Great game, small but sweet. A simple concept, but works miracles.

Fantastic!. I am very glad I purchased this game. I binged all the levels. I love way you all constructed this form of a puzzle, some of my favorite missions were on the moon and level 57 (the last planet closest to the sun). Having to reconstruct rather then tear apart the map like the other missions. But it’s so great all the effects. I hope more missions release soon! Looking forward to them!

Innovative mechanics. Fun levels. Wonderful design.. Really innovative concept. Ripping the world apart is just too much fun and I can’t get enough of these little critters! The AR levels are fantastic. When ever I’ve seen an update has come out and just can’t wait to play it. I’m super excited to see what the new green critters powers are! Totally worth the 3$ dollars.

More more MORE. I love the mechanics more planets and critter species would be amazing

A glorified tech demo. This game could have been more. It’s got a unique mechanic that separates it from the pack. Interesting tech must be running in the background to make the game mechanics possible. However, there is hardly any game here. The art is generic. It’s the typical cutesy fluff. The level design is severely lackluster and are almost copy-pastes of one another. I looked long and hard to find challenge, but my search came up empty. Like I said, this game could have been something great, but the lack of substance and its forgettable nature prevents it from achieving greatness.

Love it!. I am entirely in love with the game, but I don't have IOS11 and I need more levels

Okay but not outstanding. Bought game yesterday ~ disappointed ~ maybe was expecting more because of all the hype. Seems one endless level after another with no overall map to show you where you are in the game. Update: You do see the map when you finish a planet but not during the planet. I've played other games where you see the map after finishing each play. It's satisfying to see the completed games in each planet as well as the completed planets.

Best Game So Far This Year. I love the art in this game it's simple but not to simple. So far I've only made it through the first world but it feels well worth the asking price. No glitches or control annoyances yet. It took me a little bit to adjust to only be able to move slices once but once so a tutorial could be handy but I think it would take away from the trial and error aspect of the game. I also like not having a star system in place it makes everything super relaxing and easy pleasant to play without trying to rush the clock.

What do ya think⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. This game is so good. All the other games get boring after like 10 minutes but this game is so much fun. I think that this game should have more levels however they said in the most recent update that they added new levels and more on the way so I think that is great! If you are wondering to get this game or not, I suggest get it right away take my advice!

Green alien. The green alien in level 57 needs to be back in the UFO so please add that it’s to sad to see that the green alien vanished

Wonderful in AR. Unlike any app I’ve downloaded until now for AR. This app is wonderful. MST of them have a weak AR part beside the main part which make AR part useless but this app has exclusive AR levels which are dramatically innovative and fun.

Fun. My only gripe with this app is that when I try to move a platform it keeps thinking I’m trying to swipe. Maybe I’m doing something wrong but it constantly gets these two gestures wrong

Almost perfect. The game itself is awesone. I temporarily uninstalled it to save storage. Whenever I try to download ir again it says it is not in the app store and will not let me download it.

I love it, though I wish it was more challenging. I like everything about it from the concept, the drawing and the variety of the levels. However, I think some levels even the latter ones were easy to win. I don't remember when I started playing but I think I finished it all in 1 1/2-2 hrs. So I wish it could get more difficult. Other than that, nice game :)

Kinda Meh. In my opinion it’s quite a good game but very forgettable. I don’t think it’s worth the money. I forgot about it very fast. If it was free I would get it for the experience but overall just kinda meh!

New game ideas???. I love this game and would like to make some suggestions. Maybe you could add teleportation levels!!! You could also add levels with movable obstacles or other things like that. It’s just some ideas that I know you probably already thought of, but still think it could be a thing in a future update. Love the game btw😏😜🤗😘

Fun game for many ages. I rarely buy games for my iPhone but I bought this one after my six year old nephew insisted we try it (he still loves saying SPLITTER CRITTERS). We had a lot of fun playing it. One of the few iPhone games that has hooked me and he also looks forward to playing it.

Great Game, but pricey. A great puzzle game for on the go. The AR mode is fun except it’s hard to get your device just right. My only complaint is that $2.99 is a bit pricey. I could imagine it being free or $0.99, but not $2.99

AR mode is a game changer.. The game itself is good but the AR mode makes it feel like I can become part of this game world. You can go inside the level itself and view all around.

My wishes. Please make a encyclopedia for all the creatures that you have discovered in the game. I also want more aliens to save, and more monsters like big fish which can eat your aliens. It would be nice to have instead of more planets more galaxies. My final wish is bring back the alien from level 57 and put him in the alien space ship which is behind world 1, because when you win level 57 the green alien goes there and as soon as you go to another level and go to where you check how many aliens you have saved the green alien has vanished.

Very innovative puzzle game. I really like the premise for solving the puzzles, and the art style is very appealing. 👍🏼

Good but too easy. On level 30 and still waiting for it to get harder. One challenging level so far otherwise mostly repeat of concepts. Looks great and awesome idea but just too easy. Feels a little like developers were more concerned with showing off level design than making a good puzzle. Good for .99 but I think 2.99 is sort of a next tier that this fails to hit.

A Unique, Cute Little game for all ages!!!. Splitter Critters is an absolutely phenomenal game. It’s got really cute aesthetics and vibrant colors, as well as a simple to learn and understand gameplay mechanic. A great buy for those moments you just wanna enjoy something fun. Plus the AR functionality is really cool, and is probably one of the best I’ve seen so far in terms of actual use.

Want more. It’s a really fun game I recommend it if you like things like riddles, puzzles,crossword puzzles and things like that. It does make you think but it’s addicting the only thing I dislike is the small levels and there isn’t much of them but overall a AMAZING game 😀👍🏽

An Astonishing Puzzler. What a perfect puzzler. This puzzler causes you to think in so many different ways on how you are going to get the critters to their spaceships. On every puzzle there are different ways to complete them causing you do always have your options. Also, every level is different, some levels you have to complete fast and some you can take as long as you want. Overall this game is astonishing and beautiful.

Entertaining game. It is not the most difficult game ever, but it’s fun

Unique game in a copy cat world. Kind of a choose your own adventure game. Tons of possible solutions for each puzzle. Reminds me of the Crayon Physics type games. Camera flow/zoom(or lack of) is a little off at times and doesn't keep the creatures or objectives in view, but I was still able to complete the level.

Awesome game but... needs more levels. Ok so I just got this game and after like 15 minutes of playing it I'm already on the third planet. And there is only five planets. It's not necessarily easy but it's not that hard either. I'm not gonna be too critical because this is a new game but I'm really hoping that they are working on some new levels. If they don't then I don't recommend this game.

Review. This is an excellent game, it brings unique mechanics that are perfect for 2d games. It reminds me a lot of portal, with augmented reality. In this game you guide critters to their spaceship while avoiding obstacles via splitting the screen to create pathways or to move the objects out of the way. In the last few levels there is a small spike in difficulty, but it is manageable. I do hope that the developers include more levels in future updates. It also has a decent soundtrack and sound effects. Definitely worth the price.

Great game, but crashes after level 19. Loving this game, but am stuck. Every time I complete level 19 it crashes on me, and I need to repeat the level. I can't progress any further. Hope this is fixed soon, so I can continue to enjoy this fabulous game.

Very easy. Despite what you might think from the clever mechanics of this game, it doesn’t really have any challenges. Its very straight forward and not very long. Overall a good game, could be better

Fun and clever little game. The concept is clever and the execution is excellent. From the cute little critters to the art style and mechanics this is a little gem. If I have any criticism it is that it suffers from the same issue as some other beautiful clever games (Monument Valley I'm looking at you) in that it is relatively easy and rather short. Having said that, I thoroughly enjoyed my journey with Splitter Critters.

Very few levels. I'd rate this game 5 stars except it took me 1.5h to finish the entire game. Very overpriced for the lack of content.

Funtastic. Challenging. Unique.

Charming design, quite an interesting puzzle mechanic.. The alien critters themselves are simple and cute, and I was surprised how charming I found the visual style of the torn edge of the screen. The puzzle mechanic works like this: You draw a line in any direction to cut the screen in half. Then you drag one of these sides to reposition it against the other side. You can hold it down to keep adjusting it, and critters can walk across the tear line while you do this, but as soon as you let go, the two halves join and cannot be re-adjusted. You can make up to three cuts and adjustments in different places. You can also undo them one by one whenever you like, and any progress the critters made across the level does NOT get undone. There's three types of critters, one who refuses to walk off edges (you need to line up torn platforms just right), one who jumps off edges, and one who runs fast and tackles monsters (monsters are only in a couple levels though). They all are always on the move, and turn around when they hit a wall or a cliff (except for the second type I mentioned). The goal is obviously to get them across obstacles to the UFO! Standard puzzle platformer tropes apply: moving platforms, reflecting lasers, water levels, etc. There are no collectables in this game, by the way, the only goal is to make sure every critter in the level touches the UFO unharmed. There are 42 regular levels (which are short) and about a dozen bonus levels after you finish the game. The later levels demand more experimenting and thinking, and the bonus levels are especially challenging, but I never needed a walkthrough at all.

Well done but I don't like it.. The game seems well programmed. It just does not keep my interest. It isn't too easy, it just isn't fun. I wish I had not paid. Can I sell it back?

Short and simple. The only difficult thing about this game is timing some of the cuts. And if i wanted to test my reflexes, i would get a game from the action category. So ~40 missions that take about an hour with 3 more after credits that are only harder because you need to make precise cuts to get enough slide. The concept was good but it did not reach my expectations.

Terrific and creative. Saw this recommended by TeamMeat on Twitter and figured I'd check it out for $2.99. Wasn't sure how complicated it was going to be at first given the rewind mechanic, but it ended up being way more complicated in terms of puzzles than I expected! Art style is simple but good, as is sound. Worth every penny.

Good but not enough content/levels. Great game and concept but just not enough for $2.99. I beat all the levels and the 3 extra ones in 20-30 minutes while sitting on the pot. I shouldn't be able to do that on a puzzle level game.

Last level can't beat. My critter gets frozen when going to the ship every time I do it on the last mission.

Original puzzling fun!. Its refreshing to see an original new game on the app store. We're so saturated with the same old crappy games of wars and their ilk. You can tell a lot of heart, genius and creativity went into this game. Its cute, puzzling and satisfying! Highly recommended!

Cool but SO limited. Great design and fun gameplay, but the number of levels and amount of content are not even close enough to warrant $2.99. I played through the entire thing in two days of light playing.

Amazing concept. I develop games myself and have played hundreds of games on the App Store and this is the most original concept I have played in years. Such a cool idea. Can't wait for more levels to come.

A sublime puzzle game. Suited perfectly for touch. This is my favorite phone game yet.

Great idea!. Great new concept. Takes a bit to get used to the idea, but lots of fun. Short levels so good for a break from other activities. Highly recommend. Also no in app purchases which is a nice change from a lot of current games.

Fun for a bit. I like the concept, but the levels can get large and challenging to move around he screen. My brain inherently associates swiping with "moving the screen" so I have many ill-placed "cuts".

Different and Original. I liked this a lot. Something different and has an original mechanic and some nice puzzles. Over 50 levels, including the bonus levels.

Great but lacking.... Firstly, this is an AMAZING game! The graphics, gameplay, and even the soundtrack is totally original and very polished! However I do have some complaints : 1. It's lacking in content... like badly... and due to this fact I feel like $2.99 was kind of a rip off. It should have been more like $0.99 based on the content you get. So get levels out as quickly as possible while still being able to maintain the polishing and quality of the game. 2. You have built a game where the sky is the limit. There are limitless possibilities for level design. New types of aliens with different abilities, different enemies, different obstacles, etc. HOWEVER, once again we have to have new content QUICKLY to keep this game alive. 3. Lastly, I would like some customization. Maybe different hats or something to put on the little aliens etc. just fun stuff. The biggest thing, customization wise, I would LOVE to see would be a level designer. That way on top of regular content drops with levels, you could build your own and upload them and also play other people's levels. Which in turn, would give the player virtually endless content. I really want to see this game succeed, as well made as it is. I feel like these ideas could go a long way in establishing a long lasting player base for the game. Gameplay is perfect, not to easy and not to hard. Just enough to make you really think, but not enough for you to get stuck, and then get frustrated, and then delete the game. Overall almost perfect game! Keep it up!

Cut the rope meets Portal. It's good, and cute/forgiving enough for kids and the twitch challenged. Occupied me for an hour, and I'll probably keep it loaded for occasional distraction. Not addictive, but that's a good thing sometimes.
