So far so good!. Looking for a new game to purchase! So far, I like the free version!

Heir. Love the game. Have trouble when action moves to future. Matches do not light candles. Cannot get past glitch. Wish I could do so without becoming frustrated.

Can't load game any longer!. Really liked this game until it would no longer load, just black screen. This happened right after I purchased it. Downloaded it again, losing all my progress. Played a little further until game stopped working again. Frustrating waste of money.

Worth the price. I found this game long and enjoyable. A good mix of puzzles and HOs with lots of variation. No trouble with the game running on my iPad Air 2.

Great game!. This game is well done, you use items in different rooms not all in the same spot. I like the puzzles instead of a ton of hidden object games.

Challenging but you can progress!. The game is interesting and fun to work. You can progress (in playing) by being observant and following clues. Good game!

⚠️Warning! Crash after trial ended & paid for game.💸. I was really excited about this game, huge fan of Grim series. But soon after trial ended and paying in full.....💸 I pressed the game app and instead of starting the game.....it only brought up a black screen....after restarting IPad three times, it still doesn't work. I then see similar reviews and don't know if I'll bother trying to erase and download. What a disappointment. 😞 Bummed. PLEASE FIX AND REFUND!!!💰 🌉🙋🏼

Surprisingly good.. There are too many arcane puzzles for my liking, but you can always skip them. Nice and long... well done.

Need updates. I cant play ur older games on my new devise because they need updated. I would like to play the series in order but cant till u update ur older games in the series. If u update the older games ill buy all of ur newer games too.

Great Game. I'm still playing the free game. So far so good. Graphics and puzzles, some easy some take thought. I would love to purchase but, I've been on a game roll. Sorry got to say no for now. Thanks for the opportunity to give this game a good try. I have to disagree, the free trial is a good length.

Fix the crash. Reinstalled and avoided using the map feature which I believe was the reason the game was freezing the first time. Finished it. was thoroughly enjoyable with challenging mini puzzles

Ok. It's a long game so very entertaining but some puzzles don't have instructions or instructions are vague that you have no idea how to solve it One of the puzzles instructions were "interact with the game". Well no sh**.

Grim tales: the heir. Great game as always from big fish. Fantastic graphics fun to play and very challenging.

Some screens are too dark.. This is a common problem. A lot of the screens are too dark to see while playing in a room where there is outside light coming in. In the puzzle where I had to find pairs of objects, I couldn’t see half the objects. I was also disappointed that skipping a puzzle meant that I could not try to solve it late. I didn’t see that explained anywhere. I thought it meant to skip it now with the intent of coming back later.

Game won’t load. I played the trial game and enjoyed it so much that I purchased the game. I was able to play it for one day and now it will no longer load. The screen stays black. Is this common? If I can’t play it, it would be nice to get my $2.99 back.

Very long. I'm all for a good long game but OMG it's going on forever. The puzzles near the end of the game seem to be designed by someone else, they're weird, not like the other puzzles. Maybe my memory isn't the best but I can't keep up with who's who and what freaking time line everyone belongs to. It's a good game, I'm not discouraging you to play just be prepared for a long game. I've just about lost interest

Too many puzzles, not enough hops.. I withheld a star because of the preponderance of puzzles. Should be more balanced with hops.

Not a hidden object game. Another in a long line of puzzles claiming to be hidden objects but really a LOT of annoying puzzles with vague directions. And a poor story line. Sorry, there were some good hidden object puzzles in here but mostly it was a boring game.

Grim Tales is correct - purchased full version & it crashed. The game was good until it crashed. Now, when I try to open it, all I get is a black screen. Please resolve the bug or refund my purchase.

Good game. I’ve been looking for a good fun hidden object game to play and this game fits the bill. I love this fun game and it really has a good storyline. Thank you for another great game.

The Heir. Can not get in the game, all I get is a black screen!? Is there any fixes or updates for this game? I have deleted the game and am trying to download it again but it seems to be taking it forever. What’s going on?

Destiny. I like it so far. I will probably buy it. The Hos isn't too small to see on an iPhone. And I can't pass up rescuing children.

Brilliant!. Loved this game! Super creepy, great visuals, different types of games. Yes, there are a lot of find a piece and insert in chest type items, but aren’t they all? Some of the puzzles actually took thought! Hurray! I had no glitches. The game is very long, and the bonus was a nice length as well. The HOS were varied. All around great game!

Hopeless. What a waste of time this was. First, I get 3/4 through the game and was shut out, I tried everything to get back to the game, nothing. I deleted the game and started over, losing all my puzzle pieces and morphing objects. I'm a calm soul so I began to pick up the puzzle pieces and morphing objects, got to the same place and was shut out again. I tried one more time, ignoring puzzle pieces and morphing objects and was able to reach the end only to find out that the bonus game wouldn't load. I was told I couldn't play the bonus game before completing the main game. For me that was 'game over'. Another thing, the game was full of puzzles but sadly lacking in HOs. Big disappointment from Elephant games. A word to BF how about a new game once in a while instead of constantly offering old games. Big Fish a new game every day, seriously.

Puzzled. This game good have been much better without the glitches. Sometimes I has to tap over and over, the directions for the games were often incoherent, and it would sometimes need restarting. Very creative, but not up to Elephant Games standard. Author released it before it was ready.

Nice and long. Complicated but nice. I like the complexity and the new things always introduced. Not too hard and always can opt out. But have enjoyed

Beautiful graphics. Enjoyable game, though I only played the free selection and it was a pretty good length. The puzzles were different, which was nice, but the directions for using the lock pick were poorly written. It took a bit of time to figure out how to do it. I wish there were more HO scenes. They were few and very far between. I would buy it, but I don't think these games are worth the prices BF is asking. When it goes on sale, I'll probably buy it. Map is good, with teleporting. Hint is good, too. Update. It's now on sale and I bought it. It’s another of the good old games that used to be offered by BF. Much better than the "new" games.

Only play it twice yrs apart.. I bought this game Sept 2016 and I love this game!!! I love all of the Grim Tales titles. When I finished the whole game and it was a long game, I played it again. Will fast forward Sept 2019, I was downloading this game and hit the already purchased and it said It could hide no record of this purchase. I went to the record of purchases and there it was. But the game wanted me to pay again. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me with this company. A couple of games said I can no longer play in this country (US) but I paid for these games all the same. I’m getting tired of this company taking my money and not giving me access to my software. Buyer beware. Good game, horrible service/shakedown.

Don't waste your money. Downloaded this because it was on sale. Got to a certain point and now it won't load. I'm going to have to uninstall and reinstall it losing all my progress which everybody knows the such a wonderful thing. Big fish I play your games all the time and I have been a loyal fan for quite a while, many years, and this really disappoints me. Please fix this game or refund my money.

Stop the review game pop ups!. The game was fair but the ending was poorly fleshed out. Little explanation for anything. Seemed to be a very abrupt end, as if somebody decided they had to wrap it up before it was over. As for two stars: Stop nagging me for a review. Just stop. I'll do it once I'm done and I know more about it. STOP

REALLY Fun!. Did not crash on me once, which is a big plus! I enjoyed this game immensely and plan to play it again. Didn't quite get the story, but did get the gist of it. Highly recommended!

The Heir. I have found great enjoyment and escapism during recovery from covid from trying to play this game. Playing with a fudge covid brain makes it more challengeable then usual. I love the graphics and I have found it to be of good value.

Very long game play. Interesting storyline but bonus game a bit gloomy. Tons of puzzles which were quite challenging so I skipped a few but game well worth the sale price.

Please fix glitch. Really enjoying this game. Purchased it and when I got to the 2nd future trip, doing puzzle, (don't want to spoil story). The game froze in the office of many mini games & now I have a black screen. Please fix. :)

Fun and spooky. This game, following in the path of previous tales of the Gray family, is a tad spooky and gruesome, but not overly so. It’s long and the puzzles are challenging.
