Kaia Health Comments & Reviews 2024

💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

Terrible app. I'm trying to reset my preferences (told the app I had neck pain and it started querying me about my back, which is FINE) and there is no way to do that, no way to contact anyone, no way to contact anyone on their website, no way to log in on the website, you know maybe reset my profile there... to heck with it. I'm deleting the app and I'll deal with the pain some other way

Another tool towards self care. I suffer from depression and anxiety and I’ve only been using it for about a week, but it’s soothing direction towards Relaxation has improved my sleep and overall pain levels. Honestly, I wasn’t sure if my joint pain was connected to my mental health, but this app helps me see, understand and implement with tools to alleviate it. You won’t be disappointed.

Decent thus far. I’m in my late 50s with lower back pain from helping my wheelchair bound mom . Kaia did help relieve some of the back pain . Complaint I have is that starting from lesson 2 thru 5 it’s given me essentially the same exercises . Would like it to vary each time I do it . Also I’d like to be able to refer back to other lessons , particularly the first one , for variety if they don’t send me anything different .

Exercise. Any other exercises I have tried are just too difficult for me. With these I’m hoping to rebuild up some of the strength I have lost. Currently taking injections in the L5 trying to avoid surgery. I think these will be very helpful.

No trial and pricey!. I was just looking for something to guide me through some back exercises. If your employer or health plan doesn’t pay for it you’re flat out of luck. $250/per month for a membership and no chance to try it out. Honestly nothing is worth that price and especially not if you can’t see what you’re buying first.

Makes you register, doesn’t have free content. There’s no way to preview the app without first registering. Why put folks through a registration process for them to only then realize you have *zero* free content? Most apps have at least 2 or 3 freebies to give a taste of their capabilities. And a “7-day free trial” doesn’t count— that’s just a disingenuous way to rope people into subscribing after they forget to cancel. Fail.

It really works!. I’m pretty impressed. I no longer wake up with my back killing me. And I fall asleep faster after using the meditations.

TWO FIFTY A MONTH?!. I thought it was a horrible mistake so I emailed them. No. It’s really TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY dollars a month. Like, who has that?!!!! And if you do, why would you not go to ACTUAL physical therapy? Or at that rate just pay for a new back?!!! (Kidding of course.) Seriously, it’s cost prohibitive and I couldn’t get the help I desperately needed because of it. So thanks for absolutely nothing I guess.

Great user experience and fun!. I’ve been using Kaia now for a few months and thought it might be time to write a review. I’ve had a great experience on the app and with my Kaia Mentors (coaches) who I talk with via chat. They’re very informative and supportive. I’ve had back pain for several years and no luck with other treatments so it’s great to finally have some support. The Motion Coach feature is really great too- well worth the subscription cost, which less than I spend per month on most things. Keep up the great work!

Great but could be better w/customization. I love this app and the exercises but if the user had the ability to customize it, I would give it 5 stars. There are a couple of exercises that I am unable to do (e.g. Step forward one 90 degree leg). However, all you can do is skip the exercise but it will continue to be included in the daily exercise routine. Also, after some time and the problem area is well, there is no way of changing your problem area if you have another injury. I would like to see the ability to create a favorite routine in the app.

Paid use only. You have to make an account with your email before you can see what the app does. Then you get table of content pages for things you can’t use unless you pay. I never would have wasted my time registering this app if I knew it’s paid subscription only. There might be a free trial, but only with a subscription you have to sign up for and then cancel if you don’t like it. This is a terrible way to do business. I’m sure it works to rope some people in to paying for it. Not me.

Nice idea but app is inconsistent. I love the idea of this app. The main feature that drew me to it is motion coach. the posture assistance system. However, it only works for the first or second exercise and doesn't show up as an option after that which puts a pretty significant damper on the entire thing. I was planning on continuing the subscription after the 7 day free trial however with this being a present issue, I most likely won't .

Great app. I love this app. I had a back injury this spring and did a lot of research, downloaded this app and tried it. I also went to physical therapy. This app was the best (although seeing a doctor & PT is obviously necessary for individual diagnoses). If you have neck / back / hip pain, the cost is nothing for what you get. I spent so much money trying to get better, including special pillows and books. They all helped, but this app took the prize. I still use it all the time whenever I have flare ups (and I try to use it for prevention as much as possible, too). In addition to specific yoga for SI joint dysfunction (which I was diagnosed) I thankfully have a full box of tools to heal. And, when I had a question, they responded quickly and were so friendly and helpful. Thanks!

Terrible Ethics. I was going to get up and get some exercise today. The app didn’t work. Funny, I had auto-renew set up and my subscription expired? They did what?! Ok, I have no communication from them that they were destroying their normal business model and no clue when this happened. They took my money then locked me out of what I paid for. I’m left confused, saddened, and sore.

Ridiculous. I’m NOT signing up for the free seven (7) days because I can guarantee I will forget to cancel it. $79 is way too much for an app unless it is doing an actual operation on my back. Nope. Sorry. I’m not falling for this ‘sign up now & cancel later...” trick. Apple should not let companies operate this way. Maybe this is how you do things in Germany but in the U.S. we prefer to try before giving you $79. The more is think about it, DO NOT use this new age app.

To busy to take care of my back. I’ve had back pain for many years after to slipped disks. It comes and goes, but when I sleep badly or have to much stress at work I do have back pain for sure. Kaia is a quick training session which everybody should be able to work into their daily routine with great tips and relaxation sessions. It took me a while but I hope I can stick to it!

Going In Circles. I got to the assessment page that’s supposed to be your last step.I completed it and it said 100% complete. I clicked the continue button and it took me right back to the beginning of the last step. I tried a few times over and over again. I don’t know what’s wrong with it. Does it want me to lie and say that I have a pain that I don’t have? I’m confused. I wish these reviews would let you post pictures because I took screenshots. So annoying. Needless to say, I stopped crying after the fourth or fifth attempt.

A Great Resource. Each lesson is divided into three parts: knowledge concerning pain; exercises I can use to minimize and heal the pain; breathing and meditation. I tend to think of this as the ultimate use of mind, body and spirit to help me cope with chronic pain. A great resource.

This app is terrible and subscription options are misleading!. I thought I selected a $1.99 a week option when I registered but turns out that's extremely misleading as you're actually selecting a yearly subscription. Shady subscription options aside, the app is very glitchy. I couldn't even complete any activities I tried during the free trial, it constantly crashed. Yet I kept my subscription (still under the impression that I would be charged $1.99 a week in the meantime) hoping that it would be updated and it start to work, as the little bit I did successfully use helped. Shame on me for believing.

Nothing is free. I feel strongly that apps should have to disclose any costs BEFORE you give them any information including email addresses. Form of bait & switch- I haven’t even been able to try the app out to see if I like any of it. Many apps have a ‘free’ portion that you can upgrade, if you like it. Forcing users into a $80 commitment to try the app- so you take advantage of the people who forget to cancel the trial period.😡 Put that info on price in App Store

Unable to use app after paid for subscription. All is good until after initial 7 day trail, I subscribed to 3 months subscription. The app become unusable right after trial and payment. When I click on “start” to begin the exercise, it keep asking me to pick my subscription plan or sign up for 7 days free?! Such a disappointing beginning. I emailed them regarding this issue. Hope they will fix it soon. Update: after about 6 hours I am able access my subscription. However no one responded and reply to my email. Just FYI their customer service and support is scratchy. Hope when I cancel this it will be smooth.

No way to change settings. The app is a great idea, but the major flaw I found was there is no way to make any change to the settings after you fill out the initial onboarding questionnaire. This makes it virtually useless after you have resolved the area of pain you initially started with (I had a temporary injury that went away after a few weeks). I ended up deleting my account because I want to try to do the questionnaire again for a new injury, but sadly it won’t let you sign up again. Would have loved to continue using it.

Disappointed. I think this doesn’t work on I phone. When I try to tap start. I get sent to the sign up screen. I already gave credit card authorization etc. The app won’t let me do it again. 48 hours into my 7 day free trial I have not been able to use it. It was hard to find customer support, but I eventually found Three different email addresses. I have not received a response from any of them. I guess I will give it one more day before I cancel.

Deceptive advertising. I was pretty happy with the trial and I was going to pay the advertised $7 and change a month till I needed the app but today I was shocked to see a $80+ charge on my iTunes account because the app decided to automatically charge me for a hole year although the advertised rate was $7+ per month. I am sure some little fine print somewhere said I would be charged for the whole year but it is clearly intentional misdirection. Such a disgusting practice. I should have been more wary when I got this app through Facebook.

Nice app. This seems to be doing a nice job except owing my back muscles. I can feel the stretching. I can imagine it’s also doing some strengthening. Only been day three. We’ll see how the fist week goes.

At $250 a month it’s sadly an elitist app. Read a lot of reviews stating that signup is required to see anything on the app, no big deal I thought for $7/8 a month even if I forget to cancel it’s fine. Well it’s now $250 a month on offer ! just a mere $242 increase, or 3500% which seems reasonable ! Oh but the app has 250 exercises so only $1 per exercise per month if you don’t use the coach feature, again what a bargain. I can see a private physio twice a week for this price !!! Feel like it’s stating the obvious but obviously not, why don’t you offer a cheaper option with no coach feature for those of us that don’t have that kind of money ?

The usual “free” bait-and-switch app with empty promises. Totally unusable without a subscription. Asks you to subscribe before allowing you to do anything. When you close that screen, it then shows three possible exercise options who don’t have an Enroll badge (ie free presumably) but clicking Start gets you the subscription page. Poor business practices. Will uninstall the app now

Bait and switch. I signed up for the annual subscription trial, not realizing there were cheaper options that were harder to find. During the first free week of the trial, every day included learning, exercise and breathing modules. But after my paid subscription started, the app often skipped learning and breathing modules. So... the combination of burying the cheaper subscription choices and reducing content after the free trial is over, both left me feeling slightly ripped off. It also doesn’t help that I’ve been using the app for 2 weeks now and though I think it is useful for stretching, relaxing, and learning, my back pain has not improved at all and sometimes is even worse. I already saw my Dr. and was told it’s just muscular, so I would have expected the app to work better than it did.

Worked great in the past - now the price has skyrocketed!!. I left a positive review of this app 11 months ago. It really helped me. I got better for a while and cancelled my subscription. Today I wanted to sign up again. $250/month! That’s crazy! Come on guys! It’s a great program, but I can’t justify spending that much.

Really???. I seriously considered signing up for the trial and made it as far as the trial page. You can’t give a client a free lesson? How am I to know the benefits of the program when I cannot access needed information? Difficulty with communication between clients and Customer Service has been a frequent complaint. Is there a reason potential clients are unable to see the format, tone, and general FAQs before signing up? How are clients to know who is training them? MY company provides samples and gives a 30-day money back guarantee - and includes your shipping and handling. Our CS is open 24/7. Is that too difficult to understand and implement ASAP? I’m in severe pain and your company had been close to my last hope.

After back surgery. These exercises, I believe are saving my life. At 70 and left with mega pain after 2 back surgeries this program is my path to healing and happiness. 🙏🏼

Same exercises?. Today’s exercises were almost the same as yesterday’s. Three out of four were the same (?). Otherwise, I do like the format.

Kaia Program Perfect for Me. The Kaia program improved my muscle strength and reduced my discomfort that I was experiencing in my low back. The Kaia program uses tools like: Knowledge - which is powerful that helps me understand the dynamics of back pain. Exercises - that improves muscles strength and relaxation to reduce muscles tightness. Relaxation techniques - which includes a Breathing program and Progressive Muscle Relaxation program. l seen results in my first session. Support - Kaia program provides a person (coach) that is very valuable to me and a excellent resource while in the program. l communicate by phone and email. Thank you Kaia Program for coming into my life

Felt like a trap. Thought this app would be great. Good onboarding process on asking questions about your condition then requires you to sign up. You thought that would give you an idea of the app, but no. Once you pass that stage, it would require you to do a free trial to sign up with their coaches and won’t give any idea on how this app can help your back without going to the free trial. Most exercise apps would show you at least the most basic idea on how the process would go even without signing in or starting a free trial but this one doesn’t. It felt like a trap. If I knew, I would’ve not created an account at all.

Third day, significant progress. I am a 62 year old male. Have had off and on back problems for 30 years. A few months ago I went through physical therapy. The drive was 30 min and the session was 45 min. My ins co-pay was $30 per visit. I learned the exercises and had to remember what l learned to do them at home. The exercises helped a lot. Recently I hurt my back doing dead lifts (never again). Versus going back to physical therapy I tried this Kaia app. I felt relief the very first time. By the third day I am walking very near normal. A normal walk looks youthful. When my back is out my walk looks like an old man. My wife does not like it when I walk like an old man. This app is like having a physical therapist 24 hours a day. Thanks

I recommend this app to people. I don’t usually ever go around telling people they should download an app.

This app is a baited advertisement. You must set up a profile, giving your email and personal information before they tell you it’s almost 80 bucks a year. No ability to see more of the program than their ad screenshots you have just seen, unless you have also given them your credit card. So any kind of trial requires a credit card submission , and people are reviewing about getting surprise charged early and even if they delete the app, their email spammed with the inability to easily unsubscribe. Will it work for your back pain? The jury is still out. Will it give you brain pain? Guaranteed, no money back.

Painqat. First time trying after being very discouraged by my body response to everything else I paid lots of money for. This was gentle and didn’t trigger inflammation nor pain. Hopefully I found something my body is willing to accept

Love this app but the new price tag is ridiculous. I used Kaia on and off for several months and found it extremely helpful and even fun. However, there is no possible way to justify charging $1000 per year for a subscription. I really hope this is some kind of error, but I see comments regarding the change as far back as January.... wouldn’t recommend even trying the free trial anymore unless you have $1000 burning a hole in your pocket. Super disappointed to see this happen to a good app that seemed like it could be really helpful for a lot of people 😞

Horrible subscription and HIPAA practices. This app looks very interesting and shows promise except for 2 things, which make me extremely uncomfortable. Firstly, they ask for consent to share your medical information with 3rd parties, which should not happen with this type of app. Secondly, I was shocked that there is ZERO content you can access - not even their basic knowledge sessions - without signing up for a subscription. No, a 7 day trial period is not a viable option. I think the creators of this app would do far better, for themselves and their potential customers, if they offered a standard freemium model and provided some level of value without asking for their customers’ wallets.

Kaia is great!. My whole body feels better! The relaxation techniques really work and i can feel my back pain melting away each day step by step

youve got to be kidding me. I even sent you a screenshot of my subscription to show you that I have indeed subscribed to the yearly plan and have been using it for months until it logged out of my phone. I still have it on my ipad and thats how I could take a screenshot of it. When I sent you an email to tell you about this problem you consistenly say that I am not subscribed to the program and that I shouldnt have been charged. are you kidding me? this is the worst service ive ever experienced.

Check recent reviews , ruined by greed. To bad, typical overpriced app with no free lessons or content. 7 day trial is not sufficient. At least 2 week trial and some lessons should be available for free without being forced to sign up for any trial. But no, greed rules here. Obviously, based on their business model of tricking people, they don’t really believe in what they are selling. AVOID!

Love hate relationship. I love the app and it’s exercises but very frustrated with the assessment. I’ve been trying to complete my assessment for the past seven days with no success. It’s not recognizing my movements. Please fix this bug. 😠 I also don’t like that I cannot change my problem area as others have mentioned. It’s time for a fix/upgrade.

Zero pain after 1 month. I waited a couple days to share this because I wanted to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. 3rd day in a row with ZERO back pain! Literally 3-4 years of various levels of back pain. From “OMG I can’t move!” to nagging, mild discomfort. I’m sure there are a lot of programs out there that offer something similar, but Kaia worked for me. Super appreciative to the makers of this app. It’s a bit expensive as apps go, but worth every penny! Go for it!

Trial not available. Downloaded the app, made an account, and got everything filled in to start. Clicked start on the first course and I get messages about the discounted rate of an annual membership. The only way to exit the screen brings me back to the original course screen. The app is asking for a lot of money for a subscription I can’t try out! Frustrated doesn’t even begin to cover it, because I was looking forward to seeing if this app helped after reading such positive reviews.

I downloaded this in hopes of finding some back pain relief but.... The app won’t even let you see a single exercise before forcing you to sign up for a membership. Yes there is a free trial period of 7 days but that’s literally the only option to try anything. Every other app I’ve downloaded that required membership would give you a first set of exercise or meditation lessons etc for free to try before asking you to sign up. I deleted the app and now I am getting spammed with emails that I can’t unsubscribe from (each time I put in a request to unsubscribe the page errors out). The exercises in this app might be good but I wouldn’t know since the app is so poorly constructed and the advertising is forced on you to the point you don’t even want to try it again.

Here’s your problem. Offering a 7 day trial is not enough. It is simply too much to ask someone your advertising to cancel after 7 days on an ad they see on social media. The though of having to have to think about it or deal with it outweighs the POSSIBLE positive outcome. This is why I haven’t even downloaded the app and that’s with perfect targeting, because this is something I would buy. A better business model would be to create a good teaser section that will makes a small difference in someone’s life but leaves you feeling hungry for more. If your product is truly superior and worth it. Having a free section that’s the tip of the iceberg will peak interest and not kill your sales like the 7 day trial.

It is great as long as you don’t buy it from apple. If you buy it from Apple, and the app does a reset or updates itself and you need to log in, there is no way from the app to restore and you need to send an email to them and wait till they respond to grant you access. The other way is to create a new account and forget about your progress.

Really good app. I feel pretty good about using the app. I really like the interactive part so you know your doing things correctly. I also like the breathing at the end.

Wayyy too expensive for most people. This app seriously costs $249 A MONTH with no free trial period. This is more expensive that getting a REAL physical therapist if you are self-paying. Their tag line: we got your back! Ha ha, they got something.

Where are the exercises?. I started this app for exercises and all I get is information I already know. Where are the exercises/ every time I go into this I get reasons not helpful moves.

Asks to pay before you can try it. Asked a bunch of questions, then asked me to pay before i can even use it.

Helped me enormously. Thank you for making this app I hate to go to pt and this really helped me go on and strengthen my back

Misleading. I had to go thru signing up just to find out that I would be billed. No indication of this beforehand! Cheap tactic! No way to delete my signup. Did not open the 7 day trial period, better not be billed. Very misleading!!!

Create Account crashes. Wow, that was the quickest to fail of any app. I opened Kaia app after downloading, clicked “Create account “ and it gives “502 error “. Can’t do anything else. iOS 15.3.1.

can’t even sample. i’m not going to pay $78 even $40 for an app if i can’t even test it out or get a trial. Ridiculous! I guess i’ll just be in pain...thanks a lot kaia.

Great. Great App, my back health has improved greatly

Feel disappointed. This app first make your register and agree to everything then at the end hit you with payment plans. First show me the payment plans and then let me decide if I want to proceed. Deceiving way to collect user information, not happy.

Bait and switch. It is neither radical, nor revolutionary, if it is not accessible. You have to pay for any of the functions to work, or do the trial and then they charge after a week. Depressing when they trick you into downloading an app to find out it’s payment only.

Must have employer?. I can’t get past the first page. I am self-employed and that seems to be the end of my venture into your app.

Bea. Very good I hope I can get up and walk and not hurt thank you for caring I’ll keep doing these exercises is there others thank Bea Bartel

Love love love. This is such a great App! Even if you don’t have back pain, this app will ensure that you don’t!!!

Kaia requires a HIPAA notification sign-off. I will not engage in approving Kaia to share my medical information with outside entities. If I participate, Kaia could share my information with my employer. I downloaded this app in order to loosen my back by using a set of stretching exercises. There is NO reason for me to open myself up to sharing that information with my employer.

Can’t even make an account. It says my employer has to be partnered with them, asked for my email (gave a fake of course) and then it’s a dead end.

Forced to subscribe. Pretty much useless app if you don’t sign up immediately after providing your information. Tried one class and it’s awful, cancelled right away. Not even gonna bother with 8 days.

Price increased by 1000%. Don’t trust this company. They increased the price of their service by 1000%, kicking people off the subscription by changing the subscription system. Really disappointed. I used to like the app.

Taking advantage of Ill people. Asks for $1000/year, an exorbitantly high subscription fee, and asking it from people who are in pain and possibly desperate. Great app with an unacceptable pricing plan.

Do not pay for. I have suffered back problems for 35 years I tried this app and found it very disappointing. Be knowledgeable about your back before starting any apps. This does not even begin to explain anything.

My first day. Berry interesting very good I’ll keep doing it

Monthly fee ?!?! Stop emailing me!. I thought this app would be helpful but I’m not paying a monthly fee. Also I’ve tried to unsubscribe from their email and suspiciously enough that feature doesn’t work on their site. so to the junk emails you go.

App does not work. When I try to “customize” my exercise plan, it asks me to slide the circle to indicate the level of pain. The circle will not slide, so I am unable to continue. Very frustrating!!!

Disgusting what they charge. So gross. First off you have to write them to get the price. Back in 2020 it was $259 a month.

Not free for individual users. Scouted the description before downloading to ensure that there weren’t hidden costs via in-app purchases. Was disappointed to learn (after providing my email address and other info) that they’re charging $249 per month for access.

Back and right hip pain.. My back feels better after my first workout.

Precise for back pain. I enjoyed the workout programs designed by Kara. They are very precise for back pain.

Bad subscription model turns users away. Wanted to try but as everyone said. You must agree to subscription before moving forward. Yes you do get 7 days but AUTOMATICALLY charges you then. I’m used to working with e-commerce and subscription model. You should open up your app with free 7 days without auto sign up. Once the 7th day is done you can then lock the user out and then sign up. Automatic on 7th day will turn users away from start. Cart abandonment 101. Until then, I must delete app.

How do I unsubscribe???. 1) Why is there no way to this on the app? 2) What in the world is my “iTunes account settings”? 3) Why is there no way for me to contact you??

The best. This app is one of the best out there for back pain relief! It explains the exercises extremely well

Subscription. They fail to mention there is nothing if you don’t pay. You give them your info and then pu can’t even see f you’d like to try it without paying.

Great app. I am enjoying the app and use it daily for physical therapy. The exercises are well explained.

App Frozen. It’s my first day of using the app and when I open the app it’s frozen on the screen that asks what your pain level is today. The only pain I have is the headache the app is causing.

Speed of text. The print comes way too fast. I cannot read that quickly

Share My Info, No. I have nothing bad to say about the app. I didn’t get a chance to use it because they want you to share your information. Why can’t you just use the app without having to share info?

Logistics Manager. I’m recommending Kaia to everyone I know. The relaxation and stretching exercises have reduced my pain and helped my flexibility.

App worked fine until I updated. Now I'm locked out without paying $999. How frustrating!

The AI Motion Coach is fun and effective. I love the AI Motion coach. It feels supportive as if I was actually in a PT office alongside a physician - but I can do my therapy it whenever and wherever. Best of both worlds. Thank you!!

Unreasonably Expensive!!. Am I missing something?? You can’t really do anything in this app without signing up for PRO which costs $250 per month!! I could pay less for a personal trainer

Go ahead and try to renew this.... Great product, but the administration side is devastatingly poor. I want to renew and cannot. They’ll send me an email and be in touch. Is that how this gets done in 2020? My back pain is diminished, but you’re giving me a huge headache.

Price is ridiculous. $250 PER MONTH??? What world do you live on where that seems reasonable for what you’re claiming to provide?

Cannot open my course even I’m subscribed!!!. I automatically enrolled in 12month subscription after the trial. But I can’t open any of my course because it keeps telling me select a plan but my apt store shown that I already subscribed!!!!

Cannot log in and lack of support. Our company uses this with virgin pulse as the authenticator. Once authenticated, the app has a screen to return to app but it does nothing. The app is useless and support does not respond.

Rip off. For this price a physical therapist can develop a custom program. Why would I trust my health to some developer and pay these kind of prices?

Really?. If I’m gonna pay for something I’m just gonna go ahead and go a a chiropractor, much better for you, takes less time, trained professionals. Don’t need to know how or why it’s made, y’all didn’t address the fact that just going to a chiropractor is better for a damaged spine. So I’m gonna assume I’m right on the money.

EXPENSIVE!!. This app looks like it’s free, or at least had a basic free version. It doesn’t. It’s $250/month. And you can’t do ANYTHING on the app unless you upgrade. Very deceptive.

Requires a Pro Subscription to be able to do anything. I saw this app to help with my sore pain from my triathlon trainings and I come into the app... and nothing is free!! You need a subscription!! I was so eager to try this, until this happened! Please offer free programs, and I’ll consider rating this 5 star.

Not free. It’s not free and doesn't give you first round of exercises without paying! Do you really think within just 7 days trial we can assess this app? Come on! It's our health and we cannot risk it just with 7 days trial!

An exercise app- for $89 a year?. App is very simple. In fact it feels like it was made in a week with basic i fo off wikipedia. Ordered it because been suffering back pain. Was expecting stretches. Its just like ab exercises. Cant do this stuff with back pain. Wish could rate zero.

Dishonest description. “The first 7 days are free, without restriction.” - This is a lie. There is no free trial. I’ll have to report back if it does anything for my pain, but so far I am frustrated with being mislead into having to pay for 1 Year to even test the app.

Only available to users with participating health insurance. You cannot use this app unless your health insurance offers it as part of its plan. As of this writing, Kaia simply prevents you from creating an account if your health insurance is not a customer.
