Surprisingly Amazing Experience. I am hard to please and admit with shame I have spent over 1k on glasses of all types before. The Warby Parker commercials got to me. I started seeing floaters and for anyone that has them you know how annoying they are so I thought about getting sunglasses but ones that had more of a regular glass frame. I had never shopped online before so the only name I could think of was Warby Parker. I got on the app and then I realized that they have transition lenses which I never saw the purpose of but with my floaters that makes perfect sense. I got them and at first they did not work indoors as my house is very bright, I have huge windows everywhere but after a while for whatever reason the glasses started to work inside and now if I look out the window I can do it without pain or as bad of floaters and also in style. I also have a big round fat face and usually glasses that look big on other people don’t look big on meSo being able to try them on the app was nice and also them analyzing my face shape for the glasses was great! I can’t recommend them enough and the return policy is wonderful so you don’t have anything to lose.

Great customer service!. I love the idea of the home try-on, which led me to Warby Parker in the first place, because I find that most glasses I’ve had prior didn’t look that great on me and would get scratched easily. I chose a pair that I adored and ordered them a few weeks after. It was a pretty hefty price for me personally, especially with the special lenses I needed that were an extra $25, but worth every single penny. They came fairly quick and I adjusted to my prescription immediately. They send the glasses in a very nice and sturdy case packed in an equally nice box, and an effective cleansing cloth. My lenses became scratched about a month after having them (100% my fault btw!) and WP has a one year no scratch guarantee where they will replace your lenses for FREE. This saved me a ton of trouble (and $$$) and they were very polite in running me through the process. I sent them in, they took about 8 business days to replace the lenses, and shipping back to me took only 2 days! I can’t believe I haven’t heard of Warby Parker until just this year, I wish I would have known about them during my preteen/teenage years when I was super embarrassed about the fact that I needed glasses lol. I’ve gotten so many compliments on my frames and I’ve recommended them to multiple friends and family members. Would 100% buy from again!

Wonderful company. I started my Warby Parker journey going in to a location because a couple of family members had found they really liked the product. I am lucky enough to live in between two locations so I went in and got a new eye exam. I am a big baby when it comes to getting my eyes examined and the doctor was wonderful and it has been the best prescription I have actually gotten. I did need progressives and when I first put them on standing up I almost got sick, when I put them on sitting down it was better. The first day I wore them just a little bit when I was out and around but I found my eyes actually felt better wearing them. The customer service has been above board. I just ordered a pair of sunglasses because I don’t feel the transition lenses are dark enough for my eyes but I also live in a place where it’s extremely sunny. I’m sure the tiny is fine for many other people and I know my eyes are tender from migraines but having said that so far I haven’t had a migraine due to my glasses. I’m an extremely happy customer and definitely recommend them.

Excellent EVERYTHING. I have a high prescription and have struggled to find quality glasses. I am so so glad that I found Warby Parker!! The app is easy to use and I love that I can measure my PD and just immediately add it to my order. I used the “Try at home” feature and really appreciated the option to physically try 5 different pairs in the comfort of my home. Not only that, the return process was super simple! The virtual try-on option in the app is also excellent. Really made choosing frames easy and fun! There were some issues getting my prescription from the doctor, however the folks at WP were ON IT! They kept following up, kept me updated on the status, and even upgraded my shipping to priority due to the inconvenience. I wish I could remember the names of everyone I spoke to, but Adam, Chloe, Rebecca, and all the other individuals I interacted with were outstanding!!! To cap off this entire experience, I just received the BEST pair of glasses I’ve ever owned. They are cute, sturdy, fit perfectly, and the prescription is dead on. I could not be happier! I will ONLY buy glasses from Warby Parker in the future, as they are simply the best.

Awesome Experience- FAST Shipping. I don’t usually write reviews BUT Warby Parker is the exception. I’m really impressed with the service and quality of WP. This was my first time using them and first time ever buying eyeglasses with prescription, they made the whole process really easy and stress free. So, for starters you are able to choose your favorites to try at home, not all of them are available but I was able to find a lucky winner. The try at home kits always arrived on time, less than a week and had all the information you needed to know to return them as a label is provided to ship back after 5 days with you. So here is were I was EVEN more impressed. After choosing my lucky winner frame, it was time to order it with my prescription. I placed my order at 8:30PM on Thursday, and uploaded a picture of my prescription. After the order was placed within minutes the app digitally saved my prescription and remembered my next appointment for my check up, that’s awesome. NOW the thing is, I woke up next day with an email from WP telling me they already shipped my glasses and expected to be delivered today Monday. I received my order in less than 5 days and I can’t be happier with the results. Thank you WP.

Can’t believe my eyes. I was a skeptic. I’ve been wearing glasses for 35 years and have a relatively strong Rx. I use my glasses as back ups to contacts, and my Rx hadn’t changed too much, so it’s been years since I’ve bought new glasses. My last pair of glasses cost over $500, and I couldn’t justify that much money for back up glasses. It was time now, though, my Rx needed to be updated. When I found Warby Parker I thought, “how is it possible I can order frames I like, with high index lenses, so inexpensively?” I should note that my eye doctor wanted $160 for the exact same high index lenses as Warby Parker, and their most recent quote was well over $500...again. Anyway, I knew what I wanted and took a chance on Warby Parker. They arrived in about 3 business days. I was cautiously optimistic, like many of you, I’ve been let down before. When they arrived, I dove right in, mostly expecting something to be slightly amiss. Needless to say, I was equally shocked and thrilled! They look great and fit great - right out of the box! The high index lenses were perfect, they don’t stick out of the frame at all. Well done, Warby Parker. Well done.

Customer Service!!. I don’t often write reviews but I felt this was deserving. I’ve gotten glasses from Warby Parker since I was a junior in high school and I’m now a year away from being 30. I got my 1st pair before they had brick and mortar stores. I’ve always loved their unique frames and price point. I have also only upgraded my frames due to vanity and not because they broke. I wear glasses 80% of the year so my glasses get thoroughly beat up. I’ve never broken a pair. I had a seizure (while wearing my glasses) and cracked my head open but my glasses still held up! Ok so now the real review :) This is in regards to their customer service. I recently called to pay to upgrade shipping to expedited. None of my cards were going through and it was clear there was a problem on their end. Instead of the rep asking me to call another time/day, she did a courtesy upgrade so I didn’t even end up paying for it. I wish I remembered her name! She was awesome! I also love their new replacement policy. Formally, they’d replace the lenses for free but now they replace the entire frames once during a 2 year period. It might be a year, but regardless, this is an example of really treating customers properly. I’m a Warby Parker Stan for life. I always suggest them to anyone who asks me about glasses. And I always get compliments on my glasses!

Loved my first experience, onto round two!. I initially heard about Warby Parker through social media. I was interested, but I don’t like ordering clothing or accessories online especially at such a discounted rate. I had my yearly optometrist appointment at a local glasses store and was told that just to get my lenses replaced in my old glasses it would be $160 WHICH is not in my budget. I turned to Warby Parker and found out I could order a box of frames to try on for free, so I did! I received the package about a week and a half later which I don’t consider too bad; especially for an individually tailored box. I tried on all the frames and decided on a pair that I loved. If I had one complaint about anything it would be that the try on frames seemed cheaply made, but the glasses that I ended up purchasing seemed to be fairly high quality for the price. Shipping the box of try on frames took longer than I expected, but that probably has more to do with our postal service. I took a picture of my prescription and ordered my glasses very easily, they got to me in about a week and I was super happy with them! UNFORTUNATELY I being a young naive 21 year old lost them in a bar, never to be seen again.. I already ordered my second try on box and am excited to find a new pair I love!

Undecided on this whole experience. I was looking forward to WP, especially because I am an online fanatic with shopping...love the convenience of it. They have been around for awhile now, so I figured on their end, they would be pros with their delivery system, etc. First time I ordered the “5,” it got lost and after a week and a half, I arranged for another set. (The first set then showed up shortly after the second.) I was kind of shocked they weren’t doing overnight/2day shipping, because when people need their glasses, they need their glasses! I didn’t find my perfect match, so I followed the directions and sent them back. I continually got emails saying they were waiting for them to be shipped back. I finally called to verify everything had been returned. Against my better judgment, I did order another five. Once again, took almost two weeks to get them. Then, I received an email saying they had been delivered (they had not), and finally, after three-four days, they showed. I have now ordered them, so I will see if this is all worth it. I definitely wouldn’t say they are less expensive. And, not any faster, that’s for sure. I will give them a star for convenience and one for style. Fingers crossed the script is right when I get my completed glasses back!

App needs a lot of work... the virtual try on is nice. Ordering the glasses I wanted to try on was a breeze. And the glasses themselves are great I love their glasses/sunglasses. BUT app needs a lot of work. When you place an order you can track it under your “orders” and you can see it has been shipped. Once shipped you get 5 business days for trial. Why isn’t there any updates past “shipped” status or any countdown? “Congrats order is delivered! you have X amount of days before you need to return”.. “if you would like an extra day to decide, click here” Also, there should be a button in my order to officially buy a new pair from the package of my trial. But no, instead you have to go back and search all over again for the pair you like.. then add what size you like. Which in my opinion leaves room for error. There should be a button under each pair so you can add it right to your cart to buy. Maybe even an option to say no I don’t like this pair so that the app can help you find more pairs that go with your specific style. These are just my suggestions on how to improve the app and make it more user friendly. Honestly, shocked these ideas aren’t already implemented. Overall, app needs a lot of work to become more user friendly.

Amazing service. Good app. Accurate virtual try on.. I found Warby Parker through an youtuber being sponsored & they mentioned an at-home-try-on. I was interested! I took the quiz and ordered mine (since i didn't really like my current ones), the shipping was pretty fast, came when it said it was going to! I found a pair i really liked :). I will be ordering them soon, since a person I emailed has mentioned I can call my doctor and get my prescription emailed to me, or I can go into their office and ask for my prescription to be printed out so i can apply it to my Warby account, or I can email my prescription to Warby Parker so they can apply it to my account for me (their replies were pretty fast!) I downloaded this app yesterday to try the virtual-try-on glasses feature for the glasses that i liked in person. The virtual-try-on was really accurate actually! I will be recommending this to friends ^^ I'm glad something like this exists since eye doctor places, like mine, only allow you to choose your frames once, and most of the time they don't have ones you'll like!

I’ll never buy anything else (another brand) again!. I am not one to leave negative reviews but I am one to go out of my way to write a good one (spread the joy, pay it forward, you know?) Warby Parkers app virtual try on made is SUPER easy to pick a few frames to try. I selected 5 and took full advantage of the at home try on for 5 days... it took only one because my husband and office all chose one frame the following day! I sent them back with the provided label and poof! They were gone and with NO effort on my part. To be fair, mail picks up at my office so I simply took them to work with me. I logged back into the app and ordered my glasses!! I was also STOKED to see that they offer blue light protection. I stare at a computer screen all day and this will certainly come in handy! After I ordered I signed up for text updates and there goes Warby Parker again! Under promise and over deliver!!! It took a week to receive my order!!! 4 whole days ahead of schedule!!!! Yes!!!! With how slow the mail has been, this was certainly the icing on an absolutely delicious cake! Warby Parker, thank you!

Virtual Try On Not Actually Included & Home Try On Doesn’t Have All Styles. As someone whose supported Warby Parker for many years, I’m very disappointed that the app does Virtual Try On for people who have the more recent iPhones/phones, when it should be catering to people everyone, no matter how old your phone is. Ironically the Virtual Try On is supposed to help people who either don’t have a store nearby or cannot really afford to invest in the new styles every season, so trying on a couple of pairs to see what you can invest in for the long run is more practical. It still irks me that the Home Try On doesn’t include all the styles, since they exclude the newest collections from being tried on. How do you expect me or anyone to want to purchase the new collection when I can’t even try it? What about busy people who can make that investment in new styles every season who can’t make that time to get to a store every so often? The app isn’t as amazing as just using the site, since the only incentive is just the Virtual Try On, so if you have an older iPhone/phone, don’t download the app. Save your space for something actually worth the download. I used to refer Warby Parker to everyone because of the Virtual Try On, but this app, was not worth telling anyone about. Really disappointed.

Mix Up. This was my first experience with Warby Parker and I had heard about it through friends. I thought the process of completing the “test” and getting a variety of frames was great, as I am one who gets overwhelmed with too many choices. I selected 5 frames for my home try on, received them quickly, and selected a frame that I really liked. When I purchased my glasses and received them in the mail, I was disappointed to find that the pair I had received was not the pair I had tried on and loved, and it appeared that the bag my try on frames must have been mis-labeled. I went back to my profile to try to determine which lenses I had tried on and loved, and called to exchange my glasses for the correct pair. I was able to narrow down my frame from my 5 try-on pairs, and called customer service, who was very helpful in coordinating the exchange. My replacement frames arrived, and I was again disappointed to see that once again, these were not the original frames I had tried on and loved. I will keep the current pair I received because I am tired of the exchange process, and can only assume that the pair I loved was placed in my try-on box by mistake, mislabeled, and therefor not showing up on my profile. I am hesitant to try this process again because of this mix up.

Great Service, Great Product. My journey with WP started at my local eye doctor where I found a pair of designer frames that I desperately wanted. However, I was not willing to fork out the $500+ to purchase said frames. I recalled Warby Parker from tv commercials (I’m in marketing, so I take note of these things), and decided to check it out. Within a few minutes, I had found an almost identical pair of frames to the designer ones and decided to go for it. Customer service was top-notch and very responsive. I had an issue getting my eye doctor to send over my prescription (I’m sure they knew they were losing out on a $500 sale), but the WP team stayed on top of it and made it happen. Once WP had my prescription and PD, the glasses shipped within a few hours and I had them in just a couple of days. The frames (Finch) are perfect - exactly what I was looking for if not better. I’ll be stopping by my local store to get them adjusted a bit as they are slightly loose, but overall I couldn’t be happier with the experience or product. It’s great to have a place to go to find a variety of frames at reasonable prices. I used to buy my frames maybe once every 8-10 years due to price. I now plan to have an array of frames to change up my look throughout the year. Thanks, WP!

Holy Crap! Amazing!. I have been hearing about WP’s forever, especially from my pretend BFF Gayle King who I watch every morning on CBS This Morning. Actually, I had read about them and their philanthropic promise, just like Bombas socks, back when they started. Ok, now on to the Warby’s. I was extremely skeptical (like I am with everything) but decided to give them a shot after I had already used my insurance on an rx pair of spendy designer glasses that I ended up not liking. I had to pay out of pocket for a second pair but didn’t want to pay a ton. I decided to turn to WP. I was amazed at their home try on option. I picked out a pair from the 5 I had checked out and received them a bit later (it took longer due to an issue of my rx). I purchased the extra, foldable case, which I didn’t need but has come in handy for other things. I finally received my glasses. Not only did I love them, I’m trying to decide which pair I want next! For the first time I will have rx sunglasses for the same price as regular sunglasses! I just used their virtual try on option and have found three new pairs I MUST HAVE!!! I can’t recommend these enough! Oh, and the case your glasses come with is amazing! Very nice, solid and more than adequate! Thank you Warby Parker!

UX needs some help. Filling out shipping address during the checkout process got stuck. After I filled in my info I tapped continue. When nothing happened and no message appeared telling me something was incomplete I looked over my info and realized my phone number was incomplete. I fixed my phone number and tapped continue...still nothing happened and no error message. I tapped the back arrow and tried checking out again and none of my information was saved. This is frustrating. I made it through filling out address and payment, then got to the cart review screen. It appeared my cart had only on pair of glasses in it - it should have had five. There was a single pair of glasses pictured, and no list of items in my order. More frustration. I tapped the back arrows again to make sure I had 5 pairs of glasses selected. I did. I tried checking out again. And again, none of my info was saved. In frustration I entered my info again. I got back to the review order page and tried swiping the picture of the frames. This worked, I was able to see each frame after swiping several times. With an app experience like this I’m interested to see how the rest of my experience ordering my prescription goes with a company that is trying to make this process easy and convenient.

Amazing Service and Quality Glasses!. My experience with Warby Parker has been nothing short of amazing. I ordered the try at home lenses and found my perfect pair the first day I tried all 5 frames. I ordered a pair of glasses that day and sent back the try on lenses. I received an email, stating they were missing my PD results so I called customer service and the rep was absolutely amazing and so helpful. I had actually uploaded the PD results along with my prescription and she updated the system and had me off the phone in less than 10 minutes. My prescription pair shipped and delivered in less than a week, even with COVID shipping delays. When I received my glasses, I was blown away by the packaging and the quality of the frame and lenses. Warby Parker has a customer for life. I haven’t visited one of their retail stores, due to COVID 19, but I am excited to go in and order my next pair to get in person service. I’m sure it will be even better then ordering online! Side note, I had to order new glasses because I had ordered some glasses from a small brand on Instagram 2 months ago and they broke within a week. I have no doubt my Warby Parker glasses will last me a long time. This experience has been amazing from beginning to finish. Well done Warby Parker! Well done!

Exceptional service!. My glasses were about 7 years old (and 2 prescriptions out of date) when my toddler got ahold of them. Time for new ones! I used the Warby Parker app to virtually try on enough options to pair it down to 5 favorites to try out with the at home try on. They came quick and my wife and I were impressed with the quality for the price. We had a tough time just picking one pair because they all looked pretty darn good. But after a couple days there was a clear favorite and I order it on a Wednesday night. The next morning I had a message saying they needed one more measurement that wasn’t on my prescription but could be done with the app. I did the measurement twice just to confirm the results and when the numbers matches I get confident it would do. That was Thursday morning. Before lunch that very day I got another message saying that my new glasses had shipped. Are you kidding me?! That was insanely fast. Today is Saturday and they were in my mailbox, securely packaged and waiting. By my count that’s 2 1/2 days from placing the order to have them in my hand. With free shipping and not requesting and sort of rush or special treatment. That’s simply outstanding! And to top it off, they look awesome. Well done Warby Parker. Thank you so much!

Incredibly frustrating. The only easy part has been ordering the try at home glasses. Even delivery was wishy washy. I should have known better. I started the process of ordering prescription sunglasses, which, btw, are NOT $95. The commercial is misleading. It’s the next day and I still can’t get them the information they require. I ordered the sunglasses I chose and was never given the option to enter my prescription information. They said I could email it, so I did. Then they had me use the “PD Tool” to measure my pupillary distance. Well, the tool did not work, I tried at least three times and I kept receiving rejection emails. I’m on hold right, trying to talk to someone because now they PD Tool link isn’t active AND I can no longer get into the app. It says “Rate Limit Exceeded”. What does that mean?? Oh and the “chat” option is a joke. I sent a message yesterday afternoon while I was going through all of this and didn’t get a response (which was a scripted response) until this morning! I just sent another message a few minutes ago, and nothing yet. So much for “chatting”. Anyway, I finally get someone on the phone just now and the young lady was very helpful and nice and oh, guess what, she was able to magically read my PD! We are good to go. We’ll see how the rest of the process goes. This is why I I purchase my glasses with my eye doctor. Peace of mind.

3 weeks no order received. I placed an order through Warby Parker close to 3 weeks ago. After my first order I received a notification about 5 days later that my order was shipped along with tracking information. After paying for expedited shipping I realized the shipment wasn’t on its way. Concurrently, Warby Parker sent me an email indicating they don’t see the package information and it may be “lost” they immediately placed a new order anticipating the package may never get to me. I contacted UPS they said the company simply printed a shipping label and no package was actually dropped at UPS which is extremely deceptive on Warby Parker’s end. I then contacted them because my order was to arrive tomorrow and I didn’t see tracking info and explained I needed my glasses ASAP and 3 weeks is absurd they went ahead and started a refund but that doesn’t exactly resolve my issue I have no glasses and they apparently made them twice! So why not just send them it’s all because they were dishonest since my first order they didn’t get it right or on time and it’s all been at the expense of my time. Customers beware! Track your shipments and check with UPS their lack of accountability for failing to get my glasses completed in a timely fashion is outrageous to add insult to injury they tried blaming UPS but they couldn’t the second time and resorted to issuing a refund and again I have nothing 3 weeks later but some interest charges on my credit card!

Wow!. I am wildly impressed with my Warby Parker experience! It was the simplest and fastest process I’ve ever completed. I’m seriously blown away. First, I love the virtual try on. You don’t have to give the app access to your camera or upload a picture, just look at your camera and try on unlimited pairs of glasses virtually! Once I had a better sense of what styles I liked, I ordered 5 pairs to try on at home. They took a week to arrive. I immediately tried them on, found a pair I loved, resealed the box for send back and ordered my glasses. This whole process took about 15 minutes. I ordered my glasses on Monday and on Wednesday I was asked to take a photo of myself to measure my pupillary distance which I completed right way. Super easy. My glasses were shipped on Thursday and were expected to be delivered on Monday. They were in my mailbox on Saturday morning! My expectations have been far exceeded and I saved over $200 on what my eye doctor quoted to put lenses in frames I already owned. For $95 I got everything. Wow! A truly impressive business model that others should take note of. Seamless process from start to end! Thank you!

WP’s biggest fan. Warby has done so much for me. The try-on 5 for free has been a LIFE SAVER. I have literally ordered the try-on’s of 5 frames, FIVE times! It’s helped me discover what frames look absolutely terrible for my face shape and what is super cute! WP offers such a variety of spunky or classy glasses! Both being totally versatile with every outfit in your closet! I have ordered two pairs of prescription glasses from WP and I LOVE both! The best part is, if you need to update your prescription, (but don’t want to purchase new frames) they will put in new lenses for only $50!! What a steal! Not only do you get prescription lenses and a quality frame, they include all the extras too! For example, scratch and glare resistant coating for FREE. I have purchase glasses similar to WP before from a different vendor before I discovered WP on Pinterest, and I ended up spending over $400 just to get what WP adds to your glasses FOR FREE. Bottom line, I have never encountered a more accommodating company and I HIGHLY suggest you at least try them out! I mean, what’s the pain of ordering 5 pairs of try-on frames, for free, with no shipping cost either way? Hope you get an easy and efficient experience that I have (and will continue to have)!

I had high hopes.... This transaction was doomed from the beginning. I got a new progressive prescription because I hate putting on and taking off my glasses all day long. I selected a beautiful pair of glasses and they arrived just as the pandemic hit. They were painful and gave me a horrible headache. I called customer service and they said I would need an in-store adjustment. No stores would be open for quite a while. No problem, they said. After storing them for nearly two months, I called customer service to ask which location would be available for the adjustment. Tampa. A 45 minute drive in the pouring rain. I had asked if I needed an appointment. Not a problem! Walk right in, they said. We get there within 10 minutes of opening and we were told it was a 40 minute wait. I was told that I could exchange my glasses for another pair if I wanted. No, ma’am. We aren’t accepting exchanges, they said. I paid $345 for these glasses and I just wanted to be done with them. The associates were all kind but woefully out of sync with one another. Finally, the senior of the staff at the Tampa location took the glasses and issued a credit back to my card. I wanted to love Warby Parker. Really, I did. I tried on about 30 pairs virtually during quarantine so I would be prepared for the day I could get glasses that both fit and worked. This experience left a terrible taste in my mouth. We will be going back to my optometrist’s office for my progressives.

I Love Warby Parker!!!. I was so upset bc I went to my eye doctor as it was time for new glasses.. I got my eye exam and when it came time to pick out my frames, not only were the frames way over priced the associate followed me around making me feel very rushed, I hurried and picked out some glasses I was not 100% happy with (which was my fault for saying yes) but my anxiety was kicking in and I just wanted to get out of there, so I picked up my glasses and felt so ugly in them.I am so use to only wearing contacts but since I’ve moved to TN I am unable to wear them bc my allergies are just to bad.. I searched and searched online researching each site and remembered seeing a tv commercial for Warby Parker, so I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did, the 5 pair free home try on, was so easy and was at my house within a week at the most, I was super excited when I found a pair that I fell in love with, the next day I was back on the site ordering the pair I liked and within days DAYS!! I had my glasses at HALF the cost of the pair I got from my eye doctors office that I used my insurance on.. they are very comfortable and I will definitely be ordering more as I liked almost every pair in my free home try on box.. Thank You so much Warby Parker u really made a horrible situation a lot easier!!

Daniel. I absolutely adore Warby Parker! Since joining the spectacle gang recently you guys have made the process so easy and enjoyable. I love the style options, the at home try on and everything you guys do to cater to your customers. I dreaded the thought of needing to wear glasses! I have a slender face and prior to finding WP I was limited to child’s frames for the best fit. Thank you for changing that! Narrow and Extra Narrow —insert chefs kiss—I felt the need to visit my local store to see if there were additional options for the frame I liked in my try on kit. Lucky for me Daniel was working -not only did he help me explore those frames but also went the extra mile to show me other options. What I liked most about that process was Daniels honesty in what did and don’t work for me. Taking the time to listen to my goals for my new “look” and eloquently leading me to making confident decisions about this new extension of my personality and look. Poor quality and customer service. I’ve purchased a pair of glasses and sunglasses from this company in hopes I found an alternative to the other companies. The coating on my glasses lenses are wearing off and it happened a little after the one year cutoff so now I’m stuck with glasses that are hard to see out of. Went to a store to ask about getting them fixed or replaced and they said I could pay to get them fixed but I would have to send them in and be without them for 2 weeks. Can’t really go without them. Bought a pair of sunglasses as well and I had to take them back in every week or so to get reshaped because they would never hold shape and didn’t fit my head because of it. I tried to fix them once myself because I was tired of going in and they broke. I probably got to wear them a handful of times because they never kept the shape. Contacted the company and they said I was out of warranty and next time bring them in to get shaped. But at least they gave me a $10 credit towards my next order. Really let down by this company. It’s unfortunate. *Update to previous review left... Customer service got in touch with me and helped me solve all my issues. Top notch customer says a lot about a company.

Amazing app!. This app is incredible. Warby Parker as a website is already very convenient and well-organized, offering a wide range of affordable frames with lots of tips and helpful advice scattered throughout the site, and this app lets you access is all very intuitively. Ok that sounded like I’m some PR guy for the company but no honestly I just love them haha. One of my favorite things about this app is the camera try-on feature. It uses your iPhone’s facial scanning cameras or whatever to let you try the frames in real time. And this is by far the best implementation of this feature I have ever seen. The glasses load quickly and follow your face with almost no lag. Comparing different glasses on your face is as easy as swiping left or right on the main catalog or through your favorites and you can get a great idea of how they will look like in real life from all angles. Absolutely amazing and also just kinda fun if I’m being honest. I would 100% recommend this app. Even if you don’t end up buying from here, the camera try-on feature as well as Warby Parker’s free 5-pair 5-day home try-on service are hands the most convenient way to get a good idea of what glasses will look good on you and will fit you.

Never going back!!. This company is by far, hands down the best option for getting glasses. Whether they are prescription or non prescription! I have a really strong prescription for near-sightedness and I’m very picky about the styles I wear also. I ordered the 5-pair try on at home kit from Warby Parker. I found the pair of glasses I liked and a pair of prescription sunglasses I liked also. I went to my primary eye doctor, which I obtained my updated prescription from, went onto the Warby Parker website after my appointment and ordered the 2 pairs I originally fell weak for. Within a week and a half I had ordered the pairs of glasses AND received them in the mail!!!! It was so quick! Not like waiting 2 weeks for my previous orders over the last 10 years from my eye doctors office. I tried both pairs on when receiving them and I am IN LOVE. I am in utter disbelief that I haven’t came across this company sooner! You can’t go wrong with Warby Parker glasses and I would 100% recommend to everyone who wears glasses, whether they are prescription or not! It was easy, quick, and the glasses they provide are unique, cute, and there’s a pair for any kind of style you prefer. Very impressed to say the least! Thank you WP!!!

Honest review. My family have been a customer of Warby Parker Westfield branch for years. I always feel Westfield employees are welcoming, helpful and you never feels rushed . When a new branch opened up at Menlo Mall i was happy because its only 15 minutes away from me instead of Westfield which takes me almost 30 minutes. When i entered the place i wax greeted and assisted very well. I was in and out 30 minutes. When i got my eyeglasses i went back to have it fitted because it was too loose. The lady i guess who is in charge of adjustments was just so much in a rush that i told her what i wanted for the fit and she has to tell me next time to get another kind of glasses so I don’t have a problem on the nose area. Mind you she was there when i went first day to choose my eyeglasses. I told her it was too tight gave it back to her and came back too loose. Gave it back to her and came back and i said perfect and then she just turned away. She didn’t even wipe my glasses with all her fingerprints on it. Mind you in Westfield they even spray and clean before trying them on again and again. I didn’t feel the kind of customer service they give in Westfield branch. Such a shame that a mall branch is like that. And she is the most important person because the fitting of glasses is very important.

Disappointed and dissatisfied. The product has been fine and I’ve ordered glasses from them before. My review is based on my experience with their customer service. I ordered two pairs of glasses and was supposed to get the multiple pair discount. Someone canceled my original order when I agreed to updated to the higher index lenses. I emailed them in regards to the discount and I was told I cancelled the order and they were re-done separately. However, I could still get the discount. I re- priced the two on the app and sent the screen shot of what it comes out to on the app for both pairs with the updated lenses. I have gone back and forth with them multiple times both on text and email because they kept refunding me random amounts that were not the correct amount of the discount. Multiple emails regarding the correct amount and each time they gave me a little bit more but not the correct amount. I was then told that the amount reflected on the website was incorrect and they would not honor it and they were sorry for the multiple mistakes on their end. I checked today and the second pair I ordered was completely cancelled and nowhere to be found in my history. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied as this was a simple mistake that could’ve been handled right from the start and not have to escalate. The glasses themselves have always been fine and I’ve never had an issue with them before.

Amazing service and product. I started my experience with Warby Parker through the at home try on since we don’t have a store close to us. I didn’t fall in love with any of the frames the first two at home try ons so I decided to do the quiz to find my style. The quiz was a huge help!!! I had five new styles coming to me and they shipped so fast!!! I fell in love with 4 of the styles!!! I had finally found styles I loved and that looked great on me but now had to narrow down my choice to just one... I found the one I loved the most and proceeded with the ordering process. Ordering was so easy! I had done some of the stuff beforehand such as getting my prescription added to my account and getting my pd measured. The communication with Warby Parker far exceeded my expectations- they were extremely fast in responding to emails and questions. They truly helped me get what I needed. After receiving my order, they immediately emailed suggesting the higher index lenses and quickly updated my order to match what I agreed to for the order. My order shipped within a few days and I received my glasses about a week later!!! Extremely fast service, amazing customer service (that is truly hard to find now a days) and super cute options!!! I will definitely be recommending Warby Parker to everyone and using them again for my next pair of glasses!!! Thank you Warby Parker- you guys are amazing and have a new customer for life now!!!!

Super happy with these glasses!. I’ve known about Warby Parker for years from my friends ordering home tryons and frames. When I came time for me to get computer glasses, I looked in a couple of places online but none of the frames made me feel as good or as interesting as WPs. My home try on was timely, but I ended up going to the store because I’m indecisive and couldn’t try on all the frames I wanted to see at home. (I ended up getting frames from my home tryon anyway - go figure). The PD measurement tool is amazing, the submission of prescription info was easy, all around a really good process. Only pain points: not all frames available for home tryon and that’s a bummer. I had frames in my cart that were unavailable minutes later, presumably because they ran out of display frames to send out. When I went to order, I wasn’t able to add some special lens options (blue light filtering) and had to contact customer support to add it once I had ordered. Also, I inexplicably did not received any email updates about my order after contacting support - I had to track it via the app. So that could be improved. Great job, Warby Parker! Thanks for working hard to provide fashionable frames for pretty much anyone, with a reasonable price!

New forever customer. Well, Warby Parker, you’ve really done it. I’m 50 years old and have worn glasses since I was 4. After numerous eye surgeries, my lens prescription is strong, and my whole life I’ve struggled to find glasses, always paying no less than $500 a pair. After all these years I found my way to Warby Parker and I’m wondering where you’ve been all my life. As a working sole parent of two, I struggle to find time to take care of chores for myself, like buying new glasses. One download of the WP app, I set a filter and a few virtual try ons, I found a frame that makes me feel as if I look the way that I feel on the inside….a still-fabulous fashion forward artist hippy who loves a fresh new idea like WP that’s well-executed and no nonsense. The process was absolutely seamless; I even tried a box of 5 runners up at home so I can pick my second pair since the price point makes multiple pairs an option…how fun! The fact that WP gives a pair to someone in need for every pair I buy will surely keep me coming back for more. You found the perfect formula to disrupt and reinvent a broken system, and you are breathing life into all of us who have ever wished that getting new glasses was fun, easy and affordable. Great service!. My husband and I had a great experience in Warby Parker in Over the Rhine. We went in to look for single vision prescription glasses to add to my recently bought progressive lenses from another vendor. I had looked at frames online, but I decided to try them on in person. The clerk was very informative and not pushy. She let me look on my own but offered suggestions as needed. She was honest about the cost of adding extra features to the lenses. She reminded us of the current sale, and I ended up getting prescription sunglasses too! The checkout process was smooth. The only strange thing was that I didn’t have my prescription with me because I hadn’t planned to go to the store when I left home for another reason. I thought that I would receive an email that told me how to send my prescription, and I did get an email, but it was basically a review of my order. I also got one welcoming me to Warby Parker and telling me about the app. I downloaded the app, and then I found a place to send my prescription. If I hadn’t done that, I guess I would have had to call the company. Once I found the place for my prescription, the process was easy and went smoothly. I’d definitely recommend Warby Parker!

Excellent idea and executed well. I have always purchased my glasses in store or at my eye Dr.,but a coworker recently told me about ordering glasses online. With a quick Google search of “try on glasses at home”, Warby Parker came up as the first result. I was immediately prompted on the page to put together my home try on kit of 5 pairs of glasses. There are filters in which you can narrow your search by shape, color, fit, material, etc. I chose my 5 pairs and they were delivered to my house in less than a week. I liked a few of the pairs and colors, but wanted to change some sizes and colors. I returned the box, free shipping included, and put together another try on box for free. Again at my house in less than a week and I found the pair I liked in this box. I ordered the glasses and sent in my prescription. $95 total. For frames, lenses, glasses case, and shipping. An incredibly good deal. The glasses arrived today and they fit well, look nice, and came in a high quality, hard, magnetic case. I will probably order another pair for back up as the process is so easy, user friendly, and affordable.

Confidence= Through the roof!. After being an avid contact wearer for almost 10 years, I was diagnosed with chronic dry eye and my eyes were no longer able to handle wearing contacts. Transitioning to wearing glasses full time was very difficult for me to do, as I didn’t feel like “myself” with this new look. I tried 2 different pairs of frames that I received through my office, however, both pairs gave me difficulties. One pair was way too tight, causing me to have migraines within an hour of use, while the other pair was so loose (even after being tightened about 8 different times) to the point of slipping completely off my face from simply bending down. I decided to give Warby Parker a try after seeing many ads about it. I was hesitant to order a pair without trying them on and seeing how they feel and look first, so I utilized the 5 free try on trial prior to ordering. I fell in love with the narrow Percy pair, and ordered a prescription blue light pair within a week of returning the free trial. I have not had a single headache, for they fit me like they were made for me. I plan to order another pair in a different color very soon! Thank you so much Warby Parker, for not only the confidence, but the comfort as well!

Warby Fan for Life!. I fell in love with Warby Parker from the first moment I set foot in a showroom. When I first found out I would need glasses, I went into a Warby Parker to scope out options. I was helped by an associate who was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and who made my shopping experience feel effortless. From then on, I recommended Warby Parker (citing the team’s confidence and knowledge in their product) to everyone I knew! Now, many years and many frames later, I am still thrilled with the customer service and product I receive from Warby Parker. I recently moved across states and was ecstatic to find that the associates here are just as helpful, thoughtful, and enjoyable to work with as they have been in other locations. Today I spoke with a customer service associate over the phone to handle an insurance adjustment and found it to be one of the best experiences I’ve had in this type of situation. She was expedient, handled my issue without a hitch, and provided lovely conversation while she worked. It’s so rare to find a company where the team all seem to love their work, everyone provides stellar customer service, and the product is reliably fantastic! Well done Warby!

A pleasure.. They not only do what they say, they follow up by doing what you would hope! I purchased a pair of prescription trifocal sunglasses with their app. I paid for expedited shipping. I wanted them for a trip and didn’t take the time to try them on at home first. When they came I regretted not choosing the he wider frame. I called and immediately spoke to a very pleasant and helpful rep. She had the replacement set sent priority at no additional charge and they made it in time for the trip! I was told to try out both pair then simply place a provided return label on the box with the pair I did not choose then drop it off in the mailbox. I waited till I came back from my trip to be sure and sent back the smaller set. It’s great to be able to look at styles by width. It’s been about two months and i’m very happy with the sunglasses but more so with the experience. I’m going to update my daily glasses now and just picked 5 pair to be sent to try on at home for free. Unfortunately they do not take my vision insurance but they are very efficient at providing the info needed to be reimbursed quickly.

Corte Madera store Manager not interested in customer experience. I took my glasses by the Corte Madera store for adjustment. My experience in that store was so different from my experience in your other stores. I was greeted by a nice enough young man who appeared to be a newbie. I told him what I needed and he said that he would get someone to help. All the while the store manager was on a conference call behind the counter. After 10 minutes and no help, the same young man came up to me and asked if there was something else that I needed. I told him that I had never received help. He apologized and said they were short staffed, then went to check with the store manager. He was still on the call, listening to what the young man said and then acting not only disgusted, but dismissive said to me (as I stood watching him), you can come back here, but I am on a very important conference call. I was definitely not happy and I am sure that my tone conveyed that as a I said that I had purchased my glasses from WP and just needed an adjustment. He said he knew they were from WP and that I didn’t need to be rude. While he did a fine job with the adjustment, his customer service skills were not stellar. That experience definitely steers me away from that store, and it is such a convenient location.

Best progressive glasses EVER!. I'm 58 years old...I've had prescription glasses ever since I was 18 years old. I have to say every couple years when I had my new glasses I always had to go back to the offices that I got the glasses from to have them fixed or sent back to the lab. Everything that could possibly go wrong always went wrong. 🥺 July 2021...I just went to a new Doctor and got my glasses and my sunglasses from that doctor's office...Yet again the glasses did not fit right and the prescription wasn't lined up correctly. Everything that could go wrong went wrong again. I kept seeing advertisements about Warby Parker so I decided to put in an order for glasses to see if this was just the wrong situation yet again . I ordered five pairs of frames just to see which frame I liked the best. I sent in my order in 10 days later I got my glasses. Woo Hoo!!!!! 👓 I honestly believe throughout my entire life, this was the best pair of glasses I have ever received. Folks, if you've had situations like I have where nothing seems to work out regarding new glasses PLEASE take some time and try out Warby Parker. These folks are awesome and they do the best job I have ever seen. 😃😁👍🏼

Mis-fit. I love the frames that I purchased from Warby Parker. The ability to try them on prior to purchasing them was extremely important! I have had many disappointing experiences ordering stuff online when there was no way to try on items before purchase. I did experience a couple of issues with Warby Parker, however. First, I had an extremely difficult time trying to get the pupillary distance measured using my phone’s camera. This issue delayed finalizing my order. Even though I had to retake the photo more time than I could count, there was an agent readily available via text to assist me so that certainly helped my frustration, and kept me as a customer. Secondly, my glasses seemed to fit perfectly for the first few days. Shortly after, I realized that the arms of my frames are too long! This has caused them to be quite loose, and they constantly slide down my nose. It might be worthwhile for them to add a way to measure the distance between one’s nose bridge to the back of one’s ears. I certainly have no suggestions as to how this would work, but when it comes to glasses, one size does not fit all. I was very pleased with all of the other aspects of the product and service. I just need to see if I can get my frames re-sized or something.

Favorite Glasses of All Time. Hi. I’ve worn glasses/contacts all of my life so I’ve owned dozens and dozens of pairs of glasses in my 62 years of being a visually challenged human. The old routine of finding a pair of glasses after an eye exam at ones doctor’s office in a short period of time with a staff member hovering and helping you try different frames has always yielded so-so results. They were functional. Maybe a little cute. But still just another a pair of glasses I didn’t like wearing. With Warby Parker, I scoured the site with all the frames and shapes and colors and went through 2 boxes of try-ons. I favorited a few but then when I found the Percey frame in the ice blue color, I had found a pair that I loved. The process was easy. The online staff were helpful. The prescription with the progressives were perfect. I also got the lenses that darken so I could use them as sunglasses too. I normally don’t wear my glasses except for when I take my contacts out. Since I love these glasses so much, I haven’t worn my contacts for several days now. With the pandemic happening this made getting new glasses so safe and easy. I highly recommend Warby Parker and also love that they help people by giving a pair of glasses for each pair sold. Great company. Happy customer.

Love it! 🥸. I heard about Warby Parker when my mom and I saw a commercial about them on TV. I was curious about it, and was also conveniently looking for new frames, so I downloaded the app. I thought it was pretty cool that you could virtually try on their glasses (which are tailored to your face), have your face measured for glasses, and have 5 frames shipped to you (all for free) to pick out frames you like! I did the home-try on, and loved everything about it. My frames came in early, the packaging was beautiful, and I was overall very excited. I found the frames that I liked and bought them yesterday. They will be shipping soon! I am surprised myself, because I am usually very picky when it comes to frames and can NEVER find something I like, but with WP, all of the frames were so gorgeous that I could not decide which of the 5 frames I liked most! I could go on and on about other features of the app that are really cool, but I’d be here all day. I would just say to get the app to see for yourself! Overall I am very happy with my discovery, and recommended WP to all my friends and family. Go on and download it! 😁

Didn’t Work Out For Me. Sadly, I can’t give a good review. First, Warby Parker couldn’t get ahold of my prescription from my doctor for some reason and weeks passed until they emailed to tell me that. I emailed my doctor and received my prescription the same day. Forwarded that to Warby Parker...more weeks passed and did not hear from them. I emailed them only to be told they never received the prescription from me due to “changing systems.” I emailed it again, then received my glasses shortly after (months after starting the process). Excited after waiting so long, I put the glasses on only to find out I could not see out of them. Felt like I was looking through a fish lens, and they were blurry all around the edge of the lens. I called and was told to go to a Warby Parker store. I went and had someone adjust the frames and check the prescription. I was told the prescription was correct and maybe I needed to get “used to them.” I wore them for days to really give it a try and the truth is something is simply wrong, I cannot see clearly out of them. I am out the money and hoping my eye doctor can fix the lenses because I really do like the frames. The people I worked with through Warby Parker we’re kind, hence the 2 stars. However, this process was not smooth, not easy, and I’m left with glasses that are useless sitting in a drawer.

Does not work the way it should. I paid to get a new prescription again since it had been 2 years. I waited 5 days for my new glasses to find out the did not fit property. When I showed up they were able to fix the fit to fit better but then after a couple of days in I’m noticing I am not able to read like my previous glasses only look at things from far away as good as my previous pair.. I called and waited on the phone for a while and I was told to stop by the store and they would take care of me, I got to the store the next day waited around an hour they told me the glasses were made to the prescription. That I needed to see the optician again but the only available time they had was in a week so, now I need to wait a week to see the optician and then another five days to get them remade.. this doesn’t make any sense to me, I should’ve just walked into the closest shop and they would’ve gotten things done for me the same day..I tried to save time and money by doing online/app and I’m ending up spending more time and money to fix so far it’s my third time coming, having to get to the store waiting and counting. This is such a waste of time and money and lost lunch hours. Honestly I cannot recommend doing this

Frustrating. While the customer service is excellent, the issues I have had with my glasses are very frustrating. 1. First pair received had a very loose lens that felt like it was going to pop out every time I put them on/ cleaned them. 2. Got a second pair in exchange and I was having trouble with vision. I spoke to a rep and after 2 minutes consulting with an optician, they said the width I had chosen was too large and causing distortion in my vision. While I know I was the one who selected the width at purchase, my issue is that they hauled production and emailed me encouraging the high-index lenses for optimal glasses, but did not say anything about the width being incorrect for my pupillary distance—the only difference of the two was changing to high index was an additional fee of $50. 3. Third pair came the correct size for my vision to improve, but with the same issue as #1–lens is nearly falling out each time I put them on/clean them. I was told they will send me a new one but I do not want to wait another 2 weeks for another pair that might have the same issue. Again, customer service is very helpful and easy to talk to, but this is ridiculous that I have gone through 3 pairs of glasses and they are still not good. This is my last pair through WP

Couldn’t help with style. When you order a box of try on frames, there’s a number in which you can text photos to get personalized style assistance. All of my frames looked hideous on me, mostly due to my incredibly narrow face (I ordered all narrow or extra narrow frames.) While the person who replied to my text was kind and helpful and I gave 5 stars to, the only style advice I got was (paraphrase) “visit your local store.” Which, for my location, involves a two hour round trip drive in the hellscape of Austin traffic and a parking situation that would make even CBD vapers break down in frustration and cry in their cars. Not exactly what the mail-in try before you buy customer wants to deal with. I gave that rep a 5/5 because he responded to my humor and probably took a look at my face and realized there’s nothing he could offer me. So he gets full credit. Warby Parker, however, failed this rep and this customer. While I do have an unusually narrow face (an actually quite pretty one, I might add) it would seem like a frames maker of this caliber could be more helpful in treating what I’ll call “special cases.” Especially as it’s fairly well documented that eyes set close together equals more attractiveness. I’m 40, so I’m not tooting my own horn, but I’m advocating for all the “woke” (?) generation of cool people who also have narrow face syndrome. Help them! Help me find stylish reading glasses!

BEST EXPERIENCE!. The BEST experience purchasing prescription glasses that I‘ve ever had in the 12 years since my eyes decided they were getting old and needed help to see clearly. Sarah is the consummate professional with a healthy dose of charm and easy-going friendliness. When I noticed she had the Lily frames on (the very frames at the top of my “favorites” list), I asked her where I could find them to try on. Sadly, they didn’t have any in their store, but she immediately offered to let me try her Lily’s on and even took a picture of me with them on so I could see how great they looked. Then, when I asked about how they looked with the transition feature, Sarah said, “let’ s step outside so you can see for yourself.” Now that’s customer service! I was measured for my progressive lens by her AND their optician to ensure a perfect alignment. Oh, and not only did I pay less out-of-pocket for these higher quality frames and lens with anti-glare and anti scratch coatings than at my doctor’s place, I am getting money back from my insurance company, even with Warby Parker being out-of-network! I will definitely be bringing my mother and my daughter here next month to get their new glasses (I may splurge on a spare pair for myself, too)!

Hats off to Warby Parker. Not only do I love my new glasses, but Warby Parker customer service went way above and beyond to get them to me. My glasses arrived late and significantly damaged by USPS, which was a challenge since I was leaving for Japan for 4 months the very next day. Within minutes of calling Warby Parker customer service, a very friendly representative had come up with multiple solutions to make sure a replacement pair was in my hands as soon as possible at no additional cost to me. Despite the fact that Warby Parker doesn’t usually ship internationally, the customer service team made sure my replacement glasses were sent to their office so they could personally forward them to me in the tiny rural town of Nanyo, Japan where I would be for the next several months. Every representative I interacted with throughout the process was incredibly detail oriented, positive, and seemed empowered to come up with creative solutions. I always hate when I call a customer service line and they have to ask 5 different managers for approval to do something that seems like the obvious solution. This team was quick to think outside the box and offer a solution tailored to my unique situation. Truly impressed by Warby Parker!

Great quality, fast service. The virtual try-on is quite excellent- the best I’ve seen. Definitely gave me an accurate depiction of the glasses. The service was fast- from confirming my prescription, to production, to shipping. I was surprised by how quickly I got the glasses. Plus the status updates were accurate and kept me informed. The quality of the glasses is excellent. They feel sturdy and substantial, and look quite awesome. I would definitely recommend WP for sure.

Great app and virtual try on. Great, if not the best app that combines simplicity, ease of navigation and clean aesthetics. Probably the best virtual try on i’ve come across, not perfect but pretty close. Other than app itself, WP has very decent quality frames, reasonable prices, exceptional customer service so I hope to be ordering more in the future.

As good as being in the store. I can’t believe how good the virtual try-on feature is. The glasses move with you as if you were really wearing them. I was able to take screen shots and send them to my daughter who helped me choose my frames.

Customer Service. Very disappointed with the process so far. Ordered glasses a few weeks ago. Checked on status only to find out order had not been processed because more information was required. I have no record of any contact regarding this missing information. If this was the case, and I hadn’t responded in a reasonable amount of time, it would have been helpful if they had made more of an effort to contact me to gather this information. Very frustrated.

Won’t take Canadian postal codes. When paying with Apple Pay it won’t take Canadian postal codes. It says the postal code is too short

PD is not accurate. It’s a good tool but isn’t great. If you have an astigmatism do NOT use this as you won’t be getting the proper measurements. It’s not even that cheap either. Stock lenses. Cheap but over priced frames. Go to a licensed optician

First time buying glasses online. We’re currently locked down in Toronto and I desperately needed new glasses. I was super hesitant to buy online as my prescription is quite strong. I was able to get these gorgeous Ella glasses with the 1.67 high-index thinner lenses and they’re absolutely perfect. Thank you for the exceptional service, I adore them!

Review for Queen Street , Toronto Ontario. I love this Queen Street location. I was there last year and bought two pair and just returned to grab another set of 2 glasses. The good news is that I was taken care of by the same two folks, Elle and Saaych. Yay! It’s great when the people who sell you things remember you and treat you so kindly. Best way to build a relationship and trust in the brand. I was so glad they were still there. This store will be my go to.

Poor communication. I had heard good things about Warby Parker and ordered using the app on December 30th. First order was “lost at customs”. Re-order on January 16 started the process over. I’ve been variously told my glasses have left the lab for a final quality check, then told were on their way, and the latest is that they are still at the lab. Staff using text chat are courteous but are either ill informed or instructed to give incorrect information. They should change their service standard of 8-11 working days to something more realistic so as to better manage client expectations. I still have no clue if, or when, I will receive the glasses I ordered.

Jury is still out.. The process seems simple enough, however I found the measurements for pupillary distance to be inconsistent. It took several attempts to find a measurement that I could duplicate two or three times. I have no confirmation that they have my actual prescription since the app will not confirm it has mine. Lots of room for improvement. I might award more stars, however I will wait until I have received the finished product.

Pretty good. The Warbury Parker app is good But there are no kids glasses and some glasses you cannot try on virtually I also have a small face so there are not a lot of frames that fit me I think you should be able to make custom glasses like pick the colour the width

Fantastic!!. This was my first time ordering glasses on line, and as I have progressive lenses I was super nervous. Also I was worried about how they would fit, having had problems in the past at my regular optometrist. But I was short of time and needed new glasses asap. Delivery was much quicker than quoted, the only problem I had was the tracking information was updated at one point, but I contacted customer support and it was rectified and my glasses were delivered that day. Everything looked very high quality even the boxes they put the glasses & case in. The best bit though was the glasses and the way they fit. They were amazing. Very very happy customer, don’t think I’ll be buying glasses anywhere else. Great selection of frames with multiple widths and the prices are about half what I usually pay. Can’t go wrong with this company.

No glasses. Slick and effective website and good pricing…if you ever get your glasses. I ordered 2 pair (one regular and one sunglasses) almost 3 months ago. Received the sunglasses. Still waiting for the regular glasses. Apparently shipped but never received. Customer service was responsive and helpful and offered to send another pair, which also never arrived. So maybe they need to tighten up their shipping. I’m unhappy as I need new glasses, paid for them, and still don’t have them. Take your chances.

Riddled with bugs. Version 2.3.1 - favorites gone - can’t make new favorites (click on heart, it turns red, 2 seconds later it’s white again) - can’t use Apple Pay (it thinks my Postal Code is too short) - when I tried using my credit card, the order failed with a “something happened, please try again later” error message What’s not to like? - when I continued trying to purchase this on my laptop (MacOS using Safari) I was able to use Apple Pay. It took the payment but then said I needed to upload a prescription WHEN I ALREADY HAVE CURRENT PRESCRIPTIONS ON FILE FROM A PREVIOUS ORDER - had to connect the order with my prescription by phone

The try at home isn’t available in Canada. If I ordered 5 pairs of frames with no prescription and wanted to return them would I get my money refunded? You have a 30 day return policy and if I use a credit card I have 30 days to pay so this sounds like a try at home situation without the actual service. Please advise.

This has to be a joke. I ordered 6 weeks ago and every time I try to track shipment the date gets farther and farther away, at this point it’s just screwing with me. This has to be a scam. Where do I go to get my money back. Guess I’ll have to talk to my credit card company.

Terrible experience!!!. It is not worth the hassle to deal with this company. They make it sound so easy and then instantly send an email saying you need all these extras and an eye exam to get your prescription updated before they will issue your glasses. I have a perfectly valid prescription from a reputable eye exam place and they wouldn’t accept it. I said they can confirm with the optometrist as all of the info was on the prescription. They said it’s not their job to do that and will need to call Warby Parker to make an appointment and to get this issue resolved. So I cancel the order all together and keep in mind this is within an hour of placing the order and the accessories I have order to go with my new glasses have all magically shipped immediately so they cannot cancel this part of the order. So they still make a sale even though they won’t issue my glasses without me spending a bunch of extra money. What a scam!!!! Stay away from this company!!

Experience at Warby Parker Queen St. West Location. As a first time customer at Warby Parker, ordering my prescription glasses at the Queen St. West location in Toronto was a very easy, fun, and safe experience. All of the staff at the store were welcoming and extremely accommodating, especially Maxine - the Sales Advisor - and Hancini (sorry if I misspelled her name), they were both very knowledgeable and guided me through the glasses and gave tips on using progressive lenses for the first time. I will definitely recommend this store location to my friends and coworkers if they need glasses in the future.

Lengthy delivery. Placed an order with Warby Parker, from time of ordering almost a month has passed. No tracking information to say what is going on. I have reached out to them and have had no response. Will not be purchasing with them again!

Never again. Buy your glasses somewhere else.. Still haven’t gotten a single pair of glasses. Ordered mine on April 3rd - they said it shipped but the shipping company still hasn’t received the package. Customers service decided to send me a new pair...? Why not just ensure my package gets to the shipping company? Now I’m waiting again it’s been over a week since they’re “working on” that second pair of glasses and the first one still hasn’t made it to the shipping company. This isn’t like a pair of jeans. I need to be able to see. My job and life depend on that. I should have just went with a local optometrist. Never again will I buy from here. Nearly $600 wasted.

Can’t change your prescription. Upon trying to update my prescription I was not able to edit or update my prescription. Love the product but the UX needs more flexibility.

Wonderful branding, hollow packaging. I really tried to get into the online glasses world. Was let down repeatedly through delays, sincere customer service reps with no follow up. Would love to just get my glasses!

Doesn’t work in Canada. Tried signing up for it, but it will only let me enter numbers for a Canadian Postal Code. We use letters and numbers here.

Hard to navigate. I signed up for warby parker to be able to easily view photos of myself with glasses on before ordering. For some reason this wasn’t done as an initial step and I was even asked to enter credit card information before uploading a photo to determine if the frames looked good on me. For this reason I became frustrated trying to figure out the website and app and decided to delete my account and the application. One easy sale lost.

Horrible Experience. While the app is slick, and the concept is great, execution was horrific. Glasses arrived after almost a month vs 10 days and when I tried them on the prescription was incorrect. My right eye is -0.5 and they send me a right lens with -5. When I called they were pleasant enough but made no attempts to apologize or right the situation just sent me a return label as per my request. Not sure if I would have reordered from them, however it seems like a missed opportunity on their part to at least try. And as a side note as I’m trying to send my review it won’t do it without a nickname - the first three nicknames I’ve entered have been taken - let’s see if number four works. Lol nope apparently ‘So Very Annoyed’ has also been taken.

Wonderful!. I stopped by a Warby Parker store and got my first pair of sunglasses to try- and loved them! I needed new glasses so I thought I would try ordering a pair online for the first time since their sunglasses were so comfortable, UV protective, and I loved the fit/style options. I used the at home try on and ordered the frames I loved- within a week they were shipped, delivered and perfect! My eye doctor also was missing a number from my RX and the app had a feature to get the number needed so it was super quick and no hassle. I highly recommend these as the prescription was a match- which was one of my biggest worries since I have a higher prescription and don’t like bulky lenses (definitely worth the extra fee). Not to mention the wonderful benefit of donating a pair when you get a pair (which made the price even more worth it!). TLDR: Half price of the prices my glasses previously were, faster processing/shipping, prescription match, + they donate a pair to someone else. If you’re on the fence- GET ‘EM. ☺️

Wish I found WP sooner. A few months ago I was given a script for help with distance and severe light sensitivity. I spent a few hundred dollars on one pair of glasses at my local store and that’s with two credits. They took two weeks to come in. I love the glasses I bought there but the time and money I spent on them really set me back. Then I found Warby Parker. And just in time too because it turns out I need two different pairs now. I selected 5 glasses to try on, they came within that same week. I immediately found one that I loved and bought it using Affirm. The new pair came sooner then expected (less then a week from order date) and I couldn’t be happier. In fact, I just selected another 5 to try on for a pair of sunglasses and second style distance glasses with a gift card I received. I’m in love with this company. It makes this process effortless, affordable and fun. I also really respect that they donate a pair with each new purchase made. What a great company.

Warby Parker Exceeded My Expectations!. As a senior citizen I saw an advertisement for Warby Parker to try on frames at home. I was a little skeptical but I decided to try it and took the questionnaire to determine which frames suited me best. A few days later my box with 5 frames arrived. I tried them on and sent pictures to my friends and family that I trust for their opinion (that would not be possible if I went into a store). We decided on the frames that looked best on me and submitted my subscription with my choices. When my completed eyeglasses arrived I took them to my ophthalmologist to have them checked and the reading level was too low. I called Warby Parker, they had me take pictures with the glasses on and they sent me a new pair that was perfect. I took them to the store for a slight adjustment but otherwise they were perfect. I loved the process of choosing eyeglasses this way, the prices are excellent and the customer service is exceptional! Thank you Warby Parker!!

Ordering via app was a nightmare. I placed an order for glasses through WP’s app and it was a struggle from start to finish. The instructions say that you will upload your prescription when placing the order, but that never occurred so I had to upload it via email after. We emailed back and forth a few times because they required additional info that was already on the prescription. They also needed me to measure my pupillary distance which was not difficult but again should be integrated into the process of ordering glasses to begin with via the app. However, by far the biggest reason for the 1-star review is the insurance issue. This is also on me which I acknowledge, but WP did not ask for insurance when ordering the frames and I did not think of it until after since I normally order frames from my optometrist. Since WP did not collect insurance, the claim is out of network and I can only be reimbursed for a small fraction of the frames. Once again, I’m sure it would be better ordering in store or on the website, but this is something the app should ask for when ordering glasses to avoid having to pay an extra $105 out of pocket. Overall the experience of ordering glasses via the app was terrible from start to finish and I would not recommend it.

Warby Parker is great for home shopping!. I’m very impressed with the service I received! During COVID19, at home trials are pretty much the only game in town and WP made the process so easy. It took a bit longer to get my 5 free trial frames because they have a more thorough sanitizing process in place right now for their “loaned lenses”. WP contacted me to make sure I knew why there was a delay. They have a large inventory to choose from (not only the “hipster” frames they started out with!😜) I got my 5 free frames and my daughter got hers and we both found great fits! I purchased progressive lenses with transition and another pair of progressive lens sunglasses for less than my last one pair of glasses cost ( under $600). My daughter’s Rx sunglasses were under $150. So the availability of progressive lenses is a more recent (and very welcome) addition to WPs product line and they do add to the 95$ substantially, but it’s still within my annual insurance amount🤓😎. I hope this is helpful. I will add to my review when our full eyeballs arrive. Stay healthy everyone!

Superb service & easy refund!. I downloaded the app on my phone and did the virtual try on. Apps suggested I have normal to wide width face, but Tammy first order of normal width glasses with prescription was too tied for my closer to wide face. So I went back to return my first order in a week, order 5 free home try on (easy and fast!), and then place my second order. It took about 1-2 weeks for the return package to be received and I got nervous about the refund process, but their service are so great after I emailed them! They replied almost instantly on Sunday and assure me about the refund has been processed, while my second order will be delivered to my door very soon (in 1-2 days). The whole process didn’t even take more than 3 weeks to be done. Highly suggest their service to anyone looking for cheaper option of glasses, but also high quality service. I love my chosen frame and prescription glasses too! Paid only about $225 for my second order 🥰

Disappointed. My sister ordered and said how easy and wonderful her experience was. I ordered the way it says to in the app. Then I’m emailed my photo of my prescription isn’t good enough. After phone calls and emails i have to cancel my order and give them my doctors information and start a new order. Then, I’m emailed the information I gave them is not working. It’s a small office and the phone number isn’t working they tell me. So when it’s busy, I guess they only take the time to call once. Then let me know my information is not good enough. If I’m spending over $200 in glasses and taking the effort to order and get them shipped and wait instead of going to a store, I feel I should get some effort back. I’ve now just sent another email with the information for the doctor. If this doesn’t go through I’m over it. I could have my glasses by now.....but instead it’s a constant call or email to try to even get them ordered. I’m very disappointed and honestly if the last email wasn’t good enough I’m done. I’ll make sure everyone knows it’s a ridiculous hassle, for something so “easy” and “fast” it’s easier to just go to a store. Warbey Parker really needs to work in a lot of things.

Great experience. I was just arriving to your Ardmore location directly from my Opthalmologist with new Rx in hand excited to pick a new pair of shades. Gus approached me almost immediately asking if he could help. He had a very good eye & between the two of us & 4 glasses into it we picked the perfect pair! We were in the end between 2 & switching back & forth he suggested the green color with my skin and with green lenses awesome. The whole process took maybe 20 minutes. I was however disappointed at the shipping time being after the new year like 2 weeks maybe. All of my previous WB glasses arrived within 5 days. He explained reasons for delays. Because we were going out of town before possible arrival I paid $20 extra for UPS Express & they arrived today as promised. Perfect! LOVE my sunglasses! Now I just need some sun to try them out lol. Millie in Birch Tortoise~ narrow. I used the Warby Parker app and found that there was a store in the Southern part of our state. I set up an online account and used the virtual try-on for the frames I thought I’d like. I picked the five that I thought looked the best and then picked my favorites that were not available for try-on. I was so excited to get the box on the mail, all during the plague and “safer at home” orders for our area. I found one frame out of the five and packed all back into the box to return to the store. My husband like a pair that weren’t available for the home try-on, so we waited to place an order until the next month when the store would be open for appointments. In the end I choose the ones at the store. Now, a year later, I’m back to choosing from 5 more with the free try-on and mail back! 110% recommend Warby Parker online and the stores. The best experience I’ve had with glasses and prescriptions and I’ve been wearing glasses for more than 35 years!

I am done with retail!. I found WP virtual try on and free home try on a great shopping experience. I recently visited a retail store and found it very frustrating, uninspiring and time consuming. It was difficult to find more than two frames to even consider. After having a virtual examination which I must say was pretty impressive, the Retail store I’ve gone to for years became unimpressive. I was made to wait 10-20 minutes until one of 4 opticians who were all doing desk work checked the list for the next customer. They all seemed oblivious to multiple customers waiting. On the second visit to pick up my glasses only one optician was working making for a full waiting area. 3 days later I’ve yet to pick them up. Frame shopping was frustrating. When my turn came up, I tried to limit my search to narrow frames but without someone at your side it’s difficult to find them among the displays ordered only by designer and shape. What’s more, due to COVID many of the frames are not available to try on because they sit in a huge stack of trays of glasses that need to be sanitized. I’m done with retail! WP made it fun, easy and everything was done at my convenience. The app directed me to narrow frames in an instant. Virtual try on really helped to narrow the field and now I’m choosing from a field of multiple frames that all fit my face. With so many colors and styles to select from,I will likely buy more than one pair when I finally press “confirm”.

Awful Glasses and Experience. I was referred to this site for affordable and fashionable glasses. I revived my kit to try on glasses at home in a very timely manner. I choose the glasses I w ages. Sent them all back and placed my order. My order arrived and the lens were cut TOO small. Beautiful frames but the lens were seen from every angle of the frames when you put them on. I called customer service and was disconnected twice when trying to explain my issues with my glasses. Finally I got and agent on the phone that asked me to send a picture of my glasses to the support email. I did, he immediately returned to the line to explain that he could see instantly the issues with the frames and that he would send me about a new pair that day. He would send a note to the QC department to pay closer attention prior to sending out any frames. My replacement frames were supposed to be rushed to me because of my inconveniences. As of today, I still do not have my frames. The shipment has said delayed twice when I tracked my order via UPS. I needed my frames prior to going on a work conference and I’m extremely disappointed in the quality and service that I have received. I will not place another order with this company and will encourage my friends and family not to do so as well.

First Pair Of Glasses 👓 I actually LOVE. I’ve been wearing contacts/ glasses for over 10+ years. Lately, for the past few years I’ve worn contacts. I selected 5 pairs of eyeglasses I liked and Warby Parker shipped them to me with a return label to send back after i tried on the glasses. I ended up ordering the pair I love following the FREE return shipment of the at home try ons. I can’t say it enough I’m in LOVE with my glasses they’re crystal clear with no glare from the light. I’ll definitely use Warby Parker over any other online eyeglass website. 10+ Stars ⭐️

That was when Kate and Joey offered their helping hand and helped me to find my perfect pair. Kate was very involved in my experience and took the time to show me different styles and offer her opinion on the ones I liked until I found the perfect pair. She explained my prescription to me perfectly and helped me to decide the type of lenses that would suit me and my needs best. Should’ve done this sooner. I have been without glasses for awhile and was solely using my contacts. I missed taking them off at night and being able to put on my glasses. Due to the eye doctors being closed, I decided to try Warby Parker. I opted for the try-on from home and once I tried on a pair that I liked I immediately ordered them. Originally, I was going to buy glasses from the mall (3 hours away) and WITH vision insurance it would still cost me about $400. I was able to buy my glasses from Warby Parker for less than $200, WITHOUT insurance! My prescription is pretty high and there’s an option for high index lenses, which I added. I also placed my order on a Sunday and received my glasses on Wednesday, 3 days later. I think it’s fair to add that I live in a small town so shipping was fast. I highly recommend Warby Parker and if you’re on the fence about trying them just do it! Take it from someone who was hesitant. I love my glasses and will be ordering again once my prescription expires.

Poor Quality and Bad Warranty. I’d gotten a pair of glasses in March and they’ve broken twice since then in the exact same way both times. I wear glasses full time and take good care of them as I cannot function without them. They first broke in August straight down the middle of the nose bridge when I took them off to clean the lenses. I contacted the customer service team because I knew they previously had a policy where they would replace your frames within a year of purchase. I was told they changed it to 30 days (BIG difference) and don’t replace broken frames, just lenses. The team member I spoke to was kind enough to do a one time replacement for me, but they just broke again in the exact same spot when trying to clean them. It’s strange because I had zero issues with my first and second frames from WP, but unfortunately my most recent frames seem to have been downgraded in quality. The customer service team themselves are always very kind and helpful, and I know they are just upholding the policies told to them. A 30 day warranty on something as necessary and expensive as glasses is practically useless.

Best experience ever. My husband has a really difficult prescription and needs a specific frame to accommodate his thick lenses. Warby Parker staff were helpful in guiding him to the correct size and shape of frame. They were also able to assist with a trendy fashion color. When the glasses arrived we were pleased to see how nicely the frames fit and how good the polished sides looked. My husband is really pleased and gets lots of compliments. Going into the store we were doubtful we would be able to find a frame to fit his prescription. In the past, we purchased frames at the eye doctor’s office and usually they had one, maybe two frames to fit his face and prescription...very limited choices. Warby Parker had several good choices. I also need to mention they were about the price we have paid in the past. Overall I give our experience a 5+++. Everything was great, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff; great price; excellent quality. We will be back and will refer our friends. Great job Warby Parker.

Amazing customer service. I am a longtime customer of Warby Parker. My most recent experience has been off the chart with them and I am simply reminded why I choose them every time. I had ordered two frames with lenses and forgot that my account was set up under my old address. When I ordered they ended up shipping to that address. Luckily I had my mail forwarded so I was not worried about receiving them. Well a month went by and I started to worry that they were lost in transit. I reached out to the customer service team and asked if they had any information on the package. They responded within reason and were very attentive. The delay was clearly my fault (I should have checked the shipping address) but they never made it seem that way. I will always recommend and always shop Warby Parker. Great frames, flexible but app needs work. I love the options you’re given with the Warby Parker app; my only concern is the whole card details just Incase you don’t return frames; what happens if the frames are delayed in being delivered back; do you get charged for each frame? It’s my first time trying it so 5 days to try out five frames seems a short amount of time with a time frame to send them back without getting charged full price for each frame. I’ll be sending the frames back pretty early I want to make sure I don’t get charged. Also, when putting in name and last name info it doesn’t let you go to the next page Unless the spacing is right example “name (3spaces) last name “ otherwise it makes it as an error. Anyways the concept of trying on at home is great, frames are beautiful prices are great just skeptical of the terms and conditions and possible charges to my card. I’ll see what my experience is once I get them to try on and then return

Great experience. I recently visited the Warby Parker store in Westfield, NJ, and I must say that the staff there was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that made me feel right at home. The Colin and the team members at the store were incredibly knowledgeable about their products, and they went out of their way to help me find the perfect pair of glasses that would suit my face shape and personal style. They patiently answered all of my questions and even offered helpful tips on how to care for my new glasses. What really impressed me, however, was the level of personalized attention that I received from the staff. They took the time to get to know me and my needs, and they were genuinely invested in ensuring that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. They even followed up with me after my visit to make sure that everything was going well with my new glasses. Hood but a few changes would be very helpful. The app works well but a few changes could make it less frustrating when trying to actually order. First, I have a try on order but the app doesn’t let me order from those in my try-on list. You have to go to the order section and find the specific frames again to begin the order. A one-click from the current try-on order would be nice and prevent potential errors when trying to order exact frames. Second, the pupillary distance measurement feature is maddening. You have to take off your glasses which I understand but then it gives you screen prompts that I cannot read because my glasses are off. I have tried it five times and it has not been successful because I cannot read or see what the screen is telling me to do... not sure how to fix this but maybe a pause countdown to give us a chance to pull the phone closer to read what it is telling us to do before it begins again.

Beautiful glasses and the BEST customer service. This is the first time I have been compelled to write a review for anyone. First, the buying process was very easy; the home-try on feature was very helpful (both the in-app version and the actual glasses they sent out to me to try on). The glasses are of extremely high quality. Nevertheless, it turned out they didn’t quite correct my vision issue as I hoped. When I called to ask about this, the representative was extremely caring and worked with me to correct the issue. He waived the 30 day return window to give me time to get the glasses adjusted and so I wouldn’t be hurried or concerned about it. He also offered to reimburse me for getting the glasses adjusted. When this didn’t fix the issue, he offered to re-make the glasses to ensure that they were made correctly. Now, after wearing them for a few weeks, they really have given me the benefit I was after. Every representative I communicated with was kind and really cared about me getting what I needed. Thanks!

The only way to go!. I started out by doing the home try-on. Unfortunately I did not like any of the frames I had picked out. So I went back to the app and virtually tried on dozens of pairs. I found one I absolutely loved & places my order. My eye Dr. gave them a hard time about releasing my rx. So they reached out via text & I reached out to management since Visionworks is a chain outfit. They released my Rx & I sent it to WP. They reached out again on Mother’s Day to get my PD. I had a hard time getting the picture just right but they were so patient w/me. On Mother’s Day these people are working hard to make their customers happy!!! I’ve never had such a positive experience buying glasses. I used the Affirm option to purchase my glasses & I’ll be ordering them in a different color when I pay the balance of my glasses. Don’t waste your time with other outlets & I wish I hadn’t used my annual benefit to purchase glasses through my eye Dr. I will only use WP in the future. The app is flawless and incredibly easy to use!

Absolutely horrible experience. Customer service was absolutely less than satisfactory. Ordered multiple pairs from the company. I wanted to exchange a pair after I have spent upwards 800 dollars with this company. Not only was I met with the rudest customer experience my husband eventually had to step in on how rude they were and we’re not accepting fault for deliveries never delivered to my house. This left me with extra glasses being mailed to my house that I had to make extra trips to return. I basically in simple terms was “talked to” about literally ordering so many glasses. Sorry I spent money emwith your company? Eventually after all this I sent back everything as I refuse to support a company that acts this way. They issued 450 to a card I have no access too. So no only did they get all the glasses I sent back they made an extra $450 I cannot access. There glasses are highly over priced with a limited selection compared to other companies like glasses USA and zenni. Since I switched over I’m extremely happy with the customer service kindness and level of help both companies have gone above and beyond after hearing about my “WARBY Parker experience “ definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

Amazing company. I can not say enough about this company. I am thoroughly impressed. I ordered the home try on box from Warby Parker then separately on the same day I ordered glasses from a different company at the same time. I received my try on box 2 days later, super fast. I was able to actually take my time wear each pair and get and actual feel for the glasses. I found a pair I loved and ordered them. I was contacted by Sam within the hour to help me get my PD measurements correct. He was very patient, helpful and extremely friendly. My glasses were then on the way to be made. No kidding I had my glasses finished and shipped to me in days (not weeks, DAYS!!) They are correct and as they are my 1st ever have changed my life! I can see so clearly. They are awesome!!! This whole concept and process was beyond my expectations. Mind you just as a side note I have yet to even be contacted by “the other company” nor even get my order from them as I type this. I will no longer order from anyone else ... Warby Parker will be my go to store. Sam and the company deserve an A+++++ rating.

Pretty Handy App. This is a pretty nice app that allows me to tag my favorites, upload my prescription (it is a bit weird how you can’t do that until you actually place an order, why not when account is created?), and keep track of orders. However, as some others have mentioned it does seem to have a few bugs - orders disappear/reappear and in the Notifications section of the app it constantly says that notifications on my iPhone 12 are off, when they aren’t. I’ve signed out/in multiple times, turned notifications off/on multiple times, even turned my phone off/on to see if the app would finally register that notifications are on. Still nothing. If WP uses Notifications to communicate with customers regarding questions, orders, etc, then it would be super helpful for this feature to work. When filtering by color, Multi should be an option as there are frames that have a mix of colors to them and frame height should be included with all the other frame measurements. If these were addressed, I’d give the app five stars.

Awesome customer service. Ok so first of all I love my glasses! The prescription is perfect and they look pretty amazing on my face 😍. I really want to thank you guys specifically Grace in customer service. I love your glasses so much I ordered sunglasses to try on at home. I got them in the mail and found my new prescription sunglasses. Before I had a chance to send the box back to WP we had a very unexpected death in my family and my husband and I had leave our house in the middle of the night to drive 9 hours. About 4 days later when I realized my forgetfulness I called customer service to see my options on the return. I spoke with Grace who was totally amazing and gave me a little extra time to send the box back. Well fast forward to today we are back home and I checked my mail box. I have the sweetest letter from Grace in customer service sending her condolences for our loss! Just the best customer service ever. I will never buy glasses from anywhere but Warby Parker because of people like Grace! Thank you Grace and Warby Parker for being awesome!

Awesome service, great price. My cousin always told me I should get my glasses from Warby Parker and I finally got my first pair yesterday. Warby Parker store was near by my home so I decided to go 40 minutes before their closing time. I forgot the person who helped me but she was so friendly and gave me freedom to check all frames and tried everything out that might fit me well. It took less than 5 minutes from taking my personal information, prescription information then to checking out. Although my sales rep told me that it might take 2 weeks before I get my glasses It took 3 days for me to get my prescription glasses!!! I was very pleased with my experience. I paid $95 no tax or fees and it includes single vision prescription, anti-glare lense, uv protection, scratch resistance, and free shipping. I paid almost $200 even with my insurance discounts for my last pair. I’m just waiting for my reimbursement from my insurance and even without my reimbursement it is well spent money for my glasses. Enough said. Lol

OSM lost Warby Parker a customer. Maybe I shouldn’t even be writing a review as I haven’t received my home try on kit yet over a week after ordering it and it won’t be here for another 5 days. On November 22 I ordered my at home try on box. Current delivery date is December 5. Through customer service I was told it’s because of Thanksgiving and then they didn’t work on Friday either but in the tracking history it shows both days had shipment activity. Maybe it isn’t so much a Warby Parker issue directly but their choice of a subpar shipping service. OSM is well known to be terrible and if I had known before I ordered I probably wouldn’t have ordered. In the past they’ve lost items completely and tried blaming it (at the same time) on both the USPS and the company I ordered from. All of this of course is over something I need to be able to see so it makes it more frustrating. I purchased glasses from another retailer ultimately as I’m not looking to get into back and forth with a company over something I don’t have at the moment and wouldn’t pay for, mostly because of their choice of a shipping partner. If you’ve got time to wait for glasses then I’m sure Warby Parker is great. But if you need glasses quickly I’d look elsewhere.

They offered to send a new pair of glasses but they won’t.. I am financially restricted and was mostly the reason why I came to this company. My last pair of glasses were broken and so I saved up enough money to buy a pair for them for $100 plus shipping. Within 2 months my glasses (from W.P.) received a scratch exactly in the center where I see from. I contacted them and they did offer to to replace them but only if I were to send my current pair in. I pleaded with them to have my new pair considering I’m covered under a year scratch proof insurance and also told them that I do not own another pair of glasses. I have children and a job and need my glasses to drive. They REFUSED to comprise and so I’m left with a pair of glasses that our scratched right where I see out of. I just can’t believe the distrust in this company going based upon their business model of “donating” glasses to needy individuals and I am going through financials troubles myself. They have my credit information and information in general. Why can’t they just send my glasses out instead of having me wait an entire week? An entire week without driving legally and seeing for my vision health?

Amazing Service!. I wandered into the Warby Parker shop in the West Farms Mall in CT last week and had an amazing experience! I had been shopping for new prescription sunglasses for a few months and had visited 2 other eyeglass shops. Each time the sales People just told me I could try on any frames that I wanted, but what I really needed (wanted) was some help finding a frame the suited my face and personality. As soon as I walked into Warby Parker I was warmly greeted by April and asked what I needed. I told her my story and asked if anyone that worked here was good at helping people find the right frame. She immediately said she had a frame in mind for me the moment she saw me. We tried them on and that was it… nothing else we tried on compared. She was called away for another responsibility but the store manager, Adam, jumped right in and helped me finish up the process. He was so friendly and engaging and answered all my questions with a smile. I highly recommend this Warby Parker location and the two associates that took such good care of me - April and Adam!!!!!!!

Difficult. Service had inordinate number of steps, a complicated ordering process (even on the app). My order glitched and I lost my uploaded prescription so had to call doctor again to get it. A very drawn out process. But I was at least excited when it finally processed, and even more excited when I saw that it had shipped. My previous and only pair of glasses had broken, so I was really in need. Just got the shipping info…TEN DAYS!! Ten days?? What year is this that it would take 10 days to ship anything much less two pairs of lightweight glasses?!? Oh, and I paid $290 for each so spent about $600 for this privilege of getting new glasses on a super delayed schedule. I mean, honestly. I get that they may save a few pennies on each order but for this cost, one would think they would at least pick the 5 day option as their standard. They don’t realize that their competition is going to a lens crafters, picking out a frame, waiting an hour and having new glasses. I guess they’re angling for those customers who only need glasses in the distant future. I’m not one of those customers. Never again. Beware.

Nic store bad customer service. I am a first time Warby Parker customer. I went into the the store at Easton in Columbus and really enjoyed the experience, lots of choices and friendly helpful staff. I ordered a pair of glasses and was told 7-10 days for delivery. I then installed tier app to help track the order. After two weeks with no communication and the app saying the order was in step 1 I called the store to see what was up. After 3 calls I finally got someone to answer and was told my order failed final inspection over a week ago and had to be remade it was finished and had shipped overnight. He did say I should have been notified but I wasn’t. Three days later I contacted them again after not hearing from them and was then told they had shipp d the day before not the day the first person told me. I finally out the glasses the following day. I like the glasses and would have been OK with the delay is there was some communication. According to thier app my order is still in step 1 . If you don’t mind being kept in the dark and having to work to track your Oder this is a good place to get glasses. If you expect to be kept in the loop and get your order on time go somewhere else.

Can’t Say Enough Good Things. A few months ago was when I finally had to get glasses. Being a graphic designer and illustrator for 11 years definitely takes a toll on eye health. I got my prescription from the optometrist, and ordered a pair from them as well as WB since they offered blue light filtering. I figured I could alternate between the two with one being a pair for just work. I’ve been absolutely thrilled with my WB glasses. They actually arrived much quicker than the ones I ordered from the optometrists and the lens quality is exceptionally better. I just ended up wearing my WB pair all the time instead. After a couple months I recently ordered some prescription sunglasses from them and I’m equally impressed. Especially right now since we just got a fresh dump of snow and the brighter landscape can hurt your eyes. Customer support is very professional and they answered every question I had and took the time to follow up. I also appreciate they have the option to pay installments which has been a huge help. You definitely have a customer for life!

They were great until they weren’t.. I first bought Hardy in striped pacific. I loved the color and the glasses. I love the fact that you can try on (most) of the glasses before purchasing, that’s a big plus! I haven’t come across any other company that offers that. I bought my second pair which was the Daisy in black. These fit me perfect! This time I decided to get the transition lens. They were great for the first few months. Then all of a sudden the wouldn’t transition properly back into a clear lens. Only half the lens would transition. I reached out to Warby and they immediately offered a “one time” replacement. They sent out the replacement and within the first few days, they started to do the same thing. So weird! I have no idea why all of a sudden they are doing this. I don’t use any chemicals on them. It’s really annoying and it’s embarrassing walking into a store and half my lens is transitioned and I can barely see. Considering last time was a “one time” replacement I don’t know if they will replace them again. These cost too much money to only last 3 months. The eyeglasses are great, but I would NOT recommend the transition lens.

Do yourself a favor and search no further!. I LOVE Warby Parker! Can’t say enough good things about them. They make glasses shopping easy and stress free with a free home try-on. When I was shopping for my last pair I went through a few rounds of home try-ons before I settled on a pair. I bought the glasses and within a month or two my prescription changed (grrr!!). I was getting dizzy from my eyes being different prescriptions and had to go back to the Doctor. To make matters worse, I was leaving the country in less than a month! I had a about three weeks to sort out getting a new pair of glasses, and Warby Parker agreed to GIVE me replacement lenses and even rushed the shipping on them from another State so that I could get my new pair in time—all for free! Unbelievable customer service...and not only that: for every pair you buy, they donate a pair of glasses to someone in need! I love supporting this company with my business and plan to for the foreseeable future.

Very frustrating experience. On November 20, I placed an order with Warby Parker for a pair of eye glasses. I was told that they needed my PD measurement. I sent in two pictures, following the guidelines exactly as they told me to, and both times I was sent an email that they could not get a proper measurement and I needed to redo it. I emailed them asking if they could take a look at my most recent upload and remeasure, and they were finally able to get that measurement. Because my prescription is so high, I was offered to upgrade my lenses to high index lenses for an additional $30, and I said that I would like to get these more expensive lenses. However, I was never charged the additional $30, and I was recently told that my glasses have already been made with the cheaper lenses. In addition to having the incorrect lenses, I am now being told that my glasses have been delayed, and I will not get them until December 6, 16 days after I ordered them. I was issued a $10 refund, but since they installed the incorrect lenses I am going to have to send them back after I receive them, and it genuinely isn’t worth all of this hassle. I was planning on ordering a pair of glasses for my husband but after this experience I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Heaven on earth for customer service, selection, and pricing!. I am simply astounded by what a spectacular experience I had with Warby Parker. Having done business with other eyeglass retailers in the area, and having had terrible experiences, I was delightfully surprised by my experience at Warby Parker. It is like going into a candy shop with great friends and getting to choose whatever you want and then having someone pay for it! That is, Robin (at 80th and Columbus) helped me through the process of choosing frames; he was patient and kind, and gave me his complete and total attention. And then, to top it off, he was able to apply my insurance coverage to the cost! He told me my glasses would arrive at my home within two weeks at the latest. But they arrived eight days later!!! Moreover, when I needed assistance in fitting my new glasses exactly to my face, an optician helped me immediately, and was charming and kind and lovely. Wow!!! Could not be happier or more satisfied with the whole experience at Warby Parker! Thank you!!!

I am BEYOND HAPPY. I have been paying WAY TOO MUCH for my frames and prescriptions lenses over the past 10 years, but not anymore!! I received my glasses about a week and a half ago and have been amazed so far. I ordered my frames in wide which I am so happy I was able to do. Normal frames are usually to small on my face. I’m also extremely exited that the lenses are scratch resistant and there’s no glare. Usually those perks cost extra in any store!! I hope those claims hold up because like I said I’ve only been wearing them a week and a half. I’m pretty reckless with my glasses and so far so good! The box the glasses came in was very professional and clean. I liked it so much I’m still using the box to store items 🙈 All of this for a total of about $101 after tax! Amazing!!! Anyhow, I’m overall joyous!! Thank you Warby Parker! Just a note - I really want prescription sunglasses but I just could find any I liked. I hope in the future you get a bigger selection in all departments!!

Poor customer service. I’m placed my original order on June 13th for 2 pairs of glasses at our local Warby Parker store. I did the expedited delivery and received them quickly. Unfortunately both pairs were made wrong with the wrong measurements. I called customer service and they said they would rush out new glasses. One pair was rushed but my sons pair took almost 10 days to receive. When we received his 2nd pair, they were wrong AGAIN!! So once more, I called customer service and spoke with Keiley and she said they would again RUSH another pair to us and apologized for the mistake. So now it’s 5 days later and I call again just to check how the order is progressing since I still haven’t received them, and Gayle tells me that there was no rush placed on my order and they are still being made!! Unbelievable!! I’m so disappointed after waiting for weeks for a pair of glasses to be made correctly!! And everyone I speak with tells me it’s being rushed when it’s clearly not! I had a lot of people tell me good things about Warby Parker so that’s why I gave them a try but their customer service is lacking and obviously there are problems is the lab with making the correct glasses. Still waiting on my 3rd pair.... Christina

Loved the Shopping Exp. Not the Shipping!. Loved the try on at Home and Virtual try on for prescription glasses! Made it so easy to find not one but two pairs of new glasses at under $300 without insurance! I bought “Daisey” after recieving in a home try-on kit. I was bummed that my preferred color choice at the time was only available in narrow. I used the virtual try-on And purchased “Shea “ in peacock green. The virtual try on is great but I did notice that color of the “Shea” frames is much darker in person than shown when using the virtual tryon. They also sit differently and are larger on my face than shown using virtual try on so keep that in mind. I was not afraid to order due to their return policy. Super easy to order prescription glasses. Delayed in receiving due to USPS during the month of December....my fault for not paying for better shipping option. Will buy from them again and will get an eye exam with them in future if my insurance covers it!

My beginning experience. I tried the “Virtual Try-On” and chose (5) frames to be sent to me to Try on (Dawson Azure Crystal With Oak Barrel, Alford Inkwell Crystal Fade, Oliver Sea Glass Grey, Chase Jet Black Matte, and Whalen Lapis Crystal). I am sooo excited. Each frame that I chose, looks stunningly amazing and fabulous on me. I love each one, now the hard part is choosing which one to purchase. I have not been so pleased and enthusiastic about wearing glasses in about 15 years (that was the last time, I really loved the style of frames I wore). I am a 68 year-old female, who likes being softly and uniquely stylish; and the frames are conservative, chic, and sophisticated with just enough ‘pop’ (as younger people say). I am planning to go into the Alexandria, Va. Warby Parker to get personalized service for my purchase. Honestly, I wish I could purchase each frame, they are just that fantastic looking. Stunned and beyond happy. I went into this order just for kicks. Didn’t expect a lot out of it as this was the first time buying glasses without going to a store. The online test got worked very well and is quite accurate. I picked my pair added my extras and fast shipping and it came out over $100 less than the retail price at my eye dr. So I bought them and today I got them. The fit is on point and the glasses feel amazing. Not to heavy and lite as a feather you don’t know you have them on. The prescription appears to be correct as when I put them on, a whole new world from Aladdin started playing, odd. I know this is the first day so I can’t judge the durability and transition quality until tomorrow but if it’s anything like what I have experienced already I’ll probably be happy. Thank you for having a easy simple process that made buying less stressful and so so simple and very affordable!

Great browsing experience but…. While I appreciated the browsing experience, it was frustrating that home try on was not available in my size for styles i liked, even though my “size” was otherwise available in that style for purchase. I feel like at least one of each available size, in a style, should be available for at least one of the colors. At least that way I can check the fit properly. For example, a wide normal bridge Kimble is supposedly available for purchase but not for home try on in any color or size; so i had to order home try on for a size down on the low bridge Kimble, just so I could try the style in person. And there were styles I couldn’t try with home try on it at all. Also, it was frustrating that I can’t just pre-enter my pd and prescription in my profile without booking an appointment or something—because I already have this info! I’m just hoping that I’ll at least be able to enter this info when it’s time to purchase.

Great!. Warby Parker is a great site to find glasses! I have worn glasses for 25 years and love to find new glasses that describe my taste there is a wide variety of different shapes and styles and i would recommend warby parker to anyone! Home try on is amazing because i didnt know if my face was narrow, what kind of shape complimented my face if i were to take a risk with glasses that wrre wide and i love that i can just do that in the comfort of my own home. The only complaint i have is that I ordered 1 boxes of glasses for home try on they never came, i ordered a 2nd one they didnt come, the 3rd one was the only one that came but it had nothing to do with warby parker because the text notifications said that it was being delivered when it should have been it was most likely only with my postal service i have bought 5 pairs of glasses now that i have tried on all the ones from the home try on and the quality is amazing and they are nothing like what you would find at regular eyeglass stores and are just so unique!

7/7 UPDATE COVID-19 service. 7/7 I was contacted by Lanie Taylor who stated she was a DISTRICT LEADER. She asked for a convenient time to contact me I gave her several. We agreed upon a date and time. She did NOT contact me. I since then have reached out to her reprimand she has NOT even bothered to respond. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CHANGE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have purchased multiple pairs of glasses from Warby Parker as well as told my friends and strangers about my great experience as well as prices, however that experience has changed post Covid reopening. I went to the store and was told I had to come before noon in order to shop. I called the corporate office and expressed my disappointment with the way I was handled and was told that I would receive a phone call from someone to further talk to about my experience. That phone call never happened. As a healthcare worker understanding flexibility is key so being offered the opportunity to make an appointment would have been a great solution to my problem instead of being told to come back and maybe we can see you.

Awesome Customer Support. I received an email suggesting I try a higher index lens due to my prescription curvature being high. But I wasn’t sure if the email price for the adjustment meant per pair of glasses or overall. I called the number provided and Lou answers. She explained that the price was per pair (which I figured but hey, can’t hurt to check). Then she also separated my order of 2 pairs of glasses to meet my requests for wanting the high index lens in only 1 pair in order to keep the blue light filtering on the other. The whole conversation took maybe 10 minutes and she even attempted to double check the prescription to make sure pupillary distance was recorded (my eye care center didn’t answer but she sent me the link Warby Parker provides to measure it for you). Overall, the call and assistance couldn’t have been smoother. I haven’t even gotten the glasses yet, but if customer service is like this for all things Warby Parker does, I’m a customer for life- or as long as I need glasses :)

First Time Buyer. I have always gotten my glasses at my eye doctor’s office. After my appointment, they send me to the lobby to pick out frames. I’ve been wearing glasses for 31 years, and I didn’t know glasses could be purchased another way. I was recently in an accident that broke my frames and scratched one of my lenses, so I wanted a replacement pair. The eye doctor’s office told me new lenses would be $251 WITH insurance, NOT including frames. My mom suggested Warby Parker. I had seen the advertisements on tv and agreed to look into it. Although it was a little more complex than my usual routine, everything was sent to my home for try-on, and I received the correct prescription about two weeks after I started the process. Glasses at the eye doctor would have taken just as long to come in, and I only spent $145 WITHOUT insurance with Warby Parker! I am very happy with my purchase and don’t think I’ll ever buy glasses at the optometrist’s office again. I would definitely recommend WP to a friend!

One star might be too much. Ordered two pair of progressives, received only one pair. The other pair got “stuck in shipping” according to Customer Service, so they ordered same pair at no cost with free expedited shipping. Great! Not really. Received completely different pair of glasses with a prescription lens I couldn’t even see through (wrong glasses, wrong prescription). I had to go to the Post Office and ship back the mistake glasses. Called Customer Service (always nice) and they said they’d correct order, expedite shipping, all complimentary, but weeks later, still nothing. Called customer service and, again, they told me they’d follow up, call me back, and nothing, no follow through. I called again today and was basically told the same.... “working on it and will expedite shipping”. I’m loosing faith in this brand that I’ve heard so much about and heard how easy ordering was. Not true! I’ve been in retail business over 36 years and truly think there are problems internally and the meaning of Customer Service is something Warby Parker does not understand. I write good reviews, but nothing good to say about WP’s online service and ordering. I’m beyond frustrated

Thank you Warby Parker!!!. For starters, I haven’t seen an optometrist in over 6 years. I saw this as an ‘app of the day’ while searching the App Store and decided to give it a look, think about getting glasses again, and never go through with the idea. Now I’m already ordering my second pair. I decided to visit their partner GAZE at the Warby Parker building at my location. I was quickly prescribed and sent on my way. From there I was able to walk right next door to Warby Parker and try on some frames. I loved how easy and fast everything was! What really hooked me was the simplicity they provided. I like knowing exactly what I’m getting and how I’m getting it so having everything to the point makes the app really easy to use. I’m able to trust them which is not something I can usually do with companies, especially ones I find as random apps. Oh and also! The home try on option is a wonderful way to find your perfect pair without having to head to town. I love that feature. I’m so happy I found Warby Parker! (:

Always all-star!. I have been a Warby Parker patron since 2014. Their aesthetic is the primo keenness of a vintage yesterday paired up with the trendiness and pop of right here, right now AKA today. Product wise, they hook it up from the gate; high quality materials and helpful lens coatings are standard. That anti-reflective isn’t a luxury upgrade at a luxury price like other companies- it’s already included. I had to make an exchange with my most recent order (only due to my being particular and deciding I liked another frame post-facto) and it was an absolute breeze. Luckily, my city has a Warby Parker store within the limits. I went in, told them I wanted to switch, no resistance or questions, just ease and excellent customer service. My exchanged pair took less than a week to arrive in the mail. Thank you, Warby Parker, for being a fantastic brand with phenomenal products, design, and essence. You da real MVP and you got me for life ;)
