Trialware. Have had this app for some time now (about a year) & have gotten some use from it. Now I’m getting nag screens telling me my trial is up. Either it has a hell of a long trial period, or this is a new development. At 2.99 a month I think I’ll stick to Trucker Path (free) & it has way more functionality.

Fellow Trucker. This app is very incorrectly putting false info out there for its users. I’ll be deleting and continuing to use Trucker Path!

Great to see reviews; would like directions added to app. Thank you for all the great reviews. Helped me and my hubby plan a road trip. Would like the app to include directions as one or two stops a bit difficult to find. Thank you!

Features. I love this app it has so many features to help you search is all of the parking in the areas you’re in along with non-namebrand truckstops also gives your detail reports when someone leaves them and shows every scale and tries to accurately predict whether it is open or close and does a pretty good job

Similar to Trucker Path. Yeah similar to Trucker Path app where drivers in real time can report scale status, open or closed. This app has a slight advantage over TP in that, you can click on the "plus sign" and report any dot activity in any area, immediately.

Love it!. It works great. The only time it was wrong was VA scale in I 77 were opening and closing. The rest of the time it work perfect.

Awesome App. I use this app along with another one and this is better hands down. I see a lot of crybaby truckers wining about a monthly fee, it’s a few bucks not a big deal. Maybe get a six inch sub instead of the footling. All-In-All this app rocks and rarely ever do I find something incorrect. Do keep In mind if something is incorrect it’s probably a driver that input something incorrectly. My only complaint is the remarks section for a location. I’ll leave comments and they never show up or if you want to read a review there’s nothing there. This is where the other app comes in handy cause you are able to leave comments and read comment per location. Please JACK REPORTS fix this part.

A great tool to have on the road to have on the road. This app is truly amazing it breaks down everything show you everything you could ever want and a truck driver whatever need to make his trips on the road easier thank you for creating this app .

Awesome. I love this app, I think it could be a bit more active just because I don’t get info on all the scales houses, but it is a helpful tool when it does come threw.

It used to be great... No updates in over a year and many things are broken. No more notifications about weigh stations open in the direction you’re traveling. Can’t enable notifications so you need to go through the setup every time you open the app. That’s dangerous to attempt when driving. Cancelling my subscription until they fix these issues.

Latest update. Jacks was top notch till the last update. Now I just as soon keep it off, it keeps coming up with notifications of inspections going on 30-40 Miles away, and you click on it and it says no police there and now I don't receive the notification of open scales

Time Zones / Location Detection. I must keep my phone on the time zone, in which I originate (Eastern). When I write a report however, Jack lists my phone’s present time, but should list the report as being from the present local time. Secondly, often when I am right up on a weigh station, Jack will not give me the option of choosing “open” or “closed”. This is vital information that helps other truckers “immediately” (by red high-lighting), the weigh station’s present status. The OPEN or CLOSED status should change immediately, to reflect current status, unless a scalemaster sympathizer deliberately puts in false information.

Oops something went wrong. I’m getting really tired of paying for this app. It used to work great. Now i keep getting maintenance breaks. I understand you have to do maintenance on apps every once in a while. But all week? And during the day when most drivers are driving? How much sense does that make? You charge 3 dollars a month for an app that doesn’t work when I need it. Start conducting maintenance late at night when there are only a few drivers on the road, not during the day when the majority of drivers drive. Common sense if you ask me.

Awful app. The app says it shows weight stations, rest areas, and truck stops but it doesn't. The app only shows weight stations. I had a difficult time trying to report a status of a weight station but could not figure out how. There is not report button on the app. I just gave up and deleted the app. Maybe other drivers have better success with the app but not me. I found Truckers Path to be better and more user friendly app.

Good Supportive.. %95 Perfect. I Like It. %5 Showed Open But When I Come Close To Weigh-Station, It Was Closed.

Features. All good but needs to have the ability to swipe left or right to view previous or next page.

Removed from phone, prices outdated. Overall I liked the app. I noticed that some prices were outdated. This weekend I had to drive the 60 miles to my rv so I went by a few Pilot stations showing outdated prices. I submitted updated prices, and 3 days later the app is still showing old price. With current pricing trends, I don’t want to make a decision on outdated data.

UNRELIABLE. If you’re a trucker, know that this app is unreliable. It may go down for a day or more and the “app support” doesn’t work and the contact link is a dead end. So when you really need to Find the nearest truck stop you may find it doesn’t work and you have no recourse but to unsubscribe as I did.

Good app but....... Good competition for Truckers Path. However, needs som improvements like being able to zoom without losing the auto center feature and a night mode.

Jack Reports Does NOT Rock Anymore. Traveler. Jack Reports was amazing. Especially driving during evacuations. The earlier one-touch version exhibited four main preloaded selections user friendly. Preloaded four main selections Trucks stops rated, majority gas station listed with prices and open or no fuel, food, and police. For instance, easier one-step select individual trucker stop icon to determine excellent, good, or truckers do not go there. The updated two step process receive initial info and then have to select “report”. No initial preloaded four selections you will find a list. Very few gas prices or mention fuel status. Too many different icons for truck stops as before selected auto info. Do not SS speedway. Always to know location police , and the badge icon gone. On the road, usually need to locate for nearest or feasible active site due to topography and road conditions. Lost ability to quickly zone in. Ruined.

Finally. An app to let me know about low bridges I deliver to restaurants and a lot of them are located in no truck roads so obviously I still have to use that road so truck gps are worthless to me but still need to know about low bridges Thank you so much for this app very helpful.

The PalmBeach Pinhooker. I amm a 2 gen driver if my Dad would have lived to be able to use this app while he was working! I’m going to say that every driver in the eastern U.S. would have been using it by now! Nothing like word of mouth advertising

Correction of weigh stations and scales. Needs to be more accurate with exact knowledgement of every location of every scale or weigh station if possible please. Thank you.

Hats off. Jacks is more then just an informational tool for me .. It brings a piece of mind and makes driving easier for me .. Buggy!! Lags!! Not ready for release!. I tried this app and it seems like the idea is great , but the makers have competition that are making a more stable app with a smoother experience. I would love to use this app when it is ready for release!

Making Jack report better. First, for some reason when you update the app it doesn’t do it instantaneously it’s to slow sometimes!!!! To make this app the ultimate app , I think getting cameras and discreetly hiding them in front of the open close sign on the waystation and publicizing it on this app would be the ultimate, I would even pay five dollars a month for that. I have a game cameras that will instantly send me pictures as soon as it is triggered, on that same camera you can set it up on field scan and it will kick on every so often however you set it up and send a picture to you from the cell service ,that would be great I’m sure there’s better stuff out there you could get, do this all over the country.

About the faults reports. There are a lot of faults reports about the scale is open and checking logs or any other thing or just the opposite ..

Jack reports. This is a great app.

Weight station. Doesn’t know about weight station correctly open or close it lies, it shows it closed but it was open.

Cameras!!!. There’s no way the D.O.T. is Going to let “anyone” set up cameras near the scale houses! The previous commenter needs to check himself! Use the Cat scale and make sure your equipment is good working order, and you will eliminate more than 90% of pull around’s. It’s called being a professional! It’s guy’s like this that got me to quit having a CB in my truck years ago.

Useful. I like the app when there is other drivers updating the route as they pass the ports. I have used the app several times when driving while out of hours and it hasn't failed me once. Cool app!!!

Not user friendly. Should be as simple as putting a destination in and clicking a button, but nooooo. I still can’t figure out how to use this

They request feedback.. I’m wondering if we have to pay to leave them feedback for the app as well. They charge for everything little thing the app supposedly does, and they still don’t listen to drivers. Don’t waste your time and money on this app.

Mr. Calgary trucker. Not easy to navigate hard to give updates when am driving about open scales. Alerts appear after am way past the scales.

Give False Info. I like the google map it uses but that all. The distance to each inspection station is off as far as 15 miles. Will say a scale is open when it's closed and vise versa by saying it's closed when they're open. Their are other apps much more reliable.
