Connects to all of my devices.. Wow! I no longer need to keep up with 4 different remotes on 4 different devices on 3 different levels of my house (finished basement). This app connects to everything.

Useless. Instantly finds my WiFi and my TV, but then says it’s connecting them, but instead just clocks and clocks and clocks forever. Never actually connects.

Ehh. It works BUT almost 99.9% of the time, the app needs to be closed and reopened again for it to work.

No Support for Sony TV. The promo says the app covers most TVs. If Sony is not included, the promo should say the app supports a few TVs.

Need to add. Add more devices that can be discovered like the Nintendo switch other than that it is a great app

Useless. I tried to fix my TV screen display and I couldn’t even connect it to my TV. Don’t get it, it’s a waist of time

Life saving app. After my son threw my bedroom TV remote in the toilet.....where my other son had recently peed and not flushed (thanks boys) I was at a loss. Night time came and sitting there in the dark I thought to download an app to control the TV. I tried a couple and they didn’t work. As soon as I almost gave up the search I tried this last one and AMAZINGLY it worked!!!!! I was so ecstatic I had to wake my husband up to tell him. I was able to connect to my ROKU Insignia TV via WiFi. No extra accessories needed.

No options. The only option I get is to stream to my TV. No channel, volume, other controls.

Works but could work better. It worked for my TV surroundsound system and cable box which was awesome but the controllers for each item didn’t work perfectly had to go a couple of screens over to the right in order to control A few features rather than just being able to control them from one screen it’s a little bit weird and kind of hard to explain but overall other than the fact that I have to switch over from the multiple controllers to get what I want to have done it works and I have figured out how to get around the few flaws but do hope they fix this in a future update

Really can’t rate it yet. I really can’t rate the app yet. It downloaded fine, but there is no option to connect to a Sony Bravia TV. Seems strange to leave the Sony products off the list...

Sounds amazing!. This app seems like it works amazingly and runs smoothly. The only problem, however, is that my TV brand isn’t on there. At least, I think it’s not. I’m only a child, so I’m not sure what all these abbreviations and TVs are. I have a Sceptre TV, and my remote is broken. Anyway, thanks!

Great remote. I haven’t had one single issue with this remote, it’s worked perfectly since I got it. Very simple and convenient

Does minimum. You can’t turn off your TV or change the volume

Sad. I can’t use this because I just got this new TV and it did come with a remote and I just decided to download an app but my smart tv isn’t connected to the same WiFi as my phone so unfortunately it didn’t work but it seems like a great app

Would not connect. Found my TV but would not connect. Message “connecting to family room TV on your WIFI network”.

Sad sad sad. Well this exact same remote is on the google play store and you don't even need wifi only if you are using it for a smart tv but you can actually set the app to turn on tvs from 2000 haha now I have this iPhone and I can't find a remote to save me.

Pretty Good!. I connected it to the TV that is the same wifi as my phone and gave me a pin once I connected and it was really quick.

Last update broke all devices. After the last update a great became worthless! Nothing responds or works anymore. Looks pretty now. But what worked great with the old Ugly purple. No longer works.

SATAN FROM HELL. this sure app I got about a month ago but I never used it so I deleted the app, it keeps downloading its self each time I deleted it and won’t stop!!!

Limited TV brands accepted. I have a Emerson brand TV and I’ve been searching for a Universal Remote I would be able to use. I have this app on my galaxy s6 as well and since trying to use this app on this IPhone I’m going to continue to use the app called **Peel Smart Remote **

People are dumb.... So as many people who have given this app one star said, you need an additional piece of hardware to use this app. It literally said so in the description! This is the first review I have written in over a year because people are dumb!! I actually have the broad link ir transmitter and it works great with this app! I am able to control multiple tv's using the app and it's a really cool useful device! Don't listen to the haters, get the transmitter to go with the app!

Junk. Can’t login or create account says general error for both

Worthless. IThe app couldn’t find my tv even though it lists my tv brand, and both my phone and my tv are on my WiFi.

Disappointed. The update ruined everything. It actually worked before you guys had to make everything worse by changing it all.

Don’t bother. Don’t even mess with this one. It won’t connect to anything on the network.

Vizio and Samsung won’t connect. Uninstalling

Lame. All this did is link my tv Vierra cast style. No remote control or buttons to do ANYTHING. And I could NOT even share anything back and forth between the TV and my phone because I NO buttons to click allow or deny when the prompt shows on my TV screen! Totally waste of time!

Not friendly. Not a smooth app

Was very convenient. This app was very easy to use. I like that you can add multiple tv’s to this app to control from your phone. In my opinion this was a very easy and useful app.

not all tv brands can connect. i have a phillips tv and the app didn’t have an option to connect to that brand. :/

Garbage. Unless you have broadlink gateway you cannot use this app to connect devices that have IR controls. Pretty much useless for a remote control

Not compatible with iPhone. This works great on Samsung galaxy but not working on my iPhone 7 Plus. May be problem with app or my iPhone settings.

-10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. It’s COMPLETE JANK-NESS. The app only works 9% of the time you use it. Have to exit out of the app and re-enter the app multiple times before it decides to wake up and do its job 👎

Volume control. We lost the remote couldn’t find it anywhere, this works we’re unable to turn the TV on and off also volume control there is none but it’s better than nothing

Nothing short of a blessing. My boyfriend’s roommate comes home one night—about 2am with some girl. Good for him and all, until he woke me up via blasting music on his TV. I downloaded this app to see if I could fix that. I successfully connected to his TV which kicked him from it. That night, SURE brought me great sleep, and now it brings me great joy throughout the day because of his mini rages at being disconnected. I would recommend this app to everyone except him.

Limited. Currently the WiFi support is too limited. Not enough brands/device types. Also no iPad support.

Bad. We lost our control we tried to connected it he’s the same WiFi and it did not wanna connect so if you have a Philips TV don’t use this app

Inconvenient lay out. Works on my tv but volume up and down are one one screen if u want to change channel you have to flip through 4 screens and back and forth. Impossible to work with one hand and without your glasses and full focus.

Wii remote isn’t working!!!. I am rating this app a 4 because I can’t figure out how to use it as a wii remote. Can you try to add a wii remote control! Other than that I LOVE this app!!!

Not happy at all. When I uploaded the app, it accessed my phone .. my Netflix account was hacked in to and the email was changed.

I can hardly read the text and symbols. I installed the App but can hardly read the text and symbols on my iPhone XR. Why is this been made like this? Did you consider visually impaired users? How do I make the buttons, text and symbols bigger, darker and thicker?

Great App. I think this app works great syncs well and plays my media with my Samsung tv without any issue Couple requests: - want ability to play video and photos simultaneously like in an iPhones camera roll and not having to choose content type - when a picture or video is played it returns to tv, would be good to control when to exit mirroring

No support. The app installed with IOS 15.2 but fails registration with SURE developer site. It hasn’t been updated in more than a year. No support!!

No remote. Basically downloaded the app, found the tv and connected easily, but can’t seem to find an actual remote in the app to control the TV??

Don’t be harsh. It works fine for me did you know you can stream things from your phone that was a great bonus .. The down fall for mine was it didn’t have my aircon brand in it it’s a global air .. ?! But other wise I think it’s great as long as you have internet witch is good for me

Useless. Needs gateway broadband and wi fi to work

Doesn't work as expected. I couldn't make the app work as a remote. It would only bring up a browse screen where I could choose to share photos audio or video but no remote functions

IPHONE NOT CONNECTING TO HISENSE. My TV and PHONE are both connected to the same WIFI, and yet it cannot discover my TV. HISENSE By the way.

It’s works just fine. I’ve been using it for years without any issue, it works just fine on both my Samsung and Sharp TV’s, not bad at all.

Nice to have a broadlink controller. The app works quite well as a broadlink IR/RF blaster interface, but it is really too bad that there is no ad-free paid option - I’d rather use another remote than have to look at the ads.

NOT THE BEST. Functions are ok. But it does not tell you that you need a BroadLink device connected to your wifi in order to control your TV. Also does not run off if Cellular Data.

Superb no compromise app. Nice to see someone that has built in support for all smart TVs and an additional IR blaster as an option for others. Only way you could improve this would be to offer a physical controller somewhat like the Logitech controller

Worthless.. I have a 2017 Samsung 55” and it can’t find it. Hooked up to the WiFi so fail.

Needs work. It doesn't work with my Sony A/V receiver. Doesn't connect to Xfinity either unless you use some old Comcast codes. Works for TV , Blu-Ray. This should be able to be fixed if they care.

Doesn't have vizio. Doesn't have vizio on this so had to delete the app.

Buyer beware. Does not work for a Sony TV or much else without buying a hub.

Doesn't work on iPhones well. I had a Samsung and the app worked great on my Sanyo tv but when I had to switch back to my old iPhone the Sanyo tv option was no longer there it would be great if you could add it.

WiFi connection doesn’t work for Sony Smart tv. App located my device (Sony 900E smart tv) but will not connect. Bf uses it just fine on his Samsung with our tv, so not sure what the deal is.

Needs more options. Works great with TV. Has option to connect WiFi devices. Problem is that the device options are very limited. Should have unlimited device options.

Garbage / Don't waste your time. Doesn't work and only gives you 6 devices to choose from. You also need an IR Gateway to make this app work. Thanks for telling us you need a separate device to use this app. Completely worthless
