This is THE Athan app. I was on the look for ‘the’ Athan app since a very long time. After trying out several apps and getting disappointed by privacy handling by another popular app, I moved to Athan Pro. So far, it’s been working awesome. The best and the most important part is - regular updates with bug fixes. The developers are easy to reach and listen to you. Big shout out to the developers who are making it work for all of us and especially their transparency to privacy. There are still a few bugs out there, but I am sure those will be fixed soon - such as : some buttons don’t work (like Rate Us or Contact Us). I still didn’t understand the purpose of the app update tab (it says track updates here but does nothing). I hope the developers could add the ability to access any month’s calendar for prayer time, not just the current month. Other than that, it’s a great app - minimalist and simplistic with no chaos or complications. Looks like a good iOS app. Thank you!

Best free app ever!. This Athan app is outstanding. It’s the best on the play store plus they also have the whole Athan. But 1 thing that needs to be updated is that the Athan has to have continuous flow.

Very Disappointing. I have been using Athan Pro for a few years. After recent update my application would not open. There support told me to remove and reinstall the application and then restore the paid subscription. Which I did but now it is not restoring my subscription. And now support is not getting back to me The only way I can do is by paying again. I’d love to pay and support Islamic application. But please don’t use inappropriate ways to collect money, ask directly. Very disappointing.

Good app. This is an excellent app but tinkering with it has not led to better performance. I have been using it for more than 5 years now and it adjusts to different towns easily. Also it’s accuracy is great.

Don’t Update. Usually updates are for improvements by adding more feature or fixing bugs. This company updates take the features away from the previously purchased app by making same Azans as part of upgrade. They are skimming money from users who already paid for app and now users have to pay more for upgrades which was part of older version. Don’t by their app they might change again and make you pay extra for what u r paying for

App has been improved but still has some bugs. The app is beautiful but there are two major flaws: 1. You will get 8 notifications for every Athan and the Athan will turn on and off - very strange bug that needs to be addressed. 2. You cannot silence the Athan once it starts. This is a function that you sometimes need and currently every time you silence it, it will just pause for a few seconds and start again.

Widget Works for iOS 16.3. My initial complaint was the widget no longer worked for my phone. However, after I updated my iOS, the widget worked again. Great app. Recommend using premium.

Used to be the best before recent update. Salam. I want to thank you for this app you made. I've been using it the past few years alhamdulilah. The app used to work fast. But after the recent update, now once I open the app, it takes too long for me to find out prayer times quickly. Used to let you know as soon as you opened the app. Also very very important, the widget in notification center used to have the countdown to the next salat. It was great just looking quickly to know how much time you had left in case you are late for your salat without having to leave whichever app you are on by looking at the widget in the notification center. I guess I will have to look for another athan app for now, but JazakAllah for the past few years

Why is there a big circle in the middle of the widgets?. I bought the premium version of this app to use the widgets for Ramadan, but for some reason there is a random big circle right in the middle of each of the widgets. It’s transparent, so you can see through it, but it just looks so bad.

Pro features not working correctly. I like this app but the widget prayer time is incorrect and won’t change even when my edits to correct this appear in the app. it’s not a huge deal but it is the reason I bought pro and the feature doesn’t work properly. Other than that I like the app and there are a few good free recitation options

Athan Pro Is Amazing. They are so secure and they are so helpful. Also they are an amazing app for muslims to use in order of precise time for Namaz. Lastly we really appreciate this app especially in Ramadan. Ramadan Mubarak

Prayers Don’t Stay On When You Open the App/When the Call to Prayer Notification Pops Up.... The prayers do not stay on or come on when you open the app, and the notification for the call to prayer doesn’t let you listen to the prayer &/or let it stay on either when you open the app AND when the notification comes up on the phone. I remember that you used to be able to listen to and see the prayer on this app once you opened it, but it is not working anymore/now. It is extremely frustrating, and it would be awesome if you guys could please fix this issue so that we can still see and listen to the prayer once you open the app &/or when the notification pops up too. APP. Great app! Wish you could upload videos for each prayers for people that don’t know how to pray with translations.

SCAM do not spend money on it. I paid for it less than a year ago and now it is asking me to pay again. Restoring purchases do not get the premium features to work. Tried to contact support but nothing despite being someone who paid them for lifetime premium. Tried on different devices but it did not work their either, then tried on the latest iPad Air and still the features will not work. Do not waste your money this is a SCAM. Zero stars but since there is no zero I gave it one and I honestly see one star is too much for this app.

Athan Pro Needs to be Fixed. Athan Pro for the most part does work on the iOS and gives the azan. But at random times for some prayer the azan will not be given. Furthermore, during the Isha prayer, the azan stops halfway and does not give the full azan.

Sound of athan is not coming on my iphone. I upgrade this application but I don’t know why the sound of athan is not coming. I just see the notifications of athan. If you can help with that, other then that it’s a wonderful app

Not The Athan App for Me. Beautiful interface, but not worth the whiskey glass ads that popped up. When I am using a “dunya” app and liquor or whatever pops up that is the risk you take using that app. Muslims have a right to expect better from an app geared towards Muslims. Advertisements that are not in keeping with your content should not appear. The fact that the app developer does not have control over the ads that are shown is not a good enough excuse. The app developer had the option of not using ads altogether. I understand the need for monetizing the app but there are other ways to do that. Helping advertise things outside of the Islamic life style when people are coming to an app to positively influence their Islamic lifestyle will never be appropriate. Especially when there are other athan apps that can be used without these ads. Muslims let’s raise our standards.

Nice quality but app needs improvements. I am very disappointed that it showed wrong prayer times after daylight saving time switch, I was trusting the app that it would automatically update itself. I was wrong.. and I think it is a major problem - showing wrong prayer times; afterall thats what the app is for. And no my internet was fine, I closed and opened the app many times and checked to make sure it is updated. That was not the only issue; everytime i change the juristic, it keeps going back to the default selection which shows different prayer times than I need. And I dont notice that until I casually check it. I am disappointed and frustrated.

Great, with minor bugs. I love this app and have been using it for the past few years. However, there's always room for improvement. When switching to Hanafi, it auto-switches back to other Juristic Methods and I get confused when Asr time comes around :) I would also appreciate if it shows the "Sunrise" time in the widgets instead of Zuhr when it's still Fajr time. It would be easier than opening the app to find out when Sunrise is. Another improvement can be skipping the splash screen. I find that every time I want to view the full app I have to watch the full splash screen. Would be great if it can be skipped after the first time. One feature suggestion is adding the ability to call the athan at a custom time as well. It would be great for those that wake up a bit after the Fajr athan and would like their alarm to be a muezzin. I know the Manual Correction feature exists but I'd still like to know the actual Fajr time but have the flexibility for the athan to be called a bit later. Otherwise, great app MashaAllah!

Athan pro. Salam o alaikum I want to say this app is amazing but when the phone is closed it spams with notifications which also lags the athan I want to hear the athan in peace and there isn’t any option to turn those notifications off.

Athan pro. Athan pro is a amazing for Muslims! Just one thing I think you should add is if you can set a alarm on Athan pro and not have to be like “ okay fajar is this time let me set a alarm on the clock app.” I haven’t explored much with Athan pro but if you already have this great!!! Another thing I just really want to add is why is there premium? We shouldn’t need to pay to use Athan pro to pray to Allah. Other then that great App! Notifications Not Working. Alhamdulillah. Being impressed with beautiful interface, yesterday I purchased full premium package. Now notification is not working. I have checked all the settings of App and my Phone (iPhone 11). I have found no issues. Everything is alright. But only Azan notification is not working. Alas! That was the main purpose of buying this App. I am feeling like the man who brought harm for himself being attracted by beauty but losing the purpose. Please fix this issue. Update from Athan Pro customer service: a new update is coming this week and the above mentioned issue will be resolved. The news makes me so happy that I am increasing few stars now and rest I will increase after seeing the following suggestions are coming in effect: Full athan doesn’t play during notification or it doesn’t have any option. Only way is to access and play from App setting. An option to play full athan during notification when mobile is locked would make this app more lovable. Vibration should be added. It is in some situations more convenient and useful than silent or beep. Alongside daily Hadith, one Ayat daily from Quran will highly be regarded and increase the number of subscribers. If appropriate, an athan pro community can be launched to inspire discussion and connections amongst devout Muslims all around the world.

Straightforward app, does the job right!. Straightforward app, gives you accurate salat times without much gimmicks

Prefer the old app. I prefer the previous style before they changed it to this one. With this there’s no longer available Islamic photos, no way to change what sect you follow. Why change something that wasn’t broken?

Some things need to be fixed. I don’t know why you need 6 reminders for each prayer time without the ability to dismiss them without opening the app. There is also no way to read the Hadith of the day because you only get 5 seconds, the the ad screen takes over.

Cannot imagine not having Athan Pro. I have previously used several Adhan and salah apps, but never found anything useful until I discovered Athan Pro. By far the most accurate, highly available and reliable app for prayer timings.

Disappointed. I purchased the full Athan and after an update there was a price increase and it took away some of the features I paid for. Even though the price was increased I should have been given the same features I paid for in the past. I emailed asking for an explanation but no one ever responded. Disappointed!

Athan Issue. I love this app but I can’t give it a full five stars. It’s a truly beautiful app but something is wrong with the Athan notification. It starts on time and everything but after a few seconds it just shuts off. If I want to hear the full thing, I have to go into sound settings and play it manually. It’s a shame that I paid full price for the app and it doesn’t even work right. Please fix this issue soon.

Full Athan. Really like the interface and the selection of different athan but I was not able to find the option to play the whole athan if I want to. I would appreciate if the developers can help.

Great app but some problems. I love this app and it used to work perfectly fine for me until I updated it and now my prayer times are an hour ahead. I love how easy it is to use but I can’t seem to fix the inaccuracy of the prayer times.

JazakAllah for such an Amazing Ap. Because of this App I can always offer prayers on time . I live in Australia so initially it was very hard for me to know exact timings of Prayers. But ever since I have installed this App I never missed any prayer. JazakAllah :)

Inaccurate prayer times. I was so sad that the prayer times were incorrect. It stated maghrib prayer was at 6.48 but it was actually at 5.48 which made me missed mu Asr prayer.

Azan is not working. I upgraded the app for 1 year, but still the azan is not working

No good, avoid paying for it. The athan cuts off, the notifications don’t work, widget doesn’t update, etc

Widget never updates. DON’T pay for upgrades. I paid to get widgets and they never update until you open the app. My phone is never on low power and I have background app refresh always on. It doesn’t matter. It just doesn’t update.

Accuracy Issues. Fajr and Isha adhan times are off. Perhaps because a calculation is used not considering the mountains effect on sunlight?

It was a decent app before the new update. As the title says, it was the greatest app there is until the new update arrived and made the worst app on the store. There are now ads before you can access the app, so you have to wait 15-20 seconds before checking what time is athan al maghrib. The new background and theme for the app aren’t great at all it’s complicated and not easy to use. You can either reverse the update and make it great again or you can put ads all over the app amd ask money for pro to get bad reviews!

Unresponsive Widget and Apple Watch requests. I purchased the 6.99 upgrade so I can see all the prayer times on my widget and Apple Watch but it doesn’t update automatically so I keep praying at the wrong time. Please fix this so the widget and Apple Watch automatically refresh everyday and not just when I open the ios app.

Haram ads. Good app until it started using haram ads. There is no question that within Islam, the ads on these app are impermissible to display and to view and all money earned from these ads is also haram. Seriously guys? I hope that money is worth your deen.

Time change. Time does not change with time change. Other apps it changes automatically.

Great but times don’t change daily in watch. In the apple watcg the times are set and they won’t change, led me to miss salah a couple times bc it’s so off right now and it won’t change

Disappointed. Deleted the app, takes way too long to open the app to just look at the prayer times. I understand the need for ads but to have ads everytime you open is unnecessary.

Review: I feel your fairly good. And I intent to continue to use.. Thank Above Line is Generic. I like to suggest if Addan Pro could add more Choice of ADDAN’s. For REGULAR USER’s. That would be Nice. And allow QURRAN RECITATION. too. Thanks

Cannot use app in it’s new and “improved” form 😕. I have no access to prayer times there anything in the screen that opens just keeps going back-and-forth between continue and skip continue and skip try to use it yourself and you’ll see

realy realy good. hello every one at first it was amazing but now it has lots and lots of adds i am so sad :( but any way you can just turn off the wifi but before that you have to let the app know were is you location so it tells you when to pray in any place in the world it works so good i wish you have good days inshaa allah bye :)

Notifications. 1 notification in each prayer time is good enough. Why are you sending like 100 times in the same waqt.
