Connecting. Was a royal pain going through all the options to connect, kept reverting back to the beginning, I gave them all the info, I was 1 hour late for my appointment but Roberta gave up her lunch for me. She should be commended. Also the second tech helper stayed with me the first helper was put out and couldn’t care less about the fact I needed a counselor at that time.

Very buggy. The app cannot handle multiple users in a call. I usually have morning meetings with 10+ members connected at the same time and the app just can’t handle it.

Appointment. Love that my doctor took more time and I never felt rushed. She went above and beyond to answer my questions in which i understood perfectly.

Video appointment. I would say this app for video appointments worked better than Zoom with the video quality and sound.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. She is wonderful therapist. I feel very comfortable with her, professional and kind!

No sound. I couldn’t hear anything but he could hear me.

Fast and easy connect. Had video call appointment with Dr. Logged into My Chart and was instructed to download app - VidyoConnect. In less than 30sec was up and ready. Video call with Dr was successful.

Visit with Dr Patel. This is a great way to see your doctor so helpful to be able to do vedio . Especially when you feeling I’ll thank you very much

technical assistance for vidyo connect. I couldn’t have connected successfully without the technical assistance offered by phoning in the office — once I understood the login restrictions (i.e., that you can’t get back in once the system logged you out) I was good to go —

Video Conference. So much better than an in person appointment because I got the results without having to travel. Doug Morton

The app worked great, even while I was camping!. Awesome App! it worked great even with marginal Wi-Fi, while we were camping!

Zoom call. Very nice and clear

3x failed to login to 3 different doctors. My mom is 87 years old. We’ve been denied access three times from three different virtual sessions. The problem is always logging in prior to scheduled session. The instructions say you can connect up to 15 mins before scheduled appointment but using both an iPhone and an iPad we got error messages. The only time it works is if doctors side gets there first and opens the room. If the software requires doctors to open the room then the hospital system and the provider of this technology need to change its user instructions

I am so thankful. I would just like to say that I appreciate your compassion and caring nature. That you really take time to hear my concerns. and I also appreciate your guidance in how to negotiate a round difficult situation in life, and most of all keeping it real. Thank you!

Audio. Audio is not functioning at all when logged into the app with mt log in. It works fin under the browser but if I am trying to control something on the patient’s end, I can’t due not being logged in. This is the 2nd week with this issue . Please help and fix.

Dr. Allerton :. Dr. Allerton is an amazing Dr. she listens to her patients, she is professional, caring, kind, definitely a blessing and great asset to any hospitals or clinic she works in. I recommend anyone to her. The nurse Donna is also amazing. The Nazareth location is a great team. God bless them all and I would never change the location unless it’s out of my hands.

Peppermintmocha. I'm trying for hours to connect for paid appointment with my doctor and I am not able to connect period. I have tried for 1 hour and it's not working.... it continues to say I have pop up blockers and I don't ... this is the 1st video site not working on my IPHONE X.

Vidyo review. First time using the app for doctor visit and installed and used it with no glitches going in or out.

Rapid Battery Drain. I had to download this app for an interview. My iPhone X was charged to 99% when the call started and 2.5 hours later the entire battery was drained. When I check battery usage in settings it says the VidyoConnect app used 93% of the last charge.

Best as it can be!. I was able to see and discuss most of my concerns with my doctor. However, nothing beats an in person visit so she can see all body parts to make an accurate assessment.

Urology video visit. Had a video visit with Urologist from Geisinger Dr. Zeller. He has a great bedside manner. He took his time and answered all my questions and explained everything to me clearly. He recommended some different tests which he stated that Geisinger would schedule for me for my next appointment. Also some possible future tests we talked about. He made me feel very comfortable and was very easy to talk to. He’s a great doctor and I would highly recommend him if you live in the Easton Area of Pennsylvania. Five stars.

Great visit with dr Wigder. Very thorough, explains plan for home care would not end the visit until all questions and concerns addressed. Great doctor!!

Great technology. I am happy to participate in video visits with my primary care physician,Dr Sukumar. It saves time and travel. Thank you to HFH for providing this option. Dr Sukumar has been my primary Doctor for many years and I am fortunate to be a recipient of her care. She is excellent !!!

I love this type of appts. This make it soooooo much better to stay in your own home, apartment or etc. I LOVE IT

Microphone can’t be enabled on iOS so pretty much useless to anyone but mimes. I’ve talked to Apple and IT support for the business that is using your app for video appointments and they can’t help me get audio to work through your app. Your app support site is useless. Thanks a million for the ongoing frustration.

Online visit. The provider listened to my concerns and gave me great i”directions.

JUST STARTING …. A little bit of a learning curve, but so far so good! The video parts, a little iffy, but no complaints so far!

Cannot use it on iPad Pro. I could not get it to work on iPad Pro (under iPadOS 12). Just see a small square with photo of myself, cryptic control icons below, no online help, and may prompt for userid/password even when intended to be guest. I'm deleting this frustrating dysfunctional app. It deserves ZERO stars. Wish organizations & businesses would all use Zoom or Google Meeting which work.

Huge improvement over VidyoMobile, but no camera during splitview. This is very nice improvement over VidyoMobile. I have no complaints other than the camera failing to work (send an image) when the app is being used in splitview. As i often need to read/write a document whilst in the meeting this failing really affects the usability of the app.

Office call. My video office call with Dr. Allerton was very thorough and doing the video call instead of going into the office helps me out tremendously because of my disability ( I do not drive anymore). Dr. Allerton is very pleasant to talk to also. Thank you 🙂🙂🙂

Solid app. This app has been very helpful for my telehealth appointments. Most of the time the call quality is pretty decent and the interface is straightforward so I can’t complain much. It works.

Missed doctor video appointment. I could not get this app to work at all on my iPad Air (4th generation). I tried repeatedly to access the video link for my doctor’s appointment but I kept getting an error message. So frustrating and needlessly stressful. I was lucky that my doctor was able to later fit me in for a phone visit instead of having to reschedule for another day.

Contacting Urologist for UTI medication. I was told to go primary care. Dr. Boparai was able to prescribe medication. We both wondered why Urologist didn’t do it?

GREAT COMMUNICATION Tool. The vofeo was good resolution and voice feature was clear, easy to use and reliable.

Excellent provider. Super professional, knowledgeable, and articulate. Highly recommended!

Video call. I’m not the best with technology but SOMEHOW succeeded in having a physician visit via my iPhone after failing to make the call work on my MacBook computer. At first, audio was the problem and my doctor logged out and back on because I could hear HER but she couldn’t hear me: once I did the same, we could then both hear and see each other. I don’t know how I accomplished that and would be reticent to try it again for fear of losing the whole appointment. there is language used during instructions I’m not acquainted with when given an instruction which makes success a dim possibility. (Do you want to use the app or go to the browser and do you have the most recent zOS whatever…? Then Your Safari doesn’t support the program choose a different platform???or whatever, I had no idea what to do at that point. I couldn’t completely install something new PLUS FIRST BAVK-up my whole computer!) Overall- I prefer meeting the doctor or nurse in the office face to face; but using technology I was able to get a much earlier appointment.

Missed Appointment. This stupid app would not allow me to join a video appointment with my gastroenterologist this morning. It completely locked my out! The link to join the video feed was a dead link! I called tech support for Sutter Gould Medical Center and they were so clueless they ended the call abruptly. I am in pain and had to reschedule my appointment.

Visual meeting w/Ben. I truly down, however talking just for the we had today helped a lot. Ben was amazing & helping me some problems & some help suggestions. I look forward to our next virtual visit on the 29th. Tanks again to Ben….

Doesn’t work.. I followed all the instructions and trouble shooting. Every time I open the appointment from MyChart it opens a browser with 404 error. Tried the steps to log on from the app and it tells me I don’t exist. Same log in on the webpage and it freezes. There’s no winning.

The most comforting video visit I have ever had. The doctor was so professional, and I felt so comfortable went answering all questions as if she was my family physician and really caring about my symptoms and my overall well-being Thank you very much for such a comforting appointment

Will not work. Tried to use the portal for a video conference with a doctor and ended up having the app crash multiple times despite repeated reinstallion. Companies should avoid using this software to interface with customers.

Great experience. This is a great tool to have in a great experience Kevin Fraiser is one of the greatest mental doctor I will recommend him to anyone he helps me get through all of my mental health needs

Battery killer. Beware of this app and it’s constant location services access. Force quit after every use.

So many issues. Not only has my device not made it a year this app locked me out I really do not suggest getting this at all!!!!!

Used by Scripps. Utter garbage! The app kept dropping the video and voice. Very poorly integrated. If this was supposed to be an improvement over an older version I would say it was an equal failure...
