Love this program. I’ve used stretchit at different points in my flexibility and life. Since my first subscription in 2020 (they saved me over Covid!) they have addd so many great new classes. You cannot beat this price for the quality they put out. They have a full understand of static, active and ballistic stretching which improve flexibility more quickly. I’m back to their program after a long injury which took a lot of my flexibility during recovery. I’m determined to get back to my most flexible point of over-splits and finally achieve a middle split. Their different training programs allow you to focus on specific areas like these and more. They also really cater to every level of flexibility which is amazing. Highly recommend!!

Worth it. I’ve always struggled with flexibility. Now at the age of 54, sitting at a desk for 10-12 hours/day, with an extremely tight, painful lower back, hips etc. I thought I’d better start working on this before it’s too late. I saw an ad for this app, decided to give it a try and began incorporating the session into my morning Peloton workouts. Starting as an absolute beginner I was, and still am, amazed that later in the day, after just the first class, I realized that I had very little, if any, lower back stiffness or pain. I completed my 5th class this AM and can report zero pain and much great flexibility. I can’t speak for higher level classes but for me, at this level, I find the progression and instruction to be very well laid out. The way the instructors walk you through each stretch, suggesting modifications is exactly what I need to keep me going. Re the cost, for an “app,” it seemed a bit pricey. So, I thought I’d try the 7day free trial and then, if this seems like it’s working, maybe I’ll go for a month before deciding on the annual subscription. Well, if you’ve read this far you know I saw results after day 1. Now, considering the value I’ve received so far, the cost of the annual subscription seems like bargain. Give it a shot for 7 days, what do you have to lose?

Great app!. I love this app and subscription! I have really bad hip and back pain. This is the only app I’ve found that is both easy to follow and works wonders. I haven’t done many other programs other than the ones specific towards hip and back stretching, though I fully plan to given the results I’ve had so far. In addition, I recently had an issue and had to reach out to the customer service team. They were phenomenal and resolved my issue immediately and were beyond friendly. It was a joy to chat with them and makes me further appreciate this app. I will be recommending them to any that ask or need from here on out. So happy to have found STRETCHIT!

Love the variety some flaws. The quality of the streches is exactly what I had been looking for. Got this app to become more flexible, get my splits and start my progress to later be able to do more dance poses I can’t quite do right now. Love the routines, I feel my streches improving already. The flaws to me are related to playing music or listening to the instructions. You can’t do both and if you start the music there’s no way to go back to instructions. You have to close out the app. Either that or it’s a glitch that happens all of the time for me. So annoying. Hoping they will fix it. Really love the routines so it’s a small inconvenience compared to the benefit you get from it

This is the real deal. As a performer and someone that has avidly struggled with consistent flexibility training, this has finally engrained the habit, going a year solid now!! It is different every day, it is active flexibility, mixed styles of ballet, Pilates, physio, rhythmic gymnastics, contortion, c.a.r.s, yoga etc, and so so deliberately thought through. This has forever changed my mindset on flexibility training, everyone I share this app with also sticks with it and loves it. Mobility is the most important thing for our body’s. Get this app and make it a habit. So rather you are circus, yoga, CrossFit, weight lifters, MMA, whatever your movement is. This will be a staple in your daily maintenance and flexibility training. Thank you so much Stretch it!!

Excellent app. Some modifications needed. Pros - Plenty of classes for all levels. I really like the dynamic movements rather than static stretches. Cons - I read the message at the beginning of the classes which basically says just do what you can do and you’ll improve. I started with the absolute beginner program. But I have arthritis in my left knee. I cannot sit back on my heels or interlace my fingers behind my back. This was done in the very first beginner full body stretch video. I added my own modifications because some of the moves are impossible for me, like sitting on my heels. So I just sit cross legged. One suggestion: How about classes for seniors? (I’m 59).

Hard to use video controls: hate the update. I’ve been using the app with a yearly subscription since 2019 and used to love it. They’ve since updated their video player and it’s become difficult to use and no longer user friendly. It’s hard to pause the video (you used to just be able to tap the screen). Now you need to tap the screen to bring up the bar, then tap the TINIEST pause button, that is also right next to TINY fast forward and reverse buttons. So while trying to pause I am now always either going forwards or backwards. You often need to pause to ‘grab a strap’ or ‘grab a block.’ It’s becoming increasingly frustrating and I’m starting to hate using the app. They’ve also since added in absolute beginner classes (which is great for those who need that) but when I chose a challenge and select intermediate, it feels like a waste to then get days doing absolute beginner classes in which I feel no stretch or any potential progress from.

Love the app. There are parts I genuinely love about the app. It has creative and fun exercises that don’t repeat themselves to make stretching less boring, and you can choose whether you want longer or shorter sessions. I love the challenges but I’d love for the option to check off a day when I’ve done my own stretches instead of the app ones. I also wish it’s smarter about the tracking. If I had gone back and made up for a class/day I missed I’d love for it to count for the challenge still. I also wish I can choose and replace the designated class of the day - what if I there's a particular class I wanted to take? The current design only counts the designated ones towards the challenge and not the ones you add. You can’t replace classes either. Overall I think it’s doing a good job teaching flexibility. But I think it can be more open and dynamic about encouraging stretching .

Natasha's classes are too difficult for beginners!!!. Please take all of Natasha's classes out of the beginner programs and remove the beginner label from them. She gets into some difficult positions, and then she's like, "If this is difficult, do this instead." But I can't even do the easy version! Also, I don't like the disembodied voice in Natasha's classes. Alicia's classes are way better for beginners. It also feels more like Alicia is talking to me and coaching me through it. I like her classes much better. Also, you should put the instructors names in the app somewhere. I had to look them up on your website so that I could refer to them in this review.

Very professional, worth the price. I’ve used quite a few stretching and yoga services / apps, and this is my current one for stretching. I have mostly used cheaper stretching apps that are more basic, but they don’t offer the same benefits as these professional classes. I was a competitive gymnast when young, and just for fun, started learning ballet in my 30s, which requires a lot of flexibility. I’ve done yoga since my 20s (regularly but not too seriously), so I have a lot of experience with flexibility training. I still like to do various flexibility workouts, especially yoga, which I do in the mornings. I am not a morning person, so I like to save my cardio for the afternoons, but I really needed a good flexibility app for after. I usually do this app at the end of my evening workout. I’ve done a few of the shorter programs so far, starting with the easiest programs, since I was out of shape when I started (and a completist). Being 41, I really appreciate the professional value, as the instruction and cuing considers all levels and body types. It feels inclusive and not stuck up, which a lot of flexibility activities can be, sorry to say. But, whatever level you are, you can really see results with any of these programs, because that’s clearly how they’re designed. I don’t even mind paying the price because I really appreciate the model.

Rude Admin and needs to work on customer service. I asked a question via their Instagram social media and the response was rude. If you are rude to your potential customers then I feel for the actual people that sign to be your customers. Do yourself a favor and don’t sign up for this. You are better off googling the movements in google which that seems like that all they do. Especially if you are going to get a rude response and f you ask a question. If I could give it ZERO stars then I would but sadly even more one star is too much for the awful customer service. Be happy in 2021 and get a new attitude. I don’t know who made your 2021 awful but no reason to be rude to me because I asked a question and I was willing to pay 160 for a full year. Thank you for showing your true colors. Anyone else beware. You may want to ask a question before you buy it and you will see how this admin response and you will be thankful you went another direction.

Overall ok. I've been using this app for over a week now. I'm somewhat flexible (can touch toes, front splits, etc) so I don't have any trouble following the videos without pausing. My issue is that while some videos are great, others aren't. The videos with the black instructor are great cause they have a nice flow and goes thru every move and every rep with you. The videos with the white blonde woman are terrible to follow. I find myself needing to pause at every position because the instructor tells you to get into a position and tells you to repeat it several times, but then immediately goes on to the next position without any time in between. I would need to pause at every position in order to do the reps they said to do. This isn't great when I'm in a position that's difficult to pause the video. If the creators can add in extra time in between each position so we can continue the suggested reps, that would be great. Otherwise, I'd just skip the Full Body Classes at medium length.

Great Stretching App. I saw advertisements for this app on Instagram, and it interested me because I have been wanting to get my splits for a long time. I spent a couple days on the app and decided to subscribe because the classes are concise and engaging. I have taken in person stretching classes before, and it’s hard to feel like you’re making progress when you only attend the class once or twice per week. This app makes it so that you are doing a little stretching every day with variety, and I’ve noticed how my body feels different when I stretch daily, even if it’s just for 10 minutes. The way it is set up makes it feel like you are not having to carve out time to dedicate to stretching, rather if you find yourself needing a break from computer work, you can do one of the classes suggested/scheduled for you. It’s a really great app, however I would like to see some more foot and ankle conditioning classes. I have a tendency to sickle one of my feet when I do split type moves, and it would be nice if there were a variety of dedicated classes for toe points. I personally like seeing the list of stretch classes I planned for the day and doing them in down time that I find throughout the day. I also like that they have daily stretch class suggestions on top of the program class scheduled for the day. I’m currently working on front splits, but I’m looking forward to starting middle and standing splits!

I ❤️ this app but…. I’ve been using the app for a month. Pros: - high quality content - great pacing - clear instructions - three choices of lengths of classes - ability to play music through Apple’s music app at a loud level - tons of different stretching classes - props needed well indicated Cons: - the videos must be really large because like other reviewers, I too have faced videos that just won’t download, stop and start etc - can’t favorite a video - can’t search - only one shoulder class - can’t find videos based on body part such as hip or upper back or neck - can’t find video based on pain area like lower back or knee etc - I don’t see any indication of recommendations based on my feedback. I’ve been rating each class but I don’t see any changes in what’s recommended. I really like this app because it focuses solely on stretching unlike Apple’s fitness app, plus I love the way you can actually hear the music and it’s the music you want. So I’m going to pay the, yes, expensive $20/month in the hopes that some of the cons are fixed quickly. I feel like the content creator was let down by the programmer. They’ve got to get those videos more compressed and they’ve got to try to tag the videos better and add a search so we can find more classes easily. Plus get the recommendation algorithm actually working.

I have never been so consistent with my stretching. I got this in hopes to do splits. I haven’t gotten there yet but the overall flexibility has been surprising and it hasn’t stressed my body out like it did when I did it on my own (where I was doing intensive stretching more than I should) even if I never reach splits, this app has been worth it. I hurt my shoulder a few years back and have gained so much range back just doing their splits/everything splits programs. Whenever a feature stopped working that I liked due to an update, I contacted them and it was not only fixed within the same week but they contacted me to let me know. Highly recommend!

Made it easier to commit.. Everyone has commitment issues and my Achilles heal is consistency. How do I know what to commit to when the results are unknown. Well, I’ve been watching Goku and Vegeta level up since the anime started showing on Toonami and it finally occurred in order to be the Martial Artist I want to be, I needed my splits. Alicia’s directions in the Stretch It app are so direct and paced it keeps me out of my head and focused on “doing the move”. She totally crushed any doubts I had about learning how to workout or stretch online because the app set up is so simple and easy to navigate. I also enjoy how there is a 90 Day Split challenge which gives me a direct objective to focus on. It allows me not to think I’ll be doing the splits in 90 days, but that I’ll have a tool I can use for 90 days straight and it’s up to me to commit from there. I’m 2 days in and perfectly content knowing the direction I’m headed.

This app is a game-changer. I’m so proud of myself! I’ve managed to be consistent with stretching for the first time in my life. I love that there are short sessions (6 min) and longer ones (30 mins) and lots of 12-15 min ones. That’s how I managed to stretch everyday this month except 4! 😱😱 I feel better and move better and can touch my toes now. Excited to see what happens when I keep at it this year. I’ve never been much into yoga, I kinda get bored with it. This is not the case w this app at all. Always interesting, always effective, but best of all- it’s fun!!

Apple Watch app NEEDS WORK. I love the iPhone app overall. The different challenges hold me accountable to keep up with my flexibility work and I am seeing real results. The Apple Watch app, however, leaves everything to be desired. When it works properly it tracks calories and shows a countdown clock so you know how much time is left in the class you’re watching. When your class is over, it syncs your workout with Apple Health and contributes to your active calories and exercise minutes totals. More often than not this is not the case. As the class ends the Apple Watch app will be frozen and the clock will never reach 0:00 even though the iPhone app has entered the post-class screen. The watch will continue to count calories burned even though the class has ended. I am forced to shut down and restart my Apple Watch to shut down the app. Several hours later the workout will sync with Apple Health with the inflated calorie count. The worse outcome is the Apple Watch app will not start automatically as usual when the class is started on the iPhone. In order to see the countdown clock on my watch I need to continuously scroll through my app list and open the StretchIt app over and over again. At the end of the class the app is not frozen, but shows that the number of calories burned shows 0 which is obviously incorrect. This has been incredibly frustrating and the lone drawback to an otherwise great service. I hope these issues are resolved soon!

Super helpful. I am so inflexible and have been experimenting (&failing) with getting into stretching on a daily basis. This app has helped me by simply having access to quick/easy videos with one tap. The stretches are dynamic and interesting! There are only two small things that could be improved: 1) the videos start super quickly, so when I press play the instructor is already a step ahead of me by the time I get to my mat to position myself or turn up the volume. 2) I wish there was some more insight / narration given about what muscles we’re stretching, what they help with (e.g, hip mobility, balance, back pain, etc), or what it might mean if a stretch is difficult, etc, ya know? like when people talk you through yoga stretches? Otherwise, I am enjoying it

Great App. Love the is app but does move too quickly through the stretches. Should remain in them slightly longer and allow breathing deeper and longer breathes with the inhale and exhale focused to allow muscle relaxation. Flow moves too quickly for a follower to be able to adjust and get the full benefits of the intended stretch. Otherwise, it is a great app with intuitive stretches and great combinations. Truly love the clean minimal aspect and the ease of use of the software. I am excited to spend more time with this app and love the fact that I can schedule my next session with notifications. This is beneficial because I can set routines as I go throughout the day to help me get out of my chair at work or plan between errands. Overall, it is a great app and hope this helps. After my review they emailed me directly with advice and help and wow what an amazing staff. I am excited to see where this company goes. ❤️

Worth It!!. I was hesitant about paying for a membership, but after a few weeks I am so glad I joined! I’ve never been naturally flexible but grew up in dance and gymnastics and always struggled with flexibility and basically hated stretching. I have tried many yoga classes over the years and they just never really kept my interest. The Stretch It classes are EXACTLY what I needed to fall in love with stretching. I’m currently doing the 90-day everything splits program and I just love the way I feel after each class. The beginner level is just the right amount of challenging at my current (very poor) level of flexibility. The classes are well-paced and not boring. I like the focus on dynamic stretching rather than spending a long time sitting in a stretch. The instructors focus on correct technique, especially with regard to hip placement, which I appreciate because it is very easy to get it wrong. I am excited to see my progress in the months to come! I am also so stoked that I can use AirPlay to play the classes through my Apple TV! It makes them much easier to follow than using my phone or iPad screen. Really, really impressed with this app!

Best Exercise App I Can Think Of. This team will tailor to you interactively with the versatility of the programs, individual classes, live classes, media options, and editing regularly. They update classes, use real people as models for poses, and make everything clear as possible. I have never seen another exercise app that does all of this and also quickly helps with technical issues. They have do discounts on their memberships for purchasing and they are overall clear in their striving progressive sense of getting you to achieve and optimize your goals for your personalized intent. I am so grateful for such a versatile app that helps me stretch, circulate, sweat, and make my own plan. Thank you StretchIt creators!

I wanted to like it. I wanted to like this app. I wanted to like it so bad! This is exactly what I needed. I loved that you could schedule select times and reminders to train and do the app! I like the challenges, I love the overall design and experience of the app itself. I’m giving it 3 stars because of the videos themselves, which is the bread and butter of the app. First off, you have to download each session, which I don’t particularly care for. My biggest problem is how the classes are taught. It feels so rushed. I’m listening to what I need to do for the position and any movements and transitions. Then it’ll say “repeat X times.” Great, so by this point I’ve done one set. Then I start on the second set and it tells me to do the other side. It expected me to have done all X reps while listening to the explanation. Its very frustrating to me. The stretches themselves are great, and I like what the app has me do, but the timing is so off for me that I have to pause it, and restart it, and honestly that gets annoying because that means I have to keep my phone within hand reaching distance at all times and move it with me and we go from poses to pose. If that kid of thing doesn’t bother you, then you’re going to love this app. But it bothered me too much sadly. I couldn’t get past it. So I’m going to have to uninstall.

Not FREE!. Free means free! We’ll, not this app. I already pay for a gym membership, a private trainer and pilates reformer classes, so I wasn’t looking to shell out another $14/mo. The ad caught my eye on Twitter, FREE!, and for someone with really tight hamstrings and back pain, I was interested in another alternative to stretch at home between conference calls. I’ve been working out for many years, I know how to stretch, but FREE options and something new, why not?! I wasted 10 min signing up and downloading a 10 min hamstring stretch only to find I couldn’t even try it without locking myself into a free trial. I don’t need another “free trial” that I forget to cancel before it’s too late. If you are going to advertise “FREE”, then don’t bait and switch someone. As another person had pointed out, 7 days isn’t enough time to see a difference and make a decision when it comes to an exercise app. 30 day trial is a more reasonable assessment period. Very disappointed I didn’t even get to try it without commitment.

Noticed improvement - love this app!. I’ve been trying for years to become more flexible for dance and nothing has worked until StretchIt. I’ve taken flexibility classes intermittently, done loads of yoga, “stretched on my own” after class and felt very few gains in flexibility. I’ve been doing the Platinum Flexibility challenge for the past month and I can already feel such a big difference all over. I like that the challenge books the classes for you so you just follow along but you can also schedule your own. It created accountability for me to stretch 4-5x/week. Most of the classes are 15-30 minutes which is totally do-able. Could not recommend this app more!!

Made for beginners. I came across this app a week ago and thought I would give it a try. Looking at the content inside the app I know this is a legit app. The app is definitely made for both male/female. I’m a male and use to do gymnastics and swimming and diving most of my life and over the years I know I lost flexibility being out of it. When I started doing these programs I’ve seen some of my flexibility come back. It’s just something people need to remember these apps won’t show insane results overnight it takes a good month of being constant on doing it to see better results. I’m glad I found this app and would recommend it to anyone

Great for inflexible people. I am very inflexible, and the short stretches are perfect lengths for me as a beginner. I love that the instructor named Alicia (dark hair) breaks instructions down into small steps and gives tips so you know if you should adjust your body to get the most out of the stretch. She also provides halfway stretches as alternatives for people like me who are very inflexible and can't yet do some of the stretches. I appreciate that the app sends me reminders to do my daily stretch or stretches. Without them popping up on my phone screen, I would forget or make an excuse not to do them. This is the first exercise or stretching-related routine I've stuck with, and I think it's because of the slow, patient instruction, short classes, and stretching reminders. One thing to note is that there are many stretches that begin on your knees (on all fours), so if you don't have much knee padding, you should plan to stretch on a very thick carpet or pillow. A yoga mat was not thick enough for me (my knees hurt because of all the stretches on all fours).

Love this app!. I’ve been using the app intermittently for several months. I do not mobility train exclusively at the moment, but am considering it in the future. StretchIt is a great companion to the strength training and running I’m currently doing, and also helps you reach your flexibility goals. The videos are easy to follow, offer multiple levels of difficultly, and have varying lengths to fit your schedule. I’ve done yoga heavily in the past, which I still enjoy greatly, but I think the progressions in the app are better suited to focused mobility training itself. Their Instagram page is also very active and often has free classes and Q&A. I think the subscription price is reasonable for everything that comes with it. So happy with this! Thank you!

I like it! Just some things.... I purchased the yearly because I wanted to try the 30 day middle split! Before I tried, I was able to spread to 130ish degrees within ten seconds. During around seven days though I didn't seriously record, it felt like I was able to get around there in two. I can't do a middle splits cold as of yet, but I should eventually get there. During the days, I noticed the "middle splits" programs were (or at least they felt that way) placed in a strange order; one day I'd do "splits routine 9," and then another day would be "splits routine 4," then 17 and then another chosen number; of course there would be hips, full body, and recovery in between though. I'm gonna assume there's a method behind the madness, but that was a bit of a gripe. It asked for "full middle splits" and I wasn't there yet! I haven't measured how deep I can after the 30 days yet as I wanna give my legs a rest for a couple days. But I know I gained some flexibility and mobility there based on some things. I still have the yearly sub, so I might try another "many day challenge" when I feel I need it. There are other routines I've tried and they work in their own ways. This app pretty much has the videos there for one to follow along with. Now if you guys used the Unity engine with some 3D animation where we can move, zoom, and rotate (nothing a certain way intended), it could help to ensure we're doing the exercises properly... But yeah. I like this app so far.

Worth the Price / Nothing Like It. I’ve tried a lot of apps and paid online programs that I’ve seen advertised on IG. I hesitated on this one because of the price tag. After not making a lot of progress, I decided to try STRETCHIT, and I regret not getting it sooner. The 30 day programs have so much variety. I could see progress in my strength and flexibility in about 2 weeks. On top of that, the sessions with Alicia are amazing. She’s my favorite trainer, and I get so excited when I see her pop up for today’s workout. She is a calming “presence” coming through my phone, and boy is she good at explaining each movement. I love this app so much!

Thoughts. I do like the idea of this app - things that I like- so far I’ve only had a couple of weeks but it seems like it had a very good direction for wanting to get my splits. It’s nice to have the different times (15,30,45 min) of classes. Things to work on - -Have a warm up indicated - jumping jacks or something to get the muscles warmed up- I think this would be safer -Actually have a recommended training schedule -I have taken the direction from your other reviews in saying just do the movements as best you can, but it would be nice if you had modified movements for when the teacher goes into the splits and does things you can’t do - it’s difficult to determine if I’m in the correct position since I don’t have my splits yet and can’t go down that far- I had to look at other split videos to see what my back leg should be doing. I think your clips that are labeled beginner should have an element of building blocks so the student knows how to progress. - Have a streaming option - While there are a few suggestions - i would still recommend it- between my own research and doing these classes I can feel and see little improvements.

Great, but could be more beginner-friendly.. I like it so far. The thing is I wish it was more beginner friendly. The full body classes are good. I just started the bendy back classes and some of it seems a bit more advanced than it should be for beginner. I know the goal is to do your best and challenge yourself, but that’s easier said than done when you cant even balance/hold a pose without toppling over. One of them in particular didnt have any alternative to the stretch if you couldnt do it and it was so difficult to even get to the position much less hold it for more than a second. Its just frustrating because Im losing out on stretches I cant physically do? The app is very dancer-oriented... I used to do ballet up until hs and have been out of the game for 8 years - Ive lost a decent chunk of flexibility so I decided to go for beginner. Though most are doable Im still surprised at the hard ones presented under beginner. If someone like me that’s had *some* experience with dance and flexibility are finding some of these stretches very difficult, I’m wondering how frustrating it might be for those with no experience/very little flexibility. I’m giving 4 because overall the app and classes are good and the developer seems genuine and encouraging, but the beginner classes could be a little bit more for beginners.

From free trial to yearly subscriber. The app is amazing - for me it’s having a woman of color as the lead instructor. Just makes me feel (as a Black Caribbean-Latinx woman) like seen and representation matters. Regarding the app function it takes the thinking or competitive nature in me out of my head. It suggests stretches for me - sends me reminders - and also takes into account what stretching i have been doing to suggests new ones. As a competitive CrossFit athlete this app is exactly what I need. It’s helped alleviate lower body pain, helped me with my posture in my Olympic lifting complexes, and overall just given me my body back the flexibility I feel like I loose due to working from home lately. Great app, certainly recommend. Only feature I suggest is the ability to lower the volume on the instructor so my music can be a little louder than background level.

Perfect stretch: mornings, evenings, travel. The app has gotten a lot better! I have given it 5 stars even though I haven’t gotten through all of the classes. Even before they made the videos much better (and they are much better now, I am not rushing from one move to the next or missing the stretch for half my body..hopefully this continues) but StretchIt has helped me to get my splits already (with warm up, hopefully one day without). I love the bendy back stretches in the morning (lots of twists and floor work that is easy to do waking up), I love the get your splits class in the evening or a combination of both, and I love using the app when I travel for work (or play) it keeps me going and provides and easy way to get my time in. Also (I only currently pay for the splits and the back on) both classes help me to start stretching the other part of my body. The bendy back includes some warm ups to stretching my legs which is a great Segway into getting my splits.

mixed feelings. I am at intermediate level in terms of flexibility (dancer), and want to work on middle splits and oversplits. Trying out the free trial after being bombarded by instagram ads. I really enjoyed Alicia’s videos - she is a great teacher and the videos are well done. The downside is that most of the intermediate splits classes are in another format with another woman in a blue top with a voiceover, and the video looks like they freeze frame her and loop her doing the same exercise if it’s a repetitive one. I really just can’t get into those videos at all and find myself skipping over the days where I have to take her class in a program. I also dislike that the class screenshot / preview video shows another woman doing the class! It means I have to click around and start playing the class only to find it is that lady I want to skip. I really wish they would re-record those older videos and update them so that every class would be in the new format which is much more enjoyable to follow along with. I am on the fence about paying for a subscription considering how many of the videos are in the old class format.

Love! Handstand Challenge?. Hi! First off I’m very new the app. In fact I haven’t tried a video yet or anything but listen the app is so intriguing off glance and I just know I’m going to love it. The movements, progressions, and goals that the women exhibit in just the previews (as you scroll through exercises it shows you a brief preview before you click on it) , is exactly what Ive been wanting! That level of control and acceptance of my body, that awareness is just emitting from this app. Okay but the reason I’m writing this so early is I just had a thought. My boyfriend and I have been wanting to learn how to do a handstand for so long. We know handstands aren’t about just about strength physically, but about balance, oneness, and focusing on muscle groups you don’t usually use as well. That would be an amazing addition to this app out of my own selfish want to learn it the way I know you guys would lead and structure it. let me know your thoughts 🌸thnkuuuu

Front splits, middle splits, back flexibility - if any of those are your goals, this App is for you!. I love StretchIt! I have achieved great results and continue to train with it almost every day. If you're looking for an expertly-designed, easy-to-follow, and FUN workout, this is it! StretchIt works. You can do the classes anywhere—at home, at the gym, outside, on vacation, etc, etc etc. All you need is a mat, some blocks, a yoga strap, and any other supportive props you like to use (like kneepads). Each class has unique sequences and flows, which keeps you engaged and always challenging your flexibility in new ways. It's my primary workout, and I am so happy with how my splits are looking these days (thank you, StretchIt!). It keeps me lean, toned, and supple. Plus, they just launched an updated design and it's beautiful. The interface is intuitively designed and they've added great new features like Flexibility Challenges. The Challenges are awesome and you can sign up for them on-demand, or join a community Challenge with other StretchIt users. I almost forgot to mention one of the best parts of the App...the CAT! Whenever I open the App, the StretchIt cat is there to greet and encourage me. The cat is sooooo cute and seeing what he's up to is that extra push to open up the App and train :) But seriously, you’ll fall in love with flexibility training with this App. Make your dreams happen and get bendy with StretchIt.

Some great classes, some too difficult. After 3 months (5 stars): I’ve been impressed with how much I’ve improved. I’m an active but overweight man. I’ve gone from not being able to sit on my heels to nearly being able to do the splits. I would definitely recommend giving it a try. Original review (3 stars): I’ve been using Stretch It for about three weeks. I love about half of the classes. The other half are frustrating because they are listed as beginner but are too challenging and offer no modifications so you find yourself just sitting there frustrated that you can’t even come close to doing the recommended move.

Love it. I’ve been using the program for about 8 months and have seen a lot of slow, steady growth in my strength and flexibility. I recently reached out to the company via Instagram with a question about some small but long-term problems I’ve had with a muscle group. I was so happy to see the in-depth and logical answer I got back really quickly! Thank you so much for taking the time to answer me! I’ve been trying to get any kind of answer for years. Just finished one of the new classes and I love that it was live. Love the program so much!

Great, but needs SOME improvement. My husband and I began the platinum flexibility program at the beginning of the year and have loved it so far. The app is easy to use and works great casting to a TV through Apple or Google Chrome. The biggest issue I have is that right around Day 38 of the 90 day platinum flexibility program is that the videos completely changed. There were 3 back to back instructional videos with a completely different woman on an all white set and the style of instruction was different. It didn’t flow well and the video was constantly paused or movements were looped to follow what the voice over was saying. My husband and I disliked it so much, that we chose to do yoga on those days until those particular videos were out of the way. I have checked to see if there are more videos like that over the course of the remaining days and I’m disappointed to see there are. I’m guessing these are older videos. My recommendation would be to replace them with newer videos. It was such a jolting difference. When I encounter those videos in the future, I will, once again, chose to do something else in its place. Otherwise, aside from those few videos, I’m overall satisfied with the app. Like yesterday, I had some serious low back tightness and doing a splits class that focused on hamstring and psoas stretching helped it feel significantly better.

Great application. I like the application a lot. It gives me the feeling that I’m on actual class in the studio. I can start a training when it comfortable for me. Intermediate level is exactly what I expected and I see that it helps me to progress. However, some on the videos are presented with the white background where separate voice explain what to do. During such videos I miss the involvement in the class. Hope these videos are the old one and the application will have more videos with the trainer in the studio. So I think it will be my main criteria if I stay with the application or leave. Update: I read the comment that these video will stay because they are more challenging and they will be added in all challenges :( I hope they will be re-recorded because I want to stay with application. These video let me think if I really need it because I can find stretching posture in different cheaper applications.

Not great for a true beginner, but works if you’re willing to skip moves. I was really excited about this, especially the touch your toes challenge as I have seriously inflexible legs and I would assumed it would be great for an absolute beginner. However…there are some moves where if I could do that, I wouldn’t be taking a touch your toes challenge. When I come upon those moves, honestly I just skip them, replace with a child’s pose or forward fold/pike, and hope I can do that more difficult move in 2-3 months time. I would rate this 5 stars if there was at least 1 or 2 true, absolute beginner challenges or programs to help build basic flexibility.

LOVE this app.. This is sort of a precursor to yoga if you're interested but know you're not yet flexible enough that start. Ive been doing the classes for beginning for about 25 days now and they are making a very noticeable difference for me. I work a desk job in the medical field so I work long hours with little stretching/full body movement and I do these classes on my breaks or before work. My body is starting to notice and feel a lot more fluid/comfortable in my movements. I also feel like its helping with a lot of stiffness from my rheumatoid arthritis but I can't say for sure yet until I notice a real noticeable difference on that front. Either way, it's definitely worth the money.

One Class In To Stretch It App. Progression was excellent. Teacher’s cues and voice extremely calm and helpful. Breathing cues and breathing itself - address working on, mouth closed, in and out through nose… (ujjayi). I find that I am resisting the setting a time for the practice AND, I also believe it may be helpful in setting an intention and habit for time management (and distractions). I do think the selfie at the end could expand the app into having a social platform component, if it can be done in a way that doesn’t distract from practice time. I did try to share it to my Twitter account but the picture posted in the app upside down. 🤷‍♀️ I appreciate your work, finances are tight, and cost would be my only objection but I am also an unemployed yogi right now. 🙏🏻🧘‍♀️🤔🤫👁 (Yogis with jobs should definitely get this app.)

If you want to get real flexibility, this is a great tool!. Can you stretch on your own without this app? Of course. What's been stopping you then?! Haha! One of the things this app does beautifully is provide a framework, so that when the schedule says time to stretch, you just follow along with the little class. How many times have we thought we were going to spend 30 minutes stretching and then the 30 mins goes by and all we've done is look at pictures of people stretching on Instagram 😂? The classes are very well done, and the discipline that the app brings is a great contributor to meeting your goals. Try it, you get 7 days free to see what I mean. But if you're actually interested in your front or middle splits I'm guessing you won't cancel at the end of the trial.

How do I begin to thank the creators of this app?. I didn’t think flexibility was in the cards for me after years of weight training with not enough stretching. This app totally changed my life. My boyfriend is amazed at how far I’ve come in just 3 months. I can’t wait to see the lengths I will go with the years to come. I originally started because I always wanted to be able to do a split but now I’m completely addicted to improving my total body flexibility and even decided to start pole next. Can’t thank you enough for awakening this passion that I didn’t know I had. 💙💙💙 Update: Dismantling the negative reviews... I’m not sponsored by StretchIt app just an AVID, grateful user and kind of perturbed by some of the negativity. 1. If you find this app to be too expensive, just don’t use it. Why disrespect the hard work and passion that went into it? Not cool. 2. It is 100% suitable for beginners!!! My body was so tight, I couldn’t even touch my toes when I started this program.. I could do a full forward fold after about 3 months. People will try something once, get discouraged because of their own negativity and lack of discipline and then take to the internet and spew their negativity there... again, why disrespect the people that put so many hours into creating this? Happy to see that so many people share my passion for this service, but it 100% deserves 5 stars..

Fantastic app + customer service. I barely ever write app reviews, but this is a necessary one! I just have to tell you how pleased I am with this app. I love the interface, the instructor (She’s incredibly versatile and expressive in that minimalist way of legendary actors - such range with minimal expression! Give this woman an Oscar!) and the exercises. I had a subscription issue that was resolved in an efficient, delightful and grammatically flawless manner by Dasha. (Plus the customer service sign-off is “Thank you for stretching with us”. It’s too much.) I’m CHARMED, let me tell you. I’ve followed one of the programs for around a week now, and I have regained a remarkable amount of flexibility. Full disclosure - I used to be very limber; my party trick was wall splits, but that was 20 years ago. But give me another week or two…

About the subscription. You get what you pay for with this app. Yes, there is a monthly subscription, you can try it for a month and decide if the stretch category you like is worth it (and believe me, it is!) you can cancel even without paying anything if you keep it for only 7 days. Now, let’s say you cancel within your first month because... (can’t think of a legitimate reason other than not having enough time) you spend 5$. 5$, now if you can’t afford 5$ a month you shouldn’t buy this app but let’s face it, you pay more than 5$ for a meal out (even mcdonalds) skip the bad food or sugary snacks or drinks one time a month and you got yourself a great app. I love it so far, the only suggestion i would have is a bundle price. Something that makes it worth getting all 5 programs for a deal. That’s something that the developers need to do the math over if it’s profitable. I love the app, i would love to unlock all 5 sections but for now i’m good with two. I’ve stretched two times 30minutes each and i already see a big improvement. If your goal is to become flexible, this is your app.

My shoulder mobility and back flexibility are improving!. I never write reviews for apps, but I had to share my success with this. I was skeptical, because I used to be super flexible on my own. But, now in my 30’s and with neck and back issues, it’s been a struggle. After completing a 30 day bendy back challenge I can honestly say that I see some real improvements in my shoulder mobility and back flexibility! I can actually do a full wheel pose now! This app has given me hope that it’s not all downhill from here, I just needed to do the right exercises. Even at a local gym, it costs more just for one flexibility class than a whole month of this app, so it’s well worth it to me. This is in no way a paid review. I just had to share because I’m so excited to see how much I can improve my flexibility. If you’re finding that you’re stuck like me, I highly recommend doing one of the 30 day challenges, track your progress and see if it works for you!

Comprehensive and Integrated. I am so loving this app. It’s hard for me to get to a place that offers yoga where I live. This app is so comprehensive and so professionally done I wish I would’ve known about it sooner! I am doing the full body challenge currently and I love how it breaks it down into small steps every day building on each other. It also teaches new positions that I have seen in books but mostly when I’ve done videos it’s sun salutations over and over. I’m so excited to finally learn these new asanas and feel confident that my body will get more flexible and energetic over time so I can finally reach my goals safely and enjoy-ability . Thank you for the creators of this app. It really is amazing! You nailed it!

Improving the quality of my life every day!. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I just have to for this app. I’m 45 and not very flexible, and I wanted to improve my mobility. What can I say, the routines are easy to follow and they zip along. No holding complex poses for ever and a day. I started with simple goals of touching my toes and I have achieved it within 10 days! It’s amazing. I more mobile and I feel so much better. It literally is changing my life. Thank you guys so much!

🤨🤨. I’m only on my second class, I picked the class to learn how to do the splits and I put it on beginner Not only are the moves difficult - which is fine but I wouldn’t consider it beginner, the end of the second class tells you to get into a split If I knew and could do the splits, I wouldn’t be taking this class?

Such an amazing app 💙. I love that the videos run at the same pace that you’re doing the exercises (so no getting up to pause!) and it’s so easy to understand the verbal instructions even if you’re in a position where you can’t see your phone. An amazing variety of stretches, and I feel great after every class. Thank you for making & sharing this incredible app, it’s been a game changer for my flexibility journey 💙💙💙

price is ridiculous. $256 per year for a stretching app you must be kidding

:(. It’s sooo bad you have to pay for it. It’s like all the other bad apps

Everyone needs this app. STRETCHIT has freed my body up to an amazing degree. Moving is so much more enjoyable. My hips are particularly tight and I can feel the difference in my mental health since beginning to stretch them.

Subscription App. Another subscription app..

Cost too much, beginner courses are too hard. Beginner courses are NOT for beginners, can’t do half the moves. Instructors are way too fast. If have very tight muscles and are a beginner this is not the app for you.

Terrible customer service. Tried to get a free trial and was charged for a whole month. Contacted them several times and no response. Terrible.

Casting. Please allow for casting onto tv! Would love to use the videos on a big screen

Really great but some videos are dated. I really enjoy this app and have made my way thru quite a few courses already so I am now almost completely thru the platinum flexibility course. I can definitely see progress and appreciate this app so much, however, it sometimes catfishes me with the videos! There’ll be a picture of one instructor and when you click on the video it’s not that instructor and it’s a really dated video. These blue -singlet videos are really intense, with few alternatives for not as advanced people, unlike the other videos. And the narration is so dull, I find myself annoyed when I’ve clicked a video with an instructor I like only to find one of these old videos. All in all a really great app, I just hope they provide newer content or update their previews to reflect the actual content.

Good but expensive. The subscription is a little pricy IMO, I don’t use it enough to justify keeping it

Love the app!. You will find from beginners to advanced. Its a great way to increase your stretching and work out. 🎉 After doing 30 days of the split challenge I saw lots of changes in my body! 🙂

Definitely not for beginners like it would suggest.. Even when you click absolute beginner and go with the easy course the instructor just flies through every exercises and barely explains what to do before instantly moving on to the next exercise. Canceled within two days of the free trial and moved onto a better app.

Why?. I like the app but there’s one teensy problem, I have to use money so I deleted the app and I gave one star. Can u please just make it for free so I don’t have to use money?!?

Best thing on my phone after baby pics. For me after the camera, this app is the greatest thing existing on my phone. I have a 1 year old and I’m a keen dancer. I can barely get to classes that aren’t online and can only afford a couple online. Paying for individual, in person stretch classes isn’t available to me atm, nor is attending in person (with bub to look after). I use the STRETCHIT app every day and it calms me immensely. I love the goal centred programs and the way they give me options for modifying the exercises. I love how I know I’m being stretched safely, but it’s also so different and varied that it’s never boring. I have found it to be life changing in my day to day. I really want to get to a good split and think I can by the end of the year. It’s worth every cent. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love it.

Love it. Recommend it

Good so far. Signed up for free trial. Subscription Price is on the higher side for this style of app but not unreasonable - the video quality is high and very easy to follow (so far!) and app functionality is good enough to justify being in the higher price bracket against other similar apps. Would love more search functionality rather than just browsing- for instance I’m keen on challenges that have short videos so I can do a 10-12 minute session each morning before work, so being able to search in a way that lists all suitable programs would be good. I’ve signed up for an express challenge which works for me, but you can’t see the schedule and video lengths until after you select it and it’s scheduled, then if you want to see what’s in another program you have to remove that first. Just seems a bit clunky when I’m browsing around to see what I’d like to try. Would also be handy to search if I am looking for a one off, eg I have 15 minutes and want a lower back stretch, so I can quickly jump in (with kids you can’t always plan free time and you’ve gotta use it when you get it!!) The actual video was well paced, I’m a bit slow but I just did less of each movement rather than try to match pace. Some good stretches, I’ve done lots of online yoga videos and it was nice to have stretches I’ve not tried before- nothing hits as well as the first time you do a new stretch! I’m definitely keen to keep going if the quality and variety is consistent as I move through the challenge. Bring on a stretchy 2022!

Post Baby BOOM!. This app is a game changer I was getting fit again after a baby and this has really helped especially with opening up my hips and I train at the gym daily so this is now part of my routine. I can see such an improvement in my recovery, my flexibility and my hips! Love it and can’t thank you enough.

It’s good. I like it, it’s a very good app but at the end of my session the app crashed so it didn’t record to my Apple fitness app. And you can’t go back through and fix it unless you redo the session completely… It’s a bit expensive but worthy of it. However there are other options for cheaper. I’m only a beginner and not ready to commit to an app at this cost. I will be exploring other options and when I feel confident that I have dedicated myself to stretching I would like to consider returning.

Great classes!. Never before have I been able to lengthen my hamstring and hip flexors in such little time!

Helped rid me of pain. I had a crook back and wanted to strengthen it gently. Now I have done 2 days total of stretching and training to do the splits. Recommend highly.

Flex. I love stretching and I would love to get more flexibility thank you so much for inventing this app can you please put some harder classes as they are quite easy to master. Anyways Great App Congrats on your amazing app I just have one question how do you pay for e classes? 😆😆🙂

Loving the STRETCHIT app. I’m 54 this year and I’m not sure if I’ll achieve the splits but I already feel so much better and more flexible after only 8 days The app is awesome 👏

Great program. Great stretching app. My only complaint is that as soon as the StretchIt app opens, my music stops playing. I have other fitness apps with voice prompts and they still allow music to play. Would be great to see an update with this feature. Thanks for putting together an excellent program.

The hefty price is a major TURN - OFF!. It's the most expensive app ever. I would not waste my hard earned money for an app that costs and arm and a leg, what a rip off!! I will be deleting my account and find free stuff online. This app is definitely not worth the price!

Need a subscription. Bad. Can’t access anything without a subscription so it's misleading that it's free.

Coat too much. Good app and j would have li Ed to purchase but $240 a year for an app is ridiculous. Not affordable to me but I suppose that doesn’t matter to the creators.

Not working.. App kicks me out every time I try to start a class. iPad is updated and app as well. Unacceptable for a paid service.

Not too bad. The challenges are great but I sometimes wonder if the classes I’m doing in the challenges eg (middle split challenge) are not relevant to the target group areas. I get a little bored with the narration and although I appreciate the detail of the classes I wish the instructors voice had a bit more of enthusiasm to bounce back off. But it’s great to listen to music on top of the classes. Some classes are great others I wish I could speed up a little or have a count down for how long to hold the stretches to have an indication.

Fantastic App, Great Support. I normally don’t leave reviews but this app is so great I feel I have to! StretchIt is an incredible resource that is more than worth the money. It’s comparable to any professional stretch class I’ve ever taken. Plus the challenges are great, and the support from the makers is the best I’ve ever seen in any app. They are helpful, prompt, and invested in your experience. Highly recommend!

First time trying. So far so good.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. It has helped me so much with my flexibility and it got me way more active I’m highly recommending this app I love it 😍

Love it!. Totally worth it. Classes are simple to follow but challenging. Have definitely noticed a difference in my flexibility.

Amazing. I joined up on the 7 day free trial to give it a go and see what it was like, and I absolutely love it! The half hour classes are the perfect length for busy schedules, and I’m finally getting closer to the splits I’ve only ever dreamed of. The videos are informative and easy to follow, and I would recommend this app to anyone trying to achieve greater flexibility.

Would be perfect...if not for the payments required!!!. I wanted to enhance my stretching and finally get into my splits, and this app would be the perfect one out there, however when I downloaded it, I clicked on one of the lessons, and it said “choose a plan” and I can’t do ANYTHING for free (tried the lessons advanced and beginner, challenges, etc, all with the same annoying result). I hate how you make me pay to stretch and - unlike most other apps - don’t allow me to do any exercises without having to pay to you! Please do something about this, as I’m sure I’m not the only one with this problem. This is really annoying, and if it wasn’t for this, I’d definitely have used it all the time!!!!!!!!! Quite a disappointment, honestly.

In app perchases. It says that it’s $7.99 for in app purchases but it’s a subscription based app. I’d happily pay a once off fee but to pay so much is unreasonable. Don’t say it’s $7.99 for in app purchases on the App Store but then asks to pay over $150 for a yearly subscription. Waste of a download.

Clear Directions. First video clear. I now realise I need some foam blocks. A rear view would be handy for some of the stretches.

Please answer. Hi great app! Just wondering if I get a cancellation fee if I cancel the 7 day free trial?

I press the training . And there is no class and nothing.. Need help

Fabulous. Worth every cent! A was very sore since pregnancy and birth with bad lower back Pain, poor flexibility and was downright stiff and sore. This app is just amazing and i was just so surprised at how well I am doing!!

Brilliant. Very easy to fit into a busy routine

Great app, some tweaks would make it perfect. Update to my comment below: I noticed there are many new classes (core, sculpt, etc) but there hasn't been anything added to middle splits classes in ages and most classes are old. I assume most people joining this app are looking to get their splits so curious as to why those classes havent been prioritised? I love the new style of the splits classes but there aren't that many so when you do a challenge you end up doing lots of the old classes. ------ Pros: - Hands down most consistent I've ever been with my stretching thanks to this app. Variety of class lengths (some as little as 6mins!) means i have no excuses - Alicia is just phenomenal, I love her classes. She talks you through options and her pace is great. - The backdrop in the newer classes is amazing. Clean, beautiful filming Suggestions for improvements - the earlier versions of the classes with the instructor stretching and a voice-over narrating are very monotonous and i feel like im being trained by a robot. Annoyingly a lot of the advanced classes are in that setup so im having to choose intermediate in the style i like instead. It would be great if those classes could be filmed again in the new setup, as there are limited options in advanced - would love a calendar view where you can see how many days in a month you've stretched

Permeant delete Account How?. While I like the app idea and used the free trial. I’m happy I didn’t get charged after canceling subscription. I REALLY want to know how to delete the account for now so I can’t sign in. Please help with this question do I do it or can the developers do it?

Love this app. I love this app so much. It is helping me achieve my goals with aerial hoop and also to break up the sedentary work at my office job. Unexpectedly, and more importantly, it makes me so feel calm and relaxed and helps me get a good nights sleep. It’s like my little moment of mindfulness through my day and I look forward to that feeling. Literally addicted to this app

Good but very expensive. I really enjoy the app, there is a large variety of classes and I like how you can select challenges or programs which help you meet your goals without overstretching or having to think too much about which class to choose. Thé 3 stars is because I feel it is significantly overpriced. I’m very happy to pay for good content like this, but the app is much more expensive than popular fitness apps like Sweat and Alo Moves which both offer significantly more classes and more functionality (better casting, integrated music, large range of instructors etc.). I think about half the current annual price would be more appropriate (which would place it at a similar price to Sweat). I’ve been on the annual plan this year and my flexibility has (slooowly but surely) improved. Unfortunately I will have to cut it this year because I can’t justify the price on top of my gym membership and yoga app. I hope to re-join at some point when I have more money.

!!!! Decided to trial and they immediately charged my account!!!!. I downloaded app to trial. I did 1 six minute stretch. And same day cancel free trial and they immediately charged my account $249 AUD ABSOLUTELY FURIOUS!!!! Do not do trial!!! This is a scam!!!!!

Kind of recommend. All of these stretches are locked for me

Not good. It’s ok but then it stop you halfway through and makes you pay to watch the rest of the video

amazing. i love the app, it tells me exactly what to stretch every day. i’m currently doing the front splits challenge and have already gotten deeper in my splits in just 2 weeks! classes range from just 8 minutes to my longest currently which has been 45 minutes, easy to do at home or at the gym if you prefer!

Unusable due to crashes. Maybe this app is good - I have no way of knowing because it crashed instantly when I try to sign up for the trial.

Great!. I love that the classes just flow. There’s no stopping to take 10+ seconds to describe each movement. You just get straight into it

Very helping!. I had an issue applying a discount on the annual subscription. Natalie wrote me back very quickly and helped me. Her explanation was very thorough. Thank you 🙏

6/5 stars. I am loving this app. I find it difficult to maintain consistency with any fitness program but somehow I can do this everyday and it feels great. It doesn’t get boring, or it hasn’t so far anyways and I’m about 3 weeks in.

Kinda scammy. Kinda scammy… when I signed up for my free trial I was told I would receive a notification 2 days before the trial ended. I didn’t. I wasn’t ready to pay a subscription yet, it wasn’t in my budget and now I’m out almost $32 I didn’t have this week. Other than that the app is great but I won’t be continuing to use it or recommend it after this paid month has ended.

Really like it so far. Great, quality class. Much more affordable, and very much like an F45 workout which I love. Keeps you accountable to doing them every day and it doesn’t feel like a chore

Great app to improve my flexibility!. I've always wanted to do front split, tried searching free videos on youtube but they didn't really help. I found this app and joined the 30 days front split challenge, I didn't achived fully split on day 30 but I did see a lot of improvement, so I continued with theses split classes, and I did my first front split on day 50!I love this app, and totally recommand it!

On the take. US program costs are $80 US Dollar is 108.712773 Canadian Dollar is a 1.35 percent exchange rate Canadian program cost are $205 Canadian which is a 2.55 percent exchange rate A 255% markup from US to Canada. I have 3 photos from their site & app to prove the developer isn’t being trustworthy

This app is gold.. I am so excited about this app. The instructions are clear, the classes are well curated, it’s easy to use, and I even sweat a bit while I’m stretching. I love it!

Good app but took all my money. The platform seemed to be great until even though I chose the monthly subscription, the whole year was taken at once and there is no number to call and support is not responding

It works!. I won’t believe I achieved splits in only a month. This app really helped me a lot 💯

Asked me to update, now it won’t work. I have been using this app a lot and it seemed great. I am really frustrated because it asked me to update the app. So I did. Now I keep getting an error message and I can’t log on. I’ve tried deleting it and redownloading. Resetting my password and nothing will work. This app is over $200.00 and I’ve paid for it. Please fix this immediately if not, it’s a bit of a scam to me. I am not even a month into my year subscription and I can’t use it now.

Excellent app!. I run, do cardio and strength training at least 5 days a week. This app is super helpful to stretch out my sore muscles and ensure a proper recovery. I like the ease of use of the app, programs and the recommendations to try out various classes. I’ve tried multiple stretching apps and this one is at the top of my list!

Amazing!. Im finally seeing results in my splits! Still a few more inches to touch the floor, but at least there is a lot progress compared to other programs I’ve taken

My favourite. The absolute best! So many ways of stretching that I never knew existed, even though I figure skated in my youth. Excellent mix of passive and active stretching. Good focus on technique. I won’t really feel something and then Alicia will pop in with how my hips should be tilted or where my elbows should be pointed and then it makes ALL the difference. They also update really frequently. I subscribed to another app last year, and there wasn’t one new video posted during my entire sub! I have chronic illness, so some of my joints are loosey goosey and some are really tight, and they’re all really weak, and this app has been my saving grace in evening things out and building some strength and mobility. The customer support is also top notch. I told them due to my illness, I sometimes go months without using the app, which makes the yearlong subscription a bummer. I asked if they have a lifetime subscription level and they acquiesced! Love that.

Disappointed. I was super excited to use this app and then I realized that you have to PAY! I’m not interested in doing the free trial. I am just going to look up videos on YouTube instead

Depends on your goals and experience level. If you want to move regularly and explore movement, this will probably improve your life. I did not continue beyond the trial for a couple of reasons. The first is that there is not very clear cueing during the sessions and so if your eyes are not constantly on the video, you may find it difficult to figure out what you were supposed to be doing. The second is I was also looking for some thing that I might be able to introduce to older relatives, who are at risk of falls and who could use some mobility and flexibility training, but who do not have a history of working out and who find yoga and other similar things intimidating. I do not think this would be a good fit, because it assumes a lot of body knowledge and some skill, including balance and body awareness, so it is a good complement if you are already active and do not have a mobility regime but not great if you are starting from scratch.

Great to stay on track!. The cost can be tough to swallow at first, but honestly so worth the cost if you want to put in the work to work on your flexibility. I struggled being consistent with my stretching and once I got the StretchIt app I picked a challenge and off I went. It’s not necessarily easy and a bit of a learning curve getting used to the flow of movements, but 100% worth it. I love getting reminders for when I have to stretch, the ability to move classes around if they don’t work for me certain days, picking challenges so I don’t have to plan what to do next (while keeping it fresh!), and adding in progress photos is a bonus. Thank you StretchIt app for helping me keep my momentum!

Thorough. Enjoying the app- easy to operate

Really helped my back pain. There’s a noticeable difference when I use the STRETCHIT app and when I don’t. I need this as part of my daily routine.

Great app!. Love this app and appreciate the fast tech support response

Awesome. Remember me my younger time dance clsss

Discrimination. I love the variety and the challenges. I have improved drastically in my flexibility because of this app. I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their flexibility. I am however wildly disappointed with the discrimination between monthly and yearly members. Yearly members are given more access to specific features when monthly members actually end up paying more to subscribe yearly.

Please allow volume control!. I’ve been using this app since it released and have been a loyal customer. But, I have one complaint which has never gone away, which is please allow for in-app control of the volume. The automatic lowering of all other app volumes is not it. It allows for Apple Music but I’m a Spotify user and when I play my music during workouts I barely hear it over the instructions. For Alicia’s workouts it’s okay, but the more generic workouts with the narrator it’s extremely boring. It genuinely gets in the way of me wanting to use the app or complete my workout. I’ve literally been using another app as of recent because at least I can play my own music while I do a level 4 workout!

Good app but very expensive. I liked this app a lot but when it came time to renew, I couldn’t justify the $200 USD/year when there are other apps on the market that are much more affordable that I am willing to try. The high cost lost them a subscriber.

Wanna pay double what Netflix charges for a few stretching vids?. Great sessions, but the plan is too pricy to go past the trial.

Great!!!. I will forward app to my clients and recommend it all my friends.

So many stretches I’ve never done before!. I haven’t been using it for long so, that’s the only reason I won’t give it 5 stars. But so far I’ve really enjoyed it. I used to be a gymnast and then a gymnastics coach so I thought I knew all the stretches in the book. This app has proven me very wrong!! After only 4 classes I’ve tried MANY new stretches that were all amazing.

Awesome. This app is exactly what I’ve been looking for! Great for beginners and levels above, the coach explains the position very well. Love it

Okay - but incredibly boring. Look. This app has good stretches and helps in that way. But it is, quite literally, the single most boring exercise app I’ve ever used. There’s absolutely no explanation of any of the stretches (no - you’re doing this to help with this muscle), no “hold for x seconds” or anything. The voice is too loud to listen to a podcast with even, so you can’t even distract yourself in that way. I’ve used multiple exercise apps (down dog is hands down my fav) and had high hopes for this one given what it promises. I’m not at all motivated to use it, and seriously regret spending any money on this app. A friend and I downloaded this to get out splits again, but very quickly moved onto other apps and routines, as we hated doing the workouts form this app so much.

App is a Mess, Instruction isn’t Great. The app itself is poorly organized and a challenge to navigate and makes it difficult to try different programs since it forces you to schedule times. Want to airplay it to your TV so you can see better? Well you can’t make it go full screen, trying to makes it appear sideways. The classifications aren’t very useful since they’re associated with the technical moves and not the instruction level. If I see beginner I’m expecting a bit slower and more thorough instruction with more angle changes so I can see what they’re doing. There are much better apps for improving your flexibility that are easier to navigate and provide better instruction for beginners. I can’t recommend it. But at least you get a 7 day trial to figure that out for yourself….

Awesome app!. I love this app!! I’ve never been a flexible person but I’ve recently wanted to get better at it and wanted to add stretching in my daily routine (I’ve always wanted to be able to do splits). I just recently completed the front split challenge and I’m latterly a few inches away! My next goal is the middle split and then eventually would like to try the back bend! It is expensive when the payment comes out all at once but it’s really not too bad when you think it’s less that 20$ a month. Would definitely recommend!

Ok. It’s hurts for me but I’m. Good at it:)

Just use youtube. Everything’s behind a paywall

Amazing concept but too pricey.. I really wanted to continue with this app, and I was willing to pay, but I can’t justify paying $25/month to stretch (Even if I had the $). This is more than my workout apps. It’s unfortunate because I feel like I would be a lifetime user if the price was less.

Great professional training. I really enjoy this app! Yes, you have to pay for it but the quality of the training are here! They’re professional who gives you access to their experiences. And by following the different classes you can reach your goal of flexibility. And I’m not an english speaker but the instructions are easy to understand and follow! Try it!!

Amazing app. Amazing app. Amazing variety of stretches. Also an amazing instructor. She speaks clearly and slowly and explains this perfectly, with no annoying “rah rah you can do it” talk. Beautiful videos too- a lovely white studio and filmed from all angles so you know exactly what to do.

Pretty good. I have a question, There us what looks like a download button to the right of the black start training bar, If so, you do you replay what has downloaded ? Thanks

It’s nice. It’s a great app the classes and it’s a good app overall but the reason I didn’t give a 5 star it’s because it requires in app purchases but it’s fine

Good exercises, not worth the price. I think it’s a great platform for flexibility and mobility, with a lot of strength training to support increased range of motion. The app itself is basic, which isn’t necessarily bad. The downfall of the app is its price point. There are apps that are better built, and feature exercises and meal plans (and/or other features) at a significantly lower price point. The price is also in USD, so depending on where you live, it can be even more expensive. I think it’s too bad, I would have otherwise subscribed if the price was closer to $100 a year. But at nearly CAD$200 a year in my currency, it’s too much. If it were my only subscription/membership, I might think otherwise, but this would have been to compliment my other training.

Amazing selection of classes. I’m a cyclist and was looking for an app to improve my flexibility. This app turns out to be the best option for me because of amazing selection of classes and exercises. Also, the app UI is delightful!

Stretch it. Excellent!

Paying. Look really nice but you absolutely need to pay to have access to everything :/

Very good. A bit expensive.. …

It’s worth giving a shot!. Pros: - Amazing sessions - Sessions available for beginner, intermediate and advanced - Good content with the challenges Cons - A bit on the expensive side as compared to other yoga apps out there - App needs to be improved, it freezes time to time, downloading a new sessions takes a lot of time - Splits in Beginners’ sessions is a bit too much

Don’t want to pay☹️. I don’t like that you have to pay now I can’t stretch. BOO Also I don’t want to do your 7 day free trial. Can’t every thing be free.

Great for helping reach flexibility goals. I’ve been using this app for over a year and I love it! I wanted to be able to do king pigeon and front splits but had reached a plateau in my progress. I saw an ad for this app and gave it a try and I really love it! There’s videos for all levels and the 30 day challenges are great too! I recommend this app to anyone that mentions wanting to improve their flexibility.

A bit disappointed ☹️. This app would be perfect but you have to pay! Some people might be interested in paying but I’m not. So if your willing to pay to get flexible you should download this app but that is my only complaint other then that it is a great app and I highly recommend it!

Videos are freezing app. On iPhone 13 pro max. Need to reset the app evertime. Very annoying

???. I don’t recommend this app. I’ve tried deleting it multiple times, and it keeps showing up. I physically cannot remove it from my phone.

Wonderful App. I have been using this app for a couple of weeks, (I set a personal goal to get my middle split) and I have already noticed a difference in my range of motion. These stretches help to improve the imbalances between the right and left side, and they also help to improve strength while increasing flexibility. None of the stretches feel forced, and I truly enjoy waking up in the morning, going into the app and starting my day with these stretch series.

Not free. I was very upset that I put this free program on my phone that said it was free and had some in app purchases. It’s only a 7 day trial. Not even enough time to tell if there is a difference. I shouldn’t have to worry about the charge that would happen after 7 days to try your product. So I never got to try this, because it is not a free app it requires a subscription after 7 days. The heading was changed for the ad today but the ad I saw said free app….. it’s not free it was a complete waste of time to add it to my phone and answer the questions only to find out it was a free Trial. Lesson learned.

Best stretching app. I love the StretchIt app! I have been using it since December and participating in the challenges since February. I can definitely see/feel a difference in my hamstrings and hips. I've been practicing yoga for a few years already and I realize with a predominantly home practice I've been avoiding all of the hard poses but using the app and completing the courses during the challenges has helped me to go deeper than I've ever gone and with proper alignment and square hips. Absolutely the best app I've tried to keep you on track and moving towards your goals!

Classes could be better. Loved stretching everyday & I really like the apps design, however, some recovery classes/ active classes felt like a waste of time. 54 days in on platinum flexibility program and didn’t feel or see significant results. Decided to change to the touch your toes challenge because my main focus has always been better stretching my hamstrings and the classes that were actually focused on the hamstrings were 10 minutes long and didn’t fully target the hamstrings other than 2 or 3 stretches. Might come back when the app better develops.

In love. I absolutely adore and enjoy the StretchIt app so much. it is such an intricate, detailed way of working out. it’s explained immaculately, I’m able to follow along without looking at my because of how detailed they are explaining each move. I love that I can do it every single day too and don’t have to take a rest. it’s totally worth the $20 each month. there are so many different challenges to be a part of each month. I’m currently on the Dancer challenge & look forward to just continuing this until the days end lol. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

You won’t believe what I found.... You will find .... An app with kind people who show you step by step routines, it’s efficient, motivating and affordable app to achieve strength all over your body and Flexibility of course !!! Also a personal story of mine is I’m constantly in chronic pain , but with help with other factors and this StretchItapp I have my pain decrease a bit in times that is gets rough . What has this amazing app done for you? For me enjoyment, relaxation and motivation!!! 🔥

So worth it.. I'm a pole dancer and an athlete, but it's always been a struggle to keep myself disciplined enough to consistently stretch on my own throughout the week. Stretchit app makes me feel like I'm taking a class, so it keeps me on track. A great class, too, I might add. Whatever your level of flexibility, this app is for you whether you find yourself thinking you ought to just stretch more in general or you have specific flexibility goals in mind. And if the latter, you'll meet those goals with this app, no doubt!

Great but progress photos are confusing. I am enjoying this app but when you start and finish a class it prompts you to take progress photos but gives no direction on what pose(s) you should do for the photos which would be helpful because otherwise i don’t know what to do and end up just not using that feature which is disappointing

Unauthorized Charge Made to My Debit Card. this app charged $200 off my card, unannounced and unauthorized. i never selected a free trial, i never made an account for the app, and i never received any notification (as it states in the app should be sent to me) stating that my “subscription” was expiring. and still even, i do not have any access to subscription only content, even after having my card charged. as a young person working a minimum wage job, who just spent most of their savings on a mew vehicle, $200 was basically half of the money left in my bank account. :/ i am very upset with this app, and i will never again be downloading a shady service such as this onto my phone. :(

Love!. Great app- Having spent over a decade as a dancer and gymnast, I am very impressed by the techniques Allison uses in the videos- more advanced than what most of my instructors would teach. I’m amazed at how quickly my body is responding to the classes and it’s always wanting more! Each class is unique and challenging in its own way, and the time goes by quickly. I do wish there was a different way interchange between class subscriptions or have more options within a smaller monthly fee.

Like it, but modifications (especially for people with shorter arms) are needed. I like that this is a guided program. Like the pace (could hang in some positions longer, it goes by quick). Have found some stretches I like. But this woman has some long arms. I literally can’t grab my ankle while kneeling, for example and that’s not a flex issue. I am above average in flexibility for a human but not for a dancer or gymnast and I find some things easy and some challenging. Hopefully this will help me get some cleaner lines and open up in areas I need.

Strength and Flexibility. This is one of my favorite apps! I have seen the most improvement in my flexibility for splits and back with this program versus other programs and studios. To see improvement, you have to be dedicated to doing the stretches based on their timeline (if that’s the program you choose.) I just paid for my second year and will continue to use this program!

Excellent app. I’m using this app to supplement my yoga practice and to learn some contortion skills. I think the full purchase is totally worth it. I like that the organization of the lessons is skill oriented and progressive, but varied enough to not get boring. I also appreciate how challenging some of lessons are, and that there’s a time tracker and scoreboard to give me an idea of how much time I’ve put in. I look forward to exhausting the lessons and gaining greater flexibility. Thanks for such a great product!

Not for beginners. I’m a healthy, fit woman and I dance several days a week. I’m not that flexible and about 3-5 inches away from my front splits so I thought this app would help. Some of the stretches I cannot even get into, my hips and shoulders are not as flexible as the model. The videos are clear but if you’re not flexible already, you’re going to have a really hard time trying to get into these yoga pretzel positions. I don’t feel like a beginner, I am more flexible than the average person. They don’t offer any modifications or ways to complete the stretch if you’re not as flexible as the model. I thought that was the point! To get more flexible - not for people who are already flexible! I’m disappointed that the videos basically show a yogini showing off. Uh, I don’t need to see how flexible YOU are, I need stretches that will get ME there. Waste of my time, thank goodness I didn’t subscribe and waste money too. Look for a better app if you are a beginner or even if you just want to get more flexible.

Loving it!!!. So far I feel amazing. I have had severe tightness and pain in my lower back. Because of that I have been starting to walk hunched over…literally looking like I’m 100 years older that I should be. I have been doing the the back pain stretches and now I’m starting the splits class (for beginners). I also started the boot camp today. I’m already starting to sit up straighter and take deep breaths without having to cut them short because I’m in pain. The instructor is perfect for this. I love her timing and her calm voice. I’m so thankful I found this app. Thank you!!

The best!. I'm so grateful for this app! Not only are the classes really good, and I've already seem improvement in myself. But they've been very helpful towards me. I had a mix up using my husband's PayPal buying a yearly subscription. I just messaged them, and they helped me activate my account. And gave me a couple extra days because of the mix up. And it wasn't even their fault for the mix up. More my own fault. Plus! Everyday I'm looking forward to stretching. It does my mind and body some good!! This app is wonderful!

Fun to use. I really like the class videos and how they encourage you to push to your limits. 30 minutes go by so fast, and you can definitely work up a set. The only real issues I have are price and lack of health app integration. I cannot see myself paying $20/month for more than 2 months, and the $160/year plan doesn’t seem that much more attractive of an offer. The content is great, but it’s not enough for me to commit to an annual subscription. With only these two negatives, I’d give it a 4.5/5. Definitely give the app a try.

Stretchit is for everyone!. I’m a 220 pound guy that loves to lift weights. I was missing one aspect of my training and that was stretching. I had no idea where to begin, I was constantly getting injured and I was too embarrassed to join a yoga class as I couldn’t even touch my toes. I saw the touch your toes challenge and decided to give Stretchit a try and by golly I was able to touch my toes! I’m now hooked and well on my way to doing the splits. The app is easy to use and I would definitely give this a 5 star rating if they brought back the calendar in the next update! Keep up the good work Stretchit!

Good classes, but app glitches often. I’ve been following StretchIt on instagram for a while now and finally purchased the app. It’s really helped me commit to getting my splits and I generally like the classes they offer (although I prefer the ones where the teacher is actively doing the routine while talking. The ones where it’s a voice over and an empty background...creepy. ) My biggest issue is app glitching. I have an iPhone with a semi-updated ios system, but I often need to exit out of the apps a few times before one of them can start playing. There’s even one class that won’t load for me at all (Splits 3).

Customer Service is great!. Here is an interaction between myself and STRETCHIT customer service. They worked with me to figure out that another app had been overcharging me, all the while being thorough and responsive. Thank you STRETCHIT! Jun 29, 2022, 8:09 AM EDT Yes! Thank you so much! I figured it out and was reimbursed by the other app. They had been charging me weekly for something I hadn’t signed up for! Thank you so much. I will continue with STRETCHIT as I’ve really enjoyed it over the past month. Thank you for you responsiveness!

This app is great!. I saw an ad for this app a few months back. I downloaded and started out with the middle split challenge. I was amazed by the results. I didn’t get to a full split, but I was noticeably getting a lot lower than when I started. I’m now doing the 90-day split challenge and it’s going great. I recommend this app. There’s only one thing I would change. There should be a way to see if you did a class before when you open it. But that’s the only thing.

Still Loving This App. I was a beta user for the app when it was being developed a year ago, and I've been using it since. I love this app, and I love the class-like setup. I have improved my flexibility all-around, a goal of mine for years. A surprise bonus: the deep stretching was calming and relaxing through my pregnancy, keeping me loose and alleviating pains (only stretch or exercise if your doctor says it's okay to do so during your pregnancy!) I keep my subscription up and will use stretch it for a long time.

Great app. This app thinks of everything! The stretches are easy to follow for beginners, intermediate, and advanced and I love that all of the videos just get straight into the stretching. No “hi welcome to whatever” it’s just down to business. I love that. Doesn’t waste any time. There’s a stretch for any body part you want to work on and they’re always adding something new. You definitely get your money’s worth which is saying a lot since I don’t spend my money on a lot of things

Amazing. I don’t usually pay for apps, but after using this app for the week free trial I had felt so amazing I decided to pay for the year. My body has over the past couple months felt super stiff and my back was starting to hurt, just taking one class a day had me feeling looser and way more flexible. I do think it is expensive but there’s not many apps that offer what this app does so it’s worth it.

Poor bot instruction. This app is horrible for instruction - there is someone just reading a script, with a visual of someone doing half the movements and they say “repeat on other side” with not walking you through it so you have to rewind to figure out what to do. No corrections, no technical pointers. I tried the middle split course and it was a whole series of random stretches, and after class 9 still hadn’t really focused on middle split flexibility. The stretches do feel good, so I gave 2 stars, but otherwise very disappointed as they did not work toward my goals at all.

Total Beginner. I have extremely limited mobility made even worse by seven years of heavy weightlifting without ever stretching. I’m one week in and I already notice the difference. I’ve purchased many stretching guides in the past that I use for three days then abandon, but this app’s low daily time commitment combined with a gentle introduction to movement has kept me committed and eager to fit the daily stretches into my routine. I’m so pleased!

Great idea. I love the concept and the intent of the app. And am pretty sure I’d get more flexi if I followed the programs. But the app itself isn’t aesthetically pleasing; it’s kinda hokey. And the videos are meh. The audio and visuals don’t always align. The cueing of the moves needs improvement; if you can’t see the video there is no way to do unfamiliar moves. Plus because they don’t use left and right, I have trouble remembering which side I’m on. And the timing is off. If it says do this 8 times, there is usually enough time to do it 4 times. And music would be nice either on the workout program or be able to play externally in the background. I’m going to try to stick with it and see.

Not great f or beginners. I am still in my trial phase with it, but using a beginners program. I am not sure this program will be good for me, or people like me. The exercises are accessible to beginners, but what it lacks (so far) is a better explanation of what to expect at my level. The instructor is an expert, we are seeing what the exercises look like for someone who is already flexible. There’s not great information for me about when my body (shoulder, hip, for example) should be on the ground in some stretches, or when it should be disconnected. I think the courses could be better for beginners and truly provide some value if they provided that level of detail.

Great but…. I think this app is wonderful, however once you select your level of difficulty they should only recommend programs based off that difficulty. I’m currently doing the Stretch and Sweat class and some of the Extra Active classes are beyond beginner level. I understand that these people have some background in fitness, ballet, dance, etc however there should be modification exercises for people who are not on that level yet. Sometimes it can be discouraging especially when you’re out of shape like myself.

Seriously?. Where has this app been all my life? Now at the dreaded ‘middle age’ I have been waking up feeling 100. Years of dance, karate, cross fit, running, kickboxing , etc all without ever stretching properly and believing I was destined to never be flexible… and then this app! It is so well done and I’m feeling so much better! I couple this app with the Somatic stretch program on The Daily Om and the results are fantastic. Don’t wait as long as I did to finally get flexible!

Model is too flexible for beginners to learn from. This app might be worthwhile if you’re already pretty flexible. I’m not. I can touch my toes, but only if I warm up and thoroughly round my back to do so. And that makes it really hard to figure out what I should be doing when following the videos. I tried the most basic hamstring video for starters. In it, the model will say, “Bend your knees as much as you need to avoid rounding your back.” Okay, fine, but that puts my knees at 90 degrees, at which point the position I’m in has only the vaguest resemblance to what the model is doing, and that gives me pretty low confidence that I’m doing it correctly. Get some inflexible models, please, and have a separate “coach” pointing out the most important points on the model’s body during each stretch.

Wonderful!!!. I’m a former dancer and lost a lot of flexibility over the years due to injuries and surgeries. This app has helped me so much in regaining some of my flexibility. It’s the only one I continue to come back to for flexibility training. The moves are challenging but I feel so much better when I’m done. I’m not where I used to be, but much better than I was. Thank you for creating this program!

Fun!!!. I've never done yoga EVER. Don't know any of the poses or anything. I already and moderately flexible but can't do any splits or anything. I have back pain constantly and don't have proper stance and a friend recommend this to me! I LOVE IT. Great for beginners. Admittedly it doesn't go to into detail for modifications, but luckily I can stretch to most as much as I can even if I can't get the full stretch or position. I always research mods separately if I need to. It's got me motivated to do it every day!!

Simple, clear and effective. The videos are straightforward, no distractions, no philosophy, just plain instruction. Great if you want to listen to your own music or simply focus on breath and the feeling of the stretches. I hope to increase my flexibility for aerial fitness using this app. It’s also great for recovery stretching. I also really like that they have a monthly subscription option because, let’s face it, a year is a long time to commit to something new.

the best classes for recovery and improving flexibility/mobility. I rarely write app reviews - I think this may even be my first. I felt compelled to write this because I've used so many other apps, programs and classes for stretching and mobility work but I've always been disappointed and my body felt worse after taking them. The cues in Stretchit classes help me keep my body in check (vs something like ROMWOD where id push myself so hard in stretches that it would hurt after the class..) I use Stretch it to primarily help with recovery after workouts and with pre-hab. I find that when I don't use the classes my body feels tight and i'm more injury prone. Also, if you want to work on your splits this app will get you there 100%

Love It. I thoroughly enjoy the exercises to move toward splits and stretching my body. I was a dancer years ago but have not been super active for years after having kids. Now my girls are competitive gymnasts and they are inspiring me to get back my flexibility. The classes have wonderful flow and progression. My only suggestion is that there is a suggested schedule published of how often to take each class and over how much time. E.g. Week 1 exercise 4 days repeating classes 1 & 2. I also signed up for the web site thinking I would find this guidance but in lieu of that I've been winging it and repeating classes by listening to my body.

Awesome. I was skeptical at first because I’ve been stretching for a long, long time and never really felt like anything in particular was new but there’s a lot of really creative stretches in here. My 15 day progress just blew me out of the water, so I had to write a review. I’ve never had a program with this fast of progress, and I haven’t even been stretching every single day. Can’t wait to continue with the splits program. Edit: after 3 weeks I’ve touched down my right split. It’s been literally 10 years since that last happened (when I was a HS cheerleader)

So GOOD that I look forward to my stretches everyday!. This program is everything I needed! Teachers are great, classes are awesome, and the format offers what I couldn’t find in other programs: you can download the videos to do them offline. No more class freezing, stopping or lagging in the middle of a workout!! Woot! I usually delete the video right after the workout and download the next video I am planning on doing the next day, that way I’m all set up and ready to go when it comes time to workout! Perfect program!!

Cost-prohibitive & not worth it (current subscriber). I purchased the annual subscription after a lot of consideration; the staggering cost was a deterrent, but I was looking for a stretching program on the recommendation of my doctor. I wish I hadn’t. The trial is much too short relative to its fee; cheaper apps offer trials of 14-30 days to get a feel of the app and whether it’s a good fit & worth the cost, especially during these tough financial times. The programs are not varied enough to justify the exorbitant cost, and there’s not enough flexibility/user control. I should be able to slow down the videos—the trainer moves & speaks quite fast, which can be challenging for those of us that require slower-paced workouts for medical reasons. I signed up while desperately looking for pain-management solutions & I regret it every day. I wish I could say I was being dramatic, but I get annoyed when forcing myself to use the app because I still can’t believe I spent this much.

KEEP YOUR YOUTH. The app is worth having. What I love the most is that It also focuses on the hip rotations that we don’t use often. This will help to avoid hip replacements or hip problems which stretches far beyond the hip. For women It can cause pain or lack of movement in the entire pelvic region. The only thing I don’t like about the app is that in order to watch It on my Mac I have to upgrade to another package and I’m already paying for a subscription. That’s why I didn’t give It a 5 star. Being in business I have several devices and I would like to enjoy logging in on them all. Other than that I do enjoy the stretches.

Class only did 1 side?. I purchased a yearly subscription because of their sale and honestly I should’ve done a trial before going into this and I’m upset that they don’t do refunds. My first class, we only did one side. It was hip circles in one directly and then jump into stretches. It was already 30 min. So I was hoping for a 30 min stretch session but instead I had to do it again on the other side mirroring everything because I didn’t want to feel lobsided for a total of an hour. Not what I was looking for and really disappointed after seeing all the incredible reviews on this. Definitely do the trial first before proceeding on this expensive purchase.

There’s something missing. I’ve had this app for 2 weeks. I had high hopes. There are a lot of classes for sure, but they are either too easy for me (like think of something appropriate for an older person or someone with limited mobility), or too advanced (for really fit people who’ve been doing yoga awhile). Im somewhere in the middle, a healthy active average person with no yoga experience. There’s very little here for me. I’d recommend the makers of this app try to address that gap. Maybe another level is needed in their lightning bolt difficulty rating system.

Cross-training for equestrians and desk jockeys, too. I do miss the lower-energy dance stretches they used to have because they’re easier to muster the courage for in the mornings! But I’ve been happily using STRETCHIT to help me cross-train for horseback riding for several years. I always find I ride much better if I’m stretching regularly. It also helps so much with the body aches and stiffness that come from working a desk job. This is one of the three things I focus on when I’m going through a rough patch - stretching! Apologies for any typos as the font is currently white on white.

Getting fit and staying young. I am about to turn 50 and severely overweight- started to eat right and this is my first real effort in working out as my flexibility and balance have been terrible and heavy workouts just discourage me since I am so out of shape. These are challenging but doable. And I can go at a pace with modifications I need. Only a week in and I am already seeing a difference in my flexibility and endurance. Feeling encouraged!

Transitions. The transition into different positions are to fast at times. One second she’s on the blocks the next pose the blocks are to the side and she’s already in another move. There needs to be time to move equipment. And at times you can’t tell how to bend the body. Too fast. I can do the movements. I’m talking about we will be in one movement with blocks then all of sudden the clip changes and the blocks were stacked behind her and off the mat already with out saying anything. So I missed - few minutes of the next stretch because I had to remove everything off the mat and get into the next move.

Great, but Expensive. I love the app! Great progressions, challenges, etc. But, $20 a month is a bit egregious for 30+ stretching videos. To put it into perspective Netflix has nearly 5,000 movies and 1,200 TV shows for approximately $10 a month. I would rate this app at 4 stars @ $10 per month and 5 stars at $5 per month. $20 a month is a gym membership not an app subscription and, consequently, I will be keeping my eyes open for other options - which is unfortunate because I really think they’ve done a great job with this. The other thing that bothers me a little is that the app, Facebook page, and Instagram account are all exclusively female. Is this app not for men as well?

STRETCHIT. I really don’t like this app because it keeps on telling me to pay for things and I’m only 10 years old and I don’t have the money to do that. Like make some of the stuff. It’s only free with the four Maddie stretches. Don’t like it don’t recommend other people say like if it’s not good for youto pay for everything like it had to pay for the membership to actually do this thing so I don’t recommend it if you’re 10 years old I like 21 you’re any age I want to flexibility up I don’t recommend it at all if you don’t have the money to pay for it get off of it you have to pay for a membership so I don’t get it

Good but charging extra for desktop. I have been enjoying this app, especially its challenge program that sets up clear goals. One thing that I don’t like is the payment model. It’s rare that apps charge double for desktop access. If that must be the case, I would expect a desktop only option as well. I don’t have a tablet and it’s very difficult to see on mobile screen while following the instructions. The primary use case would be desktop. If mobile and desktop must be billed separately, I would rather just pay for desktop. But there is no such option. Right now it’s mobile only or both.

Actually worth it. I’ve spent the last couple years essentially couch ridden and have only recently started getting back to working and everything so my body is pretty worn out and doing these little practices every day doesn’t take long so they’re not too intimidating and I always feel so much better after a short 10 minute or five minute stretch

Just Incredible!. I’m 27 and I have never been able to do splits, couldn’t even straighten my legs and touch my toes before I started using this app 2 months ago. Yesterday I was able to touch down on the ground in a front split! It is crazy how much progress I’ve seen with this app and it’s worth every penny!! I highly recommend signing up for a program to keep you accountable with daily practice.
