Glitch not fixed. You get just so far then cannot go further. Mine I cutting rope in tent at Avalanche pass. Last piece of rope will not cut. I'm done. Don't buy.

Buggy. But I like the story

Bust!. Don't waste your money. Glitchy. Doesn't match the guide. Can't progress and the hint doesn't work correctly. Huge lag times. Steer clear of this game. Disappointing.

Can’t progress. I have finished the first soul, and received the oracle. I only play two of the oracle mini games, not three like in the guide, and I get the symbol. Next the guide shows me placing the statuettes on some pedestal that is just not there! Hint says, in all 3 available scenes, that there is nothing to do. Reset progress and tried again, same thing! GRRRR...

Deaths door - wish it was longer. Slightly glitchy - it started in the middle so I had to exit, reset progress and then close and reopen. Wish it was longer. I feel like we are getting the lite versions. There are only 3 souls to save. Used to be more. The hint is semi useful. Lots of vermin. One hop was gather spiders. I hate spiders lol. Get if you are bored.

Story good, controls and puzzles meh. The story is good if standard stuff. Some of the controls where you’re placing or choosing things have such a precise spot to put them it’s difficult and makes you wonder if you have the right idea. The puzzles aren’t my favorite type. I doubt I’ll buy anything from this company again.

Hints don’t work, confusing game. I asked the game to be able use hints , hint button doesn’t work. Anytime I tried to touch something it brings a magnifying glass over it but nothing happens. Frustrated and confused.

SAVE YOUR MONEY----NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!. This is a waste of money. Starts who knows where? Unable to progress past one or two seens then you are stuck. I have delegated it reloaded it, several times--- same thing! Need to do more work on games before they are released!!!!!!!!!

Redemption Cemetery. Programming lacks a lot. Hint is not really helpful. Couldn't even finish the game because areas were blocked off where items were located that were necessary to continue. Don't waste your money.

Totally Frustrated!. So many glitches in this game and have tried all of the tips & tricks to get it to work. (No Luck) I will be requesting a refund on this game as there is no enjoyment when things are this screwed up. Too Bad - could have had potential. Super buggy. Crashed on first launch for me. Then it started at the wrong point in the game. Now it seems to have righted itself but the hint system is super clunky and the game does not flow. Don't waste your time.

Redemption Cemetery: At Death’s Door. Game is stuck in Chapter 3, much the same as has been reported by others here. Apparently developer is not concerned since there is no place to report this or get any feedback. I would not download this game.

THIRD TIME’S A CHARM ?. This is the third time I am starting this game. I am having the same problem a previous player had over a year ago. It’s still not fixed. when I get to the second Soul and need to open the secret door. The game has problems. I need to collect a demon and an angel to put into a pedestal; the first time through, i got the demon and put it in the pedestal but could NOT find the angel. I had to open the walkthrough to find the first area was not as pictured: the stone slab did not have an image to copy and the statue base did not have the candlestick, angel nor inset. The second time I found both the demon and angel, but there was no pedestal in the back area. I’m trying one more time after deleting the app and reinstalling. Wish me luck...

Deaths door. I’ve played a lot of Big Fish games and this was absolutely the Worst! I didn’t mind the different chapters. The thing I hated most was having to find multiple pieces of an object before I could play it. Map wasn’t really that helpful because it kept taking back to places where I knew I had something to do but didn’t have all the pieces. Mini games were ridiculously stupid and even worse the skip wouldn’t work. The hint button wouldn’t work either. I like to just sit back and relax when I play a game not tap all over the screen hoping to get lucky. Oh BTW this is a current review not one that was posted 3yrs ago. This wasn’t even worth the 2.99 sale.

Thanks to Dracyy. I had the same problem being started in the middle of the game and you gave me the solution! When I reset my progress I was at the start of the game. Unfortunately it couldn't help with a glitchy and boring game. I had problems with scene lag and absolutely HATED most of the HOPS. I guess they thought they were being creative but it was just tedious. Wish I had saved my $3.99.

Too many glitches. The tapping was all off. I couldn't get the ski under under the logs. I quit.

Exciting game!. I'm finding this game to be very exciting and fun! No problems or glitches at all, so don't believe the negative reviews. Well worth the $3.99! So, I recommend you buy the game and enjoy!

Not bad, not great. The HO scenes are okay. But, I dislike the find the shape types. The tapping is a bit off, too. I had to rap several items many times to select and move them. I was disappointed because I usually like this series. I don't DISLIKE it, it just doesn't draw me in, like this series has done in the past.

Don't buy doesn't work. First time I've ever had a game that doesn't work from the very beginning. I have no idea what I'm suppose to do and what's the story about because the stories never play.

Don't understand the bad reviews.... The game is a little old and has a clunky touch interface from time to time, but that is one of very few negatives. You can customize the tutorial, hints and map (which enables teleportation). There are several hours of gameplay, a lengthy bonus chapter, a novel storyline, and creative minigames ranging from moderate to somewhat challenging in difficulty. The HOPs are in a variety of formats, including assembly, finding pairs, and replacing missing parts. There is a set of collectible timepieces, some of which are hard to find (in a good way). The game never crashed and I didn't experience any major glitches. I would recommend this as a good deal at the sale price of $3.99.

Deaths door. Im not very far in but so far i like this one much better than the last few Redemption Cemetery's. It feels much more like the first one where you change the circumstances of a persons death. To me that seems much more like what Redemption Cemetery should be, giving redemption and closure to souls who regret the way they died

Chapter 3. Soooo this chapter (3) is apparently still a problem. If you’re not going to fix the problem take the game down instead of “baiting and switching” the players. I thought since I had a new iPad Pro that it would work for me…. Well, I was wrong! Future buyers/players beware!

Fun when it worked!. I was enjoying this game when it worked. Now I've reached a point where the clues are running me around in circles so I can't finish the game. Frustrating!

Buggy and delete-worthy. So far, only 3 scenes open and all say there is nothing to do in any of them. I have collected a number of items but where to use? Map isn't helpful and shows that there are objectives but (refer to my first sentence). Please fix this and I will change my rating. I just deleted it and reloaded it. Same issues. I will seek a refund.

Breaks midgame. After the player receives the oracle 3 areas are supposed to change to reveal the path forward. But oracle activates twice in the same screen where the player gets it, so an area remains locked. I played through the beginning part twice. First playthrough i was able to unlock the area with the girls grave, but the area with mother and child remained locked, so I could not get angel statue. Second time i tried after resetting the game girl’s grave stayed locked, so there was nowhere to place the statuettes. Was enjoying the game before the bug.

Good for what it's designed to be. Not sure all the negatives? Impatient persons maybe - not good with puzzles? I had no glitches and really enjoyed the game. Liked the music and macabre tone. Good mix of puzzles. Few times I was stuck "hint" really helped me without totally ruining game. You do have to use you brain at times and I like that. This isn't a mindless scroll through. It's very good for what it's designed to be.

Fine game. I didn't get any bugs at all, and I thought the game was good. The only problem I have is that playing on an iPhone 5 some things are very tiny and hard to see, and when you zoom in the click placement is off.

Lot of issues. I love the hidden object games but this one is frustrating. I cannot get past the first 3 scenes which are not the scenes shown in the game guide. I have reloaded it several times with the same results. Obviously there is a severe bug that should be fixed. Very disappointed and will request a refund.

Interesting storyline but clunky. This was the very first game I ever purchased that I had to delete and reinstall twice. Possibly only an issue for iPad version but very frustrating. However, the story was thoughtful and I liked the separate but connected adventures that were used. Beautiful graphics and music. Mini games and HOPs could have been a little more challenging but were fun. What I did not like were the aforementioned major glitches and the poor touch screen interaction. There were too many instances of knowing exactly which object was needed to interact but (in)exact placement on the screen was tricky and frustrating. On the iPad, the icons for map and hints, etc. were so low on the screen, it was hard to tap them. I also prefer a map that directs you which areas to explore next. This one didn’t and made navigation more frustrating than it should have been.

Wonderful. I love this game and it would be great to play the whole series once again especially the first one. I never got to play it. Because I thought that it would be boring and now I regret not giving it a chance. Will there be more in this series coming to iPad? I really hope so.

EXCITING. I just love Big Fish games and Redemption Cemetery rates at the top of the list! Cannot wait for the sequel!! Love, love love it.

Redemption Cemetery. I, like many others was stumped by this game as I got stuck and couldn't move forward. After deleting several times I finally hit the reset button and magically the game started at a completely different beginning. The correct one as it turned out! It's the one that matches the strategy guide and abracadabra the game worked perfectly. This is a giant glitch!!! Turns out I needed a chain to lift the cooking pot in the fireplace...and that my friends is why I was moving in circles unable to go forward. Extremely frustrating but I am such a ERS fan that I was determined to figure it out.

Incredibly unresponsive. I have played a lot of Big Fish games. This one has real potential, but fails miserably because you just cannot get the controls (hint, skip, and map) to work reliably. For the most part, they are completely unresponsive.

Fun. Good clean fun with interesting games

Installed twice, still did not work. I wanted to like this game, but on the “Find and open secret location,” the game stuck. I checked the strategy guide, and what was shown in the guide wasn’t available in the game. There was supposed to be a table in which you insert two statuettes. No table. I deleted, re-downloaded and re-played the game again — same scene, but a DIFFERENT error. This time, a plaque at the base of a statue was missing. I think the problem is that the magic orb that makes these areas visible goes away after its used on only 2 of the 3 locations in play at the time. Frustrating.

Buggy!. This is really disappointing from the usually excellent Big Fish family. So many bugs, from starting the game in the wrong room (so you get stuck a few scenes in can't progress!), to not being able to change settings, to being really slow opening up some objects, to glitches clicking on things, to total shutdown to a black screen. Please fix Big Fish! I have reported the bugs to you via you help centre.

So p'd off. This is NOT good enough. We pay good money for these games and encounter problems. My game started halfway through, I wondered why I could not open something, checked the strategy guide to find out I didn't get to play the first part of it. I will not buy another big fish game until this is fixed. I'm not spending $7 on games that aren't worth it.

Meh.... It worked fine for me but it was kind of blah. The worst of the series so far I would say. It was just ok.

Doesn't work!. I'm having the same issue, I start at the bridge so I don't have the chain etc to advance the story. Checked the walk through & discovered the first chunk of the game is missing! I paid for this why now?

Horrible. Game has very little story from what I've seen all you do is literally jump into it and bam there a boy stuck on a bridge, hint mech sucks and I wasn't offered the demo version it went straight to full version so I want my money back please

Really a good joyful game. One of the best game played since a very long time

Not others in series. I seriously expected a really good, but was sadly dissatisfied with the jerky story and it felt more like a cheesy game show with the way the achievements came up. Mini puzzles to general and easy. Very short game too.

Redemption Cemetery: At Death’s Door hidden object game. I loved the game but most of the puzzles were much to difficult and I had many problems inserting objects from inventory to there respective placement. For example it took 1/2 Hour to insert Derek’s candle into the candle holder. This is very frustrating as you can’t move forward in the game until this is done.

Bugs and more bugs. The graphics are excellent but the programming is poor. It does not want to recognize items when placed and for several times you have to do it over and over. But what makes it not worth the money at $10 is that this error eventually stops you as a "handle" will not place. You can't go any further. Quality control is not BF games strong point. Plus my usual complaint that there is no custom setting, which should be standard on all games by now.

Priced too high. I agree, this price is too high for an iPhone game. Hopefully it's just an oversight and it'll be adjusted soon.

Not working properly. The game starts off at the bridge where you have to save Archie, according to the strategy guide there's a huge section of the game missing. I've uninstalled twice and it still isn't working properly. Disappointing waste of money.

No "Redemption" Here! My "Door" is Slammed Shut!. Happy Holidays to All Players! I hope Santa does not put charcoal in any of your stockings! Yet again, we get our customary, recycled horror-themed game that is void of any new ideas or concepts. This one is spooked-up to the max. You make your way around a desolate, dreary town while being startled by grisly and inauspicious imagery, such as the macabre statues of hooded figures, which are symbolic of death, holding razor-sharp scythes; decrepit cemeteries with overgrown weeds, skeleton heads, and crumbling tombstones; and ghostly apparitions of tortured souls beckoning you to help release their souls. The graphics exhibit vivid and life-like details that portray a realistic representation of the surroundings. But the color scheme, once again, is overwrought by a monotonous, gloomy shade of bluish-gray; however, in this installment, the background effectively achieves steadfast senses of fear and ill-boding. You can customize your settings so that you can take off sparkles. Inventory is labeled and interactive; items require assembly. Touch sensitivity is cumbersome and slow when interacting with items and accessing close-up areas; you need to hit that "magic" spot in order to initiate a response. The teleport map transports to labeled locations and, sometimes, indicates active objectives. Transition between scenes is slightly sluggish with about a three-second delay. The HOS are comprised of a medley of assorted formats; my favorite is the narrative type in which you gain parts of the backstory. Unfortunately, you will revisit the same scenes twice; and this is an antiquated practice that most developers had eliminated years ago. The puzzles are unspectacular; they are heavy on rotational types or "moving one object affects another." It appears that you have one set of collectibles to find, and this set can be inconspicuously placed. Overall, this is a poor showing from BF this week; they gave us two back-to-back games, which lack creativity, originality, and properly programmed functionality. Moreover, your journey is not vast in the amount of scenes to explore because the developer lazily reused some of the same locations to prolong gameplay. Sadly, two stars for me this time.
