Amazing. I left my card at home and was in a different state and had to go visit my sick mother-in-law in the hospital and this app is amazing because it safe I left my card at home and was in a different state and had to go visit my sick mother-in-law in the hospital and this app was amazing because it saved my life today! Simple and easy also! Everyone should use this!!!

So fast & easy. When I was robbed, along with everything else he got, was my Covid proof of vaccination card/passport. The MN Department of Health recommended either this app to retrieve my records, or to fill out a form and wait a long time before it was processed for a new card. Within a couple of minutes, I had downloaded the app, put in just a few lines of info, and voilà! I had my records secure (I hope) on my phone. It’s taken me longer to write this review than to get my records! If I find issues further down the road, I will update. But it accomplished what I needed in no time flat.

Great idea; Doesn’t Work. I thought this would be like the NY COVID Vaccine app. But it simply doesn’t work. SMS phone confirmation didn't arrive for 15 minutes the first time I tried. I tried again today & it worked. But the app STILL can’t find my vaccination record. I used the exact name on my card. NJ has both my cell # & email. As does the health system which administered the shots at a state mega site. Very frustrating since the US really needs a federally verified app for international travel, concerts etc (like the EU app). This at least would have some official standing. Disappointed.

A great app if you'll need to show your vaccination status!. It's very convenient to be able to have my immunization record - especially for COVID-19 - on my phone. Docket was easy to use, and I was happy to see that it updated my COVID-19 vaccination status when I got my booster shot. This is also a good way for me to keep track of which vaccinations I'm due to get each year.

No longer working. When I originally downloaded the app it worked well. Then out of the blue, I couldn’t open it and all I had was a blue screen with the Docket logo. I called tech support and while they were extremely helpful, they were unable to solve the problem. They asked me to delete the app (which of course deleted the data) and we spent time (re) uploading and deleting multiple times to no avail. Have powered down the phone and tried the same thing for the better part of 2 days now and every time the blue screen and logo just ‘sits’ there. Sad that this no longer serves a purpose for me! Super disappointed as it was very useful (when it worked). Thank you for fixing the bug!

Confusing to set up and tedious to log in. I eventually got my identity validated but it took about 30 minutes. It should have taken less than 5. They say you can email them for support but all I got back was an automated email telling me to contact my state health department. When I logged out and back in I had to go through the steps to select my state all over again. It does pull your immunization records down fairly quickly, mine took only a few minutes. It's clunky and basic but works.

Love the idea, trouble with set up design. I am extremely happy that my state is using Docket, however, there were challenges to inputting my info during set up. I couldn’t see the full screen any time a keyboard or other interactive screen popped up and there was no way to see any of the text or buttons below the screen. Editing info as I was inputting info was also impossible. This made account set up difficult and I can see this causing high abandonment rates, if not addressed. The overall design is clear and nicely done and I hope to use this app often!

Worked great.. It’s so nice to be able to access records, digitally. I truly believe that this is an essential app to have when working with vaccines. Not to mention the team at Docket is quite responsive and their CEO honestly cares about the work the company is undertaking. The app’s functionality has taken into consideration numerous variables and is flexible enough to remain current with the changing times. I sincerely appreciate the developers of this app and their thoughtful execution of it.

Docket App. Love the App! Most importantly I wasn’t able to get into the App prior an email I received! At first I thought it was a scam. I emailed back I’m not sending my ID you should have my info with the Statefrom the vaccinations for Covid19. I stated anymore info or to verify my info that your a rep. from the State plz call. I must say that you guys are on top of your game! I tried a few times & it wouldn’t work so I was going to try it the next day. The correction was made by Claudia Arredondo. I just realized I emailed you then she called me back! Okay anyway she was amazing! It was so easy my wife had to put in all the site codes ! Thanks again William Leahy

Devs: Please add FaceId/Fingerprint to unlock app?. This app is great. Sign in was trivially easy, and now I can see the vaccination records for not just myself, but my spouse and underage kids all in one place, switching between them with just a few taps. The NJ Dept of Health recommended it. Devs, my only request is an option to enable FaceID/Fingerprint scan to unlock the app when you run it for security reasons. For health info, I consider that a must-have. Based on your last release notes, you’ve been working hard to improve this app, and the result is great, so thanks! Just please consider adding this.

It doesn’t work. My record showed up immediately but it was shown with a wrong phone number. I contacted Support with supporting documentation to update my phone number and email. They said my contact info were updated on their end but the app still didn’t reflect the changes. I removed and reinstalled the app and removed old search results but the new searches still came back with the wrong number on my record and no email option. Either their updates aren’t made available immediately or my record wasn’t updated at all.

Efficient, quick, user-friendly. I moved out of state and with moving my vaccination records were nowhere to be found. I looked for them and know I packed the cards but I needed my records to get the booster soon and found out about this app on a Fox article. It is super quick to sign up, using your first and last name, date of birth and sex it finds your records immediately! This is the first review I’ve ever written, and I decided to write it because I am fascinated by the help of this app!

Very Buggy. At first it took days of trial and error in order to get the app to show my vaccination record of two shots. They have my name backwards. My first name is listed as last and last is listed as first. Last week my wife and I received boosters. Her shot appeared on her app the next day. Mine still hasn’t been updated. I logged out then in. It didn’t matter. However, when I click my NJ COVID record in the app I see my record clearly updated with my booster. I contacted the Docket app by email. They responded that I should contact New Jersey. Clearly, New Jersey got it right. I wish Docket would step up and do their job instead of deflecting. What good is an app that you rely upon as evidence of compliance if the app fails at delivering accurate data?

Docket still not working after IOS 14.8 update on my iphone.. Once the iphone updated, Docket app stopped opening. Just the blue screen with the Docket logo. I have tried turning off/on my iPhone. No change. I have uninstalled then reinstalled the app from the App Store. Turned phone off/on to reset. I see that it reloads from an icloud icon. Does that mean it is not your newest version with your app update from a day ago? Nothing changes each time I try. Next week I have to prove vaccine status with my NJ school district and now I cannot use this vaccine registry on my device. Please fix the issue or provide info on how to get it to launch correctly. Thank you!

Sketchy. At first I was happy with this app as it recognized my two vaccinations. I got the booster shot over a week ago, and the app has yet to find my booster shot and add it to my records. I used the HELP email and I got a HELP handout of steps to try. Nothing worked. The other alternative was to contact the state, using a paper form which was supposed to be sent through the mail. Too much personal information requested. I hope I don’t lose my vaccination card, because it is the only record that shows the booster. LIVE support, even if it was via email, would be great.

Carenina Q. I have rec’d my J&J vaccination and booster. Along with my husband and son. Everything was on the app for our vaccinations. All was working well for a while until we received the boosters. They were never updated on the app. Shortly after that, I purchased a new iphone and all of the information was erased off the app and now I am unable to even log on to the app, let alone find any of my immunization information. Its especially fun when you go to the city for dinner and then cant actually sit down to eat with your friends and family whom you haven’t seen in months because you can’t even get into the docket app to pull up your immunization records. UGHHHH

Don’t rely on it yet. This will be great when they iron out the flaws. I was trying to show how it works to a friend. I got only a blue screen that said “Docket” on it - tried a couple of times, turned off phone etc. Then, after calling the number found on line, deleted and then reinstalled, tried to log on and it didn’t recognize my password. “Reset” using same password as before. It now appears to be functioning but I’m thinking I’ll still need to carry my vax card for now - wouldn’t want to be standing outside a restaurant trying to do all this.

Works most of the time. I have been using this app successfully for quite some time now. I was recently on vacation and it worked fine the first half of my trip. Suddenly, the second half of my trip it would not show me any information. It kept saying I needed to verify my identity but it wasn’t letting me get any codes to verify my identity I want reverting to using my paper copies instead. I now deleted everything and we created my account and have it working again. But that was very frustrating. Moral of the story don’t count on technology… Always have a paper back up!

Does not work on iPhone 8. This app does not work on my iPhone 8. First it did not want to let me set up the account at all. I filled out all the personal profile information on the setup screen over and over, but it didn’t want to save it and let me move onto the next screen. When (after six more attempts) I finally got it to save my profile, I got an error message saying that I had not entered my birthdate. So I entered it again, but again it would not save the information. I tried once more, and the same thing happened. At that point I gave up. Apparently this app just does not work on iPhone 8. Too bad.

Super complicated and buggy. After setting everything up, providing additional information only highlighted in the detailed help documentation, but not as part of the standard workflow (including submitting a photo of my driver’s license by entering the URL shown in the app in a desktop browser in order to be able to attach the file), multiple exchanges with support, deleting and recreating the original search which still asked me to wait … I finally got it! Setting up the Clear app with my local healthcare provider took about 10 minutes. Docket came to about 3 weeks. This is not an app for the masses.

Phone number errors. I love using your Docket program for updating myself on all my immunizations, my doctor, and for Travel. However, this program keeps reverting back to my old landline and prevents me from using it. This is happened twice. I don’t know why it would happen years after correct in the problem. this was very annoying. I was blocked from viewing the program until I wrote in. It hadn’t changed again.

This app is useless. I have used this app for a period of a few weeks and suddenly it will not open! This is a problem as I live in metro NYC area and without being able to use this app, I have had to rely on using my immunization card which is cumbersome to carry as it does not fit into a mans standard wallet. As I could not open this app, my credit card used to secure a reservation was charged $50. for a no- show fee! Disgusted!!!

Does Not Update. I took my 3rd shot almost 2 months ago and the system has not updated. It only shows the 2 shots I took in January and February. I sent an email to Docket a few weeks and the response I received could have been in a different language for all it was worth. The screen on the app says something like drag to update or refresh but I don’t see anything to drag. For the 2 shots, its a good system. Not so for the 3rd . For what this is worth, I have friends experiencing the same problem. Its a disappointment.

Easy. I am very happy about this. Maybe people will show their actual legal Vaccine document. I am trying to download my vaccine records. They should be two on file. It says nothing available. No one will help me. I’ve tried calling the health department and the numbers where I got the vaccine. I don’t know how this will ever work unless it is accurate. I have sent emails and no one contacts me. I’d like to give it to Stars. Only for the Omai deer

Your Community Pharmacist. I recommend this to the patients I give vaccines to at my pharmacy. It makes my life easier as a pharmacist who deals with a very busy and short staffed pharmacy. Thanks to the ones who continue to provide a valuable, and reliable app for healthcare providers and patients. -It would be very helpful if the app would allow for provider access, but I’m not sure that’s legally feasible. -You should consider connecting with APhA to see if you can promote a this helpful app/tool for pharmacists. If there were more state databases available to view in the app, it would also allow patients from outside of the state to provide documentation to pharmacists who may not be able to verify vaccine documentation without it. TLDR; 10/10 would recomend. 100%. Just needs more access to additional state databases which helps improve patient care and patient safety. -Your Community Pharmacist

Good to have. Needed this for an upcoming trip and hadn’t set it up yet, always carried my print out vax cards but am afraid to bring it on an extended trip. Took a bit to refresh the info until it all worked, so hang tight. Sometimes takes about 5-10 mins for app to load your info. Also tip off to people with apostrophes or other such characters in name— try both options to see what works, one didn’t for me but other did. Again, hang tight, this app does work

Pulls my records AND my kids! Woohoo!. I was able to easily get my immunizations. I was excited when I saw that I could also access my kids’ records. The search found them, but when I tried to open them it kept showing my records and there was no way to switch to theirs. After about 10 minutes I was able to see their records. Pretty great!

Improving. When New Jersey first implemented this app it searched and found my immunization record but there was no way of viewing it. I spent way too much time spinning my wheels pressing every button trying to figure it out. I finally gave up. A few months later I decided to try again. Still did not work. But it’s important at this point. And needs to work. I decided to try updating. And now it seems to work. There should be an automatic update. This app is too important to have been released with bugs that made it useless.

Tedious Search. Successful searches do not clear & you cannot clear it manually. Each time you login you have to start another search instead of just allowing you to view the found records. Meanwhile the existing searches just piles up. Works for viewing the vaccination records but process is too tedious to access every time you want to view the records. Plus it doesn’t update with the booster shots.

Inappropriate Access to Photos. Signing up took some effort: a pop-up screen kept getting in the way and made it difficult to create the initial password, and it kept complaining that my 9 character password was shorter than the required 8 character minimum (I think it wanted a special character or number, but didn’t say so). After overcoming this road block, I provided the necessary info (name, DOB, etc.) and it correctly found my COVID vaccination info (although it kept reporting “Searching…”). However, I was taken aback when I selected the 3 horizontal lines in the upper-left (settings?) and clicked on the “Docket” in the blue circle and saw my iPhone photos. I’m not sure why the developers need access to this, so I immediately deleted the app. Nice idea, but not ready for prime time!

App works well after syncing. The app was fairly easy for me to figure out and provided a clear path to fix the situation when my records weren’t found. I am guessing many people will need to use that method to reach out to their state health department and get all records synced up to their phone number and email so they can be found on Docket. For me this took a couple of weeks, then I received an email telling me to log in to Docket again. Developers: when I went back in and performed my search, it just stayed on the same search screen each time rather than taking me to actually see that records had been found. I assume this is on your backlog to fix. It meant that I kept re-running the search with no indication it had completed or found results. Eventually I tried backing out of the search screen and found my records.

Fast and easy.. It was very fast and easy for me. I don’t know if it has to do with being registered through the NJVS but, once I downloaded I followed the directions and filled everything up then you wait maybe a minute. Once you go back you’ll have a check mark, click on your name. Records come right up. It’ll be awesome to be able to download all your immunizations in the near future.

Some discrepancies In the record.. I reviewed my immunization record and there is a tetanus from three years ago that is missing as well as a influenza vaccination from last year. I tried updating it by dragging down and it didn’t make a difference. So I called my provider to update as instructed in the help section and they showed me that the information that they got from the registry included both of those shots. I am not sure what actions to take to correct that. Otherwise, this is a great app.

Good for portablility but….. …. Doesnt update very quickly. I got my 3rd shot several days ago but it apparently hasnt worked its way thru the system because it isnt showing on the app. So dont lose your card. Youre still gonna need it. **Edit** it is now more than 10 days and still not updated. Also, you cant clear old searches. My OCD doesnt like outdated (useless) info on my screen. **Edit #2** had to delete the app and reinstall it for that shot to show up. Seems to be an ongoing bug because edit #2 is more than a year later (shot #6) and still having same problem with the 2023 booster.

Fantastic, and so easy to set up!. It’s great! I recommend to everyone and anyone who has been vaccinated for Covid 19. No need to be obsessively carrying around my physical Covid vaccine card anymore. Now I have it at the touch of my fingers, right here on my iPhone. Also I was able to attach my daughter’s vaccine information to it as well. So I have both our “proofs” of vaccination wherever we go, while the physical paper cards can stay safe at home.

Very limited utility. Not ready for prime time yet.. May be it’s not the fault of the app but the system as such but it is frustrating. The system seems to record only my second vaccine shot but not the first. Been in touch with the health department and with the center that administered vaccine multiple times. I was told it will be sorted but unfortunately not after several months. Had a booster nearly 2 weeks ago and that doesn’t show up either. My daughter had her vaccine at s different site and none of her records show up no at all !! Not sure how wide the problem is and others may have good experience but in my case it has been practically useless.

Needs some work on fitting to screen. I have an original iPhone SE which has the same screen size as an iPhone 5. When trying to create an account the onscreen keypad gets in the way of being able to click buttons in the app. The app does not scroll in that case. Fortunately, there was the tiniest sliver of the button visible and, after several attempts, I managed to press in just the right spot in order to proceed.

Works great!. Really great app, can’t wait for it to add more states. And please ask for the review after people have tried it because it is great, but if you ask before a person is done seeing how it works, fewer people will review it. (Which is what happened when the other family member signed up first, but how I know, we both do now, what a great app this is!)

Walgreens wouldn’t update my vaccine card. I got my booster at Walgreens but due to life being stressful I forgot my physical card. They told me I could bring my card to any location and get it updated at my convenience. When I brought my card to a different location the pharmacist on duty refused to update it and was rude to me. So I’m going to use docket instead of relying on my physical card.

Major bugs. This is a cool app, or would be without the bugs. One of my children’s records consistently contains information from her sister’s immunization record and none of her own information. Also, I have lived in several states whose information isn’t supported, so my record shows me as overdue on shots I got a few decades ago. It makes it hard to know if I really need a booster or not. I’m looking forward to seeing this fixed. When the app is really up and running, it will be nice to keep track of all of my children’s information in one place and be able to stay on top of the vaccines we all need.

App no longer works. UPDATE- After deleting and reinstalling app twice, it seems to have resolved. Fingers crossed. As of today it only shows “overdue” shots which are shots I don’t need for traveling abroad. My Covid vaccines don’t show up which I really need. No longer helpful. They were all there yesterday. I was just checking to see if the booster I got yesterday was updated yet. It wasn’t yesterday and I checked again today.

Pfizer Immunized. Have taken my 2nd dose and the “Docket” app has been recommended by the pharmacist as the app suggested to keep your immunization records on your phone with. Set up was quick and painless and seemed to be responsive as soon as I finished setup with my current immunization status prior to today. I can’t ask for much more than that right now and so as long as the developers maintain my privacy and the security of the information I’ve entered, I’ll be fine.

Updating Vaccine Records for Digital Access. With the add’l help of Eileen Benza & Anthony Green to that by Pedro Ervitri yesterday, I was able to successfully complete changes for using the DOCKET app for accessing my health records certifying I meet the requirements as being “fully vaccinated” for international travel. Next step is helping my wife to do same. Thank you NJIISS Support for helping pave the way for our trips to Ireland and Aruba that have been rescheduled 4 times due to COVID over past 2 years. Be safe, stay well. Have a great day😊

Useless. My wife and I received our 3rd vaccine shots over 3 weeks ago. Still our records have not been updated. The app says the last records update was in early August. Refreshing does nothing. We got our shots at CVS and they have verified the state has the vaccinations properly recorded. You’re better off laminating your vax card and scanning it in. Update: one of the other reviewers mentioned that although the app doesn’t reflect the current vax record, it will show in the downloaded pdf. She’s right - I downloaded my pdf and shared it to my email, and it is current. Even that wasn’t working properly. When you hit the download button it just shows the spinner-busy forever. After about a half hour I hit download again and it miraculously displayed my pdf record. Not so much for my wife’s record. That’s been spinning for hours and no pdf. This app is a total fail - the idea was that it would be an easy and verified way to show your vax status. Nope. Also the page that displays the vax status has no identifiers for who it is so a person could very well be showing some other member of their family’s record to enter a space. Terrible app and the states should definitely look elsewhere for an app that works.

Assumes we have modern equipment. This app cannot be downloaded to my home computer, only to a phone or tablet. That’s limiting. This app insisted on sending a text message to my phone. But my home phone is a landline that does not have text facility. That is a problem, to say the least. Allow a voice response please. Then it did allow a voicemail to my landline for a second part of the signup (but not the first part). But it rattled off a ten digit “PIN” number so fast you couldn’t keep up. Try a bit of beta testing, young techies. Get with it. We are not all millennials with all tech gear. Make your stuff useable by the people who are going to use it, including 75 year olds like me.

Good idea, such a bad implementation. I've been a software designer, developer and manager for more than three decades and I have rarely seen a technology concept that was such a good idea so poorly designed, built and tested. Seems like the marketing people, obviously new graduates from the Imagineering school at Disney, felt that animated squirrels were more important than useful error screens and functional test scripts. Experience with the app from my extended pool of Utah Friends and Family ranged from poor to exasperating with the median results being the ability to create an account, have the app find immunization records, report the same and universally never display them. Mostly showing a pretty blue page with nothing on it except "Immunization Records updated on" xxxx Date. And that's all. No pdf, no display, nada. Through probably 60 trials over the course of fifteen days of various combinations and permutations of app deletion, account deletion and anything else we could think of, that's all we got. Bupkus. We suspect the money folks allotted 80 percent of the dollars to squirrel design, fifteen percent to coding and five percent to quality assurance. Well, ya got what you paid for. Too bad, cuz you could have built a helpful and profitable product instead of an infinite rewrite morass. Sigh.

Not easy to use. The first ten or twenty times I used this app it didn’t work, and the frustrating thing about it is that you can’t tell what has gone wrong. My first three attempts to verify my identity failed without any explanation. A few weeks later I tried again and it worked. Then it says “here are your immunizations!,” and then presents me with a blank screen. I drag down to refresh; no response. Drag ten more times; no response; then one more time and the animated squirrel appears, telling me nothing. A little while later my records finally appear. I haven’t checked them for accuracy.

Great idea! But SMS didn’t work. I downloaded Docket immediately after learning about it. Both the sign-up process and the immunization record search process included entering a PIN I could supposedly receive via SMS. I double-checked the phone number I provided and it was correct, but no text messages arrived. I used the email option instead and that worked very quickly. My record was found immediately and I’m happy to have a second proof of vaccination conveniently available.

Update after my 3rd/booster was quick. Had some issue at first finding my record. After speaking with representative, I found out it was due to two records under my name and it needed to be merged. Representative helped me out on that issue and then my record was there. Few weeks after that issue was resolved, I went for my 3rd/ booster shot. Did a new record search and my 3rd shot record was already updated in the system. Two thumbs for that rapid record updates.

Docket for the win. Seriously, this is the best dang immunization app. Firstly, it’s got great UX design. I also really appreciate that this app connects directly with state immunization registries. That is rare - I think only like 2 companies actually do that. So, you know it’s legit. The app also has all my boosters and non-COVID shots. I would pay for this, but it’s free so win-win. I guess I would say that this app is the ultimate in health IT. Thank you to Utah!

Sedra. Fail to find my vaccination records

Docket immunization. Easy to use simply fantastic

App. Quick and easy

Reliable and fast. This is really helpful… we moved from US to CA. And this is awesome that in some time you have your records.

Quick and easy way to show proof of vacation. I hate the fact that in the US they give us a paper card instead of some digitized version of our vaccination cards. This is quick and easy & it pulls up your records in an instant. 10/10 would recommend. Get vaccinated people!!!

Easy to use. While this a good app and is generally intuitive in it’s use there is an interface issue with updating the phone with new vaccinations. While the instructions on the page indicate that you should drag down for downloading new data it just doesn’t work the same as other functionality on this app.

Works for MN, but still has bugs. I’ve used this to provide proof in MN, but still needed to show a picture ID. Like someone is going to lend me their phone? They could also lend me their drivers license too. Also, it keeps telling me I need a tetanus shot even though it knows I had one last year. I’ve tried to report this bug, but have been totally ignored.

Great idea if it was up to date. What a great app to have all of your immunizations in one place. This is especially useful for parents who have kids. Unfortunately not all of my kids come up when I search them (despite the fact that they were all vaccinated at the same time and same place). And for the two that are in the system their booster shots don’t come up. My husband has also been vaccinated and he doesn’t come up either.

SK. This app is very easy to use when your records show up. My records did not show up, but I followed the directions for how to get them loaded and within two weeks they were all there! It is much easier to have them at my fingertips on my phone than to have to produce my card every time.

Great to Have!. I don’t really want to carry my physical COVID vaccination card around. If you get it lost or your bag gets stolen, you have no proof to enter most venues and other places that require proof. This app took practically no time to download and enter the required information. If you live in the states that currently have this app, get it! It’s free and it’s purpose is invaluable.

Signup is easy- voice pin is hard to understand. Signing up was very easy. The flow was simple and straight forward. Except … I found that using the “call your phone and listen to a pin” feature a bit trying. The voice read the numbers way too fast, one of the digits sounded like it could have been a nine or a five, and they were said only twice.

If it got my records a little earlier.. So I thought a picture would suffice when flying internationally but did not and they told me to get this app. My record didn't come till five minutes before the gate closed and I was having a whole panic attack till then. I got it around 50 minutes of downloading this. But it helped me fly.

So easy to use!!. This app is so easy to use and such a wonderful way to keep track of my immunizations! Working in the healthcare field I need to keep up-to-date on my immunizations and prove that I have had them. Docket keeps this at my fingertips! It only took a couple minutes to enter my information and it seamlessly pulled my info onto my phone. It’s terrific!!

Developer corrected password issue. Developer corrected problem with password creation. Creating an account works really well now. App found my vaccination records quickly without any problems. Thank you for updating the app. Can’t create password, waste of time. Deleted APP. Developer should hire someone with more experience to write app. No stars if possible.

Totally Awesome. This app is awesome, it literally took the five minutes before it pulled up my vaccination record so I could have it on my phone for me to be able to travel for vacation. I would highly recommend this out to anyone who is thinking about traveling during the holidays we’re going into this new year.

Missing manufacturer for vaccine. I had to get the vaccine to be able to travel last minute for an emergency in EU. They only accept digital proof of vaccination to get into Hospitals . I found a pharmacy who has the Janssen vaccine, got the vaccine because only one shot is required for full vaccination , it was send to the department of health in MN. Both the Pharmacy and MN dep Of Health have the manufacturer entered but in docket it says NA for manufacturer and one shot, basically I’m not fully vaccinated on the app. I wrote 2 emails to them and got a generic one back. There is no way to reach them! Very frustrating in such a difficult time!!!!!!!

Does exactly what it says. I didn’t know this was becoming a requiring j till I was trying to book spa tickets at my local spa. I was surprise that it took literally less than 5 mins for the app to download, input my info and have my results show up. Quick and simple. Thank you

Crashes immediately. I'm on an iPhone 6 and every time I launch the Docket Health app it crashes immediately. (I open the app, the screen turns bright blue and then the app closes out without ever making it further.) Is this a known issue? Not sure how to resolve. (I tried deleting the app and redownloading it, but that didn't fix the problem.)

Great app. Started using the app on the 21st of September and it has worked great. I was able to access my vaccination record and save it as a pdf file, took me like 1. The interface was really simple and easy to follow, not too many buttons. Try it you won’t be disappointed with the app.

Ask for permission!. Why does the blue button open my photos without my permission? That’s unacceptable. Deceitful. If you want to offer the option to upload photos just add an ask for permission option. And your response/explanation to the previous poster who called you out on this was defensive - perhaps because you KNOW it’s sneaky and indefensible. If there’s nothing to hide or you’re not collecting data then just ask for permission and make users aware that this option exists. Anything less than that is disingenuous. Zero stars for being shady!!

Didn’t receive the SMS verification. I felt a little uncomfortable at first bc I selected to receive the verification via text the first 2 times I tried to move through the Docket app but had to end up selecting the voicemail option. I feel a little worrisome when things don’t go smoothly as we live in the SCAM age. Hoping I can trust the app since it was offered to me through the State. (And who knows if I’ll even need it, was just trying to stay on top of things.)

Finally loads but horrible feedback. The app does what it is supposed to, it found my records - however when it says ‘1 record found would you like to view’ when you click yes it then goes to the immunization tab which than takes another 30 minutes of refreshes to try to actually load it. A simple message saying ‘check back in an hour’ would be better than wondering did it find anything or is it bust.

Crisis Averted!!!!. I changed bags and forgot my vaccination card at home. With no way to prove I was vaccinated I was panicking that I wouldn’t be able to get into an event I was attending with friends. A google search led me to docket and fortunately my state was covered!! I was able to download my COVID vaccine history in seconds. Should be available in all states!

Quirky but works. When I bought a new phone docket no longer had my login information and I was unable to reset the password. Doing some research on the web repairs that they have a password reset software stopped working and the instructions was to start a new account. I did this and I’m now back in business. A little strange but I guess it works.

Version 2.2.22 fixed the issue!. Update: the Docket developers responded quickly with a fix. I had finally been able to successfully import my NJ record with the former version. The latest update to 2.2.20 for iOS never loads. As other reviewers have mentioned, the app gets stuck at the blue docket screen indefinitely. NJ needs a better tool for immunizations. Update: 2.2.21 released, but it has not fixed the issue.

Overdue, up coming immunizations - optional. I live in NJ where I got my other-than-covid immunizations, and my first two covid doses. Work in Utah where I got my Covid booster immunization. I dont need to see, and nobody needs to see, overdue and upcoming immunizations in Utah when I had those somewhere else. To show immunizations had is a must, to show immunizations overdue and upcoming should be optional. It is confusing the way is presented. You are assuming that a person lived in one State all their lives.

Docket is veryEasy to use. I found the info about this app on Minnesota public radio. There was a link to the MN Dept of Health with instructions - basically go to the App store and download the Docket application. Within minutes I had followed very easy instructions to set up and verify my account. I was viewing my vaccination records in just a couple of minutes.

COVID-19 immunizations record tracking. It is a brilliant idea. My coworkers were taking vaccine from pen medicine Princeton hospital, and they are easily track the record. I was taking vaccine from pharmacy where they have my previous personal info: such as they use my home phone which I don’t use it anymore, even I updated my phone the pharmacy still uses my home phone, then it turns out I couldn’t track my COVID-19 vaccine record if I login with my cell #.

Not saving my DOB in my profile. I can’t get any results (results not found with the info I provided) when I search. My DOB does not save in my profile. I don’t see a button to save it once I try to set it. Not sure if the reason for not finding any results is because of the DOB not being saved.

Limited detail no wallet extension. This app is really disappointing as it lacks full details on the vaccine details, a big gap when presenting a record to a medical provider or for anything requiring proof of vaccination is the TOTAL LACK OF NAME, on the record page. Additionally there is no way to export a vaccination record to Apples Wallet app. I have switched to using a wallpaper featuring a picture of my vaccination record as it is faster than this app, and produces full detail including my name to prove it was ME that received the vaccine, not a member of family.

Marginally useful. Nice concept, poor execution. App worked to update records first time. Since September I have had influenza and Covid-19 booster vaccines. Both seem to be known to higher authorities since v-safe inquiries have resumed. “Last updated” still indicates the September date. Took me a while to figure out what to drag on the screen. A button would be so much more useful. Nice record of other past immunizations. Who needs a squirrel, just the data please.

Scrolling issues. It worked. When I selected a field and began filling it the background/field would jump itself up to the too so I could not see the field I was typing data into. Also, the keyboars on my cell phone would mostly cover the 'enter' options. I worked through it, but you can make it smoother.

LewpRn. Went to Ny and needed proof of Covid immunization. I was able to obtain such proof within a few minutes. It really was quite easy to obtain and it really prevented me from losing a few hundred dollars which I paid to see a show at Radio City. It is a really wonderful and efficient way of verifying one’s Covid vaccination status. I highly recommend the Docket Application.

Fast & easy. Took only a few min to download, create an account, and find the records I wanted. The app does 100 percent what it says it will do. I hope this app will be accepted places that require proof of vaccine. If it isn’t and you’d still need to carry the card or a photo of your card then there is no point to the app. Time will tell I suppose for that.

App is inaccurate. The information in my COVID vaccination is incorrect. The St. Of NJ has corrected the lot number for the 2nd Moderna vaccination and was advised that the Docket App would update as well. I have refreshed the app which does not work and uninstalled and reinstalled Docket. The lot number for the 2nd vaccination is still incorrect. This is very disappointing that the developers cannot fix this issue. I have heard from others that the site does not show any records found under their name. If the St of NJ uses this they should pay attention to the problems and fix them immediately . Very disappointing. Thank you.

Good idea, doesn’t work. I was excited to have a mobile record of my immunizations. However the app had too many problems to work well. First I could not scroll down to search records after entering data because the keyboard covered the search button. After solving that issue, I could not change the phone number for the PIN to a cell number and using the email contact resulted in a verify email but no PIN. Using another route I got a 6 digit PIN via SMS but the app needed a 7 digit PIN. It was a lot of work with no result.

Completely Satisfied. This is SO nice, quick and convenient!! It also helps you stay super organized. I didn’t know about it till just recently and it made getting my shots super easy after some name and contact updates (which are also SUPER easy and quick to make as well). Love this app!!

Need complete record in one place. This app has actually been so awesome to have the information for me and my four kids right at my fingertips. However, I would love to be able to add immunizations on my own that were received in another state or from office that doesn’t participate in reporting. Any chance that is going to become available?

Needs a slight change. There needs to the persons name listed on every page. So for example when I click into more information for the Covid vaccine, and it shows me the 2 shots I received, there is no name on this page. There needs to be a name on this page to avoid someone taking a screenshot and sending it to an unvaccinated individual.

Thank you Docket!. I have been turning My HOME upside down trying to find my vaccination card from when I had my two Pfizer vaccine shots and I’ve come up with nothing! My friend told me about Dicket and after installing it it took minutes and it confirmed that I had received both vaccinations. Thank you Docket!

Easy!. Punched in my numbers and info and boom- had my vaccination status/proof right in my phone! Great if you lost your card or if you don’t want to carry the original around with you. This app will definitely make life easier as many more places start to ask for vaccination proof :)

Good Idea, Poor Implementation. The app is a great idea as it makes it easy to access immunizations records. However, while not the worst User Interface I’ve seen, it does suffer from poor design. On many screens, information ends up getting blocked by the virtual keyboard with no way to scroll the screen or no easy way of doing so. When you search for your records, the app does not automatically display search results. Instead, you are left on the “searching…” page and you basically have to “guess” that you’ve waited long enough for the search to be completed and then press “done”. Only then are you taken to the results. There are all sorts of other little annoyances like this that make using the app more cumbersome than it needs to be.

Difficulty seeing booster. I had trouble seeing the booster shot. Then I realized I needed to log out and log back in. There should be this instruction rather than telling us to pull down to refresh. Refreshing will not show a new vaccination. I changed my rating from 3 to 2. I cannot see the booster after verifying by landline. While the app has my cell number, it only gave me the choice of my landline. This is a pain in the neck. While I saw my booster, it is not in the system now.

Ok. Laggy, buggy, took 10 times to choose my birthday. Had to skip that part and come back. When I tried to update information a few times it wouldn’t take. The load screen with the squirrel would start and stop and nothing would change. Having said all that it’s finally set up and seems to be correct and working fine now. Also the verification text/email takes like 15 minutes.

Buggy. This app is great when it works but it is buggy. For example, my kids got their boosters 2 months ago but the app still shows that they only had 2 shots. I called the NJ Dept of Health & they switched me to Docket support. I had to delete all my previous searches one-by-one and the. re-query my records again. My records now show 3 shots! As a backup, I recommend NYC COVID SAFE app to keep a photo of your vaccine card. It has an easier user interface and no issues so far.

Glitchy and poor customer service. The app is very glitchy. Several of my immunizations that should appear according to my state health department do not. I was told to send a message to docket via Twitter because it’s impossible to contact them via their website, but no response and it’s been a few weeks. Also, every time I pull down to refresh the screen I get an email from Docket even though I have unchecked this option in settings.

Not intuitive or user friendly.. Very difficult to set up. Instructions were not clear at all as to how to update post verification. Nothing said that I had to go back to my home page & refresh that, then it would show my details. Also, the fact that I had to verify through my home phone is tricky. Needs an option to change your number to cell phone. Also, this review prompt popped up before I had chance to check out all of the app! Stop phishing for reviews and improve your app please!

Amazingly simple, efficient, and nice looking!!. I mean the title says it all… It’s amazing how quick and simple the whole process was I literally had my, under 17 but over 12 year old son’s confirmation, as well as mine, within a matter maybe five or six minutes minutes! Great job y’all!!

New immunization, not showinh. In September 2023 I received a flu vaccine & a Covid booster. When i tried to check if they where uploaded something changed and i was no longer able to see all my vaccines. Tried to contact docket but did mot really get any help. I did like being able to see my shoots , hope I will in the future as its nice to have while traveling

Latest update freezes on splash screen. Sept 17. - It worked just fine on my iPhone until this recent update. Stays frozen on the opening flash screen I can still access through iPad Update Sept 18 - Less than 24 hours later new release fixed the bug. Well done Docket!

Good idea, bad implementation. On the Immunization Records page, the app says 2 COVID-19 shots are OVERDUE. Touch that, and the following Record Events page correctly shows the 2 COVID-19 I got back in February. Back on the Immunization Records page, the app says 2 Zoster/shingles shots are OVERDUE. Touch that, and the Record Events page correctly shows 2 of the 3 shots I got in 2013 and 2018. Go to the Upload Minnesota History Report page, download the PDF, and the 3rd shot I got back in 2018 also appears. The only useful thing about this app right now is the Minnesota History Report.

Buggy and incomplete…ugg. So…after 20 minutes of trying to create an account, the app just basically worked (finally). Immediately got a message saying no records were found…but the dashboard said “Records Found”…clicked to see and got another error message, but the vaccination record was there. Technically, the vaccination record is now in the app…but it was a buggy and ridiculous process. Do better.

Not a smooth process for the first time user. I couldn’t get new account creation option until I failed login process when I opened the docket for the first time It didn’t let me enter the phone number I wanted. It kept on prompting with phone numbers the device I am on It didn’t attempt to match my short name partially with my full legal name and prompt me saying that “do I have a full name?” as I didn’t know docket’s matching criteria.

No good after 2nd vaccine. I’m sorry but I would’ve rated this app with 5 stars but it ultimately disappointed me the moment I got my second vaccine. I am still waiting for it to be uploaded onto here so I can email the pdf to the university campus so that I’m allowed in. I called the Walgreens store to see what’s the problem but they already did their part and I even emailed docket to complain and their response was there is a minor hiccup due to the increase in covid. So a week later I waited and still I am here after uninstalling and reinstalling this app… don’t know wth to do at this point…
