Great app dont understand bad reviews. Great app ive had my jetson since Christmas eve and the app has been with it the whole time it works great no problems with eather the only "bad things" thats happened was trying to bluetooth on the first day but i figures it out in a few min. And has worked perfectly fine after that

It’s awesome!!! But.... Alright to start this thing off. I got the Jetson Rave hoverboard. It rides like a dream. Super fun. Me and my girlfriend had a blast on it and she had it down packed in about 10 minutes. That’s before I downloaded the app and discovered all the other stuff. On to the app. It was working fine before I set up an account and connected it to my hoverboard, then it started randomly crashing. I’m guessing it has something to do with connecting to the hoverboard. Either way, I could atleast change colors (kinda) but I couldn’t adjust the speed and pressure sensitivity and all that jazz. I’m writing this review to let y’all know of my experience. If it gets updated and fixed up. I’ll add more stars.

App Crashing. Everything works perfect with the hover board and app, except ever since a couple months ago the app now crashes whenever you connect it to a hoverboard. All the app features and hoverboard work fine, it’s just that the app won’t stop crashing.

Could use more light changing on the X10. I would have given this five stars, but I was disappointed to find out on the x10 you can’t change the lights above the lights you can actually change, or the lights above the wheels, I was very sad about this and I hope you guys can update the app to where on the X10 you can change all the lights on the hover board, thank you for your time.

App needs serious updating. I finally got the hoverboard bluetooth to connect to my phone in order to play music, but apart from viewing the main screen of the app, I can do absolutely nothing. Any time I click anything from the app itself, the app force closes. Would be great to utilize the features of the hoverboard, but the app is entirely worthless essentially. I'll probably just delete it until the bugs are fixed & it is functional. Swing & a miss, Jetson.

great app everything lit. this app works very good, i can check my speed and how many miles i have gone and the cool thing is the color mods and costumes. this is something like a simulation game completing the challenges😂😂😭. Totally worth it for the x10

UPDATED - Much better now!. I love my Jetson Bolt. However, I cannot get the app to stay up for longer than maybe 10 seconds before it crashes. I wrote to Jetson support and they said the app should be updated in the next 2-3 weeks. UPDATE 4/30: the app was updated 2 days ago and now seems to be working fine for me. I was just able to go for a ride with no issues and the app worked and stayed open the whole time.

App no longer crashes. I called customer service and recalibrated the hoverboard, then deleted and reinstalled the app, also clear cache on device. Works great now! Go to settings, general, iPhone storage, find Ride Jetson app, click on it and Offload app, then delete app (from that screen). Go to App Store and download Ride Jetson app again. Load it up with default settings do not sign in. Make sure hoverboard is turned on, should automatically connect. Problem should be solved.

My review. I would give 5 stars but it says the hover boards at 0 but the hoverboard can still work so that means that the App is wrong but other than that I can change the color is the hover board still rides pretty smoothly other than a couple things so four stars

FIXED. Now I can set the max speed at 12. The app no longer crashes. And I can now actually be connected to the board more than 5 seconds, which btw I meant as long as I want!

IT WON’T CONNECT TO MY HOVERBOARD. When I try to connect it does not connect when it has told me several times to turn on my hoverboard and it’s on, so maybe fix your dumb app, I really don’t know what was the point of making an app that pairs with hoverboards, etc. but then, it doesn’t work, no wonder it’s a scam, and people downloaded this thinking it was going to work, I feel bad for everyone else, your app is stupid and useless, no wonder you have low ratings, maybe work on your disappointment of an app, maybe it wouldn’t be a disappointment if it worked, so do something, smh.

Problems. Hey I just wanted to see if u could do something about this issue , well what happened was that when I downloaded this app I tried to make an account but it didn’t work and then I just clicked skip until it worked but after using that my hover board was uncontrollable and it stopped powering on put of no where and I would like to see if u could do something about it but this app is very bad for that

ZERO STARS. Jetson needs to fire the monkey who made this app. Nowhere were there instructions pertaining to ANY passwords you would need, yet the app asks you for one if you wanted to “bind” your bolt with the app. Even after signing up for the thing. I eventually figured it out after typing in the wrong password so many times. There’s a message that pops up showing the password that goes away after one second. AND THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT PASSWORDS YOU NEED TO REMEMBER. What were you guys thinking?? I like the feature that locks the motor so nobody can steal it but the hassle to turn that on isn’t worth it. I’m not sure if it’s the Bluetooth or just the app but the connection to the bolt gets lost very often and I’m always on the bike when I use it. Just awful. Just delete this app and restart please. That motor lock option and the setting to set the max MPH is neat but a real pain the use :(

Great app but one problem. I love the app it’s super clean and easy on the eyes however I own the Jetson boot and it used to be able to go 18 mph and it recently changed to 15 mph and I feel like I wouldn’t have made the purchase had I known that 15 would be the top speed. Hopefully this changes in the future though.

All of these positive reviews are scammers. The app doesn’t work properly at all. I can’t even lock the bike cause I need a password that I never put in to lock it and I don’t have the password... I can’t change the speed of the bike. It is a Joke and I’m starting to question my decision to purchase a bike from this company when they can’t even fix an app that people have had a problem with for years...

Settings don’t work and you. Developers ligma Ligma-balls. To start off the hover board or the hover boogie is great but the app is to but the settings is bad and it won’t let me fix the speed and the steering force. When I change the steering The Tivitt he just stays like that for a moment and then it goes back to what it was like I want to step on it it just like goes one way and then it goes like the other like one has to go down my foot one for us to go down fishing down for make my foot uncomfortable then the other one goes backwards and then if you just want to stay there on the horrible year just like you put it in a spot turn it on and I let it go on the corner thing and then I was just randomly back up turn around and go everywhere whatever wants to now give me like three seconds to at least control it and then it won’t let me go to the one we put them it doesn’t from the other so the app is very bad make a new app Also get a life developers and realize you had one job and you failed the one job -me

Not intended for all hoverboards. I bought a Force light-up extreme-terrain combo which is the combination of a hoverboard vega and a go kart. Unfortunately the Vega board is not compatible with the app. Why Jetson doesn’t include all the hoverboards with the app is beyond my understanding. This kinds of gadgets are intended for kids, as a parent I would love to have the functionality to limit my kid speed while driving the go-kart or while cruising on the board. Come on Jetson you can do better than this!!!

Ok but needs work. The Jetson hover boards are amazing we love them but we downloaded the app to change the mode out of beginners when we finally learned how to ride them I am very disappointed it does not work I was very upset that we paid a lot of money to this company and the app won’t work but am still very pleased with hoverboards and the hook ups we really wish the app would work to change the speed and some other things as well but really hoping y’all will fix this bug .

Great app!. Got this for Christmas and I love it. I got the hoverboard and it works wonderfully. There is only one small issue kinda, it’s slow? It takes a while to login and stuff like that. Sometimes it doesn’t load information, but other that that great app.

Scooters and app features. Wish I could change light color on my ION like they said I could. Also I want to be able to remove the 15 mph limiter. I also want to be able to adjust the acceleration because for an electric scooter that weighs 40 lbs with someone that weighs about 102 lbs I feel the acceleration is slightly lacking. In the future I want to be able to change lights, limiter, and acceleration. Please fix these things. I dislike how I can go up to 18 mph but get kicked down to 15 mph. Also anyone with an ION be careful of error 10 you lose all braking and acceleration. In the future please fix these things. My ride would be so much more enjoyable.

Nice app....and the settings?. I dislike the fact that you have to build your way up, in order to actually reach the settings. Not to mention, when I’m standing outside with Bluetooth AND cellular data on (since I don’t have WiFi on outside) it makes it so much worse since! My phones dead in 10 minutes it feels like! I’ve had trouble with the color changes sometimes, but I just would like to actually enjoy using the hoverboard without the tantalizing BEEP BEEP while I’m riding.

If you have a jet kart or z12. So if you have a z12 hover board all you need to do is select a random vehicle and then sign up or sign in then click the Bluetooth button in the top left corner, next make sure your hover board is on and you should see it pop up. This works for any jet vehicle that isn’t on the list. I give it four stars because the instructions that came with it were not clear.

App doesn’t work. We got my so the Jetson Pixel hoverboard for Christmas and it will not connect to the app at all. I have read all of the instructions and FAQs and although I have been able to connect my phone to the hoverboard’s Bluetooth, it still won’t connect to the app. Now we are stuck hearing “POWER ON!” at top volume as well as beeping for maximum speed. It is very frustrating.

Really needs help. This app would be awesome if the things in it actually worked. Everything you try to do it says network/server error. Can’t use the friends setting. Can’t change your speed, can’t change anything really without it setting back to the original format. Even the lights options are kind of wonky. Can’t wait for updates soon hopefully to make this a five star

Lags out. When I connect my rave to the app, it connects. But when I try to change the tire color or change my speed, it never lets me. It lags out of the app. I know it has nothing to do with my device, it’s the app! It doesn’t work. It needs an update where it WONT GLITCH. My hoverboard works fine, it’s just the app. I use my iPhone 7 and an iPad and the app doesn’t work on either of them! Make the app more compatible to everything please.

Great app. This app is so great first it was easy to log in once you connect it it gives you what you riding on mine was rave and if you press the bottom button you can choose the color and you could edit them on problem, you should be able to choose your two own colors for the the rave to blink that would be so cool

Disappointing. In an age where app connectivity can make or break an otherwise great product…this app as of today 1/3/24 has a ton of what we call in the business world “opportunities.” I can navigate the menu, created the profile, checked some features…all features my 7 year old daughter would LOVE. However…I can connect her Pixel to my Bluetooth great - yet the app can not possibly find it. Literally. I had the phone sitting on top of the board for 10 minutes. The app can not see my board. The hoverboard itself is an amazing product that feels cheapened up by even offering this tease of an app. My advice is to get this worked out as soon as possible - yesterday would have been the best time. Otherwise scrap this app because it’s going to ruin the product name for the hoverboard itself. It’s almost insulting and I feel a little dumb for not cross referencing app reviews with the hoverboard itself. Looking forward to real progress with this app because right now as it stands, it’s totally unusable. Keep up the hard work!

Waste of time!. Bought this for my nine year old daughter, she loves the hover board. The lights on the x10’s wheel stopped working after one day. The app crashes and shuts down as soon as you try and make an adjustment to anything but the colors. Any time you make an adjustment on the app a “hint” box pops up then crashes, so forget using all the extra stuff they plastered all over their box. Honestly, there a so many better boards for the money! Would not recommend this product. I hate writing reviews, but I felt this product deserves a review because it doesn’t work properly.

Useless. Using the rave, it’s advertised as able to do 12 mph when updating the settings through the app. Except when you go through the app the settings never stick and it just reverts back to the stock settings and the stock speed. Seriously the only thing you can do with the app is change the color of the lights. Wow. The reason we bought this hoverboard is because it was claimed to be faster. I should have saved the money and bought a less expensive hoverboard.

Sorta works.... So I learned that if you have the jetkart, you have to take it off the hover board to change the max speed/steering sensitivity etc. in order to get your settings to stay. The problem is that if I set the max speed at 4mph....it will still go at full power. Everything else worked great, front lights and Bluetooth speaker although it would be nice to be able to adjust and turn off the rear lights.

App doesn’t work with Jetson Quest. Just bought two of the Quest electric scooters for myself and my girlfriend. The scooter works great, but the app doesn’t properly pair with the scooter. It keeps saying it’s a hoverboard and doesn’t show battery life but stays at 0% and we can’t change the light color as well. If this app worked the way it’s suppose to, it would change the whole experience. But as of right now, I’m going to be generous enough and rate this 2 stars even though the app did absolutely nothing for me. My iPhone 11 and my girlfriends iPhone 11 both got this app but nothing.. please fix issue soon!

Board is good so far app is not!. Kids love the board the app is horrible. Can’t turn lights off at all, the app glitches whenever trying to adjust anything. Also as soon as I signed up and logged in the app crashed almost immediately. I was somehow able to get it to work long enough to log out. Do not create an account it will totally screw things up with the app. I hope this is fixed soon as if the app worked it would make the experience so much better.

Good app except.... It’s a pretty good app except whenever I try to change my hoverboards colors or just be in the app in general it keeps me in for less then a minute and then I get kicked out of the app. Please try and fix it! It would be amazing without me getting kicked out every 5 seconds.😒

AMAZING!!. I think it’s a great app!you can do a lot from the app like turn the hoverboard on and off!you can change that light color which is cool. And when you play music the lights turn on!super creative app love it!!you should definitely get the app!!!!!

Amazing. I love my Jestson hoverboard I love the app and I like that the app is on Apple Watch .But the only thing I don’t like is I have to have. My iPhone around my Apple Watch for the App yo work on my Apple Watch can you have to hoverboard connect to The watch via Bluetooth

Jetson Flash. Thank you makers of this app. As of today the app has been working good. Thank you, thank you the app does not crash or kick me out. My daughter can now have control of settings as her first time riding. She loves it and is doing well with riding it and she is 7.

The bio scooter battery. I have the ion aka the bio electric scooter. I talk to cs couple times about the issues with battery. No real answer that helped. But they did say that I’m not under warranty very clearly! Just wanted upgrade parts and where to buy them. No answer but the product is holding up to the details it describes. Places with more hills is limited to use the scooter. Flat land company I guess.

No stars should be an option.. Hoverboard works good mechanically. App hasn’t worked…ever. Since unboxing we’ve tried every tip or trick we could find online. You can connect via your phone’s Bluetooth to play music. Not using the app. Using the app this should “SYNC” so you can adjust speed settings, change the color of the lights, track distance and location. We wouldn’t know, but the box advertises these options. These help sell this vs. similar products and is what should set them apart. Would rather buy something else that likely cost less without these features. Being you can’t use those either way. Seeing past reviews going back at least a year Jetson doesn’t seem very concerned or the need to fix. Buy something else.

Come on Jetson Do better!. I put in my password witch has been the same over the year and now its saying its not working i even tried the “default password” still not working. I tried making a new account but every time i press sigh up it crashes the app. I expected WAY better then this. Now i cant even change my color for my hover bord or even do anything might as whel just un installed the app. Thers no point of having the app now that it wont work. Shame on you jetson DO BETTER I PAID GOOD FOR MY HOVER BORD

I’m mad about this app. The hoverboard works amazing my 12 year old son loves it but now the app only let me change the lights... it keeps crashing baby adjust speed or play music on Bluetooth... is really annoying! I knew you guys don’t care I already paid my money so you got yours but don’t recommend unless you dummy want the extras

App review. The hoverboard is great my siblings and I love it. We just got it 2 days ago and figured we would get the app to play music change the lights Etc, but every-time we tried to sign up or log into the app it said the server was down or failed connection. We tried on all 3 of our phones and every-time it said that. Our internet and wifi was full bars so we didn’t understand what was wrong. We really enjoy riding the hover board but would greatly appreciate if you fixed that bug since we payed full price expecting it to play music and the lights to change colors.

Great board but app?. The app continues to crash making it almost impossible to change anything. With the crashing it took me 5 mins to change one setting. Mind you phones are touch screen now and the app opens in 3seconds. I must have clicked to open the app atleast 100 times jus to click fast enough to change one thing before it crashed. If the crashes stop i give the board and the app 5stars!! Overall not dissapointed on my purchase but i have never rode one and this is day 1 of having it. Thanks for the app and the options, and i hope the app gets fixed soon.

Jetson, listen.... The hoverboard itself is very nice and high quality, but there is one issue. The app keeps crashing. When change makes the hoverboard useless because it is stuck at the default settings. It has been 2 weeks since the last update and you guys still haven't done anything. If someone is reading this, please mark it as helpful by long-pressing on this review so that Jetson can see this and fix the issue.

X2 is not an option. Why is it the X2 is not an option for the app yet in the manual it states you need to set it up via the app to change settings, lights, etc? The Bluetooth works fine and I can play music over the speaker, but the app. cannot find the hoverboard. Likely because I had to choose an incorrect hoverboard when starting. Please get this fixed and I will be happy to change my rating! If not fixed than the hoverboard will be returned as I cannot change any of the settings. Thank you!

Tons of Potential; Falls Short & Never Works. This app has all the potential to be a truly great feature-filled way to accompany your Hoverboard. Sadly the app fails 24/7 and never allows use. It does not let me track my ride, play music, see battery life, or anything else for any longer than 5 seconds before the app quits. It is in need of a serious update!!! Hoping to be able to use it to its full potential in the future.

Scooter stopped working randomly!. My Jetson scooter was working okay when I first bought it; I saw the top speed it said was 18 and I could not get it to go over 11MPH (I only weigh 130 pounds). I didn’t mind, I was still happy with my purchase up until I was riding it to class and whilst I was crossing the road, the scooter came to a complete stop almost flying me over the handlebars. I thought I hit the break or something by accident, but then the scooter just continually beeped and showed a number on the screen. Now whenever I turn it on it just continually beeps and will not even move.

Hoverboard Rave is awesome! App NEEDS WORK. Hoverboard is incredible! Really awesome lighting and good functioning bluetooth for audio.. App CRASHES EVERY SINGLE TIME AFTER SECONDS OF OPENING!!👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 you can change the settings and set preferences but it crashes immediately after doing anything.. I uninstalled even after restarting my phone giving the app a second chance to see if it would resolve the crashing issue.. I bought the most expensive hoverboard available on the shelf thinking ‘you get what you pay for’ with high hopes regarding the app.. unfortunately that was NOT the case.. fix YOUR products app!! Might reconsider re-installing to get my money’s worth so i may use this product to its full capacity!!

E scooter is great app isn’t. As a app developer I know off the bat there is syncing issues if not app error issues not being resolved. Recently got the Jetson quest for my gf. But the color change feature does not work. Needless to say pairing and connecting the device doesn’t truly work properly either. The map battery icon doesn’t update to show any charge. Please update and fix , this feature alone really separates you from many of the competition. But a buggy app like this is no good. At least so far the app doesn’t crash. Meaning the errors are handled but you guys have no solution for it. Let’s go Jetson, get the developers working.

Amazing. This app is great for my jetson hover board . The app never crashes when i use it . I just live the color changing area . The fact that you can play music on your jetson is so cool. But my downer is that when you connect to Bluetooth it well runs down my iPod battery. What is up with that ?

Useless. Crashes every two seconds. Will not let me sign up for an account. Can’t change passwords for anything including locks. I tracked a trip and it failed to save the info. What is the point of this?

OOF. DOUBLE OOF!!!. ❌Okay newest update and it just got worse, speed went from 30km to 20km!!!! Wth!!! I feel like i just got stolen. Crashing. Please fix the app. It crashes every time

Not good they have downgraded the speed!!!. After the latest update of the app my bolt now only has the option to go up to 25km/h and I bought it cause it would do 30km/h. With the app showing it will go 25km/h I’m getting a whopping 22.5 on a good day. Not to mention my cruise control just stopped working at the same time. The 2 main reasons I bought this thing and after the last update both are gone. WTF!?!? I’m going to be contacting the better business bureau this weekend over the lack of response from the company over this issue. Their response was try reinstalling the app like they don’t know they downgraded the speed. Haven’t heard anything from them since.

App Crashing in iOS. Why is app continually crashing?

Crashes constantly. Unfortunately, I can barely use the app because it crashes every 10 seconds. Makes it awfully difficult to change any settings.

Great Potential but Crashes Regularly. The application itself seems to have some great features, but when it is attached to a Jetson Bolt via Bluetooth on an iPhone SE running iOS 13.4.1, the application crashes when you try to perform most functions. I am able to turn on the light but that's about it. I will be thrilled to change this review to 5-Stars when the inevitable update resolves the issue.

Features/Product great, app useless from crashing. The features presented are amAzing, being able to track ride length and colors and all. But one of the reasons I paid more for this board over others was the technology, and it doesn’t even work. Can’t open app for more than a few moments. See many many reviews online with same feedback. Why not fix it?!

Exceptional. This app is great to use and easy to navigate. There were many bugs but they got fixed. I have nothing to say wrong about this.

Would be great if it ever worked. Have never been able to register for an account. Just says “Sending” until the world ends or you give up and close the app. Everytime i try to change the speed it goes right back to 6 MPH.

It’s ok, but it wouldn’t let me sign in. I love this app, but every time I try signing in it says “could not load due to a connectivity or internet issue. Please try again” even though I have perfect internet 😕

App doesn’t find and sync with board. Would love to be able to access some of the settings for the hoverboard to turn down sensitivity for my kid, but the app is useless on the current version with IPhone12. The phone’s Bluetooth pairs with the speaker on the board just fine though…seems stupid the phones Bluetooth can connect, but the app can’t find it lol

Can’t login.. They should really get on fixing this. I can’t log in. Says network error, I’ve got WiFi no idea what the issue is. I’ve reinstalled the app, nothing works and it’s so frustrating. I went to change the speed on my daughters hoverboard while she was riding it outside. Now it’s stuck on slow speed for inside riding.

AWESOME APP. This app is GREAT!! Its perfect!! I just wish when you close out of the app it doesn’t disconnect you, but since its a small thing you still get a 5/5 rating!

It keeps resetting my settings. I fell because it keeps resetting my settings and it set my driving force to 0

Very poor performing app. I’m honestly not certain if any settings can be changed from the app other than light/colors & music. Controls for the speed, steering sensitivity, driving force, quick settings, etc. just randomly reset. It’s been this way for a couple years now. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Bad app. I would have and will pick a different company in the future. You can’t adjust your speed to max without it beeping when you go past 6 mph. When you do change it it auto reverts back to 6. I bought this because it said it goes to 10. False. When you login to the app it crashes instantly.

App won’t work. I got the Jetson X10 for my son. He loves it and it works great. The reason I’m giving the app 1 star is because we miss out on a lot of features from the app not working. We should be able to change color, play music and set the speed of the hoverboard but, every time I get the app running it crashes after 10 seconds. Needs an update.

Developers I have a question. Hello, can someone please tell me if the Jetson strike is compatible with the app, it didn’t work for me and said no products found. Also the star rating is just bcz I have to enter one to write a review Thanks -me

Doesn’t Work.... So far I haven’t been able to get the app to stay open long enough to get it connected. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling. It opens and after about 30 seconds it force closes. The reason we chose this scooter was for the Bluetooth connection and customizations so without the app it is a waste.

Needs updates. Just got my first hoverboard and was super excited until I downloaded the app. Always crashes and doesn’t work. I open the app to put music on, change colors or even look at the stats of how far I’ve ridden and still crashes or says no data. They need to update this thing ASAP otherwise I’ll return

Crashes/ won’t let me sign up. The app won’t let me even sign up let alone stay open I bought the V5 hoverboard thing but I wanted to change colors of the light so I got the app and it won’t let me do anything, the board is fine and the speaker is great also but the app nets to be worked on

App Needs Updates. I’m sure this is a constant complaint and one that should be resolved since it is claiming that the product can be controlled via the app for changing settings and speeds. Constant, no connection even though I have used wifi and cellular service...while being 2 feet away from the device.

Will not stop crashing. Can’t change anything and it’s terrible.. Just update it and make it stop crashing! I can’t change the speed either because it just resets! Now I can’t do anything over 4 mph because it keeps crashing. I use the x10 and used to have strike which didn’t work with this app but you could actually go top speed with the strike. PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS AND FIX THIS PLEASE!

Music. So I just got a new phone and before when you used safari with music it played on your Jetson. But it doesn’t work with my new phone. It’s either I’m dumb or, you need to update the app. Thank you

Help. Don’t want to leave a bad review but I can’t get any support. The app keeps shutting down 5 seconds after connecting to the hoverboard. Any suggestions please???

Scooter is 10/10 app is 1/10. I love the scooter, it can fold up, goes fast, and speedometer but the app doesn’t work well at all. I try to change the lighting colors but it doesn’t make any changes to the scooter no-matter what I click, and that’s assuming the app doesn’t crash before I get to the lighting tab.

Fix your god dam app. Hi, instead of telling us to talk to your support team why don’t u just update the app so it knows our hover boards exist, therefore u will get more sales, not have to deal with all of the anger people, and u will probably get more money, so if u just do an update that fixes the app then maybe u will have a better life.

Won’t find hoverboard. Purchased a jet son sync. This app cannot find the hoverboard when searching for Bluetooth. My phone find the Bluetooth, and I can play music through it, but the jetson app does not see the sync. So either the app needs fixing, or for some reason the jetson sync does not work with their app.

Works great. The app does say NOT CONNECTED every now and then but it does everything you need it to do. You can set the top speed to 15+ mph and it works great. Overall really good app.

Need Help. So I bought the v8 all terrain and I was wondering if I could get the music setting on my lights were the lights light up with the song. Someone lives near me with a v12 and there app allows this but not mine. Please help

App crashes every time I open it. the app crashes every time I open the settings page to change the speed and the sensitivity for the steering very disappointing because half of the functionality’s the reason I bought one of the most expensive hoverboard and the app doesn’t work so half of the functionality’s don’t work unless the app works so I give a 1 star!!

Bluetooth won’t connect. The app will not pair with my daughter’s Jetson Aero hoverboard. She was really excited about the Bluetooth speaker but can’t play music bc the app won’t discover her hoverboard. She also can’t adjust other features and use the full functionality of her board due to the connectivity issue. I wish I had known before and bought a different brand had I known the issues.

Has an issue of saving. Trying to save a setting but is says there is an issue connection or server server issues Can you fix it

This company is a joke don’t buy. My sons only Christmas present and it broke after a month the company has no way of contacting them by phone only messages I’m going over a month and they still have not contacted me or given me a replacement I’m extremely furious with this company!!! Target has my money and they have my sons hover board.... I thought it is considered theft!!!

Super irritating. Im really irritated i am trying to use the app to fix my hoverboard and it keeps kicking me off the app 😡 i was able to kick up my speed but it kicks me straight off the app after a few seconds. I would like to be able to get on your jetsonbike site as well but wont load on my internet either i should of bought the hover board not a Jetson

One star- because zero wasn’t an option. The board is great but the app crashes and force closes constantly. It’s extremely frustrating that there is no way to adjust the speed, sensitivity or light settings on the board with out the use of the app. I am going to have to return the board because it’s permanently set to beginner settings. App is awful and makes what could be a great board useless.

Trash - even hoverboard stopped working. Like when I first started using it it was fine but over time the started to stop working. First of all I couldn’t even log into my account yet alone create a new one. I couldn’t connect to my hoverboard. THE THING TO TOP IT ALL OF IS THE HOVERBOARD LIKES TO SHUT OFF RANDOMLY NO MATTER HOW LONG I CHARGE IT! It is like everything Jetson related is outdated and makes everything stop working.

App crash. The app crashes immediately when connected. I tried what another person suggested and cleared the cache, remove app and download again and it didn’t work. Cannot change any settings, which is the main reason we got this hoverboard. The hoverboard itself is great but the app.. 👎🏼 I may be returning the 2 hoverboards we just got if the app isn’t fixed, ASAP.

Good but... Whenever i try to change my lock password i wiuld put in the default one but it wouldnt even let me change it it would just say fail to change

Crashes after a few seconds. The app crashes after connecting to scooter. After trying a few times if I am fast I can connect and change one setting like rouse control, then the app immediately crashes. Mostly completely useless.

My hover board. The hover board jetson app is good I connect it’s show how fast I’m going it show percent in it show the music in show the colors thang it work really good like very good

The APP doesn’t work!. Ugh, why doesn’t the APP work! You can’t change the speed or anything! What the heck. You can’t advertise the speed max when you can’t even change it. Our max is 10mph, but it’s set on 6 and can’t be changed. I don’t understand how they can charge over $200 and have a APP that doesn’t work. If you read the reviews, no one has had success with the app.

Seems to work for Bolt Bike. Hi I just got my second Bolt from Jetson. The app is working for the bike and did not crash with my iPhone XR. I was able to raise the speed to 18mph no issue

Please add the Claw model. The app works great! I have the rave hoverboard and it is awesome with the app, but we also have the Jetson Claw with the condor go kart but it will not connect to the app, please fix that it will be very useful! Thank you!

Impact Hoverboard Syncing. I have the Jetson Impact and when I open the app it downloaded at first but after that I tried to connect my hoverboard to Bluetooth it wouldn’t work. I think you guys should fix the error in fixing the app to that it could be able to pair with the app. Other than this, this hoverboard is a great hoverboard and super fast. I recommend this hoverboard to anyone but not the app.

App is useless. There may be a lot of cool features with the app however the second it’s actually connected to the flash hoverboard it crashes and does not allow you to use any of the features as advertised. You cannot change the lights play music or change any of the boards settings. I would not recommend installing this app or connecting it your device.

On thing tho. I absolutely love this app but one thing is missing…pandora…could you add it? To people that have it it’s kind of a disadvantage. Thanks!

How do I change my top speed on the x10?. So every time I try to change my top speed to 12 mph right after it just resets to 9mph so am I supposed to hold power or something someone please reply, thank you

Crashes repeatedly after 10 seconds. The only reason I gave the app 2 stars instead of 1 is because from what I can see from the 10 seconds I’m able to have it open, it looks pretty cool. Please fix this crashing issue, as the app is unusable.

Jetson Bolt Max Speed. Not only is the battery on the Jetson Bolt itself entirely unreliable, but the new update to this app caps the max speed at 15mph. Previously it was capped at 19mph. It is no longer any fun to ride and feels sluggish. I do not understand why Jetson would lower the max speed. Where I live, you don’t need a registration or insurance if speed stays under 20mph. Extremely disappointed.

Does not work. The hoverboard combo we got was advertised to work with the app which was a selling point to us so we could track our youngster. It does NOT work. I feel this is false advertising and it looks like the maker has known about it. I think there should be some class action suit for duping customers into buying this.

App malfunction. The hoverboard is fine and great but the app is constantly kicking me off the app when I try to go an it or go on the light section and other sections it has and disconnecting towards the hoverboard and my iPhone XR is working fine the app is the main problem but otherwise than that is fine. Hope this problem gets fixed:/

Horrible app. Good hoverboard. The app simply does not work. You cannot change speed, sensitivity, force…. It says you can but when you try to change speed and save settings it goes back to original speed. The only thing that actually works is changing led colors.

It’s ok. The color works the music I tried to do it using the app it did not work and I’m young so I could not do the music then I had figured it out it’s not called what you names it it’s called what ever it was named before that

Worst app I’ve ever seen. Every time I go into the settings it kicks me out of the app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. Good Hoover-board for my son but if you can do any of the extras I’ll take it back and get the cheaper one in a different brand! Judging off of the reviews this is something y’all know of and haven’t fixed.
