of hours to create original designs that didn’t violate any copyrights. I even told them I would immediately correct any designs that infringed on their policies but they wouldn’t give me anything other than a canned response saying I violated one of their rules. Artists beware and stay away. I had about 35 designs and months of work that went down the drain because of their lack of professionalism.

Love it, a couple of minor things. I really love this app! It’s easy to use and navigate and displays almost everything I want to see about the products and designs. I would like to be able see any additional images that, for example, on the desktop version show what comes with a canvas print and how it looks from the edge and not just another picture of the design. My other issue is that measurements on the app are in millimeters which is often difficult to gauge the size. I’ve looked and found no option to change to another form of measurement.

WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU?!. First of all...I think it’s just stupid that you took away the option to get designs on the back of your shirts/hoodies. (I mean, if you kept the option, you could even add a little “RB” design on one of the front, top corner areas of the shirt! Or the artist’s logo/name!) Now, for probably closing in on around two months, every time I tap on the app it just gives me “Something went wrong.” And I can only “cancel” or “try again”. I LOVE supporting creative minds and I have been a long time buyer from this site, but I am really disappointed in you as of lately, RedBubble. Get it together!!!

Need to change 3rd party shipping companies. The last two sticker orders I made never arrived at my address in Puerto Rico, the same address I had used previously and had gotten my orders fine. The company that shipped my things changed and the shipping never updated from “processed”. Thankfully the redbubble customer service was great and they even tried resending the stickers, but as the same company “shipped” it, they never got here either, so they later gave me a refund. It’s been a while since I’ve ordered anything from here because I’m just afraid of not receiving it, I love the website and the stickers I had purchased before were great. I’m not sure if they’ve changed companies since I last ordered but I hope that they do.

Great app but... I love using this app to shop on RedBubble. If there was anything I could add to it, it would be a place for the artist themselves to be able to upload their work. I am an artist and upload my work on RedBubble but have to use a laptop when one is available. I hope they make the app capable of uploading art to our shop. It would be nice to be able to download the app and manage our shop, add new listings/work and be able to access our finances.

This app would be great if it weren’t worthless. Redbubble is not a technological marvel, regardless of platform. It is too difficult & cumbersome to navigate. It is almost impossible to find the type of product you seek (don’t try to find the dog & cat food bowls or other pet accessories) or the product with the design or product by a particular artist. Like its cousins (e.g., Society6, Spoonflower, TeePublic, FineArtAmerica), the website and the app play favorites, promoting products that it believes easier to sell and not promoting the products of new or lesser-known artists. For Redbubble, a sale is a sale. It makes the same amount on the purchase of product it pushes or the product of a “nobody.” The success or works of the artists matter not at all.

Great site, navigation is a little frustrating. I love this app and how accessible they make producing and obtaining products from artists! The only change I’d like to see would be some way to sort results within the app on both search and artist profiles. When an artist has 300+ pieces on their page it would be appreciated if, like the website itself, there was a way to view collections and sort works by most recent, favorites, etc. other than that this app is wonderful and a great platform and the quality of the items they sell is great as well :)

Best stickers ever. I order all my stickers from Redbubble, they come in the mail super quick and are always what I wanted, no weird sizes and always good quality. What I love about red bubble stickers the most is the fact that I can put them on my water bottle or computer for example and I’m able to peel them off easily from what ever surface I’ve had them on for a while and be able to perfectly stick them back on the paper that came in the mail. I like to change my stickers a lot and reorder them and if you’re a freak like me who does this, you’ll love redbubble. They’re the best ! 💕

Needs Work- Overall Great Idea. I started using Redbubble last year. It was actually one of the main places I got xmas gifts from! I really like seeing different artists artworks and stuff and I really am impressed with how awesome it comes back! However. Lately my friends and I who use the app all have a reoccurring problem. Every time we open the app, it crashes and gives us a message that says: “Oh Snap! Something went wrong, please try again.” The kicker is that he hit retry and boom, same message. Nothing loads. We close the app, reopen, same thing! It’s gotten as far as uninstalling and reinstalling and having the issue persists. Now if you hit cancel, the regular suggested stuff and favorited things doesn’t load but the rest does, but the message continues to pop up. This seriously needs to be fixed. I hate using safari when it comes to online purchases. It’s annoying, but I guess it’s not gonna stop me from using redbubble.

It’s cool but... two issues. i wish i could resume shopping on my phone from where i was on my laptop. (i am logged in from the same account on both devices) for example right now i have 17 stickers in my cart on my laptop, and nothing shows up in my cart on my phone. second i wish there was an “orders” or a “order status” or a “track your order” button or option on the phone. If i wanna see where my stickers are i have to go through the process of booting up my laptop, and going to redbubble, and trying to remember my order number and all that jazz. it’s frustrating and it needs to be fixed.

The Christmas Gift. I had bought a sweatshirt for a loved one and it never came in. I was hoping to have it before Christmas but unfortunately when I had contacted RB they said that I’d have to wait till January. I was obviously kinda upset about this so I went on with my dad and had told my loved one they’d have to wait till January. This morning I had gotten a text about my package being on my front porch I was so excited and thankful. I just wanted to give RedBubble this review for being such a wonderful company all around!!😉💯

Stopped working. I loved having the app, but for whatever reason, it stopped working. Takes a long time to load then says “something went wrong try again” this happened for months until I just decided to delete the app. I DID try deleting and adding it back, but it didn’t work. I’ll just use my computer or the browser on my phone. I’ll still give it 5 stars, because when it worked, it worked!

Tech issues and loading issues. The app worked great for a while then it just tanked. It has trouble loading liked items and the pages are slow and freeze great deal. For example I will tap the heart to like an item and it freezes and my phone makes the feedback that it liked but it didn’t. Also when scrolling it will stop and freeze and sometimes after liking something it will freeze. I love this app and it’s more convenient than my laptop, but not right now. This loading problem and agitating and is keeping me from using the app as much as I used to.

Was excited then disappointed. So when I first started using the app, I was very excited and I loved how it worked but then my account was suspended for suspicion I was a robot. I reached out to Redbubble help for over a week and they were no help. I sent in a video of myself to prove I’m not a robot but they would not follow up with me with more than one response. Saying the same thing. I am at the minimum age requirement, I never posted anything mature, all my art is mine and I’m not a robot. They were not helpful with my situation. I was really invested in my account and after a years worth of work, it is just GONE. I had over 50 pieces in there and it takes a long time to adjust each piece to the merchandise shown on the app.

Very good customer service!!. I ordered stickers. They were late. I contacted Red Bubble. They wrote back soon after I sent my email and were very cordial and helpful. Days or weeks later… I had been busy and distracted by our international vacation. I sort of forgot about the stickers. Red Bubble contacted me to ask if my stickers had ever arrived!! When I told them they hadn’t, they sent our new ones! I wish all companies were like this.

Artists- find another site. Consumers- beware. Artists: You get 20% of each order but get paid out at $20. That means you need to make Redbubble 100 before seeing anything. Unless you’re a very popular artist it’s unlikely you’ll hit that payment threshold. Find an alternative with better profit margins (sacrificing product arrays however) or make your own products. Consumers: My friend ordered several of my works, including two stickers, a journal, and a pencil pouch. The journal was fine, no complaints, but the pencil pouch was absolutely HORRIBLE quality- you can barely make out the design. The two stickers she ordered never arrived- instead they sent her five of two completely different ones. For nearly $10 in shipping when they mail everything separately you’d expect something better than waiting two weeks for the wrong stuff. The only reasons Redbubble doesn’t get 0 stars (if I could) is that they have a lot of options for products. That’s it. If you’re not 14 years old throwing up random designs for fun and want to make ACTUAL money off your art, invest in a manufacturer from Alibaba and sell your products on Etsy.

Best variety/Worst for shopping. Initially, I loved this app. The variety is insane and the pricing is amazing. However, over the last 7 days there have been items removed from my shopping cart. They completely disappear from my cart, my favorites and even the search history. I’ve noticed that the search results change every day and what ever you liked becomes unavailable. Not because it’s been sold out, not because the artist removed it, just because that’s how the website is? I tried speaking to support and they said it must’ve been a glitch but this has happened to me twice already. I’ll have something in my cart, check a few other websites out and when I come back to my cart it’s changed. It’s very irritating to say the least.

Just one problem but very good. Ok so I'm probably not the only one but I'm not very happy because I really wanted to look through and admire the artists and I had screenshotted ( I know I didn't spell that right) a pic to send to my bff and when I got back I just wanted to look at the stickers and when I did it said I had to have iOS 0.11 or later and I'm not mad but I just wanted to look at beautiful artwork in quarantine . Just thought I needed to say that . Again I'm not mad but just wish I could and it might not even be your fault but thank you.

Now what I don’t get is that,with the mobile app,you can’t manage your shop there? What’s the point of that really? I mean,this app is great! It does what it needs too,you can buy from it,no biggie! But why isn’t there a ‘edit’ shop option in the app itself? Isn’t that kinda pointless for those who wanna start out useing this website without the need of a computer to do so? I suggest you at least give us that option to edit and post our products on here so it’s user friendly to those who don’t have a computer! That would be really nice! I don’t think people wanna keep switching desktop to mobile to just simply edit a image,that just seems tedious! Please and thank you💛💛💛

This is the work of a GOD!!!!. I love this app, but I really do not appreciate how it buffers so much. This app is the perfect app to get merch and stuff... plus, you get items at a pretty low price!!! However, the only problem I have with this app is that it BUFFERS like no ones business and it gets on my nerves.... and it would be kinda cool if people could post their own art, but now thinking about it... it might be to hard to grasp how to do it so... whatever. Love this Site. I discovered RedBubble probably sometime around 2015. I ordered a few shirts and a phone case from here. I loved them all. Now this is my go to place for ordering phone cases! Their tough cases are extremely well built, and I absolutely adore all of the designs and supporting these creators. I’ve had the same tough case on my iPhone since 2016, and my phone still doesn’t have have a single scratch on it. And no, I don’t have a screen protector. And yes, I drop it all the time lol. The app is really easy to navigate and I love the layout of everything.

However.. This app is amazing! It includes a wide variety of products that I can enjoy and plan on purchasing. HOWEVER. Their update has left me tired, as shuffling through and removing old favorites I do not want anymore is a hassle and only ever tiring! Whenever I remove one it takes me all the way back up to the top so I have to scroll through every time! I tried to contact somebody but they do not even have an email! I hope they see this review and fix the issue. Aside from that issue it is a very nice place to shop :)

Great!... but for customers. this app is very well made and for the customers of redbubble looking at the latest suggested designs to them and they can explore and favorite things etc, but it'd be so much better including all the things browser redbubble can do, if i want to upload a new design quickly on mobile, just using a browser app or using a computer isn't completely troubling, but it's much more difficult on mobile using safari/chrome, the redbubble official app should supply support for creators too.

Disappointed. Ordered a shirt about a week ago and I paid an extra $13 for express shipping so I could get it within the week. Express shipping told me I would have it by the 15th but once my order shipped it told me the 16th, that’s rational and not a problem for me to wait one extra day but now it’s the 17th and I still don’t have my package and now it’s telling me it’s going to arrive on the 18th. This really wouldn’t be a big deal if I didn’t spend an extra $13 just for it to arrive (maybe) 3 days late. Not to mention the “customer support” isn’t any help and only tells me stuff I already know and they make it purposely difficult to get any help or a refund. To be clear I don’t blame the seller/artist as they have no control over shipping I just think

Yes!!. I absolutely love Redbubble, it feeds my online shopping and gift buying addictions. A few things that I would recommend is 1. I would love if we could see our lists the same way that we can on the website, and 2. I would like to see more variety of designs more often. When you favorite a couple of similar designs, then suddenly that’s the only thing that’s suggested to you. Other than that, I love the app and the website, would absolutely recommend to anyone who likes buying a million things with the same design on them.

Best app for cool things you can’t find in stores!. I have been using this app to purchase so many things that I wouldn’t be able to find in any stores while at the same time supporting artists this is a great app with so many choices. I highly recommend this app everything I have received is very high quality I will always buy from here when looking for special items! Thank you red bubble !

Great, but bugging out. It’s a great app and I’ve been using Redbubble for years and when the app came out it was a dream come true. However, every time I go on the app i have to keep opening it because it doesn’t load into the home page. It bugs out in the middle of me scrolling and looking at items. And it bums me out and because if it crashing I have to go back and try to like the items again because it doesn’t save them. Please fix it as soon as you guys could and the Review will be all 5 instead of 3. Thanks!

Love the website.. Love the website. They have some of the coolest phone cases and the tough versions are really protective. Fantastic quality. I had got a sweatshirt that the print looked a bit faded and I decided I didn’t like it. I asked for a refund and they refunded me and told me to keep the sweatshirt anyway. They also got back to me in about 10 minutes. I had sent the return request and got a lovely email from a customer service rep. She was really friendly. The app is not however the best functionality. Which is why I did not give them 5 stars. I gave 4.

Obnoxious search functions, uninstalling. I am shopping for a phone case. I navigate to the section labeled “iPhone cases”. I am recommended a few things, and inspired, I hit the search bar on top and type in a keyword. I am then shown stickers and T-shirts and all sorts of junk. It still says iPhone Cases in the header, but now I have to sift through noise to find any cases whatsoever. I couldn’t find a way to filter the search or to search only within the category I selected. When I typed my keyword, before I hit enter, I could specify “...in Everything” or “...in Stickers”. Why only these two options? Why can’t the app tell I’m looking for phone cases IN THE PHONE CASE SECTION????? This irritated me so much I’m uninstalling. You made it too annoying to shop.

The worst ever !!. i made an order beginning of june, it was paid and everything, when the estimated delivery time passed i sent an email asking where my order is, they replied by saying the systems were unable to process my payment even though the money was taken out of my account and till now wasn’t refunded. I made another order end of june, same thing happened, estimated delivery time passed and still no order so i sent an email. They organized a free replacement. when i opened the app it said my order was delivered even though i didn’t receive it. i asked everyone in my house, and i checked camera footage, no sign of my order being delivered.

Good service, bad product.. Speaking as both an artist and consumer on Redbubble, the quality of the products is low. Even when the image uploaded is high quality, it seems blurry or even pixilated in many products. Tee-shirts feel like iron on transfers, and peeled almost immediately. Received a shattered mug in the mail, though that might be the delivery’s fault. They sent a new one immediately for free. Service was quick to refund on low quality product. Not good if you’re looking for a high quality product, but great if you’re in the market to sport some cheap looking merch from your fave artists.

Decent app for a great company. When I ordered Redbubble stuff I was honestly very skeptical of how quality the products would be, but I was proven wrong in so many ways. I ordered a sweatshirt, a sticker, and a phone case, and all of them were great. The sweatshirt was a bit thick, but I think there are lighter models, and either way it was so comfortable. The phone case can get scratched a bit but overall is very nice. The reason I gave a 4 star was because the app of Redbubble has an odd error where when you try to unfavorite a design, it will just reappear and you have to do it again

Where’s my order. I order 4 things from Redbubble all at once on November 25th. I got 3 off them about 3 weeks later separately. (Which I love. All are really beautiful items) One on the things I ordered was a phone case. I still till this day have not gotten it. I always look at the tracker but the tracker bar has not moved. It hasn’t even arrived to the shipping facility. However I am confused because now it’s telling me that all 4 products have delivered. But at the same time I’m still able to track my phone case. Even though it says it delivered (which it HAS NOT!) I’m really upset and confused. I tried customer services but it keeps telling that they can’t find my product. At this point I just want my money back from that phone case.

So great to sell artwork!. I love making art and I needed a bit of extra money. Thing is, I just didn’t really have the time to send out orders or make my art 100% professional. With redbubble however, I can sell my art and designs without having to make my own products. I find that amazing and even if your shop doesn’t get popular right away, you don’t lose any money making products. This app is literally so cool and great if you want to start a business but you don’t have the money to get you going

Needs Work!!. I have been using this app for some months now and i thought the whole idea of buyable independent work was great but the app is trash. It moves so slow when it's loading my favorites list and if i click on an item and back out of it, it takes like 3 minutes for it to load my list back up again. I ended up making an account on my computer because the app wasn't letting me. I tried to login into my account through the app and hope that it would merge the stuff i saved whilst not logged in, to the stuff that was in my favorites list in the account but it keeps saying there's an error and it won't even let me log in. the app really isn't worth the hassle anymore!

A few kinks to work out. I love Redbubble, but I have 2 issues with this app: 1) You can’t see any lists you’ve made online except for Favorites 2) When recommending designs for me, I never receive a mixture. The algorithm always chooses exactly one of my interests or things I’ve searched for in the past and gives me nothing but designs about that. I’d rather get a mixture of my interests with some other designs thrown in so I can actually find new stuff that I may not have searched for. Just because I searched for Avatar art once doesn’t mean I want nothing but Avatar art recommended for the next six weeks.

I LOVE Redbubble but the app has serious some issues. the problem of the cart not syncing to cart on desktop is still very much a thing—and it’s super frustrating. I like to switch back and forth between my laptop and phone often and it’s always a huge hassle when items I thought would be in my cart don’t show up on the desktop and vice versa. Cart items stay in their separate respective mobile and desktop carts and it’s all very irritating. Aside from this it’s a very good app! I spend way too much time browsing on it. Would just really love to be able to see my cart items TOGETHER on any/all platform(s).

Recommendations Problem. Ok, I think RedBubble is a good app. But there’s a problem I always encounter. Whenever I open up the app and look at the recommendations, I see Logan Paul/ Team 10 merch. I don’t have a problem with them, but I’m not interested in them either, and I can’t find myself being interested in the future. To see if it was my tags, I turned off all tags except for one that I know for a fact wasn’t related to them at all. And I still see the merch for them. I started using Redbubble less and less because of this glitch. Please fix it.

I love this app but I think there should be a sale feature. Okay Redbubble is really fun for me to use because I love the different stuff you can get on there. Also something I think would really help is if it had a sale feature added. I say this because if there’s a shirt or hoodie you really want then on certain days people could get this on sale for 20% off or 15% off depending on how much the item was. Also I really like the new features of the mouse pads and hats, I find them interesting. Anyway awesome app.👍

Best app for fan art!!!. I love love love this app. I’m obsessed with fan art and merch made by fans because, I tend to connect with it more strongly than the mass produced merch. This app has a wide variety of fan-made posters, stickers, clothes, phone cases, and more! I love their phone cases and have been using them for years. The only thing I would change about the app is the “favorites” tab. Theirs no way to organize your favorites, and I would really like to sort them out more specifically, but maybe they’ll change that in the app in the future. Over all it’s great! Can’t go wrong with Redbubble!

Great app for art lovers!. I love everything about this app! I haven’t had any of the major issues described by other users when it comes to browsing and buying. It’s worked fine for me. I’ve bought numerous art and the process has been smooth, check out fast with Paypal option and speedy delivery. However, I am having problems logging into my account in the app, I have the latest version but it still says there’s server connectivity problems and to check my internet, my internet is fine, it’s the app malfunctioning. I can log in to the website on my computer just fine though... please fix guys!

Just a small problem. So this app is great. It was working fine I would search whatever stickers I wanted and it would come up. Now I’ve searched some stickers that I did before and they wouldn’t come up and then I went to the internet and they would come up but in a completely different category. For example I first searched up vans and they came up perfectly then a couple days later I searched it up and flowers and other stuff would come up and THEN I went to the internet and it came up under the category of James Charles . But I love this app and that was my only problem

Wont let me log in despite having annexisting account and using my correct password. This app is incredibly glitchy For context, I have owned a Redbubble account prior to my installation of this app. When I downloaded the app it said my password was too short deapite using it for years on the web browser version. Perhaps this is a ne policy and my old password ha been "grandfathered" in so when I try to log in, it wont let me becaus of the NEW password policy. Just a gues though. In an attempt to get around this, I clicked on the "forgot your password?" prompt and it promptly asked me to log in again as opposed to offering to send me an email to reset my password meet me the new 8 character standard. In short, this app is useless if you have been operating off of a password that did not previously meet the current password standards. It won't let me change my password either so I can't even log into the app. If you are going to boot me outband make me reset my password, at least make the password reser function work.
