Total time saver!!. Stop spending time writing up notes. This is an amazing time saving app for anyone that is wasting time and has to go home to type up all their notes and photos from site inspections.

The new old app. Same app that was previously called PunchLists which was discontinued and now rebranded so that one had to purchase it again. I haves lists on the prior app that are no longer accessible. Not a great way to keep your current customers.

Great app and excellent developers. Until May of 2018, I was using another similar punch list app that just wasn’t as thorough. I found this app and at first I was taken back by the fact that it did not save photos to my camera roll so that they could be uploaded to the website after creating punch list. I emailed the developers and they promptly got back to me that they were working on this feature and within one week they had added the feature. That is excellence! I operate a nationwide 3PL business that remodels stores for the largest Home Center company in the world. We along with all of their management now use this app solely. A couple of features that I hope to one day see is a cell for “start date” and “duration” since we also use this app for preconstruction notes along with a customizable drop down menu for “assign to” and location drop downs with the ability to customize. This is a lot to ask for but it would be great features to simplify things for a wider range of needs. Even if you were able to make this a purchasable upgrade, it would be well worth it and a phenomenal tool for the trades!! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT USER FRIENDLY APP!

Does not fully work. Tried this to share lists between two paid users and it does not work as advertised. Tried to work with support and got nowhere - they’re at a loss as to why it isn’t working and have very, very slow to respond (eg 5+ days is too long).

Owner/Operator. Great form of documentation and communication between client and contractor. As well as contractor and employees. Highly recommended app.

Nah. All is good but when a file is to big I cannot send through an email.

Loved it when it works. Love the app but so far it’s been glitchy and I pitched the premium version and did my whole division but now it doesn’t seem to recognize my purchase and now I am unable to send out my reports to the trades. Hope this can be resolved soon.

Can’t sync with other devices?. Paid for premium. I want all my devices to sync! This app would be 5 stars if I could see my lists on my iPhone and my iPad. Without sync, this app is basically useless to me.

Name of issues. Our company has used a previous version of this app but had to convert to this newer and updated version. After about a week of using this to send to my customers I’m getting complaints of the use of “issues” on the cover page. Is there any way to change “issues” to items? We spend a lot of money on this program and don’t want to have to find a different one since our team is used to using it.

Stolen money. This app is ridiculous! It doesn’t do one thing it says it does! It took my annual payment, then proceeded to take monthly fee of 5.99? All I want to do is upload a report that was emailed to me and it doesn’t have an option for it. Yet clearly it states it is so simple to upload a punchlist that is emailed to you? It is almost fraudulent!

How do I email. I love the app itself. I came across this punch list while trying to find another I had used in the past. Do you have to subscribe to be able to email the list to someone?

I need a developer to contact me!. I loved the app on my phone but now that I want to use the app on my IPad, it won’t let me log in. It treats it as a new account. If I try to up another license Apple tells me I have already purchased a subscription.

Works on paper. Maybe the full app does something more than this. Fairly useless as a basic app. Can take a picture and write some notes about it, but cannot do anything with it at that point. I am still making a list. Maybe print screen shots? I could just send a picture and call or better yet- just FaceTime

Works, but pricey. The app works well, and saves quite a bit of tine vs manually creating. I wish the photo quality in the app was better. I also wish it wasn’t so expensive. Feels like a $4.99 app, costs $190.

Account info. Got a new phone and can’t figure out how to change email the app is attached to. Making things difficult to get it lined back up for work

Can’t share the .pnch files. For some reason, when I click on the .pnch files, it doesn’t open

ONE THING LACKING. THATS IT. The only thing lacking is the option to name a PDF. When you can filter the list to make multiple PDFs and then they are all named the same in the PDFs tab it doesn’t make sense. Would love to have the option to name PDFs so you dont have to open them to see what they are.

Love It!. It’s the only PunchList app I’ve ever used so I can’t compare. But I have looked no further because this gives me all I need.

Office managers best friend. This app has made project coordination so much more manageable and efficient. PunchList is an instrumental tool in finishing our multi unit project. We are able to create professional reports that can be sent to subcontractors or clients. These reports have helped clearly communicate to subcontractors what’s left, no matter how small the task. They have also reassured our clients, since they can see the progression of work. As a new user I reached out to the team with some interface questions. Not only did the team help me learn the app and maximize its potential but the developers have been receptive to feature suggestions, some of which I’ve already seen implemented. I would highly recommend.

Good App. I like the app but there seems to be bugs in the export feature, it is not working

Support. Can’t get any response from support to see about syncing through the cloud

Decent App. Decent app. Would’ve liked to add more than 2 pictures. Characters are limited. I am done with it now, but can’t figure out how to unsubscribe.

Wow! So simple and powerful.. I was heading out on an electrical inspection kind of frustrated with how much work would be involved in making the report. Then I thought,”I bet there is an ap for that!” And there is. Downloaded the ap on the way to the job and used it with no issues, the client was supper happy and I lived the time saving.

It a pay before us app. The app seems great. Once you download it will give you 3 day free trail. But before you get those three days you will need to register and pay for the $35 a year membership.

Good but could be better. I love the ease of use and the way it streamlines my ability to document my site safety audits. Very intuitive, easy to use, no flash. Just a get-it-done work-horse. I wish there was less character limitations for the comments, and a way to save the info for my title pages for each client, so I didn’t have to remember how I filled it out on previous occasions. I like everything to be uniform. Other than that, for what I use it for (site safety audits) it’s exactly what I need.

Great in theory but waste of money. The app works within itself to organize a substantial completion inspection, but only send out a blank PDF, making it completely useless for real-world applications.

Home builder helper. Works great. I've used in several site inspections and has saved me time. Easy to consolidate issues into a PDF.

It’s aight. It’s OK, I wish it would allow you to take more pictures than just two per issue….Also, when you create a new issue, I think it should auto fill from the previous so you’re not retyping the same room, level, etc.

Works as Promised & Great Customer Service from Developer. I was unable to export the app’s file type in order for another user to download my lists within the app, but I reached out to support and they helped me to resolve the issue within 24 hrs.

Very helpful. The previous company I worked for had an app designed very similar to this one. I love the fact pictures can be taken. We all have heard the excuse from the foreigner doing the punch work that they didn’t understand. Well when you have words and a picture of the issue they have no excuse to not understand. The only things I would like to see improved on this app. Is he able to actually write basement, main level, second floor, and etc. rather then only numbers for the floors. It would also be nice for the rooms to be able to write kitchen, dining, back left bedroom, and etc. other than that I use this app constantly for my punch lists and so far it’s worked very well for me.

Great except Annnotation. I have an iPhone 13, and while I love many features of the Punch List App, I am unable to use the Annotation feature. I can see it, but it does not work. Can the Developer help me, please? Thank you.

No support. I have had this app for 3 years it makes tracking up issues easy. This past month my subscription renewed thru the apple App Store. Now I can’t access the report functions. It wants me to pay again. And I can not find any support for it. There is no contact available from the developer web site or the App Store. Very disappointed

Game Changer!. This app is phenomenal. I ran through a couple trial punch list apps before stumbling across this one. Do yourself a favor and stop wasting time with the others. The ability to create and customize reports is a big win. There are minor items that I wish I could change. I use this app in the hospitality business. Being able to punch critical items and provide to owners makes the entire process much more smooth. They appreciate it as well— A very clean and professional report goes a long way. The effort to the generate such a report is minimal.

Easy use in the field!. This is a simple to use app that is very effective. It is a very easy way to get the basics of identified issues captured! A few things that would improve it: 1. The email of large pdf reports gets bogged down when the email system won’t allow large files to be transmitted. Could use a feature to upload the pdf to a Dropbox folder. 2. Would be nice to allow more than 2 photos per issue 3. The global entry of location or even floor would be good so you don’t have to retype. Or a feature that remembers what you’ve previously typed and allow you to select for auto fill 4. Customized email template so you can add your contact info. 5. Ability to merge lists to a single list. It’s a long “nice to have” list but really like the app. A bit worried it hasn’t been update in a year? Will this continue to be supported?

Overall great app. I love the ease of use while walking a job site or simply walking buildings and finding items that are in need of attention. There is an issue with how large the pdf is when you email it. If there was an app available for all mobile devices this might help with that issue.

Best punch list app hands done. Awesome app has increased our feild productivity hands down. Suggestion. I print or email the list to guys. If they could mark completed and add issues/ comments via the app that syncs the lists to whole team. Would be awesome.

I like this app!. Easy to use, quick annotating. I down loaded the app and emailed my first report in a matter of 5 minutes. My only wish is the ability to take more than 2 pics per punch.

Basic Program. It’s a basic program but still very useful to track jobs as a handyman. I suppose the one feature I would like to see in the future is an open to schedule a start date and hide the task until tat date. I still have to use a spreadsheet for future jobs.

Online cloud files.. Could be interesting to work on the desktop computer and find the reports on the iPad. This can increase the productivity. I would like to grab information for the drawing at the desktop and continue on the iPad in the field.

Poor customer service- dont waste your money on them. When purchasing a lifetime subscription they billed me for an annual as well and customer service will not return my emails requesting refund. They have scammed me out of the $39 annual and refuse to give it back even though I bought the lifetime subscription. This is very poor business etiquette.

Finally a Solve. App is straightforward and easy to use, great to keep track of everything on a project and collaborate with others.

Free for three days. Need a subscription active to print your list.. After taking time to make a complete punch list with this app I learned that you can not print or send the list without paying for a subscription.

Amazing App!. I am on the design side of things and this app is great. I’ve been doing this for a couple decades and always wished there was an easier way to generate a quick punch list. This is that easier way!

Solid App. Only functionality that would be beneficial would be to share a punch list that can be edited by others.

Very helpful, needs 3 things to be perfect. Most important, have the ability to share a project so people can work collaboratively on the same list Second, we can write notes on an image. The ability to draw and circle items on the picture would be an easy add that’s super helpful Lastly , less important but since you give the ability to customize some fields on the issues , allow us to control the exact names of the fields and which ones we want on the page based on how we work

Not worth it. As a premium member, it’s annoying to use the app and be told to upgrade to premium, when I’ve been premium for YEARS. This app isn’t even worth $5 a month

Easy to use. Used many snagging apps, and by far this is the easiest and quickest to use… Also I had a small issue and the customer service are responsive

Not bad. The date on the generated pdf is always reading null- The customization should include adding or taking away cells to use. What you could input into the form is limited in space and I run out if room often.

Doesn't work well. While the idea is great, it needs fixing. When sending a couple of pages, it send a off report fine. Mine grew to 9 pages and it now cannot send the file by email. I suspect the file size is too big. Also can't save the report as a pdf into another app. Needs to optimize the PDFs so the file size is smaller and be able to save the report so it can be accessed by other apps, be able to move items to different lists (if the file is too big) and to be able to access or save the photos for use elsewhere.

Not well thought out. Items that I've deleted keeps popping back up into this app, and whole lists disappear. Also pictures don't always go with the correct punchlist item; they actually jump around to different items. It's a mess. When exporting the PDF files the app does not add .pdf to the name, so there's that to deal with also. When printing if you don't leave a comment it reads 'leave comment here'. I would not recommend it.

Don't waste your time. This app is horrible, the idea is good but it crashes and has a lot of bugs. Waste of time having to redo everything multiple times because everything you do erases when the app crashes! Do not buy.

Bought the Premium Version, can't even access it. Why did I bother purchasing a years worth when I should have bought by the month to evaluate the product. Now if I can only locate their customer service so that I can at least send myself some PDF files... Not the easiest app on the planet to negotiate

Senior Project Manager Pools. Program should advance reports to send out for all projects at the same time. Photo from albums should work better. Date identified and date complete needs to be added.

Bad Customer support. I have a problem while using the app if my phone rings or I get a text it requires me to type my password. I’ve tried to reach out numerous times to customer service and nothing. That’s after I paid the $35.99

Doesn’t tell you it is nearly $200 a year. Also would not send pdf file.. Not worth it

Restricts you. This app was great but now it restricts your amount of lists and it try’s to get me to upgrade to get unlimited lists but the purchase function doesn’t work. So now I’m stuck with a punch list I can create a pdf for and I can’t send it from my phone. I just wasted 2 hours creating this list. Now I have to go to my other app from another company and waste another 2 hours creating the same list.

Wow an update. How many updates have you had this year? Please consider adding the ability to have more than 2 photos per item. Why not use a little thought and come up with the answer to a punch list. Hurrah you made an app that is now old and your resting. If you give some thought into the person your mailing the PunchList to to remedy the punches and mailing back the answers to the PunchList showing the finished product once the punch is complete. That idea is worth a permanent license. Your welcome.

Want convert to PDF. This app is great but I have tried multiple times to create a list and it want convert to PDF waste of time and money

It’s not working. Did a company update. Now app isn’t working. It’s letting me know about renewal on some date.

Valuable app,but.... It is easy to learn how to handle it, but when more than 20 lists have been introduced, it falls very frequently. It's too bad it does not work better
