Great game. I love this game and played it a lot. However, i have had to severely cut back to only being able to play a couple times a month because it gets very expensive! The gem and energy packages you offer to purchase are very very expensive and that adds up very fast! Now with the COVID-19 pandemic, and many people being out of work and can’t even afford groceries, I have had to really cut back. Your packages should even be cheaper for what you get or give more gems and especially energy for the same amount you are charging. I have been playing for a while and love it, it’s very entertaining and challenging. Maybe you should also make the challenges a bit easier so you don’t have to use so much energy and gems to complete them. Also, maybe you should allow the players to cash in the coins for energy and gems to help cut down on the cost. I have 3M coins and can’t use them for anything. I don’t want to think about having to give up on this game and lose all my years of progress but if the cost can’t be cut, I will have to. Thank you!

Love it but.... I 100% agree the unspeakable gamers review! I have spent a LOT (over $200) of money buying gems and energy and I just can’t spend any more. I don’t mind spending a little here and there to support the development but I can’t spend that much. You get 1.5 energy every how ever many it says but to clear 1 rock is 45-90 energy units. I’ve found all the campfires and stoves to gain energy but still not enough for a “satisfying” round of play as it depletes so quickly. I’ve deleted the game and started over because I missed it but I’m going to have to say no to spending any more money. And then the merchant ship comes but leaves before you have time to make everything it wants because you need more workers to run all the work but you can’t finish the apartment building to gain more workers because you have to fill the ship so you get the shelving for the apartment building. I enjoy the challenge and the variety but getting WAY to expensive to continue. Just updated the app. The Independence day celebration and the park were a promising start but 15 mogle gogles, 10 cardboard, and 5 nails to knock down one gate???? Geez! Thanks but no thanks! I appreciate all the vases and cases but no energy or actual needed items in them...sorry but I’m probably deleting this game. Just too expensive to continue.

I’m about done with this game. Virtually every review I’ve read talks about needing to be able to collect more energy than about 54 at a time. Instead of improving this feature of the game, to allow for longer play time, they rely on the impatience of those willing & ABLE to spend real money to turn into energy. Additionally, this last event, Pearl Mazes, cost more energy needed to clear each section than previous events, but you didn’t realize it until you already invested a good deal of energy, only to find it was a dead end!!!! There are other games with better rewards that I play and patience and strategy is also used without the need to spend real money. I was hugely disappointed in the rewards from this event, and with the update, it looks like we’re now going to have to “repair” more things to use them! I’ve all but abandoned the garden since the fountains & hot houses cost so much to repair. It’s ridiculous! I as well as others also wonder why there aren’t any mini puzzles to help release the trapped character..... rewarding players who correctly select the right choice, could perhaps get additional energy. The goods needed for the cauldron to make energy run out fast and don’t replenish without spending energy to find them! Shooting the deer or bear requires more energy than you get from cooking the steaks! Ludicrous!! Please don’t send one of your canned responses either!

Fun but not 😅. This game is really fun. Just like other games that are similar, you get 1 energy every 1.5 mins, you have a farm, animals, build buildings and can essentially cook and create things from the ground up. There is a map you get to go to different areas. Only thing with this is you can’t go back to those locations once you leave which is kinda dumb imo. That’s a lot of RSS missed out on in the beginning if you don’t know this. The level climb is really slow as well and the energy you get per level makes the game, at times, unfun to play since it takes days to clear just a little patch of trees. You have the option to use gems which can be bought with real money or slowly earned through leveling and some events/jobs but honestly it’s not worth it if you need items that can be bought only with gems which are a lot. At level 16 you only have 52 every you can use without add ones such as food, candy from animals and the sweets shop mini game that has like a 4-5 hour cool down which only gives between 0-45ish energy. So when it costs 65 energy to chop down one tree, you can see the concern that a lot of these reviews are talking about. The game is fun and the story is cute but this isn’t a full time game. More of a, I’m sitting on hold for 10min and want something to do while I wait” game. Get the energy consumption under control a bit more and I think the ratings would sky rocket.

Love the game!. Love the game. . . . But, there is always a but. Suffice to say, the game is fun, challenging and entertaining, however, the ships to earn tools or supplies, demand too many of one item or a combination of items requiring you use one item to make another, case in point, cargo requested, pumpkins, and pumpkin pie, it’s very hard to grow enough pumpkins to make pies and keep pumpkins in stock when they take so long to grow, and use so many to make a pie, quite frankly and I have done this, one pumpkin in real life can make many pies, so one pie is sufficient for making a pie. Windows, tables, beds, require 3 to 4 bells? Really? What’s the logic behind that? I am giving this game 4 stars because it needs to realistic goals, pretending is fine in a game, but when it becomes so illogical you shake your head and try patiently waiting to meet goals without spending real money to move things along, then-it becomes boring because game time decreases and you move on to something new. I am almost at that point, but hoping my review will open a few eyes and the game will get a few updates that make more fun and less time wasting. Thanks for listening, adventure is fun in a game, frustration is not.

Great Game.....However...... So I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this game!!! I do have some suggestions though. I feel that it needs to be a little easier ti get energy and emeralds and things of that sort. I say this because the energy bar only goes to 54 and if you have nothing to add to it and you have to clear something it takes all of your energy in one tap. This makes me want to delete the game because I would love to play it for more than 8 seconds! I also feel that when building or needing extra supplies and you have to buy from the merchant... well i feel that it NEVER gives me enough time to complete and I end up waisting product that I could have used on something else. I have also found it very aggravating that the special quests also take ALL of your energy! I again would love to play longer!!! All in all this game is great and fun. I do feel that y’all could make it more fun by reducing the energy cost it takes to clear things. I also feel that y’all could give us more energy and boosts. The merchant should stay longer or the products we make need to be less and lastly, I feel that it would be more beneficial if we could get emeralds and ruby’s easier WITHOUT spending real money!!! Thank you for letting me write this review and thank you for taking the time to read it. Like I said earlier, I do love this game, However, I do feel that it could be a lot more user friendly so I could play longer.

Torn. I really liked this game when I first started but now I’m not really that excited about it any more. While the graphics are great, love the concept...whole jist of the game is good it is very irritating that I must continually buy my chickens and cows over and over again and the price goes up! First purchase $200, then $250, then $400 and then add insult to injury $600!!!! And that us oer animal and I am not very far into the game. What is with that? You want your game to be more popular and encouraged to buy via word of mouth some things need to change. There is very little energy to buy with emeralds and to clear trees, minerals, etc it takes more energy than is given for my efforts. There is a statement made that every 1.5 minutes you get one energy....as long as you are playing the game. Not to mention the energy it takes to cut a tree. I am just disappointed. But, there are lots of games out there and I am sure I can find another that isn't so costly and not have to wait so long for energy to restore itself. You can only do small things or BUY A LOT OF EMERALDS. Frankly I cant afford it so if you haven't got lots of money don't waste you time and money to buy this game.

Rip off. I’ve spent at least $50 bucks on this game this week alone, which is precisely what the developer wants, and I still can’t do anything. Developer says to go do something else like fill orders and farm while you wait for energy, but that isn’t really possible either. Everything costs coins and there’s very little I can sell to get them. Expensive crops asked for take a long time to grow and then cook. Timers run out on the merchant ship. No help there. There’s no more gold to mine in Wind Song. If I move along to the next place then the island will close taking all its remaining resources with it, but no collections until you do. It takes too long to grow anything with my measly handful of garden plots that I’m allowed to have. Every crop costs, but you can’t sell them or use them for energy. It takes too long to make anything requested from the little board at my level. Animals die off and then cost all your coins to replace. Replacing dead animals is one reason I can’t fulfill requests. I’ve run out of coins to grow anything so many times, thus paying for emeralds. This is just a complete racket. Even forking out cash hasn’t done anything but empty my wallet. I’m stunned that this is the same company as Zombie Castaways. They seem to have lost their scruples somewhere between the two.

Great free to play game. I usually open up and play this app several times a day. It’s the sort of game that uses energy to play. Although you also can plant and sell crops and goods. (They cost game money, but not gems nor energy) On days that I’m too busy, I don’t have to worry about collecting items. The goods do not go bad or expire. The longer you play, the more energy you can store. Plus there are opportunities to earn trophies for events that give you extra energy. Game play could be frustrating until you understand the options on where to spend your energy. There is a main story line, the trial race story line, several events, plus a home location. You also have to know what resources you need to have on hand to produce goods that are needed often. For example fire. My advice is to not worry about the trial race or events until you figure out the game play. Realize that you will most likely have to play this game often for short periods of time. I have ADHD, so this works out great for me. Lots of options, so I don’t get bored repeating tasks. And I can spend 5 minutes and be done until I remember to open my app again. I have never purchased gems to play. There are videos to watch if you want extra energy or rewards. However you can always skip adds.

Build towns type w adventure player here. I’ve played Farmville for 8+yrs; spent a few hundred over the years just to keep interesting BUT this game- Klondike is actually better. You build up yr town and you get to go out of yr town to explore &gain resources w some fun challenges like cave exploring/ hunt (w no gross effects lol) different task to gain more energy. First 3-4 levels I was unsure but I’m now level 12 within a couple weeks of random play- but now- can’t put the game down! I love it! Interesting for long game play; hour or+ w energy or short quick play w lunch breaks - while energy rebuilding. I’ve spent $50 on gems but I’m impatient lol - I will not be spending like in Farmville! No need! But the developers of this were great! Simple & smooth playing. Special holiday task/place to explore;adding energy spots in hidden areas; I’m 49 and this game clicks w young to old players! Co op / other gamer trading post is not available but sure it’ll come; updates are quick n easy. No game crashes or glitches- don’t try and roll back yr clock to gain because developers are That good and cheats don’t work which is good so if co op groups start everyone is same level not making game play harder on others. Love It! Try it!

Fun Yet Time Consuming. Beware! Good game but is not always fair. I really enjoy this game. I used to play the computer version before it froze on me. I like how you don’t have to clear an entire land to finish it and that it doesn’t take energy to plant crops like the computer game. I have two complaints. It is extremely time consuming. I think the makers want you to spend your entire day playing their game instead of working. My second complaint is that it doesn’t give you all the prizes from a competition. They recently had a dogs lead race from which I came in second, yet I did not receive my energy prize. Believe me, I was looking forward to that 500 energy boost. I did not receive any of it. I was very upset because that meant I wasted a week of playing the game to earn that spot. Other problems is the tiny amount of space in the Home location. There is not enough room for multiple building and factories plus crop fields without it looking like an early 1900s factory company. Also, I have so much money and don’t even need it. I can spend as much as I want but can never seem to get rid of the money. I no longer bother to make gold bars or sell anything. The dynamite is more expensive than the pc game yet does not have as much strength. There are definitely some problems that need fixing.

Crosses the line into being too addicting and distracting. I think they may have perfected the addicting game model. The gameplay is at the perfect pace that you are always left wanting a little more, and can’t get it because of how quickly energy gets eaten up completing tasks, or how long it takes to make supplies. This led me to impulsively spend more money on this game than I have for any other game! When I realized how much money I was spending, I immediately deleted the app. The gameplay is too slow without paying money, and I wasn’t willing to cash out $10-20 a day to make it worth it! Definitely a fun game, but REALLY hard to progress without spending $$$. I know they have to make money somehow, but I’d be a lot more willing to spend a little here and there for this really fun game than feel like I have to spend tons of money to make it remotely fun. If they ever change it so you can get more energy and gems without blowing the bank, I’ll be back. Edit: apparently the person who responded didn’t read my review. I never said it was impossible to play without spending money, I said it wasn’t worth it to play without spending money. As many others have said, you might only be able to play for 60 seconds at a time without spending money. Not fun.

Energy. I’ve played other games like this, but this game doesn’t like you play for more than 5 minutes without running out of things to do, unlike other games. My energy is capped at 52 or 53, and cutting down a big tree or iceberg costs 80 energy. I do one task and boom - No more energy. Downloading and playing this game is like a three year time investment. I like the game and will continue playing it, but I think the energy should be capped at like 100 or 150. Even if it had a higher energy cap, this game would still take YEARS to complete. Edit: thanks for he response developers, but I’m not stuck or confused as to what I’m supposed to do. I just run out of things to do and have nothing left to do because I have no energy. I understand that to make a chair or table you need glue and boards and beams etc. but why can some tools be used only once? The saw and the hammer are the worst quality tools, and the guy that I trade with acts like he’s giving me a gift? “Here’s a gift of a terrible hammer that you can only use once.” I go to the market, “oh here’s a cow and chicken I can sell you, but by the way they only produce milk and eggs a few times before the turn into a statue.” Say what? Can I shop at a different market? Idk this game has like a 4.6 Star rating so nothing will change until the rating drops.

Game. In general the game is good. Not enough ways to earn energy. The mint doesn’t accumulate after each minute it makes one, which doesn’t make since. Everything I have read online say energy is earned via production on items yet it does not. Energy stops after you reach 55 even though it says you earn it every 1.5 minutes.. you don’t earn energy selling or planting or harvesting or feeding animals which is doesn’t make since in so many ways I feel this game lacks but I do enjoy it 🤦🏼‍♀️my promo button is missing so no way to get the promo c0des redeem. It uses up way to much energy on items when you earn so little. For a “ free” game it sure promotes buying energy and emeralds a lot. Needs better ways or more ways to earn way more energy then what it offers. Also, if I am going to spend the game money on a building I should not have to spend what it costs then turn around and build it.. when that money is spend the building should be actually built when placed. Animals each animals price goes up after so many bought when they are done producing you should get the same amount of energy they cost.

Fun Game But Need To Let Energy Build Up. This game is fun and somewhat addictive but the developers need to change some aspects of the game to make it even better. 1st they need to let the energy build up higher. If they would just let the energy continue to build up while your not playing instead of capping it at 50+ it would be a great game and you could actually accomplish a little more when you play. I’m not unemployed or a 4 year old sitting at home with nothing to do once an hour. I get to play 4-5 times throughout the day and with only 50ish energy I’m done exploring in 5 minutes or less which is the fun part! The rest of the game (building and making things), is just kind of monotonous, which is fine but gets boring after about 10 -15 minutes. Also why do you have to burn energy to collect items you make in the factory? That always burns through more than half my energy each time I collect. 2nd I don’t understand why they have to close off maps that you already completed. Even if the task in certain maps are complete you should still be able to go back into them to collect resources. An example is, right now I need bushes to make fire etc and my open maps have very little or no bushes to earn sticks and making bushes in the factory is way to slow to be able to accomplish anything.

An Amazing game and amazing team!. Klondike Adventures is always fun and entertaining! The developers keep it fresh and exciting introducing new events each better than the last. I love that they constantly ask for feedback to make sure the players are getting more of what they love. Now for a love note to The Northern Squad (their support team). They’re quick to respond to any game issues reported and ACTUALLY have a live support team! I can’t tell you how many games I’ve given up because of numerous issues that I’ve submitted to support that I’d just receive an automated message reply about that never get resolved. This would NEVER happen with Klondike Adventures. I’ve needed to reach out twice, for minor in game issues, and both times I had an actual team member respond! Yes, you will get an automatic notification from Silent Shadow that it’s being forwarded to the team but breath because it’s actually happening. Within 24 hours I had a Norther Squad member thoroughly explain my issue and even show me screenshots of behind the scenes diagnostics that show all was resolved. So to all The Klondike Adventures and Vizor team thank you for bringing us an awesome game, making sure your adventurers are seen and heard and for continuing to make it even better!

Very expensive game. I don’t write many reviews, but I felt like I needed to write one to warn people. This is a great game, I love the concept, I love the graphics.....but it is expensive!!!!!!! Because it’s so addicting, (maybe it’s my competitive side) I feel the need to clear the “path”. Well in order to do that, you need energy. The game only starts you off with 50 energy points a day. To clear the land....it costs 90 energy points just to clear ONE object!!! And you have to clear A LOT of land just to get to your goal. I mean A LOT!!! Then you have your animals. You buy them and they produce milk and eggs, etc. to make goods. Well every so often they turn into gold animals and they “go away”. Leaving you to buy more animals to replace the ones that turned to gold. I guess it’s the games way of “helping” you....because you get pieces of candy to burn in a caldron in order to get more energy. But in the long run, trust me it doesn’t help. So bottom line, unless your rich in the real world and can just keep dropping real money into this game to pay for all the energy you need.....your good. For everyone else that can just play this game whenever and let your energy accumulate over weeks time and not have the uncontrollable desire to keep clearing the “land”, this game is for you. If you don’t fall into either category just stay away, it’s very expensive.

Save yourself from the most annoying game!. There’s been a massive attempt by the developers to make this game as annoying as possible so the users have no choice but spending real money. The only purpose of this game is to make the developers rich rather than helping the players enjoy the game. They have done a pretty good job with the graphics and the storyline but you need energy to do everything in order to make progress in the game. They have made it so hard to gain things that help you, such as energy items, because you need to gather so much in order to do so little. I’ve never been so frustrated playing a game that this one has made me. I barely enjoy the game and I am deleting it. I did spend money to see how that helps, guess what, I got to do some things and the emeralds I purchased ran out because you need way too many to gain so little energy. So I don’t recommend this game at all unless you have the patience of a saint. I’m known as a patient person but I am constantly annoyed playing this game. I see the developers feel like they have to respond to negative reviews rather than making helpful changes in the game. DO NOT write me a response, and if you do, you will just help me prove my point even further. I should also mention that their advertising is false and there’s no mention of what a pain it is to gain energy and you loose all of it by removing two object out of your path. Terrible game.

The waiting game, fun but not. My son found this game and he and I have been playing it separately. I have enjoyed it to a point but find it frustrating also. I feel like I can never accomplish anything without spending a huge amount of money or waiting hours on end. Yes, I do lean towards free games but have splurged on a game here and there that I really like. I thought about buying this game but realized that this game however would be a bottomless pit of money throwing to get any satisfaction from it. I even tried the free week and still felt the same sense of waiting around for the fun to happen. Also some of the free events use up all your resources and energy and there is no possible way of finishing the event unless you have the subscription, which is pricey at $6 a week. That is a crazy amount of money to spend on a game that you are waiting around for 3 or 4 hours for some vegetables to grow from the green house. I could see paying a one time fee, but not a weekly fee. I may still play it or may not, but finding that we still have to watch advertisements for some of the perks even on subscription is ridiculous. I definitely would not pay for this but might try to find a better version of what you guys couldn’t figure out.

Needs work.. Promising game but it takes way to much energy to do anything. The first 5-6 levels they make sure there's plenty of energy to be found. After that you can forget it. The following levels are known as the great energy drought. It takes over an hour to fill the energy meter to 50 but only takes 1-2 clicks and all your energy is gone. Time to wait another hour plus. They say you can make energy. Yes you can but it takes ENERGY to chop out what might or might not give you the trash you need to make energy. What's the point? You've wasted energy just to try and make less than what it took to maybe get the needed items. If the game would do away with the energy requirements it would be an awesome game. I don't know many people who pick up a game to only want to spend 1 minute playing! Most people like to spend at least an hour playing with their friends. Let us have neighbors who can send us things we need and let us play for however long we want to play! If we want to play all day we should be able to. My friend and I started playing the day it was released. We are already starting to look for a different game that realized people just want to play, not worry about having enough energy. Drop the energy requirements and keep the players who will in turn tell their friends what a great game. As the games is now...1 star. Drop the energy requirements and add neighbors...5+ stars.

Set up to frustrate unless you buy gems...constantly!. I played this game and really began to love it but it is designed to cause extreme frustration unless you spend money on Gems. I play lotta games and most of them are designed to get you to buy energy to move the game along but the games are still reasonably playable not this one. This one is the most extremely blatantly designed to make you spend money on gems, which get used up pretty fast and you’re back at needing more gems. It is either buy gems or play the game at a snail’s pace. It takes all the fun out of the game. The energy that you can earn naturally is much less than you need to clear a tiny section of very large area. I really regret the money I spent on this. Since It was like extortion. Want to move the game along? Then you better buy more gems. So as much as I loved the game… I could not afford to play it anymore. The developers response indicates that I am not using my time wisely but I did all the things that they suggested. It’s amazing how many reviews mention exactly the same thing about the expense but It is ignored. As so many other reviewer‘s have said, I have no problem supporting a game by making purchases but within reason. It makes me wonder how many of the five star reviews are really valid. This game will never have really loyal customers, unless money is no object for them. I guess they prefer quantity over quality. Game loyalty must mean nothing.

Fun game!. I prefer games where the player is creating rather than destroying. This game allows the player to build their town while exploring other locations. One has to multi task to combine different objects to complete tasks. Overall it’s enjoyable, and I’ve been playing it pretty obsessively. The downside is once your town is well established, you can only play for about 10 minutes at a time, unless you are willing to spend money to buy more energy. A couple of things that would make the game less frustrating; everything should be tradeable: if I have a surplus of corn, but need rye, I should be able to trade one for the other. Even if the exchange rates are very high, this would add a layer of complexity/ flexibility I think most gamers would enjoy. Being able to play mini games (like the ones in the ads) to earn extra energy would be great. Also, being able to buy a well that gives unlimited water, or a gas pipe that provides unlimited fire would be an awesome add on. (And eliminate the frustration of these two resources never being in adequate supply.) Additionally, every ten levels or so, the number of how much livestock you can keep at one time should increase.

REALLY like the game, but needs work. I really like the game. The adventures are great and very interesting. The downside is how much emeralds it takes to do anything. The dynamite is expensive and not worth the amount of emeralds needed. The amount of energy it buys is skimpy. I really get into the game and then i run out of energy and will not buy the emeralds all the time to get thru this game. It gets very discouraging when you are so involved for making things and cutting things away and then your energy is gone and you have to wait an hour to get more energy. I do however like all the hidden stuff and the fascinating new worlds. I noticed that the balloon guy went away now that I’m on the second page of adventures. That is disheartening. But its a good game for someone who will play in between work or other things. If you are planning to play for an hour or more, plan to spend money. That is the only way you can play for more than 10-20 minutes at a time. (Side note-The most frustrating thing is missing the boat deadline because you have nothing to do. So you get off the game and go back to it later only to find you missed the deadline, but the goods were ready on time. I also noticed that supplies for building materials is piling up with nothing to build. Would like more things to build.)

Me too I am torn. I have been Playing this game for a while now and yes it is addictive and I enjoy playing but I am so glad that I have other games on my iPad that way I can switch up when I run out of energy and not have to sit around doing nothing. The graphics are great going to different islands that’s nice too but the fact like other reviews ,all the animals once you feed Them after a certain time goes by they turn to gold and disappear.. Were that is well and good it doesn’t matter because you only get a little bit of chocolate to feel your energy bar when they disappear... You should want to add more chocolate bars due to the fact that when the animals disappear we have to purchase more where as you up the price... I have not Spent any money I’ll just go to another game until my energy comes back ....to me that is a waste of time because I would like to play the game for a longer period of time ..you need to give more energy ,,it should not cost 90 emeralds to cut down a tree. In the long run people are going to realize that in order for them to enjoy Klondike they’re going to have to dig into their pockets and then you are going to lose a lot of players ..Please do better I really like the game ....

Updated. Updated: After contacting support many times I am impressed with their honest attempt to not only explain, but try to make up for the issues by sending me a gift filled with items I needed. Once I could finally build the spinning factory everything now works great, and I’m in love with this game. Thank you developers for actually caring about your customers. “From being one of my favorite games this has turned into the most frustrating game ever. I’m trying my hardest to build stage 3 of the spinning building (for weeks now) but would need tons of hammers and all the order board shows with tools as a prize call for spinners items, from a building I can’t build. Same with the boat, all orders call for spinners items or items made hammers. Support wrote that it was a known issue, yet still haven’t attempted to fix it. It’s sad because I really like this game, but the impossibility of every getting on track is depressing. I don’t recommend investing money in this game until they get the issues fixed.”

Great game!. This is an awesome game to play! Similar type concept to Township, FarmVille, etc. However, adds an interesting concept with the energy bar to clear areas and the addition of quests. The energy bar can feel a little overwhelming in the beginning but once you find a rhythm that works for you of clearing areas while also making products to complete orders, the game really flows. It’d be cool if there was a “friends” option to send/receive resources. I have only really have one nuisance that I’ve came across. While I don’t mind to occasionally spend $5-$10 to purchase gems/coins, it would be nice if there was one free crop you could plant to generate coins once you run out. I had to purchase coins once because I had ran out of money and didn’t have enough resources in my inventory to complete any orders and no money to plant any crops to try and make the items needed to complete the order. After that I’ve tried to be a little more conservative in my money spending so as not to run out while trying to complete an order. I don’t mean this to sound too negative because I truly enjoy playing this game!

Too Expensive to Remain Interesting. Let me just say firstly that I love the game. There are many tasks to keep the game interesting. Having said that, everything points back to making one purchase. I’ve spent quite a bit of money buying emeralds over the past few days but that must end. At my current rate, I could easily spend $120 per month or more to keep the game interesting enough for me to play. That’s not something I am willing to do no matter how much I enjoy the game. All responses from the developers are that you can play the game for free. That is absolutely true - if you want to play at a snails pace. To keep the game interesting, Vizor has absolutely engineered the game to keep you spending real money to buy energy in order to keep moving at an interesting pace. Right now, I’m just keeping up in my town. I’m not exploring because I can chop down a tree or dig up a couple bushes and then I’m out of energy. I must then wait for hours to repeat that scenario and that’s just not fun. As soon as I get bored with the current stage I am in, I will have to quit the game because I’m not going to spend over a thousand dollars a year to enjoy a game. Thanks for developing a great game but if you can’t relax the spend rate, then I’ll have to be out. Best regards.

Not a game that can be played for endless hours..... I have been playing this game for about 6 weeks, and have to say it is not a fast moving game Unless you choose to spend Lots of your own money, which I choose not to do. I play Several other games and those seem to move a long a Lot quicker, and I have no need to have to spend Any money on those games and can play much longer. What is most disappointing is the energy level never exceeds past 53 on its own, no matter what level you are on. It really should give more energy as you master higher levels, and so it is used up very quickly allowing you to move very slowly through the game, which doesn’t bother me as I have other games to go to while my energy builds back up again, but I am sure it is frustrating to others as I have read other reviews regarding this same problem. I however haven’t seen any changes from the developers to try to make this easier or more fun for people to play along quicker. Also, growing time for the vegetables is ridiculously long, and I wish it could be shorter as it can be frustrating as well. I really enjoy the storyline and building the ‘home’ plot is somewhat fun, though it takes lots of time to build up coins to spend on buying items. Hoping to see some changes on making things run through a little quicker and more rewarding for the longer someone plays the game.

Can only be played in short intervals 😕. This game has a great premise; however, it can only be played in short intervals. Well, unless you are willing to spend significant $$$$ on energy/emeralds, which I did, to see what would happen. I will most likely delete it because you can’t Maintain your progress in an “immediate gratification” sort of way (unless you spend money). Instead, it’s a few minutes here and there. If Im relaxing in the evening and playing a game - I want to play- not start and stop every few minutes because I used my energy in 30 seconds. Can I suggest that you have players earn energy every time they complete anything (even if it’s 1-2 energy). For instance, any time a pipe is made, a brick is complete, glue is done, flour is done, window is done, butter is done - whatever, a player earns at least 1-2 energy. This should be the same with farm animal production, any tasks, etc. I’d be more willing to spend a few bucks here-and-there, if I felt the game was fair. I’m at the point where I am not spending anymore cash until something changes. Otherwise, I’m on to the next game! Most games I play provide opportunities to earn freebies and extra energy/points daily. This keeps customers happy because they (I) will purchase things here-and-there, but don’t always feel the need to purchase to continue. Hope some changes can happen because the game is fun and user friendly!

I’m off to feed ma cows.... I know it’s a strange title to a review but every time I go to play this I have to announce “I’m off to feed ma cows!” which is quite a lot as I’m semi addicted to this game. It’s not a fast paced game, it takes time to build your town and explore other worlds. I’ve seen reviews where people want instant gratification, but this game doesn’t work like that. You have to plan what orders you will take off the notice board and when the boat is due in it gives a run down on what it’s next cargo is to be (but not how much), so you have time to stock up on the necessary items to fill it. Yes the energy drains quickly when you explore and occasionally you get one piece with five bushes stacked on top of another, so you think you’ve cleared it but there’s still stuff in the way, but nobody said exploring was easy! But that said, there are ways of building energy, there’s potions and food you can make to build it back up so “nil desperandum”! Plus you get great rewards when you complete challenges or watch a quick video.... I love this game, bravo developers!

Be ready to use real $$ to play. Don’t download this game unless you have no issues using really $ to play it. There’s no other way. I love this game but I’m embarrassed to say that I’ve spent close to a few hundred dollars just to keep playing an hour or so a day in the last 3 months. Everything costs energy! Too much energy!! And it’s not possible to get energy quickly without using real money to do it. It takes hundreds of energy points to clear a tiny area of each board. Unfortunately, you typically max out between 50 and 70 after waiting 1.5 minutes per energy point unless you purchase more. Plus all resources take energy to generate and all of the quests use a ridiculous amount of resources. It feels like each new level or bonus event has higher and higher energy and resources needs just to move through the level. To make things more stressful, the special events that use ridiculous amounts of energy and resources to complete are timed!! There is no possible way to complete an event without using real $ and most of the time, the bonus “gifts” you earn are insignificant or disappear from your home world after you’ve received all of the bonus energy or resources. It’s disappointing when you put so much time and real money into an event.

Love the game, hate the progress. I’m a new player, level 13 at the moment. I enjoy this game a lot, however it does take a lot of energy to make only a couple moves and can be frustrating at times with only 51 energy count max with time. There are ways built in the game to produce energy which is helpful but with several events and locations to work on at a time, it runs out quick. I’m having a hard time earning coins at this point in game. There’s a lot of steps to work through to get buildings up and items produced to earn the coins. It would be much more enjoyable if less energy were required to break stuff. I’ve been playing less than a week, already spent $8 on gems. 100/$3.99. (Gems allows purchase of missing ingredients, energy, dynamite, workers or to speed up production). I’m now out of items needed to make energy and only 51 available at rate of 1 gem=1.5 min. I’m low on coins (less than 500), not enough workers to produce everything in a timely manner, and now thinking I won’t be able to keep up pace for events. I don’t mind spending a little $ here and there for support but not at the rate I’ve started. Maybe I’ll skip special events and stick to basic storyline for now, if that’s possible, but that’s a bummer. I’m really hoping it gets easier with higher levels bc I do enjoy the game.

Awesome!. This is a very addicting game! Being someone who works all the time and don’t have much time to play I think it has the perfect amount of energy and quests to not make you feel so overwhelmed. I get some people’s complaints about the energy but they make it so easy for you to collect/make energy throughout the game. Besides you also regain energy automatically pretty fast. So far I don’t have any complaints which is pretty good because usually I find something to complain about with a game. I like the story line and the different adventures you go on plus building up your own space. I was very skeptical at first before I downloaded it. I saw ads on facebook all the time and thought it looked like something I wouldn’t enjoy. Finally I caved in and thought I’d give it a try. So glad I did. The notifications are also not blowing up my phone all the time which is nice because it doesn’t seem to overwhelm you with that. It’s just come and play on your own time without things dying on you or being on a time limit. Love it! I’m on level 7. Can’t wait to unlock more areas and see what else this game has to offer.

Ehhh could be good but. This game is fun but not enough energy to get anything done. You clear two areas and your out. You either have to wait for the energy bar to charge back up or use food to gain more. I guess at least they give you a means to recharge but it’s aggravating and you have to stop what your doing and go back to your Home then back to whatever spot you are on the map. Next is not enough money to buy what you need. To get money you get a Dailey login bonus and the only other way I have seen to make money is to complete the orders on the board. The orders on the board are things you have grown and manufactured. This is a long process. Lots of time. The further you get the longer it takes. You have to manufacture each item say you need a pie and you have to grow the pumpkins, make butter, make glass jars for it to go into, another words you have multiple manu going just to make one little item. Next is the quests. Multiple quests are thrown at you yes you can pick and choose but it takes weeks to get one simple one done. To sum it up, not enough money to buy buildings, not enough workers to complete buildings, not enough supplies to complete buildings, just not enough anything to get anywhere. Cute game but if your looking to play this to relax forget it it will make your stress worse.

Ditto The Unspeakable Gamer. I loved the game for a while. It was soon evident that little or no progress could be made without spending what adds up to A LOT of money. Without cash, you barely get play time; The game becomes a job. Who can relax with that? I play games because I am semi-invalid, house-bound, with chronic disease. I cannot afford to spend a lot on a game. At one point I got to cut down 3 items that lead to no reward nor reveal. Then all of the energy that I had paid for was used up!! Really?!! That's just a rip-off!! I have deleted the game. But I am sorry to have to do so. It had potential to be both fun and addictive. The graphics and sounds are really cool. One problem is the crazy amounts of energy one patch of grass or a rock uses up and the added difficulty to find the one that opens the next scene for completing the task. Three grass patches, out of energy, no progress forward: that's how this game goes. The energy fruits hidden in the grass and bushes have very little power up capabilities in the scheme of things. Make those a lot more potent. Significantly reduce the energy required to cut down anything. Require a few less steps to build or cook something. Show more clearly the location of the item that has to be chopped to get to the next scene for completing a task. Do just these things and I will be glad to dish out a few dollars once in a while on this game. Until then, bye.

Not really F2P. This game is only “free” if you like games where you log in multiple times a day for very short intervals. Because it uses a very punishing energy system (with a short bar that often doesn’t cover larger actions that you need to undertake) combined with a farming system that costs money to plant crops/livestock, it’s rare that you can just sit down and play. You can’t even idly farm because you will run out of money. I’m only on level 15, but so far the order board has slim (uninspiring) margins and the marina is a net loss. There are some days I log in only to get the daily reward so that I can actually get back in the black. I never own the max # of chickens or cows because they’re too expensive - there are days when I raise no chickens at all because there’s no demand, and $$ is tight. That’s kind of depressing, actually. I’ve only (partially) played one event, and it was fun I guess - but it sucked up all my energy, and I’m not sure it was worth the setback in the main game. When the pandemic settles down more and I go back to the office full time, I will probably delete this game. I don’t have time to log in multiple times throughout a day when I’m physically in the office. I’d prefer a game that will let me get a good 20 minutes out of it in one sitting, when I’m done with work for the day. This game gives me about 2-5 minutes. Thanks.

TIME CONSUMING WITH LITTLE GAME PLAY. Fun and time consuming to play. After waiting hours for energy to build up to play all you can do is go to your buildings to create more resources to build and feed. However you don't have the option to stop or delete a resource, for example; corn, which is created in the barn, you can drag and drop the resource and it's cached until the allotted time of the resource loaded before it ends before the next cached resource begins to load. It would be nice it players had the ability to stop/delete a cached resource before it's load countdown begins. Another point is the foliage is so thick in areas of the game that it will take numerous dynamite bundles just to clear a small patch-lets keep in mind that the dynamite sticks are earned far and few in between unless you purchase with your credit card-Expensive. Point is you can spend a lot of money buying emeralds to buy dynamite bundles or wait days, even weeks in hopes to earn one dynamite bundle through game play. It would be nice to earn dynamite through an hourly or daily countdown, similar to that of the energy being earned per minute. Additionally, make it possible to buy energy or emeralds with the gold tokens earned from game play; or a trading system from resources gathered.

Really great game...but.... So I got this game in early 2020 and for the first few months I was totally obsessed. Recently, this game has gotten pretty boring and honestly kind of frustrating. As a lot of people have commented, this is the kind of game in which you play for about a minute and then have to wait an hour to play again, which isn’t fun. And now that I’ve played Klondike for 8+ months, I’ve noticed that it’s the same exact activities in a loop. For example, the Mazes: there’s one every month of so, and the kind of “islands” you go to are the exact same every time. I get that there’s holiday activities, like Halloween, but it doesn’t happen often enough for the game to be interesting. I can tell from the majority of comments that I’m not the only one feeling this way. ALSO, and this is the important part for people who are thinking of downloading this game, do NOT get sucked in to the idea of buying emeralds. It’s ridiculous. You have to use 5 dollars or more of your money to get 80 emeralds (you can use these to move quicker in the game, basically) that you can’t help but use up in one day. And once you start, you can’t stop. I understand the game creators are just trying to make money, but it’s really maddening. Overall, great concept, but bad execution😕

Well worth checking out. I’ve never played the PC version or whatever came out prior to the iPad version, but it is a fun game to play. The first 5 Levels go by pretty quick and give you the basics of playing the game. The game slows down a bit until about level 10-15 as you build up and locate the items you need to produce needed coins and energy, but hang in there, it’s worth the wait. I’m at about level 18 currently and you can play for a longer length of time without running out of energy so fast. As a fan of FarmVille type of games I have found this to have a similar feel with some nice twists. I look forward to the ability to play with others as it is only a one player game for now. The game is regularly updated and special events are incorporated also. The summer faire event has been fun and I almost have it completed. You can play without having to spend real money on gems, but to excel the gameplay extra gems would help obviously. I haven’t spent money on the game but I personally don’t mind spending $5-$10 here and there to support the developers. It’s obvious a lot of work went into this game so don’t be so quick to judge if you find it getting frustrating earlier in the game. I do think the help section could be much more elaborate in explaining the challenges often faced in the game, but at least there is something to help you along your exploration. Enjoy!

Great game if you got the cash. I absolutely love this game but I am losing interest. It reminds me of FarmVille, you collect objectives and are able to make and sell goods and so fourth. However, you’re only able to explore if you have energy points. The game does give you 1 point every 1.5 minutes but it caps at 50. You do have the option where instead of 50 points the game will give around 80 and in a short wait time but that’s something you have to pay for. Even with buying energy and emeralds, they go so fast. I’m left with no gratification and sense of accomplishment. To break certain stones takes 23+ energy points and if you times that by 5 (because there’s that many piles you have to get through amongst other things) you’re left in the same position you started at.. I’ve purchased a few things but again it takes me about 2 minutes to be back at square one and waiting about an hour to collect the 50 energy points given and to have to wait again once there’re gone. I find myself picking and choosing events to play within the game. You wait so long for the energy points to accumulate that when you get them, you’re not wanting to let it go to “waste”.. It’s a great game but you need to have the money or time to go far.

Worst Download Possible. This game is the worst I’ve seen on the App Store and that’s from someone who’s played more than 50 of these popular games. And it’s not for the reason you would think, the complaint for most people with this game is the lack of energy/ the money grab those things don’t bother me. I realize that’s common place with these online games what bothers me is, when there is a technical issue /a glitch and there is no customer support no reaching the dev and no resolution, so you just lose and there’s nothing you can do about it /when you reach out to their AI that’s pretending to be customer service they reply to you with nonsensical generic steps. This app is not one I would recommend to anybody. Rating? -25/10 Update : In response to the developers response I did that and the reply that I got was oh no there’s no problem with your game everything is perfectly fine you can complete the event mind you the event they’re speaking about had already ended 48 hours before they even replied so them telling me I can go ahead everything is OK with nonsense because the event was over for like two days by the time they replied so you telling me where to go and input information been there done that I stick to my original review this is the worst app on the iTunes Store

Expensive. Despite the developer’s claims, to have any time to enjoy the game, one must purchase emeralds (equivalent of cash) to replenish your energy level. It is near impossible to clear the various areas in the game that one travels to without running out of energy. One can use their entire energy just to clear a tree. And you can do this with 5 minutes of game play. To add insult to energy, one must use emeralds to hire workers to manufacture the various items needed in the various factories for game play. While one can replenish a small amount of energy by two means, the total created is still pitifully small to enjoy the game. I spent $30 in two days just clearing plants and forests which did reveal hidden items, but they don’t add significantly to energy levels. If the developers would cut energy costs by at least 75%, it would make an otherwise interesting game worth keeping and supporting. In addition, get rid of the need to hire workers for the factories as they are expensive. It takes time and several steps to create products needed for game play, but could be done without workers. It is a shame, it has all the potential of being a great game, but greed seems to be the underlying strategy by the developers. Take a little less and see if players stay with the game. I certainly don’t mind supporting the game if the cost is reasonable, but not as it is currently setup.

Love this game!! Few suggestions though. I’ve been playing this game for over a month now and I love it! The storylines and special events are fun, and the prizes are great. However, I find it difficult that I can’t arrange my station easily. You can’t move a building when it’s being used, and re-arranging is difficult. A suggestion I have is to make a way “Erase All” putting all of the buildings into a place on the bottom of your screen you can scroll through and select buildings, and place them where you want without the hassle of waiting for production to be over or moving everything around at the same time. I also find it frustrating that energy takes so long to load. I understand that for business purposes there needs to be an appeal to subscription, but it makes me want to delete the game sometimes because I can only play for about 3 minutes or less at a time before running out of energy. The time for energy regeneration doesn’t have to change, but maybe the amount you can recharge to can? Or maybe have more ways to get energy, or have things take a little less energy to break? Other than that I think the difficulty and the challenge is good. Games where you level up too easily are pointless. Again, I love this game! But, I feel that something along the lines of my suggestions might make it more user friendly, and help people to play it longer. :)

Charming. This is a really nice game that gives a different twist to the farming type of games. I really enjoy it. There are many complaints about the high energy requirements. The key to the game is to not rush it. Don’t go to stage 3 until 2 is finished. You can still work on your home base, but clear the other areas before moving to the next. Yes it is slow going but you will find vases etc with trinkets. Also if something requires 90 energy and you only get 50 for your level for refill, you can work down the high energy ones. You don’t have to have it all at once. Be sure to use your candy etc for extra energy. Then as with other games of this type you do have to grind for items to sell for gold. You will not have to spend real money unless you want to. Spending a bit does help game developers to provide updates etc for games. So i spend a bit on games I enjoy after I get the gist of it to see if it is worth it. This is a very charming game. A 4 star from me is high praise. Update: I did spend a few dollars after I understood the game. I bought gems for the hothouses. I am really enjoying the game a lot. I said above 4 star from me is high praise, simply because I’m an avid gamer. This one is a keeper. Just remember not to rush.

Starting to wear thin with energy costs.. This game was a solid 4 stars with me until the last few days. The current event is bogus!! Needing to use 500 energy to clear a half inch of the map is bogus or you should give players much more energy. Same thing kinda happened on the quests as well. Trying to clear all the minerals and rocks to get the bonuses but you gotta chop through several hundred energy on rocks and trees you don’t need to get there. Lower the costs to clear land!! Better yet increase the max energy storage with EVERY time you level up!! I feel like where I’m at level 39 I should have at least 100 energy max cap. I know you want people to buy energy with their real money. But the way it’s been going lately seems just greedy. I watch your ads and videos so your making revenue off of that. Make it worth my continuing to play since I’ve long since finished finished the main land quests. Also need more than 8 standard chickens and more greenhouses than offered. I’ll watch ads to get bonuses but I will not spend real money on a novelty game!! Make some improvements or this game will go the way that most other games go... delete delete delete

Fun game but be aware. I have been playing this game for a year now and I have to say it is fun! If you want instant gratification then this game is not for you. Yes, you use a ton of energy but if you know what to do you can gain more energy. Example: This game as a sweet shop, cauldron and furnace. You can play the little sweet shop game 3-4 times a day that allows for extra energy. Continue feeding your animals and collecting from them as once they max out you gain sweets that go towards the cauldron for energy as well. When clearing an area out, little by little you’ll receive fruits or what not that go towards the furnace again for energy. It’s not a game meant to be played for hours and I appreciate that. I can pick it up, play it a few minutes then sit it back down. It has a calming affect that way for me as I am spending so much time on it at a time. I also like to clear out all of the area before going to the next. There is no time limit for this, so even when I have completed all the tasks, I can stay there and collect more materials like wood, water and all of that before moving to the next place. All in all, would recommend this game is fantastic!

Unrealistic game goals. Love the concept of this game, but it’s difficult to complete game goals. The only way you can attempt to obtain these goals is by playing short intervals where you use up energy. The energy gained is never enough to complete goals and keep the player feeing like it’s worth the time and effort. Although there are ways to earn more energy, it isn’t enough to feel like your actually getting somewhere. There are far too many high energy obstacles to actually get anywhere in this game. (Even with the mini game, item collection that can turn to energy, and “free-bees”) There needs to be more options to earn energy throughout the game and less energy needed to obtain goals. The add shown is not representative to actual accrual of energy. The developers need to up the ante and figure out a way to keep players more interested in playing for longer periods of time intervals to make it feel like you are actually getting somewhere in the game. It’s very frustrating and makes me want to stop playing. So in recap, more options to gain energy, less “expensive obstacles” and more obtainable goals vs. never feeling like you will actually win anything.

Developers are cash hungry. This game is an awful waste of time. To be able to go anywhere in this game, you have to be able to dedicate all of your time into it. Total actual free gameplay is 30 seconds, because your energy is gone that fast. And developers saying there are numerous ways to get energy? Nope. How are you supposed to use those cauldrons when your energy is gone with one tree? That tree isn’t going to give you anything to make energy out of. The mini game? No, waiting 5 hours for maybe 40 energy is not worth it. Animals? No, you have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for them as well. You could of course go the route of actually paying, which I’ve done, and spend $10 on maybe 10 minutes of actual play before you’re back where you started. This game is a cash grab. Developers don’t even read the reviews, because people obviously state it’s an energy issue, and their response is to tell them they’re stuck. How does that make sense? It doesn’t, so don’t waste your time with a game that takes more work than you actually going to work. Edit::: Developers response is ridiculous as well. You’ll try?? You created the game, I’m sure with just a little effort on your part, you could manage to fix the problem. The reviews about energy have been going on and on for months. You obviously haven’t “tried” to fix anything. Deleted.

Fun game but too many events. I don't usually review games but this is one the few games I've been playing for a really long time, so i guess I have a say. There are many similar games out there but somehow this one is able to keep me interested. I'm fine with the energy limit because that limits my time playing. HOWEVER recently (at least for the past season), the special events are being too frequent! They're fun but they always consume a lot of energy. Especially for a player like me who likes to clear an entire chapter before moving on to the next, frequent events has made it impossible for me to finish the regular chapters. Same with the trade company addition, It's like an endless event. Although I get some good resources from that, it's just redundant and not fun anymore. The "park" thing doesn't have a point. The only use is the weekly energy boost but you can offer that treat in a different form, without me entering the map and collect those bars. You can remove the park and the trade company, and instead have a garden map, where players can decorate with all the furnitures and animals. It's similar to the "park" but without those maintenance work and I don't have to squeeze everything there to get a higher score (which makes it ugly and chaotic).

3 STARS. I think the game is really fun, however, you have to have energy to be able to complete tasks or move forward in the game. And unless you want to spend a ton of your own money, you can’t do a lot. You’ll wait and wait for your energy to rebuild so you can play, and say you need to remove a tree.. well that takes 90 energy.. but you only have 50 max. So you open the game. Click the tree. Use all your energy. And then your done again for like another hour or more. I think the game would be a lot more enjoyable if you either didn’t have the energy bar and could just enjoy removing things.. or the things cost less energy. Makes it hard to want to continue playing when you can only do one small thing per hour. I think the game has a lot of potential to be enjoyable.. but somethings gotta give with that energy bar. And perhaps if things didn’t cost so many emeralds.. may also be helpful. Then get a response from the developers that your supposed to take it slow and not necessarily cut out large objects.. but if you don’t clear the big stuff.. you don’t get most of the boxes and chests.. so. That doesn’t really solve the issue. Can still only play 20 seconds at a time.

Struggled enough. Started out loving this game the higher you go the harder it is to play, you want to do so much but no energy I am at level 28 I may as well not log in 50 energy doesn’t even knock a big tree down let alone twice, cannot for the life of me understand they want you to play the adventures but no energy, and I can see where everybody is can complaining about the same thing and all the staff say is WE WILL LOOK INTO IT how funny , sick of seeing the same comment my advise is starts out well, but if you want to go on and play higher don’t bother, to frustrating trying to wait fo some energy,

Misleading and greedy.. Firstly, on all the ads I see for this game, it is a completely different game. It shows a little mini game that is NEVER put into the actual game. I hate games that do this. Secondly, you can only play it for like 1 minute then you run out of energy and have to wait like 8 hours until you can play another minute. If you want to actually play the game you’d need to pay hundreds just to get past the first bit without having to wait for energy. This game only cares about revenue and doesn’t make it easy for the person who has no money to spend. I get that wages need to be paid for the game makers, but this is just greedy. There are plenty other games similar to this game that aren’t greedy and care about their customers. This game is just ridiculous and I’m deleting. It had so much potential. This is why I still to console gaming, because mobile game companies are greedy and not worth the money at all.

Great game!. I’ve enjoyed playing this game. Plenty to do, different areas to explore and great ways to expand your home land. Unfortunately this game is extremely energy poor. It often takes one or two clicks to partly clear one or two objects and you’re left with no energy. Yes, there are ways to create energy however, when you only have 50 energy and most bushes are 18 and trees 90 and more it doesn’t take much to drain. It takes a long time to level up by farming and the rewards are not that great. Awesome concept though. Thanks. PS: I know you can ‘win’ things via the Facebook page... not everyone has Facebook...

Mixed feelings. I have a love hate relationship with this game. I love the concept but the purchases prices are ridiculous. The base energy of 60 can be used up in one or two clicks. It’s incredibly hard to progress and when you do spend money and buy energy you still can’t complete tasks. This game has great artists but it is so disappointing that progress is so limited and energy is so hard to come buy. I’m close to deleting it. Occasionally I get offered a 25% discount for x mins (ie the energy needed to cut down is reduced by 25% for a set period of time). In theory a nice idea but it only comes up when I have no energy. Developers a tip. Increase the refresh rate for energy, if the game is more enjoyable and sustainable to play for more than two minutes you’d please a lot of your players and make the game more enjoyable.

Poor customer service. I would of rated higher and I even would have continued playing the game but their customer service is terrible. I purchased a pack and did not receive all of the items as part of the pack i purchased even after the 24hrs they tell you to wait as there can be delays in receiving the pack you purchased. After the 24hrs I contacted again and my messages have been ignored and not answered for a week now. Yes you read correctly - a whole week where I’ve contacted multiple times and received no answer. It is extremely rude and disrespectful especially to players who have actually spent money on the game. To those reading this review - play for free, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GAME if you’re concerned about potentially not receiving all of your purchase and having customer service do zero to get back to you.

Fun & interesting game. I am enjoying this game but like many others have a problem with the amount of energy required to complete tasks especially when there are several area open at one time!! I have bought a few gems but it would be great if you could put them on sale at least once a month like other games do so that you are more inclined to buy more often. Other than that I have been happy to go with it and see what happens next. Thx dev team :)

FAILURE To RELOAD. Administration for Klondike, Please note that a game that crashes repeatedly for in excess of 10 times is NOT & Never ever will be acceptable. Please Stop treating people who are trying to play the game like idiots. I have preserved with trying to play for “free” which is too frustrating & by also making some purchases. Either way is slow, tedious & has been made more difficult than necessary. Do you ever read the feedback from players or are you all choosing to ignore the repeated Negative comments. Please fix this game. It has the potential to be a great game, if only The Administration &/or Programmers addressed these issues that have been raised too too many times..

Principle of diminishing returns. This game captures your attention initially. The idea of building and growing, clearing land, farming and trading is a great platform. Then add into the mix, the challenges and tasks. Only issue is the inability to grow beyond a primitive level without the necessity to start spending a lot of money to cover the growth requirements. Even maintaining the feed for your animals and the trade opportunities means that your unable to afford the buildings to continue growing. This leads to dissatisfaction in the game and eventually deleting. A person may invest to support the game concept, but not at the level of diminishing returns that this game has encoded into its primary DNA.

Energy situation a bit of a joke. I honestly have come to think the developers of this app are conducting a social experiment to see how long us suckers will persist and how many hoops we will jump through. The fact that it takes huge amounts of “energy” to do the simplest thing and yet “energy” is very difficult to come by (yes I’m aware of the different ways you can produce energy within the game but they are very lacking). It replenishes agonisingly slowly and you can only accrue a small amount before your energy bank is full. So you can never really have a good go at this game. I’ve persisted for a while now thinking it will get better- that there must be some point where you can access more energy but that point hasn’t come and I am quite a few levels through now. It’s just the same old drudgery, cutting things down. I’m out.

Do you guys even listen re energy and gems?. I’ve come in to rewrite my review - in general terms, since my first review, I’m liking the game a lot more. I’ve advanced quite a bit (level 36) and have worked out how to plan and use the resources I have to gain more energy and clear land faster. When I get to a stuck point I sometimes buy a gem pack to use to get more energy. But seriously, do you guys pay any attention to player reviews? There is constant feedback that the gem packs are too expensive and this week you’ve reduced the amount of gems in the $5.99 bucket from 100 down to 80. Now to fill the energy to 500 I can only do this once because 45 gems for 500 energy x 2 is 90 gems and you’ve reduced purchased gems to 80. Come on. You can throw some fluff at me that the pack now contains a pig and 50 energy but it’s doesn’t cut the mustard, you’ve just ripped people off. Sort yourselves.

A good game, but a couple of things I would like to see change. I am really enjoying this game, there are just a couple of things I would like changed, I understand that the areas closing after 24h is for people with less powerful devices, but would it be possible to make this something we could turn off in settings (or even a paid feature) my only other thing is I would love to see the energy system balanced for all players, for example perhaps you could put something that we could purchase that would give unlimited energy for a limited time or something like that and/or make actions cost less energy . Other than that 5 stars

Too much effort for the game to be worth while. Disappointed 😞. Far too much energy is needed in this game to progress at a reasonable pace. I’ve been playing for over 3 years (I will not spend money on a game & I work 50+ hrs per week so this game is well beyond my reach in ever achieving any of the 7 day events or enjoying logging on 😞. I log on with my 60 energy bars and try to clear a path which may be 100 energy and the have to wait another 90mins for my full energy to recharge (60 energy) I’ve found 2 other games with very similar set up but it’s so much more fun and I can actually finish an event within time limits because it’s actually fair and doesn’t force you to spend money. Each to their own, but this app is a rip off and time waster!!!

Idea. I like the game but I have a suggestion, in the home station and garden when you first start building you still have area to clear so you kinda just place them where you can. When you start to build more you can’t neatly set it up because you still don’t have enough space to move things. Clash of clans have a function where you can remove everything on the Home Screen and reset it back up/move things around where you want. I would like if you could add this. Also adding more animals would be good. I feel like no farm is complete without dogs!

Great game, need more energy!. C,mon.... developers surely you can change the use of energy to chop stuff down? You keep responding to people saying you will take there comments into account but nothing changes.... Please please do the right thing it wouldn’t be hard and you would get so many more people playing! This a really cool game, but I totally agree with the many comments about energy, very unfair gameplay, some people will still purchase regardless of how much energy you give so how about being more generous. And why does it need so much energy to chop down a tree or rock, you only get 5 min of gameplay if it doesn't improve I will be deleting. This game is absurd the need to use enormous amounts of energy to get rid of bushes and stones etc to complete tasks..... I used to play this game awhile ago, but got sick of the same issues so deleted the game. I thought I would give it another try but it hasn’t improved? Very very very disappointing

Fun but a few problems. I really like playing this game, but you just start getting into challenges and yes, like the other review comments it burns through your energy really quickly. You should be able to use some of your farm stores for energy. I have 90 bottles of milk that I will hardly go through quickly even filling farm orders. My main complaint is you need more direction. You have little spots in the fog/clouds on the ground, but you find yourself just blindly hacking at bushes and rocks to get a path to open up! Also you have to hack far too many before that path appears , so I am on the verge of deleting this game just from sheer frustration of it taking far too long to get anywhere ! Thanks

Decent game.. It’s a good game but definitely needs some minor improvements. I really enjoyed this game up until I ran out of room and things to build the town up, it’s only a small plot of land after all. It would be great if this could be enlarged or perhaps another ‘town’ could be discovered on the map where more farm plots and building can be built. Also as a lot of others have mentioned, cost of energy is way too high, almost 100 for one tree/rock sometimes! Doesn’t seem like the developers are listening to their players though in regards to the energy problem which is disappointing. Has been a fun game until now.

Perfect for me. I’m one of the ‘obsessive’ gamers where I have to be great at a game and spend a ton of time on it. Things are really busy for me at the moment and I needed a game that kept me entertained/ satisfied but didn’t demand my attention for more than 30 min every few hours or so. This is the one! I enjoy the game a lot! I am tired of games that are throwing marketing at you constantly in order to make money. This one isn’t so in your face about it. I’ll spend money on this game once I clear a few more islands. Just two things: 1. The game feels a little superficial, needs a little more depth in terms of items and capabilities. Perhaps a market place for trading all goods etc. something along those lines but I see there is a building with ‘coming soon’ on it, perhaps this is the market place 2. I would be more inclined to buy a $1.50 or $2.00 pack. This gives the buyer that satisfying feeling of getting a good deal and also sparks interest in buying another pack (a day or week later) so you have this third bonus that people will be online more often. Just a friendly suggestion. Great game! Love it to bits!

Great game!. If you are after a game that you rush trying to get through levels and lands this is probably not the game for you. It takes patience and strategy but is so rewarding once you are in the swing of things. Yes the energy is an issue, seeing as you get so little and some items take loads of energy to clear, but again once you learn to hoard energy and take your time to clear lands it doesn’t seem like as much of an issue. The devs have done an awesome job of making all the lands interesting and I love the storyline. Overall I highly recommend ☺️

Klondike. Hi Klondike team Klondike is an absolutely amazing game. Just a great idea for another update would you add dogs, cats, birds etc just as a simple pet So to the good things 1. So many animals pigs, cows, sheep, geese and chickens LOVE IT. 2. You can be whoever whether you be a messy builder putting stuff all over the place to THE ABSOLUTE neat freaks who have everything in neat lines. 3. you can build so much from facility’s to feeding barns, dairies to bakeries and you can just have the simplest veggie patches to grow your must have foods FYI (for your info) there are so many rare rocks you probably won’t experience in real life from pink gems to aqua crystals fools gold to the shiny golden gold Now to the bad things☹️ 1. So what is the point of having a game if you CAN’T have any normal pets cats to dogs horses to donkeys fish to birds MULES (horses+donkeys) 2. lets talk lags: when I open the game it glitches when I’m playing it gets out of the game when I go to another world It takes fooooorever I mean maybe sort that out 3. Let’s talk glitches: there are so many when I open the game there’s this funny thing we’re well it just glitches and when I press the home button it stays in the game🙀 FIX IT PLS Over all I rate it a 4.3/5

Don’t waste your time. It’s a very addictive game and yes it all comes down to strategy but also your wallet. It’s very time consuming to get anywhere. Energy takes days to replenish so you purchase gems to try and complete levels which bleeds you dry within a couple of minutes. Yes overall it’s a fantastic game if you have loads of money to pump in to it or have plenty of time to spend days on one level. As of today I’ve canned the game, plenty of others out there that offer a lot more especially when making purchases.

Too expensive.. Although this is an interesting game it is too expensive, expecially where it comes to the gems and energy, plus it moves so slowly that I’m actually losing interest. I have other games that you can progress quickly without spending so much money and is much more interesting. I have paid out twice but that’s it. I will give it a few more moves then decide whether I’m keeping or deleting it. At this stage I will not be recommending it to my other gamer friends. We all deleted the G5 entertainment games because of the same problem.

Great game but. I have to say this game is really good, but there needs to be some attention to the premium subscription most games that supply a subscription give you gems to the equivalent value of the subscription to make it worthwhile but all you get is half energy speed an extra 20 energy this is no where near an incentive for $9.49 a week if you added 100 gems a week to the offer it would be worth it. Maybe the option to watch videos for energy as well would be a great idea. Then this would be a great 5 star game. I love the strategy and the story line it’s a game you take your time with and enjoy playing. Thanks for a great game it just needs attention to subscriptions check out other games that have subscriptions eg ElderScrolls, fallout 76. Thanks and I hope you can do something with this.

Just my Opinion. So I’ve played and payed for many games. Sure this is a strategic game as the Developer keeps shoving down your throat if you happen to contact them. The developers team actually pretends they are actually Klondike citizens and respond as such if you ask a question or have a complaint, it’s worse than embarrassing. This is at best a joke and at worst a slap in the face for the player, it’s beyond disrespectful how you’re treated but hey they have a strategy game. First up the strategy is ok but not brilliant, it’s an “energy based”game so the only strategy is how to get more energy than you can possibly make yourself, not exactly brilliance at all. Which sadly leaves you realising there is no strategy here at all, just the good old Greed Machine again. You are just going to learn along the way that this developer gives you nothing. The events give you absolutely nothing you can keep, the price of anything is outrageous, the value for what you might purchase is insulting. Clearly there is no customer/player fairness with this developer, they just don’t get it. In a nutshell you are treated like an imbecile. Have fun everyone and think very wisely before you spend here, there are way fairer games and developers than this obnoxious group.

Alas! An error has occurred!. “Alas! An error has occurred! Please reload the game.” Always around the same time for a 3 hour period. It’s impossible to do anything except keep trying. Supports answer... delete the app and reinstall, no improvement! so I’d say it’s their server as I’m on NBN with 43Mbps so no speed problems my end. After reaching lever 30 I’d had enough and decided to call it a day & quit mid 7 day challenge, it doesn’t make it fair if you can’t get into the game or lose the server switching lands. In summary... it’s an addictive game style to finish setting things up; however it gets a bit mundane alway planting crops, feeding animals and trying to make up the ridiculous shortfalls only to get nowhere unless you have a bottomless pot of cash.... If you are wealthy enough to go that route! It’s now gone from my app collection so now I can get back to a normal life and learn something more useful. ;-)

Pay to play game!. This is actually a very nice game to play. But it’s been ruined by the developers Klondike gold rush spirit to get all of my $$$. It only gives enough energy to play for a few minutes before you need to pay for gems or dynamite to keep playing. You can watch ads to get more energy, but it’s a telling sign that all the ads are for this game mmmmm? Personally Zombie Castaway is a much better version of this type of game to play. Developers: I think that you may need to give more to get more. I won’t be spending any more money on it!

Nothing to do.. I can jump onto this game every hour or so and do about two or three things before my energy runs out (I’ve just hit level 9). I’m currently trying to make one thing to finish a building. But that one thing required a few bits that I have to make before I can make it. So right now I’m waiting 20 minutes for something to finish being made. Hey devs. 20 minutes is a long time, long enough for me to put my phone down and decide I can’t be bothered playing this game any more because who the heck wants to come back in 20 minutes to just make something else that will take 20 minutes. Make the times reasonable on the craftable items, it’s bad enough that you have to wait how ever long before you can finish chopping a tree down or clear out a few measly bushes. I’m guessing by the other reviews though that you guys don’t listen to feedback. Thank you in advance for your generic response. TLDR: don’t play unless you like opening the app every 20 minutes to build one thing.

Good game but very expensive. I do enjoy playing this game but you go through all your energy in about 30 seconds, need to wait for over an hour for energy to replenish. Yes, I use the oven fire pits etc to get extra energy and have enough resources to fill these. However, I am constantly having to wait for the oven to cool down and it still doesn’t give you much especially when even basic actions costs so much energy. I end up using gems for energy which is expensive. Can’t afford it anymore. It is definitely the most money grabbing game I have encountered. Shame they don’t give you extra energy or make the actions cheaper. Yes, developer reply is always the same and yes I know it is a strategy game, but you need to address the issue of the imbalance between energy given and the energy needed for the simplest actions. Would not recommend this game to anyone.

Klondike. A great and fun way to learn basic management skills. Without realising that you are learning. Even a broke joke like myself can enjoy the full benefits of the game free. The advertisements aren’t put in your face every step of the way. There will be added benefits to your game if you do choose to watch them though. You may find yourself waiting for certain things to happen in the game. But the developers in their wisdom have foreseen this and offer small side challenges within the main game for you to attempt if you choose. The prizes won in the side challenges are beneficial in helping to progress through the main game, though not vital to it. The game isn’t stingy with its prizes either. On the whole I find this game an excellent brain exercise well thought out with likeable characters. My compliments to the developers. I have tested many games on my phone, until I get bored with it. Klondike has by far out survived the others.

Blatant false advertising.. Despite the dull gameplay, I was having fun until the developers started putting out false advertising. I have seen ads for Klondike that show a type of puzzle that does not exist in Klondike at all. Also, the app icon has been changed to tell a downright lie about what players can expect. This is misleading and deceptive conduct, and I hope Apple responds to my complaint and takes down those ads, along with the stupid new Klondike icon. If you want to advertise a game, advertise the actual game! UPDATE: Thanks for the canned response, developers, but tell that to the judge. I repeat: the ads do NOT show “only a part” of Klondike. What’s in the ads is NOT in the game! I should know; I had been playing Klondike for over a year... but I won’t support businesses that break the law with false advertising, so I won’t be playing this garbage any more.

Excellent game. Not withstanding the need to use an exorbitant amount of energy, this game provides a regular supply of things to do. Regularly updated and carefully thought-out, well done to the developers of this game. I am at level 28 and as yet have not had to use real money (although have been tempted), though this takes a lot of patience! Definitely recommend to players who can wait for energy to become available.

DO NOT give them any money!. It’s quite easy to spend money in the game but I warn you, DO NOT do it. I have had unauthorised payments taken from my account on at least 3 separate occasions, only once have I been successful in getting a refund. Game support were of no help and told me I had to contact Apple. Who have only approved a refund once. I am in the process of blocking them from taking any more of my money. I really did like this game, however the energy simply does not last. Sometimes you find yourself removing one tree or rock and that is your entire energy gone! It takes 1.5minutes to get back 1 point of energy. And my max energy sits around 60.

The new Park has killed the fun for me. Was really enjoying this game until you introduced the “Park”. The Park is a rought, generated to sucking the life out of the players materials and supplies so they’ll buy more gems and natures gift’s. I feel the developers have shot yourselves in the foot though by doing this, as I know for myself I’d be less likely to buy gems, to replenish supplies and materials to progress in the game, than I would for energy as the amount of gems needed to make 1 material is too much. And then when the Park becomes over grown it needs pruning and uses more materials/supplies on top of what you already used to get it up and running, it’s a never ending cycle. The game is challenging enough at times to find ways to get moving, now the addition of Park has just made it so slow and not enjoyable. I gave the Park a crack to see how it worked but it’s a big thumbs down from me, the amount of supplies, materials, energy and effort you have to put in to build prestige in the Park to get the chests, only for the chest reward to be a real let down is disappointing. The Park is really a game on its own and you need to either accomodate for that in how people collect/build supplies and energy, or, people won’t play because it just too much for one game. The Park takes away from the original Klondike game format in a big way.

Frustrated Player. Hi guys, when I first started playing I was loving the game, I’m home a lot so tend to play quite a bit, I have got to level 42, but have run out of water, ice, fire, twigs, logs to make fire, I only have one land open and the time trial, but neither have ice, not even bushes, and only the occasional broad leaf tree...I’m really stuck, can’t make basic stuff, or some animal feeds and struggle to fill orders. My research station goes non stop but it can’t keep up with what I need...please, please give us another research station or 3 and other ways to get water and fire, I need sooo much more of each. Also I don’t mind buying a few gems but hardly get any special offers, more of those would be great. Hoping you can fix these bits for me.

Gets better the more you play. I found it a struggle at the beginning and did by some gems, but now I have thinks cranking I am able to have enough life/energy etc without needing to purchase ( Though I do grab a special deal sometimes 😉) I love all the things you win in the special challenges. The only frustrating drawback is the home base land space. There just isn’t enough room for everything. I have to pack away my special gifts as they won’t all fit. Please game designers can we have a bit more space for all the lovely things we keep winning?

Money making exercise. I read the reviews prior to downloading but thought i’d give it a try. It actually is a great game, but you better be prepared to use lots of cash to make any progress... you need energy ‘points’ to clear vegetation to progress, as per the norm, but relying on generating these energy points just by game play is mind numbing. Progress in the game is exceptionally slow without using actual money to buy these energy points. Frustrating to saythe least. I hate clearing vegetation only for more to apparently appear in its place- only thing i could attribute it to is to coax the player into paying money. I’m talking serious coin (for me anyway). Great game, but the drive to coax you to spend money is too much. I’ve now deleted it. Too slow, and i’m easily coaxed into spending cash. Avoid it if you do like the ability to progress at a reasonable pace without using actual money. Such a shame.

I need more energy. I really enjoy the game. There’s almost always an event and I like how you jump around the map and go to different areas. Basically I really like the game but I’ll get to the important bit. The energy regenerates, in my opinion, far too slowly. It makes it difficult to play the game as I can only do things for a few minutes and then I’ve run out of energy. This leaves me waiting around with ultimately nothing to do. Sure I can sow some crops and make some items but apart from that there’s not much. I think it would be a good idea to increase the amount of energy you get every minute so that players can spend more time progressing through the game. Apart from this though I would definitely recommend :)

Lies. How do we raise animals exactly.? You get produce from animals until they run out then they disappear even animals bought with real money. This game is only a money grab there is no adventure or story. The object of the game is to clear space and use your hard earned money to do it. They dont have compassion they just blame the player while they take the money. Too bad too. The worse money grab out. Play the game once a day clear stuff until you have no energy then log out. This way you will send them broke. Dont subscribe and dont buy anything with real money.

Thank you. I don’t usually like these types of games because they usually draw you in and then when you get get stuck, they show you what you can buy to continue. When downloading this game I got this game I thought would be another one of those types. However after finishing the tutorial and not having ads thrown in my face and deals thrown in my face I realised that someone still makes proper game apps and not advertisement billboards and for that I am truly thankful for. And btw I will most likely be purchasing a deal in the near future, because id happily give my money to you guys than scammers

Klondike. Still enjoy the daily challenge, but, Have millions of coins but can’t buy energy or emeralds or even stuff like hammers that stops the play tremendously. Costs too many emeralds as does the energy. People that don’t earn American dollars find it almost unaffordable considering that kids don’t exactly work. Find the merchant ship and order board all want the same stuff and the chickens don’t lay fast enough for the demand.......constant frustration of the sameness. I have been playing this for more than a year already and would like to continue playing so thanks for the game but could you please help make it more more affordable

Fun but slow. I hate these types of games where you need to wait for your energy to build back up in order to play. Then there’s some things that cost more than your energy bar can actually hold. I understand it’s a money making scheme but they’d be making enough money from people buying gems to speed up crafting and baking items. Other than that it’s a good game and has a lot of diversity but you’ll get sick of having to wait pretty quickly...

Lots of fun. I’m having a lot of fun looking after the little farm, planting crops and gathering milk and eggs, and sending products back to town. It’s great exploring the area as well, but there are some problematic depictions of First Nations people and their sacred objects are meant to be traded away to white people- I actually thought that was a trick question at first! But nope, you’re supposed to play as a white person, pick up the golden icons of the First Nation people you encounter, and trade them away. So, I guess it’s actually historically accurate?! It’s also a bit tough to keep your energy level up without making purchases.

Great game don’t bother asking for help. I really enjoy playing this game and have for quite sometime. There is always different challenges and areas to explore. Majority of the timed areas require purchases to complete though just playing main game not required. I haven’t had to ask for help until recently. It was useless. Rewards are given if you cut out resources in an area. I had cut it out but the reward didn’t work. Lost the reward as it was a timed area and three individual Assistants told me to cut out stuff that was no longer there even after sending a photo multiple times it was all cleared. Very disappointing.

Game ok!. Thank you for your reply! All good now. It’s the start of the fruit festival. So I let the game download. After the download it took me to the Park. Showing me the magnolia trees and ask me to tap or plant or put seed etc on the first tree. But nothing happen! I switched off my phone and back on still nothing. Then I deleted the game and download it back but still nothing happen. Is there something wrong with the game? What should I do next? Apart from this problem I’m enjoying this game! It does feel frustrating waiting and waiting for the energy to refill when it takes a few seconds to use up those energy….

Love it!. I have been sucked into the game and really enjoy playing it. The energy points refill kinda slow but it means when they are refilled you spend it wisely. I never usually get into these games but this is a fantastic game if you like mini challenges. Btw you can make energy yourself using the cauldron and oven so you never really run out if you have tons of food! It’s a game where you must have patience but it’s totally worth it!

An absolute con! Steer clear!. I tried to purchase an add on pack and had numerous messages saying the transaction had not gone through so continued to try. I checked my bank account and the money had been debited every time I had a declined message. The error messages are clearly a con so you continue to try to purchase and get hit with a bill and all of the purchases at a later date. I have complained and asked for a refund for all the extra purchases I received a declined message for (none of the extras have been used). After no initial response and chasing I received a message from Julia to say they won’t refund. I’ve reported and disputed this to my bank so hopefully there will be a resolution. I would highly recommend not using this game it is a complete money spinner and the customer service/responsiveness is some of the worst I have experienced.

It’s all lies. All of the match games and interesting things shown in the ads, do not exist. I am happy to purchase, after all these games do not exist without some people investing. All the advertisements I see show parts of the game that I have never ever seen in over a year of playing. It is just rubbish. Cannot give less than 1 star, I would give zero.

Too expensive. EDIT: The response is rubbish. So many people are complaining about the unfairness of this game and you aren’t listening. Only the payers can enjoy this game, those with a lot of money to waste. I was happy to pay a bit for gems but it goes so fast. I can now only come on, play for about 2 minutes and go again for a few hours as I have no resources to do what is required. BEWARE!! Don’t get sucked into this game! This is a great game, however the price is too high to really enjoy it. They say you need to develop strategy to utilise your energy but at times there’s no way of knowing which direction to go and you use it all up before raising you’re going the wrong way. They also say there are a number of ways to refill your energy but the resources to do so are hard to come by and cost more energy to get them. I’ve spent a bit of money already and find it unfair that it goes within 5 minutes so I keep having to either spend more or wait ages for maybe 15 energy points. I think it’s grossly overpriced and unfair to the general population who can’t afford to be topping up or buying bulk regularly. I’m going to delete. Total money grab and nothing in return

Could be better. Way too slow at replenishing the energy. It gets boring real quick when you can only do 1-2 things. Happy to watch ads to progress faster, but am not about to spend real $, firstly - it’s essentially a very basic game that takes zero skill; and secondly - developers can decide all to easily to stop updating and all those $ players have spent have been wasted. Might play for a little longer, but it’s very frustrating. Edit - I appreciate the response. But even obtaining energy in the ways you mention, provides minimal help. Only being able to play for a few minutes is less than ideal. Not sure how much longer I’ll play for.

Fun, Addictive, but please fix issues!. Have been playing this game for months now. It’s interesting exploring and checking out all the new lands and, while I’ve spent money, it’s not necessary once your base is fully established unless you’re impatient The biggest problem right now is the sweet shop game freezes when showing videos and you have to restart the game with no chance to fully complete. This happened with the last update and has not been fixed. If it was this would be closer to a 5 star game

Cool game. Fun game to play! But a few notes that I think would make it better: - We should be able to upgrade the housing from tent to cabin to apartments, etc. instead of buying new ones. I now have 8 tents that take up too much space when I’m trying to buy apartments!! - Similar to how we sell things on the notice board (idk what it’s called) we should be able to buy things as well. - my 9 tasks things on the board always ask for the same things, which makes it really frustrating to fill all the orders? E.g. 7/9 orders will ask for varying quantities of pumpkins and curd? - the storyline isn’t really great... I can’t remember why I left the grounds in the first place?

Surprisingly a fun game gives FarmVille vibes. Game is literally like FarmVille with gems/energy what made it even better was I made $20 USD playing it through SB literally spent 1.57 CAD on a 3000 energy deal. You can definitely play this game without having to pay I just spent the the 1.57 because the amount it takes to get 3000 energy would’ve been a week since it’s 1 energy/ 1min30sec and gotta make sure to use up the energy since that max it holds is 50 until u level up

Ne fonctionne pas. Je ne peux pas réparer la grange ça dit “disponible dès le niveau 2” et je ne peux rien faire d’autre

Too much. I like the game but is getting imposible to accomplish any quests as too much energy is required to break/clear the lands. Sometimes to break a rock requires more energy than what the energy bar has. 😕

Unpleasant changes. The game has always been fun and I’ve been playing for years, but lately some stuff has been less great. Double layering the timing of events doesn’t invite you to play more - I just get annoyed that there’s two things happening at once and just stay with the one that started earlier that I’ve already been playing. As well, the amount of energy required to accomplish one thing is growing too high, so that I can barely accomplish anything and moved forward in game play when I’m playing. This (again) doesn’t make me play more - I get frustrated and play less throughout the day, and overall. Also, there are way too many “encouragements” for people to spend money and buy things when I open the game - I feel like I have to close four or five screens each time. The changes lately are making it less fun to play - it’s more difficult to do what needs to be done to advance the story, getting overly complicated, and just feels like a sales ad to get money.

Klondike. Impossible de me connecter le curseur arrête dans le millieu

👎🏻. This doesn’t even look like the same game that is advertised.. false advertising 😡

Love this game. I’m only giving this game 4 stars because I don't want to use real money for things. It would be nice to be able to convert earned coins to emerald or power. Just a thought. Also, I find that some of the side games to difficult as you need a lot of power and the power bar only auto fills to 55.

Not the same game ?????. This game popped up on another game I was playing as an ad and I downloaded it and it’s definitely not the same..

Klondike. It’s fun 🤩 thanks 🙏

Assistance please?. I can’t get through the “blocked river”, with this latest update. A little help please?? Thank you!!

Yawn.. This was once my favourite game. Now it’s just a visit to feed your animals. Uses only recycled events/content and hasn’t had anything new in ages. If you do play an event, the amount of energy required to get through it is ridiculous!! Once went into an event with 12 000 energy, and STILL couldn’t complete the level without buying energy 😡

False advertising. Such a bad game, I don’t even understand why game like this exist. Why taking time to make a game to look not even like the add ? Shame on dev.

Médiocre. Trop de pub et temps d’attente interminable!

Event Explanations - Can we get a skip option. I have been playing the game for a while so I have played through several of the special events. I wish there was a way that I could skip the event explanations. I play the game on my iPad and when an event explanation pops up I pull out my phone and scroll through stuff on there while tapping my finger on the iPad to progress through the explanation that I can’t skip.

Vraiment flouée 🤬🤬🤬. Mon jeu ne fonctionne plus et j’ai mis beaucoup d’argent dedans faite quelques chose

Klondike. Keeps popping up on my words with friends, eliminate game,STILL pops up and covers my letters! Totally makes me want to dump games

Problem. I have played this game for years and enjoyed it. Now I can’t get on the game . I haven’t been able to play for 3 or 4 days now. What is going on? This was one of the first games I ever played.I don’t want to but if I can’t play it I’ll have to delete it.

Good game. Enjoy the game with one exception. I’ve been playing for over a year and getting sick and tired of doing the same tutorials every time an event starts

App crashes with ads. I used to love this game, however now the app freezes every time an ad is played and I have to close and reopen the app. And as an added insult, I don’t get whatever bonus I was supposed to for watching an ad.

Best game. Je suis accro à votre jeu

False advertising. Been playing this game for awhile now and it’s going downhill. 1st, I’m really frustrated by how false all adds are for the game. There is zero semblance and it’s been years I’ve been seeing them falsely promote. 2nd, they’re making it so impossible to get anywhere in the events due to everything taking so much energy that I completely stopped playing events. Shame considering the work that must go into them. Disappointed overall now unfortunately

Scam!!!!!. In the ad they showed that ‘Kate’ got cheated on but in the game she just came to the Farm like it is a Scam fake fake fake fake!

Energy needed need I say more.... Need energy to,complete tasks and knock down things

False Ad. The advertising is not the same as the game. I downloaded the game because I wanted to play what was showed in the advertising.

Terrible. This game is horrendous. It might have been good when it came out over 5 years ago but it doesn’t seem to have been updated and it’s absolutely nothing like the ads! If you want to play a good farming game go play HayDay.

Great Game. This is a great game , however there are three issues . 1) Unless you want to pay to play in side quest is impossible to complete task in time 2) Task take too much energy especially as you progress 3) Game needs to be updated with more levels and chapters . At Chapter 14 area 3 there are no further levels …So why should we bother keeping the game . Those reasons are why I did not give this game a 5 out of 5 . Please add new levels .

Klondike. So much fun!

Report this app for false advertisement. So tired of this bs. App store needs to start cutting them off for doing that.

It’s fine. Glitches with obtaining tools, it says I get certain ones from completing an order but they never show up in my items. Can’t build most buildings without having tools for materials so I’m basically stuck. Everything takes too much energy and there’s not enough ways to collect it. A full energy bar can only complete one or a few tasks so it takes forever to clear anything. Boosters are way too expensive for what they are, I won’t by purchasing anything for this game.

Highly addictive and not a bad game… nothing like the ads though. Highly addictive and not a bad game… nothing like the ads though

Was good before. Always enjoyed it. Last Christmas update was ok. I usually try to finish levels but don’t always have the time as I don’t pay money so I don’t have enough energy at the end. But the last update I really tried to finish. Was almost there only a few steps BUT Klondike made it IMPOSSIBLE to do so by making us dig ice BIG TIME for every little millimetre in the last small portion of level + after the digging you have to unfreeze with fire that you used a bunch of energy to dig as well. I mean come on I know I don’t pay but it’s completely ridiculous to get at the end like this and use alllll your resource and energy to MAYBE finish to get a little present. Don’t make me think I get at the end and then make it impossible to achieve without paying. Anyways deleting the app now after many years. Thanks anyway Klondike.

Klondike ….broken?. Broken as it will not load

Continuation. I completed all the tasks, when will the continuation be released?

Give the option of skipping treasure hunt intros. This is getting ridiculous, how many pop ups and such just to get to the game. Please allow users to skip over some of this as it is annoyingly repetitive.

Way too many adds. The game is fun and well built but there is literally an ad very other tap

Stopped working. It was super fun but stopped working and closed and now it won’t open :(

Fake ad. Please do some real ad

It’s getting impossible. I understand that you need to make money but I cannot get through any new challenge without hitting rock bottom in energy. Paying so much money for energy refills is not within my budget, ever. I am religious in checking my home and taking care of the animals. As well as restocking and thinking of back ups for things. When I tried to be strategic, I just lost out, (I did splurge on this) I’m tired of feeling like I’m left behind in this game, I already feel like that in real life lol

FALSE ADVERTISING! Not at all like advertised!. This is one of those games that previews the game as being one thing and then you download it and it’s COMPLETELY DIFFERENT! I mean the game is a fine game, but I wanted it how it was advertised and I was greatly disappointed. So I deleted it!!!

How can I get to level 11. It’s kinda hard to get to the next level and I’m on level 7 trying to get to level 11 since I was offered a $75 gift card if I get to level 11 on a “get my reward “ website. If anyone can help please hit my dms on Instagram via theonlyjamal1

Game. Never ending stories

I hate this game.... It looks good, the first hour or so you never run out of energy. But wait, you will cut down one sequoia and will have to watch an add to gain energy. The living stock give you candies when they are depleted... but that barely give you enough for very little energy. Anyways, it is another money trap. This game does not look like the ads!! That is so dishonest of you!

You like the ads. Well perfect that is exactly not at all what the game offer

Point value of everything’s is just priced too high!!. I’ve been playing this game for months now and the things I struggled with in the beginning like having enough food and animals to progress has passed. I nearly always have enough product and animals but the point value of eliminating obstacles is so high that if I work on an adventure or challenge I am unable to do anything else. 50-90 points to blast a rock or tree. Balance building and seeking resources for fuel and food. Can you consider lowing point costs? It’s really hard to progress And yes, I don’t always participate in an adventure or a seasonal event because the point costs is simply too high. With all the paid ads, the rewards to watch should be much higher and maybe consider letting me buy points with my hard earned gold, not just money.

App crashes and won’t load the first time. Looks great but I can’t tell as I can’t even get into the game.

Its fun but not satisfied.. I like playing it. Its similar with farmville but i dont need a friend to help you with the items however per bush or tree uses a lot of energy. So instead of playing with it for minutes i have to close it again and come back then cut bushes/coal and etc for like one or two then close it again. Its so difficult to level up and complete tasks. Good thing also now they make the tracks clear. Now i know what to cut to get the tasks.

Stuck on the 1st tutorial. This app is a scam to get your data. I downloaded it and it gave me a nice few seconds of tutorial. But it’s stuck on the barn tutorial, and it keeps bringing me to that page. When I spoke to the company’s rep on FACEBOOK, it says I need to play it on Facebook or go to a different page. But the app won’t bring me to any other page when it opens except for the barn tutorial.

Use to be fun. I absolutely used to love this game. I played all the time but lately it is just with the last update the cost to complete a task is ridiculous. I mean you go through all your energy clearing two items and it’s just I think I’m done with this game and it’s sad because it was an awesome game.

Super annoying. Once you’ve been playing a while it can take more than 10000 energy just to get through any level. What you could cut through in 200 before is now 1000 minimum and that takes ages. Trying to get you to spend money and you still get no where.

Disappointed. The ads on Facebook are nothing like the game. Waste of downloading space

I’m still hooked. I downloaded this game around 2020 and have not put it down since. I’m not sure if they are doing something different than other similar games, but I haven’t played them to find out😂 I will say the only set back is probably something that is intentional, and makes since from a business point of view, but as a customer, I’m a little salty. Once you make a higher dollar amount gem purchase from one of their temporary sales, the price range of the next couple energy/gem sales is high. You don’t have that $3.99 option again unless you don’t buy anything for a couple weeks. I know it’s not that big of a deal, but with how frequently special events are, I would like a full range of price options, instead of having to miss participating because the price packs are too much. And please stop changing the graphics to less detailed animations. I love that they changed it back to more detailed animation (in the legend, and things like hay and animals). Idk, when the items looked more cartoony, it took away from the game a little for me. Other than that, I honestly love this game and have been playing it for years. I’m pretty sure they’ve made a small fortune off of me😂 Don’t get gem and fertilizer happy in the beginning! Keep those close to you and use them sparingly if you’re not prepared to spend a little extra money to fully enjoy the game!

Disappointed. I played the original game, and a high level too. This little version is a huge disappointment. One step forward, two steps backwards for every move I make. Always dirt poor. So poor I can’t buy animals which keep dying or feed them, let alone have thousands of coins to buy houses or buildings I need. Growing beans and rye all day is like watching paint dry and very expensive. Should be plant one, get two, not rip us off for every little thing. Collections are about non existent in this version so far, as are gems. Forget the big prizes for taking out trees and rocks, they too don’t exist. Forget about instantly using food for energy that too was tightened. Now take it home, put it in a machine and if you have a lot you can then use it. At every turn you are nagged to use gems which don’t exist...oh yes, get one for leveling up or doing a huge amount of quests lol...right! Even the food we make in the bakery is now not energy, it’s to sell! Extremely unhappy. Looking for a new game that is fair, doesn’t keep me poor, and doesn’t use energy, has great collections, and building are hundreds of thousands of coins to buy when there is little chance of money in early levels.... oh yes, I have that, going to play Townkins!

You’ll have fun.. I am in agreements with “Hot Shot Man’s” review. Not related to his review, I only have a couple of things that might be of help for you with Klondike. As a player now at level 21, I am seriously enjoying myself. However, to hire employees for the amount of gems, gets a little too pricey to keep up with, but I made do. Also, there are some activities or actions that could use a little more info given. On a brighter side, I’ve just got to say, “Awesome job” on the fun additional items for our “Home” page for Tea/energy, water, & fertilizer. One question though, (I don’t mean ANY disrespect), why a second ? factory? (for minerals, trees, & bushes), is given as a free gift for finishing the one excursion, when we/I already bought one and build it? I don’t have the packing building. That or the spinning buildings would have been great. LOL 😁 Anyway, I am definitely enjoying myself. I own a red & white Siberian Husky. When I saw the husky face, I went into the game info and knew it looked fun. Keep up the great work. 👍🏼👍🏼 🤗💕🐾🐾👏🏼❄️

Keep the Trade Co. I’ve been playing this game for several years now. I recently saw a review that said to get rid of the park and the trade company. I disagree about the trade company. However, I do agree about getting rid of the park. It seems rather useless. The mining adventures are one of my favorite parts, and I do like the new events that come along quite often. I’m not interested in getting into the more dark parts in the chapters, so I mainly focus on the trade company and the events. Those give me more than enough playing time. In fact, too much as I have to limit myself. Keep up the good work Of all the games I’ve tried, this has been the most fun and the only one I’ve stuck with. I do delete it from time to time just because I’m playing it too much but I always come back to it. December, 2023. Don’t like the changes to the original graphics that have just been made. Too cartoonish. Original graphics have always been much better than most games.

Poor customer service. Yesterday I reported that my cc was charged for emeralds and they were not put on my game. I was asked to prove that the charge was made by sending screen shots. I did this. I more then proved that the error was on your end not mine. The initial message I sent was responded to within a half an hour. I send you the screen shots like you asked and all I get are crickets. I’ve asked a couple of times for a status update with no response. If this is how you treat loyal players I will be deleting this game from my system. I expect some kind of resolution today. Update: someone from your organization sent me a message saying they gave me the emeralds I purchased plus a small bonus. I never received anything. When I asked how to find it on my game I was ignored. I have repeatedly asked for my emeralds or a full refund and have been ignored repeatedly. I have screen shots of every message sent and received. I spend a lot of money on this game. I was a loyal fan of this game. If this is how you treat your loyal fan base I will never play this game again. I have sent messages to the games private messenger on Facebook with no response. Thanks for ripping me off. Thank you for stealing my money.

Money grubbing/no customer support. I’ve played a lot of games but I think this is the worst by far. Granted the graphics and storyline are fantastic but don’t bother trying to play unless you have an unlimited bank account. Additionally, the only time your responded to is when you are buying something, otherwise you are completely ignored by their customer service in both the game and on their Facebook website. If you have technical problems their answer is to throw a generic gift your way which nowhere near replaces your loss. Their promotions on Facebook are also rigged. They lure you into promotion games but even if you win you’re not going to receive the reward. They say the winners are “picked” through computer generation by game ID. In other words, it’s rigged and more than likely all the so called winners listed are phantoms. If you have questions, don’t bother to ask because they never respond. If you have a great deal of patience, you may want to try and play for free but I warn you it’s extremely difficult and frustrating. If you do spend money on it, be ready to accept you will lose far more than you get.

Not happy. I love this game. I played the pc version for a long time and spent a lot of money on it. You have to do something about the energy. Please don’t say there are many ways to get energy. I don’t mind spending money on games but I’ve spent $8 in one day on this game. The energy I bought gave me 15 minutes of play time and this includes making energy from items I won. Please do something or I’m going to have to find another game that gives me more time for my dollars. I easily spend $20 or more a week on games, but only on games I feel are giving me a return. I’ll play a few more days to see if there are any changes. I would have given 5 stars if you had more play time. Update I’m sorry I really love this game but I wait over an hour for 51 energy I bust one 80 energy rock and I wait. Out of that rock I get nothing to make energy. Yes I have max chicken and cows that I feed constantly in hopes they die so that I can make some energy. You’ve got to give a little here I need more play time than five minutes every hour. I’m spending money. With $15 worth of energy busting up things I got enough little food products to make 30 energy. This is not a good return on my investment. I don’t expect to blow through the game nor do I expect to play free.

Energy. From other reviews I see that I’m not the only one that has this problem, and that they haven’t worked on it since at least last April, so that’s a little sad. To repeat what other reviews say, it costs way too much energy to clear anything or do anything in this game. It can take 2 1/2 hours worth of energy to clear a single tree. I get that this is a free game and that it needs to be paid for, but it’s not even worth it to spend actual money for what amounts to 5-10 minutes of gameplay. The one area where you can watch ads gives you dynamite that you can’t place and almost never goes where you need it, making it useless and not really worth it to the player. This game is really good besides the fact that it takes a week to clear a single area. I don’t want to do the events cause I don’t want to “waste” the energy on it when I can use it to work on clearing the home area or clearing that tiny area in the exploration area that I can. I saw that the developer thinks that this adds “challenge”, but it’s not, it’s just frustration. Don’t get this game unless you like playing a game for 3 minutes every hour and a half.

Fun game, but don’t like latest update. Been playing this for the past few weeks and it was a fun game. Like the gameplay. My only squabble with it is with the latest patch, they’ve kind of broken some aspects of the game. They added 3 new animals, but reduced the number of old animals you can have. They also removed a majority, maybe all, of the gold nuggets you get from the animal statues. I had already started my third area that you only have a week to explore, and I just found the trader in the area. The trader is wanting like 50 more gold nuggets than I have, and I don’t have any gold veins to mine, so I’ve just got to lose out on 100 stamina and 4 emeralds. Also, since there are less cows and chickens, it can be harder to get candies to get more stamina to actually finish the area, since there are basically no coal mines in the area and I need 150 fire, I have to constantly make coal in my research facility, but by the time I finish one, I’m out of coal and fire and need to make more, especially now that I also need coal in order to make water and one of the new animal’s feed.

Energy controlled. This game would be great but it is controlled by energy. Not much fun if you can’t play for more then 2 seconds. UPDATE: Been playing for a couple of weeks now. Love the game but it is a money grabber. It is completely controlled by your energy. And yes, there are ways of making and finding energy BUT it takes all the energy it took to find it. They start you with 50 energy but it can take all that with 1-2 hits on the objects in your way. Then you are done until your energy is restored which is 1 energy every 1.5 minutes. They need to change that or it won't be long before I delete this game. They have a good thing going, JUST STOP BEING SO MONEY GRUBBING! UPDATE #2: Looks like the makers of this game didn't like what I wrote lol. I'm going to stick with my original reviews. They said if they gave us more energy it wouldn't be challenge. They also told me to devise a " strategy " to get more energy. I know all the strategies and they don't last either. So again I say it's a money grabber until they do something with the energy part. Can't wait for their next reply. Looking forward to it 😀.

Game is hard to progress. I like this game, the story is fun, and there are plenty of areas to clear and discover. Other areas or locations turn up and when you complete the quests they close, so you lose resources. The main home area is where you farm and make things. At first it was easy, but now I’ve spent almost 2 weeks trying to earn 20k to build a factory, and a glassworks. I bought an apartment for 12k but can’t build it until I have some items that require a factory. What a waste of money. Build in order. Wish I knew. You can make money by crafting gold to sell and clients request goods but now I’m out of gold ore since the area closed and I used up the ones on my home location. You can also earn energy by digging up bushes and crafting berry jelly in the home campfire and the cabin in another area. No more berries though, so it’s slow going. Ive not spent money though I’m tempted... I love the guy in the hot air ballon that blows up stuff for watching a video. Kudos for thinking of that one. I mainly play this game to kill time waiting on Diggy’s Adventure to earn energy. This game is fun just slow. Enjoy Keep on crafting.

Fun in the few minutes it takes to run out of energy.. I can manage to keep myself busy with this game, doing the tedious stuff like feeding the barn animals or creating goods. The fun stuff clearing the levels is where they bait you into spending a ridiculous amount of money. I don’t mind and have spent a few dollars on good entertainment. The cost of playing a this game to make it fun is more than any game I’ve ever played. Their specials, not so special. The energy it takes to get through timed levels, impossible to achieve without spending much more than a few dollars. In response to my response, thing is I use all those things and still struggle with energy. In response to my response, you don’t know me strategy games are my passion, there are many including yours that have caught my attention and I’d imagine that when this game totally frustrates me, I’ll move on, take it from another developer, you should listen to your customers they will be your success, else everything that makes you especially proud of this game may be fleeting.

Fun but can only play abt 15 min at a time 😕. I have been playing this game for about a yr, hoping to get somewhere but basically haven’t gone far with it. It takes too much energy to bust a snow drift, kill an animal, to do anything! Then you have to wait another hr or so just to do 3 more tasks (after getting more energy). I am on Larry’s Project (which lasts 24 hrs only). Hard to compete with others that have 5 barns and more farmland for crops to make their animal food. Competitions aren’t even amongst players. I can never accumulate enough coins to buy more bldgs, garden space, animals due to using said money just to keep planting crops to keep animals that I do have. If these options were redone, giving more in energy/coins, less to take to accomplish things, like other games, more time could be spent relaxing and enjoying it while accomplishing more to keep the interest in playing. If you like playing a game for 15 min or less at a time, then waiting an hr or so to come back to play more, this game is for you!!

The creators are money hungry d***s. Klondike a great game. Especially if you have patience. If you don’t you end up spending a bunch of money to play it to get to where you want to go. The side games(the things tht come up during the game) those are fun but I generally end up having to spend money on gems to get all the way through them. Because as you go further into those quests it takes more and more energy and instead of being a game that knows it’s good and going by that they leave you short changed all the time. I have spent $100s of dollars on the game. Just walk away. Or play it. I don’t judge but if you want to know what you’re getting into. It’s game that I pay over $30 a month so I get the extra energy and the packs that you buy they are at least $5 more than when the game tells you they are. It’s a good no it’s a great game if you have patience and don’t mind losing even though you’re trying your hardest. It’s a good game and I wish you the best of luck!!

Energy Problem. This would be a very fun game if not for the frustration of running out of energy constantly while trying to advance in the game. Cutting down a rock or a tree can cost you two to three hours of waiting for energy to build up enough to get by the obstacle, only to find that obstacle is not blocking your goal. Then you wait another two-three hours to try again. I suppose spending real money would buy some energy, but that would become too expensive. The animals turning into chocolate or some kind of treat after a few times giving some produce isn’t that bad due to the game gives you thousands of coins to spend. It would be nice if the game allowed the player to purchase energy with all the coins in your bag or some of the coins. Just like making energy with the treats that the animals turn into. There are opportunities to make extra energy at no cost, but once again that energy is spent too quickly taking down a tree. That is why I only gave the game 3 stars. I probably will put this game aside very soon because I have pretty much adventured enough in Klondike.

Game doesn’t want to load. Been playing for over a year. Even gave a 5 star review. But I’m downgrading to 2 stars because A) The load time has gotten progressively longer, to where now it can take several minutes. I end up going on to a different game instead of waiting for this one. B) I haven’t gotten any rewards for leveling up for months. I’m guessing it all stops around L30? I’m L42 now, and can’t remember the last time I got anything from leveling up. C) Maximum energy caps at 60, unless you buy the subscription. If you want me to spend money on this, you need to make the purchase worthwhile. Like something permanent that supplies energy, a one time payment to permanently increase the energy cap. A kitchen that allows us to use our farm products to make foods that can actually be consumed for energy would be an excellent idea. I’d toss in a couple of dollars for things like this. But that weekly subscription rate is way too expensive! You’re twice the price of Netflix and they don’t make me stop after 5 minutes and wait an hour and a half to continue. But first, please fix the hang up when trying to load. It gets about 30% of the way and stops. Sometimes I see “waiting on server”.

Please Request They allow a 3rd Bakery & 3rd Smitty Building. I just contacted there customer service to find out what level need to be to get a 3rd bakery and a 3rd smitty and was told there wasn’t enough room. That is absolutely not true! We are allowed to purchase up to 4 quarry’s, 3 dairy’s, 4 sawmills, 2 factories, 2 packing buildings, 1 research facility, 1 glassblower, and only 2 bakerys. There is plenty of room to add another bakery or smitty. When we level up we should have the option to purchase another smitty or bakery building unless the point it to make it impossible to play the game without purchasing emeralds or dynamite. It is already getting getting harder to level up since the amount to level up increases each time. We already have to constantly purchase emeralds or dynamite if we want to get the resources like trees, ice, iron ore etc that we need to use the building. I don’t think it is necessary to have a 4th quarry or 2nd packing building. What is needed is the option to purchase a 3rd bakery, 3rd smitty, 2nd glassblower and etc. Please contact their customer service so that they will make this game fun and fair!!

Fun game... needs a little work. I really just started playing this game. I really enjoy the building of your town and gaining tokens etc. I will say that my biggest complaint is the energy it takes to do just about anything. I learned very quickly how to explore other options on making or winning energy. I understand that it is a long term game and there is no instant gratification with this game but the energy consumption with chopping trees or digging up bushes or stones gets old very quickly. I don’t have much free time and just wish I could play a longer period of time when I do. I also don’t understand the reasoning behind not getting to go back to an area. I did not understand this before moving on and now I can’t go back for further exploring. Otherwise I have been having fun. I think it could be a great game to keep playing if something can be done about the energy. I don’t mind spending some cash now and then but I would go broke just to keep buying emeralds to up my energy.

This game will bleed you dry. I was excited to download and play this app when it was released because I loved the idea of living in the wild, treasure hunts, exploration, and building communities. The unlimited storage of materials and goods was a draw because, unlike other apps, I didn’t have to keep selling off stuff to maintain inventory. The initial build was pretty quick. Then it got too spread out, not across landscape but across random places that would come and go and weren’t connected as wells as unrelated tasks that didn’t add to the overall experience. Energy is the major requirement to proceed and it doesn’t last long nor is it cheap. Once they changed the price packages, progress became stagnant and I stopped playing. I just opened it up to see if the premise might have changed, but nope! You still just expend energy clearing rocks and plants without any idea if it benefits progress. Can’t get make the most of your energy purchases. The graphics were a draw but the constant internal ads and obnoxious (not too mention creepy) characters are a turnoff. Maybe I’ll check back in a year. There are far more interesting, enjoyable apps out there...

Great idea and.... I finally downloaded this game after seeing the adds for years. I would have to say that the idea of the game is awesome and all the features are great! What is frustrating for me and why I only gave this game one star is that the energy loss is not in balance with game playing. The amount of energy needed to clear the way for anything is so great that I am only able to play for like two minutes at a time and have to wait an hour for my energy to fill back up again. Unless, I want to spend money on more gems. I have to say, with all the other games I have that I can play for hours totally free just doesn’t make spending money on this game worth it. It is a shame because I think this game could be awesome. I just wish I could play it for longer than a minute at a time. Until the energy situation gets better, I say don’t waste your space with this game! Not strategic....Lame! Don’t tell people it’s about strategy when you really just want them to spend way too much money on too little amount of gems to get energy that doesn’t last more than a few minutes. Developers should spend their time researching how other games are able to keep players playing and less time on trying to comment on all the negative reviews about game play!

Needs more. All of the advertisements for this make it sound like you can play these fun brain teaser mini quests, I haven’t seen one of those since the first 48 hours of installing this game. It’s kind of monotonous, you’re NEVER with enough energy to do the things, and yea I spent money, it went in a couple of seconds, really really not worth it. You will constantly be in need of hammers that are needed for everything, and eggs which are needed for trade to get hammers. It really is a monotonous game. I really wish they would bring back the brain teaser tests. Make the tools needed more diverse, Instead of needing hammers to fulfill everything, maybe switch it up with one of the other tools you get and never use. Overall it’s a bunch of trying to get energy and fulfill the same basic quests over and over. The rewards are rarely above adequate, I’ve spent real money to be #1 on quests (yes plural and I’m kind of ashamed of this fact) and the rewards have been disappointing at best. I gave this game a genuine go, and it had a lot of potential, however it’s a waste of money so don’t spent money or your time on this game.

The only thing you’ll dig is into your wallet.... This would be a great game if you provided more energy and made the amount of energy used to complete a task less. The animals expire way too quick and the prices for the buildings are crazy considering the amount of money you make completing orders. I spent some money, which I don’t mind once and a while but I’m not into doing every time I play. I really liked playing it for the most part but became too frustrated because of the lack of energy and the amount of effort needed to make the parts needed to complete buildings. Once you think you’re done building the building, sometimes your not and get a new part to build. At best it should tell you how many stages you have to complete for each one. There should be more plots for growing crops available too. Basically, things need to be better. I’m too frustrated with playing it the way it is and I uninstalled it. Oh yeah, I forgot! The ad that led me to this game shows a girl holding an outline of a teddy bear and asks the player to find a match for the outline from the 3 bears shown.... I found nothing like this in the game anywhere. Not an accurate depiction of the game at all. 😞😞😞😞😞😞

Fun, but expensive.. I love playing this game, but get frustrated with how much energy it costs to clear things and how long certain items take to finish production. I think it shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes to finish making anything and there should either be more ways to earn bigger levels of energy besides watching a video, waiting for something to finish production, or putting actual money into the game over and over (which I get is the point and how the makers make money), and/or they should make clearing items way less energy. I would also love if when you do actually purchase gems or energy that you would get more than what they currently offer and/or they lower the price. Even on a “special discount offer” you spend $9.99 and only get like 500 energy points and like 200 gems which can easily only last you a a few minutes and doesn’t take you very far in the game and I find myself exiting the game because it’s not fun when I can’t really do anything.

Needs tweaked. I like this game a lot. The different areas are interesting & well done graphically. However I agree with so many others that you need to find a way to keep players in the game longer than the few minutes it takes to cut down a tree! I played FarmVille & sometimes I would play for 1 or 2 hrs. I would do the same with Klondike if there were either more energy or at least more ways to make it than the meager candy machine. You pretty much can’t do anything for free except plant your fields. I would also like neighbors so we could help each other with energy or items. I’m not sure I understand your thinking with energy thing. People would be glad to occasionally spend money on special things but you will never keep players interest that long the way you have it set up. In your comments about the feedback you’re getting you frequently say we understand but. Didn’t anyone ever teach you that when you say whatever whatever but you negate everything prior to your but.

Better energy usage needed. This game is fun and addicting!! But it takes WAY too much energy to clear things and waiting to get energy for free take a while days of collecting food items to cook for energy. SO much time is wasted in that! I was willing to spend some money to get gems but the gems get used up really fast for energy or dynamite. And some times one dynamite hardly clears anything. It’s very frustrating!! After spending $100+ on gems for energy. I’m at my last straw, which means I may not play the game anymore because it takes way too long to accrue energy for free. It much too hard to get it. I feel like the rewards for completing tasks should be gems or direct energy to continue to play. It’s beginning to become much to frustrating. It’s hard enough that certain things take hours to make so you’re spending days of Constant play just to fulfill an order. It’s getting to be too impossible. Something needs to change. Please.

Has its moments. New player, already at level 12, and the game is fun and has its pros. But it’s starting to becoming annoying to the point where I already want to delete it. The progress takes forever, and I’m honestly annoyed with how long it takes to get energy and to cap it off at 51, no less. It makes it difficult to clear a lot of the path, since it takes days to complete just a small patch. Another drawback I don’t like is not being able to revisit some of the previous places, as well as having to repurchase animals every day. (After a while they expire and disappear, so you have to buy new ones, again). The game itself is nice. It’s relaxing, fun, the graphics are amazing and it’s a great game to kill time as you have nothing better to do...... if you don’t use your energy for something big, I mean. It’s basically a game you check every now and then when you remember you have it. Because the energy isn’t going to keep growing (again, it stops at 51) and the progress to level up and keep growing is painstakingly slow.

Fun but…. I like this game. It has a lot of stuff to enjoy and I really want to continue playing it. But I less you shell out a significant potion of money regularly ($20-40/week minimum) your ability to play the game is stratify limited. You get an energy bar of just between like 40-60 or a little more depending on your level, and that’s only good for maybe 3-4 game moves when removing obstacles costs between 10-90 per move. Even with bonus energy generation opportunities you really only end up being able to play for 5-10 minutes at best, and that’s frustrating. You won’t be able to keep up or potentially even finish special events unless you buy extra tokens for energy or energy packs. This game is designed to cost you. So as fun as it is, it’s not worth it. It is cheaper to buy a console game with a one time buy in than play this and pay equivalent costs weekly-monthly. Even if you do their subscribe which increases energy regeneration and slightly increases energy bar total, that only adds an extra move or two at best. I’ll be moving on to something I can enjoy without having to buy in to it at such steep costs.

Fun but expensive. I like the concept of this game. The quests have been interesting. I am on level 15 I have bought several add on packs in order to get that far. At level 15 I only have a energy reserve of max 52 points. It takes an hour or more to build them up to max. To get from one area to another you must chop up tress, rocks, bushes, flowers, or crates. Each item takes anywhere from 3 to 90 points to destroy. They may have 10-15 items in a very small space, So you use your energy points way to fast. When you destroy things you gain supplies and or things you can use to turn into energy, but not enough to be able to play for any length of time. I enjoy questing and finding treasure but with this game you only get to play a few seconds then you must wait over an hour for your energy to build back up. They need to reduce the number of energy points it requires to destroy things, or make it possible to store more energy, and/or possible to gain energy points more easily. I like to benge play, but not with this game, it would cost a fortune.

Some suggestions. This is a great game! I’m enjoying it on down time, however, updates should not require me to enter credit card information, unless I plan on purchasing something. It should not cost 90 energy to cut down a tree, and for goodness sake, allows us to zoom and rotate so that we can see items we might be missing; such as more energy that seems to be hidden behind bushes and rocks. A good incentive and marketing strategy, would be: not require so much energy to chop down one tree, or ice berg etc...people might be more inclined to spend some $$ on gems, if you allot more energy to spend time with the game! I realize the developers go into these projects to use their talents; develop games, and make money at the same time, but the energy you give, and the energy you require to perform objectives, is way unbalanced. People might lose interest! I’m playing a game called “Wild West” which can get pricey as well, but if you check out the demographics of said game, they are way less frugal, allow you to buy/trade with other players, have contests, and allow you to zoom in and rotate the screen. You don’t offer the zoom option, which, at times, causes the player to use energy on something they weren’t planning on cutting down. Again, I realize that $$ needs to be made for your efforts; I’d hate to see gamers lose interest, because they can only spend a very short time completing a task.

Great game in short doses. I downloaded this game over a year ago. I absolutely love this game- the art, the scenes, the characters, the storylines and variety of seasonal themes are all wonderful! However, there really needs to be more ways to earn or refresh energy points or for the energy points to provide more value. Even when spending some money, it does not provide much additional advantage when the points run out so quickly just to clear a small area. Also the quests and tasks can seem impossible to complete in the given timeframe. I had stopped playing for months out of complete frustration and being stuck without enough resources to complete anything. I just started playing again after the developers gave enough ‘free’ stuff to make playing pleasurable again. I suppose I’ll see how long that lasts. I’m definitely not motivated to spend any more $$ at this point unless I can see better value for the cash. I would love to see some changes as again, this is a fantastic game.

Had promise.. The game is great, aside from a few things. Either you guys need to give us 1 energy every minute, or you need to make it way easier to get gems/dynamite. Also, the holiday events are nearly impossible if you don’t have enough dynamite or other things to give you energy. I barely completed the Halloween one, couldn’t complete the thanksgiving one, and won’t be able to finish the Christmas one. I loved this game for a good while, and the support team was super helpful, until I started to question the difficulty of timed events. If I say that I, a casual but dedicated player, seriously struggle with the timed events and that it ruins the game for me, you should consider it. I don’t care that others have completed it “without making any purchases.” Who’s to say that they didn’t have dynamite or gems stored up? Or that they were playing during work/school? If I can’t complete it when going on whenever I am not at school, you should let me choose an easier difficulty where I need to use less resources or energy for the timed events. Since you will surely just skip over this, I’ll just let you know I am most likely never going to use the app until you fix it.

Small Issue. Love this game; thats why i give it 5 stars, nothing like adventures, tasks, and farming. However the other day going on a hike threw the “Snowy Pass” i got all my tasks complete except for one to knock down the boards on the entrance to the “Temple of Light” the game glitched and let me knock it down for 20 energy, the task completed then it deleted that i done the task but the boards are cleared and everytime i tap on it it says to complete all tasks, i tap on the task again and it says to find it on the map, i cleared the map in case i missed something but no luck; well that task that i need to get done was already done but it says it isnt and theres no longer any boards to clear on the pass... if the developer wants to look further into it; let me know and ill gladly take screenshots for a better understanding; its an amazing game but it happens time to time; keep up the good work and updates, cant wait to venture past the “Snowy Pass”

Save yourself aggravation and money.. Edit: DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING THROUGH THIS GAME!!! If you like to have control over what you spend don't spend anything thru this game. I bought one emerald pack and didn't receive them. So I checked my apple account to see if I was charged before I tried a second time and there were 3 packs of emeralds for $10 each on my account. Contacted game creators and they claimed that apple was having issues. Then they sent me 3 packs of emeralds and charged me for 3. When I told them I didn't want that I get a standard form reply from Julia..."We sent you your emeralds, check your gift box, if you have any more problems, please feel free to contact us. Wishes for a nice weekend and warm hugs from us". Every time I contact them about this problem they just turn around and repeat what I have said to them. There are other more fun games just like this on iTunes. Save yourself some aggravation and play one of them. Also, I have had this game since it was released and there have been no new additions, you are stuck with a single player game with no chance of connecting with other players to assist or share items.

Wow!. This game is very fun! There are so many things you could do in it- design and create, go on an adventure, trade, collect, and hopefully meet up with friends soon. A very close friend of mine had this app and showed it to me. Since I played a different version on PC I decided to download it. I fell in love with it as soon as I got it and the graphics and story is amazing! I would love it if I could add a partner like the PC and maybe have the ability to change what our character looked like. I’m about level 11 now, and I find that it’s hard to obtain coins. I trade, complete quests and do everything I can but I still end up with 4,000 coins when things are much more expensive. I would like it if you could sell more items in your inventory to make some extra money. This game is probably the only one with so many features that doesn’t glitch very often. I would also be fine with paying 5 to 10 dollars on a couple gems as there are many uses for them. I am happy that not every item you need costs them too! This game is amazing 10/10 should get!

Fun but too expensive for too little. I really enjoy this game. But I don’t feel like I get enough out of it for the amount of money I’ve spent (which it’s easy to do). I don’t get to finish any events, before they time out, and that’s already with spending what I feel is ton of money. Energy goes so fast for it not even auto refill to 100. And when it does level up, it’s only by a couple of points. For example, my energy can refill up to 67. Before I got the bonus of two points, I was at 65. I subscribed for “perks”, but even at that, I was spending way too much, sometimes daily. If you’re someone who has ADHD you can understand why it’s easy to get fixated on this game, and all of the small accomplishments you can achieve. I would subscribe to this if it had an unlimited energy thing. To me, the fun part is building the town and seeing how everything comes together. I would love to be able to go through the entire event and see how things turn out in the end. but, even if I get close, I can’t justify spending more money. So while it’s fun, I will be saying bye ✌🏼.

Purchasing issue and crashes. My only problem with the game so far despite how fun and addictive it is was the fact that it took a while for my purchase to go through and then I got less of what I paid for despite accidentally clicking the same thing twice. My game had to crash in order for only some of the energy and emerald to show up. I’ve also had 3 crashes in the last 24 hours of downloading. I don’t like the fact I can’t click on objects in the world to see what type of tree it is if I need a specific type of wood. The clicking sensitivity is also a bit of a pain, not being able to change angles of the world, having the options for what you’re trying to click stacked on top of 2 or more options. It’d be great if this was changed because most times I can’t see certain plants, rocks and crates. I don’t think I’ll be paying for anymore emerald because of the purchase issue but there should definitely be more ways to obtain it later in game play instead of just early on in tasks.

Fun Game. I really do enjoy playing this game. It's fun to plant and grow and harvest and craft stuff. That said, I also have to say that the energy points are so low, you do 3 things and you're done with energy. The points do fill up fast, but unless you can play about 10 times a day, you never get anywhere. The balloon guy could be a GREAT help, but lately, he's been blowing up useless stuff away from where I'm standing. If he'd blow up stuff I need (because I'm once again out of energy), that would be wonderful! But alas, he does not. I need to blow up some trees for wood? Oh, let me blow up this grass way to the left of you! You're welcome. And then he flies away and you're still standing there with your finger up your nose and no energy and items you can grow yourself. It's frustrating. Still a good game though, and totally worth playing because your storage is unlimited. You don't use energy to grow things or craft things at your home base. And even though there's a double hit on using the factory because it costs coins to manufacture a resource and then you have to spend energy to harvest it, I'll still keep playing.

The new daily challenge. I like the idea of this but I’d like you to consider a few changes when you want so many of an item you need to realize the time it takes to make it…as in 50 wool pieces today to can only have 6 lambs that’s about 9 a piece in 24 hours unless I pull an all nighter there’s no way to accomplish it but I have 230 in storage why can’t we use what we have??? It doesn’t make since. I’ve been playing for years almost daily so I obviously love the game it’s the only game I spend money on almost weekly, I don’t spend $$ on any of the other 30+ games I play so do you guys actually play your own game daily like I do?? I have a B of A in computer graphic art (retired) so I do know something about how games are made and as your developers are coming up with new things I think they should also play the game just saying. Changing my rating. At first I didn’t like this game. Several reasons. Items take a lot of energy and/or not enough energy to finish missions. Energy is difficult to collect and can be used up in seconds. It is also hard to get enough tools to finish some missions or buildings. However, the game is very fun. It keeps you entertained. It isn’t one of those games that insist on your attention at all times. Those games are ones that I lose interest in very quickly. No energy required to harvest crops, make necessary items for missions or build. Also, I love that this game is not just in one area. You are able to move to so many other places and discover new things. It’s entertaining to the mind and not just one game that you go through the motions. I only wish energy was more available or items didn’t require so much energy, but in all, I am a big fan. I enjoy playing and it’s the only game that I play daily.

Good game, slow energy. AMAZING GAME! I have played it for two months now and play it about every day. I am addicted to it! Amazing everything except of the energy. I mean, it takes a minute and thirty seconds just to get 1 energy bar. Maybe like twenty or thirty seconds for an energy bar would be better. Sometimes I get mad because I don’t have anything for the furnace or cauldron. It takes 24 servings on a cow to get candy and 14 on a chicken. So I never have anything for it. And related to that, I never have anything for the furnace. I mean, it takes 16 energy just to get like 3 mushrooms and a apple. And also, the coins. I play a lot but barely get any coins. Also, 20,000 coins for the research facility! It’s way too much. Maybe we get more coins from everything. Also, WE NEED MORE QUESTS! At level 11 I only have 4 quests. If y’all could improve all this, it would be amazing! I gave it 5 stars because it is literally the best game ever! #KLONDIKEFOREVER

Would be kind of fun….. So first off the game looks NOTHING like the trailer on their app page which is a good thing, it’s actually better looking in game. But, big BUT the amount of energy you have to use to do anything in this game is absurd. Pulling a weed takes 33 energy? BFFR. There’s way better games then this one that try to force you to pay money. Plus there’s constant events that aren’t even worth doing since it takes up all your energy to try to do 1 task. For example you have a max of 50 energy and most things require you to use up at minimum half that. Not only that but it’s so easy to hit the wrong thing to try and pick up that you have no way to cancel it. I’ve had so many times where I’m trying to select one thing and it somehow chooses the other one when I’m trying to be careful and now I’ve wasted my energy. Also, an objective for you to finish to try to level up requires you to collect 12 items or something along that line. (that means 50 energy to try and gather just ONE item.) Honestly the game would be fun if it wasn’t trying to purposefully force you to pay. Don’t waste your time, I’m only here for points on another one of my apps and as soon as I hit the last level I need I’m deleting this game.

Still Good But Maybe Time to Delete!. Think I have been playing for 3yrs now and I still enjoy the graphics. However I do not want to join Facebook and have spent way too much money on it over the yesrs(I am talking almost monthly even with only buying when there are deals). I may be quitting soon though as I find it incredibly annoying to spend way way too much energy trying to clear a field(and artificially not being allowed to explore where I want to go). I also have over a million coins( where they do not tell me how much I have) and nothing to do with them. We should be able to convert those for something useful(like energy, eggs, building supplies etc). Same as the gold, I have tons and tons of gold but what is the point of converting to coins that cannot buy anything. Also no room to decorate, I throw stuff into storage and what is the point of having all the decorations (I have so many coins do do not need to sell them but no room to display them). Have really enjoyed the game but maybe time to delete.

Be Prepared To Pay. This is a fun and beautiful game, so credit there to the developers, but it is unfortunately impossible to play without paying. The most energy you can “earn” in a day is about 100, but it takes literally thousands to participate in the adventures. I have paid $200 in just a couple of months of playing, with no end in site. And even worse, with most games, if you pay you are spared the advertisements, but not so with this game. There are several places where you can earn more moves by watching a 30 second ad in which they are actually advertising their own game. I assume these slots have been carved out for paying advertisers which have not materialized. The only way to play without paying is to just stay on the “home” plot, make and sell items, earn coins (not energy) to buy factories and farm animals, and do some decorating there, which is pretty boring and will only yield a few minutes of play time per day. I have dropped playing this game as a result of all this, but will check back on occasion to see if things have improved. There at least needs to be a way to use coins earned to buy energy. And definitely don’t make me pay for the app and torture me with ads.

Help!. Now that Fairy Town has closed permanently, we’d appreciate it if you’d up your game a little. We need more energy. I’ve done everything I could to use all my resources in the box. I’ve saved my energy with the bldgs from the animals etc. And still I have never been able to complete any location tasks. I love this game but really sometimes like with the flying Santa you only give 5 or 10 energy points, really??? We can’t do anything with 5 energy points. Please give us more energy so we can complete all the tasks in any location!!!! Also I would add something we need to cook for awhile to give us more energy. But you need to allow us to accumulate energy so we will have plenty when a new location pops up. Right now, it stops at 60, you’re game would be so much more fun if we could continue to save our energy. Please do something to make this game better. A lot of people like this game and I’m not the only one who agrees with this.

Good Game, but Very Frustrated. Love the game. Don’t like that I can ONLY get some of the products I need in certain ways. Right now I’m trying to build the factory but I need a couple of belts to complete it. The only way I can get these belts is by filling orders to send on the ship. I have to have to grow specific products in a specified amount of time. And I can only get the specific rewards for my shipment that is offered. Then you have four or five things you need to do at the same time in a limited amount of time. They take overlapping ingredients but the ingredients all take about the same amount of time. Maybe I’m trying to do too much at once. Need to do quests, need to fill orders can’t do either because I need the same products for both. To maybe make this a little clearer, I need to build the factory. I need two belts which I can only get by sending beds I have to build in the factory. In other words, I need the factory, but I can only get the belts on the ship. I need beds to send in that order so I can get the belts to build the factory so I can build the beds to get the belts. Doesn’t work that way.

Awesome and interesting game. Absolutely love this game. The graphics, animations, colors, settings and sounds are fantastic. There are so many different tasks and activities to do that it’s never boring. I just wish I could use the accumulated coins I have earned to trade up for additional gems. I’m at a level where there is nothing left to purchase with the coins since you cannot expand the home station. Yes, I have purchased a lot of gems, just to keep interested at a faster pace and it doesn’t seem fair when I have 350,000 of unused coins. I like the Research Facility building to purchase some needed resources with coins, but it should NOT also cost me energy to collect from it. What’s the point of that? Not crazy about killing some of the wild animals either, should be a work around for that with a bonus if you can avoid them all together. Overall this is an excellent and entertaining game. Look forward to new updates forthcoming, but I have to admit I lack patience and you are killing my budget.
