Great app, inappropriate advertisements. This is a great app that included multiple versions of the baby shark song + games. My toddler could easily navigate the app. Unfortunately ads pop up while you’re using this app and one of them was very inappropriate. It advertised a game called “Kick the Buddy Forever” and it was a game about hanging with a noose. My child is toddler, she doesn’t need to be exposed to those type of ads. Shame on pinkfong for allowing those ads on their children apps

Horrible commercial ad. I downloaded this for my toddler as it’s baby shark, who wouldn’t? And was mortified that the very first ad showed a graphic zombie game commercial! Until you can take better care of what you’re showing our kids, I will not be using Pinkfong anymore. Super disappointed. How could you think is appropriate? You either don’t care or you don’t know what’s being shown on your app and both are not acceptable.

So many ads. My 3 year old loves this app but gets frustrating when he accidentally hits the ads, or when the ads pop up constantly. Recently the app has been closing as soon as it is opened. Disappointing

ITS YA BOI RYANBURGER. I was told by a person named maddy to download this game, since it was maddy I didn’t expect much. When I opened the game it had baby shark (go figure) but with a few games couple of videos and a coloring thing. The videos are normal for baby shark standard. For the games since it’s made for kids I will say it could be harder; especially for the matching game. Maybe having the more you get right the more cards you have to match. For coloring it’s your standard coloring few pages, couple of colors plus sparkly variations. In all it’s not the worse app I’ve seen but if your older than like 3 I don’t really recommend it. I got bored of it after a few minutes but did it cause WHY NOT TRY IT AND STUFF. If your a Eli obsessed with noot noot and baby shark this app is perfect for you.

Horrible pop up ads for toddlers. Cute baby sharks videos...until an ad pops up for the game “Kick The Buddy Forever” appears with an emoji figure with his head in a guillotine calling you loser, or him getting blown to pieces with an assault automatic weapon or cut into pieces by saw blades . This is just what my 3 year old should see when trying to watch innocent videos. Shame on you, pink Fong. Do better.

Ads. Too many ads. Not only that but the ads are annoying. The skip button is often used to purchase the app from the ad. So when you try to skip it takes you to the App Store instead. Wouldn’t recommend. There’s plenty of other games with less ads or at least ones that don’t try to force you to purchase

DONT LET KIDS USE UNSUPERVISED. You know. There is nothing seriously wrong with the app itself. It’s baby shark for Pete’s sake. It’s got good content and fun games. My issue is with the adds that this games chooses to present. One was a online casino type game and it’s slogan was, “adult games for adult emotions”. I heard it come on so I went and looked. It’s a bunch of anime exposed cleavage very inappropriate content for a 3 year old. The second ad was of a little test dummy being killed in various ways. Very disgusted that they would let those advertisements be associated with a children’s app.

Not worth the money. First of all, there were way to many inappropriate ads for children. So we paid to remove ads, and they are still popping up! The app also crashes every few minutes, or the sound doesn’t work. Save your money, don’t buy this.

Stop the ads and read the room. I was using this app for sometime with my baby and she loved it!! Then the developers did the unthinkable ... they put a ridiculous amount of ads. How do they expect young children to avoid the ads? It will just frustrate them and they will close the app. Don’t they realize who is using the app? Why are they targeting ads to young children?

Too many ads for toddlers. There are way too many ads for toddlers to click and interrupt their game. It’s a shame how many. I am not letting my baby play another game because it is just ridiculous how many ads are on games for kids. This is shocking that all Pinkfong games are this way when the audience is babies and toddlers. 🙄

No Adds Option Is A Scam. there’s an option to buy add free for 3.99. normally i don’t but my toddler was constantly clicking on the adds that are animated like a mini game then require an adult to solve a math problem. Not only are those still there but there’s still ads when the game is first launched, literally nothing changed. it is the same app from before i spent 3.99 and i’m still hearing “Uh Oh fix iiit!!!” every 2 minutes on the car ride it was supposed to make easier.

this game is awesome!!. my baby sister is in LOVE with this app. She is obsessed with baby shark and this app makes her so happy! She loves watching the baby shark episodes and she also loves doing the coloring! I totally recommend if you have a baby that loves baby shark!

App crashes each time.. Open the app. Play a song. It crashes and turns off. Delete and download it again. I paid to get rid of ads. I open it. It crashes. It turns off by itself. And why do you even bother to have play and pause when it does not work. This app is on Iphone 12. And runs on Ios 14.3. Please fix it. It is freaking stupid even to have this kind of problem

Horrible app. I only rated this 5 star for the algorithm and I am disappointed to say that there was ads every 30 seconds which my nephew has no idea how to close ads. One of the ads brought to a very sexual site I am disgusted I thought this would be a kid friendly app but my 1 year old nephew just learned about sex

Pornography Advertisers on a kids app. Parents beware!!! We had downloaded this for our toddler because he’s obsessed with baby shark. He really enjoyed the app and it was easy to use for him. App should get 5 stars. The reason I gave it 1 star is that the advertisements that are in the app are sometimes straight up porn. This is NOT OK in a children’s app! I understand the need for advertising but pick appropriate advertising. PORN ON KIDS APPS IS NOT APPROPRIATE

Ads are extremely inappropriate for children. One of the ads that came up was an emoji saying, “hey loser, haha loser” so that the kid hits the button to chop its head off with a guillotine and then on a pogo stick saying the same thing so that you would make it hop on spikes. Just awful. And another one stated in the corner 18+ for adult entertainment, with almost naked women and men. Insane that a children’s app would have ads like these. Just gross.

Ads. Pay for the ads not to be their and every time you open the app they pop up. Don’t waste your money on the ad removal. It is a lie and I paid $3.99 for that and it’s not true. Pingfong don’t say the ads are going to go away if they are not don’t lie about it just so I will spend money.

I like this app as my 2 yr old sister, but their are like inappropriate ads and im only 9 and my baby sis is 2 and its very long theirs also horror ads that my sister doesn’t like but im good with horror but my baby sister is afraid of it but we like the app but it has too many ads and i think its called sexual? Please make changes. Our 2.5 year old girl loves the content on this app, however every few minutes ads will pop up and she does not know how to exit the ad. The ads are also very inappropriate for a child’s game. Please consider charging $2.99 for ad free version like many other kid friendly apps we have. Will gladly pay for that option.

Not kid ads. So I downloaded the app for my little brother and after the second video an adult ad popped out I thought that it was just going to pop up once but it didn’t every time that the second video ended an adult ad popped out I think that having adult ad pop up in a toddlers game is really bad but then the game is really good very entertaining game for a toddler the only problems are the adult ads if you are going to put ads in a toddlers game please put kid appropriate ads like toy ads or a kids game ad after that the game is really good.

Don’t bother paying for it!. Honestly my kids love these apps but every two seconds they tap on a ‘for grownups only” page because they tapped on an icon that looks like another part of the app that directs them to more pink font apps. Why pay for no ads when they are still going to make it so they advertise their other games. Not worth! It’s so annoying as a parent and for my kids. Unfortunately all the other apps they have are the same making it really not user friendly for their users.

Love the app but the ads are inappropriate. I’ve had this app for several months now and my son loves it. Although, the other day I looked at the screen and a very inappropriate ad was up. It was an ad for an 18+ game and it had a very sexualized cartoon drawing of a man who was dressed up as a firefighter holding a hose, and a “scratch off” box over his crotch. The ad wanted you to wipe your finger across his crotch to reveal what was underneath... That was the second time an ad of this type has come up on the Baby Shark app. That type of advertising has NO place on an app designed for young children. My son will not be using this app again until this is fixed.

Too buggy to even use. Tried to use the app but the amount of ads made it unplayable. Tried to watch the ads to play uninterrupted but it literally locked all of the games so that you couldn’t play them until the ad timer was up. My kid is 4 and she could make an app with less bugs than this one.

Too many ads. I downloaded this app for my toddler and In between every game it starts play an ad and it won’t let you push the X to get it off sometimes I have to close the entire app and start over because there’s no way to get past the ad and we obviously do not want the games are advertising because they’re not even toddler games at least let her push the X so she can keep playing

Great app if you pay to remove ads. Latest release fixes the bug with the ads not goin away. Now its a great app with lots of different games. Its really necessary to pay the $2 to remove the ads for it to be usable, but I’m happy to pay $2 for this app.

Ads are ridiculous. My 2 year old is obsessed with this app, and just as much hates it. The ads that pop up constantly are the longest ads I’ve ever seen in an app and the fact that you can’t skip out of them quickly is even more annoying. I can’t tell you how many times my phone or iPad have gone flying because of them. And worse yet none of them are AGE APPROPRIATE! Every ad is for adults and yesterday an adult slots ad kept playing, prominently featuring nearly naked women!!! I was livid! Thankfully my child is only 2 and didn’t understand, but I can’t imagine what the parent of a four year old would have thought. Something needs to be corrected in your settings so age appropriate ads play and they need to be a lot shorter, a minute or more is not something any child wants to sit through.

Best app in the world. So personally that one kid named Ryan has a terrible taste in games. It is amazing you get so many amazing baby shark videos and many fun ways to annoy all your friends that you don’t have. Great app never gonna delete it

Garbage App, poor for little children, the people who want to use this. There are too many ads, even when you pay for it. My two year old cant use it because the app constantly takes you to the App store and this is with a paid whatever to this app, to unlock everything. It could be much better for little children, its very unfortunate that Pinkfong cant make something better with all the money they have.

I love the app, but crashing to much. My three year old and I love this app, but on her iPad it keeps crashing, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it will download the songs then crash again. I pay for the ad free so I am hoping this gets fixed soon.

Inappropriate and Too Many Ads. What are these ads they play? Advertising things of sexual nature and violence. Not appropriate for a children's app! Additionally too many ads that are difficult to close. Every song there is like 5 or 6 layers of ads that have to be clicked out. It frustrates my son that he can’t figure out how to close them. I do not know how this app was approved for kids.

App has gone way down hill. Great apps my daughter loves it I’ve been using it for about a year. Lately a million ads pop up a while back I purchased the remove ads bundle when they weren’t so bad now it doesn’t work at all I have to downgrade to the old app just so she can enjoy it now.

So annoying. The ads are terrible and excessive. Even when the “x” appears it takes multiple times to exit out of them. Half the time when you press the “x” it takes you to try App Store for the advertised app. It’s impossible for young kids to play with all the ads.

To many inappropriate ads. I like the app, my 1 year old likes the app. But there are ads that pop up between playing videos and it’s often. Some of the ads advertise sexual games or disturbing games like a doll that you have to kill. You can’t exit the ad until it’s played the whole advertisement. And even then it’s so hard to exit. If your not watching the baby it will take them to a web page or to purchase the app. It’s a good app as far as the video and mini games but the ads are an overkill.

Game would be better with easier ads. This game has ads that come up in the middle of games. The skip for the ads changes. Sending the kids to the App Store to get the game advertised. Almost unplayable for little ones. The games are fine. If they change that maybe but otherwise I’m deleting. Sad my grandson loves this brand.

Baby shark is way to overrated. Baby shark is the most annoying, stupid, terrible song every to exist on this world it’s so annoying and dumb, I can’t tell you my how dumb it every time I hear that dumb song it so so so bad the vocals and everything now I don’t have a problem with the sharks it’s the song. It’s so bad and every other song too is terrible it brings me into fear of the poor kiddos suffering out there annoying there sibilings and parents the kids are getting baby shark brain washed. Still ads after paying!!. There are still ads even after paying for them to be removed. They are for other Pinkfong apps and they still open the annoying screen that only a parent can navigate. Also, as a teacher, none of the games are educational in any form or fashion. This is just a bunch of random mini games with zero educational function and ads on ads on ads! How is my child supposed to benefit from any of this?

Ads in paid version for kids game??. I paid for this app so my 2 year old could play without worrying about him clicking on any ads… and there are SO MANY ads still present in the paid version that it’s unusable. There is a full page ad that pops up when you open the app, followed by a windowed ad, and then there are like 3 ads that look like game options so kids will click on them. Really shameful to put so many ads in the PAID VERSION of a children's game. Wish I could get a refund because I had to delete the app. My son was constantly navigating away from the games because there are so many places to click ads. Too bad because the games are cute.

No pinkfong game registers purchases.. Purchased game for toddler. Got confirmation screen, purchase shows on my transaction history, but still get constant ads, games unavailable, etc. in short: nothing has changed. When trying to purchase again, it tells me I’ve already purchased it. Incredibly frustrating. My daughter is obsessed with baby shark (and loves everything pinkfong) but every time she opens the game, it always resulted in a serious tantrum… so the game was deleted. I’ve had other issues with pinkfong products & games, so I stopped buying their products (after spending hundreds of dollars). Now my daughter has to wait for me to 3D sculpt & print any baby shark toys (I’m a toy maker & 3D artist) - and, if needed, install any electronics into the toy. Unfortunately I don’t have the time to create games like this for her too. Really disappointing. I’ve noticed other people having similar issues on other games as well… so really not worth it, especially when you’re already dealing with the dreaded “terrible twos”. This one is a hard pass. I really wish Dragon Dee would release some mobile games in the US. Their stuff is way more appropriate anyways.

I’d give this 5 stars if it weren’t for the ads. The ads that pop up during this game, rated for 4+ year olds, are absolutely despicable. I looked over at my 2.5 year old child watching/clicking on an ad for an app that was encouraging him to push a lever to hang a doll from noose. This wasn’t the first inappropriate add to pop up on this app either. I cannot believe this type of advertisement would be shown on a child’s app ever, let alone a baby shark app geared towards younger users.

Good app. This is a good app, my baby sister likes it. I think there should maybe add some more vids instead of baby shark all the time, but this app is good and I like especially my little sister she’s obsessed with it

Terrible For Kids. This app is all ad-based, which is asinine considering it’s intended for kids. If your kid wants to use it you must constantly be attentive to it because the ads pop up out of nowhere and my three-year-old doesn’t understand how to close them. Furthermore, some of the ads are explicit and clearly geared toward parents. So unless you want to hang around and watch repetitive baby shark videos and games with your child, this app works only to frustrate. Thanks, PinkFong for giving us the most annoying piece of pop-culture since Spongebob and supporting it with an app that is NOT user friendly toward children. If I could give this zero stars I would.

Nothing wrong great app. So people kept saying inappropriate ads so I downloaded it to see if its true and when i saw a ad it showed just a learning app and other kid ads so i think you fixed it also my cousin loves this game ❤️

Very Buggy. My daughter loves this app but it shuts down often while she’s playing games. Used to work without internet now it doesn’t. Bought the no ads thing on 3 different devices and it’s buggy. One device it doesn’t work half the time and we still get ads another device has an ad before the app that my daughter clicked on that took her to another window. And the third device dies down lay the ads but has a black screen in between videos the same length as an ad. I also don’t like that a couple of the options in the same place as games is pretty much ads for other pink fong games but it looks like a game so my daughter clicks on them all the time, and gets upset. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone if my daughter didn’t baby shark so much I’d delete it.

Paid for Pinkfong+ but there's still ads. I paid for Pinkfong+ with the first bullet point being no ads in addition to access to all the Pinkfong apps. Even with the plus membership, there's still too many obnoxious ads that young ones won't know how to skip. They'll click on it and go to inappropriate content.

Crashes too often. I paid 1.99 to remove the ads that popped up frequently but now I am having issues with the app crashing and have to offload and redownload the app almost daily or it doesn’t work. My daughter loves this app but I am tempted to find her something else that I don’t have to reload everyday.

Disappointed. Here to rate this one star because since this game is targeted towards kids as an educational app you’d assume the ads would be targeted towards kids as well, right? WRONG. My 4 year old is now asking me why the cartoon got its head chopped off because they advertised a playable guillotine game ad. Now I feel compelled to remove the app from both of my girls tablets because I don’t want to have them exposed to that again.

Way too many ads!. You can’t X out quickly and of course if your child is holding your phone, they will inevitably hit the ad. The ads are for adults. (Candy Crush, Apparel Shopping) There should be a middle price point for ad removal.

Still ads. Paid for ad removal and we still get ads, my son is always asking for help because it takes him to whatever ad shows up if he clicks it. I even use guided access so he stays in the app and doesn’t find himself in another one. I would delete it but he loves watching the videos it’s just covered with ads, the games are very simple. He even gets bored with them quickly.

Still have ads. I paid for ‘no more ads ever’ and everytime my son opens the app he gets an add. He is 4 so doesn’t know how to get out of it. So frustrating and what a waste of my money.

Was a favourite till it stopped working. As of this week we now get a message when opening the app that minor bug fixes have been made and please update. Well we can't update as our child uses an older tablet (we don't give them new ones for obvious reasons). So the app is useless. I don't understand why you couldn't keep the older version functional the way it was....

Full of ads!. This is a kids app. I have many kids app, paid and unpaid that do not have ads! Kids (toddlers) who this is targeted to do not know how to navigate their way out of these annoying ads. Please make this a paid app upfront and remove the ads! Will be removing all apps by Pinkfong.

The game is good but the ads are TERRIBLE. The ads are every 5ish minutes and wont let you X out for 5+ minutes. My toddler gets very frustrated with it & so do I.

Candy Crush. Downloaded for kids to use but after one game, mandatory candy crush adds came on the screen and kept trying to download. Games themselves are good but don’t like the way advertisements take over the app.

Too many ads for kids game.. I understand that while free there are some ads but 2 yr olds should have to suffer through so many ads, let alone ads about casino games. :/ And yes it is buggy. Too bad because it’s otherwise very fun.

18+ Mature Ads. I downloaded this app for my young kids to enjoy and the occasional ad pops up, which I’m fine with, however the adult rated ads I can’t handle. It’s wrong to have ads like that on a popular kid song app. I deleted the app directly after the ad started.

CHILDREN STAY AWAY!. PLEASE stay away if your child will see this app! They have a constant reoccurring APP for a game that depicts a person hanging from a rope by their neck. The goal of the game in to slice the rope and free the person before they die. If there are multiple ropes, the person hangs and blood squirts out from their head. I am not joking! Please beware

Constant ads even after purchase. Ads don't go away even after purchasing the "remove ads" option. Makes the app unusable for a toddler when it is constantly opening safari pages. Just avoid this one

Not working. My kid keeps want me to open this app and it just won’t work. You get the start up screen and the music and I keep think oh it should work so I ignore it thinking it’s going to work. Nope that’s when the app just closes out and into the background. I tried everything I could think and nothing works.

75% adds, 25% games. This is supposed to be a kids app but pink fong’s primary focus is on selling more crap to your children instead of providing them with a fun, easy to use app. If my daughter wouldn’t get so upset over it, I’d remove all pink fong from her iPad.

App not working. This app is really cute but the only thing that has sound on it is the Merry Christmas one. My niece gets so upset when the other ones don’t work. Please fix this ASAP! I’m gonna have to get rid of the app if this continues.

Don’t download save yourself the headache. Don’t download unless you want ur toddler passing you their tablet every 15 seconds so you can skip an add that you have to wait 2 minutes to even skip. Also seems like it has viruses, a lot of adds for “free laptops” or dumb stuff like that pop up !

Don't buy a membership!. Purchased the "premium" membership for $60, and lost access the first time the apps updated with no way to restore purchases without logging into a website that endlessly loads and never logs in. Why not do it directly through Apple like all of my other apps? What a scam.

Inappropriate sexual advertising. The app is not bad and has simple games for children. But after testing it before letting my child use it, I was shocked to see adverts for a sex orientated game being advertised, that was very graphic and age inappropriate. Not suitable for children at all.

Won’t restore purchases. I paid to remove ads a few years ago. The app refuses to restore purchases and customer support will not email back.

Ads ads ads. Way too many ads and they get stuck and you have to close out the app. I will be deleting after 10 minutes of my son trying to use it.

Love the app but.... I love this app and so does my daughter but since it recently updated all it does is crash...it won’t even load anymore and I’ve done all the troubleshoots they suggest (multiple times) and it still crashes..won’t even load the app :(

Too many inappropriate ads. Don’t let the child play unsupervised. Money grubbing PinkFong have ads on bottom of the screen where it is easily tapped by child. Then they will place full screen ads intermittently that are inappropriate for intended age groups.

Great app. Fun app my daughter loves it BUT every time we try to use the story book game it will crash the whole app and close down

Disappointed. Way too many ads. My toddler doesn’t know how to turn off ads or not click them, and is immensely frustrated every time we use the app. Too bad, he’s a huge Baby Shark fan. I’d much rather pay $5 or $10 once for an ad-free experience.

Way too many ads, barely able to play.. The screen is littered with ads and between even 2 second game an unskippable ad pops up that your toddler WILL click on. These ads open other browsers and it’s all very predatory. Avoid this money grab. Would rate zero stars if I could.

False information. They offer an ad free option for 3.99 and it’s definitely not ad free at all. Just to open the app you get an add you have to watch in order to click and open the app. Not a kid friendly app and very disappointing. Definitely false advertising to go add free

Paying doesn’t get rid of ads. I paid the additional fee for no ads. Every time the song ends my toddler has a meltdown when a video comes up and then navigates away from the app. She doesn’t know enough to not click on the ad. So I paid the fee for no ads and guess what there are still ads. Don’t waste your money.

Kids love this but shady practices. Let’s put an add button right under the Home button so when kids hit home it puts you in a never ending ad cycle. I’m deleting this app just because I am tired of restarting it all the time. 1 Star for being jerks.

Ads are extremely inappropriate for children. One of the ads that came up was an emoji saying, “hey loser, haha loser” so that the kid hits the button to chop its head off with a guillotine and then on a pogo stick saying the same thing so that you would make it hop on spikes. Just awful. And another one stated in the corner 18+ for adult entertainment, with almost naked women and men. Insane that a children’s app would have ads like these. Just gross.

Loving the game but..... I bought this app for my brother to play with. He loves it! But I kind of hoped there would have been more games, you know to keep him occupied. Other than that, we love the game.

All the constant ads are just killer. You are bombarded with ads that freeze the game and I have an obsessed two year old who throws a fit when it does that.

App crashes and doesn’t work anymore. The app was fine for years until the last update. My phone os is up to date. It just crashes. My two year old is mad and doesn’t understand why he can’t use the baby shark app anymore. This is the source of many temper tantrums.

Don’t pay for ad free - ads still pop up. I have paid for this app for ad free on two occasions because for whatever reason it wouldn’t transfer the ad free through family sharing. Both times the ads stop for maybe a week then start popping up again.

Way too many ads not kid friendly. Not an app to give a child, too many ad options for them to stumble into that eventually have them making payments. Careless lazy design

Ads ruin all of it.. My daughter loves the whole pinkfong and baby shark franchise so I thought this would be a perfect app but you guys just don’t let up with the ads and treat it as if kids 2 and under know how to click the tiny x in the corner once they end.!

Baby shark. Loved this for my grandkids but since the new update, not so much. Now they need internet connection to play it. I have limited connection sources. So not a fan anymore. Need app that doesn’t require internet connection to play. Needs put back to the way it was. Frustrated

Remove ads is a scam. The ads for this game are completely inappropriate for a child’s game. Absolutely unacceptable. Even when you recognize the ploy to make money but decide to go ahead and pay to remove the ads, this only works for a couple of weeks then they come back even more inappropriate than before. Don’t bother with any of this nonsense

Stopped working. I’ve had this app for a couple of months and even paid to remove ads...But just recently opening the app for my grandson and the app turns off before the pink fong intro is done

Way too many ads for a children’s game.. This app has WAY to many ads for a children’s game. They pop practically after every activity and little kids have no idea what to do about them so it caused more frustration than anything else. Deleted the app because of it. Not worth it.

What’s the point?. I got this as a joke and you can just buy baby shark from iTunes, benefiting Pinkfong because we are giving them money. The best way to avoid the app is to download baby shark on your phone, as it is better than using an app to play the song/video. All of these baby shark apps are bad so this is as good as it gets. :|

Too many adds!. It would be a good app if there weren’t so many adds, I ended up deleting it off my phone because it was more frustration than enjoyment.

Crashing problems. Like the app a lot for my daughter but once i close the app if i go to open it again it crashes until i delete the app then re-download it.

App crashes. Paid to remove ads and then the app started shutting off right after it loads without being able to play anything. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still crashes.

Good app, bad ads. So basically the app is really great but the only issue is the ads. I’d recommend that you use the app without wifi because without wifi its no ads.

Crashes Immediately. Please fix this app. I just bought it and paid to remove ads but it doesn’t even work properly now. I literally got the app this week and my kid is frustrated she can’t use it. I have purchased so many Pinkfong apps for my child and it’s annoying when they don’t work as intended. PLEASE FIX IT ASAP.

Not working. App doesn’t work in offline mode ever since update. Probably because they want you to watch terrible ads. But I don’t allow my kids internet access and certainly don’t want them to mess with adult ads when they should be enjoying a kid’s game.
