Entertaining, But Don’t Waste Your Money. You will win a few times then they try to entice you with a cheap chip deal. There is also a ticket game where you must collect puzzle pieces to complete 3 different puzzles. The puzzles offer prizes of 1 billion chips, 500 million chips, and 100 million chips. I have been playing this for about a month and I have needed 1 piece for the billion chips the whole time. I have however been able to complete the lowest prized puzzle four times. I messaged the developers and they dismissed my complaint as nothing other than bad luck. Well, the 2 other people that invited me to play the game have the same luck. The response the game gave me was that the game mirrors Vegas style odds of winning. I get it, but I’m not winning anything, it’s suppose to be for fun. I played Huuge Casino which is basically the same game and I noticed that the odds of winning the puzzle game were much better up until a couple of updates ago. The themes of the slots are definitely entertaining but don’t waste your money.

BORING. I’ve been playing Billionaire’s Casino for a long time...I’m almost to level 400, so it’s time for my review. This game has become my least favorite game to play because it’s BORING. It was very exciting a year or two ago when “free spins” came more often and jackpots were won more frequently. I just had 8 free spins and won NOTHING. Not one coin! Additionally, it has taken me more than 6 months to complete one level (I’m still not to that next level, yet, so it may take another few months!) I refuse to spend any legal tender on games, and that may be one reason I’m not getting ahead. The game has many different slots to play, which is nice. Unfortunately, as a club member, I concentrate on helping my club reach the daily goals on specific slots, so I don’t have the opportunity to try various slots, just for fun. Each day, I am tempted to delete this game, but as a part of my club, made up of complete strangers, I feel compelled to keep trying to win. We’ll see how my luck goes tomorrow. Someone’s not being honest... Ok so I love this game, well did love this game. It’s definitely one of the best casino games I’ve played. there’s one major set back that I’ve notice. The algorithms for this game are not fair for everyone. When you’re in a lobby with 4 other people and everyone is hitting jackpots and huuuge wins, except me, it gets annoying really fast. I’m sitting there betting the same as my teammates, 100k but for some reason I go through almost 1 Billion chips before hitting “free spins” or any type of “big win”. I’ve read other comments and no this system is not fair, I wouldn’t have had to spend $80 in two days just to keep play in these “challenges” to help my team. That’s not fair. We sit here day in and day out vesting our time and hard earned money into your company, your games. Without us playing these your company wouldn’t have a 900+ million dollar revenue. So where is our compensation for putting so much time and effort in to your company. It’s just a game... well a $30 Xbox game will occupy me just as long. We all know when people start buying chips with real currency, the game picks up on this and try’s to make you buy more chips by making you lose more. Buy one package and watch the advertisements get larger and larger. Buy a $19 pack, the next advertisement will be for a $29 pack, buy it and watch it go to $39 & $49 & $59 etc. that’s BS and shows that it’s rigged.

Great game — missing features — read everything. This is a wonderful game that satisfies that need to gamble without spending all the money in the world. I’ve been playing for a while now and these new updates and events are so much fun but there is one feature I think they need to bring back. That feature is gifting friends chips. From what I remember is you could gift people certain items that would deliver some amount of chips depending on the cost of the gift (I’m calling these “Chip Gifts”). These Chip Gifts were bought with diamonds which made it so that the player giving the chips didn’t actually lose any of their chips. It’s really frustrating having to wait 15 minutes for the Billy Bonus to give you more chips, and frankly, that little boost doesn’t help all that much. If you creators of this game are worried about players using these Chip Gifts to get around waiting, winning, or purchasing more chips with real money, I would suggest that there is a limit on how many Chip Gifts a player may buy per day. PLEASE BRING BACK THESE CHIP GIFTS Other than that little blip, I would have given this app 5 stars instead of 4. I hope this review reaches the producers and that they consider my suggestions!

Very Fun. I’ve downloaded just about every slots app I’ve come across that had a decent rating, and those put out by Huuuge are my all-time favorites. I’ve lost big and won big, and yes... I’ve spent money on this game. Frankly, one of my biggest pet peeves is reading reviews where people are complaining about having to pay to keep enjoying the game. First of all, that’s unlikely if you keep your bets small. Second of all... so what? It’s not the developer’s duty to provide you with free entertainment! The fact that you even have the option to play for free is incredibly generous, in my opinion. I hope they are getting rich from their games. They put in a ton of time and effort and deserve to be compensated for their work. Plus, it’ll just give them more incentive to make more games. That’s a win in my book!

FISHING 4GOLD LEADER -Sunseeker. My 2 main issue at this point is 1. Because diamonds are literally useless take them off of the lottery. Nothing makes me more frustrated than receiving useless diamonds for the tickets I worked so hard to receive and even further for tickets that I’m spent my hard earned money on. Get rid of the diamonds or bring them back as a way to support your teammates and team as a whole by allowing a player to share them within their team. My second issue is that every time after you shut down to update the site when the site comes back up it is nearly impossible to win anything or remain even. Everything loses!!! My team members will only play the very minimum in the events because they know they will lose and they will not purchase any more coins until things improve. I see both of these issues as detrimental to your ultimate success. In both situations, do to player frustrations, you are losing $$$ and players are moving to another online site to play.

You can’t win….. I don’t normally write reviews but I’ve never gotten had 5 trillion in my account just to have it practically taken from me. My club members and myself have recently gone from having trillions in our individual accounts to having practically nothing. I personally have bet over 5,000,000,000,000 chips without winning even one substantial jackpot. This all began towards the end of 2023. I know this is not a “luck” problem…and short of accusing the developers of tampering with the odds, I can think of no other reason this has happened, not to just myself and my club, but millions of other players alike. Seems to me the message is clear, don’t rely on luck to win, rely on your bank account. This isn’t more obvious than having numerous pop ups begging you to buy this “deal” or that deal. “And if you’re not going to buy from us, then you won’t win anything either”. I did give it 3 stars because (when you at least win something) it is enjoyable to play…

They take your device hostage! Poor customer support. 4/27: Annd againnnnn! This almost comical Addendum: save your automated responses! Do you even read these? Your customer support stinks..why would I contact them again for more aggravation?! BEFORE you download this game: This is a fun game, but can be a bit expensive. I do like the clubs, and playing game with my club mates. My biggest issue is that they do not allow you to switch accounts and even if you delete the game entirely and reinstall, it goes right back to the other account. I deleted the app on my Facebook account and requested that they delete all information on my account and got a snarky answer. I’ve written formally and hope to get a positive response. Per their policy, you can request this, but they’re not at all helpful with this. I will be taking further steps if they don’t reply soon. People shouldn’t have to go through this nonsense.

Definitely fun but definitely beware. I’ve had this since 2014.. yesterday I hung it up. I played out on my chips and I deleted the app from my phone. You see what they do is they start you slow and they give you lots of stuff to get you excited about the game and then you see that you want to get more and more higher chips so they start offering new packages for a couple of bucks and that’s not that much, you get chips and chips every time you get your chips and money goes up more and more and more. Watch Preset Bet Amounts. I have been playing for almost a year now and have noticed subtle changes that are making it harder and harder to win. 1) When I first started playing the set bet amount was 10%. At some point they upped it to 20%. This morning it’s at 50%! Be very careful when you see the “best for you” slot. I set my bet amount at 5% and still end up losing everything within 15 minutes. 2) Lottery tickets - I usually buy the 103 silver. I might get 2-3 silver tickets as opposed to 5-7 bronze tickets. 3). What are diamonds for? I have already unlocked all game levels. I have over 700 and they are absolutely useless. Why they are still in the lottery is beyond me. 4) Leveling up....another joke. It takes me generally over a month to go one level. I rarely buy chips so am only playing with less than 10,000 every day. Lately I can only play about 10 minutes before losing everything at a 5% bet. I wish I had developed this game....these folks are making millions hand over foot on the backs of people with gambling issues.

Disappointed fan. I was all in when I first heard of your app and tried it. Wow. It was fun to play different tournaments and even join clubs. When the “initial free chips” ran out it’s time to buy. I work, I can’t do that so I just play off of all the free ways to get coins. I will say that in the beginning it was so much fun that I did buy a few times. When I stopped buying, I had issues. When I reported them, tech support hasn’t even emailed me back. That was over a month ago. I was playing both, “huuge casino and billionaire” that your company designs. Had the exact same issue. Just a few weeks apart. If you can’t help us, why should we continue ur app. Like it’s been said, on most slot games, you might bet $500,000 chips. Start ur spinning and u see winnings of$2,000. WTH. That’s not a win! The minimum should be your bet of slightly above. Nope. This your game and how to sucker people to pay for fake coins and boss only take from their kids or whatever. Rip off. This game is infuriating, unfortunately it’s the best slots game I know of. They did a really good job on this game but between the pop ups and constant banners obscuring and interrupting you not once but 5-6-7 times even if you just go to switch slots sometimes, not all the time but enough to be beyond obnoxious. I’ve bought chips quite a few times because I enjoy the slots quality so much but the way they shut the gates when they decide that you are going to be broke is ridiculous. I’ve gone from a billion chips to zero a couple times, went a million or less at a time playing club spotlights, and with at least a thousand spins, never once won more than my bet amount all the way to zero. If you are betting more than they think you should for your bank amount, you have pretty much zero chance of winning but it doesn’t matter. Last time I purchased a couple million chips I bet very conservatively and just had 4-500 spins never winning even as much as I had bet until it was a bust. Used to be. I haven’t been on for several years. Just started back in last 2 weeks or so. I miss being able to use diamonds to gift chips or gifts to another person. Right now, I don’t see what advantage there is to having diamonds. It sure would be nice if one could exchange diamonds for chips for one’s self. Something else I don’t see or can’t find is the ability to create a private room to be by one’s self or invite friends to play shots and have a private conversation. It would be nice to be able to chat easily while playing, meaning not having to leave the slot page - for example, able to type right under the game. Within my family we have 8 accounts, and we are ALL broke, it does not pay to at least keep you playing for more than 1 hour, once you hit bottom there is no way of getting back up. TOURNAMENTS..are a joke and they still give diamonds with the lottery tickets which serves no purpose because my family and friends don’t need a gift..LOL they need chips. They have algorithm, when you win a big jackpot, until you lose twice that amount, you will never win again. Because, I won once 534B chips, with 50 mil chip bet, my starting bank was 5B. Huuuge games Billionaire Casino. This game could be fun, should be fun but it’s just a very greedy game. You must constantly buy chips to play but since it’s very difficult to win anything, they’re quickly gone and you must buy again. The game format has about five templates that they tweak and change the characters to make new games. Other casino games have a much better selection of games. You get gold tickets every tenth level up. You use them to get puzzle pieces to earn more credits to play. I recently played more than 300 tickets to get one gold puzzle piece. The very worse part of this game is their support system. If you have a concern you can contact them. At that point they will give you a list of pre written answers. If you do finally contact a support staffer you will most like be told to jump through multiple hoops with your issue. Their attitude is very flippant and not concerned about your situation. If you’re looking for a casino game, keep looking. This greedy game is more frustration than fun.

Needs better service and rewards. I enjoy being in a club and the fellowship with other teammates. The games can be fun, but do not pay where you can get ahead. Some of the games you will spend ten times more than the payoffs. It forces you to buy coins or tickets if you want to play. I had an incident where a pop up window had given me 210 additional tickets after I had made a purchase. After cashing in the tickets I had purchased, I was beginning to cash in the additional free tickets. I cashed in 4 which left me with 206 still in my bank. I lost connection and when it came back, there were no tickets remaining. I made a complaint and basically was blown off by being told there was no loss or game issues. It was if they called me a liar which really upset me. I no longer purchase coins if I can avoid it. My loyalty to this game is non existent. MoMog. Use to love this game but as of late Our club have had nothing but problems. Most recent issue is with the Sant’s Gift league event. Our league points will and donations will not update. We have accumulated more then enough point (according to our calculations of points equal to 2 Billy coin totals) 2 Billy(2000)=1 league points. Donated 1 Million yesterday but I did not update donations total. Club member winning huuuge jackpots with 1000 bonus coins credited to other club members but the league points didn’t update. We have lost trillions of coins playing to no avail. I have contacted the game support but no reply, same with Facebook Billionaire Support; No reply, Review for third time; No Reply. Total Rip off. Do NOT buy chips in this game!! Once you buy chips they make sure to break you because they believe you will buy more which I did! I got up to 4.9 trillion (yes trillion) I have spent several hundred dollars on this game because I did enjoy playing. But I spent another $100 to buy chips and it was a good buy.( over a trillion, I forgot exact amount) I did start winning, you know to kinda get you betting higher and then you may spin a hundred or more spins and never win more than your single bet. Yes I would not mind spending a little every once and a while but I’ve probably spent well over 6 hundred dollars on this. Do not buy chips or you will never win like you do before you buy chips. While I really enjoyed this game it is ridiculous to not even get to play enough for one night without losing most of your chips. The more you bet the less you win so be very careful!! Broken app?. I run the app on iPhone 6s and it was working fine. All of a sudden, it’s become ultra laggy, and the game freezes and force closes. Makes it really hard to keep up with the club that I’m in that is invite only and has other sets of rules to stay in the club. I’ve also purchased chips, so with that that said.. I’m very disappointed that after purchasing from this game, and being dedicated to it, the game is not working how it should. After a restart, the game played a little less laggy, but now when I play for an hour and close out, it forces my phones desktop into landscape mode rather than a vertical look. Then when I go back to game, it will go to the loading screen, freeze, force close, and I exit the app, go back- and it loads slow and everything pops up slowly and the games start slow until I’m into maybe 5 minutes of gaming. Agree with streaks. At one point and time I couldn’t lose and had a bankroll in the trillions. Addictive but disappointing. Over all like the games, new games are often introduced, I give 3 stars due to a few factors, 1. Updates generally result in a bonus being reduced, for example the free ticket on the lottery was a silver ticket, the ‘new and exciting updates in lottery’ resulted in the free ticket is now bronze, all that appears to be added was bling. So far unimpressed with this update. The club challenges are fun but it seems like we do the same five every other week. I have spent more money than I care to admit on this game and am ready to throw in the towel! It seems like every week it is harder to level up (yes I understand that it increases with difficulty the higher you get) fundamentally people like to win, and when you don’t win, you find another game to play. I understand that you are a business and there fore need to make money...but you really aren’t giving me any incentive to stay and play. One other thing to mention the crazy amount of league points needed to finish a challenge and the meager pay out for finishing is disappointing.

Be Careful of this Apps practices. This App and the company the runs it out of a foreign country I believe, will double charge or even add extra charges to your account over the course of a month. When you dispute the charges they try and say it is a legit charge and you don’t remember making the charge or they say that it’s a delayed charge that is just showing up. They will not give you your money back. You have to get your credit card company involved in order to get them to prove the purchase etc. So be warned, this is a very Shady Practice. Very Disappointing. I have played this for over one year and currently have four accounts that I manage. They have continuously reduced incentives/benefits during that time and it is impossible to maintain a reasonable chip balance without spending at least $200 a week, more like $400! Current lottery system does not provide any type of decent return on your money but the biggest change that hurts the game pervasively is they discontinued counting “table games“ like blackjack video poker as eligible for league points. They did this because the slots have very very low odds relative to the “table games” so if you want to be a good club member and contribute league points you must play slots which then force you to spend more money. I have seen a number of total players drop drastically over the last year and I suspect it will continue to do so because of the unreasonable changes. They say they want to mirror a Vegas experience but are so far from doing so! Lastly, they only respond to written questions if you have a very high chip balance (as one of my accounts) and even then their answers are vague and show they don’t read questions closely. Their answer is typically talk down to the player. As is often said and divorce, “I am done”!

Customer service. UPDATE: Thank you to the support team for updating my name. I have been playing this game for probably a couple of years now, and I haven’t experienced any issues. Customer support was quick to respond to my issue and it was corrected. Pay to play scam. The game is fun put together well. However, you pay to purchase coins to spin. You don’t win nearly what you should for the real money you pay. Dan from support will give you some song and dance about how they are fair odds and there is some degree of luck needed. I recently was playing the game licensed to spin and won two different times the bonus and the game glitched and I got a message about me being disconnected. Even If You Spend Money You Won’t Win. I’ve played both versions of this game, this one and Huge Casino, respectively. The one constant between the two, besides the same slots, is that both are incredibly difficult to win. I’ve spent some money on both of the games and even when you do that you lose at an incredible rate. When you choose a slot, the game gives you a recommended level you should play on, and while you have the freedom to choose your own level, when you play at their recommendation, you lose all your chips. It just seems like the developers are money hungry and instead of letting you dwindle away slowly, they’re in a hurry for you to lose so you can re buy again and again. And if you don’t spend money on the game, it’s almost impossible to build up a bankroll. I’m very dissatisfied with the app. But I’ll keep playing because on the off chance I do win, it’s fun to play. But spend cautiously, because it doesn’t guarantee you’ll win.

Fun & Entertaining Support very helpful. I just started playing this about three weeks ago. I had charms and different things and was a little confused on how the winnings worked but I will say every time I contacted support with a question they did contact me back every single time within 24 to 48 hours. The support initially will send you to what they think will help answer your question and if it doesn’t then you continue on and it will direct you to someone who will get back to you. I don’t know of many other apps that you can reach a live person that way. I will say it is very addictive and you have to be careful/smart like any other game and if you don’t want to spend a lot of money or any money at all you don’t have to. Love this app at first, but..... I really loved this app at first but I recently collected the 4th blue puzzle piece and won the 500 million promised. However when I started to use it to play the top level Huge Diamonds slot they stopped paying out my winnings. I bet the 5 million minimum per spin and hit for 25 million, then 50 million and then another 25 million and never received any of the winnings. The app deducted each 5 million per spin but never paid any of the winnings back. I contacted customer service for what I hope was a technical glitch but so far there has been no response. While waiting for a response I hopped over to the roulette table and bet a max of 50k per spin. The app neither deducted the 50k per spin nor paid any of the winnings. Again I contacted customer service hoping it is just a technical glitch but we will see. In my experience the developers of an app have the ability to review your activity along with any winnings you may have accumulated. If this is the case I would expect that my claims will be reviewed and paid back to my account. I will update my review once the technical support team responds to my complaint. Fingers crossed they do the right thing and pay all of my winnings that were never property placed in my account.

Odds & customer support are terrible. I've been playing this game on and off for two years. At first, it was SO much fun. the clubs, the odds...win some lose some. Our club members would win diamonds and chips with events, but now it's just peanuts and the events are harder to complete. The only real win on completing events is LP for the club, which is exactly the same for every other club in the same level, so no real gains there. I've gone to bed with 9 billion with my phone shut odd. and woken up with a few hundred thousand. The response from customer support was that their logs showed the chips were lost in game play...while my phone was shut off??? Then I get an email that said issue was resolved, so I wrote back and they ignored me. Another time I won a huge jp that didn't pay. I sent a screen shot of the win, and crickets from support. I gave up after a couple of weeks with no resolution. Btw, they hired some fancy marketing guy in August...right around the time they really tightened the slots and ruined 007 and Peter Pan. Oh, and if you ever buy, it's a guarantee that you'll never win without buying, again. Even the .99 deal will screw your account forever.

What a great game, but. Well I must say they have the best casino social app in the App Store. Only they have lost sight of the most important aspect for any game, it should be fun. Don’t get me wrong it can be a really really fun game. Maybe they are having financial troubles, because they let you win but then you lose it all I am assuming to encourage us to buy. Lottery tickets used to be the best way to refresh your chips but you can’t even count on that anymore. I know that betting chips is chance, but paying for the chips to use to play the game shouldn’t be based on chance. (Their lottery ticket scheme). Look up articles online. They insert bots into the game who win big, enticing you to think somehow you can win big as you dump more money into their scam, which is supposedly based in California, but actually run out of Eastern Europe. You can’t get them to delete your account either, they refuse... so your information is stuck god knows where and you can never get it removed from their database. Don’t support these frauds! Go gamble at a casino if you’re really desperate to play. At least there you have a chance of winning and actually taking home real money. And you’ll at least get free drinks!

Upset!. My original review was prior to the current issue. I have won free coins a few times and never been paid for them. On September 1st it actually subtracted my “winnings” from my total instead of crediting me. Then a month later I finally won 1,500,000 on the daily spin and never have been credited. Unfortunately these are not the only two times it has happened either. I used the “contact us” option in the app and never heard back or received credit for my losses. Some slots show you the reward you earned for your club, but most do not. So you have no way of knowing exactly what you are contributing to the team. Please look into making this happen if you can.

Don't waste your Time & Money. I played for a year! It used to be fun! I would play all day for months, met some wonderful people. That's when it made me to leave. Fun challenging team game. Thankfully found a great club after two horrible ones so changing my initial bad review as it was premature. Enjoying meeting and playing with people around the globe. Hopefully this update fixes some of the bugs like reels getting stuck, app shutting down when in the middle of purchase etc. The higher your club goes the longer the events take which is a good thing to keep it challenging but also the higher your level the higher the chip packages are. I recently contacted customer for an individual analysis of how they determine the progression level and shop level for their customers to get a better understanding of the factors used in making this determination and what I was doing wrong. I greatly appreciated the rep taking the time to give me useful and helpful info. What I learned is patience is a virtue and changing my mindset when playing. I was in such a hurry to advance in levels that it was financially draining cuz I thought the higher the bet meant I would I would advance quicker to the next level thus increase my progression and shop level quicker. 😢. I’ve been playing both Billionaire and Huuuge for about 2 years now. When I first started playing this game was so much fun! Diamonds were used to help people or ourselves if out of chips; the lottery was much different as well, we won a lot more often than we do now. I used to win the gold puzzle a lot which gave me chips to play. But since the change, I’ve only ever gotten 4 bronze pieces which pays a whopping 70m. I’m on disability so I cannot afford to buy chips so I feel I’m not worthy of getting to “hit” big jackpots like my other club members get to because they spend actual money to purchase chips. And if I do get to win a jackpot, they make sure that no matter what game I play, it doesn’t win. So I basically come in, play off of the winnings of others, lose and get out. Huge Financial Drain. I’ve rated this game several times and still have seen no improvements. Each time I have received a response that players win all the time and to keep playing. Great slot game. I downloaded the app for something a little fun to do and I love the various slots, competitions, and the fact that you do not need to spend money if you don’t want to. The thing others seem to be missing in writing scathing reviews is that there is no requirement for you to spend money as there are daily bonuses - and ultimately how you play will determine how long your money lasts. No win Nellie. I have Played about an hour or two on this offering. I have delved into this genre a fair amount so I know all the tragedies and tricks to stay in a game. Unfortunately, although this game is pleasing to the eye, there is very little else happening in regard to jackpots and bonus games when playing the reels. So on this basis and this basis alone, I could not possibly spend any money on the experience. To the developer, your game looks great however there is little to separate it from the myriad of others in this genre. One star for the game and two stars for the graphics & FX. Lies.. I saw a scathing review, with a response from your company assuring that algorithms are not tampered with. Absolute lies. All of these online casino games are developed with the ability to manipulate to drive revenue. One of the biggest online casinos, SLOTOMANIA by Playtika, recently advertised for a Game Economy Manager position on their main company website under Careers section. In the job description it listed the tasks of the role, and stated you would be required to tweak the games to increase revenue, and that you would also need to macro monitor at an individual account level to ensure the overall health of the games economy. Ie you win too much and you show up on a report to have your payout ratios tightened. Do not trust these companies, they would never admit to cheating you out of your ‘real’ money.

Dropping out. I am really into this app, I find you can get your chips up really high with out spending any money. I’m at level 209 and haven’t spent a cent. However after the latest update every time I open the app it crashes and closes within 30 seconds to a minute. Can you please explain why? Can’t unlink your account from Apple ID. Downloaded this APP. After a brief tutorial it asks you if you want to link to Apple ID for 600k or Facebook for 600k. I link my ID…. No 600k. I went into my Apple ID settings they tell you what apps are linked to your ID and deleted it. It bk longer shows up anywhere in my Apple ID. The only people that win on your app is you. Of course you want to make money but you have taken advantage of people too much and far too long. I’m also in a club that I enjoy. Still though I cannot continue to put out this kind of money when it is just for us a non profit game. I too am very close to dropping your site. Unfair practices going on here !

Huuuge Greedy Update. While the look of the tickets screen got an enhancement, I’m certainly not pleased with the other greedy changes. Now you can only get gold puzzle pieces with gold tickets?! I wish I would have known that before buying 85 more silver tickets. How greedy are you guys?! I understand trying to make money, I totally support it. But you should have known that if you make a greedy change like that, people will be unhappy. I bet someone in your company warned of this backlash... they were right. I get making the gold puzzle pieces less likely with silver tickets, but they were available with silver tickets and now they aren’t... LAME. ALSO, while I’m talking about greed and tickets... the gold tickets are too high prices (imho). I spend money on this game... make the gold tickets more reasonable and I’ll probably buy them. I’m a sucker for “deals” so make me a really good deal on the gold tickets every so often and I’ll probably buy it. Don’t forget that you’re selling NOTHING... I’m not saying it isn’t costly to maintain development. I’ve spent way too much money on this game... 🤣 it is fun. I’ll give you that. Make some small changes regarding tickets and I’ll give you the 5 Star rating your app deserves (prior to the greedy update) UPDATE: I just saw that you also took away the ability for silver tickets to win gold ones. Concerned. I used to love Billionaire but not so much any more cause all you do is lose. They will let you win once in a great while then take it all back so you will buy. Just not as fun any more. They change everything to benefit them and nothing for there patrons. So disappointed in them lately and so I don’t play as often as I uses to I play a different slot game. Huuuge and Billionaire the same. Plus lotto is not fair you buy and get nothing. The last update you did made the lotto really bad. So now your updating again what will you be taken away now???? Lotto bronze tickets you only get bronze silver you get silver and bronze gold you can get bronze silver or gold but mostly bronze come on do you really think that’s fair. When you level up we used to get lotto tickets each level no more. We get nothing except pop ups buy buy buy. Do something good for your patrons not just keep taking from us. Make it fun again.

Horrible. I have played this app for 5 years now, 5 years ago this app was so fun. I enjoyed spinning now the game is horrible. I’ve seen players who have played for years finally have enough and delete the app. Support doesn’t care what anyone says as long as people spend money on the game, huuge will continue to rig the game to lose. Just look of Facebook all the groups for huuge and billionaire app all the people complain about how bad this app has gotten. You would think the app developers would change things to keep their players happy which in turn would keep them making purchases but nope . Expensive. Great format! One of the best platforms I have played for a “game” for “free” however if you really want to play it isn’t free! The graphics and many of the slots are very appealing. It is very very addictive. Jackpots are few and far between. And they make it almost impossible to play just for fun. It costs hundreds and even thousands of dollars if you get addicted! The social platform is awesome but frustrating because some players can maintain billions and trillions while most players have to keep paying to play just with millions. I have always been lucky in real land casinos but not here. So players beware— if you want tp play you are gonna end up having to pay! I just wish they valued customers and were fair with pay-out.

Really enjoying the club experience. Solid graphics, can be lots of fun. New games every so often, a chance to try different games through daily club challenges. Joining a good club enhances the experience! As with any casino app, I expect to lose (the house always wins in the long run), but it’s a lot more enjoyable when your chips last longer. Even this add is misleading. Wild stars does not have 20 reels; even their App Store add is manipulated! I have never won without purchasing. Rip off. I play several slot games. This one, by far, am I least likely to win. I have hit “huge” several times but as soon as I win, it removes me from the room for “not actively playing” when clearly I was spinning. I’ve lost at least 5-6 billion due to this. This game is quick to throw up something asking me to purchase coins (extremely annoying) but the game won’t even give me what I win. I would give 1 star but I think if the kinks are worked out, it would be great to play. Everyone in my club is leaving because of the same thing. We are usually in the top 3 but when all of these members leave, we are certain to never win. Very frustrating to say the lease. I understand it’s “just a game” but I pay as a stress reliever. Trouble in Paradise!. Since your “technical issues or update or whatever “ happened last week I’ve been unable to access the game! It refuses to open! Your solution is to reinstall the App; however, I’m afraid if I do this, I’ll lose the chips I’ve worked so hard to attain along with Friends, Status points, etc. I also have no way to let my Club (3rd Base) know what has happened. Is there any way you can advise Sandi (club leader) of my problem? I do not know what the exact $ figure or status points or diamonds accrued ......i do know it was in excess of $50 Billion AND I know I’ve lost out on days of Bonus $$$!!! I am connected via FB so will that be enough to ensure I’ll get everything back? HELP!!!!

Meh. The game is fun: and it’s addicting so it’s easy to spend $100s or dollars in small increments. Luck DOES NOT matter. A friend showed us a response she got from customer service and it stated that they noticed she was having an unusual amount of luck-a winning streak so it seemed one of three things were possible… She was either using a resource similar to “card counting”, had made physical changes to manipulate the game, or had some other knowledge to give a better odds to herself. None of these were true. They stated they changed the algorithms for the games and now that she loses its not their fault. I do like the social aspect of the game; I love my club and its members.

My buddy bob. I was aware of scams but Huuuge casino tops this list. And after the honeymoon period they strike. I have been with this game as I joined a club and became leader. But meanwhile I never received the status as amI was a member. Because all I got to do was be mute and deaf with no privileges I felt like Pinocchio because I always was a spinner and felt like I was working not playing. I like my members and many like me. But I am still even though I am at at least # 590 and try to do everything required of a member. Instead I get my smaller winnings stolen and can’t communicate with my friends or members. Rip Off. You can spend all of the real $ to get your chips that you want but this game eats them up and the value of entertainment to the $ you spend is ridiculous. Even if you are lucky enough to complete a puzzle on lotto day and win 700 million or even 7B, don’t plan on it lasting you more than a few minutes. This game used to be good but every day it has gotten worse. You can’t even open the game without 2-3 ads trying to get you to spend more $. Very few high level players left which makes it very evident that anyone who used to play regularly has pretty much caught on and quit playing. For the $, this is a MAJOR waste of time. Disgusted. They promise a jackpot every time in Phoenix... NOT... I have been playing around 3 years I don’t even remember anymore! Fun with the teams!. Really love the set up, having teammates. The problem is, we are retired and live on social security. For our 40th anniversary, I got a little money to play with for the first time, I got to really win two or three games for our team. Then, in about ten minutes, I went from 2 billion to less than a million. I seemed to be winning about the same, but looked up to see it just was gone. That was the week of the 15th. I have been trying to save up since then, with very small results. It’s just not too much fun anymore, I don’t feel like a part of the team when I can only play a couple minutes every third day. I really want to play. I have a neurological disease that keeps me in my chair. This was my fun.

Updates ruined the game. Not sure what you were thinking, but for a game I use to love and look forward to playing has been ruined. 1 . Why did you take away the 2M bet? So I would go to 2.5 and lose money faster. 2. Your update said you will hit free spins more often. ... not true, they are statistically less frequent... I counted. 3. You just don’t win anything anymore. It’s just not fun. I spend money and buy chips, but they just get eaten even playing low bets. No way to play this game every day for and NOT have to buy chips every other day, it’s just not enjoyable. 4. Not sure why you took away gifting chips, but that was also took the fun out because I could no loner support some of my own club members when they were low on chips. 5. This app has been taken over by its own Greed!. The games have been tightened up with each update of the app to the point of continuous losses!! GREED! Pay More & Get Less!!. Greediest “free” casino game out there! Payouts have increasingly become fewer and far between in an obvious effort to get the consumer to continue to shell out their hard earned money for chips as winning them has worse odds than in Vegas. Ignore the lie where they say they use a “standard industry algorithm”. It’s a huge lie! As well, the app continues to give you less and less for your money with every update pushed out. Each update has them taking something else away that use to be a part of what you bought. Latest update doesn’t allow for bronze or silver tickets to give you a gold puzzle piece. Also gold puzzle pieces drop 1-2 every 210 versus 6-8 under the old version. It’s all a ploy to get us to pay more and more. Do not waste your money or time on this app. Find something better or give to charity instead of making these greedy developers richer!

Odds. There are too many patterns I’ve noticed over time to believe that the game is built on a fair and equitable odds table. For example, you can win in the beginning, but if you up your bet, you’ll immediately lose for a while...”paying dues?”, then win some, then consistently lose until you are broke again. Brand new games payout a lot in the beginning, then seem to get ratcheted back within days after the release. All of this points to fixing. The last two purchases I made I kicked myself for, because it was all lost in a very short time. Clubs and club challenges are fun, though, so I’ll keep playing. I just won’t invest any more hard earned money in a game that is controlled by the developers who work to make sure you don’t get “too” lucky for too long.

Where are the jackpots ??. I’m a loyal member. Have been for many years , I’ve been around since we could give players coins from our account. I love the friends I’ve made I love my team , and even though I’ve said I’ll never purchase coins or tickets I have , but the one thing that drives me crazy is that the payoffs are just too minimal to what we’re betting. Sometimes support is ok but sometimes they ain’t.. I made a purchase and then got booted off game. I get back on after a bit just to find that I never received the chips. Screenshoted the receipt and the said I received it... I’m pretty dang sure I know the difference between $192,000(which I should have received) and an amount under 5k. Verizon has also contacted me and let me know that y’all have double charged me over $400 so once I get the emails proving that y’all will hear from me and if y’all wanna say I “received them” then y’all will hear from my lawyer. HUUUGE Casinos. This is the absolutely BEST slot game I have played. I started playing over five years ago. At the same time, I was playing other casino games. First, when you find a great group, it is like a family. If you are new and somehow fell into a group you do not like, you can change. The management is superior. I first try to find an answer by using the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions). However, the answers may not be present. I have contacted support directly on many issues. Responses are expedient and extremely helpful. Finally, they have games within games where you can earn extra coins. And they have MANY different games. Try it!

Stay away if you don’t want to go broke. This was a fun game I enjoyed playing until they introduced casino fever a few months ago. The idea was fun but trying to get useful resource boxes is a joke unless you want to spend literally $100 on boxes that may not be useful to you. I “won” 12 resource boxes during an event and not one of them gave me any needed resources. Horrible customer support for faulty games. I agree with many reviews- chat groups are filled with discussions how the ‘winnings’ are getting fewer and smaller- and due to the addicting nature of the game, entices the player to simply buy more chips- only to lose them very quickly. I had a glitch in the system - and laughed at how bad the canned response from the customer support was. So after spending a lot of money on this game, after the last crappy response, I deleted it. Too many people confirmed my suspicions. I think it’s worthy of state attorney general to start investigating this company based on some of my research. Buyer beware.

As Good As It Gets!!!. Hey you guys.. this is perhaps the best online slots game I have ever encountered. Trust me when I say that’s saying a lot. Players losing confidence in HUGE. Long time member running out of patience. Up until now I have absolutely loved this game but seems things are changing for the worst. I am a member of a club and in the past few weeks we have noticed a serious decline with the quality. Slots are so tight that you go broke trying to win, help other members who are also constantly losing. Suddenly I realize it must be all about money and not for enjoyment of us players, some of us can't afford to have to buy packages and shouldn't be forced to do so by constant losing. Take ur money and RUN. This is the worst game venue online. There are so many other games to choose from that actually have looser slots. Everytime they do maintenance on huuuge they tighten the slots a little more. When i first started playing this game u could hit almost everyday and they were big hits, plus they gave away 1mil chips everyday on the site as a bonus for playing, now the most they give is 350k...plus the lottery used to be alot looser too, and once a week u could hit either 5bil, 2bil or 500mil....now its 7bil, 700mil, or 700k , it’s ridiculous...plus u used to be able to help ur club members with chips by using diamonds, they took that away...u used to get at least 100k for every bonus from another members jp, now its only 10% of whatever their win is...and its so hard to win anything...dont waste ur real money buying their fake chips, its not worth it.

The VIP perks are NOT worth the money being dumped into this game. Please be aware that the game’s design is mimic real life gambling, yet the chips have zero cash out value. Huuuuge, and Billionaire Casino’s invoke addictive gambling and gaming disorders in some of their players. I DO NOT RECOMMEND downloading, let alone spending money go play this game. They do not appreciate or value their paying players at all! They offer very little rewards in comparison to the time and money paying players spend.

WAS a great game!. It’s the same response every time to every single person who writes the same thing. The common denominator here is Huuuge. For all new players, if you really want to enjoy the game, unfortunately, you’re going to have to spend money. The bonuses they give you are not really enough to occupy you for long. Updated review. Update... Somehow a review I had left for another game, ended up on this developers app review, so I’ve removed it, and added # more stars for a total of 3 stars. I had a few issues with the customer service people that message you back within the game through some sort of text system. It looks like a text system to me anyway. I had bad experiences with a couple of customer service people within this system that I sent messages too, and this is where the 3 stars come into play! I do like this game, just not the customer service people! They WILL argue with you, which I find unacceptable! If you’re going to give a player 50% chips, it should show the right amount! Not 1 billion less than what 50% is. The BEST thing about this game is the people I’ve met!

They have gone off the deep end. I considered this my go too game where you could win and keep playing for a hour or three. NOW they have made it stingy. I barely win I give much more money and it turns on the vacuum's and takes all the credits in minutes. I gave this app lots of money and no longer get my monies worth. It just begs for more and more and more. The give away s are now almost nothing and the winning is barely part of the game. The whole change to take your winnings from clubs within 24 hours or else is a sham and I think it’s time to leave this game behind. They used to give decent jackpots away, credits on Facebook that were worth something and tickets. I used to get all that but since the new year this game has continued to fail and just become a cash cow. Sorry but I was happy when I could make a good purchase and work off that for awhile. Today I’m lucky to get 10 minutes. The bonus rounds are very stingy so are the scatters. I won more jackpots in the other games then this one. The puzzle parts are a scam too.
