False Claims and False Hope. This app tricks you into a free trial claiming you have access to 420 workouts while that may be true this app also claims you can cancel your subscription at any time which is odd seeming how you cannot find any buttons or instructions for that. i have deleted the app in hopes of cancelling the subscription but i have had to unlink my credit card to my phone because it keeps withdrawing money even after the app has been uninstalled. As interesting and well put together it may seem it makes you pay an obscene amount of money over the course of two months that i’m not willing to pay on a subscription to any fitness program even in the real world. This app really got me and I do not recommend using this app. Unless you pay for it you cannot even view the apps contents. I do not wish to receive a basic reply from the developer saying we apologize download again and try it. It is copy and paste and is in my opinion disrespectful.

Amazing app.... 30 day fitness is an app where you can just basically work out for free with no equipment necessary. If you don’t feel like going to the gym, bring the gym to your room with just a click of a button and you will be exercising in no time. You will be more fit the way you want to be, and enjoy your body the way you want to be. 30 day fitness is beyond amazing. They have 30 day challenges where you can work out for 30 days, and see if you can keep up with the heat. I have been trying to go to the gym but I have obligations and things that need to be done, and now I can just get on my phone and follow the steps to becoming more fit and slim the way I like. 👍🏽👏🏾

Customized trainings are not really customized. I used the first week for free and had no problems canceling the trial before being charged. For people who give l this app a low rating because you cannot cancel the subscription - you do it in App store app, where you cancel all other subscriptions, google for more info. The reason why I’m giving this app 3 stars is the following. The app promotes and gives an impression that you get customized trainings based on different names of workouts - Core, or Full Body, etc. I ended up purchasing the app because i loved that idea and also that it provided various challenges. However, after some time of using it, i noticed that the set of exercises does not really differ depending on the training i choose. For example, i’m recommended to do Core, Full Body and i also do a couple of challenges - for upper body and the other one for legs. So today i decided to check what exercises were planned for me for Core training, Upper body challenge and legs challenge. And i noticed that the exercises were all the same. So to train legs i needed to do crunches. Not sure if it’s a glitch or it’s meant to be that way, but i’ll be looking for a different app where exercise sets do vary.

Pretty Great!. So, this app is amazing! The variety of routines and customized workouts are great! I’m hoping to pursue some of the monthly challenges, mainly the belly workout, and it’s going good so far (I’m a few days in). I gave it a 4 out of 5 because I’ve noticed the timer stopped a few times. I was doing a daily work out and saw halfway through that the timer was stuck at around 2:15. I tried to fix it, but it didn’t fix, eventually freezing and not letting me move on to my rest. Eventually the timer fixed itself, but I left the workout (losing all my progress) due to the issue. I will still continue to use the app, because it’s so professional and looks really good! Overall, I recommend the app to anyone hoping to lose weight fast and in a convenient, healthy way, but I hope some of the bugs get sorted out (unless I did something wrong, then my bad).

really makes a difference. I hate exercising, but 30 days fitness makes it so simple! Real life demonstration videos for every exercise, verbal direction, and you can costuming your assigned workout to what exercises are comfortable for you before you start the workout. Pair your workout with a fire playlist and before you know it you’ll be done with your workout and ready to do another one ( which you can do in the additional 30 day challenge section ). I promise these workouts take barely anytime out of your day. I used this app to loose weight, and in 15 days I already started noticing a small difference in weight and a major difference in the amount of tone I had developed. Highly recommend. In comparison to other pricey workout apps this one is way more worth the price .

Love this app. I read the reviews before getting this and I was impressed. Now I’m reading the reviews after using this app for 10 weeks now and people write such ridiculous reviews. Complaining that they haven’t lost weight even though they did it everyday, etc. Just a kind PSA: Every persons body is different!! Some people will lose weight just by exercising. Some have to eat healthier. It’s always different. I started this app 10 weeks ago and I haven’t lost weight but I feel healthy and that’s all I really care about and it’s all anyone should. It isn’t this apps fault if you aren’t losing weight so don’t blame it. I had no issues with how it charged me. It made me scan my finger print and it explicitly said “pay $4.99 weekly subscription” and I accepted. Easy as that. Thank you for helping me get healthy!

Not enough thought. It looks like a really good app that would help me out a lot but the con is I don’t want to be opening up my phone and stopping why exercise to check how long I’m doing it or be pulling it out of my pocket. This app would be 80% better if you offered it on Apple watches and such also. Easy to look at, don’t have to pull out my phone, and just makes the workouts seem more realistic. Because if I’m gonna e doing these workouts and I have to check my phone if I’m doing something right or if I’m doing it on time then it’s not worth it. This needs to be offered on Apple watches if I’m gonna be willing to pay 5 dollars a week. And that too. Way too much money a week for a workout that cost $0. If your gonna make it 5 dollars. At least to do it every month. But not every week because then your just taking money from clients. There’s gyms that charge less then this app monthly. But in conclusion the pro is that the workouts are things that will push you and that’s a good thing. So all together lower cost, make more accessible to other devices, and prove that the app is not just for clients money. Thank you

Good way to get back in shape. I like the built-in timers ... and the intuitive use of the user interface, it’s so easy to drag up between sets. The exercises themselves are ok, having done p90x and insanity when I was younger (I’m 56) I found their exercises well-designed, now I’m not up to that level and this app is seriously helping me get back to that — maybe it’s not a fair comparison, but it’s what I have. It’s not that the exercises are much different, but I find that they pay less attention to ergonomics and physiology than those systems — especially for those of us who need some steps to get to those movements. On the other hand, what this has that the others don’t, is the ability to adjust the load after each workout, very cool. The other thing I wish is that they paid more attention to earn-up and cool-down and actually spent a little time on stretches before and after. It’s not a bit deal because I’ve added those on my own ... but as much as I like this app there’s small tweaks that would make it amazing for me. I still give it a five star for finding an awesome app design that really helps me stick with it.

Change your life for the better. I was over weight for many years and I wanted to maintain a body that I would not be embarrassed of, ashamed of, or feel I had to cover and hide from other people. I needed a work out plan that would help me feel comfortable and appreciate my body. This app has helped me reduce my weight in a healthy way and has made me feel happy about wearing a bathing suit with friends and not being worried that I look to fat in it or that I should be covering it up with a oversized jacket. I am now able to share clothes with my friends and actually fit in to them and I am happy when I go into a fitting room try on a piece of clothing and then realize I need a SMALLER size and not a LARGER size like I would have needed in the past. The app has changed my life for the better and I hope it does the same for you!

Better than Kayla Itsines!. The layout is perfect and keeps you motivated for completing workouts each week and doing challenges. My favorite things are that 1) has voice to tell you “switch legs” or “10 seconds to go” and can do everything without looking at the app once used to it; 2) That the difficulty is actually accurate for someone who is a true workout beginner (FINALLY an app that recognizes burpees and jump squats are HARD!); and 3) you get to pick which one you want to do each day from a selection given for that week, and it says how many minutes to expect and can glance at the lineup of exercises, to see what you’re in the mood for, what’s sore, etc. Such a great app! I have kept it going almost 4 weeks straight now and love it. Always makes me sweat and get in a good workout from home.

IF I COULD RATE 0 STARS I WOULD. I regretfully downloaded this app without actually looking into reviews. Just based myself off of the stars. You only get one week free trial and it automatically suscribes you for a renewal which is $5 A WEEK!!!!! Not only is the price outrageous, they dont have an easy way to unsubscribe through the app!!!! Youd have togo to your own phone settings and search up your subscriptions. Mind you, im having issues accessing my subscriptions from my phone. Now i have to contact apple support so they can help me cancel this before the payment goes through. Not only is this soooo hassling, they still have the nerve to explain on their app subscriptions info that “thats how it works”!! Since were all used to downloading a FREE app and we are asked prior to accepting anytbing if wed like to choose the free trial then be charged then we can make an informed decision. However, downloading this app alone WILL AUTOMATICALLY SUSCRIBE YOU FOR THE FREE TRIAL AND THE ACTUAL $5 WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION!!!!! THIS IS A MAJOR SCAM!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DONT DOWNLOAD THIS GARBAGE!!!

Healthy Lifestyle. Hello, just want to say thank you so much for this app. It’s awesome and very much needed. After losing my Mother and Father before the age of 50 Years old due to heart disease I’ve decided to get moving. I’m boarderline diabetic and have high blood pressure. At the age of 54 Years old i want to live beyond those Years and enjoy my life and my Grandchildren. Taking 10 pills a Day for heart and pressure isn’t in my plan. Starting a clean eat program (lifestyle) and learning how to prep my meals. More water with lemon intake also. I have bad knees so I’m taking it slow but this app have motivated me. Love the reminders and the cool downs in between. I’m 220 lbs but watch out for this 150 or maybe less coming soon😉 Again, thank you! Have a beautiful journey! Traci C.

Not bad. First of all, I really didn’t like paying $5 per week for this, but it did motivate me to actually open the app and do my workouts. However, I did think that was too much money for an app workout. Secondly, I liked the workouts at first but it was strange that the warm-up part of it was more intense than the actual workouts themselves. I’m not a fit person and actually injured my knee the second time I used this but I kept at it, pretty religiously at first, injured knee and all. I was doing three workouts per week at 20 minute intervals, using the lose weight exercises. It got really boring and tedious after a while to the point that I didn’t want to work out anymore. I also saw zero results. Didn’t want to spend money on this anymore because it got boring. I tried to change it up and do the gain muscle plan, but that had the exact same exercises as the lose weight plan. If you want to spend money on a workout plan that you can do at home on your own time, I don’t recommend this one.

I’d give 0 if i could for misinforming the public.. Your Ads are misinforming many people who are uninformed when it comes to their health and what “ideal” truly is. Telling people in your ads that 2-5% body fat is “essential” is extremely wrong. It is extremely unhealthy to live at this % of body fat. It is not in anyway “essential” or the “perfect” amount. The only people that should be doing this, if at all, are professional competitive bodybuilders. However, they reach this ONLY for competition and don’t live with it for longer than a week. Many of them have reported a decrease in quality of health during this 1 week period (obviously). They end up going back up to about 10-12% body fat or even higher after competition. Also, advertising that muscle isn’t “weight” is also very wrong. I’m not sure if the creators of this app are english speakers, but in the ad it says, “Put on muscle, not weight”. People need to understand that when you’re building muscle you’re going to gain weight. Misleading people into thinking you’re going to lose weight while gaining muscle is not the best thing because they’ll possibly lose motivation in their goal if they see that they’re gaining weight. It is totally healthy to put on extra weight, whether it’s muscle or fat.

Can’t even use the app!. So I downloaded the app after my doctor told me I needed to lose some weight. I saw this was a highly rated free app, i tried some workouts and the next day I get a pop up about the working out like a pro. Which I didn’t want because it wasn’t what I was looking for. I did not want extreme workouts. The Pro option is, well, an option! The app forces you to pay for it in order to use it basically! I was frustrated so I started the trial and when my trial was up it charged me for it, I didn’t receive any emails about it being over soon because it went to my spam folder. So now I lost my $5 and now that I cancelled the subscription, the Pro Trainer mode thing keeps popping up again and I can’t use it! If you try and buy it and hit cancel it moves you to a screen that says “Are you sure?” But there isn’t even an option to click “Yes I Am Sure I Don’t Want To Pay!!” It is an in app purchase, it is optional and you need to give people the option to say “No Thanks” or “Skip” because I just was looking for the free and easy workouts, I’m not trying to become a super strong person, I am just trying to stay in shape! Please fix this problem and ad an “X” button to skip it! And if possible I want my money back because I am very disappointed!

Great app! But just a few suggestions.... Overall I love the app but there are a few things that I would change. 1. You guys give the option to thumbs up and thumbs down a lot exercise but that doesn’t really do much. What I would suggest is that when an exercise is disliked there is the ability to alternate that exercise with a different one that basically works out the same muscles as the one that you thumbs down. 2. You should also be able to adjust the amount of reps you do for each set of an exercise. I understand that you could change the difficulty of your workouts but doing this would allow for a more personalized experience 3. Some exercises require equipment. I do these workouts at home so I don’t have any equipment to do some of the exercises in my workout. I suggest having a no-equipment option.

Amazing. I use to do track in college but after 2 kids I gave up the gym life style I just walk 3-4 times a week. But I needed to loose some weight off my abdominal when I saw this app A huge smile came across my face like the grinch 😂😂 this actually work wonders for me I am on my 6 day and I am already feeling the abdominal effect. I don’t see the cost as a problem. I believe it works in my favor because not many gym allows you to bring kids and as a single parent this app works in my favor. Like a home base gym just a finger screen clip away. so this app is a win win for me. When my free trial is up I will continue. The best part about it which I love is the cool down after that intense abdominal workout it allows you to just relax “child pose” is my favorite. It’s easy and efficient. Love it 5 ⭐️

Good Workout App. I’ve used this app for a good while now and have seen results although it is coupled with a clean diet as well. Obviously if you can afford it you should go to the gym but this is great for people who don’t have the time or money for the gym, or maybe have anxieties about going. I have lost about 14 pounds so far. That being said I am using the unpaid version of this app and while ads don’t really bother me too much the ones with sound do. If you have your own music playing in the background the ads will interrupt it which is extremely annoying because you have to physically leave this app and go back into your music app and unpause your music. This happens often and again is very annoying and forces me to pause my workout. But other than that I do love this app.

Get this app!. This app is amazing! It has everything you want if your like me they have something to loose weight and fat if you want abs or a bigger but they got that too and so much more! I love how this app lets little kids use it to you know I’m only 9 but I struggle with my eating and my weight and body fat but they don’t care that I’m 9 and that’s something hard to find they just think no come one come all.I also love that in between workouts they have a 30 second test and then at they end they have cool down time but after all that they ask you how was this workout for so that they will know what you want.I think it is great how they also focus on just 1 thing too in challenges there’s one for summer body and other ones too.I think this app is amazing and I would totally recommend it!

Suggestion. Like most people on the review board, I’m upset I cannot use the app unless I do the free trail. I understand it says “in app purchases” but normally that means for other little things like to go to pro not the whole app in general. If you kept the app this way I’d much rather it just be the $10 at the start so it’s over with so I don’t get excited to try an app and then not even be able to us it. I suggest that the free trail starts automatically, with a notification that what they are doing is truly just a week for free and then at the end of the week have the pop up that is shown at the beginning of the app. I’m not going to agree to paying for something when all I’ve done is put in my name and other basic info. Your giving little taste of the app before shoving a wanted payment in someone’s face so of course a lot of people will be upset by this. Even if the free trail was just a day it would be better then not being able to get into the app without agreeing to something. I’d rather spend those 10 dollars at my local planet fitness to work out there instead of it going toward an app that I probably would forget I even had.

Love it!! So effective!. This app is amazing!! Most of the time you tell yourself to work out and you just don’t. This app is basically like a gym that travels with you!! All the workouts are so effective and the calories lost are easy to keep track of! They time you on workouts and give you warm ups and cool downs which feel great for before and after! I have done so many workouts and lost track of time because they make me feel so good!! Definitely get this app $5 a week is not bad for how amazing this app is! It works so well and gives you workouts for how chill or intense you want to go! Basically like having a personal trainer with you at all times!! It is great and i love it so so much!! 11/10!!

Trouble with starting my app. I have heard about this app from many people and they all say that the app is amazing! I decided to download it and everything was fine when I was answering the personal questions until the subscription page popped up and I don’t know how to exit the page. It asks if I would like to subscribe for a free trial however I don’t want to and I would like to exit the page back to the home screen of the app. I even tried deleting and redownloading it to see if there was any other way I could exit the free trial subscription page but there wasn’t and the same page keeps popping up and it won’t let me continue to the workouts. I really want to try this app and I know that it has to be good too! I just wish there was some way for me to exit the free trial subscription page.. please help me!!

Disappointing WEEKLY subscription. I was excited to find an app that was aesthetically pleasing and user friendly, but was met with extreme disappointment when I went to download the free app, open it, only to discover that you can sign up for a free week-long subscription, only to pay $4.99 per WEEK to use it afterwards!! I’d rather deal with ads, literally almost anything else than to pay $5 a week for an APP that’s supposed to help people get active and achieve their fitness goals. In my opinion it’s just a way to exploit people who want to be fit for their money, and it’s just a way to make it that much more difficult for people to find something they’d like to stick with to help them lose weight. Plus, the only response I’ve seen from app developers is an annoying and generic “we’re so sorry this doesn’t work for you” copy/paste response. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND DOWNLOADING THIS APP unless you’re willing to pay the $5 weekly fee.

Total recemondation. This app is amazing on weather what you are trying to accomplish being more active losing weight gaining muscles all there and they help you focus on certain thing on you body that you would like to see Improvement it has lost me loose weight in just three days THREE DAYS you can choose your difficulty and you can see your trainer and you get weeks for free I have much so struggled with my weight I won’t say my age but I am very young weighing at 146IBs but I now weigh 143.4 and I’m really proud of all the work I am doing obviously you have to have a good dietary schedule if you want a faster result I’m not doing that but I have cut down on my meals instead of two snack and one and half lunches I now eat one snack and one lunch so there you have I love this app and I can’t wait til my 30 days are over

love it but... i’ve been using this app for almost a year now and when the subscription plan came out i didn’t have to pay because i already had it before and the app is great, but, this new update seemed to produce some bugs and i’m getting really frustrated. i tried to do my challenge workout and it won’t open up the workout no matter how many times i pressed “start workout.” i tried to delete the app and redownload it but it deleted all my progress and started me up as if i was a new person making a new account. i don’t know if or how i can get my progress back but i was VERY upset when it deleted everything because a years worth a workout history was just gone. please let me know if there is a way to update all my information back to where it was!!

Do not get this app!!. For “some people”, this app allows them to cancel their subscription but for others, like myself, it’s impossible to cancel this subscription. I did the 7 day free trial and then decided it wasn’t for me so I tried to cancel, but as I was looking for a way to do so, I was charged the $4.99, so I frantically kept searching. There is no place on the app itself that allows you to cancel and when I went on the website it told me to go to the App Store (or my settings), tap my Apple ID, go to subscriptions and select the correct one, then hit cancel. When I went to both of those places, this subscription was not listed in either one. That in itself, it’s highly suspicious. I’ve emailed twice in 4 days and have gotten no responses yet. So if you’d rather not risk your money being stolen from you, I suggest that you don’t even download this app.

30 Day Fitness App. So far the app is great!!! I love how each workout comes with a live constant demonstration during the workout. Also I love during the workout how the program times you and count down. You don’t have to wear a watch or have a timer. The app does it for you. Also, I love that the program is tailored to your goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, lean but tone, etc. And that’s not all folks, prior to the start of your workout program, you can tailor each workout in the program. Meaning, you if you don’t want to do jumping jacks, you can select another workout in place of that. This has been the best app I’ve ever used for cardio and weight loss. You WILL sweat AND burn calories during each program depending on your physical level prior to working out. So if your already an athlete you may have to change the intensity of the workouts. The only con of this app is that it is $4.99 a week to use. So approximately $15-20 bucks a month. I wish this app allowed you to buy it for the year. Other than that, I LOV3 this app!!!

DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP HEARS WHY MUST READ!!. I don’t not recommend one because like this one person said it seems like it’s free but then when your done with filling in the steps it says you have to pay 4.99 monthly to get a fit body also my one of my friends got this app and paid and she did this everyday for 20 minuets and when her training was done SHE DIDNT LOSE WAIGHT AT ALL she was tried and exhausted she couldn’t move any bone in her body and her doctor recommended to work at the gym instead of working out at home and also this app is trash my friend went to the gym and she actually lost wait so basically I hope this app gets deleted because this does not help it makes it get your hopes up like “ oooh yes I can finally have a good body and get ready for summer” nooo it doesn’t this app only makes you lose 2 pounds every single day and Like I said DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS TRASH APP AND DO NOT PAY ITS A WASTE OF MONEY !! If you want to lose wait and get ready for summer I recommend to go work out at the gym or get a professional trainer to lose wait !!!

Great Workout App. As an ex-college rugby player, I’ve spent most of my adult life in the weight room or running and mostly left the old standards like push-ups, plank, iron chair, etc behind. Moreover, with the new COVID world in which we live, I needed a rigorous home workout to stay in shape - something that I could do without weights and get done in 20min or less per workout. After browsing online, I settled on 30 Day Fitness and could not be more thrilled with the results. I have been doing it consistently for a month and I can honestly say I’m back to looking like I did in my rugby playing days. Not only does 30DF have the old standard exercises, but tons of new ones that I NEVER would have thought to perform or even known about. And trust me, they are challenging! Also, you can make it as easy or hard as you want as there are different difficulty levels that target different body areas of focus. If you follow the program (and don’t cheat), you will see seriously great results. I look and feel great! Thanks 30DF!

My name is Karla Pagán. I really want to thank you for helping people like me, that really want to look, feel their best, I Really wasn’t feeling to good with myself and where I was at I could say I was like on depression I felt really bad with the way I look I felt really uncomfortable in my own skin and when I found this app I don’t know what clicked or change in me,But this app keeps me going it reminds me of my workouts and my routines and makes me want to go out and I think I’ve been using it for about like three or maybe four months and I really don’t regret it I love this app I feel great about myself and I really really want to thank you because you have made a difference in my life.

It helps!. I was not sure what an app could do that I haven’t tried for over 20 years myself. My 10 year old son was the one that said push the button and download, I did! I am on week 14 and it promised exactly what it said. I work out shorter and smarter and finally finally I lost inches around my waist. I am one who would love less weight although I still want to live and do not want to be on a diet, just make better choices and live in the skin that I am given. This was a great asset to that goal. God bless the creators! I am now about 6 months deep into using the app. It has been amazing!! Sometimes I have to modify exercises because I am not able to do a regular push up, that’s my biggest challenge along with my diet however my cardiologist said exercise is so important, don’t stop, keep making better choices, one choice at a time!!

Impressive, but not what I hoped for.. The exercises are so clearly demonstrated, but their is not much guidelines as to what you should choose to further your workouts there is a long list of workouts and they’re not labeled with what part of the body they target, instead they are named after foreign city names that I can hardly recognize before I select each workout, I had to go through every single one and manually look at the workouts to see if those would help me achieve my goals, but no trainer actually guides you to choose more specific workouts tailored to your needs and goals... Also, although it doesn’t need to be nutrition based, I was hoping for some sort direction and advice on what foods can be better to incorporate in my diet to further enhance my progress. Yeah I hoped for a lot more.

Deleted it and won’t ever be reinstalling.... Well, to begin... I was very excited to use this app. I looks really nice and helpful. I began to answer the questions it was asking and once I was done I was excited to start working out. But... that wasn’t the case... AT ALL. As soon i was done answering the questions it asked me to “Go Pro!” and pay $4.99 a week! First off how can I “go pro” with an app I never even got to try first. You would think it gave you the option to say no like most apps but it basically tried to force me to pay for it. I even tried closing it out and trying again but as soon as it reloaded the same thing popped up. After this I quickly deleted the app and said to my self “I think not”. I don’t recommend this app but I do recommend the makers of this app fixes that and at least let people you know “try the app” way before you try to force someone to pay for it.

Likes and dislikes. Likes: how the warm up is set up. The voice calling out what was going on and giving intermittent countdowns was great! I got to view my workout and choose which one I wanted. They are very detailed in explaining how to do everything. And there are clips to show you also. You can set reminders and they were motivating :) Dislike: when I viewed the work out it appeared that I was going to complete the activities in short burst (45 seconds) then move on. However, the first one kept going and going and going. For some one not use to exercise that can get old and tiring fast so I was disappointed it wasn’t the short burst that kept things changed up. Also there was no voice to keep me motivated like in the warm up :( it seems silly but that really helped. It was like a “hey you’re almost there so don’t quit now!” And that would be good in the main part of the work out not just the warm up.

INCREDIBLE APP. I love, LOVE this app. 20 min per day, $5/week, in your own home at your pace when YOU want to work out. You can use the app while listening to your favorite playlist. All you need is a yoga mat! I’m in my fifties and devote a lot of my time to my family and work. I didn’t need a gym membership, I needed motivation. Seriously, give it a month. I lost 15 lb. in a month! I do routines 5-6 days a week, and try to do 2 a day a few times/week...The transformation in my body is AMAZING. Rolls are melting off, replaced by muscle and sexy curves. There are so many exercises you can do! I love that there are real people doing the videos. No one talks to you, which is great, also!! You CAN read a detailed description of each exercise which is wonderful. I cannot say enough. You will become hooked. I loved the fact you can do in your home, and of course with the quarantine, you cannot pick a better fitness app. The tech support is super, too. What are you waiting for? Look great, feel great, be healthy and happy for $5/week. Thanks 30 day fitness! I truly run your fan club.

In-App Purchase. I know this may be weird coming from a 12 year old, but I do want to lose weight, and I can’t make a purchase because I don’t have my own money. I also don’t get to lose weight at a gym because I never get time to go with my dad, and no one can drive me. (I also hate going alone!) I’ve been searching the web for some workout that might be some help for me to lose 60 pounds, and I ended up finding this app on an ad while trying to watch a video on big girl problems. (And for my age, I’m a “big girl”!) I clicked on the install button because it seemed legit and I wanted to try it out, but then I saw that I needed to pay to use it?! I’m only 12, so I can’t pay! It also says ‘4+’ on the app details, so I’m NOT too young! There wasn’t even an X button either, so I just wasn’t allowed to use this app! I’m sorry if I sounding rude, but I have tried almost everything to try and lose weight, but it’s not working and this app made it even harder! 2 stars! (I’m sorry.)

Give it a try !. Many people complain about the 5 dollars a week in which they would gladly spend the same amount or more on a cup of coffee in the morning. There’s a free 3 day trial which was enough for me. The app is flawless and although I haven’t used it long enough to see any major gains, I have gotten fitter and more agile. The workouts and exercises are easy to customize to be easier or harder depending on what you feel like. They even walk you through workouts and give you instructions. So far I give 5 stars for a great app. Keeps me extremely motivated, love it. Stop crying about the 20 dollars a month and try applying for a real gym and see how much they charge and the terrible contracts. This is a cheap gym on your phone, not everything is free to use, especially if it actually works. Buy it, use it, gain from it.

Most User-Friendly Fitness App So Far. I am a blind user who accesses my IPhone using Apple's screenreader, VoiceOver. I have been combing the App Store for a fitness app that I can stick with, and this seems to be the right one for me. The exercises have clear written instructions that are good enough for me to follow, without relying on video that I cannot see. The voice guidance is also very necessary since I can't rely on any visual cues, and honestly, who looks at their phone when exercising? Someone who's more focused on reading texts than burning fat, if you as me! The only minor glitch I have is when I swipe up using VoiceOver, sometimes I get stuck with an exercise for many many sets. Or at least, that's what I think happened with my five sets of side leg raises from Hell! Haha, thanks to this app, this couch potato really has no excuse not to incorporate some movement into her life, except maybe the fact that she really doesn't enjoy exercise, but I don't think any app has the magical ability to fix that. Thank you for keeping this app simple, effective, and accessible.

Deeply Disappointed. I am beyond upset with the financial and customer service with this application. I’ve consistently been overcharged. It is absolutely ridiculous that your ap promotes paying 4.99 a week, but I was charged 20 dollars on the same day on the 28th. Now, three days later on the 31st, which is less than a week I’m being charged another 4.99. This amounts to 25 dollars in one week, which is absolutely unacceptable. When I tried to voice my concerns and request a refund, I received an automatic email and then a failure to respond once I replied to the automatic email. There is also a malfunction with your software that forces me to subscribe more than once which results in you overcharging my account for multiple subscriptions. Even after I canceled the extra subscription and received a refund from Apple, the same issue occurred in a matter of a week. As someone who was truly enjoying this application and recommended it to many of my friends and family, I am deeply disappointed in the lack of customer service and regard for people’s finances. I will ensure to leave a review of my awful experience on any fitness website and on Apple as possible. I will also be receiving a refund from my credit card institution. I hope you all can improve one day. Sincerely, not happy. PS: Now that I’m trying to leave this review it isn’t letting me because I rated it so low. You all are scam artists.

Worth The Try!!. I came across this app accidentally. I was looking for A “How To Do Squats With A Medicine Ball Routine” on You Tube. I wasn’t satisfied with what I found and this app popped up. At this moment I am on the 7 day Trial try and so far I like what I have already accomplished. These workouts look soooo easy to do. Ummm yes.... for someone who has worked out for a substantial amount of time!! However, I am a beginner and I am waking up muscle I never knew I had. Mind you I am “ONLY” 2 days in. If you do the positions properly you will feel all the burns etc. I go to the gym Tuesdays, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s because I do not have the machine I need for my torn ACL and Meniscus therefore I go. The app helps me do what I am not doing at the gym at home with the workout means I do have like the weights to incorporate them into the workouts slowly. It is worth the 4.99 a week for 30 days. No difference between a monthly charge you pay at a gym besides it being a little less. I was hesitant but at the same time the doubt comes from me doubting myself about being able to do this. Believe me it looks easy but you don’t know unless you TRY it!! You have to start somewhere so I chose to download the app and do the workouts behind closed doors where I am not feeling as if I am being watched while doing my workout!! Kudos to the trainers who created this app.

Great exercises, awful transfer. I loved this app until I had to upgrade my phone. There is no ready way to update your status from the old to the new mobile. And if you start afresh you get charged for a second subscription without any warning. No obvious way to contact the developer from within the app (there’s a secret four finger key you only find after hunting about on the website), also no obvious way to download and update data. And got no response from the developer after finally contacting them. All in all, a very negative support experience for what could be a great app.

Question about the workouts.. I was doing the free week trial and I was doing a bunch of “challenges”. However I noticed that in few of he challenges I was working on, the exercises were repeated. For example, I was doing the flat tummy and I got “side leg raises”, I enjoy that workout. But when I went to do the arms challenge, I got this workout again. So my question is do you have a base of workouts and just random select them for a challenge or am I not knowledgeable of how side leg raises are supposed to help my arms get toned? Besides that, I think the app is super user friendly and very straightforward. I would like to be able to go back on a few calendar days of the challenges because I accidentally finished one without meaning to and couldn’t go back and finish it. I know there was an option to finish it, pause it, and get back to it later but I wasn’t thinking and finished it so my workout for the day was cut short. Please please let me know because I would like to pay to use this app because it’s super cheap and awesome but not if the workouts are just the same for all the challenges. Thank you.

Good... BUT. There is some room for improvement. For instance, they give you a “plan” for the week, but if you decide to do a different workout during one of your days, you can’t use that work out in place of one on your plan, and it looks like you missed a day. You should be able to do whatever work out you see fit. Having recommendations is nice, and I do like those, but I was very sore from the day before from raking and leaf blowing my yard, so I did something a bit easier, and it’s showing I didn’t complete a workout simply because I didn’t do one of their “plan” workouts. I also don’t like that you can’t put if you were unable to complete a set of exercises. For instance, there is a workout with 3 sets of 15 sit-ups each. By round 3, I did 10. But I can’t put that in. Instead it shows I did that full set, just very slowly. Things I do like: Easy to use, and very clear on directions on how to do exercises. There is a big variety of exercises to choose from, and lots of challenges. I just wish you could do those other workouts and it count towards your goal of working out however many days you set during the week. It should be a little more customizable for 5 dollars a week. I doubt I will continue with this after my free trial if these things don’t change.

Best Workout App I’ve Ever Tried!. Just did my first workout with the app. First, I love the variety of the workouts! I am a bigger fan of the challenges where the workouts are pre-selected for me though. As a beginner, I don’t always know what is best and I appreciate the assistance. Second, I love how the workout times or identifies the number of reps needed for each stage of the exercise! It was just wanted I needed and it really motivated me to keep doing my best. Lastly, I appreciate that the app only shows you one day at a time on the challenges. I am guilty of looking ahead for what’s in store and giving up because it looks too hard. This is my favorite feature. I would say this app is definitely worth the expense! Thank you to everyone involved in it’s creation!

This has to be a scam.... Ok so I’m thinking when I use the app I can start working out and at least USE the app, they didn’t even give me a chance to even use the app and this ad pops up and says “start training like a pro” try one week for free, they give you no choice but to click on the premium plan, I’m thinking this app is for free and they are actually going to give me tips on eating right and working out.. NO! This is a scam they don’t give you a chance to even try the app out! I give this a one star! Fix this problem! I’m going to go download 8fit and see how that works, THIS APP WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME, PATIENCE, AND STORAGE!! Thumbs down 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 Edit: the people of this app gave horrible advice, basically guys this is not a free app they just want you to download it and when you do you have to pay! The reps one person literally copied and pasted the same words to each feedback, I dont recommend this app at all!!

Can’t use app unless you pay, unrealistic workout plan. First and foremost, I am a health educator and epidemiologist. I set my goal weight in this app and it claimed I would reach that goal through the customized 30 day plan. I figured it was asking my goal weight to set up a plan based on making proper progress towards that... but no, it actually claims it’s going to get you to your goal weight in 30 days. Unless your goal is 10 pounds or less, or you’re extremely morbidly obese and susceptible to lots of weight loss in a short time with discipline, there is literally no way that’s happening. Again, I am a health educator. For context, I would like to lose 25 pounds. The app says it would get me there within 30 days if I ate 1200 calories a day (HA). Also, you cannot use this app unless you pay for it. You just can’t. You make your account, do a couple beginning questions, and it takes you to the screen to sign up for a free trial which then will charge you 4.99/week (ridiculous), that’s how much I pay to be a member at my local gym.. let alone use an app with unrealistic, unscientific workout plans. Anyway, if you do not want to end up getting charged 5 bucks a week, you cannot use the app. You get stuck on the free trial agreement, and that’s it. I deleted the app a good 10 mins after downloading.

Worth the money. I’m a working from home dad, once again confronted by the prospect of closed gyms. Weights and general fitness equipment? It’s all been bought up and you have to put it all somewhere. Enter this app. It’s got short (but sometimes very difficult exercises...alternating lunges I’m looking at you) that are perfect in the morning and then you feel pretty good as you go about your day of soothing a six-year-old as he throws a tantrum because you took his Nintendo Switch away and made him read a book. Ok I’m off in a tangent but I haven’t talked to adults in so long and I don’t think I can watch anymore Peppa Pig. Anyway where was I? Oh yeah, so this is a good app with short but VERY effective exercises that you can do in fifteen or twenty minutes.

I had high hopes. At first, the app seemed really easy to use. I was actually quite impressed! But my second and third workouts were so wonky I’m going to have to cancel my subscription. I wanted intermediate workouts and it gave me extremely easy ones. I was half way through by the time I realized this one was easier than the last. I was going to just humor it but I had to quit the app midway because it got stuck and wouldn’t go to he next workout. I waited like 5 min. I figured something was wrong so X’d out of it and tried the next one. Again, too easy but fine since I had to start over and then it gets stuck on the last workout with the only option available was to quit. I hated that I couldn’t log or check my stats on these last two workouts. Then I went to the support page to try and talk to someone and the page won’t even load! Waste of my time & money. Sorry 30 Day Fitness. I really tried to like you.

Really enjoying. I’m 13 and this app is really helping me get in the shape I need for my gymnastics team. I love how you can choose your workout and what part of the body you want to work out. I have a couple of suggestions. Make up fun names, like instead of leg raises call them kick the air or something like that. It would make it more appealing to teens like me, and also can make you remember the name so you can do it later too. Also you should make a workout with nothing jumpy because I stay up past my parents and don’t want to wake them. I will do another rate after my 30 challenges. Going to start 1 today and 1 tmrw. The bikini body and the flat tummy Ok that’s all thanks boo

Deeply Disappointing. I have been looking for many different workout apps to see which one I like better and suits me best to help me lose weight. Well, when I came across this one, I thought, “This one looks good and trustworthy. Why not try it.” And so I did. I entered in my info and all the other stuff and was ready to get started just to find, you can’t even use the app. I was beyond disappointed when I found that out. I refuse to pay money for an app, doesn’t matter what kind and I am not going to do the 7 day free trial because who can lose that much weight in 7 days? I mean, seriously? I would love to be able to use this app so I am going to say this. Hey developers, if you want some good reviews from people like me, who won’t pay or do a trial for an app, make it free and if they want more stuff, they can pay to be a subscriber. It really isn’t that complicated. So please, do something about this or we will all know why this app is really here. So you can just steal our money.

The best. I love this app it is so good because the ages go from 13 and up and it’s great for people getting in shape the give you the right amount for your age region weight and age get your blood pumping and I can already feel a improvement in my upper body

Okay but could be better. I really love the style and them workouts of this app, it’s well managed and the challenges really help you improve. I would keep using the app except for the fact that it’s overpriced, $7 a week! That’s extremely expensive, there should also be a variety of plans (monthly, yearly). This way the range would be better for users. The price also needs to lower, I get how the app needs to make money but $7?!

Very hard working. Do not charge people to play got it some of us people might not get a job easily being fat that’s why we want too be skinny. From a fellow fat person that has a problem to get a job

Great while it lasted.... I used this app quite a bit beforehand while it was still in its free state and I loved it. But now I can’t use it at all unless I pay for a weekly subscription! There is no point in using the app anymore as I can find the exact same daily exercises for free on the internet. It would have at least been nice to have one or two programs free rather than a 7 day trial.

You have to pay!!!?. Appalling that you need to pay for such a service that is supposed to be a fun, inclusive alternative or ‘challenge’ for a wide range of people to participate in. I am deeply disappointed and immediately deleted the app as soon as I realised I wouldn’t be able to participate without paying or putting in credit card information even for a free trial. Not impressed! Ps. The services may warrant more than a one star but I wouldn’t know as I cannot access them in the first place 🤨

Just got it, seems decent with great personalised workouts. So yeah just got the app, it’s great that it has a personality system, I have set it up for me, the workouts and workout routines seem pretty decent, although I wish there were maybe longer workout routines (higher intense level maybe ;p) but I mean I can just do more sets of the routines, love the body parts it tells you your are using same with what muscles, the gif’s for how to do the workouts are amazingly helpful, to bad there’s no audio for the steps ;p, overall everything in the app is fluid, tons of workouts to :o

Don’t download unless you wanna pay. I don’t like this app. It is free to download but as soon as it asks for your name and what you want to do in the app it makes you pay a subscription. My dad has only just fixed our iTunes because we kept getting money taken out our bank from apps we never downloaded. You can’t do anything in this app unless you pay for a subscription. I deleted straight away. When ever I want to download an app I always scroll down and check the reviews to see if it’s good or not! Just make sure you always scroll down and check reviews because people tell the truth!

30 Day Bikini Body. Just did th i first day and feel amazing ! Excited to complete the 30 day challenge and to see the result and then to continue on to the next challenges 👏🏼 No need to go gym, just a fitness mat, some space, earbuds to pump up the music and your good

30 day fitness. Is a really good workout app that teaches you different types of techniques to improve the parts of your body that you have always dreamed of having trust me it works even though it’s $6 Every week it’s so worth it

Worth the money. Great app, tailored to suit your needs and abilities and really affordable for those who don’t want to spend $30 a week in a gym membership or like to work out in the comfort of their own home. Highly recommend this app!

Consistency is key.. Having not done any exercise in over 10 years, I’m now on day 11 having consistently completed 9 workouts. Being able to do them in my own home with no excuses or reasons not to has been a huge reason I’ve kept at it. They’re easy to follow and smash out whenever and wherever! Stoked!!

Subscription Options. I love this app, everything about it, it’s very easy to use, and it’s very friendly to someone like me who’s just starting out in my fitness journey. Me only criticism is about the subscription, unlike the other people in these reviews that complain about having to pay at all, my only complaint is only being able to pay weekly. I wish there was a monthly or even fortnightly option, as I find it difficult to pay a weekly fee due to how often I get paid. Otherwise I love this app and I will try to continue to use it, even though I likely wont be able to pay the fee every week.

Best Fitness App EVER. I’ve been trying to find a good, reliable, and FREE fitness app to stay fit and healthy. I finally found it! 30 Day Fitness allows you to get customisable workouts for target areas, and you can choose when you want to do them! It’s so cool.

Like what they do, but too expensive.. Good app, with pretty good workouts, but at $6.99 per week ($28 per month)!is just too expensive, especially if you live outside America, and there are bad exchange rates. It is, in fact, costing me around $9.95 per week in Australia. Sorry guys...just not good value for us Aussies. I’ve just unsubscribed.

Love it!!. Absolutely love it!!! I can get into shape in my own home once my children go to bed, I feel so great afterwards and I love the fact that it increases intensity slowly and you have the option of doing a light workout if your not feeling up to but still want to workout! 😍😍

Today’s my 1st day!. The exercises were good and do-able. I had to watch a fair bit to make sure I was doing the right thing. A few more prompts during the exercises would be helpful; like a mid way count or count the timing I should follow. Having to swipe each time I finished was frustrating as it interrupted my flow. Thanks and I’m looking forward to trying each day 😊

Belly and bikini body Workouts. Great workouts. It is nice to be able to do the workouts at any time of the day and if I want to do two workouts in the day, I can. One of the most positive part I have found were the warm ups and cool downs. At regular gyms I tend to rush through them so they are really not 5 or 10 mins. So my body is not even warmed up. With your program it is timed and have no choice but to do them and my body is not in pain after a workout. Thank you .

In love. Very good app and very motivating Absolutely love this app I use it all the time and I love the fact that you can select different exercises that are suited to you Lots of good challenges and it makes working out easy and allows you to do it from the comfort of your home

Nothing happens after I subscribe. This app has a fatal problem and no user can be converted I paid for the subscription straight up but once everything is done and I clicked ok on the pop up window at the subscription landing page, the app doesn’t proceed to the actual app page. I tried multiple times, cancelled and resubscribed but nothing works. Sadly a willing and paying customer has to leave without even actually getting to use the app

Problem. Hi, I’ve enjoyed the app so far but today it didn’t work for me couldn’t renew my subscription. I contacted apple as I was told in the screen and they helped with all the troubleshooting they were able to do but it seems to be a problem within the app itself. So I would like to renew my subscription but it just didn’t let me and i was charged for it either way. Apple support help me to get a refund but couldn’t do much for me to re-subscribe. I would like you to fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.

Good app. Good app and I feel like I am seeing genuine results but I wish I could give more feedback on workouts because I feel the little notes you can write never get anywhere. But also I wish you could be more specific on what you want and what purpose your exercises are serving

Good, but could be improved.. I think the idea of this app is wonderful! The only suggestions I can make are: • Have it more personalised - have a wider range of workouts for specific parts of the body. • Have optional routines for the personal fitness plans that the user can select. (More then just 1 set of exercises to do). As we're paying for this it could also: • Have meal suggestions to suit your workout to help achieve your goal. • It could also focus more on the goal of the user e.g. inspiration via quotes, allow user to set list of achievements they want to accomplish and have app decide which exercises will suit to achieving users goal. Overall, app is very easy to use and has a great user friendly feel. Looking forward to using this for the next 30 days and after!

DONT GET THE APP. Far out should have checked the reviews. I remwmber I paid for it the first or second week. And since then it’s taken money from my account. Not every month but EVERY WEEK. I literally have $5.84 in my account and a $6.99 pending. And I emailed them etc. and they said they can’t help me with my subscription I have to do it myself. But I’m struggling to actually work out. Because yesterday it said it expires on 21 November except today I was deducted. Is this a joke. I’m already broke from rent. I don’t need this addition to my life right now. Kms.

Don’t go for the free trial unless your committed to paying the fee afterwards!!. This app is great for people who 1. have the money and 2. have the motivation but it’s super hard to cancel the subscription if you want out. The workouts are awesome and they have great videos to explain how to do them but yeah $7 a week wasn’t for me. If you want to unsubscribe FOLLOW THESE STEPS 1 go to settings 2 tap on you’re name up the top 3 tap iTunes and App Store 4 tap on your Apple ID at the top 5 tap view Apple ID (you might have to sign in) 6 scroll down to subscriptions 7 pick the app you want to unsubscribe from Again it’s a good app if you want to commit but if like me you wanted to just have a geez hen don’t worry about it.

Simple to use. This app is awesome and seems to be providing a really good mix of exercises at the right level for my fitness level. I look forward to each session because it’s achievable and is making a difference.

Excellent but pricey. I love this app, it’s helped me stay motivated with notifications and helped me to be more confident in my body. Only downside is that the proper plan and full thing costs and it costs per week. If it was per month I would consider

Best Fitness app I have ever used!. This app is a great way to start to love exercising your body. I used to hate exercise because I was rushed through things and this app allows you to go and grow at your own paste. Thank you so much to everyone that made it, it’s absolutely fantastically perfect!

A lot older. Just starting to exercise again after a long absence and a heart attack. This is well recommended by my doctor as Long as I don’t over do it. Perfect I realize how unfit I am now because I left it so long but this is gradually making me stronger and it fits in with my busy schedule. If you can find 30 mins a day Awesome

Cancel my subscription. I have attempted to cancel my subscription multiple times however after every attempt my account continues to get charged. I have emailed and contacted the people through the app however nil response. I’m charged 7.50 a week since my first attempt charging me over $100 since then. Please help me out. The app is overall quite good but having a bad experience due to this.

Don't download this app (actually read the review). The app refuses to let you go beyond anything unless you sign up for a free trial and subscribe to its premium services, it's a waste of time to download if you're not willing to pay a high fee, EVERY WEEK! Not once a month, which would make the fee reasonable, but once a week. For almost seven dollars, you can get a "weeks worth of workouts on the premium service" and will easily charge you over. I can't rate the app on the actual workouts it offers as I cannot get into the workout without taking an offer I'm more than happy to refuse. Not a good app if the majority of reviews are based on the thing that aids in people not being able to access the content.

Very difficult to cancel subscription. The workouts are great although they froze up and lost sound at times. I wanted to cancel my subscription but there’s no obvious or easy way to cancel despite what I was led to believe. I’ve paid much more money because I just couldn’t figure out - even with customer service help - how to cancel. It’s almost impossible to cancel and I’m a very unhappy customer despite the good workouts offered.

Best fitness app!. I have tried many fitness apps and this is the best one I have come across! I feel motivated and actually want to do the workouts. Love that there is a video of the exercises so I can see if I am doing them correctly. I’ve been using this app for 4 weeks and have already progressed up fitness levels and starting be see results within my body. Some of the meals are a bit fancy (we live rurally and don’t have easy access to some ingredients), but others are fabulous! Nice that I don’t have to think what to cook some days 😊

Not free.. Free to download but then you have to pay a weekly subscription which is almost impossible to cancel. Customer service never replied to the three emails I sent. To cancel subscription: (1.) Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store. (2.)Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. (3.) Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID. (4.) Tap Subscriptions. (5.) Tap the subscription that you want to manage. (6.) Use the options to manage your subscription.

Beginners dream. The app is easy to use and very clear to follow with both visuals and text instructions. Been using this for five weeks (from barely exercising to at least four workouts a week) and my myotherapist had to ask me if I’ve been doing anything different because he noticed better strength in my muscles overall. You also have the option of choosing alternate exercises to suit. Very grateful I found this app on Instagram. ☺️

Great workouts!. Sometimes it’s super hard to figure out what to do at the gym, but this 30 Day Fitness app has all the warm ups, workouts and cool downs you need for a workout that will make you sweat and feel strong. Best thing is you never need to stress about figuring out what to do at the gym - this app has it covered!

Sarah. Love this app! I’ve tried so many ways to get back into exercise since becoming a mum and now that I’m working full time. This app is anywhere, anytime, it’s varied and interesting. I love how much control you have over setting session lengths and how challenging you want sessions to be. Thanks 30 days fitness team!

Great app- easy to use and nice variation each day. I love the app! Have been using 4times a week for 4 months now. I do find though, that when I feel like I could go up a level, it’s way too hard. Is there a way to adjust the increments to suit your own fitness level?

Pretty good. It’s pretty good, but 1. It’s too expensive. $7 a week is crazy, especially for something that just makes working out easier rather than explaining unique and crazy workouts to do. I think 3 dollars a week would be much more fair, if you can’t do that, even a drop to 5 would make it that bit fairer. 2. When I got a pop up asking me for me to write a review, which worked because here I am, it said they’ve spent countless hours working on the app. My bad, coutless. They legitimately typed coutless instead of countless. Not very professional, surely you can get an editor, or fire your current one. Other than that, this is a very refined and well made app. It’s pushed me to work out and does it’s job pretty well.

Auto weekly subscription. Make sure you don’t get sucked into the auto weekly subscriptions that auto start. I was over $50 down before I worked out where the charge was coming from on an app I didn’t use because their bill details and logging don’t mention the app at all! Poor form. It shouldn’t be allowed. All app owners should be bound by an active users clause or something. If the user isn’t active after X days all reasonable measures should be taken to contact the app user and if the app user doesn’t respond after Y days the app content and billing should be suspended.

Genius. As someone who has limited time and not a huge fan of exercise, this app has been great. Limited daily commitment means I’m still enthusiastic about my 30 day challenge and the real winner is the results I feel and see in a short week. This will quickly become an essential.

Great Workout Buddy. Fantastic workouts, great ability to change settings of difficulty, frequency, etc. There is a huge variety of exercises & no equipment is necessary!! There are only a couple of small things that need improvement: the description of what each subscription is, and having a 3,2,1 countdown before changing sides/arms/legs on the same exercise. 4.5 stars 😁😁

Exceeded expectations. Definitely worth the price! I love how there is a large variety of challenges and circuits to suit different fitness levels (and no equipment needed!). These work outs definitely make you work hard and gets you sweaty. Love it!

Customer support is not helpful. For the last month I have been trying to correspond and stop my subscription. I haven’t used it after the first 2 weeks and have tried all ways to cancel it myself, but with no avail. I contacted customer support and they sent one email requesting information to help me out, but after that I have had no response. I am still getting billed every week and can’t afford it and need a refund, but the subscription is not showing up on apple as I cancelled it, but money is still coming out of my account. And every time I try and log in on the website I am never sent a log in password no matter what email I have tried. I am writing this as a warning for those that subscribe. It is a helpful app if you use it, but if you don’t it’s a difficult road to stop the subscription. I am beyond frustrated about the support and am worried about even getting my money back.

Great Workouts. We used it to get fit and lose weight for our wedding and it worked so well. The workouts are quick and easy so you can fit them into a busy schedule

First work out. Today was my first ever work out in since forever. Wasn’t as hard as I first thought, I got through it ! See haw I feel in the morning. Proud off me having a go trying to be healthy and fit for life now it’s just my brain I need to do more training. Healthy life productive mind. See haw I go!!!

So far so good. As the first two weeks just completed I am feeling great to be back on track. I love the commodity to work out anywhere and have detailed information about the exercises, also I can switch for a different one if I don’t feel like the one proposed for the day. Im looking forward to finish my 30 days trial and step up for next levels.

Too expensive. I really loved using this app, the aesthetics are lovely and I could see results about 3 weeks in when I was using it every day BUT! It cost more than a gym membership and that’s just ridiculous. Would recommend and use myself IF the price dropped. It’s not competitive as there are free apps out there that pretty much do the same job. It would trim this app into something I would keep for years and years and build it into my routine but NOT that this price.

Love it!. Easy to use and navigate. Everything is set out in steps and the workouts aren’t too hard but they’re still hard enough that you can feel it. Would absolutely recommend this app for your fitness goals.

Getting back into exercise!. This is a great app to get you motivated to exercise more regularly. Being able to do it in the comfort and privacy of your own home, as well as at a time the suits you is a game changer. At the cost of less than 1 gym session for a whole week it is also great for the budget. I love that it gives you the ability to change settings to suit growth and change exercises to suit ability. I have a sore knee so jumping jacks are a no go but I can change them to simple squats. Thanks 30DayFitness 💪😃😅

30 day fitness review. Wow! I have only been doing 30 day fitness for a little while but I LOVE IT! It is so convenient when you can’t go to the gym and you feel like you have done a workout after! You can customise it to your fitness level, have daily workouts and way more! Definitely best fitness app I have got. Bella

Great App with customization. The fact that you can increase or decrease the intensity, add or remove weights and customize according to your open schedule makes this app absolutely amazing. I lost my post pregnancy weight by consistently following their routines.

Charged me even after app deleted. I liked this app but not enough to commit so I deleted it BEFORE the free trial was up. They charged me the full year membership when day 7 came which came to around $83. Beyond mad. Shame on you guys. I would appreciate a refund.

don’t use. it’s so stupid they expect us to pay for just advice. would be much better if it was free, u can’t use the app without spending money.

Not worth 80$. I love the new design, the app is clearly more efficient this way, but i will never pay 80$ a year to use this kind of app. This is way too much for info you can get on a picture from google.

Fantastic ❤️. Hyper pratique pour perdre du poids sûr du long terme ❤️💯

Stealing money. They took my money and won’t allow refunds. I didn’t want the paid trial, I wanted to try it but wasn’t even prompted before they stole my money, there are better and free apps. I would give it less than one star if I could.

Charged money to my iTunes account. Warning: shady developer This app charged my iTunes account without my knowledge. $30 was removed and I would like a refund. They should make it very clear that they would charge you. All it told me when I opened the app was that I had to pay for premium classes, not that it was a weekly subscription based program. I will be reporting you to Apple. Very deceitful and shady. A refund should be granted. I am a student and you took money from me without my knowledge.

Scam!!!!!. This is a scam! They’ve been charging me money for months and they will not cancel

It’s a scam. They won’t delete my credit card information you can’t stop your subscription after it has started!!!

No free version. $6.50 a week paywall :/

I’ve never written a review but 😡. This “free” app took 5 dollars out of account every 4 days for almost a month before I realized and I had to deal with apple to try and get my money back. You can google these work outs for free, don’t waste your money

Was great app. Was great app up until I had to pay to use the app

Makes cancelling impossible!. Very sneaky! I forgot to cancel the trial which is my fault but they make it so hard to cancel now. I have tried to follow what they have said to do and none of it works! I have had them send me a “code” to two different emails and nothing has been received. I tried going to my phone settings and followed their directions and can’t find what they are talking about. I just need my account cancelled!

turn of my subscription. You guys gotta fix my sub subscription to this. I’ve given up months ago and I am still paying money because you people have made it impossible to unsubscribe. I’ve followed the directions and the option never comes up

Trash. They say it’s free but costs like 11 dollars. Very disappointed

Cheating. If you don’t have free version. You should mention it. Then people will not download.

Don’t waste your time it’s absolute crap. The 7 day trail thing is bull. I just tried signing up for it but it automatically charged me for it, WITHOUT giving me the 7 day trail! So now I’m down 7$ and wasted 30 minutes of my life that I can never get back. Honestly don’t get this garbage, YouTube is the far better option, this is basically a scam.

Strength & Love Heaven 5. I’m back after from summer of gardening and harvesting wow feels good Your work outs are very helpful thank you

Terrible. They are stealing my money. Tried to cancel multiple times. Don’t sign up unless you want you money stolen!

Scam. This app lies about being able to counsil

This is not worth it. So the app it self is free but then you have to pay an additional 5$ per week. You do get a 7 day free trial but it does not cancel on its own.

Liars. Charged me without permission, thieves and liars.

30 day fitness. App parfait, pas de frais et très complète

Great tool to get in shape quickly. Although once I ended payments, my purchases didn’t show anymore. Please don’t take away the plans that I now have bought twice. That’s the only shady part in this app

Not happy. Forces you to subscribe, does not allow you to turn off the auto renew of the one week free trial. Forcing you to go to external sources to get it dealt with, or continue to overpay for something you never wanted in the first place

The prices. It wouldn’t let me go by this thing until you pay for it! You have to pay $12 or something like that a month!!! I want a 30 day workout and I thought this was the app for it! If you are considering buying this app, please don’t! It’s kinda like click bait! But bait!😔

Rate. Its a good app for beginners especially! I just would like it to be cheaper every month.

Scam. So hard to cancel subscription! Does not pop up in apple subscriptions

great company. these guys know what there doing

I downloaded it but..... Would never pay 5$/week for something I can have for free on YouTube. :(

Meilleure. Ses bon je n’ai testé et ses le meilleur

Best app!. if your trying to get a hourglass body or just trying to stay fit I would recommend this app its really helped me achieve my hourglass body only in 30 days if you think about it it’s not really that long, Download this app it’s really useful

Great workout sessions. Amazing app

This is paid!!!. The app notes your name, age, height and personal preferences and then asks you to pay. It should be mentioned in the description that this app is paid. The app gives the 7 day free trail but to enable that you need to give your credit card number. The description says the app has 5M+ downloads but I am sure it has only 1M purchases. Hated!!!

Not a free app. Can’t do anything on the app without entering payment details, not recommended, plenty of free resources.

Vanessa Bouchard. Super application bien fait ;) merci

Amazing work out. It’s so good recommended

Ridiculous. Had for about a month was okay. But today all of a sudden my progress was deleted. they don’t contact you. They have no number to call. RIP OFF. and its telling me restart. Don’t waste your money on this.

Immediate hidden paywall. $5 a week to actually use the app after the first 7 days. So shady. Not sure what the other reviewer meant by $80 a year, as this actually ads up to $260 a year. That’s more than Photoshop CC. Unless the app somehow does the exercising for you these devs are nuts.

Do not Download. I subscribed to the free trial and even after cancelling my subscription I am STILL being charged. After contacting support more than once I am, again, STILL BEING CHARGED

Cannot download exercises. Had a lot of issues starting sessions lately. Cannot download the content to start. Frustrating for such a expensive app.

Not free.. Don’t claim your app is free when you need to pay for it, doubt that everyone would download it if they know its paid.

Will I be charged. If I just downloaded the app but haven’t even used it at all and then deleted it like one minute after downloading, will I still be charged?

J’ai chaud. Sa fais beaucoup travailler le corps mais ses pour un bon chose j’ai perdus 30kg en 1mois

I love itt. This app is so so good so far

Overpriced. No doubt a great app but ridiculously overpriced. I may consider if it is a $5 one off purchase, too expensive for a monthly subscription let alone weekly!? What a joke.

Cheat. I don’t like it when the app itself is free but after downloading it, it will give you a week free trial but you have to pay $12.95/week by using the app! Why not pay up front so consumers will not get a surprise after?!

don’t waste ur time. literally have to pay for everything

No free trial option- just deleted after download. The app tries to sign you up for a plan an there is no free trial option. Even just 1 trial week would be fine. It’s all about details.

Disappointed. I cancelled before free trial ended. I was charged $7.27! Why am I being charged. This needs time be fixed.

Great App. This is a great app and I love it, but there should be an option to start over. The reason I say that is because I had to stop working out for about a month and a half due to family stuff. I just started back working out and of course put on weight. So now it’s kind of difficult to continue the workouts that they have for me. If I was thinner it would be no problem. But they have you to continue where you last left off. That’s why I gave four stars. Other than that this app is great, I love it and its the only app that I have been using non stop that show me weight loss results.

Good, but needs a few things. The fitness plan aspect is great! Although sometimes I wonder if it is trying to increase the challenge after having used it for several months. I also wonder if they’ve added any new workouts recently because they have been using the same ones in my workouts for some time. I like being able to switch out exercises within a workout but how about being able to create our own workouts? Having said that I think a good feature to add would be cloud sync. I have the app on my iPhone but would like to use it in my iPad but it seems unable to sync my profile to it. This would really make the app more user-friendly.

Don’t be afraid couch potatoes!. I started using this app on January 6, 2020. I was a couch potato with no stamina or fitness. This app started me out slow with small goals and gradually built me up to more strength and better endurance. I enjoy the variety of exercises and the feedback option with each workout so you can tone down or increase the intensity as needed. Each exercise has alternates that are easier or harder depending on your desired results. The only thing I don’t like about the app so far is some of the exercises require equipment, which I don’t have nor do I plan to purchase, and there isn’t an alternative. Great app for the money and definitely less expensive than a gym membership.

Amazing, competitive, and personal!!. Ive been a competitive athlete my whole life until I graduated, I was injured for a long time so it made it hard doing thing bc I was either training or icing. When I graduated I stopped working out bc I could finally walk with no pain since I was done training, it wasn’t until I realized how close summer was when I realized how much I actually let myself go, so many of my muscles were now half fat and I started getting a bit of a tummy, this app is helping me get my body back on track literally and figuratively!! Maybe next year I’ll be without injury and in shape to start competing again!-thanks to this app of course!

The Absolute Best. Before I started using this app, I had no idea what I was doing working out at home. I answered a few questions and got a plan personalized for me with workouts that are easy to follow. There are also multiple different challenges that it offers to target specific areas. Now almost three months later, this is my favorite app on my phone. I now get up in the mornings and look forward to working out...and the results I’ve gotten are AMAZING. If you are wondering whether or not you should download this app, stop wondering and download it. This is the sign you are looking for.

Easy to follow, challenging and quick. I just used this app for the first time and it is exactly what I’m looking for! A very easy to follow workout guide for the times where you just have no idea where to start! There are workouts laid out for you that you can choose from as well as challenges for different goals people might have! During the workouts, there is a video clip that shows you how to do the movement, a guides voice that tells you the remaining time and then you just swipe up to go to the next part of the workout! I can’t wait to make progress using this app!

Loooove. Seriously love this app! I’m in a bit of a transition so I wasn’t wanting to commit to a gym at the moment. Then I came across this app through RocaMoons and thought “why not give it a try?”. It’s so great! There are so many great things about it, like being able to adjust the difficulty or frequency in which you work out. My favorite is that it gives you a warm-up before the workout and a stretch after. When I workout on my own I don’t make time for those things, I’m so happy this app designates time for it! I’ve already told everyone I know about this app.

Disappointed. I was looking into downloading an app to help me be more active and fit, when I came across this one and I thought it would be great. I downloaded it and filled out all the information that was needed, until a pay screen popped up and told me about how if you pay you can get more access to more stuff. I prefer to not really pay for anything as I figure it’s not worth all the money, so I was searching for an x as to click off of the message but it was no where to be found. a free trial was there but I know myself I’m going to forget to turn it off and be paying money that is not worth for. I’m very upset as I was excited to start getting into shape but apparently to this app money is all that matters I am extremely disappointed and am going to delete it right away.

Fantastic!. This is the only workout app that I’ve wanted to use every day. It’s kept me motivated and on target for weeks now, and I’m super impressed. Only think I wish it had was more variety in warmups and cool downs. The workouts are resonably varied. But the warm ups and cool downs are often the same exercises. It’s possible this is a setting that I just haven’t noticed. Another nitpick, the notification it sends you to remind you to workout arrives weather or not you’ve completed that days workout. That seems like a bug to me since it would be so easy to fix, but it’s the only other imperfection I’ve noticed. Great app, fair pricing. Highly recommended

Life Changing!. I love this app! I’ve always had trouble working out because I don’t know the right kinds of workouts to do and it’s a lot harder to follow a workout schedule when you don’t have something to base it on. This app schedules your workout week and even has a bunch of other different challenges you can choose to do on your own. It creates your schedule based on where you’re currently at and how often and intensely you want to work out. And it’s more than half the price of a monthly gym membership, so it’s great for people who either can’t afford the gym or would rather do workouts on their own at home.

Apple Watch app?. I think this app is amazing. It provides easy, simple workouts to help with any goal you are trying to achieve e.g: weight loss, maintenance, and muscle gain. The workouts are tailored to your abilities which they discover from a short survey when you first download the app, it may seem pricey to pay $5 per week, but compared to a gym membership or actual personal trainer, it’s a great price! The only big improvement 30 day fitness could make is to have an Apple Watch app, that way your calories burned could be tracked more accurately and you could have a record of it on your watch. Overall it’s a great app though, and I definitely recomend it!

MISLEADING TRIAL. I downloaded this app because it was recommended to me. In the App Store it is free but since downloading it I’ve been charged $5 a week for 3 different weeks without even realizing! Apparently they offer a free trial, However I cannot for the life of me remember ever signing up for that or entering my card information. I’ve deleted & re-downloaded the app 3 times just to see if I was notified of a trial on the sign up page , or if I was ever prompted to enter my card information. But I was not! All that was asked of me is my name , age, weight, and details about my preferred workouts. Please explain HOW and WHY my account was charged WEEKLY against my consent! I want a refund immediately. To make matters worse there is no way to cancel the “subscription” through the app. You must do it through the settings. What a scam. Do not download this horrible and MISLEADING app.

One of the best exercise apps I’ve used.. Been using this app 6 days a week for the last 3-4 weeks. I’m really enjoying it. It’s well constructed. The workouts are thoughtful, the prompts and interface are good and intuitive. The workouts tend to be set up as AMRAPs or HIIT depending. They’re all body weight making it great for travel. I do find the level of intensity varies a bit day to day. Some days crush you with 50 or 75 burpees and burpee variations and other days are shorter and far less metabolically demanding perhaps this variation in intensity is Intentional, frankly I wouldn’t stick with a program that made me do burpees everyday. Good luck. Get after it.

The 5$ a month is Worth it!!. So I’ve seen this app a few times around and a few months ago I downloaded the app and was ready to start working out more, when I opened the app I found out I needed to pay which wasn’t what I was expecting. I didn’t buy it then but just a few days ago I started paying for it just to see if it was worth it... it was!! I’m really enjoying this apps results and the small payment plan is more than worth it. I don’t own work out equipment so if you don’t have any either this is your app! It’s results are honestly amazing.

Highly Recommend. I don’t really write reviews on app because I think who reads them and no one cares what I have to say. I have changed my mind for this app. I have decided to take steps to a better life through exercise. It has been a long time since I did any type of workout. This app has been EXTREMELY helpful. The exercises are perfect for getting back into workout and give you time to breath so you don’t feel as though you are dying. Thank you for creating a wonderful app that is putting me on the right track without discouraging me.

Great workouts/ app. Hard contacting support. Very expensive. A few days ago I was experiencing trouble with my app. My workouts would not load/start and it kept sending me an error message. I decided that maybe I just needed to delete my app and re-download not thinking I would lose all of my progress that I had since I was paying weekly and it was under an account. When I re-downloaded, it had me re-enter all of my information as a new user and there are no options on the app to log in to already existing accounts. So I contacted support and never got a response.. very frustrating since I pay 5 dollars a week. I really enjoy the workouts and don’t want to give up the app but if problems persist then I might have to.

So far so good. Today was my first day utilizing the app. I love that it includes a workout schedule that INCLUDES or revolves around my daily running to ensure I’m not doing too much. I love that I can hook my music app to this app and it plays the music I want in the background and you can still hear the instructor clearly without interrupting your music. I felt the exercises to tone were simple to do but also challenging with the repetitions! I really felt the workout! I’m very satisfied with this app, thus far! I’ll leave another review the more I use it to see if anything changes.

Good app. So I got the app and I reeeeally don’t like how you have no choice but to pay the first time to use it, but it’s free so all you have to do is cancel the subscription right away and you won’t be charged! Other than that I got this and it’s helping me with wanting to have abs which is cool! It’s tough, but in a good way and is probably gonna be the best source of exercise (other than PE at school and sitting and watching Netflix all day long lol). So I would recommend getting this app, you don’t have to play unless you want to so hope you have fun and this is a cool app!!!

Amazing. Decided to get in shape at home on my spare time and so far I have worked out 3 times and I am loving this app. I like all the options I get when it comes to working out. I also love that when it’s time to work out you are not in a rush to finish the workout unlike at a gym class. This works out perfect for me as I have not worked out since high school (16 yrs ago) and now getting back in shape. I think this workout app is awesome and could definitely work for someone who is starting their workout journey.

Grows with you. I love this app! My favorite part is that it grows with you - as you progress more, it adds more challenging workouts. I also love the “challenges” where you can take on a 30-day challenge and pick something specific you’d like to work in - abs, arms, etc. When I started this workout program, I could not do a sit-up on my own, )or a push-up for that matter) but now I am doing up to 20 in a row! Thanks for creating this app! The reminders are helpful as well. You c an choose what time you want the app to remind you to do your workout.

30 Day Fitness App | Review. Pros: I’m so glad to have FINALLY found a workout app that’s completely FREE! So many others I’ve tried in the past would only offer a free trial for, say, 7 days or so, but this one is free all year ‘round. There are over 400 different workouts/exercises to choose from; there are also challenge exercises, which specifically target certain areas on the body, and, in 30 days, you should definitely see results! Cons: The only other feature I wish this app had was a free meal/nutrition plan. However, that’s really my only complaint! Overall, I HIGHLY recommend using this app, especially if you’re a noob when it comes to all this workout stuff like myself! ;D

“Free trial” and not a free app at all. Everything is barred behind a paywall. It’s not really a free trial if you’re immediately prompted to subscribe with automatic enrollment. If you want people to actually try the app- have the first week open to everyone and then have everything after day 7 put behind the pay wall. I’m not even sure I’d like your app enough to continue using it after a couple of days- and who knows maybe remembering to cancel the subscription before it auto charges will just slip my mind. It should be considered fraudulent practices to insist on enrolling on a subscription without even allowing people to try the product risk free. Have the free trial- sure- but guarantee it’s a free trail and not some malicious scam that benefits off of the mental ineptitude of its customers. I’m glad I know enough about “free trails” to not accept an automatic enrollment without even being able to try the product before enrollment. Such a scam. Also- literally on their website the top question on their FAQ is “how do I unsubscribe from your product?” And they also list their full description of prices on the App Store- I find it absolutely hilarious that even their “free version” costs money. Never mind the fact that literally every price listed is to even use the service.

A little pricey but worth it. Honestly didn’t know what to expect when I downloaded this app, but I was so happy with it after one week. It’s totally customizable, so you can choose how often you want to work out and at what intensity. The workouts adjust to you, I also love the daily challenges. I didn’t expect to see result fast but my abs and my gluteus were tighter and more defined after a week! Definitely would recommend! My only thing is that I wish the timer wouldn’t stop when you leave the app, if I want to change a song and have to leave the app the timer stops. But other than that minor thing I love the app!

Love it!. I came across the app accidentally while searching for workouts that would use only my own body weight. Its been a week and half since ive been using the app and I love it. I have also been doing the “bikini body” challenge and both the regular workout and the challenge take me a maximum 30 minutes to finish but in the end I am sweating like crazy. I love the workouts and I already see such a big difference. Cant wait to until until the end of the 30 day challenge to see what my body is going to look like.

Ex-smoker. So, I spent a lot of years of my life smoking. I’m really too young to have the health issues I have but I want to reverse them as much as I can. One of those ways is staying active. Things I used to do to get back into a fit routine just don’t flow as easy anymore. This app is really worth it if you are struggling similar to myself. It’s easy enough to use the time but maybe modify to something that’s easier if my body is yelling at me - but it is quick enough but intense enough to really break a sweat and keep my heart rate up each work our day. I like this app a lot.

Love Love LOVE. Love this app! So user friendly and great work-outs catered to your own needs! Starts you off slow and steady which is great for a mama like myself, I haven’t worked out since my child was born almost two years ago and this app has rebuilt my confidence in working out. I just love how easy it is and it shows you exactly how to do the steps. For only $4.99/month that’s better than gym prices and I get a workout in the comfort of my own home! If you’re anything like me, you waste money on gym memberships without any idea of how to create a workout regime, but this app does it for you! Best $4.99/month i’ll spend! Love it, and I’m sure you’ll love it too:)

Best At-Home Trainer. This app is exactly what I needed. I’m in moderately good shape and so every time I tried getting back into working out on my own in the past, it seemed like I’d always stop just as things started to get hard. This app gives me set workouts - some harder than and some easier than I can handle - but overall, it’s helped me find the ability to push for another few reps or two more sets where in the past, I would’ve quit and called it a day. Amazing for the quarantine times AND regular times... whenever that’ll be.

It Really Works!!!!. This app really works and I’m not kidding! It varies from workouts that the app chooses every other day (or the amount of times you choose to workout) JUST FOR YOU after taking a quick little quiz. They have workouts or exercises that you can do on your own when ever you want. They even have all types of 30 day workout challenges for you to tackle. This app really gets you to the goal you want if it’s either losing weight, getting more active, or gaining muscles you can do it on here. Just a few weeks and you’ll get the results you want.

Awesome. I hate exercising! I joined a gym last year and only use the membership once. I was debating on whether not to keep this app because my commitment to exercise is not just. However, this app makes it easy for me to follow. And because of my age and physical limitations I can modify them even with the specific exercises that the instructors do. The countdowns and the times are perfect for me. And it’s very easy to follow. I will be renewing my subscription with this app to continue my exercise at home rather than spending so much money on a membership I will never use. Thank you for the support and inspiration.

First time. I really like certain features of this app a lot - the push notification reminders are inspiring, not pushy or judge mental, and I really like the questionnaire that tailors your work out plan to your goals. The app is user friendly and easy to navigate, except I didn’t first realize that when you were done with your reps that you had to swipe up to move on! I was doing knee raises for over 5 minutes before I realized it was up to me to move on ! Once I got the hang of it i really enjoyed the work out. I also appreciate that the voice is neutral and that they didn’t put the work outs to music, I prefer to listen to my own !

Getting fit. This app is truly amazing. They provide workouts, warmups, and “cool downs” after your workout to help relieve stress, pain, and tension in your bones. They leave reminders on when you are supposed to workout, they provide so many workouts it’s crazy, they even say how many calories you burned between each workout! It says a recommenced calorie consumption, and tracks your progress. I haven’t had to pay for anything yet, which is good. I could probably think of more but you are wasting your time reading this instead of buying the app! Go do it!!! - a loyal workout

Good stuff. I really enjoy the app. It offers a range of workouts that vary in intensity - something for everyone. I would suggest that the challenge workouts be factored into the plan somehow (to get “credit” for them), allowing for additional personalization. I’d recommend the warmup start with a round of stretches followed by light exercises, as opposed to two rounds of exercises. Finally, the three categories provided at the end of the workouts could allow for more fidelity in the evaluation. I found myself wanting something between “hard in a good way” and “way too hard”.

My favorite feel good - extra credit - quick sweat app. This app is so easy to use and accessible for all levels of fitness. I’m a full time cardio dance instructor, but these quick workouts are perfect for my off days, when I’m on vacation, or for extra credit toning and strengthening. You can adjust the settings to your personal goals and comfort level, and the app will adapt to challenge you as you progress! I’ve literally done these 15-minute workouts on the beach in Italy, in a Swiss vineyard, and in my backyard in LA. Anywhere you can set down a yoga mat, you can get a quick workout in.

Giving this a try. I’m not new to working out but going back to school full time , an internship part time, having 5 kids (most of them in sports plus a new baby), and a husband has made my gym time this past year suffer! This was my first work out with the app, and it is exactly what I look for in a workout class that I pay a ton for. The price seems right for the week with what you get out of it. And I love the extra challenges that focus on specific areas also. A critique: maybe give suggestions or prompts for extra cardio for the day or even the off days, running, sprints, stair climbing, bike ride, etc.

CALI KUYA. This is an excellent app for home workout, you get a warm up and cool down after each activity. They have unique names for each workout which is cool. You can customize a workout by swapping out harder or easier movements the press play and get right into a session. You also have video and written explanation of everything so no need to be Intimidated if your new to fitness, all fitness levels can enjoy. I use this app three times a week on off days from the gym. It’s always good to have a good body weight fitness base.

So far so good.. So far this app is really well designed and the workouts are diverse and mixed enough to make me feel like I’m getting a good one in. The only thing I didn’t like was when I started the app, it set my first workout for that day... well it was already 9pm at night and I wanted to start the program the next day... I saw that I could reschedule the workout but it only lets you reschedule backwards..... which.... doesn’t really make sense? So I would like to see where we can reschedule a workout going forward in case we need to change our schedule up due to the flexibility in our lives.

Amazing. The app is great and 5 bucks a week to burn off fat and feel good about yourself in only 30 mins or less in the comfort of your home. Yes some of the workouts are the same but they aren’t going to give u different workouts every day and every week I need to at least master the first ones first🙄. It’s my 3rd week and my workouts are switching up and the old workouts are much easier from when I started and the new ones are harder lol but that’s the way it should be. This app is worth 20 bucks. It keeps me active and even helps with occasional indigestion. Effective and motivating. Love it.

Why I recommend 30 Day Fitness. I am a twelve year old female athlete who plays soccer. I need to stay fit and keep my body in shape especially since Summer has began! Every day at 9:00 am and 7:00 pm I do a warm up, work out, and a cool down session. I love this Fitness app because it challenges me and shows me how hard I need to work with 40 second rests in between if I want to succeed. I recommend this app because it strengthens you and can help you lose weight and gain muscle. I love 30 Day Fitness! Maybe you should try it out and if you don’t feel comfortable then you can cancel the subscription! Hope you download and enjoy the app, trust me it’s WROTH IT!!

Helpful Habit Builder. I liked this app in the way that it was organized, detailed, and had a variety of workouts. It was also very simple and quick to use. I liked that it was up to you on how long or short the workouts would take, which is perfect for most of us as we are very busy. The only downside is at times it was not challenging enough. Being a student athlete, I need a workout that can push me. BUT, it did give me a variety of new workouts that I can use and benefit from on my own time. I would reccomond this app to someone who is trying to build healthy workout habits, this is a great start with tons of good ideas and keeps you on track!

It’s Decent. My and partner and I have been using this app for 4 weeks now. Overall, the workouts are decent and do become repetitive. There is a way to change up the routine, which is nice. One thing about the formatted plan is that if there is a workout that is easy and you select that it was easy, it makes everything else harder, but keeps the easy workout the same! It’s is frustrating to the point that I don’t even bother messing with any more. I am also using another workout app and feel like I’m making more progress on that one than this one. I will most likely delete the app after our 7 week plan is complete.

Program looks good but.... Once I downloaded the app and checked it out, it looks fantastic and I probably would have enjoyed using it. I did however go ahead and cancel due to the “1 week free trial” wasn’t really a free trial. I had not updated my payment information with the replacement that I recently received so the money was not pulled and I wouldn’t have even known about it but I received an email saying to check payment info. According to what I read when I set it up I was not supposed to be charged until the first week was up. Then it was recommended to cancel three days prior so technically you’re getting four days to check it out but I was automatically charged. I personally will not stay with any company that falsely advertises any part of their program or product.

Great home workout app. I got this app so I wouldn’t have to pay hundreds of dollars to Beachbody or have to search through videos online. I just needed something simple that got me going and could be used anywhere I went. This app makes it simple to set up how intense you want your workout and if your goal is to maintain, lose weight or strengthen. The workouts begin on Monday and I wish they began on Sunday with the way I view my week but not a big deal. There are upper, lower, and core body workouts so the whole body is exercised every week. I’ve been using it for four months now and still like it!

Put you’re work in. Great app. And you may think it’s a waste of money but if you want changes do it. I’ll leave another review soon. But this app is amazing. I go to the gym already on my own. And I use this as a extra thru the day when I get some free time or a ender for my gym time. I’ve only had it a few days and it’s working me more than going to the gym does. I can feel it getting where it’s suppose to get. I like the reminders too. Doesn’t let you forget. I really feel Ima get my money’s worth out of this app and I’m excited for it. Haven’t been where I wanna be with myself in a while now.

Amazing, well-rounded training!. This app is amazing and well worth the cost! I’ve always been a cardio gal (mostly outdoor running) but never got serious about cross-training as I’ve always hated the gym. I would occasionally try over the years to come up with my own bodyweight regimens but I didn’t know enough exercises to make it interesting, and it was always hard to stick to. This app is the first time I’ve started to really love bodyweight training! The combination of exercises are great, they mix it up every day to make sure you’re getting a well-rounded training and to keep it fun and interesting. The app also makes it really easy to follow along, learn the exercises, etc. I find myself actually looking forward to my daily 30 day fitness routine! The results are spectacular too! I’m on day 22 of the flat belly challenge and I’m already seeing very noticeable results! Thanks 30 day fitness!

Good but 1 problem. I would give this 5 stars. Excellent app, good looking AI, plenty of exercises. Convenient and easy to use at home. 1 buggy aspect, the large part of this app is setting weekly goals and then they give you a number of workouts to perform. You perform and record those workouts and they track to your goal. However, they also have a “30 day challenge” type program, but when completing those exercises they don’t track to your goal. Makes the experience as a whole sub par. I reached out to their support team to give this feedback and never received a response.

Good quality fitness, short amount of time. I love this fitness app. I wanted to get healthier this year and feel more confident. This app gives me workouts that fit what I want for myself (you fill out a survey). It’s nice because this app doesn’t give me these super long workouts that I get bored and don’t do. They are very reasonable in timing and I can do all of them from my hotel room since I am a travel nurse. The only thing is occasionally sometimes the workouts become redundant with the same moves over and over but they continually ask you how your plan is working so that’s something easy to fix. Love this app!

Fantastic for Home Workouts. After cycling through several fitness apps, I landed on 30 Day Fitness and I love it. The guided workouts are easy to follow and required no additional weights or equipment. There are five levels of difficult that will keep you engaged and challenged. What I love most is that the movements have helped me develop ancillary muscles that I often neglected during strength training before the gyms closed due to covid-19 like hip flexors, glutes, & core muscle groups. The only reason I am not giving this app a 5 star is because it’s $5 a week = $260/year. That’s pretty pricey and I likely won’t continue to pay after the gyms open up. Highly recommend if you are comfortable with the cost.

Great at home workouts. I downloaded this app at the beginning of quarantine and have been doing the workouts a couple times a week. I like that you can rate each workout at the end so that it is constantly recalibrating to meet your needs. There’s also a huge library of workouts that you can choose from if you feel like doing extra on your off days. I feel like the exercises are manageable, but I definitely work up a sweat from them and will have some soreness the next day so I know it’s working!

My update. I have been doing your workouts consistently since March 21,2020. I have not missed many workouts. I appreciate the discipline this workout app instills. Some days, the workouts are so challenging, I am inclined to skip that day, however, rarely do. I hurt my back doing the leg jumps and missed three days, three weeks ago. I gradually have returned to the 4-4.5 stars routines and feel I am making good progress. I highly recommend this app to those who accepts the challenge and consistently follows the workout schedule which for me is 5 days per week. I am 66 years old and hope to be able to not lose more muscle and hopefully tone what I have sustained.

Not free. I understand this app offers “in app purchases” but this app doesn’t offer in app purchases it only has in app purchases. Just a heads up to anyone trying to download you get one week free and then its a per week subscription of around $10. If that is what you are looking for then this app is for you. But if you are looking for a good free fitness app go else where. To the developers I get putting this app as “free” and offering a week is a good way to get new people trying your app but be up front in the app store page beyond the vague statement of “this app offers in app purchases”. This just leads to people getting mad at you over being deceitful. I could careless. I’ll try your app for a week and delete it, but based off other reviews other people aren’t as care free as myself.
