💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

Awful app awful product awfully awful customer service. I just spent 35 mins unsuccessfully attempting to get this product to “connect” then another 30 minute wait for T Mobile customer service to finally answer the phone... awful experience buyer beware T MOBILE is awful and their customer service is the worst. I’ve been paying for the past 8 months without even using this product and the rep says they need to look into the account when this is a product issue then when I threaten to have it disconnected I get “oh well I can send a reset signal through” I told her never mind remove it from my account horrible experience with a trash company that takes its customers for granted... you get what you pay for T Mobile won’t be getting my money for too much longer and after that... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Ok but some some bugs and poor UX. Ok but the UX leads you to some features that don’t naturally flow. I think you need to do more usability studies to improve. Bug: tracker fell and disconnected after reconnecting it created a new car so I had to merge the existing car with newly created one. Now I get notifications but the car is not updated on the map (dashboard) and it says that it was last updated yesterday. I tried to remove the car but it won’t let me, I try to add the device as a new entry, it says that it invalid (I guess it should say it’s already used). So I am stuck. Please fix this bug. Thx.

This App Gets Things Running. I love this app! It includes free Roadside Assistance for crying out loud. I like that I can track everything about my car, generate an LTE hotspot, and get real-world MPG. I’ve used trip stats to get data about which gas stations my car likes best. Surprisingly, regular Unleaded yields worse results but by worse I mean the exact MPG my SUV is rated for while the premium fuel at Exxon is betting better MPG. I find my results surprising bc Consumer Reports, KBB, CNET, & any well respected auto magazine has argued that unless your vehicle requires premium fuel there won’t really be a difference. I’d challenge that 8-20 better mpg is noteworthy though especially when my manual states Regular Unleaded is fine and makes no recommendations for Premium fuel. Anyway I’m probably basing my 5 star review of this app a whole lot on the MPG analytics, but I do also appreciate that service warnings come up in the app, and recall notices for components if they've surfaced. The app compliments the SyncUp Drive a whole lot. It's a smart way of connecting the car people already drive. No kidding, I wish more solutions were as brilliant and useful as this one.

Excellent app and Excellent service/program. I am very pleased with T-Mobile and there Syncup App/Program they offer. I have there Syncup Drive OBD device which provides WiFi and engine diagnostics on my 2016 Chevy Silverado for $10 month and this app notify’s me of just about anything wrong with my truck from a passenger who has taken off their seat belt in the back seat to an engine problem or even if my truck has been hit/disturbed while I’m not physically present including if my truck has been moved, stolen and or tampered with. Not only that but it gives me redundancy of having another cellular network when I’m traveling. I currently have AT&T for my iPhone but if it were to fail while I’m out in the Everglades I can rely on T-Mobile’s network soon to be New T-Mobile after the merger with Sprint by connecting to the WiFi for more coverage/reliability and safety. It’s like having 3 cellular networks in my truck. This app and program has been excellent to me and I am really thankful for what T-Mobile has done with it. Also gives you road assistance with Allstate but I haven’t used that feature yet and hopefully I’ll never have too. Five Stars, Awesome App and Service.

Overall great but lately.... This app has been a saving grace for me, as I travel a lot for work, and it makes tracking trips and mileage a breeze. Lately though, the location doesn’t change and my trip history has the same starting location and end location for every trip. The dashboard map view also shows my car in that location not moving, when the car is parked elsewhere and even when the car is moving. Please fix!?

Only Basic Functionality. The main reason I bought this device was to track business trip mileage. While you CAN tag trips for business you CANNOT filter by business trips, nor can you export your data. Additionally if you are down in the timeline looking at a trip that I’d say a month old, once you back out of that particular trip it bounces back up in the timeline. Today it’s going back to Jan 8, when I was down in December. I got this device because Automatic shutdown due to the pandemic. Look to what Automatic was doing T-Mobile that’s what your device and app should strive to be. RIP Automatic.

The Things Just Works!!!!!. This app is fantastic!!! I have the Hum device by Verizon on one of my other vehicles and was strongly considering getting more for all of my fleet. I tried out the SyncUP device because it was on promotion and it basically cost me nothing. I am so very glad the T-Mobile associate convinced me to try it. Compared to the Hum device, T-Mobile’s SyncUP is better in two major ways. One. T-Mobile’s SyncUP makes and keeps a detailed log of every trip your vehicle takes from point to point. It doesn’t just give a general location either. It actually gives you your starting point address as well as your ending point address. It then asks and gives you the option to have it save your completed trip as business or leisure. My Hum doesn’t give me this option. Secondly, the SyncUP is much more intuitive time use and navigate through. Also, though both the SyncUP and Hum emit a WiFi signal. After owning my Hum for almost two years, I have noticed that the consistency of the signal to my devices is much better in the SyncUP than the Hum. And I do mean considerably better!!! Kudos to T-Mobile for making an awesome device that just plain works and does what it says!!!!

High hopes - dashed. I had high hopes for my SyncUP drive device for tracking business mileage. When it works it seems pretty cool - you can see past trips, tag them as business, and export the trip data. The problem I have with it is that every few days SyncUP congratulates me for adding a new car to my account (nope, no new car was added nor was the device moved - it’s the same old car with the SyncUP drive continuously installed) and then promptly clears all previous trip history. It doesn’t actually show a new car either, just the same old car but with no history. So, given that I bought this specifically to capture trip history the SyncUP is a total fail. Wish it wasn’t so.

Bit disappointed. Overall gives you good information regarding your vehicle. The downside of it is that if you are the owner of the account, then it should let you completely manage it. For instance delete or purge notifications (where the bell is at). You already received that notification so it should give you the option to delete it or archive it. I understand that for business purposes this is definitely a plus. But for those having it for a single line, then it doesn’t need to be that restrictive. Also I would suggest to extend the log in security feature like the normal T-Mobile app where it ask you to log in either with your password, TouchID or FaceID.

What Happened To Car Icon?. I'be been using this for about 3 uears now. I really like it. When a trip starts and you pull up the map it use to have a little care icon that would track on the map. After the last update it disappeared. Nothing but a thick pink line that tracks the route now in near real time. Not a big deal, just wonder what happened to car icon? Maybe they eliminated it because it was taking too mich to process? It use to even turn in the direction ot was teaveling when the car was making a turn too. The Hotspot is a great feature I use a lot to stream audio. Speeds are pretty bad most of the time though. 1.5mbps or less. Usually less and thats with 4 or more bars. Not too annoying as it still does the job because the streaming player app lime TuneIn or Sirius All Access will buffer up to compensate for the low bit rate. Still, hotspot should be performing much better than that but I have lived with it.

The new update. The new update is offering less then the previous Application offered. RPM and all those things that have been removed where the reason why I got this device in the first place. I have Waze to tell me where gas is and I only fill up in select places so I get you are trying to cater to the select drivers who pay little mind to cars and do everything as cheaply as possible but as a car guy I enjoy seeing the additional stats so I know who to yell at for driving my car to aggressively amongst other reasons. The update did make everything visually look more appealing however it feels like half of the features have disappeared all together.

Needs some added features. App is good at first but it’s missing some features. App need to have an option to delete the trip history and not have it compromised and stored in the app always. This should be an option you T-Mobile should give the customer not for them to decide. App should have some of the same features from the website version like a color coded guide for hard brakes, rapid acceleration etc.

Pays for itself many times over. The notification of telling where to get the cheapest gas pays for itself a couple times over. Even more savings to help me tag my business trips and expense them. Am sure many sales people lose hundreds of dollars annually - like me - because forgetting to expense mileage. T-Mobile’s SyncUp Drive is a great tool for this. Also hotspot included when I have the kids. Then also get notified on speed, leaving zones. Just recently device told me my check engine light reading was a specific issue with my thermostat- I have that info to my mechanic saving me a service fee for troubleshooting. Time to get another one.

The SyncUP Drive saved my car!. I love the SyncUP drive! So much that I have one in both of my cars. One night, I was out with some friends. Randomly I got a notification from the app stating that my vehicle had started a trip. I immediately run outside, and see that my car was no longer in the parking stall! I instantly opened up the app to go find out where the car was headed. Through the SyncUp Drive Application I was able to see exactly where they are driving. So I call the cops, get in the car with my friend, and begin to pursue my stolen car. Shortly after, they pulled into a neighborhood and turned the vehicle off. The app gave me an exact address which I gave to the 911 operator. As I’m driving to the cars location, multiple cop cars with sirens on pass us heading to the given location. We arrive to find 7 cop cars there with the suspect in hand cuffs. I was told to approach the scene, and let the officers know that this was my vehicle. I show them the SyncUP Drive application and explained everything. Ended up filling out some paperwork and got my car back right away! Thanks to the SyncUP drive, I was able to recover my stolen car within 20-minutes. I love the SyncUP and recommend it to anyone!

Pretty amazing app.... I have used a few of these services and this one is by far the best. It’s not perfect, but none of them are. The latest update changed the UI, but kept all of the features. It’s a fresh look on the same functionality. One thing I cannot get used to is the new card concept that defaults when you open the app. I MUCH preferred the old way where I could immediately see where the car is located. Now I have to dismiss the car info card to get the cars location. Hope they fix this.

Love the T-Mobil SyncUP. Used the road side service feature for the first time ever, since having the device for 2 1/2 years. Very impressed with this service after I called due to a battery problem. All I had to do was bring up the app, press a couple of buttons, and a service vehicle was at my door in 30 min. I didn’t even have to dial a phone number or enter my address. My problem was solved within 5 min after the tech arrived. WOW! Thanks T-Mobile!!!

Great for families. SyncUp Drive is great for staying on top of where everyone is. My spouse and I use it to coordinate picking up the kids, running errands, and meeting at events. The car status has been great at letting me know about recalls, service updates, and general issues. In car wifi is a killer feature when driving on long road trips. I highly recommend SyncUp Drive for anyone with kids or those in need of internet access in their cars.

No longer tracks. Updated: fixed!. See update below. This used to work until a couple of months ago. Now it doesn’t track location of vehicle when driving. Shows trip started/ended. Never moves from my house on map. Update: After I left review above they reached out to me. I hadn’t given them additional info yet but within about 3 days I received messages that it was now compatible with Cadillac SRX. Works great again! Raising to 4 stars. Thanks!

Good app. Needs some improvement. Photos of documents and receipts always look horrible. A great option and alternative would be the ability to upload PDF files of receipts and insurance documentation. Another great upgrade to the app would be the ability to have one device registered to more than one phone. My wife and I share a car, but only one of us has access to the Sync-Up Drive device plugged into the car. It’s a hassle.

Love the trip analytics. SyncUp drive has been very helpful for me as I do tons of driving for work and it keeps track of mileage, fuel consumption and even full route information to provide to my employer. Also it is a no brainer to have one in a teenagers car and it helps me keep track of my teenager’s whereabouts and driving behavior. The multi car and multi geofence options help provide me alerts when any of my vehicles have left a designated area. Thank you T-mobile, it is a bargain at $10/month.

It can be a great app.. I have come to believe that, the people working on this app are amateurs or students learning how to develop an app. It can be a great app, it has great features if only they can work correctly. First example, I received a notification today saying there is an update. When I pushed the update button, it took me into the app store. At first I thought I push the wrong button. So I went back and tried it again, but the same happened and i didn’t get the app updated. even now it still says I have a new update. Example two. It’s almost impossible to rest your password without T-Mobile tech guy( and keep in mind only a handful of T-Mobile tech can help you with this issue). Example three. The maps are terrible compared to the original. Example four. There is about 30minutes to an hour delay. It supposed to notify you on smarts phone that your cars has started the moment you turn the ignition key or your car is moving. This app doesn’t do that, it used to when it was first introduced. This suppose to get better when there is an update, but this app it’s the opposite.

Could be be better. When I purchase this, I had a galaxy S7 and I had no issues with it. When I switched over to the iPhone 7, I am constantly having issues of it not updating, or it gets stuck. It seems to be working a little bit better now, but it still occasionally will get stuck at a location that I haven't been to in a while. I'm also having an issue where it says I have a diagnostic alert. But I don't have any alerts from the car. How do I remove this warning? It's a good app but needs some improvements.

New version is NOT friendly. I have had this on my daughters car for 3 years. This update makes me want to change the tracker to something else. It’s not reliable. It does not consistently notify me when the car turns on and off. The placement of the Buttons and options is not intuitive and does not even include the same information as before. It’s extremely limited information now. I’m shopping for a new gps tracking now because this one doesn’t do a reliable job nor can I easily navigate the app to see previous trips etc with info on speed etc. very disappointed. I tried. I’ve been with the update for awhile now. I just don’t like it.

Got my car back. First I want to say, I was going to cancel this service because I felt it was just a waste of my money, but I am so glad I did not because a month later my son was out in my car and someone came up on him and he was robb at gunpoint and the robber took my car but because I didn't cancel the police was able to locate my car within a few minutes all while I was on the phone with the dispatcher, and this is so truth, they didn't catch the robber but my son is okay and I got my car back, so if anyone thinking about purchasing it, do it.

No true iPad version available. I love the app, I would have liked for the iPad app to be an actual iPad app and not an iPhone app that kind of works on an iPad. The resolution is made for an iPhone, and it does not support horizontal screens, I have a keyboard attached to my iPad and I use it a lot when out of the house for most all the work I do, and it’s kind of annoying that I have to pick up the iPad and detach it from the keyboard in order to use this app. Please correct this issue.

For some reason my device isn’t working. I’ve unplugged my device and plugged back in, I was driving tho, but I’m not able to track the car and always says parked. I called the number of the sim that’s in the device, and it says driving now, which the car is being driven. But i think it stopped working again. I think there needs to be an update, possibly with some new features. Like gas prices and how much a trip costs. More setting for the WiFi, like who’s connected, instead of going into the up address. I love the device tho!

Pretty awesome, a few things to change. First of all, we love our SyncUP Drives. Hotspot on-the-go, roadside assist and a cool dashboard. I cancelled my OnStar and use this exclusively as a much better solution, with way more features than I could get from OnStar in my 2010 Saab and 2008 Audi. I’ve been waiting for a device like this for ages — so glad someone put diagnostics and WiFi sharing into one simple device. There’s just a few things I’d like to see: - Crash notification. As others have mentioned disturbance notification isn’t that great, because getting into your car counts as a disturbance. What would be great is if there was a notification of crashes. OnStar knows when air bags are deployed and can send help, SyncUP Drive should at least be able to notify family members (or fleet members) if something bad happens. - Customization: I get that they’re working with TMobile so they have to use the ugly purple everywhere, but it would be nice if I could assign an app color theme that goes with my car, so it looks like it belongs. - Fuel level indication doesn’t work in my Audi. Bummer. Otherwise, off to an awesome start. This thing rocks, and I hope it just keeps getting better!

Needs a huge update.. Every time I try to update the information of the vehicle it won’t save. For example, when I change the nickname I have set for the vehicle to another name, close it then open it back up it would be the name I had it before. When I enter the license plate number, close it then come back it would be gone. The app design/features seem really outdated. I also have an ABS light on and nothing is showing that on the app. The app says that my care is okay...???? Every time I open and close my door while off shows that there is a disturbance... fix this

Mapping. This app is very useful. I do have an issue with the mapping part. When vehicles are idling the map shows a scribble, which cant help me pin point where my vehicle is also from time to time the map shows a straight line from point A and B. Also i have a problem with real time tracking. Sometime i want to know where is one of my drivers, it informs me that the vehicle is on but doesn't give me an updated place.

GPS, WU-fi and more functions. Works very well, I made boundaries for home and other and I registered with VIN # and other information that give me codes in case the pick up have any electronic issue. This give me an exact place where I park my pick up. The GPS works 24/7 and never stop working including when I turn off the engine, this still give me the GPS and battery charge when is turn off and running too. Have other functions too like wi-if inside my pick up truck and I can turn on and off the wi-if when I want. I am very happy of buy this equipment with T-mobile last week.

Useful app for monitoring your car (love the wifi hotspot too). I have been using this app for the last 3 months and I am quite happy with it. It records all of my trips history and statistics. I am using it for self improving my driving behavior too. It also gives me wifi hotspot inside my car. I am just not quite comfortable with the turn-on sound it creates when you ignite the car. Maybe a softer sound is better?

SyncUP is awesome. We have enjoyed SyncUP from when we signed up for it. It has saved us money on repairs. Helped me locate the vehicle numerous times when I have to find the car when my wife parked it and I need to pick it up. SyncUP played a key roll...no without SyncUP we would never have found our vehicle when it was stolen! When I showed the police officer I could track my stolen vehicle he was amazed. Once I contacted the right detective he was able to have our vehicle recovered in about 3 hours. Did I mention the vehicle was in Mexico? If I could make one suggestion on an improvement would be an alarm feature. Where it is not just a little beep when you have a disturbance but, a louder alarm.

Used to be great - but not anymore. I used this app for 2+ years and it did what it was supposed to do. However, now I can’t look at my trip history anymore without the app freezing on me. It doesn’t let me mark business trips. When it freezes, it force closes. Then I have to go back in, go to trip history, and it freezes up again. I’ve tried updating, shutting down my phone, it’s been a few weeks with no change. I need this to track business miles. I can still send myself the trip log but then have to manually mark business trips after the fact. So the way the app works in its current status is pretty much useless.

I love the control I have.. This plug in truly gives me peace of mind when it comes to my car. Knowing I can check it’s safe where I last parked it, and being notified of any disturbances. The system checks (gas, battery, etc.) plus WiFi are just cherries on top. Not to mention the roadside assistance! I locked my keys in the car and almost forgot I had that feature. I rarely leave reviews but this one was worth it. I would recommend to anyone.

Amazing product!. I have a 2005 Honda Civic and we all know with older cars comes more problems. The sync up drive is amazing! I love the location barriers so I can always see where my car is and a few weeks ago I had a flat tire. I have no idea how to change a flat tire and I was alone. I went onto my app, requested road side assistance and someone came within 30 minutes to where I was parked and changed my flat tire. So much better than waiting for a tow truck. Love it! Thank you T-Mobile!

Works perfectly and does more than I thought it did!. Pretty excited to have this on my 2009 vehicle. It already helped me diagnose a small problem my mechanic couldn't replicate because it was something that occasionally happened while driving. The app gives you a lot of data on the car & I look forward to updates and to see what else it can do in the future.

Love this thing. I haven’t had any dramatic event since I got this thing except one time a person cleaning the parking lot bumped the car while I was in the store. I checked it out and was pleasantly surprised to see that not only was my car not stolen, but the parking lot was getting cleaned up. But the best thing that this app has done is run diagnostics and alert me of check engine lights and codes. Sure we could buy a tester and stick it on the car whenever the check engine light comes on or take it in to the dealership and pay them to do it but how great it is to not have to do that. We know whether it’s a minor issue that can be taken care of at our leisure or something more urgent. Also love the list of recalls! Who does that!? Not something that you’d think of as a convenience until you have it! Working from a laptop is amazing when a passenger with the mobile hotspot! What else can I say about having WiFi in your car? We frequently visit family living 1 hour and 2 hours away and the ability to continue working while my husband drives is amazing! I’m excited for the updates and to see what more this app can do! Thank you for continuing to develop!

Luv It. I initially got this device to have Wi-Fi in my older model SUV. It has become an essential asset to have. It has given me prompt notifications when there have been system / engine issues with my truck. It keeps me up to date on recalls and even notifies me when the fuel level is low. I luv it. I can track my kids when they are driving it and it even tells me when they speed. Great tool to have!!!

FIXD, Here I Come.... The app created duplicate cars that I had to merge for one of my vehicles. Twice. Then, that car has an ongoing issue (Fiat 500 - needs an oil change bad, and it shows on my dash as a check engine light). After two days the app was still showing that the car "had no issues". Next, since the rep said that it could handle multiple cars, I tried it on my Sonata. After having another "duplicate car" issue created by the app, it finally worked. I entered mileage for both cars and named them. "Big Red" for mine, and "Betty" for my wife's Fiat. Cool. Day three: my wife leaves for work and I get a disturbance and trip notification for my wife's "Betty". Cool. I tap the notification to see the app in action, and all of a sudden the app crashes the notification but the app is still running. Not only is the notification missing now, but "Betty" has disappeared from the app into thin air. There's only "Big Red" left as if my wife and her "Betty" have been raptured, and left me here all alone. I want my wife, and her car back, and we're going to get FIXD. UPDATE: Now this app just gave me a notification that my car "Big Red", the Sonata, has just completed a trip and is now about 20 miles from here. MAYBE MY CAR HAS BEEN STOLEN! I go outside. Nope. My car is still in my driveway. So far as the APP is concerned though now, my wife and her car have been raptured, and my Sonata has been stolen, so now I have to get an Uber to go look for all three of them.

Disappointed. This does many things. However, I want to monitor my 17 year old’s driving. That is all I care about. I had a previous version of this SyncUp Drive three or so years ago for my daughter. I just installed a TMobile brand new unit and updated the software. What??? The software no longer follows the speed of the car when my son is driving. It did 3-4 years ago! Continually. It also no longer monitors a “hard” brake. It did that also 3-4 years ago. So as technology has improved over the last 3-4 years, instead of adding some great feature, they took away the primary reasons why I wanted this SyncUp Drive in the first place. *Hopefully, TMobile reads this. Please. I don’t need these other services. The car has a GPS. My children have cell phones. No need for locator (on phone), Hotspot (on phone), trip history (on GPS and phone), etc. Disappointing.

App needs a lot of work!. So this is an awesome concept however the apps need works. Not only did it make duplicate cars but the car disturbance notification everyone I get in my car is very annoying. I turned it off in the app but I'm still getting the notifications. Also I'm getting a text almost every time I get in my car and drive saying "Congratulations, your vehicle is compatible with sync up." I have already set everything up and should stop getting this text. Please fix these or I will have to give it back and get my money back.

I love it!!. I have a 1998 car with an electric problem so I can’t register the millages. But the app was registering all my path, all my stops and everything else! However, lately, it just shows a straight line from point A to point B. Also, the other day said my car started a trip and I was inside of Walmart. I freaked out and ran to my car to find out that it was parked. There is a huge delay on receiving the info from the car to the phone. I really hope the next update improves the efficiency of the device! Because I love my SyncUP!

Wheres my fuel overview?. I love the SyncUP device, everything is working except the amount of fuel in the car. It allows me to select Low Fuel notification but it doesn’t show how much fuel i have in the car itself as it shows in the pictures. It follows my trips perfectly, the hotspot works and it’s easy to use. I would love to know why my compatible vehicle isn’t showing the fuel overview or icon for fuel levels in the app. My car is a 2016 Toyota Corolla LE and the website says my car is fully compatible. So is this a bug or a faulty device ?

Very Useful, worth every penny.. Been having it for over 3 years, &’ I totally love it. Worth every Penny. I don’t need to take my car to a mechanic, because this thing tells me right away when something isn’t right with my car it gives me codes. I’ve got saved multiple times when my car was getting towed it alerts you right away.. it’s very useful love it.

Awesome app. This app is really great. A truck hit my car while it was parked and because I got the notification of my car being disturbed, I was able to get the person’s insurance information because I called the police to report it after viewing the damage. My only pet peeve right now is I have a 2022 Honda Pilot but I have to use a picture of the Odyssey minivan, which I don’t have, because my car isn’t an option right now, which I really don’t understand. Don’t all vehicles have a 2022 model at this point? What’s taking so long? You’ll get back the star I removed once my actual vehicle is available. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Best car app on the market. This app is great, gives you insights about everything you could ever want to know about your car. Every time there is a disturbance to your car, you are sent a notification. You never have to worry about your car getting towed or broken into without your knowledge. The gas station part is great too, shows you the cheapest gas stations near you.

Kinda disappointing tbh. The app worked really well for the first few weeks I had it but randomly it starts showing my car as offline for days on end or it won’t send me notifications about when my trips have stopped and started even though I have my notifications set to on. It went back to normal after about a week which is kind of a long time considering the point of the app is to somewhat prevent my car from being stolen but what’s the point if I can’t even rely on it. Just this week it started bugging out on me again saying there’s a disturbance recorded on my car so I run outside to check but my cars absolutely fine. I’ll be driving home from work and instead of the app saying my trip started at work it’ll say it started at my house which they’re 15 miles away from each other so it’s hard to get the locations confused. The lag between starting my car and receiving the notification on my phone is ridiculous I’ll have been driving around and the notification wont show up for about 10 to 15 minutes and that’s when the app is being normal. I’ve deleted the app and restarted my phone and redownloaded everything thinking that could help but it doesn’t. This app has some really bad bugs that definitely need to be fixed. With that being said tho when the app is working it’s pretty nice to have. There’s a WiFi hotspot in your car and you can track it as you drive as well as see your battery voltage and an overall car performance.

Works good most of the time. Works good for a couple weeks then strange things happen. For example, it shows that the car is parked, but, it still shows the last trip on the map, even when switching the display to the second car. Then this morning my wife drove 2 miles to Walmart here in Reno and the map showed it a couple hundred miles NW of New Zealand and there it remained even after driving home - the addresses were correct but not the map. I had to unplug it and add it back.

I love this app!. This may not work for all vehicles, but it works just fine for mine. I am able to give my wife a heads up when she is out and about and low on fuel. The alerts are accurate and pretty timely, usually less than a minute from occurring. Tracking has been pretty spot on too. If I had a complaint, it would be that the app does not always remember my log in (seems to occur after an OS update) so I am unsure which side is in error. Other than that, I recommend it very strongly.

Single Parent Blues. As a single parent, I know little about car maintenance so having this service is the greatest thing! It let's me know if my Jeep needs service, where the cheapest gas station is to where I live, where I parked my Jeep last as we only have street parking. The topper...it lets me know if there's been a disturbance on my Jeep. It even alerted me on New Years Eve when firecrackers fell on my car! 👍🏾👍🏾 Thank you from a grateful single parent!

Features found wanting. First off the roadside assistance is clutch, saved me like six times already, next is where I’m left wanting. 1) the app doesn’t give an estimate amount of remaining fuel/mpg this would be nice being the fuel tab does nothing when pressed. 2)since gps is tracking the app should have a speedometer and third remove broken hyperlink from hotspot section. Thanks and hope you take notice of this review What an update now all I get is an error when trying to request help no work today by SyncUP fail/ battery

Read all the reviews before you buy it!!!. Seems like a good idea but either the gadget or the app don’t really work ok. I had this thing set up for about a week, and kind of worked ok. The info giving you about the car is not to accurate. Always shows me a full thank of gas in the app but not accurate with the car meter. After a week the thing went dead in the app like if it was disconnected it. I had to re do the whole process of syncing up and got working again but is annoying that this thing does not work as advertise.

Good except for how it exactly....isn’t.. We installed this on our daughter’s Jeep Liberty to give us peace of mind re: location, fuel level, roadside assistance etc. We of course assumed that the most significant possible event (a crash), would also be reported: it wasn’t. She was in a significant crash where airbags came out and injuries occurred. There was NO report to us. It would seem as if this thing can “sense” someone bumping the car, it should be able to sense the kinds of forces involved in a crash. My guess is the dismissive response will be that something like device-access to an airbag PID would be required and that “Jeep doesn’t make that available through OBD-2”, but if that’s the case, the device itself should have some additional kind of (de)ccelerometer in it to provide that function itself. We were able to monitor the car being towed to the wrecking yard though. How nice.

Out of sync. My Sync Up Drive device was removed for an emissions test and the app will not show any updated data since that date which was over 2 weeks ago. I have tried restarting and resetting the actual device and uninstalling then re-installing the app. Neither worked. Prior to this issue I loved it. It has been extremely difficult trying to find a solution. I’m waiting for Tmobile customer service to tell me what to do.

Let on the side of the road. Normally this is a great app. A lot of neat improvements since I bought this thing. My huge issue was that I used the app to get a tow. I waited an hour and nobody came. I didn’t notice the app never found a provider. I had to call and talk to someone which took another 20 minutes to find someone. As you can see I am patient but I lost it when I realized that I would have waited till possibly morning for the app to find me a tow truck. Let me clear it was the fact that the app itself could not find my anyone and it never bothered to let a real person on your end know.

Notifications stopped working, no response for developers. I’ve emailed the developers with detailed concerns. Notifications are no longer working! And where the picture of your car is supposed to be in app, the throbber/loading icon appears—even after logging out, uninstalling, and reinstalling. The entire point of paying for this device is to have those notifications for safety. It’s not right that y’all haven’t even responded to my email.

Needs improvement. The "disturbance" notification is pointless. Anytime I start the car, it logs it as a disturbance. So I dismiss the notification. I'm so used to dismissing all notifications that if a real disturbance happened, I wouldn't notice. Needs improvement. It does report error codes to help you diagnose check engine light. That's a plus. But just now, I clicked on a notification to see what that's about and the app opens not recognizing me. It forgot all credentials. Is that going to happen all the time now?

Good app but has bugs. Anytime I try to go into trip history and mark a trip as business, the app crashes. Most of the time I do it the same day and seems to work after a couple of tries. If a few days pass and it has to load previous trips from a few days ago, then it will just crash. This is the main reason I have this thing for and I can't even keep track of my business mileage. Hopefully they'll get this fixed soon.

Nice For WiFi and Trip History. I’ve had the Sync Up installed in our 2017 Sedona for over a year now. WiFi and trip history have been great. The app does monitor our fuel levels but it has never recorded my fuel history which appears should be a feature since it says “Your fuel history will appear here when ready.” Outside of that everything works great. It would be nice to be able erase codes and also have somewhere to record maintenance and repairs.

You need this. This is the best app and should come with all cars when you get a new car. This app is so amazing and even lets you find your car when you forgot where you parked try it out and you will wonder how you got along without it before it does everything but drives the car

Please fix!. The device worked very well with the app on the very first vehicle that I installed it off. After using it on a different vehicle the application begin to download multiple vehicles randomly the application shows as many vehicles possible and then of them are never online. I only have one vehicle that I have the device on now and the app only registers that vehicle when it is on. Otherwise I cannot find that vehicle on the vehicle list that was made all by itself. Please add a way to remove vehicles at a large number of vehicles at one time!

3 stars for quality. Honestly this device was good for the first year but afterwards it starts telling me my car is offline for no reason I restart it and it updates from days ago when I started and completed a trip then it does the interruptions late so by that time someone has my car which it got stolen before and I didn’t know till I left home and seen it gone when I got it back the device was still in very disappointed

Awesome Feature!. I love this app and the features, however... it’s really annoying that it logs a trip every time I stop at a light and my Pacifica’s engine turns off. Then it starts a new trip when the engine turns back on after releasing the brake pedal. The trigger for trips needs to be set to the transmission’s park and drive setting, not whether the engine starts and shuts off.

Still not able to get on to change wifi password or SSID. The device out of the box was an issue couldnt input info for vehicle, after update still cant even change wifi password, SSID, or any wifi settings keep getting error messages about car not being on or server not available if you try to use a web browser to access...wifi speeds are slow to upgraded device to take advantage of 600 and 700 mhz LTE, the original device when first launched worked flawless...after first update went down hill...upgraded to newer sync up and really regretting it. Very dissappointing.

Lately it’s bad. I’ve always loved my SyncUP drive but lately the GPS has been messing up and I’m not sure what is affecting that. Initially it started saying my car was exiting geofences, and once I reset it, it was slightly functioning a bit better. But as of last night, it decided to tell me I parked my car in the Pacific Ocean. I’m not sure if this is a service issue or an accessory malfunction. I’m paying for this thing to track my car, not for it to tell me my car is in the ocean (though it’s funny, it’s also inconvenient and causes me to have some concern)

Sync up. Love it how it tells you exactly what’s going on with your vehicle from inside to outside the vehicle I tell all my friends and family about this and they should get the SyncUP device. Kinda wish they had something like that for your body but they don’t lol but it’s a great device for a love one to have

Pick your gone. This was a good app but now when you go to pick your car that used to be on there and it showed my car it’s suddenly disappear and it’s a really pain because every time I hit something it wants to go to there. It tells me it can’t connect, I can’t connect to the server

Find device on map. Should have the find device on map button on main page for fast access to vehicle location. Just like on old version. One button for my location and another button (target) for the vehicle. It does show the location of the vehicle if parked when I hit re-center.

Fixed and the unfixed!!!!. I always have issue with the every time it is updated for instance it will show my cars on the road and out of the blue it says your device has been unplugged, I check on the cars and it has not been unplugged. Also I want to personalize the color, name, and the picture and save it but you once I got check it on the app it goes back to default. This second issue gets fixed and then unfixed! It is terrible!!!! Just get it right ASAP.

TRASH!!!!!. Don’t download or purchase this service go with Hum. I recently switch phone providers and SyncUP is probably the worst thing ever. I’ve had this for about 3 weeks and it worked okay but now it doesn’t connect my phone to WiFi and it tell me false information like “my car has started a new trip” while I’m in the car and I didn’t even turn the car on. Sometimes it doesn’t even turn on I have to disconnect and reconnect the device. I never had these issues with Hum, this is the worst service ever. Please save yourself from the headaches and don’t waste your time on this app.

Make it Simpler and Easier to Report Bugs and Issues. Dear Mojio, When I click on "Help and Feedback" This takes me to T-Mobile Contact Us Page telling me to call them. When I do, they have to transfer me to a different department and I would have to spend 30 to 60 minutes explaining the issue. If they just allowed customers to EMAIL them the FEEDBACK just like how Opera does this would have been faster and more efficient but NOOOOOO, They have to make it AS HARD AS they can to the customers SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO FIX ANYTHING. If customers cannot report an issue then they will not fix it so they are doing this on purpose. Steps to Report Bugs and Issues: 1) Call T-Mobile. 2) Ask to be Transferred to "T-Mobile SyncUP Drive Department". (45 minutes wait). 3) Explain the issue STEP BY STEP because if they get confused then you are screwed. (30 to 60 minutes of talking).

VEHICLE DOES NOT UPDATE LOCATION!. The location of the vehicle has stopped working on the app. I get all the notifications from it but on the map it shows it’s in the same place everyday now. The notification tells me that it starts and ends trip in the exact spot where it is but it does give me an accurate distance. Please fix this.

Not so happy anymore. Up until about a month I was very happy with SyncUP — then I started having all kinds of problems with it. It started out with I was notified that my car was taking a trip without me even thou it was still sitting in my front yard. Then it would go offline then come back and now it has gone offline and will not go back online no matter what I do. I am really disappointed with the product lately and if it doesn’t go back to where it was then I will have to cancel because right now I am wasting my money on something that is not doing me any good.

Lateness. Lately this app has been saying my car is starting a trip or ending a trip an hour after I have already been somewhere and back. At first I thought someone took my car but the app is just late with the notification. Then on the app it says a trip is in progress when my car is parked and has been parked for an hour or so. Please fix, I really love this app!

Low battery notifications not working. The low battery notifications are not working for me. It shows up in timeline but not as a notification popup. The other notifications like travel and disturbances worked fine though. Also, the battery chart is on a one-week lag and doesn’t update the chart, which renders it almost useless.

Too hard to leave feedback; issues with filters. Since there is no easy way to write feedback for this app, I’m forced to leave a review - which is going to result in a lower star rating that I would have originally left: When filtering the “Time Line”, if you select one of the filtered results and go back, the filter clears itself. This is pretty annoying and not intuitive; the reason we are using filters is to help find a particular drive.

Not bad but needs work.... This app works most mostly but it definitely needs and update. I have it checked off in the settings not to be notified when I go over 60 mph yet I still get a notification. It also force closes on me when I press certain things within the app. My most recent problem is it not accurately displaying how much gas I have, no matter how much gas I have it says 0 gallons. Please update the app sooner rather than later!

Please add this update !!. One update that I feel the app should Have and should Have had on launch was a inspection checker for your car, for the state you live in. Although the app does tell you when something is wrong, however there are certain wrongs you can have to pass a inspection test. If this was a feature you added I’m pretty sure you would for sure get a higher mark in your product sales.

Great app for freelancers. Sync Up has been a great tool to track miles and log business trips. Plus wifi is good for non-LTE devices like laptops and tablets. Unfortunately the new app got rid of the Trips History tab, unless it's stashed away somewhere. What gives? Without it, finding old trips is impossible if you delete your notifications. Kind of a waste, unless I missed where it went.

Not bad... could be better. For some reason, I can't edit my VIN number. I plugged my unit into a friends car to get a battery reading and now it thinks I'm still driving her car. It won't let me change the VIN so that I can merge my car/trip data. On the positive side, at least the app stopped creating new vehicles all the time for the same car.

Garbage. This app is garbage. It is was bad in the beginning and it just keeps getting worse with every update. DO NOT spend your money on this garbage from T-Mobile. App is NOT accurate the information it provides is crap. Will show my fuel tank almost empty, but I have more than ½ a tank of gas left in the tank. More than once it gave me a sensor reading only to take car to the mechanic for him to tell me that there was NOTHING wrong with the car. Right now, it’s showing me my car located/parked where I was two days ago; I can clearly see my car parked in my driveway. DONT BUY APP OR THE READER sold by T-Mobile!!!!!!

I like Sync up and drive the only thing about it that I would change. Is update the maps Google maps has my address wrong when it shows up on the maps otherwise I enjoy it

Ugh!!!!!!. Does anyone else have issues with this ? Good lord !!!!! Apparently this new app I can’t get into because my email and phone number are always busy ! My app notifies me at least 20 min or so later after my truck leaves. Anyways how do I work this stupid new app????? My truck is having issues and I need to find out what’s going on !!!! Help !

There’s something wrong. I’ve had this app for a very long time and it’s worked up until a couple days ago it started telling me my car was offline or it would be somewhere when my car was at home, like it’d be the last place I was but it just wouldn’t update, I very much like this app and would really appreciate it if you could please fix whatever is wrong

Is ok coming from an Automatic Pro user. I've bee using Automatic Pro for 4 years now and is great on the other Hand T-Mobiles Sync up is Catching up, One thing is real time tracking has about a 19 to 10 second delay and is not compatible with IFTTT, that would be awesome if it did. Second doesn't have any third party support like Automatic Pro :-( but unlike Automatic Pro that only supports 3G from sprint and Att the sync up drive supports 4G LTE and with the spectrum T-Mobile acquired is just a matter of time until it really becomes the best ODB on the market.

Perfect device. Melts just say this device came in handy n the neck of time because I got hacked for my truck 2 years back. And this device was on it. They thought they had a free vehicle. Not on my watch. Thanks to this device I got my truck back but not in the condition I hoped but it was well worth it.

Love my SyncUP drive. As a parent of teenage kids this is an essential item in our list of goodies. Primarily started with the focus on safety but I am loving the new features like the glovebox so I can make sure we all have the right updated insurance docs all the time. Gas price indicator is another item I wish everyone had. Safety first followed by must have features this product is really growing on me.

New update is very streamlined with easy UI. Love the new update. Fresh feel with straight to the point navigation and information. Alerts where my car has recorded a disturbance happens to much when in reality there’s nothing like that 99% of the time so tuff to determine at times when something actually is happening. Other then that, everything good!

Fantastic. It’s simply an amazing app. I highly recommend it. This app is loaded with features. I can track my car real time, see everything related to health of the vehicle, and all the bonus stuff like nearest gas station and virtual glovebox. It’s come in super handy quite a few times when trying to help my son understand an issue with his car and he’s 600 miles away.

Battery level not updated. In the battery tab I used to be able to see the current battery charge level and the recent developments. On Jan 21, it is currently showing Battery level Jan 8-14, with the car being regularly used. That is useless. I can’t trust the other tabs to work, either, as they say ‘no issue’. While I don’t expect an issue, I’m not sure if it would report it. But that’s the whole point of the device and the app.

Thank you guys!. I was having trouble logging in because I didn’t know my password, and the screen to reset my password wouldn’t come up. But thankfully, it was able to be fixed. Also I appreciate the email I received regarding the issue I had, and how it was fixed

Kinda disappointed also. Kinda disappointed also like a previous review. Same issues with working on and off and false readings. And not showing properly where car is at. Called and T-Mobile is sending a new unit. If does the same as the old one I’ll just stop using it and start using something else. No good to me if someone stole the car and tracking don’t even work.

Notifications Don’t Show. Still Notifications lag still exist even after update and now after the update notifications not show, you hear the notification noise and vibration happens but no notifications shows. Please fix these problems, it would be good to have this app optimal, besides it would make paying for it better. And talking to t mobile doesn't even begin to solve anything. Somebody do something. Like its not free.

Highly Recommend. Locked my keys in the car recently, with help of this app I was able to call Road-Side Assistants with just a push of a button. They got here quick too, I highly recommend this app. Especially because this app always knows what’s going on with your car. All T-Mobile users should download this right now!

Roadside assistance. Everything I like about the app except the one time I really needed the purpose of it they failed ... I got stranded and called roadside assistance to get help sent out to me I was basically on hold most of the time n they demanded an address when I was basically in the middle Of nowhere n the worse part was they they couldn’t send me help and they just literally told me to call highway patrol n literally hung up on me ... no empathy at all n really bad customer service... thumbs down on that

Keep getting hacked. I haven’t used my device for weeks. While driving all my warning lights come on; ABS, temperature, brake, traction control, cruise control, battery, tire pressure, etc... They stay on until I can get to a spot where I can shut the car off and restart. Not as easy as it sounds when you’re in traffic. Although it happens close to the same areas I drive by, most of the time I can’t reroute my commute. Also, the car’s regenerative braking system will not work when this happens and it’s harder to stop.

Too many glitches, prefer prior design. It doesn’t do the most important thing it should: show how much data you have left. Sometimes it forces me to re-login and then won’t accept my login details. I have to restart the phone. The latest update actually makes it slightly harder to see driving habits info. The gas station info is much less reliable than GasBuddy, with closed stations and outdated prices. There is no way to report the latest info. I posted a message to the developer’s web page but got no response.

Worked Really Well in the Beginning. I enjoy this but since around February 2018 it started crashing on me. I have to unplugged it, plug it in again. Restart it at least every other week. It now shows my car parked in different locations even when it’s in my driveway and I was never on the streets it says I’m parked at. It starts a trip but now tends to stay at whatever place I went to even when I drove home. Like today I took my dogs to the dog park and even though we are home it still shows my car parked at the dog park. Not sure why all of a sudden I’m having this much problems with this. The gas log never worked even after having this for close to 8 months. The only plus side is the road assistance, that thankfully I haven’t needed it, and the hotspot. Otherwise I would have canceled it.

Please restore vehicle identification function in app. App works great except for the occasional glitch which is usually fixed with a restart of the app. However i use this device for anti-theft/tracking and would like to see a page in the app that shows info such as VIN, licence, vehicle description so i can provide to my insurance. It was included in previous versions of the app but for some reason it has been removed.

Nice App. I really like this app. It gives a ton of info on my vehicle. One thing that has disappeared is would level icon and data. It used to be on here. It shows up briefly as the app opens but doesn’t show a reading. It’s only giving an alert when its low on fuel. Someone please correct and update. Thanks.
