Live runner tracking incredible. We have been coming to this marathon for years and struggled with the runner tracking. This app made everything sooo easy!

Poor app. I had to request a new password They sent me one they. They also said I should change my password But I have not found a way to do it

Doesn't track. Unable to find runner either by typing in name or bib number in tracking search function. Therefore a worthless app. Very disappointed.

Runners on mile 3, app says waiting to start. What a p.o.s. Nuff said

Not working. I don't like that I can't list my runners. I enter their bib number and it says No participant.

Doesn't work. Was able to find runners on 1 of 5 devices that I tried. Terrible.

Not helpful on race day. Easy to navigate but actual tracking is significantly off. If you are using this to track your runner/find cheering location this is not great.

Jogger. Worked great!

Don't waste your time. Be glad the app is free because you can't track anything. Leaderboard works but nothing else. So much for live tracking.

Not a problem. Able to track our 2 runners seamlessly.

Not reliable live tracking at start of race. The live tracking was not reliable at the start of the race until we received the first official update at the 10k mark. We were very nervous that our daughter who had trained well and was her 4th marathon was injured because she was pacing 2 minutes slower than her actual pace. Having said that.... it was a great app for the updates and for being ready to cheer her on near the finish line! I would definitely recommend the app, just know initial live tracking may not be reliable.

Shoutout Video not working. Very disappointing - it’s not working on iPhone or iPad, and the race is only two days away.

Easy to navigate. We found everyone we were following, the navigation in the ap was simple, information was prompt. Couldn’t have asked for better!

Barely Functional. Most races will have a web site tracker. Grandma’s forces you to download the app. It’s barely one step above phoning people in Duluth asking if they’ve seen your runner pass by. The estimated progress is nowhere near accurate. Very few split stations. No leaderboard. Don’t remove rogue chips from results. Splits are late - not even sure how that’s possible in 2023. Trying to follow a potential qualifier and I’m guessing he calls me before his result pops up.

We found everyone we were looking for!. This app was awesome! I was expecting to see better reviews. I tracked more than 5 friends who were running and found them all!

smh. we were trying to find our friends and family who were running but it only allowed us to find 2 of them and we used multiple apps and still could only find the 2. So either our friends didn't check in or one of the biggest marathons in the country couldn't get it together
