So far So good. App works flawless... you will pay for the app and also to be able to fax you’ll also need to purchase a package as low as $9.99 but well worth it. It’s a smooth app quick and simple... no complaints at all.... you get what you pay for with added convenience.

Don’t change phones. The app itself work for me I was in a situation where I was out of town and needed to send faxes and pretty much made a bad situation better. My problem with them is last year I change my phone from my iPhone 6 to iPhone 7 and lost my credits and had to fight to get them back then last week I change from iPhone 7 to iPhone X and fighting again to get my credit back. They have nothing in place for you to reset your iTunes and get your credits when you switch to your new phone. Getting them via email is a serious joke so the fight goes to iTunes.

How can I turn off auto renewal?. I can’t find auto renewal button anywhere, needed this app to send one fax, not happy that I still had to buy credits to send a fax should be clear, why would I download the app for $4 then have to buy

Customer service is horrible. I have used this app for a couple years. Every time I attempted to send a fax to someone to a dedicated fax machine, they were unable to receive the fax. I would end up sending a picture to their email. Finally having enough I attempted to cancel my subscription which was a 3 month at a time subscription. Not only did they not cancel the subscription, they started pulling a weekly subscription from my account!!! Believing they were reputable and having been going through numerous medical procedures, I didn’t follow up to ensure it was being cancelled. I checked today as I was reconciling the few months of statements and THEY completely IGNORED my cancellation request and CONTINUED to charge me!!!! On top of all this, there is no customer service number to even call and get things squared away!!!

Excellent. I was ready to pull my hair out. Cam Scanner, a perpetual favorite wouldn’t send my fax no matter what. I tried another highly rated app for another failed attempt. This IPhone app was quick, easy, and successful!

Issue faxing. It’s telling me to check my internet. My internet is just fine. Is it not compatible with 5g I use this program all the time - love it but disappointed today really need to fax important paper

Easy way to fax. I love this app even though you have to pay to send the fax! This is way better than having to buy your own fax machine or pay someone else to fax it for you! I use this whenever I need to fax something.

The best thing since sliced 🍞bread!!. This is truly indeed one of the "best" purchases I've ever made. In the modern world where technology📡 is taking over this app is simply perfect!! Bought Credits, could not use, CS does not reply!. I downloaded this APP yesterday to send a Fax. I paid for a subscription, received my Apple receipt. Went to APP to send Fax and found I have 0 credits-those credits are needed to send a Fax. Sent email to FaxCustService, via their link, and received reply w/instructions on how to cancel my subscription. No assistance with my issue whatsoever. I replied to that email asking for assistance regarding my specific request and nothing. Now I’m out the subscription fee and need to start this all over again with a different APP. This APP is NOT recommended!

Used to be good enough. Not sure what happened but the reliability isn’t great anymore. I’m getting an error message about needing to be connected to the internet constantly, which is annoying since I have been connected. Also, not having a phone number to call for troubleshooting is bad business. I’d recommend something else If you’re serious about your business.

Non responsive customer service. Just got taken for another $9.99. Had to reset my phone and even had the app backed up and I lost all my credits. Everything came back except the credits. Hmmm... is this by design? Happened before when I had to get a new phone. Developer responded asking for an email. 5 emails and zero response. Buyers beware. Now without notice they have changed their service fee from Per page to weekly. This is a terrible company. Wish I could rate a zero.

Takes your money but does not let you send faxes. This is a scam of an app. I bought the 3 months subscription to send unlimited faxes but the app shows 0 credits. When I try to send a fax it keeps asking me to buy more credits. I have tried several times to restore purchase but it keeps giving me the same message. In my iTunes subscriptions, I see it as an active subscription, but the app itself does not recognize it. I feel ripped off!

So far. So far so good. It’s simple and easy. I hope I wasn’t changed 3.99 twice because I was prompt to pay for week but before I was prompt to pay for the app. This app is worth 3.99 but not worth 3.99 for the app them 3.99 for the time using it.

Subscription based pricing. I would not recommend this app if you only send the occasional fax. There is no single-send fee option, only subscription based charging. This makes you sign up for at least a week subscription, which auto-renews. I am currently searching how to unsubscribe but it is not easy to find. Also the app is pretty useless if you don’t have a subscription so don’t bother with the initial charge for the app if you don’t plan to subscribe.

It’s fine but I’d rather not have to pay for the credits.. Having to pay for the fax is fine. But why the credits? That’s a pain in the you know what for someone who doesn’t fax a who lot. I just needed to send some paperwork over.

Good for small business. Worked out well. Was a bit surprised at the 9.99 price for unlimited credits or 250 for the same 9.99. Kinda put you in a hole there. But if you fax often it’ll be worth the cost. And the auto capture makes sending a fax a breeze.

Cannot fax without buying credits. I needs to send a single fax and was prompted to this app from iScanner- paid the $3.99 for the app then when I tried to send the fax I was prompted to buy credits. There was no option to pay for a single fax but only subscription options by week, month, or year. Definitely not worth it if you’re just sending the occasional fax- I wish I didn’t bother to pay for the app- I wouldn’t have if I had known.

Good app, but hidden charges.. Nowhere are you informed before purchasing the app for $3.99 that you must purchase credits to send with their lowest being $9.99. Each page cost $0.10 (USA-to-USA) which means the $9.99 package (250 credits) will only be 25 pages. It's incredibly cheaper to stop somewhere like FedEx to fax something... this app is attempting to cover the niche of someone who has to fax something IMMEDIATELY (think airport prices because they know you don't have an option otherwise.) That being said, the app worked. Scanned my pages without an issue, created a PDF and sent the fax.

Worked like it was supposed to. I like it very much and I hope I'm not disappointed later when they decide to improve it and charge me more money for something I already paid for. Other than that it worked great!

Loving it. I give this app 5 stars for its ability to be user friendly , I've taken photos of multiple pages and faxed them without any issues. This is a app you will use if you're faxing documents.

Rip off. Hard to use. Never got through. I have 3 billing charges in two weeks. Customer service is non existent. Can’t get through to solve issues, deliberately designed that way. Company keep charging a a fee. Cancel my subscription, now.....

Missing basic functions. I paid for a year subscription. The app only has a banner saying it was delivered. I asked the tech support if there was a confirmation page and they told me to call and confirm the fax had been received. It was not hence the request for support. They do not have even the most basic function built in to confirm sending the document. Received faxes in a test environment was about 3 in 10 so I was paying for faxes that never went through and still displayed a delivered banner.

Makes my job easier. I was very certain on this app when I downloaded it but I've had no problems it is definitely made my job easier to be able to send faxes from my phone

Just use a regular fax. Ridiculous, I had to pay for the app then I had to pay again for credits to send one fax!! I would have never purchased in the first place! Update: There was NO free trial, I am well aware of how subscriptions work. There was no indication you had to pay for credits after paying the $7.99 to download. Another edit: "In order to send faxes, you need to buy credits using an in-app purchase. This information is also displayed on the app description page, so users can see it before downloading the app. because they continue to respond, they just added that you have to buy credits, it was not mentioned when I downloaded, or weeks after. It’s an overpriced quick cash grab. Make the app free if you have to buy credits. Period.

Works great when it works.... Lets say I have had issues with the app being down for a week at a time or some other issue that would result in me having to go to local library and spend 3.25 to fax. BP Mobile is not the quickest to get back to you I send them in app support request for credits disappearing and 5 days later no credits or email. If they can get their crap together it would be an amazing app but the business ethics and practices are far to be desired and so far I since I have had this app I have spent an extra 13$ out of pocket to send a fax elsewhere.

Great Fax. The fax is a great system however when you want to discontinue its is cumbersome and difficult! I have been charged 3.99 for about 6 recurring times and request a refund but thru the fax and iTunes to no avail! Once you are on they hook you forever and give you the run runaround abut your refund!

Paid $3.99 for app then had to pay another $3.99. Just annoyed that you have to pay for the app AND pay for a subscription to send the faxes. Even if they would have had a simple pay per fax it would be better than having to pay for a subscription. I am not impressed with this setup. Very annoying. If you are going to only offer subscription fax services you shouldn’t be charging for the app itself🙄

Can’t forward to save after sending. The instructions indicate you can save by transferring the file via iTunes. I was unable and sent a message through their contact center and received an email stating the app doesn’t have this option. Take screenshots of documents in the app with date and number visible. Since Ordered and Used this for work I’m disappointed as I would have chosen something different. I need my files easily saved.

Watch out for auto renew. Purchased one week of faxing in a pinch and of course it kept charging me $3.99 weekly without my permission. Working with Apple Pay now to dispute. When purchasing I was very vigilant about not allowing such a thing to happen and watched every box I checked. They likely count on us being to busy to notice till after we are charged several times. I’m tired of such business practices!

Credits. I brought credits for $9.99 that gave me 250 credits, after I sent my fax over I was left with only 20 credits.. I was certain I would be able to fax at least a couple times with out that many credits being used just for one fax...I won’t be buying anymore credits or using this app. DELETE!!! That $9.99 spent just felt like a waste.. this whole fax process is jacked up, it was convenient for me because I’m a mother and always on the go! But the amount of money used for credits they give you isn’t worth it

Servers go down from time to time. Dude, server is being down for two days now and can’t send faxes. Smh. Unacceptable considering I have to fax every day for work. Fix it!!! Also I’ve seen other comments where pictures taken and scanned come out blurry. I thought I was the only one but apparently not.. Really annoying as I have to close the app down and reopen other wise camera will keep taking pictures out of focus every time.

A $21 expense to send 1 FAX!. So I had to send an emergency fax and I, like most people these days do not have a fax machine so I decided to pay the $3.99 for the app and the $9.99 for the 250 credits. Seemed like a reasonable choice instead of driving to Staples and pay the $7 to use theirs, plus I’d then always have a fax to use in my pocket. Welp, after I paid the $3.99 and the $9.99, the server this app uses to send fax was down and I didn’t get to send my emergency fax. In the end I had to go to Staples and pay the $7.00. Ended up costing me $21 bucks for a deng fax by the time I was done with everything. >: /

Love it!. This is easy to use and I love having the ability to fax out from the phone. But I can’t find how to turn off the weekly charges. There should be an option to pay as you go.

This was a good app when I first downloaded it. At first this app was great. You could just buy credits for $10 or so and get a good number of faxes which was perfect because I rarely ever have to fax something. Since then things have changed and the weekly/monthly/annual payment options just are not worth the price for as little as I need to use the fax, especially when a fax machine is available at most of the places I go in my industry. I know things are expensive, but this seems just a little too much unless you’re faxing multiple times a day every day.

Sorry I got a free service and didn’t stick around to support your app. The monthly subscription service doesn’t make sense to individual user like me. Anyhow free service and easy to use. 1st Choice Limousine Services Inc. Needed to email a document to my office . My secretary was having problems with the printer accepting my emails. This was my first time using the APP . The fax went through successfully. I am satisfied with the APP . I look forward to utilizing more frequently.

Hidden charges. I like the app. It is useful. The one thing I do not like about it is that there are hidden charges when you use it and I find it deceitful by the vendor not to disclose. This is an important piece of information for the buyer to make a decision before buying it. I would have given it 4 stars but in my opinion, all factors should be included at the time of sale and not surface after the purchase.

0 customer service it doesn’t work. After paying for my subscription the app keeps saying I don’t have internet and it fails, making it impossible to access any of the content I paid for. On top of that, there is absolutely no customer service support available to help with any issues. I have tried reaching out multiple times through the only channel and have received no response. Save your money and steer clear of this app. It's not worth the frustration.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’m a college student and only use fax on rare occasions . After briefing the app I Was annoyed as heck that I had already Paid 3.99 for the app itself and then another 3.99 to be able to fax. I think it’s an unfair scam and should be deleted from the App Store . The sole purpose of the fax app is to fax! You basically forced me to spend another $3.99 to actually use the app even though I spent 3.99 already just to have the app. I think that’s unfair and after I get my week worth’s I’m deleting

Server Down for Days?!?!. Disappointed when my previously reliable fax app suddenly let me down due to “server down” error. This is day 4 without it. I’ve had to move on to another fax app - losing my $10+ I had purchased in prepaid faxes. Alas. Hope they get it remedied for other customers.

Very convenient and easy to use. for the money this is probably one of the best phone fax apps I’ve used. Really convenient when you can’t get near a fax machine. Very easy to use! I highly recommend it.

Good but Wish for more purchase options. This app did what it said it would do and worked well with IScanner. I wished for more purchase options. I only fax occasionally. I couldn’t justify subscribing and worried about it auto renewing so paid the one week option.

You have to buy this app to pay to use it. There are fax apps that are free to download. Don’t waste your money here- you will have to buy this app to download it, THEN subscribe to get credits to send faxes. The subscriptions are reoccurring, and you have to go into your Apple account to stop them; there’s no option in-app. I just downloaded one of the many free fax apps, and while I still had to buy the fax credits, it was a one-time purchase, and it was entirely more user-friendly.

A modern app keeping pace with technology. This app saved the day for me. After spending 40 min and $65 dollars later trying to locate and fax from a physical machine, this app saved me from having to go back and spend an absurd amount more when additional documents were requested. It was so intuitive to use and cost effective. Complete brilliance and I’m so thankful they can make physical fax machines obsolete!

Fax credit purchase NOW a subscription. When I purchased this app you simply purchased a block of credits in order to send a fax. I only occasionally send faxes so the thought of having to occasionally purchase some credits was acceptable. The app developers have to be able to make some money from their efforts. I just tried to send a fax and now you must enroll in a minimum of a one week subscription plan (that automatically renews unless cancelled 24 hours prior to expiration) in order to send a fax. If this new plan had been added as an option I would be ok with that but to now force this new money making scheme onto previous customers is unacceptable. I will find another app where I can pay as I go. Just want to make sure everyone knows what you are getting yourself into with this new required subscription service.

Ripoff - a massive hidden charge!. Unless you’re sending faxes regularly then this is a complete ripoff. When you purchase the app for $3.99, it says nothing about the fact that in order to actually send a fax, the entire point of this app, you must then additionally purchase a credit package, the cheapest being $9.99! They would much better serve the customer to just charge up front for the what it costs to send a fax OR have an option for the occasional fax client to say, allow the $3.99 to cover up to 5 pages and after that purchase for $.10/ per page for maybe the next 10 - 15 before paying a whopping $9.99 fee on top of the $3.99. An absolute crime I was charged $14 to just fax 2 pages!!!!

Overpriced and Ineffective. In addition to paying the $3.99 for the app, you have to pay a subscription to send faxes. This might be worth it, but the connectivity features with iScanner are not reliable. It took me several tries before iFax would recognize and import a pdf I created with iScanner. These products are sold as a bundle, so I figured they would work together seamlessly, but they do not. I also opted to have the app send me a confirmation that my fax was sent, but didn’t receive any confirmation. In an incredibly convoluted process, I ended up finding a screen where the document was marked as sent, but no confirmation it was received. I will now have to spend more time following up to make sure my fax was sent. I basically spent an hour and $8 to “maybe” send a fax.

Missing features. I should be able to type an intro or a note on the main fax page, and not require me to hand write on a sheet, take a picture and add a charge for that page. The fax cover page should have a section for my brief notes. Also - should include a few free pages to test the app having just paid $4 The only way to test is spending another $10 Feel dirty Feels like a scam Purchased the bundle but the finger print option came up twice - so it double charged. I don't like the tactics, so I will move to something else and ask Apple to credit my account. Stay away - They need to learn that a good product and good service will sell itself. I feel scammed - Changed your ways - Come clean and be transparent. Reach out when you do. I'll try your product again.

Wonderful app!. Was traveling out of the country, on vacation, and was required to fax a document to a local government office, for verification. Luckily, I had previously taken a pictures of these documents being requested. Downloaded this app and followed the simple instructions. In no time I'm back to enjoying my vacation. Thank you very much developers, you've saved my behind!

Terrible do not use. I paid $10for their scanning app, after the price wasn’t even visible. I thought it was free and then I got a notification I was charged. The app literally didn’t work and I could export it anywhere. It redirected me to their e fax app where I paid more money, and wouldn’t even let me send the documents out. It tried to get me to buy all these credits and when I clicked okay it literally wouldn’t even let me buy them! I wasted an entire hour manually scanning an entire book for NOTHING! I am so frustrated and very sad that I wasted all that money. Terrible app.

ATOTAL RIP OFF. Costs too much. Doesn't have a receiving facility. Why didn't the app tell us that we'd have to buy expensive credits to fax documents. A real thievery and wouldn't recommend to anyone. It takes like 27 years to send a fax. I knew I had to pay to send but this wasn't published. Really sneaky way to entice and get an income for the app maker. App maker. You are a thief. Go get your Freaken head read.

Don't buy this app till you read this review.. I bought this app for more than $5, when I tried to use it, it asked me for credit, which means that before I can use this app I need to buy credit from them this's not fair at all. If I knew that I needed to spend more, I wouldn't buy it.

For emergencies use fantastic. Only way for me to communicate with my mum with hearing disability. I don't use all the time, I have a fax at home. When I am out it is a way for me to contact her from my mobile. I know there is no receiving to my phone and you have to pay. For emergencies in my case great.

Waste of $5.99 and does not work even after buying credit.. Please do not buy this app. It is a rip off and does not work at all. You pay for the app for $5.99 and then you must buy credit and when you do that it does not send the fax. The Apple store should take action against the developer and get them to refund all the people who bought the app. Apple do something. De-register the developer and avoid people getting ripped off.

Too Expensive. Didn't realise I would have to buy credits after I paid $5.99 for the app. At least one free fax would be great to see if it is worth it first. That said I no longer own a fax & had to send a document so was worth the exercise. I just had to use 10 credits to send one fax which I'm guessing cost me $1.50 for a fax hmmm could have posted for a dollar!

Waste of money. Was excited at the prospect of finally being able to fax from my phone only to discover I needed to pay more money. Not disclosed in product description. Feeling ripped off.

Mixed Feelings. As others have noted, this is one of the few Apps requiring ongoing payment for credits to send faxes - not clear at all when App info provided. That said, the convenience of a fax on my phone is fab. Very easy to use.

Easy and cost effective. What I love most about this service is that you can subscribe weekly. I don’t usually send faxes from my phone. Only on the off chance it’s needed, say, while I am holiday and not near the office fax. For a once off subscription cost that is inexpensive and top up as needed this is a great option for me. Most other apps are minimum 1 month or more. I’d never recoup the costs. Even better it is very simple to use. Zoe

Cost. I was extremely disappointed, I have the iScanner app and needed to send a fax, it redirected me to this app. That I needed to buy 1st, which I did. Once ready to send, I found out I needed to buy credits to be a ole to do so! Making this a very pricey app if you only have occasional fax to send.

Simple and works perfectly. Able to access all the documents in Dropbox easily and in iScanner. Love that I get both a sent and delivered confirmation.

Unethical app.. Either charge to download the app and allow its use for free, or make the app free and charge PER fax. I don't send faxes often, so a subscription is not necessary. I paid to download only to find out I have to subscribe to use it once. Unethical business practice. I am obviously cancelling the subscription and writing a formal complaint to apple asking for a refund of the download price. Unless you are constantly faxing documents a subscription is perhaps a good idea. The developers should make the app free and/or at least have the option to charge per fax, per use and offer subscriptions with discounts for those who need it more often. Terrible way to expand business clientele. Horrible.

Subscription. I don't even remember the subscription process but never would have allowed something to continue for weeks. Have practically stolen $50-$70 dollars from me because I assumed it was for one time use. Don’t use this app.

Scanner and fax don't talk. On iScanner if you click "export to fax" it requires you to buy credits. Once you do you find you STILL cannot export from scanner to fax and you have to go back and do all the scanning again. If you only need fax do not buy scanner.

Easy and functional. Easy way to sent a Fax using only your phone. Only little hic is that the developers should find a way to charge my fax sent and not by a periodic subscription for users that sent a fax one our two times per year.

Not happy. Ripoff!. What kind of company would receive numerous complaints for the same thing and DO NOTHING about it? I can’t delete this app fast enough. Do not buy it!!

Cannot use without subscription even you bought it!. I spent $22.9 purchased a 3 kit bundle thought this one plus phone call recorder should be useful after tried few pages of their iScanner. But when I use it I found I have to buy credits or subscribe at $13 more per month! This was not state in their introduction so now I can use only iScanner after I bought 3 tools at $22.9. Extremely expensive!

It will cost you to send a fax. It is not a free app. You will have to make purchase before you can send a fax. $13+ package price. Don't bother download if you are looking for a freebie.

Post per use app. When i purchased this, I assumed I could use it right away for what I paid. I did not realise that in had to buy credits from the app developer to send faxes, over and above what I pay to use my phone. Will just continue to email scans or photos of docs. Right now I can send docs to HP print via emails

Fax sent quickly. Was in a tight spot at the DMV and needed to fax quickly. From purchase to delivery took less than 5 minutes.

Cost to send faxes is outrageous!!!. So I didn’t read the fine print where it says you have to buy credits to send a fax. My bad for not fully educating myself in the product I am purchasing. The app itself crashed three times while trying to upload and save a 16 page document. Once I managed to actually save the document I found out it was going to cost me about $6.50 to send 16 pages locally. No thanks, I’ll do it the old fashioned way.

Works to send fax but a hassle. The app works as it states but requires a subscription to send anything and is a pain to stop the automatic payment withdrawals

My personal fax. This is the greatest app they made . I have two residences and this app has come in handy so many times . My husband can still conduct business with this app!

You will get charged a renewalAutomatically even if you cannot turn off the automatic pay. I have been charged automatically every week and in order for me not to be charged I have to turn off automatic pay which does not show Instruction on how to do that on the app or the phone So I’m being charged weekly four dollars I cannot stop The payment on it

Expensive and awful service. I’ve never been so disgusted. Hiding fees after paying 3.99 for the app, you have to pay minimum 10 dollars for credits, and the service has been down for over a day now. I had a pretty urgent fax and now I have to spend even more money-customer services answer to this was “sorry but our service is down” please. Go to another fax app.

Easy Yet Professional. I scan and faxed an 18 page document in less than 10 minutes. All pages turned out good quality. A receipt was sent as a popup message outside of the app.

Stupid app!. I paid for a certain amount of credits awhile ago so I can send faxes as needed. I go to send a fax today and it won’t let me even though I have plenty of credits available. They’ve changed the way you pay for things on the app and now you have to have a weekly subscription to send faxes. Now my credits I’ve already purchased are worthless and I have to pay weekly to continue using the app.

False Information in Apple Store. I purchased the app for $3.99 under the assumption that I would get a week of faxing as that is the price for a week subscription. Nope!! You have to pay another $3.99 to actually use the fax feature. The App Store says you can manage your auto-renewal and cancel your subscription from the “Account Settings” menu option, NOPE! No option there to manage my subscription! Done with this app already!

Server unavailable, no customer support response. I bought the app and the credits to send faxes. For two days I have received a “server maintenance” message saying it is unavailable. Which makes this app useless. I filled out a customer support ticket on the app, no response. If this continues for another 2 days, will report this app to Apple as a developer who is not delivering on their product and is taking money from its customers.

Beware. This application does not tell you that even though you have paid $3.99 for the app you still have to pay for every fax that you send up to $3.99 per fax… Basically a rip off unless you’re sending a fax every day. Other than that the system seems to work very well.

Great Cell Fax. Easy to use and send. In app photo is extremely clear and document was perfect. Would be a ‘5 Star’ app for me except purchasing the app and then buying credits was confusing and seemed duplicitous. Guess I’ll find out when the charge comes through!

There was no mention of the fees in order to send a fax!!!. It's funny how I tried desperately to read the reviews before buying this bundled app but for some strange reason, I couldn't. I trusted that I was getting exactly what was in the description, so I moved forward with the purchase. I got the two apps, yes; however, there was no mention of the fees you have to buy once you've already paid for the fax app. This is deceiving! I want a refund.

Was unable to send the faxes-. Nowhere in the app description does it mention a fee needed to submit faxes. For a work deadline we decided to just sign up For the lowest subscription 9.99. You can image the panic when the after paying the faxes on a time sensitive factor never went through. A rush to fed ex fax and the pages were sent with no problem. Can not guarantee this will work for every fax line you are sending too. Disappointed!

Hidden Charges. Bought the app for $3.99 and those get I could send fax. Not the case, you must purchase credits in order to send. $9.99 for a month of unlimited US, or other options like 250 credits for $9.99. Each page is $0.10 so it adds up. Be ready to pay!! I wasn't and would like a refund because this information was not provided prior to purchase.

Pretty Dope!. It’s pretty cool, I’m able to fax any type of documents if I’m scanning them or if the documents are saved as a photo. The only thing that I have a problem with this is the price of the credits to fax is pretty high. Overall, 👍🏼👍🏼

Great concept. I don’t mind paying for credit to use, its a convenience thing however this app hasn’t sent any of the faxes out where they made it to the destination. They need to improve the productivity of the app. Will be asking apple for refund. Had to pay extra meaning for another service to have the faxes sent “again”. This set me back a week. Not happy!

Don’t bother.. First you pay $3.99 to purchase the app. Only after you’ve don’t and try to send a fax, They notify you that you cannot send a fax and less you buy a subscription either weekly or monthly or annually. This app is deceitful and garbage.

Why pay for the app then have to pay more?. Downloaded the app for $3.99. I’m probably only going to use it 3 times but whatever it’s handy to have. When trying to send my first fax I was unable to do so, I had to buy credits and the credits were applied to each fax that I sent. Next time I’ll use an old fashioned fax machine. Thanks for sucking me in to spending more money!

Subscription. Description of app should state you need to pay a monthly fee to be able to fax documents. I bought it and then realized I have to pay a monthly fee.

Good App Bad Pricing. Like the app, easy to use. Paying to download and it not come with a couple credits to send a couple of initial faxes made me feel a little ripped off. I don’t mind paying for the credits but the app should be free to download and then require credits OR be paid to download and come with a few initial credits so you can try it.

Vague prices. The app is easy to use, but it doesn’t give you a “cost” for sending faxes. You just have to trust them to charge fairly. I personally like knowing what something will cost me before I buy it! Also, it will send multiple notifications of a fax sent, which always has made me wonder if it’s sending multiple times.

Extra fees to fax plus app fee. App didn’t tell me before I purchased you also have to sign up for faxing fees like about 50 bucks a year!

Beware!!! You’ll lose all your purchased Credits. App works reasonably well, but beware if you upgrade to a new phone (me...iPhone 6 to 8) You lose all credits you’ve purchased... Just happened to me and they refuse to apply my unused credits back to my account, I’ll be requiring all 7 of my sales reps to switch to a new app after I do a bit of research and their credits run out. Poor customer service!!!

Read the fine print!. This would be a great app if you didn’t have to pay for the app + the service for sending the fax! Choose one or the other but NOT both !

OVERPRICED BEYOND RIDICULOUS. So it’s 3.99 for the app ok.....I really need to fax something. Nobody had a gun to my head but now I have to buy credits and the cheapest bundle is $9.99!!! I’m 3.99 invested, I need to send a friggin fax maybe once this year so the fax app has the human condition figured out. If they can get you to spend 3.99 for the app, they got you hooked for the smallest bundle of 9.99. It also took two hours for 7 pages to go through.

Bait and Switch! :-(. I needed to quickly download an app to fax an important document. My iScanner app connected me to this app. I purchased it for $3.99 but couldn’t send a fax without committing to a subscription for extra money. Apparently, my subscription will be automatically renewed unless I turn that setting off in my user setting of the app. The user setting of the app does not have such a setting to turn off. And I still need to send my fax. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR TACTICS!!!

Unintuitive and No cover sheet capabilities available.. A way to create a proper cover sheet should have been the first thing I saw when I opened this app. Instead I saw a scan icon which took me to another pitch for another purchase. In order to send the fax you have the option of buying into a monthly service. No thanks. There are other fax apps out there where you can buy credits or points to send the fax and they don’t place monthly fees and time restrictions upon usage. I actually shelled out money for this app initially and will be getting a refund. How on earth this app got so many positive reviews is completely beyond my comprehension as there are others which are free, more user friendly and don’t require a monthly fee.

Too difficult. I kept running into roadblocks. Tried emailing documents, didn’t work. I tried the WiFi share, and could not open it in safari or chrome. After about an hour, I give up. I requested a cancelation. You can’t cancel on your end so I am guessing that it will take longer than the free trial to get canceled, bet I end up paying for the first month. If so, I will be reporting them if that happen.

In app purchase required. I use the iScanner app to scan documents. It’s fantastic. So I just need to send a fax and iScanner will export documents to this app. So I paid $4 for the app and then it won’t let me fax my document unless I pay an additional $4 per week or $50 for the year? It’s a bit misleading and expensive in my opinion. Make sure you read completely about this app before purchasing.

Lost without this!!!. For all the places that you can’t send an email to and only receive a fax this has been the most helpful app and easiest to use! Enter #, take pic of document, send! That simple!!!

It’s ok. I’m having trouble sending faxes even though I’m on the unlimited plan. It keeps telling me I need to buy credits and if I hit buy it says I’m already subscribed to unlimited. No phone number to call for support, very frustrating

Cannot buy credits. Unable to use app.. First off, 250 credits is misleading. It almost appears like you can send 250 pages, but from other commenters, it’s not so. Second, when I tried to buy credits, it didn’t work no matter how many times I hit the button, or restarted the program. I just wasted money on buying this app and unable to do anything. Can I get a refund?

Terrible Experience. I had to pay $3.99 for the app only to have to buy $3.99 just to send a fax. And it does not even have an option to receive a fax. Am deleting this app and would like to contest these charges as this is false advertisement. It does not have the full functionality of the app; it does not even have partial functionality of a fax machine with the initial charge.

Review. App at $3.99 is okay but when you open you realize there is another $3.99 to use it and as one week is the only option that should be included in the initial app charge. It auto renews also and I had to call Apple to stop auto renewal as it will not let you stop it in the app.

The worst. I subscribe to my he fax app and it was only suppose to be the free trial to see how it worked. I was not satisfied and remove the app. It kept giving me an error message when trying to unsubscribe. It moved after 6 tries and I was still charged 50$ for an app that isn’t even versatile. I will never again download this. I don’t even fax often now disputing it is a nightmare

This app is terrible, don't use it!. Of course after you purchase the app and get all set up and ready to send your document, guess what? It requires you to buy credits! They should be up front about the cost to use this app and at least be transparent up front, instead of being sleazy about the upsell. I might as well drive down the street to FedEx Office!

Fraudulent app. This app requires the purchase of Fax credits after you've already paid four dollars for the application. The minimum cost of the Fax credits is $10. I don't want all that and I figure paying four dollars to send one fax would've been enough. I would even be willing to spend a couple more dollars. But not $10 a month more. Don't buy this app and less you know what you're doing.

Only faxes from camera. It used to fax from your picture library (which is an option). Now it no longer does that it crashes. You have to take a picture in the app of what you want to fax. If you don’t have the hard copy with you, then you’re screwed

The app is not working anymore. It used to work well. However, now when opening the fax app and trying to send a fax it either says “connect to the internet to send fax” or “server is unavailable, please try again later”. It’s been like that for the past few days. I have restarted iPhone and reloaded the app several times but to no avail.

Review. Cool stuff. Very convenient. Safes time, gas and more importantly minimizes clutter. I am really satisfied with my purchase. The only improvement I can suggest is to inform us about the $9.99 in app credit purchase. Thank you.

SCAM - horrible customer service. No answer when trying to cancel repeatedly. Tried different days and times, etc. Finally got through and asked for a refund they would only cancel and not refund. I asked for a manager and they left me on hold for a long time, then I was disconnected. It shouldn’t be this hard to contact a company.

WTH?!?!!. I bought this app thinking I would be able to use it right away for basically $4.00 but NO! I have to spend an additional $4.00 to subscribe to an auto renew weekly/ monthly/ etc subscription?!?!?!? WTH?!?!? That should have been disclosed in the description!!!!! It’s bull crap that I spent money for the app and more money to send 2 dang faxes and then I don’t even need the app any more..... I want my money back for this BS!

FAX app review. Easy to use. Think it is slightly overpriced on a per-fax basis. Biggest plus. Nice not to have to own a fax machine to send faxes. For convenience, it served purpose. Advice: be sure to eliminate unnecessary pages before sending PDF files as it will run per fax price up.

Hidden charges. I agree with other reviews. Not only I had to pay $3.99 for the app, but I also needed to buy credits at $9.99/month to use the fax feature. This was not mentioned anywhere in the app description. I will find an alternative as I only need to fax one or two pages a month
