Sometimes Glitchy But The Free Side Is Fun. I originally signed up about a year ago. I got away from using it for a bit. When I came back there were a few changes to the app. It works fine for the most part on the free side. Sometimes it give an error when trying to send or receive messages. Otherwise the free parts are fine and a good way to meet new people. There are fake profiles, just like a lot of these apps and it would be wonderful to have that put to an end. Now, on to the paid side. Why would anyone want to pay $7.99 a WEEK to use this app in all ways available? There’s not a lot to it to begin with. That’s a steep price! And you have to pay it to connect your other social media. Come on! Just make it free all around. There’s nothing worth paying for on this site so don’t bother.

It's cute but doesn't do what I feel like it should.. The idea of the app is great, like a Tinder with substance for friends. The problem is, I think a bunch of guys think that it is Tinder and they missed the substance part. I was hoping that I would create this and be able to connect with people in my area that I actually get to meet up with you in real life. I also thought I might be able to filter it by gender because I don't need more guy friends, I can go to any bar and find some of those. I was really hoping to be able to find female friends that actually have similar interests or something we could bond over. What I found out is that there's no way to filter by area or gender so I'm just getting bombarded with random messages from random guys that I don't know anything about. If I wanted that I would go on Tinder itself. I think a lot of females feel like it's hard to find female friends in this day in age and we are so busy and don't really seem to get out as much, and I feel like this app could help bridge that gap but, the way it's formatted it's not going to do that right now.

I like the concept!. I’ve managed to befriend a few people on here! The concept has allowed me to socialize with people from around the US. I’ve been using the app consistently for about four days now which is rare and I see myself using it continuously. Honestly, I love it. My only concern is that with them trying to make money, it will make features more and more inaccessible due to the lack of gems! Right now most features are accessible, the ice breakers, profiles, people’s pictures, etc. But I notice that if you want to message other ice breakers that are in people’s profiles, you have to pay up with gems. So it makes it harder to connect. You have 1 ice breaker to create per every 8 hours, which is tough, but manageable. My fear is that with time, with them trying to make money, they’ll make it harder for us users by adding required gems (money) to features already available to us. I hope not, cause I really do like this app! Great job, guys!

Lots of things don’t work properly. So if I upload a picture from my phone it doesn’t show up at all in the profile. It’ll be listed when I try to edit my photos but doesn’t show at all for anyone who looks at my profile. It only puts up pictures imported from Facebook. I went to settings and clicked into the Help & Support menu to see if this was a known problem with a fix but I didn’t see anything. Try to back out but… there’s no back button programmed into the help section. You have to close the whole app and reenter. Right below the Help & Support option is a “Report an issue” link. This doesn’t function at all. It isn’t clickable. So there’s no actual way to report an issue apparently? I guess the developers aren’t actually interested in having the best version of the their product out there. Then when it comes to using the app, honestly feels kind of pointless. I’m a woman so my inbox is just thirsty men. This isn’t even a dating app but you best believe almost every man on there is using it like one. Yeah you can report people for unwelcome flirtiness, but yeah that’s most of them. And you can only post responses to a prompt, and you can’t remove any parts of or edit a prompt either, so it just feels really rigid.

12+ app no age filters or verification anyone can lie. 12+ app u have to be 18 so they’ll all lie and then I see grown ahh people with white hair no verification, no confirmation, this site needs to be monitored anyone grown can talk to someone in a weird way worse to cyber bullying whoever made this app needs to add some age restrictions or filters, let’s just say the app needs a lot of work cause the world already needs a lot of work and this app could add to the worlds problems for parents that don’t check their kids phones or be with them all the time… replied to one person to ask them to help me report this app and deleted it right after I downloaded it cause even they said this app u need to be careful however kids are so pure and are unaware of people who act in unusual ways or ask for unusual questions

I love this app, but it could be a bit better.. Ok this is by far the best app I have ever experienced, but there are a few things that I hope would be changed. 1. I paid 50 diamonds to post when I had under an hour to be able to post again, but after posting, it was reset to 3 hours. Not fair. By spending, I should have been able to keep the allotted time. Also, you’re only able to make a photo background for posts using the limited web browser search tool, or social media. Again, very limited on self expression. The price of $4.99 a week is asking a bit much. But it could be worth it if these changes are made. But one should be able to post as much as they want, especially if paying for premium, because why would we have to again buy diamonds? The gifts aren’t really real, I could send a gif of flowers or a smile. It’s a great concept, but I really hope you address these issues, because it doesn’t seem fair.

Cool app but-. Am I the only one having serious issues with my display photos? No matter how many times I try to change my display pics, the ones I have had previously set up won’t disappear and my newer pics won’t replace the old ones. ALSO my profile picture won’t change. I’ve tried deleting the app and re-downloading it several times to see if maybe it’s just a glitch or what not but NOPE- I’m STILL having this problem and it’s been an issue for months now. I would love to keep this app but my appearance changes so much- almost monthly if I’m being honest. And I would like to make sure my photos reflect my current look and style at the time they’re posted. If this issue can be resolved then other wise this is a great app.

Don’t see the point of paying. Cool app. Talked to some nice people. Don’t get why anybody would pay $8/WEEK to: see who views your profile, post whenever you want, send messages, swipe through posts... if the point is to make friends why exploit that in a $32/month commitment? The app has potential but charging people that ridiculous amount of money or even at all just seems to negate the whole purpose of the app. People want to make friends and maybe this is an app for people who are desperate enough for a social life and I don’t mean that so negatively but it just doesn’t seem right. Use your phone to connect with people from around the world but pay to talk to them! Isn’t that the typical layout for a dating site? Facebook doesn’t make you pay to talk to your friends or limit how many posts you can make. I’m sure they can do better.

Almost. This is different, this is fun. They dont seem to be greedy, you can message and you get stars for being kind lol Its an easy going atmosphere and your at ease. Heres what is being worked on. When you text or receive an answer the page will flip back to the center of the conversation and u have to scroll down and find your place again. Also, someone text you and the page goes white blank! Turn off your phone and back on. So far thats it. Ive only caught one scammer so far. My rule is, if you get angry when i dont text right back, you” ve got an edge from preasure about money. , you gone jack lol. This one is worth checking out as long as they dont start getting greedy. One site was like 30, then if they reply 15, then something else 30 on and on it was ridiculous.(2: i will respond soon, working ty!)

It won’t let me login. I’ve had this app for a couple months and forgot about it so I decided to get back on it, I created an icebreaker and went to another app, when I got a couple notifications a minute later I went back on the app only to find that I need to login with my Facebook so I did and it said I do not meet the requirements for the criteria, but I am still getting new notifications from people, I used to love this app because it was the only one I could build my social skills on, I have a very hard time making simple conversation with people and this app helped me get out of my comfort zone and talk to people and it really helped but now I can’t use it so I guess I will stand in silence when people try to talk to me because I don’t know how to respond like a normal human being, If you could make it to where we don’t have to use Facebook to login I would definitely use it again and it would definitely get a five star review instead of one star

Virtual Cycle and Limits. I went on the app. few months ago it seemed fun posting conversations starters and meeting people. At first you meet a lot, and then you see only the same faces over and over cycle through the feed…it’s like are there only 50 user on the app? My distance was set to the max. I take a break from the app come back and I don’t see any of the people on my friends list, which is sad. Meet a more random people a couple who seem real and genuine the others are fake as fruit tarts. Then again we have the cycle of the same 20 or 30 people… come on this is the world, so I question the real number of users to bots! I also wonder if some accounts are just staff accounts. I actually paid for the trail to see if this allowed me to interact with more people, seemed like it was less after. What was most disappointing is like what others are complaining about, you suddenly can’t message people and you posts stop appearing or receiving feedback… this is with the free trial that will cost after 7 days! I wrote support, who sent probably the standard response, but blah blah… it’s probably not going to change since I am not the only one who has this issue! So what seems good and could be good, ain’t so good…. Sadly!

I don’t think I’ll be coming back.. I do get that people will be keys, and that you’ll meet people who just sent worth even trying to talk to, and maybe I’ve just gotten super unlucky, but this isn’t a great app as I thought it was. I get that no one will read this, nor care, but I do want to say a few small things Firstly, I’ve downloaded this app 3, Maybe 4 times? I would make a few really good friends, but then as soon as I’d think “I don’t need this app cause I found some people”, those people just get silent, or just don’t want to talk to you anymore. Secondly, I wish something would actually be solved or done about all the hate that happens. I don’t remember a single good conversation where I wasn’t judged ONCE for just saying something. Even in those conversations with “good friends”. I’m pretty dang introverted overall, and this app helped me get over that some, but I don’t think I can honestly say that I want to come back here again after today. Maybe todays just an off day, but I feel like other people don’t deserve to be on an app like this. I think I’m going to go send a written letter to a rock, because that would, without a doubt, 110% be more of an interesting and friendly encounter.

Better flagging system necessary. I just got on here. But as I think this is a great site 7.99 a week I can not do sad to say I think ur site is a great idea most of the people thought the pandemic are not going to pay this so I’m I getting the guys that I could be or should be not so sure got on here in 5 seconds 5 friends all not one wa even my type and I’m Not sure even how to use it I was flooded with messages in less than 5 minutes it’s a big turn off especially eight dollars a week a week monthly weekly but thank you anyway it was cool to see the site but I just don’t think even the first five guys that came on within five seconds or even close to being my type

0 stars.. This app is seriously the worst. For starters, I connected my Facebook & I was expecting it to bring me to a page where I could customize my profile on the app, but nope it immediately pulled 6 random photos off my Facebook (some that weren’t even of me) & put them on my profile followed by an “ice breaker” asking for “song recommendations”. After that my phone seriously began to shut down because of the millions of notifications coming through to the app because it made this post to literally every single user on the app. So I’m struggling to figure out how to set everything up, all the while my phone is being blown up by notifications. Apparently you can’t add a photo of yourself from your camera roll (only can use Facebook or instagram) & you literally HAVE to have 6 photos. I don’t use my Facebook or instagram so I don’t even have 6 photos on myself on those socials that I could use, therefore I can’t even complete my profile. Also, i can’t delete the post that I didn’t even post in the first place. I ended up just deleting the entire thing because it’s such garbage. Like I’ve never been so infuriated with an app!

Horrible app design, lots of bots. Firstly, the message limit makes this app unusable. Especially when they don’t even allow a carriage return, which means you either write a run-on message or you burn through your message limit. Basically, they’re trying to force you to pay before you can get anywhere and find out the app isn’t actually worth your money. Also, after playing around with this app for a few weeks, I’m convinced that 90% or more of the users are bots. So you’d have trouble getting anywhere anyway, as if online apps aren’t hard enough. So definitely don’t waste your money on this one when there are already better more mature apps out there. And, be warned if you’re here for friends, a lot of people do think this is a dating app. There is a lot of ambiguity/assumptions the Friended users make and it’s even ambiguous on the app’s own website/advertising. If you’re here for a dating app, there at least five better apps I could name off the top of my head. Don’t waste your time with Friended.

My account stopped working. Would have definitely given this app a 5 star review! I loved it and used it for the past 5 months. Met some pretty awesome people and was enjoying my conversations with my friends. Then out of nowhere my account seems to be blocked. Nobody is getting my messages and no one can see my posts. Last post I made just disappear and says I have to wait and hour to make another one. Very disappointed because my friends probably think I ghosted them or are ignoring them. I have contacted support 3 times with no response, I’ve logged out and back in 15 times, I’ve uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, I’ve updated the app and nothing is fixing it. So frustrated but if I can’t get it to work I’ll just have to end up deleting it. I thought it was a great app while I was able to use it.

Customize. We need to be able to customize our own profile for free, write posts “for free” and upload ANY picture we want other than just the web or Facebook. Also we need music on our own individual profiles and if we block someone all traces including comments and emojis and likes should diss appear . I block someone but still see there face why? Still get their feedback why? They have been blocked! Also little LESS on the word filter we are GROWN!!!! More interesting questions and prized for more than 100 likes or stars or interests. Like after 100 interests we should like level up or something .

Stopped Working. I was really enjoying the app. Had met some genuinely cool people & was having some good conversations. After a week of having the app it stopped working. I could send messages or posts but no one could see them. I went from getting 15 responses to 0. Could be that everyone lost interest at the exact same time but I obviously doubt it. I tried to start the free trial, maybe that was the issue. Nope. I deleted & redownload the app multiple times & used different account methods. I really wanted to get in touch with a few of the people I had met on there so it’s very frustrating that no matter how many times I download the app again it won’t allow me to receive responses or even views to my post anymore. I just don’t understand. Hey Timmy & Rhett if you’re out there I miss you man! 🥲😂 I would leave my snap but I personally don’t want random people adding me :( But seriously, I’m genuinely upset. Someone else had the same issue. Please fix this. I’ll definitely try the app again if this is addressed.

The app is not working properly STILL. I really enjoy this app and have been on it for about a year. Recently I noticed that I haven’t been getting any views on my posts and people haven’t been able to see my messages/ can’t respond to me. Can someone please assist me because I really enjoy using the app. Thanks! Update: I decided to delete the profile I’ve had for a year because I assumed I was banned for some reason (I never got a notice or anything saying I was flagged or did anything wrong). I created a new login with new information and I’m still unable to talk to people on the app/ get views. This is very frustrating. I have tried going on the site for support but there is no option to contact anyone. I would greatly appreciate help bc I really liked this app. Thanks!

Gets worse every update.. Every update they take more features away from you on this app just to lock them behind a pay wall. The only premium feature used to be posting more often, however now any sort of filter setting has been locked behind a pay wall. You used to be able to filter guys and girls, and what kind of posts you wanted to see. You can no longer do that without paying. This app had potential but I can see now that the developers are just getting greedy. People already drop off this app like flies, and the devs are just making it worse. You didn’t “add” features in the new update, all you did was make them cost money. Disappointed in y’all as a whole, you were originally creating something great. Update 4/14: Dev response has turned into “the app just costs money now, deal with it” well I’ll tell you what, your users are dropping off exponentially faster than you can pull them in at this point. Word of mouth is everything, and at this point I’ll recommend tinder to anyone over this app with the direction you are going. Greeding your loyal users, taking features away from us. Used to have faith in you guys, but your recent update just goes to show you are not listening to feedback, and are only in this for a money grab.

Terrible age verification (Update). My age on snapchat is above 18 and they won’t even let me provide ID age verification this app is sugar honey iced tea with a capital S. IF YOURE BORN IN 2000 YOU’RE 19. yet they tell me, “you must be 18” yeah i’m sure as hell not gonna pay for your microtransactions if i can’t even get in through the front door. Update: After consulting their “costumer service” or lack there of. they said “Once you indicate that you’re under 18” when all I did was sign in with my snapchat. After they said something so condescending to me, I don’t even have an interest in jumping through hoops to use their app. I have to provide private information such as my ID in order to fix a mistake you chose to make with your arbitrary age verification which can’t even count? atleast Tinder knows 2000’s babies are all 18-19 would give 0/5 stars if it were in my power not only did they waste my time downloading this app but they wasted my time giving me an email trying to blame me for their decision to lock me out, will make sure to tell my friends to steer clear of this useless excuse of an app. the developer response to this will likely be some bs corporate speak, this is why apps like this don’t live long.

Too many people on here looking for romance. There are way too many people on here that are looking for romance or hookups. It is supposed to be a friendship app. Also this app has become more like a senior center instead of an app for younger and middle aged people. The only people that look at my profile and contact me on here are old men that are old. The ice breakers on here are old,lame and boring and have been on the app forever. This app seriously needs to be updated with the ice breakers. No local people on this app at all. Most of the people on here live in California,Florida or other states that are clear acrossed the country from me. I live Massachusetts and you’re lucky if you even meet anyone from New York on here let alone Massachusetts. This app should add thingd that make it less of a dating app and more of an actual friendship app like it is originally intended to be.

Flawed. I’ve had this app for a few years now and it’s okay. I understand they need to make money so the ads don’t bother me but the same issues since the beginning still persist. You’re randomly signed out and can’t sign back in. You’re randomly blocked from messaging anyone. You can see others posts but they can’t see your replies. I have to wait 3hrs again before I can post? I made a backup account just in case i lost my account like others mentioned and now I can’t sign into anything. In the end I’ve met a lot of cool people on this app so I’ll continue to use it but I just want to be able to sign back into my account please.

You HAVE to use Facebook is that a joke??. It’s 2019. Facebook is dead. Just ask the sheeple still using it, they’ll tell you it’s garbage. So why on earth would you want to force people to set up a profile based on Facebook? Is it because you’re trying to generate use of Facebook? Or is it because you need a convenient way to gather information? I downloaded this app, saw you had to log in with Facebook (I got off of FB over 5 years ago, best decision ever, you should try it) so I came back to read the reviews. Apparently when actual user traffic is high, and you’re female, it’s like thirsty guy city. If you’re a guy, you get attractive females that are paid actors in a sense, basically using marketing tricks to keep the conversation going. Gross. There are people out there that really just want to meet other people. So why do we need in app purchases? I get you need to make money, but isn’t that literally the point of filling your app with ads? I’m not trying to buy friendships. You guys are kinda sick....

Needs more. Okay so I think I downloaded this app from an Instagram ad because I honestly had nothing else to do. It has a cool concept, it’s just really general. You don’t know how old the people you’re talking to are, where they live or anything about them beforehand. The idea of icebreakers are dope but having to wait a long time until the next one is kind of annoying because there’s really nothing to do in the meantime except swiping through other people who are new or aren’t really saying much (maybe that’s my experience). Also it’d be super great if we could upload pictures from our camera roll & not just facebook or instagram, I think it might help with the progress of “friending” people.

Don’t download.. Giving this two stars because I’m HOPING the friended team will finally SOLVE the issue. I’ve had this app for three weeks, in that three weeks I have been shadow banned three times, for no reason. I did not do anything wrong other than not reply to men because I’m married, and the men flag me in return, the friended app then will make it to where your posts don’t show, your messages won’t send, you also will not receive messages. All of this when you didn’t do anything wrong in the first place. Today I emailed the friended team for the THIRD time to fix this. After two emails they had it working again the last time, BUT within thirty minutes it happened again. I have been mid conversation with good potential friends, and all of the sudden can’t talk to them anymore. I’ve lost my patience with this app and I’m sick of having to email them every other day just so I can use it. I’m giving it the rest of the day to fix AGAIN before I delete and refuse to use this app.

Black Hole Sucking My Messages?. I was having an awesome convo with someone. Suddenly, I stopped receiving messages. I thought “okay, maybe she somehow found out about something I did terrible in the past and she doesn’t want to talk to me”, which was quite optimistic. I didn’t think much of it, so I continued responding to posts and trying to make friends and avoiding guys that are down bad terribly (I’m a guy myself but seriously some of these guys are pathetic considering the name of the app). Anyway I thought the problem was a “me” thing, maybe I’m too ugly and they worry I’ll infect them or something. But, three days go by and I receive nothing??? At this point I’m questioning the app itself cuz ain’t no way on the first day I download this app I start having MULTIPLE convos with MULTIPLE ppl and then I’m suddenly getting ghosted? Like what kind of evil person would create an app called “Friended” when all that’s happening to me are tumbleweeds bouncing across my screen. I’ve tried uninstalling, permanently deleting my account, and using different emails just to hopefully get back into action, psyche. Now I’m here writing a review idk what to star, is this a 1 worthy? I’ll be generous a give a three cuz I did have fun and interesting conversations the first few days. But, if y’all know how to fix this help a bro out.

Amazing, but I have some feedback.. I got this app super late at night, maybe 2 am and well, there were so many people on this app still awake as well. Its a little awkward to comment and speak to people at first, but they will respond to your posts which makes it a little easier to start up a conversation with them. I’ve met someone on here and they’re a pretty good person that i enjoy talking with. However, i wish i could change my pictures on my profile. For some reason it only lets me show two even though I have six loaded in the slots. And if i hide chats, i wish they went into an archive folder instead of completely deleted. Amazing app, I really appreciate all your guys’ work!

App issues 😕. I’m rating this app at ⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars because there’s just two issues that I have with it. I do love❤️ this app it is a great way to connect📱 with people👋🤝. I believe I have rated it at five stars because it was like two days of me having the account and the rating thing kept popping up so now since I’ve had it for a bit longer I’ve just noticed🤓 things that I wish were different. 1️⃣- the count down3️⃣2️⃣1️⃣ of the icebreaker, why do I have to wait two hours🕑🔜🕓 until I can make another post? And 2️⃣-I don’t like how there’s already like a sentence💬🇦🇸 started for me. I want to be able to start🖊 a sentence and finish📝🏁 a sentence in my own words. If it says something that may not relate to me then I don’t know🤷‍♀️ how I could continue the sentence. I hope whoever sees this understands my #2️⃣ issue and thinks🤔💭 of another way to do that. It was okay at first. I was sending and receiving messages fine until yesterday, at first I thought nothing of it because messages slow down after a while or people are busy but I usually have at least 11 when I wake up, also I posted something and 24 hours later there was NO views which can’t be possible, I posted again and still no views, It’s either there’s something wrong or my account got silenced without even telling me for no reason, I tried contacting support through app and it didn’t even do anything. I will keep the app for a couple more days because I understand that apps can have issues Also please add a copy paste function I wanted to share my dreams with some people but had to keep typing it out which was a big inconvenience

Good concept, bad excecution. I got an ad for this app about how you “talk before seeing pics” and I was really interested, however when I opened it that wasn’t the case at all. The ice breakers themselves are a cute and clever idea but it gives the option to add a background photo which a lot of people just post their usual selfie so you immediately see their face + personality summed in a question/answer. Most of the people on there just talk about sex even though this is listed as a “friend” app, but my true complaint I have the bigger problem overall with is that as a female user I have only gotten guys the last two hours of casual browsing. I am a lesbian, and my account is linked to my Facebook which also states I’m a woman interested in women. There’s no settings to even choose if you find men, women m, or both to talk to. So in the end I just get inboxes filled with guys trying to flirt or ask for sex. Doesn’t help without premium I can’t choose a 2nd icebreaker upon starting to better explain what I’m here for.

Kinda back & forth on this app. So, been using this app a while. Mostly just for fun, because it’s been rather terrible for finding anyone local and they restricted prompts to every 8 hours (paid features to unlock). Now they’ve made good changes where you filter by Now or Nearby for free and post time has been reduced to a 3 hour cooldown. But then they also took away to ability to post prompts as either Friendly or Flirty. I feel that’s a mistake and they should have simply added the ability to make Neutral posts (you could actually do that before by not selecting either Friendly or Flirty, but now all posts are neutral). Having MORE prompt types is better than less. I think the changes will make the app more useful but less fun. Also, I’m kinda running out of useful prompts. One things I wish they would add is the ability to give stars (or a different social currency) for good prompt answers. I don’t always want to respond to a prompt, but want to note the uniqueness or cleverness of someone’s conversation opener. It’s been a novel app, but not sure how much longer I’ll use it.

Expensive & difficult to use. First off, while building your profile, the only way to put pictures on it is through Facebook or Instagram. There was no way to access your actual phone‘s camera to put pictures from your phone into your profile. This really limits your options of how to put images on your profile. Secondly, there’s not a lot of options in the actual application for editing your profile after you get through the initial introduction. Next, the filter options that you select for finding your match, are very buggy. Each time that I tried to filter, the filter failed and had an error and went right back to the default search. Next, the price for this is nearly $30 a month, a little bit high for me, Especially with all the problems with this app. And finally, I find it a bit shady that there’s no way in the application to remove my profile or even hide it.

APP SUPPORT!!!! Can Someone Please Contact Me???. I would give 5 stars but this new problem is huge!!!! So I’ve had the app for a few weeks now and made some really great connections and some people I now consider my friends. Only problem is now I can’t sign on to my account! I signed up using an email and now it is only prompting to sign in using Facebook. If I did that that would be creating a new account! I don’t want a new account, I want my same account so I can continue conversations with new friends! The developer makes it impossible to contact them! You go on the developer link and it simply takes you to an ad to download the app in the App Store! You click on report an issue and because the app was free I can’t report an issue with Apple! This is my only hope of help which I doubt will work either since they make it so hard to get help. So now not only have I lost contact with new friends I don’t want to continue using the app because I don’t want to have this happen again! Only thing I’m glad about is that I was still on the free version so thanks for helping me decide not to sign up! HEY!!!! APP SUPPORT TEAM::::::::::::::::::::::::::: if you ever actually read reviews can someone please help?

Message limit is horrible. I started using this app at a time when I was clinically depressed, I spoke to a lot of people and it helped me gain more confidence and belief in myself. I didn’t realize the good in other people because I only see the worst of people on other apps, and this was my favorite because people felt genuine, and it felt like people actually cared. People were actually positive and nice on here, and whenever someone would open up and be vulnerable, people could be there to encourage and support them. I loved the environment it created. But now with the message limit, nobody messages each other. All you see is the worst of what other people are going through, and the app is much worse, because you couldn’t help people if you wanted to. I think that it took away the strongest point of the entire app, and makes it virtually pointless to ever go on here. I can see that if you could talk to anyone, it would be hard to talk to many people, but I think the limit should at least be raised. I think the best design might be to allow you to talk to a limit on the number of people a day. If you only allow by the number of messages, people will go somewhere else and the app is no better than those that are just friend recommenders for snapchat. It takes away all that I think makes this app unique and the very reason I loved it in the first place.

The Tale of A Sinking Ship. Tldr: Community is and was always great. Toxic management practices have made the app unusable unless you pay them 8 dollars a month to use basic features that were previously free. (I’ve used this app pretty much since its original version and have been apart of the community a long time) They lock off your messages now after a few replies and put a deletion timer on it so that if you don’t pay them and you didn’t get another way to contact the person previously they are just gone. The site has no search feature so you can’t go find them again. They also increased the timer for posting, it use to be about 4 hours or so but now is about 8 hours between being able to post. Unless you pay for their premium version. They also are hard at work removing features and locking them behind a paywall. Such as being able to toggle the people near me switch that use to be a free feature, or the ability to swipe as much as you wanted which also was a free feature from the beginning. They are either about to go under financially and are scraping everything they can to stay afloat or they have nothing but contempt for their user base. The longer you stay the more they push. Like a bad relationship. Ironic, aye friended?

Great Concept Poot execution. So the app itself is great it has good features to connect with people and simple to use interface. The problem is that everything is locked behind a paywall and it’s an expensive one as well. The basic membership is 8 dollar PER WEEK, not month totaling 32 for the whole month. On top of that even when you pay some things still can’t be done often such as posting. It makes you wait about 2 hrs between post even after paying. Also you lose your ability to message people really quickly once you reach your limit if you aren’t paid up. Every update has locked a feature that is essential for talking behind a paywall making this an expensive app to use. Overall I’m going to stop using it which is sad because I highly enjoy this app. They need to do something about the way they set up their paywall.

Updates eh. I was a part of the app the last couple years. They’ve moved on from being able to swipe like or no on conversation prompts to just swiping past (which I think is better because you can go back to conversation prompts you accidentally swiped no on). But the contacts and conversational part of the app have taken a hit. The profile section is usable but the notifications and the conversation section makes little sense and constantly prompts you to “guess” about the person you’re chatting with while you’re reading the conversation. Which gets incredibly annoying when you’re not very interested or just trying to read a message. And 1/20 people I’ve talked to has used the feature.

Fantastic concept. Love this app after using it for a few weeks. The icebreaker idea is awesome, the clip art available for the posts are great. I've enjoyed the convos I've had. And I'm glad to hear the politically based questions are being removed. Main criticism for the app is it doesn't allow the Swype keyboard. Would be much easier to use. I would suggest a way to eliminate older posts from likely inactive users. You see someone you might want to talk with, but then you see their last post was five months ago. I won't complain about the premium fee, though I'd be more likely to pay it monthly than weekly.

Pretty good. I really enjoy using this app, of all the other apps it’s the best by far. Most of the time you always have someone to chat with and it’s cool. I’m glad that the payment options are not forced upon us because I wouldn’t pay to make “friends” lol. Complaints/Additions - 1. The only thing I would add to make this app better is making time stamps to know exactly what time they texted you, because sometimes I see messages a little later but I’m never sure how late I am. 2. My last complaint would be that after I send a message, the app will randomly scroll up to a previous conversation between me and the person had and I don’t understand what that is about. All in all, I really enjoy the app though!

Money Hungry. At first it went very well, when I was paying for premium after I stopped paying none of my messages would send none of my posts would post and I couldn’t get any messages from anyone else. This is now my 3rd account and I have messaged the support team on all 3 accounts and I have still yet to hear anything back. Needless to say, they’re happy when they have your money and they’re not happy when they don’t have your money. Pretty pathetic. Btw it’s been 2 weeks since my first message to support team. 1 week since my second message and I just sent the third message today, I doubt I’ll hear anything back. If I could give these clowns ZERO stars I would 🤡.

Absolutely love this app. So with anything expectations should never be set high, because you know it’s an app and it’s a good addition not substitute for things you might need a bit more of in your life. But I love the setup. It’s all about conversations and posts are all about what’s on your mind, so I really think that’s what makes it a winner. The only thing is like there’s no way to exit out of friend requests they just stay popped up unless you accept or reject them. And I don’t like hitting accept just to end up with a list of friends I don’t talk to and I hate hitting reject when I haven’t had a proper chance to chat so that’s the only thing I am not crazy about. Great app though

This App Has So Much Potential!. For the developers ! This app is so close to being amazing. I love the way people are introduced and interact with each other. But... 1) The status cards that are fill in the blank are so dang negative, it’s crazy. And i look through all the posts and everyone either posted something crazy depressing or they have to post something that doesn’t make sense just to turn the sentence positive. Make more positive status cards to fill in. 2) You can’t paste into the text box when messaging someone. Really annoying. 3) The person’s profile picture when you are cycling through different statuses needs to be bigger so you can see what they look like instead of having to click on the status to talk to them, and then click in their picture again in the messaging platform just to go to their profile and see what they look like. 4) The notifications are whack. I’ll get message notifications for messages I’ve already read. 5) You can’t upload pictures from your phone’s gallery for a status. Only from Instagram and like 1 album from Facebook. It’s maddening. All in all this app is a blast, i hope the developers turn it into all it could be!

Ugh. I love this app! Its entertaining, simple, and people on here like to have actual conversations with you. HOWEVER it randomly just completely stopped working for me?!!?? I can post but I’m getting zero views, I have tried to message people who I have already been talking to and I get no response because they aren’t receiving my messages, I’ve tried posting to my story and it disappears right away.. ive restarted the app, ive restarted my phone, ive tried logging out and back in, ive tried deleting the app and redownloading it, ive tried changing my subscription, and NOTHING. Ive even deleted the app for a couple days hoping it will work again when i get it back.... My app is up to date, i can see everyone else’s posts and thats it. PLEASE FIX THIS! I want this app back!

Not that good. So I’m giving this app a 2 star rating. I love the concept of the app and how the prompts make it fun to meet new people, but unfortunately people on there have turned it into a dating / hook up app when this app is only intended to meet new friends. Being a woman , I would only get messages from creepy men who only message to flirt and want to have sex with me. And i barely chatted with any other women ; finding other lady friends is just non existent on there either because they don’t like chatting or just a lot fake / bot accounts. Plus just a lot of rude and negative people overall and not to mention the recent app update just made things worse ; from the app being very glitchy and messing with my profile. So overall , I personally wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. Especially women , since all you’ll ever find on there are creepy and predatory men who are not up to no good. If you want to find actual good friends , just skip this app and look elsewhere.

Renovated Tinder. Not sure if this is a dating app or not. And it’s kinda funny how it has a 17+ maturity level and you can even report someone on the app for being underaged, but you can’t type cuss words or even some words that aren’t even cusses in the text box because that’s “inappropriate.” Pretty stupid if you ask me. Also, the location feature doesn’t work. If you’re trying to find people near you, it should only do that. Not go from nearest to furthest. There should be a message saying “there are no people in your area” rather than showing me people that are across the country. Other than that, this app is a better tinder in the sense that you don’t even need to match with anyone to talk to them, and you can actually send pictures from the camera to people.

Good!. Edit- The developers are obviously very responsive and it’s evident they want to make a good app. They fixed the first issue I, along with other people were having. And they seemed to be interested in helping fix the second problem which I greatly appreciate. Really an awesome app and worth sticking with while they fix the bugs! This is a good concept and the app isn’t too bad. But I don’t understand why the timer to add an icebreaker counts down and then resets, never allowing you to add one. And why can’t I delete a conversation. It’s only allowing me to hide the conversation. So now it’s saying I have 30+ unread messages which I can’t even access or delete.

12+ but have to be 18 to use?. I’m 14 years old and I thought this app would be great to use to get know people, make friends, etc. And on the app store it says 12+ so I was glad to see that I could use (I searched up LGBT because I wanted to meet people in my community and a lot of it was 17+ and/or a dating app.) So, I tried to make an account with my Facebook, took me to a page that said something along the lines of ‘blocked because it is not available to your country, region, or age.’ I thought I was in the right country and region (U.S.A, AL) and on the App Store it says 12+ so, I didn’t know what the issue was. That didn’t deter me though because there was other ways to sign in without using Facebook. I used my Snapchat, put in my birthday (05 birthday is later this year in 2020), and added a photo. When I clicked like a next button, it says your account has been blocked. Again I was confused because I was over 12 years old. It took me back to the log in screen and when I clicked log in with Snapchat again, it said ‘You Must Be 18 years old or older’ I don’t understand why it has said 12+ throughout the app store for it to be for 18 year olds and older. I’m not using this to be like “Don’T doWNloAd ThIs aPP!1!1!1!” I’m not like that. I wanna know why, and if you could fix that so you don’t confuse others.

Was hoping for better. I was looking for an app to talk to people and hopefully make a few friends. However, it’s not all that well-managed who replies to whatever innocent thing you put out there. The app gives you little cards where you can enter an opinion and then others who use the app are able to reply to you in private message. Unfortunately like most social media apps there are plenty of extremely unhinged and nasty people out there. I will say that mostly people were fairly kind, but I got a few replies that were utterly disturbing. One reply I received suggested I kill myself. Another commented on how stupid I sound. I did not personally reach out to these people, the app just has strangers reply to random thoughts you put out there on various topics. I wanted a fairly safe place to meet others and to make friends. it seems that it’s not well monitored or controlled who might respond to you. This kind of crap is why I really don’t like social media or use it that much. It’s too bad that in civilized Society people will act this way, but people are people. This is the type of thing that just makes me more cynical about the world and about attempting to make connections with people. Oh well.

American based app. As an Australian that lives in Australia there isn’t really anybody on friended that’s nearby or within Australia, I feel as if friended is just more for Americans to meet each other irl or online. Wish this app could be more beneficial when selecting the nearby option for people such as myself that lives in Australia to find people that live in the same country, I don’t have a problem with American’s but could this app be a little better if there were more people from Australia as well as Americans?

Free trial? Explain my bank statement.. Got the app after Lou talked about it in a video of his and thought I check it out; it was good I suppose, nothing too noteworthy. The posts and landscape somewhat reminded me of Whisper with a huge dose of personality questions and quizzes. I did wander whether or not this was really all that was there. So, I thought maybe it’s just because I don’t have the premium and, like every other app, it advertised a “free trial”. Honestly, I don’t see why anyone would want to get the premium, doesn’t exactly grant you much (or anything really???) A couple of hours later and BAM! Charged $7.99 for a FREE trial on the SAME DAY the trial STARTED. Despite the arguably negligible amount, money is money and according to Google, free (in this sense) means WITHOUT COST OR PAYMENT. Mind you, they advertise this in the app. In addition, I also find that they have the exact week long subscription plan for less than $8! I might as well have actually bought it! Unless you actually want it or don’t care for the loss, do not - I repeat, DO NOT - get the free trial. Finally, I expect an explanation. ASAP.

A joke. Where to begin? So I installed this app looking for friends to “click” with. Well for starters you are limited to like six ice breakers to post then have to wait 8 hours unless you spend gems which cost real money to instantly post. Second most people just heart my ice breaker and don’t say anything. Third thing is almost every single human being on this app is taken. Dysfunctional.. I have never been so frustrated in my life as I am with this app. How to do everything instructions are very poor or nonexistent. Sometimes for days I have blank white screen waiting for someone to answer and if they don’t, I just have to wait it out.. The only thing I like is answering questions. I enjoy that that is brilliant. The rest of the way you run this thing needs to be scrapped and you start over. Disgusting. this is a very poor design for a dating program. For example, I merely made a statement about someone’s faith or religion, and it was not offensive. Your machine took over and no matter what I said I could not continue the conversation. Your machine totally locked me out, this is stupid.

Amazing app with one setback. This is an awesome app with a new approach at socializing. I have had the pleasure of befriending some great people from different parts of the country with amazing personalities. I like how you can message people and post moods or fun fact topics. One thing I don’t understand is the alert notifications. I don’t seem to be receiving them and everything is set in the appropriate manner. Both on my phone and the app. If this can be looked into and fixed this app will be the best newest thing!

Great app. I not only love this app because it helps me reach out as me but I also love that when I had an issue with someone insulting me I couldn’t report them because they blocked me first. I reached out through email to them and they removed them from their app (assuming I was not the only one they were being rude to). They really want to make people who use their app enjoy it with no fear to help people out when needed.

Trash. So i had this app for years. I posted and messaged people with no problem. I forgot about it and reopened it and it is way watered down. But the interaction have been more fun. I’ve been posting and had my account blocked multiple times. When i email support it takes a week to get back to you then they say there was no issues. But this time i got blocked again and they said i posted something that goes against guidelines but they still charge you but won’t let you use the account. This is terrible i deleted my account and lost all access to my friends i made. Once they block you you can’t interact with anyone and they can’t see anything you do. Was a good app but got blocked for no reason and they still charged me.

Please help fix. So I downloaded the app and was using for a few minutes, but then it suddenly crashed and I was sent back to the app screen. Upon reopening the app, I was asked to sign in again, but when I did, it says “oops an error has occurred” and kicks me back to the login screen but freezes so I can’t select or click on anything and have to close the app again. This has been happening over and over and I haven’t been able to use the app since first downloading it. Is there a fix to this? If so, please help because I was enjoying the app until this happened.

Better flag response and signing in problems. I believe a previous user had said something about a post being flagged and notifying the person who posted it. The developer said they had worked on this issue but it’s still the same. Doesn’t notify anyone. I’ve collected data from 30 users. Also, once you download it on an Apple products and you use your apple sign in, you will no longer be able to join the app if they “BAN” you. You would either have to make a new apple account or delete the app. Don’t get me wrong I liked the app. But can’t sign in no other way because I’m an apple user and banned, for I don’t know what.

Turned me in to a ghost. App was working perfect for quite a long time and then I noticed none of my posts were receiving any views. I tried deleting and reinstalling several times before giving up. I did end up connecting with someone on there on Snapchat and they asked if I had deleted the app because they hadn’t seen me and I wasn’t on their friend list anymore despite me just having sent a reply to her post. I’ve sent a message to support but so far have not heard back.

Pretty Good App. Overall I like the app. It’s fun and I like how the icebreakers they have make it easy to start a conversation. But my only problem is that I signed up for the subscription because it was not letting me view the list of people who had looked at my profile with doing so, then after I signed up I still was not able to view said list. It is very irritating and I now have over twenty notifications about that list and I cannot get ride of them. I would still recommend downloading the app though. I’ve meet some cool people and have had some good conversations. Plus, the icebreakers can get pretty funny.

Made nice friends :). I’ve met and talked to some lovely people on this app and even made friends. It’s a great app for getting to know and befriending new people, and one of the few on the market for that anyway so it’s worth trying out if you’re interested in making friends. My one complaint: You can’t delete pictures you’ve uploaded... You can replace but not delete. It’s really, REALLY inconvenient like maybe I don’t want to upload new pictures? Maybe I just want to delete pictures that I no longer want to use on the app. Seems messed up you can’t delete them off.

Horrible app and moderators. Glitchy and it shadow bans people. Your account goes invisible and you get cut off from your friends with no notice or explanation. If this was run by reasonable people who had any ounce of knowledge of how to run networking app, they would understand that communication is important. When you cut me off from my friends with no reasoning given, there is an issue with how things are run. Also, in spite of the glitches, they expect you to pay money to access additional services. This app is not worth it. I had one of my pictures uploaded but not visible on my account for no reason.

They lock you out of the app if someone reports you, even if you’ve done nothing wrong. I loved this app because it was easy to get rid of creeps and meet decent people. It was the best app I had found of this kind. Unfortunately I got reported for something though and I’m locked out of my account. I have no idea why I got reported and I think it’s crazy that reporting someone for something will get them locked out even if they didn’t do it. I don’t think I violated any guidelines so I have no idea why I was reported.

Don’t download, completely sexist!. I was told about this app by a a friend. I currently have cancer and just wanted to make new friends. Male and female alike, nothing sexual whatsoever. I actually ended up making a lot of friends! We were talking daily about anything and everything. I don’t think I even once mentioned anything sexual. I’m literally talking to a friend about Assassin’s Creed of all things, and I get an error screen. I shut down the app and reboot it, just to be told that I’ve been permanently banned for sexual advances... have no idea why or how. I’m not even given a way to talk to a representative or anything. The most I ever talked about was my battle with cancer and video games. This is absolutely sexist! If I made any alleged sexual advances, I want to see what I supposedly did or said!

I met my gf on this app.. To be honest i tried this app out because I was bored but I had no idea it would change my life for the better. When i was using this app, i met a girl who was quite a distance from me. I didnt really use friended that much, but over time i started liking this girl. Eventually i confessed to her and we started a long distance relationship. Now we moving in together and its funny because this all started because of Friended. So i have to say thank you for changing my life.

I've been "flagged" 3 times in one month. So I joined this and met some cool people. But I keep getting "flagged" supposedly by the "system." I'm cancelling my membership to this app because I'm tired of losing friends I'm trying to make when they think I'm ignoring them, thanks to constantly being flagged. They say that it happens to people who shouldn't be. I shouldn't have to write you once a week when I'm a paying customer in order to get taken off that supposedly "flagged" list. There's people on there that are twice my age hitting on me that I just blocked on there to avoid. So I'm taking my money elsewhere so I won't be flagged for being myself.

Great app. I really like this app. Talked to some great people and everyone seems so friendly. I’m glad I came across it and didn’t like the bad reviews turn me around. I one thing I don’t like though is that you can’t delete your messages after awhile maybe I’m missing something? I don’t want to have to hide people just to do so because what if I want to talk to them again ? Anyways I’m glad I gave this app a chance :)

Amazing. This is the best I found so far. Of course there is some people who abuse it and use it for sex and sexting, but there’s also so people that can really get to know you. I had like 30 messages most you know sex but I had a couple of people who were worth getting to know. I found an amazing guy. We really got along or at least I think so. Sad thing is I just ain’t a priority so he has left just like most people do.

Not much to it - and really Buggy.. I’m constantly having to email tech support because for some reason, my account acts like it’s not online sometimes even though I’m active on it. For example, when I make a Post, a month will go by, and it won’t show it as having any views (which is virtually impossible due to the cyclical nature of everyone’s feed). Also, for the last few messages I’ve sent, they haven’t gone through so my friends haven’t been able to view/read them. I’m really tired of this app bugging out on me. I’ve had the app a few years now, and the only “update” it’s gotten is the price for it has gone up. Fun for a couple weeks, but it’s not worth the download. Find a different app to socialize with.

Here’s why I don’t recommend this it’s really buggy AI night Babb you then you have to send an email to get your account restored which took 2 weeks tho when they responded they immediately gave me back my account no questions asked but within a week I got kicked out went to sign in it will only let me sign in thru Snapchat not my Apple ID tried to sign in thru Snapchat issue is both have the same email so it says my email is in use I ended up paying for a year subscription n haven’t been happy with the outcome cuz now no matter what I do I can only log in via Snapchat but email is being used there is NO option of I have a account or anything so stupid

No.... I thought this was a cute idea and that I’d give it a try, until they slapped the big, fat price tag in your face. I’m not paying to make friends, I wouldn’t pay on a dating app to find love, I most certainly would not pay to make friends. If I wanted a friend that badly I’d go out and find them, or I’d find one online through different websites. It’s really annoying that people expect you to pay for happiness, for communication and love/friendship. I get it, you have to make money somehow. But I’m not so desperate for a friend that I’d pay to meet one online when I could walk outside and make friends for free. Using an app like this where you have to pay, its almost like buying your friends and that’s not a real friendship.

Worst social app ever. This app is at best a loosely tied collection of bugs, with dead ends, lost messages, disappearing users, crashes, and every other frustration you can imagine. And then there is the user base. I have met a handful of nice people on there, but the vast majority are looking for hook ups, photos, sexting, flirting, or anything but friendship. Virtually no one seems interested in actual conversation, especially with people of the same gender. This is not only my experience, but the experience of dozens of people I have met on the platform. So the app fails in all areas, it is a technological mess, it is lousy as a friendship app, and lousier as a dating venue. Don’t waste your time, just download tinder and be done with it.

Can’t signe in. Haven’t used the app for quite long for personal reasons just as everyone w’all need some time away from everyone and everything but surprisingly whenever I felt like reconnecting with my people the app won’t let me finish to sign in at the last step which was supposed to be the easiest process since I only had to putt my real birthday then boom: invalid request payload input ion even kno wtl that means while I only written my birthday so idk if I was supposed to lie about that need sum help sign in pls 🙏🏾‼️

Changes in U/I seem.... strange.. I used the app for a while. I thought it wasn’t a bad move to get rid of the “flirty/friendly” filtering (since this app is called “Friended” and not “Flirted”). Making it filter just based on gender if you wanted or being open to anyone seemed smart. But now even that’s gone. I don’t understand why now I can’t filter anything. I get everybody. I’m not looking for female friends at this point; it’s frustrating having to sort through everything constantly. I agree with others on here that there is potential for this app, but it’s execution and evolution is disappointing.

For those who are confused. If you are having issues with no one seeing posts or responding to your messages it means their auto bot shadow banned you. You either triggered their bot through something you said in your post or by the picture you uploaded. They make no effort to let you know that you are banned but it happens enough that they are aware of it just don’t do anything about it until you contact them. I had that issue and I was lucky enough that they responded fairly quick so I was able to be back within a day or so but it’s possible to wait longer.

It’s a really good app. I really love this app but the only thing is that I accidentally changed my birthday to where I’m considered 17 but I’m actually 18, once that happened it just automatically kicked me out. And now every time I try to log back in, it just kicks me out and doesn’t let me back in at all. If there was a way for me to be able to change my birthday then I would be happy, I hope the developers see this review.

Has potential to be really cool. I like the idea of the statuses you reply to but i would like to change my status more often especially since i wasnt paying attention and made THE WORST first status just thinking it was a throw away question. I also dont like that you have to unlock messages you passed on? Lot of bugs. It will switch back to the home screen whenever i start a new message. And someone i was talking to friended me which put our thread in a separate folder and made me think i got blocked

This app is great but. This app is great but it has a lot of issues. there’s been people who I have talked to and they just disappeared and I found them(by making a new account) and I asked them if they had blocked me but that wasn’t the case. this app and the accounts glitch. the person was able to see my things but when they would try to text me, the messages wouldn’t go through. This app needs a lot of work still. The glitches are ridiculous. You can’t even unblock someone. This app is pretty communist but oh well. You meet good people so I guess In a way it’s worth it.

App won’t work and you can’t report an issue.. A few hours ago, the app started just being a white screen. I can go to my filters and each section of the app but it’s just blank screen. I don’t know if I was banned for some unknown reason or the app just isn’t working but you can’t even report the bug on the App Store. I’ve tried closing the app entirely (including the swipe up thing), turning my phone on and off, changing internets, basically everything but deleting and redownloading the app and that’s simply because I don’t want to lose the conversations I have if it deletes if you do that. Not happy right now at all.

Don’t know what happened. I noticed my app was acting weird and decided to log out to see if it would correct the problem. Turns out now I can’t log in at all, won’t recognize my email and I’ve typed it in correctly several times. Wouldn’t take my password either so I tried to create a new one, no luck. Not sure what happened but I would really like to get back in. I ask for assistance please and thank you!

Apps not working now. Having trouble receiving friends messages and apparently they are not receiving my messages. Not sure what’s going on. Really love this app until now would like to continue please help correct this problem. I can’t get any response from anyone nor and I guess they are not getting my messages. This happened shortly after I block someone making my sexual advances which I ask them not too but they continued. So I blocked them after that I lost connection with everyone not sure if it’s related or not just found it strange it happened right after that. I would give a five but losing contact with all my friends I’ll give a 3

Cant sign into my existing account. This app was great, it had its usual creepers but I had some great conversations and debates with so many people because of this app. However after using it for a couple of weeks I upgraded my phone to the 12 pro so I needed to sign in as you do with every app when you get a new phone and there is no was to sign into my existing account that had all of those conversations and I couldn’t even get on to delete the account if I wanted to, which is very frustrating because well now that account is out there with my pictures and conversations and I have no access to it!

Not working. The app seems nice, a good place to connect to people but my profile doesn’t work, so I don’t get to interact with anyone. When I log out of the app and log back in my pictures are gone and there’s a prompt to add a picture saying that pictures of me are not real pictures which is really frustrating and I’ve gotten zero responses when I submit a request for help. I’ve seen profiles where people don’t even have their face in the photo, I’ve seen guys with multiple profiles, even using the same pics, but somehow I’m flagged. I’d love fo try to use the app but I’m about ready to delete it and move on.

No support and no review. In the 10 days or so since I started to use this I have been blocked twice by the app itself. Not a user but the service. I wasn’t notified. The first time when support finally responded to my second message, I was told it was an error. Messages I sent were finally delivered two days later and I looked like a moron to other users for responding to old posts. No support response on the second block and still no notification. The only indicator that I was blocked is I receive no messages and my messages are no longer seen. How can people connect when you keep blocking genuine people.

Good App Funny people.. Pretty good app, met some interesting people who make me laugh and share their experiences. Generally a fun little way to meet people from around the world. If your a girl though, sometimes you’ll be swamped with nasty pics from dudes, and if you’re a guy you might not get any messages no matter how hard you try, depending on your looks and personality. You just have to somewhat stick with it though and meet 2-3 people you really vibe with. Have fun.

Not Working. I actually like this app- I’ve talked to a bunch of interesting people and the “post” aspect is fun. BUT- I replied to around 30 messages at once because I wasn’t on the app for awhile and haven’t received any messages back for 8 hours. i know this isn’t accurate because at least a few people would have replied by now. i also posted something and no one has viewed it. is my account on hidden? what happened? i tried to report this issue but the button is defective on the help page- it doesn’t do anything when you click it. i’m mad at this point because now i can’t communicate with the people i messaged/messaged me. fix this please.

Almost. Man the app is perfect a solid usable app that lets you meet anyone anywhere and live life the only thing is the kill you before you can actually live with the money factor. That’s so stupid!!! A perfect app that could progress extremely quickly with out the pressure of money make it free and put advertisement gifts to give the people you are talkin or to help them out or whatever they ask for just do t make them pay to conversation and look at you that’s how it is in real life so why not be real thanks tho it’s cool other than that

Was fun but has many issues. I enjoyed this app and made some pretty cool friends that were great to chat with. The “icebreakers” prompt some good conversations. My posts went from getting a decent number of views, and now for some reason I’m suddenly completely invisible; even friendly people I’ve chatted with seemingly don’t see my messages anymore; this seems to be a more common issue now with others as well. Plus, sometimes they limit how much you can message someone before you have to pay up. I can meet friends on other apps without having to pay up.

Worth Trying. I met my soul mate (In best friend terms) on this app in October of 2019, he quickly became my favorite person and we text, call, and FaceTime every day. This year will make 4 years and I couldn’t be more blessed than to have this wonderful goofball in my life! Thank you Friended! I don’t like to pay for any app. It’s usually the best apps that you always have to end up paying for. Not everyone has the money to pay for something like this. We just want to enjoy the use of it without having to pay for it. It’s a pretty cool app and it’s a very interesting way to meet people. Plus consider those of us who just don’t want to keep paying for something that we just want to enjoy. 🙄

Entertaining, but shallow. Great way to start conversations with new friends, but if you’re attractive, you will likely be harassed, and if you aren’t, you will likely receive very little response for anything... some people use this as a dating app, and it’s infuriating. It would be great if not for the lack of filtering from f boys and f girls. Also, the algorithm flagged me by mistake, and support came through. They do not work on weekends, though, so that’s inconvenient for a social media app. People are most active on weekends. That should be a priority. Otherwise, I’m pretty happy with it.

Force you to ghost people. I understand most of these apps need to have a premium to make money, but really, not letting you message people you were already talking to? Just make a limit on starting new chats, or making posts, or something like that to incentivize people to pay. But why would an app that's literally meant for making friends force me to completely ghost people when I'm trying to have a conversation? You'll be talking then suddenly get a notification that says "sorry, you can't message this user" and then they just figure you completely ghosted them. Absolutely terrible.

Cool for now. Not sure what these crown symbols are? Also, why do you have to wait so long to post something? That’s literally the only thing to do...you’d think you’d be able to do it more than once every 3 or 4 hours. Idk 🤷🏻‍♀️ Had some pretty neat convos with people. Seeing a lot of bad reviews though this week, though, so not getting hopes up too high. Also, funny that the developers response says something about “We use Facebook to verify every account is a real person” but even Facebook has fake and spam accounts everywhere....so even these developers can’t be 100% about the verification.

Fun and Safe! I need help, though.. As I said in the title, this is a great app! It’s public but private. The networking you achieve through this is so much fun. It’s an entire app about supporting others and just showing kindness. Do people still try using it like a dating app? Sure, lol. But there are ways (filters, no read receipts) available to protect against that. My only complaint is that I signed up for the 7-day free trial and want to know how to unsubscribe in the future. I did some digging.. checked App Store, checked App Settings in my iOS, checked my Account Settings.. nada! So could someone give me a hand?

Very different in a good way. I got this on a whim and have enjoyed it a lot. The Flashcards you fill out are cool and you can skip the ones you don't want to answer. You can block inappropriate ppl, only one, everyone else has been cool, it's not a dating app so the pressure is off and you can just chat. Would love to be able to go back and correct my auto correct mistakes that I didn't notice before I submitted a card though. It seems like the majority of users are young teenagers, so I deleting the app. Haven't seen a mature older(not a teenager) person in a week of usage.

Good idea but needs work. Bring back ages on profiles! Warn us of flagged words before posting so we don’t get post blocked. For example I posted that my feet were sore after work and I’m assuming “feet” is a flagged word. In this context it should not be flagged. This leads to a completely wasted post. Improve friend lists! It’s annoying tabbing through other pages just to reply to friends. Friendliness stars are great but you need to implement negative marks for those who use this app inappropriate and disrespectfully. That’s about it. If these issues and improvements are addressed this could be a 5 star app.

👍🏼. App is great. I’ve already befriend a lot of people. Only thing I don’t like is that you can’t get rid of the notifications about who’s interested in you aka looked at your profile if you aren’t a member. It’s annoying cause it keeps getting bigger. But also I think you should be able to access your camera roll instead of having to have a Instagram or Facebook account linked to it as some people don’t have either or don’t want to have them. Otherwise love the app. 👍🏼

Good to begin with.. This app is unique. It can be fun for a little bit. But after a few days several of the features get shut off and are only available with an upgrade of $7 plus a week. That amounts to over $400 a year. This app does not have enough features nor connect you to people in close enough vicinity to warrant that price. At least not for me. I understand that with no ads money Hass to be made somehow. But the benefits do not outweigh the cost. I can imagine if that cost was less more people would stay engaged on the app and therefore making it a win-win for the developer and user.

Review. When I first got this app I really liked it and thought it was so much fun. I had a nice time taking to people and getting to know them. Then for some reason my account got banned and was reported for something I didn’t do. I have no idea why it was and there’s nothing that I did wrong. I had no inappropriate pictures or post about anything and I was kind to everyone I met. I tried to reach out to find help and ask why it had been banned and I couldn’t find any. I think it’s ridiculous that it was banned and I can never get back on it and I don’t even know why. I wish you guys were more available to help and answer questions.

Worth Trying.. I used this app a year ago after a bad break up as a distraction, I was not looking for anything but friends only and after a few conversation duds I met my best friend ever! We practically to this day talk everyday even after we both uninstalled the app. Weather by phone, text, or FaceTime. I couldn’t thank this app enough for introducing us. Everyone should give this app a shot and if you have as good an experience as I’ve had then I’ll be so happy for you!
