Best tip tracker ever!. I love this app for so many reasons! It tracks everything I’ve tried to keep record of before with other apps and failed. I love being able to look back on averages or days where money has been better than other consistently. I love being able to set goals and see where I’m lacking. I can make notes about what happened different days and even see what the hourly income was. It’s amazing and I advise anyone working with tips to purchase the premium option!

A Benchmark for Customer Service. First off, this app is very thoroughly built. From my use it seems rock solid, with many features that take the mystery out of tracking and saving in the service industry. Second, being able to chat with someone who knows their product, thoroughly, is such a relief. I hope more independent, and larger companies catch on to this model, as it creates such a firm loyalty. I look forward to my daily use of this app in the future. Very Well Done!

Great customer service. I downloaded and signed up after a coworker suggested it. After signing up and buying premium I was having account issues and couldn’t save anything, but costumer service was quick to answer on the chat feature and fix whatever was going on. I haven’t used the app for much yet, but it seems like it will be just what I needed to track my earnings rather than saving a bunch of pieces of paper from my server reports. Five stars so far.

..Cate... I can’t rave enough about this app. It tracks everything I need it to and it even inputs the data into graphs so that I can see how I’m trending for the week/month/year. One of my favorite features is the Goal Feature. I can set daily, weekly, and monthly goals and the app shows me a graph of how close I am to reaching them. Then I know if I need to pick up extra shifts or switch cuts with someone. It’s obvious that the developer knows the industry— because this app has everything I could need. 5 Stars for sure.

Love this app but one complaint. This app is a lifesaver. It is so convenient and I love that it can keep track of multiple jobs and various positions at each job. The only downside I have found is that there isn’t much difference between the “paycheck” and “tip” categories. If I want to enter my paycheck, it reports the check as a “tip” and throws off my whole average. If I want to keep track of how many hours I put in for that pay period, it treats them like the “tip” category and calculates my Min Wage x Hrs Worked and adds the total to my actual paycheck. Essentially, it throws everything out of whack. I wish there was an option for when you “add a paycheck” that allows you to put in hours worked, tips declared, tax deductions, and the grand total of your check. Instead, “add a paycheck” works the same as “add a tip,” only the titles are different. Other than that, I’d give this app 5 stars

Phenomenal, better than Tip$ee. Wow, as a professional waitress and bartender (10+ years experience in this industry) I am appalled I never used this app before. It's fantastic, and from what I can tell the developer is really involved in making sure all bugs are fixed/addressed. This app is exactly what you're looking for. Tracks wages as well as tips. Very simple, clean, and user-friendly interface, easy to learn, intuitive. Even the free (not premium) version is great. 10/10 would recommend.

Loved it but Hate it now. I have been using this app since 2017 and I loved how easy it was to just put in my total tips and what hours I worked and it would do the math for me. It made it easy to keep track of my tips so I could see what I was making an hour. Now the new update try’s to make me put in cash and credit tips instead of total tips and when ever I do anything with it makes an add pop up. I was just looking for a simple tip tracker and now that it is pushing the premium app that I did not want at me I will be deleting this app as soon as I get all my total tips off of the app. If I wanted the premium futures I would pay for them.

Good way to keep track. This app is a good way to keep track of your tips, you can add hours and then you could add your tips. If you’re really keeping track you could also add your paychecks. Just makes it easier rather than thoroughly investigating bank statements to see how much you deposited. Ads are annoying but you get an option to watch a 30 second video for a week free of ads so can’t complain. Gotta make money somehow👌

Resourceful, Great Bookkeeping Tool. I love this app! As anyone else knows, the server life is hard and sometimes I think I’m better off elsewhere. During those times, I just check out the data I’ve accumulated on my app and instantly feel better knowing I can track my rate of pay and project goals for each period. The format was confusing at first but only because I’ve never done any kind of bookkeeping on my income. If there was a tutorial I skipped it... highly recommend this app if you’re a college student trying to get your ish together!

Perfect for keeping track and easy to use!. I used to do everything by hand for 7 years straight. I’ve worked at the same restaurant for 10+ years and started keeping a record so I could look back to the year before and see if certain holidays were busy or how busy it was when our season was starting. I was starting to forget to keep track most nights and my coworker recommended this app to me, and I’m so glad she did! Even with the free version you can enter tips, wages and write notes (ex: short a server or season business starting to pick up). I haven’t tried the premium version yet but I’m thinking about it because it has great tools that would be even more helpful!

Dude…. I’m actually so upset. An entire years worth of money tracked just disappeared. The way in which my job pays me is incredibly weird and this app is what I relied on completely to know how much of my tips I should be receiving in my paychecks. I went to go into my account tonight after my shift and my account was completely logged out of. No matter, I’ll just log back in, there’s only three posible email options and maybe only 10 or so password options. I tried them all. I went to “forgot password” because maybe when I first logged in almost a year ago I messed something up in the spelling? Both possible emails told me there wasn’t an account connected to them. (besides my apple email, but I had accidentally created a NEW account when I clicked “log in with apple”) so my data was completely deleted. I don’t think there’s any way to fix this, and I know it’s really not that big of a deal, I’m just slightly annoyed and I needed to complain to somebody.

Great app for servers! Only one suggestion. I want to start by saying that I love this interface. It’s much easier to use than other apps i have used, and I haven’t yet experienced any glitches or jumping around on the screen, which is fabulous. I paid for the full version and am so glad that I did because I can set goals, separate my jobs, and keep track of paychecks and tips together or separately. The only thing I REALLY would love to see included is a filter option for cash vs credit card tips. Where I work, the company takes the credit card tips, taxes them for us, and returns them post-income tax as a paycheck after two weeks. It would be nice to see: a) that the credit card tips we are tracking match up with our paycheck, and b) to see how much cash we are making each night separate from credit card, aka what we take home at the end of the night. I’d love to be able to see averages of cash I take home without having to weed through the data myself. I know not a whole lot of restaurants do their tip outs this way, but it would be a super nice perk for the paid version. Overall, great job!

Simply the best!. I was resistant to getting an app to keep all my tip info in for so long! I finally broke down and tried a different app that most of my friends use but I didn’t like it. Then I found ServerLife! I love it! It’s super easy to input just the info I need but can handle much more info if I wanted to keep track of it. I love how the app breaks down daily/hourly but also easily keeps up with monthly/yearly totals. I literally use this almost every day. Even my days off I make little notes. I’ve never lost one bit of info from this app which is so important since I didn’t want to switch from my old calendars because of it being a hard copy. I am confident that this will be my app for the rest of my server life! :)

I love this app and their customer service!. Let me just say that I used to use tip see and started using ServerLife and feel in love with it. I use it to track literally any money I earn. I got a new phone this past couple of weeks and could not login to my account to save my life. I was so bummed that I thought I would have to start over. Their customer service hands down is amazing! They replied with in minutes from me contacting them and got me in my account! Thank you so much!! I am thoroughly so impressed and grateful!

Locked out with great help from staff. I’ve been using this app for almost 6 months now and couldn’t be happier. Although during the last update it logged me out and then locked me out somehow. I found the server life Facebook page and sent my problem in. To my surprise not only did I have an extremely timely response from the staff he fixed my account and was able to save all of my data. All within 24 hours of the first message sent. Wonderful app best budget app hands down I’ve ever had. Love the support staff. Keep up the good work guys!!!!

Everything is gone!. I have used this app for a couple of years and loved it. It tracked everything that I needed in an organized way. I open it up to put in today’s data and everything is gone! My basic tips are there, but everything else that I tracked like stations, hourly wage, shifts, etc. has disappeared and that changed all of my income. They suddenly decided to charge for all of those things now, so without a warning, everything I tracked for the year is gone. I would have backed it up or something. To take all your data without warning and then charge you to get it back is a sleazy move. Good thing the year is almost over- I will be switching apps.😡

My go-to for work. Working in the industry for the last 4-5 years has taught me a lot, but in the end, you gotta get your money. This app is super easy to use and efficient, not only tracking your tips but also analyzing the history of said tips. You can easily go into the history by day, week, month and year vs. all the hours worked. Also, you can see graphs/timelines and figure when there were busier times at work. It does all the work for you and calculates how much you make per any period of time. I set up a notification to go off at a certain time everyday (or whenever you know you’re working) and pretty much enter tips in here at the end of the day. It actually helps me keep track of my money better. If gettin that paper matters to you, definitely use this!

So close to being perfect. This app is outstanding for a person who works 2 jobs (1 as a server) the other as a part time job. It easily tracks your hourly wage or salary, and well as tips from my serving. It lets me enter my schedule, timesheet, and tip outs so it’s easy to keep track of my money, upcoming paychecks, and work schedule, all in one app. Needs to add a feature when it would total up your weekly income so that you could compare week to week, and see the “total money made” visible on the calendar. If they added this feature, I’d recommend it to everyone I worked with.

Long-Time User. I've had this app since 2018, and it just keeps getting better. I love that I can track tips, tipout, hourly wage, section, keep track of multiple jobs, even make certain jobs and sections inactive!!! I love that I can take a photo of my cashout every night and add it right to my log. It's AWESOME to know exactly how much money I make. It helps me manage my life better because I KNOW how much I can afford based on my averages and not the idealized Saturday night hourly. I can also compare sections to know where I'm truly profiting the most. 10/10 I don't know why you're still reading this and not hitting download

Mixes paychecks and tips. You have to pay $4.99 for most all of the features aside from entering daily tips. I wanted paycheck tracking so I paid the $4.99 and am very upset with the quality. This app tracks and averages both tips and paychecks as tips even though you have the option to enter them separately under their own respective categories. They need a fix to keep paychecks separate from tips. I could have just kept the free version and entered my paychecks as tips since that’s what it ends up doing anyways. It also doesn’t keep paycheck hours separate from daily shift hours so it double tracks your hours. It asks you to track how many hours you worked per day and it also asks you how many hours your paycheck was for and then it accounts for all hours together rather than recognizing your four 8 hour shifts are the same as the 32 hours your paycheck is for so it shows you worked 64 hours rather than 32. I’m sure there are more issues. I’ve only had the app open for about 5 minutes.

Devoted, Long Time User. I have been using this app for over 2 years & I absolutely love it. I could not keep better track of my average hourly pay, & what my paychecks are going to add up to if not for this very easy to use app. At my job we do not take home all tips every day; we only take home cash tips & then CC tips are added up & paid to us via check ea 2 weeks. Every single shift, religiously, when I clock out, I open this app, put my hours in + enter my total tip amount & then in the notes section I put the total CC amount I made for the day. The app automatically tells me the avg. hourly I made for the day once I put the info in. I manually keep track of my CC tips to know what my paycheck will be. The app also has super handy features including charts and such that will show you your avg. hourly over past weeks, months, etc. Not gonna lie, there have been times I was ready to call it quits at my current job, but when I used this app to go over & look at my average hourly rate and such, I realized I was actually doing pretty good, & decided to stay. So this app really is wonderful. I always suggest it to my coworkers, & I know this probably sounds so fake, but as I’m typing this review one of the new servers here just finished DLing it after I showed it to her & recommended she use it. ☺️

Amazing!!. I love this app!! I have been in the industry for 10+ years. And before this app I would always wonder how much I made that day or that week or even yearly. I never remember because as we all know that when in the restaurant your days run together. It is super helpful to keep you on track! And even more helpful when it comes time to go to a big bank or if your looking to rent or buy something it gives you all the info you need! It is a GREAT APP! I have recommended it to all my co workers and a handful have downloaded this app! Thank you for all your hard work!! It’s the best!! Ps I love that I can do notes. That way I know who leaves early or service bar. So that we don’t argue about who is in rotation because I write it down!! As well as how much we sold to how much we owe for food or tip out to Barbacks! Or how much we are over or under on our nightly drawer! And I can do all this with a TOTALLY FREE APP!! Which is almost un heard of on a iOS!

FAVORITE. I paid to upgrade but this is literally my favorite tip tracker app. Had it years ago when it was completely free and was spuratic about use, but now that I’m tracking 100% (literally) of my tips it’s not only helped me REALLY understand how much money I’m making and it has the best features!! I’m only sad I didn’t use it better when I first got it! PLUS! constantly sending out great info. Appreciate the COVID 19 update Also; the developer is freaking great! 😂😂

Must have app!. I been using this app for a little over a month, I was actually using “tip tracker” prior to finding this app and thank god I did! It’s so much more in depth than other apps. I personally get paid for my tips all together with my paycheck at the end of the week. And as a server that gets paid like me we all know that it’s a little frustrating sometimes not knowing exactly how much your going to make exactly. This apps helps me prepare, helps me plan ahead and honestly it just keeps me organized. If I feel like I’m falling short on my goal I’m able to plan goals with a cool feature on the app. Must try !

A Must-Have for Servers. I am so glad I came across this app. Before I started using this app about two years ago, I never tracked the money I was making. One day I was just like, maybe I should do that? I thought there must be some kind of app that does that, so I searched the app store, came across this and since then I have not been disappointed. All I really do is track my tips and the hours I’ve worked. It does more, like track your hourly wages but I don’t make much hourly so I just don’t care enough. I’m obsessed how it tracks how much you make each month and year. It’s just really cool to see. Since getting paid with tips is never a fixed amount and something that varies, it’s really hard to know the money you’re even making. This helps a lot. I seriously recommend it to anyone who is in the service industry. Before this I couldn’t even say how much I was making yearly. This makes it so much easier. Also, I’ve never had a problem with the app, like ever. No problem with bugs or losing data and I’ve been using it for 2 years now. Thank you!

Fantastic, easy to use app!. I’ve been using ServerLife since 2016 and it has been incredibly useful tracking my tips over the years. I especially love the history option to see the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly trends!! Also helpful in it breaks down your tips over the hours you’ve worked to show you your hourly wage. I recommend this app to all of my server/bartender friends. I log my tips every night before I leave work and it’s pretty awesome being able to look back and see how I did during the week (especially since I can never even remember what I ate for breakfast lol let alone how much I’ve made). Highly recommend!!!

Love!!. I’m a server who gets CC tips on a paycheck, so I was just not keeping track of my cash tips at all. Using this has helped me actually see how much I am making weekly, and is just sooo helpful especially if you are a full-time server like myself to track your income and be able to budget correctly! Premium is only $20 a year which is very affordable I think for how much data this app gives you, without you having to go do all these calculations on your own. Love!

Server Life App is AMAZING. This app has honestly saved my life when keeping track of tips. I used to put it in a calendar every night- writing it all down- but now i have this great app. It is so easy to use and breaks everything down so nicely. It is the greatest thing to happen to me since I’ve been serving. If you need to keep track of your tips better, just spend the $5 for the app. It is SO worth it. 5/5 most definitely! Jason helped me find my missing account. I didn’t have my information except for tip numbers and dates but I had nothing else, no valid password or email, and he helped me FIND my account with such little information. It was so appreciated. I worried for hours on how to fix this and get it sorted (it really matters to me) and he fixed it even with my attitude at the beginning. Sincere help and kindness, so nice!!! Thanks again.

Super awesome tip tracker. This app is awesome. I only use the free version that has limited abilities but I love it. It has just what I need. I can track how much I make each shift, how much that means my hourly wage was, how much I have made over selected periods of time as well as how much I have made for an entire month. It saves my data for previous months as well which is really nice. I had another tip tracking app before this one that wouldn’t let me add tips once we started into the new year. It kept taking me back an entire year. Had a lot of flukes. This app I have been using since the beginning of the year and haven’t had any problems. I would highly recommend this app for anyone who needs help keeping track of tipped income. Top notch!

13+ Years in the Industry.... And the last 2 have been significantly eye opening after finally having a concise way of tracking my tips! I love this app and appreciate how much historical data it keeps. I didn’t realize how much I needed this, but it has really helped me see how much I’m actually making and how much I was spending 🤦‍♀️ Also, I appreciate the developer being so directly involved and responsive to ideas and inquiries. Every update has made this better, and it was already great to begin with. Keep up the great work! I’ve tried the other popular tip tracking apps, but this one is by far my favorite!

Does what I need; responsive developer. This app strikes a good balance of doing what I need it to without being overly complicated with features I don’t need. I do wish for a couple of features that I hope will be forthcoming, like automatically calculating my tip-outs for me, and it would be great to see my average earnings broken down by day-of-the-week at a glance (the app I used to track tips before did this well, but lacked other features I wanted.) But overall, great app and best of all, Jason, the developer, is very responsive and helpful with any questions I have had.

Must have for a Cash Life. I have been bartending for a long time and I am so happy my friend introduced me to this app. Not only is it accurate but it never crashes and holds all my records year after year. I love being able to look back to the exact day a year prior and know if I did better or worse or which days of the week or holidays I make the most tips. (Lord knows I do NOT have a memory like an elephant) so this helps me keep track with precision!!!

The BEST Tip Recording App. I’ve been in the service industry for 8 years and have always wanted to keep track of various things including cash tips, section, hours, and shifts. Most of the other apps I tried just didn’t quite do what I needed. ServerLife does the basics and is even customizable. I love this app so much that I haven’t missed a day recording data. I just discovered you can go back and look at averages. How amazing. This app is not only a tool but a necessity for those who earn tips. You won’t regret downloading this app or even buying the full version.

My new best friend. I don’t trust the accountant where I work, one week I’m earning 4.15 an hour, the next 4.50, now it’s 4.30!? 🤨 If the guy can’t keep my hourly rate straight, what’s he doing to my tips, then? So I began keeping all my cash out slips attached to my timesheet- but if I’m being honest about myself, I’m awful at keeping track of all that paper, not with 6 kids to look after, as well. I was going to start keeping a spreadsheet off all my info, but I couldn’t even figure out what all I wanted to keep track of exactly. So I did a bit of Googling, and I found this app, and I’m so glad I did!! 😅 It took me a second to figure out how to enter in my info, but once I read the FAQ, it was a breeze. I haven’t run into too many problems, except I haven’t received any notifications reminding me to enter my tips despite having turned everything on. One feature I would like to see added is the ability to enter in credit card tips, but not cash tips - as it is right now, I *have* to enter *both*, and at my job, cash tips aren’t printed on my server reports, so if I want to go back and enter all my old slips that I’ve saved, I can’t because I can’t remember how much I made in cash those days. Otherwise, this is an amazing app and it’s an invaluable tool for any server, delivery driver, vendor, etc.

Best App for attacking Tips. I started a new job last year, I had previously worked seasonal places, with mostly younger servers, or those who had the job as a side job, my coworkers weren’t one to keep track of their tips. I would always keep my cash out slips but they eventually fade or get lost. At my new job there are many people, like myself who do this as their sole income source, multiple coworkers recommended this app as a way to easily track your income. My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner! I constantly recommend the app to new employees as well as friends who are in the business. I am so happy that I now have data for the past year. Get this app you won’t regret it!

Perfect. Very easy to use, and so many options that are 100% worth upgrading to their more premier version, that are really going to help you track everything and see how you’re doing. Especially if you’re trying to monitor the difference between different jobs or positions between the same job to see where you’re making the most profit for yourself. Definitely would recommend to any server!!

Fast response time.. I really enjoy this app. It has allowed me to compared my wages by week, month and year to see how I’ve done over time. I’ve used this app just over two years now. This week I had some trouble being logged out and was unable to get back on. I sent a message before I went to sleep and was responded to before I woke up. Great free app to track your tips or paychecks. ServerLife is a great app to track your tips gratuities and paychecks if you work in a field like restaurant, hospitality, casino, service industry even peddling. Jason is great with data input if you want to take your information from another app. Best of all they promise not to lose your data like some other apps. Everything is backed up automatically and downloaded as soon as you have a connection. As with everything there’s always room for improvement by adding more or better features! Great job Jason!!!

Great app!. Wanted to upgrade from my old tip tracking app and this was the perfect one! The support team did a great job importing a couple years worth of data so I didn’t lose any information. Definitely worth the money for those who like to keep track of their tipped earnings! Edit: Feature suggestion-The app gives you the ability to log your days off and the reason for it (regular day off, sick day, playing hooky 😉) it would be nice to track the days off in the way you can track your tips.

Great app to track my earnings!. I have been using this app for a long time, I love it. It's easy to use, tracks my data and really is just simple. I love that I can remind myself to enter my tips bc otherwise I'll forget. It's truly great bc I was keeping all my cash out slips with my earnings but if im being honest would often not get airing to writing it down in a book and ended up with a box full of cash one slips. Thanks for making this so much easier and allowing me to get rid of all that messy paper. 🙂 the papers in a box with my earnings.

Easy to use, Detail Oriented, and Stress Free. So my wife and I have both been in the industry, this is a fantastic way of not only keeping the businesses honest, its also a great way to keep records of weekly/ monthly/ yearly salaries with out needing to keep every last scrap of paper in a shoe box to double check your tips. We love it and I couldn't recommend it more! Lots of options for reminders/ details to key in/ and ways to keep track of your own personal info.

Recommend for servers!. I’m a server and if you know, you know… this app makes it soo much easier to track what you’re actually making. I went with premium, and do not regret it. I did run into an issue where my phone logged me out for whatever unknown reason. I was having trouble logging in, so I used the chat support. Jason was super helpful and helped me get that sorted real quick (Turns out I was using the wrong email to try to log in) 😅

Good overall, but bad interface. This app is good because it shows how much money you made. It does not show how much you make overall or per month, but it’s fine for the basics. Would I recommend this to people? Probably. However it has a few kind of obnoxious problems. 1. It does not let you use it unless you are connected to the internet. This one is really idiotic, because I don’t need any of the online features. You can’t put in your tips when offline, which does not make sense. If it’s because you can’t upload it online or whatever, I don’t understand why you can’t put it in and then it’ll upload later. 2. To put your hours in, you have to press the arrows to move the time and cannot simply scroll through it. It is very time consuming and frustrating. You can also type it in if you want. 3. This one isn’t a huge problem but you can’t scroll from month to month and instead have to press an arrow, which is fine but not my favorite.

The Update is a step back. I loved the app before this recent update. On one page I could see this week, month and year. Now you only see one (although I like the comparison feature). When I try to look at the month or week it automatically takes me to the settings even though I’ve saved my settings multiple times. You also have to scroll sideways to see just the tips when all you had to do before was one click. Maybe it will be great when all the bugs are worked out, but for now the app is just okay.

Invalid json / bad gateway errors. As of today I can’t access my data (although the in-app message says it’s safe.) why can’t I have the data locally on my phone? Why must I be dependent on your janky and questionable servers? I’m mad at myself for paying $4 for this now. Update after response: I thank you for your response, but if you used your servers as backup only (or iCloud like so many others) that would not be the case. I own many, many, many apps that do this. Take “drafts” for example. I have changed phones multiple times without losing a bit of data. The backup is on iCloud, BUT I have access to it all all times because the original data is on my phone. I’d love to see this implemented here, because quite frankly it’s odd to have financial data on some random persons server somewhere. It it your server? Is it encrypted? Who has access to it, etc. Again, nice app but ultimately I have questions on the execution and reliability

Great interface. I love this app and recommend it to all my friends in the industry for tracking income and comparing shifts within a single job as well as analyzing multiple. A bug I’d like to see improved, however, is that a job I’ve turned off/made invisible still shows up on my compare page for 2018. Is there an option to remove that from this year without losing the data from previous years? (Basically only compare the jobs I’ve entered income for 2018 to)

Better than tipsee. Was faithful tipsee user for several years until mid-January when the constant crashes and glitches finally overwhelmed my app and deleted years of records. That's it for me. ServerLife is more user friendly anyway and I'm really impressed, esp. because the developer invites contact about bugs and such. Update: the above was written 4-6 years ago and I still use ServerLife. Constant improvements and very customizable.

You Need This if you care about your Business. I’ve got a degree in Finance and a former banker. If you are wondering what I am doing as a server now, I’m just escaping the stresses of the corporate world until I retire not too long from now. I had been tracking my numbers by hand and log sheet for a while until a fellow server showed me this app. I was blown away when I saw it ! Since I’ve been using it now for a year, I constantly look forward to tracking my performance and breaking down the numbers. Maybe I’m a numbers nerd, but this thing was made for me. Thank you and well done !!!

Great app with some really useful features! 👍🏻. I'm a stickler for tracking my earnings and this app makes it super easy. I like that I can input my schedule on the calendar as well. The one hung on my wishlist is to be able to enter the set percentage rate of my tip out and have the app do the automatic calculation for me. Without it, I have to leave the app and figure it out and the come back to the app to plug it into the spot. It would be really useful to just punch in the numbers and see all at once. Thanks!!!

Useful. Great for tracking tips, I like how you can put in what shift was worked. The only improvement I would make would be to add a scheduling feature. I think that would be helpful for those that work multiple jobs.

Ad format has gotta change, or I’m done. This app has been an awesome, efficient way for me to track tips. The new ad format, however, is brutal. I get the need to include ads in free apps, but there’s got to be a better, more time efficient way. Just now, a Facebook ad popped up, and left me no choice but to click through to a browser which prompted me to sign up for FB. I’ve had FB for years. If this format doesn’t change, I’ll be back to tracking tips in excel.

This is the app every server should have!. I used to have an app I used to keep track of my tips until one day, it just crashed and stopped working. Then I bumped into the ServerLife app, and I haven’t had any problems for the past few years. Very user friendly, easy to see how your tips add up in multiple ways, and just a great app overall.

Would NOT recommend- don’t waste your time or money.. I was recommended to download an app to track tips for Income Tax purposes. This one is NOT user friendly; I find it hard to navigate. Everything THATS actually useful is locked unless you pay for it and get premium; the ads are brutally annoying when you’re trying to click through to see what the app offers- unless you pay for them to be removed… Pen and paper will do me just fine. I recommend another app, or kick it old school and keep a paper record. This app isn’t worth your time as it’s wasted mine watching ad after ad and still not being able to navigate through the app. I don’t see how it’s worth paying for.. if it were inviting and user friendly I would’ve gladly put more time and effort and possibly paid for it.. but 45 minutes of trying to figure it out and having more time spent watching ads than getting anywhere with this app, no thanks.. Don’t waste your time or money.. ADDITION- Deleting your account is painful, you have to contact support- wait time being 5+hours.. complete waste of time- but I do not want further emails/notifications from this app… All around a waste of time.

Best app for restaurant industry workers. This is literally the BEST app ever. My friend at work got it, and now almost all of us have it. The $25 bucks for the year of no ads and premium features is 100% worth it. I honestly never kept track of how much money I made in a month, and this app surprised me with how much I actually make lol. Cannot recommend this enough if you work at a job where you make tips/hours or multiple jobs, etc. 10/10!

Free app works well and Support is helpful. The aspects available on the free version are very useful for basic tip tracking especially if your doing it just for tax purposes. It also has some basic statistical analysis that are interesting. The support was also helpful after I misspelled my email address and couldn’t log back in to see my history.

Great ap. I’ve served for over a decade and I’ve tried everything to keep track of my $$$. I’ve used different apps and pen and paper methods but this app is by far the best I’ve used. I’m still using it daily months later after downloading, finally this is a method that I can stick with. Love that it keeps track of not just tips but also your hours and the type of shift, makes it easy to go back and remember what shifts were better and why. Used to be good, now it’s full of bugs.. This app used to be excellent, I even recommended it to my friends. Now it’s full of bugs with the recent updates and the user interface is becoming more and more complex. Developer, add your new features but keep it simple and make sure it works smoothly before releasing new updates.

Great that it keeps improving. Would be all the better if there was a feedback or beta-opt-in option so servers, bartenders, etc. could help make the app even greater Some color on the calendar page is one simple thing I’d love. I appreciate all the info that can be added to each date, and how details of each can be seen below by tapping on a day. But the overall view can seem very cluttered. If, for instance, the formatting of each of “work,” “$/hr,” and “$ total” was differed (bold, or changed in color or size, etc) it would be amazing.

Sucks. This app is great in theory but it sucks because every few weeks it's deletes all your data so then you lose the point of the app. You can't track your earnings. Wish that didn't happen.

It’s pretty primitive.. Unfortunately I wish I could give more but the app is pretty primitive. It doesn’t synch the schedule with my own calendar (only did it the first time), the reminders and notifications don’t work. I can’t track my earnings with each job or weekly. It’s also really complicated to add a simple paycheque. Wish I didn’t spend the money. My notes and calendar work way better.

Love it!. I just graduated high school and am currently working 3 jobs to save for college this fall, and this app is PERFECT for organizing and keeping track of your money! When a major portion of your income comes from tips, it is easy to loose track of your earnings and spend more than you should, but this app has helped me tremendously in avoiding that.

If my paycheck doesn’t seem right I can always go back and I have all the information I need to show my bosses and we can get my paycheck fixed to the right amount. Best Server App Ever!!. I am a server at Applebees and this app helps me keep track with many of things that would take me hours to do before! I've been using the app for about a year now and have loved every minute! Love this app. I’ve used several different tip trackers but ServerLife crushes all of them. It’s simple and I’ve had a few issues in the past, but a quick update and it was all fixed. As a server and bartender I think it’s important to be able to track income since dealing with cash at times is more trickier than cards.

Love the app!!. I’ve been using this app since it first came out. Had all my fellow Co workers switch to this after another app lost all their date. The Best Service Industry $ Tracker. This is an incredible app run by an awesome and up to date developer. Data is Key. If you are a casual server, professional server, career server, bartender, food runner, busser, this app was made for you. By keeping track of your daily income you can save it better, keep track for tax purposes, try to improve weekly, & compare days, shifts, etc. Data is necessary for growth and improvement. Using this app has help d me make more money. How? If on a week I wore short sleeves and another I wore long, I keep track of that. Im loving Serverlife...use it and the end of every shift!. The design is perfect for keep up tracking my cash/cc tips. It's quick and easy to use. I can see my cash tips totals for the day, month, or year. The app also calculates and compares my hourly wage along with many other helpful features. My only suggestion is serverlife need widgets!!

Terrible. I used this app in the past to be able to track my tips and I liked it because I could add in my hourly wage and it added it calculated everything to show my average hourly pay. I changed jobs and when I went back into serving i started using it again and some of the features I was using before are not free anymore. Then I got a notification this morning that my “free trial” is about to expire but I never signed up for any such trial. So I found a way better app that is completely free and shows me a daily weekly and monthly report and is way more user friendly.

Great app. I have told my friends about this app and they currently use it to this day. I work two jobs and it helps so much to know when I make the most money and also tells me when season is coming and when I will be making the most money. Never had an issue with it before.

Love this app!. I’ve been a server for 4 years and I was just recently introduced to this app and it saved my life! I never know how much I’m making because it’s mostly cash, it’s hard to budget and just to keep track of. Very proactive founder.. I paid for the premium version of this app over a year ago. When I went to download it to a new phone I was frustrated to see that I would have to be charged a reoccurring fee after previously purchasing the app at a flat rate. I left a review that reflected my frustration and the developer reached out to me to fix the situation for me VERY quickly. I appreciate the dedication to helping your customers.

Great App. I work in the Casino industry in which i keep my own tokes, even with it being a full compliance establishment this app has been the best one for me to keep track of my hard work money earned , has never lost information nor has any Ads. Awesome app!. This app is a wonderful tool if you like to keep a close eye on your earning in tipped jobs. I work seasonally between WI and FL and this app allows me to compare what I make and where and allows me to factor in the different hourly rates I get in states/jobs. I also contacted the developer through chat and he was able to make a modification to my account to fix a mistake I’d made when I started using the app which effected 6 months of reports. Does everything I need it to. This app has replaced my old means of tracking my earnings and made it much simpler. While I did a good job keeping tabs of what I was actually earning on my own, the process could sometimes become tedious, and I’d forget/skip days. With ServerLife all I do is enter a few numbers, click a few categories and I’m set. Do recommend for anyone in the service industry new or old.

Hospitality for Us Who Need Some. Jason works hard on this app and does a great job at catering to the needs of people who use the app. I have asked for some changes and he has been speedy with responding to the changes and implementing the changes. This is my philosophy of work and it’s greatly appreciated seeing it in another person.

Awesome Tip tracking system. I love this app! Both versions! I was writing my tips down each night on a Reminder List but this is MUCH, MUCH easier. This app is SUPER useful to those in the restaurant industry. Please be mindful that there is no perfect app since we all work in different states/locations. Some us walk home with our tips while others have them put into a paycheck. This app does what I need and that’s what matters. It helps me track my monthly tip income :)

Great app. Love the app overall. I purchased the full version but I do not like this app doesn’t have a thumbprint or passcode option. I do not like to leave personal info like that logged in but it’s annoying typing out my email and password each time. Please add thumbprint feature and or passcode with future update.

Best. App. Ever.. I downloaded the free version of this app to help me keep track of my monthly income. It was very easy to navigate & I was so impressed I needed to know what more I could learn from it, so I bought it. I've been keeping track for 5 days now. The shift I worked, the section I was in (customizable at that), my take home tips, how much I had to tip out, sales, history... it seriously blowing my mind. Extremely impressed.

Revised. Overall a good app. I am able to track my serving tips easily. My only complaint is that when I went out of town (different time zone) it reset all my entries back a day, but I was able to quickly get in touch with support (through their online chat) and they were able to identify the problem and were very helpful. Once I got back to my normal time zone the entries automatically changed back.

I love that I can input how much tip share Im giving support staff and when I bartend, how much tip share I’m getting from servers. if you work in the restaurant industry, this app is for you! best $6 you’ll ever spend! I used to use an excel spreadsheet, but it definitely didn’t provide me with any graphs or charts or comparisons, thank you server life!

The BEST. I have been using the paid version this app for almost two years. Totally worth the once yearly fee to skip the ads. I recently had an issue and wasn’t able to access my account. The developer was super responsive to resolve my issue. 5 stars all around!

Keeps all my jobs intact!. I work at 3 restaurants in my group. All various styles of service and hence different averages for earnings and PPA. Server life keeps its all together and helps me look forward and plan ahead. My girlfriend does ride share part time and she uses it too and it works for all different kinds of earnings across many spectrums. Highly recommend.

Good app to track tips BUT.... I’ve had this app for almost 3 years, keeps good track of my hours, tips and so on. No need to buy the extra stuff if you’re thinking about getting this. However very recently this app started getting ads, it gets annoying real quickly when you put in a tip and every time a ad pops up. Whoever runs this app get rid of the ads, as I stated before it’s REALLY ANNOYING having them pop up every time I put in a tip.

One of the best. I’ve used this app on an off throughout my serving years and i absolutely love it. It give me an idea of what I’m bringing home. Being able to look at previous days or months and compare them to now is also cool. It helps me set monthly goals showing progress throughout the month. I would recommend this to any server. If it can help me I’m sure it will help anyone

I don’t rate things.. I also don’t purchase things unless I absolutely need it but this app is amazing! I’ve always kept track of my tips (sort of) on a calendar but this app adds my weekly/monthly totals, gives me a $ per hour total, daily reminders to enter my tips (big deal for me!) and a lot more! I really do love it and if you work in the service industry, you will too! Thank you for one less stress in my day!

Worth the one time $7.00 upgrade. This app is perfect. Calculates hours, avg. hourly wage, wages etc. If you have multiple jobs it’s perfect for comparing them. Also it allows you to export your data yearly into a .CSV file. It would be cool however to have it export straight to .xlxs file but nonetheless it’s manageable. You can add expenditures column to your income to see where you have a profit/loss for that week, month etc. Highly recommend. -Da Kine

The best app for service industry. I love this app! I used to just record tips and sales on a daily basis in my note app in iPhone. Now I can enter them in this app and see graphs and visually compare days and weeks and months and years. It's neat all the calculations it does for you as well. I'd recommend spending the extra cash to buy the paid version bc you get all the good stuff, like I mentioned above, with it. Great app!!!!

Love this app. I have been in this business for over 25 years and have kept paper calendars my whole life ...this is so amazing..in the note section I put things like weather/ if someone called in sick / what was going on that day that made it good or not so good. Excellent Tip Tracking App!. Thanks for making a wonderfully designed tip tracking app. I have only used it a few times but, it’s very easy to use and has many useful and convenient options. I upgraded and it’s worth every penny already. I would like to see an option to track the daily tip percentage and this app would be nearly perfect!

Easy to use. Tracks tips. This is super useful for tax season. You can see your tip outs for free. I only just started using this app so i do not know if i have to pay after the free trial. But the free version allows you to enter in daily tips and set daily, weekly, monthly, and end of year goals. Useful for big goals such as a car!

AWESOME SERVER APP. Absolutely love this app and use it to calculate my hourly earnings every shift I work. I set it up so I keep track of which sections I serve in, & which time of day I work. Love how I can look at the whole month and quickly see how many days I worked and what I made hourly. I used to try to do this on a spreadsheet, but this is sooooo much easier and prettier. Money Maker !. Knowing your Numbers is the Key to more Money - pay for the upgrade - once I knew what I was really making, it was like … I could make X if I just took one more table per hour … then on and on … since Nov. I have raised my hourly from $18-$20 a hour to $34-$36 hr week in week out … and if I wanted to work a little harder - maybe $50 hour in time

Great app for multiply jobs and tracking. I use the app for both my serving/Bartending jobs and love it !!!! it is easy and fun breaks it down to really see that your making the most of your time and if not will bring it to your attention by calculating what your hourly rate is per tips and wages. I would suggest using this app it is helpful in so many ways especially to keep track for tax purposes come the end of the year for tips and wages.

Best app for keeping things in order!!. This is a great app to keep up with your hours and tips and you can notate with the basic app. If you go premium you can add your work schedule for more than one job. It’s helped me to prove the hours I’ve worked before corona so that I am able to receive more in unemployment during this time. I would recommend it to any server.
