Love Azazie. I was stressing about being able to find a bridesmaids dress in time when my friend changed her wedding from 2022 to this October, and I’ve already received my dress thanks to them! My dress was supposed to get here around July 20th and I got it at the end of June. The quality is so much better than I expected and the dress is so pretty. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again for future events! The app is also super easy to navigate. Literally no problem at any point with them.

My shipment was delayed due to the many challenges in the world right now; I promptly emailed Azazie. Sophie was professional, knowledgeable and service oriented. Super surprised!. I’m going to be a bridesmaid in December and I had been struggling looking for a nice burgandy dress in stores. So I decided if I didn’t find any in store I’d have to purchase one online. So I got on the App Store and searched up bridesmaid dresses and this app came up. I was hesitant but quickly made an account and the ease of access and filtering what you’re looking for in a dress was just divine! From the color, to the length, the occasion, the sleeves, the fabric, everything! I liked a few and saved them in my favorites, the time came and I didn’t find anything so I decided to choose one and give it a go. It stated from the moment of ordering it’d take 3 weeks for production (to be made) and minimum of a week to ship. The app’s notifications eased me so greatly! I received a notification when my order was confirmed, when it was starting production, when it was shipped and on its way, I literally received the dress so soon! So much sooner than expected, and once I opened it, it was well packaged and taken care of, I am super happy and immensely satisfied and would definitely purchase from this app again for future weddings I will be attending to future weddings to be in! Incredible Customer Service. Originally, my event was from 23 May 2020. I ordered my dress back in March. It was supposed to arrive last week. The FedEx tracking number said it arrived but nothing had come to my door. I checked the mailing address and I had typed my apartment complex address in incorrectly. My front office is closed right now due to COVID-19 and the door number I had put does not exist. I messaged Azazie right away. They responded within a few hours. They made sure I went through all the proper steps to try to find my package. Once those options were ruled out, they immediately filed a claim with FedEx and refunded me so I could re-order my dress. Sadly yet thankfully in this case, my friend’s wedding got postponed to December 2020. I had the refund in my paypal within one day. Their team was extremely professional and very courteous. Side note, their app is also incredibly easy to use. My friend gave us the color and fabric she wants, we pulled it into the filter and all our options were right there. You can even have sample dresses sent to you for only $10 if you can’t decide what style you like! Definitely will be recommending this app and company to friends in the future!

Mostly fantastic. Just before pressing the final order button, I wanted to reverify I had the correct size and color checked. I had to cancel the order and start from the very beginning of searching for the dress by length, color, etc. because the shopping cart emptied! Also I think if you order the sample dresses, you should get an incentive to order the dress... as in money off or free shipping. One last comment... Another wedding attendant wanted to try a couple of bridesmaids dresses but you didn't have either of her selections in reasonable sizes. So she went elsewhere to buy a dress. Just a thought about having more sizes to sample. If a size 16 woman only has a size 4 or size 8 to choose from, that simply doesn't work. Overall very happy with the way you operate though. Hope our order works out great.

Try on process. I feel like you should be able to order more than 3 Try On dresses at a time. By the time you place your order, wait for the dresses to arrive, try them on & take them back to an approved return center, it’s a span of several weeks. It would be much simpler if you could order 6, 9 or 12 dresses at a time, try them all on & return them all at once. I’m very busy & it takes months to do this process over and over again until you find a dress you actually want to order. Glad I started early!

Companies amazing but app needs patches. Love the company. They got my some try on dresses so I can make sure I get the right size for my dress. As a plus size woman, I’m glad there’s so many options. So excited for when my dress arrives. If the dress is as high quality as the ones I tried on, I am going to love it. As for the app, it looks nice and has a lot of great features. HOWEVER! It’s very glitchy when sorting, filtering or if u click on too many dresses while filtering/sorting. It definitely needs some patches. Good news is u don’t need a perfect app when your products are amazing!

App Problems, Not Company. The app has some configurability issues. For the student discount, you have to upload a photo that is less than 2MB. I don’t know if they’re just trying to make it more difficult but most cell phones capture photos at 2MB or higher. I think a coupon should be offered for leaving photos of the dresses as well, so that all dresses have reviews and photos on them.

I received three sample dresses to assess what my body size would be HA but really- received an email that there was a piece missing. A sort of small belt ? I didn't remember seeing it and was extremely Careful to place dresses back in the box right away so I wouldn't lose Something. Anyway it seems that they understood and I even said it could be my fault maybe something happened without me noticing ! But nicole assured me it was okay and she understood that it probably wasn't in the box shipped to me. I appreciated that she understood and didn't charge me anything for it! I was Scared I'd have to pay for two dresses, but they are wonderful people who seem to be honest and not just out for money! Thanks guys! Just ordered My Official bridesmaid dress. Deff get samples! Fun to try different styles.

Unable to view showroom in app. I’ve heard great things about this website so I am having my bridesmaids use it to order their dresses. I invited them all to join my showroom but am unable to access my showroom from the app. Every time I go to the page it asks me to log in, even when I am accessing it from my account, and after pressing it several times with nothing happening it finally changes to a screen that says an error has occurred. It then bumps me back to start the process all over again. I have has the app for a couple weeks and hoping it would get better with an update and maybe it was just a glitch, but am still unable to get it to work, which is a shame since that’s the whole reason I downloaded the app in the first place.

An Impressed Skeptic. Azazie has such a huge inventory at such low prices that I was definitely skeptical that their customer experience would be very good. But this app is fantastic. Very intuitive interface. I love the option to change from a grid view to a single image view when scrolling through search results - so amazing for use on a phone. I also love that the app keeps you signed in for a while - you don’t need to sign in every time you use it. Highly recommend the app over the website.

Variety Selection Easy to use APP. This APP made navigating the webpage very easy. Azazie has a convenient try on service for a small fee that allows you to see, feel, and try on dresses in the privacy of your home. The dresses are quality made. Make sure to read the product description to know the fabric type. There are tons of choices, colors, and all sizes for different body types. Be sure to order early as ground shipping may delay delivery.

Poor customer service. When updating my billing address and shipping address, app failed to saving shipping address. The dress was shipped and delivered to my former address used previously on app, which I failed to realize due to being out of town. Initial attempt to address customer service over the phone provided an estimated wait time of 5 min. However, wait time was over 25min before hanging up and attempting again later. Second attempt to contact customer service over the phone, experienced long wait time. When finally speaking with customer service, she was very condescending and unable to provide any resolution other than 15% off next dress. The dress is required next month, at this point I had to pay for a second dress with rushed shipping. Very displeased, and frustrating that a technical error is resulting in me spending 300 dollars. Prior to this experience, I highly recommended this app. I had my bridesmaids use for my wedding and I previously used for a different bridesmaid dress. Azazie provides a lot of options with dresses that are very cute. However, if anything goes wrong with an order requiring any customer service actions be prepared to extremely disappointing and spoken to in a condescending tone.

Azazie Stole my money. This page is hacked, or either. Azazie is a thief. They took money out of my account immediately after I submitted my order. I never received an order number or any form of confirmation for my order on my account. It says no order was placed. No purchase was made. I have been in contact with this company via email, and also through chat, they say they cannot find my order. This company took the cost of the dress as well as shipping fee out of my account within seconds. However, I have no proof from the Azazie that I ordered a dress except my statement from my account.

Extremely user friendly. I cannot say enough about how convenient it was to use this app to search for an order a custom fitted bridesmaid dress for my sister’s wedding. I especially love the ability to select various filters to find the exact right dress for me, as well as the attention to detail on the app itself. For example, the pictures of the dresses clearly show that the color of the dress is NOT THE SAME depending on what fabric you select— in addition to having big bold warnings about ordering the right color and fabric all over the site! The whole process (from ordering swatches, to two rounds of sample dresses, to communicating via e-chat with a CS representative to get a couple questions answered, to finally ordering the official custom fitted dress) was exceptionally easy and FAST. So happy that my sister selected Azazie!! Highly recommend!!!

Anxiety savior. I accidentally read the area on the signup wrong and put my email address instead of my shipping address 🙃, which then caused my account to be inactive. I reached out to the company and they were very helpful in not only switching my mistake, but also reassured me that any other orders created on other accounts I had setup would be delivered still to my shipping address, even though I had them deleted. I have been very anxious since becoming a bridesmaid and they put my anxiety to rest completely.

Great dresses, great prices, bad app. Azazie’s products are great — wonderful variety of affordable, customizable dresses in inclusive sizes. This app, however, leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to functionality and UI. In particular, the showroom feature doesn’t make much sense (why not just have a “favorites” page?) and being prompted with “are you sure you want to leave?” EVERY time you hit the back button when looking at a try-on dress is truly maddening. Also, having a spin-to-win pop-up in an app is super distracting.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Azazie!. First of all, they have a HUGE variety of dresses in a bunch of different colors! They have a small modesty section for anyone needing modest dresses, also their prices are very reasonable. Free custom sizing is an amazing feature! I only have one wish...that they start selling shoes! Also, my one critique of the site is that if you’re using it and then have to do something else on your phone, you can’t pick up where you left off. The app will restart and you will have to find your place again.

Claribel Mother of the Groom dress. Absolutely stunning dress! My niece is getting married in late October and my son in mid November so my sister told me about Azazie because her bridesmaids are using them! I fell in love with the dress and ordered swatches and a try on dress for size and fit. I loved it even more and received my dress for my sons wedding yesterday! It fits like a glove and I couldn’t be happier with my selection and the great customer service! Highly recommend and now I’m looking for a dress to wear on a trip next month that will include an outdoor cocktail party. The dresses for these other events are beautiful and unbelievably inexpensive!

Best Customer Service EVER!. It is rare to receive such high quality customer service for a company of this size in today’s commerce! Azazie went above and beyond to ensure my experience was considerate and personalized. Processing multiple returns and assisting with ordering several “try on at home” options could have not been any easier! The dress prices are reasonable and you save money on alterations when you purchase a custom dress fit to your measurements. I have been blown away by the level of conscientiousness the Azazie team has exercised in taking care of me as a customer. I highly recommend them!

Issues All Around…. 1. The app logs you out every time you leave, is slow, and has trouble performing basic functions like saving a dress to your “showroom”. 2. Shipping takes a very long time. I can understand if you have something custom-made, but if you order basic sizing like I did, it still took Azazie around 3 weeks to ship. 3. The bridesmaids’ dresses are all different shades even though we all ordered the same color and fabric. 4. I ordered a size up and it was still WAY too small. You may need to size up 2-3 sizes because the sizing chart is completely off. 5. Dresses look somewhat similar to the picture, but they’re off. Mine looked boxy and didn’t have the mermaid shape like in the picture. 6. The return process is painful, and they take 10% of what you paid no matter what. I did not get custom sizing because I knew that would be non-refundable if it didn’t fit, but I didn’t know they would take a portion regardless. I’m not usually one to complain or write negative reviews, but there has been so many issues with this site that I had to speak on it. Weddings are very expensive and we’re all struggling right now. Hope you guys find your dresses! ❤️

Best dress shop!. So I bought a dress back in 2021 , and I was able to customize it to my liking . I love this place I am again going to be a bridesmaid in December and I will be ordering a dress from them again. Let me just say I am a bbw im not 200lbs I am Welllllllllllllllll over it and I am talll and everything fit just right. The dress was still long adapted I altered it a-little more but I didn’t care I looked and felt beautiful. Thank you Azazie

Stress free weddings!!. I am in three different weddings this year and thankfully all three brides chose to use Azazie! Azazie makes dress shopping so simple and stress free. All I had to do was take my measurements in in the comfort of my own home, pick a few styles of dresses, and the size that fit closest to my measurements, and they arrived at my door a few days later. The nice thing about Azazie is that I can try on as many dresses as I want as many times as I want! So thankful for this app/company!!!

So pleased. I bought my Mother of the Groom dress through Azizie and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I opted for the custom fit. My first concern was the length because I’m 5.’11.5” tall plus I was wearing heels. They nailed the length. What impressed me the most however, was the fit! It was absolutely perfect. I’m 64 years old and have never gone bra less in my life. The dress I chose had to be worn without a bra. I sent my measurements in. When I got my dress and tried it on, it fit like a glove. It held my girls beautifully and I was completely confident all day long. It’s not an easy decision to buy a dress online, sight unseen for such an important occasion but I was super impressed with what I got. I took a leap of faith and I am glad I did! Everything I looked at in person didn’t come close to not only the quality of the dress, but also the price. I highly recommend going the custom route for a good fit.

Extremely limited try before buy inventory. I love Azazie. I love the lower prices. I love the try before you buy feature. I even love that they’ve extended return time during COVID. However, because of this extension to return dresses later, there is NOTHING available to try on. I’m shopping as both a maid of honor as well as a bride and there’s been nothing to try on. I’ve set up email alerts, an awesome feature, but literally everything within 2-3 size radius of my size is unavailable. And when something does come back, it’s gone within seconds. Please please add more inventory to try during this time!

Great Except Apple Pay. The app is great and offers a lot of features, making it easy to shop and save your favorites. It does log you out frequently, which is annoying. My main reason for giving 4 stars is that i tried multiple times to place an order using apple pay, and even though it told me it was confirm, I never received confirmation nor moved on from the payment screen. In order to actually place the order, I have to manually enter my credit card info. Not a huge thing, but also annoying.

YES YES YES. My sisters getting married in September and as the Maid of Honor I was a bit hesitant to get our dresses off of a sight, not being able to try them on to see the fit, quality, and color etc. ALTHOUGH I was soooo wrong, and I’m so happy we ended up using Azazie for our dresses! They look PERFECT! Amazing quality, and you’re able to put your own measurements in and everything! I couldn’t be more happy! Thank you! P.S. I’d also recommend making a “party” and inviting the wedding party to it so you can be sure all your dresses come out the same color!

At home try on NOT worth it. Better off buying and returning if it doesn’t fit.. Why offer an at home try on before actually buying the dress if you don’t have all the sizes in stock. What good does an at home try on to me if every size in any color of a dress is sold out?? The try on I did end up doing was stressful and not user friendly. You have to take it to one of their approved locations. Which for me was a GameStop (why?) and you HAVE to do it a within a week of receiving it no exceptions so you better make sure you aren’t going away for any amount of time because my package arrived earlier than it said it would and I was away so I had to scramble to get it mailed back in time because the APP AND WEBSITE CRASHED EVERY TIME I TRIED TO REQUEST AN EXTENSION.

Great app, but need more available options. For my wedding, we are going with Cabernet and Dark Navy for our colors. This app makes the whole coordination process MUCH easier, definitely! The tough part was finding dresses that had our sizes available to even be able to “Try on at Home”. Many of the bridesmaids dresses were extremely limited on available sizes or were just flat out unavailable to even look at in person. For us, we didn’t care at all which color the dresses were for us to try on; we were more interested in getting to see the look of the dress on and making sure that everyone got the right size, but the choice of color was even more limited than finding a sample dress in a close size (if that even matters for you). The only other thing is (more of a bummer, not a huge deal really) that I personality wish that Azazie had shades of each of the colors. They DO have a ton of colors; don’t get me wrong. What I mean is that I wish they had different SHADES of each color so I could have had each of my bridesmaids choose their own choice shade of Cabernet. That way their dresses wouldn’t look too ‘unsimilar’, their bouquets would tie their colors all together and they would get to choose from a small selection instead of having no say in their color of dress. Otherwise, great app!!

Nice dresses, try on is a PITA. The site offers 3 try-on dresses for $20. The trick is finding three available at the same time. I had to pay $10 for each individual dress I tried on due to availability, and after a while that adds up! Especially since I took any color available just to see how the dress fit. That means no discount if I purchase a dress in a different color, because I’m not keeping the try-on dress. You have to grab them asap when you’re notified that they are available for try-on, before someone else puts it in their cart. The dresses are pretty and seem to be well made. Returning try-on dresses is not a problem. I just miss the days when I could go to a store and try on 8 dresses all at one time for free. Hoping one of the dresses I try on will make it worth the cost. 🤞🏼

Best App For Bridesmaids!!. I’ve shopped for my bridesmaids dresses for a few weddings now using Azazie and I have yet to find a site easier and more convenient to use. You can rent a Try-On dress for $10 to see if you like the style on your body, and what’s even better is that if you order 3 Try-On dresses, instead of being $10 each dress, you only end up paying $20. I’ve tried on dozens at this point and I am always blown away with the quality, comfort, prices, and size accuracy across the board of all the different silhouettes. Filtering through the dresses based on certain color palettes, fabric types, or embellishments is so insanely easy. And if you’re in a wedding where all the brides have to wear the same color, but different styles, you can start a collaboration list to see whose choosing what! I absolutely love this app. They’ve truly thought of everything. And their customer service is great as well! I will be using Azazie forever!

Highly recommend. I absolutely love this app! The swatches and fabric on dresses matched perfectly. The try on dresses came in a timely manner and give you plenty of time to try on before sending back. I have girls in my bridal party of several sizes and body types, they offer choices for everyone & all dresses fit my girls perfectly (except the length but we knew going into this that they would be long). Offering bow ties, shawls, and sashes to match the dress colors was a Godsend too. The prices are affordable & every single thing we've ordered has come earlier than expected! I'll be telling every bride I meet to check them out

Used for years. LOVE the service, app could improve. I’ve used Azazie for bridesmaid dresses multiple times since 2015. I have friends who have used Azazie for their wedding dress. I’ve always been incredibly satisfied with their products and customer service! However, I think the app could improve a bit. I can’t view my cart without logging in, and finding the product I’m looking for was challenging at times. It didn’t feel intuitive to search for the dress I wanted

Great Experience. Gonna be honest, I downloaded the app just to leave a good review. I wasn’t that concerned about it earlier this year when I ordered the dress in November for a March wedding. But then I was in a wedding last week. And the bride had chosen a David’s Bridal dress. There were 8 bridesmaids in total. Every. Single. One of us had a bad experience with David’s Bridal. Azazie was an absolute dream in comparison. I was given shipping updates. The dress was the correct size. The dress arrived in time to be altered. It arrived in time for the actual wedding. These things were not true of my experience with David’s Bridal. I will highly recommend Azazie to future bride’s to be.

The best bridesmaid dress retailer around!. I got married over this past weekend March 2018. My girls’ dresses were amazing! We’ve all previously been in weddings that required us to spend a large sum of money on a dress that’s made with terrible quality and we’d never wear again. We were excited to see that you could have your dress made to your personalized measurements for the same price as buying an off the rack stock size. The company is fantastic and my girls loved their dresses. They were so affordable especially when compared to all major retailers. I wanted to make sure my girls wouldn’t be out a ton of money for a 6 hour affair. You can’t go anywhere and get a custom bridesmaids dress for less than $130. Not only was the quality wonderful and the company quick but the customer service is spot on. They have been so unbelievably accommodating! The dresses came after 2-3 weeks. Best value ever! Wish this company was around for all my days as a bridesmaid... I could’ve saved thousands! Love love love! Couldn’t recommend them enough!!!

Love the app. I enjoy the app and like the so many inspiration and choices! I also would like to point out, when trying to add things to the cart, it may be a glitch, I don’t know. I was trying to order some swatches and trying to add more than one took forever it kept saying “processing” so I had to force close the app to be able to add each swatch. Luckily, it saved what’s in my cart so I was able to make my purchase. Overall, it’s a good app, just need small adjustments. :)

BEST APP. The quality of dresses are AMAZING. They have the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. I had a problem with FedEx not delivering some dresses I ordered (messed up in their end). And the Azazie people were so accommodating and didn’t charge me even though I didn’t receive the dresses for a long time. Eventually fedex got it right and I sent them back to Azazie but they saved me about 350$!! They are so understanding. And there are so many options to choose from! I just wish they had more options for babies and toddlers. And then for pre teens for flower girls. My favorite thing is that they had matching ties and bow ties for the men!! I was so worried about finding the right color tie I didn’t even realize they have an entire section just for that! Truly can get everything in one place. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Wish I had gone to David’s Bridal. I am a bridesmaid is my sister’s wedding. She chose Azazie to keep costs down. I ordered a dress to try on before ordering, like suggested. The dress fit great! I ordered that exact size in the color I needed. It does not fit! I had to take it to an alteration shop the back strap is 3 inches too short and the shoulder strap is an inch too short. I also custom ordered my daughter’s dress from them. Measured her with a little give. Her dress came in and doesn’t fit either! It’s too tight. And there is very little room to let it out. How does that happen when you measure with some extra give? I wish I had gone to David’s Bridal. The price would have evened out with all the alterations I am having to have made.

Just ok App. The app is very glitchy…using the latest software version of iPhone (13Pro). Makes shopping the app frustrating…but I feel the website is glitchy too. The checkout process on the app is easy though, and I appreciate that. But the app could be better. I wish you could scroll left/right on the photo to see the dresses, instead of having to click the link and open the dress, then traverse back to the main page again.

Osten/Knight wedding in Texas. We had my daughters wedding last weekend. Everybody commented on how beautiful the bridesmaids dresses were and couldn’t believe that we ordered from an online company! Everything described on the website is exactly what you get! You can’t find the amount of options for style and color in any dress shop. We did the color swatches and ordered the samples just like recommended, it couldn’t have been any easier. The quality of the dresses for that price is unheard of! I would highly recommend this company!

Try on dresses. Not sure why I can buy the dress in my size and color but I can’t try it on in my size and color… Also don’t have the option to pay with Apple Pay if it’s not going to work at all. Other than that, the dresses that I have gotten from here are pretty and work for what they’re needed for. Just kind of annoyed that I have to spend $300 to try on 3 dresses because the option to try them on in the size and color isn’t available

It’s a site…. So I like the site, but just like others, it has its issues. It’s annoying when you switch to another app, or even text someone, and it resets the page you on back to the beginning. Other then that it’s ok. Company wise, the fact that you can’t get sample dresses for weeks makes it really hard to want to order from this site. It’s like they never had the one that any of us were looking for in my size, but definitely available in tiny sizes. Word of advice for anyone getting sample dresses…. Once you get the notification that it’s in do not wait to get it or it’ll be gone in minutes!!

Highly Inefficient. My dress was lost by FedEx (so I don’t blame azazie for that) and even though I had already completed an investigation with FedEx as to what happened to my dress, azazie went out and did another investigation even though I provided them the information I received from FedEx. I wasted 3 weeks because an azazie worker told me it was best to wait so they could send me another dress of the investigation determined the dress was lost. I already knew it was lost but decided to go along with it. They finally emailed saying it was lost and that I would have to reorder rather than them simply sending me another one so I wouldn’t have to pay again. Would’ve been much easier if they had just sent another instead of me reordering a dress and waiting for the refund to process.

Absolutely Amazing!. I bought dresses for myself and my two daughters for my sister’s wedding. We were blown away by the prices, perfect sizing, and quality! All three of our dresses were stunning. It rained the day of the wedding and we all got wet and muddy. I washed and dried the dresses in our washing machine and they still look perfect! Unbeatable quality for every body style. So impressed by this company.

Beautiful dresses. I’ve used the try on at home service which was really neat because I got to try on different styles and see how each of them would fit. I love that you can shop by color to see all the styles available. I’m in a wedding in which the color is the same but we can choose which dress we want. You can get free color swatches, dress dust bags, and awesome customer support!!! Thanks Azazie!!!!

Custom ordering on this site is a SCAM!. My sister is getting married in mid October. We decided to go with Azazie to purchase our bridesmaid dresses. I downloaded this app in hopes that I could make purchasing (and getting in touch with customer service) a bit easier. So far it’s been a total bust! This is a stressful time for us, and Azazie has not made any attempts to respond to either of the messages I’ve sent them about my custom ordered dresses. I could go on and on about my experience, but I’ll leave you with this. …. I FIRMLY believe this company is fraudulent. I do NOT believe they are making these dresses to your custom size, and instead send you a dress that they think is the closest fit to your measurements. But once you order “custom”, you “can not return it”. Before you make any assumptions about this review —— all 4 of my sister’s bridesmaids ordered “custom” dresses. ALL of our orders came to us LARGE, and almost falling off. It’s ridiculous!

Buyer Beware. I ordered a dress from Azazie for my SIL's wedding. I ordered a dress that, when I got it and tried it on, it was literally falling off my body. I used my measurements when ordering the dress. Although the dress looks lovely on the hanger, I cannot wear it to the wedding. I called the company to see if they can help me. The wedding is still 3 1/2 weeks away. They were not willing to do anything. They only suggested altering the dress. The amount of alterations alone would be a similar price to the dress. They were even talking about doing an investigation to see if the returned dress was faulty to be able to give me a full refund, even though it was a standard order dress and their site says it should be a full refund.

The best bridesmaid app. This is going to be a long one! I have been a bridesmaid 16 times this coming April. I have worn any dress, you name it I’ve worn it. When it comes to the dresses, Azazie has the best pricing, colors, sizing, and styles. I love that you can order sample dresses for 10 dollars with free shipping and free returns. The return label comes in the box, y’all! You try the dress on, do a few twirls infront of your mirror, fold it back up, put it in the box, tape it shut, slap the return label on and take it to the fed-ex store! Now with my own wedding in May 2021, I had my girls order their dresses and holy cow Azazie KILLED IT on the colors!! We ordered Daffodil yellow, and it’s gorgeous!! We had our groomsmen order their matching vests and ties too! If you have any doubts and fell that you need to go to the big box store *cough* David’s *cough* Bridal... freaking don’t go there! The dresses I was told to order from that place were overprice trash. They ripped, the zippers broke and did I mention they are HUGELY overpriced!! Also, Azazie let’s you order the dress size you want instead of being promoted by a sales associate to buy a bigger size just so they can change you for in house alterations. $$$$$$ Long story short, this is one of the best online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Give this store a chance, order a sample dress and prepare to be AMAZED! Hope this helps!

Overall great! App needs some work. I’ve been a bridesmaid twice now and purchased my dresses and my daughter’s dress through Azazie and the shipping has been great. I’ve gotten everything quickly and the dresses a nice quality considering the low cost. The app itself can use some work. A lot of the buttons and options at the header of the app don’t take into consideration the header of your phone and it means I can’t tap on my bag, setting or the menu without fighting it (because all of my phone info is there and takes priority. It also signs me out all the time. Other than that, I do love it.

Amazing dresses! Glitchy app. Honestly amazing colors, selection, swatches, and dress variety. The tax and shipping end up being a little under $20 so be prepared for that. But you get your custom measurements included in that which is awesome. The app itself is glitchy. Very glitchy. It’s kicks you out a lot, sometimes doesn’t show review photos, will leave you left on a blank screen or will not pick up where you left off. But the products are amazing.

Worst app. Azazie products seem great, haven’t bought anything yet but I’ve ordered dresses to try on. The azazie app however is probably the worst app ever made. Literally every time I use it there’s numerous glitches and errors. Currently trying to order a colour swatch and I can’t. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app numerous times and have updated it whenever I can. 1/5

Horrible customer service: Paid for 2 dresses and only received 1. Ordered a first dressed that got lost in transportation but I only found out after inquiring 4 months later because tracking system read in production. They told me to reorder with a 10% discount for my trouble so I did right away but never got reimbursed for my first order. Now they are arguing they did but never got my money back yet they definitely took my money again for my second order. Email exchanges take several days to get answers and are always unapologetic and useless. I will never recommend simply for their poor customer service. It’s to bad because the product and the price is decent.

My maid of honour is a plus size woman as am I, which shouldn’t be an issue, but she has ordered her dress FOUR TIMES! & they STILL got it wrong. I don’t know if they have chimpanzees working on the dresses or what but as a company who is supposed to pride themselves on making dresses for women of ALL SIZES, these guys don’t have a fricken clue. trying on dresses is a breeze, but app is clunky. They make ordering dresses to try on so easy and inexpensive and easy to return. I’ve really appreciated that whole experience. And as the maid of honor it was neat to have a showroom so that we could all get matching colors but different styles. The only thing is that the app loses your place so often every time you leave the app which is annoying!

I love Azazie!!!. All of my bridesmaids ordered different dresses in the same color. Some even went to different stores to purchase their dresses. The option to try on a dress delivered to your home for $10 is great and convenient for busy bodies. I must advise to make sure to have someone take your measurements and compare the size chart. We only needed to change a hem line on two dresses and that was pretty much it.

Brilliant. This app made my sister's wedding so easy and fun to pick dresses out. Brilliant idea, search filters work great, beautiful gowns, incredible prices, and I love the review section. Only browsed the site. Even though I have only browse the site I love what I see and I love reading the reviews of women who have purchased a dress from there and sent him the pictures as well I just recently ordered a try before you buy it myself so we’ll see how that turns out

Decent. The app is good but it bothers me that you can’t select multiple colors. We’re still deciding and it would be nice to see the dresses in different shades side by side instead of only being able to select one

Wonderful customer service. Their customer service has exceeded my expectations! When I had an issue with my dress they were very understanding and worked with me to fix the issue. Would definitely recommend Azazie for bridesmaid dresses. Fast shipping and great quality dresses.

Order way ahead. My friend is getting married in October and asked all of us bridesmaids to choose a dress from this website. The try before you buy option is nice IF you can get the choices you want. It’s been 3 weeks and the dresses that I have picked still are unavailable to try. I had to get three that I don’t really want just to get an idea on sizing and material. Not impressed so far.

It’s fine. The dresses that I’ve tried on were very high quality and true to size. Only reason it’s 4 stars is because it logs me out every single time I go in to the app. Won’t be using again after this wedding.

Randomly buggy, removes products from cart. Love the company, but the app could use some tune-ups. It’ll randomly disconnect you from whatever you were doing, even when I know I have a reliable service connection. Make a showroom to put all your favs in, don’t rely on the cart. Often times it’ll log you out, so have login info at the ready. Quality is great, but the app itself is lacking refinement.

Great Value!. I was pretty apprehensive about buying a bridesmaid dress online BUT! The sample program is GREAT! I loved being able to order samples in my size to try in my own home without pushy saleswomen! Quality is great! And even with ordering several samples, the total was still less than buying at a retail store or boutique!

UI glitch. Having the app was very convenient shopping for a busy person. However, when I got down to choosing my dresses, I got stuck in an interface loop going between “try-on dress” and “purchase now” dress. To get out of loop I hit the back button until I got to the main page to start again. -2 stars.

Dresses. I used Azazie before on my bridesmaids dresses which turned out to be fantastic and beautiful. It was no surprise to me when I needed to purchase a dress for a wedding that I would naturally go straight to them. I even told some of the ladies in my office when I showed them the dress and they wanted to know where I was getting it from. Must use Azazie.

Bridesmaid dresses without the hassle. Dresses from this site made my wedding that much better. Mother of the bride dresses were beautiful and my bridesmaids were breathtaking. Fast, easy shipping, and I’m thankful for the “ready to ship” dresses for last minute additions. I will say the dresses run small, so definitely read the sizing guide for correct sizes!

Will always recommend!. Azazie has been a savior for my wedding. Things do tend to take a little longer than normal, so I would definitely plan ahead. However the try on at home dress, was a amazing perk! The swatches as well.. I am 100% recommending them to anyone!

Meh.. The dresses and prices are great. The website is great! The app is not the best though. The pictures NEVER load. Obviously pictures are the most important part. If I don’t know what I’m looking at because I can’t see it then I won’t use the app at all. The app would probably be awesome and much easier to use than the website if only the pictures would load.

This app is a game changer. This is my second go around as a bridesmaid and holy cow! This app can sort out everything. I’m very pleased with how I was able to sort through by the color my bride wanted. The website is great, but the app is 💯 worth it.

The app is easy to use, their customer service has been super helpful with answering my questions, a huge variety of dresses to pick from, and I LOVE that you can try on dresses AND they have models in the dresses that have curves.

Super surprised!. I absolutely love this app! I didn’t think I would and I get so nervous going into stores to try on the wedding dresses but this app make everything so much easier for me and they have a great selection and great prices! I highly suggest it!

Great App. I’m the father of the groom; however, my two daughters are bridesmaids and we used your app to learn to measure; and again to order sample dresses to match the measurements. Your app is super easy to use...my only recommendation is to allow someone to filter “all bridesmaids dresses” based on their base size. You can do it with the sample dresses but not the regular dresses. All in all, though, superb job on the app.

Pros and Cons. It is easier to use the app than to use the mobile version of the website. The app has helpful features, but there is lots of room for improvement on ease of usability. The fact that it doesn’t save your credit card is sooo annoying. And it always glitches and restarts and signs me out. If you are bridesmaid who needs to order a dress from this company, I would still recommend the app.

Good idea poor delivery. The whole idea is fantastic, wish I knew about that when I got married. But the delivery is a mess, there’s not even one time that I order without problems, 2/3 I got my delivery but for my real dress I didn’t and took them over 1 whole week to even respond my email and they still haven’t issued my refund. Very disappointing! Great website just wish they could work with a better carrier.

Buy swatches!. I’ve purchased bridesmaid dresses from Azazie before and the dresses were great quality and fit great, I only had to have it hemmed. I’m using them for my own wedding since my bridesmaids are all over the country. My only recommendation is to buy the color swatches before picking a color. Some of the colors on the website/app don’t match what they actually look like in person. Otherwise a really great site with great dresses!

The Website Is Better. This app works fine for browsing dresses, but that’s about it. My two major issues are: (1) how slow it is to toggle between your showroom and looking at the individual dresses your saved and (2) it doesn’t accept coupon codes (gives message that they’ve expired or already been used). Use the website, it is SO much better than this app!

LOVE THIS SITE!!. I ordered a few dresses over Covid and they came in before the expected delivery date. All my bridesmaid dresses (I’m in a few weddings this year) are made with great quality. If your confident in the style, I recommend ordering the custom fit. I’m indecisive, so I ordered a few in the colors I needed in the standard fit and returned the ones I didn’t want just fine.

Great to Try On Before Buying!. My 2 daughters and I are bridesmaids/matron of honor. We were able to try on at home 14 dresses between the 3 of us for different styles and sizes within a period of 3 weeks. The dresses are of great quality. We then ordered custom sizing and got our dresses to perfectly fit us. The Azazie app is fantastic!

Love this app. I love this app and this retailer. The quality for the price is absolutely amazing. The try on program is so convenient and makes it easier to choose a dress online without worry. The app is very user friendly.

It gets the job done, but *terrible* UI. Every time you log in to the app, if you close the app and open it again it will log you out. When scrolling it will continue showing the same 15 dresses over and over again. Adjusting your cart (taking stuff out) is more difficult than is necessary. If I wasn’t in such a rush I would have rather used a computer. If you can access Azazie on a computer, don’t waste your time or storage space downloading this app.

Unable to log in. I have tried to log in several times now. The app continues to say “unable to connect to server” however, I am able to log in on the website, which defeats the purpose of the app. Very frustrating. I have deleted entirely and reinstalled and it is still saying the same thing. Will end up fully deleting unless the issue is fixed which is unfortunate.

Definitely recommend. I’ve ordered multiple dresses from Azazie and every one of them has been such good quality & ships faster than any other company! Definitely recommend , the easiest process ever!!!

Bridesmaids. This app is the best thing ever. Our bride picked the color she wanted we were all able to link up so we didn’t have the same style and the try on process is amazing and so easy to use!

Faulty App. The app crashes a lot and resets without notice. I was in the process of payment, turned off my phone to get my credit card, and when I turned my phone back on, my cart was empty. Hours were wasted pouring over the selections and selecting the three dressesI wanted to try on. I wish a little more thought was put into the user experience of the app.

Eh. It’s ok but I’m not a fan of ordering online. It’s kind of hard to shop by specific styles and ordering was a pain. Like the idea of custom sizing but the standard is definitely more fit to women with hourglass shapes and more petite heights. I’m thankful it wasn’t more trouble than it already was finding a dress during a pandemic but this was exhausting and honestly the ordering process was hard and frustrating...

The best. I used Azazie to order my bridesmaids dresses/ grooms & groomsmen ties, and holy cow I am BLOWN away. The dresses are absolutely beautiful, great quality, and reasonably priced. I was apprehensive ordering online at first, but my girls who did the custom sizing fit perfectly! Also, my girls who chose to use their pant size for sizing dresses also fit perfectly!!!! Please save yourself stress and money and go with Azazie! It has helped me tremendously:)

Frustrating to navigate. Dresses are beautiful but this review is about the app. It’s hard to go back and exit out after reviewing a dress. It’s frustrating I keep hitting the X or the back button multiple times and sometimes it won’t work at all and I have to exit out of the app then go back . I’m also having trouble finding the dresses I saved.

Return is difficult. I ordered a TRY ON dress. It arrived on time and was very nice. It did not fit me well so I am returning it. I am having a hard time getting a return slip. The person I got on the live chat told me she cannot help. There is a place on the return site page that tells me to click the item I want to return, but it won’t register. I hope someone sends me a return slip soon because I will be forced to pay for the dress if I don’t return it on time.

Great but .... As a 2021 bride I love the affordability of all the dresses on this site! There are so many to choose from. The only downside is that I wish they would have a “recommended accessories” section to help with selecting a veil or jewelry that would look good with each dress. I’m not great at knowing how to pair veils and dresses and I don’t want to order them return if I don’t like them together and I know they don’t want that either. That one little thing would make the app perfect!

Not user friendly. The app crashes if you’re on it for more than 20 minutes, when scrolling I would see the same dresses multiple times, I’m not even sure I got to see them all due to app crashing and things not loading, the selected preferences don’t work. I would select my size and then multiple times I would click on a dress and they would not have my selected size available.

Best Bridesmaid Dresses. I was married in March of 2018 and chose Navy blue Bridesmaid dresses. We had a huge bridal party. Everyone wore a different style and everyone was gorgeous and happy with their service and their dress. My sister in law is getting married in October and chose burgundy. I am in her bridal party and I just received mine and it fits and is beautiful. I highly recommend Azazie!

Requires access to direct messages on Twitter - canceling pop ups does not work. Hi, I just downloaded the app onto an iPhone and an iPad. I found a couple of issues with social media sharing. First off, to simply share a dress via Twitter, the app requires direct message access to the linked Twitter account. This seems excessive, and I have rarely (if ever) seen a shopping app ask for this permission. In addition, with both the Facebook and Twitter options, if the user selects “Cancel” from the pop-up, the Auth login prompt is still displayed. What’s the point of the “cancel” then?

Be sure to get Swatches! Colors look different on the computer!. The swatches are a good size with all of the types of fabric used for different style dresses. And they’re only $2. I highly recommend getting them. I ordered a dress in Ink Blue. It looks Teal on the site. It’s not. It’s Dark Blue. I had already purchased my shoes (Teal) when I received the swatch. Now I’m going to have to dye my shoes. But not a huge expense. So PLEASE get the swatches first!!

Easy to use, but….. This app is great and easy to use. But I wish there was a feature that allowed you to search tryons that were actually available in stock. I could search by availability and size, but every time the majority I clicked on were not actually in stock.

Paying to try on dresses without credit towards the dress. I though this company was horrible. I would never use it again. The fact that I have to pay $10 to try on each dress and more inconveniently return them with no credit available for a new dress. I was not impressed in the slightest. The dresses don’t all fit the same, they’re cheaply made, and are too long. I highly do not recommend this joke of a site for anything!

Making the process easy. This is my first time ever being in a wedding so I was a little stressed about the bridesmaid dresses and how that would all work. The app makes it so easy!! Tons of filters to help you find the perfect dress and a variety of gorgeous colors. Surprisingly inexpensive given the dresses.

App review. I have heard great things about the dresses my friends have ordered from Azazie so I’m looking forward to a quality product but the app is not user friendly. The filters do not include all of the options that are available, it’s not the most intuitive platform, and the Apple Pay option did not work. I was frustrated with using the app but I am hoping the product is better than the app experience makes me believe.
