So so . . .. I was using the myChart app previous to this Sutter Health app. Since the developer is the same for both apps, the interface is now the same. Recently, the entire Sutter Health system network was down from the evening of Monday, May 14 through Wed., May 16. No on could access patient information and some phones did not work with regard to staff calling out (to notify patients with scheduled procedures). This app provides basic information, i.e., less than the web site, but otherwise functions for my needs. For those having issues creating an account, I suggest creating it on their website. A few months ago, they were updating their website to which my proxy account no longer worked. Weeks later, I finally reached a customer rep that listened and had me try all the basic troubleshooting protocols to no avail. She alerted the tech dept. and eventually it got fixed. So, if you experience log-in problems, consider contacting the support reps. Since this is only for providers in the Sutter Health network, myChart is more versatile as I access other health organizations.

Sutter Health. This was the first time I ever had an opportunity to use a App pertaining to a Health Care System, Serving in the Military for 20+ years and even after retiring there wasn’t a App for our Health Care System. This was so new to me that I was not sure if I would ever use it, but how wrong I was. I love everything about it, the ease of making appointments, leaving messages, checking test results and so much more is fantastic. This is something I wish the Military Healthcare System would utilize.

Fantastic!!. I am so grateful for the Sutter Technology Division for creating this FABULOUS APP!! My Health Online is the absolute best for anything related to your health from making an appointment, researching your test results and so much more but the best thing is sending messages to anyone in the Sutter Circle! I have contacted almost every provider in my system and received responses within 24 hours and I can’t tell you how easy this app is to navigate! An Oscar to everyone down there involved!

My Sutter Health App. Often the App sends me to register again instead of opening the App for me. I am forced to back up and re-sign again. Sometimes I can only ask questions not write a message to my doctor. I have no idea why this happens. Getting out of the app and opening it again usually solves the problem. Why is that the app is not monitored on weekends at all to try to help patients as calling 911 is not always the thing to do. My recent urgent visits to the ER at Peninsula Hospital required from 7 to 8 hours before any help was provided. I am a former 9 year Trustee of Mills Peninsula. I was on the Building Committee while the hospital was being built with no thought or idea of ever becoming a patient there. What a tremendous difference from those times! For my Monday (tomorrow) appointment I have received 4 email messages and one EZ Arrival one. It does not stop!

My health online. This is the best app ever. It is so easy to make appts online. There are two features i love #1 is the ability to write your doctors and i receive a note saying they received it and dr will look at it and by the end of the day i will have an answer. #2 the ability to see my test results almost immediately. Its easy to make appt online too. There is one thing i wish i could do is write to my 3 doctors at the same time. My doctors keep up with whats going on but when i have to write them i am writing 3 times. It would be great if i could do all 3 at the same time Awesome program. I have had no problems with it at all. I would recommend this to everyone. I just cant say enough about it. Great job to whoever came up with this idea. I have been with Sutter starting years ago with Dr Kimball, Dr McClelland and i will never go elsewhere. Thanks for outstanding job

Don’t bother. It has login problems. The app has become so dysfunctional that upon the first attempt to login with the correct password it then says it has reached the max login tries and has the user reset their password. Trying to call to have this issue fixed didn’t help because they want the patient on the line, and most elderly people are not very tech savvy and rely on their children to navigate the app. I only gave it 2 stars because it once worked well. If it ain’t broken then don’t fix it, so they broke it and now can’t get it fixed. Why can’t the IT industry do or build things well? Update: the app developer responded with the same error message for resetting the password instead of fixing to login problems of the app. Another example of why American businesses are outsourcing American jobs to other countries. American labor just doesn’t understand English well enough anymore.

Valuable Resource. I am so grateful for this app. It helps me to stay informed with my daughters care. I like having access to the reports on all of her treatments, visits, and lab test results. As an advocate of a special needs person sometimes it challenging to communicate pertinent details, the summaries provided helps to see the overall picture of healthcare and to keep us all accountable for following the plan to achieve better results. Also I like the real time information

I wish I could give fewer stars. A dead end task reminder workflow. A Prenatal feature that copies the most pointless features of The Bump app. Epic, the software company that built this app and the one my physician uses, has enough money to create a Harry Potter world at their HQ but can’t invest in notifications for time sensitive prenatal labs. I receive an error when trying to open important screening documents. Oh you need to coordinate care by sending results to other members of your care team!? Well the Share Everywhere feature does absolutely nothing so you can just spend all your spare time releasing those records manually. Please care more about patients instead of billers.

Very happy with Sutter Health!. I’m a fairly new patient and I am completely impressed by the care and attention I’ve experienced already! My Doctor has really taken interest in my condition and ordered lab tests I’ve wondered about for years! I’m scheduled for a consult with a surgeon post an ultrasound as well! I’ve only utilized the Christoffersen Facility so far and everyone there has been a joy to work with! Whatever you’re doing with and for your employees to give them confidence and a happy to be at work attitude! Thank you Tim Simpkins

Site style changes. Changes make it far less intuitive to my brain anyway. The Messge Center was simple and intuitive before. Now, I see sooooo much stuff on a page that I am not interested in. It’s like a Social Media page. I don’t need a sexy medical communication website! The “alerts” fill the whole page, like they are advertisements. I really don’t like that. “Share Everywhere”? First of all, I did that! Why is it still there? And why should it be at the top of the page and occupy the whole width of the page? i want to go back to the old format. I know change is hard, but it is especially so when the user can’t see any improvement.

Fully Transparent View and Communication with Health Providers. This is the most interactive and informative mobile app to obtain medical records for myself and dependents. I love being able to receive notifications for upcoming appointments, schedule appointments, get on waitlist for possible earlier appointments, message physicians, view test results, etc. I’m able to view my records/ appointments and send messages at the top of my fingers and not have to call or come in to Medical Offices.

Review Online Health system Sutter. For the most part, I have found this to be a very informative and effective site. It is user-friendly and provides the information I am looking for normally. It also allows me to communicate with the physicians and the PAs if I need to. What I would like to add, however, is, when I’m sending a message to someone new, I don’t have the option for that person in my list. For instance, I wanted to set up an appointment with the cardiologist and my insurance does not require a referral. However, I was unable to do that in the system. Overall, however, I would give this system a high rating

Sutter Health My Health Online’s latest version is a regression and dumbed down version. If I could give a negative star, I would rate this as minus 3 stars. One would expect improvements in an application with each version change. Sutter Health’s My Health Online used to be smart and user friendly. Not anymore with this current version. Tests ordered can no longer be viewed. Previously, one could sort tests by category (lab tests, radiology, etc); in addition, one could view each test and could pull up results by date range and trend them even with graphs. Now all the test results that are released are by date performed only which makes it difficult for a look up function. Medications are not viewable. I could go on, but there have been no improvements at all. This latest version is a horrible downgrade. It is almost as if the original settings were for a college level audience while the new version is for a technically illiterate, grade school level clientele.

Ineffective messages. I received multiple messages each week, reminding me of upcoming appointments. The message only says go into the app and check your messages (totally useless) that I ignore for the most part. Then when a cancellation occurs, I get the same message “you have a new message, go into the app to read”. So I also ignore it, and then I end up going to the clinic only to learn that I wasted my time going there. Sutter health, you have my permission to send me messages saying “YOUR APPOINTMENT IS CANCELLED”. Don’t send me a message to tell me go into the app to read your message. Or if you do, don’t send me all the other useless messages reminding me of regular appointments

It Used to Be Good. PAMF used to be good. One felt valued as a person and a patient. This is certainly not the case now. I am speaking especially of the Primary care Department. First, Sutter does not have enough primary care doctors. Second, the process to get an appointment on the phone is demeaning, time consuming, and infuriating. The artificial Intellegence answerer cannot understand your answers. He usually trips up on your birthday and it takes 3 times to get through that question. When you finally get to a person they ask several of the questions again. They are not part of the Drs office. They have no idea who you are and can only send notes to the Drs office if you have special needs. You feel as if you are a cypher. You can wait months for an appt and if you want to try a different primary care giver for any reason it is NOT possible. It is a very sad state of affairs. I have had occasion to have appts with many drs and 85% are amazing g and wonderful, but the bureaucracy and lack of drs in Primary care is criminal.

Sutter Health hides from Customer Service. I wish that MHO welcomed feedback. There is no “customer service contact” link on MHO. Ever since Sutter Health took over PAMF, the environment feels corporate, lacking in caring about humans. The fact that you cannot record meetings with your physician is representative of a corporation that has a great fear of litigation. I believe that your first priority should be service to your customers. My mother is 96 years old. When she sees her physician and when I cannot attend appointments with her, I want her to record her meetings, so that we can go over them together. It’s very clear that with Sutter Health we are members of a large corporation that seems to behave, as if profit were the motive. My primary care physician just left her practice after 27 years. I believe she like many others left her practice, because it became increasingly difficult to “do no harm” with her patients. When you are asked to only spend 10 minutes with your patients… And that includes charting - it becomes impossible to do a good job. The system is broken and MHO is clearly part of this deterioration. I’m sure I won’t hear anything back.

Access to My Health On line. I like having access to my lab results and other tests. I don’t feel that Medical staff has the time to go over all results. I also enjoy seeing the notes regarding my treatment as provided by medical staff & I feel more informed when I read the notes and can identify the difference between what is said in the office versus what is entered on notes. This is in no way a criticism of any medical care I have received.. I just feel my health on line is a valuable tool to all of us that have access to it. Thank you, Gail Elias

My health online. I have been using MHO for a number of years. I find it to be a valuable patient resource on many levels. However, I also find that my doctors don’t pay attention to it as evidenced by reminders to have procedures that have already been done, timing of reminders for tests that do not align with scheduled appointments etc. The sad truth is that a data base is only as good as the data that is entered into it. The apparent failure in this case is the use of computer generated scheduling that is auto generated rather than entered into the system by the care giver. The result is the feeling that 1) we are only revenue providers to the system, in essence numbers, not persons, and 2) that there is no longer a personal relationship between doctor and patient. Healthcare is no longer a trusted symbiosis. It has become a cold and sterile corporate endeavor in which automation to increase profit is the message of the day. The system works perfectly allowing that we are robots, not humans.

HMO? Fare more at ease!. I love having the same access to a Dr. That at the stroke of a key on a her computer keyboard can get me to see a specialist, X-ray or my meds’ all as I said with the stroke of a key! And mostly in the same building or across the road. AND everyone I speak to are the nicest people, I enjoy going and being treated as me and not by some blasé person that treats people like they’re three levels below them or like something they got on their shoe from the grass! Good people that do a great job happily. What’s not to like?

Kim Allyn retired Deputy Sheriff. I unfortunately i was hit head on and then impacted from the rear by a city bus. Broke my neck, back, elbow changed my life forever I declined the medical retirement that was offered. Retired after 32 years the reason I could proceed professionally and now as a retiree was largely credited to Sutter and some of the most qualified and compassionate care ever. 16 total spine surgeries, injections, pt, and moreover nobody gave up on me! This app makes it relatively easy to book an appointment and get care from some of the best doctors and physicians assistant ever! Bravo!

Long-term patient at PAMF. I regularly use this iPhone and personal computer application, to remain in contact and access ongoing appointments, medical records in after-visit summaries and progress notes, pay copay and see my payment account, and any information I can currently manage as a dependent patient. There’s lots of good, organized information and actions that PAMF allows patients and clients to manage for themselves and family too. As well as talk to medical providers. All in all, satisfied and feel secure with this application and online patient health system.

Could use a few improvements. For the most part, the app works well. A couple suggestions would be 1) enable Touch ID on more than one device. It’s irritating that if you have a phone and tablet, you can only have Touch ID on one of them and if you try to set it up on the other, it disables Touch ID on the first device. 2) once you view a letter, test instructions or an estimate, it is nowhere to be found when you go back to view it a second time. Doesn’t happen all the time but happens enough to be irritating.

It’s good but can be better…. The functionality of the app is good however it could be a lot better by allowing more space when you’re messaging your physicians and also to be able to upload documents or pictures if you need to send something to your care team/physician. Now one thing that is totally off, while I am writing this review… I cannot see the letters to know if it is dictating over correctly as I am voice writing this so hopefully this is getting adequately dictated. The letters are all whited out so that’s a major flaw.

Great app, easy to use. Im giving this app 5 stars because it is the only medical app that is easy to use, its available 24/7, and Sutter group is the best. I have a few other apps that I have used that are terrible and i wish i was able to transfer those old files onto this app so i would have all my records in 1 place. Thank you for making my medical info available because sometimes you just cant remember stuff as you age.

Attentive/ Caring Staff. We never feel more vulnerable than when visiting the doctor. I’ve found the staff at Sutter come across as sincerely caring people. So many environments I enter today have staff members who come across as focused on the end of their shift and often treat me as an inconvenience and dealing with seniors particularly annoying. This is not the case at Sutter. I’m frequently greeted with a smile and shown patience in answering my questions. I’d rate the experience a 10 out of 10. Thank you for actually caring about my health.

Love this app but need a fix ASAP!. I love this app and use it all the time to book appointments for my son. However, as of the past couple of weeks, when I try to book an appointment and click “Schedule An Appointment” it directs me to a page with an alert. The page reads: “Online scheduling is not for emergencies...” in red, followed by “If you are still unable to find available time slots...” There’s no way for me to close out of this message. If I hit “Done” it takes me back to the page where I started to request an appointment. It’s this ongoing loop and I can’t get to the page where I can select a time slot. Please help!

MyHealthOnline. I love my health online, it makes it so easy to find my test results, so I don’t have to call the doctors and be put on hold. I can see anything and everything I need to know and want to know at my fingertips. And that makes it easy in case I miss anything at the doctors it’s always in my portal. And it shows all my surgeries, x-rays and all the findings. I wished I would’ve had a long time ago, because I really love this. #StaySafeAndStrong

Fast and Easy. I’m able to request and schedule visits or upcoming procedures, and ask or answer questions quickly without leaving home. It is so much more efficient than always taking up staff time and my time to come in, if I don’t need to be seen in person. Additionally, each person can fit the message into a convenient pocket of time between other tasks.

Bills. Although in general the app is not that bad, but when it comes to billing, it does not tell you which service this particular bill is related to other than the service date in fine prints. As a retired person, our funds are usually tight and we wish to have a clear idea as to what we are spending, but never once was I able to see the corresponding service for a particular bill. Also, there’s no billing history that would allow us to view what we have paid for and therefore it is very hard for us to keep track of all my expenses especially when it comes to tax time.

No response. I think this would be a great app, if your physician actually responded. If you have a question or concern for your doctor, this is not a time effective way to do it. I’ve actually waited three days and still haven’t got a response. I called the office yesterday and marked the message urgent and still haven’t had a response. The thought that came to me, as I am writing this, is the only GREAT thing about Sutter Gould and the attention to my care is this APP. This app has lots of bells and whistles for insurance info, co- pays, hospital care, bills, test results, etc. if only Sutter Gould took as much time with the care of their patients as they did creating this app, it would be utopia… I will be looking for a new doctor and medical group after this horrible experience. You are just a number to the physicians at this group. The on call dr. told be she doesn’t get paid for after hour phone calls… really? I guess I should have provided her with credit card number in order to get some help without feeling like a charity case. UNREAL!!!! Patient care with a price tag! SAD…

I love Sutter health. If you want the best of care go to Sutter health they treat you with love and kindness they care about you they don’t care about your money your insurance they care about you and your health they’ve treated me so well I am not been more happier than I am when I see Sutter health doctors and nurses thank you for what you guys have done these past two years what’s been going on with everybody’s life when the flu virus came about they put their life in front of ours and kept us all safe and healthy but I would give Sutter health more than five stars if I could give them 100 stars they’re awesome thank you guys and God bless each and everyone of you I got a few favorite doctors at the emergency room What is Tala Thompson she is a PA assistant And Stacy Warner they’re all my favorite there at the hospital they treat me well and they treat me with kindness

I value my time too!. Than you everyone for making setting appointments, contacting my doctor, finding information about outside labs is so easy with My Health! The site is attractive and visually pleasing. Not too “busy” looking and really well designed. The response time from my team is beyond amazing and I would like to give call out to these high performances that are occurring at 460 Plumas and 440 Plumas st in Yuba City. Let’s start with a the front staff. The BEST! oh my gosh! They listen and respond accordingly! Next Dr. Kourdoni! He should be given the “ DOCTOR OF THE YEAR!” 🥈 award he is right on top of trying to find out what is going on with me! Just the best! Next, would be “Tina” she is my contact person for whenever I have sent messages to Dr. Kourdoni. Please express my complete appreciation for how she relays everything so effectively and accurately. I just truly appreciate her. I have a completely different opinion of Sutter Health than I did 6 months ago. Go My Health!

Test results that should be reviewed by Dr first. While overall, I like the app. When it comes to getting test results, such as a PET scan for cancer or an echocardiogram for heart issues. I do not think the patient should get PET or any serious test results prior to the doctor looking at them and being able to explain this. It leads to stress and confusion. Looking at a confusing result then feeling like you have to hover over and look things up on your own, only add stress to an already stressful situation. And should not be part of any medical diagnosis.

Several years on, in the learning curve. Clearly, it is my own learning curve that kept me so badly frustrated for so long, with passwords, lockouts and giving ups. Today I am glad to report, finally, raising the overall assessment of this app to a two. I have had periods in my life of high agility when it comes to using computers, but as I have reduced that, and as I have gotten older, and as Sutter has systematically farmed out much of their administrative to us, we all need, almost without exception(of course, people with adept assistants Or their own MIS Dept) to us, the patients, with our Haley, and widely varying degrees of aptitude when it comes to the learning of non-intuitive technologies. When will we begin to do our own x-rays and I surely do hope the nearly year long delay in the fabulous new Colo guard/health net/Sutter program resulted in some kind of new profits for Sutter, but somehow I doubt it. But it least it has made my life at least a bit more unmanageable please, Sutter, start trying to meet your patients where they are rather than forcing them into some kind of a shoot, or chute, however you want to look at it. It is easy to blame the patient for the things that slipped through the cracks. But you should stop building an architecture with so many cracks.

Horrible website. I can’t log in easily. You always want me to change my password. Why don’t YOU remember my password. I Wait and then try again. Sometimes it works and then sometimes not. ?? I do not see a button to view sent messages. Oh there’s one now! I have 2 accounts on the Website, mine and my husbands. When I logged him out the last time you kept his log in, i was not able to re enter a user name so now I cannot change it anymore. So you locked me out of mine. I need mine tomorrow to message my doctor. I cannot hear on the phone to call so I rely on the website. Ever sense the website has been installed it has not worked. FIT IT. I would give it a NO star if I could. Because for me now it is useless. My only alternative is to have someone else call for me. I hate this website. And that’s how I feel. SZ PS the only thing that I can give a star to is the Blood test results that is good because it is easier to check now. But if I cannot log in that is useless also. New development as of April. My husband and I are on this website, so now when I sign in I get only my husbands data I am locked out of mine. We have 2 different user account sign ins but when using either one I get only my husbands account. This website must be run by the government it does’t work??LOL I must keep a sense of hummer so not to get angry.

App version of website creates medical issues. The app has very limited information and options compared to the website. Many times, I was unable to send messages, create appointments and use other similar and important tools though the app, but it’s swimming with irreverent feeds and reminders. Recently my allergist appointment was not listed on the app, but shows on the website? Generally, I use the app as little as possible and log in on my laptop, due to confusion it has created in the past. Sutter providers give wrong information, because they use the web platform, and tell me to do the same and the app is unable. I had to show the process to my pediatrician from my phone and to another nurse before they would believe me, that my providers and appointments were not showing ok the app. Then they felt they had to apologize for this terrible technology. Surprised more people don’t complain.

Best Care - Keeps Me Healthy. I love the app My Health Online because I can look at my test results not only for current test results but I can go back and compare past results. It gives me a feeling of security as I am getting older especially, that I can send a message to my primary provider anytime and receive a response quite promptly. My doctor is the best and the team that supports her is wonderful! Another reason that I love using this app My Health Online is that it takes less than 5 minutes to pay my bill. So easy and I don’t have all the paper to shuffle laying around. After each visit the doctor provides an after visit summary that I would take with me and somehow forget where I put- less paper with this app, all after visit care summaries are easily reviewed online from a cell phone or computer. Friends that have a different provider are amazed how I can access my information so quickly, they wish they had something like My Health Online! Thank you.

Office staff changed my data. I saw a doctor whose office staff had me fill out paperwork and the used the paperwork to change my email in my portal. This change happened without notifying me and I got so worried and thought that my account had been hacked (not realizing staff made that change). It was very off putting and in my worry, I reset my email and changed my password. I called tech support and notified Sutter privacy of the hacking. It was a lot to deal with and could have been avoided. MHO should not allow office staff to change data on portals without approval of the patient. It’s a good App but lacks security and privacy when these things are allowed to happen.

Update. I thought the app was perfect until the update. I had all my settings fixed the way I wanted them and was able to use it perfectly every time. Since then I fixed my settings again the first time I went in. I use my biometric login, but every time I go to try it there’s an error, so I have to login using my password and then fix my settings again. it’s really not a big deal, except it’s frustrating because when I’m in a hurry, it is a big deal. Sometimes it’s just like why fix some thing if it’s not broken. And maybe I’m just more frustrated right now because I’m not feeling well but when it’s a medical app that’s what’s gonna happen.

Don’t bother going to urgent care at Sutter Gould. I just read a review of my visit to Dr. Phan on December 15. There are so many mistakes that I don’t know where to start. I have always been happy with all of the other Sutter Gould doctors I have dealt with but I cannot recommend Urgent Care! Examples: -I did not come alone. -I was not shown x-rays but simply told there were no breaks. -I asked for a report that I could share with my primary care physician and told they can’t do it because he’s not part of Sutter Gould. -I left with a paper that had my name, my height, my weight and medications. I gave them that information. -There was no personal regard for me as the patient. Sorry, I very rarely ever give a negative evaluation but this is an exception

Gets in the way of patients and doctors!. I love going digital, but this is kinda a nightmare on the medical front with this system and app! Email would be so much easier as it accepts screenshots when asked to send data to your doctor (e.g. blood pressure readings), but of course email is not private/secure. This app sacrifices user experience (doctor / patient experience really) every chance it gets with the excuse of being safe, secure, private! It doesn’t allow attachments. It limits messages by not allowing picture or attachments, it even limits the number of days you have to simply reply to your doctor! Wow. You cannot view x rays or CT scans or anything you have done digitally, even though all of your doctors can and do! In the old days you got a copy of the film. Today with no extra cost you can’t even see these things. Not a fan. Leaves you the patient in the dark. Creates a ton of hoops to jump through for your doctors, and in the end is not helping you as much as eliminating the liability for everyone by keeping records. Yikes!

MHO. This is absolutely the best online health app I’ve ever used! There’s no confusion about what’s available to access, information is quickly available, messages are sent immediately, results are available almost immediately…accessing and setting up our individual account is awesome for those who are technologically inept such as myself! Thank you for designing such a user friendly app!

Terrible!. I have been trying to read a message from my elderly mother’s physician, today, and all I’ve received is “an error occurred” on every screen I’ve tried to access. Because I have attempted to access the “send message” screen to explain to the dr. of what was happening and received the same response. Then, there is NO area that says “contact” and when I finally typed in “complaint” in the search bar, I received zero results. Blocked at every try. The older version was much better, and (not that that’s very important) much more attractive. If they’re thinking they’re upgrading, they definitely have done the opposite. Also, why would they refuse to give out contact information. Badly done.

Great and could be better. I love this electronic chart. I can easily find up coming appointments and past instructions. I love that I can message my doctor and she responds so quickly! One thing that would be helpful is to see pending orders. For example, I know my doctor has ordered lab tests, yet I can’t see which ones or when they are due. Or at least I can’t find where that is. Please consider this for an enhancement. Thank you!

Professional Staff. Meagan the doctors nurse was very professional and made feel taken care of. She was able to cover all the information that the doctor would need for my visit. The doctor was very patient with me because I was having difficulty sometimes understanding her. Not her problem it was mine. All subjects were covered, orders were given for future tests. And the doctor will follow up with her reply.

MHO. I gave a four star rating because I love the ability to message doctors, billing, appointments, However, I’d give it a one star for test results. It’s not user friendly at all. You have to scroll down to find results and it’s so cumbersome I usually give up! They should have a feature that allows you to pick a test and compare to ALL prior tests (or at least the last 5 yrs) I’d like to see cholesterol, A1C, Thyroid, etc comparisons. I’m clueless about my trends. I could ask the doctor, but I have other important issues to discuss. Please please enhance your platform. This will save time and allow patients the ability to manage their health better. It’ll save time for doctors too because patients are more informed and this will lead to better discussion between the patient and doctors. Hope Sutter reads this!!!!

Billing. I am about 75% happy with this app. I am definitely disappointed with the billing. I go in and it ask for a payment and I pay it ASAP. I then go to my appointment and the app tells me it has accepted my payment. So I check and I check and bout the 3rd week it’s still not showing on my checking account. By the end of the 3rd week it’s now late and the app is telling me my payment is overdue. I then have to call billing and make the payment and I let them know it’s not working and I’m upset for paying late. Please fix this!! Thank you, Caryn Scholer

It’s better than nothing…. Pros: - Can message many of your doctors (if they are signed up to allow app contact; many don’t seem to know how to sign up or that they need to sign up) - Can make appointments (see above) - Can make and do video appointments (see above) - Can see and pay your bill, thus checking in goes faster and can be contactless - can see some of your lab results Additional Cons: - unorganized (typically takes 10 minutes to an hour to actually FIND the correct menu item to do basic things you have done many times before…) - menus are long, chaotic, unintuitive, and very frustrating - multiple menu items have almost the same name and have info on the same topic, but don’t have all the features of that topic, so you have to look elsewhere to find/do what you needed to. - many things that you have to do require you to switch back and forth between the website and the app. What’s worse is that you have to log into each one every time you switch. - requires an internet connection to use I could go on, but my blood pressure is going up from thinking about it…

Notifications of messages and test results could be more timely…. Although the app works pretty well I find it annoying to get notifications of new messages or test results sometimes days after I’ve already seen them. This causes me to have to login find out if there’s a new message that I haven’t seen. I find that annoying, especially as AI is about to take over our entire lives. Also, the speech to text function seems to get tired and starts malfunctioning at times. Oh well, soon we’ll have AI brain implants and speech to text will become an anachronism.

Outstanding App and Service. This app makes my life so much easier. Being at the mercy of the phone is good but the app gives you reassurance that your question, request and or response is validated by actually seeing the communication. The App allows me to review my labs and other testing materials at will and show my better half so she can interpret to layman terms. Make an appointment, no problem and no waiting on the phone. This App and Sutter is all in all Outstanding! Thank You!

This is great idea. I think this app is a great idea. You can write to your doctor, get medications approved, make appointments. See what kind of procedures are due. Read after appointment information. You can do an easy sign in before you appointment. I only wish the pain mgt dr i see, that is not apart of Sutter had a system. They do not have one. I hope most patients use this system!

My health on line with Sutter. Has been a great experience for many years. It is convenient and quick for me to ask questions and receive answers. Listing my doctors as a plus and great guy am able to stay in touch with them and up-to-date on my health. I like Sutter medical foundation and have been with you over 30 years because I am now 83, sincerely Nancy Smith

Online experience. I have been using Sutter Online for five years. It is the easiest way to make and track appointments. Most importantly it gives me another communication avenue with my providers, as well as, the ability to review my tests and clinical notes. As I age, it also provides my daughter and I a way to communicate with my providers if I am unable to do so as she is my designated representative.

Let Your Fingers Do The Medical Navigation. I find this App so convenient keeping in contact with my Medical Team being able correspond. You no longer have to remember all details of your medical history and all your labs. And Medication refills at your fingertips. Also a world of medical knowledge at your hands. Give it a try! I did and I love it !!

Improving with age. When I first had this available a few years ago, it was limited. It has improved now to be easier to open, use and communicate with my health team. All of my info is easy to access and I can ask my doctor a question and usually get a pretty quick response. Good job Sutter.

Very disappointing.. I’m not sure if it’s the app or just Sutter, but after 2 months I feel like the system is basically useless. I keep getting notifications a new appointment is available and (yes I timed it) less than a minute later it said it was no longer available. Also I am supposed to be the guarantor for a 2 yr old and it won’t add to my app, I called in and they said i am and it’s my contact but I have no way to communicate to my sons doctor via the app. I do like that I can see my upcoming appointments… which is basically the least it should do.

Website is broken. Website is broken; it keeps directing me to use the app. So I downloaded the app and it doesn't work in landscape mode on my iPad. It's no surprise that this app has 2 stars. A competent developer would have made it work in all orientations; who knows what else they screwed up. Are they competent enough to keep medical information private? I doubt it and I literally don't have enough confidence in them to bother turning the iPad sideways. They screwed up a website that had worked for years to push people to use this garbage app. I need to find another place to go; PAMF is not worth the $1100 a month I pay for health insurance.

HORRIBLE SITE. It’s next to impossible to find anything if you aren’t already on the page you want. Windows slide up and down, covering each other. Navigation forward and back is cumbersome when not impossible. Using this site always makes me want to scream. You waste hours of MY time to save YOU a few minutes of staff time. And for some unfathomable reason the site refuses to recognize my password every time I use it, requiring me to answer security questions and reset the password. If I could give negative stars to rate Sutter Health, I would give it a score of -10. Now it won’t let me choose a name to post this review!

Using the app. The app is much easier to use than trying to call in because The phone system is terrible. I I used to use the call system and you usually were able to talk to a live person. This system doesn’t understand the queens English and hangs up on a person. I had to call 3 times in order to speak to a live person. VERYFrustrating

Positive. I just want u to know that I greatly appreciate this app. It makes me feel real good to know that I don’t have to try to remember all of my appointments, they are listed for me. I like the EZ- Arrival too, but it seems that there should be a specific check in point, instead of waiting behind a person who doesn’t use it.

Communication on my health online. I do like this very much, Being able to rich my Doctor’s and getting results faster then any other way is a plus for my health knowing. What’s up with what’s going on with my health and dealing with it quickly is the best thing for me and I know if my Doctor’s need to physically see me, but if we can just deal with it on MyHealthOnline sincerely Kathaline House

Reply’s. I love sutter health on line. Great way to manage our health online . To be able to write your primary doctor. When you have health problem you can handle it so much faster. Instead of making appt waiting to address problem. Doc knows and is already handling health problem. Great work Sutter Gould Medical Foundation. I will alway have Sutter for life . Karen Nowlin since 1982

Hate hate hate this app. There is no benefit to this app. It makes communicating with your provider harder especially if you are unfortunate enough to have a sutter doc as your primary as you cannot even phone their office directly. Sure it shows lab results but with absolutely no context. And even though all of your information is stored here electronically you still have to fill the same paper forms EVERY TIME YOU VISIT. Dont know who this is supposed to benefit. You can’t opt out of it. So they (Epic, the software company, and the health system that contracted with them) don’t really care how bad it is.

Great job at simplifying complexity. I have been using this app for over five years (I think that’s right) and all the updates are improvements. The app simplifies processes that have been so complex I never tried to navigate. Now I can order prescriptions much easier, chat with my primary more frequently, and see results of tests in real time. Nice work and thank you.

Every experience has been welcoming. They’ve been very professional and nice customer service everyone I call to make an appointment. They always insist on helping you with the MHO portal and will set appointments for you or walk you through it. I’ve had an amazing experience here. Would recommend to anyone looking for great and professionalism

Messages. There are times when I’m unable to see my messages even though the physicians or medical assistant said they had put it on my Health online but when I go to my Mail and I click on it and then it shows up. The App needs to be updated or revised as the whole platform seems as it’s not user friendly for normal folks and I’m computer literate. It used to be okay but since it was updated, it’s actually worsened. When I got out of surgery last week and wanted to view my messages from doctors and send updated notes to employers , I wasn’t able to view what they were sending me via the app, I would actually have to go to my mailbox and click on link then get them . I mean you guys have made it more difficult to retrieve messages and other important documents such as after visit noteAnd or summaries. Unable to print messages, test results from doctors . It would be nicer if there was an option to do that right from the app.

A must have…. This app is a game changer for your own personal information on everything regarding your health care. Appointments, Lab Results, Doctor-Patient messaging, any and all prescriptions you are taking…or have taken, even receive & pay your medical bills. Can’t believe I waited so long to download it and use it. Do yourself a favor and get it

My health online app. I really enjoy using the MyHealthOnline app because makes it easier to send a message to my doctor, which in turn I get a quick response. I’m also able to check up on my appointments, future test. Also I am able to see the summary of my doctor visit which makes it easy to understand what instructions he gave me.

Useful. Most of what I need, most of the time, is accessible and usable via this app. It’s usually easier than trying to call. And results show up here very quickly (most of the time). Learning what’s available and learning to navigate it has been a process. I do wish that you didn’t have to leave the app to pay some bills. All in all, a good, comprehensive, app.

Powerful app that facilitates every type of communication with your doctor(s). From setting up video exam/conferences to requesting scripts this app does it all including keeping a history of test results and checking in at the clinic. It is the easiest to use of the similar apps that I am acquitted with. Don't hesitate to make use of it if you can.

Great Tool. I have used this app for a long time and have found it very easy to navigate! I can make appointments, check test results, ask medical questions, and easily contact my doctors! It saves time and energy! I would recommend it to everyone, especially if you have multiple doctors!

Easy way to reach my Doctor.. The MyHealthOnline is the easiest way to reach my Doctor or other medical professionals if I need to speak with them! Trying to call is a hassle and may take multiple attempts to finally speak with the one I’m trying to reach. I also like that I can see my test results and when my appointments are. I’m very happy with the MyHealthOnline function!

Great but someone is breaking privacy rules. Except that when I log in my phone logs in another person so basically my phone has been hacked and , I can see tack screens come up and redirect me to other outside insecure websites if the developer or who ever is in charge contact me that would be great and I’ll explain it all it’s very upsetting that I have no privacy in this app . TonyD.

Dr. You can leave a message for the dr but don’t expect a reply this is crazy knowing a patient is asking for help instead of getting help I have to go to emergency room to get help . Not fair . When we pay . Still have not gotten any help from no dr . Specially after a radical hysterectomy 7 weeks ago and don’t ask for meds cause dr will tell you I have never given meds twice to any patient got news for everyone we all are different and heal differently. I will now go to emergency do to lack of dr response.

A Very Impressive and well-organized site.. MHO, My Health Online is far better than any medical site I have ever been privileged to use. I am still finding new, useful features. i didn’t find that there were messages for me until now and that is the only thing that was not readily apparent to me, the rest has been intuitive and easy to learn.

Endless Hold & App Doesn’t Work. Still on hold trying (16 minutes, so far today - I gave up yesterday after holding for 15 minutes) to schedule a screening mammogram. The loop recording invites me to schedule online through the MyHealth app, so I tried, while staying on hold, and you can’t. When you log in and navigate to “schedule a diagnostic test” the only option that comes up is to schedule a Covid test. No other options at all, not for screening mammogram or anything else. Please either fix your app or fix your hold message! Still on hold - 21 minutes now. Who has time for this?!

Online Review. The medical information for me is not kept current. I had my diabetic eye exam done several weeks ago. I asked the Dr to fax it to my primary care physician. Additionally, I hand delivered a copy to their office since it was only one block away. My online account is still showing that my eye exam is overdue. I want my medical information kept current!

Wonderful App, but needs improvement.. The messaging system needs to be improved to be able to include attachments, due to the increased electronic interactions between patients and medical professionals. For example, if you have a video appointment and would like to take a picture of a rash to show to medical professional, you cannot do this. In any case, this would help make the overall video appointment more comprehensive.

A very nice site!!. Yes indeed is a very nice ,easy to navigate especially for those like me that are not very savvy with the computer!I like to read the summary after an appointment, Lab results come fast ,all in all I am very satisfy for the care I get from the doctors, nurses, diabetic educators and all the ,I am very happy with my provider Dr Nadra, and I really was very impressed with dr Shen in podiatry!! I guess you can tell, I love Sutter Hospital . Thank you

Bugs. Recently, I’ve been getting notifications about things that have already happened. Since I’m not the primary account holder, I can’t go in and look at it. I also couldn’t contact app support either. The link is broken, and by my best guess, they need to update the app to fix the bugs. Apparently, it hasn’t been updated in 7 months, so it’s either going to be discontinued soon, or hopefully they fix it…? When it gets updated, I’ll give it more stars.

You are not in control of your health information with Sutter!. You cannot edit your own health information on this app without ‘approval’ from some white-coat who barely knows you. You cannot remove meds from your profile that you haven’t taken in years - or ever - or medical conditions that are long behind you. The app, and the Sutter mafia in general, treat you like an idiot incapable of managing your own health information. This entire establishment needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. I for one avoid them as much as possible these days, and my health is better off for it.

Mostly quite good. Navigation through the app is reasonable. I can generally find what I am looking for reasonably quickly. Message handling is disappointing. Many messages seem to disappear after displaying them. This is not mentioned. Also, there does not appear to be any way to archive messages. Finally, the comment/review feature I am using to write this commentary is displaying white characters on a white background. So I can’t see what I am entering!

It doesn’t work when you need it.. I had a video appointment so I logged in an hour before to make sure everything is working and it was fine. 10 min before my appointment, I went back in but could not logged in and instead got an error message saying: oops! There was a problem communicating with the server. Tried both the phone and iPad app a few times and it was the same result. Went in on my laptop and it wants you to download a chrome extension called vidyowebconnector, rated for 2 stars. No wonder this app is not for prime time because of their developer choice. I end up using face time instead.

Awful. First of all, I’m constantly bounced around from website to app and having to re-enter my password every time (even when I’ve checked “Remember me”). I see my doctor every month, but it still lists my primary care doctor as one I haven’t seen in 5 years and another I saw once while at the emergency room. Trying to change this information myself is impossible. Your ads boast you can make an appointment on the website, but only a handful of doctors actually allow you to do so. I think whoever designed this app was overthinking it and missing what users actually need to do: make appointments, contact their cars team and LOG IN.

Old PAMF system program was much better.. I love my doctor Sharan K Gill. She a 5 STAR for me and a wonderful person who listens to my needs and try’s to help in anyway she can. Although the 2 STARS is because there’s no way to send important messages when I have to. I need to speak with someone regarding a recent Video Visit to stop a medication and every time I want to send a message to my doctor to let her know the person she referred me to is out of network. it’s say there’s an error and couldn’t send message. I use to like the way the old system was. It was much easier to use.

My Health Online. After quite some time of using, or rather, I should say, attempting do use MyHealthOnline. It would appear that it is approaching maturity, and is now a pleasure and very easy to use, particularly for being able to refill prescriptions view, doctors results, and share my records with other clinicians it is a pleasure now.

My health. I like most of it. The new notices about eye exams- I get my eyes examined every year. There was no way to let me correct that. Some medications that need refilling are locked, so I have to message the Dr. or staff instead of just pressing a key. I really like being able to see test results. It is also convenient that I can transfer my appointments to my calendar. Overall, it is a good service.

Best App!. The App offers an easy navigation system for anyone to use. The fingerprint access makes the login process so much easier. I enjoy the ability to check my lab work results and set appointments with ease. So many features on the new app that makes this app the best I’ve used in the past ten years. For those who wrote a bad review, I suggest you educate yourself on how to utilize the app. Also, the app is not responsible for your doctors lack of response.

Doctors and staff answering emails.. They are usually quick to answer you. i like PAMF. The only problem , i have is with prereaders of emails for rx's. The helpers get it wrong too many times. All my services have done and docrors caring and get back to me rightcaway. i have been with them for over 23 years. i dont plan on changing unless I have no choice.

Landing Page Design. I received an email saying an after-visit letter has been received. I did not use the link to sign in. Instead used my app to sign in. On the landing page I chose Message Center but was unable to find the letter. Finally, after much fiddling I went to Menu/ Communication/ Letters to find what I was looking for. It would have been nice to see Communication on the Landing Page and then the other sun menus. Thanks!

Health made easy. My Health Online has honestly made it easy to be healthy. I can email my primary care physician any time day or night and get a response in a timely manner. I schedule all my appointments from the app, and I even get notified about my upcoming immunizations and test results making it my one stop shop for all things health. I recommend it to anyone.

All my needs met. My husband and I switched to Sutter Health in September of 2021 since we changed insurance carriers. To date, everything we needed has been taken care of completely. Everyone has been very helpful and very thoughtful. Appointments are made within a reasonable amount of time. I even had to spend 4 days in Memorial Hospital and I felt the doctors and nurses were very caring.

It’s Pretty Good (this field of apps). I’m in the SF Bay Area, where Sutter owns most of the hospitals, so it’s pretty easy to find a doctor who will use Sutter’s MyHealthOnline. I have recently switched over from Kaiser, and a large part of my gripe w/ KP is the IT problems: I was locked out seeing my test results, etc on-and-off 6 times in 2021. This app is 85% reliable, and getting better.

Administrative Staff. I absolutely love your ap. It seems some staff members are not using some features though. For example, the “automatic check in” for appointments is being ignored. It’s so convenient for both parties when it’s used. Some staff did not know until I pointed it out to them. Minor problem to a path of great improvement. Love love love the app! My physicians are top notch. Love them

Hill Physicians Medical Group not connected. My primary care physician is a member of Hill Physicians Medical Group but they do NOT use this system for my medical records so I get messages stating the system cannot update my records. I have to inform my specialists as well as my primary care physician so that they know to check my records a ‘different’ way. I spoke with my primary care office staff and they said the system is ‘too expensive’ for them to register for. Disappointing for me.

Reminders. I have been receiving multiple reminders regarding my yearly mammogram. I have had the mammogram appointment scheduled for at least two months. Even the day of my appointment I received a reminder that I was overdue! Is theSoftware not sophisticated enough to know that an appointment is already existing? At first these reminders were comical but I received another one the day after my recent mammogram! That’s just annoying and makes me wonder about other items that might be possibly overlooked.

The information is good but…. All the medical info and test results are easy to find. However, it’s so confusing to find where to send a message to my doctor, or to find a message I had sent her. It should be under message center, seems like a no brainer, but it’s not. Why is this simple thing so deeply embedded in this menu system? It took me forever to figure it out the first time, and now I can’t remember how to do it since it’s so convoluted. They should take a cue from Etsy and EBay on how to set up messages.

The app is pretty good, BUT. The app is pretty good, BUT I am mystified as to why the developers don’t copy users on messages they send to their doctors. Do you have any idea how frustrating it is to wonder how long ago I sent a message to a doctor without a response or even remembering for sure that I even sent the message. If you don’t know how to implement this feature look at Kaiser’s app. They do it. Please implement this update. I hesitate to even Call it a “feature” because it is so basic and intuitive for any email function.

Very Helpful. I have access to my Doctor, labs & more. Really convenient especially when you’re going through health issues. Only improvement needed in my perspective is being able to make an appointment with the lab within the clinic, it is not an option on the app. I do feel confident & happy to have it!

Step into the Future. Forgot when I started using MHO. first it’s the web site accessible via PC. Now it’s mobile apps using your cell phone. In the beginning it’s messages, appointment etc… soon you can check test results, make payments. Now, with your physicians’ help in the AVS and Notes section, you can actually learn and monitor your health situation if you want to. 5 stars well deserved.
