Simple and complete format.. We have parked at Way for over 2 years now. (Used to use one of the outer airport lots, dragging baggage to the bus stops, running for a bus, waiting for the right one upon return and dragging baggage back) It is more than convenient to drive to a row indicated, sit in your car until the shuttle arrives, have help loading luggage, and enjoying a nice comfortable ride to the airport. Upon returning, use the Way app to know when the next shuttle arrived ( no standing outside in the cold or hot) and be driven in comfort right to your car). And belonging to the 5280 club and express toll program earns discounts and free days. Oh. The customer serous always awesome.

Impressed. Will be coming back.. This was my first time using them to fly from Chicago to Austin. I shocked when I pulled in and they told me to go ahead and unload your car. They had carts for you to use to help with your bags. You leave your keys with them which was scary and nice so you don’t have to worry about losing them. They pull up to your airport spot and help with your bags. When we landed we called and let them know we landed and they told me where to go to get picked up. When we got back to the shop and we walked in the garage I was shocked to see the car was right there. That was nice so one person can get the keys and the other one load it up. The best part it was not cold in the garage to load up. Thanks again.

This Company Needs To Be Out Of Business!. I made a reservation and once I arrived to that location they told me they were not doing shuttles due to COVID-19. Way does not provide any of this information on their mobile app! I began to book another reservation and the company that I booked with called me back and stated they were not doing any shuttling as well. Both companies told me I need to call Way to get a refund because Way still allowing people to book reservation when they know these places are not open for shuttling. I called Way’s customer service to get horrible customer service from not only 1 rep but 2 reps. They both stated that they cannot provide me a refund and it was nothing more they can do about it. I am now in the process of following a claim with my bank to get my money back! Do not use this site as they are inconsiderate. I was told a manager would give me a call but do not know when I will expect it. It could be today or it could be next week! Total rip off, they do not want to give me my money back but I will have the last laugh.

Don’t trust this app. Booked parking near airport specially for the free shuttle through app. Got a notification to contact shuttle through app when we parked. However when I opened the app there was no button to do so. Trekked throughout the garage to find an attendant who informed me there was no shuttle. Contacted way via phone which took a very long time to speak to a person - who basically told us to figure it out. After they got off the phone they sent me a new confirmation email which changed the name of the parking garage we were parked, and changed the page to say there was no shuttle. Name changed from “park ride and fly” to “fast spot parking” At this point I began to think the entire thing was a scam. After running around for 30 minutes we ended up having to spend extra money and time to get an Uber and almost missing our flight. Tried to contact way again to tell them about our situation and was left on hold for 20 minutes before giving up. On the way home we found a free city train from airport to parking garage - I suspect this is what they meant by “free shuttle”. A city train packed full of people that comes by every 20 mins is not the same as a free shuttle. Especially when you are not familiar with the area. When we left the parking garage we were charged an extra $10, not to mention the extra costs for having to Uber, and the exorbitant stress of running around lost and almost missing our flight. Would highly recommend not using this app.

Simple- efficient. This was the first time I used Omni our of MCO and found it easy to find, easy and rather quick to get my car dropped off and on a shuttle to catch our flight. I appreciated that the spaces for self park were not crammed too tight as to avoid scratches from other people’s car doors. We were given a lift from our car to the building to catch the shuttle but not offered that when I arrived to get my car. This is why I gave it 4 stars.... would have been 5 had we been offered that. Especially after flying all morning from across the continent and pretty exhausted from our travels. The car was a ways from the building and the walk not too appreciated as I wasn’t expecting that! So if you are traveling with family- you’ll need to leave them at the building to wait while you do the hike to get your car. Other than that- it was a good experience all around.

Really bad experience.. The very first option with a tag that says OFFER on JFK Airport parking from Way is Airlot parking. This is the first and last time I use Way because they have to do research and be aware of the facilities they offer to the Way users. This Airlot place should not be in business, it is chaos, they don’t know what they are doing and what’s worst they don’t even know how to drive or don’t care how to drive the vehicles they are trusted with. When I dropped the vehicle off I was told the shuttle will take long so they suggested to take an Uber which I did. But the unbelievable stuff happened when I picked it up 9 days later. The shuttle this time did the job. But at the lot, you have to look for you car that could buried 3 or 4 cars deep. While I was there one of the employees swiped another car and left it touching together damaging the front right side. After I inspected my vehicle it had a paint chip the size a penny in the back bumper and scratches in the front bumper. I asked what happened, they said to text the pictures of the damage and someone will contact me which is not happening. That was my experience. Be careful with Way. They told me they are jot responsible for any damage, sorry, exactly their words.

Be sure to call any parking location before you book. I live in Austin, TX. I typed in the app the airport looking for airport parking. A location came up. I booked. After I booked, I was sent a confirmation email. In the confirmation email for my “airport parking” it says there is no shuttle service to the airport. The location is twice as far from the airport than it shows it is in the app. I attempted to switch the parking location since I need airport parking that I can park and be taken to the airport then be picked back up and taken to where my car is parked when I get back. They won’t allow me to change. Basically just wasted my money. Was mislead. I mean… Why is a location more than 10 miles from the airport with no airport pick up or drop off even being offered as airport parking in this app? I’m deleting this app. Update: I ended up calling them and had to ask about refunding then rebooked a different location. They sure didn’t offer the refund on their own. They made it seem like I was just out that $$ and there was nothing I could do. Treat your customers right and do the right thing people!

Watch out for hidden charges. Although they say that the booking can be cancelled, when you try to cancel it, instead of refunding your money they give you “way bucks” that can only be used to buy parking. There does not seem to be an option for choosing refund to credit card. Also when you use your way bucks, they take away the credit card discount which makes parking more expensive for you. They also don’t provide an easy way to rate your parking spots. I recently had my car burgled when parked at one of their places (extended stay America) and no one would accept responsibility and I can’t post my review. They also try to sneak you into a way plus membership which is mostly worthless and put it on auto renew with no way to cancel it on the app. You have to go to website and even there it is so cleverly hidden that it is very hard to cancel. Very difficult to find a live agent for any kind of support.

Awesome Customer Service!. I’ve received a text from an agent telling me that the garage I booked over a month ago is too early for my arrival. They also asked if I would like to cancel/book a new reservation plus offering a $20 credit for the trouble. I was kind of freaked out because I need to be in the airport by 5:30am and I was informed less than 24 hours of this changes. I really needed to drive to the airport because Uber/Lyft will cost a fortune to carry my snowboard equipment. I booked in advance for a reason because garage spots sell out quickly! Everything was sold out as expected except for the few expensive ones. They did help me through texting which is a really cool feature to have! Way to go WAY! This is the 5th time that I am using then and it has been great! Thank you so much!

Horrible service. Do not use this application and service. I booked parking via Way application about 3 weeks prior to my travel day. On the day at 5 am I tried to check in to my reserved LAX Parking, where I was stopped by the Parking attendant and very rudely, without any apology or sentiment was told that there is no room at the parking. She suggested I call the customer service. I called the customer service hoping they would redirect me to other parking. After 20 min hold customer service rep answered and told me they cannot do anything and will refund the money. I had to find other parking options which cost me 350% more, not to mention the stress and anxiety we experienced during the process. Why wasn’t I notified that they could not accommodate my parking prior to my travel? I had many options of getting to LAX and back home far cheaper than what I ended up paying under emergency circumstances. I will never use this app again, and suggest you do not either. No integrity, no accountability and total carelessness on behalf of Way.

Simplicity. I was very surprised at the whole system really. Not only was the booking system so simple on line, the surprise came when I got to the airport with the unique camera system they had in place. All I had to do was drive up to the barrier take my ticket and bob's your uncle. It was the same when I got back off holiday, which was a bonus really, especially when all you want to do is get home after a long flight. The staff at the end of the phone are very good too. When I first arrived at the car park which was massive by the way and my first time on there I panicked a little because I couldn't find where I was supposed to go, so I simply rang the number I was given for customer services who answered almost immediately and gently guided me to the bus stops for the airport terminals. Most of all I felt my car would be safe and in good hands (because she is my little baby afterall!! lol), so much so that I have recently booked my car in for another five days in December. See you soon.

Why it is on top of the world?. Way goes with fine detailing. Instead of generalising any event sub-topic, Way sets itself up, with various sub-headings of all sources of entertainment possible, and then makes a list for you, based on your choice, hence it's able to cater everyone, who look for various kinds of events taking place in their city. This app is a lifesaver for me, and here's why. Recently, I was trying to register for an education fair of universities. Since online registration gives you the benefit of free entry, I tried my best to register for the same, via Instagram respectively. Somehow, it was unsuccessful and the deadline was inching closer day by day. One day, my senior asked me to check out this app, and here I am. I can't thank enough for helping me out with the registration. I instantly got a confirmation call from a volunteer, regarding my registration. Thank you Way

LaGuardia Plaza Hotel Parking. Leaving and returning Feb 14&21, 2023, we had excellent service by phone and desk and driver. Very close to airport and no limit of shuttle hours. On return near midnight, our battery was dead and the night manager not only jumped our battery with his own car but figured out how to manually release the shift so we could back the car out, which he pushed. This saved us $$$ and several hours in the middle of the night and possibly an overnight stay in the hotel. Also the garage was far safer feeling than the many out of the way dark lots with trailers for offices, and limited shuttle hours, we have used. Uber to get to my car? “Save” a few $ per day parking? No thanks.

Reservation is not guaranteed. It was Christmas Day, and a week prior I booked a parking spot for Seatac airport. Everything was set, and all is well right? Wrong. I pulled up to the parking lot where I booked my reservation and they said the parking lot was full. I said I have a reservation through “Way”. They said to call “Way”, and maybe they have another parking lot. Of course none of this is convenient when your trying to catch a plane with your 5 person family. I call “Way” and sit on hold for 5 minutes for the representative to tell me they have no more availability, and they can’t offer any assistance besides reimbursing me. Unacceptable. This app should say, “Your reservation is not guaranteed.” The other bummer is they left me and my family trying to find parking on Christmas Day. Luckily a company called Jiffy took us in. Apparently we weren’t the only customers that “Way” left stranded. I’m hoping that beyond the reservation they also pay my bill for my last minute and expensive parking, but we will see. I recommend not using this app for reserving your airport parking.

App Works - But Scam. First off, when I booked my airport parking at a hotel, on the checkout page it hid the details of my purchase. When you click the dropdown to see the details, it automatically signs you up for another service that will start charging your credit card every month if you don’t decline. I booked online and it sent an email telling me I had to download the app to get my confirmation. Once downloading the app I had to create an account! Then when I parked on the day of my departure, the parking didn’t include a shuttle to the airport. What the heck! What airport parking doesn’t include transport to the airport? What a scam. So I had to Uber/lyft from the parking to the airport essentially doubling my cost. In the end it would have been cheaper and quicker to get a ride from my apartment than dealing with this overpriced disingenuous app.

Morons and Crooks. Two types not to trust.. This has been one of the dumbest and most negative experiences I've ever had with such a service. We ordered parking at a lot that apparently did not exist because, when we went to the destination that Apple Maps brought us to, the attendant said that it was in fact the wrong place. We drove around for about an hour trying to find the "correct" parking only to find ourselves in the same place and reject several times. We even went to the one next door, and they too told us that they did not know about our parking reservation. We ended up finding free parking on the street and walking to our venue. That could be on the lot. BUT THEN, we contacted the app, demanding a refund. They asked us for a receipt of where we ended up parking, to which I told them that we didn't pay for parking at another place. We parked on the street. They asked for the receipt again, and I repeated myself, emphasizing that there's no receipt. They told us they wouldn't give us a refund unless it was before we checked in to the lot, which is STUPID because how do you check in to a lot that doesn't f**%ing exist!!! These idiots are a bunch of crooks.

Would definitely use Way again. I blindly chose Way Airport Parking online based on the price - I knew nothing else about the company. When we headed to LAX last Friday I was a little nervous about where I was leaving my year old, very proud of car. Was happily surprised as soon as we pulled up - the sign was easy to see & the lot was easy to access. The lot was pretty full but we found a spot I could pull right thru & the shuttle pulled up to our car as soon as we opened our door. Our driver was friendly & helpful, got us to the airport quickly & let us know how things worked on our return. Five days later we found the pick up site with no trouble & waited less than 10 minutes for the shuttle. It was a different driver but just as nice & had us back at our car very quickly. The car was just as we had left it & we drove out with no “surprise” extra charges. Would definitely use Way again & recommend them to anyone needing to park in LAX.

Soooo convenient but a bit disorganized!!. I have parked here 2 times and it’s been easy parking and the shuttle takes you right to the airport. The only problem is when you have been waiting for the Van to take you back to the Hotel. When the shuttles arrives we put our bags in the back but then other people that just got there climb into the van and then we are out of a seat. The Shuttle director needs to make sure that he sees who has been there on time and take the people that have been waiting. We had to wait for another shuttle to take us. It happened again on the second shuttle and one guy missed out the 2nd go round. Very frustrating!

Lot Locked and Closed. I’ve used Way to park at the airport several times with no issue. The lot I usually parked at was full, so I made a reservation at a different lot. When I arrived at the address listed in Way, the fenced in lot was locked, there were cars parked on the outside of the lot on the side of the street. I figured there must be a different entrance and drove around through surrounding parking lots and couldn’t find anything. I called the number listed in Way for the lot twice and there was no answer. By this time, I needed to park to make my flight. I contacted Way when my flight landed. They said they weren’t able to refund me because they weren’t able to get ahold of the lot to see if they were open that day. They asked me if I had called the lot, which I had with no answer. I persisted and they said they were finally able to get in touch with the lot and the lot said they were open so they refuse to refund me. Terrible customer service throughout the ordeal and they still won’t refund me. I’ll never use them again.

A bit confusing at first, but overall satisfied!. The driver was really nice and made sure we didn't forget anything before taking off. The drive there was roughly 5-7 minutes which was a lot faster than I expected. I was overall pleased. I just wish they had instructions for checking in and out. I was also hesitant at first because I kept reading about these hidden taxes charged at the end even when you prepaid, but I wasn't charged anything extra when I left. I chose the pre-paid valet option. They also left my receipt in my car which was nice. I would definitely park there again in the future!

VERY SKETCHY + censors negative reviews. I booked airport parking through Way and it was a very bad experience. There was an additional fee for “oversized vehicles” (I have a small SUV) that was only disclosed after I made the purchase, and I could only be refunded in Way credit if I wanted to cancel. Furthermore, I noticed that the parking service had rotated my tires or something without informing or asking me, because I had a slow air leak in my driver’s side back tire going into it, and now I have a slow air leak in my driver’s side front tire. I don’t know why they would do this but it felt violating. Then when I went to publish this in a review in the app, I got a pop up saying something like “this feedback will be reviewed to make sure it meets our community standards.” It was never published. I submitted the same feedback 2 more times over 3 months or so and none of the reviews were ever published. I’d steer clear if I were you!

No instructions or directions. I used it for airport parking at paid lots and hotels. The app lacks serious instructions and directions on how to check in and check out at each specific hotel or paid lots in the Southern California airports. LAX, SNA, SAN. So when you get to an airport, your read over the app again and again to find that it just says to check in with lot attendant. But the lot has no attendant. You call them, and wait 20-40 minutes to get a human, just to wait some more while they contact the hotel. Then for them to tell you just to get full price ticket to enter the lot and to check out with confirmation email later with the….you guess it… the attendant lot. There is no attendant lot. Ending up spending hours to find the lot, let alone how to check in. Boarded plane about 10 minutes after boarding happen. So a few minutes to spare, only because I took and Uber to the airport since I didn’t see their shuttle pass by once after calling three times. Would avoid.

I was pleasantly surprised however. When I showed up there weren’t any parking spaces, so they valet my car for me. I was worried about leaving my keys and asked them to please not park my car too close to another car for fear of door dings, when I returned, the car was parked up front on an open space! They were also at the airport to pick up quick! I think we waited two minutes! I was thrilled. The lot attendants were also friendly and nice! Triple bonus!!!

I park in this lot once or more a year.. I park in this lot once or more a year. Paying in advance offers significant savings. I have seen the "Lot Full" sign out during the holidays but with a reservation I am able to scan myself in, using my printed reservation, and park. The shuttle usually follows me to my parking spot. Upon return to the airport I usually get picked up by their shuttle within 10 - 15 minutes. The parking spots are close together so getting my mid-size pickup truck out of its spot can take some maneuvering. Vans are clean and drivers are polite. I continue to use Way because I have been pleased with their rates and shuttle service.

Highly Recommend You Avoid This App/Service. How’s this for customer service: We made a reservation, paid for it in full through the app. Showed up at the location for the event last night (Staples Center in LA), only to find out that Lot has been out of business for quite a while! So, basically I paid for a spot, showed up to find it fenced off/closed, had to drive to another Lot (btw that Lot attendant told us numerous other people complained to him that they had been duped the same way recently by Way re the closed up Lot), then pay for that new spot in full, all of this caused us to be late for the event, and best of all.. I just called Way customer service to let them know what happened. Their response was not an apology, or sorry, or thanks for letting us know. What they said was “as far as we know the Lot is still open, (they basically called me a liar) and since i’m calling them after the event date (as opposed to??) they won’t give me a refund unless i send them a copy of the receipt for the additional $20 i had to pay to the other Lot i ended up parking at! Then, they would “review” it and get back to me to see if it qualifies for a refund! Needless to say, I immediately deleted the App and will never use Way again. There are several other much better options out there, and ones that care more about the customer experience than just making a quick buck.

Best possible parking experience.. Best possible parking experience. Reserved a spot online minutes before pulling in with a fair rate. Scanned my phone for lot entry and found a spot quickly, though a long walk from the pick-up. The instant our luggage was out of the car a shuttle pulls up and the driver is grabbing it to put it on for us. They drop us at the normal shuttle spot and we're off. On the way back we waited for the shuttle for a little over 10 minutes and they should be there every 15 or so which is super fair. Dropped us right at our car once we hit the lot.

Many thanks. Wonderful experience! All staff were prompt, friendly, and helpful. One of the many employees we found near their fleet of shuttles kindly directed us to the correct location when we failed to notice the sign to the indoor lot. We left the lot quickly upon our arrival and had no wait when we returned. In fact, they were waiting for us! Both drivers took care of our well-stuffed 50 pound suitcase with smiles, even carefully placing it in our car after our return. We felt very comfortable leaving our car in their indoor parking because it appeared clean and well secured. It was great not having to navigate the traffic around the airport and the price was better than we would pay for airport parking. We will definitely use them for our future needs!

extremely outstanding. This afternoon we were picked up from Detroit Metropolitan Airport by driver - Waris, and taken to Way Airport Parking to pick up our car. On arrival, we noticed that one of our suitcases was missing. At that point I was extremely upset, however Waris was most calm and advised that he will drive me back to the Airport and he assured me that we’ll find the suitcase. Whilst we were driving back to the Airport, Waris was on the CB talking to other drivers as well as the office staff back at the office. During this time, Waris demonstrated exceptional service skills, and his great and calming approach, he was able to keep me calm and confident that the suitcase would be found. Then one of the other drivers confirmed to all that the suitcase was in fact at the spot where we had left off from the Airport, and that he will bring it back to me. What a relief that was. Waris then drove myself and my youngest son back to Detroit Metropolitan Airport, and whilst we on our back, Waris continued to be so nice, reassuring and absolutely professional. I would like this positive feedback passed on to Waris’ manager and to be acknowledged, for the exceptional and professional service Waris provided. We’ll definitely be booking Way again.

Be careful. I use Ways a lot as someone who travels for work 42 weeks out of the year. To this point I have spent a lot of money parking and will never again use ways. I had good experiences until today. I retrieved my car from the parking lot at Hampton Inn in Boston MA as I started driving home, I reached down to grab a dollar ( I keep a few dollars and some change in my center console for tolls ) I noticed the money was gone as well as the change. I called Ways and the hotel neither wanted to assist me or talk to me about it. It wasn’t my life savings or anything it was at most $10 worth of loose bills and change. The point is someone had the audacity to take it. ( most likely the lot attendant who moved my car ) and not one from ether company is willing to at least talk to me about it. Lesson learned, just park at the airport and pay a little extra at least I have my keys, no one has to get in or out of my vehicle.

Rip Off!. Way is put to take your money! They knowingly advertise false information! We prepaid for airport parking that states the location was one mile away! Location was an extremely small lot adjacent to the main drag with little to no parking. We had to drive 5 miles not the one they indicated to find out the lot was so small and packed in like a dealership. NO ROOM TO EVEN GET OUT OF YOTR CAR. We had to race to the general parking garage to have to pay three times to amount to find out the do not refund you In the same manner as payment was made but in WAY BUCKS that we will never use so we paid over $80 and another $228 to park for 5 days and all they could do is give you credit! Not kewl and will never recommend them for anything. They are located is CA and have no idea what they are selling only thing they want is your Money! Don’t do it and run like hell! Seeking legal action and submitting complaints to BBB!

Extremely disappointing service. I decided to use this service for parking. It was already expensive, but I still paid for it because I waited until a couple of days before my trip. On my way to the airport, they emailed me telling me my parking location had changed. I now had to park in the parking lot of a mall nowhere near the airport. It was inconvenient, but I went with it because I had no other option. On the way back, the shuttle from the parking lot never showed up after 2 hrs of waiting. We then had to pay for an Uber. When we arrived to the parking lot, we realized no one was there. Not a shuttle, not a parking lot attendant, not even a security person. Our car, and other cars were left on their own, in the parking lot of a mall in one of the most dangerous streets in Orlando. When I contacted Way, they were no help at all, and offered no solutions. So, I wouldn’t recommend their service. While I understand they do not control the parking lot itself, they should have at least tried to contact the parking lot themselves so other customers don’t have to have the same experience.

Avoid this app at all costs. I made an airport parking reservation through this app. Showed up to part and the lot was already full, the staff mentioned that they had been full for a while now to contact the app and they would find a new parking lot for me. I contacted them, horrible support time, I spent 30 minutes on the phone before someone answered, keep in mind I have a plane to catch. After finally speaking to someone they didn’t really care about the mess they caused, they were just in a hurry to give me a refund which is not the point. They wouldn’t even help me with finding a new location, I was pretty much left stranded trying to find a new parking location at the last minute. Imagine reserving a hotel or something else in advanced only to show up and get turned away.

A complete Fraud. Took my time to find some information, read reviews and learn how the app works, I was very skeptical about paying $70 hundred for a parking pass that would allow me to use, as they advertise, hundreds or even thousands of parking lots in the NY, specifically Manhattan area. I downloaded the app, checked the parking a that appeared available and had partner with the app, to make sure I would have good options. After thinking about it, finally decided to buy a parking pass since it appears in the app they had many options in my area of interest. However, for my sad surprise, I payed the past, went to try and make my first reserve but, Oh surprise, when selected the area, all the parking lots that appeared before buying the pass, were not there anymore, not for that day, not for the next day and not for the day after that either. Try and contact customer service, not help at all. They did not offer a refund either, so they basically told me I lost my 70 dollars. I was never able to park anywhere during three days using this “pass” Please, don’t let them fool you. This app is a fraud and their customer service is not help at all

Don’t Risk It. Don’t use this company. They partner with all different types of parking lots but don’t accept responsibility if something goes wrong or if the parking lot is a reputable company. They will tell you to work it out with the owner of the lot, which is absolutely ridiculous because it’s Way that collects payment up front from you, not the parking lot. Their customer service reps are also vastly incompetent. You are basically gambling by trusting this app. I already deleted the app and my account after my nightmare of an experience with no help from Way. Also the free shuttle from the hotel parking lot was a disaster bc their driver couldn’t be bothered to pick us up at arrivals like every other shuttle, they wanted us to walk over a mile to the other end of the airport with 12 checked bags bc it’s a more convenient location for them. Took an hour of back and forth calls to the receptionist to get picked up and I had to literally BEG them to ask their driver to please do their job???? Insane laziness. When I called Way about it to not get charged extra for being past the parking check out time, they basically said it wasn’t their problem. Ridiculous!

Excellent customer service. During the early times of the pandemic when booking and flight cancellations were rampant, it was only Way that delivered quick and efficient customer service and resolution to my concern. I never thought that this company would be better in delivering customer service than the more established ones out there. I booked a parking reservation through Way for one of my flights. But due to the initiation of lockdowns, my flights got canceled. As a result, I didn’t need my reservation anymore so I asked for refund. Everything got resolved in a single short call and I got my refund right then and there. That was an exceptional service compared to my experience with these big airline companies, third party travel booking agencies, hotels etc, that I dealt with at that time. Because of that, Way has earned my trust and my recurring business.

Easy and affordable. Just purchased my parking. Definitely the most affordable around, however they do charge at least $10-15 in fees ($22 total for “fees” and tax, assuming taxes are about 10%). I haven’t used the parking yet, so not sure on the quality and ease of the parking day of. I don’t like how I couldn’t find the parking lot anywhere else when I searched for it, so not sure if they have an exclusive deal with Way, or if it even exists. I’m taking a real chance booking this for a morning flight with my two young kids. If it wasn’t $50-$100 cheaper than the more we’ll known ones, I’d have booked with another parking lot. Everyone cross your fingers for me 🤞

Excellent congratulations. My wife and I love Way. On our trip in May, we used the covered outdoor parking and it was great, but I left a dome light on and our battery was dead when we got back a week later. Our shuttle driver had their guy give us a jump and he helped me get the car running.(It was so cold it took almost 20 minutes to get it jumper and running.) Everyone was so great! So this last trip we decided to use the Way parking and it was Perfect! No issues at all, car up front and running for us ready to load up and drive out. Estella also had our card and paperwork waiting in the car for us. She was very nice and helpful. My wife and I have come to count on Way, to help make our trips easier and as trouble free as possible. We will always use Way Parking when we travel!!!

Hilton Doubletree. We pulled up to the hotel entrance and the attendant said we must go to the parking lot. When we got to the parking lot that attendant said that we needed to leave our luggage at the hotel entrance. So we had to drive back there again. Then one of us stayed with the luggage the other drove the car back to the parking lot, parked it and then had to find her way through the convention center, multiple hallways, the hotel laundry and kitchen, before finding someone who could direct her to the front lobby. The alternative was walking around a very large series of buildings at a bad time of day. When we flew back, we called the hotel operator who said that she didn’t know where the bus was and therefore couldn’t tell us when it would arrive. We told her our location . When it did arrive, he sailed right by. We had to scream and run after the van and luckily another van Blew its horn for us. when we asked the driver to deliver us to the car he said that he would only do it if he received a large tip, and was reluctant even then. It was only as he was berated by other passengers in our van that he agreed to do it. You might imagine that we do not recommend this location.

The worst experience in customer service. I would give zero stars for the lack of options in trouble shooting a mistake that their agent made on behalf of my reservation. I called to change the date on a parking reservation and was told I have to cancel my reservation and make a new one. I specifically asked for the credit to the way app due to lack of access to the original card. The agent “accidentally” clicked the wrong button and told me I can “just wait” for the $ to be returned to my card in 7-10 days. My flight is in 24 hours, my card is compromised. So the $ is lost and now I had to borrow money that I already spent on a reservation to park my car so I can visit and ill family member. The unnecessary steps and lack of accountability from the agent who insistent there was nothing to be done when I asked to speak to the supervisor must have extra $ laying around because I am a hard working person and $55 being lost because of someone else’s mistake is a big inconvenience especially at the last minute. What is the point of this service and app when they have limited to no troubleshooting in place for a mistake that they can make and impact a persons flight.

Save your money. If I could give this app zero stars, I would. If you’re planning on using this app for a car wash, don’t. I purchased a monthly car wash package and was barely able to use it. The app is always crashing and I wasn’t able to use it for days at a time. I didn’t have a choice to opt out of an auto-renewal so my card was charged when I no longer intended on purchasing for another month. Also, there’s no way to remove your card from the account because it is attached to an active subscription. Customer service is also hard to get ahold of. Most of the time, they have to send your issue to their specialists and that will take another 24-48 hours to get a response. I will not be purchasing anything from them again and am immediately deleting the app once I know I’m not going to get charged for another month.

Great price and great location. Great price and great location. I only wish the vans were a little more frequent at the airport on our return. It always seems that we have to wait about 10-15 at the airport for a Way van while I can see some of the other companies come through twice. It's always there at the lot though when we are heading to the airport, so that is a plus. I seem to always use Way because you can't beat the price so apparently I am willing to wait a little longer at the airport on my return. I use their service about 1-3 times a year and will continue to do so.

No flexibility and less than stellar customer service. As a flight attendant who commutes out of Detroit, this service has found me parking. However, when I left 2 weeks ago the place I had a reservation was oversold. I was thinking no problem, I’ll make another one nearby which I did. The first place cancelled my reservation, but Way determined that I had already checked in and charged me for both reservations. I then spent far too much time trying to get my money back from the first reservation which resulted in a “waybucks” credit. Now upon my return, 2 days early, they refuse to credit me for those 2 days. It’s more of a hassle than it’s worth. I’ll be booking direct from now on. The convenience doesn’t outweigh the lack of flexibility and their eagerness to keep every penny.

Terrible service. We paid for offsite airport long term parking with shuttle service to the airport. What they didn’t tell us was that the shuttle only runs every 45 minutes so if you’re lucky to be there close to when the shuttle picks up then your wait is minimal. However, we were parking just as the shuttle left so we were expected to wait 45 minutes which means we would not be at the airport for another hour. We ended up taking Uber to the airport. Same thing happened on our return. We called the shuttle for pickup right after getting off the plane at 8pm and was told that we just missed the shuttle and would have to wait another 35 minutes. We again paid for Uber to drop us off at the car. What good is paying more for parking offsite with shuttle to airport when you can’t even use their shuttle service. I paid $105 for parking and paid an additional $45 for Uber. I could have paid less money at another nearby long term parking which states that they didn’t have a shuttle and that we had to take Uber to the terminal.

This app is awful and unreliable. This parking app is an absolute nightmare! I made a reservation for a parking spot, but when I arrived at the designated location, the spot was already occupied! I contacted customer service, but they were completely unhelpful and unsympathetic. They told me that sometimes reservations aren't honored and there's nothing they can do about it. To make matters worse, the app doesn't compensate for the inconvenience caused by canceled reservations. I had to drive around for an extra half hour looking for another spot, which made me late getting to the airport. When I contacted customer service again to ask for compensation for the inconvenience, they refused and told me that it was my responsibility to find another spot. Overall, this parking app is a complete waste of time and money. It doesn't honor reservations, and when it cancels them, it doesn't take any responsibility for the inconvenience it causes. I would never use this app again and would strongly advise others to steer clear of it.

Typical Money Hungry Company. It’s 2022 and companies grabbing for cash are outdated. I like to find companies who understand that life happens and there’s situations that are worthy of exceptions to policies. I made a reservation for 4 days so that I could fly out of LAX. I checked in but within 2 hours returned as plans had drastically changed. The representative kept citing their policy about refunds only being able to be processed before reservations begin. “Well that’s the policy” is cheap and an easy way out. Airlines do it too with non-refundable tickets and not insuring flight purchases automatically. It’s the company banking on life happening and them getting to keep money for unused services. While I’m one person and my loss of business won’t hurt them, you’d think they’d prefer the more lucrative option of returning a customer’s money in order to retain them as a repeat customer. Again, I prefer to find companies that operate in the real world where things happen and don’t punish their customers for those unexpected happenings.

We parked at about 4:30am. We parked at about 4:30am, so it was dark and we were a little confused about where to park. As we arrived, I rolled down my window to ask a van driver where to park and he told me. When we came back from our trip 7 days later, I noticed my car window was open! It had been open all week, with nothing disturbed. I thanked an attendant for their good security and he said they'd noticed the window open and would have covered it with plastic if it was raining, which it didn't do all week. We always feel secure at Way, and it's so convenient to airport. Thank you Way Parking!

Crap app and service. Booked at LAX, quality parking lot. Poor quality is what it should be. What a joke, 45 mins for pickup to the airport, hour and half for pickup from airport. Multiple calls for pick up, kept looking for quality parking van! Did not see one while all the time multiple vans for parking spot,Hilton, Marriott etc came by, one Hilton driver who had seen us even stopped to try to help us he had seen us so often standing there…. Why? Because the stupid lot attendant failed to tell us to look for prime parking van. Which we had seen only once. NOWHERE son the app does it say look for prime parking! Keep in mind I called the attendant several times and NOT ONCE did she say look for prime parking until I yelled in frustration at her. Terrible lot terrible service! Not worth the hassle. Will Uber next time, Att least Uber shows up and updates you with arrival, this idiot at the lot could only say in poor English 15 mins to half hour!

First time parking customer. I found the entire process very smooth as a first time parking customer. I made my reservation, made a small deposit, used gps to locate the lot at 5am, pulled in and was handed a stub, found a spot to park, the shuttle pulled up in less than 2 minutes, was helped with luggage, and arrived at departure in less than 10 minutes & handed a card with my parking number. My arrival was the same, helped with luggage, gave the card to the driver, dropped off at my vehicle, exited the lot after paying. Also, both drivers were very nice, helpful, and overall enjoyable to talk to. I already booked a second date since I’m traveling in a few weeks. I had anticipation about the entire process but it was smooth sailing. Also, if you are worried you might lose the stub (to pay) and/or the card with your parking spot number..just go on the app and enter your parking spot number and you can pay on the app on your way out. Much easier than trying to locate them.

Very disappointed. I will not be using this app again! Back in March I made a reservation for LAX airport parking. Given the circumstances with COVID I was not able to fly and had to cancel my order. At the time, the app said I’d get a full refund no questions asked. I emailed Way and let them know of the situation. Given the fact that I had a screenshot of the cancellation policy, I was told I could either get a refund or get way bucks. I asked for a refund. They never got back to me. I messaged them again in May and did not get a reply again. I messaged them again now, 5 months later, and they are not abiding by their policy or what they had told me at the time. I believe this company is very unreliable. If you say one thing please stick with it. Do not lie to your customers! I’m very upset with this situation and hope others don’t go through the same thing as I did.

Helpful folks. The app system for logging in and out worked very well as we were first time users. It let us in and out with no problems. We were parked in a different part of the lot when we went in which was very convenient when we left. Our driver noticed our left rear tire was low and said we should have it checked before we went very far. We went to a gas station about 2 miles away and pumped it up and the next day took it to a tire shop which found a screw causing a slow leak and repaired it for us. I probably wouldn't have even noticed it until we broke down on some deserted road at night on the way home. Thank you Way for noticing and caring!!!!!!!!!!!

Refund process horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. I showed up at the lot. Prepaid my parking for over $200. The lot attendant said they didn’t have a spot for us!! Found another spot under stress because we needed to catch a flight. Once at the airport I tried to cancel the parking and to my dismay I wasn’t able to! The “cancel” button was greyed out and unavailable. I contacted customer service and they said that they have a policy that cancellation is not available after your check in time. All we did was show up at the lot and they didn’t have a spot! How on earth can we NOT get our money back?! Zero tolerance with their policy. What kind of service are they running here? DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE OR APP FOR YOUR PARKING NEEDS!

Do not book parking lot!. We made a reservation for Boston Rodeway Inn parking, but when we arrived was informed that parking was over-sold, they couldn't honour our order. Now looking at other reviews, it seems to happen often with Way, but not fixing this situation by controlling/monitoring parking inventory. Terrrible app and very poor customer support.

I will not use this again. I made a reservation to park in Seattle, parking when we got there, an attendant says that the parking is full. What is the purpose of making a reservation if they are going to give away the spot you reserved. Trying to call customer support but no answer. Emailed them and still waiting if they have refunded my money.

Shuttle and parking from Toronto,Pearson. I was surprised at how good the service turned out to be. The shuttle car to the airport had broken down right before our use on December 17 and they did their best to fit all of us in a small SUV. We had to wait around 25 minutes to get the shuttle back but were picked up in a larger “bus”. They saw we had a 2 year old and retrieved our car almost immediately despite the lineup on December 27. Thank you for your service. I would give it a 4.5 tho!

Good parking app. So far, this is my go-to airport parking app. Pay attention to the details as you have to click on different tabs to get shuttle details. Overall, great prices. I once got stuck needing a Lyft because a shuttle wasn’t running, thus the need to check details before booking. I’ve always had a spot when I’ve reserved with this app.

Parking Lot Did Not Exist. Placed an order for a parking spot in Hollywood while I was visiting. I showed up at the lot at they did not accept the way order. Horrible experience. Booked a parking spot for 1 day about 3 weeks before my trip. When I arrived they told me that they don’t accept airport parking anymore. They told me my car will get towed if I leave it there. I told them my flight was in an hour and didn’t have time to find a new spot. They told me they couldn’t do anything. Ways didn’t even notify me.

Overcharged. First the location I was told to park my car was closed there was a notice on door showing alternative location Arrived and was told they couldn’t honour the price quoted and when all said and done it was twice what was quoted other then That I have parked at location before and can’t complain about the parking service just the bait and switch on pricing

No customer support. Absolutely no customer support offered. After an issue with a company, I was unable to reach WAY through phone (insanely long hold time) so I was forced to send an email complaint. Unfortunately I was limited in how much I could write by the app so I was unable to adequately explain the issue. I expected a phone call or email back. However, WAY did not contact me and only spoke to the company, subsequently siding with the company. Do not expect any support if you run into issues unless you can argue your case in 200 characters or less.

No Imternational. Poor app. I’m guessing this is an American company because they really can’t think beyond their border. You have to dig around to change the currency, once you do it doesn’t recognize the fact that you’re from another country. I’m Canadian you wouldn’t think it would be complicated. You can’t get it to pull up a correct Canadian residential address, you can’t register your vehicle because it demands a “state“ instead of a “province“ And it defaults are all American and its default cities are all American cities. In other words myopically American. Alas if you’re going to have any trouble with this company it’s going to be a nightmare to get treated well.

Do Not Use!. The app was easy to use but you can’t get your money back if you need to cancel only credit. Very disappointing!

I would give a Zero star if I could. My local car wash told me to call to cancel because the app was not paying them when customers pay the app. I had use 1 month subscription a couple times . You pay once for a month of car washes. The last time it went on auto renewal with out me purchasing it. The order doesn’t even show in my subscription so there is no way to cancel. The car wash won’t even take it because they are reporting the app for not paying the business. I had to file a dispute with my credit company to get the charges to stop, because the customer service phone number tells you they don’t handle subscriptions. Even though my Way account does not even have a subscription listed to cancel. Do NOT use this app.

I love this parking lot. I had the best driver both when I left last week and when I returned. It was the same driver and unfortunately I did not get his name. My suitcase was too heavy for me to get it out of the trunk and he came to my car and carried both bags to the shuttle. Upon return it was the same driver and he was so kind and offered to help me when I returned also. I love this parking lot as the shuttle is always there right away at your car. Also quick pick up.

Inaccurate information, refused refund, and showed dishonesty. I used Way to find a parking lot and paid in full. Upon arrival, the security personnel told me the lot (part of Holiday Inn) was closed indefinitely and I had to exit the place immediately. I called Way (that was even before the reservation even started), and the representative said she would issue a refund along with a confirmation. After a while, I reached out to the Way’s support team via email and they claimed that a refund wouldn’t be so simple since I “cancelled after reservation started” (which wasn’t the case!). I called Way the second time, and learned that they assumed that I will be parking somewhere else without consulting or contacting me. Despite promising they will follow up with me via email, they never did. In summary, a few things they did that was infuriating: 1. Inaccuracy - Way allowed booking and charged for a place that was no longer operating. 2. False claims - Way falsely accused me as a customer for making a mistake which was in fact due to their inaccuracies 3. Failure to keep their promise / dishonesty - Way’s agent never did what were promised 4. Making unwarranted assumptions about customers travel plan 5. Poor communication

Everything possible went wrong. I made the parking reservation through the app. I arrived to the parking location and they said that the app overbooked them so I can't park there. I ended up parking somewhere else, but Way still had my money. I've been trying to call to get a refund for over a week but no one ever answers. I sit on hold for eternity and then they just send me to an answering machine to leave a message. Doubtful I'll ever get my money back. Not to mention I ended up paying double for parking than I had originally expected to because I ended up having to scramble to find affordable airport parking just hours before my flight on Christmas Eve despite having made this reservation. Never using this app again.

Worst parking app. I fully paid for a reservation, only to be denied entry at the parking entrance without any prior notification. I discovered that many others were facing the same situation. Despite being in a rush to find an alternative parking spot, I had to waste valuable time waiting on hold for assistance, only to have nobody pick up the phone. It was frustrating and incredibly inconvenient. I had to scramble to find and pay for another parking spot myself, nearly missing my flight in the process. I strongly advise against using this parking app, as it will only lead to wasted time, frustration, and potential missed flights. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable alternative.

Exellent site. I have used several different parking/shuttle services in NY and this one is by far the best! They are timely, professional, and smart when it comes to how to best accommodate their passengers. My driver last weekend, Kelvin, was efficient in the way he loaded and unloaded our bags. He was polite and articulate when communicating how the drop-off process would work. The best part was he engaged with each passenger and conducted himself in a professional manner. It is hard to find employees these days who take pride in what they do. Thanks Kelvin for ending my trip on a high note!

Nice cheap parking. I have parked my car on this lot 3 times so far and have never had an issue…got to my flight without any issues. The first time I used the service the return shuttle took quite a long time but due to me not reading the ticket they gave me (which reads must call number for shuttle) I sat at the airport for about 30mins before getting picked up. Now that I know to call I haven’t had any issues and would recommend. Longest stay was 6days. And for $60 cant beat it.

Scam. AVOID. There are much better parking apps on the market. I never leave reviews, and I used to love this app for parking. However, the last two times they have stolen my money. The first time, the lot had no record of my Way reservation, so I had to pay the lot separately a second time. Way claimed I had a reservation email, but I didn’t receive it until after the reservation time. The second time, the lot I reserved was gated off without an attendant or any ability to access it. In this instance, Way claimed the gate was open and I had contact info for an attendant in my reservation email, but the reservation email does not exist. In both of these instances, Way refused to refund me and I had to double pay to park. Horrible customer service.

I would do a 0 star if I could. I booked parking 3 months in advance for my flight, they moved my reservation the night before I was supposed to leave to a parking lot called on the spot parking that was an empty parking lot with nobody working it. I ended up having to pay 3x the amount I originally booked after their customer service team took over an hour to comprehend that I was telling them it was an empty lot and the number they provided was a dead number for the parking lot. This company is absolutely horrible only book directly through Parking lots to insure your not being scammed by this god awful company. I’m not the type of person to write bad reviews and quite frankly this is one out of very few but this was such a bad experiences I want people to know about it.

Buyer beware horrible for parking. Company made a false advertisement that you can cancel and get your money back and that is not true. I would never have booked had I known that because Chicago winter travel can be a problem. I called a week and a half almost 2 weeks ago to cancel our parking and was told I would get a refund in 5-7 business days. I have not.. I called today and they now will only give way credit. We are not going anywhere soon and want our money back, not to mention they charged me twice. A supervisor is supposed to call us back but given the crappy reviews on w they will not. They will keep your money and give horrible service. Do not book with these criminals. We are contacting others to get a class action lawsuit going.

Scam.. Customer service is the absolute worst! I was refused a refund for an airport parking lot reservation even though the policy sent after paying said refunds were available. My flight was cancelled due to a category 4 hurricane so I no longer needed airport parking. I tried to cancel my parking reservation less than an hour after I made it. I tried several different ways to contact customer support. Each time I was given nothing except a short and dry answer saying no refunds. When I asked them about the policy that I received saying I could get a refund they said the policy is different for that particular parking lot… THEN THAT SHOULD BE IN THE POLICY! Scammy and dishonest business. They don’t care about anything/anyone only that they get to keep your money. Negative star ratings should be an option.

Scam operation. First of all, the onboarding is terrible and tech support is no help. I reserved parking for a 9 day trip near Newark airport using their website. When I showed up at the location the morning of my flight, the lot manager told me they didn’t accept Way as a reservation method and that many people had complained about it. They didn’t have any free spots that I could reserve on my own either. In a panic, I pulled up SpotHero and reserved a spot at twice the day rate of my Way reservation at a lot 20 minutes away. Now I’m on the hook for 2 reservations. I wrote to Way and asked for a refund but didn’t receive a reply. Class action lawsuit anyone? I see a lot of similar reviews. How does it have so many positive reviews. Reseller Ratings and TrustPilot show hundreds upon hundreds of similar experiences to mine.

Thank you for your exceptional service!. The process of making reservations to park for a recent trip was extremely easy. Our flight was cancelled twice and when I emailed Way Park after both cancellations I was contacted back very quickly and the representative was very professional and made sure the changes I needed were correct. The drivers were very polite and accommodating. We will definitely park with you again and will recommend your company to others. Thank you for your exceptional service!

You can’t count on them!. We had a reservation for parking for over 3 1/2 months. One hour before we were supposed to park and fly at Boston Logan airport, they canceled our reservation, saying that they were overbooked. We ended up spending triple the amount to park for the week while we were gone, after spending almost 40 minutes trying to find a place to park because it was during school vacation week. Horrible service! What is a reservation for if they’re gonna cancel it an hour before?! I only rated it two stars because we used it in the past several times and had a good experience. We will never use them again and will tell everyone we know to make sure they try to do the same!

Bad customer service, sneaky enrollment. Beware! My experience with WAY has been extremely disappointing. During a recent one-time transaction, I was automatically enrolled in the "sapphire" program without my explicit consent. Despite my immediate call upon noticing the charge, the customer service representative unsympathetically pointed out that I should have read the terms more carefully and unchecked the box during enrollment. Shockingly, the "enrolled" option is pre-checked by default, making it a sneaky and deceitful practice. Adding to the frustration, I was informed that there is no refund policy. This experience has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and as a result, I have decided not to conduct any further business with your company. Beware of these deceptive practices when dealing with WAY.

You get what you pay for. In principle this is a good way to avoid expensive airport parking and bolster underutilized nearby hotel parking, however the reality is the hotel will do everything they can to cut costs. This means no guarantee of a place to park (there were only 3 spots available when I arrived at the hotel at 4am) , no guarantee of a decent timely shuttle . the one I got had cracked windows and pathetic AC, took 40 minutes to arrive for the return leg, stopped at every terminal and about 4 hotels on the way back, taking another 25 minutes. So if you’re happy to save some money by taking these risks of missing your flight and aren’t worried about adding over an hour to your return journey then go for it! Not for me.

Perfect for me. The drop off process was very simple. Shuttles were available immediately. Way offers a variety of services including car detailing. They give you a paper for your return so that you can easily get back to your car upon return. After my trip, I was picked up by the shuttle in less than five minutes and delivered right to my car. The exit process was easy as well. The drivers and the cashier were very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely use Way again.

Not reliable. Zero customer service. Avoid. I had used Way to book monthly parking. The auto renew feature worked well for several months, then without warning last month it stoped booking my parking. I figured this was a mistake, but despite trying to reach someone to sort it out by online chat, text, phone calls, and email I was NEVER contacted or able to get a response. Without so much as an explanation from Way, I had to scramble to find another place to park and could have been towed from my existing spot. If a deal fell through between Way and the parking facilities at least let your customers know! Beyond that I’ve tried several times to delete my billing information from the site and each time I try their website prevents me. Of course I tried to get customer service to (at least) delete my payment information and have yet to get a response. No surprise there. I’m seriously not sure where these positive reviews come from. It’s impossible to reach these people, they don’t respond, and their platform doesn’t seem to work as it should. I recommend people avoid it. My experience was far from positive.

Best Rates near LAX!. Im so happy I found this app! I used the Way app to find parking near the LAX Airport and had a seamless experience. I parked at the Fairfield Inn & Suites which was extremely convenient since they had a free shuttle to and from the airport! The staff was friendly and gave me some of their best parking tips for the area since finding daily parking can be complicated and expensive near the airport. I’m super satisfied with the app, and how easy it is to navigate. I am going to recommend to all of my friends and family! Definitely one of the best ways to reserve parking by far!

Be careful with this app. SCAM SCAM SCAM !!! I had a terrible experience with one of the providers behind WAY for self parking next to La Guardia airport.m. First of all there were hidden fees that you are only aware when you drop off your car, for example daily charges of $5 for SUV. They also charged me for a late check-in fee : this is ridiculous. When I booked I made sure to take some extra time before my flight in case I needed it, this is insane. Then when I landed back in LGA I had to wait 45 minutes for the shuttle, this is not professionnal. The manager never apologized because this is what they do to everybody. WAY, you should be ashamed to work with such a scam company which has no interest at all in their client satisfaction. I made that mistake once but not twice

Don’t park here. There is no information about parking checkin procedure on the website or in the automated confirmation email. Customer service is abysmal. You can’t even reach them on the phone. A written request for information about the procedure for park is still unanswered, three weeks later. A call to the front desk of the parking facility hotel will not be answered. Four of us (two separate parties) waited for over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. We got to the pickup place over 15 minutes before the shuttle’s scheduled time. It never came. There was no apology or even acknowledgment from the driver when he showed up about 50 minutes later. In short, park elsewhere.

Best price for parking. Makes it so easy to book great parking lots near my home airports. Love this app. Was annoying in the app though that I found my parking and had it in my cart to pay, but had not logged in yet. When I logged in, it did not save my cart so I had to find the lot again. It did save my search query though. Overall this is the best app I know of for parking - I use it every time I travel now and the prices are still better than the airport parking lots even when I book day-of, I find something cheaper. Thank you!!

I will definitely be a returning customer over and over again.. The entire process with Way, from making a reservation online to payment, getting there, parking, entering and leaving, was a breeze! Their shuttle service is also excellent. They pick you up promptly from the courtesy van area at the airport and drop you off right by your car, and the drivers are professional and courteous. I will definitely be a returning customer over and over again.

Stranded at Airport (read the fine print). I was left at the airport and told a shuttle was not coming. This is with a listing that says “Free shuttle to and from the airport “. I paid to Uber back to the hotel (Holiday Inn Houston Hobby) where I was parked and on arrival spoke to the manager. He informed me the shuttle service was complimentary but not part of what I paid for. That even though Free Shuttle is listed on the advertisement the parking is all that was sold so no reimbursement for the Uber. I contacted Way and was told the same thing. They explained that even though FREE SHUTTLE is listed, it is stated in the apps terms of service. So read all of that fine print because Way doesn’t care about FALSE ADVERTISING… they say so in their own terms of service.

Great experience and easy to use.. I used Way Parking 2 weeks ago and they were fantastic. Not too far from the airport and by the time I self-parked my car which was my choice a shuttle was waiting to take me to the airport. On arrival back I just called them and a shuttle was there to pick me up. Great service and fully secure and underground parking. I didn't feel stressed at leaving my car there..and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Thank you Way for making a tedious task easy. I'll be using them again.

Abosolutely LOVE the new UI!. This app is phenomenal! It sends me reminders that I need to add time or hurry up and finish what I’m doing. In addition - no receipts to carry, I have multiple cards on file for personal or business expenses, and the receipts come via email! But the single best thing about this - I don’t have to wait for the meter/station to take care of my transaction. 90% of the times I parked and then tried to pay, it took way too long - and then, half the time the transaction didn’t even go through! The people you have on phone duty are wonderful! Thanks!

Very good service. We just started using the offsite parking when flying after some friends told us how great it was. When we couldn't get into the lot they recommended, we decided to try Way. The drop off process was just outstanding, and the return following our trip was almost as good. We especially loved that our SUV had a real parking space (size) instead of a space made for a much smaller car. We would highly recommend Way as service was great and cost was competitive.

Do not not not park with them!!!!!. I booked parking with this app & used their on-line directions to get to the parking facility. Their directions took me to an empty field! I followed them again - took me to same place. I tried to call the facility to get directions & got a tape recording. I expect this is a fraud. I did not have time to find another parking garage & had to quickly use long-term parking at JFK, at double the price. I called WAY from airport transportation to tell them of issue, they were supposed to send me an email to resolve, that they never did. I am working on a refund from them and disputing the charge. My big advice - DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM unless you want to lose your money. I’ve booked airport parking from other companies many times & never had this issue.

No Refunds!!. Beware! Way does not offer refunds. I made a reservation for airport parking early one morning. When I arrived at the garage, the attendant informed me that the line for the shuttle would be 30 minutes or longer and I could see that customers were being shuttled over in cars rather that a shuttle bus. I had no other choice than to park in another lot as not to risk missing my flight. A customer service representative from away initially told my to send a receipt/credit card statement of the alternative parking. I sent two emails with the documents and got no response and no refund back from Way. This app sounds like a great idea if things go smoothly, but don’t expect them to work with you if any problems arise.

Unprofessional vendors. I’m based in Orlando FL, they have a vendor BMI Smart Parking on Narcossee that needs to be removed. If you go to Google to get the real reviews not the screened reviews in the way app. You will be able to make a better decision that will save you hundreds of dollars from vehicle damage. This particular vendor is notorious for being careless with peoples vehicles while in their possession to the point the news channel was sent out to the facility. The fact that ways still has them listed is astounding. My car was returned to me with a huge dent and scratches. Ways will not post certain reviews in their app. So be mindful of that go to google reviews only.

Misleading and terrible customer service. I had a bad experience parking at an airport location where the hotel promised a free shuttle to the airport. However, the hotel was misleading and only ran the shuttle for a small window in the morning and evening causing me to triple my price on Ubers. I didn’t attribute the fault to Way at first, but after leaving a review for the hotel on their app, instead of responding to my complaint and updating their info, Way deleted my comment and review so more customers can be taken advantage of in the future. Furthermore, they recently emailed out a survey promising free “Way bucks”, but after taking my data, they never followed through, once again misleading and taking advantage of their customers.

Great Experience. Scanning the confirmation off my cell phone upon arrival at the entrance gate of the lot made it easy and it felt more secure. The driver on duty picked me up at the building where I was going to ask a question about the parking pass. He drove me back up to my car to get my luggage and also waited for my friend to arrive and park as well. Very friendly. Return from airport was perfect. Happen to catch the driver right as we got to the pick up area. Drove us back to each of our cars. Will use them again in the future! great rate, easy access, friendly staff.

Great Experience. This was my first time using Airport Express Parking so I arrived early. They took my car immediately and gave me a claim ticket. The shuttle driver immediately took my bag and loaded onto the van and we left within five minutes!! Upon arrival I texted to receive my car, I only waited about 5 mns for the van and my car was ready as soon as we arrive back at the lot. I am using them again tomorrow and hope for the same experience. This is less stressful and less expensive than waiting on an Uber driver.

Very happy with the treatment. Was very happy with the treatment and the service ace had to offer. I ended up rocking up a day earlier than what I had stated on my original booking and the staff were quick and efficient to fix the problem and in a matter of 10 mins I was in the bus on my way to the airport! When I arrived back at John F. Kennedy International Airport at 11pm I had only waited for 10 minutes after making the phone call for pick up! If your looking for a car park which is undercover, 24 hour access and affordable rates don't hesitate or look anywhere else! Thankyou!

Quick and friendly service. My family experience was wonderful. Pulled up shuttle driver was friendly got are luggage and off we went.(5Min)at airport driver was helpful on were to go and were to meet when we got back. Got Back no need to call stood at pickup spot less then 5 min driver pulled up loaded us up. When we got back to yard truck pulled up to front and was warmed up. Dropped us off right next to it. Got are luggage in for us and off we went . We were very happy with every part of the proses.

Shuttle service. Be VERY careful BEFORE you book your spot to make sure that the shuttle service is actually available for the dates/times you need. Many of the parking sites have limited shuttle availability which may make this a less attractive option. We landed at 5AM this morning only to find out that shuttle service started at 7AM. Took an Uber for $30. While it was our mistake, it isn’t obvious that shuttle service is limited. Need to click on the site and check shuttle availability BEFORE you book. Other than that, we like the service. For IAD, you also incur tolls to drive to the site that you don’t when you use long term parking.

use when and where you want. Had a great experience with Way airport parking, much quicker pickup and drop off process than my delayed experiences at the other Airport parking. They have comparable discount coupons that match the pikes peak parking rates. Our car had a dead battery upon arriving back to Denver, they had a quick service person ready with an extended jumper cable that gave us a fast jump that avoided having to call our roadside service. Highly recommend this place over all the other options for long-term parking at DIA.

Excellent service and much cheaper. I just booked some holiday parking at LAX. The options I had were excellant. But I needed met and greet as I have late night and early morning flights. I have my 2 children and my parents with me and this why I needed this service. All the quotes I had were quite expensive. But then I remembered I used this particular company last year - yes you guessed it was Way and had no problems with them at all. That is why I am using them again this year and the icing on the cake is that it was the cheapest

Service was great as expected. Service was great as expected. I am incredibly pleased with the experience we had. It was easy to access, we were helped almost immediately, the location is close to square and the theater we were going to that day, and when we came back to pick up our car it was out to us in less than 5 minutes. My girlfriend and I discussed how we only want to use this garage going forward. Way better experience than others we have tried in the past.

Quick and easy. The service was polite and efficient and quick and the location was perfect for the venue we were going to. The only reason I did not give five stars was the price. A few weeks ago I paid $20 for the same amount of time at another garage. I have mobility issues which require me to park as close to the venue as possible and this was the most convenient place. Please lower your price to be more in line with other garages.

Fantastic first experience. I’m sure it varies by the parking garage/vendor, but my first experience at the Hilton Costa Mesa was great. At first I was nervous when I arrived 30 minutes after my original reservation. The head valet manager met all of us when the shuttle arrived at the hotel, and asked which of us were just doing parking. He asked to see my Way reservation, and issued a validated ticket. He said, “As long as it’s for the same day, you’re fine.” The rates are much less than airport long-term parking, and the shuttle service was just the cherry on top. Would definitely use again!

Waste of money. I downloaded this app to visit friends for the day in Brooklyn. When I arrived in BK I couldn’t even get within 4 blocks of the garage due to a bike race happening. The race was happening on the same street the garage was on, not sure why they would be taking reservations knowing there was no way to access the garage. I had to drive around for an hour trying to find somewhere else to park & pay another fee elsewhere. When I contacted way customer service they refused to refund me saying I had to cancel prior to my reservation to get my money back. If I am driving from out of town how was I to know I wouldn’t be able to access the garage I just paid for? Complete waste of money, bad customer service.

Excellent service, no waiting.. Thought this would be an average experience where you wait forever for your shuttle to the airport, the shuttle drives off as you’re running towards it, you’re summarily dropped off with no direction...well I was so pleasantly surprised! The shuttle was waiting for me, the driver gave me a slip of paper with return instructions, and dropped me off with plenty of time to spare. The return trip was just as easy. I will definitely be using Way Parking again in the future!

Great service!. I parked my car in the self-park lot. We prepaid and scanned our receipt to get into the parking lot. The airport shuttle found us at our car once we parked, which was a pleasant surprise. The driver helped with our hand luggage, dropped us off at the appropriate area to catch our flight - even gave us instructions on where to go. Service is great! Both drivers to and from the airport were great, friendly and very helpful. Would park my car here again

Very good experience. As soon as we parked our car, which happened to be in the far back corner of the lot, a shuttle came to pick us up. The driver was able to stop at the restrooms before taking us to the airport. Upon return, we waited about 10 minutes for a shuttle to take us back to the lot and to our truck. Paying the extra balance was easy and it was clear what wer were being charged. Overall, it was a good experience and I would park there again and recommend to others.

Super helpful and easy. Great! Easy to use and gives you nice discounts vs what you would pay in person. The ability to use the map to look around your destination is easy to use. I like that each parking location has photos. Customer service is great. I had an issue with not being able to use my parking pass, and contacted customer service via text, and they refunded my money and gave me a credit for the difference in price that I had to pay in person. Definitely a great business model in terms of customer service.

Terrible service- Scam - avoid at all cost. I have used Way to book an airport parking in Advance, I paid everything upfront and when we arrived at the parking location with my whole family, we were told that the parking is full and there is absolutely nothing they can do!! I quickly realized that we were not the only one as more and more customers kept on coming and being told the same nonsense answer! They have clearly largely overbooked the parking, which has to be on purpose since all bookings are made in advance! I ended up having to find another parking location at the peak price and almost missed my flight in the process. I’m This is a pure scam and I will obviously never use them again. I strongly suggest that everyone avoid them at all cost!

Good value for money. The shuttle driver was helpful finding me a spot in the crowded car lot. He also helped me get my bags out of my car and Into the shuttle. I didn’t wait for the shuttle at all and it took the estimated time of 12 minutes to get to the airport. Coming back from my trip in the evening It seemed that I may have waited a little over 10 minutes for the shuttle (but it was a late flight so I’m assuming they were just running one or two shuttles at a time).

Great service and price. This was our first time using Way Airport Parking. I was a little skeptical because the price was so cheap and it was self-serve parking, but we were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. We parked and were immediately picked up by the shuttle. The driver welcomed us on the shuttle and helped load our luggage & gave us a card with our space number. On our return, the shuttle picked us up within 5 minutes and took us right to our car. The driver was just as pleasant as the departure driver. We will definitely use Way again.

Quick and easy. My parking experience was great. I pulled up to the gate scanned my reservation and was immediately directed to the nearest parking space. By the time I was ready to leave the car, the shuttle was waiting on me. I was at the airport within 10 min. When I came back, the shuttle was picking me up with 10 minutes. I was at my car where the driver helped unload my bags and skis within 5 minutes. I loaded up my car and drove to the gate whee I quickly scanned my reservation and was out. Quick and easy
