So disappointing. Finally broke down and bought this subscription since YoutubeTV is my cable provider and it doesn’t have Tennis Channel so I could hardly watch any tennis. I’m beyond disappointed, I’ve never used such an unreliable app. I’ve been fighting with it for days, trying to watch Cincinnati matches with limited success but was finally compelled to write this review after trying to watch the womens’ doubles final no less than 10 times with the program timing out, starting over, then freezing again. It’s useless. No amount of restarting, reinstalling, etc fixes it. Especially given the subscription price, this is completely unacceptable.

Why you should get it. Great app if you can’t go to Rome or Madrid or Miami which most people can’t go to because of the hefty price tag so tennis tv is great because you can watch the tennis from your living room and some time they will show court level highlights in in a match they do it sometimes too also if a celeb is there they will point it out which is not something you can see if you are there so overall I think you can see why this is great for big fans of tennis.

Front Row seat. I’ve only been to the Indian Wells tennis tournament. The weather there can be very hot, the seats are expensive, and it’s about a half hour dusty walk from your car just to the grounds. With Tennis TV you have an incredible view from your own home. Also, when you go to a tennis tournament, there are never commentators. So, it’s fine for me when some matches don’t have commentators. However, the Tennis TV commentators are clutch.

Great concept, terrible implementation. I have been a Tennis TV user for almost 2 years, it is a great concept but with ongoing chronic implementation issues and new ones popping up weekly. These are not isolated issues but greatly and regularly negatively affect the user experience. One example of current issue: clicking “Watch from beginning” in the iPhone App on an ongoing match will take you directly to the live feed, which may be in the second set or the post-match interview. This is just one example of an issue that will, hopefully, be corrected soon but it is guaranteed another will pop up next week. The App fails more than any other I’ve experienced, you cannot reliably plan on watching a match or inviting others to come over and enjoy it with you. Ongoing issue: sadly, I had to attempt to use the iPhone app as mentioned above because their App on multiple other platforms (Smart TV, PlayStation) they previously supported has been “waiting approval” for over 4 months. I don’t see how this can still be going on, but it represents other issues persisting month after month with them. I tire of writing to TennisTV support about these issues, greatly hoping one day it ends. Only posting here after years of frustration.

Outstanding!!. I love this app. It’s a must-have for any serious fan. The only drawback is that the app doesn’t air the grand-slams, but those are available to watch on the ESPN app. Aside from that, just about every tournament is available on TennisTV app. And, I especially like the Replay feature, allowing you to go back and watch completed soon after the match has ended. I have no complaints. I went back and forth between subscribing to this or Tennis Channel Plus and opted for TennisTV and have no regrets.

Used to be the best.. UPDATE. 08/5 What on earth is going on with this app? It’s impossible to watch anything it jumps back and forth every few seconds, stops, blacks out. And before you say it - yes I updated it. And yes, I tried to delete the app and reinstall it. I’ve had a subscription to Tennis TV for years. I absolutely loved it. When the app revamp launched, I was initially thrilled you could hide scores and avoid spoilers. Unfortunately, the good ideas are half baked and buggy and all the positive features I previously loved that worked well are gone. It is now my least favorite app, buggy, dysfunctional, unintuitive and difficult to make work. From the endless logins, to the poor quality of the stream, the funky way matches are displayed and the fact that the schedule tab simply does not work, if I could give it zero stars I would. It hurts my heart because it went from the best most loved and used app on all my devices to the most dreaded one. Will be moving to Tennis Channel again. It’s more expensive but at least it works. With the way this app is working I might as well set 150$ of fire.

Decent. Personally like the app and think it’s a very good design but the one problem is there just isn’t enough content in the year for it to be worth with 15 a month or 120 for a year. Remember in the middle of November the season ends and starts up in January with the atp cup. Also we don’t get to watch any of the grand slams on this as well as we don’t get to watch the laver or Davis cup. In total I think either lowering the price to match the amount of actual content the customer is getting per year or giving the customer an extra let’s say 3 months of premium content to make up for all the days that they app wasn’t showing any new content. Decent idea wasn’t though out price wise in comparison to the amount of content.

Unusable and buggy. Terrible experience for a paid subscription app. App regularly opens to a blank screen and gets stuck. When it actually works the stream randomly rewinds 5-10 seconds. Unacceptable for something that costs $100+ annually. Going to cancel my subscription if this doesn’t get resolved and recommend anyone against subscribing until the issues are fixed.

Close, but needs some work. Much better than Tennis Channel, of course, with their predatory subscription practices, terrible stream reliability, and repetitive commercials. The fact that Tennis TV is not geographically limited is perhaps the biggest pro for me, as I’m often overseas and loathe to use bitrate-diminishing VPN. The video quality in general is a step up, as well, as is all the on-demand content, and I think the annual price is well justified. However, the app has a few issues across platforms. (I use an iPad and iPhone to watch/cast.) The video doesn’t integrate with iOS/iPadOS, meaning it plays only within the app and doesn’t keep the device on while watching or come with any of the typical video controls, like changing aspect ratio. The biggest annoyance this causes is casting to an Apple TV will get interrupted if the iPad/iPhone screen turns off, meaning you either need to keep touching the screen to keep it on or change the settings to have it never turn off. Another annoyance is that after watching a video in landscape mode, when returning to video selection, the app goes back to portrait even when you haven’t rotated the device, making everything sideways until you quit and restart the app. Somewhat bothersome when watching on a propped-up iPad.

Not working properly on Apple TV 5. This app works great on my Mac and iPhone. However it doesn’t work well on my Apple TV 5. On Apple TV 5, I can scroll across menu items. But on each page, if I scroll up or down, the program links are not displayed. I can only see a gray background without texts on it. Thus only the featured video is playable. Also clicking on the menu button of Apple TV remote doesn’t quit the app decently as other apps. Apparently more work is needed for Apple TV 5. Fortunately I can still use airplay. Will give a 5 star if Apple TV 5 is well supported.

Subscribed, no access, twice. This platform is absolutely awful. I subscribed for a monthly plan from my iPhone. My account was charged, but I never received access. I made another attempt to sign up from my laptop, and again, I was charged, but this time received access for a few minutes before having no access again. I nicely asked for my service to be activated as I paid twice. No response for 2 days and finally got a response that my service was active (it was not). Frustrated, I asked for a refund and cancellation of all services. Again, had to wait for two days for a response and they would not refund my money.

IOS app is okay but Roku app still needs work. I don’t enjoy watching tennis on my iPhone or iPad nearly as much as on my Roku. However since they have converted to the new interface the Roku app is not working properly. Specifically: the fast forward and reverse controls do not work with replays. They work fine with live streams. With replays, however, after you start the replay any attempt to use these controls will start the replay from the very beginning. Also the app requires repeated authentication (every week or so). If these issues can get resolved I will update my rating accordingly. Update: Device is Roku Ultra, model 4670X, app version 4.0, build 38.

Application makes it difficult to access content. I don’t usually provide reviews, but I feel I need to warn other potential users of the application. The content provided by the application is great for tennis fans. Sadly the application is set up as a so that it is very hard to get to that content. By way of background, we subscribed to the application through a standard Apple subscription. Every time we tried to use the application, the system insists on getting you to re-login. When you try to log in, the application tells you already have access to the application, but then tells you cannot get access to the content. When you get in touch with support they tell you the solution is to delete the application, reinstall it, and log in again. I cannot remember the last time I had to delete an application to make it work. Such a waste of time. The good new is that reinstalling worked. The bad news is that while we did this, the support person was no longer available; apparently they have a two minute limit on the support messaging. So there was some other random person after that who had no history of what went on before, asking for my name to start off with. Summary: the application makes watching tennis so much harder than it needs to be. We’re on the lookout for alternative ways of accessing tennis content.

My God. I’ve been subscribed for almost a year! New season starts! You all redesigned the app! It’s been broken ever since! I’ve reached out to help with the same frustrating questions everyone else is writing in the App Store! Password reset loop! Not recognizing me as a premium subscriber! No response from the help/tech staff! Longest url to log onto an app ever! I could go on but at this point it’s not gonna change! You all see the frustration and yet it’s status quo for ATP Tennis Tv! What a joke credit me or give me a refund please let the craziness END! Frustration Overload! If I could like I’m sure many others would I’d give no or negative 5000 stars review! SMH!

It’s amazing! Just why the cost?. This app I would have to say, has the best quality to watch some tennis. No glitches or anything! But I just wanted to watch some tennis cause the tennis tournament was on. But to watch tennis, which is high in cost. Americans right now are having to spend so much money on gas. Hey, I know they’re trying to make some money to keep the app in business, but just why? Cant we just watch tennis for free? I mean, you can make some like top viral tournaments cost for premium, but not all. It makes no sense for someone to spend that much money to watch tennis, when you can watch it for free on tv. I just wanted an app for free on the go tennis to watch, but not one that cost! So please take this into consideration . Thank you

Update and log in. The app makes me login every time and AirPlay work doesn’t because audio won’t line up with the screen. The app was mostly great before the update, I was able to watch a tournament I missed from start to finish every match from every round. Can’t do that anymore since the update and it’s a chore to find the match I wanna watch. The app can’t remember all of my favorite players and starts deleting some with the newest one I favorite. And now I can’t log in the app won’t let me send an email to my email because it forgot my password. It’s so frustrating because there’s barely anyway to watch tennis and I can’t catch a bunch of live match’s. I just want to be able to watch a tournament from the beginning picking the matches I wanna watch with the players I like or match ups that I think would be good from tournaments that I missed or didn’t get too.

Disappointed. I have used Tennis TV in the past with some satisfaction, but this past month I have had so many issues with it. First, I was anticipating watching matches on my new Samsung TV, as TennisTV says the app is available for my model. Well, after much trying, retrying, uninstalling, reinstalling, emails with TennisTV tech support, phone calls with Samsung tech support, guess what, the app is not available for my Samsung TV. So I have to watch on my iPad. Sort of. Sometimes I get a black screen. Sometimes I get a spinning wheel. Sometimes I have to restart my iPad. Sometimes I have to delete and reinstall the app. I like the monthly subscription option on Tennis TV. I’m not a fan of Tennis Channel, mostly because they only offer a yearly subscription, but if I have to go annual, I may go TC+.

Keeps logging out. There is an old posted on the website of the developer saying they have a known issue with users staying logged in and continuously getting logged out. This has been going on for four days already and they still cannot fix it! How do you expect to deserve money from consumers, loyalty and Support, when you take the money and do not provide the correct product in return?? every single day, twice a day, the system logged me off of my iPhone and my Apple TV having to re-enter stupid codes and continuously logging in. not only has this been going on for the last few days nonstop, but this has been an issue on and off for the last several years. How hot is it really to get it right?!

High quality. Quick loading. Needs more commentators.. Some replays have no commentary. But you'll hear at least 15 different voices from 10 different matches that do have commentary. So how busy are these people that they can only do one match a week or so? Hire more! "Oh but think of the shareholders" Other issue is that the video controls don't disappear until maybe 5 seconds, and they're big and not opaque. Let me click an open spot on the screen to hide them. Sometimes I accidentally touch the screen and forget the "touch to hide" doesn't exist, because nearly ever other app already implements it. This may sound "1st world problem", but this feature lacking in 2023 is like people complaining in 2005 when shows weren't filmed in widescreen. Get with the times, old man

Very solid app with a couple small issues.. The good - UI looks and feels fresh. Streams are consistently high quality. Easy to navigate app and the content is plentiful. Cool features like enable spoiler free and covering all ATP tournaments (almost every week new matches!) The bad - log me out of home devices (the app on Apple TV) every week and have to re-login. The chromecast casting and Apple TV mirror are hit or miss. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. When it does work, for Chromecast, you can’t exit the app otherwise it stops casting

Great concept, terrible delivery. Two stars as it is a great concept and occasionally works, it has the worst IT support and implementation of any App I've ever used. I have provided input to TennisTV many times over the last two years, yet these chronic issues remain. Nonstop errors plague the system. Clicking on "Watch match from beginning" for an ongoing match is as likely to take you to the live feed, which may be in the second set or at match point, ruining the viewing experience. Replay matches may not load for days after a match ends. The app fails more than any other I've used. You have to re-log in almost every day, which gets very annoying over time. Lastly, TennisTV acknowledges their App has been 100% unavailable for multiple platforms for over 4 months (since December 2021!!), so you can't even experience the aggravating errors ID'd above. How can it take 4 months to get approval for a new App on major systems, like Smart TVs and Playstation? I thought it would be down for 24 hours... Again - please note that most of these issues have persisted for years and accept it going in. It would otherwise be a great product.

Improve Apple TV app. This is a review for the Apple TV app. First of all the Roku app let’s you start a match where you left off. The Apple TV version does not. Please fix. Also, you need to add a recently watched matches section so I don’t have to scroll through 20 other matches to get back to the one I was watching the day before. Also, make all the matches 6 hours long so we don’t know who won after the first set. Just add some black screen or adds or something to the end of the match. Content is good. I never use the app on my phone so focus on Apps like Apple TV and Roku.

Not allow Apple TV. I purchased the annual subscription on my phone. The app will allow me to login on the phone and iPad. However, it will not allow access on the AppleTV. I contacted customer service and they say it is not their fault!! They referred me to apple since they took my payment. TennisTV asked I pay for another subscription to access it on AppleTV. This is not acceptable. Horrible service and will not send refund. In addition, the app is very poor. Difficult to rewind during the match. Once the match is over, can not immediately access it on replay. You have to wait a day to see it on reply. Very disappointed. Why is watching tennis online so difficult.

Good, but lacking. This is a good app for watching ATP matches (minus the Slams). We’ve enjoyed watching Indian Wells and now the Miami Open. However, spoiler mode doesn’t completely work as advertised. It does well to hide scores and time of match, but if you select “Watch from Beginning” after selecting a match it does not start from the beginning. The best I’ve gotten out of it is starting a match midway through the first set. A bit frustrating to start 6 games in when you want to start from the beginning. Also, there are no WTA matches. I’ve not been able to find rationale for this when looking online. We would love to see the women’s matches too, but for some reason only a separate subscription (that must be purchased on an annual basis for $109) to Tennis Channel Plus allows access to WTA matches. I’ll happily give it 5 ⭐️ if they remedy these two things.

Terrible app, great content. Obviously the content of the app is great, I have a year subscription and use it almost daily, my issue is with the app. This app has SO MANY things to improve. 1. The fact that I need to type in my credentials 70% of the time is incredibly annoying. Mobile devices are fine cause typing is fast but doing this on a smart tv is super annoying. 2. You can’t watch a match and leave it pending to return to it later. The fact that you have to look for the content again and find the exact minute you left it is super annoying. A “continue watching” feature would be great. 3. Comments are on/off, sometimes they will work, sometimes they won’t. 4. Broken streams occur way to often. 5. Horizontal view only works if you open a match and then exit it, if you wan to see horizontal view from the start this doesn’t work. 6. Skipping forward and backwards is an absolute pain.

App is great - cust. service not so much. I started with a monthly subscription to make sure I like the app. At the end of that month I decided to switch over to the yearly subscription via my apple subscriptions. Somehow TennisTV never registered the upgrade and changed my account to a free subscription. I emailed them multiple times with the required proof of purchase, etc and I still have yet to receive any type of response 5 days later. I finally had to request a refund through Apple. Super disappointing because I was loving the app!

A must-have for tennis fans!. Every ATP match from every ATP tournament. In the app, the user experience is great. Easily watch individual matches or a continuous broadcast of a specific tournament that jumps from match to match. Favorite specific players you want to watch. Watch on demand replays without spoilers, including the option to even hide the duration of the replay so it’s not obvious if there’s another set or not. In the broadcast, the experience is even better. The broadcasters themselves are excellent, there are no ads, no commercials, the info graphics are clean and informative, and the summaries, highlights, and montages they show during breaks are really nice. Heck, even the music they play slaps. This is a grand slam experience every single week. Since subbing to TennisTV I’ve become an even bigger tennis fan.

Great Improvements. App development and update is very challenging and TennisTV has performed well to my great satisfaction with this new version. Videos and audios are crystal clear which makes watching such a worthy time to sit and enjoy tennis matches. I’m deriving so much value from my annual membership. Thank you, TennisTV! Suggestion: I don’t mind paying a little extra every year if the majors could also be included even if just the Finals and/or Semis and/or QFs.

WARNING Video controls do not work properly on TV app. The new version of this app is absolutely terrible. If using it on Apple TV you can no longer simply tap to skip forward by ten seconds. To do so requires multiple steps of taps and swipes and more taps. That is very basic functionality that appears in every single video app ever made—but not in this one. It does not function like an app native to Apple TV controls. The old version was definitely in need of an update, but at least it worked like a video app should work. The new version does not. Do not waste your money on a subscription to this service.

Able to access all of the top players around the world.. The highlight reels are especially well edited. Live events are nice to catch in real time too. I want to have an audio reference of the players’ names pronounced correctly. I have heard so many variations that we could finally agree how they say their names. They have the ATP covered across the globe. The tennis season Is more elaborate with Tennis TV.

Video Sound Off. The biggest part of the app is the part that the developers need to get right. Layout of the app or site is fine, but let’s focus on the functionality. When you start a match it’s kind of crazy in todays day and age that you can’t continue it later. You have to start over every time which brings in another big issue. There really isn’t a fast forward or rewind-instead you must skip to the place you were at and when you do your video and audio will not match. Another big deal is constantly having to sign in. This is not every time but I should never have to sign in more than once in a given week but here we are. If they fix this issue I’ll be happy to change my rating but considering I’ve reached out in regards to this issue before, doubt anything will get done.

Great Content, Very Buggy. First, the content is fantastic! I’m hoping in the future, the WTA comes to their sense and joins Tennis TV. It’d be awesome to sign in and choose ATP or WTA and be able to watch all non-GS matches. Second, I’m not sure what changed over the last couple of weeks but the app on Apple TV is pretty bad now. There’s probably a 2-3 minute lag to do anything which makes it extremely frustrating to use. Once it gets going, just like the phone app, it’s perfect. In match stats really offer a top tier tennis experience to make even the casual tennis fan feel like they can understand what’s going on.

Tennis TV Review. I enjoy watching ATP tennis and TennisTV is my favorite and preferred way to watch. It’s better than ESPN and the Tennis Channel, no commercials or excessive flare, it’s just tennis! I understand that TennisTV doesn’t have the 4 major tournaments, but if you like watching tennis year round like I do, it’s the best option. They have a good, updated app and their commentators give the right level of engagement, not too much, not too little. I highly recommend!

what happened? Bring back the old interface!. this app used to be amazing and the recent update to a completely new interface is terrible! When I cast a live match to my Chromecast (one of my favorite features) the stream is constantly skipping and lagging. Finding a match is also more difficult and live matches do not refresh in the app when they start! bring back the old interface!

Used to be great. I have used this app for years and have loved being able to watch matches on demand. The recent update has completely ruined it though. The matches used to be organized by tournament and then further organized by rounds. It was user friendly and easy to navigate the matches you wanted to watch. Now the replays are lumped together under singles replays and doubles replays. You then have to scroll through all the tournament replays together. I used to use this app all the time and now I find it easier to use the tennis channel app.

Great, with one weird quirk. Very impressive app, with slick presentation, good video quality and consistent and strong streaming. Love the clean full screen layout and simple menu navigation. Couple of things for improvement, firstly allow zoom function for wider ration phone displays, and secondly and most importantly for Apple TV app, allow exit app function on back key press, frustratingly the app just goes back to top menu and does not exit, this behavior is inconvenient and contradicts every other app behavior, please allow back key press to exit app on Apple TV

Reviews. 1-ATP has to find a way to cover grand slams, no matter how, and add to subscription! 2- The previous website was much more user friendly than this new one, specifically for the ones who are using Apple TV for surfing! 3- It takes so long to get where you want to be and what to watch 4- There is practically no customer service! 5- The price and the coverage is good!

Fix replay for roku. You cannot fast forward or rewind replays when watching on roku and risk having to start over from the beginning at any time during the match. App developers have been aware of this problem for months and still haven’t fixed it. I tried to work around by casting to tv from my iPhone, but this has many issues as well. If they could fix this I would give 5 stars. I like how replays are available very quickly after the end of a match and that you can opt to have scores and length of time hidden so you really can watch a replay with no spoilers.

Smart TV apps are finally back!. I previously deducted two stars because with the app update the new smart TV apps were delayed and in my view the communication about this could have been better. At the time of my 3 star review, I said I would change my review to 5 stars once the smart TV app was available on my LG TV and that time is finally here! To my eyes, the picture quality of the TV app is superior to casting from my phone and, oh my, the Tennis Channel picture quality look like non-HD by comparison. Thanks Tennis TV I don’t know what took so long but the value I was getting when I originally purchased my annual subscription has been restored. Game. Set. Match.

App is great - but logon still doesn’t work. Love the app and access to all ATP matches (no grand slams as they don’t have the rights.) One thing I was thrilled to see was an update that indicated you the app would remember your login. Once you activate the app you get a cheery message saying you are logged in the app will remember your login for you so you don’t have to! Sounds great but every time I start the app (Apple TV) the app asks me to go online to activate again. Very frustrating experience every time I start…

Abysmal. I have been a subscriber from the beginning. They have a monopoly on ATP matches, so there literally is no alternative. The streaming experience is horrendous. The player controls are clunky and poorly implemented. I constantly have to log in again, despite the “stay logged in” option being checked. Browsing and searching for matches is poorly implemented. On AppleTV app, the audio exclusively plays through the HDMI; the app refuses to allow Airplay audio. The entire app seems to have been developed by people who have no competence. The app defines “customer hostile”. Needless to say, extremely disappointed in this app and service.

Tech support is a joke!!!. I recently renewed my premium subscription for a year. But when I log into my account, it still says I have a standard subscription. I have submitted two tech support tickets. Each time the tech would send a cut/paste response telling me to log out and back into my account (which I have done several times). “ Please make sure you are logging in with the details you used to make the purchase, we are finding that some customers may be mixing up login details and therefore getting the message pop up to "upgrade". Some users who have subscribed have reported an issue with Premium access. This is usually due to the subscription being added to the user's registered email address, rather than the email address registered on Tennis TV. If you experience this issue, please try logging in with the email address registered to your ID. The quickest way to resolve this is to log out and then log back in again with the correct details.” The tech support is a joke! I still can’t access the premium content I’ve paid for. If I could give this app zero stars, I would.

Worth every penny.. I love this app. As a long time tennis nut, this is some of the best money I spend. The only thing I don’t like is having to use the back button to get to the current matches and that when one match ends it doesn’t automatically go to the current list of live matches. I’m loving the full replays and extended highlights as well as the features. I have kept my membership now for a few years and I will continue as long as it’s available.

Content 5 stars, usability 1.5 stars. The sheer quantity and quality of the commercial free, cristal clear content is worth the hassle of constantly getting booted out of the system and the painful process of going to the special website to log back in. The promise “you will only have to do this once, we will keep you logged in” is broken weekly. Also, transitions from one feature to another are January molasses slow. Love the content and offerings—please, please fix the major glitches.

Good streaming quality but.... Overall the app does well the basics but it could use some redesign and debugging: - the sign-up through the app failed and I had to use a browser instead - the app keeps forgetting you were half way through a replay and you have to find where you last left off - there is no decent way to find and set reminders for future matches in a tournament you want to watch I would say they need to invest a bit more in the app development team. At this price they should be able to afford it otherwise there are cheaper ways to watch tennis

Help in changing my password. As the new updates happen- I can't get a proper link to change my password and get access to it! All I get is the same email link that supposed to lead me to it but instead I go into a repeated circle with no solution! Anyone out there has a same problem? I did try to contact support and it's the same thing. It's unsuccessful loop ! HELp!

If you sign up don’t do it through the app.. I got scammed over 12 months of monthly subscription charges because the app kept crashing when I was trying to sign up. Without knowing because they never invoiced me for any of the months, I find out I had been paying for over 12 months. I understand thats partly my fault for not checking my subscriptions (some could say) so I was going to take it on the chin but when I logged in on the app, it wouldn’t give me an option to restore purchase, rather just keep purchasing the existing subscription I had… clearly a glitch. Needless to say sign up and subscribe on their website not on the app to avoid any problems like myself.

Tennis TV is the app with great potential.. I’ve had Tennis TV for years. No matter the phone or Roku or TV or device, this service makes me “sign in” more than any other streaming service. It is so frustrating! Every time I sign in it gives that page that says “Welcome” and “we’ll save your credentials so you don’t have to sign in again” and it’s a LIE! I’m so tired of having to sign in that I finally gave a negative review. Additionally, since I’m here, for as much as I pay for this service, you guys should be streaming all QUALIFYING and all doubles matches. I’d like to see you make it where we can watch the CHALLENGERS on this app as well. Would definitely help me get over my years of being annoyed with this service. Very much considering canceling just because I’m tired of it not getting better. Keep seeing ads for a contest to win a lifetime subscription to Tennis TV. Its ok but could be better. Its good because its the only one that provides the convenience of month to month service. The downside is: 1. Doesn’t stream any of the 4 Grand Slams. 2. The live stream tends to freeze a lot and you have to manually loaded which can cost you a few points missed from the game you are watching. 3. The forward button is so tricky to use that is basically non existing (say a game has started already but you dont want to start from the beginning but also dont want to go to where it is at the moment, it will be super hard to get advance/go back to where you want)

BAN ME FOR LIFE FROM EVER USING SERVICE. I just requested that TennisTV cancel my account and BAN ME FOR LIFE from ever using their service so that I'm never tempted to try it again. Is THAT BAD. And the frustration is too much to bear. It used to be great. But something changed, and now their app for AppleTV is utterly useless. You might manage to login occasionaly, but for sure you will be logged out for no reason, and good luck logging back in. If you ever do log in, don't even think about pressing the Menu button on your remote... because if you press it too many times it will log you right back out. And around and around you will go. I have emailed them about this is issue, the constant logging out by the app, the blank screens of emptyness, and they have never responded. They used to respond... now... NEVER.

Spoiler problem. Annoyed they have spoilers for replays. They showed a picture of Federer holding the trophy on a replay I wanted to watch. Totally ruined the match for me. Also, there is no option to switch off the time of match on replay so you know who wins the match if you look at the time left. No option to fast forward through warm up on replays either.

Always having to login. The appletv app promises your details so you won’t have to verify and login each time you open it but without fail so you have to spend 2-3mins each time starting it up. Works ok once you get in, but the response times are pretty slow in choosing matches or skipping ahead.

Love this app. This app is the best app for watching all atp tour tournaments on. I can watch it on my iPad and my TV. I can follow 2 games at one time. Would highly recommend and it’s a reasonable price and I don’t have any issues with it.

Needs ability to download matches for offline viewing. Video freezes ALOT unless you have super fast internet I’m guessing. You must allow download of matches to keep for max 1 week. Come on, it’s not hard to add into the features. Please add. At work, it’s unwatchable, at home my net is fast enough that it doesn’t go out of sync

Awful update to the app. Why change something which was already working perfectly? The stream goes offline so many times and the only way to make it go live again is to close the stream/app and reopen it.

Poor Quality Streams. What used to be an awesome app is now garbage. The stream quality is terrible and ranges from pixelated to unwatchable. We noticed a huge difference in quality around end of August. My only wish is that we had not subscribed for a year and used that money on other apps (BeIN) offering same service with 4K quality. Issues are experienced on iPhone and Apple TV and has been tested on multiple networks and hot spots.

Old tennis tv site far superior to the new one. Since the updated Tennis Tv website, it has become much more difficult to use. Previously, there was much greater access to a variety of older matches, and matches in general. Also, I now have to continuously Log In to the site whereas, previously, I only had to do this after I had completely closed down the website. Dated and unreliable app - but the tennis is good. Compared to your usual streaming providers the layout and navigation is clunky and dated. Sometimes doesn’t load properly. Moving on from that, feed is unreliable and buggy to my chromecast. Intermittently freezes, loses sound, I need to disconnect and reconnect to stream then slide the timer back to where a match was up to. Also app doesn’t get updated very often. With all this lockdown such things are not cool. Hopefully this provider gets their act together because the tennis is amazing!

Just okay. The app feels like a less convenient version of the Tennis TV website. I found that myself having to log in every time, not be able to add videos to a watch later playlist, and not being able to preview a video before watching it - just starts automatically. Sticking with a shortcut linked to the website instead. Bit of a shame.

Such an unreliable streaming App!. Ordered TennisTV about 3 weeks ago - after 1 week the App on my TV no longer works. I’m now forced to stream from my IPhone to my LG C9, as it no longer works natively on my TV… it’s apparently a known issue since early August, (together with apparently a host of other known issues), but still hasn’t been fixed, with no updates from the platform on WHEN it will be fixed. Not sure how a streaming platform can operate this way. Not happy at all! - from Sydney, Australia.

Disappointing. Should be a great app! Unfortunately, although I have subscribed I still can’t watch anything, as the videos all freeze in the first few seconds or show a 10 second loop on repeat. Would be quite happy to pay the subscription price if it worked. I managed to watch one match and it was great, but since then none of the videos work.

Streaming not working. It’s been three months since I contacted customer support about content not streaming even though I purchased the annual subscription for $150. They told me that there are known issues with the app, but I wonder if they are even attempting to fix the issue at all given how long it’s been? I requested a refund which was ignored… I’m not very happy with this experience.

Keeps crashing the Apple TV. Whenever I pause a game and go and do something, when I come back the Apple TV is off and won’t start as normal; I have to the tv on manually instead of the Apple TV starting it up. Then it seems the Apple TV has reset and is showing random clips from Apple TV+. I have to relaunch the ATP app and refund the game I was watching and of course it has forgotten where I was, so I have to fast forward to try and find where I was. Pretty abysmal integration with Apple TV really. And all this for the pleasure of paying $20 a month to struggle with an app.

After match request. Would like it if your viewers can listen to the player’s on court comments after a win instead of flashing the statistics of the match.

Screen optimization. I find in my iPhone XS and also previously on iPhone that the screen is not being optimized. The control bar just stays on the screen and does not pop out of disappear for a lengthy period. So the scores of the plays are hidden and also the cast button is pushed so far out you cant click on it.

Tennis Fanatics. I have enjoyed Tennis TV as they cover tournaments not shown on other TV channels or more expensive paid to view. So for just over $12 a month it is well worth it. However, I would like the option of watching a recording of a Full Match, Mini Match and highlights which seems to have disappeared. I am sure I used to be able to watch those before.

Unreliable feed. Often get freeze frames with sound. So frustrating when watching live matches at important points

What’s going on?. Usually when I have issues with this app, it’s due to software problems. However, I recently started to not be able to load matches live or even replays. Sound is fine but the actual video freezes and is very blurry. Updated to Latest IOS still same issue. Can barely watch anything anymore, shame as I was relying on illegal streams for Shanghai. I’m disappointed, idk what’s going on but it’s not good!

I unsubscribe in less than a month.. It work once on my Samsung ctv then I couldn’t sign back in. Even reinstalled the app back on my Samsung ctv, I have to watch tennis on my iPad. Even that was a problem! I have to keep logging back in each day.

Website. I used to love this site. It was easy to navigate and watch but now, with the new colour format being much darker, I’m straining to see properly. It’s also much busier with an apparent jumbling up of events and timelines. Why did that happen?

Terrible new version. This new app is barely usable. It keeps logging you out, doesn't show all the games live, disregards time zones, needs constant restart. They shipped a prototype I think. Glad I signed up monthly because one month was enough.

Bad app, customer service even worse. Awful app, it really is a bad app. I paid for a monthly subscription to watch Indian Wells and Miami and after paying I couldn’t log in into it through any device (I tried with phone, TV, IPad). After realising I couldn’t fix this on my own I decided to ask for help on the app. Very slow communication, they just came back to me once and that’s it, they never replied ever again. For that and after 3 days without being able to use it I just decided to cancel my subscription and hoping they can give me back my money. It’s a bad app bad I think customer service is even worse.

Shocking functionality. Samsung tv app has no ability to fast forward, pause or even exit matches. Have to close entire app to get back to home screen. Went 2 hours into a match for it too freeze and nothing I could do. When trying to re-watch couldn’t get back to the spot I was watching without starting from the very beginning . Incredibly poor design.

Update. Didn’t like the last BIG update. It has made it harder to use. Do not understand why things have to be changed like that. Otherwise it is a great app and I don’t regret paying yearly for my subscription.

Much improved. The feed has much improved and most of the earlier downloading problems seemed to have been resolved.

Good offering but slow servers in Australia. In like the app and what is has to offer. Unfortunately the speed is very bad in Australia. It’s just ok to watch on an iPad where it gets stuff a couple of times during a match (even at replays). On the Apple TV it’s not watchable at all in Australia. The picture is stuttering at the time. Please add more servers in Australia !!!

Fixed bugs. Very good app. There use to be problems with watching highlights but they have been fix. I can’t find a problem with the app.

Multipele logins. The app is great, but it's really frustrating to have to log in every time, even though I'm using my iPhone into which I'm already logged in securely. This seems totally unnecessary, and just another password to have to remember.

Tennis TV. I like the ability to watch tennis when in Australia we get pathetic coverage on cable tv. However, I still need to work out how to get it on my tv via apple tv or some other way. At the moment I watch via laptop or iphone where it is excellent.

Essential for tennis fans. Tennis TV is essential for tennis fans. Connects instantly to most live matches, with highlights and replays available. A pity Grand Slams not included in tournaments available to watch however. Well worth the subscription.

Can’t login. Update: I can login from any browser no problem, but no matter what I try, I cannot login into the iPad app, and ONLY the iPad app. So it can’t be a credential problem, must be some bug. Please fix!! Horrifying experience on Apple TV. Truly awful on Apple TV. The worst parts are an inability to use the slider to move to a point in a replay video and failing that, an inability to fast forward using native remote control functions of Apple TV. Forced instead to use forward in 10s, 1m, 5m and 10m and after each click the forward menu disappears and has to be reopened. Worst still, one can repeat the 10m forward menu open and button press 10 times and then have it randomly start over and you’re back to square one. Surely navigation has to be a priority for a released app. VHS did this better with no exaggeration.

Ok but work for improvement needed. I find the app slow and needs some updates - it’s not convenient where everything is on the app

Disappointed! Videos take a while to load. Even at high speed internet videos take a whiiiiiiiille to load. Sounds comes through but videos don’t. I’m not paying 20AUD for that. If I fast forward with the scroller the video crashes. Pretty bad!

Needs Google Chrome sync for highlights. Enjoying watching tennis again in my own time with a considerable time difference I miss out on a lot. One downside is the lack of commentators in some of the replays and also not being able to sync the highlights with our google chrome.

Best option but some issues. I’m glad I have the option of using Tennis TV to watch ATP but wish the app was a bit better. The “Watch from beginning” option doesn’t often work with matches already going, which results in the score being spoiled. I like that you can hide match times and scores. I’ve had a couple instances though where the match isn’t showing up that is currently live, like Sinner vs Novak at the most recent ATP finals. The app has also yet to work on any smart TV I own. It just stays stuck on the loading screen. I’ve also had some issues with it loading on PC and tablet before. Overall good app and coverage but can be very hit or miss especially for the price of subscription.

My review on tennis tv. I am not happy with this app sometimes very blurry especially watching the doubles and outside courts .Also stops for no reason and as there is no rewind have to start from the start again very annoying!!! Hopefully you can improve as I love watching tennis and this app wasn’t cheap.

Terrible app!. The updated version still doesn’t work. Once you started watching the video, you can’t close it. The only way is to close the app and restart it in order to watch a different video. How ridiculous… it’s 2022 now… with all the technology we have and that’s what you came up with. Also can’t cast to google chromecast properly. I had to select to cast the app on TV before I chose a clip. There was no option once you started a video. Trying to fast forward while casting is almost impossible. What more can I say… what a joke.

Replays. I get really annoyed that the replays don’t stay up to watch for more than a couple of days . I can’t always watch them straight away so why not leave them up for at least a week and they can be watched when subscribers get free time. You class it as premium but the service isn’t really top notch .

Terrible upgrade. So far it’s been a very ordinary and frustrating experience with this so called upgrade. I’m sitting looking at a black screen…. Trying to watch Aus vs italy which I think is still a live game as I watch but have to keep going back to beginning and try to fast forward to where last saw match… so annoying and this is first experience with newly updated App- give me back the old one!!!!

Worst app I’ve ever tried to navigate. This app is honestly the worst app I have ever tried to use. All I want to do is watch tennis on my Apple TV and it is the hardest to try and navigate. It’s super slow, hard to find the latest plays and live streams and forget about trying to fast forward. The developers seriously need to look at other streaming services like Kayo and take note because this is honestly so difficult to use. Please fix these issues!!!

Variety of Tennis Tournaments. I like to be able to watch from the beginning when I have time to do so. Or I can click in when it has already begun. As well the “highlights” of the tournaments let’s get up to date when I don’t have the time to watch each of the matches via replays.

Tennis TV review. It is mostly good, but the condensed replays are inconsistent, with only some matches having condensed replays. Also, there should be a chromecast option for using it in the browser on a computer.

Streaming problem. For the price that we pay, I would expect the app to work whenever i need it to. Cancelled suscription. Never again.

When it works it is great. It is a very frustrating app and it should be much better .Sometimes it works- but often there is a tremendous amount of buffering. And it’s very hard to manage if you choose to pay monthly-I have been charged for months I opted out.

Subscribtion cancelation. It’s very tricky and complicated next to impossible to cancel subscription. Tried to cancel 3 times and yet they still bill me. Sent emails - no response. Very unreliable service. Becareful, it’s very hard to get out of the trap.

Superb!. Tennis tv is frankly an amazing streaming service. First, there are multiple opportunities to watch matches - live or delayed. I live in Vancouver BC so the time differences between where i live and where the tennis is played make it difficult for me to watch a live match. No problem. Second, i experiment and explore more - discovering new and amazing international talent : Third, the extended highlights are a terrific way to catch up on a wider variety of players i enjoy watching (winning or losing)without spending 2+hours per match. Fourth, commentary when available is excellent - professional evaluating commenting on shots, strategies, body language etc. Fifth,the archives of so many remarkable matches - eg young Nadal, young Federer, and back in time even farther John

Not like it used to be. This may not be the case for everyone but since the site upgrade, the performance for me has been awful. I can’t get though a game without hangups. This is true on the phone app as well as computer which are two different internet/data sources for me. I don’t know what’s happened but I won’t be renewing as a result. It used to be so good.

Where are the Australian open matches ???!!!!. Paid for the app to watch Australian open matches live and there’s no match to be viewed on it!!! Great channel. Great to watch current and pass classic tennis matches at your own time. At times more than one match on that you would like to watch. Replay a wonderful option. Love Nadal replays. Don’t let the great ones disappear

So Bad. Stream always gets interrupted. Never have an issue with any other streaming service but tennis tv has been so bad for so many years. Never improves.

Stream unavailable. Sometimes stream is not available to watch on cellphone. Really sucks specially when Djokovic is playing janik Sinner.

Unreliable and very frustrating. App constantly crashes while streaming matches. Cannot log into Apple TV version of app, even though I purchased an annual subscription on my iPhone. The app consistently requires a login with user ID and password, unlike other tennis streaming apps which keeps you signed in.

Crap App. The app is full of bugs and incredibly frustrating glitches. If you are casting to a TV from your phone, it will kick you out of the app everytime you want to go back to the app on your phone to skip forward or go back to rewatch a play. Frequently doesn’t work if you want to log onto the app on your smart TV. And the developers don’t seem to care. Lots of frustration expressed by many people. For an app that is that expensive, it should work perfectly.

Low definition by default. Since the last update all match highlights and replays are in low definition (sd) and there is no way to configure it to show HD. For live matches every time you watch a new match you have to put the settings back to HD. This is certainly not an improvement….

Mindblowingly bad new environment.. This used to work very well. New management of the apps since the end of 2021, a total disaster. (Btw: For those of you who complain there are no Slams: the Atp tour doesn’t own the rights to those. Great tennis. Love being able to watch so much tennis. Most of the commentators are excellent - notably the ones from Europe, UK and Australia. One commentator, Kevin Skinner, is horrible. Please don’t use him. Terrible and annoying both.

Where are the streams?. Why is there only one match/court being streamed from Rothesay?? The whole point of having Tennis TV is to be able to get ALL the matches…

Long time subscriber, not loving last update. Since the last redesign this app has become nearly impossible to use on Apple TV, where I constantly get logged out (and the login process is complicated). Adding insult to injury, after each login, it says “we will keep you logged in, so you don’t have to do this every time”, and I wanna throw the remote at the tv.

No Major/ GrandSlams Coverage. -It does not cover the main grand slams: French Open, Wimbledon, or the US Open. The signal went down for the Santiago/Chile Open ATP250 Final this 2023 (my wireless was working fine for all other apps). Reached out to “support” and “help” contacts with no response or apologies. -Other than that, there is ok coverage but for some ATP 1000 500 and 250 events. -User Interface issue with the app: *Regularly logs out and asks to enter your username and password *Does not offer personalized notifications for the players you select in their “favourite” ranking section *No responses to technical issues or problems

Love it. Casting tennis to big screen works great…so clear. You can see the first server yellow ball fuzz sprinkling down as they prepare the second serve. That’s Insane. Great way to watch tennis.

I see I’m not the only one who HATES this new version. This version is garbage. Do not waste your money. Cancel immediately if you are a yearly subscriber. I cancelled already. Will not renew until they fix these issues. I can’t believe they launched this with so many bugs/glitches.

Love it!. I love Tennis TV. With the crappy coverage that tennis gets on TV (outside of the slams), it’s great to be able to watch matches from around the world, on demand! Don’t know how any tennis fan lives without it!

Miami Open. Just downloaded app. Disappointed- only men games it seems Where can I find the women’s games in this same tournament?

ATP Predictor is fixed. Funny all this talk about fixing in the ATP. Now they even fix the predictor in this app. You will never win because they can decide if someone can pick the winners from their phone just before the match is done. I know because I did it for a week it was the only way to keep with the top 10 and I know all these players and stats. Then they switched something on the app so I couldnt. So it is possible to cheat. This includes Kmb17 and captain max who won last year they will always be in front. next year I am sure they will switch the names or something but look who was always in front last year and its the same people. Even with huge upsets they win. lol So take it for what it is. On the whole it is awesome app to watch all the action.

Annoying time out session. Your time out session is triggered just around the end of a match. The time to relog, I missed the end of 2 finals. Really really annoying. Also i bought one month of tennistv in order to follow the US open. Was really disappointed when I realized that it was not shown on tennistv. Won’t resubscribe and will go on with my other supplier. Otherwise, your platform has high quality value, thanks anyway.

Viva tennis TV. Love this channel, especially live replays. Wish there would be more commentators on air. The woman commentator from UK is very interesting.

Best App for tennis. I really enjoy this app, I can follow tennis everywhere I go, and most of tournaments around the world.

Good with a small frustration. Works smoothly. My only issue is that on the iPad when I exit out of a match I’m watching in landscape, the app switches the view back to portrait and I have to tilt the iPad each time to get it to return to landscape. It does thus even when the rotation lock in on.

Nothing to write home about. I think the functionality decreased since I signed up. I don’t like having to sign in with my phone for the service to work on my Apple TV. Advancing or rewinding a completed match has changed too. Instead of scrolling to a desired point, the forward and rewind icons have to be used. I don’t think they listen to what fans want because the functionality of this app isn’t the best.

Worst update ever. App’s new UI and UX is very confusing and not at al organized. Version 4.0.4 doesn’t respect landscape in iPhone and iPad even though the update said that it would fix it. They show games as LIVE when there is no live stream available. Just mark them as NOT SHOWN like you did with some matches. Especify how many matches will be shown by tournament, like the old App. The X to exit out of a match is barely there. Where are the stats while you watched a match when not in landscape mode? The old App had that. This new update feels like it was done by students or by a company that maybe is charging the ATP less than the old developer/provider. A real shame, since you are truly the go to source for tennis matches. Just fix the long list of issues and maybe we’ll stop complaining.

Works 25% of the time. Extremely slow, twitchy, glitchy...will stop for no reason. I've been patient for 2 years with this app and wish it would work. Its a terrible app that delivers only 50% of the time. It takes 30 minutes before it will stream correctly...and even then it is very spotty. Tennis Channel Plus is light years ahead in service, commentary, and it works all the time. Dont waste your money.

Buyer Beware! Subscription will not be honored. Do not purchase through Apple! If you go on their website right now, there is a “known issue” that purchasing through Apple will cause an inability to access your subscription. They don’t tell you this at the point that you’re buying the subscription of course. Now when I try to get support since the subscription does not work after paying $120 for it, they throw up their arms and say there’s nothing they can do because it was purchased through Apple.

Must have the for the tennis enthusiast. Streaming service works very well. You can either follow a broadcast or listen to any match without commentary. The broadcasters do a good job imo. The best feature hands down us the spoiler free mode. Scores will not be posted not will you know how long the match is on a replay!

bad quality and terrible customer service. The app doesn’t work very well, it crashes constantly and it’s slow. It’s sad to know this is the only option if you don’t have tennis channel with cable. I had a problem with them charging me twice via different platforms (Apple Pay and google pay) in the same month without me noticing and with different prices. The customer service was terrible, they answered every third day and never solved anything. I paid for a service I didn’t receive.

Great app for tennis fans. It’s a great app for tennis fans to catch up on the atp 500 and 250 action that can’t be found anywhere else. That said, when I use the app on my iPhonex, I can’t seem to get the play / pause control bar to hide ( which is supposed to happen automatically after a few seconds ) and that makes the bottom 5% of screen to be always non-visible. It’s an issue because that’s where the scores are

Content is there, but features are not. Although the matches are available, you can’t set reminders for you to watch or mark in the calendar. In addition, when you connect your TV to stream the content you must leave the smartphone screen unlocked or the image will stop. The app developer should change this to allow the user to do other things in the smartphone or put the display off while being able to watch the game in the TV screen.

Prepare to be frustrated. Absolutely THE worst app to ever exist. Sadly it’s our only option. Doesn’t remember your login. Constantly doesn’t work. Forget trying to use the app on your tv. If you’re an avid tennis fan and download this app prepare yourself for a life of constant frustration. Just the worst ! Why they ever got rid of the original app which was t fancy but at least it worked. They claim they are fixing all of the bugs and glitches. Don’t count on it. Just awful awful awful app technology

Much happier!. I must say, your customer service reaffirms my faith in mankind! I was having a hard time with the password change and I posted a review….not to flattering I must say. I got a reply to my post. Followed the directions and ALL IS WELL ONCE AGAIN! Thank you for helping me navigate a cyber world that I often stumble through at best.!

It’s good but it needs work. So the app it great you what you pay for and more. The GUI is clean and easily usable. However the problem comes when trying to watch tennis on mobile it just doesn’t work. You can’t pause or skip just non of the buttons work and the match is mostly cut off by the timer bar at the bottom of the screen. This may be a thing that only happens with the iPhone X. Still please fix

Generally good. It’s good, if without bug or technical issues. Streaming quality is usually wonderful, however, the server can suddenly shut down during big matches. Fix those bugs, and stream more matches plz. Anyway it’s all worth the price

Tennis TV. I love tennis tv! Since I don’t get the Tennis Chanel where I live I rely on tennis tv to keep up on all of the tournaments. Since you have added the replays, I never have to miss a match or get up in the middle of the night to see one. Thanks Tennis TV and hope someday you will have access to the Grand Slams!

Great app. Hi watch tennis everyday in the background at my office job. Every ATP event is televised and it’s easy to either select “Live from _______ event” or pick the match you want to watch. The “Live from” streams have great commentary, but every match is shown. Very worth the money if you’re a tennis fan and love catching the smaller events.

Latest redesign doesn’t work. I have been a long time subscriber but i am at my wit’s end with this latest UI redesign on Apple TV. Did you guys forgot to test it out? Are we paid customers suppose to be beta testing for you? Nothing works in this redesign, from abysmal usability to ZERO working functionality, not to mention the frequent login prompts asking us to type a LONG url in the browser. Please revert this redesign as soon as possible otherwise I don’t think I’ll be a paid customer anymore.

The best option for tennis. After comparing the different tennis options, TennisTV came out on top. Tennis all year round, great commentators, and my family gets to watch all the best players. We haven’t been disappointed in our choice. Only downside is no Grand Slams. Hopefully those eventually get added to the lineup.

Had a great experience with the app until recently.. Is there a reason why whenever I watch a match I am constantly rewinded back like 5 seconds? Just trying to enjoy watching on my iPhone and every minute it seems I’m rewinded back 5 seconds and I haven’t touched anything.

Don’t waste your money until they update their service. I’ve never reviewed anything before, but I just have to say that the most recent 1-star reviews say it all. Heard back from customer service and they said “in the meantime, you can hook up your laptop / desktop to your TV via a HDMI”. I don’t even want to know how much money they spent on their developers and new, ugly logo. The old app wasn’t flashy, but it actually, ya know, let me watch tennis. TennisTV should be giving us credits/refunds. By far my most expensive app/streaming service and I don’t think it’d even be worth it for free (in it’s current state).

New design is terrible. The new design is terrible. Pleeeeease switch back to the old design. The new one doesn’t even make sense, and is inconsistent. Yesterday I could view the order of play for ATP cup and select which day I wanted to see matches for, and today that option is inexplicably gone, both for ATP cup and Adelaide, the option for Melbourne order of play is still there however? Very confusing and difficult to navigate. The old UI was so much more user friendly.

Far far better than TC Plus. For the tennis obsessed the major choices are these two and in every way Tennis TV is superior. The app is better. There are more matches available. The commentators stuck to the tennis and substantially avoid the gossip and personality stuff. Every time I can watch a discrete match on either I test and in every case the Tennis TV performance is superior

Replacement to the previous app continues to be full of bugs. Unfortunately if you want to watch most of the ATP matches this is really the only option. That said, the website version and the phone app frequently stop streaming mid-match. There is also no longer a smart TV app, which I absolutely don’t understand. I don’t know how much they paid to change platforms, but it’s been over a year since the switch and I still miss the old app.

Abomination. I have been a subscriber to tennistv for years. The streaming app used to be fantastic and was constantly reliable. It’s truly astonishing to see what this app has become. I cannot watch for more than 30-60 seconds before the stream freezes or just blacks out. I truly don’t understand how the administration at tennistv can just let this happen. We pay decent money to have access to tennis year round and the fact is if you’re trying to watch on a phone or tablet you won’t be able to. Shame on you tennistv for putting out this shambles of an application. Do better.

expand tennis tv. I'm sure that many T TV subscribers have commented on this inequity, but I am both disappointed and resentful that you show only mens' matches and completely ignore the existence of womens' tennis and WTA matches. Why? Whatever the reason, the message is clear - and disheartening: women don't count! I'm more than willing (and I'm sure other subscribers are, too) to pay more per month to see the full range of tennis matches and to give women players the importance they deserve!!!

Great but could be better. It’s an awesome app and covers a lot of tournaments. It gives all the important stats at the end of each match. There are new videos all the time and you’ll never be disappointed. I just hope they could also cover WTA. And wish there was a streaming button so when you’re playing videos on your phone you could broadcast it on your TV as well.

Hard to Navigate. I use this app in order to stream both live matches and replays, a great improvement over Tennis Channel. I also like the commentators (I am NOT a fan of John McEnroe!). However, it is very hard to navigate this site and I find it hard to click just the right sequence of buttons to get the match I want and resume watching when I have to pause it. Can you streamline it or provide a roadmap for the user? Thanks. Also about 1/3rd of the time the audio is ahead of the video about 3-4 seconds which is annoying.

Does not work on Samsung Smart TV. The app does not work on Samsung Smart TVs. Every 3 seconds or so an error message pops up that says Connection Lost, making it impossible to actually play any matches. (All my other apps work and the Atp app interface loads so the connection is definitely there, this is just a bug in the app). When I tried to provide feedback/ contact support through the form on the Atp Tennis app site, I found that the form does not work — it just hangs every time you hit the Submit button.

Score card page and past tournament history. This app should have a page where it displays just the score of all matches and a link to watch for live matches. This gives u a sense of what’s happening. Same like now but display score and also show score for matches that over. Plus add a 3 min skip button or something to avoid change over or just remove change overs

Won’t play with subscription. I purchased the annual subscription last night via the app and my iPhone. I wake up this morning and the app no longer recognizes my subscription. It says to watch I need to upgrade to premium. I spent about 90 mins with Apple support trying to solve it and they finally conclude it is the developer that needs to fix this. I can watch on my roku and a browser but not on the iPhone or iPad app. Please fix this! This app and service is too good to struggle because of the basics.

Great content but inefficient. The channel offers very good content, although I wished it covered WTA tournaments as well. The access to the channel is a bit annoying. I’m asked to go online, type a password and go through a few steps to access its content. Sometimes, like this week, the schedule of the tournaments (United Cup and Adelaide ATP 250) is not clear. With these two issues fixed it will become a much better experience.

Overall Best Option. Tennis Channel is not even an option in my county with the TV service provider I have, and this does not disappoint as a replacement. Love the variety of matches, schedules, and the app works and looks very smooth. My only problem is that you cannot get any tournaments in your home country. So for me, not having any the access to any US tournaments is kind of a big thing, but nothing I can’t get around.

The Tennis Is Wonderful… The software is something. Yes, this app is wonderful for the price. The ability to watch all ATP matches is amazing. Although the abundance of bugs in the app makes it somewhat frustrating at times to use. If you love tennis as much as I do, you won’t find that these bugs prevents you from using the app.

Love this app!. I love everything about this app. It gives me the ability to watch every replay of every match and also watch it live. I love that you can go backwards and forwards throughout the match easily. Worth every penny! I also like that you can hide the scores and hide the timeline. That’s really important to me.

Needs lot of improvements. When I am logging in to watch a live tennis game, I seriously do not care which court or day of the tournament the match is being played. How hard is to just have a section under which I can find all games going on live? Logged to watch Indian Wells semifinal and the screen was showing 1st semifinal from 5 PM and the live stream link was not active until the match was over. As if this is not bad enough, no customer service phone number! So tried to find live chat option and it was just a bot with canned options and when i selected something like other queries, it asked me yo create a ticket and auto response email said someone will get back within 48 hours!! Only thing the app is good at it letting you sign up and collecting your money…no issue there!

The Most Frustrating App I’ve EVER used !!!. I swear this… out of ALL the apps I’ve EVER purchased, this app is by FAR the most frustrating app I’ve ever experienced… It has the potential of being a 5-star app, but you are lucky if you can get through ANY tennis match without it freezing up on you at least 15 times… and the Apple TV version is 100 times worse… that app has serious 15-second delays with just the mouse itself… the bugs in this app are off the charts & everyone should be refunded if they paid for this app until they fix ALL of it… I’d give it zero stars if I was able to

The Apple TV app is quite horrendous. I have to login every day, quite annoying process, lots of typing. Also, this is easily the worst video app on apple tv to navigate. It feels like an interface from the 90s. Also, what should be obvious, this is ATP only, so no women’s tennis. That can be ok, however for this kind of money it should have both. I have Tennis Channel as well, they lack commentary for lots of the matches and they want you to have cable for some matches, despite paying for premium. So no good app right now for watching tennis all around.

Long time Customer. Don’t know what in the heck is wrong with the app on Apple TV but it’s extremely frustrating to be asked to log in again every few days. This has been going on for well over a year and needs to be fixed. In paying to watch this I should not have this issue. No other apps on my Apple TV give me this issue. The Tennis TV app on my iPad and iPhone work perfectly fine, and does not ask me to have to log in every few days. DEVELOPERS, PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS. IT’S ONE OF MY MAIN SOURCES OF ENTERTAINMENT ON MY APPLE TV.

Thank you Tennis TV. I’m a recent subscriber and you have me for life! I started watching tennis as a teenager. I attended many US opens in New York. I started playing when I was 14 and that was 61 years ago! Please don’t do the math. I have been enjoying your channel every day since I subscribed. Keep up the good work. Joy. BL

App going downhill in recent months. I have been using this app for many years. It has always been so stable but in the last few months it has really gone downhill. I see that everyone is having the same issues so obviously it’s just a problem with the app developers. I know it’s COVID and things are not normal, but if you are going to have so many issues than be open about it and stop charging a very high price for a service that, as of today, I cannot even use.

Got me back into tennis. I refuse to pay for cable. This made it impossible for me to see tennis for years. Tennis TV saved my tennis fandom. The match coverage is great, and I love going back into the classic match catalog as well. Any time a player is in the news, the app is sure to have compilations up featuring them. Love the spoiler-free setting too.

This app does not work with my Samsung smart TV anymore. I don’t know why but I used to have this app installed on my Samsung smart TV. When they updated it in December 20 21, it no longer appeared and no longer works. Can you please fix this so I don’t have to use Apple TV or Chromecast to cast the app to my TV! It is very annoying, otherwise I like the app

Worst app and website do not buy. I paid to watch matches i miss. There is no speed option other then 1.0. Theres is no way to scrub forward so you are constantly trying to figure out where they are in the match. You can only fast forward by 10 seconds. On Mac you cant even use the fast forward because its buried behind the play pause pop up making completely in accessible. All these are basic settings. Its 2021 catch up. Do not purchase until they do!,

Some comments. Had some issues initially but thy were resolved… would like to see the draws for each tournament a little easier and why are not any women’s matches shown? Really wish pro tennis would do a better job of marketing itself now that there is an assault on the sport from pickleball which I personally do not care for

Excellent App. There are no commercials and the announcers are FAR superior to either ESPN or the Tennis Channel. Fun to hear commentators who help keep you in the match instead of talking endless history, war stories, or opine when they never played professionally. (Read other reviews and recommend watching on SD. I cannot tell the difference on my iPad.)

If you’re a Tennis fan . . .. . . . this is the Gold Standard. A great variety of matches, excellent commentators, GREAT camera work, terrific HD picture quality, the ability to pause the live stream, watch entire matches even weeks later and best of all, No Commercials! I wish the Grand Slams were possible and would love to see the WTA return, but still, great bang for the buck.

Still not that great. This is a subsequent review (I previously submitted one in 2022). I’m submitting a new once since the app prompted me to do so. The tennistv app still has glaring problems that have not been optimized: - constantly signs out from devices (even if using the devices on a consistent basis; in contrast other app’s have an option to remember the device) - profiles are not saved across devices, i.e. your laptop won’t remember where you left off from on a replay that you were watching on the Smart TV - Scores are still visible on the home page despite settings to hide scores - Choosing to “start from beginning” on a live match does not go to the beginning. Instead, it starts at the Live stream point (spoiling the match) - Searching for recent replays and old replays is difficult and clunky

Glitchy streaming service. I’m glad to be able to watch all the tennis but sometimes the feed will end in the middle of a post-match interview. It may be because I am using a firestick, but replays don’t work. And because they’re somewhere not in the US, during Indian Wells they chose not to show the match with last year’s winner from the US in a US tournament but showed Cam Norrie’s match instead.

Does not work half of the time. It’s a Paid app with monthly. Yet the app buffers and buffers nonstop. And then it just stalls. Then you’re like wth in the middle of a live match. It’s frustrating. Fix it. Please make it our money’s worth. Mind you I have an extremely high speed internet. So imagine if one has a mediocre internet speed.

Great app for tennis. Aside from some issues every now and then with the app logging you out (doesn’t happen on phone much but happens regularly on Roku TV), this is a great app with lots of quality tennis content - replays, highlights, off court fun stuff, etc. Tennis TV saves me from dealing with the godawful app that is Tennis Channel. Only qualm is I wish it included WTA content

New update has lost me as a subscriber. I am fuming right now. TennisTV was one of my absolute favorite services, and I’ve been a subscriber for years. I am regrettably going to have to cancel my subscription and find other means of watching my favorite sport. This is an absolute travesty. The old app worked perfectly - why did you do this? The new app: -has horrible streaming quality. The ball is streaking through the air as if you can only see 1 frame a second. It’s absolutely unwarchable. -Can’t fast forward or rewind at all. Absolutely broken functionality. These issues need to be fixed IMMEDIATELY. Roll back the app if you have to. You’ve just lost a loyal customer of 3 years. I’m devastated that I’ll have to find other and probably illegal means of streaming these matches. What an absolute botch-job from these developers.
