On-Street and Off-Street Parking:
• Enter the zone number on the posted signs around the meter
• Select the amount of time you want to park and confirm your information
• Touch the “Start Parking” button to begin your parking session

• Touch the “Stop” button to end your active parking session
Parking Reservations:
• Search for the area where you want to park and select the specific parking location

Horrendous App. We need a new app in Charlotte for parking.
Convenient and Sooooo Easy!!. I was able to set up my account while I was waiting for my food!! And the coolest thing... it recognizes my location and provisioned the parking spot # which I forgot in a matter of seconds bcz I was so hungry!!
Super annoying. Why do I hVe to enter so much information to pay $1.12 to park
Pretty bad. Requires sign-up and vehicle plate number (why?), UI is crowded and unnecessarily confusing, and the app sent me *seven* notification emails for a single parking session.

Terrible. The app would only give me a max of 30 minutes in a 2 hour parking zone, so I used change, it ate all my money and I got 2 $50 tickets. Thanks for nothing
misdirection. UPDATE: the main issue here is that YOU DO NOT NEED THIS APP. THIS APP WILL TELL YOU TO DOWNLOAD ANOTHER APP. THIS APP IS OBSOLETE. why are they still advertising this app? why is it still downloadable? after you download it, it says that this app is no longer in use and you must download ANOTHER app to purchase parking… waste of 10 valuable minutes bc that’s how long it takes to download the app, figure out if you have an account, then create an account or reset pw… JUST TO FIND OUT THIS APP IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE
Cumbersome app to use. Too many steps before you complete payment. Also should accept Amex
Terrible. This app is terrible. It always takes forever to use — even when I’m on WiFi — and it always tells me it doesn’t use the payment method I have entered ... until I enter the same payment method again. But I have to do that about five times because it never advances through the screens.
Terrible. Signing up and signing on is a forever process. Very poorly designed and developed.
Different pricing. The price on the app and at the kiosk are different. That would be understandable if it were because of convenience. However, the kiosk was not operating properly, thus forcing folks to use the app at a higher cost. As a heads up Charlotte @ college & 3rd (Lot 4556) is currently not accepting cards.
Get better. There’s got to be a better way to do this. Standing in the street for 5 min while you download an app and fill in all the details has got to get better.
Great app!. Super convenient, quick, and easy to navigate. I’ve had this app for a couple of years and I recommend it to everyone.
Unable to change the time on the app. I only wanted to park for 15 min and was unable to change the time. Also put 2 quarters in then meter stated only takes app! Called number and unable to speak with anyone! Very frustrating. Trying to get this to work for 1/2 hour now.

Horrible. App is extremely illogical. Why do you need a vehicle registered? If it’s paid for I should be able to park any car I want there. This is a total scam app.
