We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

Accurate!. I’m going to give I'm going to give this app the maximum amount of stars. After being told by two different doctors that I possibly have this, fairly sure that one of the two things is actually what I have. Now it's just up to me to find out which of the two. I do wish they could add an additional choice for a symptom that happens occasionally. Some symptoms are fleeting, and probably not related. At least I know where to go from here. Thank you.

Helpful!. This app has been very helpful to me. Since I got it, I have entered symptoms for myself, my brother, and my sister and we have been able to focus in on specific problem lists generated. We were able to create a profile for each of us so that when we return to the app with a different problem our background information is already there saved. Of course, nothing will take the place of our individual Physicians; but, with office co-pays and insurance companies breaking down their costs to nickel and dime the consumer, it can be very expensive to repeatedly go to the doctor until the symptoms point towards the final problem.

Honestly, I love it. Ada is so helpful. I saw it advertised in the App Store one day and thought, “Well, why not give it a try?” Ever since then, I have been using Ada when I need it. The app is super reliable and accurate, not to mention free. It’s easy to use (seriously, you just answer questions) and it’s great if you want to research something before you schedule an expensive visit with your doctor. If you still don’t believe me that this app is worth it, download it and start typing in symptoms like “fever” or “body aches” and I guarantee you’ll get the answer you were expecting. Totally worth it. Five stars. This seriously is a GREAT app 👍🏻

My opinion. This is the best app as far as getting a quick idea of what could possibly be going on! After answering the assessment questions (just as the Dr/Hospital) would have asked me, I was giving a list of the apps opinion of which diagnosis it could/may be. After choosing which diagnosis I also felt matched the best, it went into more detail about the {issue} at hand! After going to the Dr. being asked the very same questions, having the test done that the app indeed said most likely would be preformed, turned out it was indeed what the app thought the {issue} for me was!! Amazing App!

Not perfect, but nearly. Ada isn’t perfect, as nothing is. But, for a non-being computer device it does an extremely good job helping me. I know it’s not a true doctor and what-not, but it has provided helpful analysis on a multitude of occasions and has informed me on things I didn’t know of before. Not only am i learning some about diagnosis’, but I also feel safer in general. Additionally, I had a crises earlier and got diagnosed with something severe and when I went to the doctor (Ada recommended within a few hours time) it turned out it was actually something that I needed help with so. Basically Ada is a life-saver, and if not that then an anti-anxiety machine.

Love The App!. The app helps calm down my anxiety when i get hit with something out of nowhere. Its a life savior, it states that this isnt a medical diagnosis at all nd to always seek help from a dr if u feel u need it. I was cautious at first as ive used multiple of these sort of apps before and ended up deleting them. But Ada is different. And i honestly couldnt be happier. This is gunna be an app ik i cn use till the day i die. No joke. DOWNLOAD it now if you want an app that you can give your symptoms nd get a possiblity as an answer/s. Its a must have and the only one of these types of appsill ever reccommend to anyone

A doctor in your pocket. I am a hypochondriac with health related anxiety and panic. This app has been more beneficial and comforting than not. I was having a panic attack and was for sure thinking I was dying of an aneurism. I went through the symptom checker; rapid heart rate, dizziness, light headed ness, cold sweat, etc and it told me I had a panic attack. I was not dying, lol. Then I found a bump in my jaw along with a sore throat. For sure I had oral cancer. Turns out a lump under your skin on your face is a symptom of a sore throat, lol, which makes way more logical sense than my irrational fears! This is a great app and it always gives me a sense of reassurance so I don’t have to keep going to the doctor for every little thing.

Wow. This app has been a highlight out of the medical apps for symptoms of what you’re dealing with. With ada it makes it a lot easier to check past diagnosis to go over with my doctor. It’s so helpful and all together was a brilliant invention. When I put together symptoms for depression, the comments including “you should never feel like you can’t talk to someone” really made me feel a personal ‘patient-type’ connection. The makers definitely spent their time on this app and for that, it’s made life a lot easier. I think this app deserves a 10 star rating but unfortunately, it’d be hard to get away with that.

My husband was right.. So my husband has had a kidney stone in the past and I was freaking out about back pain he had. He told me he didn’t think it was another kidney stone because he knows the pain already and explained this back pain didn’t feel like the kidney stone pain. Being paranoid, I downloaded this app assuming not much, and this app just surprised both of us. It was insane how perfect the questions are and how much it asks. Sure, it’s not a professional diagnosis from a medical doctor, but it does eliminate a lot of assumptions. After all the questions, Ada concluded “mechanical back pain” which then my husband proceeded to tell me he did pull a muscle earlier in the day. Thank you ada. I’m going to recommend this app to everyone I know. It gives a sense of ease honestly. ☺️

Happy to have this app available. Like this app so far the diagnosis have been accurate I’ve used a couple times as I just found this app. The only con so far is not enough options when answering a question and your choices are yes, no or I don’t know . Both times I wanted to diagnose something and these were my choices none helped the bot as none of these applied so to move forward I had to just choose one. Adding it varies or no consistency to symptom would help. It’s possible this wouldn’t change the diagnosis but having the option would be cool! Lol! Thanks for developing such a useful app!!

5 Stars!!!. I don’t usually leave reviews unless something was horrible and I’d hate to see someone go through the same problem so that when I’d leave an actual written review. However, this app was so informative and so right on the spot with diagnostic information when compared to the knowledge of my medical doctor! I already knew what was going on with me I just wanted to see how accurate the app would be. Everything matched and was extremely accurate! I love this app definitely a good download!!!

Very Accurate!. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this app has been incredibly helpful for me. For some reason this past year I went through a few rough illnesses, one in particular that no one was able to accurately diagnose. I was in the worst pain I have ever been in and everyone kept telling me that it was nothing, or that they weren’t sure what was causing it. With nowhere left to turn I decided to downloaded this app put my symptoms in to try and find out something about what might be going on. The app makes it clear that this is not a true medical diagnosis and that you should always seek help from a doctor in person when you can, but even still it came up with a few possible diagnoses that I was curious about. Nearly a week later, when my condition finally got bad enough a doctor was able to figure out what was causing the pain and it turned out to be the same diagnosis this app suggested as the most likely cause of my symptoms. Since this incident I have used the app a few more times and it has been very helpful and incredibly informative.

Programmed very well.. but could use some minor improvements. I’m diagnosed with bipolar disorder and ada has been able to help me distinguish between when I’m having an anxiety attack or when my muscle aches and pains were more than just side effects of my meds. However, I believe that ada could be improved if we were able to add pre existing conditions to our profiles, in addition to our prescriptions actually factoring into the reports. Am I feeling fatigued because of my meds? Or is it something else? Pre existing conditions and medications can make it that much harder to question if it’s more than a side effect. And especially in the times of Covid seeking medical help is just getting more expensive in the US. But ada has helped me see when I should and shouldn’t go to the doctor (they helped me recognize the symptoms of pneumonia in time for me to get diagnosed before my lungs would be damaged any further than they were). I love this program, I just wish we could add the illnesses we already have and the effects our meds have on us. Of course the devs can’t list every medication, but letting us list the symptoms those meds cause should be factored into ada’s reports. There’s more conditions other than smoking, diabetes, etc that ada currently lists, and I feel the preexisting conditions are very limited. And I hope my thoughts on this are seen by the devs and can be brought into consideration.

Best Unreal doctor you can speak with. Usually the problem with going to a real doctor you either go with your parents or some supervision so you can’t mention stuff like smoking or some other symptoms scared that your parents or the doctor will do something to you, but here in this app you speak to a Computer so you can go as detailed as you want without worrying, because after all, nothing bad will happen to you, it just gives you feed back on what’s wrong with u and advise you to go to a doctor or not. I really love the app, thanks for your efforts and time for creating this master piece (to the creators)

Great app. Everyone knows you should never google your symptoms because it’s always something terminal and/or frightening. That’s why this app is so great, because instead of telling you anything it COULD be, it helps you determine how LIKELY something is. Is gives you the possible conditions in order from most likely to least likely. So you don’t have to worry that your dehydration headache is brain cancer, like you might’ve if you had used google. Ada also asks relevant questions to give a more accurate assessment. I think this app is great. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Helpful but needs improving. It is so accurate that even fits my report given by the hospital! But it often gives out rare diagnosis that can’t be mentioned by real-life doctors. Sometimes people may get a few symptoms that doesn’t fit their diseases, so maybe Ada would know if they get more than one disease, or the symptoms from different disease would be mixed up. And Ada may mistake inaccurate, rare and emergency illness. By the way, some questions contain professional nouns, and can’t be exactly comprehended by the Helpings. So maybe in the future we will have a built-in dictionary!

Great App (One suggestion). I would suggest Ada would have photos in her symptom assessment. I am unaware if it has any capability of doing so if there is I would love to be notified on how to enable the option. But to continue, it would be lovely if her questions about pain had an image to help specify where it is directly pointing at. An example of a sort is if a person was in an important situation (pressuming they hadn't gone to get medical help) and had to evaluate someone of their symptoms to see if it was anything serious. They run into a question that ask if they have pain above the abdomen. If the person is unaware of what an abdomen is then it would lessen the time and make it slightly difficult for them to finish the evaluation. The option for images could also have certain sizes for the red pain marks. It could be more focused if Ada was asking for sharp pain, it could be more spread if Ada was asking for pain all around, or it could be a moderate size to show if Ada was asking for normal pain. Ada's post-evaluation sequence should show specific images and areas for the tumors she suggest that the symptom lead to or the bones that have been affected. Otherwise, the app is great always saved me the worry. (I still seek medical help if I'm sure it's serious or if my symptoms get worse) I recommended the app throughout my family and friends! Continue the great work.

Great for a hypochondriac with severe anxiety. As someone with very severe anxiety especially being a hypochondriac, this app really helps reassure me that it’s (almost always) all on my head. Helps provide me with peace of mind providing me insights on when it’s my head, or a physical illness. I just enter my symptoms, answer the questions truthfully, and it gives you a list on what it COULD be and if you need to seek medical attention. One morning I was feeling kinda ill, lots of lower back pain and UT issues, filled out the app, it suggested I had a UTI, which was the first time it advised me of something other than my usual anxiety answers. So I went to the doc and sure enough I had a UTI. As a medical professional myself, and hypochondriac with severe anxiety, I highly recommend this app for everyone! But when in doubt, always seek medical advise. For anything critical, seek emergency medical care or call 911.

Unbiased, fast, and accurate!. I have had many health problems over the past couple years, and as a black woman it has been incredibly frustrating feeling like doctors do not listen to me or take me seriously when I describe my pain. Ada has quite literally saved my life on numerous occasions, I have had kidney infections and concussions, when doctors have not diagnosed me correctly or not diagnosed me at all, only for me to run my symptoms through this tracker and for them to re-test me with the results and find out they are accurate to what Ada has described. This is an incredible, unbiased, quick and accurate health companion and if I could give it 10 stars I would.

Life saver!. I absolutely love this app! It’s helped me so much! Since having my baby in October and becoming a first time mom I feel like I’ve had questions for just about everything. Ada has put my mind to ease for almost all of it! It helps me decide when it’s time to call the doctor for myself, husband, or daughter. When I first downloaded this app I couldn’t help but be a little skeptical using it, but so far all its information lines up pretty well, I’ve only had one time where if gave me an off the wall answer and it was 100% my fault for not filling out the questions correctly. 10/10 would highly recommend for anyone and everyone!

Amazing tool!. I’ve only used Ada once so far however it is already quite apparent that the accuracy and level of medical knowledge associated with this app is nothing short of amazing. This is the perfect tool for one like myself who has no formal medical training but is very proactive in medical self education. This can so greatly benefit medical professionals to better and more quickly understand the patient’s concerns as they’ve had a chance to better understand their own condition. Also, I can only imagine how much help this can be to caregivers like myself, to better track and understand the health issues of those we care for as it is usually we who are the ones to communicate with Drs on behalf of the patient. What a disservice to yourself and those around you to not take advantage of this tool that can help you to play a such pivotal role in your healthcare and to better assist your Doctors by being a more knowledgeable communicator during the limited time you have with them. I’m grading this one with an A+

Nearly perfect. I’ve been using Ada for a while now, and it’s truly impressive. Its accurate symptom analysis, user-friendly interface, and extensive medical knowledge base make it a reliable first step in understanding health concerns. The app’s design is straightforward, guiding users through an intuitive series of questions to pinpoint symptoms and potential causes. The detailed health reports are incredibly helpful, providing clear and informative insights. However, there’s one feature that could take Ada from great to extraordinary: a conversational AI designed to mimic a real doctor’s consultation. While Ada does a fantastic job at symptom checking, having an AI that users could talk to like a doctor would add immense value. This AI could ask follow-up questions, provide explanations in layman’s terms, and perhaps even offer general health advice or reminders for follow-up care. It would bring a more interactive and engaging dimension to the app, enhancing the user experience by adding a sense of personal medical consultation.

Better than other symptom apps I’ve used. I don’t usually leave reviews or take surveys. I’m in my 50’s so have been experiencing more health issues that I’ve never experienced in my youth. I usually use a couple different apps to get the advantages of both symptom checkers but this app is so comprehensive I’ve found myself not needing to use the other apps. Recently had a new problem with a symptom I’ve never had before. Doctor visits and imaging and testing did not reveal a cause. I was told to return If problem persisted. In the meantime I used this app which listed possible diagnoses to consider. Two weeks later I was diagnosed with one of the illnesses this app suggested. It was a rough few weeks. I was impressed with this App.

Pretty Accurate!. I am constantly worried about my health, and before the app I would use google as my lifeline. As everyone knows, searching your symptoms online can be very misleading and create more fear. Once I found this app, it really helped to put me in a direction of what was really happening to my body. I use it here and there, but the app has saved me twice when I thought my issues were minor. Turns out the app pinpointed two problems I had, that could have really put damage to my body without me knowing. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone who is constantly worried about a health issue they’re too afraid to talk about!

This app saved my life. Literally.. About 2 months ago I was having very weird symptoms that I had researched online, but found no answer. I started to get a little nervous, and saw the ad for Ada. I decided to try it out, and got an answer that would explain everything: I had a plethora of things that would eventually lead to my death. I talked to my doctor about it, and looked into the situation. Almost immediately he agreed that it was incredibly serious and sent me to the ER. I cannot thank the developers of this app enough

Great app!. Actually leaving a review for this one. Its great. Its thorough in its questioning and offers clarification that is not ‘leading’. I feel empowered to move toward further investigation and grateful to have a ‘family nurse’ in my pocket for ‘those weird skin things’ we all get. Skin cancer is serious and can move fast if the wrong kind. So its good to check all those little bumps but not practical to go to the doctor every time. I feel this app gives an educated guess that you can trust to move on. Now to make an app for every organ system! And pets! And appliances!-lol

AMAZING APP. I’m 17 and i was diagnosed with lupus almost a year ago, i got bored today and tried filling in my symptoms just kinda as a game, using it like the ackinator app. Within maybe around 8-10 minutes after putting in my symptoms the app said i likely had fibromyalgia but that my most possible unlikely cause was lupus, SLE. I just think it’s amazing that this app managed to diagnose something that took over a decade for my doctors within 10 minutes and it acknowledges that it’s not a completely accurate diagnosis and you should go see a doctor to be sure. I’m not saying to replace doctors with this app, just that before going it could be greatly beneficial to use this app and then ask your doctors about the possibilities of having what it may think the causes are :) overall 10/10 app i’d highly recommend it and the people who made it are amazing at what they do!

Something that could be added. I don’t typically leave reviews. And personally from someone who is very sick a lot I love this app but I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s disease and I kind a wish I could add that to my profile so it wouldn’t continuously give me that so I was just hoping that would be offered here soon because I was putting in my symptoms I’ve been feeling in the past week and it came out to be Hashimoto’s disease which like I previously said I have already been diagnosed I hope they come out with a place you can put what you’ve already been diagnosed with soon....

This app has definitely helped.. Me and my friend, although only in six grade, have experienced some issues with depression. It’s definitely not the biggest thing out there and we know that. I personally was reluctant in thinking I had depression, but it turns out she could be bi-polar and I might be at least somewhat depressed. She has told me years ago that I couldn’t be depressed cause I can be happy, and I believed it so much I think I pushed myself into more depression. But now she knows she could be bi-polar and I could be slightly depressed so we can either show a doctor or try and get better ourselves. Have a great day!

4 1/2. I love this app and I always think I have some sort of disease so I downloaded this app. It really helps me easily type in my symptoms except for some complex ones and it is like talking to a tiny, portable doctor (not really allowed to say for sure you have a disease which is good) in the palm of my hand! I cannot type in my main symptoms which bothers me but I get passed it and so will you! I prescribe this app to ages 13-99 because of its perspective on sicknesses and the way it says everything so calmly as if it knows you’re already tense when you wake up. Thank you, Ada, I love this app to the design all the way to how you coded it to set a clam atmosphere to the patient.

Fantastic for getting a head start.. This has been very helpful to me. As a woman (and I hate leading a sentence like that), often times internal body pain for girls is written off. I went to the ER 3 times in one day and the doctor kept telling me it was period cramps until the last time I came I was completely immobile and peeing blood every hour. It ended up being a horrible UTI that got out of hand because they brushed it up to mensural pain. This app gives me a start on what kinds of things might really be going on inside my body so I can do research a bit better before getting to the hospital. So the last time I went in with early signs of another bladder infection I was able to suggest they look into seeing if my symptoms were worse than just what they suggested (which surprise surprise, after they found I wasn’t pregnant they chalked it up to period pain)

Helpful!. When I first used ada, I didn’t exactly know what it was. But over the past 2 years, its been extremely helpful to not only me but my friends! We have gotten more informed on the issues we’ve had (ex. headaches) and has really helped with my mom to learn more about her!! I really am so thankful for this app and its so much more accurate then other places like google. I want everyone to know that this is NOT a medical diagnosis, but instead an app where you put in symptoms and answer questions, then it outlines possible sicknesses that you might have. If you need urgent care seek a doctor or hospital, but always reach out to that doctor or hospital if you believe you need medical attention. Overall, this app is one of the best I’ve ever seen. I highly recommend it for those who have health problems regularly. Thank you, ada!

Used once and seems pretty accurate. I used this to assess an issue that I have now and then. Putting in the answers I did have me the same result as consulting with friends and online research. Sad thing is that twice (1 year apart) I went to the emergency room and they had diagnosed me with something that was similar to what I have concluded to be the actual diagnosis. I will check with a doctor to actually confirm it. This app is QUITE useful!! I know that it isn’t a substitution for actual medical care, but, it will help me better explain to the doctor the symptoms and see if they concur with my findings!! AWESOME APP so far!!

Lifesaving!!. I don’t usually write reviews for any app/game but I feel like this one deserved it. I once had the worst pain in my right lower stomach but I dint think much of it. But it kept getting worse so I finally put my symptoms in it and it said that it was Acute Appendicitis but I dint believe it. Otherwise it kept getting worse so I finally went to the doctor and he examined it and he said Appendicitis so I went to the ER and sure enough it was Appendicitis with it getting ready to burst so I had to get emergency surgery to remove it. The doctor said if I had waited any longer I would of been in critical condition so Ada SAVED MY LIFE!!

Saved my dads life. My father had been having heart attack symptoms for about 5 days, we had no idea what was going on. I decided it would be a good idea to try and use this app to figure it out. I do the "survey"(for lack of a better word) and open the assessment, every, single, thing in the assessment says he's going to have a heart attack, and soon. We decide to take him into the hospital(we didn't think he was actually going to have a heart attack)and THE SECOND we walked in the door he had a full blown heart attack, it had a name? I can't recall it but the entire vessel was clogged and it made a "tombstone" shape on the monitor. He had to be halo flighted to a HUGE hospital hours away. They said if he hadn't come in the second he did, he wouldn't have had a chance. This app, saved my fathers life and i will forever keep the creators of it in my prayers for that.

Great app!. I recently had to go to ER over some symptoms I have been experiencing for a while now , I entered the same symptoms into this application and it suggested that the problem I’m having is the very same one the ER doctor told me it was . The only major difference is that the ER doctor had a huge piece of information that this app didn’t have and it was that I had eaten a ton of wheat bread -that helped them realize I might have a gluten allergy . The app came up with the same diagnosis without knowing about the wheat bread .

Ielts listening. Some apps learn English as a complete course of English in learning English information and data that access you is important and if you prepare this app I think you will fast reach your goals because I studied this app and after one week I progress in learning English and I confident to study all app comfortable can pass ielts exam with a good score and recommend you read this app accurate and surely success in your life I hesitate to explain this subject until students don’t confuse and spend their times and use from and app that all data sort for students and only we must use them and benefit so much I appreciate writers and wish success in world wide always like last years thanks

It’s a lifesaver!. For someone like me, who’s always worrying about having the most major sickness when I only have small symptoms, ada is a lifesaver. Anytime you feel sick and anything hurts, you can use ada to type your symptoms down and answer a few questions about how you’re feeling. This includes things like, “how are your symptoms changing over time?” and if you have any other symptoms. It lists a number of different things you could have, some of them are less likely then others. You can read about the sickness and it even gives you remedies to treat it. This app has helped me a number of times, and it’s also very easy and simple to use. You can get a symptom assessment done in only a few minutes because the questions are simple and straight to the point. Still, you should always see a doctor if you’re worried, and I’m happy to say ada does also remind you that. I have nothing bad to say about this app at all. It even checks up on past symptom assessments to see if you’re doing okay!

Spot on!. This app is a very useful, innovative, and accurate app. This is very useful for anybody in their daily lives. There are many symptoms to choose from, being simplistic or incredibly diverse in nature. Something that I enjoy about this app is that it does follow-up questions when you enter the app again. Always seeking to improve itself, it asks for your input as well as a doctors diagnosis if one has been determined. Another great feature is a comparison to others with similar symptoms. I typed in all my symptoms for the common cold, and it told me that eight out of 10 people with my similar symptoms had the common cold. Yes, while The rhinovirus is a very simplistic one, I have entered more complex symptoms for different cases, and have found great results. When the results were undetermined, it asks for input, in order to better improve itself. Overall, a very spectacular App that shows great signs of one day becoming something that every household Will have, in the world.

Accurate. So far SO accurate, I’ve researched my symptoms online back in the days of WebMD and the such. I’ve even recently downloaded and chat message connect app with a “real” doctor that also left me very disappointed with the diagnosis and care. However so far believe it or not Ada has been spot on! I find it so helpful to just have some clarity of my own suspicions of what’s going on with me and opening my eyes to things I didn’t consider but make COMPLETE sense. Simple, informative, affective. I’m waiting for my insurance to become active and such through my employment again and it’s helping me SO much to know what to follow up with and speak to my doctor about. Awesome App! Not sure how you’re doing it Ada and team but I REALLY feel you know what you’re doing. So SHOCKED but so PLEASED! Thank you so much again you allay my fears of the worse and educate me on what I wouldn’t have even considered. If you haven’t yet download it and use it, it works!

Love it. Super easy and useful. I love this app because it is always accurate and really calms me down when I’m paranoid over a small thing. I was having constant tearing knee pain after I fell in volleyball and I went to a doctor that told me I had simply bruised the bone. The pain went away but then came back. The next time I went to another doctor. She told me my pain was actually because I had weakness in my hips and my body was putting to much weight on my knee causing my bruised bone to not heal. And before I had been diagnosed this app had already guessed what I had. Although it wasn’t the first thing on the list of possibilities it was still there. Unfortunately after a month of physical therapy I still have pain due to lack of hip strength so I continue home therapy.

Beautiful design and genuinely helpful. great interface, asks great questions while offering further explanation and the option to provide feedback on both questions and each report you receive, the reports themselves are really clearly laid out and tell you how many people out of 10 had the condition your symptoms were most similar to so you can really gauge the likelihood of you having that condition. you can track symptoms too which is really useful if you’re tracking sleeping problems or random pain or something of that sort. LOVE this app

Completely free assessment that continues to improve. This is definitely one of my favorite apps. The fact that it is free to use is amazing, considering all the work that must go into it. That is all too rare these days. The best part is: the more Ada is used and receives feedback, the more accurate it becomes. One thing I would love to see is answer options for things that don’t fit into a simple yes or no choice. Such as symptoms that aren’t constant or range in severity. But perhaps that is beyond the scope of what Ada is intended for—which is simply to give users possibilities to consider and look into further with personal research and professional medical consultation.

The medical tool I’ve been waiting for.. I have severe anxiety and a panic disorder. My anxiety frequently manifests itself in body pain and other minor ailments, and I am somewhat of a self-diagnosed hypochondriac. After years of using other symptom tracking tools, this is what I’ve been waiting for. Ada is my go to for minor issues I’m experiencing. It asks intuitive, relevant, and easy to understand questions, and gives you not only a variety of possible causes, but help in understanding why it chose them. Mild chest pain no longer means I’m having a heart attack, but probably a panic attack. Minor pain in my leg isn’t a blood clot, but just a normal type of pain from living an active lifestyle. I couldn’t recommend Ada more, whether you want to track random things, or your pain and symptoms over time.

Excellent! And FREE?! 😍. If you worry about your body not functioning too much like me, definitely get this app. If not for anything else, get it for ease of mind. Tested it out by marking up symptoms I’ve already had tested at the actual doctor, 4/5 times was right, and the only time it wasn’t? The cause was still there, just not the first option. Only thing I’d reccomend for this app is maybe putting in a simplistic body diagram that starts genetically and as you select parts it can get more specific to the area where things are bothering you instead of trying to painstakingly describe body parts.

Very bad setup for medical help. One very glaring issue right away is you can’t select pre-existing conditions (it only asks if you’re a smoker or have diabetes and it only asked if I was pregnant AFTER starting the assessment [and this was even after setting it to no MYSELF already!]) I am diagnosed epileptic; I have been since I was 14, and pre-existing conditions and the medications for them can severely change the diagnosis of a person’s issues. Then again, this app can’t even take medication into account, either. I wouldn’t trust any output it gives since it wouldn’t be medically accurate unless the person happened to be perfectly healthy to begin with. And even then it still wouldn’t be guaranteed to be accurate at all.

Helpful ⭐️. As the app clearly says, it's no replacement for professional intervention, but it's way better that WebMD! I really appreciate the thoughtful design of this app. I like how clean it looks, and how professional and informative the symptom analyses are. How every question has more information on exactly what it means so you can answer accurately. And all the features! Ada is a perfect first contact for me. Simply letting me know if what I'm feeling is something to worry about, what might have caused it, and how I can resolve it on my own. You should get it!

Saved my daughter’s life. Yesterday, my 1YO daughter inhaled food and was wheezing. I google searched inhaling food into lung and an Ada resource site called Signs of Foreign Body Aspiration appeared in the results. The way it was written helped understand what symptoms to look out for, what could happen if left untreated, and most importantly the seriousness of the condition. She ended up getting an operation that night to remove the food. While my daughter appeared fine throughout the time there, the Ada resource and the doctors at the hospital both confirmed that the condition could be fatal. I’m so thankful for such a well written, detailed resource.

Helped improve my livelihood. I had been having a lot of different symptoms that seemed unrelated, and were long lasting (lot of joint issues and pain in multiple areas). I decided to download the app to help me keep track of the symptoms. I tried the assessment with all of the symptoms I had, and one of the conditions that was suggested stood out to me a lot. I brought it up with my doctor. She didn’t think anything was wrong with me and she reluctantly sent me to a rheumatologist because of my young age and she thought I was being overdramatic. I shortly got diagnosed with the condition I suspected after living for years in pain and no doctor knowing what was wrong with me. Sometimes you have to be your own advocate for your health or doctors are going to walk all over you. My life has improved a lot and I owe so much to the creators of this app.

Less Worrying With Ada. I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for an app but I tend to stress a lot when it comes to personal health now that I’m living on my own, so Ada has given me so much peace of mind recently. I’m not an expert in the medical field so I can’t give an opinion on that information. However, I feel the most important thing for me is getting an idea of when I should go to the doctor; which Ada provides. My insurance bills are fairly pricey for me since I only work minimum wage, so having something there to tell me I shouldn’t worry too much/ not yet is very important to me. Granted I haven’t used the app a whole lot, but I definitely plan too and I hope it continues to be just as helpful. :)

Ada. Very helpful app

Perfect for those with health anxiety!. I have panic disorder and health anxiety and one of my unfortunate compulsions during a panic attack was googling symptoms, as we have all experienced, dr google told me i have various rare life threatening illnesses which only worsened the panic. I discovered Ada and haven’t looked back since!! it doesn’t tell me i have some rare disease and i love the fact it factors in mental health! it’s so reassuring to see “panic attack” pop up after describing how i’m feeling :)

Simply brilliant!. Super easy to navigate. I set up my own profile and my husbands in less than two minutes. Simple to use. Love that it's doctors advice too. In these days where we're always busy all the time it's brilliant to have Ada.

Amazing!. Extremely helpful to track and have an idea of what's going on before seeking professional care. Ada is constantly learning and improving itself in real time which is a plus. Highly recommended.

Not very intuitive. I have pre existing diagnosed medical conditions and even though I tried leading this app to that conclusion it was stuck in a loop with its initial questions. It would be great if you could actually tell Ada about any existing diagnosed conditions because the symptoms you are feeling at any time could be linked to the condition.

Love this app!. I’ve been using it for years now, it’s my go to when I’m not feeling well before heading straight to the gp. First time I used it, it correctly suggested the condition I was diagnosed with weeks later. It helps me figure out when symptom flares are very likely an existing condition, so I know which specialist to head to. Doesn’t replace a formal diagnosis of course, but it’s a great starting point and can help you figure out the important information to tell your doctor as it asks so many clarifying questions.

Not gonna lie, it’s spot on. I used this app for my mum, she’s been really sick lately. Turns out, her symptoms are from a condition she already had, which must of gotten worse. This app helped her to realise that she needed to get back to the doctors to discuss further treatment. Can’t recommend enough

Best app!. This is the best app I’ve ever come across, whenever I have a skin problem, ect. It always has an answer, that works! It’s a great pleasure to have this as an app which is FREE with no in-app purchases. It feels like your meeting your doctor and talking to them, without paying!

Great app. This app has been really helpful to find out what sickness I’ve got.

Very helpful. Quite a well designed app. Use it whenever I'm presenting signs and symptoms outside of the general sickness spectrum. Even helped me identify quite a serious thing (Crohn's Disease), which got me into the hospital and getting the treatment I will need. 5 stars.

Great app. This is a great app and I use it a lot but please also seek medical advice from a trainer professional

Really Helpful. This all is actually really helpful, I thought it was going to be full of ads and sort but nah it does its job very well

Really helpful for the whole family. Ok so we all know that there’s no substitute to seeing the family doctor for things. We know doctors (rightly) hate Diagnosis by Internet. But this app is really helpful for triaging our worries at times when the doctor is not in! Just don’t tell your doctor “I have this diagnosis...”. I wish I’d known that earlier. I feel so embarrassed. (Just joking)

Helpful. Runs through a series of questions and sorts them logically. I found it interesting and helpful.

Awesome intelligent app!. AI Helps me to understand my symptoms. Been using this app for years and it never ceases to amaze me with its accuracy!

Excellent app for your health. Recommended this app and it's fabulous! Well done. A great tool to gauge where your health may be at without panicking.

Brilliant!!. I don’t know who would rate this app any less than 5 stars. This app is so amazing, it really helps ease your worries.

Highly recommend. Great this App, it's good!

Very good app. Very helpful app, has saved me a couple times.

Intelligent and educational app. This app is easy to use, especially as it does most of the work for you and prompts you to answer many questions before it makes an informed decision. Very fast and simple to use, effective diagnosis and reliable scientific information at hand. Diagnosis gives a lot of information and help to read through.

Very Handy!. Such a great and really useful tool to have! Much more reliable than Googling symptoms and freaking yourself out. Can't wait for the video call a doctor option to be up and running in Australia.

Amazing!. Ada is so so simple and easy to use! Ada asks all the relevant questions and gives you loads and loads of information about what could possibly be the issue! But Ada doesn't stop there.. It'll give you the opportunity to talk to a doctor right from the app! Definitely a winner!

Thank god. I love ada it helps identify problems but maybe list some places where I can get a diagnosis or where I can get help

Great App. Once you slowly navigate the questions it’s great, Ada asks every question possible so they can help with a diagnosis. The first time I used the app my diagnosis was exactly what I thought my problem was. I don’t want to be running to the dr for every ache or pain and find that Adas help is amazing. But as the app says if you think your injury is life threatening go to a hospital or dr right now. I will be recommending this App to family and friends for sure

Helpful. Wow this app is amazing. When im having a headache i always ask ada for what is happening to me. What a helpful app. Thanks Ada :)

perfect!! must use. this app is so accurate and describes your symptoms amazingly. it tells you exactly what is happening and how to manage it without scaring or confusing you, 10/10 would recommend!!

Great app. It’s great to have that provides useful health benefits and make you aware about your health condition.

Pretty useful. I like using Ada. It asks questions I wouldn’t think of and gives useful suggestions for what’s wrong.

Amazing. I love this app so much. Although it's automated responses I feel like the whole thing is personalised for me. Really helpful in finding out if I might have anything severe wrong with me or what could be wrong. Would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone

The best medical app!. This app tells me the right things that I need to find out!

Great app! Very well made!!. I want to start by saying this app isn't like websites such as "webMD" .. it's not going to frighten you into believing you have had a brain aneurism, when you're really just a little dehydrated and have a headache. This app actually feels like I am talking with a doctor. It will build a basic profile about you (smoking status, age, etc.) when you first sign up, and then every time you use it from then it will ask you for your symptoms, and then it will go through and ask you relevant questions based on those. For the final result, it uses what I imagine to be a process of elimination, as well as statistics from other users (don't worry, complete patient confidentiality applies, you don't see anybody else's info ever!) and their health results.. Then it will give you a list of few most likely cases that it could be, statistics on how many others with the same symptoms ended up having this condition, as well as saves the whole assessment for you so that you can show it to your doctor if you decide to go, that way you won't ever forget to mention anything to him either. This app can not stress enough that their results are NOT intended to act as a diagnosis, and that contact with medical professionals are always essential if you're ever concerned about something. For me personally, I can tend to be a bit of a hypochondriac, so this app is amazing for deciding whether i "should" go to the doctor or not lol

Very Good!!. I was super cautious about this about, because of all its perfect reviews, I have tried a lot of medical diagnosis apps, but this was the only one that was spot on. It also tells you if you should seek medical advice.

Pretty good app. Not a bad app. Easy to use.

ada. great app!💖

Very logical and objective, great for hypochondriacs!. Being a self-admitted hypochondriac, this app is fantastic and doesn’t evoke feelings of panic and worry like when googling your symptoms. It appears to be a very logical and evidence-based approach to any combination of symptoms. The questions are short, simple and relevant. The report created at the end of the questionnaire is objective, transparent and is backed by statistical evidence. For example, it’ll list a number of possible conditions and say something like: *name of condition* Seek emergency care 6 out of 10 people with your symptoms had this condition *name of condition* Seek medical advice 15 out of 1000 people with your condition had this condition It also gives you a history of your “assessments” which it clarifies ARE NOT medical diagnoses, in case you need to ever show your doctor or emergency department. Very impressed!!! Will definitely continue to use this app if I’m ever concerned about my health! 🩺😁👍

God lover. Good

Fantastic app. I have used this app several times for myself and family members and have found it to be very accurate. Highly recommend.

Fantastic. Fantastic and really thorough. Works best if you really take note of your symptoms and how they are effecting you. Offers much information and potential diagnosis that you can discuss/explore with your doctor.

Smart app with reassuring suggestions. This app rules out the serious stuff without scaring you and gives you a list of possible conditions and how likely they are. I have used it in conjunction with doctor visits and it tends to match. I find this reassuring to use when I’m not sure what’s going on.

Good app. It’s a good app to help me with the symptoms I am experiencing...

User-Friendly. So far so good, it's easy to use and a really good idea. The questions seem to be well-written and relevant to what's being addressed. Only thing I would recommend is an option to look at the other most likely causes. Sometimes the most likely result isn't all that helpful and there's no option to see any other possible causes.

Smart app. I put all my symptoms in and it came back with Fibromyalgia as the most likely cause and Rheumatoid arthritis as a less likely cause. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia six years ago and my mum and sister both have rheumatoid arthritis. I don’t yet and hope I never do.

It’s a trustworthy app. It’s amazing! It asks the questions no doctor thinks about and it’s always spot-on with the assessments. Unlike most of these apps it does not se you and gives you many details about your condition.

Great learning and diagnostic tool. As a medical student, I find this tool especially useful to locate holes in my reasoning and history taking skills and to gain knowledge of other, fringe diagnoses for many presentations.

Awesome App. Ada is awesome! It was great to gain personal reassurance from my symptom assessment and guidance as to whether I should seek medical attention as well as what home remedies or medications would help. This app is great if you are just not feeling like yourself, or think something might be wrong but don't want to see a doctor quite yet. The assessment report is also great to keep a track of your health over time and to take when you visit a doctor. Overall, fantastic app, I will continue to use adahealth for myself, friends and family.

Good app. Good app

Very Accurate. Very happy with this AP Easy to go thru, I would highly recommend this 👌

Very useful app. Easy to use, easy to understand and useful healthy report

Amazing. This app is great so you don’t have to google it and get irrelevant info with this app you can get your diagnosis instantly I have been using this for about 2 days and it’s great

Looks good but…. This app looks like it’s good and it seems more thorough than other symptom checkers. But I’ve only used it briefly and I’ve already found a few problems. Firstly a back arrow in the symptom checker would be great. It’s annoying to have to go back to the beginning because you tapped the wrong answer. Second, the symptom tracker wasn’t able to identify my problem. When I tried to write more information I couldn’t type in the box. The keyboard wouldn’t come up. This was very frustrating.

It’s perfect.. i seriously recommend this app to everyone. I always used to have anxiety whenever I or my family or friends got sick or hurt because you never know if it’s really serious or not. Ada is comfortable and really user friendly and it’s always a great 1 minute first step to help decide if I should see a doctor or just get some extra sleep.

Helpful. Very helpful in terms of trying to figure out what’s wrong

Virus. Is this app updated about the new virus “coronavirus”?

Awesome.. Its pretty accurate.

Informative. I find this app very helpful to determine severity. Better then googling

Great app but not working anymore. It was great until recently, it wouldn’t work anymore. I re-downloaded it and again it wouldn’t let me sign into my old account or even make a new account.

Amazing. This app is so thorough and gives you accurate diagnosis based on your symptoms

helpful!. this is helpful if you are unsure about what some symptoms mean or don’t want to scare yourself using webMD type websites, while still being realistic about the severity/concern you of some symptoms. layout is clean and not at all overwhelming, huge selection of symptoms that don’t require you to know the medical definitions (you just type in what you’re feeling and it spits out some options so you can better choose what fits you.), questions are clear and offer explanations and examples when you don’t understand and you can use it to build your own profile/check yourself or to examine other people. I am a pretty anxious person, which can be a blessing and a curse at times. this app helps me double check that i am doing okay and calm myself down about some symptoms i shouldn’t worry about (of course, if you are still unsure it never hurts to speak to a doctor). this app also helped save my grandma’s life once when i was sure her symptoms were indicators of an upcoming stroke but i was not sure. she almost had me leave for the day so she could get some rest but i was sure she was not alright and i checked and it advised to see emergency medical attention. we were lucky enough to be on time to save her! i would strongly recommend this app to anyone.

Great App. This is actually very accurate as long as you lay your symptoms correctly Thanks to the creators of this App It’s be really helpful to me

Thanks. When I said I was feeling suicidal I just expected it to move on but it talked me though it and asked me if I wanted it continue. I know it is just an ai but I was about to cry. It also helped me realize that I might have a bipolar disorder, which I didn’t even know was a thing😊

Love the app. I kind of figured what my problem was but used the app and it confirmed what I had thought and recommended contacting my doctor.

This works!. Was skeptical, but very accurate! Thank you.

Super.

Absolutely amazing. Seriously. Amazing. Easy. Quick. Free. No hassles. Ava has just helped me with possible suggestions for a mental health issue I’ve been having around for decades. I now have a much better idea of how, and who to ask, for help. Thank you for this.

Very helpful. Great app. Much better than googling your symptoms for sure

Amazing. This has helped me with so many of my health problems and has a nice, sleek design

Works great for common medical conditions.... Wow! I am a physician in Canada and have been testing this app for the de by patient me at our walk-in/urgent care clinic. I’ve tested it with symptoms from many common conditions and the app does a GREAT job of identifying the common, not-so-serious conditions we see regularly. I’m still not convinced that it replaces “everything” I do as a family physician (still very biomedically focused, doesn’t explore health issues from a holistic perspective, and doesn’t offer opportunistic preventive screening), BUT... I’ll admit I get a little worried about job security when I see an app like this out there for everyone to use.

Life changing app. Yes it’s true this app may never replace the good advice of our medical professionals but I have to tell you that this app has been so accurate so often that it’s been a real help. I have many friends and I know many tourists that don’t have access to medical services or choose to not go to medical services because they are cost inhibitive and the app has made it possible for them to get medical information.

Knee pain. I went to ER when my right knee started hurting, especially when walking up and down stairs. My knees were buckling. ER doctor gave men an x-ray and said it was not arthritic and that I had no fractures or breaks…and sent me home with anti-inflammatoires. 2 weeks later my pain is worse and I have to wait 3 months for an MRI. Now pain worsened and radiates upward into my thigh and right hip joint, and below my right knee. I know I need an zmri or CT scan but this is life living in Canada, where unless you get hit by a car or suffer a stroke, it’s impossible to get timely care. Zbut the medial méniscal tear, acute gout attack, and medial collateral ligament injury are three diagnoses I had considered, after web research. Thanks! The absolute best symptom app.

Awesome app. Answered my questions!

Great assessments. Gave really realistic diagnoses, much better then webmd. Helped me further research potential illnesses and find cures for myself at home! Great resource

Highly recommend. It’s rarely mistaken in diagnosis. Recommend to everyone!

Excellent, must have tool. As I have many illnesses that are becoming more difficult to manage this app helps me to understand what it is I’m experiencing and this gives me a little piece of mind with options on how to address the symptoms .

Great app. Such a great and easy app to use. I never leave reviews but this app deserves it!

Useful, perfect, directly. I used years ago for my anxiety, I always put the symptoms of a heart attack because I thought I was having it but Ada always said that was an anxiety attack, always said the thuth, I recommend this app in a 100%

Somewhat Reassuring. Offered short term relief or reassurance in managing emotional aspect of dealing with uncomfortable mild to moderate medical symptoms. For me, this was actually helpful psychologically.

Excellent. Oriente vers les causes probables du mal en quelques secondes a partir de questions personnalisées. Precis et utile. Gratuit. Excellent

Future looks bright. I’m one of those guys who thinks we should already have medical assessments done by AI via full body scans etc. Ada is a nice glance into the future. At least the software asks many more questions than a regular doctor and provides more analysis.

Helpful. Could use some improvements for customizing symptoms and/or adding notes, but overall it is a wonderful app. Simple, intuitive, and user friendly, Ada is helpful for tracking symptoms over time, as well as their intensity(ies).

The best App. Been using this app for years and always provided very accurate results. One of my top all time favorite App

Very accurate. When I wrote in my symptoms, Ada gave me 2 options either epilepsy or PTSD. When I went to the doctors they tested me for epilepsy first and it turned out negative then I went to a psychotherapist and indeed I got diagnosed with PTSD. If it weren’t for Ada I wouldn’t have thought about seeing a psychologist in the first place so thank you.

love it. really accurate. helps so much. definitely recommend!

Well done!. Very good app when you are honest about your symptoms. It’s not meant to be a “doctor “ but helps you sort out what you might have by giving you possibilities. It steered me in the right direction.

Amazing. Best thing about it is that it’s free and it’s super helpful.

My Go To. Too Long, Didn’t Read: Judgment free, accurate app. Things I love: - Suggested that I may have a kidney infection, got it checked out sure as heck it was right. - Helps me not downplay my symptoms to myself - Let’s me know if I should see a doctor or not - Easy to use, judgment free - I’m not rushed, judged, or feel like I’m wasting anyone’s time - Incredibly detailed - Very informative

Saved my life. Thank you.. I had strange symptoms that I was ignoring because I didn’t want to risk going to the hospital during the pandemic, but this app found a condition that if left untreated would have killed me in a few weeks. I’ve gotten surgery now. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Short comings. Incomplete symptom questionnaire equals an incomplete diagnosis. Limited answer choices..yes and no can cloud your answer in many responses. I must say, even with some limitations, it’s quite an accomplishment given how accurate it is. With all of the input users are suggesting, this app will be a dependable go to for your health concerns. Just imagine the prospect of no more waiting rooms. virtual health care..like many other services, soon to be a dependable option.

Outstanding!. I LOVE this app. It doesn’t automatically give the scariest, far-fetched results and is very accurate. Just wondering if a “sometimes” option could be added, as sometimes I experience these feelings/symptoms!? Overall, I’m impressed and thoroughly enjoying this app since I got it!!👍🙂 Thanks so much -ADA user

Fantastic. Helpful, comfortable and wonderfully designed user experience. Love using this app when I need to.

Very helpful. Very helpful to have an app summarize information and present it in a clear easy to use report. I would even use it before going to a doctor to have a better terminology in mind. Helped me to understand my baby s symptoms and only to confirm the virus with a doctor over the phone

Amazing!!. I would recommend this app to everyone!! They were bang on with current diagnosis :)

Amazing App. Best app I’ve ever owned. Gives you peace of mind and saves time from having to go to the walk-in at times. Thank you for developing such a great app, I am grateful.

Very good for calming purposes. When I experience unusual symptoms and feel myself getting anxious about them, all I have to do is enter all my symptoms into the app and read through the list of possible diagnoses. Reading that my mild upper back pain after a day of strenuous physical labour may be a pulmonary embolism or a heart attack serves to ground me in reality and calm me down. After checking the app for the worst possible scenarios, my symptoms usually subside fairly quickly. All in all, a great app.

Great App but room for Improvement. This App is easy to use, intuitive and accurate. However, the App could be improved by taking a brief history and accounting for pre-existing conditions and medications.

Consistent Gastric Symptoms. I have experienced severe gastric symptoms for over three months. The weight loss, fatigue, fevers and dehydration caused me to research the most highly rated symptom checker app. I am so glad I downloaded Ada. The diagnosis only confirmed my suspicions. I am now making an urgent appointment with my gastroenterologist. Thank you Ada.

Professional & Thoughtful. Ada is an Amazing Medical Service. Highly Recommend, Thank you :)

Great!. Super helpful app. She gets it right more often than not! Feels comfortable and easy. Needs a sometimes option.

Absolutely a must to download!!!. I swear by this app!! I was having a lot of pain and I did an assessment and the top answer that came back was gallbladder stones. I was after going to the doctor and they couldn’t figure it out until I had a ultrasound and what did they find……but gallbladder stones!

Amazing app. Extremely user friendly. Diagnosed me with a condition that not many doctors know about and if they do, hardly understand how to treat due to limited research on female related issues like this. It has helped me immensely to start some kind of treatment since.

Simple, helpful & Transparent. The app’s simplistic approach allows for a clean, focused and helpful information tool. Can also be used to assess symptoms of others without having to get the patient to download, create an account, etc. and without merging their medical data with yours. One of the most transparent privacy policies I’ve ever seen! In general the app prompts you to opt-in, rather than opt-out to certain data analytics. In addition, there’s always a direct link to the specific section that governs the particular feature you’re about to opt-in (next to the toggle) in a human readable format. In other words, you won’t find a generically vague “we use some or all of the data we collect for parts or all of our services that we offer now or later in the future.” privacy policy, and you’re actually in control of your data.

Helpful & Fairly Accurate. This is a good app to use to determine if it’s a good idea to go to the doctor (although if you’re debating going to the doctor, you should probably see a doctor to be on the safe side). I’ve taken multiple assessments to test it and it’s always come back with my actual diagnosis (I have Raynauds, and it always gets it right).

This app gave me reassurance of my diagnosis (MS). Thankyou so much for this app it’s amazing!!!!! So yes, I have already been diagnosed by multiple professional neurologists and this app diagnosed me perfectly!!! (while knowing this is not a substitute for a doctor.) my whole life I was told I was lying about my symptoms because they didn’t want to believe me so, this app really gave me reassurance in my diagnosis and did an AMAZING job on doing what it tells us it’s going to do. Thankyou so much I’m going to recommend this app to everyone!

This is quite clever. I have been getting pains in my chest and I’m a serious hypochondriac (just always think something’s wrong) anyway, I’ve been nervous because my chest has also been very tight. This app asked me questions regarding how I’m feeling and voila …… there was a few different things that it could be and it breaks each one down for you. This is an amazing app and I’m so so happy I got it

Very Helpful, Calming, A bit odd. If I could, I would do a 4.5 review. I was nauseous for about a week. And lately, I’ve had anxiety every time I feel a little bit bad. Sometimes, I don’t know what it is, so I check ada for help. It very clearly shows that this is not completely accurate, which is very helpful. It showed me that it’s probably Anxiety, which is calming. My only complaint is that sometimes the answers are weird. And can make me upset more after not knowing what it is. But that’s just a personal thing. Other than that, great app!

Always concerned mother. Absolutely love this app. It’s like having your own doctor whenever and wherever you need them. Very thorough with each question asked. Then gives a summary at the end of symptom checking with a few ideas of what is bothering you or a family member. The app keeps an assessment of each person . I can’t say enough about this app. I will be a forever user. Thanks a million

Very good. This is is amazing, but I think a question should be swapped around. Ada asks me if my tonsils are redder than usual but my tonsils have already been taken out. Then AFTER she asks me when if they are redder that usual she asks me if my tonsils have been taken out. If you swapped them around then if you say “Yes” she should go on to the nest question. If you put “No” THEN Ada should ask questions about your tonsils. I hope this made at least a little bit if sense. Thanks for reading if you do read this. :)

My diagnosis was correct. I had been feeling sick and went to the doctor and they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with me. I had been on an app and got an ad for this app and thought this could actually work. I had put in all my symptoms and it had told me that I had pneumonia or the flu but it wasn’t flu season so I went back to the doctor and had asked about pneumonia and getting a chest x-ray and they came back and said that I had a serious case of pneumonia. Long story short this app saved my life

If webmd symptom checker actually worked. Whenever I have a mysterious ailment, I automatically open Ada now. It's so simple, easy to use, and the assessments aren't extreme. They make sense and help me feel more at ease because of the information it provides. I recommend this to everyone, including other people with chronic illnesses because I don't always know that another symptom I'm experiencing is part of my condition. This is one of my favorite apps

Helpful. This app is very helpful, it is very nice because you can easily go back to change an answer. A feature I think would improve the app is being able to create a timeline. Especially with the potential of physical injuries (sprains, fractures, and strains)- being able to put [injury]>[nausea]>[bruising] or something along those lines would be helpful and make the results more accurate I think.

Showed a very nice and simple health app and that was just what it was and more. The app appeared on my phone through one of another games “pop-up-ads(things)” and, to me, it seemed to be a good looking and useful app for a little small (but not fully medical) “self-diagnostic” type thing. I honestly don’t ever use the ones I have on my phone but this one look better and simpler than the ones I had. I used it multiple times in one sitting for certain things, and believe it will be good for others.

I really like Ada. Ada’s interface is very soothing. In addition to questions, examples are given to help explain what information she’s asking about. The results are also more ‘normal’ with more common illnesses listed first (as in hay fever) and the rare, more serious ones, last. You can save Ada’s reports and she’ll track your symptoms you’ve queried too. Great app — many thanks to the developers.

Very helpful resource. Ada is a great tool to help narrow down the diagnosis of a health problem. After a series of questions, it provides a report of what the condition might be. The report will list possible diagnoses and an option under each to learn more about it. Ada has been very helpful for a wide variety of my issues, from tooth and gum pain, to joints, to you name it!

Life Changing. I recently have been having various symptoms and I had no idea what they were linked to even after going to four different doctors (they all seemed knowledgeable but very vague), but when I installed Ada I was so relieved! It told me what the most likely cause(s) were of my symptoms and how to treat them! I feel like this app should come with every iPhone right out of the box because it is so helpful and (honestly) LIFE CHANGING!

Very slick!. This is a very good app. I took it through a couple of things I deal with and it came back with the correct (possible) diagnosis: migraine and irritable bowel. It’s no substitute for a healthcare professional but this would at least get you in the right direction. I especially like the symptom tracker. I’ve used other trackers and they are either highly detailed and want tons of info or they are clunky. This is easy and simply uses the 0-10 scale. And you can pick which symptoms to track.

10/10 Reccomend. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I also don’t usually seek out the internet for medical advice. However, this app has been incredibly helpful for not only me, but many other of my colleagues! Whenever someone is complaining about an illness or pain, I pull out Ada and everyone is amazed by the easiness, professional-ness, and accuracy of the app. If you are one of the people who go down the Google black hole when trying to diagnose yourself, I recommend using this instead.

Way Better Than WebMD. I have never left a review of an app before, but I’m a hypochondriac and I have to say this app is better for me realistically and mentally. I typed the same symptoms for a strained muscle onto both apps, and WebMD indicated it was a serious chronic problem, even lethal if not treated right away, and Ada gave me the correct answer. It takes a lot of stress out of my life by giving the most realistic answer and also comparing it to people your own age and gender. I cannot express how much I am in love with this app!

I love it. I used it for myself and she said I had a common cold, then a week later my doctor said common cold. Then I let my dad use it and it said that he had some kind of ear thing I don’t remember what it was, then he went to his doctor and he said the exact same thing. It is very helpful and it can help you.(Only if you answer specifically.) thanks for reading this review and I hope you get it. Have a nice day.😍 💕 💜 💝

This app is stupid.. Besides asking for all personally identifyable information (fine, its a medical app, you have an excuse to sell my info to whoever you want I guess) it cant even collect said info correctly! To choose your birthday you are presented with a button that says “select your birthday” but the button is actually “submit birthday” and the place you were suppose to enter your birthday was a grey speech bubble (a la messaging apps) on the opposite side that said “january 1, 1980” with no indication at all that it could be changed or was anything besides sample text. Now i have the wrong birthday and there’s no “go back” button 😂stupid. Stupid. Stupid.

Life-saver. (Literally.). My fiancé and I had been looking into some abdominal pain he had, which we thought was only a bowel obstruction. The first suggestion was Acute Appendicitis, which we didn’t think it was, but we ended up in the ER only the next day because we couldn’t figure it out. That’s exactly what it was, and his appendix was not far from bursting. Thank you. Great design, easy options, and an actual life saver.

No feeling of privacy. This program has helped me a lot and done me a lot of good. However, I don’t like the fact is needs my date of birth, name, etc. My friend wasn’t feeling well and I helped her get a diagnosis, but she didn’t want her information on there, so I put it as myself getting sick. There should be an option to check for “anonymous” where it would simply not filter gender-specific conditions, or age-likelihood conditions. I don’t need records, and I wish there was a way to disable that. I just use this software for self-diagnosis :)

Very helpful. This app is very helpful with keeping track of my health and symptoms. The daily tracking section needs to be updated. When I log a symptom, it inputs the right time stamp but not the day/date. It’s logging for the previous day instead of the current day. It would also be awesome to log/track a symptom that happened during a previous day or time as a person is recalling what’s happening.

Great apps, minor feature improvements but overall great. Smart and simple UI/X, relevant questions and a large symptom selection. Explanations available if you don’t understand a question. Very easy to us and stores necessary data on users, but easy to erase saved info whenever you like. A few minor improvements I suggested are laid out below: Have a wider range of options when elaborating on symptoms. Maybe a 1-10 on pain or happy-sad faces. I understand crowding the screen makes for cluttered UI/X. Maybe include a link to nearby medical assistance relative to report. At least suggest ideal dr to seek out, (ie., ENT or urgent care). Lastly, a list of actions that are highly contraindicated for each suggested issue (ie., putting pressure on injured x, consuming x food or trying x “home remedy”). Other than that, this is a great, visually pleasing, and clever app! Thank you!

Useful. I live with chronic illness and it can get kind of tricky sometimes to deal with symptoms and stuff. But when it comes to the “normal sickness stuff” this has become my go to app. The last thing I want to do is go see even more doctors, and so far this app has helped me a lot to figure out when I really need to and when it’s just something I can treat myself. Definitely would recommend!

Amazing. I'm not a review type of person, but this app deserves all the 5-Stars it can get. It is so simple yet so useful! This app helped me and my family by alerting us about possible conditions based on a detailed symptom check, age, and gender. It even helps you track symptoms over time, and alerts you when you should seek medical attention. Amazing app. Definitely recommend if you feel like anything is wrong.

Amazing!!! She guessed what was wrong with me before doctors could!. So for a couple days I was passing out and having pain behind the eye, dizziness, confusion, and nausea. I looked at this app and decided to give it a try. I tracked my symptoms and rated them. She then began to ask questions about my pain and where it was. She could not have been more nice and gotten it more correct. Hey went to the doctor and she got it right! Thank you ada and the creators!!!!!!

EMETOPHOBIAS !! THIS APP IS REALLY A LIFESAVER !!. Has helped me so much when I’m anxious !! I’m emetophobic (fear of throwing up or nausea/ any other symptoms related) and this has saved me for YEARS !! My panic attacks get so bad and when I come to this app, I type in every detail and this provides me with the best advice !! It usually has an assessment of gas pains and to elevate the feet or other things like that and it always helps !! Has really saved me from panic attacks LOL !! <33 have fun and stay safe with COVID all !! :)) !!

Awesome!. Usually I don’t write reviews but, this app has been incredibly helpful and useful. In my family we always get sick so I always come to this app. I love that it always states that it is not always accurate but it gives you a possible diagnosis. All the times I have used this app my family says yes that may be possible. I highly recommend this app to anyone who always gets sick or family members who get sick.

Love this app!!. This app is absolutely wonderful!! When you first tell ada what your major symptom is, it asks questions. A lot of questions. These questions are helpful to the software because as you answer, it looks in its database to find what you have. The next question it asks will build off of the previous question as you go through. It is a very useful app. I highly recommend downloading it!!

SPOT ON. This app has always been spot on for me. Every time I have used this app, and then subsequently seen a doctor, the doctor has had a similar diagnosis. The questions are very thorough and I love that the app recommends when the issue can be managed at home, when a doctor should be seen, or when urgent care is advised. It really helps to take the guesswork out of that process. Highly recommend.

I absolutely loved it. It was great, the results were good and very accurate. I think they could change the age limit but it's ok from me. I loved how it actually seemed like a real life conversation (I think, I don't really have those). It also made me feel more relaxed and a little less stressed out. It was like something I could tell all my problems to, and it would answer with tips and advice. I love how it even asked for feedback at the end.

Super helpful. Though the app doesn’t give you a certain diagnosis of what your problem is, it gives you a good idea of what your problem could be and says how serious it could be. If it’s not very serious, it says so. Also defines what it asks so when the app uses big words, it also tells you what they mean. Very helpful for me as I’m just a teen athlete, and this tells me if I should skip practice or keep going

Amazing. I have health anxiety, so I’m very serious about trying to figure out what may be going on with me so I can calm my nerves. The diagnosis was exactly what I knew had been going on. I’m so thankful to know I have this kind of help on my side. I definitely will be going to my doctor for serious issues and this app stresses not to take the diagnosis and run with it. It’s just to help you figure out what may be going on. It’s almost perfect!

helpful app. Ada helps me diagnosing minor aches and annoyances and it’s useful for people who aren’t doctors. Though I have one suggestion. There should be an additional service where users can ask if they have a certain medical issue they are worried of having. Then have Ada ask questions that fit the symptoms of the illness or disorder. I feel that this will help users alleviate their worries and take the right course of action regarding their health.

Very Accurate. I have had a lot of bad coughing lately, lots of sneezing, and my nose is blocked. When I found this app, I immediately installed it. This app is not a Medical Diagnosis, this is only an app that gives you a possible illness of what you have. This app helped me link my symptoms to a possible case, and when I asked the doctor, he said the same thing. (It was the common cold) I highly recommend this. Very accurate and helpful to use.

Definitely recommend. I rarely write reviews for anything, but this app I had to discuss. I really love it! This app is extremely helpful for when you aren’t sure what might be going on medically. It gives you detailed possibilities for your situation. I just have so many words I want to use for this app but this review would be extremely long. Anyway, I highly recommend that you download this it’s better than a google diagnostic.

Add more content. First off. This is an amazing app. It turns out some of the symptoms I had actually were linked to a disorder I knew I had. I think that you should add a button that allows you to say if that was the right diagnosis. Because it was. Also, you should ask more questions about more specific injuries like if you were punctured or other things that could help make a more specific diagnosis. Now I know it’s not an actual diagnosis but it could help people

Amazing app! I’m in love!. Ada has helped me tons! I’m a dancer and whenever I feel pain in the feet or anywhere else I check ada first to see if it could be severe and then once I have an idea of what it could be I look it up and see if I can treat it at home or if I need to see a doctor. I’m the type of person to think of the worst but Ada helps me calm down and take out the terrible possibilities I think of and narrow it down to the suggestions she has for me. I’m really glad I discovered Ada I don’t know what I’d do without it.

Best, most reliable app. So I use this app when unsure what is wrong with me or a family member and still follow up with a doctor. The app is very accurate and helpful. It explains things a little simpler than a doctor does. I’ve recommended this app to several people. It’s very helpful if you don’t have health insurance or money to visit a doctor (just keep in mind the medical reports it gives you are not done by a doctor and that you should still go see a doctor).

I LOVE IT!. I personally love this app and no I’m not a paid person to come and comment. I seriously enjoy this app. I find myself using it quite often and it is definitely a lot better than typical google which will essentially tell you that you have cancer for just about anything. LOL If you tend to have the need to ask about something medically for you or someone else, I’d recommend this app to you and any family member of mine.

So completely accurate (in my experience). I got an answer to a question that I’ve had forever. This app asks incredibly in-depth questions that my doctors NEVER have. They have never given me answers or any type of “diagnosis” they also just prescribed be drugs without saying why. I feel so relieved and listened to for once. I will definitely be using this app for years to come. I’ve been waiting so long for an app like this.

Amazing and helpful!. This app can do so much for you! It ask you questions based on what you’re feeling. If you don’t understand the question, Ada will gladly explain it. She ask you genuine questions that can actually lead to something and won’t lead to absolutely nothing. She gives you her thoughts and theories that actually make sense. And they tell you all of the possible possibilities that could be going on with your body. This app does nothing but help you and understand you and it is truly amazing.

Helpful. I have been using this app for awhile, and I’ve got to say, it’s great. When I’m having a back pain for example, it gives the most accurate results, which is great because instead of just googling things and getting some chronic disease, you can go on here and get the most reasonable answer. This helped me when I would constantly have shaking of my hands, it diagnosed me with a common disorder where you would have the shaking of hands, legs, or head, and I went to the doctor, which said I had just that! Although, sometimes it’s results might not be so good, like maybe an absence of your period, it could say your pregnant. I wouldn’t say this is much of a problem to me, but to maybe someone else they could go to the doctor for that, which does cost a lot of money. But all in all, this app is great and would definitely recommend it for anyone.

Helpful for sure. Can take a bit of effort if you have a lot of symptoms over a longer period of time and trying to remember if you added it and having to check you had it longer than a year and wished it saved to go back to it if I wanted to add or delete a symptom. But overall it matched what I suspected and identify which symptom was more likely for the result. Overall would recommend

Review. I feel that Ada used very clear algorithms to determine what the next question should be but there has to be an option for “at times” as a response to a symptom question instead of a “yes, no or idk” response. Also asking the user for another symptom leaves a lot of the onus on the user to highlight or think of another symptom when there should be the option to choose more than one symptom at a time when presented on the screen. Just my 2 cents as a therapist. Oh and ask if a person has type 1 or type 2 diabetes as they are 2 completely different diseases with different origins, “1 “ being an autoimmune disease.

Very helpful!. I have been struck with a rather bad illness recently and it has been unlike any illness I’ve had before. It had many varying conditions which were all ones I could not link to a single source. I turned to Ada to see some possibilities on the condition and once I got my results, I visited a doctor who was able to conclude it was the same illness that Ada had suggested. (luckily my case was moderate and did not pose any life threatening risks)

Helpful and Useful. This app has been very helpful and useful! I love how you can track certain symptoms to see how often they appear. The only thing I wish for in this app would be the ability to put in past conditions/surgeries/etc. So like, I could put in that I’ve had my tonsils or gallbladder removed so Ada won’t give me conditions related to those in my symptom assessment. This is a minor thing, but I love the app overall!

I love Ada!!. She’s nearly always been spot on the the 2-3 years I’ve been using the app. I use it for all of my family. And I’ve shared it with several people. No it’s not a substitute for an actual doctor, but it helps so much with having a better idea of if you should be seen, and helps me point out my symptoms by asking related questions (which is helpful for my ADHD-self cause once someone asks, I go blank).

Must-Have App!. I have found it difficult over the years of app development, to find a symptom checker app that is actually helpful and often, very much in the ballpark of what is truly going on. It is so detailed in the questions it asks. Upon completion, if you tap the … in the top right corner, it will generate a very detailed, east to read, 8 page pdf report. I use this app for myself and for family members. Overall, extremely helpful app!

Best. I think that having an app that is free and gives you an answer to your symptoms is better than going to the hospital or doctors to get your symptoms and end up having to pay. Even with me it’s hard to pay medical bills from check ups for only me and now that I have this app I don’t have to pay for bills and the upside is that I get my answer to all my personal questions.

Accurate and Helpful. this app has helped me many times with unknown illnesses and rashes that i’ve experienced. it’s helped me narrow things down and get an idea of what i’m experiencing so i can discuss it with my doctor. the symptom assessment is pretty simple and there are more in depth descriptions or visuals to help explain a question further, which i found to be very convenient. overall very helpful and i highly recommend it to anyone who needs help figuring out what’s going on with them, still consult your doctor though!
