This USED to be a great app..... This used to be an amazing app. Now, it’s terrible. The developers obviously have never fasted themselves. If they had, they would know how the app SHOULD function! It should function EXACTLY like it used to before these money hungry developers took over. Do you know this used to be FREE??? Let’s say you have a four hour eating window. You eat and then after an hour you’re not hungry so you feel it’s safe to close your eating window, even though you could have another three (3) hours of eating. So you close your window on the app. But now, another hour goes by and you realize your still hungry! So you go to OPEN your eating window so you can eat but Guess what?? You CAN’T OPEN your eating window for another day because THEY SAID SO! 🤬 They only let you ONE TIME PER DAY! ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Is this app for ROBOTS?its certainly not for a human being that needs to re-open their eating window!! This app is WORTHLESS. You can get free versions that are so much better- like the “ZERO” app. Whoever is doing the new “developing” on this app is NOT improving it, they have made it AWFUL. DO NOT BUY IT. DO NOT EVEN USE IT. It’s GARBAGE. They should be ashamed with themselves !! Get the ZERO app! It’s much more human being friendly AND IT’S FREE‼️

Best All In One IF tracker out there. Intermittent Fasting is such a individual thing. Completely customizable to suit each person. This Window app caters to them all. Want to track fasting time? Sure! Want to track eating window instead? Yep! How about weight graphs that Iay over fasting history? You got it! Window makes it easy and fun to track your Intermittent Fasting lifestyle. I’ve been using it daily since April 2017 and it just keeps getting better and better!

Fasting time added! Huge plus!. When this was just an eating window I had to use a separate app to track fasting... seems redundant but having a counter for your fasting time keeps you honest and helps you time your day better... I don’t always have a set schedule so having both the eating and fasting windows is huge! I do wish it would keep a record of fasting times as it does of the eating windows, that would be even better.

You have messed it up. This app was perfect for what it was designed for: tracking eating windows, that’s why I bought it. I enjoyed the flexibility of opening and closing my eating windows. It was all perfect up until version 3.0 (cal Stephens last update I think), now it’s all messed up, forcing tracking of fasts. There are other apps for that way of doing IF. The latest update makes me want to delete it because now I have to choose fixed IF plans which is not why I got this one, there others out there for such plans. I understand daily burn is trying to increase subscribers but what happens to those who subscribed for it its initial purpose? The least you could have done would have been to given users an option to stick to window focused plans (fixed and flexible). Window’s appeal to users like me was being window focused not fast length.

Used to work great. I got this app to track my eating windows. Plenty of apps track your fasting times, but only this one tracked the eating window primarily. Now it’s been changed so much that it’s primarily a fasting window tracker, of which there are plenty better apps out there. Worse than that though, and the reason I will likely stop using this app is that it has become an incredibly slow app. I have an iPhone 13 and this thing takes 10-15 seconds to log my start and stop eating times, tracking my fasting windows, bringing up data, etc.

I love some things but also frustrated. I love how it has the “diary” feature and the reminders. However, it’s not updating when I change my fast. For example, I am currently doing 16 hours. I normally stop eating at 6 and it always has my window close at 12. If I have some wine and stop my eating window at 9 it still says I can eat the next day at 12. Also, if I stop my fast early I will still get the reminders that tell me my window opens in an hour. Super frustrating that I’m paying for the app and it’s not calculating my fasts correctly.

Not The Same & Not Worth Your Time. This app was my favorite ever and used to be the most user friendly, but I can no longer recommend this to anyone. I have over a year’s worth of data on this platform but with the last few updates it is almost unusable. Not only have I lost (via app malfunction) several weeks of data, but I am to the point where I can’t even log my daily fasts. Absolutely frustrating, and to top it off I can’t contact the company/creators to ask for assistance. I am so disappointed in this app and definitely cannot recommend it to anyone. Creators, if you’re reading this please please reach out or create a user friendly way to get assistance.

Not great for ADF. This works well for shorter IF, but runs into trouble for longer ADFs such as a 36 hours. It’s actually inconsistent. Although it’s set to automatic, sometimes it will open and close on it’s own. However, I just checked and is recorded me fasting for over 142 hours (not true) with a goal date of April 14….today is April 19. I’ve tried to parse it out so I have an accurate record but the app won’t allow it. Can’t change date and time. It only allows me to record the current date and time. This is absolutely frustrating especially given that it has all my data.

Each new update seems to weaken perfectly good features. I didn’t appreciate the holiday theme and I really don’t like the current colors. Please go back to darker, more contrasting colors or offer the choice of color scheme in the options menu. I like being able to track my weight coordinated with my fasting window. And the new addition of a weight goal is fine although that does shift the mindset of the user, which is not what the original developers would have wanted! But I REALLY HATE the light colors of the graphs. The older version was 200% better because it gave the same information, but more clearly! I preferred the old version better to the point that I am considering other apps. Bummer, this used to be the best app for me.

Edit problems. Something has happened where I can no longer enter my start and stop times. What’s up? I started the app on my ipad and was trying to log in on my phone as well. I couldn’t remember my password so I sent in the “forgot my password”. It says it will send me an email to reset my password but it never sends me an email. I need help to be able to use on both devices. Thanks

Huge update makes this the best IF app. I already liked the Window app (I tried several). With the latest update, it offers (almost) everything I could want. It’s easy to use and reliable. The best part for me is the new Apple Watch app, so I can open my fasting and feeding windows super fast and without pulling out my phone. The only thing missing is the ability to track body fat % in addition to weight. Otherwise, this app does everything I want.

Love it!. I love that this app tracks both your fast and your window! I’m happy with the annual price of $39, which is very inexpensive compared to so many eating programs. I’ve tried different built in fasts, and am currently just doing the manual. I would like to figure out how to simply input a specific length fast, and for the app to tell me when that fast will be completed. I’m probably just missing something though🤷‍♀️

Needs Improvement. I love the look and feel of this app but in my opinion it is not very user friendly. I consider myself a pretty tech savvy person and if I have to spend more than 2 days trying to figure out an app; then I feel it is lacking. I could not get my fasting/eating windows to work properly. Then when I would try to adjust them, there were glitches in the time adjustment windows. I’m sure there is an explanation, but it should be better thought out and work more seamlessly. I ended up deleting, losing several days of tracking and looking for a new app.

Now have to pay for feature that used to be free. It really stinks that notes are now a part of the premium membership. I have had this app for almost 2 years and have loved being able to write notes concerning my fast and lifestyle. I went to open at this time and use the notes feature and now I have to pay $10 a month for it! I already paid for this app 2 years ago. I don’t need to keep paying $10/mo just to write notes. That’s ridiculous. Searching for a new fasting help. You have slowly turned this app into something that no longer helps me but hinders me.

Great fasting app. I love this app! It has just enough features and information to be interesting and useful and not so much that I dread using it. There are preset fasting profiles and it’s easy to switch from one to another but I use the manual setting because I fast for a different amount of time everyday depending on what’s going on in my life. It’s also easy to make corrections when you forget to track by going to your timeline. Highly recommend this app. I think it’s a good value and it’s made me stick to IF more than when I was just trying to keep track in my head. It’s really rewarding to scroll back through and see just how much you’ve actually done!

LOVE this app!. I have used this app daily since beginning my IF journey (almost two months ago). I love the flexibility of opening my window on the app using the flexible window option, as it seems to vary a bit from day to day. I eat OMAD, and it’s helpful to be able to go back and edit my window if I forget to open or close it. I’m not great at tracking anything, and if an app isn’t easy to use, I’ll often ignore it, but I do use this app every day as it’s convenient and motivating. Thanks, Cal!

Straightforward and inspiring. I started using this app 5 weeks ago, and have found that it helps me stay on track to support my goals in intermittent fasting. My trends are clear, so I can adjust what I do and it’s reflected in the app. Recently, they added the ability to write notes and images with each day. I use it mostly to add my mood or what I was up to, as I have learned that my relationship to eating is highly emotion-based. I recommend the app!

Awful Update, Don’t Waste Your Time. I wish this app would go back to the way it was before it was sold. I have countless issues with it every week. It constantly says I’m fasting when I’ve stopped the clock and started eating. Just now I opened the app to close my window, only to find it said I had been fasting for 80 hours. I fast 20-24 hours daily. So three days worth of information just suddenly disappeared. This has happened numerous times. Almost weekly. Every day I stop the fasting clock when I open my window and start it when I close my window. Every. Day. Like. Clockwork. It also pops up for me to choose an emoji of how my fast was that day. But even when I click on an emoji it does nothing. And it won’t go away. I have to close the app and go back in to log in my data. Please fix these bugs. I’ve used this app for over two years and don’t want to lose data. But these kinks are ridiculous.

Poor automatic updates. I was using this App and was relatively happy until I opened the App one morning to track my weight loss and found that the graph that I’ve always used to track my progress had changed “automatically”. The graph that was in the App showed your weight changes dramatically, easy to read. Suddenly the App automatically updated to a graph that your progress or regression is almost indiscernible. The original graph was a big motivator and the main reason I used this app. Other than a few alerts it doesn’t do much else. Anyway, after going back and forth several times with Support and sending before and after screen shots of the problem, They basically told me the App automatically updated and there was no way to change it back. I thanked them for there help but told them I would be cancelling the subscription. They basically responded with an “Oh Well” type of “sorry to see you go”. Now I can understand I’m just one lost customer. No big deal. But what upsets me more is the fact that in a world crawling with Computer Scientists, programmers and engineers, I was given a “can’t do” solution in a “how can we?” Industry.

Do Not Purchase. I am thinking this app has high stars for individuals who use it for free. I can see the functionality with its free features, and it’s a fair rating. However, I was looking for an app to customize my fast and also to enter daily journals. The data that is entered with the paid features does not save. I was really disappointed to see my data from prior days gone. It happened twice. The first time it happened, I thought maybe it was a fluke so I reached out to the company and also deleted the app (including data) and started from scratch. Then it happened again. The only advice the company provided was to reinstall. I was very very disappointed and I requested a refund from Apple, which was wonderfully granted. I moved over to another app, which has been amazing. If you’re not looking to save data, and only need a daily reminder, this app will do the job.

I want to track my WINDOW, not my FAST!. I am really disappointed that you're now forcing me to choose a plan. The beauty of Intermittent Fasting is that it gives me a lot of flexibility with timing of my Eating Window, and that's what WAS great about THIS app above the other Fasting apps in the first place, that I could track my WINDOW, and not worry about my FAST. You're ruining a good concept by forcing me to pick a fasting schedule. If you're interested in fending off the fasting app competition, you should have concentrated on the WINDOW tracking (that the app is named for ... duh), and you'd have a chance to succeed. All the other (mostly free) apps track fasts, so you've developed yourselves right out of the race.

Harassed me for not having a subscription that I have. My only real complaint about this app is that it will harass you if you turn off auto-renew. I personally turn off auto-renew on all subscriptions so I don’t accidentally forget and unintentionally continue to pay for a subscription I no longer use. I paid for a 1-year subscription to this app, which seems ridiculous because I don’t understand why an app that simply tracks when I’m eating and fasting needs a recurring payment, but whatever. I paid for a year and then turned off auto-renew. It’s been about a week now and every time I open the app I get a pop-up asking me why I ended my subscription that won’t close until I select an answer. I’ve answered it like 5 times this week. Anytime I just want to start my fasting period I get grilled with the same pop up asking me the same question.

I used to love this app. I used to love this app. Then it was sold to a big company that is clueless. Could you please stop adding “diets” to this thing. Could you please stop trying to make fasting difficult. I used to have a wonderful, simple app that I could go into, open/close my window as needed, log my weight when wanted, and get out. That was it. Easy. This morning, out of nowhere, I’m forced to choose a fasting plan. I’ve been using this app over a year, I had it set up the way I wanted. Now you’ve changed it. Again. And, even though I e used this app over a year, it still randomly tells me I have to pay an exorbitant fee to upgrade. Even though I’m supposed to be grandfathered in. Luckily I can close the app and get back in and it works. However, I can’t help but fee like you’re trying to get $50 out of me when it isn’t necessary. You’ve ruined a great app.

An essential part of my IF life!. I rarely pay for apps and have never written a review. This one is the exception!! It’s the only Intermittent Fasting app that lets users toggle between fasting and eating window durations - both in the calendar overview as well as in looking at user stats. And the fact that it is also a weight tracker, including moving weight averages, is an added benefit. This app has played a big role in the success I’m having with intermittent fasting.

Love this app!. This app has everything I need to track my fasts and eating windows. It also has a place to track my weight. I love the different ways of viewing my stats. You can see a timeline view like a daily calendar which shows the length of both your fasts and eating windows and also a monthly view where you can see the length of each days eating window at a glance. All of the views are accessible from the dashboard. I’m so glad I bought this app. I found out about it in the book “Delay Don’t Deny.” Super happy with it and I didn’t waste time trying any free apps. This one is super easy to use and fits my needs perfectly.

Apple Watch functionality does not exist. With all the bells and whistles they’ve added to this app I can’t believe you can’t open or close an eating window from the Apple Watch using the manual plan. If you use Manual Plan your watch will look nothing like the screenshots they show here and will not work at all (I.e., nothing happens when you tap the buttons on the Apple Watch. This is true across multiple Watch operating systems and with the two different Apple Watches I’ve owned.). With this app, I have to take a screenshot of my watch face every time I start or stop a fast and then later manually enter it in my iPhone. unfortunately this app has over a year of fasting data for me that I don’t want to lose so I’m stuck with it.

Works well with the Fast-5 program. Or with any fasting program: 8/16, AD, etc. Statistics are easy to calculate. You can monitor your fasting window or your feeding window and you can either schedule your windows or just check off when they start and end. I love the average weight feature that tracks your average weight and overlays it along your feeding window time. Shorter feeding windows prompt more weight loss—track it for yourself!

The new update is very frustrating - please go back to the way it was !!!!. I learned about the app through the book of Gin Stephens. Her son built the app. after subscribing, I learnt that the app got bought out by somebody else. Loved the app till today. When I opened it today it looked different which is fine, but the new update took away the option to close your window when you decide. Now you have to wait for the window to close itself from the settings you have put in at the initial set up. Personally, I loved that I could open and close my window the way it was before this new update. I wish I could get a refund for the $19/ year I already paid!

So helpful!!. I love this app. I use it every single day. I am doing the OMAD but it does help to be able to leave a note when I eat a particularly high carb meal or I want to remember that I went somewhere in particular and that’s why my window might have been open longer than another day. I prefer to use the flexible window because of my work and family responsibility don’t always go hand and hand with a reliable time routine. The ability to have a scheduled or a flexible window is a great option for people who never quite know what the day will hold. Plus I never know if I’ll be satisfied after an hour or if I’ll need a little extra food that day, but I don’t feel the need to keep eating because my window hasn’t closed yet. This app helps me not only keep track of my window and fasting time, it also helps keep track of my weekly (sometimes daily) weights. It not only gives me a place to log in my weight, it also has a very clear and easy to read graph above it tracking my progress. When I haven’t lost much or barely an ounce or two and I start to get down about it, I look at the graph and it really is a pick me up to see that the line of the graft is still going downwards. I would recommend this app for anyone who is entering the IF or OMAD lifestyle. So much more handy than caring a notebook around.

Terrible data editing methods. If you are tired to your phone using it constantly then you’ll be fine with this app. Since the data is daisy chained, if you miss opening or closing a window for a couple of days then it is very difficult to catch the data up. When I go camping I don’t take my phone with me. So it messes everything up. I’d recommend a better raw data view for editing, like an Excel view of the data in rows and columns. Edit from there would be easier. 😁

Worth the price! Trust me!. I never buy apps, especially health ones. But since starting fasting, I wanted to find something to help me keep track of my fast on the go. I downloaded a bunch of free ones and they weren't what I wanted. Window is very flexible and user friendly. You can set daily reminders for when your fast ends and begins. Lots of times I see it pop up and I'm able to check in with myself and change my Window to later because I'm not hungry yet. It's much easier than watching the clock waiting for the fast to be over, allowing food and time to be in control. Just set your times and you'll be reminded. So forgetting about eating time helps you be more engaged with your body. I love how you can track your fast, see it on the calendar, and see your weight on a graph. It also syncs up with the Apple Health app. Best part is the author of "Delay, Don't Deny" Gin Stevens' son made the app. Definitely worth it when I seen that. Great book and happy to have an app to assist me further.

IF Window. I rarely pay for apps and this is my 1st review. I got this app after listening to Gin’s “Delay” audiobook. I’ve used it about a month and it’s helped me to stay on track. I have too many things going on to try and remember what time I quit eating last night. I prefer the flex window so this has helped me adapt the OMAD lifestyle around my life vs trying to adapt my life around a set eating schedule. There may be free apps available but I’ve saved money by fasting so it’s more than paid for itself plus I trusted Gin’s OMAD/fasting experience to provide ideas to build a valuable app. Thanks!

Very Motivating. I can't say enough good things about this app. It has truly helped me with my fasting schedule when I started One Meal A Day back in May of 2017. It's a wonderful motivator for newbies as well as seasoned intermittent fasters. I love the updated version with the integration of asking Siri to open and close your window and check on your fasting hours as well as checking to see how long your window is. It's well worth the price asked and I highly recommend using the app.

Frustrating update. I have used this app and LOVED it for the past year... until now. With the recent update they are pushing the use of a predetermined fasting window. There’s no “opt out” way to remove this from your screen. In my experience, having a flexible window is the key to successful fasting that feels like a lifestyle and not a diet. When I raised my concern through an email, I was basically told that the app is now for beginners who don’t understand fasting vs experienced fasters (who like me, know that flexible windows are the key!) I know the app was recently sold, and it’s painfully obvious that the new owners don’t understand the fasting lifestyle in the same way as the old owner. IF isn’t about eating when a bell goes off, and it is NOT A DIET. Time to find a new app I guess. So disappointing.

This app seems to be going downhill. I loved this app initially; however, they have added features to it- such as a pop up that requires you to click on a emoji to say how your fast went. I don’t want to click on an emoji when I open the app. Also, it does not always save or register when I log a start or end of a fast. It seems like it has been recorded, but it’s saying I have been fasting for over 40 hours, despite closing my window yesterday, and opening it this morning. I guess it’s time to find a new app to track my fasts.

Good for focus on eating window. If your focus is your daily eating window this is good. However I do longer and varied fasts and it was really difficult to see this or follow my fast. For example, I was still Fasting - and I get messages that my eating window is open. Ok fine. But still fasting and then I get message that my eating window is closed. What? Then when I do longer than 24 hr fasts it is really confused. I don’t want to pay so much for something I have to work so hard on. Good point - I LOVE the timeline feature! It is like reading a mini book of my fasts.

Do Not Purchase!. I don’t write reviews but I want to help somebody…if you are purchasing to use the journal, don’t. This was an amazing app until it was bought out and they started charging to use the journal. BUT since I used it for so long, I broke down and purchased it to maintain my journal. It worked for a minute but then I lost everything and when I contacted the developer to fix it, they were at a loss. I can’t even get on it…completely froze even after I did everything they asked me to do to correct the problem. When I asked for my money back, they couldn’t do that either. I disputed it through my bank so no big deal. Just want to save someone else the frustration and the money.

Fasting hours kept changing. While in the free version the eating window was easy to adjust. Once I was charged for the year that changed. Coincidental, I don’t really know. Anyhow, I would adjust my eating window and save. The data would save and reflect for example, a 8 hr eating window. The very next time I would access the app, statistics would show me fasting anywhere from 46 to 53 hours. And my 10:30am eating window always reverted to 3pm and it would change my eating windows for previous 2-3 days. Ruining data that I had adjusted, saved and adjusted over and over again. Each time I accessed the app I consistently had to adjust the eating windows for days at a time. I spent more time in the app adjusting the eating window, which was always in vain. After about a week of this I had enough. I requested a refund. Fix this bug and it would be alright.

It could be better. It does what it needs to but it restricts you to a 12 hour fast if you don’t pay for it. And then with the 12 hour fast, once you set it to one time you can’t change it! The times I first set don’t fit with my schedule anymore so I want to set it to one hour earlier and frankly I can’t. So I try to attempt to end my fast earlier anyways on the time set it gives you. CANT DO THAT EITHER. I started my fast at 10:30 pm and I can’t input that it forces me to put 1 am, which is the original window I set. Trust me you’re better off writing your times down in a journal, like I did at first, than relying on this app.

Love app but Apple Watch sync needs work. Downloaded this app mainly to track my eating window more easily. Love the app for this reason but the Apple Watch needs some help. When I close my fast on the watch it recognizes it on watch and app. But when I come back a little later Watch will show that I’m still fasting while app shows I’m in eating window. I’ve close out app on watch several times but can’t get it to reset unless I tell it to close the fast and go back into the app and revise end time. If this glitch gets worked out, this would be a five star!

Very offensive. I’m actually pretty offended by this app. I understand that it works— if you don’t eat, you will lose weight. But I’m offended by the fact that “fasting” is a weight loss method. Fasting is a religious practice for growing closer to God, not a practice for losing weight. It’s about giving up food to remind yourself of your dependence on God and to surrender control, not skipping meals to try to control your body and life. Fasting should NEVER be about weight loss. I also think that the concept behind this app could very easily condone anorexia. It’s literally telling people to eat less and be strong enough to skip meals. It’s also promoting a view of food as inherently bad or wrong. This app says to everyone who downloads it, “less food is better because food=weight”. NO ONE needs to stop eating food. People need to know when to eat, what to eat, and how much to eat. But they don’t need to view food as a “necessary evil”. As a girl who really struggles with her relationship with food, this app is disgusting to me. LOVE this app!!!!. This app is fabulous!!! I’m using Window via the 7 day trial, right now. I hate leaving reviews but simply HAD to this time. It’s very easy to use, the information is relevant—I love the weight and water tracking options. I like that you can edit your fasting/eating windows because sometimes I forget to pop on my phone and enter that information. It’s exciting to be motivated by knowing what’s happening in my body when I choose to fast consistently. Really awesome—thank you for creating such a wonderful tool!

Very useful but I have a problem. I log in on my iPad mini and subscribe for one year. I use this for several months and it’s perfect, no problem appears. But now I want to use the app on my iPhone and found that there’s no method for me to log in the same “account” on my iPhone (actually it is hard to call the one on my iPad an “account”, seems like no registration work has been done). How can I do to log in the same account on my iPhone?

Very frustrating !. I have used this app a couple months every year since 2018. This year, big changes. I am very frustrated that you can’t go back and change or add your eating windows whenever and as many times as you want. At least, they should have left these options since they were the ones I had before. Despite the many new features, it was better before.....Again, before I was able to make the necessary changes whenever and many times I wanted... not anymore . I am very disappointed...

Tried 4 apps_this one is the best!. I’m a ND (Naturopathic Doctor) and this app has been educational to me. I tried 4 other intermittent fasting apps before this one. Once I trained this, there was no need to keep looking. I use it everyday and I love how it helps. It has educated me with the intervals of 🔥 and the benefits of prolong fasting. Makes me want to go a little longer a couple times a month. Dementia runs in my family and to know fasting may assist with the prevention of this is amazing. Love it!

Pleasant to use. I’m enjoying using the Window app. It’s easy to use and is pleasant to look at. I appreciate the calendar view of being able to see the eating window versus the fasting hours at a quick glance. One feature I wish it had was a toggle between the hours fasted and the hours left to go. Right now you can only see how many hours are left in the fast, and I like to see how many hours I’ve fasted. That’s my only critique or suggestion!

Several tweaks needed. This app should work to sync data amongst my iPad my phone and my watch but doesn’t. I have to choose which one to work with and be near it to enter data. The ability to edit water after the fact because this doesn’t sync amongst the three devices adds to the annoyance. And sometimes the water “meter” does not rest to zero for new day or fasting period. Overall nice app but not worth the money I paid. I’d go freebie version instead. Finally, while I can edit windows, I’m noticing that accuracy is not consistent - reports streaks that are actually far longer than posted … that I find particularly irritating! I have to go in and edit or just accept it believes that I broke I fasting streak when I didn’t. Guess I’m learning not to care … watch out as when I’m at the point I don’t more often than do care - I won’t pay for this app any more.

Probably the best IF app, however.... At its core, the app notifies you when it’s time to fast, and when it is time to eat. The calendar view shows all of the days that you supposedly did it - each day shows the same exact partial circle with the same number inside it. At no point am I asked if I actually successfully did it. Most of those circles would be some shade of red, or blanked out if it did, because I started ignoring the notifications which became meaningless some time ago. IF is a tough thing to do, but if you look at my calendar, I have fasted 383 days in a row now. Miraculously, I weigh about the same as a year ago. The notifications have gotten better and more useful in recent months, but it’s still not “helpful” for someone struggling to stay the path.

I Never Pay for Apps. I found this app by reading Delay, Don’t Deny written by Gin Stephens. Her son developed this app and she recommends it in the book. I never pay for apps but since I liked Gin’s philosophy for intermittent fasting best I decided to get it since I didn’t see very positive reviews of other apps. I’m SO GLAD I got this app! So user friendly and it keeps perfect records of your fasting / eating window times. I am really looking forward to seeing what my calendar looks like after I get a few months of data on it. According to Facebook the developer/designer of this app worked or interned for Apple. The minimalistic design reflects that in my opinion. Worth the money! If you are wanting to practice an intermittent fasting lifestyle you NEED this app!

Why I canceled. I canceled because the app consistently got the time of fast and eating wrong and it was very hard to figure out how to fix it This is all I needed form this app; Start fast Stop fast Stats Easy to correct to see valid history I needed to be able to easily change times. I gave up I am using paper and pen. I don’t want to be mean it’s a cute app. It insisted on trying to make and set my goal times and no matter how much I tried to change things when my day changed it reset back to something else.A Like I would try to change my eating window And it wouldn’t save my change It was so frustrating I wanted to Throw my phone. Do some user testing with real users. Give them real life scenarios I didn’t want complex. I am making a major change to my life. I wanted to track progress with time fasting and progres losing . This was so hard with this app. This is a timer. Why did you make it so hard? . I had no way to give you this feedback except canceling or this review. i can tell you tried to make it fun which is why I gave you 2 stars But this tool was not intuitive and I am a user interface designer some I am familiar with how apps work. Please do some Real user testing with real users and make it easy to do the easy stuff. Add a super mode for those who want more. And add some doc and a way to ask questions. Maybe it was easy to do what I wanted but you didn’t have usable help.

Windows - Fasting Tracker. I bought this last year but have only just started using it. I wish I had started sooner. It is easy to use, clear, well organized and has all the features I need to track fasting hours, weight and make personal notes. I particularly like the ‘moving average’ weight tracker on the graph which automatically works out the average weight loss over days or the week as opposed to the actual daily weight which fluctuates and can give a false idea of progress.

New changes are terrible. The whole app recently changed and I can’t understand why they have made these changes because everything is now harder to use and harder to read and track. I mainly use this to track my weight. I’m so annoyed at these changes because I used to be able to see a beautiful graph, very clear. Now it’s just a fat line with fat dogs on it. I wish we had a choice to revert to the old style so that I could see my weight history more clearly. So annoyed!

Fasting windows need to go longer. You can’t do fasting windows over 20 hours. That’s a pain. Why can’t it just be a warning if you don’t like people to go over 20 hours? You can safely fast for days. Expensive also for what it is ....

Can’t get the app on my phone and the support team won’t help. So I got the app on my iPad and wanted to get it on my phone. Despite already having and PAYING FOR IT I can’t log in on my phone. Mostly Great. App does exactly what it sets out to do and does it well. However with this new update it has wrecked the watch app. Now it won’t display any info and all it says now is “Launch the app on iPhone to set up your fasting plan”. Doesn’t fix it, apps now useless to me as I use the app mostly on the watch. Please fix.

Interface design is not reasonable. After reading the comments of others in the comments section, I was very confident about this app. The first day of use, because paid content is required, then I subscribed a one-year membership. It now shows that the app interface designed by the interface designer is not reasonable at all, and it is not easy to use the record. Also, I feel that the documentary advice it provides on app is very superficial. I don't think this app is able to help me much with what I want to achieve.

Such a help. I use it daily. It tracks my fasting hours. I use my own plan so I can alternate my days fasting longer or shorter according to what is going on in my life ! It is so useful to have.

Great App. The only thing that can be improved is, adding the hours of fasting as well as the eating windows hours.

Too expensive compared to other fasting apps. This app is too expensive whereas other apps, have a lot more info and coaching tools & are on average$30 annual subscription. Disappointed that trial period did NOT offer everything, ie limited access to info.

Expensive. This app is far too expensive considering what it actually includes. It only has a couple of features (history and schedule fasts). However, it does as it is intended and is very aesthetically pleasing and nice to use. Only buy it if you're looking for a very simple way to track your fasts. Otherwise, there are many other apps out there that have more features.

Amazing. I personally love this app. I do wish it had some other features - maybe a “what to eat while fasting” section for tips on what to eat and when the best time to fast is. I have noticed a significant difference in my weight over the course of 3 weeks doing a 14 hour fast every day. This app makes it so easy and I really love the notifications to keep you going, it’s made fasting hassle free. I would recommend this to everyone - especially people starting out - I have tried and failed fasting so many times over the course of a year and this is the first time I haven’t felt like I’m restricting myself to the point where I crack. I love this app!

Not Free. This app on a lot of websites states it’s free to use with a paid subscription if you choose. However the app offers a 7-day trail, and you must sign up for the subscription to use the free trial. After the 7-days then they start billing or you can select a yearly subscription on setup and pay upfront. There is nothing free about this app..

The fasting time is always mess up???. I have used this app for almost 100 days and it always flash back a few days data and today when I open, it flash back to 2 months again which means all my data in 2 months is gone and I am gonna fill it up again like before!!!! I use to fill up for 5 days when data disappear but this time I am not gonna do it. This is totally disappointed!!!!!

Not a happy tracker. I have been using the this app to track my IF progress for the last 6 months, loved the app. I am not happy with the recent upgrade, the flexible option has been removed and you have no choice but to select a plan. The one thing I love about fasting is the flexibility of when I eat and fast. I will no longer be using this app.

Unfair. Install the app and use 7 days for free. But be warned it automatically switches to a year plan and charges a crazy amount $79 a year. Just to keep track of a few numbers.

Great stuff. Love this app, it's streamlined and easy to use, also easy on the eye. My favourite bit is the statistics part where you can go back and review your windows from the past, e.g. last month. Very motivating!

Used to be great. Used this app for over a year then all of a sudden they decided to turn free options into a paid model. I already purchased the app originally so why do I need a subscription they should have a lifetime option for original purchasers. In response to the developer, my point is that I purchased the app initially it wasn’t free for all the features, however you changed features that were already purchased to a premium subscription which would mean you are double dipping by asking me to pay again for an app I have already paid for once.

Nice but Apple Watch issues. Nice app with lots of info. I think autophagy starts from 18hrs~ not 24hrs as it states in the app. I got it because you can start/stop/edit your fasts in the Apple Watch however the times in the Apple Watch and iPhone app are often different. If it can’t correctly sync then it becomes an issue.

New reboot is awful. I’ve used window since it was first developed and since being sold it is absolute trash. Data is frequently lost or counted incorrectly. I was grandfathered I’m so didn’t need to buy it, but I’m deleting it even though it’s free. Not worth the space in my phone, let alone a subscription.

Pointless. Absolutely pointless app... just use your watch or even set an alarm of your phone if you need a reminder when to feed yourself. I thought it was gonna have ideas for meals and stuff to make it worth it but was super disappointed.

Increase cost. Purchased original app that didn’t have the monthly subscription and now that they started a monthly subscription they took away features that originally came with app. Existing clients that paid for it should still have access to what they paid for.

Can’t keep the timer going.. In theory this app is a good idea, but I have constant issues with the timer. I set my fasting plan, with the hours, and when I go back into the app it doesn’t acknowledge my eating window or fasting window, reverting to some random time counter. For example: I set my eating window last night for 12pm to 8pm today. When I went to open the window today, the timer says I am already eating since 8:30am. It’s been doing this since I got the app. I paid for a year and now I feel like I paid for a dud. As well, when you sign up for a year subscription, be sure to check your subscription settings as you’ll likely see the year subscription at a lower price than what you signed up for through the in-app promo. When I signed up it said I’d be paying $26.99 per year. I was able to switch it to $15.99 a year in my settings. There are also one-year subscriptions at $38.99 and $52.99. What’s that about? Making people pay more for the same product depending on where and how they signed up? Shady.

Was great now just a money grab. This app used to be great and it initially helped me get into intermittent fasting. I just went to use it again and found that if I wanted to do anything I used to do would cost me as I had to subscribe to use the app at all. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone as it has become a money grab.

What happened?. About once a week I get a pop up that says I have just completed a very long (100+ hour) fast and how did it feel. I can’t close it without answering by clicking on an emoji type icon. My longest fast is 23 hours. I have never done one longer but it keeps congratulating me on doing so. Very frustrating.

Window. Why allowing to download the app for free then ask for paiement. Better put a price on the app on the first place. That’s ridiculous.

Wasted money. Unlike other intermittent fasting apps this one doesn't allow for multiple days fasting. Max to be set up is 47hrs with a start and finish in the middle of the night for both start and end. Also during the fast period adjusting the start date doesn't work. I get the payment is for visuals because UX and functionality is way below par.

Poor Subscription Management. I had chosen this app originally as I was hoping to find an app to help manage fasting windows and track my nutrition macros. The app does offer some recipes but the layout does not feel intuitive and does not support meal Planning whatsoever. It’s a fancy timer for when you should start and stop eating in a day that includes a bunch of articles. It also does not have a way to manage your subscription in app or through your Apple ID account. This made it very misleading to track the free period and no way to know if/when you were going to be charged. I woke up to a $40 charge on my credit card with no way to manage my subscription. I have reached out to the Help Centre and hope they will be able to help. Unless you really need an App to send you notifications on when to eat, I’d pass. **update. You have to login to the website to cancel, not the app or your subscription. Incredibly misleading app. Very disappointed.

Voted by me the most annoying fasting app 2020. The simple action of changing the time you started to fast (shift work so I change my hours a lot) it be nice to just change the date&time I started to fast without this much complication. When you ask why I canceled my subscription is for little things like that. The things that are still not fixed or not user friendly. It’s really frustrating. Now I’ll pay for another app and hopefully that one won’t be horrible

Not user friendly. The way it switches back and forth from window to fasting. A window pops up EVERY TIME to ask me if I want notifications and I select no every day. Also I am not able to edit a date for fasting and so I lost hours for tracking because it won’t let me back date to last night. The ZERO app is much more intuitive.

Useless not worth the money. Way too expensive for what it does, which is nothing special at all.

promotes eating disorder. focus on a healthy relationship with food instead of renaming starving, “internment fasting” this is so stupid.

It’s nothing special, typical for an app. You don’t get much without paying a subscription fee. And when paying... it doesn’t unlock much. You can set a timer in your phone’s dedicated timer app or reminder and it serves the same purpose. It’s not worse it, just delete it and work on fasting by making your own schedule.

No free trial. Charged $52 without giving free trial.

Not a fan. This used to be the best fasting app but now it has too many unnecessary bells and whistles. All I want is a record of my fasts and eating windows, which is what this was before the current developers started changing things. That part of the data still works but the subscription is too expensive for what I want to use it for, and the ‘advice’ goes against the experts. No you should NOT drink lemon water during your fast (unless you want to be ravenous and lose the health benefits). Very disappointing how they have ruined a good thing in pursuit of profits.

Love it!. I love this app! First app I can follow and love the daily challenges, monitor my water intake, daily journal +++. Not expensive and if I am going to pay for a app, this one has been worth it. Down 12lbs so far almost 1 month in.

Confusing app. Tried to set my eating windows and it keep showing as my fasting window. I reset to 14 hours fasting from 8:30am to 6:30 pm and it comes up as 1/2 of eating and 24.5 hours of fasting. Fix your app

Watch out— bad performance and money grab!!. First, I selected try for free and got charged for a one year subscription!! The functionality is poor. You can’t change your tracking time... I’m now fasting for an additional 20 hrs after my initial 26!!! Lol. Can’t fix it. This app delivers a very poor experience and I would not recommend to anyone.

Maybe I got a lemon?. I like the idea of the app and think it has some great features. Since I choose flexible timing on my window, I chose the manual plan. Even though I would open or close my window, it would show me fasting for many more hours than I had been. At first, I thought I made an error, but even after editing it and it correcting, the next day I had a similar problem. I’d rather just track it on my own.

Liked the app. I like the app, I’ve had it for 2.5 years. For the last year, it seems that it takes forever to record my data and there should t be a problem as I have a smartphone and tons of available GB space. I’m assuming that since I bought the app and now whoever owns the app wants me to buy a new version which I don’t need!!??

Stopped working!. This app was amazing and was clearly geared towards intermittent fasters. Now it is as if they are thinking we are dieting because you can’t customize the fast. Also, I have had more problems with the app working properly. Now in fasting I just have a blank screen in my dashboard and nothing is updated since October 21?!!

It’s okay. I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now. Although I have a fasting plan it does not always record it. Seems strange since it reminds me everyday when to eat and when to fast. I also can not track water on my watch. It doesn’t hold the values and even when it does, they don’t register on the phone. I would like to be able to track exercise in the app as well. And it would be good to be able to integrate sleep. It could even be part of the journal.

App constantly stops tracking eating window. I have had this app for many months now and for the past 3, my eating window has a glitch and will close and then reopen on me, making it almost impossible to track my window. The issue was fixed one time for me, but with this new update it’s right back to the glitch. Yesterday it told me I had an eating window of 96 hours!!! When I go into manually adjust days worth, it still glitches and adjusts to something entirely different. Very frustrated with app these past couple of months.

No longer supports Apple Watch features. Disappointing.. but since Daily Burn took over, it doesn’t sync with my Apple Watch. I use a flexible window that I control through my watch. In the last few weeks I’ve lost data and notice that the data changes out of the blue, like my 2 hour window will suddenly shift to a 44 hour fast?!?! My watch and phone app often report different windows- the watch will say I’m fasting and the phone will report that I opened my window when I did not. Today the watch is not syncing at all and will not launch. Please fix ASAP!

Wanted to love it but…. I wanted to love this app so much, but I could only give it two stars. The interface is beautiful, and it seems relatively straightforward. However, when I click on the plus sign for my water intake, the app doesn’t respond. When I try to click on one of the daily challenges, nothing happens. This seems like a probable bug issue, however, because I’m in my seven day free trial, I’m unable to use all of the features that I should be able to use. Decided to go with another app similar called Fastic.

No longer favorite app. This is the app that was originally created by the son of the author of Delay, Don’t Deny. It was recently purchased by Dailyburn. They have made changes to the app which makes it non-functional to me. You cannot select a flexible or manual fasting schedule. The app automatically opens and closes according to the plan that you have to choose that they offer. There are no fasts longer than 20 hours. Since the changes, I have to open the app to continually edit what the app is doing on its own. Frustrating. Also, the app I purchased was very inexpensive and I have heard that to use this app is now very costly. I do not recommend this app.

Unable to have the Water tracker reset with each day/fast.. How do I get the water intake tracker to reset daily? I’ve been using the app for a few months and never had a problem until lately. The water tracker has not reset in about 5 days.

Happy Window user for over a year now!!. Overall, I really like this app. The only thing I wish it had was a social aspect. I recently started using the LIFE app in conjunction with Window, only because I’m able to have a group of IF Friends on LIFE where I can follow their daily fasts and message with them. Otherwise I’m pretty content with Window...love how it has all of my fasting data since I started in August 2018, perfect way to looks at my stats!

Unacceptably slow. I have been using this fasting app for a few years now, and it has progressively gotten worse over time. At this point, whenever I press button, it takes 10 to 15 seconds before anything happens. This is incredibly frustrating and makes the app borderline useless. I am using an iPhone 11 Pro that is fully up-to-date on the latest iOS (15.3.1), and this issue has been happening for over a year now.

Great App / Edit doesn’t work/ No support :(. It’s a great app but there’s no support contact or knowledge base for support or problems. For example, the edit/add previous fast feature doesn’t work properly. The app doesn’t let you set the fasting start or stop time. As long as you enter all your fasts and never have to edit them, this is great. But to be honest I’m looking for a new app.

I want to love it. When this app works it’s great and it makes tracking your fasting hours and how long your window is open very easy. But….for some reason my tracking gets completely messed up. I’ll go in to close my window for they day and it will say I’ve been fasting for a crazy amount of time. I opened my window today but went in to close it and it said I was fasting for 85 hours. I have tried to go back and edit the times but once it’s longer than a day it’s just a mess. Please fix this!!!!

Disappointed and want money back. I downloaded this app to help make tracking my fasting easy, however it has not helped. I am using the Manual plan, where you open and close your eating and fasting windows. Almost every time I go into the app, it has opened or closed an eating window for me without me updating it. Then I have to go back in and edit based on when I remember eating or not. Very frustrating and takes away the whole purpose of the app! I do not recommend!

Please let us dismiss the Choose A Plan. I really appreciate that you have removed the “diet” language from the new “Choose A Plan” section. I also acknowledge that that section might be great for beginners, but for the many of us who have a plan that works and don’t want to choose a new plan it would be great to either add a customized option (I.e. just a flexible I’m fasting/I’m eating toggle) or allow us to dismiss or opt out of choosing a plan so we don’t have to see and ignore it every time we open the app. Thanks for considering and I hope to see this change in a future update.

Awesome!. Absolutely love this app and use it everyday since starting OMAD. It’s easy to use and so helpful. Gin Stephen’s book “Delay Don’t Deny” is a truly life-changing and life-saving WOE (way of eating). If you have health issues and don’t fast, you should! I’ve lowered my cholesterol, blood pressure, body fat% and raised my energy level to 20’s age levels. Could not be more happy, nor more healthy!

More intuitive than other fast trackers. I'm enjoying this app. It was the only one I could find where you mark the start and end of the eating window, which feels much more intuitive to me than marking the start and end of the fast. Would like to see a more condensed bar graph style option for viewing historical data. Overall nice app. Worth the money.

The worst fasting app that I have ever tried, and it is a pain subscription!. Not very well designed at all. It can’t sync the same account on different devices. Fasting plans are hard to work with (not the fast itself, but the program or app). Information is presented in a confusing way. I tried to unsubscribe immediately after I signed up by mistake, I was not able to. In other words, I can only cancel the subscription a year from now, but I cannot get my money back even though I canceled within the so-called 7-day trial period. The worst fasting app that I have ever tried.

Great app turned cash grab. I paid $4.99 for this app two weeks ago and fell in love with all of the features. I’ve been praising it in all of the groups I’m in. The most recent update is a disaster though. First, there are “diet” plans that you can choose from... fasting is NOT A DIET. It’s actually quite the opposite... Fasting is FREEDOM from dieting. Now today, a screen pops up telling me that I have to pay $50 a year to retain access to the features I love... writing notes about my day and tracking my weight. Shame to see such an awesome app bought by a big company just to turn around and gouge existing customers.

Nice little app and great support. This app is exactly what I needed to track my intermittent fasting / eating windows. You can easily adjust the times. If you record your weights in the app it will generate a neat graph that shows IF duration vs weight. I contacted the app developer for a problem (my fault); he responded within minutes and we fixed it quickly. Great support! Overall definitely worth purchasing if you're serious about your IF journey!

So disappointed. I thought I could use some features free. I read the book Delay don’t Deny and according to the app developers page you can use some of the features free. It shows that you can keep track of your weight, your eating window and have notifications for free. But when I choose the plan I want and set times immediately it requires subscription. Developer needs to update website. From what I can tell the only thing that you can do for free is actually record your water intake. SAD

Used to love it back in the beginning.. I bought the subscription of this to use between devices. It doesn’t sync at all. The prices between Apple and Google are very different. I bought it on Google which was much cheaper, thinking it would sync via the web account. Nope. It’s a joke. Loved it when it was entirely free. Now I’m stuck with it on my phone with no way to use it on my computer or ipad. Fortunately it was a $10 lesson learned and not a $40 one.

Good Tracking App. For the most part i like this app. Easy to use. However when I’m asked to rate how easy/difficult a particular fast was the only options that I am able to record is “easy” or better. Can’t rate as challenging or difficult. Personally I’d like to be able to see my history of easy days vs challenging because they aren’t all “a breeze”

I wish it would sync with other water intake apps. I have a smart water bottle that logs my water intake automatically, I wish that the window app would sync to apple health and log my water for me. I like this app better than other fasting apps I have tried but still choose others because I want that water tracking functionality. It’s my main complaint.

Great app!. I am loving this app! It works well with good instructions on how to use it, and best of all, it has a wonderful Facebook site to ask any questions you may have (with a very quick response time) and see how others are using the app. I wish other apps did that. I recommend the app to everyone doing IF!

Don’t waste your $$ on this app. Window used to be an amazing app. I have been using it since October 2018. Cal created it and he clearly knew and understood fasting. Recently, Cal sold the app and the new people have made changes that none of the former users like. It is terrible now. The new owners are just trying to make a buck on IF now that it has become so popular. I used to recommend this app but no longer. There are free fasting apps that are just as good as this new window app. Save your $$ and go with another app. This one used to be great but with the new ownership, it stinks.

Original was so much better. I really wish I could give this new version more then 2 stars. The original was so good: simple, easy to set up, reliable, intuitive. It would have been a better decision to make this update an additional charge for those who wanted it. This version cancelled out your set up daily window. There is no way to edit some of the set ups. Its disappointing esp since we paid for the app up front. The other thing is that this is the only app out there that tracks your window I stead of the fast. We are stuck.

Very buggy. App sounds like it will be great and exactly what I’ve been looking for. The only problem is that it keeps locking up so that touching the screen doesn’t do anything then the app just closes. I’m glad that I only got a one month subscription. If it continues to crash, I’ll just cancel the auto renew. I was planning on switching to the yearly subscription, but the crashes will drive me crazy. Normally I would have directed my issues to the developer directly, but I can’t find any way to do that.

So helpful!. Love this app! Makes my daily fasting so much easier. I have been doing intermittent fasting for over a year and this app has been with me for the whole journey. I have always loved it, but they just made some upgrades that make the app even better. It keeps me accountable. And now it lets me see all the important stats at once. Love, love, love.

Easily the best fasting app on the App Store. Very clean interface, tons of useful features. I love the badges that you can earn, and I love the timeline. I would love to see iCloud syncing between devices, and an option to disable the challenges feature. This app is definitely worth the subscription cost!

Love the window/fasting options. It does what I want it to do. I renewed after trying lots of other apps. I don’t think it should say”make it a cheat day” if you take advantage of this flexible lifestyle and make a change to your eating window. This is not about cheating. It is about adopting a lifestyle. That language should change to recognize that a fexible early open option is NOT cheating.

Price too high for what it is. The advantage to this app is that it tracks food windows which I find easier to track. That’s where the benefit ends. The other apps are better visually and have charts that are helpful to look at, hook up to Apple Watch, and just have way more info at this price point. Will use this until someone makes a better app that tracks the food windows instead of fasting hours. Honestly if you can easily track your fasting hours there are a lot of free apps that do a much better job or paid ones that give a lot more options and information.

Best “IF” Tracker. Congratulations! This is the best Fasting Tracker. It tracks your fasting time, then your eating window. Program allows you to easily adjust either your daily fasting Window or only adjust that day. You can add notes doe your eating Window and photos to track your success. Averages your IF hours and minutes to provide you with information to analyze. You add your current weight to the application and progress chart is displayed by weekly, monthly and etc. Another feature is import and export what you entered as your daily window, events or progress. How you felt that day. Great tool - Love it love. Don’t have to write stuff down daily to analyze.

So disappointed. I have used this app since October 2017. I always loved that it was easy to use and I could keep track of my eating windows. In the last couple of months, it has become useless. It randomly deletes eating windows, forcing me to go back and try to recreate them. I don’t have time for this. Additionally, you now have to pay for some of the features we used to get for free; specifically calculating average length of fast for a period of days or weeks. With over three years of data saved in this app, I’m reluctant to switch to another app, but this is just too frustrating.

All MyFasting Data Was Lost. I’ve been using this app since Dec 2018, tracking my fasts everyday. I would use this information often, going back to it to see what worked and what didn’t. I was able to compare it to my weight loss and enjoyed it until all of my fasting data was wiped out in the last update. I emailed them and was just told “we hope you understand,” without any explanation or assurance that it won’t happen again. So....in another 3, 5, 11 months is all my fasting data going to be lost again?! All that work to accurately track my fasts was for not. It’s very frustrating.

Frustrated!. So I don’t like that If I forgot to close my eating window I can close it and the then edit the date or time of when I started my fast, and it makes it look like I’ve been fasting less time than I am. I think it would be a great change to be able to update the date and time of start of the fast. As of right now I can only update the time it began on the day I’m currently on even if I started the night prior. Would really appreciate an update or response to the from the developers.

I have a couple gripes but. I would love if there was an option to differentiate between a fast, dry fast, and most importantly liquid fast. Also the app hardly ever goes on sale and it’s so expensive for what it does which I am aware is my opinion and can be seen differently by others, but I’d love to purchase the yearly subscription. Still a good app!

Great app for IF. Love being able to track my window everyday and then go back and look at my trends. You can put in notes of what you ate too. Can also track your weight. Just starting out with IF. I’m on week 12 now and can look back and see what eating/fasting schedule has worked best for weight loss so far. Definitely worth buying!

Good but…. This app is really good and I’ve tried many others and this one just does it so perfectly. The problem I’ve encountered is not being able to back up my data and I’ve lost so much just because I accidentally deleted the app while I was customizing my phone 😬😬. Please add a way to allow for data to be backed up.

Great app!. I like it very much and appreciate the customization features and averaging of weight. I’d give it 5 stars, rather than four, if it showed pounds lost in addition to pounds left to goal. I like seeing both for motivation! Only seeing pounds to go can be depressing some days- especially if you have a good bit to lose. The other thing I’d add would be a place to track measurements. Then I’d have everything in one place!

Trying to email u but no where found. This app could be so good!. It will not let me add in my prior fasts. Every time I put the start time and end time it keeps switching to 3:01 PM as my start time. I do not know how I have tried everything else. If it would just work it would be amazing. I do not want to count my fast I want to cut my eating window and this is one of the few apps that allows me to look at it the other way!!! I am so excited but frustrated at the same time. I was hoping there was an update to fix the error. If you just fix this error it will be the most amazing app ever in the world.

Perfect. Paid version allows me to keep track of everything that I want to keep track of. Update: Thank you so much for allowing more then one feeding window to be opened in one day! Occasionally it's necessary, and this allows me to keep an accurate log!

Edit doesn’t go far enough. Like the simplicity of the app, but really dislike not being able to take the time back, via edit, past midnight. Most days I don’t think to track my window until the next day, but always know what time I opened/closed the window the night before. Unfortunately, if I try to log it, the timer won’t go past midnight. Would be nice if scrolling back on 10 May would move to 9 May after clicking past midnight, etc.

Great app, one issue. This app is great to track the fast length and the eating window length. At the end of some fasts the app asks you how it went. You can only choose “just right”. Nothing else will clear the message window out. Should be allowed to give any answer, or not answer at all and close the message window. Currently have to hard close the app to get rid of the Message which is annoying.

Perfect Way to Keep Track. When I started doing Intermittent Fasting after reading Delay Don’t Deny, I was always futzing around trying to remember when I started my current fast or eating window because I’m always flexing to accommodate my life. With this app, I simply glance at my phone. Very easy to use, and I love that I can run an analysis, too ! Thinking of trading my FitBit for an Apple Watch to have the app on my wrist 😊

Fasting time change when I open my window. I have to keep track of my own window because when I hit the open window button, it automatically changes my fast time from the day before. I overall like the app but wish it wouldn’t adjust my time. Please fix this problem!

Bummed!!!. I do not like the new addition of choosing between set fasting plans, ie 16:8, 18:6, 20:4. I liked when I could start my fasting when I chose! It isn’t always the same each day depending on “life”. I now have to go and edit the set times it has me STRUCTURED to eat. Why? Addendum: Figured out the next day I could switch to Manual Plan. Back to tracking as I did before upgrade!

Peace of Mind while fasting!!. WINDOW allows PEACE OF MIND while I fast... I love how I don’t have to REMEMBER anything! Enter it once...and focus on my fast. All my info is at my fingertips! What time did my fast start? How long has my eating window been open? What was my starting weight? How many months have I been fasting? Reminders - celebrating milestones - EVERYTHING you need, built right in. LOVE it.

Perfect!. I’m new to IF and not quick with technology; but this is easy to use, and a perfect place to store extra details like photos and food choices and any other information that might affect weight loss/gain. It’s also easy to READ! Uncluttered, well organized and concise. Thank you so much for enhancing the IF experience with this valuable tool!
